00:00:29.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:30.000 Here we go.
00:00:31.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:33.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.
00:00:35.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:38.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:41.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:42.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:43.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:00:50.000 Turning point USA.
00:00:52.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:01.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:04.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:13.000 This weekend was a disappointing weekend.
00:01:18.000 We talked about how 9:30 was the day that the Republic will be not just decided, but whether or not we are going to decide to do something to save the Republic, a conservation of the Republic.
00:01:30.000 It was a line in the sand.
00:01:33.000 It was an opportunity for us to be able to say, you know what, no more.
00:01:39.000 We have simultaneous crises happen.
00:01:42.000 We are being invaded on the southern border.
00:01:44.000 We know that.
00:01:45.000 We are drowning in debt.
00:01:47.000 Our interest payments alone are $900 billion.
00:01:50.000 We have Jack Smith going after Donald Trump in unconstitutional ways, going after the entire opposition party.
00:01:57.000 And meanwhile, as we're doing this, we have Letitia James staring down Donald Trump.
00:02:01.000 We have Fannie Willis in Georgia.
00:02:03.000 This last weekend was an opportunity.
00:02:07.000 So let me just kind of go through all the facts.
00:02:09.000 There were certain, there were different camps.
00:02:11.000 I'm going to divide this into three different camps because it's very confusing the way that this is being covered.
00:02:17.000 The first camp were the moderate Republicans.
00:02:19.000 They wanted a quote-unquote clean CR, otherwise known as a dirty CR.
00:02:24.000 They just wanted an up or down vote, get it through Congress, whatever, and move on.
00:02:29.000 That was the first camp.
00:02:31.000 The second camp was the Chip Roy Byron Donalds camp.
00:02:35.000 They wanted to try to get some sort of a deal, an 8% cut in federal spending, get money to secure the border.
00:02:41.000 They were willing to work with some moderate Republicans and bring that to the Senate, put the responsibility on the Senate.
00:02:52.000 The third camp, friend of the show and friend of mine, Matt Gates and Lauren Boebert and many others, said that's not good enough.
00:03:00.000 We need 12 separate appropriation bills and we need to pass them.
00:03:04.000 And if we do not pass them separately, single subject bills, then we are going to shut down the government.
00:03:12.000 So those are the three main camps.
00:03:14.000 Now, the moderate group, and I put that nicely, the Rhinos, Uniparty, they did not want the single subject bills.
00:03:22.000 That should tell you everything you need to know.
00:03:25.000 Chip Roy and Byron Donalds and that Freedom Caucus group, they wanted their particular bill to try to pass it to the Senate.
00:03:32.000 Now, when we had Matt Gates on the program and we had several other people on the program, my biggest concern was and remains: hey, what is going to happen?
00:03:43.000 What is the plan if the moderate Republicans and leadership just do a deal with the Democrats?
00:03:48.000 And the response was, well, they could always do that.
00:03:51.000 Well, that's exactly what happened this last weekend.
00:03:55.000 Instead of getting a little bit of the deal, instead of getting anything, cut in spending, border security, we got nothing.
00:04:02.000 We got hosed this weekend.
00:04:05.000 We got obliterated.
00:04:06.000 Now, remember during the debt ceiling fight, one of the things that we were told is: hey, just wait for the appropriation fight.
00:04:11.000 Just wait for the appropriation fight in the fall.
00:04:14.000 That's where everything is really going to kind of come down.
00:04:16.000 August was in recess all, I mean, they were in recess all of August.
00:04:21.000 We were said, oh, no, no, don't worry.
00:04:22.000 The fight is coming on September 30th.
00:04:24.000 And September 30th comes on that Saturday, and a punt, a 45-day quote-unquote clean CR.
00:04:34.000 And you know who celebrates this?
00:04:36.000 Chuck Schumer is celebrating this.
00:04:37.000 Hakeem Jeffries is celebrating this.
00:04:39.000 Nancy Pelosi is celebrating this.
00:04:42.000 And now there is complete and total bedlam in the House Republican conference.
00:04:48.000 There are people that are calling for a motion to vacate for Kevin McCarthy.
00:04:54.000 There are people that are saying that the next one, they're going to shut down the government certainly and definitively.
