00:00:47.000 Here we go.

00:00:48.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.

00:00:50.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.

00:00:52.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.

00:00:55.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.

00:00:58.000 I want to thank Charlie.

00:01:18.000 That's why we are here.

00:01:21.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at AndrewandTodd.com.

00:01:30.000 I've been texting with a friend of mine, a great patriot, someone who I am thrilled won a convincing reelection, one of the bright spots in an underwhelming midterm election cycle.

00:01:41.000 Senator Mike Lee joins us right now.

00:01:43.000 First, Senator, congratulations on a triumph of a victory against someone who is trying to deceive the voters of Utah.

00:01:50.000 Congratulations, Senator.

00:01:52.000 Oh, thank you so much.

00:01:53.000 It's good to have that behind us.

00:01:56.000 And it was a long and at times grueling campaign season, but we're glad that things worked out at the end.

00:02:03.000 And you campaigned very hard, and God bless the voters of Utah who made the correct decision.

00:02:08.000 Senator, you're very fired up about a specific measure, a specific law that's trying to be passed in the Senate and a measure within that law that is not getting enough media attention.

00:02:19.000 The floor is yours.

00:02:20.000 Walk our audience through it.

00:02:22.000 Okay, so the Respect for Marriage Act is something that recognizes same-sex marriage under federal law and requires states to recognize same-sex marriages performed in other states as long as those states happen to recognize it.

00:02:43.000 The issue that we face with this is that that legislation passing would, through a combination of the overlapping impact of various federal statutes and Supreme Court precedents, produce a situation in which religious nonprofits could have their tax exempt status revoked by the federal government based on their religious beliefs about same-sex marriage.

00:03:12.000 So I wrote an amendment to deal with this.

00:03:14.000 This is a legitimate issue, an issue that's been of concern ever since the Supreme Court decided of Bergerfeld versus Hodges about seven years ago.

00:03:24.000 And in fact, it was acknowledged, Justice Alito, my former boss, raised it with Solicitor General Donald Durelli at oral argument.

00:03:32.000 He acknowledged it was going to be an issue.

00:03:34.000 And so as long as we're codifying it, it makes sense to put in place an amendment, affirmatively prohibit the government from taking any adverse action against an individual or group based on that religious belief.

00:03:47.000 So Senator.

00:03:48.000 This should be easy to pass.

00:03:49.000 Yeah, Senator, I'm so glad you're bringing attention to this because I actually had a conversation with a family member about this over the weekend where I was under the impression based on media reports because of this LGBTQ bill that is passed into the Senate, which by the way, no Republican should be voting for this, by the way, period, end of story, that there was some sort of bipartisan working committee.

00:04:10.000 What you are trying to warn people is that not so fast, that bipartisan whatever committee has actually not solved the problem that very well could result in the internal revenue service.

00:04:22.000 I hope everyone in the audience understands this.

00:04:23.000 This could empower the Internal Revenue Service to revoke tax-exempt status from any nonprofit that believes that marriage is between one man and one woman, a school, a hospital, a church, a parachurch ministry.

00:04:38.000 Is that correct, Senator?

00:04:41.000 Yes.

00:04:42.000 All of those things are possible.

00:04:44.000 And that's exactly the kind of thing that we should never allow in this country.

00:04:48.000 People shouldn't be threatened with their tax-exempt status if they run a religious nonprofit for sticking to a sincere religious belief about what marriage consists of.

00:05:01.000 That's not the government's role.

00:05:03.000 And the fact that they're insisting on passing this bill without that amendment in it should concern us all.

00:05:09.000 Now, my amendment would more or less render it harmless in that respect.

00:05:16.000 It would eliminate that risk.

00:05:19.000 It's interesting, though, that we've got 12 Republicans who have so far been joining up with Democrats.

00:05:27.000 Every Democrat, all 50 Democrats in the Senate are voting for this.

00:05:31.000 And then we've got 12 Republicans who have been with them.

00:05:35.000 If those 12 Republicans, or even three of those 12 Republicans, were to decide they would vote against the bill, unless at the end of the day, they incorporated my amendment, then it could happen.

00:05:48.000 But as long as they're willing to vote for the bill, regardless of whether it's in there, the Democrats are never going to support it, and the amendment will fail.

00:05:57.000 But this is kind of a do-or-die moment.

00:05:59.000 It's the make or break moment for religious freedom.

00:06:02.000 It matters.

00:06:03.000 Meanwhile, the bill's sponsors are claiming that they've got language that they've recently added to the bill that takes care of the problem.

00:06:10.000 Only problem is this.

00:06:11.000 It doesn't.

00:06:12.000 It appears to address the issue.

00:06:14.000 But in fact, all it says is that the bill can't be construed itself to revoke or deny a particular status under federal law.

00:06:24.000 That's not really the concern anyway.

00:06:26.000 The concern isn't that the bill itself does it.

00:06:28.000 The bill itself leaves intact and, if anything, accelerates a preexisting risk.

00:06:33.000 And so what they've written is deliberately deceitful, I think.

