00:01:16.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:19.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:27.000 What is our national debt?
00:01:30.000 Oh, our national debt is one of our national disgraces.
00:01:34.000 You see, the U.S. national debt is growing by the minute.
00:01:38.000 You can go to debtclock.org.
00:01:41.000 This used to be something we talked about a lot about 10 years ago when I got started at Turning Point USA.
00:01:46.000 It was a primary focus.
00:01:47.000 In fact, there was an entire political movement called the Tea Party movement.
00:01:51.000 Some of you were probably part of the Tea Party movement.
00:01:53.000 I was protesting spending.
00:01:55.000 I think President Donald Trump was the best president of my lifetime, one of the best presidents in American history.
00:02:00.000 However, one piece of feedback I would give President Trump and his administration is they kind of just turned a blind eye to soaring deficits in the debt.
00:02:08.000 The United States national debt is $31.8 trillion.
00:02:13.000 That is $94,976 per citizen.
00:02:17.000 Republicans, and of course Democrats, but Democrats, you'd expect it from them, but Republicans far too often have been the party of big deficits, big debt.
00:02:26.000 And by the way, we just added another million dollars to the debt since we started the show a minute ago.
00:02:31.000 Like that.
00:02:31.000 Clockwork.
00:02:32.000 Boom, boom, boom.
00:02:34.000 It is a slow drip to the death of the financial integrity, fiscal integrity, and health of our republic.
00:02:40.000 When I first started Turning Point USA, the national debt was right around $11 or $12 trillion.
00:02:45.000 It has nearly tripled, nearly tripled in the course of 11 years.
00:02:50.000 We have decided to turn our back on the values of Western society, of delayed gratification, of prudence, of balanced budgeting.
00:02:57.000 No, we have gone into reckless deficit spending, the era of cheap money.
00:03:02.000 There's a lot of philosophical and moral reasons for that.
00:03:04.000 We've explored that on this program before.
00:03:06.000 Our national debt is a national disgrace, and both political parties are to blame.
00:03:11.000 I would blame Democrats more than Republicans, but it's about 60-40.
00:03:16.000 Republicans should be the party of balanced budgets, of fiscal sanity.
00:03:22.000 By the way, Republicans want to be the party of reality when it comes to the trans issue.
00:03:26.000 They want to be the party of reality when it comes to borders.
00:03:29.000 They want to be the party of reality.
00:03:30.000 How about the party reality when it comes to you can't keep on spending money you do not have?
00:03:35.000 Now, thankfully, the American people gave Republicans the majority in the House of Representatives.
00:03:42.000 A slim one, a narrow one.
00:03:44.000 Because of the RNC, we basically had a very disappointing midterm election.
00:03:50.000 But Kevin McCarthy, Speaker of the House, we have a four or five seat majority, depending on who shows up.
00:03:55.000 It's slim, but it's there.
00:03:58.000 So now the debt ceiling debate is primary.
00:04:03.000 Congress has to meet as to whether or not they're going to increase the debt ceiling.
00:04:09.000 So the debt ceiling will expire the 1st of June.
00:04:12.000 If the ceiling is breached without renewal, the Treasury Department will have to suspend issuing new government debt and stop paying some of its bills.
00:04:23.000 There are some emergency measures it can engage in, but basically not much of anything.
00:04:30.000 This comes straight to Congress.
00:04:34.000 Now, Kevin McCarthy, to his credit, was able to get Republicans together and pass a pretty good, I'd say a five or six out of 10 measure that cut some domestic spending and put Democrats on defense.
00:04:45.000 The Biden strategy was they did not think Republicans could consolidate.
00:04:49.000 They thought that Lauren Boebert or Marjorie Taylor Greene or Matt Gates would demand too much and that the House Republican conference, because they had a little bit of a messy speaker fight, they would not be able to pass a debt ceiling measure that would then put the basically the obligation on the White House.
00:05:09.000 Biden miscalculated.
00:05:10.000 So Biden's been on defense here, and it's been really interesting to see.