00:05:00.000 So here's one of the kind of buried leads of this entire thing that I think is very, very important: which is if we are going to be on mid-November, right before Thanksgiving, right before Christmas, if you think that these moderate Republicans are going to strengthen their position or their resolve, that they're going to grow a spine in mid-November, that's just silly.
00:05:24.000 It's not going to happen.
00:05:26.000 They're only going to weaken the closer and closer you get to an election.
00:05:30.000 This was the opportunity.
00:05:31.000 So the question is: what went wrong?
00:05:35.000 Because I could go through how just inexcusably awful this is.
00:05:41.000 And it is.
00:05:42.000 We did this whole buildup.
00:05:43.000 We had lawmaker after lawmaker after lawmaker come on the show, and they said, We're asking for this and we're doing that and we're doing this and we're doing that.
00:05:51.000 And if I were to just give some very candid feedback from even the Freedom Caucus, yesterday I spoke to three members of the Freedom Caucus.
00:05:59.000 They're on different planets: Neptune, Saturn, Mars.
00:06:03.000 No one is agreeing on anything.
00:06:05.000 They're saying we have to do a motion to vacate, or we have to try to get this appropriation bill or we have to try to get into this.
00:06:11.000 And I say, guys, do you not meet?
00:06:14.000 Do you not come together and talk this through?
00:06:17.000 Evidently not.
00:06:18.000 So even those that are there to hold the line are doing a good job of holding the line, they're not even in harmony with one another or in lockstep with one another.
00:06:26.000 And so now Matt Gates is calling for a motion to vacate for Kevin McCarthy.
00:06:30.000 Other House Republicans say that's not going to happen.
00:06:33.000 So this is going to be a very, very eventful news week, to say the least.
00:06:36.000 But I know how you feel because it's how I feel.
00:06:39.000 I'm so sick of losing.
00:06:41.000 How many times we have to increase the debt ceiling, how we have to increase the appropriation process.
00:06:47.000 Again, the Democrats hate the country.
00:06:49.000 The Democrats do not want to govern the country.
00:06:53.000 They're perfectly fine with the border remaining wide open.
00:06:55.000 They're perfectly fine with trillions of dollars being spent.
00:06:58.000 Anything that weakens America, the Democrat Party is in charge of.
00:07:01.000 So you have to know that out of the outset.
00:07:03.000 The Republican Party is supposed to be the opposition party.
00:07:08.000 So now the next funding deadline is November 17th.
00:07:11.000 So is anything going to change going before November 17th?
00:07:15.000 And why did we have to do a clean, quote-unquote, clean CR?
00:07:20.000 Why could we have not done, well, okay, we'll fund the military.
00:07:23.000 We'll fund this.
00:07:23.000 Just go piece by piece, piecemeal it.
00:07:26.000 Because in big CRs, that's where all the graft, the corruption, the insider dealing is hidden.
00:07:33.000 That's where all the nonsense ends up being put forward legislatively.
00:07:40.000 And the Unit Party is thrilled.
00:07:41.000 They're like, woo, we almost had to do some tough votes on cutting spending.
00:07:46.000 They don't want to cut spending.
00:07:48.000 They definitely do not want to try to hold the Department of Justice accountable.
00:07:52.000 They certainly do not want to question the FBI's new headquarters, and they 100% do not want to try to question border security.
00:08:00.000 And some people say, well, Charlie, there was no Ukraine funding in this.
00:08:03.000 Yes, but there's another deal that's going to come forward.
00:08:06.000 You know, don't believe the narrative.
00:08:08.000 There's going to be another deal coming forward with Ukraine funding very, very soon, very soon.
00:08:12.000 There's going to be a Ukraine funding bill coming.
00:08:16.000 I guarantee it, very, very soon.
00:08:19.000 The notable no-votes, Matt Gaetz, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Andy Biggs, Lauren Bobert, Paul Gosar, Nancy Mace.
00:08:24.000 Nancy Mace has been surprisingly outspoken recently.
00:08:28.000 Ana Paulina Luna and Byron Donalds the not vote.
00:08:31.000 Donalds is on paternity leave right now, which is why he did not vote.
00:08:34.000 And APL just had a baby, so she couldn't be there.
00:08:37.000 I bet she would have voted now.
00:08:38.000 But now there's all this aftermath.
