00:01:29.000 It's been a slow news day.

00:01:31.000 Not really anything going on.

00:01:32.000 Searching for things to talk about.

00:01:36.000 We're going to have to just kind of put together a show here of some significance.

00:01:41.000 You know, first of all, those of you that support the program, that listen to the podcast, thank you.

00:01:49.000 You guys make this show possible.

00:01:51.000 And I love what is coming up in hour two today, which is our members call.

00:01:55.000 It's one of my favorite...

00:01:57.000 I interact with you.

00:01:58.000 I learn from you.

00:01:59.000 It's just awesome.

00:02:01.000 And the last 24 hours has been fun.

00:02:07.000 Let me kind of take you back to what happened here.

00:02:09.000 So we've been here in Phoenix.

00:02:13.000 I was in New York prior, earlier in the week, and hosting the program, pushing for the big, beautiful bill.

00:02:20.000 So we had Stephen Miller on the program yesterday, which by the way, Stephen Miller, he's It was phenomenal.

00:02:33.000 I got thousands of emails, freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:02:37.000 Charlie, I went from skeptical to convinced.

00:02:40.000 Our entire show team roster, from Andrew to a lot of people said they had reservations, but Stephen Miller's case that he made here on long form was incredibly persuasive.

00:02:53.000 As Blake aptly put it, he said, look, this is a conservative wish list.

00:02:58.000 I just wish we weren't bankrupt.

00:02:59.000 And that's a great way to put it.

00:03:02.000 Of course we want more cuts, but this bill is a gift.

00:03:05.000 It is electric.

00:03:06.000 More tax cuts.

00:03:08.000 More ICE agents.

00:03:09.000 More border funding.

00:03:11.000 More deregulation.

00:03:13.000 More drill baby drill. 1.00

00:03:14.000 I mean, it is just a conservative wish list.

00:03:17.000 And still with...

00:03:22.000 And we wish it was even more.

00:03:24.000 From nationwide voter ID to the $1,000 Trump baby bonus.

00:03:28.000 I mean, it's just across the board.

00:03:30.000 Tax on remittances.

00:03:31.000 Tax to be able to apply for asylum.

00:03:35.000 Permanent border security.

00:03:36.000 It's great across the board.

00:03:37.000 So Stephen Miller and I, we were doing this here live on Real America's Voice and live on the Salem Radio Network and live also on X. So we were streaming live on X, and we have no, let's just say, verifiable proof that this is what happened, but we can infer this is what happened.

00:03:55.000 As we were doing the case for the Big Beautiful Bill, our viewership numbers skyrocketed.

00:04:01.000 People were watching it.

00:04:03.000 They were engaging with it.

00:04:04.000 And soon after that segment that Stephen and I had here, both Stephen and I got unfollowed by Elon Musk.

00:04:13.000 I have no bitterness towards that.

00:04:15.000 I have no reservation.

00:04:16.000 I have no anger.

00:04:18.000 I like Elon.

00:04:20.000 I always have.

00:04:20.000 I'm thankful for him.

00:04:21.000 Him stepping up and buying X was an immense contribution to Western civilization.

00:04:27.000 We've only ever been complimentary of Elon, and I will continue only to be complimentary of Elon, both privately and publicly.

00:04:33.000 And I sent Elon a text afterwards being like, hey, thankful for all that you've done for me and for Western civilization.

00:04:39.000 And, you know, if you ever watch...

00:04:42.000 Here I am.

00:04:43.000 No big deal.

00:04:44.000 And, of course, what ensued after he unfollowed Stephen Miller and I was salvos heard around the world.

00:04:52.000 And I've covered a lot of this extensively.

00:04:55.000 I did a Flash podcast episode that you guys can listen to.

00:05:00.000 President Trump has been remarkably restrained in this back and forth because Elon Musk went to go say that we must impeach Donald Trump.

00:05:09.000 And then that Donald Trump is part of the Epstein files.

00:05:11.000 Let me start with the first one.

00:05:13.000 Donald Trump's not getting impeached.

00:05:15.000 Well, removed from office, I should say.

00:05:16.000 He's been impeached twice.

00:05:17.000 Not gonna happen.

00:05:19.000 I chalk that one up to men say stuff they don't mean when they get in a fight.

00:05:23.000 And it is true. 0.71

00:05:24.000 Men are very different than women. 1.00

00:05:26.000 You see, God made men and different women, and those differences are beautiful.

