00:00:00.000 Jack Psobic is still in here, guest hosting for Charlie Kirk two incredible interviews that we have to get into.
00:00:05.000 First, up Mojave County, the fact that they, under duress, had to certify this election, were threatened with prison time, threatened with arrest and criminal enforcement.
00:00:16.000 We're going to dig into that.
00:00:17.000 And then also Senator Sheldon Whitehouse targeting Turning Point USA and using the agents of the IRS like the East German Stasi.
00:00:28.000 Big setup, folks.
00:00:29.000 Buckle up.
00:00:30.000 Here we go.
00:00:32.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:34.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:36.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:39.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:42.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:44.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:45.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:00:53.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:02.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:05.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:14.000 All right, Jack Psobic in for Charlie Kirk.
00:01:16.000 Make sure you're getting your tickets for the upcoming meeting of the minds, the summit that's going to be held, amfest.com, promo code TOSO.
00:01:25.000 This is December 17th to the 20th, Phoenix, Arizona.
00:01:28.000 Myself, Tarker Carlson, Steve Bannon, Charlie Kirk, Tim Poole, Mike Lindell, oh yeah, and so many more will be there.
00:01:38.000 You have to come.
00:01:38.000 We're going to lay out the plan for America because we live in a country where things like this happen.
00:01:45.000 And our next guest is going to explain it to us because I saw this piece out of the Daily Caller News Foundation.
00:01:51.000 Incredible scoop, just a tremendous amount of real journalism, by the way.
00:01:57.000 As Rush Limbaugh used to say, a spontaneous act of journalism.
00:02:00.000 But I wouldn't put the Daily Caller in that category because they do journalism every day.
00:02:07.000 Exclusive, Katie Hobbs' office threatened county board with arrest and indictment if they didn't certify the results of the election.
00:02:19.000 And it was by Arjun Singh, the investigative reporter.
00:02:22.000 And we have him on, we have him on today to discuss this entire situation.
00:02:27.000 Arjun, thank you so much for joining us today.
00:02:30.000 Thank you very much for having me, Jack.
00:02:31.000 How are you doing?
00:02:32.000 I'm doing very well.
00:02:34.000 So please go through this email because we've got listeners here, of course, in Arizona, but we've also got folks outside of Arizona who may not understand the context that all of this went down in this Mojave County.
00:02:50.000 But please walk us through the situation and then walk through your reporting.
00:02:54.000 Sure, Jack.
00:02:55.000 So here's what happened.
00:02:57.000 After Election Day, all the counties had to meet to essentially canvass the returns.
00:03:02.000 Those are technical terms that mean certify the results of their county's elections.
00:03:07.000 There weren't any sort of major issues in Mojave County that at least the supervisors brought up, but in Maricopa County, the largest county in Arizona where Phoenix is located, there have been ongoing problems over there.
00:03:21.000 There have been disputes, at least among the boards of supervisors.
00:03:24.000 And the Mojave County Board decided to delay their certification until November 28th as a political statement, according to them, in opposition to what was happening in Maricopa County, where there were so many problems.
00:03:38.000 Now, this is something that really upset Katie Hobbs' team.
00:03:42.000 She's still the Secretary of State now until she resigns to assume the governorship, presumably later in 2023.
00:03:51.000 And so, her team, her top elections deputy, specifically Corey Lorick, who's the Arizona state elections director, sent threatening letters and emails to members of the Mojave County Board of Supervisors, the elected representatives on the board.
00:04:06.000 She said that they would be threatened with, they would face legal action, recovery of costs, sanctions against the attorneys who represented them if they did not vote to certify the results on the 28th.
00:04:18.000 She even said that they could be sort of charged under a class 6 felony, Arizona Statute 161010, if they refused to certify by the 28th, which is the deadline under state law.
00:04:31.000 They claimed that it was a ministerial duty as opposed to, say, an act where the board could undertake some due diligence, could audit, could hold hearings, could listen to voters before deciding whether or not to certify.
00:04:46.000 And so that was the main controversy.
00:04:48.000 Ultimately, they did certify on the 28th.
00:04:51.000 But as the chairman of the board, Ron Gold, said he was being forced to do so, else he would face criminal charges.
00:04:58.000 It was sort of a certification under duress, if you will.
00:05:01.000 And so that's what happened.
00:05:02.000 And that's the result of what Corey Lorick and Katie Hobbes people at the Arizona Secretary of State's office were doing.
00:05:09.000 And we have the email here.
00:05:12.000 I'm looking at it.