00:06:38.000 It's deliberately written in such a way as to convince people to lull them into a false sense of security that this problem has been dealt with.

00:06:46.000 It hasn't.

00:06:46.000 And that's why the Lee amendment needs to pass.

00:06:48.000 Yeah, this is so important.

00:06:49.000 So I'm going to name the senators that have voted for the gay marriage bill.

00:06:55.000 I don't even like calling it the gay marriage bill.

00:06:56.000 Whatever.

00:06:57.000 They call it the Respect for Marriage Act.

00:06:58.000 I think that's an insult to marriage, but that's my own personal belief.

00:07:02.000 This is the 12 people, okay?

00:07:04.000 Susan Collins from Maine, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Rob Portman of Ohio, Mitt Romney of Utah, Tom Tillis of North Carolina, Roy Blunt of Missouri, Cynthia Lummis of Wyoming, Richard Burr of North Carolina, Shelley Moore Capito of West Virginia, Dan Sullivan of Alaska, Joni Ernst of Iowa, Todd Young of Indiana.

00:07:22.000 Now, Cynthia Lummis is a very, she's a liberty loving person.

00:07:26.000 I'm going to text her, Senator, after this, and I would imagine she's persuadable.

00:07:30.000 Some of these other people, I think, are a lost cause.

00:07:32.000 But let me make sure I understand this, Senator.

00:07:34.000 If even just a couple of these Republicans are, if they go along with the Lee Amendment, would that fix this, essentially?

00:07:43.000 Because this is such a big issue, Senator, that if we just say, oh, the election's over, this could be the end of religious liberty.

00:07:49.000 Anyone watching, your church could be attacked by the IRS because you believe in biblical marriage because of the consequence of this bill.

00:07:56.000 Senator, so what is the action item for our audience right now that are fired up to hear about this is happening in the Senate?

00:08:03.000 And to be clear, under the bill, they can't go after your church itself, but a religious nonprofit.

00:08:09.000 Yes.

00:08:10.000 They can't compel your church to perform a same-sex marriage, but this is bad. 1.00

00:08:10.000 They could. 1.00

00:08:14.000 It's still punishing people.

00:08:16.000 So here's the action item.

00:08:18.000 Many of these people, many of the 12 Republicans you mentioned, may well end up voting for my amendment, but that isn't enough.

00:08:26.000 If they believe in the amendment and they see the need for it, such that they're willing to openly say that they support it, then they should refuse to vote for the bill at the end of the process.

00:08:40.000 Yes.

00:08:40.000 If my amendment is not adopted.

00:08:42.000 That's how we know whether they're sincere in their support for the amendment.

00:08:46.000 Because otherwise they're saying, yeah, we supported it, but it wasn't that important to us.

00:08:51.000 The bill is fine just the way it's written.

00:08:53.000 And it's not.

00:08:55.000 That's exactly what needs to happen.

00:08:57.000 And I don't quite, I mean, I sort of do understand, but some of these people are from very red states, Indiana, Iowa, West Virginia, North Carolina, Wyoming.

00:09:06.000 I can't imagine that this would be potentially popular.

00:09:09.000 So, Senator, we're going to keep our eye on this.

00:09:12.000 I want to thank you for joining the program.

00:09:14.000 And what is the timeline on this?

00:09:15.000 Is this happening in real time?

00:09:18.000 Yes, it's happening in the next few hours.

00:09:20.000 The Senate will start votes on this measure at 3.45 p.m. Eastern Time today.

00:09:28.000 And we'll be voting for the next couple of hours after that.

00:09:33.000 We'll be voting on my amendment, the Lee amendment, on an amendment from James Lankford, an amendment from Marco Rubio, and then we'll have a vote on final passage on the bill.

00:09:44.000 We need everyone watching right now to blow up the switchboards, to email the Senate offices, be respectful.

00:09:50.000 But these 12 Republicans in particular, Collins from Maine, Murkowski from Alaska, Portman from Ohio, Romney from Utah, Tillis from North Carolina, Blunt from Missouri, Lummis from Wyoming, Burr from North Carolina, Shelley Moore Capital from West Virginia, Sullivan from Alaska, Ernst from Iowa, or Young from Indiana.

00:10:07.000 And by the way, McConnell could fix this in a second.

00:10:10.000 McConnell could just say, cut it out.

00:10:12.000 This could end up being, if we do not hold the line here and follow Senator Lee's lead, this could end up being one of the great defeats of religious liberty of a generation, if not in American history.

00:10:22.000 Senator, thank you for your courage and for shining a light on this today.

00:10:26.000 Thanks so much, Charlie.

00:10:28.000 All we need is three of those Republicans to vote no on the bill unless they adopt my amendment.

00:10:32.000 Thank you.

00:10:33.000 Cynthia Lummis, I think, will do that.

00:10:34.000 I'm going to contact her personally, and I encourage the audience to do the same.

00:10:40.000 The end of the year is right around the corner, and it's time for you to consider a change in your investment plan.

