00:01:20.000 Who should run the RNC?
00:01:21.000 Harmee Dylan.
00:01:24.000 Hi.
00:01:25.000 Thank you, Charlie.
00:01:26.000 Congratulations.
00:01:26.000 Thank you so much.
00:01:28.000 You got 50 plus percent, like 57 percent.
00:01:30.000 But the real takeaway that was just shocking, I don't know if it was shocking, 98 percent of attendees here said it is time for a new RNC chair.
00:01:38.000 Well, it's it's it's obvious to everybody outside the supporters of the current leadership and the consultants who have made hundreds of millions of dollars off that leadership.
00:01:48.000 So look, it's unfortunate that some members of the RNC don't want to listen to the grassroots, but I do want to tell you a lot of them do.
00:01:55.000 And state after state has been voting at the executive committee level that it's time for a change at the RNC.
00:02:00.000 So Arizona, Texas, Tennessee, the Wyoming GOP is unanimously supporting me.
00:02:06.000 And so as we go on with this campaign, people get to know what the issues are, learn some new things about the operations of the RNC.
00:02:13.000 We are flipping members who are originally supporting Rana over to our side.
00:02:16.000 And you can find out more about this at hireharmeet.com.
00:02:21.000 That's my favorite website because you can contact your, I don't know if you can see this or not, but we have to spell it out because sometimes people don't get it.
00:02:27.000 Hire Harmeet.
00:02:28.000 Like you're going to hire somebody, Harmeet.com.
00:02:30.000 Everybody here, contact your state committeeman.
00:02:34.000 Contact your state party chair.
00:02:36.000 Be respectful, but say, hey, we knock on doors.
00:02:38.000 We make phone calls.
00:02:39.000 We donate money.
00:02:40.000 And we're not happy with how things are going.
00:02:43.000 And you need to fire the current RNC regime.
00:02:46.000 Let me just say, though, if you contact them, please be polite.
00:02:49.000 Some of them are shocked to ever hear from the people they represent.
00:02:53.000 Who are you?
00:02:53.000 Yeah, who are you?
00:02:54.000 And who are you, peasant?
00:02:55.000 Silly voter.
00:02:56.000 But more than that, if you are a precinct committee man or otherwise have a role on your state party, that's the best place because when the state party leadership that elects these three members of the RNC tells them how they feel, boy, do they sit up and take notice about that.
00:03:12.000 And so Harmeet, we've mentioned this before on this program, but traditionally, these elections are not dramatic.
00:03:20.000 They're not public.
00:03:21.000 They are very clubby.
00:03:23.000 They're very insider.
00:03:23.000 Oh, yeah.
00:03:25.000 This is totally different, is it not?
00:03:27.000 No, no, no.
00:03:28.000 First of all, there aren't even elections.
00:03:29.000 People are anointed.
00:03:31.000 They're like blessed and the baton is passed to the next person.
00:03:35.000 But the same consultants stay in the building.
00:03:39.000 It's like a deep state, isn't it?
00:03:40.000 It's a deep state.
00:03:40.000 It's a deep state of the consultant class.
00:03:44.000 And so that's what happened.
00:03:45.000 There hasn't been a leadership election at the RNC for 12 years.
00:03:49.000 And 12 years ago, it wasn't a popular uprising.
00:03:52.000 It was just sort of people battling within the walls of the RNC.
00:03:56.000 And so I think there ought to be more competition in the party.
00:03:59.000 I think there should be competition for leadership at every level.
00:04:02.000 Yes.
00:04:03.000 Competition is good.
00:04:04.000 We believe in competition.
00:04:05.000 You contrast that with the Democrats, where this election cycle, Republicans should have done much better.
00:04:11.000 Oh, yeah.
00:04:11.000 We lost a net Senate seat, and every dollar matters.
00:04:14.000 Now, some people say, well, Charlie, you know, $17 million on donor mementos, you know, $700,000 on flowers, $100,000 on clothing from Lululemon.
00:04:24.000 It doesn't matter that much.
00:04:26.000 So people that are saying this are insane, by the way, and are so out of touch.
00:04:29.000 But, Harmee, this is important to educate the grassroots because some people will say, Charlie, I want to just abandon the Republican Party because of the way our laws are written, the federal election code, the Republican Party can do things that a super PAC cannot do, that a 501c4 cannot do, share data, host candidate forums.
00:04:49.000 That's right.
00:04:50.000 So there are very specific technical things that only a Republican Party can do.
00:04:55.000 So it's tempting for us to say, let's just leave and the Republican Party doesn't matter.
00:04:59.000 You can't win if that's the case.
00:05:00.000 No, that's exactly right.
00:05:01.000 And so people don't understand that.
00:05:02.000 And I don't want to bore everybody with campaign finance law, God forbid.
00:05:06.000 But it is exactly true what you said.
00:05:09.000 And I'll give it to you in writing.
00:05:10.000 Without a robust, strong, aggressive, in touch with the grassroots Republican Party, we cannot win back the White House.
00:05:18.000 We cannot win back the Senate.
00:05:21.000 We barely won the House thanks to the power of incumbency, but it is not good.
00:05:26.000 There's a leadership struggle going on there for that very reason.
00:05:29.000 And it's doable.
00:05:30.000 And we've had robust, aggressive America first Republican Party before, but we need to bring it back to that.
00:05:37.000 Well, and we won the House, in my opinion, because of grassroots activists that were ignored in New York and California that went to work and got candidates across the finish line.
00:05:47.000 Without New York and California, the pastors, the moms, the parents that showed up and went to work, I mean, your state, California, they did not get a lot of love from the RNC.
00:05:57.000 Well, RNC did provide some resources in certain targeted areas, but we do have a very, but our state party is pretty well organized and pretty good too.
