00:00:40.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.

00:00:42.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.

00:00:44.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.

00:00:47.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.

00:00:51.000 I want to thank Charlie.

00:00:52.000 He's an incredible guy.

00:00:53.000 His spirit, his love of this country.

00:00:55.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.

00:01:01.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.

00:01:10.000 That's why we are here.

00:01:13.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.

00:01:22.000 What is a dissident?

00:01:24.000 A dissident is a person who opposes the official policy of a regime or that of an authoritarian state.

00:01:31.000 You are a dissident.

00:01:33.000 You have to start to think like a dissident in your own country.

00:01:36.000 I know this is difficult, and this is one of the only disagreements I have with the repetition of saying there are more of us than there are of them.

00:01:49.000 That is true, but it also, I think, is misleading in the sense of how are we supposed to think about our activism and think about our action.

00:02:00.000 We are dissidents now.

00:02:03.000 That is not something a lot of you are comfortable hearing.

00:02:07.000 You don't want to hear as if you are in the minority in your own country, but you're actually, I do actually think there's more of us than them.

00:02:12.000 That's not the point.

00:02:13.000 The point instead is: do they control the institutions and what institutions do we control?

00:02:21.000 So, if we were to take an audit and I were to ask you, what institutions do we as conservatives, pro-American patriots, control?

00:02:30.000 Churches?

00:02:32.000 What else?

00:02:34.000 Kind of.

00:02:36.000 Play cut 49.

00:02:37.000 Marco Rubio is spectacular on this.

00:02:38.000 Play 49.

00:02:40.000 I'm here in a very unique position in South Florida, surrounded by people that come from countries where this is familiar to them.

00:02:46.000 This is shocking to Americans, but in Latin America and many of these countries around the world, here's what happens: a group takes power.

00:02:52.000 One of the first things that group does is they begin to persecute and go after their political opponents.

00:02:57.000 And then when the supporters of their political opponents begin to complain about it, they begin to target them and they criminalize opposition.

00:03:03.000 And that's what's happening here now.

00:03:04.000 The next step in this process is going to be that people who are supporters of Donald Trump or just conservatives complaining about this are going to begin to get harassed by, are going to begin to get labeled as potential insurrectionists and are going to begin to get harassed by law enforcement.

00:03:18.000 That's the next step in this playbook, sadly.

00:03:20.000 That is the next step in this playbook.

00:03:25.000 When you admit that you are a dissident, it can be terrifying but also liberating.

00:03:31.000 It's terrifying because you realize that the country you grew up in, the country that we love, is controlled by the opposition.

00:03:39.000 We said this, I said this actually in my opening remarks at the Student Action Summit.

00:03:44.000 They are the occupying force and they act like one. 0.54

00:03:48.000 I want to play another piece of tape here.

00:03:52.000 You remember when Vladimir Putin invaded Ukraine?

00:03:56.000 Remember how angry Republicans were?

00:04:00.000 Remember how upset they were?

00:04:02.000 How fired up they were when Vladimir Putin invaded Ukraine?

00:04:05.000 Ukraine is not a state of the United States.

00:04:08.000 Remember this?

00:04:09.000 Senator Lindsey Graham, play cut 53.

00:04:12.000 There is no off-ramp in this war.

00:04:14.000 Somebody's going to win and somebody's going to lose.

00:04:16.000 And I hope and pray and do everything in my power to make sure Ukraine wins.

00:04:21.000 And Putin is in charge of a state sponsor of terrorism.

00:04:25.000 That designation needs to be given to Russia.

00:04:28.000 He's earned that designation.

00:04:30.000 We need to pour it on when it comes to helping Ukraine.

00:04:32.000 Jesse Waters calls him out for this play cut 51.

00:04:35.000 Why they had to raid President Trump's home 90 days before an election.

00:04:40.000 Yeah, you know, and I love having you on, Lindsey.

00:04:41.000 You know, you and I have debated about things, and I've seen you pretty spitting mad over Ukraine, but you don't seem as mad as you were about this.

00:04:50.000 Then you've been mad about Ukraine.

00:04:52.000 I don't understand why people aren't lighting their hair on fire.

00:04:55.000 I don't understand why people aren't out in the streets.

00:04:57.000 This isn't like, oh, well, you know, let's just see what's in the warrant.

00:05:00.000 I mean, they've been doing this.

00:05:02.000 This is the third election.

00:05:04.000 This is the third election.

00:05:05.000 We know they doctor evidence.

00:05:06.000 We know they plant evidence.