00:08:40.000 We might be without a speaker this week.
00:08:42.000 The House of Representatives is going to be in complete and total bedlam.
00:08:46.000 But the question I'm going to ask is, why can we not clearly articulate what success looks like?
00:08:54.000 The House has been red since January.
00:08:58.000 Why can no one go on TV and say, here's our non-negotiables?
00:09:02.000 And in some way, so just so you know, there is a disagreement between the Matt Gaetz wing and the Chip Roy wing.
00:09:09.000 The Chip Roy wing said, hey, let's try to get some piece of legislation to the Senate.
00:09:14.000 Matt Gaetz, his opinion, which by the way, in principle, I'm 100% on Matt Gaetz's team.
00:09:20.000 He says, why don't we just do 12 appropriations bills?
00:09:23.000 So here is the difference.
00:09:24.000 Chip Roy was trying to get a legislative win using the prior process.
00:09:29.000 Matt Gaetz was trying to change the structure of actually how legislation was passed.
00:09:36.000 And I'm right there with Matt Gaetz.
00:09:37.000 I want the structure to change.
00:09:39.000 But DC said, nope, we're not doing any of that.
00:09:42.000 And instead of getting 1%, 5%, 50% of what we want, we got 0% of what we want.
00:09:51.000 Right now, the invasion continues.
00:09:53.000 There were 8,000 people by estimates over this weekend that went through El Paso that we know of that illegally crossed the border.
00:09:59.000 And Congress says, here's your CR.
00:10:03.000 It goes right forward.
00:10:04.000 This is unsustainable.
00:10:08.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:10:09.000 Aren't you tired of not making a difference?
00:10:11.000 You can.
00:10:12.000 We can make a difference standing for life by getting free ultrasounds with our friends at pre-born.
00:10:17.000 In a Dobbs world, states decide about abortion, and so many liberal states are taking extreme stands, even allowing abortion up to literally the second before a baby is born.
00:10:26.000 It's unbelievable, but true.
00:10:28.000 And in California, the demand for abortions has increased 400% in part because the state is inviting women and girls to come to California for the sole purpose of aborting their baby.
00:10:38.000 This is abortion trafficking.
00:10:40.000 Take a stand for life by providing an ultrasound for a young woman.
00:10:44.000 When you do, she is twice as likely to choose life.
00:10:46.000 I'm a donor and you should be too to pre-born.
00:10:49.000 Just $28 provides that ultrasound and saves one baby.
00:10:52.000 $140 saves five.
00:10:54.000 A gift of $15,000 provides an ultrasound machine that can save thousands of babies for years to come.
00:10:59.000 Call 833-850-2229 or click on the pre-born banner at charliekirk.com.
00:11:05.000 That is charliekirk.com and click on the pre-born banner.
00:11:11.000 We're getting lots of emails and I want them to continue, please.
00:11:14.000 The anger is palpable.
00:11:16.000 Freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:11:18.000 Email us.
00:11:19.000 This is unsustainable.
00:11:20.000 You cannot have a civilization that is collapsing and have a political party LARPing, live action role-playing as an opposition party.
00:11:29.000 You can't have that.
00:11:31.000 The people are not going to put up with it.
00:11:33.000 They're not.
00:11:34.000 They're going to have primaries.
00:11:36.000 They're going to stop voting.
00:11:37.000 Whatever it is.
00:11:39.000 When you have a civilizational crisis and you have one party that is doing the damage to the country, the Democrat Party, then you need some sort of a counter voice.
00:11:53.000 That's obvious.
00:11:54.000 So when the counter voice decides to not actually do the counter voice, but instead they get political power from the people just saying they're going to be the counter voice, you have a seriously unsustainable and very, very fragile set of circumstances.
00:12:10.000 So you have the border completely wide open.
00:12:13.000 Our spending discipline is out of control.
00:12:15.000 There is no spending discipline.
00:12:17.000 Trillions of dollars of deficits.
00:12:19.000 We have Jack Smith, DOJ, and I'm just touching the surface of the civilizational issues that we are facing.
00:12:25.000 Life expectancy going down, suicide crisis.
00:12:28.000 I mean, we have stuff all across the board.
00:12:29.000 The economy is garbage and trash right now.