00:06:06.000 And, you know, same in New York.
00:06:08.000 Not all of them are like that.
00:06:09.000 So RNC ought to be teaching people how to fish, not focusing on cash transfers and all of that.
00:06:16.000 And so, you know, we're not the party of welfare.
00:06:19.000 We're not the party of cronyism.
00:06:22.000 And I look at what's happening in the RNC right now and I think, boy, we're condemning Hunter Biden, Joe Biden for the Ukraine cronyism and all of that.
00:06:30.000 Yet I see those same kinds of big money mentalities and interest controlling our party.
00:06:34.000 And so we shouldn't be hypocrites.
00:06:36.000 If we're talking the talk, we got to walk the water.
00:06:38.000 Amen.
00:06:39.000 And what really angers me, and people have come up to me at this event and have said, Charlie, I gave 50 bucks a month because Donald Trump signed some email solicitation for the Republican Party, of which really angers me that they use his signature to go actually help crony Rhino interests.
00:06:55.000 It's so wrong.
00:06:56.000 It's so despicable.
00:06:58.000 I mean, I'm sure all of you, how many of you get way too many emails and text messages begging for money all the time?
00:07:03.000 Even me as a member of the RNC.
00:07:05.000 But they don't listen.
00:07:06.000 They tell me, well, Charlie, there's no other way to raise money.
00:07:08.000 Democrats raised $800 million more dollars than we did.
00:07:11.000 I honestly think that these people are so sick within the Republican apparatus.
00:07:16.000 They care about you so little.
00:07:17.000 All they want to do is raise as much money, don't care if we win, don't care if you get it.
00:07:22.000 Literally, I got five text messages like triple match.
00:07:26.000 Like this person is going to die if you don't give $50.
00:07:29.000 Like, geez, it's December.
00:07:31.000 Like, why do you need money?
00:07:32.000 The election was last month.
00:07:34.000 And what it does is it creates people to give money they otherwise would not.
00:07:38.000 And then it gets totally misused.
00:07:40.000 Okay, so I'm going to push back a little bit.
00:07:42.000 We actually do need money year-round.
00:07:44.000 We should have been filing lawsuits in Arizona after the 2020 election.
00:07:49.000 Okay.
00:07:50.000 That is a year-round, like most of the election integrity staff at the RNC were laid off this month.
00:07:56.000 Do we need election integrity year-round?
00:07:58.000 We need election integrity.
00:07:59.000 So, oh, the year round.
00:08:00.000 So, the current RNC just laid off election integrity.
00:08:03.000 Most of them.
00:08:04.000 They hired back a few after some election integrity lawyers complained about it.
00:08:08.000 But, but that's the problem.
00:08:10.000 Like, have a big show.
00:08:11.000 Okay, we send people to this many places, and then in the back end, they get laid out-like seasonal farmhands.
00:08:16.000 They're not seasonal farmhands.
00:08:18.000 This should be job one, winning elections.
00:08:20.000 And every dollar needs to be spent with the question of is this get us closer to win the White House in 2024.
00:08:26.000 So, some people say, Harmee, what will you change?
00:08:28.000 You say forensic audit, consultant class, you know, purge, and the biggest thing, close the Washington, D.C. office and move the offices to Wisconsin, Georgia, or Arizona.
00:08:37.000 Well, at a minimum, decentralize most of the jobs out of D.C.
00:08:40.000 And I think that's very important.
00:08:42.000 But, but you know, one of the reasons why we didn't win, we paid $800,000 to one prominent consultant this year for messaging.
00:08:50.000 How was our messaging at the Republican National Committee?
00:08:53.000 Did it motivate you to vote?
00:08:55.000 Was it Frank Luntz?
00:08:56.000 I'm not going to say the consultant class.
00:09:01.000 But no, Frank Luntz is a good person.
00:09:02.000 That guy attacks me on Twitter all the time.
00:09:03.000 I wasn't even talking about Frank Luntz.
00:09:05.000 It's a joke.
00:09:05.000 Oh, okay.
00:09:07.000 But we also need a plan, just like you pointed out.
00:09:12.000 The Democrats raise money into the DNC, but they raise billions outside that infrastructure.
00:09:18.000 But the Republican Party should be the pay setter of the policy and in touch with what the people want.
00:09:23.000 And then other organizations, other grassroots organizations, other 501c3s PACs, they can take their cues from our leadership.
00:09:30.000 That's right.
00:09:31.000 We're the air cover.
00:09:32.000 We need to be like leading the charge, and we're not doing that.
00:09:35.000 What the Democrat Party does is they only spend money on the things that only the Democrat Party can do.
00:09:40.000 Which is data, which is campaign and candidate coordination, legal coordination with the state parties.
00:09:40.000 That's right.
00:09:46.000 And that's it.
00:09:47.000 It's not about this $17 million in donor mementos and all this overhead and all this waste that happens because I can't emphasize this enough.
00:09:58.000 Good people spent so much money they did not have thinking it would make their country freer and better just to have the RNC poof go away.
00:10:10.000 Hey, everybody, it is Christmas.
00:10:12.000 And during Christmas, a lot of you are excited for what you will receive.
00:10:17.000 But what if I told you that you can give the gift of life?
00:10:21.000 Now, this is something that all of us have in common.
00:10:24.000 If you are hearing my voice, therefore, you were not aborted.
00:10:29.000 You are all abortion survivors.
00:10:32.000 What if I told you by going to charliekirk.com and clicking on the pre-born banner, a gift of $28 could save a life?
00:10:40.000 Save five babies today for a gift of $140.
00:10:43.000 It provides a free ultrasound session for five young women in unplanned pregnancies.