00:05:08.000 We know they hide evidence.

00:05:10.000 We know they lie.

00:05:10.000 We know they leak.

00:05:12.000 I mean, this is not anything new.

00:05:14.000 This has been years they've been doing this.

00:05:16.000 We can't just say, oh, you know, we're waiting for the guy to come out and give a statement about what is predicated.

00:05:21.000 I mean, what?

00:05:23.000 These people are out of control, Senator.

00:05:26.000 This country is at like, we're on the edge of a cliff, man.

00:05:29.000 I'm telling you, this country is at the edge of a cliff here.

00:05:33.000 Lindsey Graham doesn't agree with that.

00:05:34.000 He's just kind of like, his head is like, oh, yeah, okay, okay.

00:05:37.000 For him, it's all about the regime.

00:05:39.000 It's not about the country.

00:05:42.000 No, but if Vladimir Putin invades Ukraine, oh, man, it's all in.

00:05:50.000 All in at every single corner and every single front.

00:05:57.000 The Republican Party is not going to save us from this.

00:05:59.000 We have to build up the Republican Party and draft precinct committee people and build grassroots support.

00:06:06.000 Republican Party is not going to save us.

00:06:09.000 Lindsey Graham, well, yeah, I guess you're right.

00:06:12.000 I guess there's some things that might be not the way it should be.

00:06:18.000 They're doing entire segments on MSNBC about indicting political opponents.

00:06:23.000 Play Cut 57.

00:06:25.000 There are fresh signs that Donald Trump is bracing for a possible indictment.

00:06:29.000 His own lawyers planning for criminal charges and how to thwart or combat that possibility.

00:06:33.000 A reality driven by two open probes in Washington, Georgia, and the extensive January 6th hearings, which showed the evidence of crimes by insurrectionists and crimes building towards a wider coup conspiracy, including the involvement of Trump himself.

00:06:48.000 All they could possibly talk about.

00:06:50.000 They are terrified at the prospect, at the potential of having their own record actually having to go up against voters.

00:07:01.000 Terrified of it.

00:07:03.000 That potentially they have to be held accountable.

00:07:06.000 And so, look, the Democrats are playing with fire here.

00:07:10.000 They have outsourced their authority to the administrative state.

00:07:15.000 The administrative state has to be the focus of the Republican conservative movement over the next six to nine months.

00:07:22.000 The administrative state is unconstitutional.

00:07:25.000 It's unelected.

00:07:26.000 Most people don't know who they are, so they're unknown, with unchecked power.

00:07:31.000 The fact they can swoop in the executive branch and take a phone of a congressman, Scott Perry, that is a violation of separation of powers, period.

00:07:43.000 What crime is there?

00:07:44.000 If you're going to arrest him, then arrest him.

00:07:46.000 Just swoop in and take somebody's cell phone.

00:07:49.000 Never once did they grab Nancy Pelosi's cell phone, Eric Swalwell's.

00:07:55.000 But it does beg this question.

00:07:58.000 And it's one of the most important ones, which is how do you stop the administrative state?

00:08:02.000 You stop it through serious state-level action, a restoration of the 10th Amendment.

00:08:08.000 And boy, do we need a full court press if Republicans take back the House of Representatives and the Senate? 0.97

00:08:13.000 I'll be honest, I am cynical.

00:08:16.000 We talk a lot about the Church and Pike Committee.

00:08:20.000 The Church and Pike Committee was one of the most successful oversights of the intelligence agencies because the intelligence agencies were just growing way out of control to oversee the FBI, the NSA, the IRS.

00:08:34.000 The Church Committee was the Senate side.

00:08:38.000 The Pike Committee was the House side.

00:08:41.000 And they decided to go all in and actually do their job in the 1970s.

00:08:45.000 It was largely after Nixon.

00:08:47.000 Actually, it was during Nixon, wasn't it?

00:08:48.000 Let me think about this.

00:08:49.000 It was kind of during that whole era of: are we really happy with how powerful Washington, D.C. is?

00:08:56.000 Most people don't even know the revelations that came out of it.

00:08:59.000 How about Operation MKUltra?

00:09:02.000 What is that?

00:09:04.000 It was a human experimentation program designed by the CIA to get people to give false confessions via brainwashing and psychological torture.

00:09:15.000 MKUltra used numerous methods to manipulate its subjects' mental states and brain functions, such as covert administration of high doses of psychoactive drugs and other chemicals.

00:09:26.000 How about Operation Cointelpro?

