00:01:06.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:09.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:19.000 Right now is the Weaponization of Government Committee.
00:01:22.000 Now, a lot of this is not breaking news for those of us that have been covering what the FBI is doing, targeting moms and dads, showing up at school boards, going out of their way to infiltrate conservative groups, going to Catholic Mass.
00:01:35.000 That's right, Catholic Mass is a big focus of the regime.
00:01:38.000 It's really a sad story.
00:01:41.000 It's disappointing because there are some things that the FBI does that is legitimately important or should be doing, going after child sex traffickers, for example, going after narcotic dealers.
00:01:53.000 The FBI has grown into this massive leviathan where they are political and they're political for the Uniparty, for the regime.
00:02:05.000 They launched a seditious conspiracy against Donald Trump.
00:02:08.000 Anybody that dares speak out against them, for example, patriotic Christian Americans, they're going to do whatever they possibly can to try to intimidate you, silence you, slander you, entrap you.
00:02:17.000 This bureaucracy, the FBI, has basically been untouched.
00:02:24.000 There are 35,000 people that now work for the FBI.
00:02:28.000 When they were first started, it was originally the Bureau of Investigation in 1908.
00:02:32.000 They had 34 staff.
00:02:34.000 And now they have become almost this domestic police agency.
00:02:39.000 And what's being uncovered right now, thanks to Jim Jordan and Republicans, is extraordinary.
00:02:46.000 But let's remember this is largely Republicans' fault.
00:02:51.000 This is George W. Bush's fault.
00:02:53.000 This is Dick Cheney's fault.
00:02:56.000 After 9-11, we were pretty freaked out.
00:03:00.000 After 9-11, we were scrambling.
00:03:04.000 And the regime, the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security didn't even exist at the time, they put together a plan and they succored you, the American people.
00:03:14.000 Patriot Act, FISA courts.
00:03:16.000 9-11 was a turning point.
00:03:19.000 And we built this incredible machine because we were so afraid of radical Islamic terrorists.
00:03:26.000 It was a legitimate threat.
00:03:27.000 9-11 was a real thing.
00:03:29.000 There's recent evidence to show that the 9-11 hijackers might have had some communication with the U.S. government.
00:03:35.000 That's not a conspiracy theory.
00:03:37.000 There's some documents to show that.
00:03:38.000 I'm not here to, I'm not going to talk about that today.
00:03:41.000 But 9-11 was a legitimate attack on the homeland.
00:03:44.000 And we got scared.
00:03:47.000 Interestingly enough, it was liberals like Dennis Kucinich and even Bernie Sanders at the time who tried to warn us.
00:03:55.000 They said, look, the threat is going to start with foreign Islamic terrorists, and within a single generation, the threat will become all of us Americans instead.
00:04:04.000 And Ron Paul tried to warn us.
00:04:06.000 And it was Republicans, the Republican Party of Bush, the Republican Party of Cheney, the Republican Party of Denny Hassert, the Republican Party of Lady Graham, the Republican Party of John Boehner, that gave the FBI the power that they now enjoy today.
00:04:22.000 And we really didn't question it.
00:04:24.000 We said, oh, well, you know, we don't want to have another 9-11.
00:04:27.000 We don't want to have another Osama bin Laden.
00:04:29.000 This will always be a temptation for the FBI.
00:04:34.000 As soon as you build the Leviathan, you're not going to start cutting jobs there.
00:04:38.000 You're not going to start laying people off.
00:04:40.000 The state only gets bigger.
00:04:42.000 Once you grant a government program, it doesn't get smaller.
00:04:45.000 It doesn't fold.
00:04:47.000 It only increases in its appetite, increases in its desire to devour the liberties of the American people.
00:04:55.000 Targeting ordinary Americans is easier, and they have a genuine animosity for them.
00:05:01.000 It's easy for someone in D.C. to hysterically convince themselves that Trump voters in Michigan are planning an insurrection.
00:05:07.000 It gives them job justification.
