00:00:03.000 Harmeet Dhillon joins the program to discuss, and then Eli Crane, why do we not have very basic answers about when Trump was shot?
00:00:11.000 Was this an inside job?

00:01:27.000 If we want to know how we are going to combat Kamala Harris.
00:01:33.000 Maybe we should talk to people that have been following her career closely for many years.
00:01:37.000 Joining us now is Harmeet Dhillon from the Dhillon Law Group and the RNC Committee Woman for California.
00:01:42.000 Harmeet, tell us about the real Ms.
00:01:45.000 Harris.
00:01:46.000 Well, that's a really challenging question because there are many Kamala Harrises.
00:01:51.000 Kamala Harris is one person when she's trying to get elected to a new job, and then she's a different person when she gets that job and is trying to get elected to the next job.
00:02:00.000 And I have been in San Francisco since she was a candidate for district attorney.
00:02:05.000 She ran against her boss as appealing to be the tough on crime prosecutor.
00:02:10.000 to get that job.
00:02:12.000 But when she got that job, within four months, the first thing she did was refuse to seek the death
00:02:16.000 penalty for a cop killer, Isaac Espinosa's killer,
00:02:20.000 and a heinous crime.
00:02:22.000 She went on to focus on low-level street crime to rack up numbers, but ignored human trafficking,
00:02:28.000 the drug trade, and the serious crimes and illegal immigration crimes coming across the border.
00:02:33.000 And frankly, her eyes were always on the next gig, be it attorney general, governor, or US senator.
00:02:39.000 And delegated stuff to people.
00:02:42.000 During her time as prosecutor, 600 cases had to be dismissed for what we call Brady violations,
00:02:49.000 because she ignored line prosecutors' complaints that the testing lab was corrupted.
00:02:58.000 And as a result, many criminals went free on her watch.
00:03:00.000 That's just as a DA, and it got even worse when she became the Attorney General.
00:03:05.000 So whatever she's peddling out there in her speeches, if people look just a little bit
00:03:11.000 beneath the surface, you'll see her record is a shallow one where she has taken every
00:03:16.000 position on drugs, on the border, on tough on crime, on human trafficking, and now to
00:03:22.000 the point where, as we all know, she has been responsible through her bail fund advocacy
00:03:29.000 of letting many murderers, rapists and other violent criminals go free and go on to wreak
00:03:35.000 havoc in our community.
00:03:36.000 So that's the real Kamala Harris, someone who has no inner core on these issues, but
00:03:41.000 is an opportunist who will say and do anything to get ahead.
00:03:44.000 In some ways, it feels as if her ascension is one of an accident.
00:03:47.000 She won the California Attorney General race barely back in 2010, barely.
00:03:53.000 She also then kind of stumbled backwards into the U.S.
00:03:56.000 Senate seat.
00:03:57.000 And then Joe Biden said very clearly he wanted a black female as his vice president, hence being the DEI pick.
00:04:04.000 And she just kind of fit the criteria.
00:04:06.000 And so she didn't even make it to the 2020 primary.
00:04:09.000 She dropped out in 2019.
00:04:12.000 Is she an overly impressive person?
00:04:15.000 What's interesting about Kamala Harris is I've been involved in politics for about 25 years, actively as a volunteer, and what you notice about her compared to, for example, a J.D.
00:04:25.000 Vance who was in the area, came into my office, sat down with me, and had a one-on-one with me two and a half years ago when he was running for office, Kamala Harris has never made a move in her life without an entourage.
00:04:35.000 There's always one staffer holding her purse, another staffer holding her phone, a third staffer holding her notes.
00:04:41.000 Like, she's always been propped up by this machine.
00:04:43.000 And Charlie, you and I have seen a lot of politicians in action.
00:04:46.000 And, you know, that's not the sign of one who's confident and well-spoken on their feet.
00:04:51.000 And that's actually been what we've seen out there on the trail.
00:04:54.000 I mean, there have been stories about her staff turnover and all of that.
00:04:57.000 She's very high-maintenance.
00:04:59.000 And so, not an impressive person.