00:05:14.000 Biden has been scrambling, and there's these bizarre and abstract legal theories that are now being entertained, including using the 14th Amendment, the 14th Amendment of the Constitution in Section 4.
00:05:26.000 It talks about, and by the way, this was a post-Civil War amendment.
00:05:29.000 The purpose of the 14th Amendment was not about the debt ceiling.
00:05:32.000 It said the validity of the public debt of the United States authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion should not be questioned.
00:05:42.000 Basically, it was saying we're not going to pay the Confederacy's debt.
00:05:45.000 That was what the 14th Amendment was, Section 4.
00:05:49.000 But you're already getting these bizarre and almost Twitter-founded legal theories that are pushed by that moron, Steve Cohen, saying, oh, yeah, you know, we can increase the debt ceiling.
00:06:02.000 I read it on Twitter.
00:06:03.000 This is some of the ideas that they're proposing, not to go through Congress, not to do a spending deal, but just have Joe Biden unilaterally sign a debt ceiling increase.
00:06:14.000 Play cut six.
00:06:16.000 So it's going to be difficult for President Biden to negotiate with somebody who has those type of legislative terrorists on their team, and the 14th Amendment is an ace in the hole.
00:06:27.000 14th Amendment is an ace in the hole.
00:06:30.000 Now, so they're panicking because they do not actually want to get to a place where they have to cut spending.
00:06:37.000 Now, mind you, the way we do budgeting in Washington, D.C. is so dysfunctional.
00:06:42.000 It's so broken.
00:06:43.000 There's something called baseline budgeting.
00:06:46.000 We're barely even cutting enough spending to get to pre-COVID levels, and pre-COVID, it was still too high.
00:06:53.000 We're talking about trillions of dollars of deficits.
00:06:56.000 Deficits is how much you borrow each year.
00:06:59.000 It's your annual burn rate.
00:07:00.000 The debt is just a cumulative.
00:07:03.000 And so Republicans have passed a pretty good measure.
00:07:06.000 And Democrats are upset.
00:07:08.000 They say, why are you even negotiating with these people?
00:07:12.000 Why are you even in any sort of good faith trying to say that we need spending cuts?
00:07:16.000 Democrats at this point in Washington, D.C., they wanted a clean debt ceiling hike.
00:07:23.000 They want the era of cheap money and massive deficit spending.
00:07:26.000 And let me be very clear.
00:07:28.000 Democrats want the fundamental transformation of America.
00:07:30.000 They want the destruction of Western society.
00:07:33.000 Not every Democrat, but most of them, and certainly the leadership of the Democrat Party.
00:07:37.000 Therefore, they want debts and deficits.
00:07:40.000 If you want to cripple a nation, if you want to smash a country, if you want to destabilize a civilization, you engage in reckless deficit spending.
00:07:52.000 Same reason why they want the borders wide open, same reason why they want hyperinflation.
00:07:57.000 The destabilization is the plan.
00:08:01.000 The progressive wing of the Democrat Party is putting massive pressure on Biden to increase spending, saying that we have to increase the amount we are spending.
00:08:09.000 So look, we probably have to raise the debt ceiling, but we should not raise it for nothing.
00:08:14.000 I think that failing to raise the debt ceiling would be a mistake, but we should drive the hardest bargain possible.
00:08:20.000 We should call their bluff.
00:08:22.000 We should say, okay, Joe Biden, you're the one that should default the United States.
00:08:26.000 Now, we don't know what would happen if the United States defaults.
00:08:28.000 Probably it's an apocalypse, but it's probably overly apocalyptic in their description.
00:08:33.000 But isn't it interesting how the Democrats always go to the most cataclysmic conclusion without actually negotiating anything in good faith?
00:08:42.000 They immediately go towards, it's going to ruin the economy and bring down the stock market by 45%.
00:08:48.000 Maybe you're probably right, but maybe not.
00:08:50.000 Instead of negotiating in good faith and saying that we have become a debtor nation.
00:08:56.000 So Republicans passed legislation already to raise the debt ceiling.
00:09:01.000 They passed it a whole month ago.
00:09:02.000 Again, Biden did not expect that, April 26th.