00:05:10.000 The first rule of any bureaucracy is to first protect its own existence.
00:05:17.000 You see, America is a very decent country.
00:05:19.000 We don't have a right-wing domestic extremism problem.
00:05:22.000 They have to create it.
00:05:23.000 They have to go infiltrate the groups and create a Fed surrection on January 6th or with Gretchen Whitmer.
00:05:31.000 But the FBI is operating as a secret police to chill dissident political activity to not just weaponize, it's beyond that.
00:05:40.000 It is to destroy the political movement of MAGA, of America First.
00:05:47.000 Literally every right-wing organization could be targeted by the FBI at any time.
00:05:53.000 And so we're starting to learn.
00:05:54.000 There's testimony after testimony happening right now at the Weaponization of Government Committee.
00:05:59.000 Let's start with this.
00:06:00.000 I think this is a powerful introduction statement.
00:06:03.000 And I just love, I love starting with this clip because it does give me hope, and this should give you hope.
00:06:07.000 It's Harriet Hageman from the great state of Wyoming.
00:06:09.000 I've known Harriet for a while.
00:06:11.000 And it gives me hope and it gives me some happiness because it's not Liz Cheney.
00:06:18.000 We did retire Liz Cheney.
00:06:21.000 Despite all the darkness and negativity, and the midterms didn't go our way, hey, the great people of Wyoming rose up and fired that neoliberal globalist Liz Cheney.
00:06:35.000 And Harriet Hageman hits it perfectly.
00:06:37.000 Let's start with Cut 79, please.
00:06:39.000 To be blunt, the leadership of the FBI and the DOJ are corrupt.
00:06:45.000 I will name names.
00:06:47.000 Christopher Ray and Mary Garland are corrupt.
00:06:52.000 They know it.
00:06:53.000 We know it.
00:06:54.000 And the American people know it.
00:06:57.000 She continues in Cut 86 to explain how after 9-11, the FBI was changed into a domestic police agency.
00:07:06.000 Liz Cheney never would have said this.
00:07:08.000 Liz Cheney would have said the FBI does such important work.
00:07:11.000 You see, the Cheney-Bush philosophy was not about protecting the people.
00:07:15.000 They hate you.
00:07:16.000 They hate farmers and ranchers, plumbers, electricians.
00:07:20.000 They love lobbyists.
00:07:21.000 They love insider deals.
00:07:23.000 They love Waldoff conversations and parties in Kenny Bunkport, Maine, or Jackson Hole, Wyoming, or Aspen, Colorado.
00:07:31.000 They don't want to be a part of the working class.
00:07:34.000 They have contempt for you.
00:07:36.000 And so then they strengthen the bureaucracy to be then deployed against you.
00:07:43.000 Play Cut 86.
00:07:44.000 Mr. Baker explained that in the aftermath of 9-11 and upon being embarrassed by being scolded by President Bush for not being able to stop it from happening, then FBI Director Robert Mueller made the decision to fundamentally change the FBI from a law enforcement body to an intelligence-driven one.
00:08:05.000 Such a redirection of the very purpose of the FBI resulted in centralizing its power in Washington, D.C. while placing less emphasis on the field offices.
00:08:15.000 And by targeting, by eventually finding a way to target not the terrorists, but American citizens, which is where the FBI and DOJ are at this point in time.
00:08:28.000 And it turns out there just weren't that many radical Islamic terrorists to surveil.
00:08:33.000 Yeah, there were some.
00:08:34.000 There was some activity.
00:08:35.000 But then after a couple of years, we kind of flushed most of them out.
00:08:39.000 And then you have a bunch of field offices connected to D.C. with unlimited amounts of funding, with huge Patriot Act authority.
00:08:46.000 And they're like, well, what do we do now?
00:08:49.000 Ah, but then Donald Trump came on the scene, and Donald Trump was able to get far too much support amongst the people D.C. hates, white people.
00:08:57.000 Ooh.
00:08:58.000 So they had to create this synthetic, artificial, this fake narrative of domestic violent extremism and white supremacy.