00:10:44.000 This is Charlie Kirk, and I strongly recommend you go right now and see my friends at PACS to review your investments.

00:10:51.000 They are the one firm I know that focuses on biblical, responsible investing and does not force you to invest in companies that literally attack Christian values.

00:11:01.000 If we want religious liberty in our country, we have to stop investing in companies that are trying to suppress our freedoms.

00:11:07.000 I love PAX Financial.

00:11:09.000 They manage some of my money.

00:11:10.000 I trust them.

00:11:11.000 And that's why before the end of the year, you need to text the word Charlie to the number 74868.

00:11:17.000 That's Charlie to 74868.

00:11:19.000 And someone with PAX Financial Group will connect you right away.

00:11:22.000 So take out your phone, text the word Charlie to 74868.

00:11:28.000 I trust them with my money, and I think you should trust them with your money.

00:11:32.000 That is the word Charlie to 74868.

00:11:36.000 They're a great operation.

00:11:38.000 Check them out today.

00:11:42.000 Somebody says, Charlie, how do I contact my senator?

00:11:44.000 You can easily call them, and there is, you just type into your search engine, United States Senate switchboard.

00:11:53.000 And you might say, Oh, Charlie, it doesn't matter.

00:11:55.000 No, no, no, it does matter when it comes to Republicans hearing from Republican constituents.

00:12:01.000 That absolutely does matter.

00:12:03.000 It does.

00:12:04.000 You're calling a Democrat.

00:12:05.000 I can't guarantee anything.

00:12:07.000 But again, you got 12 Republicans that are going out of their way to try to nationalize a new definition of marriage.

00:12:18.000 Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski, Rob Portman, Mitt Romney, Tom Tillis, Roy Blunt, Cynthia Lummis, Richard Burr, Shelly Moore Capito, Dan Sullivan, Joni Ernst, Todd Young.

00:12:30.000 They're going out of their way to redefine marriage in a national context, but it goes deeper than that.

00:12:37.000 It always does, obviously, right?

00:12:39.000 The Respect for Marriage Act, and what a gross definition, honestly.

00:12:46.000 You could call it anything.

00:12:49.000 They're so good at words, aren't they?

00:12:52.000 Branding leaves religious groups and organizations exposed to lawsuits or worse for practicing their beliefs or being investigated by the Internal Revenue Service.

00:13:03.000 And you might say, oh, Charlie, come on, give me an example.

00:13:05.000 Okay, I'll give you an example.

00:13:07.000 One of the sponsors of our program, one of our partners, Pre-Born, helps young women be able to navigate an unexpected pregnancy.

00:13:19.000 You guys can support them at charliekirk.com.

00:13:21.000 We have a banner right there.

00:13:22.000 If they say that marriage is one man, one woman, they could be open to a federal investigation.

00:13:29.000 Live action by Lila Rose could be open to a federal investigation.

00:13:33.000 Parachurch ministries, food shelters, food banks.

00:13:37.000 Republicans are the ones voting for this?

00:13:39.000 Potentially, yes.

00:13:42.000 The fight is not over.

00:13:43.000 You see, this lame duck session, they are going to try to capitalize on the entire movement being burned out.

00:13:55.000 They're going to try to capitalize on us being like, man, that's been quite a contentious election season.

00:13:59.000 Man, I don't know.

00:14:01.000 No, no, no, no.

00:14:01.000 I'm kind of burned out.

00:14:02.000 You got to light up the switchboards, be respectful, be polite.

00:14:07.000 And again, the Republicans that have voted to redefine marriage: Todd Young from Indiana, Joni Ernst from Iowa, Dan Sullivan from Alaska, Shelly Moore Capito from West Virginia, Richard Burr from North Carolina, Cynthia Lummis from Wyoming, who I'm going to work on.

00:14:27.000 I think she's a great woman, and I can't understand why she would do this.

00:14:30.000 Roy Blunt of Missouri, Tom Tillis of North Carolina, Mitt Romney from Utah, Rob Portman from Ohio, Lisa Murkowski from Alaska, and Susan Collins of Maine.

00:14:42.000 We got an email here.

00:14:43.000 Charlie, thank you for informing us about this marriage amendment.

00:14:45.000 I had no idea this was even going on.

00:14:47.000 Yes, that's the point.

00:14:51.000 They do this to try to capitalize on all the other news happening.

00:14:57.000 All the other news happening.

00:14:58.000 Now, some of you are emailing me, Charlie.

00:15:01.000 Who cares?

00:15:02.000 Marriage should be whatever people think it should be.

00:15:04.000 I disagree, but that's not even what we're talking about right now.

00:15:09.000 We could go on about the redefinition of marriage and what marriage is and what it should be in a governmental context.

00:15:16.000 Happy to have that conversation.

00:15:18.000 The more important issue in front of us is how this opens the door for lawsuits, for civil measures, for investigations, for audits, and revocations of thousands and tens of thousands of organizations out there: mental health clinics, adoption shelters.

00:15:39.000 And this has always been the agenda of the civil rights regime.