00:05:31.000 When women fight, they will harbor resentment for 35 years. 1.00

00:05:35.000 They will remember when a neighbor...

00:05:45.000 Do you remember when Sally stole my parking spot?

00:05:48.000 Do you remember when she...

00:05:51.000 We as men have a much short-term memory with this stuff.

00:05:57.000 We could fight and insult and then we can kind of just dust it off and say, it's all good.

00:06:03.000 So I'm going to chalk that one up to just...

00:06:11.000 I've seen this time and time again of men that just come to blows and then they'll forgive one another and then they'll just be fine.

00:06:18.000 Let's go to a baseball game.

00:06:19.000 Let's go to a basketball game.

00:06:20.000 Let's play poker.

00:06:21.000 Let's go get a beer.

00:06:22.000 Whatever it is, there's something in the masculine form that you go to such great extent and you go to such a thermonuclear level, it almost makes the forgiveness In some ways, more likely.

00:06:38.000 Just kind of blow off steam.

00:06:39.000 Now, as far as the Epstein thing goes, this one, of course, is a bridge too far in some ways.

00:06:44.000 I still think that President Trump and Elon are going to reconcile.

00:06:47.000 People think I'm nuts for saying this.

00:06:49.000 I made the prediction on thought crime yesterday where I said, don't be shocked that before Christmas, all of a sudden there's going to be a report of Elon Musk back at Mar-a-Lago.

00:06:58.000 I know that I'm in the minority here, but I think cooler heads are eventually going to prevail.

00:07:04.000 And just like we had the Abraham Accords and we're going to solve the Russian-Ukrainian war and that we solved the Indian-Pakistan war and that we're going to solve the Israeli-Hamas situation, I think that there will be peace accords between President Trump and Elon Musk.

00:07:18.000 And they will be signed at Mar-a-Lago over two scoops of ice cream and steak.

00:07:24.000 I think that there will be the Musk-Trump Accords where they come back together and there will be some reconciliation.

00:07:32.000 But as far as the Epstein thing goes, I have to address this.

00:07:34.000 Number one, the administration is working to get these files out.

00:07:39.000 Apparently there's a ton of graphic child exploitive material that they have to black out in all this.

00:07:44.000 But there is no evidence whatsoever that President Trump is mentioned in an incriminating way in the Epstein files.

00:07:50.000 Let me just make the most common sense, reasoned argument imaginable.

00:07:54.000 Number one, if you actually look at the Epstein files that were released back in February, President Trump was mentioned in a non-incriminating way.

00:08:02.000 You know who else was mentioned?

00:08:03.000 Like every single person that lived in Palm Beach.

00:08:06.000 The idea that President Trump and what Elon Musk was insinuating is that President Trump is, let's just say, a really bad person by saying this.

00:08:17.000 Is not only is there no evidence, there's evidence to the contrary.

00:08:21.000 He kicked Epstein out of his club at Mar-a-Lago.

00:08:23.000 He actively went to war against Epstein for being very, very creepy.

00:08:27.000 But let's just kind of put on our thinking cap for a second here.

00:08:31.000 Let's just use our reason, a gift given to us by God Almighty.

00:08:35.000 You're trying to tell me that the Democrats who controlled the entire federal government were sitting on Donald Trump being in the Epstein files and they decided to dispatch Fannie Willis and Alvin Bragg and Jack Smith to put him in jail for 700 years. 0.53

00:08:55.000 They decided to dispatch Letitia James to take away his business empire. 1.00

00:09:00.000 All the while they were sitting on a smoking gun of Donald Trump being in the Epstein files.

00:09:07.000 Why wouldn't they have just moved on that?

00:09:09.000 They impeached him twice.

00:09:11.000 So here's Joe Biden and he has Merrick Garland and you have Lisa Monaco and you have this entire flotilla of anti-Trump Democrat activists.

00:09:22.000 And all they'd have to do is not go raid Mar-a-Lago.

00:09:26.000 Not go look at documents.

00:09:28.000 Not go do the fact that Trump watched OAN and said, go find votes.

00:09:32.000 Not the fact that Donald Trump, apparently something with Alvin Bragg and Stormy Daniels.

00:09:38.000 No, no.

00:09:38.000 Instead, all they'd have to do is just open up the files and say, oh, Donald Trump's on the client list.