00:05:01.000 I mean, I don't have enough time in this hit to go into the shocking failures that even liberal, very liberal lawyers, like now the Dean of Berkeley Law School, Irwin Chemerinsky, has had scathing commentary on her conduct as the Attorney General, defending keeping people in prison beyond the time that federal courts have told them that they should be released.
00:05:29.000 To have cheap labor for the state of California to fight fires during fire season.
00:05:33.000 The Atlantic said that her court filings were not good enough for a first-year associate's work product, much less the attorney general of the most populous state in the United States.
00:05:44.000 Those are liberal commentators, okay, not conservative commentators.
00:05:48.000 I had a case against the state where she defended the state in a religious discrimination case that dragged on for four years.
00:05:54.000 She did nothing to resolve it.
00:05:55.000 The law was on my side until a panoply of groups from the right, the Beckett Fund, all the way to the ACLU on the left joined me and demanded that she resolve this case.
00:06:06.000 Then she resolved it, paying my client significant sums.
00:06:09.000 So that's Kamala Harris.
00:06:11.000 No inner core, not a good lawyer, got ahead on DEI.
00:06:14.000 And I think it's very interesting, Charlie, that now the left is all screaming in the media, lackeys are jumping up and down, saying, how dare you call her a DEI candidate?
00:06:24.000 Is DEI bad?
00:06:25.000 I thought DEI was good on the left, and that's what she is.
00:06:28.000 It's supposed to be marker.
00:06:29.000 By the way, we have here and we're trying to find the clip, but we have the remarks of Joe Biden.
00:06:34.000 Joe Biden said this at a event in Philadelphia where he calls her a diversity, equity, inclusion selection, like actually says this about her.
00:06:44.000 And he goes into the great detail here and he says, look, quote,
00:06:47.000 together we make history, not erase it. To me, the values of diversity, equity,
00:06:51.000 and inclusion are literally, and this is not kidding, the core strengths of America.
00:06:54.000 That's why I'm proud to have the most diverse administration history that taps into the full
00:06:58.000 talents of the country. And it starts at the top with the vice president. Joe Biden called her a
00:07:03.000 A DEI pick.
00:07:04.000 And now the media says that you're being a KKK racist on CNN.
00:07:09.000 They say that if you dare call her a DEI pick that you're a racist.
00:07:14.000 Joe Biden says that as well.
00:07:19.000 And so, but she was not selected for her brilliance, Harmeet.
00:07:23.000 She was not selected for her capacity to make arguments or her likability.
00:07:28.000 She fit a criteria.
00:07:30.000 She was in a box that Joe Biden needed to fill because identity politics uber all us, Harmeet.
00:07:37.000 Absolutely.
00:07:38.000 And that's her whole career, Charlie.
00:07:40.000 She never, I mean, you have to know that all the bad ideas in America kind of seem to generate from the Bay Area for the last few decades.
00:07:47.000 And so we've had the scourge of DEI identity politics and racial and sexual balkanization for decades here.
00:07:55.000 So from the DA pick all the way to the attorney general pick to the Senate pick, To the VP pick, all of her jobs, and by the way, some appointments that she got along the way from Willie Brown, they're all based on her identity and pushing a particular branding.
00:08:11.000 And so that's not what you want in the White House.
00:08:15.000 You can't have a person in the White House whose work product that she supervised, and by the way, a team of hundreds of lawyers, as worse than a first-year associate according to The Atlantic.
00:08:25.000 As someone who said, let's keep prisoners who should be free in prison, So we can have cheap labor for the state.
00:08:31.000 Defending religious discrimination.
00:08:34.000 Going soft on cop killers.
00:08:36.000 Picking low-hanging fruit.
00:08:38.000 Going after people at the street level who are not really hardcore criminals just to pad your numbers.
00:08:44.000 That's Kamala Harris.
00:08:46.000 Miscarriages of justice everywhere you look.
00:08:49.000 And she has said, and we should believe her at her words, she's going to ignore the Second Amendment.
00:08:54.000 She wants to increase your taxes.
00:08:56.000 She wants to run roughshod over the Constitution on our rights.
