00:03:02.000This is the engine of the Obama political machine.
00:03:06.000And it was that the way they worked was they really mastered getting lots of small donations, the ones who would get really passionate about Obama, for example, and channeling that into all their other races.
00:03:17.000That was the secret weapon of Act Blue, to make it so the people who get really fired up about your president.
00:03:22.000End up having their money diverted to those other races that don't fire up people as much, your random House race, Senate race, and so on.
00:03:30.000And people have been pointing out for years it was political genius, and people have pointed out for years there's shady parts of this, but most of the time the left controlled either literally controlled the White House or they at least controlled the federal enforcement apparatus, and we weren't as good at exposing what was going on.
00:03:46.000But this report from Congress, the details of it are really remarkable, and you can find all of this on X. There's a town hall thread that lays out.
00:03:54.000So, for example, ActBlue has told Congress that they're able to stop foreign donors because they have passport verification.
00:04:02.000And then their policy, which they have the exact line available, all it does is check whether their passport number has the right number of characters in it.
00:06:51.000So the CEO of ActBlue at the time had an outside counsel that said this looked knowing and willful.
00:06:58.000Instead of trying to get compliant, fixing the mistakes, she fired the law firm instead.
00:07:04.000So every lawyer on ActBlue's legal team was gone within four months of the 2024 election.
00:07:10.000So, this is the criminality that is rank criminality exposed within Act Blue, the chief fundraising arm of the entire Democrat apparatus.
00:07:20.000And it's of a kind with other types of behavior on the left that we've worried about.
00:07:26.000That there's a lot of stuff the left does in politics.
00:07:29.000This is a particularly egregious case that seems just nakedly criminal.

00:24:34.000Now, you know, we want them to kind of share our views in the long run.
00:24:37.000But the point is, his activities were purely educational.
00:24:42.000And probably more substantive in terms of training kids for the real world, both left and right, than a lot of what goes on on campus.
00:24:50.000In terms of, you know, what goes on in a classroom usually has nothing to do with the real world.
00:24:55.000But, you know, that type of communication back and forth, boy, that's experience you can't put a price on.
00:25:03.000And the reaction of the left is what he's doing was morally outrageous.
00:25:08.000And it's one thing to kind of debate him when he's alive.
00:25:12.000He was murdered for doing this, and this is their reaction on that campus.
00:25:18.000Well, Tom, in the next hour, we're going to have the two Rileys from the University of Utah, college Republicans, but we have their back, and it's public now.
00:25:29.000We were trying to keep it kind of under the radar, but somebody basically shared it publicly, so it became public.
00:25:35.000But Erica Kirk is personally ensuring that they have representation there because these students at the University of Utah were tabling.
00:25:43.000And a girl walks up with a happy Kirkversary cake, mocking his death, normalizing assassination culture.
00:25:51.000They videotape it and they put a picture of her on their social media.
00:26:36.000And this kind of moral inversion is exactly what we've come to expect from these state schools, even in the Mountain West, even in red states.
00:26:43.000And what does that tell you, Tom, about just how deep the rot goes?
00:26:46.000Well, I think most of higher education.
00:26:48.000Most of higher education has been ideologically captured by the left.
00:26:53.000And there's a good number of students who engage in this sort of outrageous behavior, like the cake student.
00:27:00.000But institutionally, the colleges and universities are almost universally on the side of the left in these free speech debates.
00:27:13.000And now, of course, there are exceptions, but to me, the exceptions prove the rule.
00:27:21.000Absent extraordinary assurances, you're going to Hillsdale or something like that, that the campus ideologically is set up and structured in a way, whether it be in its teaching, course offerings, or whatever, to advance the left's agenda and to basically transform their children into left wing activists and advocates.
00:29:55.000And, you know, given the political statements that we saw in that other system, you know, The records we most recently received, the hostility, you know, maybe the desire not to have a memorial take, you know, kind of organically developed wasn't like a public safety issue.

00:34:17.000Assassination culture is justified by what, over 30% of young progressives, self described progressives, according to YouGov?