00:09:45.000 Boom.

00:09:45.000 The FBI was controlled by Democrats and the DOJ.

00:09:48.000 The reason they didn't do that is because it doesn't exist.

00:09:52.000 The Russia hoax would have been completely unnecessary if Donald Trump was on the Epstein client list.

00:09:59.000 It's time for us to use some common sense and some reason for cooler heads to prevail.

00:10:05.000 The Epstein files, I hope, are soon released, and I believe they will be released. 0.83

00:10:09.000 I know Cash is working on them, Bongino's working on them, Bondi's working on them.

00:10:13.000 There's a lot of redactions that need to happen of individuals' names and victims' names, a lot of legal technicalities.

00:10:19.000 But not for a minute.

00:10:20.000 Should any of us entertain this salvo from Elon Musk, who I have great respect for and that I'm very thankful for, that Donald Trump is somehow on the Epstein client list?

00:10:34.000 It's an interesting time for business.

00:10:37.000 Tariff and trade policies are dynamic.

00:10:38.000 Supply chains are squeezed and cash flow tighter than ever.

00:10:42.000 If your business can't adapt in real time, you're in a world of hurt.

00:11:29.000 That is netsuite.com.

00:11:32.000 Phenomenal product.

00:11:33.000 People love it.

00:11:34.000 That is netsuite.com.

00:11:38.000 I do want to hear your thoughts, freedomatcharliekirk.com, your thoughts on this Elon-Trump feud.

00:11:43.000 And it's not even a feud.

00:11:44.000 It's more just kind of Elon launching salvos against President Trump.

00:11:49.000 I also, I want Elon to know this, and I'm communicating this to any way I possibly can.

00:11:56.000 Just remember how MAGA had your back when the Biden administration threatened to come after you for building that convertible house.

00:12:06.000 And also remember how MAGA had your back when all of these Tesla dealerships were being burned in roars of terror.

00:12:16.000 MAGA had your back when all the cars were vandalized.

00:12:20.000 We had your back, and we will continue.

00:12:23.000 And maybe Elon doesn't care about this.

00:12:27.000 I think that once the passions and the intensity subside, I can make a very good case for this.

00:12:35.000 Which is that, Elon, you made a choice.

00:12:38.000 You made a choice to no longer be a man of the left.

00:12:43.000 That is a courageous and admirable decision.

00:12:47.000 However, once you decide to no longer be a man of the left, you will have a target on you.

00:12:57.000 You will have a red laser for the rest of your existence.

00:13:02.000 There is no going back.

00:13:05.000 There is no redemption.

00:13:06.000 There is no forgiveness.

00:13:08.000 There is no reconciliation.

00:13:10.000 There is nothing. 1.00

00:13:11.000 The left still wants you gone and dead. 0.96

00:13:16.000 There is no way that you can remedy this. 0.99

00:13:18.000 They have no tolerance for the non-believer. 1.00

00:13:21.000 And they have absolutely no tolerance for the dissident.

00:13:25.000 Anybody that leaves the Democrat Party, anybody that leaves the left and speaks out against them, gets treated.

00:13:33.000 In a Moscow show witch trial where they will do everything they possibly can to ruin you. 0.75

00:13:40.000 We are a little bit different.

00:13:41.000 We're willing to actually offer forgiveness.

00:13:43.000 You're blowing off steam.

00:13:45.000 Had a tough day.

00:13:46.000 We want to hear from you.

00:13:48.000 Again, things might not always be the same, but we understand that people do things that they regret.

00:13:53.000 People evolve and they grow and they mature and there's a nuance in life.

00:13:57.000 And I'm not willing just to say, oh, cut it off.

00:13:59.000 You know, look, this is...

00:14:01.000 Elon has not really even been in the political space for a year.

00:14:05.000 Remember, it was July 13th when he officially endorsed President Donald Trump.

00:14:09.000 He's a rookie.

00:14:10.000 I've been in this for 13 years.

00:14:13.000 Elon has not even been in this for a year.

00:14:17.000 Understand this, Elon.

00:14:18.000 If you think all of a sudden you can move to the middle and that, you know, oh, we're going to start this new political party, do not, and whatever it's worth, It is very unwise to act as if all of a sudden all these people on the left are going to come running back to you.

00:14:36.000 You have a political home.

