00:02:09.000 That's why we are here.
00:02:11.000 Brought to you by Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage.

00:02:17.000 Go to andrewandtodd.com, the wonderfulandrewandtodd.com.
00:02:23.000 It's an incredible day, and the left is losing their mind.
00:02:28.000 This is my favorite.
00:02:29.000 Let's go to Cut 103.
00:02:30.000 ABC, they said, how dare the Supreme Court ignore any potential public reaction?
00:02:36.000 Play Cut 103.
00:02:38.000 You know, it's interesting, Terry, because initially in this opinion that had been leaked, Justice Alito had written previously that we cannot allow our decisions to be affected by any extraneous influences, such as concern about the public's reaction to our work, talking about any reaction actually to that leak or what could happen if this ruling came down.
00:02:57.000 And it would seem in delivering the same opinion today that that's exactly what they've done here.
00:03:02.000 They've ignored any potential public reaction to this.
00:03:06.000 They just ignored what public reaction.
00:03:07.000 What do they mean by that?
00:03:08.000 I mean, their threats didn't work.
00:03:10.000 Now, let's remember that the decision was leaked in a last-ditch attempt to try to thwart this from happening.
00:03:19.000 We still don't know who the leaker is.
00:03:21.000 Inexcusably, we don't know who the leaker is.
00:03:23.000 I hope they're arrested and they serve a healthy prison sentence.
00:03:28.000 But it really goes to show how this is the new right.
00:03:32.000 Oh, by the way, someone tried to murder Brett Kavanaugh?
00:03:36.000 Yeah.
00:03:37.000 How do we forget about that?
00:03:39.000 Someone was arrested imminently trying to assassinate Brett Kavanaugh outside of his home.
00:03:45.000 That's how high the stakes were.
00:03:47.000 Not just that a bunch of degenerates were walking around with posters outside of his home, which is a violation of federal law, by the way.
00:03:55.000 It is against federal law to protest outside of a Supreme Court justice's home with the intent to try and influence a Supreme Court decision.
00:04:10.000 Now, I just want everyone to recognize Brett Kavanaugh had every reason to become like a John Roberts.
00:04:18.000 He's in the suburbs of D.C.
00:04:21.000 They destroyed him.
00:04:23.000 But Brett Kavanaugh in particular, Gorsuch and Amy Cody Barrett to a lesser extent, they did everything they could to try to destroy Brett Kavanaugh.
00:04:30.000 And let us all learn from Brett Kavanaugh, Clarence Thomas especially, how to react to the left when they try to destroy your life.
00:04:39.000 When they try to destroy your life, when they try to obliterate your career, you punch back twice as hard.
00:04:50.000 Now, I would be remiss if I did not mention two now passed away legends and heroes that are largely responsible, that helped us get where we are today.
00:05:04.000 And that is Justice Anton and Scalia and the great Rush Limbaugh.
00:05:10.000 Rush Limbaugh was a pro-life warrior.
00:05:14.000 He would be so happy right now.
00:05:17.000 He brought so many people into the pro-life movement.
00:05:20.000 Rush Limbaugh for years was one of the most articulate and courageous and intense pro-life leaders, unapologetically so.
00:05:31.000 Rush Limbaugh was pro-life before the pro-life movement had the funding or the infrastructure or the kind of grassroots support.
00:05:40.000 And Rush would never lay off of that topic.
00:05:43.000 Rush was on top of it for 30 years in the excellence in broadcasting.
00:05:49.000 I remember time and time again when I was a senior in high school and I would be listening on local Chicago radio.
00:05:56.000 Rush would be going on and on and on about some pro-life story about how Planned Parenthood was doing something illegal.
00:06:05.000 And another person that I do want to mention that deserves a lot of credit as well is Billy Graham.
00:06:11.000 Billy Graham, he would just be so ecstatic right now.
00:06:15.000 Scalia, Rush, Billy Graham.
00:06:17.000 Billy Graham, who spoke moral clarity into our times.
00:06:22.000 Billy Graham, who was, in my opinion, the most successful evangelist in the 20th century.
00:06:28.000 Who at any pastor you turn to, they have nothing bad to say about Billy Graham.
00:06:32.000 Verse by verse, chapter by chapter, he preached the inerrancy of scripture, but he was very clear about the moral truths of our country or that undergird our country.