00:10:50.000 80% of these women will choose life when they see the ultrasound image of their babies.
00:10:54.000 Look, we need the pro-life movement to not just be pro-life politically, but to give financially to be able to save lives of people that are considering to make the mistake of abortion.
00:11:07.000 I really like the people at Pre-Born.
00:11:09.000 I've got to know them very well.
00:11:10.000 They're terrific.
00:11:11.000 They love helping other people.
00:11:13.000 They want to help the unborn.
00:11:15.000 So let's help pre-born babies live a bright future.
00:11:18.000 Go to charliekirk.com.
00:11:20.000 Again, your gift of $140 provides a free ultrasound session, and there is a year-end matching gift.
00:11:26.000 So check it out right now, charliekirk.com, and click on the pre-born banner.
00:11:31.000 Make a gift this holiday season to save a baby from abortion, charliekirk.com, and support pre-born with a tax-deductible year-end gift.
00:11:43.000 Carrie Lake is taking selfies here with the amazing grassroots.
00:11:47.000 I'm back.
00:11:48.000 So, Carrie, tell us what parts of the lawsuit did they accept?
00:11:53.000 Because some was rejected, but two they did accept.
00:11:56.000 Handing of ballots and the machines, is that right?
00:11:58.000 That's right.
00:11:59.000 We're going to be talking about the lack of chain of custody involving hundreds of thousands of ballots with no chain of custody.
00:12:06.000 You know, when you're dealing with mail-in ballots, there's only a couple ways where you have security with those, and it's following a very strict chain of custody.
00:12:13.000 That means you know where every single ballot is and where it came from.
00:12:16.000 And you document that.
00:12:18.000 They didn't do that with about 300,000 ballots, and that's a problem.
00:12:21.000 So we're also going to be looking at another count which is involving intentional basically failure of the machines on election day and what was behind that.
00:12:31.000 You know, 59% of our polling locations on election day had inoperational, faulty equipment that wasn't working.
00:12:39.000 My polling place.
00:12:40.000 Your polling place.
00:12:41.000 I went there all broken.
00:12:43.000 The ballot printers, I mean, you think the ballot printers would be ready to go on Election Day, right?
00:12:48.000 It's not like you don't know when Election Day is.
00:12:50.000 We can pretty much tell you when Election Day is from here to eternity.
00:12:53.000 So they knew it was the big day.
00:12:55.000 Oh, wow, the ballot printers don't work.
00:12:57.000 Oh, there's not enough toner in them.
00:12:59.000 Oh, they're not matching up with the tabulator.
00:13:01.000 So there's a lot of problems that happened, causing massive waits of hours-long waits in line.
00:13:06.000 And so we've got those two counts that we're going to work on.
00:13:09.000 And our attorneys feel very confident in this case, and they're working very hard.
00:13:13.000 But I'll tell you what, whatever happens, either side's going to appeal, right?
00:13:17.000 And so we're willing to take this as far as we have to.
00:13:20.000 Yeah, so let's talk about the machine thing in particular.
00:13:22.000 So you have to approve intent.
00:13:24.000 Is that correct?
00:13:24.000 Yes.
00:13:25.000 That's going to be difficult, but not impossible because how on earth was there this problem in so many locations so quickly when the test the night before worked?
00:13:37.000 We have a cyber expert who worked for nine years for the company that actually does the testing and certification of machines in Maricopa County.
00:13:46.000 And he's saying that what happened on Election Day with this kind of a mass failure was not possible absent of intent.
00:13:56.000 There had to be intent for this to happen.
00:13:57.000 I mean, we all believe in coincidences, right?
00:13:59.000 But this is something that goes a little bit beyond that when 60% of our polling places don't work.
00:14:04.000 And they know for a fact that our people are showing up on Election Day.
00:14:08.000 And the guy running the entire Maricopa County elections, Stephen Richard, actually started a super PAC to bring down one candidate, me.
00:14:19.000 And he's in charge of the election.
00:14:20.000 So he's going to have to take the stand.
00:14:22.000 Katie Hobbs will have to take the stand.
00:14:24.000 Now, imagine this.
00:14:25.000 She wouldn't even do a debate.
00:14:28.000 She's going to have to sit on the stand in court and swear to tell the truth.
00:14:33.000 She might take the fifth, to be honest.
00:14:35.000 We'll see what happens.
00:14:36.000 Well, I don't know if she can get a sentence out.
00:14:38.000 Every time I've heard her speak off the cuff, it hasn't been the advice of counsel.
00:14:42.000 I invoke my Fifth Amendment constitutional right.
00:14:45.000 That might be too long for her.
00:14:46.000 That might be a long sentence.
00:14:47.000 Yes.
00:14:48.000 She's being coached on that.
00:14:49.000 That's right.
00:14:49.000 So, but Carrie, this is really important, though, because I believe there is no other explanation other than sabotage or ambush.
00:14:57.000 I agree.
00:14:57.000 I saw it firsthand.
00:14:59.000 God bless the poll workers.
00:15:01.000 Nothing about what we are talking about here is a criticism of our poll workers.
00:15:04.000 These are police officers and firefighters and teachers and wonderful people.
00:15:08.000 And when I went to go vote on Election Day, they were running around saying, Charlie, we don't know how to fix these machines.
00:15:14.000 We called the technician.
00:15:15.000 They said they could get around here three or four in the afternoon.
00:15:17.000 This was in the morning.
00:15:18.000 Lines were starting to form.
00:15:20.000 People were starting to get confused.
00:15:21.000 People that were then coming to go vote that way said, you know, forget it.
00:15:24.000 I'll just drop my ballot.
00:15:25.000 You were not able to vote the way you wanted to, but it didn't just happen there.
