00:00:14.000 If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable.
00:00:19.000 But if the most important thing is doing good, you will end up purposeful.
00:00:24.000 College is a scam, everybody.
00:00:26.000 You got to stop sending your kids to college.
00:00:27.000 You should get married as young as possible and have as many kids as possible.

00:00:45.000 Here I am.
00:00:46.000 Lord, use me.

00:01:17.000 All right.
00:01:18.000 Welcome, everybody.
00:01:19.000 It is Thursday, July 30th, 2026.
00:01:23.000 Blake has reclaimed my Mike flag at the YREFI Studios in Arizona.
00:01:29.000 I feel like I've had this Mike flag more than you for the last few weeks.
00:01:33.000 Not this week.
00:01:35.000 Not this week.
00:01:37.000 Nope, nope, nope.
00:01:38.000 How are we doing this morning, Blake?
00:01:39.000 Lots to get to.
00:01:41.000 We were doing splendid until I saw the video you wanted to talk about to start today's show.
00:01:46.000 And now I'm feeling a bit bummed again.
00:01:49.000 Other than that, I'm glad.
00:01:50.000 Let's go ahead and throw it up.
00:01:51.000 This is.
00:01:52.000 Yeah.
00:01:53.000 This is 185.
00:01:54.000 This is the video in question.
00:01:56.000 This is coming from the south of Spain.
00:01:59.000 And it's terrifying to watch because guess what?
00:02:04.000 It looks like Spain is getting invaded right now, which is a terrible thing to see.
00:02:10.000 And.
00:02:11.000 There's really no reason this should be happening other than the fact that Spain's feckless prime minister, Pedro Sanchez, has legalized millions, I would put it in millions, at least a million, though, 0.81
00:02:27.000 illegal immigrants in that country. 1.00
00:02:29.000 And so, what do you get when you go soft on immigration, especially when you are neighbors with the third world? 0.98
00:02:36.000 In this case, Morocco is just a small boat ride away. 0.99
00:02:39.000 I've actually taken that boat ride on a ferry to Morocco from Spain.
00:02:44.000 Um, in years past, and it is very short.
00:02:46.000 Well, it's actually very short, Andrew.
00:02:49.000 This isn't even so. 0.95
00:02:50.000 Spain has a couple cities that are on Africa, it's from way back in the Reconquista days when they conquered Spain back from the Muslims. 0.97
00:03:00.000 And then they have Ceuta and uh Melilla.
00:03:03.000 I'm not sure if I'm saying those right, but these two little cities.
00:03:06.000 And so, this is in Ceuta, yep.
00:03:08.000 And they just have a normal border fence, but they will have migrants by the thousands show up, and every few years. 0.52
00:03:14.000 They'll actually just crash through, overwhelm it. 0.90
00:03:17.000 Obviously, the goal is either blend in and hide, or once you get in, you try to make it legally difficult to get expelled.
00:03:24.000 But it's as you said earlier this year, Spain passed this huge amnesty for hundreds of thousands of people who had illegally migrated there.
00:03:32.000 As usual, when lawmakers push this through, although I shouldn't say lawmakers, because I believe the government found a way to do this without even having a direct parliamentary vote.
00:03:41.000 And then once they passed it, it turned out the number of people eligible was going to be two or three or more times higher than they originally promised.
00:03:49.000 Now, the word is out.
00:03:50.000 Spain is the place to go.
00:03:52.000 And it's even more terrifying because this is the European Union.
00:03:55.000 So they have the Schengen zone, the shared open border within Europe.
00:03:59.000 So, everyone knows if you can get into Spain, get amnesty there, glide past their authorities, you can go anywhere in the European Union.
00:04:08.000 You can go to France.
00:04:09.000 You can go to Germany.
00:04:10.000 You can go to Sweden.
00:04:11.000 You can go to Poland, Lithuania, wherever you want.
00:04:14.000 And Spain could basically single handedly destroy Europe, even if the rest of Europe doesn't want it to happen.
00:04:21.000 Exactly.
00:04:22.000 So, look at, to Blake's point, that Ceuta is actually in the African continent.
00:04:27.000 It is a small carve out of.
00:04:30.000 Spanish land in the African continent.
00:04:33.000 So, what happens is if they get into Spain, then they are then granted all the rights and protections that the European Union would give any Spaniard. 1.00
00:04:43.000 So, yeah, they are illegals. 1.00
00:04:45.000 Yeah, there may be some options legally to take care of that. 0.99
00:04:48.000 But once they are in Spanish territory, getting across Gibraltar to Gibraltar or wherever, because Gibraltar is technically British land, but if they get into Spain, then they are released into the continent.
00:05:02.000 And what do you do then?
00:05:04.000 And here's the problem.
00:05:05.000 This is weak immigration, and people in this country forget that just two years ago, for all the hemming and hawing, for all of the hand wringing, for all of the sometimes justifiable criticisms of the Trump administration,
00:05:21.000 this was America two years ago.
00:05:24.000 Put those images back up on the screen.
00:05:27.000 Put the images from the Spanish invasion back on the screen.
00:05:31.000 And by the way, this certainly looks like a bunch of women and children just looking for a better life, doesn't it, Blake?
00:05:37.000 No, actually, when you zoom up on it, these are all military age males that are streaming across these fences into Ceuta.
00:05:47.000 Okay?
00:05:48.000 Two years ago, this was America.
00:05:50.000 This was the southern border in the United States of America. 0.84
00:05:53.000 This is why we elected President Trump for mass deportations to seal off the border, which he's done, and to get these people out of our country.
00:06:04.000 Because no 1.00
00:06:06.000 developed country, let's just say that, Should have to put up with an invasion like this of third worlders streaming across its borders. 1.00
00:06:14.000 And how easy we forget. 1.00
00:06:17.000 And you look at the polling, you look at the headwinds.
00:06:19.000 Okay, you're upset about Epstein files, you're upset about Iran, so am I. 0.77
00:06:23.000 But we cannot allow this to be our future.
00:06:26.000 We cannot allow the past to be the future.
00:06:29.000 This is another reason, and I'm going to keep harping on this because yesterday I finally called on X for Leader Thune to be removed as leader of the Senate GOP and leader of the Senate.
00:06:42.000 Because we need to get the Save America Act passed.
00:06:45.000 Because what you are seeing in those images in Spain, that was America.
00:06:50.000 These people are here.
00:06:52.000 They are getting driver's licenses, they are getting CDLs, they are flooding your DMVs, in your schools, in your hospitals.
00:07:00.000 And many of them are registered to vote.
00:07:02.000 In just four states, we know that over a quarter of a million illegals are on the voter rolls. 0.66
00:07:07.000 That's unacceptable. 0.99
00:07:08.000 There shouldn't be one.
00:07:10.000 I don't care how many are even voting, they should not be on our voter rolls and they should not be counted in our census.
00:07:17.000 So, Spain is a warning of Christmas past and Christmas future if we lose power. 0.53
00:07:25.000 We have to get this done.