00:09:08.000 And did you catch what Harriet Hageman said there?
00:09:10.000 Who is the person that designed all this?
00:09:11.000 These are all the same actors just recast.
00:09:15.000 It's all the same thing.
00:09:17.000 The equivalent would be like, how many different times can you have Matt Damon and Brad Pitt and all this?
00:09:20.000 The same thing.
00:09:21.000 Hollywood equivalent to D.C., it's Bob Mueller who did this.
00:09:25.000 Bob Mueller was the head of the FBI.
00:09:27.000 And then, yes, they redeployed Bob Mueller against Donald Trump.
00:09:30.000 They're just recasting the same people.
00:09:33.000 It's like this short roster of 10 people that continually protect the needs, wants, and interests of the regime.
00:09:40.000 We're finally getting to a place when we can start to uncover it.
00:09:43.000 But we must be honest.
00:09:45.000 It is the American Republican Party more than even the Democrats.
00:09:49.000 Democrats were actually more concerned about this than Republicans.
00:09:53.000 It was the Republican Party that gave us this problem.
00:09:57.000 It was George Bush that gave us this problem.
00:10:00.000 It was Liz Cheney that gave us this problem.
00:10:03.000 And then something changed because now the Democrats love this.
00:10:05.000 I'm going to tell you what has changed.
00:10:08.000 But what we now have to fix, what we have to remedy, is thanks to the Republican Party of Bush, Cheney, and post-9-11.
00:10:20.000 I want to talk about relieffactor.com.

00:10:57.000 When was the last time, if ever, a senior member of the FBI went to jail?
00:11:03.000 Have we seen it?
00:11:04.000 No, they're largely, they're basically untouchable.
00:11:08.000 They do whatever they want.
00:11:10.000 What does that mean when the people that are supposed to enforce the law are not able to be held accountable to the law?
00:11:17.000 Let's play a piece of tape here from the Weaponization of Government Committee, Special Agent Garrett O'Boyle, talking about what's happening right now at the DOJ and the FBI, Play Cut 75.
00:11:27.000 I'm sad.
00:11:28.000 I'm disappointed.
00:11:29.000 And I'm angry that I have to be here to testify about the weaponization of the FBI and DOJ.
00:11:34.000 Weaponization against not only its own employees, but against those institutions and individuals that are supposed to protect the American people.
00:11:42.000 I'm here today because even though I am wrongfully suspended from the FBI, I remain duty-bound to the American people to play my small role in rectifying these issues.
00:11:50.000 I couldn't knowingly continue on this path silently without speaking out against the weaponization I witnessed, even if it meant losing my job, my career, my livelihood, my family's home, and now my anonymity.
00:12:02.000 They come after you very hard.
00:12:04.000 They're going to come after him like you wouldn't believe.
00:12:05.000 Of course, they promote and encourage people to be like Andy McCabe or Peter Strzzok or Lisa Page, who are seditious conspiracists and traitors to the country.
00:12:19.000 Whistleblower explains how the FBI uses security clearances to keep whistleblowers from getting other jobs and they financially will crush you, financially crush you.
00:12:30.000 Look, other people probably want to blow the whistle.
00:12:32.000 Other people want to speak out.
00:12:33.000 Look, there's some amazing people, obviously, that are still working at the FBI, a lot of them.
00:12:38.000 In fact, when a lunatic wanted to come and shoot up one of our turning point USA events last summer, the FBI agents that they were on the mark and they deserved credit for that.
00:12:48.000 And that was not a DC thing.
00:12:50.000 That was a field office in Florida.
00:12:52.000 You know, there was a person that was saying online and had tickets booked to come do some real damage.
00:13:00.000 And praise God that the FBI and local police and everybody worked together and it's all public.
00:13:07.000 So there are some good people, but imagine you work for the FBI and you want to say something.
00:13:12.000 Imagine you work for the FBI and you say, my goodness, can you believe we're raiding James O'Keefe's home?
00:13:18.000 We're going after Steve Bannon.
