00:03:25.000And then I discover that a group Charlie called International Rescue Committee, that's a 501c3 with a $1.3 billion, that's with a B, billion dollar budget, gets $400 million from the federal government to fly these migrants to New Jersey, New York, and Chicago.
00:03:46.000And all of this apparently happening, nobody's filmed it, reported on it.

00:04:28.000And all of them are operating under the pretense of being refugees.
00:04:32.000This is apparently a money grab for the nonprofits who get their money.

00:04:41.000So it's a money-driven sort of trafficking thing where the more people they put through this thing, the more money they get from the federal government.
00:04:50.000And Charlie, these illegal immigrants are then bussed on the hour to Terminal Four where they get off the bus.

00:08:07.000The buses as we were, we were driving the airport were swerving to try to evade us and at one point the bus actually tried to smash into my car to prevent me from filming, and and that's reckless driving for sure.
00:08:21.000And then when I got to the airport, they would not open the door of the bus just because I was standing about 20 feet away.
00:08:27.000So that shows me they're doing things that they're not proud of, that there's behaviors that they're ashamed of, and that tells me there's more to the story here.
00:08:37.000There's something very nefarious going on beyond just the billion dollars and federal money and all this.
00:08:43.000There's something worse and that's what i'm trying to get to, the bottom of.

00:09:33.000He just knew that I was there to uh ask questions and, for all he knew, I was just a random person who was frustrated by what the clinic is doing.

00:19:06.000I got to be honest, talking about the border story is one of the most frustrating and depressing stories.
00:19:13.000Talk about what your office is attempting to do to uphold the rule of law while the federal government is effectively subsidizing an invasion and treason of the United States.
00:19:22.000So, Charlie, literally for three years, we've been trying to protect our border.
00:19:25.000We finally passed legislation this last session in May that when it's going into effect, that protects our border, allows us to send people back that are crossing the border illegally.
00:19:36.000And we're doing this because we all know the federal government is not just not doing that.
00:19:40.000They're actually inviting the cartels to bring people to the border.
00:20:42.000We've forced them to stop not deporting people.
00:20:47.000We've forced them to do certain things, but then they just, they come back and they change it up a little and we have to sue them again.
00:20:52.000So it's a constant battle of, okay, we win, then they just change it up.
00:20:58.000So if you've got an administration like the Biden administration that doesn't respect the rule of law, that doesn't respect the Constitution, it's pretty hard to actually get them to do the job.
00:21:07.000On the other hand, that should leave us free to enforce our laws.
00:21:11.000They aren't going to enforce any laws.
00:21:13.000Why is it that we're limited by federal preemption on a law that they don't enforce?
00:21:18.000And I hope that resonates with Supreme Court because otherwise we're left with all these really bad consequences to our state, including a lot of kids dying from fental overdoses, that we shouldn't have to suffer.
00:21:29.000So you said it doesn't make any sense.
00:21:34.000I mean, it is 12 to 15,000 people a day.
00:21:37.000Look, I mean, all you can say is this is what they want.
00:21:39.000Now, why they want it, whether it's just they want to change elections or whether they want to destabilize Republican states, but the reality is they're just they're destabilizing every state because these people are not just staying in Texas, not just staying in Arizona and California.
00:21:55.000Maybe not as many, but they're all feeling, all these cities are feeling the effects.
00:21:59.000So what the Biden administration is doing, I mean, it's hard to explain why they would want to harm the American people, but that's what they're doing.
00:22:19.000And so are we really at a place where a state can't prevent themselves from being invaded while the federal government is subsidizing the invasion?
00:22:29.000That's what the Biden administration is arguing.
00:22:32.000You all are trying to protect yourselves from illegal people coming across illegally from drug trafficking, from human trafficking, from all kinds of terrorists coming across.
00:23:38.000I mean, I think last month was the worst month we've ever had of people crossing the border illegally across the entire border, but also in Texas.
00:23:46.000So it's not like it wasn't bad when Biden started this.
00:23:51.000Yeah, it is intentional and it's strategic.
00:23:55.000I mean, so talk to me about the sanctuary cities argument.
00:23:59.000So sanctuary cities are allegedly allowed to exist.
00:24:02.000So why can't Texas have the opposite and say we're going to ignore federal, just the federal government's not going to do their job, so we'll do it.
00:24:09.000Why do they allow sanctuary cities, but we're not allowed to secure our own southern border?
00:24:15.000Well, you make a pretty good argument.
00:24:17.000I agree that we're going to be making this argument eventually, I think, to the U.S. Supreme Court.
00:24:21.000We're dealing with this terrible case out of Arizona from the Obama era where Arizona got sued and Justice Roberts and Justice Kennedy told us that states are preempted from enforcing their own state laws as it relates to immigration.
00:24:36.000The results of that, we have seen, are catastrophic for the states.
00:24:40.000I'm hoping with a new court and with Roberts having the opportunity to revisit the consequences of that decision, that we will get a better decision that allows us to protect ourselves.
00:24:52.000The federal government won't do it and will actually invite the cartels to send people across the border.
00:25:06.000Have you been outsmarted by the Texas governor, Greg Abbott?
00:25:11.000No, anyone who has a diabolical mind would do diabolical things to just treat people in an inhumane way.
00:25:18.000We handled over 164,000 migrants and asylum seekers, and we're doing it in a humane way.
00:25:25.000We're very clear that we're going to continue to adjust as the governor of Texas carry out these actions to make sure that we send a very clear loud message.
00:25:35.000No bus company should be participating in this action.
00:25:38.000We're going to communicate with our partners in this region and make sure that we tell them they should file the same level of executive order to stop this from taking place.
00:26:21.000They're not following any federal law.
00:26:22.000They're not following their constitutional duty.
00:26:25.000Then we have an obligation to our own citizens to protect them.
00:26:29.000If our government is turning their backs on us and saying, not only are we not going to protect you, but we're actually going to get more of this to happen.
00:26:56.000No, this is by far the most maddening and frustrating topic.
00:27:00.000And I know you're fighting so hard, Attorney General Paxton, and I have respect for that and we're cheering for you.
00:27:05.000It's just we're watching this chipping away of our beautiful country and the Biden administration and Majorkis, they're outright traitors to the country every single day, allowing it to happen.
00:27:18.000And do you at times, do you, I'm sure you feel that anger, don't you?
00:27:23.000I tell you what, Charlie, it is the most angering thing that I've had to deal with because I have too many friends in Texas that had young kids, whether they were in high school or college, who had died from fentanyl overdoses, never knowing they were taking fentanyl.
00:27:36.000These kids are great kids and they're dead.
00:27:40.000So yeah, I know there are all these other consequences, but it is very personal when you have friends that have lost children because the Biden administration has said, we're not going to stop this.
00:27:50.000That is, I don't know what to call that other than just pure evil.
00:27:56.000Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, he wants to take Biden off the ballot in Texas if this is continuing to take Trump off in Colorado and Maine.
00:29:30.000He says, yep, got another 15,000 in, got another 15,000 in, got another 15,000 in, got another 15,000 in, got another 12,000 in, got another 10,000 in, got another 10,000 in every single day, everybody.
00:29:44.000And so my provocative question is, if it was 100,000 a day, would Texas do something?
00:29:49.000If it was 250,000 a day, would Texas do something?