00:09:30.000 It was a series of covert and illegal projects conducted by the FBI, aimed at surveilling, infiltrating, and discrediting who? Domestic American political organizations.

00:09:44.000 Was Cointelpro ever disassembled?

00:09:46.000 Is there now an equivalent of Cointelpro now in the Federal Bureau of Investigation?

00:09:52.000 In 1971, the FBI financed, armed, and controlled an extreme right-wing group of former members of the Minutemen anti-communist paramilitary organization, transforming it into the secret army organization and targeted groups, activists, and leaders into the anti-war movement using both intimidation and violent tactics.

00:10:11.000 Oh, yeah, but the FBI won't plant any evidence.

00:10:14.000 Most Americans don't know about Operation Mockingbird, Project Shamrock, Family Jewels.

00:10:20.000 We're going to tell you about it.

00:10:21.000 Most of your Republicans are clueless about this.

00:10:26.000 Charlie Kirk here.

00:10:27.000 My Pillow is having their biggest sheet sale of the year.

00:10:29.000 You all have helped MyPillow become an amazing company and really honestly become what it is today.

00:11:23.000 So the CIA and the FBI and the IRS and the NSA, they were largely unchecked up until the Church and Pike Committee had oversight back in the 1970s, 1975.

00:11:37.000 They revealed a series of shocking revelations.

00:11:40.000 Operation MKUltra, Cointelpro, and Operation Family Jewels, which was a CIA program to covertly assassinate foreign leaders.

00:11:49.000 How about Operation Mockingbird, though?

00:11:51.000 That's one that I want to focus on.

00:11:54.000 Operation Mockingbird is a large-scale program that the CIA ran for many years.

00:12:03.000 And by the way, I think Operation Mockingbird and Project Mockingbird is still being run by our intelligence agencies.

00:12:13.000 So, according to the documents, Operation Mockingbird recruited American journalists into a propaganda network and influenced the operations of front groups.

00:12:25.000 The CIA support of front groups was exposed in 1967, reported that the National Student Association received funding from the CIA.

00:12:35.000 In 1975, the church committee investigation revealed agency connections with journalists and civic groups.

00:12:43.000 So, Operation Mockingbird was all and mockingbirds, of course, they echo each other, right?

00:12:48.000 One says one thing and they say it back and back and back and back and back.

00:12:52.000 The idea was to create a cacophony of similar sounding noise.

00:12:57.000 Do we have any guarantees that a similar type of operation is still not underway right now?

00:13:04.000 By the way, we know that big social media companies receive massive amounts of funding from the CDC and the FDA.

00:13:12.000 We don't know if they receive money from the CIA or not, but you know the CIA has a $50 to $75 billion black box budget.

00:13:20.000 Our Republicans never ask about the black box budget.

00:13:22.000 Do you know what the black box budget is?

00:13:24.000 No one knows.

00:13:25.000 Just no oversight, anywhere between $50 to $75 billion a year, and we don't know where that money goes.

00:13:34.000 They don't have to show accounting for it because it's under classified national security.

00:13:39.000 The Church and Pike Committee did a series of these investigations, also found Project Shamrock.

00:13:47.000 Project Shamrock, by the way, this is in 1975.

00:13:49.000 You don't think that they've upped their game a little bit since then?

00:13:51.000 Project Shamrock was the sister project of Project Minaret.

00:13:55.000 By the way, this is all on the internet.

00:13:56.000 You guys could check it out.

00:13:58.000 Enlighten yourself, awaken yourself.

00:14:00.000 Project Minaret involved the accumulation of all telegraphic data that was entered or exited the United States.

00:14:06.000 Project Shamrock was an espionage operation that did the following.

00:14:13.000 It didn't just accumulate all the data, but according to Stephen Budosky, the precursor of the project, said the following: The clandestine agreement, almost certainly illegal, set a precedent of wartime censorship.

00:14:29.000 At the height of Project Shamrock, 150,000 messages were printed and analyzed of private communications via telegraph companies by NSA personnel in one month.

00:14:43.000 You cannot have freedom without privacy.

00:14:46.000 You cannot.

00:14:48.000 If you are not able to have privacy, you are not free.

00:14:51.000 If someone is constantly looking over your shoulder, Orwell described this best in 1984 in Animal Farm, that it is a necessary prerequisite.

00:15:02.000 No freedom, no privacy, no freedom.

00:15:05.000 A government that constantly monitors everything you do, you are not able to have liberty.

00:15:11.000 How many of your Republican officials are talking about Operation Mockingbird, Operation Quintel Pro, Operation Shamrock, Operation Family Jewels?