00:14:39.000 You're doing your best to try to separate from that.

00:14:43.000 And this party is becoming a lot of the things that you've always wanted.

00:14:48.000 You still have Doge, and Doge is warmly received and accepted.

00:14:53.000 And if I were to offer the best possible, let's just say, One of the brilliances of Elon Musk from building SpaceX to building Tesla is his ability to make decisions at any time, and they are followed.

00:15:14.000 He is the pharaoh of Tesla.

00:15:18.000 What he says goes, there is no question, and it gets followed.

00:15:23.000 Government doesn't work that way.

00:15:25.000 First of all, he's not the president.

00:15:29.000 Secondly, you don't get to tell Congress what to do.

00:15:32.000 It's not a gigabyte factory.

00:15:35.000 It's not Boca Chica, where you're trying to build a rocket.

00:15:39.000 It's something completely different.

00:15:41.000 We only have three votes in the House, and that includes a lot of moderates.

00:15:45.000 And you've got the Salt people, and you've got the Dusty Johnson people, and you've got the moderates.

00:15:49.000 And so when you're trying to organize all these different coalitions together, it's a lot different than calling shots at the boring companies saying, I want to make you drill underneath Las Vegas, make it so.

00:16:01.000 Yes, sir.

00:16:03.000 We are not that form or structure of government, for better and for worse, because sometimes we have to get grinded down by the bureaucracy.

00:16:13.000 And so Elon looks at this and he thinks it's incomprehensible that we just can't have the right thing happen immediately all the time.

00:16:22.000 Remember the Constitution, the brilliance of it is it spreads out power over time.

00:16:26.000 It sometimes annoys us when we're in power because we want to do stuff very quickly, but it's our saving grace when lunatics like Joe Biden or Kamala Harris get in office because it spreads out that power.

00:16:37.000 It is a diffusion of the power.

00:16:39.000 And so Elon, as a very effective, incredibly talented CEO, enters into a political space and he is used to giving orders and they are followed and excellence ensues.

00:16:53.000 We want government to get closer to that form, but it's not there.

00:16:58.000 Instead, it requires patience, deliberation, prudence, self-discipline, and doing that over long periods of time.

00:17:11.000 In business, they say you can have better, cheaper, or faster, but you only get to pick two.

00:17:15.000 What if you could have all three at the same time?

00:17:17.000 That's exactly what Cohere, Thomson, Reuters, and Specialized Bikes have since they've upgraded to the next generation of the cloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

00:17:27.000 OCI is the blazing fast platform for your infrastructure, database, application development, and AI needs, where you can run any workload in high availability, consistently high-performance environment, and spend less than you would with other clouds.

00:17:41.000 How is it faster?

00:17:43.000 OCI's block storage gives you more operations per second.

00:17:46.000 Cheaper, OCI costs up to 50% less for compute, 70% less for storage, 80% less for networking.

00:17:53.000 Better, in test after test, OCI customers report lower latency and higher bandwidth versus other clouds.

00:17:59.000 This is the cloud built for AI and all your biggest workloads.

00:18:02.000 Right now with zero commitment, try OCI for free.

00:18:05.000 Head to oracle.com slash Kirk.

00:18:07.000 That's oracle.com slash Kirk.

00:18:11.000 Joining us now is Todd M. Lyons, Acting ICE Director.

00:18:14.000 What a task.

00:18:16.000 Todd has in front of him.

00:18:17.000 Todd, thank you so much for joining the show.

00:18:19.000 We appreciate you and the great work that you are doing.

00:18:22.000 Give our audience an update of how things are going at Immigration's Customs and Enforcement, the morale and the mission, please.

00:18:29.000 Hey, Charlie.

00:18:30.000 First, thanks for having me.

00:18:31.000 No, I think everything's going really, really well.

00:18:34.000 I think we're obviously executing what President Trump's want and his vision, right?

00:18:38.000 What the American people voted for.

00:18:39.000 We are actually doing our job now.

00:18:42.000 What you're seeing is men and women of ICE.

00:18:45.000 All over the nation are actually taking public safety threats out of the community.

00:18:49.000 I think just some of the press releases you've seen, a lot of the high profile cases we've done, we are actually getting the worst of the worst off the street.

00:18:58.000 But not only that, we're actually enforcing immigration laws, which we haven't done for the past four years.