00:13:20.000 We're going after all these people on the right and the left is just untouchable.
00:13:24.000 They are untouchable.
00:13:25.000 Meanwhile, Hunter Biden has like a whole new investigative team.
00:13:28.000 They just fired all of it.
00:13:29.000 That's a story the media is ignoring.
00:13:31.000 Anyway, let's go to Cut 87.
00:13:33.000 This has been a trying circumstance for me and my family.
00:13:37.000 It has been more than a year since the FBI took my paycheck from me and we're getting financially crushed.
00:13:43.000 My family and I have been surviving on early withdrawals from our retirement accounts while the FBI has ignored my request for approval to obtain outside employment during the review of my security clearance.
00:13:55.000 We have lost our federal health insurance coverage.
00:13:57.000 There's apparently no end in sight.
00:13:59.000 I'm hopeful scrutiny from Congress and from the Inspector General will deter the FBI from abusing the security clearance process to retaliate against others the way it's retaliated against me.
00:14:10.000 Now, there's supposed to be whistleblower protections.
00:14:13.000 There's supposed to be whistleblower guarantees.
00:14:16.000 Isn't it interesting when Eric Shimmarella, does that name mean anything to you?
00:14:21.000 Eric Shimmarella, who was the whistleblower against Donald Trump's phone call with Zelensky, which led to his first impeachment, he was literally listening in on the phone call and he blew the whistle.
00:14:31.000 How was he treated?
00:14:32.000 And remember, we were not even allowed to say his name for a while because they said that it's whistleblowers are so protected.
00:14:40.000 You can't do that.
00:14:40.000 They could indict you if you say the name, Eric Shimmarella.
00:14:44.000 Censors would strike your account.
00:14:46.000 They would come after you aggressively.
00:14:48.000 Oh, so when that whistleblower triggered a Trump impeachment, he was celebrated by the regime, even though there was nothing to blow the whistle on.
00:15:01.000 No, this is exactly how a secret police organization operates.
00:15:06.000 And yes, part of his exposure, but how much more evidence do we need?
00:15:11.000 Now, it's a fascinating thing, though, because the Democrats used to be skeptical of domestic police organizations.
00:15:21.000 They were the ones that used to push back against this.
00:15:23.000 Republicans were almost always the cheerleaders for a bigger and stronger FBI, but something changed.
00:15:29.000 And Donald Trump largely was the reason because the FBI is not as ideological as you might think.
00:15:35.000 They care about their power, their status, and they'll do the bidding of the regime.
00:15:41.000 Trump changed everything.
00:15:43.000 When Trump ran for president, all of a sudden, the Democrats said, no, well, now we have to convince our senators and our people that we actually love the FBI.
00:15:52.000 I want you to understand how strange that is.
00:15:57.000 Where AOC, Alexandria Acasio-Cortez, or Rashida Talib, in one sentence are talking about defunding the local police and yet how untouchable the FBI is.
00:16:09.000 Democrat activist groups used to get worked up and animated over a domestic police agency against Americans.
00:16:19.000 Where have all the mortgage companies gone?
00:16:21.000 With all the here today, gone tomorrow companies out there, it's important to use seasoned mortgage experts with years of experience.
00:16:26.000 Use the company I personally use for my mortgage needs.
00:16:30.000 I've used them, and I could tell you, Andrew Del Rey and Todd of Akian at Sierra Pacific Mortgage make the process enjoyable.
00:16:35.000 Yes, they're friends of mine.
00:16:36.000 Yes, they're Christians.
00:16:38.000 Yes, they're conservatives.
00:16:39.000 And no, they're not wokeys, but they make it enjoyable.
00:16:42.000 They have fun with you.
00:16:43.000 They ask you the important questions.
00:16:45.000 They don't waste your time.
00:16:46.000 I've used them for mortgage stuff, and you should too.
00:16:48.000 Go to AndrewNTodd.com.
00:16:50.000 They've been in the mortgage business for decades, and they're more than problem solvers.