00:15:19.000 No, no, no, because Lindsey Graham and all these others, Tim Scott, and all, they're defenders of that regime.

00:15:26.000 And yeah, it was all kind of fun and cool when it was we're fighting terrorists abroad and whatever, but now they consider you to be the terrorist.

00:15:33.000 They ran out of terrorists to hunt because it turns out there just weren't that many to find.

00:15:37.000 Yeah, there were a lot of like pervert goatherders in the Kandahar Valley in Afghanistan, but it's a lot more interesting to actually go crush your domestic political opponents here.

00:15:48.000 We're going to do a whole series of podcasts coming up about Operation MKUltra, Cointel Pro, Family Jewels, Operation Mockingbird, Project Shamrock.

00:15:58.000 Some of the most important things that most of your Republican leaders are authorizing.

00:16:02.000 They are aware of.

00:16:04.000 They're in support of it.

00:16:06.000 Most of your Republican leaders that you send to Washington, D.C., they would say, well, yeah, it's okay.

00:16:13.000 We spy on people.

00:16:15.000 Who cares?

00:16:19.000 Look, we know rates are inching up and they're still historically low.

00:16:22.000 But if you're tired of the high cost of renting, there's still time to buy a home.

00:16:25.000 And I was just talking about this on our program.

00:16:27.000 You got to buy.

00:16:28.000 And by the way, you could always refinance.

00:16:29.000 If you think rates are too high, you could always refinance.

00:16:31.000 So go to andrewandod.com.

00:16:33.000 They're the ones to contact right now to get you financing into your new home.

00:16:58.000 They're great Americans.

00:16:59.000 We hang out together.

00:17:00.000 They love the Lord.

00:17:01.000 They're great people.

00:17:02.000 So just go to AndrewAntodd.com.

00:17:04.000 Do not wait.

00:17:05.000 Get your pre-approved loan today while rates are still historically low.

00:17:09.000 And by the way, again, some of you might say, oh, Charlie, I'm going to wait for the rates to go down and all this.

00:17:15.000 Well, then what if the property is worth twice as much in three years because there's so many dollar bills out there?

00:17:15.000 Okay.

00:17:20.000 AndrewandTodd.com, AndrewandTodd.com can guide you through all of this.

00:17:24.000 And remember, you can always refinance.

00:17:25.000 So go to AndrewandTodd.com.

00:17:30.000 We are very worried about the overreach of the federal government.

00:17:33.000 And Arizona is a beachhead.

00:17:36.000 It all goes through Arizona.

00:17:37.000 It is the front lines on every single level.

00:17:40.000 We've been talking about how attorney generals better start acting soon and enforcing the rule of law against these criminals, the cartels, these far-left activists.

00:17:52.000 The nominee for the Republican Party in the wonderful state of Arizona, Trump endorsed and endorsed by Rand Paul, is Abraham Hamada.

00:18:02.000 Abe, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.

00:18:05.000 Abe Hamade, but close enough, Charlie.

00:18:07.000 Oh, okay.

00:18:07.000 Well, I did my best.

00:18:09.000 So tell us about your campaign.

00:18:12.000 Well, it's been a rocket ship since we received the endorsement of President Trump in June on June 14th.

00:18:19.000 But, you know, so far, you're exactly right.

00:18:21.000 Just listening to your segments on the show.

00:18:23.000 And this is quite unusual times that we're living in.

00:18:26.000 You know, typically we've been fighting only the federal government, but right now we're fighting basically the radical left has infiltrated every aspect of our lives.

00:18:34.000 I mean, now we have to fight big tech.

00:18:36.000 I mean, if you remember back in February when GoFundMe was going to use that money that was donated to the Canadian truckers, who stopped them from doing that?

00:18:45.000 It was state AGs who stopped GoFundMe from sending that money to radical leftist organizations.

00:18:50.000 So this is unusual times where we have to fight back not just the federal government, but even big business and big tech who can become as tyrannical as government.

00:18:58.000 So, you know, I'm my opponent that I'm going up against Chris Mays.

00:19:02.000 She's, you know, she's going to be funded by George Soros.

00:19:04.000 She was funded previously by Tom Styre.

00:19:06.000 Michael Bloomberg is going to make a big push for gun control.

00:19:09.000 So this is who we're going up against, Charlie.

00:19:11.000 So this is very worrisome.

00:19:12.000 But luckily, Arizona has many good candidates.

00:19:15.000 And I think we're going to be the leaders of the America First movement across the country right here in Arizona.

00:19:19.000 Tell us about your biography.

