00:01:08.000 That's why we are here.

00:01:30.000 It's where I buy all of my gold.
00:01:32.000 Go to noblegoldinvestments.com.
00:01:36.000 It has only been a couple days since the planned rollout of Kamala Harris has occurred.
00:01:45.000 This was obviously planned many months ahead of time, from the social media rollout to her consultants to the framing of Kamala Harris.
00:01:52.000 And there's a fair amount of frenetic energy right now.
00:01:58.000 Very important that you must not be two things simultaneously.
00:02:03.000 You shouldn't be smug or cocky about our chances, but you also shouldn't panic.
00:02:08.000 Now is not the time to panic.
00:02:09.000 I'll tell you when to panic.
00:02:10.000 I'll tell you when to worry, as Rush Limbaugh would say.
00:02:13.000 They are going to have an elevated, better-than-expected August.
00:02:19.000 Get ready for it.
00:02:20.000 You're gonna have a lot of celebrity endorsements.
00:02:22.000 She's gonna travel the country. 1.00
00:02:23.000 She's not gonna do sit-down interviews. 1.00
00:02:25.000 They're gonna protect her from any sort of critical type of opposition.
00:02:30.000 She's gonna go to George Clooney.
00:02:31.000 She's gonna go to Brad Pitt.
00:02:33.000 She's gonna go to Jennifer Aniston.
00:02:35.000 She's gonna go raise a bunch of money. 1.00
00:02:38.000 Then they have the DNC in Chicago.
00:02:40.000 They have a very good event production team.
00:02:43.000 They are Hollywood after all.
00:02:45.000 Even Hillary had a good DNC in Philadelphia in 2016. 1.00
00:02:50.000 August is going to require us to understand we had a great June and July.
00:02:56.000 We had a great June and July.
00:02:58.000 In the stock market, sometimes there's something called a relief rally, where you have a little bit of a correction.
00:03:06.000 Democrats right now are relieved they have a non-senile candidate.
00:03:10.000 And so you have this pent-up Democrat energy that is exploding.
00:03:15.000 And of course it's manufactured.
00:03:16.000 Of course it is synthetic.
00:03:18.000 It is artificial.
00:03:21.000 The Obama endorsement this morning, which Obama— Kamala Harris doesn't even know how to answer a speakerphone.
00:03:28.000 I'm going to play this.
00:03:29.000 She gets a call from Obama.
00:03:30.000 She's answering her speakerphone like this, like she's holding it up.
00:03:33.000 She can't even do a rehearsed call with Obama without acting cringe. 0.99
00:03:38.000 And they delayed it long enough because they wanted to keep on extending this honeymoon period.
00:03:44.000 But make no mistake, this shotgun wedding that they have gone through with Kamala Harris is going to come to an end at some point.
00:03:53.000 I don't think it's going to come to an end for quite some time, though.
00:03:55.000 We are going to live through a couple weeks here that are going to frustrate a lot of people.
00:03:58.000 The media went from investigating the Bidens to going to leaks and going to Delaware, and they are now becoming pure water carriers for the regime.
00:04:08.000 So let me tell you how I believe this is going to play out.
00:04:10.000 These next couple weeks are going to test our resolve, going to test our grittiness, And it's going to understandably make some of you fatigued.
00:04:22.000 I get it if you're tired.
00:04:24.000 I sympathize with you.
00:04:25.000 Think about what we have lived through.
00:04:27.000 We lived through a Republican primary.
00:04:29.000 We lived through Donald Trump sitting in a Manhattan courthouse.
00:04:31.000 Donald Trump's conviction.
00:04:33.000 We lived through Donald Trump getting shot, which I don't think anyone slept well for like two weeks.
00:04:38.000 We're not even two weeks out from that, by the way.
00:04:39.000 Two weeks on Saturday.
00:04:42.000 The debate with Joe Biden.
00:04:44.000 All the drama about pulling Joe Biden.
00:04:46.000 And now Kamala Harris coming in, not to mention our own RNC, where nobody slept.
00:04:52.000 So there's a little bit of a fatigue going on.
00:04:54.000 Totally understandable.
00:04:55.000 Good news, guys.
00:04:56.000 It's late July.
00:04:58.000 We're in late July right now.
00:05:00.000 I've lived through this many times.
00:05:02.000 I remember in 2020, we were the steady voice when it showed Donald Trump down 16 points in the polls.
00:05:08.000 And I said, this thing is going to be much closer than people realize.
00:05:11.000 They're going to have a better than expected August.
00:05:16.000 So prepare for that.
00:05:18.000 Then Labor Day is going to roll around.
00:05:20.000 Their convention will be over and swing voters, independent voters will start to make up their minds.
00:05:26.000 Donald Trump has not yet run a television advertisement.