00:15:44.000 They always go under the idea of civil rights.

00:15:46.000 And what do they use?

00:15:46.000 They use force and power to make you conform to exactly how they want you to live.

00:15:53.000 It's not enough that you disagree with them, that you have different thoughts.

00:15:57.000 You must conform your actions.

00:16:00.000 So for example, if you are in adoption shelter, it says, we are only going to allow people to adopt that are in heterosexual monogamous relationships.

00:16:13.000 This bill very well might allow you now to be sued for that against your deeply held religious beliefs.

00:16:20.000 They're going to weaponize the government potentially if Republicans let this happen. 0.93

00:16:25.000 Weaponize the government to try to misconstrue and paint anybody that holds a view of traditional marriage as a bigot and necessary to then have to go under the force of government.

00:16:40.000 Are you tired of feeling tired?

00:16:42.000 I've never experienced anything quite like the new Strong Cell product.

00:16:45.000 I take it right before every single show.

00:16:47.000 It's so easy.

00:16:48.000 And you've got to read up on everything that has been packed into these tiny bottles.

00:16:51.000 You see, Strong Cell is a new scientific cocktail of cellular level replenishment.

00:16:57.000 It's so simple.

00:16:58.000 Just drink one small bottle of strong cell liquid per day and boom, you guys get NADH.

00:17:04.000 NAD is something I've been studying for a while.

00:17:06.000 And before I got to know Strong Cell, I said, boy, I really would love to take it every day.

00:17:09.000 It's a crucial coenzyme for creating natural energy and restoration in your bodily cells.

00:17:15.000 It also contains collagen, well documented for its vast health benefits.

00:17:19.000 Your body should experience a big energy boost the first week.

00:17:23.000 Then within 15 days, you'll start noticing even more benefits.

00:17:26.000 30 days, you'll be feeling so much different.

00:17:28.000 So do me a favor and consider giving the supplement the full four weeks versus just one bottle to realize the best results for you.

00:17:35.000 The formula is designed to generate long-term positive change, unlike energy drinks.

00:17:40.000 I take it every single day.

00:17:41.000 It's not an artificial boost of immediate energy like caffeine.

00:17:44.000 I'm talking about cellular level restoration.

00:17:47.000 Learn more right now at their website.

00:18:11.000 Joining us now is Carrie Lake. 1.00

00:18:16.000 Welcome back to the Instagram.

00:18:16.000 Hello.

00:18:18.000 Yeah.

00:18:19.000 How are you doing?

00:18:20.000 Let me ask that question first because what a company is.

00:18:23.000 You know what?

00:18:24.000 I wake up every day and, you know, I'm not going to say every day because it's been some difficult days, but really in the last couple of weeks, well, last week and a half, ready to fight for this country.

00:18:36.000 God never said this was going to be easy, Charlie, but he put us here at this moment for a reason.

00:18:42.000 He doesn't make mistakes.

00:18:43.000 He knows that we are the people to fight through this and save our country.

00:18:46.000 I truly believe that.

00:18:48.000 This is not hyperbole.

00:18:50.000 And I think that this election went down the way it did to wake up people to the fact that our elections are a joke.

00:18:57.000 I mean, what I saw yesterday was heart-wrenching to see these people stand up.

00:19:00.000 Given two minutes, by the way, yet we see Stephen Richer, whose main political goal was to make sure that I didn't get elected.

00:19:08.000 He's in charge of the elections and he had as much time as he needed to gaslight us and really spew off a bunch of nonsense.

00:19:16.000 And the people who were disenfranchised had two minutes to talk about what happened to them, express their concerns.

00:19:24.000 The buzzer went off and they were just treated like they didn't even matter.

00:19:28.000 It is our moment right now, Charlie, to prove that we love this country, to prove that we're in it for the fight.

00:19:34.000 Look at Brazil.

00:19:36.000 If we don't stand up right now, we will become China. 0.99

00:19:36.000 Look at China. 0.99

00:19:40.000 And I'm not talking about these heroic people in China.

00:19:42.000 I'm talking about we will become slaves because globalism, that's what it has in mind for us.

00:19:48.000 We become slaves to a system.

00:19:50.000 And we are Americans and we need to stand up and fight every day.

00:19:53.000 I am working hard with my legal team to have the very best case to win.

00:19:59.000 And there's no other choice but to stand up and fight.

00:20:02.000 And if we don't stand up and fight, what are we telling our grandkids and our children that we don't care about their future?

00:20:09.000 Oh, well, well, we stood up and voted.

00:20:11.000 Our system is messed up.

00:20:13.000 I guess we'll just won't vote anymore.

00:20:14.000 Who cares?

00:20:15.000 Well, no, we have to care because our children and our grandchildren and our future depends on it.

00:20:20.000 So I want to play a piece of tape here.

00:20:22.000 And so get CUT 24 ready to play.

00:20:25.000 This is one of the citizens that spoke at the meeting yesterday.

00:20:29.000 Stephen Richer says that these are conspiracy theorists, but it's actually this guy was a poll worker.