00:06:43.000 And then finally, Trump brought all of this movement to fruition.
00:06:49.000 And yes, I begrudgingly and reluctantly have to say, Mitch McConnell deserves credit for not putting Merrick Garland on the U.S. Supreme Court.
00:07:01.000 It's true.
00:07:03.000 When Justice Anton and Scalia passed away in either January or February of 2016, Mitch McConnell had a decision to make.
00:07:13.000 It was an election year.
00:07:15.000 And Mitch McConnell was attacked relentlessly by the New York Times, by the Washington Post, by all the activist groups.
00:07:25.000 And Mitch McConnell had a decision, and the decision that he made was a good decision for the country, period.
00:07:32.000 End of story.
00:07:33.000 And trust me, I'm no fan of Mitch McConnell's at all.
00:07:36.000 But you have to be honest.
00:07:37.000 When you have big victories like this, you have to look back and say, like, yeah, someone I'm not a big fan of actually helped us get there.
00:07:42.000 And I know some of you, I got angry emails yesterday when I said this about McConnell.
00:07:45.000 You could be angry about it, but it's just factual.
00:07:47.000 It's just the way it is, okay?
00:07:48.000 Now, it's not all because of him.
00:07:50.000 Was listening to the base, and he was pushed by Donald Trump, and he was pushed by some of these great judicial experts.
00:07:56.000 But honestly, Mitch McConnell rolled the dice, and Mitch McConnell won.
00:08:01.000 You see, in August and September of 2016, there was a massive push by Barack Obama to get Merrick Garland on the U.S. Supreme Court.
00:08:09.000 Could you imagine Merrick Garland on the Supreme Court?
00:08:13.000 We were told that he was this moderate, middle-of-the-road kind of D.C. Circuit court.
00:08:19.000 We now know that is a pile of rubbish.
00:08:23.000 Merrick Garland is an uncontrolled snake authorizing raids against Trump political opponents.
00:08:32.000 Merritt Garland is far from a moderate, middle-of-the-road attorney general, not to mention the memo gate targeting moms and dads.
00:08:42.000 Merrick Garland wouldn't agree with this decision.
00:08:44.000 He doesn't.
00:08:45.000 I bet the DOJ has probably already sent out a press release.
00:08:49.000 And he would have been on the U.S. Supreme Court.
00:08:51.000 Now, someone emailed us: well, Charlie, Mitch McConnell should have put Merrick Garland up for a vote, and then he would have lost in the vote.
00:08:58.000 That is not at all right.
00:09:01.000 We would have had Murkowski or Collins and a couple defectors, and Merrick Garland very well might have been on the U.S. Supreme Court.
00:09:07.000 But Mitch McConnell rolled the dice, and he said, Boy, if we can win back the White House and win back the Senate, we can fill Gorsuch's seat in the following February.
00:09:22.000 And McConnell, he was right.
00:09:25.000 For the absolute tactician that he is and the parliamentarian, McConnell is part of this.
00:09:31.000 He played a small part, but he definitely did.
00:09:34.000 But then Donald Trump also putting forward the justices he said he was going to put forward.
00:09:40.000 Neil Gorsuch.
00:09:41.000 Okay, that one didn't really upset the left that much.
00:09:43.000 It was trading a conservative for a conservative.
00:09:46.000 But let's not forget the confirmation fight of Brett Kavanaugh.
00:09:51.000 You see, they knew the Kavanaugh one was the big one.
00:09:54.000 Now, Amy Coney Barrett was actually bigger.
00:09:56.000 They just, they couldn't attack her.
00:09:57.000 She was unassailable.
00:10:01.000 Couldn't attack her.
00:10:03.000 You see, Amy Coney Barrett sat in there with no notes and they couldn't meet to her.
00:10:07.000 They couldn't say that she was a gang rapist.
00:10:10.000 They couldn't say that Amy Coney Barrett, I don't know, drugged women or whatever they tried to accuse Brett Kavanaugh of.
00:10:17.000 The person accusing it, Michael Avenatti, who I think is now on his second prison sentence.
00:10:23.000 And Amy Coney Barrett was able to answer every question brilliantly after the unexpected passing of Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
00:10:33.000 So we look at this.