00:05:13.000 I've never seen an email like this in my life.
00:05:15.000 Usually, when you see these types of emails, they're very perfunctory between intra-governmental agencies.
00:05:23.000 This is not like that.
00:05:25.000 If you do not perform your ministerial duty to canvass your election results today, we'll have no other choice but to pursue legal action and seek fees and sanctions against the board.
00:05:34.000 Our office will take all legal and necessary action necessary to ensure that Arizona's voters have their votes counted, including referring the individual supervisors who vote not to certify for criminal enforcement under ARS 161010.
00:05:55.000 And then, of course, the ending.
00:05:57.000 Please let me know if you have any questions.
00:05:59.000 There's that snarky ending there.
00:06:02.000 Please let me know if you have any questions.
00:06:03.000 Thanks, Corey.
00:06:05.000 I mean, this, I'm looking at something like this.
00:06:08.000 What is the point of certification if it's forced?
00:06:12.000 The point of certification is that you have someone, the entire process, right?
00:06:16.000 Someone evaluating the process, making sure it's fair, checking the work, coming back, saying they agree.
00:06:22.000 This is certification under duress.
00:06:25.000 And we're looking at this situation where not only on top of all this, it's not just, by the way, an election, any old election, it's an election where the person sending the email, this Corey Lorick, is directly working for the person who is going to become, if all of this goes through, the next governor of Arizona.
00:06:51.000 And I guarantee, by the way, would not be shocked if Corey Lorick finds her way into the Arizona governor's mansion, the next administration, someone goes along.
00:07:01.000 So we're going to be paying very close attention to this.
00:07:04.000 Arjun, in your reporting here, have you ever seen anything like this before in any other election?
00:07:13.000 No, I haven't, Jack.
00:07:14.000 And the people I've talked to from Arizona say they've never seen anything like it either.
00:07:18.000 Firstly, this is the first time that they're being sort of controversial about certifying the results, canvassing the results.
00:07:25.000 In 2020, where the presidential election was contested, this wasn't a problem.
00:07:30.000 They didn't receive threatening letters and emails from the Secretary of State's office for raising concerns about what they thought were sort of issues with the ballots.
00:07:39.000 But it's happening this time, and that's sort of really unprecedented.
00:07:42.000 It's also unprecedented given, as you mentioned, the conflict of interest over here.
00:07:46.000 Corey Lorick is Katie Hobbes' top deputy.
00:07:49.000 Katie Hobbes' votes are under sort of contention in these certain certification.
00:07:55.000 So, the fact that her top deputy is sending these, you know, criminal threats to elected representatives regarding her own superiors' votes is somewhat odd over here.
00:08:06.000 And what's really most egregious about this is the fact that this is what they call a ministerial duty.
00:08:12.000 Because I guess, as everybody knows now, after January 6, 2021, watching what happened over there at the Capitol, Congress does have the ability to say, raise objections, the rates that they receive from the various states.
00:08:27.000 And there's a speech and debate clause in the Constitution, which protects them from any legislative action that they take, you know, during while they raise those objections, any objections that they state on the floor in their speeches.
00:08:39.000 That's a protection they have.
00:08:40.000 They can't be criminally charged for doing that.
00:08:43.000 And there are analogous provisions in all the state constitutions as well for the state legislatures.
00:08:48.000 But for this local board, for the Mojave County Board of Supervisors, all of whom are elected representatives, there's no such protection for them at all.
00:08:59.000 They have to simply sort of do what the state tells them.
00:09:02.000 And if they don't, they'll be criminally charged.
00:09:04.000 That I think is really egregious.
00:09:06.000 And it's quite different from what we, at least, you know, Americans and voters expect when it comes to election oversight.
00:09:12.000 No, I couldn't agree more.
00:09:13.000 Arjun, let people know: what are your coordinates and are you going to be following up on this?
00:09:19.000 Are you going to be continuing to investigate this story as it unfolds?
00:09:24.000 Well, thank you very much, Jack.
00:09:27.000 Absolutely.
00:09:28.000 Unfortunately, sort of the certifications of all the counties have done.
00:09:32.000 Cochise County in Arizona as well was forced by a judge last night to certify the results, which they've already done.
00:09:40.000 But then again, there's the whole question as to whether or not the lawsuits that have been filed against counties and for boards of supervisors certifying will be undertaken.
00:09:51.000 Kerry Lake has filed a lawsuit.
00:09:53.000 Abraham Hamade in the attorney general's race has filed a lawsuit.