00:09:00.000 She tried to force, in a case that the United States Supreme Court slapped her down on, tried to force American charities in California to disclose their donor information, something that the United States Supreme Court, way back in the NAACP era, where people were harassing donors to the NAACP, said was unconstitutional.
00:09:20.000 So this woman has no respect for the Constitution.
00:09:22.000 It's all about her career, and America deserves better than that.
00:09:26.000 What is the most effective way you think that we can criticize her and bring her numbers down back to where they should be?
00:09:34.000 I think her own words.
00:09:35.000 So she has a long record to run on.
00:09:37.000 It's over 20 years long.
00:09:38.000 And over the years, in her own words, she has told us who she is.
00:09:42.000 Her court filings tell us who she is.
00:09:45.000 Her record tells us who she is.
00:09:47.000 The open border of the borders are tells us who she is.
00:09:51.000 So we should hoist her with her own petard, as they say.
00:09:55.000 Harmeet Dhillon, thank you so much.
00:09:57.000 Thanks for having me.
00:10:00.000 Can you feel it now?
00:10:01.000 Something even bigger is coming.
00:10:03.000 Your God-given freedoms are up for the taking.
00:10:06.000 Even worse, those doing the taking are the same people who've sworn to defend your freedom.
00:10:11.000 They think they can violate your right to protect your own family.
00:10:15.000 They think they can force their delusions onto your kids.
00:10:18.000 They think they can control the media and hide the truth.
00:10:22.000 But you know what they can't take away?
00:10:24.000 Self-reliance and peace of mind.
00:10:26.000 You got water filtration?
00:10:28.000 Well, you should.

00:11:13.000 That is mypatriotsupply.com.
00:11:18.000 So, as Americans are suffering from drug overdoses, can't afford groceries, homes are out of reach, Kamala Harris is supposed to be the younger candidate.
00:11:33.000 They've rebranded all her social media to say that she's a brat.
00:11:36.000 It's some sort of Gen Z thing.
00:11:38.000 But what does the data show?
00:11:41.000 You see, I'm very focused on younger voters in addition to other things.
00:11:44.000 I'm going to be doing the most ambitious campus tour in history.
00:11:49.000 21 campus stops this fall.
00:11:52.000 What does the data show for Ms.
00:11:54.000 Harris?
00:11:54.000 Play Cut 105.
00:11:56.000 So I want to take a look at Trump versus Democrat margin.
00:11:58.000 Just remind folks where we were at the end of the 2020 campaign.
00:12:02.000 Joe Biden won voters under the age of 35 by 21 points.
00:12:05.000 What do we see with Kamala Harris?
00:12:07.000 Well, she's still ahead, but the margin here is significantly less.
00:12:11.000 Then what we saw with Joe Biden back in 2020, she's up by just nine points.
00:12:15.000 You may make the argument that was better than Biden was doing before he got out, but compared to that Democratic baseline, where Democrats have historically in presidential elections, at least this century, been carrying that young vote by 20 or more percentage points, she is way down from that.
00:12:30.000 So if this is unique support among young voters, I would like to know what non-unique support is.
00:12:35.000 Is it even worse than this?
00:12:37.000 Now, look, we anticipate that gap to close a little bit.
00:12:40.000 Now, many of you know that I have not necessarily won over a lot of friends in the last couple of months on this program, but it was true when I was looking at the data and I was saying Joe Biden was doing better with baby boomer voters than he was in the past.
00:12:57.000 I need to update that position.
00:12:59.000 With Ms.
00:13:00.000 Harris on the ticket, I can basically guarantee, I don't want to say guarantee, but I can say that it is 9 out of 10 certainty.
00:13:13.000 That Donald Trump will now be able to run up the score with baby boomer voters.
00:13:20.000 Which is a great thing, by the way.
00:13:22.000 That is terrific.
00:13:23.000 He'll do a little bit worse with people of color than against Joe Biden, doing a little bit worse with younger voters, but they don't vote at the same rate as older voters or baby boomers.
00:13:37.000 And then, of course, the swing demo that nobody wants to talk about.
00:13:43.000 We always hear about suburban women, suburban women, suburban women.
00:13:45.000 By the way, can you resend that chart that we had yesterday?
00:13:48.000 It's really something else.