00:10:35.000 We look at Rush.
00:10:36.000 We look at Scalia.
00:10:37.000 We look at Billy Graham.
00:10:38.000 And yes, we look at Trump and McConnell for the role that he played.
00:10:43.000 Impossible big things that otherwise would have seemed out of reach can be done, everybody.
00:10:48.000 But it takes relentless, long effort.
00:10:51.000 And you know what's really interesting is this, in my opinion, in my lifetime, my 28 years, this is the most significant conservative policy victory of my life.
00:11:02.000 And we must study carefully how did this happen?
00:11:06.000 How can we then scale it for other pro-parent victories?
00:11:11.000 How can we make this a starting point of a journey of a million steps that starts with a single step?
00:11:17.000 How do we study this?
00:11:18.000 Like, wow, that's amazing.
00:11:21.000 Let's now do this in other places.
00:11:23.000 That is some of the big takeaway that we're going to continue to explore during this hour.
00:11:30.000 Look, did you get hit with a big tax bill you were not expecting?
00:11:33.000 With rates still being very low and home equity being high, it's the perfect time to refinance and get some cash out of your home.
00:11:40.000 Look, you could go to one of these woke banks, Citibank, Chase, where they hate you, they hate the country, and they hate Christianity.
00:11:48.000 Or you could refinance right now all of your mortgage needs.
00:11:52.000 My friends, guess what?
00:11:53.000 It's so easy to remember the website, andrewandtodd.com.
00:11:55.000 Just write it down, andrewandtodd.com.
00:11:57.000 They're with Sierra Pacific Mortgage.
00:11:59.000 They're people I know and trust and work with them, and you should too.
00:12:02.000 Just go to andrewandtodd.com.
00:12:04.000 It takes 30 seconds to answer a couple of questions.
00:12:06.000 This gives them the information they need to give you valuable information, often on the first call.
00:12:11.000 Andrew and Todd, they are not brokers.
00:12:14.000 They are bankers, which means they handle your loan from start to finish.
00:12:17.000 So you always have someone in your corner.
00:12:19.000 Take that first step towards getting that cash you need today.
00:12:22.000 AndrewandTodd.com.
00:12:24.000 That's AndrewandTodd.com or called 888-888-1172, 888, 888, 1172.
00:12:30.000 Do not use the banks that hate you.
00:12:32.000 Use Andrew and Todd.
00:12:34.000 They will do a great job for you, everybody.
00:12:36.000 AndrewandTodd.com.
00:12:37.000 That's AndrewandTodd.com.
00:12:42.000 So I just got to tell you that Donald Trump, if he wants to be the nominee in 2024, it's his.
00:12:50.000 It is over.
00:12:52.000 People say, oh, DeSantis can run against him.
00:12:55.000 No, not after this.
00:12:56.000 All Trump has to do is say, look, I overturned Roe versus Wade, especially with the conservative base.
00:13:01.000 They've been so longing for a victory.
00:13:04.000 Now, it all started at a moment where it was a difficult situation.
00:13:13.000 It was.
00:13:14.000 Ruth Bader Ginsburg passed away.
00:13:15.000 No one celebrated it.
00:13:16.000 Okay, when conservatives die, liberals celebrate.
00:13:19.000 We don't enjoy death.
00:13:20.000 Death is a terrible thing.
00:13:22.000 Ruth Bader Ginsburg died.
00:13:24.000 And Donald Trump was doing a rally while the news of her death came out.
00:13:29.000 And there was kind of this moment where everyone kind of sat with bated breath: how is Trump going to react to this?
00:13:37.000 And incredibly, we actually have a video of how he reacted to it because he came right off stage.
00:13:42.000 Now, I got to say, how the White House staff didn't go and intercept Trump and whisper in his ear is remarkable.
00:13:49.000 But you can see the video.
00:13:50.000 He walks right off stage straight to the press with nobody whispering in his ear.
00:13:55.000 And the first person to tell Donald Trump that Ruth Bader Ginsburg passed away was the media.
00:14:01.000 It was the first person.
00:14:02.000 And it's like something out of a novel out of a movie.
00:14:07.000 You could not script it better than this.
00:14:11.000 You have Elton John playing in the background as he walks up stoically.