00:09:56.000 So there's certainly a lot of questions coming out of Arizona, and we will definitely be sort of picking up those stories and bringing the facts to people as they figure out what's going on in the state.
00:10:06.000 And you can catch me on Twitter, Arjun S. Writings.
00:10:09.000 That's my handle.
00:10:10.000 That's where I post all these other scoops and exclusives that we'll be bringing to you from the Daily Call of News Foundation as this pans out.
00:10:18.000 Incredible, incredible reporting.
00:10:20.000 Thank you so much for joining us today.
00:10:21.000 Thank you for being on here.
00:10:22.000 Thank you for your work.
00:10:24.000 And I guarantee you that Charlie will be having you back on because the story is not going away.
00:10:29.000 And we, as a country, are not going to let them treat our officials this way while they are taking power.
00:10:36.000 And we have questions about what happened in Maricopa County, which never should have happened to anyone anywhere in the country, regardless, regardless of your political beliefs.
00:10:48.000 Look, do you know if you're getting enough magnesium?
00:10:50.000 Because four out of five Americans are not.
00:10:53.000 Look, I started to take magnesium and it was a game changer for me.
00:10:56.000 And a big problem is because magnesium is involved in over 600 biochemical reactions in your body.
00:11:01.000 I want to talk to you about the most common signs to look at that you might not have magnesium.
00:11:06.000 You might have enough magnesium.
00:11:07.000 Are you irritable or anxious all the time?
00:11:08.000 Do you struggle with insomnia?
00:11:10.000 Do you experience muscle cramps or twitches?
00:11:12.000 Do you have high blood pressure?
00:11:14.000 Are you sometimes constipated?
00:11:15.000 There are dozens of symptoms, and magnesium might be able to help you.
00:11:19.000 Now, there's a lot of people that don't know things about magnesium.
00:11:22.000 Just taking any magnesium supplement won't solve your problems.
00:11:25.000 You need one that actually will absorb in your body.

00:12:31.000 Mark Elias, Mark Elias, don't we all love Mark Elias?
00:12:36.000 Look, and I'm going to say something.
00:12:37.000 This may be a little controversial to say on a conservative talk show and on the Charlie Kirk talk show.
00:12:44.000 And you got to say this, right?
00:12:46.000 I respect Mark Elias.
00:12:48.000 You know what?
00:12:48.000 I do.
00:12:49.000 And I would say, why don't conservatives have a Mark Elias?
00:12:53.000 Why don't we have someone who is just going forward state after state after state, right?
00:12:59.000 And setting this up when it comes to our elections.
00:13:01.000 Because you look at Mark Elias, right?
00:13:03.000 To make sure, by the way, that we don't get the elections thrown out, that we actually get election laws followed, that we actually have elections that are legitimate in this country.
00:13:16.000 So we don't have situations like Maricopa County, where people are forced away because of the incompetence or potentially malfeasance of the people like old Bill Gates.
00:13:28.000 I don't know, get the true code.
00:13:30.000 You've got the old okey doke running the old okey doke.
00:13:33.000 Remember these guys?
00:13:34.000 And it's the smugness, right?
00:13:36.000 It's the smugness.
00:13:38.000 So Charlie tweeted last night, tweeted a tweet.
00:13:42.000 He said, so Katie Hobbs oversees one of the most embarrassing botched elections in the history of the country, one in which she herself is a candidate, and a federal judge has ordered Kerry Lake's lawyers to pay sanctions for filing suit to redress her legitimate grievances.
00:14:02.000 Unbelievable.
00:14:03.000 Mark Elias responds.
00:14:05.000 Not only were Link's lawyers sanctioned, but you forgot that Cochines County was also ordered to certify.
00:14:12.000 And you can hear him squealing as he writes it.
00:14:14.000 A great day for democracy all around.
00:14:16.000 Reminds me of that guy from, you know, the Princess Bride, right?
00:14:20.000 You know, you've committed one of the blunders.
00:14:23.000 Conceivable.
00:14:24.000 Right.
00:14:24.000 And the only thing being, though, is the dude from Princess Bride, what's his name, Fezziwig?
00:14:30.000 He's much, much, Richard Levine, you know, is much, much better looking, much better looking than Mark Elias.
00:14:38.000 Mark Elias is, if you looked up like gross and disgusting in the library, or excuse me, the dictionary, and then you find hopefully there'd be a whole library section of Mark Elias.
00:14:48.000 But when they say democracy, folks, when they say democracy, they mean liberalism.
00:14:54.000 Understand that.
00:14:54.000 Adrian Vremoul was right when he said that.
