00:31:54.000Honestly, maybe a wake-up call that they should stop eating Cheetos and Doritos all day long and they should go for a walk instead of playing video games or staring at their screens.

00:32:26.000But going more broadly to the entire society, regardless of who the president actually does this, being fit and thin is better than being fat and out of shape.

00:32:39.000And you look at how the nation we used to be, we used to be a sculpted nation, and now we are a fat and slovenly nation.
00:32:48.000The test, this is from Axios, featuring challenges like the one-mile run pull-ups and then the sit-up reach was once a rite of passage for America's youth.
00:32:56.000It was also a source of anxiety and shame for more than a few kids who ended up feeling like they weren't strong enough for the president's or Arnold Schwarzenegger's purposes.
00:33:44.000If all of a sudden everyone around you is super caught in doing push-ups and pull-ups, body fat percentage is even better metric, by the way, than BMI.
00:33:52.000And that's why you should feel shame if you cheat on your spouse or steal.

00:33:58.000Maybe instead of enabling kids to be fat and unhealthy, we should encourage ourselves to overcome life's many obstacles.

00:35:43.000But if you are so overweight that you need a wheelchair by age 30, I'm sorry, we shouldn't put up with that.
00:35:48.000We want a fit, we want a lean, we want a strong, a healthy, a determined country, not one that is sloppy, slovenly, overweight, and unhappy.