00:17:01.000 I had a whole bunch of nonsense they had to sort out, and they've been fabulous.
00:17:05.000 They're really great, and they were there for me.
00:17:07.000 They text you back instantaneously.
00:17:09.000 They love finding loan solutions for people who are self-employed, first-time homebuyers, real estate investors, or people with credit challenges.

00:17:56.000 That's AndrewandTodd.com.
00:17:58.000 Call 888 888 1172, AndrewandTodd.com.
00:18:04.000 No matter how simple people make it seem, there is not a clear solution to the FBI.
00:18:12.000 I think the House Republicans need to start to cut the funding, fence off the funding, basically close the Washington, D.C. field office.
00:18:20.000 You could shrink it to almost bare bones minimum.
00:18:23.000 Look, there's some legitimately great work that happens in the other field offices.
00:18:27.000 Decentralized is better than centralized.
00:18:29.000 Based on all the reports that we have from FBI whistleblowers and conversations we've had, the field offices are bad, but they're nowhere near as bad as what's happening in Washington, D.C. You see, but the Democrats, it's fascinating.
00:18:43.000 The Democrats have made a decision, and it's really a philosophical one.
00:18:49.000 Kind of going off of the tradition that the state is untouchable, that if you're able to take over power centers, you're then able to control the country.
00:18:59.000 They have transitioned from an organization, a group, a movement that used to be critical of domestic spying or surveilling of their own movements to falling in love with the agency that is in harmony with their needs, wants, and desires.
00:19:23.000 The FBI is hiring new people.
00:19:26.000 And who are they hiring?
00:19:28.000 They're hiring college graduates that hate the country, don't share our values, especially the ones in the Washington, D.C. field office.
00:19:37.000 They're hiring people that are pro-trans and pro-LGBT.
00:19:41.000 And so the actual staffing of these agencies is changing tremendously.
00:19:46.000 And look at this.
00:19:46.000 This person is not a voting member, but she is a representative.
00:19:50.000 Stacey Plaskett.
00:19:52.000 My colleagues on the far right are on a mission to attack, discredit, and ultimately dismantle the FBI.
00:19:58.000 This is defund the police on steroids.
00:20:00.000 And the media says, whoa, she's doing such a great job.
00:20:03.000 It's such a disgustingly dishonest argument.
00:20:08.000 Local police have been defunded by Stacey Plaskett and her friends.
00:20:13.000 And you better believe that we want to defund the Washington, D.C. field office.
00:20:19.000 Bring it down to zero-based budgeting.
00:20:21.000 Tell us the investigation.
00:20:21.000 Build it back up.
00:20:23.000 Who got fired from Crossfire Hurricane?
00:20:26.000 Has anyone lost their pension?
00:20:28.000 Has anyone been disciplined?
00:20:30.000 No, it seems as if business is a booming at the FBI.
00:20:34.000 You're able to spy on a duly elected president.
00:20:37.000 You're able to meet with Twitter illegally and censor the Hunter Biden laptop story.
00:20:41.000 And there is no consequence.
00:20:44.000 There's no justice.
00:20:44.000 There's no check and balance.
00:20:47.000 Play Cut 82.
00:20:49.000 My colleagues on the far right are on a mission to attack, discredit, and ultimately dismantle the FBI.
00:20:56.000 This is defund the police on steroids.
00:21:00.000 As part of their mission, my colleagues have brought in these former agents, men who lost their security clearances because they were a threat to our national security, who, out of malice or ignorance, or both, have put partisan agenda above the oath they swore to serve this country and protect its national security.
00:21:24.000 I mean, this is right out of provider.
00:21:27.000 This is Soviet-style communication.
00:21:30.000 How dare you oppose the flag?
00:21:33.000 How dare you oppose Mother Russia?
00:21:35.000 How dare you speak out?
00:21:36.000 Show trial for you, gulag for you.
00:21:38.000 She would have made a great Soviet.
00:21:40.000 She basically is one.