00:14:56.000 They say democracy, but they mean liberalism.
00:14:59.000 This is why leverage is important.
00:15:01.000 That's the theme of our show today.
00:15:02.000 This is why Georgia is important.
00:15:04.000 And if you're looking at Georgia, right?
00:15:06.000 This is the thing that we learned, thing that we learned from the 2022 midterms.
00:15:12.000 It's that if you are in one of these states that allows early voting, that allows vote by mail, then you have to be in the ballot business because that's where power is derived.
00:15:24.000 We need leaders who understand power and know how to wield it.
00:15:31.000 We need leaders who know how to wield it.
00:15:33.000 Okay.
00:15:34.000 And that is key.
00:15:35.000 That is key.
00:15:38.000 Because when you're looking at these situations, you know, this is something that I've always said about Trump that he has this intuitive understanding of who has power and who has leverage.
00:15:48.000 Because he's got this raw and it may come across as crude, right?
00:15:53.000 People might think it comes across as crude, but he can always tell who's got the leverage.
00:15:57.000 He always seems to be able to tell.
00:15:58.000 And I think that's the new mold that really the Trump model set for the Republican Party and the conservative movement.
00:16:06.000 that we aren't just going to get elected and win elections anymore, that you have to actually do something with it.
00:16:10.000 Because we won elections for years and conservatives lost the country.
00:16:16.000 They lost the entire country.
00:16:17.000 Lost the country to the point where Mitt Romney, Mitt Romney, a guy who is the senator in Utah, is signing same-sex marriage bills.
00:16:26.000 Say, okay, okay, right.
00:16:29.000 But then you got other people that are operating within that model now, like DeSantis, where it's just action, action, action.
00:16:36.000 And I love it.
00:16:37.000 Action, action, action.
00:16:39.000 That is the new management model.
00:16:42.000 Offense, offense, offense, constantly, constantly.
00:16:47.000 Put them on their heels.
00:16:49.000 And so if you're in a state like Georgia, if you're in a state like Pennsylvania, if you're in one of these states where it's vote by mail, ballot harvesting, we need to be in the ballot business.
00:16:58.000 I cannot stress this enough.
00:16:59.000 We need to be in the ballot business.
00:17:03.000 Now, I don't like ballot harvesting.
00:17:05.000 I don't like this idea of universal vote by mail.
00:17:07.000 I wish we couldn't have it.
00:17:08.000 I wish we could get away from it.
00:17:10.000 I love the idea of one voting day, one person, one vote.
00:17:14.000 You go in, you vote, you leave.
00:17:15.000 That's it.
00:17:16.000 Simple and traditional.
00:17:19.000 However, when it comes to leadership at the RNC level, we need leaders who are committed to ballot capturing.
00:17:28.000 We need to understand this.
00:17:29.000 We need leaders who know the new way elections are held because it's votes versus ballots.
00:17:36.000 It's not just votes anymore.
00:17:39.000 Ballots.
00:17:40.000 And ballots getting into that ballot box are what counts.
00:17:44.000 Folks, it's not the quality of your votes that matter anymore.
00:17:47.000 It's just the quantity.
00:17:49.000 And in fact, it always was.
00:17:51.000 And we need leaders who understand that.
00:17:53.000 We need leaders who are going to be decisive.
00:17:56.000 And I understand.
00:17:57.000 I understand.
00:17:57.000 Look, Mike Lindell's out there, Zeldon, Harmee Dillon, Ronnie McDaniel's running again.
00:18:02.000 We'll see.
00:18:03.000 We will see.
00:18:07.000 I wish we didn't have to talk about this story, but unfortunately, this is the country that we live in now.
00:18:14.000 And I want to give a movie recommendation to everybody out there.
00:18:17.000 Go watch, if you haven't seen it yet, go watch the movie, The Lives of Others.
00:18:23.000 If you haven't seen this film, and yes, it's a subtitle movie.
00:18:26.000 I know it's a foreign flick.
00:18:28.000 It's in German.
00:18:30.000 But understand, the lives of others will show you the past in East Germany, but it'll also show you where we are going.
00:18:40.000 Because we've got Fred Lucas.
00:18:43.000 Fred Lucas, who is the chief news correspondent of the Daily Signal on with us today, author of a book all about the left's assault on clean elections that we've just been discussing over the last 30 minutes here.
00:18:56.000 But he's got a new piece out all about Senator Sheldon Whitehouse, Rhode Island, Rhode Island.
00:19:04.000 Fred Lucas, tell us, what did you discover that Senator Whitehouse was up to?