00:05:30.000 We are better prepared to engage in voting month than ever before.
00:05:34.000 We have a liberated Twitter and X platform that we did not have in 2020.
00:05:41.000 Donald Trump and his team are being brilliant right now.
00:05:44.000 They are keeping his powder dry.
00:05:48.000 Did you know in 2020, we fell 41,000 ballots short and Donald Trump ran out of money in late September, early October?
00:05:57.000 Can you guys find those headlines, by the way?
00:05:59.000 The bankrupt Trump campaign.
00:06:01.000 Donald Trump was not able to have parody of television advertisement.
00:06:05.000 In October of 2020, which is a crime, because did you know there's actually a special carve-out for presidential candidates to get discounted advertising rates in the last couple months of an election?
00:06:19.000 And Donald Trump could not even afford that back in the 2020 election.
00:06:22.000 And he still only fell 42,000 ballots short.
00:06:25.000 This is a long-distance run.
00:06:27.000 And the Democrats are getting very excited here, and they should be excited.
00:06:32.000 They have a candidate who does not have dementia.
00:06:35.000 They're able to reinvigorate all their identity politic tribal groups.
00:06:40.000 They can reboot their entire platform.
00:06:43.000 They can revitalize the dormant base.
00:06:48.000 AP article from 2020.
00:06:51.000 Understand where we were.
00:06:53.000 October 20th, 2020, how Trump plowed through a $1 billion, through $1 billion, losing his cash advantage.
00:07:00.000 That is not happening.
00:07:02.000 This campaign run by Susie, Chris, James Blair, Michael Whatley, they are being very disciplined how they're doing spending.
00:07:08.000 And by the way, good for them for not running ads against Biden in July.
00:07:12.000 Good for them for not running ads against Biden in June.
00:07:15.000 What a mark of brilliance it was to not do that.
00:07:18.000 They're keeping their powder dry.
00:07:20.000 Politico.com.
00:07:21.000 This is during the campaign in 2020.
00:07:23.000 Trump's cash woes mount as Biden laps him.
00:07:27.000 The president started October with $63 million cash on hand, compared to Biden, who had tripled that, $177 million cash on hand.
00:07:35.000 We did not have parity with advertisement back in 2020.
00:07:38.000 We will.
00:07:40.000 Once this race settles, understand, they're gonna have a sugar high. 0.98
00:07:44.000 They're gonna have an artificial high of eating Twizzlers and Snickers and M&M's and... and Brat Summer, as my Gen Z correspondent tells me. 0.72
00:07:57.000 We have a Gen Z correspondent, by the way.
00:07:58.000 We have two of them, Danny and Daisy.
00:08:00.000 Two different demos.
00:08:02.000 All of that's gonna simmer.
00:08:04.000 Because in Labor Day, voters will then re-enter this race.
00:08:07.000 And understand the fundamentals of this race are terrific for us.
00:08:11.000 Kamala still is a deeply disliked politician.
00:08:15.000 She is the sitting vice president of a failed regime.
00:08:18.000 We have a powerful base that is unlike anything we've ever seen.
00:08:22.000 In fact, the buried lead of the New York Times Siena poll that came out yesterday is Donald Trump is the most favorable he has ever been in the New York Times poll ever in the last five years.
00:08:34.000 So you just have to anticipate a Democrat sugar high.
00:08:37.000 And we're going to walk you through it every single day in August.
00:08:41.000 And it's going to culminate in Chicago.
00:08:43.000 And they're going to have this nauseating coronation ceremony.
00:08:48.000 This is how it's going to work.
00:08:51.000 If they're smart, which the Democrats are smart.
00:08:53.000 On Thursday night of their convention, they're going to have Joe Biden get wheelchaired out, and Joe Biden will give, and he's going to get triumphant applause, and they'll say, I told you I'm passing the torch, and here I am passing the torch.
00:09:04.000 And everyone will be fawning over this, and it's going to be nauseating.
00:09:08.000 So get ready for that.
00:09:10.000 And then Labor Day will come in, and we have something that they don't have.
00:09:14.000 We have the best finisher, the best closer.
00:09:18.000 We have Mariano Rivera in politics.
00:09:23.000 Something happens to Donald Trump, and we saw it in 2016, and we saw it in 2020, when he is able to monopolize the news cycle, close in certain areas like we've never seen.
00:09:35.000 Understand, we are running 12 mayor's races right now.
00:09:40.000 We are not running a national campaign.
00:09:43.000 Donald Trump has to win 12 mayoral races.
00:09:46.000 In 2020, the polls said Trump was totally cooked.
00:09:49.000 Right now, the polls say Trump is up between 3 to 5 points.