00:07:27.000 And I would love to see either Senator Rick Scott from Florida or Mike Lee take over as Senate leader.
00:07:34.000 People that have proven that they are willing to do the hard things, people that are willing to take hard stands and work with urgency.
00:07:43.000 We are about to see the Senate.
00:07:46.000 Take six weeks off.
00:07:48.000 It's not even a month.
00:07:51.000 Six weeks off.
00:07:53.000 And I want to point something out.
00:07:54.000 Blake, you make this point brilliantly all the time.
00:07:56.000 According to the Partnership for Public Service and the Washington Post tracker, more than 100 Trump nominees are still sitting in the Senate right now, with about 108 awaiting action.
00:08:10.000 All told, there are approximately 800 top roles that they track out of 1,300 that require confirmation.
00:08:20.000 The 800, only 360 have been confirmed, and we are well into year two of Trump 2.0.
00:08:28.000 What are we doing here?
00:08:30.000 What are we doing?
00:08:31.000 We don't get these windows of time.
00:08:33.000 What are we doing?
00:08:34.000 We control the Senate and the House and the White House.
00:08:37.000 What are we doing?
00:08:38.000 Because it is, you think, we have a two year window to actually get things done and then we could lose Congress.
00:08:45.000 And I think you'll look back.
00:08:47.000 You can look back on the first Trump term.
00:08:48.000 We were given an awesome opportunity by the American public that we got a Republican majority, House, Senate, presidency.
00:08:57.000 Basically, a majority that the Republicans have only possessed a handful of years in the past century.
00:09:02.000 We had it in Bush's second term.
00:09:04.000 We had it back in the days of Herbert Hoover and Calvin Coolidge.
00:09:07.000 You rarely get opportunities like this.
00:09:09.000 You rarely get opportunities for the Republican Party to actually, just with its own votes, pass whatever it wants.
00:09:17.000 And if we throw away this two year opportunity, who knows when we will ever get it again.
00:09:23.000 So, as you said, cancel the recess, confirm everybody, pass the Save Act, actually supply things, and that will get them far more upside than anything they could do during a recess, period.
00:09:36.000 100%.
00:09:37.000 If you are worried about flagging enthusiasm on the right, get your job done, Senate.
00:09:45.000 That is the only way that we win now.
00:09:48.000 All right.
00:09:48.000 So I want to highlight something.
00:09:51.000 This happened last night, and we're going to get into it a little bit more with Senator Bernie Moreno when he joins the show in hour two.
00:09:58.000 But throw up pick 187.
00:10:02.000 This is the current list of senators that have openly and publicly called for.
00:10:09.000 The August recess to be canceled.
00:10:11.000 You've got Senators Mike Lee, Rick Scott, Tommy Tubberville, Coach Tubberville, Jim Banks, Ashley Moody, Darlene Graham.
00:10:19.000 God bless you.
00:10:20.000 Can you imagine, by the way, being Darlene Graham?
00:10:22.000 You get right into Capitol Hill, you assume your role as the interim senator for your brother, and John Thune says, Time to go take a vacation.
00:10:33.000 Six weeks.
00:10:33.000 We'll see you later.
00:10:34.000 So good for her for saying, Hey, let's stay on the job and get this done.
00:10:37.000 And by the way, to his credit, disagreed on a lot. 0.58
00:10:40.000 But Lindsey Graham was pro passing the Save Act.
00:10:43.000 And I think we should do it for him.
00:10:44.000 Bill Haggerty, Katie Britt, Todd Young, Marsha Blackburn, Eric Schmidt, Dave McCormick have all now publicly called for August recess to be canceled.
00:10:54.000 So let's get this done.
00:10:56.000 And I genuinely think the point cannot be stated enough.
00:11:01.000 The time is short, this moment is precious.
00:11:05.000 We have so many headwinds facing us as a conservative movement going into the midterms.
00:11:10.000 We don't know how much more time we're going to have to get any of these confirmations over the finish line to get the Save America Act over the finish line.
00:11:17.000 I don't care if you have to do it via reconciliation and take on the parliamentarian.
00:11:22.000 I don't care if you have to do a talking filibuster like Senator Mike Lee has called, but you've got to get it done.
00:11:28.000 There is zero excuses left.
00:11:30.000 And I think genuinely that we need to encourage the president.
00:11:35.000 He refused to give a vote of confidence to John Thune when asked about it yesterday.
00:11:40.000 We should encourage him to move and maneuver and use whatever powers he has to replace John Thunis, Senate Majority Leader.
00:11:50.000 Because this conference has been a roadblock, not a vehicle to getting the people's agendas passed.
00:11:57.000 If you want to know, Blake, to your point earlier, I think it was really well made why we're having flagging enthusiasm, why people, one in five, according to the Washington Post, of reliable conservative voters are not sure they're going to show up in the midterms.
00:12:10.000 If you want to know why, it's because they want the agenda passed that we elected Donald Trump for.
00:12:18.000 And that's not happening.
00:12:19.000 At least not at the speed that we want it to.
00:12:21.000 Yes, there have been many wins, and we celebrate those wins.
00:12:24.000 And we want to see more wins.
00:12:25.000 That's why we want to win.
00:12:28.000 But this is a huge five alarm fire, and we need to get it done.
00:12:32.000 And I want to, yeah, go ahead, Blake, please.
00:12:35.000 It's just, as you say, the biggest threat, I like to highlight this whenever we're talking about elections during our live streams, midterms, the winner, the biggest vote getter in any of the races here is going to get far fewer than Kamala Harris got in 2024 getting creamed by Donald Trump.
00:12:53.000 Turnout is way lower in these midterms.
00:12:55.000 It's all about enthusiasm.
00:12:59.000 It's all about are your people feeling fired up?
00:13:02.000 And I think they obsess so much on are we offending?
00:13:06.000 Are we going to scare the moderates who are going to swerve the other way?
00:13:10.000 There's a bit of that, but even the moderates will actually, a lot of them, they're a little tuned out of things.
00:13:15.000 They're going to be more fired up if they're thinking, wow, President Trump, he's delivering on his promises.
00:13:21.000 He's doing those things that he ran on.
00:13:24.000 And if they're Offering up all of these wins.
00:13:28.000 We already have the border, but if they're able to say, hey, we're confirming everything, we're securing America's elections, when we talked about it a few weeks ago, if they pass some sort of insider trading, stock trading ban for Congress, they can come out and say,
00:13:42.000 here's a real swamp draining effort that we've talked about, that everyone here has talked about for years.
00:13:47.000 We finally did it.
00:13:49.000 There's only a few months left.
00:13:51.000 The clock is ticking here.
00:13:52.000 Your ability to change the entire trajectory of the economy at this point.
00:13:56.000 Pretty limited, but your ability to go and rack up a few wins that show a populist angle, that show that you're delivering for the American people, that window is still open.
00:14:07.000 And I feel so frustrated having to preach to Congress in this way because it feels so obvious to me.
00:14:15.000 It feels so obvious to you, Andrew, that that is how you get wins.
00:14:18.000 But DC is such a cloistered place.