00:19:09.000 Not just, by the way, spending time at his white to only, his white-to-only beach club or private, yeah, beach club or in Rhode Island.
00:19:16.000 What else has he been up to during his tenure in office?
00:19:19.000 Well, Sheldon White House, a lot of people are very familiar with him as the guy who makes the sometimes tinfoil hat speeches on the Senate floor about various dark money, people hiding behind trees and so forth.
00:19:34.000 What we do know beyond these theatrics that he's involved in, he's been calling on the IRS to go after nonprofit, conservative nonprofit organizations to take away their tax exempt status.
00:19:48.000 Not just that, he's pushing the Justice Department to go after these groups.
00:19:52.000 He's pushing very heavily to silence these organizations.
00:19:57.000 This came from almost 200 pages of documents that were unveiled by a Freedom of Information Act from the American Accountability Project.
00:20:10.000 That's a watchdog group.
00:20:12.000 And it shows everything that's transpired.
00:20:16.000 In some cases, the IRS has been somewhat reluctant in this.
00:20:20.000 And Senator Whitehouse has been very pushy.
00:20:23.000 This has been called a sort of a lowest learner-on steroid situation, if you remember that incident.
00:20:30.000 Well, and one of the groups specifically that he's been targeting, and I read in your piece, is Turning Point USA.
00:20:35.000 And we're here on the Charlie Kirk show.
00:20:37.000 And Charlie actually, you know, just for by way of full disclosure, Charlie sends me this article last night and says, Poso, you got to look into this thing because this guy is over and over, emailing and emailing and emailing to the IRS, to the DOJ.
00:20:54.000 It looks like he's just going through his entire Rolodex of people that he can email to time and time again, saying we have to go after Turning Point.
00:21:01.000 You have to take away their tax exempt status.
00:21:03.000 You have to go after everyone associated with Turning Point.
00:21:05.000 You have to, and by the way, disclose, disclose all the donors of Turning Point.
00:21:12.000 By the way, would never say that, would never say that for anyone on the left, never say that for the ACLU, would never say that for Media Matters, would never say it for SBLC or the ADL, any of these groups, right?
00:21:21.000 Any of these pressure groups that are out there, these censorious groups with their money in the Cayman Islands and in the Caribbean and everything else.
00:21:28.000 No, no, no, no.
00:21:29.000 He's no problem with that with Arab L investors.
00:21:31.000 No question.
00:21:32.000 Open Society Foundation, totally fine, totally fine.
00:21:35.000 But when it comes to Turning Point, let me, I would like to ask, though.
00:21:38.000 So, all right.
00:21:40.000 So if I'm hosting, guest hosting the show of a guy who's this arch criminal, this arch, you know, national crime figure secretly, can you tell us what is the crime?
00:21:51.000 What is the charge that Senator Sheldon Whitehouse is making of Turning Point USA?
00:21:56.000 What did Turning Point do that was so agreed?
00:21:59.000 Were they taking money from the Russians?
00:22:01.000 Were they taking money from the CCP?
00:22:03.000 What's really going on behind the scenes at Turning Point?
00:22:07.000 We're going to expose them.
00:22:08.000 Let's expose Turning Point right now.
00:22:10.000 It's far worse than anything you said.
00:22:12.000 They were not wearing masks or social distancing to Sheldon Whitehouse's liking.
00:22:19.000 Oh my goodness.
00:22:22.000 Pull the plug right now.
00:22:23.000 They're done.
00:22:24.000 I mean, it's basically canceled, right?
00:22:26.000 They're basically canceled.
00:22:27.000 I want everyone who's purchased your tickets for Amfest.com.
00:22:31.000 I want to let you know right now, what have you done?
00:22:33.000 Oh, my goodness.
00:22:34.000 Oh, my gosh.
00:22:35.000 Maya Culpa, Maya Culpa, Maya Culpa.
00:22:37.000 You know, how dare they?
00:22:39.000 You're not serious.
00:22:40.000 That's a charge in the letter.
00:22:42.000 He said that this was a, he said any organization, nonprofit organization with tax exempt status that endangers, in his words, endangers the lives of young people and minors should have their tax exempt status revoked immediately.
00:23:00.000 And he called on the IRS to take action.
00:23:02.000 Charles Reddick, the IRS commissioner, got back with him.
00:23:05.000 He didn't turn him down on this.
00:23:07.000 He just said that we cannot confirm or deny what we're going to be looking into, but we did receive your letter.
00:23:15.000 That was more than a year ago.
00:23:17.000 So we don't know what's happened here.