00:09:06.000 And so now there's a debate going back and forth of where are we going to cut spending?
00:09:11.000 Where are we going to actually get some concessions?
00:09:14.000 And I think Republicans need to drive a very, very hard bargain.
00:09:17.000 Now, mind you, Joe Biden is saying, well, and again, I don't trust Joe Biden.
00:09:21.000 Joe Biden is a traitor to the United States.
00:09:23.000 But this is where we could call Joe Biden's bluff and really put him on defense and maybe put together a fabulous spending cut plan.
00:09:31.000 And if there was one wish I had for the Republican Party right now is I demand, and you should too in the grassroots, demand the Republican Party reasserts itself and recommits itself to a party of fiscal discipline.
00:09:47.000 The Republican Party should not be a party where we tolerate trillions of dollars of debts and deficits.
00:09:54.000 I do not want to be part of that party.
00:09:56.000 That's why I'm a registered independent.
00:09:58.000 I refuse to be part of a movement that turns a blind eye to our national indebtedness, to the destruction of our sovereignty, the deterioration of our dollar.
00:10:08.000 The national debt does not just matter a little bit.
00:10:11.000 It's an existential threat to our national security.
00:10:13.000 It's the Democrats that don't care about this.
00:10:15.000 Republicans, you have a chance right now to tell your voters and to tell future generations, to tell your kids and grandkids, I am going to pick the tough fight to balance the budget to cut spending so that we'll still have a country.
00:10:30.000 But Republicans are refusing to cut spending in one area, and I think they are really mistaken.
00:10:38.000 All right, I got an important thing to share with you.
00:10:41.000 You were probably tired about all these left-wing progressive companies, and you're probably exhausted with trying to keep up with all their virtue signaling and their woke nonsense.
00:10:50.000 It's a question, right?
00:10:52.000 Why has corporate America decided to say we hate you to their customers?
00:10:57.000 I mean, I see Adidas.
00:10:58.000 Adidas might as well have a big sign that says, we hate you.
00:11:03.000 Look, progressive left-wing companies are taking over the market, and it's time for us to fight back.
00:11:09.000 I want to tell you about a company I really care about, run by a friend of mine who's a great American, and they're growing, and they need your help, and it's very important, okay?
00:11:18.000 Look, we don't have to fund these companies, the left-wing companies, we finally have an alternative, public square.
00:11:25.000 We have a solution.
00:11:27.000 I hear from people all the time, Charlie, how do we fight back?
00:11:29.000 Charlie, where are the options?
00:11:30.000 It's very simple.

00:12:54.000 Free to join, especially if you're a business owner.
00:12:56.000 Go to publicsq.com.
00:13:01.000 Okay, so this is a fluid debate.
00:13:04.000 And Republicans, being represented by Kevin McCarthy, are demanding domestic spending cuts.
00:13:10.000 And Joe Biden says, well, why don't you cut some military spending?
00:13:15.000 And Republicans are unwilling to do that.
00:13:17.000 Now, Joe Biden could just be playing a game.
00:13:18.000 I don't trust Joe Biden.
00:13:19.000 Joe Biden, as I said, is a traitor to the United States.
00:13:23.000 But quite honestly, I think it's time for us as Republicans to say, you know what, we're going to cut domestically and we're going to cut Mark Milley's budget.
00:13:33.000 Republicans have been unwilling to challenge in any way, shape, or form the Department of Defense.
00:13:42.000 It's time for us to reconsider that.
00:13:43.000 Look, I'm no dove.
00:13:44.000 I'm all for killing terrorists.
00:13:46.000 I'm for holding our enemies accountable.
00:13:49.000 But I think many of you in the audience are, you're kind of getting wise to this nonsense where the Department of Defense is less about defending the nation and more about colonizing other countries for some woke agenda and invading other countries.
00:14:02.000 It should be called the Department of Invading Nations.
00:14:06.000 And so Joe Biden says, well, why don't you cut some defense spending?
00:14:09.000 You know what we should say?
00:14:11.000 Okay, we'd be thrilled.
00:14:12.000 For example, we should cut this freak from getting out of the U.S. military, making selfies on aircraft carriers.