00:14:21.000 It's a very traditional place, even though it's not conservative, it's very traditional, it's very stuck in its ways, it's very old.
00:14:28.000 Congress is full of old people who don't like to change how they do things, who don't like to work too much overall. 0.96
00:14:34.000 And it's very frustrating because I really think even now they could have an August to remember that would totally transform the perception of the Senate and of Congress generally in this administration. 0.99
00:14:48.000 I love that.
00:14:48.000 Let's make this an August to remember where we actually get the people's business done.
00:14:53.000 And in case you missed it, the Senate was occupied yesterday, obviously, with the Fauci hearings.
00:14:58.000 I've got a slightly different take on that.
00:14:59.000 I'm going to talk about it with.
00:15:00.000 Senator Bernie Moreno.
00:15:01.000 A lot of people are frustrated.
00:15:02.000 They think it's failure theater.
00:15:04.000 Nothing gets done.
00:15:04.000 I think yesterday was critically important, setting the record straight, reminding everyone of the corruption and the scumbaggery of Anthony Fauci.
00:15:14.000 But in the evening, Senators Bernie Moreno and Mike Lee led the push to get the Save America Act passed.
00:15:20.000 And I want to make sure we give them their flowers for this because Senator Mike Lee specifically has been so good on this.
00:15:27.000 24. 0.53
00:15:28.000 Who benefits from illegal voting?
00:15:32.000 Their words seem to suggest that they're benefiting.
00:15:36.000 Mr. President, this issue isn't going away.
00:15:38.000 The Save America Act isn't going away.
00:15:40.000 Voter ID requirement demands are not going away.
00:15:43.000 I will be back.
00:15:43.000 I will be back day after day, week after week, until this passes.
00:15:47.000 Because the American people deserve to go to bed every night knowing that their government is run by people they themselves elected.
00:15:56.000 Throw up 182 and then 183.
00:16:00.000 These are images of our own border.
00:16:04.000 This is what we lived under Biden.
00:16:09.000 It cannot be overstated the importance of passing the Save America Act. 1.00
00:16:13.000 We know there are hundreds of thousands of illegals on our voter rolls, we know they're getting counted in the census, they must be removed. 1.00
00:16:19.000 But they must not be allowed to vote. 1.00
00:16:21.000 The American people demand it.
00:16:22.000 It's existential.
00:16:23.000 That's not Spain.
00:16:25.000 That's our own southern border under Biden.
00:16:27.000 And yeah, it's got cleaned up, but we got a lot of cleanup domestically and internally to do still.
00:16:34.000 I want to talk to you about an issue so many Americans face, and that's health insurance.
00:16:39.000 There's an organization I really, really appreciate called Christian Healthcare Ministries.
00:16:45.000 CHM is a faith based alternative to health insurance.
00:16:49.000 And this is real stuff.
00:16:50.000 Folks, like you got to listen in with CHM, you're not paying into a company's profit margin, you're investing in a community with less overhead than the competition.
00:16:59.000 You get reliable support through the giving and prayer of fellow members.
00:17:03.000 Members contribute every month to help pay for each other's medical bills, allowing believers to afford the care they need because they're not insurance.
00:17:11.000 You get access to your preferred doctor or hospital without network restrictions.
00:17:15.000 You heard that right.
00:17:16.000 If you want to see massive savings in your health care budget, CHM. Has four low cost programs for every stage of life, starting at just a hundred and fifteen dollars a month.
00:17:26.000 Plus, you can enroll or switch your program at any time. 0.90
00:17:30.000 See why so many believers are taking a leap of faith?

00:17:49.000 My team and I conducted a thorough independent investigation.
00:17:54.000 We identified evidence that the president willfully retained classified materials after the end of his vice presidency when he was a private citizen.
00:18:02.000 This evidence included an audio recorded conversation during which Mr. Biden told his ghostwriter that he had, quote, just found all the classified stuff downstairs, end quote.
00:18:14.000 When Mr. Biden said this, he was a private citizen speaking to his ghostwriter in his private rental home in Virginia.
00:18:21.000 All right.
00:18:21.000 Without further ado, I want to welcome Jeffrey Clark.
00:18:24.000 From the Oversight Project, which is a project of heritage.
00:18:29.000 Jeffrey, welcome back to the show.
00:18:30.000 It's great to have you.
00:18:31.000 And I just want to say thank you for your work pouring into these tapes.
00:18:35.000 I was reminded of it this week because it feels like we're relitigating the Fauci years, but it's so important that we get answers and accountability for what happened.
00:18:45.000 Okay.
00:18:46.000 So why don't you fill our audience in on what you have acquired as far as the her tapes, and we'll go from there.
00:18:54.000 Sure.
00:18:55.000 Well, Andrew, thanks for having me on, and it's good to be back on the show.
00:18:59.000 Obviously, the last time I was on the show, Charlie Kirk was still alive, and I was watching the clip of him from a year ago today.
00:19:07.000 And it's just, it's so sad just a year ago, you know, he's still fully active, and then, you know, to be cut down like he was, it's so tragic.
00:19:17.000 So, look, we have to keep going, and that's the subject of these Biden tapes with his ghostwriter.
00:19:26.000 So, the oversight project where I am now after I left the Trump 47 administration in March, and I'd been, as you know, in the Trump 45 administration at DOJ,
00:19:39.000 they filed a FOIA request to get the Ghostwriter tapes with Joe Biden and his Ghostwriter, Mark Swanitzer, in 2024.
00:19:48.000 So, it's been fighting, we've been fighting a hard battle against first the Biden DOJ, and then when they left office, Eventually, Joe Biden's high priced lawyers came in to try to block us from getting the tapes on a phony privacy rationale because basically,
00:20:07.000 DOJ redacted anything going to private family matters like the death of Joe Biden's son of cancer.
00:20:15.000 Most of the discussions that we got last week, they all relate to national security matters, they relate to issues of whether Biden can run for the presidency, and they relate to some of his reflections on some historical matters.
00:20:29.000 There's nothing in there.
00:20:30.000 That I've seen or heard about the family's privacy.
00:20:36.000 So these documents reveal several things to us.
00:20:40.000 So, my three points for you in one word each would be senility, her, and the future.
00:20:48.000 And so, on the senility point, they reveal that he had serious issues going back to 2016 and 2017 when these tapes were recorded.
00:20:59.000 And yet, the people around Biden still ran him for president four years later.
00:21:04.000 And that's remarkable.
00:21:06.000 It ties into something else the Oversight Project did, which was to expose that Biden's presidency was really an autopren presidency, which is why President Trump has, as a picture of Biden in the colonnade,
00:21:20.000 an actual autopren rather than Biden's picture.
00:21:24.000 And it also revealed that he disclosed national security information to his ghostwriter, Mark Swanitzer, who did not have a clearance.
00:21:34.000 And then the last thing is, You know, as you alluded to, Andrew, we need to have accountability for this.
00:21:40.000 There's nothing about her decision not to prosecute that is set in stone.
00:21:45.000 It can be revisited, it should be revisited.