00:09:54.000 The fact that Donald Trump fell 50,000 ballots short in 2020, and it was probably even better than that without their shenanigans, was a massive, historic overperformance.
00:10:03.000 And we are structurally in a much better position.
00:10:06.000 And guess what?
00:10:07.000 We win on every issue.
00:10:08.000 We win on inflation.
00:10:09.000 We win on immigration. 0.96
00:10:10.000 We even win on abortion if we play offense on abortion that they are the late-term radicals on it.
00:10:15.000 So this right now, this moment requires steadiness.
00:10:18.000 You are about to be force-fed an unpopular cackling communist, and that's okay.
00:10:24.000 They're overdue for their little pizzazz.
00:10:27.000 Bring it on Dems! 1.00
00:10:27.000 What else you got? 1.00
00:10:29.000 You're going to try to make this unlikable Creature of a political machine?
00:10:34.000 Kamala Harris seem cool on TikTok?
00:10:37.000 We got it.
00:10:38.000 While you guys are dancing on TikTok, we're going to be chasing ballots in Maricopa County.
00:10:43.000 When you guys are courting Mark Hamill's endorsement and Leonardo DiCaprio, we are going to be registering voters in Butler, Pennsylvania.
00:10:52.000 When you guys are doing high-priced fundraisers in Hollywood, we are going to be hiring ballot chasers in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
00:11:00.000 They are forcing the popularity of a woman who has failed repeatedly at being liked.
00:11:06.000 Risky strategy, folks.
00:11:08.000 Risky strategy.
00:11:10.000 In October, if we stay the course and we're steady at the wheel, Democrats might realize this.
00:11:16.000 Wait a minute.
00:11:17.000 We spent all of our energy pushing someone who's deeply unpopular, who won her AG race by one point in California.
00:11:27.000 Hey there, investing feels overwhelming right now, doesn't it?
00:11:30.000 So complicated, so many decisions, but leaving your money in the bank, not so great.
00:11:34.000 It's losing value every single day.
00:11:37.000 So if it's stressing you out and driving you nuts, invest with noble gold investments.
00:11:42.000 Their precious metals are simple and real.
00:11:45.000 There isn't a company on the stock market that was around 2000 years ago, but gold was.
00:11:49.000 It's always been there through wars, disasters, and turmoil.
00:11:52.000 Reliable, dependable, and authentic.
00:11:54.000 That's why you can't go wrong with precious metals.
00:11:57.000 They've always had your back.

00:12:10.000 Colin Plume runs Noble Gold Investments.
00:12:13.000 We've had him on the show before.
00:12:14.000 He's awesome.
00:12:14.000 I love hanging out with him.
00:12:15.000 He's terrific.
00:12:16.000 I can vouch for his integrity and for his knowledge about gold and silver.
00:12:21.000 In fact, I have my silver right next to me right here.
00:12:24.000 I buy all of my gold from Noble Gold Investments.
00:12:26.000 I have vetted them top to bottom.
00:12:27.000 In fact, I know a billionaire that just made a very big purchase of gold from Noble Gold Investments.
00:12:32.000 So visit noblegoldinvestments.com to claim your gold coin.
00:12:35.000 This month, Noble Gold Investments is giving a free quarter ounce gold standard coin at each qualifying IRA investment.
00:12:41.000 That is noblegoldinvestments.com.
00:12:43.000 Noblegoldinvestments.com.
00:12:48.000 Presidential elections are too long.
00:12:50.000 Blake has been right about this.
00:12:51.000 Blake has come on our, he's on our show a lot, as you know, and he makes the contention that these presidential elections are just so long.
00:12:57.000 They're longer than hockey seasons.
00:12:59.000 And hockey is like, what, 10 months out of the year, right?
00:13:01.000 Hockey's like nine months.
00:13:03.000 And so understand, you're trying to play the moving average.
00:13:07.000 You're trying to play what the end result will be.
00:13:11.000 And the Democrats are nearly half the country.
00:13:15.000 And they've just kind of been dormant.
00:13:17.000 What you are experiencing is 18 months of energy compressed into five days.
00:13:23.000 18 months of donations compressed into five days.
00:13:28.000 18 months of enthusiasm into five days.
00:13:31.000 So it feels as if you're running up against this.
00:13:34.000 Where did all this come from?
00:13:36.000 And it's largely rooted in a legitimate fear.
00:13:39.000 And this is the really positive part.
00:13:42.000 They know that Donald Trump's candidacy is legit.
00:13:46.000 So they're trying to fake themselves into liking and supporting Kamala Harris.
00:13:52.000 We are not yet even at halftime, in a football analogy.
00:13:56.000 We're maybe at the two-minute warning.
00:13:58.000 Maybe the two-minute warning in the first half.
00:14:00.000 There is so much game left to be played here.