00:23:19.000 We do know Sheldon White House has complained that the Justice Department and the IRS have not done what he's told them to do.
00:23:30.000 That so far uh, we have midterms are behind us we, we don't know if the Justice Department and the IRS might go unleashed now and really start going after these conservative organizations in an even more aggressive way, because we are talking about uh the Biden, uh IRS, and we're talking about uh the DOJ here.
00:23:49.000 So I mean, we've seen what they're capable of doing so far.
00:23:52.000 Well look, and i've i've, i'm.
00:23:53.000 You know, I was joking about it a second ago, but but at the same time, this is serious because we're dealing with a political movement here that you got, you've got senator Karen Whitehouse up here.
00:24:04.000 I need to speak to the manager of the IRS.
00:24:06.000 I need to speak to the manager of Covet right, but but also his name is dr Anthony Fauci um, and also Sure Zhangli, the Bat Woman of Wuhan, but um, and because apparently, turning point, Usa is endangering children, but if you want to talk about that, you know, but certainly won't talk about the Clinton Foundation.
00:24:21.000 When you want to talk about that, you know.
00:24:22.000 If you don't want to, you want to go down to Haiti.
00:24:24.000 But why is it?
00:24:27.000 Why is it that they feel they have the ability to just go completely beyond the bounds of the rule of law and to demand these organizations, these independent agencies and others law enforcement, the same way.
00:24:40.000 We just I don't know if you heard, in our previous segment we heard they were threatening uh in in Mojave county uh, Arizona.
00:24:48.000 They were threatening right, they were threatening local officials, and I know you wrote a book all about clean elections that they were threatening local officials who said we had problems with the way this election was conducted in a separate county.
00:25:00.000 They were threatening them with being arrested if they refused to certify.
00:25:04.000 And the people who were threatening them were the ones who were actually running for election on themselves and you're actually seeing this.
00:25:10.000 By the way uh, child trafficking Project.
00:25:12.000 Veritas just put out an entire expose about how the Department OF Health AND Human Service, one of their own fellow agencies, has been involved in child trafficking people, kids who are getting pimped out by their sponsors.
00:25:26.000 And yet you don't hear Sheldon White House say anything about that drag queen story hour, the mutilation.
00:25:31.000 I'm sorry, but to go back, why are they so brazen like this?
00:25:31.000 I'm sorry.
00:25:36.000 Why is that?
00:25:37.000 Yeah I, I mean there.
00:25:38.000 There's many things that Sheldon White House throws out there, like social distancing was the complaint on on its face.
00:25:45.000 Uh, other things.
00:25:46.000 He said that they've these organizations have been involved in electioneering uh, and claim they haven't, and so forth.
00:25:53.000 I mean these are exterior reasons.
00:25:54.000 The real reason uh, Sheldon White House wants to silence these organizations is we know the reason, it's because they disagree with his political point of view and um it's, it's basically about that.
00:26:06.000 I mean, this has been very much of, I mean, on some of what gets into my book a little bit, the myth of voter suppression, which is uh, the Democrats view government and politics as just intermingled uh, they view government as a means of advancing uh, their ideology and philosophy and uh, as opposed to a governing philosophy.
00:26:31.000 So, so I mean, this is just something that we we've, we've often seen this type of abuse of power.
00:26:38.000 Well, that's exactly right and and and and.
00:26:39.000 For folks who haven't seen this film, the lives of others I, I mean, what it really is, it's similar to what you're seeing out of communist China, right?
00:26:46.000 That's socialism, folks.
00:26:47.000 That's socialism right there.
00:26:48.000 If you go look at these videos coming out of communist China, I post them on my Twitter, post them everywhere, all about these agents that will just come straight into your home.
00:26:58.000 They will tell you, hey, we saw you posting on the internet things we didn't like, posting on WeChat, posting in group messages.
00:27:04.000 Then they start beating a guy in front of his kids, the lives of others.
00:27:07.000 It's all about the East German Stasi and how someone was surveilling people, a playwright didn't like the way your plays were going, was getting involved with his girlfriend, et cetera, et cetera.
00:27:17.000 You have these movements that become revolutionary, and then they use the power of government, the organs of the state against their political opponents.
00:27:25.000 And that's what we're talking about here, isn't it?
00:27:27.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:27:28.000 Exactly.
00:27:29.000 I mean, this is at least the attempt.
00:27:31.000 We don't know if it's got that far, but Attorney General Garland, he might be unleashed now that there's no constraints from a midterm election.
00:27:40.000 And we might see more from the IRS going forward.