00:15:29.000 It happened all across the valley.
00:15:30.000 Why?
00:15:31.000 Sabotage.
00:15:32.000 Primarily in Republican polling places.
00:15:35.000 Yes.
00:15:36.000 That is where it happened.
00:15:37.000 The vast majority of the polling places that went down were Republican polling places.
00:15:41.000 And you're right.
00:15:42.000 People would say, I can't wait for two hours.
00:15:44.000 I got to drop the kids off.
00:15:45.000 I got to go to work.
00:15:46.000 I'll come back later.
00:15:47.000 Only to find the lines were even longer later, or they had to drive 20 miles away to find more lines at another polling location.
00:15:54.000 And so we're going to get to the bottom of this.
00:15:56.000 And, you know, Harmee talked a little bit in the break about how it's an uphill battle.
00:16:00.000 It's going to be a difficult case.
00:16:01.000 My attorneys feel very confident with what we have.
00:16:03.000 So what is the remedy we're asking for?
00:16:05.000 I think that we need a new election.
00:16:08.000 I think that there needs to be a new election.
00:16:11.000 But we can't have the same clowns running this election.
00:16:15.000 We can't put it back into the hands of people who have bungled the election time and time again.
00:16:20.000 And yesterday, Charlie, when they were trying to get this thrown out, what they said to the judge was really astounding.
00:16:26.000 They said, astonishing.
00:16:27.000 They said, this is just the kind of stuff that happens at elections.
00:16:30.000 Really?
00:16:31.000 60% of our polling locations don't fully work on election day, and they want us to just go, well, that's kind of par for the course.
00:16:38.000 No, we're not going to accept it.
00:16:39.000 Maybe it's par for the course with these incompetent fools, but the people of Arizona demand elections that are run well with people who know what they're doing so that our sacred vote counts.
00:16:53.000 Look, you know it's almost 2023 and nothing's really changed, has it?
00:16:57.000 The year's ending and things are now more expensive than they ever have been.
00:17:01.000 It's ridiculous.
00:17:02.000 What if I told you there's a way to protect your wealth this next year?
00:17:06.000 I've put part of my portfolio into gold.
00:17:09.000 I'm talking about Bank of America's recent outlook of gold to $2,000 and silver to $25 in the second half of the year.
00:17:16.000 And that's just the beginning.
00:17:17.000 Looking forward to 2024, Bank of America sees gold prices remaining elevated with an average of $2,086 an ounce.
00:17:25.000 So what are you waiting for?
00:17:26.000 It's not too late to add precious metals to your IRA.
00:17:28.000 Thousands of people have retired comfortably with the help of Noble Gold Investments and their gold and silver IRAs.

00:18:06.000 Ben, you have some people in Arizona who have something to say to Carrie Lake.
00:18:09.000 What's going on, Ben?
00:18:10.000 Look at this beautiful family right here.
00:18:12.000 Tell me your names.
00:18:13.000 I'm Ashley Earl.
00:18:14.000 My husband's Chris.
00:18:15.000 Chris.
00:18:15.000 And then these guys.
00:18:16.000 What's your name?
00:18:16.000 Lincoln Earl.
00:18:17.000 Lincoln?
00:18:18.000 Grace Earl.
00:18:19.000 Grace.
00:18:19.000 Going to.
00:18:20.000 What is your message to Carrie Lake?
00:18:22.000 We love you.
00:18:23.000 We've been supporters of yours from the beginning.
00:18:25.000 Keep up the fight.
00:18:26.000 We stand behind you.
00:18:27.000 And thank you so much.
00:18:32.000 Thank you.
00:18:32.000 Thank you.
00:18:33.000 Do you want to say anything, Amen?
00:18:35.000 Go Carrie.
00:18:36.000 Go Carrie, he said.
00:18:37.000 Go Carrie.
00:18:38.000 That family is fantastic.
00:18:40.000 They have been there since the very beginning, and so many have.
00:18:43.000 I mean, the great thing about our movement, Ben, and Charlie and Tyler, is that it isn't about me.
00:18:48.000 It really isn't.
00:18:49.000 It's about we the people.
00:18:50.000 And I stepped into this because I care so much about Arizona.
00:18:53.000 And that's the great thing about America first, truly.
00:18:57.000 It is about bringing we the people back into the fold.
00:18:59.000 And President Trump was great at that.
00:19:01.000 It's putting families first.
00:19:02.000 It's putting Arizona families first.
00:19:04.000 And that's what you did your entire campaign.
00:19:06.000 And that's what, I think that's what we're fighting for on a day-to-day basis here is we got to put the family first.
00:19:11.000 We got to reassemble the American family and put that first.
00:19:14.000 Amen.
00:19:15.000 Amen.
00:19:16.000 If you do that, you win America.
00:19:18.000 And I told a lot of the young people, hey, look around.
00:19:20.000 Try to find your soulmate here.
00:19:22.000 And you want to make the...
00:19:24.000 We've done a lot of that, huh, Charlie?
00:19:25.000 Oh, yeah.
00:19:26.000 You do a lot of turning point marriages.
00:19:27.000 That's going to be a good thing.
00:19:28.000 You want to make the radical leftists mad?
00:19:30.000 Be happy.
00:19:31.000 Start a family.
00:19:32.000 Have kiddos.
00:19:33.000 Hey, meet your future family here at America Fest, not at a bar or on Tinder.
00:19:39.000 Like, that's true.
00:19:41.000 Do you hear face-to-face, sharing values and talking about God and love?
00:19:46.000 And what you do here is so important.
00:19:48.000 You know, the young people have been so done wrong when it comes to our education system.
00:19:54.000 The government-run schools, brainwashing them, just tearing down this country, this amazing country.
