00:00:27.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:28.000 Here we go.
00:00:30.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:32.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:34.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:37.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:41.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:42.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:43.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:00:51.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:00.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:03.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:12.000 Full disclaimer, I will be watching NFL football tonight.
00:01:15.000 I don't like it.
00:01:16.000 They're a little too wokey for me.
00:01:17.000 I just like football too much.
00:01:19.000 I think it's the Chiefs and the Lions.
00:01:21.000 Don't sleep on the Lions, everybody.
00:01:23.000 I'll tell you, they want it bad.
00:01:26.000 So as tonight, NFL football begins, and it is the kickoff, if you will, of the NFL season.
00:01:34.000 There's also another kickoff.
00:01:36.000 You know, we asked Charlie, what about the 2024 election?
00:01:38.000 The 24-24 election is about a year and away.
00:01:41.000 No, no, no, it's happening right now, obviously, but there is a very, very important fight looming in real time right now.
00:01:48.000 I believe it is the opening kick of the 2024 election.
00:01:52.000 It's 9:30, September 30th.
00:01:56.000 The federal government needs to pass a short-term funding bill by September 30th, or there will be a government shutdown.
00:02:02.000 Now, you may or may not remember this, but do you remember about a year and a half ago, there was a massive bill that was passed, a huge bill, not a year and a half, it was voted on by Senator Shelby from Alabama.
00:02:18.000 He was the chief person who brought this forward, where they basically robbed the House of Representatives, the incoming class.
00:02:26.000 It was about 10 months ago, of their ability to negotiate the budget, where they kicked it all the way to this date, September 30th.
00:02:34.000 So the federal government needs to pass a short-term funding bill by September 30th.
00:02:40.000 The Biden regime is asking that, in addition to all the normal stuff, that Congress adds $44 billion on top of that in emergency spending, $16 billion for FEMA, $40, $24 billion for Ukraine, on top of the $200 billion already spent on Ukraine.
00:03:01.000 And so there, but the most important thing is this, is that we have, we're seeing in real time the destruction, the erosion, the shredding of the United States Constitution.
00:03:15.000 We see Jack Smith, an out-of-control rogue prosecutor, Merrick Garland, the Department of Justice.
00:03:20.000 We see the number one political opponent to the regime who is beating him in the polls.
00:03:25.000 Fact, he's beating him in the polls, whether they're truth polls or not.
00:03:27.000 It's just fact, he's beating him in the polls, facing 500 years in federal prison.
00:03:32.000 Many people are asking, Charlie, what can we do?
00:03:35.000 What can we do?
00:03:36.000 What can we do?
00:03:36.000 How do we fight?
00:03:37.000 How do we push back against?
00:03:38.000 How do we fight?
00:03:39.000 Well, the 30th of September is a day where we can fight.
00:03:44.000 It's a day where we can draw a line in the sand and we can defund the deep state.
00:03:50.000 We have the House of Representatives.
00:03:52.000 We have a majority.
00:03:53.000 Now, I'm going to say something that is a little bit Not unpopular, but it's different.
00:03:59.000 I fully support the impeachment of Joe Biden.
00:04:02.000 In fact, we should have done it three or four months ago.
00:04:05.000 But I actually think defunding these agencies should be a bigger priority than the impeachment of Joe Biden.
00:04:12.000 I'm not saying that we shouldn't impeach Joe Biden, but I actually think a more effective way to make long-lasting change, a more effective way to use the political power that the people gave the Republican majority is to defang the tyrants, is to go after these agencies.
00:04:34.000 Now, let's play this out for a second.
00:04:37.000 Joe Biden is a traitor to the nation.
00:04:39.000 So I think that we should pass a clean impeachment resolution, send it to the Senate.
00:04:43.000 But I don't think we should spend too much time on it.
00:04:46.000 I think that's very valuable time to go and impeach and investigate a guy that we already know who is an outright criminal.
00:04:53.000 He's a traitor.
00:04:54.000 He should be in get mo in federal prison for the rest of his life, as is his son.
00:04:59.000 But does that have long-lasting change?
00:05:02.000 Wouldn't it be more effective to tell the FBI you don't get your new building?