00:14:04.000 And I would prefer the Democrats to have a little bit of a bump, a little bit of a surge.
00:14:09.000 And how real is the Harris-mentum? 0.69
00:14:13.000 It's marginal.
00:14:15.000 Look, but we shouldn't get too high on our own supply.
00:14:18.000 Gen Z women and, you know, Gen Z LGBT people are very enthusiastic about Harris.
00:14:27.000 If you dive deeper into the numbers, though, and where this is headed and the trajectory of where this race is going, the fundamentals are very much in our favor if we continue to hold the line. 0.94
00:14:40.000 You hold the line, you keep on registering voters, you get involved on a local level, you do not panic, you do not freak out.
00:14:47.000 One of the most under-appreciated virtues in America is emotional balance.
00:14:55.000 It's being able to stay balanced in times of complete and total hysteria.
00:15:00.000 Nothing bothers me as much as panic.
00:15:03.000 Nothing.
00:15:04.000 And I get texts from people, Charlie, what's going on?
00:15:07.000 Steady.
00:15:08.000 It's going to be okay.
00:15:10.000 Because when it comes and ballots come out late September and ballots hit early October, you're going to want to be on Team Trump, not on Team Harris.
00:15:18.000 Because here's why.
00:15:20.000 We will be a movement that, yes, we'll be finally in the fourth quarter.
00:15:23.000 We'll finally be in that final push.
00:15:27.000 But we will have been a movement that is anti-fragile and been through so much, through indictments, through convictions, through Trump getting shot.
00:15:35.000 Through them pulling a candidate and therefore it is necessary to focus on the fundamentals.
00:15:42.000 And Donald Trump in the month of October is going to close and finish even better in 2016 and even better than he did in 2020.
00:15:52.000 Is this Harris momentum legitimate?
00:15:56.000 What does CNN have to say?
00:15:57.000 Play cut 200.
00:15:59.000 I think there's all this talk of all this Harris momentum.
00:16:03.000 Maybe there's a slight bit of momentum, but I would argue it's actually a little bit smaller than folks think.
00:16:08.000 So pre-Biden dropping out, look, Trump was up by two over Harris.
00:16:11.000 We look at the polls now this week, what do we see?
00:16:14.000 We see Trump is up by one over Harris.
00:16:16.000 The massive change is actually the change of candidates, because prior to Biden dropping out, he trailed by six points in these exact same polls that we look at here, where Harris was only trailing by two points.
00:16:27.000 So the movement is actually from Biden to Harris, not actually Harris herself necessarily moving.
00:16:33.000 It's very similar to a boxing match.
00:16:35.000 Sometimes the champion, you have to weather the best shot and the best rounds of the opponent.
00:16:39.000 A little bit of a rope-a-dope.
00:16:41.000 You weather that, you focus on your defenses, and you pick your moment to strike.
00:16:46.000 Donald Trump is going to have a war chest, something we did not have in 20 or 2016.
00:16:49.000 2016, we were totally outspent.
00:16:52.000 We have a superstar candidate.
00:16:54.000 We have a phenomenal vice presidential candidate.
00:16:56.000 We are winning with blacks and Hispanics and Gen Z men.
00:17:00.000 We have a ground game.
00:17:02.000 And the Democrats are going to have, you know, a spike of a little bit of a sugar high.
00:17:07.000 We also have better policies and a great platform and a better agenda to bring to the American people.
00:17:14.000 And if and when, and we will make this because we're going to force the issue on this show.
00:17:20.000 We are going to force the issue if and when the American people get even a fractionally fair hearing of what is at stake in this election.
00:17:32.000 Understanding Kamala Harris wants to ban fracking, defund the police, give benefits to illegals, make it legal to come into our country. 1.00
00:17:39.000 I mean, I go through the list.
00:17:40.000 It is remarkable how radical she is.
00:17:43.000 Late breakers can, should, and hopefully will go our way. 0.83
00:17:49.000 It's not a guarantee, though.
00:17:50.000 This is a coin flip election.
00:17:53.000 But anyone that tells you, oh, this is over or it's too much, ignore the hysteria.
00:17:58.000 Focus on the fundamentals.
00:17:59.000 Stay steady.
00:18:00.000 As Rush Limbaugh would tell you, I will tell you when to worry.
00:18:04.000 And we are far from worrying.
00:18:06.000 We are still in the driver's seat.
00:18:08.000 We are at a place right now where I'd much rather be on Team MAGA than Team Communist.
00:18:15.000 As always, you can email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:18:17.000 So they're bragging about how much money Kamala Harris has raised. 0.82
00:18:22.000 They're bragging about how much grassroots support that she has. 1.00
00:18:25.000 But there's something awfully suspicious to this.