00:21:48.000 Yeah, so why don't you break down the timeline here, Jeffrey Clark, with the Oversight Project?
00:21:54.000 You mentioned, so there's actually two sets of tapes that when we're talking about this there's one from his interview with her, and then there's these tapes from Joe Biden talking with his ghostwriter, Zwanitzer.
00:22:08.000 And the timeline for that, this was 2016, 2017, correct?
00:22:13.000 So this is after the Obama administration clears out.
00:22:17.000 He's talking to his ghostwriter, and he actually references classified information that's at his Virginia home, at his rental.
00:22:27.000 And so in 2016, you're saying that you are hearing from these tapes yourself senility.
00:22:34.000 He had already lost his fastball in a major way.
00:22:37.000 One of my colleagues here, Mike Howell, the president, you know, he's.
00:22:40.000 He's got a way with words.
00:22:42.000 And his summary of a lot of it is like a computer screen that says loading or buffering or something like that.
00:22:50.000 He's just like, can't seem to remember anything.
00:22:54.000 And other times he's entirely lucid.
00:22:57.000 So Robert Her concludes that he gets a free pass on violating taking classified documents with him he was not authorized to take because of the fact that he had memory problems.
00:23:13.000 I think a lot of that, though, is probably based on the memory problems he was having in 2024.
00:23:18.000 But, you know, as I've been pointing out, the relevant time period actually is not 2024 for assessing whether Biden engaged in committed a crime or even 2016, 2017 entirely.
00:23:31.000 It is the date on which he took the documents that were classified into his personal possession outside of the secure handling procedures, like in a SCIF.
00:23:43.000 And since he took documents that go back to his time as a senator, We're talking about a time where he may not have had any mental issues whatsoever.
00:23:52.000 So, to give him a free pass and say, well, he couldn't have had the criminal intent, the requisite, you know, criminal mind, I think is to just blur all of the time periods together like they're watercolors on a palette.
00:24:05.000 And that's not the right way to approach it.
00:24:07.000 We need to know what was his state of mind at the time he took the relevant classified documents.
00:24:13.000 And I don't think we got anything like that level of precision out of Robert Hurt.
00:24:18.000 And that's why.
00:24:19.000 The current Justice Department needs to re examine his recommendation to Merrick Garland, which obviously was taken because, as we know, Joe Biden was not prosecuted for anything.
00:24:28.000 Well, Jeff, I think back to when they were investigating President Trump over the Mar a Lago raid, President Trump, they made the argument the person who decides whether anything is classified ultimately is the president.
00:24:41.000 And it was brought up that President Trump could basically at any point have said, I declassified this in my head when I made the call to take it or set it aside where I could bring it to Mar a Lago.
00:24:53.000 Couldn't President Biden's team offered the same defense that maybe he misspoke there, but he could basically have just implicitly declassified something that it was even in his possession after he was president or while he was president for that matter.
00:25:07.000 Well, if he violated the law back then, I don't think that he can retroactively do it.
00:25:14.000 If President Trump is the president of the United States on January 20th, 2021, and he takes documents with him to Mar a Lago, I think, and I'm sure this would have come out if there were a trial.
00:25:27.000 I'm sure he told people he was declassifying at least some of those documents.
00:25:31.000 And there's no requirement that he do declassification in writing.
00:25:36.000 It's the deep state that wants to have a very written process that jumps through them and they decide whether essentially to push it to the next step.
00:25:46.000 That's not really what the law provides.
00:25:49.000 President Trump would have had total control over that process.
00:25:53.000 And I'd also argue that even if he had not issued pre existing Orders orally or in writing to declassify that by taking the documents with him, he declassified them by course of conduct, right?
00:26:05.000 Just by the act of taking them with him.
00:26:07.000 But Joe Biden, when he takes documents when he's a senator, that's just flatly unlawful.
00:26:12.000 He can't declassify.
00:26:14.000 If he takes them as a vice president, he doesn't have any inherent authority as the vice president to declassify.
00:26:20.000 It's possible that Obama could have delegated declassification powers to him, but there's no evidence that that happened.
00:26:26.000 So those would have been entirely completed crimes.
00:26:30.000 And while Biden could have tried to pardon himself for those completed crimes, I don't think he can retroactively declassify documents he took illegally as a senator or as a vice president.
00:26:43.000 He would only have had the power to kind of prospectively pardon himself.
00:26:47.000 What if Barack Obama just came out and said, I, in my head, declassified anything that Joe Biden had with him?
00:26:56.000 Could he do something like that?
00:26:57.000 I mean, I'm not sure Obama would want to do that.
00:27:02.000 And.
00:27:02.000 I especially think it would be risky for Obama to try to do that based on documents that were taken when Joe Biden was a senator.
00:27:09.000 How would Obama know what documents Joe Biden took going back to his time in the Senate?
00:27:16.000 So theoretically, I think Obama could try to say something like that.
00:27:21.000 But during the whole time that the HER investigation was going on and there were people at the Biden University of Pennsylvania Center, et cetera, launching defenses of him, we never heard boo about, oh,
00:27:35.000 Obama's going to say that Joe Biden was authorized to keep these documents.
00:27:40.000 Like the Obama people.
00:27:41.000 Adopted a policy of kind of studied silence on that.
00:27:47.000 So, this was I early on in
00:27:53.000 09, I just found all the classified stuff downstairs.
00:27:58.000 Some of this may be classified, so be careful with it.
00:28:01.000 Okay.
00:28:01.000 I'm not sure.
00:28:02.000 There's no more classified, but the next thing I have here is this is classified.
00:28:11.000 This is probably something that goes to the presidential papers.
00:28:16.000 I don't think so.
00:28:18.000 It's in between.
00:28:20.000 So that's an interesting little montage of Joe Biden with his ghostwriter in 2016, 2017, talking about the various classified documents that he was just handling.
00:28:31.000 And it's all recorded.
00:28:32.000 And this is what's really interesting.
00:28:34.000 I saw somebody post it on social media.
00:28:37.000 And this comes to mind with everything that's going on with Anthony Fauci.
00:28:41.000 Jeffrey Clark is still with us.
00:28:44.000 I.
00:28:45.000 It's like, in order to think about how you should deal with this stuff, think about what the Democrats would do in there if the shoe was on the other foot.
00:28:52.000 And then do that because these people are ruthless.
00:28:55.000 I'm old enough to remember, Jeffrey Clark, that
00:29:01.000 President Trump's home was raided, Mar a Lago was raided at the suggestion that the President of the United States had classified documents.
00:29:08.000 And yet, we get in this instance a softer approach from Special Counselor Herr saying he's just a senile old man.
00:29:18.000 That has memory problems.
00:29:20.000 How, as a lawyer, how bizarre of an explanation was that from special counsel Hur?
00:29:27.000 Well, thanks, Andrew.
00:29:28.000 I do think it was bizarre.
00:29:29.000 And look, in the clip you played in the first segment, when you, you know, just before you brought me on, you know, Hur says very clearly that Joe Biden willfully retained classified documents, right?