00:13:49.000 It goes to show the demographics that are voting to destroy America.
00:13:54.000 Almost every core demographic leans right except one.
00:13:58.000 Except one, you can guess which one that is.
00:14:00.000 And Campbell is going to do great with that demo.
00:14:02.000 She's going to run up the score with single women.
00:14:04.000 But what about men?
00:14:06.000 You see, men do not vote at the same rates as women.
00:14:09.000 They just don't.
00:14:11.000 Men are less likely to get registered to vote, less likely to vote in general, but Donald Trump is changing that.
00:14:17.000 Married men are 59-60% Republican.
00:14:22.000 This is National Poll.
00:14:23.000 Married women are 56% Republican.
00:14:26.000 Unmarried men are 52% Republican.
00:14:29.000 Unmarried women?
00:14:32.000 68% Democrat.
00:14:34.000 Said differently, that unmarried women are even more liberal than married men.
00:14:40.000 It is by far, this is from the Washington Examiner, This is the most liberal demographic in America and Kamala Harris might win 75% of unmarried women.
00:14:52.000 She might just run up the score with unmarried women.
00:14:54.000 However, There is this population of men that are rising up to vote against the hyper-feminization of America, especially brought forward by the cackling California communist that wants to raise your taxes, ban fossil fuels, keep borders completely wide open.
00:15:12.000 Let's continue, let's play Cut 106.
00:15:14.000 And this, I think, is rather interesting.
00:15:15.000 Do Democrats say they're more motivated to turn out after Biden left the race?
00:15:19.000 Well, we do see a significant portion of Democrats who say, yes, 39%.
00:15:22.000 The thing I was interested in was that disproportionately younger voters who said that they were more likely to turn out or more motivated to turn out.
00:15:30.000 And what we see here is it's 42%.
00:15:32.000 Not a big difference between 42 and 39 percent.
00:15:36.000 So this idea, again, that the vice president has unique potential to dig in and get young voters to turn out, John, it's just not there in the numbers despite all the internet memes that are going around.
00:15:47.000 And they're going to try their best to try to boost her and make her seem cool and make her seem all these things even though she's unbelievably cringe and cruel.
00:15:55.000 Remember that.
00:15:57.000 Donald Trump has an opportunity with J.D.
00:15:59.000 Vance as his vice president to now realign back to the traditional Republican consensus electorate of suburban voters and especially baby boomer voters.
00:16:12.000 In fact, we need baby boomer voters.
00:16:16.000 We need baby boomers in huge numbers to run up the score and say, I do not want a communist to become president of the United States.
00:16:24.000 There's been a lot of criticism of baby boomers in the media the last couple of years.
00:16:28.000 What an amazing opportunity for baby boomers to save America.
00:16:33.000 That will be the demographic that very well could determine the entire civilization.
00:16:41.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:16:42.000 What an unbelievable start to 2024.
00:16:44.000 We had last month saving babies with preborn by providing ultrasounds.
00:16:48.000 And we're doing again this year what we did last year.
00:16:50.000 We're going to stand for life because remaining silent in the face of the most radically pro-death administration is not an option.
00:16:56.000 As Sir Edmund Burke said, the only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing, and we're not going to do nothing.
00:17:02.000 Your gift to preborn will give a girl the truth about what's happening in her body so that she can make the right choice.
00:17:08.000 $280 can save 10 babies.
00:17:10.000 $28 a month can save a baby a month all year long.
00:17:13.000 And a $15,000 gift will provide a complete ultrasound machine that will save thousands of babies for years and years to come.

00:17:44.000 Joining us now is Eli Crane.
00:17:45.000 He is a SEAL, and he knows what he's talking about.
00:17:48.000 Congressman Eli Crane joins us now.
00:17:51.000 Congressman, you are a sniper.
00:17:53.000 You know what you're talking about here.
00:17:55.000 You also visited Butler, Pennsylvania.
00:17:57.000 What did you learn?
00:17:58.000 Hey Charlie, thanks for having me on.
00:17:59.000 Yeah, I was grateful that Chairman Green hosted a trip to Butler, Pennsylvania for several members of the Homeland Security Committee this last Monday.