00:05:06.000 You have to reduce your headcount by 20 or 30%.
00:05:10.000 Tell the Department of Defense you're not allowed to have gay poems on aircraft carriers anymore, that trans, whatever individuals are not going to be allowed in the military.
00:05:20.000 Isn't this a more effective way?
00:05:22.000 And the most important one that's obviously staring us in the face, Department of Justice.
00:05:26.000 Are we going to keep on funding Merrick Garland?
00:05:30.000 Will we have the leverage and we have the ability to say no?
00:05:35.000 Now, the bad guys, the Democrats and the Uniparty Republicans, they want a clean resolution, a clean CR.
00:05:43.000 Well, time out here.
00:05:44.000 Hold on.
00:05:46.000 You guys are going after every potential political dissident, Steve Bannon, 1,200 January 6th defendants.
00:05:57.000 You're weaponizing the entire government, and we're sitting there and taking it.
00:06:02.000 And then we've been saying on this program time and time again: well, where are the Republican AGs?
00:06:08.000 Answer, not around, not interested in doing anything bold or courageous.
00:06:14.000 Where are the Republican DAs?
00:06:16.000 They're not interested.
00:06:18.000 They do not want to do anything bold or courageous.
00:06:20.000 So how do we end this abuse?
00:06:22.000 Now, understand, this is not standard politics.
00:06:26.000 This is a crisis.
00:06:29.000 And in a crisis, we should act differently than we normally do.
00:06:34.000 The one way we have to actually act at a federal level is for the House not to fund what Biden needs.
00:06:41.000 So focus directly on five or six.
00:06:44.000 Don't ask for the whole world.
00:06:46.000 You're not going to get the world.
00:06:47.000 But identify five or six of the Soviet Gestapo pressure points of the regime.
00:06:56.000 Starve the beast.
00:06:57.000 All funding must start in the House, period.
00:07:01.000 Nothing the Biden regime does can happen without the House GOP offering up money for them to do it.
00:07:06.000 Now, we should not fund a single dollar to Ukraine.
00:07:09.000 But if we're thinking realistically, they're going to figure out some way to get Ukrainian funding.
00:07:14.000 So if we were smart, we'd say, okay, they really want Ukraine funding.
00:07:18.000 Use that as leverage then.
00:07:20.000 Say, okay, so you really want Ukraine funding.
00:07:23.000 Then there has to be border wall, border security.
00:07:26.000 But more important than all of that, it is the lack of funding that we have to draw the line on.
00:07:31.000 You don't get Jack Smith.
00:07:32.000 You want Zelensky?
00:07:34.000 No, Jack Smith.
00:07:35.000 And they'll say, well, you're going to shut down the government.
00:07:37.000 Okay.
00:07:38.000 You want Zelensky?
00:07:39.000 No, Jack Smith.
00:07:40.000 That's a popular position.
00:07:42.000 And by the way, if you pick the fights, you can win.
00:07:45.000 The majority of people are not in favor of the criminalization of Donald Trump.
00:07:50.000 Jack Smith is the bright line.
00:07:52.000 No Jack Smith, period.
00:07:53.000 Jack Smith and his entire operation.
00:07:57.000 Now, this is an interesting question, Blake, and the team.
00:08:01.000 Is Jack Smith an essential government worker or not?
00:08:05.000 If there was a shutdown, if we shut down the government, does that mean that Jack Smith and his team would still be operating?
00:08:13.000 Now, again, one of the most frustrating things we go through every time there's a government shutdown is all of a sudden they say, well, these are essential and non-essential government workers.
00:08:22.000 If they're not essential, why do they have jobs?
00:08:25.000 If they're not essential, why do they operate?
00:08:28.000 Now, under Bob Mueller, when Bob Mueller was a special counsel, his office continued to work in the event of a government shutdown.
00:08:37.000 Okay.
00:08:38.000 But even beyond a government shutdown, we need to defund Jack Smith, line item Jack Smith, carve it out, and say, Jack Smith, you do not get another penny of U.S. taxpayer dollars, period.
00:08:50.000 That's a good way to end Jack Smith.
00:08:52.000 And the House Republicans have the entire ability to do that.
00:08:59.000 We need to find the parts of the deep state that are grinding the American people to a halt.