00:20:36.000 So Stephen Richer is calling his own volunteers conspiracy theorists.

00:20:39.000 I just, for the record, I want people to know that.

00:20:42.000 Bill Gates says that these are narratives of misinformation, even though the narratives are from your own trained poll workers of Maricopa County.

00:20:50.000 So it's not like some random person is coming in and making this stuff up.

00:20:54.000 And the math is very clear.

00:20:56.000 And the math, let me use a very appropriate word, is tragic, Carrie.

00:21:00.000 Tragic.

00:21:02.000 And it is wrong and it's unacceptable that this happened in this country.

00:21:06.000 Cut 24 says that 525 people at the end of the day were unable to vote.

00:21:13.000 So Stephen Richer and Bill Gates lied under oath where they said not a single person was disenfranchised and not able to vote.

00:21:20.000 Well, this person says 525 people in the course of a couple minutes were just disenfranchised and unable to vote at the end of the day.

00:21:28.000 Now, maybe he's got his numbers a little off, but even if he's off by half, really makes you think, what's going on here?

00:21:34.000 Play Cut 24.

00:21:36.000 Ladies and gentlemen of the Board of Supervisors, I was a poll worker.

00:21:40.000 And what I will say that I've seen is voters this cycle have in fact been disenfranchised because we as poll workers were not taught how to check out voters at our poll centers.

00:21:54.000 And then at my poll center, where we literally had at 7 p.m. on election day, 675 people waiting in line.

00:22:03.000 Of those 675, do you know how many came in?

00:22:07.000 150.

00:22:09.000 That's 525 people, Carrie, at the end of the day that were not processed.

00:22:15.000 Yet Stephen Richer and Bill Gates said everyone who wanted to vote was able to vote.

00:22:18.000 Carrie, your thoughts.

00:22:20.000 They punished Election Day voters.

00:22:22.000 And our Constitution talks about Election Day.

00:22:25.000 It names Election Day as the day that we vote.

00:22:28.000 And they were fine with extending that voting day by what, 27 days?

00:22:32.000 Well, we get mail-in ballots for 27 days ahead of Election Day.

00:22:36.000 Election Day rolls around.

00:22:38.000 The equipment doesn't work.

00:22:39.000 The systems don't work.

00:22:40.000 The printers don't print the ballots correctly.

00:22:42.000 And they refuse.

00:22:44.000 The courts refused to extend voting by just three hours to help people who got disenfranchised.

00:22:51.000 The courts refused.

00:22:53.000 And yet they're happy to extend Election Day for a month ahead of Election Day, but they refused to extend it for three hours to try to help some of these people who got confused, maybe.

00:23:04.000 They were told bad information.

00:23:06.000 The vote didn't count.

00:23:07.000 They wanted to make sure that they could get through and vote.

00:23:10.000 They refused to extend it by three hours, yet they extend the vote counting for two weeks.

00:23:15.000 It's just a mess.

00:23:17.000 Because the type of person that was voting on election day was your supporter, Carrie.

00:23:23.000 Yep.

00:23:23.000 The MAGA supporter.

00:23:24.000 And Stephen Richer is behind a pact, started a pack.

00:23:28.000 He and Bill Gates, the two people who we saw a lot of yesterday, started a pack with the sole purpose to stop MAGA candidates.

00:23:36.000 But then we learned that the only candidate that they spent money to try to stop was yours truly.

00:23:42.000 So their entire mission was to stop someone like me because they know that when I got into office, we were going to restore honesty to our elections.

00:23:51.000 We were going to uncover any corruption.

00:23:53.000 And these people are so afraid of our movement, Charlie.

00:23:56.000 And so everybody who's in our movement, who loves this country, needs to take that as a badge of honor and step forward and continue in this fight.

00:24:05.000 We don't have the option to back away and feel this gut punch and say, oh, well, it's time to just roll things up and we're just going to throw our hands up.

00:24:15.000 No, this is the time where we really need to step in, lean in, and fight for this country.

00:24:21.000 The Secretary of State, the referee, the chief administrator of the elections, was your opponent.

00:24:26.000 The chairman of the board of the supervisors in the largest county by far in Arizona was on the record saying that the only way to save the Republican Party is quote humiliation at the ballot box.

00:24:39.000 Stephen Richard, the county recorder, was involved in a super PAC against you.

00:24:44.000 So you add all that together, you say, wow, the referees of this election don't really want Kerry to win.

00:24:51.000 Now, the Washington Post and Yvonne, who writes there, has been actually doing a very accurate job detailing what's been going on here, had in there that it's our show, the Charlie Kirk Show, and our Twitter account that is the problem here.

00:25:07.000 And you too, Carrie, that basically Maricopa County was saying, and the Washington Post is just putting together people's statements.

00:25:13.000 I thought it was a very fair piece, saying that it's our fault that people were not able to vote on Election Day.

00:25:20.000 So I want to play another piece of tape here.

00:25:22.000 This is Cut 45.

00:25:23.000 Steve Galardo, Maricopa County supervisor, saying this election was fair, safe, and accurate.