00:18:28.000 When you go through the data on ActBlue, which is the payment processor for all Democrat politics, It's very easy to find repeated donations that use stolen identities and quite possibly stolen credit cards.
00:18:44.000 The person who's been on the story, like White on Rice, is a dear friend and a great American, James O'Keefe from the O'Keefe Media Group.
00:18:51.000 James, what should we know about ActBlue?
00:18:54.000 Hey Charlie, great to be with you.
00:18:56.000 Yeah, so we've been working on this story for a year and a half.
00:18:59.000 A lot of the money seems to go through these credit cards that don't require a security code on the back.
00:19:05.000 So we've been knocking on doors throughout the country, citizen journalists knocking on doors, and there's thousands of contributions given through these innocent people.
00:19:14.000 They're called Smurfs. 1.00
00:19:15.000 That's what they're called.
00:19:17.000 And these people say, I didn't make the donation.
00:19:20.000 And it's all happening through ActBlue.
00:19:22.000 So we're trying to figure out exactly where this money is coming from.
00:19:24.000 Some say it's a Swiss billionaire.
00:19:26.000 Some say it's from China.
00:19:27.000 We're not sure.
00:19:28.000 But what we do know is the people who made these donations are telling us that they didn't, in fact, make the donations to ActBlue.
00:19:35.000 Okay, so help me understand this.
00:19:37.000 So if these people are saying they did not make these donations, is it fair to say this is money laundering?
00:19:44.000 Isn't that the textbook definition of money laundering, which is not disclosing the source or use of funds?
00:19:51.000 That's what it appears to be, yes.
00:19:54.000 We just haven't been able to prove with a smoking gun where the money's coming from.
00:19:58.000 But on the FEC website, you can go on the FEC website, and there are some cases where people have donated hundreds of thousands of dollars, like people that are lower middle class, people that can't afford that.
00:20:07.000 We knocked on their doors.
00:20:08.000 They're mostly Democrats.
00:20:10.000 And they tell us we didn't do that.
00:20:11.000 In fact, I knocked on one lady's door in a clip in Maryland, and she said, I did not do that.
00:20:17.000 I love Joe Biden, but I did not, I don't have the ability to donate thousands of times.
00:20:23.000 So I actually, Charlie, I went to Boston at an Act Blue conference and tried talking to the people.
00:20:28.000 They called the police on me.
00:20:30.000 So we're doing everything we can to try to get answers about where the money is coming from.
00:20:37.000 We're not sure yet.
00:20:39.000 Okay, so help me understand how this works.
00:20:41.000 So Kamala Harris brags that she raised $126 million almost overnight.
00:20:46.000 And I want to play some of this piece of tape here.
00:20:49.000 This is you retelling the story.
00:20:51.000 This one right here.
00:20:52.000 You went undercover to the ActBlue conference and tells them he will donate money and that he can use his grandma's name to.
00:20:57.000 Play cut 196.
00:20:59.000 OMG has a mole inside ActBlue, the democratic fundraising organization who told us that the group was having a secret meeting at a Boston hotel.
00:21:09.000 Well, we went to it.
00:21:11.000 The meeting took place at a high-end hotel called The Colonnade, so we checked into a room.
00:21:15.000 The first thing I did was strike up a few conversations with ActBlue staffers.
00:21:19.000 I told him I was a friendly donor, and I didn't mind if the organization used my name and address to launder money into candidate coffers.
00:21:26.000 I'm a supporter.
00:21:27.000 I'm a donor to you guys.
00:21:29.000 I gave you $500.
00:21:30.000 You can use my grandmother, too.
00:21:36.000 You can use her name if you want.
00:21:37.000 That's cool.
00:21:39.000 So, James, you went to this conference.
00:21:41.000 We have other tape here.
00:21:42.000 What did you learn when you were actually on the ground at this ActBlue conference in Boston?
00:21:47.000 Yeah, this was an insider, Charlie.
00:21:50.000 As you well know, we have whistleblowers and insiders everywhere, and sometimes they don't go public.
00:21:55.000 So they tipped me off this.
00:21:57.000 I got inside these conference rooms, they had stuff on the wall, and people don't realize just how powerful this group is and how much money flows through them.
00:22:07.000 So this is kind of the secret apparatus at the DNC that's funneling money to various candidates.
00:22:14.000 And I got Videos of all the people who worked there.
00:22:17.000 I tried to question them.
00:22:18.000 They wouldn't utter a word.
00:22:20.000 And then they called the police on me for trespassing, even though I booked a room in my real name.
00:22:26.000 And when they asked me to leave, I did.
00:22:28.000 So they tried to use tactics to try to get me arrested.
00:22:32.000 The police officers were fans of mine, let me go.
00:22:34.000 And I got that body cam footage and released it.