00:09:04.000 And it goes through the FBI, the DOJ, DHS.
00:09:08.000 Isolate them and starve that beast.
00:09:10.000 And you're not going to get the entire budget down to zero.
00:09:13.000 So get even more particular.
00:09:16.000 Again, Congress, they don't do their job, unfortunately.
00:09:20.000 So find Jack Smith's budget, which by the way, Jack Smith's budget is probably like $15 million.
00:09:26.000 Like maybe, maybe, maybe like $9 million.
00:09:30.000 And you could say in the funding resolution, you're done.
00:09:33.000 Your team, no longer authorized.
00:09:36.000 These agencies have to go to Congress for money.
00:09:41.000 And on the 30th of September, it is all bubbling up.
00:09:46.000 Matt Gates and Andy Ogles have introduced similar pieces of legislation to deny federal funding for the special counsel.
00:09:54.000 This is the line, everybody.
00:09:57.000 We will not put up with our funding, our money, to a Democrat super PAC, which is what Jack Smith has become.
00:10:08.000 Jack Smith is a Democrat super PAC operator with subpoena power and the ability to put people in prison with handcuffs.
00:10:17.000 Shut down the government over this, over the very specific principled stand.
00:10:22.000 You go after Donald Trump and try to put him in 500 years in federal prison.
00:10:26.000 The government's getting shut down.
00:10:28.000 That would be hardball.
00:10:32.000 I want to tell you guys about Good Ranchers.
00:10:34.000 You heard me talk about it before, but it's new and improved Good Ranchers.

00:11:26.000 Support good ranchers, American Ranchers, and support this program, goodranchers.com.
00:11:33.000 If we go back to the roots of the Constitution, this is exactly why Congress is supposed to have the power of the purse.
00:11:42.000 You are in the midst of a 110-year war.
00:11:48.000 110 years ago, Woodrow Wilson became president of the United States in 1913.
00:11:55.000 Woodrow Wilson won with a plurality, not a majority of the votes.
00:11:58.000 That's fine.
00:11:58.000 Obviously, our system allows for that.
00:12:00.000 Teddy Roosevelt ran under the Bull Moose Party.
00:12:02.000 William Howard Taft was the incumbent Republican president.
00:12:06.000 And Woodrow Wilson won.
00:12:07.000 He was a former Princeton professor, governor of New Jersey, Hegelian.
00:12:13.000 He was the first American president to wage war on the promise of the American founding.
00:12:17.000 He said, We need to have this administrative state that is above politics, above the administration of politics.
00:12:25.000 Basically, the argument he made is that as we advance in technology and times, that why do we have these old systems, this old form of the Bill of Rights and consent to the governed, and checks and balances?
00:12:36.000 Woodrow Wilson was the first president to put forward the system that we know as the modern administrative state, the modern deep state, the very same deep state that probably killed Kennedy, that replaced Richard Nixon, that spied on Donald Trump, that tried to remove Donald Trump, that impeached him twice.
00:12:57.000 This idea that there is a super government over the sovereign, the people.
00:13:02.000 FDR largely grew this Leviathan, this deep state.
00:13:06.000 LBJ grew it.
00:13:07.000 George Herbert Walker Bush grew it.
00:13:09.000 George W. Bush grew it.
00:13:11.000 Barack Obama grew it.
00:13:12.000 And then Donald Trump comes and they targeted him because he was not a globalist.
00:13:17.000 And remember, Woodrow Wilson tried to create the League of Nations, even in the 1915, 1916, 1917.
00:13:25.000 Woodrow Wilson got so much damage done to this country: income tax, Federal Reserve Act, getting rid of the direct election of senators, all these different things.
00:13:32.000 But now you are living through a 110-year war where most Americans were not aware that you were not living in a constitutional republic.
00:13:40.000 You were living in a completely different form of government.
00:13:46.000 The structure of our government has actually been different, where you have this fourth branch of government that is unelected with unknown amounts of power and unchecked.
00:13:56.000 And it's a super government.
00:13:57.000 We call it the Leviathan, the Uniparty, the regime, the insiders.
00:14:03.000 They're unelected, unchecked, and incredibly arrogant.