00:25:31.000 Play Cut 45.

00:25:33.000 They don't want to let the voters know the truth.

00:25:36.000 And that's what's so frustrating about this.

00:25:38.000 Our elections were safe, secure, accurate.

00:25:41.000 Everyone had the right to exercise the most fundamental right they have, the right to vote.

00:25:46.000 And when you have folks that are throwing rocks at the system, but not wanting to tell the voters the truth, that's unconscionable.

00:25:53.000 Shame on her. 0.99

00:25:54.000 Shame on her. 0.99

00:25:55.000 The voters spoke.

00:25:56.000 They decided.

00:25:57.000 Ballots were counted.

00:25:59.000 And this election was safe, secure, and accurate.

00:26:02.000 Mr. Chairman, in my opinion, the 2022 election is over.

00:26:07.000 Your thoughts.

00:26:08.000 Shame on you, Steve Gallardo.

00:26:10.000 You are actually part of Katie Hobbs, the governor selects transition team.

00:26:15.000 So you've got a conflict of interest, sir, and we don't give a damn what you say.

00:26:20.000 We have freedom of speech and we're going to use it, okay?

00:26:23.000 And so, Steve Gallardo, you can shove it, buddy.

00:26:26.000 We are going to get the message out from the people who are disenfranchised.

00:26:31.000 The way you have run elections, and this is a message to him and the board of supervisors, is such a sham that the people of Arizona have lost all faith in our election system.

00:26:40.000 And even if 10 people were disenfranchised, but when people lose their faith in the election system, you've got a real problem.

00:26:49.000 We have to fix this.

00:26:51.000 And I don't, it's not about me, Charlie.

00:26:54.000 It really isn't.

00:26:55.000 It's about my kids and my grandkids, your kids, your grandkids someday.

00:27:00.000 If we don't stand up and fix this, and we've got to push these people who have conflict of interest, they have ulterior motives. 0.98

00:27:08.000 These people are disgusting. 0.97

00:27:10.000 What I saw yesterday was absolutely disgusting. 1.00

00:27:13.000 They stood up there and I believe they lied.

00:27:17.000 They lied to the people.

00:27:18.000 And then when the people had a chance, their one chance to stand up and express their concerns, they gave them two minutes.

00:27:26.000 It was one of the most sad, disgusting chapters in our history.

00:27:31.000 I totally agree.

00:27:32.000 So Bill Gates said that everyone who wanted to vote was able to vote.

00:27:35.000 Peggy emailed us, Charlie, for the first time since 1981, I was not able to vote.

00:27:40.000 Cars were parked two miles down 7th Street.

00:27:43.000 I can't walk a mile.

00:27:44.000 I'm physically unable to the back of the line.

00:27:47.000 I tried my best to have people help me, but people at the voting center said I have to go to the back of the line.

00:27:54.000 I checked for New River and there weren't any locations.

00:27:56.000 There's only two locations within a square mile of my home.

00:28:00.000 I went home crying, was not able to vote for the first time since 1981.

00:28:06.000 Church had only 30 parking spaces, and the voting line was three and a half hours.

00:28:12.000 How many people carry that?

00:28:16.000 That breaks my heart to hear that.

00:28:18.000 That breaks my heart in this country that our sacred vote has been trampled like that.

00:28:23.000 We heard from a woman eight and a half months pregnant.

00:28:25.000 She said, I couldn't wait to wait two hours in line.

00:28:30.000 And you know what?

00:28:31.000 Had that woman got it up there, she might have found out her ballot got spit back out and spit back out and thrown into drawer three, which we're finding out now. 1.00

00:28:39.000 Those uncounted ballots got mixed in in many locations with counted ballots.

00:28:44.000 The whole system is a joke.

00:28:47.000 And either our courts help us out right now, or I fear we lose this country.

00:28:51.000 This is the biggest story in the country right now.

00:28:54.000 And the fact that we're lucky that one reporter, you talked about Yvonne with the Washington Post, we should be honored that they're covering it.

00:29:02.000 Every news outlet in the country should be covering this.

00:29:05.000 I totally agree with that.

00:29:06.000 And honestly, they've been doing a good job.

00:29:08.000 They've been covering it.

00:29:09.000 I mean, it's Washington Post.

00:29:10.000 Well, one, but one.

00:29:12.000 That's just one, Charlie.

00:29:13.000 Where's our local news?

00:29:14.000 Yeah.

00:29:14.000 And honestly, even in the Washington Post, they're talking about the lines.

00:29:17.000 They're talking about, you know, the potential disenfranchising.

00:29:20.000 But where's the New York Times?

00:29:22.000 Where's the, I mean, the local papers.

00:29:23.000 Where's the Arizona?

00:29:24.000 No, the Arizona Republic.

00:29:26.000 You know what the Arizona Republic has on the front page today?

00:29:28.000 They say that Steve Bannon, Charlie Kirk, and Real America's Voice needs to be taken off the Native American Gila Reservation television network.

00:29:36.000 I'm not kidding.