00:14:18.000 And he just has this massive alpha male look.
00:14:22.000 And here's how he reacted.
00:14:26.000 And this is where it all started.
00:14:28.000 Play tape.
00:14:31.000 She just died.
00:14:33.000 Wow.
00:14:36.000 I didn't know that.
00:14:37.000 I just, you're telling me now for the first time.
00:14:41.000 She led an amazing life.
00:14:44.000 What else can you say?
00:14:45.000 She was an amazing woman.
00:14:47.000 Whether you agreed or not, she was an amazing woman who led an amazing life.
00:14:55.000 Nicely said to hear that.
00:14:56.000 I have said to you that.
00:14:58.000 Thank you very much.
00:15:01.000 It's just, it's amazing in real time to have the stoicism, to have the poise to react that way with Elton John playing over the speaker.
00:15:15.000 This is in the midst of the campaign.
00:15:17.000 Remember, he's doing five, six, seven rallies a day.
00:15:21.000 Remember when Donald Trump was running for office?
00:15:24.000 He was asked directly by Chris Wallace, the snake.
00:15:29.000 And Chris Wallace asked him: so, what are you going to do with abortion?
00:15:33.000 What are you going to do with abortion?
00:15:35.000 What are you going to do with abortion?
00:15:37.000 Play Cup 107.
00:15:39.000 Because I am pro-life, and I will be appointing pro-life judges.
00:15:43.000 I would think that that will go back to the individual states.
00:15:46.000 But I'm asking you specifically, would you like it?
00:15:48.000 It'll go back to the states.
00:15:50.000 It's perfect.
00:15:51.000 In fact, the full tape shows that he will, he said he'll appoint three, two or three justices.
00:15:58.000 It's as if he just with perfect precision predicted what he was going to do.
00:16:02.000 And he had the courage to fulfill that.
00:16:04.000 He had every reason to go put more John Roberts on the court.
00:16:07.000 He had every reason except the fact that's not who he is.
00:16:12.000 And if you want to connect the otherwise disconnected, why do you think they want to indict Donald Trump so badly?
00:16:19.000 Why do you think they're so focused on some phone call he had with Georgia?
00:16:23.000 Why do you think they're raiding Trump allies and operatives all across the country?
00:16:29.000 Because they blame him for this.
00:16:31.000 They blame him for Roe versus Wade being repealed.
00:16:35.000 They say it's an illegitimate court.
00:16:36.000 What they're really saying is he won an election he wasn't supposed to win.
00:16:42.000 It was supposed to be this seamless transformation from Barack Hussein Obama to Hillary Rodham Clinton.
00:16:50.000 And the cartel and the gang was going to stay in charge, but it all went south.
00:16:58.000 The unexpected, robust, anti-fragile conservative movement that was beat down relentlessly under the Obama regime, appointed a billionaire businessman with a colorful life history.
00:17:14.000 And despite the fact that a tape comes out in early October, the Billy Bush tape, Donald Trump still received support from evangelicals and Christians and pro-lifers and parents because they said, hey, at the very least, I know we're going to get good judges.
00:17:30.000 And for every one of you out there that don't like Trump and you say, I can't stand the man, he's unethical, whatever.
00:17:37.000 And you still voted for him, God bless you because you now have been vindicated for realizing that there is a greater good above someone's moral shortcomings.
00:17:51.000 Hey, everybody, as you know, our friend Mike Lindell has an amazing passion to help everyone get the best sleep of your life.

00:18:41.000 With us right now is the great Molly Hemingway on this incredibly eventful news day.
00:18:47.000 Molly, welcome back to the program.
00:18:49.000 Your initial thoughts on the Supreme Court's decision.
00:18:52.000 Well, it's just an amazing day to experience.
00:18:56.000 Many people have worked for nearly 50 years to get to this moment where abortion law is returned to the people.
00:19:03.000 A lot of people understood that Roe B. Wade was a poorly decided decision.
00:19:07.000 You have a consensus on that, whether that's pro-lifers or people like Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
00:19:12.000 But it had managed to hold for a very long period of time, and it took a lot of work from a lot of people and human rights activists and pro-life leaders and the conservative judicial movement.
00:19:24.000 And finally, this day has arrived.