00:14:19.000 We're happy to cut this funding.
00:14:21.000 Why won't Republicans say that?
00:14:22.000 Play Cut 50.
00:14:24.000 The coolest thing I did on board was to be able to participate in a LGBTQ spoken word night, and I was able to read a poem that I wrote to the whole ship.
00:14:34.000 And that was probably the culmination of the whole deployment.
00:14:39.000 Republicans, you should give a press conference saying, hey, Joe Biden wants us to cut military spending.
00:14:44.000 We are officially cutting the gay poem budget from the United States military.
00:14:49.000 There will not be another nickel towards LGBT poems in the military.
00:14:56.000 Call Joe Biden's bluff.
00:14:58.000 Or how about this, Cut 51?
00:14:59.000 Say, we will no longer finance LGBT PR operations or public broadcasting aboard military ships.
00:15:10.000 This is an official messaging campaign from the United States Navy.
00:15:15.000 Joe Biden says we want to cut the military or cut Department of Defense.
00:15:19.000 Say, okay, we're happy to cut this play cut 51.
00:15:23.000 Hi, my name is Johnny and I use he, him pronouns.
00:15:26.000 Using the right pronouns is a really simple way to affirm someone's identity.
00:15:30.000 It is a signal of acceptance and respect.
00:15:33.000 If it's a signal of acceptance and respect, how do we go about creating a safe space for everybody?
00:15:39.000 That's a good question.
00:15:40.000 A really good way to do that is to use inclusive language.
00:15:44.000 Instead of saying something like, hey, guys, you can say, hey, everyone.
00:15:49.000 Another way that we could show that we're allies and that we accept everybody is to maybe include our pronouns in our emails or, like we just did, introduce ourselves using our pronouns.
00:16:00.000 That is an official PSA from the United States Navy, taxpayer-funded.
00:16:04.000 Why are Republicans unwilling to touch that budget?
00:16:08.000 So you see, Republicans do not want to touch a dollar of military spending, largely because they're purchased by Boeing and Northrop Grumman and Raytheon and the military defense contractors.
00:16:19.000 Do you feel as if the military is currently making America safer?
00:16:23.000 Not the rank and file who are heroes, but the military leadership?
00:16:28.000 How about no more money to Ukraine?
00:16:31.000 That's what the response should be.
00:16:32.000 Oh, Joe Biden, you want us to cut foreign spending?
00:16:37.000 Not another nickel to the thug Zelensky.
00:16:41.000 Oh, you mean you want money to keep going to Ukraine and gay PSAs?
00:16:45.000 What is it you want to cut exactly, Joe Biden?
00:16:47.000 Put him on defense.
00:16:49.000 And while we're at it, we should demand harsher cuts.
00:16:52.000 We should demand an exit from the WHO.
00:16:56.000 We should demand cuts to the FBI.
00:16:58.000 We have the cards right now.
00:17:00.000 Republicans should play offense.
00:17:02.000 Joe Biden is looking very weak.
00:17:04.000 Joe Biden is showing a willingness for some concessions.
00:17:07.000 Go for the win, everybody.
00:17:10.000 But do not be afraid to cut the sacred cow of the international gay, the global American experiment.
00:17:23.000 Look, with all the danger out there in today's world, many people are concerned about the very real possibility of food shortages.
00:17:30.000 That's why I urge everyone to secure a long-term emergency food supply while you can.

00:18:31.000 We're talking about the debt ceiling here.
00:18:32.000 I want to play a couple pieces of tape.
00:18:34.000 Let's go to this dialogue here.
00:18:37.000 Cut 41.
00:18:38.000 Joe Biden responds to the debt ceiling from Mr. Ducey, PlayCut 41.
00:18:45.000 Do you think that if there is a brief, nobody will blame me?
00:18:49.000 Of course, no one will blame me.
00:18:50.000 I know you won't.
00:18:51.000 You'll be saying Biden did a wonderful job.
00:18:53.000 On the merits, based on what I've offered, I would be blameless.