00:20:00.000 And no wonder we have what we see on the left.
00:20:03.000 But I really do believe the majority of the people are with us.
00:20:06.000 If we don't get honest elections, we keep wondering why do we get these losers in office?
00:20:11.000 Well, that's because our elections are rigged.
00:20:12.000 I'm just going to put it out there.
00:20:14.000 Nobody is voting for people like Joe Biden and Fetterman and Hobbes.
00:20:19.000 And you'll never convince me that these people are what Americans want.
00:20:24.000 Americans want fighters.
00:20:25.000 They want people who are fighting for them.
00:20:26.000 Charlie, I got this question for you.
00:20:28.000 I mean, this is, and this is really important for especially people that are at home that are like, I'm not into politics 24/7, but I really love Kerry.
00:20:37.000 I really love Trump.
00:20:38.000 I really love whoever.
00:20:39.000 I really love Charlie.
00:20:41.000 I mean, how important is it to fight?
00:20:43.000 I mean, we're in a battle against the CCP, against these mega corporations that are trying to buy all our land all across the country.
00:20:51.000 We just were talking with Harry about this.
00:20:53.000 You know, that it's mind-blowing.
00:20:56.000 If we have these bad people taking these elected positions and the Democrats are helping them by manipulating our elections to do that, I mean, this is putting our entire country at risk for maybe ever, right?
00:21:08.000 This can end America.
00:21:09.000 And this is why every person needs to sign up to become a precinct committeeman or woman immediately.
00:21:14.000 If you don't know what that is, go to the Turning Point Action booth.
00:21:17.000 That is the backbone of the Republican Party.
00:21:19.000 It is the backbone of our movement.
00:21:21.000 But then, even more than that, and this is why Kerry's lawsuit is so important: is that you cannot surrender.
00:21:26.000 I hope everybody understands what Kerry's legal team was able to accomplish.
00:21:31.000 In 2020 in Arizona, the Trump legal team, mostly establishment people, did not do a very good job.
00:21:38.000 Let's just put it that way.
00:21:40.000 Now, there were 26,000 ballots out for signature verification and adjudication back in 2020.
00:21:46.000 And that was not really well challenged.
00:21:48.000 Guess what?
00:21:49.000 Kerry Lake got that to trial, and in 2020, that was dismissed.
00:21:53.000 So Kerry Lake is already further in the courts than all of those election challenges that we saw in Arizona.
00:21:59.000 Now, what's the result?
00:22:00.000 We don't know.
00:22:01.000 But here's the thing: now there is a fair hearing in court that is going to happen because Kerry Lake refused to surrender.
00:22:09.000 It's exciting.
00:22:11.000 It's exciting.
00:22:13.000 We got to keep the prayers coming.
00:22:14.000 And you know what's amazing?
00:22:15.000 And you talked about it.
00:22:16.000 We're not attacking the people working the polls.
00:22:18.000 These were good, hardworking Arizonans who care about election integrity.
00:22:22.000 They're the ones who came forward.
00:22:23.000 I think it was like 85% of them when polled after the election.
00:22:27.000 They said, We have no faith in this election.
00:22:30.000 The poll workers themselves came forward and said, We do not have faith in how this election was run.
00:22:36.000 They themselves witnessed it.
00:22:38.000 I mean, they were there as well.
00:22:41.000 I was there.
00:22:41.000 My Ballowina Reed.
00:22:44.000 I know the lady that was running.
00:22:45.000 My machine was down.
00:22:46.000 She was like, I'm so sorry.
00:22:47.000 This is crazy.
00:22:48.000 Like, she was there early in the morning and said, when my ballot went, because she knew who I was, and so I walked in and she knows I'm involved.
00:22:56.000 She's like, oh no.
00:22:58.000 My Ballowina Reed.
00:22:59.000 And she's like, yeah, it's been happening to all our machines all day long.
00:23:03.000 And this was, and then we come to find out this is everywhere.
00:23:06.000 So I go into mine, same sort of thing.
00:23:08.000 Lines forming.
00:23:09.000 They're super embarrassed.
00:23:10.000 They're running around like crazy.
00:23:11.000 We called the technician.
00:23:12.000 They should be here late in the afternoon.
00:23:14.000 And then I text you like, hey, man, mine's down.
00:23:17.000 He's like, no, mine's down.
00:23:18.000 And then Anthem is down.
00:23:19.000 And then Wickenberg is down.
00:23:21.000 And then Sun City is down.
00:23:22.000 And then Peoria is down.
00:23:23.000 And then Queen Creek is down.
00:23:24.000 And it was a valley-wide ambush, is what happened.
00:23:27.000 Absolutely.
00:23:28.000 Absolutely.
00:23:29.000 100%.
00:23:29.000 And they're trying to tell us this is normal.
00:23:32.000 Par for the court.
00:23:33.000 Don't insult.
00:23:34.000 Hey, Stephen Richard, don't insult my intelligence.
00:23:36.000 We know what you're up to, and we're going to put you on the stand and ask you a few tough questions.
00:23:41.000 So I feel very confident.
00:23:43.000 My team is great.
00:23:44.000 My attorneys are true patriots.
00:23:45.000 We had attorneys who did walk away because the left is threatening them with their ability to make a living and practice law.
00:23:52.000 And some of our attorneys said, Look, I got miles defeated.
00:23:54.000 I can't do this case.
00:23:55.000 I don't want to be sanctioned.
00:23:57.000 So I really love it.
00:23:58.000 I got to a point where I said, I'll take anybody.
00:24:00.000 We'll take Better Call Saul to come on in here.
00:24:03.000 Are you a patriot?
00:24:04.000 Are you willing to fight?