00:12:32.000 99% of homes are deemed unaffordable to the working class and the ordinary American.
00:12:38.000 So what happens is these Republicans, many of them, they will run for office saying, give me a political office in D.C., give me political power, give me the title congressman, give me an office in Washington, D.C., and I'm going to go fight against the country collapsing.
00:13:01.000 It's really kind of that simple now.
00:13:03.000 It's not as much of like conservative versus liberal.
00:13:05.000 It's the people that are doing the destruction of the country, the American Democrat Party.
00:13:10.000 And the Republicans then go to voters and they say, elect us, and we're going to stop it.
00:13:16.000 That's basically the way that people think of voting right now.
00:13:19.000 So they show up and they say, okay, Republicans, go and try and stop it.
00:13:23.000 Please slow it down.
00:13:25.000 Say no, reform it.
00:13:28.000 And outside of some oversight stuff, which has been fine, I guess, outside of some oversight stuff and subpoenas, have we cut a dollar of spending this year?
00:13:42.000 Have the House Republicans changed anything?
00:13:45.000 Anything?
00:13:47.000 And this pains me to say.
00:13:49.000 I don't like saying this because the Republican Party is the only vessel that we have right now to stop the Democrats.
00:13:55.000 And honestly, the great accomplishment that the Republican Congress will be able to say is not what they got done, but at least we're not getting rid of the Electoral College and D.C. and Puerto Rico are not becoming states.
00:14:06.000 And at least we don't have HR1.
00:14:07.000 That's not a small thing, by the way.
00:14:09.000 The other side is so completely unhinged and out of control.
00:14:12.000 They're such a damage and a cancer.
00:14:14.000 They're such a tumor to the Republic that saying, like, well, at least we still have the Electoral College, like, okay.
00:14:21.000 Because that's business number one for them.
00:14:24.000 They want to structurally change the country.
00:14:27.000 But boy, I'll tell you, you know, I turned my phone off from Friday night to Saturday night, and I turned my phone back on on Sunday and boom, I must have had 280 text messages.
00:14:37.000 People that were flipping mad.
00:14:40.000 Charlie, I thought 9:30 was the whole deal.
00:14:42.000 It is the whole deal.
00:14:44.000 But they don't feel the urgency that you feel.
00:14:49.000 It's not the same sort of thing.
00:14:51.000 If a moderate Republican wants to preside over business as usual, then go run as a Democrat.
00:15:00.000 You must think of the Republican Party as the counter-revolutionary force because we're living through a revolution, the cultural revolution brought forward by the American Democrat cabal with their uniparty friends.
00:15:17.000 So you need a counter force to that.
00:15:19.000 That is what animates the grassroots activity, asking for somebody to say, stop, no, not going to happen.
00:15:30.000 The mandate that voters gave to the House Republicans when they took over the House of Representatives in January was not multi-trillion dollar deficits and the invasion of our country.
00:15:45.000 It was, can you please stop it?
00:15:48.000 Can you do something?
00:15:50.000 Americans shifted the House of Representatives, barely, by the way, because of many different issues, from Democrat control to Republican control, largely because they didn't want this to continue unchecked.
00:16:06.000 They wanted to have the House of Representatives be able to say, not going to happen.
00:16:15.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:16:17.000 Do you know that the average American spends about 20 years in retirement?
00:16:20.000 That's a long time to live without a steady income.
00:16:22.000 We want to make sure you enjoy every moment of it and don't outlive your money.
00:16:25.000 Retirement is about more than just investments.
00:16:27.000 It's about living your best life.
00:16:29.000 Let's not retire.
00:16:30.000 Let's pivot.
00:16:31.000 My friends at PAX Financial Group developed a course for the sole purpose of helping you pivot.
00:16:37.000 If you want your own free guide of pivoting into the next chapter of life with purpose, visit paxfg.com/slash Charlie.
00:16:46.000 That is paxfg.com/slash Charlie.
00:16:49.000 I have some of my money managed by PAX Financial.
00:16:53.000 They do a wonderful job.
00:16:54.000 And remember, retirement is about more than just investments.
00:16:58.000 The Charlie Kirk endorsement of the PAX Financial Group LLC was given for compensation, which creates an incentive to recommend PAX's advisory services.
00:17:07.000 Need to make sure that disclaimer is very clear.