00:22:36.000 But the real story here is all the people who say they didn't donate, but somehow on the website it's in their name.
00:22:43.000 This is probably one of the biggest stories of the election, besides the immigration issue, is this money laundering.
00:22:48.000 And Peter Bruneger at Election Watch has a website.
00:22:50.000 You can go on that website, Election Watch.
00:22:53.000 OMG will actually pay you $3,000 if you want to go out in the field and capture video and send it to us.
00:22:59.000 I think citizen journalists Everywhere, every state should be knocking on doors.
00:23:03.000 Hey, did you donate?
00:23:04.000 How did this work?
00:23:05.000 And then they get their bank statements.
00:23:07.000 Like in New Jersey, a woman and I knocked on her door. 0.96
00:23:10.000 I said, show me your bank statement.
00:23:12.000 She had to consent to do that.
00:23:13.000 We can really play the role of citizen journalist detectives and get to the bottom because I think this story is just, we're just scratching the surface here and we need to prove where the money is.
00:23:24.000 Some say guns, Weiborg, he's a Swiss billionaire.
00:23:27.000 Some say that he's behind this.
00:23:29.000 I don't have evidence of that yet, but I'm looking into it.
00:23:32.000 So let me make sure everyone understands this.
00:23:34.000 Let's say that you're a multi-billionaire, like the Swiss guy, and you want to support Democrat politics.
00:23:41.000 First of all, he's a foreigner. 1.00
00:23:43.000 So he's not legally allowed to support American politics.
00:23:46.000 But secondly, let's say that he was an American with an American visa.
00:23:50.000 You could give money to a super PAC.
00:23:52.000 But a super PAC has to be outside of the campaign.
00:23:56.000 The super PAC cannot coordinate with the campaign.
00:23:58.000 They can only do so on door-knocking grassroots activity.
00:24:02.000 So it's a separate organization.
00:24:04.000 Act Blue goes straight into the campaign.
00:24:08.000 In campaign parlance, this is also known as hard money.
00:24:13.000 Hard money is harder to raise than soft money.
00:24:17.000 Soft money is 501c4 super PAC money.
00:24:20.000 So they are able to get a hard money advantage that can be used for direct-to-television advertisements, direct-to-camera advertisements, much better donor data acquisition, candidate travel, candidate staff.
00:24:32.000 It is the most treasured, hardest money to raise.
00:24:38.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:24:39.000 What an unbelievable start to 2024.
00:24:41.000 We had last month saving babies with preborn by providing ultrasounds.
00:24:45.000 And we're doing again this year what we did last year.
00:24:48.000 We're going to stand for life because remaining silent in the face of the most radically pro-death administration is not an option.
00:24:53.000 As Sir Edmund Burke said, the only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing, and we're not going to do nothing.
00:24:59.000 Your gift to preborn will give a girl the truth about what's happening in her body so that she can make the right choice.
00:25:06.000 $280 can save 10 babies.
00:25:08.000 $28 a month can save a baby a month all year long.
00:25:10.000 And a $15,000 gift will provide a complete ultrasound machine that will save thousands of babies for years and years to come.
00:25:16.000 And we'll also save moms from a lifetime of pain and regret.
00:25:20.000 Call 833-850-2229.
00:25:23.000 That's 833-850-2229.
00:25:24.000 Or click on the pre-born banner at charliekirk.com.
00:25:28.000 That is charliekirk.com and click on the pre-born banner.
00:25:31.000 Also save moms from a lifetime of pain and regret.
00:25:33.000 I'm a donor to this organization.
00:25:35.000 They're terrific.
00:25:36.000 Go to charliekirk.com, click on the pre-born banner.
00:25:41.000 So James, if what you are saying is correct, and we've looked into this, which is that, for example, there is a Phoenix, Arizona resident that had 20-plus donations made in her name, play cut $195.
00:25:52.000 You remember our stories from earlier this year about ActBlue's fundraising practices.
00:25:57.000 We found a handful of donors who gave small amounts to ActBlue.
00:26:00.000 But when ActBlue reported the donations to the Federal Elections Commission, something didn't add up.
00:26:06.000 We wanted some answers.
00:26:07.000 We spoke to Nancy Duden, the retiree from Maryland, who said she only donated a couple hundred dollars to ActBlue since January.
00:26:14.000 How much does ActBlue claim she has donated this year?
00:26:17.000 More than $16,000.
00:26:20.000 So James, help me understand, this happens in Republican states as well.
00:26:25.000 Do you know of any Republican Attorney General in the country that is currently looking into this or investigating what seems to be, at the very least, highly irregular activity, but most likely illegal campaign finance violations?
00:26:42.000 The Texas Attorney General, I was in touch with them.
00:26:45.000 I think they need a referral from the local DA's office.