00:18:09.000 It was a bipartisan trip.
00:18:11.000 You know, starting with getting out of the SUV, Charlie, stepping foot in the parking lot, doing a quick assessment of where we were at and the grounds.
00:18:21.000 And I noticed immediately that there was a massive towering water tower located near the buildings that we were set to walk over to and overlooking the grounds.
00:18:31.000 And as I walked through the fields, walked over to the buildings, got up on the roof where the shooter was, I couldn't help but notice that this water tower kept getting closer and had a 360 degree view over almost the entire property.
00:18:45.000 And when we, I brought a laser rangefinder with me, Lays the water tower, I think it was about 160 yards from the roof where the shooter took his shots, you know, supposedly.
00:18:57.000 And then I also noticed in getting up on that roof and several other members getting up on that roof as well, one of them, a 70 year old man from Florida named Mr. Jimenez, who walked right up that roof, no problem.
00:19:11.000 And it easily debunked the director of a home, or excuse me, a secret service,
00:19:19.000 her entire narrative the week before that they couldn't put snipers up on that roof
00:19:24.000 because it was too sloped.
00:19:26.000 And so then we went into the building behind it, the two-story building,
00:19:30.000 which many of us saw on the internet and were wondering if that had coverage over that roof.
00:19:36.000 And the owner of that building let us in there, we walked up, he showed us where he believed that the law enforcement officers had set up because of the air conditioning in those offices.
00:19:48.000 And many of us took a video out the window and sure enough, those offices had perfect 100% coverage of that roof.
00:19:57.000 And so it made many of us question if these, you know, law enforcement, Secret Service had access to that building, that second story roof, and they had officers in there at one point.
00:20:07.000 We believe that's where they took the picture of the shooter with his rangefinder.
00:20:14.000 Why weren't they able to dispatch this shooter once rally goers, people that weren't in charge of security, people that weren't supposed to be looking for threats to the president, were yelling and screaming, hey, there's a shooter on the roof, a young man with no camouflage on a white roof, sticking out clear as day.
00:20:32.000 Why weren't they able to spot this individual and why weren't they able to dispatch him?
00:20:38.000 We still have a lot of questions, Charlie, but I can tell you after visiting the site that this is, at the very least, one of the biggest, colossal security failures in U.S.
00:20:52.000 history.
00:20:53.000 It's hard for me to grasp part of this because the sequence of failures is almost too good to be true.
00:20:58.000 It's like a 1 in 5 billion chance that you don't have the building guarded, you don't have drone support, you don't have helicopter.
00:21:06.000 So let's just zero in on the sniper aspect of this.
00:21:10.000 So, Crooks is able to fire off a couple rounds, and then he is shot almost immediately.
00:21:16.000 When did the sniper team actually see him, get him into scope, and why did they allow Donald Trump to take the stage?
00:21:25.000 Unfortunately, Charlie, we don't have those answers yet.
00:21:28.000 Myself and Congressman Biggs from Arizona, we put forth a resolution this week to turn over communications documents from the Department of Homeland Security.
00:21:38.000 So our investigation continues.
00:21:41.000 And as you saw earlier this week with the Director of Secret Service, obviously there's a lot of questions that they don't even claim to have answers to, or they're trying to stonewall Congress, which is pretty typical up here.
00:21:53.000 So I think it's going to take a lot to get to the bottom of it.
00:21:57.000 I know that Speaker Johnson is forming a task force I'm hoping that, you know, that task force actually does something, but, you know, we'll see.
00:22:09.000 We'll have to wait and see on that.
00:22:10.000 So, okay, then we don't know the sniper response.
00:22:13.000 It just doesn't make any sense to me that the snipers, how are they able to get a shot off so quickly to neutralize him, but they weren't able to do that 10 seconds before?
00:22:23.000 That makes no sense to me at all.
00:22:25.000 Secondly, how did Crooks get on the roof?
00:22:28.000 Yeah, so when we were there, we were told by the individual who owned the building, he showed us where he was told that the individual made access to the roof and it looked like he crawled up.
00:22:40.000 You know, if you look at that building on a topographical or aerial map, what you'll see is that building is It's got multiple buildings connected to it and several buildings behind it that were all connected.