00:17:09.000 So check it out: PAXFG.com/slash Charlie.
00:17:14.000 There's tons of tape I want to play here.
00:17:16.000 But in the midst of all this, and I'm going to get to the fire alarm thing because it's just, it's just too important not to touch on.
00:17:22.000 But I'll be honest, the fire alarm thing is being talked about way too much.
00:17:26.000 I'm going to do it.
00:17:27.000 It's fun.
00:17:27.000 It's hilarious.
00:17:28.000 This guy's a moron.
00:17:30.000 Either he's a moron or he's like a really, really bad person or he's a mixture of both.
00:17:35.000 But on kind of like right-wing circles, I'll be honest, the conversation has been mostly about Bowman mistaking a fire alarm for a door opener or whatever, a button that opens a door.
00:17:48.000 It's like, hold on a second, time out.
00:17:50.000 We're spending trillions of dollars we don't have and we're getting invaded every single day.
00:17:56.000 That's a hilarious story and should be talked about.
00:17:59.000 But are we talking about the things that actually matter right now, like the ones that are impacting our entire civilization?
00:18:08.000 And by the way, as we're diving into this legislative fight right now, the opposition party, part of the opposition party, doesn't seem that fired up that we had to do this CR.
00:18:23.000 The old adage, and I've said this before: kicking the can down the road.
00:18:27.000 I don't like that expression because it's just overuse.
00:18:29.000 It's too cliche.
00:18:30.000 But that's the way DC works.
00:18:33.000 It's one rolling punt to the other.
00:18:37.000 And this is not an exaggeration.
00:18:40.000 Since I started in this line of work 11 years ago, it has always been, well, we'll get him in six months and we'll get him in six months and we'll get them in four months and we'll get them in five months and we'll get them in six months and we'll get them in six months and we'll get them in four months and we'll get them in three months and we'll get them in two months.
00:18:57.000 And that's not an extra now for 11 years.
00:19:02.000 And when Democrats are in Congress, you have no power, right?
00:19:04.000 No power.
00:19:05.000 But the time Republicans have been in Congress, it's always like, oh, yeah, no, no, we understand it's a problem, but next, the appropriation thing or the debt ceiling thing or the continuing resolution.
00:19:15.000 And they use these terms that I know what they mean.
00:19:19.000 But the everyday working class person, God bless them, they're just being lied to by their elected officials.
00:19:24.000 They know the difference between a CR, an appropriations bill, or a debt ceiling fight, or a markup, or an appropriate.
00:19:31.000 I mean, this is somewhat technical.
00:19:36.000 And they use that sort of murkiness to their advantage.
00:19:40.000 That hyper-technical language is an advantage.
00:19:45.000 I want to play some pieces of tape here.
00:19:47.000 This is how you know this is just revolting.
00:19:50.000 Chuck U. Schumer celebrating play cut six.
00:19:53.000 Majority leaders recognized.
00:19:55.000 I have very good news for the country.
00:19:57.000 Democrats and Republicans have come to an agreement, and the government will remain open.
00:20:03.000 We will have avoided a shutdown.
00:20:07.000 Bipartisanship, which has been the trademark of the Senate, has prevailed.
00:20:12.000 And the American people can breathe a sigh of relief.
00:20:17.000 This is last gasp Republic stuff.
00:20:20.000 This is they're sacking Rome and you are getting fat and happy and the Visigoths are like 90 miles outside from taking over the entire capital.
00:20:32.000 And this is cheering wildly for full funding, no border security.
00:20:42.000 I mean, the country is legitimately just disintegrating.
00:20:45.000 It's very similar.
00:20:46.000 You know, there's a deeper argument to be made here that, you know, we spent our 1970s and 1980s focusing on destroying the Soviet Union.
00:20:55.000 And in reality, we became more like the Soviet Union.
00:20:58.000 We imprison our political dissidents.
00:21:00.000 We spy on the people that don't believe the regime.
00:21:03.000 And the Soviet Union, remember, funded the Afghan war even after the country collapsed.
00:21:07.000 It's like you can't stop your attachment.
00:21:12.000 So now there's this whole fight over motion to vacate, play cut 17.
00:21:15.000 That's all right if Republican and Democrats join together to do what is right.