00:29:37.000 That is the front page story.

00:29:39.000 People are waking up to the lies of the fake news.

00:29:43.000 They honestly don't deserve to have their broadcasting license.

00:29:46.000 They've been lying that they're not covering this story.

00:29:49.000 I'm actually, I'm fine with it because what I'm realizing is that the people who were asleep and didn't want to dig into what happened in 2020 because it was just too, it was, it's too much for them.

00:30:02.000 A lot of people just said, you know what, let's move past that.

00:30:05.000 Well, that's what happens when we ignore problems.

00:30:07.000 When you ignore a problem like corrupt elections like we saw in 2020, they fester and grow, metastasize.

00:30:15.000 And we're seeing it happening now in 2022.

00:30:18.000 Look, it's not even about my race.

00:30:19.000 It's not about me.

00:30:21.000 It would be so much easier for me to just cut and run and do something different.

00:30:26.000 But we can't afford to do that.

00:30:29.000 And I am really hoping to reach some people out there who are Democrats, who love this country.

00:30:35.000 It's not about who won and lost right now.

00:30:37.000 It is about the state of our elections.

00:30:39.000 And if we don't have fair and honest elections, if we don't get in there right now and deal with this, we won't have a country anymore.

00:30:45.000 We'll look at what's happening in China and we won't be on the protest side of what's happening in China.

00:30:50.000 We'll be on the front side, like decades ago when people were really, I believe, enslaved.

00:30:56.000 They're working in factories.

00:30:58.000 They make nothing.

00:30:59.000 What's happening in China is a wake-up call for America because that's what they have in mind for us. 1.00

00:31:03.000 The clock is ticking.

00:31:04.000 There's a couple day window from certification.

00:31:07.000 You've talked about whistleblowers.

00:31:08.000 You've talked about some things coming forward.

00:31:10.000 I want to build that out with you because we're getting a lot of emails right now, freedom at charliekirk.com, where people are saying, okay, what now?

00:31:17.000 What now?

00:31:17.000 What's next?

00:31:18.000 What's the plan?

00:31:18.000 What now?

00:31:19.000 But Carrie, you should be applauded for your courage and for your focus and your tenacity.

00:31:26.000 This is the whole ballgame, everybody.

00:31:28.000 You know, someone says, Charlie, I'm tired of hearing about Arizona.

00:31:30.000 So that means you're tired of hearing about America.

00:31:32.000 Arizona is the railhead.

00:31:34.000 It is the state that will define all other states.

00:31:37.000 It's all coming down right here to state 48.

00:31:42.000 Rents are soaring at unprecedented highs.

00:31:45.000 If you're renting or have a friend or family member, that is, now is a great time to make the move to homeownership.

00:31:51.000 Look, you got to own renting, that's great reset stuff.

00:31:54.000 Andrew Del Rey and Todd Avakian at Sierra Pacific Mortgage have helped so many people make that leap from renting to owning with lots of programs that offer first-time buyers assistance with little to no down payment needed.

00:32:07.000 I encourage you right now to visit my buddies, their website.

00:32:10.000 They're great guys.

00:32:11.000 They're Christians.

00:32:11.000 They're conservatives.

00:32:12.000 They love the Lord.

00:32:13.000 AndrewandTodd.com right now.

00:32:15.000 The thing I love about these guys is it's not about the transaction.

00:32:18.000 They're helping you create a plan to help you reach your goals.

00:32:21.000 Give them a call or go to their website, andrewandTodd.com.

00:32:24.000 With today's still historically low interest rates, it's easier than you think to become a homeowner.

00:32:29.000 I've relied on them and producer Andrew has as well.

00:32:32.000 I highly recommend you take action now.

00:32:34.000 And if you knew someone paying rent, tell them about Andrew and Todd.

00:32:37.000 Go to andrewandodd.com and tell them the Charlie Kirk show sent you.

00:32:44.000 So, Carrie, walk us through the timeline and the procedure.

00:32:48.000 And is it fair to say that you have a pending, very strong, focused, and sharp, sharp legal complaint coming down the pike?

00:32:56.000 Yes, we do.

00:32:57.000 We have to follow the statute here in Arizona.

00:33:00.000 And that says that you can't challenge an election until it's been certified.

00:33:03.000 And even though I wish we would have had some courageous individuals stand up and say, I'm not going to certify this sham election, we need to investigate.

00:33:10.000 We need to figure out what went wrong.

00:33:12.000 And frankly, I think we need a redo with actually an independent group running the election, an independent group who is not full of ulterior motives.

00:33:23.000 But we have to wait until this election is certified.

00:33:27.000 And that will be, I believe, the 5th or 6th of December.

00:33:31.000 And then we will be ready to bring forth our case.

00:33:34.000 I believe we have about five business days after it's been certified to put forth our case, in which time we will.

00:33:41.000 And we have a great case.

00:33:43.000 We have excellent attorneys working on this case.

00:33:46.000 I will tell you, there are some patriotic attorneys out there who realize the importance of our case.