00:22:53.000 There were a couple air conditioners and a very low roof and that's where many law enforcement individuals believe that he actually climbed up on those air conditioning units and then used some piping on the side of the building and not a ladder.
00:23:06.000 And I do believe that Director Wray Let me get this straight.
00:23:11.000 belief at this time and I do know Charlie that the owner of that building did tell us,
00:23:15.000 hey, that they removed the top of that air conditioning unit over there and showed it
00:23:20.000 to us and took it to look at forensics to see if maybe they could get a footprint or
00:23:25.000 a boot print or something like that.
00:23:27.000 Let me get this straight. He climbs on an air conditioning unit, gets on the roof with
00:23:30.000 a rifle and nobody notices it?
00:23:32.000 Well, that's what we're expected to believe at this time, Charlie.
00:23:37.000 Yeah, I just again. I'm a layman You're an expert here.
00:23:42.000 Lots of people noticed and they were screaming.
00:23:45.000 And what did law enforcement do between the MAGA faithful screaming and him army crawling uninterrupted?
00:23:52.000 Why did the police not intervene?
00:23:54.000 Yeah, well, like I said, we don't have any definitives yet, Charlie, but we did have a Colonel, Lieutenant Colonel of the Pennsylvania State Police before the Homeland Security Committee yesterday.
00:24:05.000 He was asked a very similar question in regards to the law enforcement individuals in that building behind the shooter's roof that had the second story.
00:24:14.000 And what he passed along to us was, his understanding was, As soon as the call came over the radio about this suspicious suspect, the individuals from that second story left their post and went down and looked for this individual.
00:24:33.000 And so, if that's true, we need to find out who gave the order for them to leave their post.
00:24:39.000 Why did they leave their post instead of sending rovers?
00:24:42.000 We were told that there were rovers.
00:24:44.000 law enforcement individuals that rove around and can do tasks like that. And so we have a lot of
00:24:49.000 answers that we need. And unfortunately, at this time, we don't have them.
00:24:54.000 So do you believe that there is an active cover up to prevent you guys from getting
00:24:57.000 the information that you need? I believe at the very least, based on what I've seen so far,
00:25:01.000 and then gone and investigated for myself, that there is an attempt to gaslight the American
00:25:07.000 And I mean, you need look no further than the director of the Secret Service saying that we couldn't put snipers on that roof because it was too sloped.
00:25:16.000 I found that to be a complete lie.
00:25:19.000 And like I said, many of us walked right up on top of that roof, no problem.
00:25:23.000 And so, like I said, at the very least, Charlie, this was a massive security failure that we haven't seen in decades.
00:25:31.000 But I don't think many of us would be surprised to start peeling back the layers of it and see that there was actually more to it than just a 20-year-old kid.
00:25:41.000 With no military experience, who flew a drone for 60 to 70 minutes to do a site, you know, survey, crawled, got up within 150 yards, 140 yards of the president with an AR-15 with, you know, zero camouflage when the individuals in charge with security didn't even assume the most obvious counter-sniper positions.
00:26:04.000 Well, yeah, in the middle of the day, the day two, 130 yards away, and you still let Trump take the stage?
00:26:10.000 Yeah, look, I hope it's incompetence, but my instinct tells me that it's something else.
00:26:15.000 I'll just be honest.
00:26:16.000 My instinct says that there's something potentially darker here.
00:26:19.000 Let me read this here.
00:26:20.000 So Chuck Grassley's been doing a good job.
00:26:22.000 He got new body cam footage from local law enforcement.
00:26:25.000 And according to this body cam footage, quote, Beaver County snipers saw him and sent the pictures out.
00:26:32.000 This is him.
00:26:33.000 They were not surprised.
00:26:36.000 Congressman, that when they went up to him, like, oh, yeah, this is the guy.
00:26:39.000 So they identified him as a potential threat.
00:26:42.000 They knew that he was a potential threat.
00:26:44.000 They allowed the rally to go on.
00:26:46.000 They ignored the clamoring of the Trump faithful that saw a shooter on the roof.
00:26:52.000 And Donald Trump got shot.