00:19:27.000 And it's just a wonderful day for women and their children and their families.
00:19:31.000 And of course, it also means there's a lot of work to come in the days and years ahead to protect these families and to also create a culture of life.
00:19:41.000 And so it seems as if the Democrats are immediately pivoting this, as we would expect, towards kind of looking at the midterms, trying to use this as a way to stir up their base.
00:19:49.000 You have a phenomenal piece out on the Federalists calling, yes, Biden is hiding his plan to rig the 2022 midterm elections at the federalists.com.
00:19:58.000 What do you mean by that?
00:19:59.000 Well, I wrote a book on the 2020 election and what Democrats did to control that election.
00:20:05.000 It focused a lot on the private takeover of government election systems, thanks to Mark Zuckerberg's $450 million, where they went into the blue areas of swing states and essentially ran the get-out-the-vote operation in those areas.
00:20:20.000 Well, in March of 2021, Biden issued an executive order demanding that 600 federal agencies start getting involved in elections.
00:20:29.000 Now, that's unconstitutional.
00:20:30.000 There is no authority given to the executive branch to meddle in state elections.
00:20:36.000 Congress has not granted them that authority.
00:20:38.000 It's also worrisome because federal agencies, of course, hand out benefits.
00:20:42.000 There have been laws put in place to actually ban agencies from tying elections with federal benefits, you know, to ban political activity.
00:20:51.000 Mobilizing voters is an inherently political act.
00:20:54.000 Well, people who were worried about this, constitutional scholars, Republican politicians, people of that, you know, media figures, they started asking for what more details on this plan.
00:21:04.000 And the Biden administration has steadfastly refused to share details about what their plan is, even as we are beginning to see it being put into place.
00:21:15.000 You are seeing agencies take, you know, what are supposed to be public-facing, say, job training centers and turning them into get out the vote operations.
00:21:23.000 And you're seeing that in the Department of Labor, Department of Education, centers for Medicaid and Medicare, all sorts of things, but they're not being honest or transparent about exactly what they're doing.
00:21:32.000 And so people who care about election security are frankly very worried, not just that it's happening, but that the details of it are being kept hidden from the public.
00:21:41.000 Yeah, you write here in the piece, when President Biden ordered all 600 federal agencies to, quote, expand citizens' opportunities to register to vote and to obtain information about participating in the electoral process.
00:21:52.000 Most people really aren't aware of this.
00:21:55.000 Is this even remotely legal to mobilize the federal civil service and bureaucracy for a potential political aim?
00:22:03.000 So many congressional committees and many congressmen have been sounding the alarm that this is not in fact legal.
00:22:10.000 Never has Congress given authority to executive branch agencies to do this kind of election-related activity.
00:22:17.000 You know, it came out in an executive order.
00:22:19.000 And in order to litigate this, you kind of need some details.
00:22:22.000 You need to know what's going on.
00:22:23.000 So there actually have been lawsuits filed by good government groups who are just at this point trying to figure out exactly what's going on.
00:22:29.000 The lack of transparency is a serious problem because everyone needs to have elections that are free and fair and that they can trust.
00:22:37.000 And using the power and the wealth of the federal government to mobilize voters in what is surely a partisan fashion is a threat to our system.
00:22:47.000 And it's very important that people know what's going on, that answers be given immediately, and that people be able to fight about it.
00:22:56.000 So tell us proactively what anybody could do, state legislatures or anyone, it's not too late, in my opinion, to try to prevent this from occurring.
00:23:06.000 What is the game plan?
00:23:07.000 What are the action steps that need to happen?
00:23:09.000 Because my fear is more of a structural fear, not that the people are not with us, not that the issues are not in our favor.
00:23:17.000 Not Democrats are going to be able to play with the actual configuration of how our elections are conducted.
00:23:23.000 What are the action steps here?
00:23:26.000 So there is a lot that states can do.
00:23:28.000 Both secretaries of state and state legislatures can make it clear that they know and assert that the Constitution gives the authority to run elections to the states.
00:23:40.000 And that includes registering voters, having authority over who's on a voter role or not.
00:23:46.000 One of the reasons why people are concerned about this massive federal overtaking of elections is that all 50 states have different laws governing their election processes.