00:14:07.000 And Congress has not done their job in the last 110 years because they either benefit from this fourth branch of government or they're afraid of the fourth branch of government.
00:14:17.000 J. Edgar Hoover used the fourth branch of government to spy on members of Congress, to blackmail members of Congress.
00:14:23.000 The FBI has continued in that tradition in many certain different ways.
00:14:26.000 So members of Congress are afraid to ever pick fights against this beast.
00:14:31.000 Donald Trump is not afraid of that.
00:14:33.000 It's one of the reasons why they have to try to put him in prison for 500 years.
00:14:36.000 It's because he's identified this snake, this serpent, this beast, this machine that has been completely and totally unchecked.
00:14:46.000 So now you are living through the 110-year climax of that project.
00:14:53.000 So literally on September 30th, you have an opportunity.
00:14:57.000 We have an opportunity.
00:14:58.000 The House of Republicans have an opportunity.
00:15:00.000 And they have a mandate from their voters, by the way, to win in what is this great collision.
00:15:06.000 September 30th is a 110-year moment.
00:15:10.000 From Woodrow Wilson to September 30th, on 9:30, it could be one of the most important steps to defang the beast.
00:15:20.000 And we're not even getting into some of just the other ridiculous nonsense that the Leviathan does.
00:15:25.000 We're not even going to touch the IRS stuff.
00:15:27.000 We're not even going to touch the Department of Interior that goes after people's lands and mineral rights.
00:15:31.000 We're not going to talk about, there's so many other aspects that we could defang.
00:15:35.000 We're talking about a surgical strike against this 110-year beast, this multi-generational siege on the American Constitution.
00:15:49.000 So, what does that surgical strike look like legislatively?
00:15:53.000 Jack Smith.
00:15:56.000 Let's make sure we repeat the most obvious and critical thing.
00:15:59.000 Joe Biden is prosecuting his chief political foe.
00:16:02.000 This has never happened before in American history, and it's only able to happen because of the 110-year war.
00:16:11.000 It's been a 110-year war from Woodrow Wilson in 1913 to today that they've just basically never had anyone ask questions.
00:16:20.000 Eisenhower warned you about this.
00:16:23.000 We'll get that tape afterwards.
00:16:24.000 And they kind of bulldoze it.
00:16:25.000 Reagan warned about it, but he didn't really have the people around him to defang it properly.
00:16:30.000 H.W. Bush was a believer in such Leviathan.
00:16:34.000 George W. Bush was a believer in that deep state apparatus.
00:16:38.000 So we can do happy talk.
00:16:40.000 We could do clean resolutions, or the House Republicans can realize that whether through fate, fortune, luck, or serendipity, they're sitting in a position that a 110-year collision is going to play out on September 30th.
00:16:56.000 We're going to talk about what that looks like, the action items.
00:16:59.000 Will House Republicans seize this once-in-a-century opportunity?
00:17:06.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:17:07.000 I'll tell you who the unsung heroes of COVID are.
00:17:09.000 Of course, the frontline workers.
00:17:11.000 But what about those business owners who hung in there and paid their employees?
00:17:14.000 If you stayed open and paid your people, you could be eligible for up to $26,000 per employee at covidtaxrelief.org, $26,000 per employee.
00:17:22.000 This is not alone.
00:17:22.000 There are government funds you don't have to pay back.
00:17:25.000 All types of businesses, including nonprofits and churches, can be eligible, but you need to apply now because Congress may pull back these funds.
00:17:32.000 Go to covidtaxrelief.org has helped tens of thousands of businesses, just like yours, secure over $500 million.
00:17:39.000 Unlike the others, they charge nothing, zero up front.
00:17:42.000 They do all the work and share a percentage of the cash that they get you.
00:17:45.000 You did the tough thing for your employees.
00:17:47.000 Let covidtaxrelief.org help you get up to 26 grand per employee.
00:17:51.000 Go to covidtaxrelief.org.
00:17:54.000 That is covidtaxrelief.org.
00:17:56.000 Covidtaxrelief.org help you get up to 26 grand per employee.
00:18:00.000 You pay nothing up front.
00:18:01.000 They do all the work and you share a percentage of the cash they get you.