00:19:02.000 And I think that's what the American people really wanted.

00:19:04.000 They wanted action.

00:19:06.000 They wanted immigration and customs enforcement to be out there enforcing the law.

00:19:11.000 And now we're showing that we're a vital part of the law enforcement landscape here in America.

00:19:16.000 And morale is great because people now, under President Trump and under the leadership of Secretary Noem, we're actually out there allowed to do our jobs.

00:19:25.000 And, you know, big operations like we had in Boston last month, we have large operations going on the West Coast right now.

00:19:32.000 Day to day, there's always something going on.

00:19:34.000 And I think that you're seeing exactly what the president wanted and what America voted for.

00:19:40.000 We're out there doing our job and getting the worst of the worst out of our communities.

00:19:45.000 So ICE just broke a nationwide arrest record, 2,368 arrested in a single day.

00:19:53.000 If you annualize that, that's a major number.

00:19:55.000 How many of those arrests are actually able to be then immediately deported?

00:19:59.000 Well, Charlie, we do our best and we focus on the ones that are the worst of the worst and that have executable final orders.

00:20:05.000 But we are encountering those millions of gotaways under the Biden administration that have to be processed, that came in here without proper vetting, that we need to go ahead and get them to do process, get them in front of immigration judge.

00:20:16.000 So there is a large percentage that we can move right away.

00:20:19.000 But unfortunately, there are some that would have to go through the immigration process.

00:20:22.000 We can take some time.

00:20:24.000 But, you know, that big number was our largest state number yet, but it's only going to be more.

00:20:29.000 Now we're on pace to have those kind of sustained numbers just because we have that whole support of government.

00:20:35.000 You know, President Trump was able to get our partners with ATF, FBI, Secret Service, Diplomatic Security Service, pretty much every federal law enforcement agency and so many state and partners across the country that you're going to see more arrests taking place now nationwide.

00:20:51.000 Yeah, so let's dive deeper into that.

00:20:53.000 And so what would then the big, beautiful bill do to allow you to expand your force?

00:21:01.000 Because, look, $3,000 is a good number.

00:21:11.000 So what do you need in this big, beautiful bill to allow you to be able to expand the deportation effort?

00:21:17.000 Well, I think first thing, Charlie, is manpower, right?

00:21:20.000 We now have the opportunity to go ahead and recruit.

00:21:23.000 You see recruiting across the military, across law enforcement nationwide.

00:21:27.000 Because law and order is back.

00:21:29.000 So we need that opportunity to hire more agents and offices across the whole spectrum of ICE.

00:21:33.000 But that also includes our immigration judges and support staff.

00:21:38.000 Not only do we need guns and badges on the street, but we need people behind the scenes that are doing all the clerical work, all the legal work, all the transportation work to move these people.

00:21:48.000 On top of that, we really need to work on our transportation program as far as our airframes.

00:21:53.000 We need to get more planes in the air.

00:21:55.000 We really need to make sure that they're constantly up in the air and moving.

00:21:57.000 Not only that, but just constantly having that steady stream of aircraft all around the country.

00:22:02.000 So when we say you have a large-scale operation, say, in New England or Minnesota, that we're able to get them to a transportation hub right away and get them out of the country.

00:22:12.000 So having all those pieces is important.

00:22:14.000 But not only that, having that detention piece is huge.

00:22:18.000 Obviously, the attention part of our budget is one of our biggest pieces.

00:22:21.000 It's a large portion of our yearly budget.

00:22:29.000 We detain or remove.

00:22:30.000 So our goal is to, you know, not fill these beds for long, but make sure that we're getting people in there, not being released back on the street.

00:22:38.000 You know, we've ended catch and release.

00:22:40.000 That's huge and important because now we're able to do that proper rating.

00:22:43.000 We're able to make sure that we keep tabs on all these people that have final orders and get them out as quick as possible.

00:22:49.000 So I think those are the three main things is the manpower.

00:22:55.000 I want to play a piece of tape here.

00:22:58.000 The Democrats are mad that ICE agents wear masks.

00:23:02.000 It's funny.

00:23:02.000 They went through years of telling us that they must cloak their identity, always live anonymously.

00:23:09.000 And then secondly, they've never ever talked about Antifa.

00:23:13.000 But it's obvious why ICE is wearing masks.