00:26:48.000 So, the answer to your question is not quite yet.
00:26:52.000 Matt Gaetz wrote a letter last year based upon the video you just showed in Maryland.
00:26:57.000 I think what this will require is just more evidence, like more citizens knocking on doors.
00:27:03.000 Again, this election center, Peter Bruneger is his name.
00:27:06.000 He's compiled all the data showing the top Smurfs.
00:27:10.000 We got to knock on their doors and ask questions.
00:27:12.000 And hopefully that will lead us to the truth.
00:27:16.000 And we need more of it done now that we're close to the election.
00:27:19.000 I think the time is now.
00:27:20.000 And like I said, you can do it and I'll pay you.
00:27:24.000 See, I think it's better for people in their communities to go do it themselves and ask questions.
00:27:28.000 You can get all the data on the FEC website and just knock on doors.
00:27:32.000 So James, is it a case of stolen identity and stolen credit card information?
00:27:37.000 Because I think that's actually a separate issue because when you actually speak to these donors, their identity might have been used, but the source of funds is not their own.
00:27:48.000 That is what is important here, correct?
00:27:50.000 Correct.
00:27:51.000 Yeah, it's this case of it's not so much that their credit card was used without them knowing or that they gave $150,000.
00:27:57.000 They didn't.
00:27:58.000 They gave a couple thousand dollars or a couple hundred, but the FEC shows them as making hundreds of thousands of dollars.
00:28:04.000 So in one case, the woman actually got her bank statement and showed me I've only made, you know, $100 a month or $20 a month.
00:28:12.000 I don't know why it says I donated $200,000.
00:28:14.000 So they're using their names.
00:28:16.000 It's almost like they're victims.
00:28:17.000 And that's why I'm not sure I love the term smurf because it's a pejorative term.
00:28:21.000 These older, lower middle class people are often victims.
00:28:25.000 They're school teachers or something, and they can't afford to make a quarter million dollar contribution.
00:28:30.000 to as you say to hard money.
00:28:32.000 I mean, hold on.
00:28:33.000 I mean, is there really not a federal, of course, there's not a federal agency that
00:28:36.000 sees a teacher earning $55,000 a year to making this massive donation?
00:28:45.000 No one's looking into this.
00:28:47.000 It's the same thing.
00:28:48.000 Why didn't they, you know, as you, as you know, as an astute observer of political news and no one cared that Joe Biden was, you know, evidently senile until they did.
00:28:57.000 You know, so it's, this is politics and this is a political season, but you are rightfully and astutely pointing out that at this late stage in the game, This is a big story, and I don't know the truth yet.
00:29:10.000 All I know is that the people are saying we didn't do this, and they're proving to me they didn't do this.
00:29:14.000 And it probably has something to do with the CVV numbers on the back of the credit card.
00:29:18.000 Why doesn't ActBlue require a security code is another issue.
00:29:23.000 So this is a developing story.
00:29:25.000 We're going to have more updates.
00:29:27.000 We want more information.
00:29:28.000 We don't know more than what we know currently, and the only one I know in Congress is Matt Gaetz and the Texas Attorney General.
00:29:35.000 If you're in the state of Texas watching this, you should go knock on doors in Texas and talk to the people who've given hundreds of thousands of dollars through ActBlue.
00:29:42.000 I agree, but James, I want you to stay on this.
00:29:46.000 My instinct is that this is foreign money.
00:29:50.000 My instinct is that there's a foreign component here.
00:29:54.000 It feels too convoluted and too risky for American-based billionaires or actors to do.
00:29:59.000 I think it is foreign activity if what you are saying is correct.
00:30:04.000 James, thank you so much.
00:30:05.000 Thank you, Charlie.
00:30:07.000 So J.D.
00:30:07.000 Vance is doing a wonderful job, and he now has his first scandal.
00:30:11.000 You know, with Donald Trump, we had Russiagate, we had good people on both sidesgate, we had all sorts of different issues.
00:30:18.000 J.D.
00:30:18.000 Vance now has the first media assassination scandal.
00:30:21.000 So J.D.
00:30:22.000 Vance did a Tucker Carlson interview and a speech at the Intercollegiate Studies Institute, where he both was talking about the need for strong nuclear families.
00:30:33.000 In his Tucker Carlson interview, he had a one-liner.
00:30:37.000 By the way, this is a couple years ago.
00:30:38.000 He did not say this as he's currently running, and he said that the country is being damaged by, quote, childless cat ladies. 0.89
00:30:45.000 Now that is a cutesy way, obvious that phrase many times soon, to talk about.
00:30:50.000 How when you have a country where a fertility rate is collapsing and you have people that are voluntarily, voluntarily choosing not to have children and voluntarily are rejecting family formation, that that is not a good thing for the country.