00:18:58.000 I think there are some MiGA Republicans in the House who know the damage that it would do to the economy.
00:19:08.000 And because I am president and president's responsible for everything, Biden would take the blame, and that's the one way to make sure Biden's not re-elected.
00:19:16.000 Of course, that's been workshop.
00:19:17.000 Isn't that interesting?
00:19:19.000 Joe Biden, who is the arsonist of America, the arsonist to America, is being told the one-liners that we want to default because we think we could blame Joe Biden.
00:19:30.000 You see, this is a fundamental difference between Democrats and Republicans, and we know this to be true.
00:19:35.000 From Joy Behar to Jane Fonda to many other people that when Trump was president, Bill Maher, for example, Bill Maher said, I hope there's a recession because then we could blame it on Trump.
00:19:47.000 Democrats think this way.
00:19:50.000 So, Joe Biden obviously thinks this way because he's thought this way before.
00:19:53.000 I'm cheering for the American economy, even though I despise the current president.
00:19:59.000 I'm cheering that wages go up.
00:20:01.000 I hope we balance the budget.
00:20:03.000 I hope we solve the border crisis.
00:20:06.000 I don't care who gets the credit.
00:20:08.000 I don't care.
00:20:09.000 I want what's best for America.
00:20:12.000 And for Joe Biden to imply that the Republican Party is going to try and obliterate the full faith in credit United States because then they could blame Joe Biden.
00:20:26.000 Joe Biden is the one that I question actually loves the country.
00:20:30.000 Joe Biden is the one that keeps the borders wide open.
00:20:33.000 Joe Biden is the one that does these things and Joe Biden's puppet masters.
00:20:38.000 Every Republican that I know would rather have a functioning America, a flourishing America, even if it meant a Democrat was present at the time.
00:20:47.000 I love my country a lot more than I love politics.
00:20:51.000 Joe Biden does not.
00:20:52.000 Joe Biden is constantly talking about blame and blame shifting, and this person's going to point fingers.
00:20:58.000 That is nonsense.
00:21:00.000 It's a difference between conservatives and Democrats.
00:21:04.000 Bill Maher and Jane, remember Jane Fonda or somebody like that was saying, COVID is a gift.
00:21:12.000 COVID is a gift because it helps us get rid of Donald Trump.
00:21:16.000 Representative Steve Cohen, who's a moron, talking about how Lawrence Tribe is the Obi-Wan kenobi when it comes to constitutional law and how the 14th Amendment is something the president can use.
00:21:26.000 Play cut 45.
00:21:28.000 My argument has been made by Lawrence Tribe.
00:21:31.000 I think Lawrence Tribe is Obi-Wan Kenobi when it comes to constitutional law.
00:21:36.000 He thinks it's something that the president should use.
00:21:38.000 The 14th Amendment is not just letters that are put out there in a constitution without meaning.
00:21:44.000 And the meaning is that the debt shall not be the debt showyana.
00:21:50.000 It's never been used before, but it's there for a reason, and this is the reason why it was put there.
00:21:55.000 This guy has no idea what he's talking about.
00:21:57.000 First of all, let's actually read what the Constitution says about it, including Section 5 of the 14th Amendment.
00:22:03.000 This is just complete fairy dust fiction.
00:22:06.000 Section 5 says: Congress shall have the power to enforce by appropriate legislation the provisions of this article.
00:22:14.000 No, no, no.
00:22:15.000 Blake said section 4.
00:22:16.000 No, I'm reading section 5.
00:22:18.000 Even if you believe section 4 was about the national debt and the debt ceiling, do you know what section 5 says?
00:22:25.000 That Congress shall have the power to enforce by appropriate legislation the provisions of this article.
00:22:31.000 So even if you believe this nonsense about the 14th Amendment, read the fifth section, which applies to all the other sections.
00:22:39.000 That it has to go straight through Congress, that a president cannot unilaterally sign it, even though it's a misinterpretation and a misapplication of the amendment.
00:22:50.000 Even under their misapplication strategy, it still has to go through Congress.
00:22:56.000 Cut 44, Janet Yellen doesn't think the 14th Amendment can be used to raise the debt ceiling.