00:19:21.000 It's rather compelling.

00:19:22.000 Yeah.

00:19:23.000 So actually, you know, my family came here.

00:19:25.000 I was born in Chicago, unfortunately, but I've been in Arizona since I was five years old.

00:19:30.000 But my family came from Syria 30 some odd years ago.

00:19:33.000 Like every immigrant, you know, they came to the big city and they had no money, no education or anything. 1.00

00:19:39.000 But, you know, they randomly wound up in Arizona.

00:19:41.000 My father, he won the lottery.

00:19:43.000 It wasn't life-changing.

00:19:44.000 Like 50 000 bucks, but included a stay at the Scottsdale Princess.

00:19:48.000 He actually won the lottery.

00:19:50.000 Yeah, it was like 50 000 bucks for an immigrant.

00:19:52.000 That's a ton of money right, um.

00:19:54.000 And then he stayed at the Scottsdale Princess resort and as soon as they landed this was january of like 1996 as soon as they landed at Sky Harbor, they looked at each other and they said wow, we found the Middle East Of America.

00:20:04.000 So it was a quite easy decision for them to move out here.

00:20:07.000 And you know, I really credit Arizona is really the uh, it's.

00:20:11.000 It's such a new state in the sense that someone like myself can get into politics.

00:20:15.000 We're not, you know, entrenched with the same establishment, say in the East Coast.

00:20:19.000 You know sure, we had to battle some of the establishment opponents, but it's a lot easier barrier of entry to get into.

00:20:25.000 So you know, I credit a lot of my success to Arizona.

00:20:28.000 But besides that, i'm a former prosecutor at the Maricopa County Attorney's Office.

00:20:32.000 I'm also a former ARMY captain and intelligence officer and I was uh deployed to Saudi Arabia for 2020 and 2021.

00:20:40.000 But I did enter this race uh, in november of 2021.

00:20:44.000 I was the last candidate to enter and you know, we crushed our opponents.

00:20:47.000 I think I was leading my next closest rival by 10.

00:20:50.000 So you know we're going to take the same energy, the same, the same message, same movement all the way till november to defeat Chris Mays.

00:20:56.000 Because what the Democrats offer Charlie, I mean, i'm just amazed how they're even you know these policy positions defunding the police.

00:21:03.000 Now they're suddenly saying that they never said that, but they spent the last two years gaslighting us.

00:21:08.000 You know talking about defunding the police and you know reimagining how law enforcement should work, but you know we're going to remind the voters on what, what dystopian vision they want to inflict on us.

00:21:18.000 I mean, a strong attorney generals are the most important things we could have right now.

00:21:21.000 So let me ask you about two things in particular, first of which is federal government overreach.

00:21:26.000 What would you be willing to do, for example, with a deluge of IRS agents that might come into Arizona?

00:21:32.000 How would you reassert?

00:21:33.000 Reassert constitutional state sovereignty against the federal government coming in to terrorize us Arizonans?

00:21:42.000 You're exactly right, and you know this, 87 000 new IRS agents we have to look at.

00:21:47.000 You know who it's going to be targeting.

00:21:49.000 It's really going to be targeting minority groups, primarily.

00:21:51.000 Minorities are actually subject to audits at a higher percentage than whites.

00:21:56.000 So that's the message that we're going to take to the Hispanic community and black community as well.

00:21:59.000 But as a g, it's the same way that we you know, we fought the vaccine mandates that they were pushing on us too, and as well as the mass guidelines that took too long to get rid of.

00:22:08.000 So the state ag across the country.

00:22:11.000 We have special jurisdiction that allows us to sue the federal government in federal court.

00:22:15.000 So that's what we're going to be looking at tackling.

00:22:17.000 But you're exactly right about state sovereignty, which i'm, so you know, excited to hear that so many candidates this year are using that term.

00:22:24.000 You know I got involved in politics, Charlie way, back in 2007 on the Ron Paul campaign, and I remember so many of the issues that you know we were fighting back then have now come to fruition.

00:22:33.000 I mean, we were called conspiracy theorists back then, but if you're looking at the state sovereignty, it's not just reclaiming it with regarding to, you know, the police powers right, or the vaccine mandates or these IRS agents, but if you're seeing our border, I mean our border to me it's a state sovereignty issue, the fact that the federal government has totally neglected to do its job.

00:22:53.000 That's where Arizona under Kerry Lake and myself, we're going To start taking the fight back to DC and start reestablishing Arizona's sovereignty and protect the communities, because what goes on down at the border isn't just affecting Yuma or Tucson or our border communities.