00:34:29.000The group most willing to rationalize and justify and normalize political assassination and political violence to achieve political ends is the political left.
00:34:40.000And the younger they are, the more likely they are to do that.
00:34:42.000This is why this story out of the University of Utah is so important.
00:34:46.000They will do this because there is no God, because there is no higher power to them that they fear.
00:34:53.000If you do not fear where you are going in the afterlife, you are not going to fear anything in this life.

00:37:07.000But the problem is, the more godless our country becomes, the more deranged and out of touch with God that the left becomes, it means that it is incumbent on us to inject more and more of our values into the system, which is why sitting out, Staying away, opting out, nihilism is completely forbidden on this show.

00:41:50.000We then tell her that we're going to take a photo of it and then she stood there for 10 minutes and started posing.

00:41:59.000You posted it on your ex account and I think it's at what, 6 million engagement, 6 point something?

00:42:16.000Yeah, I mean, I think she was just trying to be funny and trying to mock the death of Charlie Kirk.

00:42:23.000And we knew that we needed to show fellow Utahs, alumni, and honestly, just everyone who knows this campus what is happening with conservative students.

00:42:56.000But I come into this on the digital scene where you see kind of the repercussions coming from us levied from the University of Utah and what we would see kind of in the virality aspect of this story with it being posted online.
00:43:13.000We're being alleged from the University of Utah right now that we've committed doxing towards students at the University of Utah.
00:43:22.000Yeah, this is the part that's upsetting.
00:43:24.000I think so many people there, and there's many aspects of this story that are upsetting.
00:43:29.000So, it's hard to wrap your brain around it if you're a common sense American, which is most of our audience.
00:43:35.000But you guys posted this, she posed, she taunted, she mocked, she was very proud of her cake.
00:43:40.000So, you posted it, you didn't name her, it goes viral.
00:43:45.000And then, you guys are now the villains of this story because you doxed, harassed, threatened, intimidated.
00:44:03.000And that got canceled, unforeseen circumstances, which, let's be honest, was probably a lot of social media backlash to hearing that you guys were going to be facing this moment, this disciplinary hearing.
00:44:29.000The University of Utah, I hope, has some common sense in them and isn't in the business of expelling students for their freedom of speech or holding consequences for us doing nothing more than highlighting the fact that students at their university are celebrating murder.
00:46:01.000And he goes, Oh, well, you know, some people know when I'm in class and not in class.
00:46:05.000And you rightly go, Well, why are you saying don't ask me how I know?
00:46:08.000It's like the amount of threats, the amount of attention that is being just focused on you guys when the girl, Cake Girl, is the one that started this posing for a picture.
00:46:56.000And you guys have experienced death threats, which are egregious, that we have emails of people saying you should get shot, like Charlie Kirk.
00:47:06.000I hope people understand these are the front lines in the fight for freedom in this country.
00:47:09.000These students are brave, brave, brave people, and they deserve your respect and your support.
00:48:28.000The overall climate on campus, if someone's not a college student today, how aggressive, how militant are the people who are holding these views on campus, and how much impunity do they think they can act with?
00:48:40.000Yeah, one thing is evidently clear is that we're observing patterns where those on the left find it comical to make threats they've normalized on campus, silencing the opposing political view, and they're avoiding accountability, like you said, and in this instance, glorifying murder.
00:48:57.000Earlier in the year, In January, we had another student who was arrested at the University of Utah who, as we were out doing campus debates, said he was going to Kirk us as he motioned with his arm a rifle being shot towards us.
00:49:13.000Police were there, they saw it, they witnessed it, and they immediately apprehended him.
00:49:17.000This is something that you're seeing at the University of Utah where they're allowing these ideologies to fester with students and they do nothing to call it out or stop it.
00:49:24.000And in my opinion, this has got to end.
00:49:27.000It's getting too far when people are making threats like this.

00:49:34.000There's this, I don't know what this is from, 164, but it's like BYU, there's a swear word, actually.

00:50:05.000So, this is what I am just scratching my head at and wondering if the red state of Utah is going to take action.

00:50:19.000Because I'm pretty sure the same clause that they're trying to get you guys on intimidation, doxing, threatening, and all this stuff all of these people should be expelled immediately.

00:51:56.000Like, who's come around you, and what's that feel like to know that this moment that you guys are living in in such a personal way has reached national attention?