00:23:01.000 Play cut 44.
00:23:03.000 Well, extraordinary measures is used in a different way, but there has been much discussion of the 14th Amendment.
00:23:12.000 And as President Biden said, I believe this morning, it doesn't seem like something that could be appropriately used in these circumstances, given the legal uncertainty around it and given the tight timeframe we're on.
00:23:31.000 John Fetterman, who can't be bothered to go put on a suit and tie, might interfere with his depression, wearing shorts and a sweatshirt, a complete insult to the institution of the Senate.
00:23:42.000 This guy's a trust fund baby that appropriates the aesthetic and the visual of the MAGA muscular working class.
00:23:49.000 He's a repulsive individual.
00:23:51.000 Reads a prepared statement about how Joe Biden can raise the debt ceiling.
00:23:55.000 Play cut 37.
00:23:57.000 We're here for one simple reason.
00:23:59.000 President Biden needs to consider using the 14th Amendment if necessary.
00:24:05.000 The entire GOP debt ceiling negotiation is a sad charade.
00:24:11.000 And that's exactly what's wrong about what's wrong in Washington.
00:24:15.000 We're playing with the livelihoods of millions just so the GOP can just turn the screws against hungry Americans.
00:24:22.000 At what point does this just become cruelty that he's just being held hostage by the American Democrat Party?
00:24:29.000 That John Fetterman is a hostage of Chuck Schumer.
00:24:33.000 Like reads prepared statements.
00:24:36.000 It's like Diane Feinstein.
00:24:37.000 It's like Diane Feinstein and John Fetterman are basically being held hostage by Chuck Yu Schumer.
00:24:43.000 When I see John Fetterman, my immediate reaction is, we deserve so much better.
00:24:51.000 We are a decent country with decent people with an awfully corrupt government run by a crime syndicate called the American Democrat Party.
00:24:59.000 We deserve better than that.
00:25:01.000 You deserve better than that.
00:25:02.000 For all of you out there that are watching or listening to the program in Pennsylvania, it's an insult to you, an insult to those of you that pay your taxes.
00:25:10.000 Remember, part of the strategy is a mass demoralization campaign.
00:25:14.000 And when I see John Fetterman and I speak about John Fetterman's audiences across the country, I just get a sense of what's the point.
00:25:22.000 If sweatshirt Shrek can win the elect win the election in Pennsylvania, it makes you think, what is even the point?
00:25:32.000 He can't even read sentences.
00:25:34.000 Let's go to Cut 36, Kevin McCarthy, Speaker McCarthy, on his conversation with Biden.
00:25:38.000 So this really has become House of Representatives v. Biden.
00:25:42.000 And Republicans, you should drive the hardest bargain you can.
00:25:45.000 Get out of the WHO.
00:25:46.000 By the way, use this opportunity as a chance to cut spending of the FBI.
00:25:50.000 Play cut 36.
00:25:52.000 I thought the conversation with the president was productive in the sense we got the teams back together working.
00:26:01.000 We know the time is of the essence.
00:26:02.000 Republicans took action on our own.
00:26:04.000 Unfortunately, the Senate has another.
00:26:06.000 But we have raised the debt ceiling.
00:26:07.000 I think that is why you see the market still stabilized because we know the Senate could just take that bill and actually raise the debt ceiling, put us in a stronger economic place.
00:26:17.000 Now, Joe Biden does not want what's best for America.
00:26:19.000 So I do not believe they're negotiating good faith.
00:26:22.000 Joe Biden wants centralized bank digital currency.
00:26:24.000 Joe Biden is fine with the rise of China.
00:26:26.000 Remember, he's a purchased Chinese asset.
00:26:29.000 For them, they want a clean spending hike.
00:26:31.000 Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, they're furious that negotiations are underway.
00:26:36.000 And in Cut 38, you'll see Byron Donalds says Biden doesn't want to cut any spending.
00:26:41.000 We will get to $54 trillion in debt if Biden has his way.
00:26:45.000 So much of the economic confusion that we're experiencing right now is because of our overspending a decade ago.