00:23:08.000 It's affecting all of Arizona, but all of the country as well.

00:23:11.000 So, you know, that's something that I think I want to hone in on, the fact that other states that are paying attention, Arizona is a key battleground state, not just because it was purple or whatever, but it's because elections, it's because of our border.

00:23:24.000 So, you know, all eyes are going to be on Arizona.

00:23:26.000 So it's a big responsibility that we have to tackle.

00:23:28.000 But you're exactly right.

00:23:29.000 The state AGs, we have to be the tip of the spear fighting back against this lawless administration.

00:23:34.000 Because I always, you know, people ask me, what are your priorities?

00:23:37.000 It always changes, to be quite honest, because the Biden administration keeps ambushing us.

00:23:41.000 Who would have ever thought that the FBI would be raiding the former president's house?

00:23:45.000 And if you're seeing what the New York Attorney General is doing, Letitia James, going after President Trump, I mean, President Trump's one of the most persecuted men in history.

00:23:53.000 And it's very apparent this week that what we're witnessing.

00:23:56.000 But as AG, we have to have a strong AG who respects the law.

00:23:59.000 And that's exactly what these George Soros prosecutors and what the radical left has eroded.

00:24:04.000 So I want to play a piece of tape here, Cut 63.

00:24:07.000 This just goes to show how the media is going about to criminalize Trump supporters.

00:24:13.000 Cut 63, it's Operation Mockingbird in full effect, play cut 63.

00:24:20.000 Tell ABC News, there's been a strong reaction to the raid on extremists and QAnon-related forums.

00:24:25.000 Sources say there's been a strong reaction to the raid on extremist and QAnon-related forums.

00:24:30.000 Sources also telling ABC News there's been a strong reaction from some extreme groups online, including QAnon and other groups.

00:24:38.000 There's been a strong reaction to the raid on extremist and QAnon-related forums, including those that were active before January 6th.

00:24:46.000 Including those that were active prior to January 6th.

00:24:49.000 Including those that were active prior to January 6th.

00:24:52.000 Involved in the January.

00:24:54.000 They're all saying the same thing, Abe.

00:24:55.000 They're all trying to criminalize Trump supporters and just normal everyday Americans.

00:25:01.000 Abe, I live in Scottsdale, and I was stopped multiple times yesterday by just regular people that are pissed about this raid of Trump at Mar-a-Lago.

00:25:13.000 Expand on that a little bit more, your thoughts.

00:25:16.000 You're exactly right, Charlie.

00:25:17.000 You know, on day one, when Joe Biden took office, I was overseas with the army in Saudi Arabia.

00:25:23.000 But I remember on day one, we actually got a briefing that said that right-wing extremism is the number one threat facing the U.S. military.

00:25:31.000 So this has gone into the U.S. military as well, Charlie, this narrative.

00:25:35.000 So, you know, when I got back here, look at what the Biden administration does.

00:25:38.000 They classify parents who speak out at school board meetings against critical race theory as possible domestic terrorists.

00:25:45.000 If you donate money to the Canadian truckers to oppose the COVID hysteria, you're a possible domestic terrorist.

00:25:50.000 They want to crush any dissenting viewpoints.

00:25:54.000 And that's exactly what's so terrifying.

00:25:56.000 And that's what I mean by saying, you know, if you look at the media, the scripts you just put, they've become the propaganda arm of the radical left.

00:26:02.000 That's exactly what the media is.

00:26:03.000 And the big tech is also plays a big role in that as well as big business.

00:26:07.000 So, you know, this is unusual times that we're facing.

00:26:10.000 And it really requires men with convict men and women with convictions who are going to stand up, who are unafraid to speak their minds.

00:26:16.000 But, you know, as AG, when I take over, we're going to look at ways to start going after big tech.

00:26:21.000 We have to start going after and protecting our parents who are speaking out at school board meetings because now even elementary school students are being subjected to this radical leftist thought.

00:26:32.000 So as Attorney General and along with Governor Kerry Lake, we have a lot on our hands, but I do see what happens this November will determine our country's future for the next century.

00:26:42.000 One of the things about your campaign that struck me is that you're willing to go after the cartels in a very serious way.

00:26:48.000 You're willing to classify them as a foreign terrorist organization.

00:26:50.000 Is that right?

00:26:50.000 I don't want to put words in your mouth, but can you tell us about that?