00:23:15.000 Because their families and their entire loved ones are doxxed and are threatened by Every single ICE agent who's engaged in this aggressive overreach and are trying to hide their identities from the American people will be unsuccessful in doing that.

00:23:40.000 This is America.

00:23:42.000 This is not the Soviet Union.

00:23:44.000 We're not behind the Iron Curtain.

00:23:47.000 This is not the 1930s.

00:23:51.000 And every single one of them, no matter what it takes, no matter how long it takes, will, of course, be identified.

00:23:58.000 Well, that is a threat.

00:24:00.000 So what Hakeem Jeffries is saying is that we're going to identify them, and then he will throw the paramilitary troops of the Democrat Party, which is Antifa and the purple-haired jihadis, to come after them because they want ICE agents to be doxed or dead or demoralized.

00:24:14.000 Your thoughts, sir?

00:24:16.000 No, and you know what?

00:24:17.000 I would love to have a sit-down conversation with the congressman because – Last administration, not even this one.

00:24:24.000 Even when ICE was doing their job under President Biden, I had masked Antifa, drive from another state, show up at my house, threaten my wife and kids at 3 o 'clock in the morning, put my address on telephone poles for six miles, saying that a sex offender lived at my address.

00:24:40.000 So I know exactly what the men and women of ICE go through.

00:24:42.000 And it's honestly disgusting when an elected official wants to go ahead.

00:24:47.000 And make those kind of comments about men and women that are putting their lives on the line every day.

00:24:51.000 So I will keep defending them as long as I can with every power that I can because they're the ones that are out there keeping America safe.

00:24:59.000 They're the ones that are out there getting the worst out of the worst.

00:25:02.000 And I can say definitely for sure in the congressman's jurisdiction, they are taking the worst, the worst out of the community.

00:25:09.000 Listen, listen.

00:25:09.000 I'll make a deal for Hakeem Jeffries.

00:25:12.000 You get the ICE agents' identities.

00:25:13.000 We get the abortion doctors at Planned Parenthood. 0.82

00:25:16.000 How about that?

00:25:17.000 You tell us the identities, the abortion doctors, and then we publicize all of them, and then you get the ICE agents.

00:25:22.000 Oh, you don't want that?

00:25:23.000 Oh, we have to have anonymity.

00:25:25.000 Yeah, maybe because when you do certain jobs, you don't actually want those names and faces plastered all over entire communities.

00:25:34.000 Let's play the mayor of Boston next, Michelle Wu. 1.00

00:25:37.000 I think she should be arrested. 0.99

00:25:38.000 I think you guys should arrest her. 0.99

00:25:39.000 She's terrible. 0.98

00:25:40.000 Play cut 389.

00:25:42.000 I don't know of any police department that routinely wears masks.

00:25:48.000 We know that there are other groups that routinely wear masks.

00:25:50.000 NSC 131 routinely wears masks.

00:25:53.000 Mayor, just to clarify, are you comparing ICE, you said, to NSC 131, a neo-Nazi group?

00:25:59.000 Are you comparing them to a neo-Nazi group?

00:26:01.000 What I said is that Boston police and no police department that I know of at the local level routinely wears masks.

00:26:08.000 Your reply to the Sanctuary City Mayor of Boston, Michelle Wu.

00:26:13.000 Yeah, you know, I said it earlier.

00:26:15.000 I used to always say it was disheartened by her comments, but now I'm just flat out disgusted.

00:26:20.000 One of the big issues is the fact that I actually ran the Boston field office prior to taking this job, and I'm actually from Boston, so I know what the people of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts actually want, and it's not Michelle Wu.

00:26:32.000 I'll tell you that.

00:26:33.000 You know, she talks about Boston police not wearing the mask.

00:26:37.000 Boston police wants to work with us.

00:26:40.000 They want the worst, the worst out of the community.

00:26:42.000 I think if you take a look at what the Boston field office has done with that field office director up there and their leadership team, they've done more for the city of Boston, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, than all the elected officials up there.

00:26:54.000 So we've made Boston safer, and Michelle Wu has it. 0.87

00:26:58.000 And for her to actually go ahead and compare us to a neo-Nazi group, like I said, it's disgusting.

00:27:04.000 It is the worst thing she could possibly say.

00:27:07.000 Because instead of trying to work with us to get the worst and worst out of our community, because, Charlie, if we had more time, I could sit down here and just read all the heinous crimes that we've taken out of Massachusetts, and especially out of Boston.