00:18:04.000 Covidtaxrelief.org.
00:18:08.000 We've played this piece of tape frequently, but it's worthy repeating.
00:18:12.000 A great man who is a general, a non-politician who became president, in his farewell address or a series of farewell addresses, he warned us about the very war that we are experiencing, this 110-year war that is coming to a collision, coming to a crescendo, coming to a climax.
00:18:31.000 It's, of course, President Dwight D. Eisenhower.
00:18:34.000 He's most famously known as warning us about the military-industrial complex, but he also warned about an unelected tyranny of the scientific elite.
00:18:43.000 What Dwight D. Eisenhower is basically cautioning us is that this structure, the United States Constitution, my handy-dandy turning point USA Constitution, it's no longer actually in practice that there's a separate form that is taking place.
00:19:01.000 Play Cut 53.
00:19:03.000 In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex.
00:19:14.000 The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist.
00:19:21.000 We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes.
00:19:27.000 We should take nothing for granted.
00:19:30.000 Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals so that security and liberty may prosper together.
00:19:46.000 You think about that.
00:19:47.000 A farewell address usually says, Here's all the things we did in our administration.
00:19:50.000 Our best days are ahead.
00:19:51.000 And Dwight D. Eisenhower uses his farewell address to caution the American people about the Leviathan.
00:19:56.000 That very Leviathan is the one that is going after Donald Trump, 500 years in federal prison.
00:20:01.000 The very Leviathan is the one that likely killed JFK, in my personal opinion.
00:20:06.000 The very one that took out Richard Nixon because he was way too popular.
00:20:09.000 He wins 49 states.
00:20:11.000 Probably the same Leviathan that killed Bobby Kennedy.
00:20:14.000 Same Leviathan that was involved in spying on Martin Luther King and displacing Malcolm X and the Black Panthers.
00:20:20.000 That very same unelected group of bureaucrats directed by J. Edgar Hoover, directed by George H.W. Bush, the people that were the spokespeople for the fourth branch of government, the unelected.
00:20:35.000 And why is it now that this is coming to a crescendo on September 30th?
00:20:41.000 It's because Congress has not done their job for basically 110 years.
00:20:44.000 It's not the first time we've had a funding fight.
00:20:46.000 The government shut down with Newt Gingrich and Bill Clinton, but they were shut down over spending stuff.
00:20:52.000 The government shut down for a month with Chuck Hugh Schumer and Donald Trump.
00:20:55.000 Remember, Chuck Schumer comes in and Donald Trump berated him like a dog.
00:20:59.000 It was all over the border wall.
00:21:01.000 Now, those are very important things.
00:21:03.000 We're spending too much.
00:21:04.000 We have to get back to fiscal discipline.
00:21:06.000 We're going to have a $2 trillion deficit.
00:21:08.000 It's reprehensible.
00:21:09.000 We're talking about something that is actually even more important than all of this.
00:21:13.000 We're talking about the idea of can you destroy an election?
00:21:17.000 Personally, I don't like this idea, this, I keep hearing interfering, interfering, interfering.
00:21:22.000 Let's be more clear.
00:21:23.000 They are destroying an election.
00:21:26.000 They are eliminating an election.
00:21:28.000 That's what this is: is that you don't get to have elections.
00:21:32.000 They're demolishing the election.
00:21:37.000 We are promised elections in the United States Constitution.
00:21:41.000 The deep state, the fourth branch of government, doesn't want the people to be able to have the voice.
00:21:47.000 So it's all coming to a head on September 30th.
00:21:51.000 And Republicans have enough power to do something about this.
00:21:56.000 Now, a fair amount of you are emailing us, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:21:59.000 Charlie, Republicans won't do anything.
00:22:00.000 They will cower in fear.
00:22:02.000 You might be right.
00:22:03.000 In fact, you're probably right.
00:22:04.000 But that does not mean we should not set the standard, ask for the order, and put as much grassroots pressure as possible.
00:22:12.000 This is not a tough ask.
00:22:13.000 It's very simple.
00:22:15.000 No Jacksmith.
00:22:16.000 No special counsel, DOJ.
00:22:19.000 It's not going to happen.
00:22:22.000 Congress controls the purse.