00:21:42.000 Now, remember, they want to get rid of the local sheriffs, the local DAs.
00:21:47.000 They want to have chaos in the streets to create a woke Marxist national police force.
00:21:53.000 We have, we wrote an op-ed about this.
00:21:55.000 We've talked about this.
00:21:56.000 The FBI, the National Field Office, is what they want to try to strengthen.
00:22:02.000 And one of the lies that they have to keep on repeating, and I cannot emphasize enough that if you are afraid to talk about the racial issues, you have to get out of politics completely.
00:22:13.000 They are going to use white guilt.
00:22:15.000 They're going to use this misrepresentation of the data to take over the entire country.
00:22:22.000 They say, let me give you a window into how deceiving and how insane this is.
00:22:30.000 Who is this Democrat witness?
00:22:31.000 Can we get this person's name?
00:22:32.000 With Marjorie Taylor Green.
00:22:34.000 They said every politically motivated murder in 2022, every single one was committed by a right-wing extremist.
00:22:41.000 Now, without any research at all, without any sort of, well, that sounds, you know, like 10 minutes of research.
00:22:48.000 I know that's not true.
00:22:50.000 Remember the murder charge, which, by the way, just recently got downgraded to manslaughter in North Dakota.
00:22:55.000 Do you remember this?
00:22:57.000 Where Kayler Ellingson, 18-year-old Trump supporter, was murdered because he was deemed a Republican extremist.
00:23:06.000 Just that's just off the top of my head.
00:23:08.000 So this person is lying under oath to Congress.
00:23:11.000 These are the experts that they bring in.
00:23:13.000 Here's another one: Shannon Brandt, 42 years old of Glenfield, North Carolina, initially said he hit and killed Kayler Ellenson.
00:23:20.000 Oh, it's the same one because of political views.
00:23:25.000 This is the lie.
00:23:26.000 These are the lies that say every single politically motivated murder, not to mention Nashville, or how about this one?
00:23:34.000 You probably didn't hear this one in your local news reports.
00:23:37.000 If you live in Arizona, did you know that a trans person murdered a 29-year-old girl walking her dog in cold blood in Scottsdale, Arizona, right outside the Mayo Clinic in considered to be one of the safest communities in America, stabbed her to death, saying, I wanted to be her using they, them pronouns in his LinkedIn.
00:23:58.000 Did you know this?
00:24:00.000 This woman who's about you're here from this Amy Splitnanek, a senior advisor on extremism on human rights first.
00:24:09.000 She should be in jail for lying to Congress.
00:24:11.000 This is a lie under oath.
00:24:13.000 Play cut 77.
00:24:15.000 But again, the statistics tell us that when it comes to politically motivated violence in 2022, every single murder was committed by a right-wing extremist.
00:24:26.000 Every single murder in America was committed by a right-wing extremist.
00:24:29.000 Every single politically motivated murder was committed by a right-wing extremist.
00:24:34.000 Are you sure about that?
00:24:36.000 Are you aware that the Tennessee shooter just recently identified as a man and she was a biological woman?
00:24:43.000 Was she a right-wing extremist as well?
00:24:45.000 Again, just the North Dakota example, disproves this person completely altogether.
00:24:50.000 But they have to keep that narrative going.
00:24:52.000 Right-wing extremism.
00:24:53.000 Washington Post repeats the lie, underrecognized, is what they say.
00:24:59.000 It's the rights violence problem.
00:25:01.000 The rights violence problem?
00:25:03.000 We have a violence problem?
00:25:05.000 I mean, it's so opposite.
00:25:07.000 It's so Orwellian.
00:25:09.000 And they say, well, the Hispanic man in Texas was a white supremacist.
00:25:13.000 And so they have to keep this narrative going.
00:25:13.000 What?
00:25:16.000 The lie is critical for their formula, their equation.
00:25:22.000 And you can't, if you dare respond to it, they say, oh, you're a racist.
00:25:25.000 You don't have the same data.
00:25:28.000 This person was murdered because he was a Republican.