00:21:19.000 If somebody wants to make a motion against me, bring it.
00:21:25.000 There has to be an adult in the room.
00:21:28.000 So that's going to be a mess.
00:21:30.000 And my question is, you guys sorted out yourself.
00:21:33.000 Who's going to cut spending?
00:21:34.000 That's all I care about.
00:21:35.000 Who's going to cut spending and stop the invasion?
00:21:38.000 I mean, it's, you have Paul Gosar as speaker.
00:21:41.000 Who's going to cut speaker?
00:21:42.000 Who's going to cut spending and secure the border?
00:21:45.000 All this is just pageantry to me.
00:21:46.000 It's all just theatrics.
00:21:48.000 The country is drowning in debt.
00:21:50.000 We do not have a stable currency.
00:21:52.000 We're funding this proxy war in Ukraine.
00:21:53.000 We are getting absolutely overrun by foreigners on the southern border.
00:21:58.000 And we're yammering about motion to vacate, which very well might be important, might not be important.
00:22:02.000 That's not my concern.
00:22:04.000 Who's going to lead us to structural reform to save the country?
00:22:09.000 Play cut 19, please.
00:22:10.000 Most of the in the press probably thought we would have shut down yesterday, too, but no, we didn't.
00:22:14.000 Were you confident we wouldn't shut down?
00:22:16.000 I was confident I could get something on the floor to make sure the option that we would not.
00:22:21.000 That our military.
00:22:23.000 Well, I wasn't sure it was going to pass.
00:22:24.000 You want to know why?
00:22:25.000 Because the Democrats tried to do everything they can not to let it pass.
00:22:29.000 They did dilatory.
00:22:30.000 We're the ones who voted for this.
00:22:32.000 Did you watch it in a larger number than Republicans to keep the continuing resolution alive?
00:22:37.000 Did you watch the floor yesterday?
00:22:39.000 Oh, yes.
00:22:40.000 I think these Republicans voted against it.
00:22:42.000 And then Matt Gates countering Play Cut 18.
00:22:45.000 Kevin McCarthy's going to get his wish.
00:22:47.000 I don't think the adult in the room would allow America to sit atop a $33 trillion debt facing $2.2 trillion annual deficits.
00:22:55.000 I don't think the adult in the room would allow $8 trillion of this debt to come into refinancing at a higher level without serious spending cuts.
00:23:05.000 And I don't think the adult in the room would lie to House conservatives.
00:23:08.000 And that is exactly what Kevin McCarthy did.
00:23:10.000 So we look at this across the board, and you got to ask yourself the question, what have Republicans done with the mandate?
00:23:17.000 Now, Chip Roy and Byron Donalds, they're pretty fired up right now, that whole group, because they had a piece of legislation that could have passed the House.
00:23:26.000 8% cut in spending, would have secured the border and would have put it on the Senate.
00:23:30.000 So we got nothing.
00:23:31.000 So instead of a negotiation, we got hosed.
00:23:34.000 We got steamrolled.
00:23:36.000 I'm in a different bucket, though, because some people are telling me, well, Charlie had to do this and punt it because it would have been a government shutdown.
00:23:43.000 I don't fear government shutdown.
00:23:44.000 I don't know why everyone is so afraid of a government shutdown.
00:23:46.000 It's a temporary pause.
00:23:48.000 And honestly, it would have put the pressure on to get a better deal done.
00:23:52.000 I think that is a fake and false threat by the bad guys.
00:23:56.000 And I would have preferred a government shutdown than a 45-day delay that only makes the moderates weaker right before Christmas, right before Thanksgiving.
00:24:06.000 Play one more piece of tape here, kind of about all these different things because Ukraine is a central part of this.
00:24:13.000 So the CR that passed did not have extra Ukraine funding, but they're going to bring it back.
00:24:20.000 Joe Biden says that the House has made that commitment to funding Zelensky's proxy war, play cut one.
00:24:28.000 I hope my friends on the other side keep their word about support for Ukraine.
00:24:33.000 They said they're going to support Ukraine in a separate vote.
00:24:37.000 We cannot, under any circumstance, allow American support for Ukraine to be interrupted.
00:24:42.000 I fully expect the Speaker to keep his commitment to secure the passage and support needed to help Ukraine as they defend themselves against aggression and brutality.