00:33:52.000 And they are on the case with me.

00:33:54.000 They realize this may be the most important case of their legal career, of their lifetime, because of what is on the line here.

00:34:02.000 And unfortunately, you mentioned we have the Washington Post covering this.

00:34:05.000 We need more media to cover this.

00:34:07.000 I agree.

00:34:07.000 History is not going to look kindly on the yellow journalists that are out there, these propagandists.

00:34:13.000 So we have a great case.

00:34:14.000 I'm not going to go into all the details.

00:34:16.000 You know, we're still working on it.

00:34:18.000 We've got whistleblowers who have come forward.

00:34:20.000 I believe we've got at least one smoking gun in there.

00:34:23.000 And we feel very confident in our court case.

00:34:26.000 Of course, we always have to pray that we get a judge who loves this country, a judge who will be fair, a judge who will understand what's at stake.

00:34:34.000 So, I mean, look, I want you to imagine black inner city voters in Atlanta, Georgia, facing machine malfunctions and two three-hour lines all across the city or Philadelphia or Detroit or Chicago.

00:34:47.000 There would be nationwide coverage and calls for a revote.

00:34:50.000 But if it happens in Wickenburg or Anthem or in Surprise, nobody cares.

00:34:55.000 I want to play a piece of tape here, Kerry, because we're talking about certification, but it doesn't feel like this has been a certification vote.

00:35:01.000 This feels like a hostage situation because here's Ron Gould of Mojave County saying that if I don't vote to certify, I'm going to be arrested and charged with a felony, of which I have a question.

00:35:16.000 Who is the one threatening him with arrest or a felony?

00:35:19.000 Breaking what law?

00:35:20.000 Because you have questions about an election?

00:35:22.000 Is this from the AG?

00:35:23.000 Is this from the Secretary of State?

00:35:24.000 Is this from the federal government?

00:35:26.000 No one really knows.

00:35:27.000 PlayCut 41 of what has become, in his own words, a certification under duress.

00:35:33.000 Play cut 41.

00:35:35.000 I vote aye under duress.

00:35:38.000 I found out today that I have no choice but to vote aye or I'll be arrested and charged with the felony.

00:35:44.000 I don't think that that is what our founders had in mind when they used the Democratic process to elect our leaders.

00:35:51.000 I'll be arrested and charged with a felony.

00:35:53.000 Carrie, that's not a certification vote.

00:35:55.000 That's not democracy.

00:35:56.000 That's if you don't certify an election, I'm going to put you in handcuffs.

00:36:01.000 You know, I think when you do something under duress, it does, it can't stand up legally.

00:36:06.000 That's what I understand.

00:36:08.000 I'm not a lawyer, but I would be curious to ask a lawyer that's exactly.

00:36:13.000 I wish, though, and I know in Cochise County, they're threatening to not certify, and they've got these, you know, dirty attorneys with the Democrat Party down there threatening them.

00:36:22.000 And Katie Hobbs, the Secretary of State, is threatening them, threatening them to certify what they know to be a bad election because she wants to steal this.

00:36:32.000 So she's threatening Cochise County to certify.

00:36:36.000 I wish that one person and one of these board of supervisors would stand up and say, then come on and arrest me.

00:36:42.000 Bring it.

00:36:43.000 I have to agree with you, but I also want me out.

00:36:46.000 Who is the one threatening arrest and who would be the one actually administering the charging paperwork?

00:36:52.000 I don't understand this.

00:36:53.000 I mean, is Katie Hobbs going to go send troops out? 1.00

00:36:57.000 Not troops, but like police officers.

00:36:59.000 The Sheriff's Department.

00:37:00.000 I don't think the Sheriff's Department in Mojave County would really arrest Ron Gould if he would have said, no, I'm not going to certify this.

00:37:08.000 I don't think the Sheriff's Department run under Mark Daniels down in Cochise County, a true patriot, is going to arrest somebody who says, I'm not going to certify this because the election is a mess.

00:37:18.000 And hundreds of thousands potentially were disenfranchised.

00:37:23.000 Yes.

00:37:24.000 So I hope somebody somewhere, we need a few more people to step up and be incredibly courageous in this gap right now.

00:37:31.000 This story is not over.

00:37:32.000 It's not.

00:37:33.000 Carrie, I look forward to looking at your legal complaint.

00:37:36.000 And also, we're going to be rallying the troops at AmericaFest.

00:37:39.000 Yeah, I want to talk about AmericaFest.

00:37:40.000 Thank you for the invite to AmFest.

00:37:42.000 I'm looking forward to it.

00:37:43.000 It's going to be my first big speaking appearance since the November 8th sham election.

00:37:49.000 And I'm really looking forward to it.

00:37:50.000 We're hoping to get a bunch of our supporters out there.

00:37:54.000 Everything happening historically in America right now is happening right here, right now in Arizona.

00:38:00.000 And Charlie, I think this is going to be the most important political event perhaps ever.

00:38:05.000 Can't wait.

00:38:05.000 Carrie Lake, God bless you.