00:22:24.000 Congress controls the authorization of the money.
00:22:27.000 And now it's coming down to the money.
00:22:30.000 You think about it.
00:22:32.000 Who checks who?
00:22:34.000 Congress is supposed to have the check and balance over these agencies, over the EPA, over the IRS, over the SEC, over DOJ, over DHS.
00:22:44.000 So why would we subsidize our political abusers?
00:22:47.000 It's really sadistic when you think about it.
00:22:50.000 It's like, here's more money to imprison my political party.
00:22:55.000 So we're basically subsidizing weapons that are aimed against us.
00:23:01.000 Like we're gunrunning our own death.
00:23:05.000 That's exactly what the House Republicans are faced with.
00:23:12.000 Now, if we were to be even more bold, if we had an actual political party that was an opposition party, not a controlled opposition party, we would say no new building, FBI.
00:23:26.000 You have to reduce your headcount by 30 or 40%.
00:23:30.000 We would go after Merrick Garland.
00:23:32.000 I mean, these are important things that we would be doing, but we're not.
00:23:37.000 So let's just focus on Jack Smith.
00:23:39.000 Is this this unrealistic?
00:23:41.000 I want you to imagine if Donald Trump was president and there was a special counsel that was appointed by Bill Barr that was actively looking in to a major presidential candidate of their choosing or their liking.
00:23:56.000 How do you think Democrats would respond?
00:23:59.000 Democrats would defund this in a second.
00:24:02.000 They wouldn't put up with this.
00:24:03.000 So why is it that Democrats mean business and our side runs for the Hills?
00:24:08.000 The regime is indicting a former president.
00:24:12.000 The regime is targeting moms and parents at school boards.
00:24:15.000 The regime is forcing LGBTQI plus woke garbage on our kids, colleges, and military.
00:24:23.000 The regime has turned federal agencies into get out the vote centers for the Democrat Party.
00:24:27.000 The regime is funneling hundreds of billions of dollars into a quagmire to corrupt Ukraine.
00:24:33.000 The regime is forcing Russia into China's hands and the expansion of BRICS.
00:24:37.000 The regime is fueling a de-dollarization campaign movement globally to decouple from the U.S. dollar.
00:24:44.000 The regime is enabling millions of illegals to invade America.
00:24:47.000 In fact, Joe Biden will probably be on pace to let in 10 million border jumpers and criminals into the country, 10 million.
00:24:56.000 The regime is targeting pro-life activists and turning a blind eye to Antifa and BLM.
00:25:02.000 There's over 1,250 people that are going to prison over January 6th.
00:25:08.000 The vast majority of them were peaceful demonstrators.
00:25:11.000 The regime is obstructing investigations into Joe and Hunter Biden's foreign influence peddling schemes.
00:25:19.000 The regime is an existential threat to our norms and customs that have safeguarded America for centuries.
00:25:26.000 And so now we have in front of us a tool where we can say you're done.
00:25:31.000 The deep state has to keep on coming back to Congress for more money.
00:25:37.000 Well, you, the people, gave Republicans a majority.
00:25:39.000 So we should say you don't get any more money.
00:25:42.000 Game over.
00:25:43.000 You do not get to continue to do this.
00:25:46.000 Now, some people say, well, Charlie, if we do this, then we're going to shut down the government and then we're going to lose in the election next year.
00:25:54.000 I look at it completely differently.
00:25:56.000 If we don't fight, our voters will not keep on giving you power.
00:26:02.000 People say, well, Charlie, it's bad politically.
00:26:05.000 First of all, it's not bad politically.
00:26:07.000 Secondly, how many times have I heard, I've been doing this for 11 years, not a ton of time, but you can see a lot in 11 years.
00:26:16.000 I have heard repeatedly, Charlie, we just have to punt and then we can fight in the next cycle.
00:26:21.000 We just have to punt and then we can fight in the next cycle.
00:26:24.000 I'm done punting.
00:26:26.000 Time to go for it on fourth down.
00:26:27.000 I'm done.
00:26:29.000 If there has ever been a time where the stakes are super high, how about when the former president is facing 500 years in federal prison?
00:26:37.000 Maybe that's the time to fight.