00:26:53.000 An innocent person was killed because of this.
00:26:58.000 Ana Paulina Luna said that she received a briefing where she no longer believes that he acted alone.
00:27:04.000 Can you give us some insight into that?
00:27:07.000 You know, Ana Paulina Luna is on different committees than I am.
00:27:11.000 I did not receive a briefing that so far has led me to conclude the same thing.
00:27:16.000 So I, you know, I can't I can't speak to that.
00:27:18.000 But I did when questioning the lieutenant colonel of the Pennsylvania State Police yesterday, I did ask him if he understood that many Americans believe that, you know, this was more than just a lone wolf shooter and there was a conspiracy going on here.
00:27:34.000 And he said he couldn't comment on what, you know, the American people think.
00:27:38.000 And then I went through that list as to why the American people have a tough time believing that so many things could have gone wrong in addition to the fact that, you know, the Democrat Party has, and, you know, even this administration has weaponized the DOJ, tried to bankrupt the president, tried to put him in jail for 750 years.
00:28:00.000 No, they can't beat him fair and square.
00:28:03.000 And we're seeing that across the board with things that they're doing in elections right now.
00:28:07.000 And so, you know, we're not going to, we can't ignore that, you know, information, Charlie, that we know.
00:28:14.000 I mean, I know I've talked to you before.
00:28:16.000 I know you probably didn't believe that the Democrat Party with the lineup that they have,
00:28:21.000 running the platform that they have, running against a president that can, you know, galvanize,
00:28:27.000 you know, record numbers of people all over the country, that they could beat in Farron Square.
00:28:31.000 And so many of us have been saying for a long time, many, many, many months that the president better have a solid, uh, secret security detail because there's the next, the next step in this escalation is an assassination attempt.
00:28:44.000 And if you know many of the people up here in Washington, DC, um, unfortunately, The one thing that they care about more than anything, Charlie, is power.
00:28:54.000 And there is a guy that stands in the way of, you know, them having that right now.
00:28:58.000 And nobody stands in the way of the swamp and what the establishment, the cartel, whatever you want to call it, than President Donald Trump.
00:29:05.000 They missed Trump, so they took out Biden.
00:29:07.000 Eli Crane, thank you so much.
00:29:09.000 Thank you, Charlie.

00:30:10.000 The state of the race is not going to be clear for quite some time.
00:30:13.000 The Democrats are going to enjoy their honeymoon period.
00:30:16.000 The Democrats are going to enjoy this new period for quite some time.
00:30:19.000 The question is, what do we do in the interim?
00:30:23.000 We must define the terms of engagement of who exactly the Democrats are and who Harris is.
00:30:31.000 We're hearing this more and more from voters on the ground.
00:30:35.000 For example, there's this younger voter.
00:30:37.000 This is a Wisconsin swing voter panel, and they're very worried about Kamala being part of Biden's health cover-up.
00:30:46.000 This is a huge story that you wouldn't think would be gaining as much traction, but you have to understand, people are not in the news as much as we are.
00:30:53.000 And so that they see these things and say, wow, the media is lying to us.
00:30:56.000 Yes, every major institution in the country is no longer worthy of your trust.
00:31:00.000 You should not trust the media.
00:31:01.000 You cannot trust the CDC.
00:31:03.000 You cannot trust the FDA.
00:31:04.000 You cannot trust Harvard.
00:31:06.000 You cannot trust the New York Times.
00:31:07.000 You cannot trust the Department of Justice.
00:31:09.000 You cannot trust the FBI.
00:31:10.000 You cannot trust Google.
00:31:12.000 You cannot trust every major institution.
00:31:15.000 Has been captured.
00:31:16.000 You cannot trust the Secret Service.
00:31:18.000 You can't trust the Department of Defense.
00:31:19.000 You cannot trust the CIA.
00:31:20.000 You cannot trust NATO.
00:31:22.000 They've all been captured and they've been manipulated and inverted against the American people.
00:31:28.000 I used to think at least the Secret Service would have trust.
00:31:30.000 Nope!
00:31:31.000 They can't keep Trump safe.
00:31:32.000 How about the CDC?