00:24:05.000 Are you willing to risk everything on this very important case?
00:24:07.000 And that's who we have assembled.
00:24:09.000 True fighters.
00:24:10.000 And we're going to court tomorrow and Thursday.
00:24:13.000 And we hope for a quick ruling on this.
00:24:16.000 So, yeah, explain to us, Carrie, just the best of your ability.
00:24:19.000 What is the process?
00:24:20.000 What's the timeline?
00:24:21.000 So you guys are going to be in court tomorrow.
00:24:23.000 Is it a virtual hearing?
00:24:24.000 Is it a physical hearing?
00:24:26.000 I think there's a lot of questions of what we can expect.
00:24:28.000 You said it's a pretty quick deal, though, right?
00:24:30.000 Yeah, I believe what my attorney told me is when you have an election challenge like this, it has to be handled in 10 days.
00:24:35.000 So the judge is under pressure and he realizes there's a lot of evidence and he wants time to look at it.
00:24:40.000 So today we've got our guy inspecting ballots.
00:24:43.000 We were able to inspect ballots, which is a huge win.
00:24:46.000 Random ballots.
00:24:47.000 Tomorrow the trial begins.
00:24:48.000 It continues on Thursday.
00:24:50.000 We don't have a lot of time.
00:24:51.000 I wish we had more time because we have a lot of evidence we want to present.
00:24:54.000 And then we'll give the judge some time to make his ruling.
00:24:57.000 So hopefully we'll get a nice Christmas gift with a ruling in our favor.
00:25:01.000 And we would like either them to set aside this election because it is so marred or to do a new election with an independent, capable, competent people running the election.
00:25:14.000 And there's some breaking news.
00:25:15.000 A voice in my ear tells me Katie Hobbs just filed a motion to quash to try to prevent herself from testifying.
00:25:22.000 Just breaking in the last couple of minutes.
00:25:24.000 Katie Hobbs just filed a motion to quash.
00:25:28.000 So you're telling me the lady that didn't want to debate, that didn't want to campaign also doesn't want to testify?
00:25:33.000 No way, Charlie.
00:25:34.000 That's crazy.
00:25:35.000 She should have recused herself from this entire process.
00:25:38.000 Yes.
00:25:38.000 And she didn't do that.
00:25:40.000 And now she is responsible for what went wrong.
00:25:43.000 Not only was she working with the feds to keep us from having free speech online, anybody who spoke out about their botched elections, they wanted to silence them.
00:25:52.000 Katie Hobbs was telling Twitter to get rid of things that support you.
00:25:58.000 That's right.
00:25:59.000 And she was also actually with other counties.
00:26:02.000 There's many 14 other counties besides Maricopa.
00:26:05.000 We have 15 counties in Arizona.
00:26:06.000 Two of those other counties had leaders in the Board of Supervisors who said, wait a minute, we don't want to certify this election.
00:26:13.000 Under duress in Mojave County.
00:26:15.000 And Katie Hobbs' office used the power of her office to threaten them with arrest.
00:26:18.000 You either certify that or you go to jail.
00:26:21.000 And Governor Ducey didn't speak up at all.
00:26:23.000 And it's just such a disappointment.
00:26:26.000 Such a disappointment.
00:26:27.000 I think what we need to do is the Republican Party has to accept the fact that America First is the future.
00:26:33.000 There's no other alternative.
00:26:35.000 And listen, I did too.
00:26:36.000 You know, I did try to bring establishment in.
00:26:39.000 I really did.
00:26:40.000 I'm from a big family.
00:26:41.000 You got to work together and play together, right?
00:26:43.000 You gave them a shot.
00:26:44.000 I really did.
00:26:45.000 And they need to realize that America First, it is about we the people.
00:26:50.000 This establishment cabal.
00:26:52.000 You've got to come with us and accept that we are about making America great again.
00:26:57.000 If you can't get behind that, I mean, you got a problem.
00:27:00.000 If you're not for America, then you really shouldn't be in politics at all.
00:27:03.000 Another question, Carrie: Is this trial going to be televised or is it behind closed doors?
00:27:07.000 Will it be a private or a public trial?
00:27:09.000 That's a good question.
00:27:10.000 We're working to try to get it streamed because there's so much interest.
00:27:13.000 And the unfortunate story is that we're going to be able to do that.
00:27:14.000 So don't you guys want to see what's going on here?
00:27:17.000 Who wants to watch every minute of this trial?
00:27:22.000 The streaming of this through the county has been shockingly bad.
00:27:27.000 They can't even have a dial in.
00:27:28.000 I mean, I don't know if any of you guys try to call the conference call line.
00:27:31.000 So we're working to be able to get to the point.
00:27:33.000 We're going to turn the cameras.
00:27:34.000 There's going to be like a white Bronco on the 60s.
00:27:36.000 It's Katie Hobbs.
00:27:38.000 This will be the most watched trial since O.J. Simpson.
00:27:41.000 Katie Hobbs and the white Bronco driving down the street.
00:27:43.000 trial of the century now that a lot of people don't believe that a lot of people don't believe that but on our side people who care about election integrity because everything rests on election integrity yes well i can tell you this we've been talking about the rnc a lot with we were you're just with harmee dylan i just endorsed her i know you were just on stage with her she's wonderful but the republican national committee has to has to build the strongest legal team that we've ever seen because This is the tip of the spear.
00:28:10.000 What you're doing without enough support, I mean, we have not given Kerry Lake enough support.
00:28:15.000 I mean, I just want to make this very clear.
00:28:18.000 The Republican Party has not given Kerry Lake enough support.
00:28:21.000 This is what I've been screaming about all through this election.
00:28:25.000 Arizona did not get enough support.