00:25:31.000 Not to mention all the anti-white crimes.
00:25:34.000 Do you know about this?
00:25:36.000 Yes, the girl walking her dog in Scottsdale murdered.
00:25:39.000 How about this one?
00:25:40.000 Black Taj Matthews and black Maurice Holmes brutally murdered an innocent handyman, Lawrence Hurr, in a small Louisiana town in April.
00:25:52.000 They were roaming the streets because they said, quote, we wanted to kill a white person.
00:25:57.000 That was just a couple weeks ago.
00:25:59.000 This was a politically motivated murder incited by the media.
00:26:04.000 How many more white murders are going to happen?
00:26:06.000 Oh, you can't say that.
00:26:07.000 The more that they parrot this anti-white systemic racism, those two men right there prowled the streets of Louisiana, found a white handyman fixing a mailbox, and murdered him and did it for fun.
00:26:21.000 They did it for enjoyment.
00:26:22.000 They got a thrill out of it because they hate white people.
00:26:25.000 Yeah, there is a cost when all of a sudden you start to institutionalize bigoted speech against a racial group.
00:26:31.000 It's from the pit of hell.
00:26:31.000 It's wrong.
00:26:32.000 No one should ever do it.
00:26:34.000 And the FBI won't touch it.
00:26:35.000 The FBI won't tell you that there was a mass shooting planned in Colorado Springs that was thwarted by a trans person.
00:26:42.000 The FBI won't dare mention a trans person murdered, 29-year-old person, a young lady, hiking trail in Scottsdale.
00:26:49.000 They didn't mention that.
00:26:50.000 It's against the narrative.
00:26:52.000 Play cut 85, please.
00:26:53.000 To which the SSA responded back, and I was privy to these conversations firsthand.
00:26:59.000 Why can't you show us, why can't you just send us back, give us access to the 11,000 hours of video that's available?
00:27:07.000 Because there may be, maybe UC's undercover officers or CHS's confidential unit for confidential human sources on those videos whose identity we need to protect.
00:27:22.000 What that is, they're not allowed to share the footage of what happened on January 6th because there's so many feds, they don't even know what to do with it.
00:27:34.000 Welcome back, everybody.
00:27:35.000 Email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:27:37.000 We got hit by the speech police.
00:27:38.000 Can't say tranny.
00:27:39.000 Can't do that.
00:27:40.000 So a person of transgenderness, they say, oh, that's hate speech.
00:27:44.000 It's a smear.
00:27:45.000 It's slander.
00:27:45.000 No, it's not.
00:27:47.000 So I can call them queer.
00:27:49.000 When I grew up, this is what I hate.
00:27:51.000 This is what is how you know you're living in a totalitarian country when there's secret rules that are constantly changing.
00:27:58.000 I've asked YouTube, what are the rules?
00:28:00.000 They don't tell you.
00:28:00.000 They say, well, you can't do hate speech.
00:28:02.000 What the heck is hate speech then?
00:28:04.000 And by the way, if you want to talk about hate speech, they're allowed to say whatever they want to say about me.
00:28:09.000 The young Turks, I mean, they brutalize me.
00:28:11.000 Like, whatever, it's free speech.
00:28:12.000 I mean, they come after me so hard.
00:28:14.000 And so what are the rules against what people?
00:28:17.000 And they're constantly changing.
00:28:18.000 Can't say this word, can't say that word.
00:28:20.000 In fact, it's gone so far that on YouTube, we lost access to our YouTube account for one week because I said that trans people are suffering under a mental delusion.
00:28:31.000 Can't say that.
00:28:32.000 That's hate speech.
00:28:33.000 It's insensitive.
00:28:34.000 Which, by the way, it's a fact.
00:28:36.000 Mental delusion.
00:28:37.000 They think they're something they're not.
00:28:38.000 If they thought they were a rhinoceros, they would be equally as delusional.
00:28:45.000 And you might say, well, Charlie, why do you still use YouTube?
00:28:47.000 No, I'll defend that 100%.