00:26:52.000 Kicking the can down the road is the overused metaphor when it comes to national debt and deficit policy.
00:26:59.000 Play cut 38.
00:27:01.000 Look, at the end of the day, when it comes to the debt ceiling, Joe Biden doesn't want to cut any spending.
00:27:06.000 He wants to continue his radical out-of-control spending.
00:27:09.000 It will be $54 trillion in debt if Joe Biden has his way.
00:27:14.000 We're trying to stop that, get back to pre-COVID spending levels.
00:27:17.000 It's common sense stuff.
00:27:18.000 It is ridiculous that Joe Biden still doesn't have a plan or a strategy, and he's known about this for months.
00:27:24.000 It's outrageous.
00:27:25.000 Just so we're clear, the way Congress budgets, a family, a business, a person, a church, a nonprofit would never be able to budget.
00:27:34.000 So once you set a new record of spending, baseline budgeting necessitates that you start at that baseline.
00:27:42.000 You don't even question what we want is zero-based budgeting.
00:27:46.000 This is a great opportunity, everybody, for us, the grassroots to demand from our lawmakers a new Republican Party, a Republican party of budget discipline.
00:27:57.000 We need serious cuts.
00:28:00.000 We need cuts to domestic spending.
00:28:02.000 We need cuts to the LGBT empire that calls themselves the Department of Defense at times.
00:28:08.000 We need cuts across the board.
00:28:10.000 The Republican Party, though, says, well, you know, we want to have some welfare cuts.
00:28:13.000 That's fine.
00:28:15.000 Are we really getting to the meat of the budget?
00:28:20.000 If, by the way, these are not even cuts.
00:28:22.000 These are cuts in how much we are growing the budget, just so we're clear.
00:28:27.000 These are not even actual cuts.
00:28:28.000 This is that we are going to grow the budget by 3% instead of 5%.
00:28:32.000 That's not a cut.
00:28:33.000 That's a cut in how much suffering you are going to endure.
00:28:36.000 It's reducing future increased spending.
00:28:40.000 Republican Party out there, time to get real cuts.
00:28:43.000 Demand zero-based budgeting, and you have to rebuild the budget of the United States federal government from zero.
00:28:48.000 Justify your existence.
00:28:50.000 Justify the 87,000 IRS agents.
00:28:54.000 By the way, the Republican Party should say, hey, Joe Biden, you want to not default?
00:28:57.000 You really want to be the first president to default?
00:28:59.000 Get rid of your 87,000 IRS agents.
00:29:01.000 Get rid of the money to Zelensky.
00:29:03.000 Oh, yeah, build the wall.
00:29:05.000 We have control over the legislative agenda right now.
00:29:08.000 You pass something Biden didn't.
00:29:09.000 Biden's looking very fragile and weak right now.
00:29:13.000 Ask for the order.
00:29:14.000 Joe Biden doesn't want to see a default.
00:29:16.000 We don't want to see a default.
00:29:17.000 Call his bluff.

00:30:19.000 Check it out.
00:30:22.000 Pramilla Jayapal, say that three times fast.
00:30:26.000 Says there would be huge backlash in the streets.
00:30:28.000 Oh, I get it now.
00:30:31.000 You see, Floyd of Palooza.
00:30:35.000 Oh, we must remember St. George Floyd for his memory.
00:30:38.000 Remember, Nancy Pelosi said, thank you, George.
00:30:41.000 Thank you, George, as if he's a martyr, as if it was St. Stephen who was stoned, St. Paul, St. George Floyd in the pantheon of woke gods.
00:30:54.000 St. George Floyd is up there.
00:30:56.000 St. George Floyd will have statues erected to him.
00:31:00.000 The drug addict criminal will be remembered in the woke narrative of penetrating the Western patriarchy so that we can have conversations on anti-racism.
00:31:14.000 And remember, George Floyd did have a statue, but it was destroyed by lightning.
00:31:20.000 Pramila Jayapal, though, again, Floyd de Palooza happened for a lot of reasons.
00:31:24.000 One of the reasons why Floyd Apalooza happened and the burning of the Wendy's and the looting and the widespread arson was to set a standard, was to remind people.