00:26:40.000 But some Republicans say, well, in my district, I polled it and my constituents don't really want a government shutdown.
00:26:48.000 Why do you run for office if you're constantly always focused on rerunning for office?
00:26:52.000 Is it about the chauffeured cars and perks and insider lobbyist deals?
00:26:58.000 Or is it maybe about doing the right thing?
00:27:01.000 You are in Washington, D.C., allegedly, to do something, not just be something.
00:27:08.000 I could divide the House Republicans into two categories.
00:27:11.000 Those people that want to be something, these are people that wanted to be prom king in high school.
00:27:19.000 These are people that enjoy dressing up in suits.
00:27:22.000 They're quasi-narcissists.
00:27:23.000 They're fixated on the title of congressman.
00:27:26.000 They like feeling important.
00:27:27.000 They like going to cocktail parties.
00:27:29.000 They enjoy the high life.
00:27:32.000 That's like Lady Graham, the turtle, Mitt Romney, prom king.
00:27:38.000 And then there are people that go to do something.
00:27:41.000 Rand Paul is there to do something.
00:27:43.000 He hates being a senator.
00:27:44.000 That's why I love him.
00:27:45.000 You talk to me.
00:27:46.000 He's like, I hate this.
00:27:47.000 This drives me crazy.
00:27:48.000 I like you.
00:27:50.000 Josh Hawley, Marjorie Taylor Green, Lauren Boebert, Matt Gates, Senator Ron Johnson.
00:27:58.000 My mark of whether or not I like you as a politician is how annoyed are you that you are a politician?
00:28:04.000 If you're like constantly annoyed that you're a politician, I like you a lot.
00:28:09.000 When I ask some of these politicians, how's it going?
00:28:11.000 It's going great.
00:28:13.000 Things are good.
00:28:16.000 Campaign account is full.
00:28:18.000 Lobbyists give me approval.
00:28:20.000 Deep state smiles as I walk by.
00:28:23.000 We have enough fighters.
00:28:24.000 And here's the key, everybody.
00:28:26.000 There's this looming House Freedom Caucus movement that they're willing to go scorched earth.
00:28:35.000 They're willing to go Dresden on this.
00:28:38.000 And I got to be honest, I'm very sympathetic towards that.
00:28:42.000 If has there ever been a higher stakes time?
00:28:46.000 I've been waiting my entire adult life for House Republicans to finally stand up to the deep state, to finally stand up against the beast.
00:28:57.000 We've been hearing excuses for 110 years, and history is here.
00:29:04.000 Are we going to punt?
00:29:05.000 Are we going to delay?
00:29:06.000 Are we going to make excuses?
00:29:08.000 Are we going to stand up with courage, fortitude, and a spine against the beast?
00:29:17.000 Hey, everybody, Mike Lindell has a passion to help you get the best sleep of your life.

00:30:14.000 So New York City is allegedly the sanctuary city state, and now they're complaining that there's too many vigilantes coming into their city.
00:30:24.000 The issue will destroy New York City.
00:30:26.000 They're at 110,000 illegals in New York.
00:30:29.000 Now, if we were a real country, we would deport every single one of them back to the country they came from.
00:30:35.000 Back to Honduras, back to Nicaragua, back to Mexico, Sayonara.
00:30:40.000 But people say, but my compassion.
00:30:44.000 Yeah.
00:30:46.000 It's gotten so bad, even the leaders of the Democrat strongholds like New York City and Massachusetts are throwing in the towel.
00:30:51.000 They can't handle the strain and the massive influx of people had in their city or state.
00:30:54.000 And Joe Biden obviously has created this.
00:30:57.000 The Biden regime has kept the borders completely wide open.
00:31:00.000 They're on pace for 10 million new illegals and vigilantes waltzing into our country.
00:31:06.000 Texas has tried to build a barrier in the river, and a federal judge has come down and said, oh, Texas, you're not allowed to do that.
00:31:13.000 Texas should tell the federal judge, we're going to ignore your court order.
00:31:18.000 We are being invaded every single day.
00:31:20.000 We are being invaded every single day.
00:31:23.000 Eric Adams says this, play cut 55.