00:24:51.000 And I want to assure our American allies and the American people and the people of Ukraine that you can count on our support.
00:24:58.000 We will not walk away.
00:25:00.000 Yeah, we will not walk away from our proxy war in Ukraine, but we're going to walk away from the invasion happening in El Paso or the southern border.
00:25:08.000 No one cares.
00:25:10.000 Not even a whisper of concern.
00:25:15.000 Why are the MAGA voters so upset?
00:25:20.000 I was talking to an establishment person this weekend.
00:25:22.000 They said, you know, Charlie, outrage is not a strategy.
00:25:25.000 And the people that listen to your show, they end up being, you know, pretty fired up.
00:25:29.000 And I got really upset with him.
00:25:31.000 I said, why do you think people are mad?
00:25:33.000 He said, oh, you know, they're mad because they're told to be mad because of people like you.
00:25:37.000 I said, no, I'll give it a break.
00:25:39.000 No, they're mad because there's not an opposition voice because their values are not represented in these legislative fights.
00:25:48.000 That's why people are mad.
00:25:50.000 It would be one thing if the whole country was like California and this is just performative, if they had super majorities everywhere.
00:25:57.000 We control one of the chambers.
00:25:59.000 We control the purse.
00:26:01.000 To this date, right now, we may never control it again after nonsense like this.
00:26:05.000 We control the purse.
00:26:06.000 We control the House of Representatives.
00:26:08.000 We control tons of state legislatures.
00:26:10.000 We control tons of AGs.
00:26:13.000 We control tons of governors.
00:26:15.000 And yet, every time it feels as if, regardless of how many election mandates we give, no matter how many pressure release valves that we pull, no matter how many times we tell Republicans, please go fight for me, please say no, please represent our values, we get the same sort of business as usual.
00:26:31.000 Like, oh, we're going to do it in 45 days.
00:26:33.000 And then they're just going to pass another six-month thing, or better yet, they'll pass like a 13-month thing.
00:26:37.000 Oh, no, no, we're just going to, you know, go to the next Congress because it's a really important election and we can't do that.
00:26:43.000 And the everyday commoner, the ordinary citizen, is looking at this and they get demoralized, disgruntled, angry, and so distrustful of all of our Washington, D.C. institutions that they just say, I'm done.
00:27:05.000 Forget it.
00:27:07.000 What has the Republican Party done to earn the vote of the everyday American?
00:27:14.000 Nothing.
00:27:18.000 I want to talk about relieffactor.com.

00:27:55.000 So, Jamal Bowman, during this entire thing, goes and pulls a fire alarm.
00:28:04.000 So, Bowman is on camera pulling this fire alarm.
00:28:08.000 And he's like, oh, no, no, I thought it opened the door.
00:28:11.000 Well, then, the next obvious question, the most important question, is, did you go through the door?
00:28:16.000 Did you go through the door?
00:28:18.000 If you thought it was to open the door, did you end up actually going through the door?
00:28:24.000 And so it set off a huge alarm, which then wouldn't you think you would go outside after you pull the fire alarm?
00:28:30.000 So it's a really simple question.
00:28:31.000 Did Jamal, this is no one's asking this question.
00:28:33.000 So if you wanted to open the door and you realize it couldn't, can we get a picture of the actual fire alarm?
00:28:38.000 Let's release the tapes.
00:28:40.000 So Jamal Bowman goes up and pulls something that says pull in case of fire.
00:28:46.000 So it's either one of two things.
00:28:47.000 This guy is an insane liar or he's so stupid he shouldn't be allowed anywhere near the United States House of Representatives.
00:28:54.000 And he was a school principal.
00:28:56.000 Basically, the one environment where teaching about fire alarms is pretty routine.
00:29:02.000 I mean, did this guy not read or can he not read?
00:29:04.000 I'm just, I'm not being dumb.
00:29:06.000 I'm not being silly.
00:29:06.000 I'm not being stupid.
00:29:08.000 This is a guy that pushes the fire alarm.
00:29:10.000 And by the way, I 100% believe that this guy did it intentionally.
00:29:15.000 Why would you say that, Charlie?
00:29:16.000 The stupid door thing to open the door.
00:29:20.000 That is an unbelievable excuse because this is exactly the playbook that they use on college campuses.