00:27:20.000 And I don't know how she can sit there with a straight face and saying that the Boston Trust Act that limits working with ICE keeps Boston safe.

00:27:29.000 when people get released back in the community repeatedly, and you have these heinous stories of child rape, fentanyl distribution, of homicide.

00:27:39.000 I was with the team a couple of weeks ago.

00:27:41.000 We did a ride along up there.

00:27:42.000 And in East Boston, we actually arrested someone that was an illegal alien that was in contact with ISIS.

00:27:48.000 So she needs to explain to me, and I think she needs to explain to everyone what she voted for, exactly what her thought process is on keeping Boston safe by not working with ICE.

00:27:58.000 Let's play 494.

00:28:01.000 This is Brandon Johnson, the Marxist running my hometown of Chicago.

00:28:06.000 Play cut 494.

00:28:08.000 The city of Chicago didn't flinch.

00:28:10.000 We didn't bend.

00:28:12.000 We didn't break.

00:28:13.000 We stood on our values and we fought back.

00:28:19.000 Because we saw the federal government try to intimidate us yesterday.

00:28:23.000 But we also saw the grassroots resistance.

00:28:27.000 We saw residents and elected officials put their bodies on the line and defend the most vulnerable amongst us.

00:28:34.000 That is the resistance that we need in this moment.

00:28:37.000 Let's continue to stand united as a united front, the only way in which Chicago can, to demonstrate for the rest of the world that when we fight together, Does he think he's Martin Luther King or something?

00:28:52.000 He has like a 15% approval rating.

00:28:55.000 Just about 30 seconds, sir.

00:28:57.000 What is the importance, though, of ICE going after terrorists specifically?

00:29:01.000 You mentioned this.

00:29:02.000 Talk about the terrorist enforcement as well.

00:29:04.000 Well, Charlie, if you think back, I think the one thing I want to stress to everybody is the fact that we had tens of millions of people that were let into the United States that weren't vetted.

00:29:12.000 You go to Boulder, Colorado, here's someone that was an overstay, should have been better vetted.

00:29:17.000 Like I said, we just got an Al-Qaeda terrorist in Philadelphia, someone talking ISIS in Boston.

00:29:24.000 These are the people that ISIS is focused on and exploited our immigration laws.

00:29:29.000 So that's who we need to be focused on.

00:29:31.000 That's who we should be out there.

00:29:34.000 Getting.

00:29:35.000 But at the same time, elected officials should be thanking us for taking these people out of the communities in the United States.

00:29:40.000 Because I don't think anyone they voted for wanted an Al-Qaeda member living next to them in a Philadelphia neighborhood or in a Boston neighborhood.

00:29:48.000 They're unaffected by it.

00:29:50.000 That's typical Democrat.

00:29:54.000 It's been 13 years since Turning Point USA was started, and YReFi has played a big role in our growth and our campus tours.

00:30:38.000 Go to YREFI.com.

00:30:39.000 That is Y-R-E-F-Y.com.

00:30:45.000 Todd Lyons with us from Immigrations Customs and Enforcement, the acting director.

00:30:50.000 So, Todd, let me ask you here.

00:30:53.000 We're breaking the nationwide arrest record.

00:30:56.000 What is the greatest barrier to getting more arrests and you doing your job?

00:31:03.000 What is the greatest need that you have?

00:31:05.000 You know, I think one of the greatest needs, Charlie, is first, public awareness, is the fact that, you know, if you're here in the country legally, you broke the law.

00:31:14.000 You know, we are always talking about how we're going after the public safety threats, how we're going after the worst of the worst.

00:31:20.000 But really, truly, we haven't enforced immigration law for the past four years.

00:31:24.000 We have so many people that are here fraudulently, here receiving benefits, here working illegally. 1.00

00:31:31.000 I think one of our biggest things is now people need to know what the ICE mission is to arrest and detain and remove those people that are here illegally. 0.97

00:31:39.000 So while we're focusing and working on those worst of the worst.

00:31:42.000 You know, like our big thing is worksite enforcement.

00:31:44.000 If you think about how many jobs that are stolen from the everyday citizen, but if you just look at the worksite enforcement and the hiring of illegal aliens, it's not just the workforce.

00:31:55.000 There are so many other victims behind that.