00:31:27.000 This is horrific when you think about what the governor is doing, the governor of Texas, after a month of traveling across the border, placing on the bus with no direction to come here to New York.
00:31:45.000 And New York is a city that has always represented the Democratic values and the values of our city, of showing our compassion.
00:31:52.000 And that's what we're doing today.
00:31:54.000 You know, I'm proud that this is a right to shelter state, and we're going to continue to do that.
00:31:58.000 So that's Eric Adams in 2022, who says, hey, all the vigilantes, all the criminals, all the lowlifes, because that's what they are, lowlifes coming into our country, breaking the law, coming in and saying they're welcome.
00:32:15.000 And look how different it sounds.
00:32:16.000 Play Cut 52.
00:32:18.000 We're getting no support on this national crisis, and we're receiving no support.
00:32:26.000 And let me tell you something, New Yorkers.
00:32:30.000 Never in my life have I had a problem that I did not see an ending to.
00:32:36.000 I don't see an ending to this.
00:32:39.000 I don't see an ending to this.
00:32:41.000 This issue will destroy New York City.
00:32:46.000 Destroy New York City.
00:32:49.000 This issue will destroy New York City.
00:32:51.000 Well, yeah, obviously.
00:32:53.000 Everything the left enforces will destroy itself.
00:32:56.000 They don't build anything.
00:32:57.000 They just destroy.
00:32:59.000 Our home state of Arizona, we've had to, we have to bring in millions of criminals.
00:33:03.000 We have to allow millions of these border jumpers.
00:33:05.000 And New York City can't take 100,000 in.
00:33:08.000 Very similar to the Visigoths, like the border jumpers that destroyed Rome.
00:33:13.000 They come in and they take jobs.
00:33:14.000 They take benefits.
00:33:15.000 They take welfare.
00:33:16.000 Now, are Democrats indeed waking up?
00:33:19.000 I don't know.
00:33:21.000 The easy take is, oh, you know, blue states have to suffer.
00:33:24.000 These are our fellow American cities.
00:33:25.000 I don't like, I don't delight in this.
00:33:27.000 I don't rejoice in this.
00:33:30.000 I don't celebrate it.
00:33:31.000 Yeah, we warned them it's going to destroy New York City even further.
00:33:35.000 And then they're all going to become Democrat voters and have anchor babies and get citizenship.
00:33:40.000 It's sad, is what it is.
00:33:43.000 And there will be no end in sight.
00:33:45.000 The entire third world is moving into America, and the Democrats want that.
00:33:50.000 They rejoice in this.
00:33:52.000 For them, this is a huge success.
00:33:54.000 I don't care if Eric Adams is speaking out against it.
00:33:57.000 And again, all their arguments are arguments of infrastructure.
00:33:59.000 We don't have enough hotel rooms.
00:34:02.000 That's not the point.
00:34:03.000 The point is these are lawless border jumpers.
00:34:07.000 They broke the law.
00:34:08.000 They're breaking and entering into America.
00:34:12.000 So New York City is now going to have to go through a very painful, painful chapter.
00:34:17.000 10,000 people a month.
00:34:20.000 And they're acting as if, oh, this is terrible.
00:34:23.000 I mean, would you like to come for a little bit of a car ride in Maricopa County?
00:34:28.000 Wouldn't you like, I could go show you around.
00:34:31.000 I can show you the hotel where they housed the border jumpers right down the street.
00:34:37.000 You want to go on a little ride, Pima County?
00:34:40.000 You want to go for a ride in Texas to see what's really happening where Border Patrol has direct orders from the trader, Maorkis, to do nothing.
00:34:50.000 I used to love New York City.
00:34:52.000 It's an unrecognizable city, but that's what the left does.
00:34:54.000 They're parasites.
00:34:56.000 The left are cockroaches.
00:34:58.000 They just take things over.
00:34:58.000 They don't build anything.
00:34:59.000 They take stuff over and they destroy it.
00:35:02.000 New York City is well on its way.
00:35:04.000 And Eric Adams is saying, hey, what are we supposed to do here?
00:35:09.000 Your Democrat colleagues want the destruction of all things beautiful.
00:35:12.000 That is the mantra of the American Democrat Party.
00:35:17.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:35:18.000 Email us your thoughts as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
