00:02:52.000 I want to start kind of at square one with you here.
00:02:55.000 The significance, your take on the raid, your thoughts.
00:02:59.000 Well, it's huge.
00:03:01.000 The Department of Justice, Merrick Garland, Joe Biden's Department of Justice, they've crossed the Rubicon here.
00:03:08.000 I mean, they've engaged in egregious politicization of the national security apparatus of the Justice Department before, but this act is just too overt.
00:03:19.000 It's too outrageous.
00:03:20.000 It's too egregious.
00:03:22.000 And they've overstepped their bounds.
00:03:23.000 And that's why they're panicking.
00:03:25.000 That's why they're engaged in an exercise of frenetic finger pointing, trying to lay all the blame at Christopher Wright when we know that this had to be approved at much higher levels because they know they overstepped their bounds.
00:03:40.000 And what that means is the ball is in our court.
00:03:42.000 The ball is in the court of the Republicans of the GOP.
00:03:46.000 And now it's just a question of what to do with it.
00:03:48.000 Because if you drop the ball, it's going to be more of the same and even worse.
00:03:52.000 So it's time to get very serious, very responsible, come up with a real plan and implement it.
00:03:58.000 What is that plan?
00:04:00.000 Well, the plan is multi-pronged.
00:04:02.000 For now, I would say, frankly, a lot of it has to wait until the GOP takes over the Congress.
00:04:10.000 But once that happens, and I assume it will, I think it will, the Democrats have already created a lot of weapons that would be ripe for use by the Republicans if they're willing to do so.
00:04:25.000 I think there are a number of issues that we need to get to the bottom of that could warrant the creation of committees along the lines of the January 6th committee to get to the bottom.
00:04:36.000 Go all the way back to the Russia hopes, which the FBI was complicit in.
00:04:42.000 Go into the failed Michigan-Whitmer entrapment plot.
00:04:47.000 Get to the bottom of that.
00:04:49.000 Get to the bottom of January 6th.
00:04:51.000 Get to the bottom of this raid.
00:04:53.000 Identify the top 10, 15, 20 operatives in the deep state and Biden's Justice Department and throw them with, hit them with subpoenas.
00:05:06.000 And if they don't comply with those subpoenas, we already know what's going to happen because that's exactly what they're doing to us.
00:05:13.000 Yeah, but their DOJ Darren's not going to prosecute contempt of Congress.
00:05:16.000 That's the problem, right?
00:05:18.000 It takes a DOJ to do that.
00:05:20.000 Well, we can create the pressure.
00:05:23.000 You just need to create the pressure, at least issue the subpoenas, and then, you know, the ball's in their court at that point.
00:05:30.000 See if they're going to go ahead and prosecute it.
00:05:32.000 We need to get these committees.
00:05:34.000 We might even need something independent that's independent of Biden's Department of Justice, partially for the reasons that you described.
00:05:45.000 But it's time to turn those weapons against them.
00:05:48.000 Another idea that I propose that seems to be gaining quite a great deal of traction.
00:05:54.000 The GOP is sitting on a lot of money, sitting on a lot of money.

00:06:13.000 I propose that the GOP set up a fund that could provide support and defense for patriots within the security establishment, within the FBI, within the CIA, within the upper levels of the Department of Justice and other agencies who are willing to come forward as whistleblowers and expose just how deep the rot has gotten. 0.88
00:06:39.000 There needs to be a real effort on the part of GOP to provide support for such patriots, assuming that they exist anymore.
00:06:48.000 And I do think there are patriots still inside of these organizations that want to come out.
00:06:53.000 They want to do the right thing.
00:06:55.000 They want to talk about how dark it's gotten within what should be our nation's premier law enforcement agencies, within our premier intelligence agencies.
00:07:06.000 They want to expose it, but they don't think they have the support.
00:07:10.000 So I think one really powerful, effective, and somewhat outside the box idea for the GOP to get on board with if they want to play hardball, set up a fund that would give such potential whistleblowers the support they need.
00:07:27.000 Just within the past month, we saw the value of that whistleblower came out and exposed what was going on in the FBI related to these reports of domestic extremism, how there was some rogue agent that was just pushing things into domestic extremism to amplify the false narrative that Trump supporters are all like de facto ISIS-level threats.
00:07:52.000 We've seen it in relation to how the FBI treated the Hunter Biden issue.
00:07:57.000 We've got to be kidding ourselves if we think those are the only things or that's how deep it goes.
00:08:02.000 And so we really need to be encouraging whistleblowers to come out and begin this difficult but utterly necessary process of cleaning house within our law enforcement and intelligence bureaucracies.
00:08:15.000 Well, and I've said also our state attorneys general need to start raiding Democrat groups where we believe there is crimes that exist. 0.99
00:08:24.000 They need to feel as if there is pressure on pressure.
00:08:27.000 I said this, and I say it for a couple of reasons.
00:08:29.000 It's true, but also I'm not running for anything.
00:08:32.000 We need to move the Overton window of what is actually possible.
00:08:35.000 So we have 27 state attorneys general, right?
00:08:38.000 So let's just take a couple of these.
00:08:39.000 We have BLM groups.
00:08:41.000 We have the chemical castration groups.
00:08:43.000 We have the groomers. 0.66
00:08:44.000 We have, how about the ones in Arizona or Texas of nonprofit groups that are funneling people across the border illegally, right?
00:08:53.000 Just go raid them.
00:08:54.000 Get a warrant.
00:08:55.000 Do it legally.