00:29:41.000 He uses the word willfully.
00:29:42.000 So he's trying to have his cake and eat it too.
00:29:45.000 He's trying to say, like, well, there's evidence of a crime, but then he says, I'm not going to prosecute it, right?
00:29:51.000 Now, I think they should have looked heavily at what jurisdictions they could have brought an indictment against Biden in.
00:30:01.000 They should have looked at Virginia because of the rental home issue you mentioned.
00:30:06.000 They should have looked at Delaware.
00:30:08.000 I'm sure there are some classified documents there as well.
00:30:11.000 They shouldn't have just looked at DC.
00:30:13.000 I think if Robert Herr had sort of carefully gone through all the possibilities and said, look, this case could only be brought in DC.
00:30:23.000 And our analysis is that given the current state of Joe Biden's memory and his advanced age, we're not going to be able to get a conviction.
00:30:31.000 And so, you know, people might criticize me for this, but I'm going to recommend, I'm going to go ahead and recommend we don't bring a prosecution.
00:30:38.000 That would be one thing.
00:30:39.000 But I think he clearly had other venue choices.
00:30:43.000 And I think he just decided to give Biden a pass.
00:30:46.000 And I also think, look, let's be realistic.
00:30:49.000 You know, Robert Herb has an R after his name.
00:30:53.000 But he was picked in this instance by Merrick Garland, the Joe Biden hand picked attorney general.
00:30:59.000 And I think that, you know, Merrick Garland knew that he was not picking someone who was going to try to send Joe Biden to jail like Jack Smith was trying to send President Trump to jail.
00:31:11.000 Yeah, I mean, exactly.
00:31:13.000 It just, it's frustrating.
00:31:15.000 On one hand, it's like, listen, Joe Biden's old, he's senile, who cares?
00:31:20.000 On the other hand, President Trump had his home raided for the exact same accusation.
00:31:27.000 But it was much worse, actually, because as you made the point earlier, Joe Biden was a senator and a vice president.
00:31:34.000 He didn't have the ability to simply wave a magic wand and declassify any of this stuff.
00:31:38.000 And he did it at such a point where his brain, you know, I guess ostensibly would have been more acute.
00:31:45.000 His memory would have been sharper.
00:31:46.000 He knew what he was doing, he was willfully doing this.
00:31:49.000 And it's just another reminder of the two tier justice system that we have in this country, where if you have an R next to your name, the whole weight and force of law enforcement will be coming down upon you.
00:32:00.000 But if you are a Democrat, you get treated with kid gloves.
00:32:04.000 And so we can dismiss this as water under the bridge all we want, but it's not because it is a symptom of a larger problem that Republicans and conservatives face all the time.
00:32:15.000 And that's why I'm so grateful for you to continue on with this and to try and get accountability.
00:32:21.000 And so that's now the next question is what can be done now and should something be done now?
00:32:28.000 I think something can be done now and it should be done now both.
00:32:33.000 Again, Robert Herr was a special counsel.
00:32:36.000 So, first of all, there are serious constitutional issues about the special counsel office.
00:32:42.000 We don't have an independent counsel statute anymore.
00:32:45.000 I think the composition of the Supreme Court has changed.
00:32:47.000 I'm not sure that even if that independent counsel statute existed, the current Supreme Court would say that it's constitutional.
00:32:54.000 So, mere regulations that are issued by an attorney general, in this instance, that was Janet Reno, would be upheld.
00:33:01.000 We know that Judge Cannon thought that they were constitutionally suspect, and she said that.
00:33:07.000 That Jack Smith couldn't constitutionally wield that power.
00:33:12.000 So, but look, putting aside the issue of using a special counsel or not, there's no reason why you have to use a special counsel.
00:33:18.000 Robert Herz's pronouncements are not set in stone.
00:33:21.000 They can be reconsidered by the current acting AG, they can be reconsidered by the President of the United States, who holds the prosecutorial power of the United States as the chief law enforcement officer, the chief executive in Article II,
00:33:35.000 in whom all executive power is vested.
00:33:39.000 And I think the president should direct.
00:33:41.000 I think the acting attorney general should engage in a re examination of the facts about Joe Biden.
00:33:47.000 And look, you know, to my mind, however you slice it, this is a massive scandal.
00:33:52.000 Either Joe Biden was non compos mentis, in which case he never should have been put up for president in 2020 and allowed to serve until the end of his term, or he had the requisite presence of mind,
00:34:05.000 in which case he should not get a free pass.
00:34:07.000 He should be prosecuted for violating the Espionage Act.
00:34:11.000 And that case.
00:34:12.000 To prosecute him is a lot more of a slam dunk than any conceivable case Jack Smith cooked up for documents against President Trump.
00:34:21.000 Man, that point, it's so important, and we've somewhat skipped over it.
00:34:26.000 If he was mentally compromised, if he was senile in 2016 and 2017, the powers that be within the Democrat establishment and the apparatus still put this feeble, senile old man up to run as president.
00:34:42.000 During COVID, And I'm reminded the fact that he basically didn't run.
00:34:46.000 He stayed in his basement.
00:34:48.000 There's a reason for that.
00:34:49.000 It wasn't necessarily COVID, it was because they knew that he would be exposed as lacking the mental acuity necessary to run the country. 0.99
00:34:57.000 He was the Auto Pen president.
00:34:59.000 Final 30 seconds on that, Jeffrey Clark Oversight Project.
00:35:03.000 Yeah, exactly, Andrew.
00:35:05.000 Look, for gosh sakes, he had a fake Oval Office he was doing addresses from.
00:35:10.000 And I still haven't heard a satisfactory answer to that.
00:35:13.000 The closest I've seen is someone say they could put a bigger teleprompter in the fake Oval Office than they could in the real Oval Office.
00:35:21.000 And he was so feeble, he needed the mega large monitor to tell him exactly what to say.
00:35:27.000 If that's true, it's incredibly depressing.
00:35:30.000 I think that the people around Biden who ran him for president, knowing about these mental defects he had, they should be held accountable as well.
00:35:39.000 I totally agree.
00:35:40.000 Jeffrey Clark, the Oversight Project, thank you for pursuing this.
00:35:43.000 We're grateful and we'll talk to you soon.
00:35:46.000 Thank you.
00:35:49.000 Good conversation is about respect, it's how we create a space where people are able to share their ideas and be heard.
00:35:56.000 Charlie knew that, Turning Point still knows that.
00:35:58.000 And TikTok has always strived to build the kind of place that thrives on respectful connection.
00:36:03.000 Where curiosity fuels connection and we can share what's on our minds and learn from each other.
00:36:08.000 When ideas meet respect, good things happen.
00:36:10.000 On TikTok, you can find a mechanic explaining the why behind a problem most of us wouldn't even know how to name, or a father sharing a lifetime of knowledge with his viewers, viewers who listen, discuss, and then they respond.
00:36:22.000 TikTok turns connection into community through small acts of understanding.
00:36:26.000 You can feel it in the comments, in the thank you from a stranger halfway across the world.