00:28:27.000 This is, guys, this is what's going to happen in all 50 states if we don't figure this out.
00:28:32.000 So this is the tip of the spear.
00:28:34.000 And this is my message to everyone else that's outside Arizona.
00:28:36.000 It's like, yeah, but I'm not in Arizona.
00:28:38.000 I'm, you know, in Guam or whatever and hanging out.
00:28:42.000 Guys, if we don't figure this out, we don't support Kerry, if we don't support our Republicans, get the best legal team to Arizona to figure this out.
00:28:50.000 We're going to lose in every state and we're going to lose our country forever.
00:28:54.000 Truly, that's how important this case is.
00:28:57.000 If we do not get our elections squared away, where they're fair, we're not asking for an advantage.
00:29:02.000 We want them to be fair.
00:29:03.000 We want to know that our one legal vote counts.
00:29:05.000 We want to know that they're following the laws on the books for protecting us.
00:29:09.000 Hey, if we're going to have mail-in ballots, I'm not for them.
00:29:12.000 I think it's ripe for fraud and cheating.
00:29:14.000 The minimum is you got to follow the rules.
00:29:16.000 You got to have chain of custody.
00:29:18.000 You have to have signature verification.
00:29:21.000 They didn't do that.
00:29:22.000 And if people knew how bad the signature verification part was, that was thrown out.
00:29:27.000 The judge should not let us bring that forward.
00:29:29.000 If the people of Arizona were to see how bad these signatures were, every single one of them would say, we don't want these mail-in ballots.
00:29:36.000 This is crazy.
00:29:37.000 And this is just Maricopa, right?
00:29:39.000 I mean, Tima is just, I mean, this is what they've done.
00:29:42.000 Charlie knows this really well.
00:29:44.000 Oregon, voter voter, right?
00:29:45.000 All of them.
00:29:45.000 It destroyed the state of Oregon.
00:29:47.000 Washington, destroyed California.
00:29:48.000 This is what they've destroyed states with is flood ballots.
00:29:53.000 No one can police them.
00:29:55.000 No one can even, no one knows even what's going on.
00:29:57.000 By the time you figure out what's gone wrong, they go, it's too late for six months later.
00:30:01.000 Yeah, it's six months later.
00:30:02.000 And we, the people, have to stand up.
00:30:03.000 This was an election.
00:30:04.000 This was a movement here in Arizona.
00:30:06.000 This is a movement in Arizona.
00:30:08.000 And we're looking at it going, how did these fools get elected?
00:30:11.000 Because our elections are messed up.
00:30:13.000 They're stolen and they're rigged.
00:30:15.000 Everybody, the trial begins tomorrow.
00:30:17.000 Kerry Lake v. Katie Hobbs, Kerry Lake v. Steven Richard, Kerry Lake v. Bill Gates.
00:30:22.000 The trial of the century.
00:30:24.000 You could watch the Charlie Kirk show, War Room, Real America's Voice, which is going to be the hub of all this.
00:30:29.000 Pray fast.
00:30:31.000 Carrie, we are 100% behind you.
00:30:32.000 I pray the Holy Spirit comes down and moves the judge to rule correctly.
00:30:39.000 Are you tired of feeling tired?
00:30:41.000 I have never experienced anything quite like the new Strong Cell product.
00:30:44.000 I take it right before every single show.
00:30:46.000 It's so easy.
00:30:47.000 And you've got to read up on everything that has been packed into these tiny bottles.
00:30:50.000 You see, Strong Cell is a new scientific cocktail of cellular level replenishment.
00:30:56.000 It's so simple.
00:30:57.000 Just drink one small bottle of strong cell liquid per day and boom, you guys get NADH.
00:31:03.000 NAD is something I've been studying for a while.
00:31:05.000 And before I got to know Strong Cell, I said, boy, I really would love to take it every day.
00:31:08.000 It's a crucial coenzyme for creating natural energy and restoration in your bodily cells.
00:31:14.000 It also contains collagen, well documented for its vast health benefits.
00:31:18.000 Your body should experience a big energy boost the first week.
00:31:22.000 Then within 15 days, you'll start noticing even more benefits.
00:31:25.000 30 days, you'll be feeling so much different.
00:31:27.000 So do me a favor and consider giving the supplement the full four weeks versus just one bottle to realize the best results for you.
00:31:34.000 The formula is designed to generate long-term positive change, unlike energy drinks.
00:31:39.000 I take it every single day.
00:31:40.000 It's not an artificial boost of immediate energy like caffeine.
00:31:43.000 I'm talking about cellular level restoration.

00:31:56.000 You guys should check it out.
00:31:57.000 My special 20% discount for Kirk Show fans will apply whether you want to test it out for one week or for a month.
00:32:04.000 But I highly encourage you guys to try it for all four weeks.
00:32:07.000 You won't regret it.
00:32:10.000 So, Tyler, let's just start with this.
00:32:12.000 I want to make sure I get this out of the way.
00:32:14.000 Precinct committeeman, committee woman.
00:32:16.000 Every person here needs to become a precinct committee leader.
00:32:20.000 What does that mean?
00:32:21.000 Yeah, leave your precinct.
00:32:23.000 So the official representative of the Republican Party in your community is called a precinct committee man, precinct captain, precinct officer, precinct delegate.
00:32:31.000 It's a little bit different every day, but a precinct leader.
00:32:34.000 You can actually go to TPUSA, or I'm sorry, tpaction.com/slash PC.
00:32:38.000 We'll help you get involved.
00:32:40.000 Our team will contact you probably after Christmas and help you get involved here in January.
00:32:44.000 But look, I mean, the grassroots, their voice is out there and they want to be heard.
00:32:51.000 And we have more people now in this movement.