00:29:28.000 University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee last year, Candace Owens and I were getting a speech.
00:29:32.000 Boom, fire alarm goes off.
00:29:34.000 University of California, Berkeley, three years ago, boom, fire alarm goes off.
00:29:38.000 I cannot tell you how many times I could list at least 10 off the top of my head where we were doing a campus event and some form of an interruption, a fire alarm, a fake 911 call, breaking of windows, bomb threat, you name it, while we are doing an event where they tried to stop our Turning Point USA event or whatever it is.
00:29:58.000 And why did he postpone the vote?
00:30:00.000 Did he want a shutdown?
00:30:02.000 Was he upset that there was a CR being passed?
00:30:04.000 It's very strange.
00:30:06.000 Did other lawmakers know about it?
00:30:08.000 Was he told to do it by Hakeem Jeffries?
00:30:11.000 And his excuse is, I mean, like, we should not lay off of this guy.
00:30:15.000 Now, again, I don't think this is the biggest story.
00:30:17.000 The biggest story is that we got nothing out of the CR, but this is not, this is not, it's not insignificant.
00:30:24.000 Let me put it that way.
00:30:26.000 It has become the biggest story in right-wing circles, which I'm a little bit not thrilled about because the biggest story is the border is still open, Jack Smith still funded, and we're borrowing trillions of dollars we don't have.
00:30:36.000 Here's Jamal Bowman, former high school principal, who can't tell the difference between a button to open a door and a fire alarm.
00:30:44.000 Play cut 24.
00:30:46.000 You know, I don't know why this has gotten so much attention.
00:30:48.000 I was literally just in a rush to go vote, man.
00:30:50.000 That's all it was.
00:30:52.000 Are you afraid of any repercussions either from leadership or from legal aid and calculation?
00:30:56.000 I mean, listen, I take responsibility for what I did, you know, but like I said, I was in a rush to go vote.
00:31:01.000 And, you know, investigation will sort everything else out.
00:31:05.000 Wait, so if he was in a rush to go vote, why'd you need to go outside if you're in the Congress, if you're in the House?
00:31:14.000 Didn't he interrupt an official government proceeding?
00:31:16.000 Isn't that a threat to our democracy?
00:31:18.000 Haven't people been put into gulags for such behavior for the interruption of the beautiful process within Congress?
00:31:26.000 Is Jamal Bowman going to get raided by the FBI and the Department of Justice?
00:31:30.000 But if you were in an office, if you were in a rush to go vote, so it's one of two things.
00:31:36.000 He either sabotaged a vote, which is insurrection, or he's extremely dumb.
00:31:41.000 And there's many such cases.
00:31:44.000 I'm sorry.
00:31:46.000 The level of imbecility when you look at a fire alarm thing and you're like, oh, this seems like a good idea.
00:31:53.000 What do you think is going to happen there?
00:31:54.000 And then I just love his kind of like typical left-wing.
00:31:56.000 I don't know why this is such a big deal.
00:31:58.000 Like, why are you like, come on?
00:32:00.000 I mean, pulling fire alarms during continuing resolution votes.
00:32:04.000 Like, why are you guys making such a big deal out of it?
00:32:06.000 He's like one step away from calling the questioner racist.
00:32:09.000 Well, why can't a black man just pull a fire alarm and get away with it?
00:32:13.000 What are you, like a white supremacist?
00:32:15.000 Like, what's a black guy got to do to just pull a fire alarm around here?
00:32:18.000 It's like he's like one inch away.
00:32:21.000 Again, we could play the game.
00:32:22.000 What if Matt Gates called a fire alarm?
00:32:23.000 If Matt Gates pulled a fire alarm, he would be in the J6, he would be like with the J6 defendants, 100% would be indicted in some sort of show trial.
00:32:32.000 And Jamal Bowman's kind of like, man, I can't catch a break.
00:32:36.000 I was just trying to go vote and pull the fire alarm, and everyone's calling me all these names.
00:32:40.000 I don't know why this is such a big story.
00:32:41.000 I was in such a rush to go vote.
00:32:44.000 You realize to open the door, you push the door.
00:32:47.000 You push the door.
00:32:49.000 You don't pull the fire alarm.
00:32:54.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