00:36:30.000 TikTok is a place where respect opens the door for discussion and discussion.
00:36:35.000 Helps us build something real.
00:36:39.000 We have Senator Bernie Moreno from the great state of Ohio joining us now.
00:36:44.000 Senator, thank you so much for making the time.
00:36:46.000 And I just want to say, I thought you did a phenomenal job yesterday questioning disgraced Anthony Fauci.
00:36:53.000 You know, you used a few colorful words.
00:36:57.000 I heard people make note of that.
00:36:58.000 But I felt like it really was an expression of the anger that average Americans feel.
00:37:06.000 For having been locked down, the masks, the vaccines, everything that happened.
00:37:11.000 Just give us your initial reflections on yesterday.
00:37:15.000 I thought, again, I thought you did an amazing job.
00:37:17.000 What was that like to see him take the fifth so many times?
00:37:21.000 So, look, yesterday was a guy who damaged this country in deep and profound ways, especially kids, deprived them of education, shut down businesses, got people in the military fired, got people in private businesses fired,
00:37:35.000 bragged about that, lied to the American people, and worst of all, Basically, we now know that it was the U.S. taxpayer at his direction that funded the gain to function research that led to the coronavirus epidemic.
00:37:48.000 So we helped fund that through him.
00:37:51.000 And this guy couldn't even bother to look at the people he hurt and couldn't even muster up an apology.
00:37:57.000 It was a disgrace.
00:37:59.000 Yeah.
00:37:59.000 I mean, so there's a couple different takes that if you look on social media, people are expressing.
00:38:06.000 And I actually understand where most of these are coming from.
00:38:09.000 I happen to think that what happened yesterday was.
00:38:12.000 Genuinely and truly important because so many people easily forget what we all live through and they move on.
00:38:19.000 But it was an opportunity to memorialize with him having to sit there watching and listening to U.S. senators like yourself, remind everybody of just what happened.
00:38:29.000 I think that was really important.
00:38:31.000 But he's also got a blanket pardon dating all the way back to 2014 up until the time Joe Biden left office.
00:38:38.000 And you guys are federal office holders.
00:38:41.000 So there is a risk, but people are.
00:38:44.000 They call it failure theater.
00:38:45.000 They call it more political theater in D.C.
00:38:48.000 I disagree, but I want to hear your perspective on that, Senator.
00:38:51.000 Why was yesterday important?
00:38:53.000 Well, it's important for two reasons.
00:38:54.000 Is there more than you just laid it out, which is we have to remind the American people what they did to us to make certain that we never allow it to happen again.
00:39:03.000 You know, most people who can recite the Declaration of Independence talk about life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, and they usually end the sentence there.
00:39:10.000 But the most important words come after, which is governments are created by men deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.
00:39:20.000 Do we feel like we had the consent of the governed when these politicians were doing these things?
00:39:25.000 The answer is absolutely not.
00:39:26.000 And what we also exposed, it's really, really important, is that Democrats, given power, want to control us.
00:39:34.000 Fundamentally, that's the difference between what I would say a Republican conservative and a socialist liberal they want total and complete control over our lives.
00:39:44.000 What kind of car to drive, how to behave, where to do this, where to do that, what type of food to eat.
00:39:50.000 Their instinct is control.
00:39:52.000 Our founders knew that was fundamentally flawed that politicians should derive only their just powers.
00:39:59.000 From what people want.
00:40:00.000 In other words, we work for the people, not the other way around.
00:40:03.000 And I think that hearing is critical.
00:40:05.000 The other piece that I thought we could get to, we didn't, which is just a humility expressed by the people who made these terrible decisions and an apology to say, hey, look, you were called racist because you called it the China virus.
00:40:18.000 You were called a conspiracy theory because you said it came from the lab.
00:40:22.000 You were called anti science when you said the vaccine might not work for everybody.
00:40:28.000 You were called a A selfish person, if you didn't think that you should wear a mask out walking or exercising outside.
00:40:36.000 And they shamed us.
00:40:38.000 And at least they could say, you know what, we were wrong.
00:40:40.000 We didn't have the right information and we apologize to the American people.
00:40:43.000 And he couldn't do that.
00:40:45.000 And I think that it was a part that was said yesterday.
00:40:48.000 Absolutely.
00:40:49.000 Senator, this is a powerful moment that from your examination, your cross examination, which he just pled the fifth, but you asked him to acknowledge the people that had been shamed and persecuted.
00:41:02.000 For being skeptical about the lines that he was feeding the American public.
00:41:07.000 And it was just a powerful moment.
00:41:08.000 Let's play this SOP 30.
00:41:10.000 Dr. Frederick, you just turn around and look at the people behind you.
00:41:16.000 You're not willing to do that?
00:41:19.000 That's not a question.
00:41:20.000 It's not a question to your lawyers, it's not a question.
00:41:22.000 It's a request.
00:41:26.000 All you have to do is look up from your lawyers and look at the people who were absolutely shamed.
00:41:34.000 For saying what we know now to be the truth.
00:41:37.000 You can't even look at him.
00:41:40.000 He wouldn't look.
00:41:41.000 He consulted his lawyers and wouldn't look. 1.00
00:41:43.000 Traitor. 0.99
00:41:45.000 I totally agree with you. 0.93
00:41:46.000 I don't know if you've heard what the lawyer said.
00:41:48.000 Go ahead.
00:41:49.000 No, no, no.
00:41:49.000 The lawyers said to him, ignore him, ignore them.
00:41:53.000 That's what the lawyers said to Fauci.
00:41:54.000 That was their advice.
00:41:55.000 Ignore him, ignore them.
00:41:57.000 And that's exactly what they did to us for two long years.
00:42:02.000 They ignored the American people.
00:42:04.000 And these are people who work for us.
00:42:05.000 Our taxpayer dollars.
00:42:06.000 Funded every cent of his salary.
00:42:09.000 And yet, this guy thought he controlled us.
00:42:11.000 And that's the point.
00:42:13.000 Americans have to remember that and make sure when you go to the voting booth, it's not just voting for somebody who you think agrees with you on policy.
00:42:20.000 What's their instinct?
00:42:21.000 Is this somebody who wants to control your life?
00:42:23.000 And the answer is usually right now, sadly, if you're running as a Democrat, you want total and complete control over their voters.
00:42:30.000 And that's what young people are missing when they say, you know, we don't want authoritarians.
00:42:33.000 I agree.
00:42:35.000 That's the Democrat socialists that are running.
00:42:37.000 They're the ones that want to control your lives.
00:42:39.000 We want to give you freedom and liberty.
00:42:40.000 Charlie would talk about this all the time.
00:42:44.000 Senator, I could talk to you about this for so much longer, but you spent your evening back at the Senate on the floor arguing to not only suspend the August recess, but to pass the Save America Act.
00:42:59.000 In the minute and a half we have remaining with you, sir, explain the state of play right now.
00:43:04.000 Is there any hope that the August recess is going to get suspended and the Save America Act passed?
00:43:09.000 Well, I don't think we should leave here if we have a path to get this passed.