00:08:58.000 What would happen is if we raided the Sierra Club for foreign intervention, which is what they do, they get money from Russia and all this stuff.

00:11:21.000 My theory is that this is a seismic shift.

00:11:25.000 It's a wake-up call.
00:11:27.000 It is something to remind people if they ever get out of line.
00:11:30.000 What's your thoughts?
00:11:32.000 Well, I would certainly hope so, because if it isn't the case, then we're simply done.
00:11:37.000 I mean, if this happens and it doesn't get people in line with what the actual threat is, what I've been saying, what you've been saying is that basically we can think about elections all the time.
00:11:51.000 It's important to win elections.
00:11:53.000 Winning elections is a necessary condition.
00:11:56.000 It's not a sufficient condition.
00:11:58.000 And we've seen this, like Christopher Wray, appointed by Trump, operating within a deep state that existed concurrently with Trump's presidency and did everything it could to overthrow, overturn, undermine the presidency from every angle imaginable.
00:12:17.000 And this is why I've said from the beginning: politics, in the sense that we understand it, will continue to be fake and performative unless this national security apparatus, unless FBI, unless they're brought to heel.
00:12:34.000 And this is going, this is going to require elected officials who are willing to step into a dangerous territory.
00:12:43.000 They need to step into a territory that's not the comfortable zone of pointing fingers at Democrats and playing typical partisan games.
00:12:54.000 It requires stepping into a very dangerous zone that ruffles feathers of very powerful and ruthless institutions like the FBI.
00:13:04.000 And they will spy on you.
00:13:06.000 They'll spy on you like they spied on the Church and Pike Committee.
00:13:09.000 Absolutely.
00:13:10.000 Look, I mean, what they're capable of doing, look what they do to the few people who actually exhibit capability to fight.
00:13:17.000 Look what they've done to Matt Gates, anybody, anybody who's a genuine threat, they will do things to make your life very uncomfortable and inconvenient at best.
00:13:29.000 And that's unfortunate because it just changes the nature of what politics is in the country.
00:13:34.000 It raises the stakes to something that a lot of people understandably are not willing to deal with.
00:13:41.000 But unless that's done, we don't have a country.
00:13:44.000 We don't have a democracy.
00:13:46.000 Everything is fake.
00:13:47.000 And we're going to get more of the same and even worse.
00:13:50.000 And so that's why Republicans need to get together, take this seriously, come up with a real plan, and implement it.
00:13:59.000 So, Darren, if I were to, you know, if I was master czar of the Republican Party, of which I'm not, I would appoint you as the architect of what a church and pike committee would look like. 1.00
00:14:09.000 Remind our audience what the church and pike committee was, how successful they were, where they actually failed, and what you would do now. 1.00

00:14:18.000 I should now, I'm thinking I need to write an article.
00:14:20.000 No, you do, because people don't have an understanding of it.

00:14:23.000 Yes, the church committee, in short, was a congressional committee set up to address the abuses that have been rampant within the intelligence community, within the FBI.
00:14:33.000 It unearthed a whole host of crazy things that if any citizen had heard them in a different context, would immediately dismiss as the most outlandish conspiracy theory they've ever heard.
00:14:46.000 The church committee did have support.
00:14:50.000 It did have some degree of influence and legitimacy that I think it would be more difficult to produce now, given how profoundly asymmetrical institutional power is in the United States.
00:15:03.000 But this is, again, just a reality we have to deal with.
00:15:06.000 There needs to be a committee within Congress with real bite, with real legitimacy that can go through and execute its own search warrant against our national security bureaucracies.
00:15:19.000 And so we have to have you back, Darren.
00:15:21.000 Let's, you know, have you back to kind of what would that look like the same way they had the January 6th committee.
00:15:26.000 There needs to be a Jordan committee, right? 0.91
00:15:29.000 There was the church committee, there was the pike committee. 1.00

00:15:33.000 And with the sole intent and purpose to get to the bottom of the administrative state apparatus.
00:15:39.000 Now, where Jordan might need some coaching from the outside, not coaching, but just some prompting, is you have to stay focused.
00:15:46.000 When you're going after a Leviathan with that many employees, you could go years and not find anything.
00:15:51.000 So you have to stay focused on time, place, and manner.

00:15:55.000 Remember, you need to find the whistleblowers, isolate them, and elevate them.
00:15:59.000 These people have not been held accountable since 1975.
00:16:02.000 And we found about the heart attack gun, Operation Cointelpro, Operation Mockingbird, Operation Shamrock, Operation Family Jewels, all the CIA and FBI operations that were uncovered.

00:19:26.000 And just kind of this slow thing and won't take any questions.

00:19:31.000 And I think he'll distance himself, by the way, from direct involvement.
00:19:35.000 I don't think he's going to own this, of which is a completely and totally unacceptable thing.

00:19:58.000 I think there is an argument, though, to be made that if you raid Trump, it gives you some oxygen to then go take care of Hunter Biden so then you can remove Biden all the while keeping the pressure on Trump.

00:20:11.000 We gave that one earlier in the week that I think Hunter Biden will be indicted before the end of the year.
00:20:16.000 Not because he, of course, he did stuff wrong, or because Democrats have some commitment to the rule of law, because Biden is getting in the way.

00:28:35.000 They are designed with the intent to keep you at home, to try to have you not show up and not donate or work for the selected candidates.