00:23:54.000 It would be foolish to assume that these federal bureaucrats would have knowledge of those different laws, of what the different rules and regulations are.
00:24:02.000 And our voter roles are, frankly, a mess.
00:24:04.000 And that's a problem in traditional elections.
00:24:07.000 It's a disaster when you're talking about insecure, unsupervised mail-in balloting where a lot of shenanigans take place.
00:24:14.000 That's something everybody agreed with, whether they were liberal media or Jimmy Carter or otherwise, right up until the 2020 election.
00:24:21.000 You want to have elections where you have clear understanding of who's eligible to vote, how those ballots are being handled, that there's no corruption or compulsion involved.
00:24:31.000 And we are working hard in these last few years to destabilize our elections.
00:24:36.000 And you can see where that is something that's very bad for the health of the Republic.
00:24:40.000 So, yes, absolutely, secretaries of states can start issuing letters.
00:24:44.000 I believe that the West Virginia Secretary of State might have already done so.
00:24:48.000 There's actually a meeting of Secretaries of State that is happening right now or soon in Louisiana.
00:24:55.000 So they'll all be probably talking about it.
00:24:57.000 They need to assert that they are the agents of authority to manage their voter roles and the administration of elections.
00:25:05.000 So I want to play a tape here of Joe Biden talking about wanting to codify Roe v. Wade via Congress, which would only be possible, in my opinion, if they are able to change the structure of how our elections are conducted.
00:25:18.000 I'll get your response, Molly.
00:25:18.000 I'll play this tape.
00:25:20.000 Play Cut 119.
00:25:22.000 World.
00:25:24.000 But this decision must not be the final word.
00:25:29.000 My administration will use all of its appropriate lawful powers.
00:25:33.000 But Congress must act.
00:25:36.000 And with your vote, you can act.
00:25:40.000 You can have the final word.
00:25:43.000 This is not over.
00:25:45.000 Molly, is it over?
00:25:48.000 It's not over.
00:25:49.000 And what this decision does today is allows the people of each state to debate abortion law and what they think abortion law should be in their given states.
00:26:00.000 This is what Roe v. Wade has stolen from the people for the last 50 years.
00:26:05.000 It really just brings people back to a starting line.
00:26:08.000 Now is where you go back to your state legislatures or work through ballot referendums to protect human life and to support mothers, or you don't.
00:26:16.000 And so it is absolutely going to be a continuation of a fight, but this is what has been forbidden and taken from the people for 50 years.
00:26:24.000 Now, I do think that Joe Biden is wrong to think that this will be politically advantageous for his side.
00:26:30.000 The true middle ground in America is not to protect all human life.
00:26:36.000 Sadly, I think the middle ground is very much represented by this Dobbs decision, which says that the state has an interest in limiting abortion after 15 weeks.
00:26:46.000 It's a very moderate position.
00:26:47.000 It's one that was forbidden from this extreme jurisprudence of Roe v. Wade.
00:26:53.000 And we have seen in recent years where Democrats have tried to make really big hay out of attempts to protect human life, and it hasn't really worked.
00:27:02.000 It was their main issue in the Virginia gubernatorial election.
00:27:05.000 Well, you might remember Glenn Youngkin won the Virginia governor's race, even though the opposition was laser focused on trying to make it all about abortion and scaremongering about what would happen if Glenn Young was put into office.
00:27:20.000 It doesn't seem to be having as salient an effect as Democrats have hoped.
00:27:24.000 And that's probably because we've seen states that have successfully limited abortion and it's been working out really well.
00:27:30.000 And it's also because Democrats control everything right now and their policies are so unpopular and so bad for the American people.
00:27:37.000 It's just, that's what people are focused on.
00:27:39.000 Have to focus on process.
00:27:40.000 Republicans don't like process.
00:27:42.000 It puts us to sleep.
00:27:43.000 We think everything's about ideas and candidate selection.
00:27:45.000 That stuff matters.
00:27:47.000 But process matters more than that stuff right now.
00:27:49.000 It just does.
00:27:50.000 They understand that if they can game the process, they can then win the elections.
00:27:55.000 Molly, thank you so much.
00:27:56.000 Yeah, go ahead.
00:27:57.000 One final thought.
00:27:57.000 I'm just going to say, this was a process victory.