00:43:13.000 Last night, we went on the floor.
00:43:15.000 The House has passed a bill that would ban insider trading and give basic voter ID as a requirement for national elections.
00:43:24.000 These are 99 1 issues.
00:43:26.000 Most Americans agree with these things.
00:43:28.000 The Democrats blocked it for the second time in a row.
00:43:31.000 And worse yet, we said, hey, let's put it up for a vote.
00:43:33.000 Let's just let the vote happen.
00:43:35.000 And the threshold should be 60.
00:43:36.000 So we're not asking to change Senate rules.
00:43:38.000 And the Democrats blocked that.
00:43:39.000 They wouldn't even allow a vote on this issue, which bans insider trading.
00:43:45.000 So the Democrats would not vote.
00:43:48.000 A bill that could become law that would ban insider trading and give us voter ID, let alone proof of citizenship and not unsolicited mail in ballots and the other things.
00:43:56.000 This is just a simple bill.
00:43:58.000 So, what we're going to work on as Republicans over the next few days is find a strategy, a plan, and get that implemented.
00:44:04.000 And we don't leave town until we can get that plan done.
00:44:07.000 Yeah, but whose decision is that?
00:44:10.000 Wouldn't it have to come straight from Leader Thune to stay in D.C.?
00:44:15.000 Yeah, ultimately, that's obviously the leader makes those kinds of decisions, but he does listen quite a bit to the conference to see what we should do.
00:44:22.000 Well, Senator, I hope that you and the other fighters in the Senate win the day and that you stay in D.C., you get the job done.
00:44:31.000 That not only that, there are countless confirmations that need to get across the finish line as well.
00:44:36.000 We're almost two years into Trump 2.0, and the American people are desperate for the Senate to work and for the Senate to listen to people like you.
00:44:44.000 And it's just a great reminder, Senator, why Charlie was such a huge supporter of yours, why you had his total faith and confidence.
00:44:52.000 And we appreciate you.
00:44:54.000 Doing the hard things and sticking around in D.C. and pushing your colleagues to do the same.
00:44:58.000 So, God bless you for that.
00:45:00.000 And thank you for your time.
00:45:02.000 No, it's look, it's why I ran for office.
00:45:03.000 Thank you guys for your doing.
00:45:05.000 And let's see what happens over the next few days.
00:45:07.000 We're going to fight like hell, though.
00:45:09.000 Amen.
00:45:10.000 Senator Bernie Moreno from the great state of Ohio, thank you again for your time, sir.
00:45:14.000 All right.
00:45:15.000 Sophie Cunningham is back in the news.
00:45:18.000 We just can't get enough, apparently, as a culture of Sophie Cunningham.
00:45:23.000 So, Blake, since you are the big WNBA star, why don't you set up this story for us?
00:45:28.000 What happened?
00:45:29.000 Hold on.
00:45:29.000 Hold on.
00:45:30.000 This is defamation.
00:45:31.000 Andrew, you're the one who follows every single WNBA game.
00:45:36.000 You're the one who blows up our show prep.
00:45:38.000 Did you guys see the game last night?
00:45:40.000 Did you guys see these highlights?
00:45:41.000 You're the one who's doing that.
00:45:43.000 I'm just throwing that out there.
00:45:45.000 Andrew, WNBA Superman, Colvette.
00:45:47.000 We might have to.
00:45:48.000 What happened?
00:45:49.000 What happened, though?
00:45:50.000 I mean, the real reason I think you get away from the Y Refi flag is I think you want a WNBA flag.
00:45:54.000 Anyway, what happened is Seattle Storm are apparently one of the WNBA teams.
00:45:59.000 I had to look that up.
00:46:01.000 And.
00:46:02.000 Obviously, a pretty lib city.
00:46:04.000 And I think it's also, is that where Britney Griner plays right now?
00:46:09.000 I can't remember.
00:46:10.000 I don't know.
00:46:10.000 I don't know where anyone plays.
00:46:11.000 But whatever it is.
00:46:12.000 So, two teenage fans were at the game and they were, I believe, wearing apparel supportive of Riley Gaines, supportive of women's sports as opposed to men's sports.
00:46:23.000 And that got them in for some harassment at the game.
00:46:29.000 It looks like they have signs there.
00:46:32.000 And we've got, is that, we.
00:46:34.000 We've got your six or something like that.
00:46:37.000 Whatever it is. 0.67
00:46:38.000 And they were supportive of women's sports.
00:46:40.000 Speaking up for girls.
00:46:42.000 Yes.
00:46:42.000 Yes.
00:46:42.000 Exactly.
00:46:43.000 Exactly.
00:46:43.000 And we have the clip of them getting harassed.
00:46:46.000 We should play it.
00:46:47.000 Exactly.
00:46:47.000 So we have a clip.
00:46:49.000 Yeah, let's play it.
00:46:50.000 Yeah, go ahead. 0.99
00:46:51.000 No!
00:46:53.000 No!
00:46:53.000 No!
00:47:05.000 Come on, get in the way!
00:47:20.000 So, what's crazy about that happened here?
00:47:23.000 What's crazy is okay, Lib City, they got harassed by fans who were upset about this.
00:47:29.000 But the really wild thing is, it was actually the team's owner or co owner, Celeste Keaton, was one of the people harassing these kids.
00:47:38.000 So, I don't even know.
00:47:40.000 I follow the NFL, the NFL owners can be an eccentric bunch, but I don't know that I've ever heard.
00:47:45.000 Of an NFL owner harassing a fan, but I guess the WNBA is breaking new territory of owner-fan interactions here, and it's blown up already. 1.00
00:47:58.000 Apparently, the WNBA has suspended Celeste Keaton from attending the team's next five home games 1.00
00:48:09.000 because of this.
00:48:10.000 It's not enough.
00:48:11.000 She has to sell her ownership stake in the Seattle Storm.
00:48:16.000 That should be the request. 1.00
00:48:17.000 But look at these girls. 1.00
00:48:18.000 Can you imagine coming up to these girls and harassing them? 1.00
00:48:21.000 Pick 206. 1.00
00:48:23.000 These are minors.
00:48:24.000 And we do have a clip of their comments.
00:48:27.000 206 is their image.
00:48:28.000 They're sweet girls.
00:48:29.000 And they're wearing XXXY, holding up a sign to 205.
00:48:33.000 It says, We love you, Sophie.
00:48:35.000 Thank you, Sophie, for speaking up for girls.
00:48:38.000 And it's great. 0.98
00:48:39.000 They're just minding their own business. 0.98
00:48:41.000 And this co owner goes up to them and says, You're effing insane. 0.98
00:48:45.000 Get out of here. 0.87
00:48:47.000 And I mean, it's just like.
00:48:50.000 What is happening?
00:48:51.000 I feel like we're living through a collective psychosis of people just acting bizarre.
00:48:55.000 And here are these two young girls telling about their experience.
00:48:58.000 SOT 19.
00:49:00.000 Well, we were just sitting there with our signs that said, like, we love Sophie, like, thank you, Sophie, for speaking up.