00:27:44.000 And a lot of this would tie back to what Sheldon White House has been pushing to happen.
00:27:49.000 Sheldon White House has had partners, by the way.
00:27:51.000 I mean, these same documents reveal that people like Bernie Sanders and Liz Warren helped write letters about how we need to expand the IRS and to be more aggressive and do more.
00:28:04.000 Even Amy Klovichar, who's not necessarily thought of a radical in the same sense as those three, has been involved in this type of thing.
00:28:12.000 And Fred, in your reporting, when we talked about what's the main thing that we've seen with the IRS this year, it's been the hiring of these 87,000 new armed agents, these investigators.
00:28:26.000 Now, an armed agent, an investigator for the IRS, that's a class 1811 federal agent.
00:28:32.000 That's the exact same class of agent that you would see at the FBI, NCIS.
00:28:37.000 Department of Homeland Security has their HSI investigators.
00:28:40.000 So you're talking about special agents under the IRS.
00:28:45.000 Do you believe that this is the reason for the building of this?
00:28:49.000 I don't even know how else to call it, federal police force.
00:28:52.000 Well, that's important because yes, there was one of White House's letters was about the need to expand the IRS.
00:28:59.000 This came before the so-called Inflation Reduction Act, which gave the 87,000 new agents.
00:29:05.000 So yes, this is part of what Sheldon White House and the Democrats want to see the IRS do.
00:29:10.000 They want to see them go after political enemies with these 87,000 new agents.
00:29:15.000 And so the fact of the matter is this director seems to be holding the line in there, but you've got 87,000 more.
00:29:22.000 You've also got a White House that's increasingly using political power to enforce on there, whether it's raids at Mar-a-Lago, whether it's the treatment of the Gen 6 detainees, it's whatever.
00:29:33.000 It's going after pro-life activists under the Department of Justice.
00:29:36.000 Garland, just, and I've said this a long time, back in the year.
00:29:39.000 Right.
00:29:39.000 School board meetings.
00:29:40.000 I've said it for a long time.
00:29:41.000 It just seems like he's a man who's hell-bent on revenge on conservatives for denying him his lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court.
00:29:49.000 That's what Merrick Garland is all about.
00:29:51.000 It's not fair play, it's power and leverage.
00:29:53.000 Fred, where can people get your coordinates?
00:29:55.000 Where can they read this report and where can they follow your reporting?
00:29:58.000 Yeah, yeah, please go to dailysignal.com.
00:30:00.000 And I think this story, looking at Sheldon's White House's correspondent, reveal a lot about the left as a whole.
00:30:07.000 Thank you so much, Fred.
00:30:07.000 This is incredible.
00:30:08.000 I really appreciate it.
00:30:09.000 Folks, please go and read this article because I actually read through this thing.
00:30:13.000 It's quite extensive and it's got all the emails.
00:30:16.000 It's got all the receipts, the correspondence back and forth.
00:30:19.000 Fred, please, by the way, stick with this line of reporting.
00:30:23.000 I really hope so.
00:30:24.000 And we will bring you back.
00:30:25.000 I'll make sure Charlie knows.
00:30:27.000 Actually, Charlie's the one who wanted to join in the first place.
00:30:29.000 But this is our government, folks.
00:30:32.000 The East German Stasi, the agents of communist China, 87,000 new IRS agents.
00:30:41.000 What do you think they're hired?
00:30:41.000 They're being hired for getting emails in this email address to me, Jack.
00:30:48.000 Appreciate that.
00:30:49.000 It's from JD.
00:30:50.000 I wonder if it's Senator JD Vance.
00:30:52.000 I don't know.
00:30:52.000 It just says JD.
00:30:53.000 You asked why do the communazis do what they do?
00:30:57.000 The answer is because they can, because they always get away with it.
00:31:00.000 No one ever gets up in their face or makes them afraid because their actions have noticed about how when the pubs, I guess he means the Republicans, want something, they just ask politely, but when the communazis want something, they demand it.
00:31:13.000 Don't you see a problem there?
00:31:15.000 That's true.
00:31:16.000 That's true.
00:31:17.000 We live in a country where Antifa, the same Antifa, by the way, who went after the Charlie Kirk event, University of New Mexico, they were perfectly fine with marching in the streets, with preventing people from going into the event.
00:31:36.000 They were perfectly fine with that.
00:31:38.000 Now, fortunately, though, law and order actually did rear its head.
00:31:44.000 Law and order came back.