00:31:33.000 Remember, this has to happen every couple decades.
00:31:35.000 Now, whether it happens intentionally or not is not clear to me, but it does happen.
00:31:39.000 Rodney King riots, Floyda Palooza.
00:31:43.000 No one liked it.
00:31:44.000 Kenosha, the Rittenhouse drama, it was awful.
00:31:47.000 It was terrible.
00:31:48.000 It was widespread.
00:31:49.000 It was dirty.
00:31:50.000 Looting, arson, mostly peaceful.
00:31:54.000 But what it did is it was, now it's been baked into the memory of the American people that can now be used as a threat.
00:32:02.000 So Pramilla Jayapal is now using the memory of Floyda Palooza of the anti-racist summer as a way to try to get her way.
00:32:14.000 She is extorting you.
00:32:16.000 The American Democrat Party, specifically the progressive base of the Democrat Party, is threatening another rendition of Antifa of anti-racist terrorism if you don't give us what we want.
00:32:32.000 Play cut 59.
00:32:34.000 I think there would be a huge backlash from our entire House Democratic caucus, certainly the progressives, but also in the streets.
00:32:42.000 I mean, I think that this is, it's important that we don't take steps back from the very strong agenda that the president himself shepherded and led over the last two years.
00:32:53.000 There's going to be riots.
00:32:54.000 You're going to see distrust in the streets.
00:32:57.000 Huge backlash in the streets.
00:33:01.000 Look, the debt ceiling fight is now coming to a breaking point.
00:33:04.000 And the Democrats are the ones that are scrambling.
00:33:07.000 They're thinking of all these unconstitutional things and measures.
00:33:10.000 And you got Fetterman talking about the 14th Amendment and Steve Cohen talking about Obi-Wan Kenobi, very strange reference.
00:33:17.000 Here you have Senator Tina Smith.
00:33:20.000 She's accusing us of extortion.
00:33:22.000 Democrats are, they're not unified here.
00:33:25.000 They're a little bit on defense.
00:33:26.000 And honestly, Kevin McCarthy deserves credit here.
00:33:29.000 He's put the Democrats in a place where they are not on the same page.
00:33:33.000 Rarely do you see the American Democrat Party this jumbled.
00:33:40.000 They are not unified.
00:33:42.000 They're all over the place.
00:33:43.000 Play cut 40.
00:33:44.000 I mean, if anybody can figure out how to negotiate a reasonable agreement with these Republicans in the House, it's Joe Biden.
00:33:52.000 But that's a challenge because they are essentially engaging in this extortion game.
00:33:57.000 They are essentially saying, agree with us on making cuts to programs for seniors and kids and families working in low-wage jobs, or we're going to drive the economy off the cliff.
00:34:10.000 And so our goal is just to make sure that the president is, and everybody, including those Republicans, are aware that there is another option, which is the 14th Amendment.
00:34:18.000 So you got Senator Tina Smith, Fetterman.
00:34:21.000 Again, Fetterman just does, he's like Pete Buttigieg.
00:34:23.000 He reads whatever the regime tells him to read.
00:34:25.000 And then you got Steve Cohen.
00:34:27.000 It's unconstitutional.
00:34:28.000 Joe Biden knows that.
00:34:29.000 Joe Biden knows the Supreme Court will overturn it.
00:34:32.000 They would rather engage in an abstract legal theory first floated on Twitter by Lawrence Tribe than seriously engage in spending cuts that could actually save the American Republic.
00:34:50.000 The Democrat Party, they are actively disintegrating and poisoning the fiscal health of the United States.
00:34:59.000 Republicans hold the line.
00:35:01.000 The Democrats are going to blink.
00:35:03.000 As for the order, we want the wall.
00:35:05.000 We want deportations.
00:35:07.000 We want Title 42 back.
00:35:08.000 We're going to get out of the WHO.
00:35:10.000 We want the FBI to be severely slashed.
00:35:13.000 And most importantly, we want an actual balanced budget, not just cuts in the rate of spending growth.
00:35:22.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