00:26:54.000 That's exactly right. 1.00

00:26:55.000 So we need to kill the cartels. 0.99

00:26:57.000 And under current Arizona law, we use the U.S. Department of State's definition of what a terrorist is. 0.99

00:27:03.000 And the U.S. Department of State has been politicized.

00:27:06.000 The Yemen Houthi rebels who are firing missiles at us when I was in Saudi Arabia were delisted by Joe Biden as a terrorist organization, which is why the Saudis are not very happy with them.

00:27:16.000 So in Arizona, we have the ability to know what these groups are.

00:27:19.000 And I want to start calling them what they are.

00:27:21.000 They're terrorist organizations.

00:27:22.000 And with that, we have enhanced sentencings on them.

00:27:25.000 We can also seize their assets differently.

00:27:27.000 So we're going to get tough with the terrorists, the cartels, and classify them as terrorists because right now they do have control of the border.

00:27:33.000 And we have to negotiate with the Mexican government, even some of our Native American communities as well, that we have to start securing our border at the state level because the federal government refuses to act.

00:27:43.000 That's exactly right.

00:27:44.000 Would you be willing then to go after some of these nonprofit groups that are aiding and abetting the illegal entry of people into our country?

00:27:53.000 For example, if you go to San Luis, you go to the suburb, the exterior of the Yuma area, they are criminally assisting people with money, with reconnaissance.

00:28:08.000 Are you as attorney general willing to go after these nonprofit groups that are helping the illegal migration?

00:28:14.000 I want to say call migration border jumping invasion and line cutting into our country. 0.98

00:28:20.000 Absolutely.

00:28:21.000 And you're exactly right when you're talking about, I mean, there's businesses that are involved with this too.

00:28:26.000 I mean, the cartels is a sophisticated operation.

00:28:28.000 That's why I want to call them a terrorist organization.

00:28:31.000 I mean, some of them have more money than many countries' GDP, but you're exactly right.

00:28:35.000 We have to go after some of these non-I mean, they cloak themselves in nonprofits, but I mean, the same with Mark Zuckerberg, what he was doing with interfering in our elections.

00:28:42.000 That's the workaround they try to do.

00:28:44.000 But we're going to get aggressive, not only with the cartels, but anybody who is assisting them as well.

00:28:49.000 So, you know, looking at border communities, that's going to be our primary focus right now.

00:28:53.000 I just received the endorsement today of Sheriff Mark Lamb, who's a great sheriff in Pinal County, who has to deal with the corridor of crossings of these illegal immigrants. 1.00

00:29:02.000 But, you know, you're right to say that this is an invasion.

00:29:05.000 I've been saying that it's not even a crisis.

00:29:07.000 It's a disaster, Charlie.

00:29:09.000 I mean, when you have 160 countries represented or flocking our border, only 6% of those who are crossing our border are Mexican citizens, by the way.

00:29:16.000 I mean, most of these are come from all over the world.

00:29:18.000 They just openly flaunt our law.

00:29:19.000 So we have to get aggressive.

00:29:21.000 We have to get tough at the state level.

00:29:23.000 Yeah, I mean, this is important.

00:29:24.000 Going after the nonprofit support structure of what's happening on the invasion, that's kind of the third rail.

00:29:30.000 And if you're saying you're willing to look at the money flows, I mean, you think about it, human trafficking, fentanyl, guns, we know all of it, but there is a 501c3 NGO, sometimes federally granted supported infrastructure in San Luis and in Yuma and in Tucson and the Hollis sector that actually assist and subsidize the invasion.

00:29:51.000 And that act, that's fair game for an Arizona attorney general to go after.

00:29:54.000 So I'm pleased to hear that you'd be willing to do it.

00:29:57.000 Of course, lawfully and doing it ethically.

00:30:00.000 So let me ask you a couple of questions here.

00:30:00.000 All right.

00:30:02.000 You have your website, Abe4AG.com.

00:30:05.000 And boy, your opponent is a total disaster.

00:30:07.000 This is awful.

00:30:09.000 We need people that consolidate behind you and to get you elected.

00:30:14.000 So there's other issues too that you have on your website, pro-life, election protection, border security, cancel culture, war on police, Second Amendment, military mental health crisis.

00:30:24.000 So talk about election protection.

00:30:25.000 A lot of people don't trust our elections here in Arizona.

00:30:28.000 What will you do as Attorney General to ensure election integrity?

00:30:33.000 Well, and they're actually rightfully so to question our elections.

00:30:36.000 Look what just happened in Pinal County.

00:30:38.000 I mean, that was a total disaster, Charlie.

00:30:41.000 And this is years after the 2020 election when they spent the whole past two years calling us fringe and conspiracy theorists.