00:27:59.000 This is the conservative judicial movement, the pro-life movement, working through and succeeding in processes.
00:28:05.000 And people should remember how much went into that and replicate it.
00:28:08.000 That's exactly right.
00:28:09.000 All right.
00:28:09.000 Thank you, Molly Hemingway.
00:28:10.000 Deeply appreciate it.
00:28:11.000 And congratulations, editor-in-chief of the Federalist.
00:28:15.000 Remember, Joe Biden used to be for pro-life policies before he was against it.
00:28:19.000 Play cut 112.
00:28:21.000 The president's opinion has changed too in 1974.
00:28:24.000 He said, I don't like the Supreme Court decision on abortion.
00:28:28.000 I think it went too far.
00:28:29.000 I don't think that a woman has the sole right to say what should happen to her body.
00:28:34.000 And in 2006, he explained.
00:28:36.000 I do not view abortion as a choice and a right.
00:28:41.000 I think it's always a tragedy.
00:28:43.000 And I think that it should be rare and safe.
00:28:47.000 It's always a tragedy.
00:28:48.000 I thought it should be rare and safe.
00:28:50.000 He just does whatever he's told, obviously.
00:28:52.000 One of our listeners emailed us freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:28:56.000 They said, didn't they have the choice in their personal life before they got pregnant?
00:29:00.000 Aren't they pro-choice in that way?
00:29:02.000 That's an interesting point.
00:29:04.000 One of our listeners here on Real America's Voice says, it's a great day in America as if every woman in America wants an abortion.
00:29:10.000 No, we do not.
00:29:11.000 Too bad the people that want abortions were not abortions themselves.
00:29:14.000 Maybe they can put the shoe on the other foot and give them something to think about.
00:29:18.000 By the way, did you catch what Joe said earlier?
00:29:21.000 Something about that.
00:29:22.000 Mary Allen from the great state of Texas, thank you for listening.
00:29:26.000 Loris says this is a significant strike against America's culture of death.
00:29:30.000 Thank you, Lord.
00:29:32.000 My 10-year-old Michael was watching the news this morning with his mom.
00:29:36.000 This is the father saying they were talking about the Roe decision.
00:29:39.000 He said, quote, they should outlaw it like slavery and call it the Declaration of Baby Pendence.
00:29:44.000 Thought that was very clever.
00:29:45.000 Thank you, Patrick.
00:29:46.000 You have a very smart 10-year-old son.
00:29:48.000 Again, I love hearing from you, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:29:50.000 That is freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:29:53.000 They're in full freakout mode, by the way, outside of the Supreme Court.
00:29:57.000 I pray it doesn't turn into violence, but it sure seems as if the Democrat leaders are acting so incredibly irresponsibly, basically saying we're to take to the streets.
00:30:07.000 You're going to feel our vengeance.
00:30:09.000 I pray it does not get to that.
00:30:11.000 I really want everything to remain peaceful, but this seems like it's hitting a fever pitch, the likes of which will only parallel that of the Floyd riots a couple summers ago.
00:30:21.000 Email me, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:30:23.000 Take out your phone and subscribe to the Charlie Kirk Show podcast as always.
00:30:31.000 It's rigged.
00:30:33.000 If you say things are rigged, you're called an insurrectionist by the left.
00:30:37.000 But Chuck Todd says people think this is a rigged court.
00:30:40.000 Play cut 104.
00:30:43.000 Oh, I think the Supreme Court is this is can um I think there are no more black robes.
00:30:48.000 I think the robes are red and blue.
00:30:50.000 Particularly how the how Donald Trump appointed the Supreme Court, how he went about it, particularly that, you know, and the whole Scalia thing with McConnell and all that.
00:30:59.000 There really is a lot of people who believe this is a rigged court.
00:31:05.000 Yeah, so saying things are rigged when you don't get what you want, perfectly fine.
00:31:10.000 For us to question an election, unlike anything we've ever seen before, you get called all these names by the left.
00:31:16.000 Let's go to another cut here.
00:31:18.000 Let's go to this one on Cut 41.
00:31:23.000 Fox News reports on the uptick of attacks on pro-life groups and churches.
00:31:26.000 I'm going to reiterate what I said previously.