00:31:45.000 And I commend, by the way, the police that were out there, the riot police that went after Antifa at that event, because that's how you deal with these groups.
00:31:53.000 Okay.
00:31:54.000 That's how you deal with them.
00:31:56.000 And I've seen other people say, well, shouldn't, and I see this a lot, and I want to address this.
00:32:00.000 I really do want to address this.
00:32:02.000 People say, why don't people go out there?
00:32:05.000 And look, I've gone out against Antifa hundreds of times, hundreds of times, but the answer is not for us to get into the streets and fight them kinetically or physically.
00:32:18.000 That does not work.
00:32:19.000 The answer is for us to go to police, law enforcement, and the institutions of our society that uphold the actual rule of law in this country, social contract folks that are going to deal with the problem because it's the police's job to do this.
00:32:39.000 The same way it's the police's job to put away murders, to lock them up.
00:32:43.000 And you need prosecutors and DAs that were not appointed and paid for by George Soros, but that were actually doing the work of the people who lock up the criminal threats to our country, which, by the way, my alma mater, Temple University, right?
00:32:57.000 Don't go there.
00:32:58.000 Don't go anywhere near Temple University.
00:33:01.000 They're killing students.
00:33:03.000 They're going into your homes.
00:33:05.000 They're kidnapping people.
00:33:06.000 They're carjacking you.
00:33:08.000 It's turned into a shooting gallery.
00:33:11.000 I spent four years of my life, four years of my life there.
00:33:15.000 And that's what's become of it because of the lack of anyone, anyone.
00:33:21.000 Temple University, folks, Temple University.
00:33:25.000 I'll never take my kids anywhere near that campus.
00:33:28.000 Got some more emails here.
00:33:29.000 I was looking at the Arizona Constitution and this was on there.
00:33:34.000 So wouldn't Hobbs be responsible for all the voting problems?
00:33:37.000 Here's what they wrote: The Secretary of State shall provide through the instructions and procedures manual adopted pursuant to section 16452, the maximum allowable wait time for any election that is subject to section 16204 and provide for a method to reduce voter wait time at the whole whoa to reduce voter wait time at the polls in the primary and general elections.
00:34:00.000 The method shall consider at least all of the following for primary or general elections in each precinct.
00:34:06.000 That comes from, I believe that's Sharon in Arizona.
00:34:09.000 Look, of course it's on Katie Hobbs.
00:34:12.000 Of course.
00:34:14.000 It looks exactly like what it is.
00:34:18.000 She was the one running these elections.
00:34:20.000 She presided over it.
00:34:21.000 And this is what we got.
00:34:23.000 She wanted to win and she did everything she could to make sure she won.
00:34:28.000 Yeah, write that up, Media Matters.
00:34:30.000 Appreciate you.
00:34:31.000 Got another one in from Jay about Mark Elias.
00:34:33.000 Laws of the First Amendment and the Second Amendment may rest on free and fair elections.
00:34:38.000 Respect for Mark Elias.
00:34:40.000 That's okay.
00:34:41.000 Okay.
00:34:42.000 Would you, and this guy's saying, would you also have respect for Hitler?
00:34:45.000 No, no, no, no.
00:34:46.000 Understand what I'm saying.
00:34:48.000 Understand what I'm saying.
00:34:50.000 I'm saying we need to play like that.
00:34:54.000 I've said this for a long time.
00:34:56.000 The left plays to win, and the right just plays, particularly the Republicans.
00:35:02.000 Republicans just play.
00:35:03.000 They're out there.
00:35:04.000 They're on TV.
00:35:05.000 They're doing interviews.
00:35:06.000 They're saying, oh, we're going to do this.
00:35:08.000 Oh, we're going to do that.
00:35:09.000 We're having a big investigation.
00:35:10.000 Everything's going to happen.
00:35:12.000 And nothing ever comes of it.
00:35:13.000 And then Mark Elias, he doesn't need to back brag.
00:35:16.000 He doesn't need to boast.
00:35:18.000 He just puts up W's.
00:35:19.000 That's what I'm saying, folks.
00:35:21.000 Put up W's.
00:35:24.000 They knew.
00:35:26.000 All right.
00:35:26.000 They knew there was a problem with those printers when people couldn't get Tyler Boyer.
00:35:32.000 We had him on, couldn't get his election, his vote scanned.
00:35:35.000 All right.
00:35:36.000 He couldn't get it because of the ink.
00:35:38.000 And did they extend the voting times in Maricopa County?
00:35:41.000 Did they extend it?
00:35:42.000 No.
00:35:45.000 Thanks for listening.