00:31:57.000 There's identity theft, tax evasion, tax fraud.

00:32:01.000 You know, there's child forced labor. 1.00

00:32:05.000 So one thing is, too, is we're focusing on those U.S. companies that are just taking away jobs from American people.

00:32:12.000 And, you know, they're taking advantage of these illegal aliens who think they are coming here for a better life, yet they're being exploited and being, you know, forced into hard labor.

00:32:21.000 So I think, really, once the American public realizes that we are back in business, that we are enforcing immigration law, I think that's going to go a long way.

00:32:32.000 You know, obviously, funding and more agents and officers in the field is going to be great.

00:32:36.000 But I think, too, We have to get away from all these radical judges and these radical decisions that are just blocking us from doing our job.

00:32:44.000 Every day, there's some roadblock put up in our mission to accomplish what President Trump wants.

00:32:51.000 If you go ahead and look at our officers that are stuck in Djibouti right now in Africa, they were stuck now on a military base because a judge said we can't lawfully remove people based on laws that have been codified and written by Congress.

00:33:07.000 So until we kind of have that legal avenues as well to do our job, we're just not going to be able to do our law enforcement mission.

00:33:17.000 How are self-deportations going?

00:33:19.000 Are you seeing evidence that that is working?

00:33:21.000 We are.

00:33:22.000 We are, but we're obviously not enough, right?

00:33:26.000 I think the big thing on that is what people really need to realize, especially legal aliens, is we are going to come and find you.

00:33:33.000 So it's better to go on your own, have the opportunity to come back into the United States legally to enjoy the American dream.

00:33:39.000 But if you don't, we're going to come find you and we're going to arrest you.

00:33:42.000 That is the key thing.

00:33:43.000 I think more people know about the program and take advantage of that, they will.

00:33:49.000 However, there are too many politicians and there are too many non-governmental organizations, NGOs that are out there trying to support these illegal aliens, trying to tell them that they belong here, that they have a right to be here, right? 0.97

00:34:01.000 How many times are we going to lobby in for the Maryland man or an 18-year-old volleyball player in Massachusetts when, in fact, they're here illegally, they don't belong here, and they have overstayed their welcome, and it's time to go ahead and remove people from the The big, beautiful bill is going to give ICE its first personnel increase since its charter right after 9-11.

00:34:27.000 ICE is critical.

00:34:33.000 I'll tell you that our morale is high.

00:34:39.000 It's high for the fact that, like I said earlier, the men and women of ICE signed up for a law enforcement mission and they are allowed to do their jobs.

00:34:46.000 And what I'll say is that I think morale is high too because they see their other federal partners coming to the table.

00:34:53.000 They see the leadership of President Trump.

00:34:55.000 They know that he has their back.

00:34:58.000 They see Secretary Noem out there.

00:35:00.000 They know that she is out there and she's working every day for us to make sure that we have everything we need.

00:35:06.000 It's hard work right now because we are strapped for resources.

00:35:09.000 We are strapped for manpower.

00:35:11.000 But the men and women of ICE know that help's coming.

00:35:13.000 And it's coming from the Trump administration.

00:35:15.000 And it comes from the support of the American people.

00:35:17.000 It's just so amazing to me, right?

00:35:20.000 And we've got to go.

00:35:20.000 But we have a $6 trillion federal budget.

00:35:23.000 We've got waste everywhere.

00:35:25.000 No one is strapped for resources at DEI or EPA or IRS.

00:35:30.000 But the only part of the government that seems to have to rub pennies together to make stuff happen is the one that will deport illegals and protect our sovereignty. 0.87

00:35:40.000 Really makes you think.

00:35:41.000 Todd, great work.

00:35:42.000 Thank you so much.

00:35:43.000 Thanks, Charlie.

00:35:43.000 Thanks for having me.

00:35:44.000 Absolutely.

00:35:45.000 We have ISIS back 100%. 0.96

00:35:46.000 Just to reiterate that point.

00:35:48.000 We got waste on everything.

00:35:50.000 We're sending money overseas into Ukraine.

00:35:51.000 We got all sorts of stuff.

00:35:52.000 But the one place that we are real fiscal discipline, the place where we are really trying to make sure that we are fiscal hawks is ICE, the most necessary government component that we have right now.

00:36:04.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.

00:36:05.000 Email us, as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:36:08.000 Thanks so much for listening, and God bless.