00:31:33.000 They're there for... Nope!
00:31:34.000 They want to poison your children.
00:31:37.000 How about the Department of Justice?
00:31:38.000 Nope!
00:31:38.000 Soviet-style knocking on doors against...
00:31:41.000 Catholic grandmas that go and pray inside of the Capitol on January 6th.
00:31:46.000 Or raiding homes to go after pro-life warriors.
00:31:50.000 And so when voters see what happened with Kamala and Joe, you see most independent voters, they're still high trust of institutions.
00:31:58.000 They are.
00:32:00.000 Largely because they know that if they take the red pill and they go down that rabbit hole, they're in dangerous territory.
00:32:08.000 They might have to actually think.
00:32:10.000 They might actually have to reconsider so many different suppositions.
00:32:17.000 That their premises might be challenged.
00:32:20.000 I truly believe that is one of the reasons why people do not pursue the truth all the time.
00:32:24.000 Truth can make you very uncomfortable.
00:32:26.000 That you are living in a house of lies.
00:32:30.000 Let's play cut 118 please.
00:32:32.000 Who do you blame for President Biden being in office in this condition?
00:32:39.000 Who deserves the blame?
00:32:41.000 His close staff.
00:32:43.000 They work with him every day.
00:32:45.000 So I think that's what also makes me nervous about the Vice President Harris.
00:32:49.000 Talk about that a bit.
00:32:51.000 So yes, she's going to be in it, but she also helped keep him in where he's at right now.
00:32:57.000 And if he really is as bad as what they've been saying, I think if he steps down as president and she steps into the presidency before the end of his term, it almost makes me question a little bit more why it didn't happen sooner.
00:33:10.000 She's worked with him.
00:33:12.000 She's been, to my understanding, with him daily or at least a couple of days a week.
00:33:18.000 Why hasn't this been brought to attention?
00:33:19.000 If she's willing to hide that type of information once she's in office, now what's she willing to hide for herself?
00:33:28.000 And there's some breaking news here.
00:33:29.000 This is not confirmed, not confirmed, not confirmed, not confirmed, but according to Chris Lasavita, who's terrific, by the way.
00:33:36.000 I love working with Chris.
00:33:38.000 Reliable sources confirm Kamala Harris to pick Josh Shapiro from Pennsylvania.
00:33:45.000 This is a very strategic pick by Kamala Harris.
00:33:48.000 It's the no-brainer pick.
00:33:50.000 The betting markets are inverting.
00:33:52.000 If this is true, this means that they do not see signs of life in the Sun Belt, and they're gonna try to go pure Blue Wall Rust Belt.
00:33:59.000 Pure Blue Wall Rust Belt.
00:34:01.000 Because it was Mark Kelly or Josh Shapiro.
00:34:03.000 Josh Shapiro is a very talented politician.
00:34:07.000 He is probably the scariest one that they have for us in the Rust Belt.
00:34:12.000 However, this is not gonna solve their Gaza problem.
00:34:16.000 Not gonna solve their Michigan problem.
00:34:19.000 He's talented and this will make Pennsylvania very much in play.
00:34:24.000 This will be a Pennsylvania trench warfare.
00:34:28.000 However, remember what we have always contested on this program, Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin.
00:34:36.000 He doesn't necessarily translate that much to Wisconsin.
00:34:39.000 And I will say additionally.
00:34:42.000 This is the whole ballgame.
00:34:43.000 They think Harris can compete in Georgia, and they think that Shapiro can compete in Pennsylvania, and they are forsaking the Sun Belt.
00:34:52.000 If this is correct, if this report is correct, she has to make a decision soon.
00:34:56.000 This is not going to be a long, drawn-out process.
00:34:59.000 If they pick Shapiro, this is going to come down to a couple thousand votes.
00:35:05.000 You know your directive.
00:35:07.000 You know your purpose.
00:35:08.000 Find new voters.
00:35:10.000 Register them.
00:35:11.000 We cannot sit idly by and allow the communists to take over the country.
00:35:16.000 We have an opportunity to do something.
00:35:18.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:35:19.000 Email us as always freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:35:22.000 Thanks so much for listening and God bless.