00:31:29.000 We need to make sure that our churches and our faith centers are protected right now.
00:31:33.000 Cut 41.
00:31:35.000 So since that draft opinion leak, there have reportedly been more than 40 attacks on pro-life groups and churches.
00:31:40.000 The pro-abortion group, Jane's Revenge, says it's behind some of them.
00:31:44.000 That group has also apparently hung flyers around Washington, D.C., threatening a night of rage if the court overturns Roe.
00:31:52.000 Now, this group, Jane's Revenge, if we had an actual Department of Justice, they could easily arrest them all.
00:31:57.000 I'm calling for every Republican attorney general, if Jane's Revenge operates in your state, you need to open up a RICO case, a mob case against Jane's Revenge.
00:32:06.000 Jane's Revenge is a domestic terror organization that has been firebombing pro-life clinics across America.
00:32:11.000 If you are unaware about the firebombing happening in pro-life clinics, that shows how dishonest the press is.
00:32:17.000 Over 40 pro-life clinics across America that actually help women have children, help bring beautiful babies into the world, are now being targeted by Jane's Revenge, a domestic terror outfit.
00:32:33.000 Attacks on pro-life centers.
00:32:35.000 It looks like there is one in Texas.
00:32:37.000 Looks like there's one in Red States.
00:32:38.000 Why these Republican attorney generals are not doing immediate criminal investigations and getting subpoenas and warrants behind these Jane's Revenge people?
00:32:47.000 They need to act with swift movement and find out who's funding this, finding out who's doing this.
00:32:51.000 It's unacceptable.
00:32:53.000 You go to 120, it's the flyer right now of what's happening.
00:32:56.000 Hopefully, not in the next couple of hours in Washington, D.C.
00:32:59.000 We have journalists and reporters on the ground to find out who these people are.
00:33:02.000 And yes, we are going to try to find the identities of the domestic terrorists.
00:33:06.000 If you burn something down or you smash something, I hope you're arrested and I hope you go to jail for a long period of time.
00:33:11.000 So by the way, some of these attacks have happened in Kansas and Iowa.
00:33:16.000 I'm pointing out the Republican states in particular.
00:33:18.000 Mississippi, in Florida, and Texas.
00:33:21.000 These need to be treated like domestic terror organizations.
00:33:24.000 We need to find the people behind them.
00:33:26.000 We need to root them out.
00:33:27.000 So click 120, put it back up.
00:33:30.000 This is the night of rage that is coming up in Washington, D.C.
00:33:33.000 This is Jane's Revenge, the domestic terror organization that is saying tonight they are going to riot.
00:33:41.000 That's right.
00:33:42.000 Could you imagine if there was a hit the streets for a MAGA riot?
00:33:47.000 Oh, that's when you get a special counsel and a full investigation by a committee.
00:33:53.000 We're going to keep our eyes on this very closely as this continues.
00:33:57.000 I just want to summarize this, and I've said this before, but why I want to reinforce the point, which is the country will not save itself.
00:34:06.000 But if we commit ourselves to doing the small things and the hard things, from elections to winning arguments to legal briefs to court selection to judges, having a bottom-up, stable, focused movement, then we can win.
00:34:25.000 We can do things that otherwise would have seemed so out of grasp.
00:34:29.000 That is the call to action for this moment as a conservative movement.
00:34:36.000 I'm going to play cut 124.
00:34:38.000 This is the audio from Jane's Revenge.
00:34:40.000 From my knowledge, no one serious has been arrested behind this.
00:34:43.000 Play cut 124.
00:34:45.000 You have seen that we are real.
00:34:48.000 We are not merely pushing empty words.
00:34:50.000 We are not one group, but many.
00:34:53.000 We were unsurprised to see 30 days come and 30 days pass with no sign of consilience.
00:35:00.000 From here forward, any anti-choice group who closes their doors and stops operating will no longer be a target.
00:35:08.000 But until you do, it's open season.
00:35:11.000 It's open season against pro-lifers.
00:35:14.000 That is a group, a terrorist group targeting pro-lifers.
00:35:18.000 We're winning.
00:35:18.000 They're losing.
00:35:20.000 Praise the Lord.
00:35:21.000 Thank you so much for listening, everybody.
00:35:22.000 Email me your thoughts.