00:31:06.000 This is the original clip.
00:31:07.000 This is beyond viral right now as they are trying to character assassinate our next vice president.
00:31:12.000 Play cut 201.
00:31:14.000 We're effectively run in this country via the Democrats, via our corporate oligarchs, by a bunch of childless cat ladies who are miserable at their own lives and the choices that they've made, and so they want to make the rest of the country miserable too. 1.00
00:31:26.000 And it's just a basic fact.
00:31:27.000 You look at Kamala Harris, Pete Buttigieg, AOC, the entire future of the Democrats is controlled by people without children. 0.99
00:31:35.000 And how does it make any sense that we've turned our country over to people who don't really have a direct stake in it? 0.76
00:31:41.000 This is a very insightful point, and that's why it struck a nerve, because he went through the top lists of the Democrat Party.
00:31:48.000 Let me be very clear that there are a lot of people that are not blessed with the ability to have children.
00:31:55.000 And I grieve for them.
00:31:57.000 The articles, though, say that JD Vance attacks people for not being able to, that did not birth children.
00:32:05.000 Adopting children, you are just as much of a parent when you adopt a child than when you birth a child.
00:32:11.000 Period.
00:32:12.000 Blood means nothing in that situation.
00:32:15.000 And so adopting a child, you are just as much as a parent.
00:32:18.000 J.D.
00:32:18.000 Vance believes that too.
00:32:20.000 J.D.
00:32:21.000 Vance then said this at the Intercollegiate Studies Institute, but what J.D.
00:32:23.000 Vance is getting at is something very important, which is when you have children, you inherently look at things that don't necessarily always affect you, but affect the next generation.
00:32:36.000 It makes you have a more conservative temperament.
00:32:38.000 Play cut 202.
00:32:39.000 Now let me do the necessary throat clearing, because I do think it's important.
00:32:43.000 Look, a lot of people are unable to have kids for very complicated and important reasons.
00:32:47.000 I know good friends of mine who have struggled to find the right girl, find the right guy.
00:32:53.000 There are people, of course, for biological reasons, medical reasons, that can't have children.
00:32:58.000 The target of these remarks is not them.
00:32:59.000 It's important to point that out.
00:33:02.000 There have always been people like that, who even though they would like to have kids, unable to have them.
00:33:07.000 Let's set them to the side. 0.98
00:33:10.000 So that's important.
00:33:11.000 J.D.
00:33:11.000 Vance set them aside as people that want to have kids but can't have children.
00:33:17.000 I'm totally with him on that.
00:33:19.000 But understand this, that the data is screaming at us.
00:33:23.000 And it's very important that those that choose to not go into family formation and to not have children tend to have the most liberal politics and most destructive politics.
00:33:39.000 There is a stereotype of the liberal cat lady.
00:33:43.000 Super activist, super engaged, super radical.
00:33:47.000 They put signs in their yards.
00:33:49.000 The stereotype, which is grounded in truth, is that there are really radical people out there, middle-aged, that say child-free by choice.
00:33:56.000 The front page of the New York Times today said why more and more millennials are choosing not to have children.
00:34:05.000 Jennifer Aniston went after J.D.
00:34:06.000 Vance and she said, quote, I truly can't believe this is coming from a potential VP of the United States.
00:34:11.000 All I can say is this, Mr. Vance, I pray that your child is fortunate enough to bear children of her own one day.
00:34:16.000 I hope she'll not need to turn to IVF a second option because you're trying to take it away from her too.
00:34:19.000 Okay, first of all, J.D.
00:34:20.000 Vance is not trying to take IVF away.
00:34:21.000 But hold on, Jennifer.
00:34:23.000 Are you saying that there's a difference between being an adopted parent and being able to birth children?
00:34:28.000 That's what you're saying.
00:34:29.000 That if you are in a relationship, And you cannot have children.
00:34:34.000 That is very difficult.
00:34:35.000 But adoption is an option.
00:34:37.000 And by the way, it is not a lesser option.
00:34:40.000 I want to be clear.
00:34:41.000 The media's coverage of this is acting as if people who adopt children are lesser than.
00:34:48.000 What J.D.
00:34:48.000 Vance is getting at is very, it is at the core of the issue.
00:34:53.000 Which is that every society needs children.
00:34:55.000 Happy countries have children.
00:34:58.000 Depressed countries have darkness, despair, and depression. 0.99
00:35:02.000 And by the way, just as we're talking about this, who is going to pay for all the Social Security and Medicare?
00:35:08.000 Oh, I get it now.
00:35:10.000 So you don't want to have children, but you want to import a bunch of foreigners from Nicaragua. 1.00
00:35:15.000 To replace the population that you yourself are not going to engage in. 0.95
00:35:19.000 Got it.