00:32:53.000 I mean, look, was there an AmericaFest that existed really before?
00:32:56.000 No.
00:32:57.000 Especially out in the West, which is the other thing is that if there were any conferences, they'd always be DC or out east.
00:33:04.000 The American West is going to determine the future of the American Republic.
00:33:08.000 Correct.
00:33:09.000 And now finally, we have this central meeting point in Phoenix.
00:33:12.000 We have patriots from Nevada, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, California, of course, Arizona.
00:33:16.000 Nothing like this ever existed before.
00:33:18.000 But a lot of people come up to me.
00:33:20.000 I'm on the Republican National Committee.
00:33:22.000 We're talking about this poll.
00:33:24.000 And they're like, what can we do to fix this?
00:33:26.000 Because we have to start doing the door knocking approach better.
00:33:31.000 We have to start chasing balance down, right?
00:33:34.000 The Democrats are beating us at almost every level in the game.
00:33:38.000 We got to change some things up.
00:33:39.000 We got to shake some things up.
00:33:40.000 Our legal strategy, we've just been talking about for hours today.
00:33:44.000 Yeah, guys, this is the conservative movement, the Republican Party, starts with you.
00:33:50.000 You know, and we have Senator Wendy Rogers that's right here, and we have so many others.
00:33:55.000 Sometimes I'm telling you, as a dad, Charlie's a dad, we're both dads.
00:34:00.000 We're like, hey, I don't know if I have the energy to do this whole political stuff outside of raising kids and working and doing everything else.
00:34:08.000 But I'm telling you, the same way that we go to church every week, you got to involve yourself a few hours every week in saving your country.
00:34:15.000 And if you do that, we're going to save the country.
00:34:17.000 And we can help you with that.
00:34:18.000 So the next 30 days, Tyler, so we have a couple big dates coming up.
00:34:22.000 1.3, Speaker of the House vote.
00:34:24.000 127, Dana Point, California.
00:34:26.000 Of course, it's a Dana Point.
00:34:28.000 It wouldn't be in like some working class place.
00:34:31.000 Dana Point, California.
00:34:32.000 Come join us for Newport Beach.
00:34:34.000 An overly expensive, unnecessarily opulent meeting to go elect the next RNC chairperson.
00:34:40.000 And Dana Point's gorgeous, by the way.
00:34:42.000 It's amazing.
00:34:43.000 Big fan, but come on.
00:34:44.000 Like, we're here to win elections.
00:34:46.000 They thought it was going to be a celebration, Richard.
00:34:48.000 If I was running the RNC, Charlie, you know, we would do this in cost-effective hotels and places like this.
00:34:53.000 You do it like Tulsa.
00:34:54.000 Where we would have, and we would invite in, we would invite in all the grassroots meetings.
00:34:59.000 Or we do it in cities that we need to win.
00:35:01.000 You need to immerse yourself in the culture, the geography, and the demography of where you need to win.
00:35:05.000 Okay, but 127, RNC's meeting, 168 people, secret ballot.
00:35:09.000 You're going to be there.
00:35:10.000 We're going to be broadcasting live there.
00:35:11.000 You're going to be there.
00:35:12.000 I'm going to be there.
00:35:13.000 I mean, unless they deport me and kick me out.
00:35:16.000 Tyler, huge day.
00:35:17.000 First time RNC vote.
00:35:19.000 So people say, what can I do?
00:35:20.000 What can I do?
00:35:21.000 Oh my goodness, midterms didn't go our way.
00:35:22.000 Okay, get at that attitude.
00:35:24.000 Let's win on 127.
00:35:26.000 We need a fresh perspective on leadership.
00:35:29.000 We need a vision that's going to be cast.
00:35:31.000 And we need constitutional warriors that are going to go forward to represent us at the RNC.
00:35:36.000 So we need everybody that's here, all of you at home.
00:35:40.000 We need you to go and contact your Republican National Committee members.
00:35:44.000 They represent you.
00:35:45.000 I'm one of them.
00:35:46.000 Blow me up.
00:35:47.000 I've gotten thousands of emails.
00:35:48.000 I can't respond to every single one, but I'm reading every single one and I'm ingesting every single one.
00:35:54.000 And I've heard you loud and clear that you want change and you want someone like Harmee Dillon to be the RC chair.
00:36:00.000 So I appreciate that.
00:36:01.000 We need to win in 2024.
00:36:03.000 It is mission critical for the Republic, period.
00:36:06.000 And the current RNC regime has lost every single cycle.
00:36:10.000 Well, this is my question, Charlie, and this is my question for all my fellow committee members.
00:36:14.000 And I hope that some are listening right now.
00:36:18.000 How do you plan on winning without 99% of the grassroots?
00:36:23.000 How do you plan on winning in 2024 without 98 or 99% of the grassroots?
00:36:29.000 We cannot.
00:36:30.000 How will you plan on winning without Charlie Kirk, Tucker Carlson, Laura Ingram, Mark Levino, Dan Bongino?
00:36:37.000 How will you plan on winning without 70, 80%, 90% of the donor class that is upset?
00:36:43.000 You can't win.
00:36:44.000 So let's stop being insane and let's have a positive pathway forward so that we can win in 2024 because we got to.
00:36:51.000 We have to do it for our kids and our babies and our grandkids.
00:36:53.000 It's a real race.
00:36:54.000 The grassroots are involved for the first time ever.
00:36:56.000 Tyler deserves a lot of credit for his leadership and his courage on that.
00:36:59.000 You guys, the website is hireharmeet.com, H-I-R-E-Harmeet.com.
00:37:05.000 For our broadcast here at AmericaFest, this kind of wraps it all up.
00:37:10.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:37:12.000 Email me your thoughts as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