00:30:49.000 But look what just happened in Pinal County.

00:30:51.000 That is voter disenfranchisement, right there, when you're seeing that's a civil rights violation in my, in my view, when they're not able to vote at the poll at the polls, and it was primarily affecting Republicans.

00:31:03.000 But, as attorney general, this is where we have to have a good secretary of state as well, with Mark Finchum there too.

00:31:09.000 So we have to work, you know, hand in hand by having, because the secretary of state has a big role in elections as well.

00:31:14.000 But as attorney general, what we have to do is prosecute these crimes, but there has to be consequences for some of these actions.

00:31:20.000 I know the Pinow county elections uh had just resigned, but I mean, think about if this was in the business uh sector.

00:31:26.000 I mean they would, they would lose their job.

00:31:28.000 I mean, this is, this is pretty.

00:31:30.000 You know bad stuff, what's going on.

00:31:31.000 But for the 2020 election, what i've called for is to actually, you know investigate, pick up where Burnabitch is going to leave off.

00:31:37.000 I don't have much confidence that he's he's going to prosecute anymore crimes that we witness.

00:31:42.000 But you know something that I focus on as well, when I voted in the 2020 election Charlie Overseas, uh on my deployment, and I voted by email, and I think Arizona is one of three states that allowed that.

00:31:54.000 For you to vote by email.

00:31:56.000 Right, I had to.

00:31:56.000 I actually had to take a.

00:31:57.000 I actually had to print out my ballot from a computer, take a photo of it and then email it to the county recorder.

00:32:02.000 What could possibly go wrong with that?

00:32:04.000 Everything right, and supposedly.

00:32:06.000 What happens is that it gets then transferred to a legitimate ballot with a Republican and Democrat watching over it.

00:32:12.000 But who I mean at the time?

00:32:13.000 Who would really trust that Adrian Fontes would have done the right thing?

00:32:16.000 I don't.

00:32:17.000 So that's something I want to work for, legislation by getting rid of the. 0.99

00:32:20.000 Would you investigate the mules in the ballot trafficking operation that there's evidence to show occurred?

00:32:26.000 Yes, and i've already called for, you know, the release of the, the evidence that was on full display in the 2000 mules documentary documentary.

00:32:33.000 I mean, in Maricopa County alone there's 200 mules.

00:32:35.000 In Yuma County there is plenty.

00:32:37.000 So you know there's.

00:32:38.000 Those are probably low-level offenders, but that's how.

00:32:41.000 That's how any investigation starts.

00:32:42.000 You go after the low-level offenders and you work your way up to the top of the criminal enterprise that you've discussed earlier, with these nonprofits.

00:32:49.000 That's how you do this investigation.

00:32:50.000 So that's why I, you have to be committed to going after even the low-level offenders, because eventually they'll talk, and I do think that this was a.

00:32:57.000 This was a criminal enterprise organization that was going on.

00:33:00.000 If you look at the San Luis I mean, that was a former mayor who is who is complicit in that.

00:33:05.000 So, as attorney general, we will take the election fraud very seriously and we have to have a bulletproof election system so that when Donald Trump runs and wins against in 2024, everyone will know it's legitimate.

00:33:16.000 Yeah the, the ballot trafficking operation is just, is just awful and it's terrible.

00:33:20.000 Uh, closing a website is ABE.

00:33:24.000 Uh for Ag.com.

00:33:25.000 Where do you stand on the legalization of marijuana in Arizona?

00:33:30.000 It's already legal um, in Arizona.

00:33:32.000 So we that passed in 2020.

00:33:34.000 So you know I respect the law and that that's the.

00:33:37.000 That's the current law of the land right now.

00:33:38.000 Yeah, it's just kind of a pet issue for me.

00:33:40.000 I, they're building a marijuana clinic or whatever they call it.

00:33:44.000 A get high house or whatever in Scottsdale drives me crazy, so I think that's more plenty of them around yeah, and I think they should all be shut down, but that's a separate issue for another time.

00:33:53.000 ABE for AG Uh.com.

00:33:55.000 And I just want to reemphasize this point.

00:33:57.000 Uh can't overstate this enough.

00:33:58.000 With Carrie's agenda and how aggressively conservative she wants to be, we cannot afford to lose the A?

00:34:03.000 G race, and so Abe uh, keep up the great work.

00:34:07.000 We're behind you and uh stay focused and you're welcome on the show anytime.

00:34:10.000 Thank you Abe, thank you Charlie, thanks.