00:28:49.000 We reach millions of 14, 15, 16, and 17-year-olds that have not made their mind up politically on YouTube every day.
00:28:58.000 That's very important.
00:29:00.000 And so I am not going to retreat from YouTube.
00:29:03.000 I'm not going to intentionally try to lose our YouTube presence because it's good for the culture war.
00:29:08.000 It's good.
00:29:09.000 It's necessary for persuasion.
00:29:11.000 I can say that 100%.
00:29:13.000 At the same time, please go to Rumble.
00:29:17.000 This is just getting completely and totally out of control.
00:29:20.000 Okay.
00:29:21.000 So, and by the way, we had 150 million YouTube views this year alone.
00:29:25.000 That's why they have to come after us.
00:29:27.000 They're policing that I say tranny and not trans.
00:29:30.000 Really?
00:29:31.000 Yes, really.
00:29:32.000 They're looking for any sort of arbitrary.
00:29:35.000 And by the way, we set $0 on ads.
00:29:37.000 They come after us so hard.
00:29:39.000 But they're looking for any sort of micron of violation of their arbitrary, constantly changing rules that only they get to enforce.
00:29:50.000 And then when you ask them, what are the rules?
00:29:53.000 They say just don't do hate speech.
00:29:55.000 What does that mean?
00:29:57.000 You know what hate speech is?
00:29:59.000 It's speech that the trannies at YouTube hate.
00:30:03.000 That's what hate speech is.
00:30:05.000 Okay.
00:30:07.000 So where is the manifesto, by the way?
00:30:10.000 Jack Poseobic, to his great credit, I really, really like Jack Poseobic.
00:30:15.000 He's a terrific guy.
00:30:17.000 I don't want to steal his thunder because he deserves credit.
00:30:19.000 He's been keeping the drumbeat going.
00:30:20.000 So I'll just tease.
00:30:23.000 Where is the manifesto?
00:30:24.000 Why haven't we heard about it?
00:30:25.000 There's a lot there.
00:30:25.000 Isn't it interesting that we get manifestos almost immediately from shooter here and shooter there and shooter here and shoot her there and shoot her?
00:30:32.000 And we don't get the manifesto from the trans person in Tennessee.
00:30:38.000 In fact, even more suspiciously, the school has filed a motion to block the release of the manifesto.
00:30:53.000 What is that all about?
00:30:54.000 Why is the school doing that?
00:30:56.000 In fact, there are rumors, and Jack can clear this up for us, that some of the victims' families and the school paid for the funeral.
00:31:04.000 I don't know if that's true or not, but there were some reports on that.
00:31:08.000 Why can't we see this manifesto?
00:31:09.000 I think we all know what's in the manifesto.
00:31:11.000 I think we will see graphic, anti-Christian, anti-conservative, trans ideology that shows the inherent violent nature within the trans community.
00:31:23.000 And they are so gaslighting us.
00:31:25.000 I've never seen gaslighting quite like this.
00:31:28.000 On the front page of Yahoo.com the other day, they say threats against trans people at record highs.
00:31:34.000 No, it's the opposite.
00:31:36.000 It's the girl murdered on the hiking trail in Arizona.
00:31:38.000 It's the Colorado Springs shooting that didn't happen.
00:31:41.000 It's the Nashville shooting.
00:31:42.000 It's instance after instance after instance after instance of people that are suffering this ideology and they are obviously mentally challenged.
00:31:55.000 They have deep-seated mental issues.
00:31:58.000 And then society and people they trust are telling them that Christians hate them.
00:32:04.000 And then we pump them with a cocktail of incredibly powerful pharmacological agents and testosterone.
00:32:12.000 And we wonder why they go shoot up schools.
00:32:15.000 And after that shooting in Nashville, what did Joe Biden and Kareen Jean-Pierre say?
00:32:19.000 That trans people know how to fight back.
00:32:24.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:32:25.000 Email us your thoughts as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:32:29.000 Thanks so much for listening, and God bless.