00:49:05.000 And so we were holding on, just watching the game.
00:49:07.000 Again, we were being super great.
00:49:09.000 We hadn't said anything to anyone else.
00:49:10.000 We were being super respectful.
00:49:11.000 We were just holding our signs and cheering for both teams. 0.97
00:49:14.000 And this lady, older lady, comes up to us.
00:49:16.000 She asks, like, what are you guys doing?
00:49:18.000 Something like that.
00:49:19.000 Yeah.
00:49:19.000 And then it was like, Jesus loves everyone.
00:49:22.000 That's what she told us.
00:49:23.000 And I was like, oh, I know.
00:49:24.000 Like, I'm religious.
00:49:25.000 Like, I know.
00:49:25.000 Like, I know.
00:49:26.000 Yeah.
00:49:27.000 And she's like, oh, I hope Jesus can forgive you for what sin you've done.
00:49:31.000 And, like, something like that.
00:49:32.000 And then she told us that we were effing insane.
00:49:34.000 And she's like, and she went like that.
00:49:36.000 Yeah.
00:49:37.000 She's like, you better stop this.
00:49:38.000 And stop.
00:49:39.000 Yeah.
00:49:40.000 And for you guys to help God can save you.
00:49:43.000 I will say, Annalee, when I came over, you were in tears.
00:49:46.000 Yeah.
00:49:46.000 I've never been yelled at like that.
00:49:48.000 So, man, I can visualize it all in my head.
00:49:51.000 It's like a nightmarish.
00:49:54.000 Encounter at the supermarket if you were wearing like a MAGA hat that could happen in 2016.
00:49:58.000 Like, what is that?
00:50:00.000 How do you feel okay just having that out in public?
00:50:03.000 Don't you realize that this is hurtful to people? 1.00
00:50:05.000 Don't you realize that you're endangering trans lives? 1.00
00:50:08.000 You can just see the whole thing unfolding. 1.00
00:50:10.000 Nightmarish encounter with, you know, the middle aged busybody of your neighborhood, except this woman apparently you can own a WNBA team. 1.00
00:50:18.000 Maybe I should be a co owner of a WNBA team. 1.00
00:50:21.000 You were saying they should make her sell her steak. 1.00
00:50:23.000 Like, What do you think the cost is of owning 15% of a WNBA team? 1.00
00:50:27.000 Is it more or less than the price of a used Kia? 0.72
00:50:30.000 Well, here's a picture of Celeste Keaton, who's now been suspended, 194. 0.92
00:50:35.000 And I think she looks exactly like I expected.
00:50:40.000 Like, almost exactly like I expected.
00:50:44.000 This woman appears in our nightmares, Andrew. 0.79
00:50:47.000 Yeah. 1.00
00:50:49.000 This is why we can't have nice things because of people like Celeste Keaton. 0.88
00:50:53.000 And apparently, Seattle Storm is like the most woke. 0.58
00:50:58.000 Imaginable. 0.52
00:50:59.000 Like 193, this is a Seattle Storm WNBA player wearing pro trans gear, trans rights or human rights.
00:51:08.000 And, you know, apparently they, you know, I don't know.
00:51:12.000 Anyways, enough about the Seattle storm.
00:51:14.000 Apparently, they're awful.
00:51:15.000 Please, nobody buy their tickets and nobody buy their jerseys.
00:51:18.000 Sophie Cunningham has chimed in on this.
00:51:21.000 198, Blake.
00:51:22.000 She says, I truly believe there is a safe space and love for everybody biological girls, biological boys, trans women, and trans men.
00:51:28.000 Everybody's welcome at my table.
00:51:30.000 You can disagree and still be kind. 0.96
00:51:31.000 Bravo to those girls for standing up for what they believe.
00:51:34.000 You'll be hearing from me soon.
00:51:36.000 Yay for gifts.
00:51:37.000 Truly embarrassing of the co owner. 1.00
00:51:39.000 Unfortunately, shows the type of leader she is. 0.99
00:51:42.000 And we don't need to assume the pronouns there. 1.00
00:51:45.000 Good for her.
00:51:45.000 I'm so glad I get to get welcomed by Sophie Cunningham every time I fly in through Phoenix because she has her Y Refi ad.
00:51:51.000 She has the Y Refi ad.
00:51:54.000 That's right.
00:51:54.000 Man, we're basically a WNBA coverage program, Andrew, at this point.
00:51:59.000 We've got to be careful with this.
00:52:02.000 You know, a lot of fodder for conversation.
00:52:06.000 Hi, folks.
00:52:07.000 Andrew Colvett here.
00:52:08.000 I'd like to tell you about my friends over at Y Refi.
00:52:11.000 You've probably been hearing me talk about Y Refi for some time now.
00:52:14.000 We are.
00:52:15.000 All in with these guys.
00:52:17.000 If you or someone you know is struggling with private student loan debt, take my advice and give them a call.
00:52:23.000 Maybe you're behind on your payments.
00:52:24.000 Maybe you're even in default.
00:52:27.000 You don't have to live in this nightmare anymore.
00:52:29.000 Y Refi will provide you a custom payment based on your ability to pay.
00:52:33.000 They tailor each loan individually.
00:52:36.000 They can save you thousands of dollars and you can get your life back.
00:52:40.000 We go to campuses all over America and we see student after student who's drowning in private student loan debt.
00:52:46.000 Many of them don't even know how much they owe.
00:52:49.000 Why Refi can help.
00:52:50.000 Just go to whyrefi.com.
00:52:52.000 That's the letter Y, then refi.com.
00:52:55.000 And remember, whyrefi doesn't care what your credit score is.
00:52:58.000 Just go to whyrefi.com and tell them your friend Andrew sent you.
00:53:05.000 The spiritual battle is coming to the West, and the enemies are wokeism or Marxism combining with Islamism to go after what we call the American way of life. 0.50
00:53:15.000 And the American way of life is very simple. 0.68
00:53:17.000 I want to be able to get married. 1.00
00:53:19.000 Buy a home, have kids, allow them to ride their bike till the sun goes down, send them to a good school, have a low crime neighborhood, not to have my kid be taught the lesbian, gay, transgender garbage in their school. 1.00
00:53:35.000 While also, 1.00
00:53:38.000 while also not having them have to hear the Muslim call to prayer five times a day.
00:53:45.000 That's important.
00:53:48.000 We want the American way of life, which is, by the way, Christendom.
00:53:53.000 All right.
00:53:54.000 Without further ado, we have Wade Miller, who's the executive director for the Center for Renewing America.
00:54:00.000 You might know it.
00:54:01.000 Russ Vogt used to come on our show all the time when he was there.
00:54:04.000 Now he's obviously OMB director.
00:54:05.000 Wade Miller's doing a great job.
00:54:07.000 Wade, welcome to the show.
00:54:09.000 You've got a new policy brief.
00:54:11.000 It's policy brief assessing the Marxist Islamic Alliance aimed at America's heart, which is a terrifying title, actually.
00:54:20.000 We played that clip from Charlie because you start your paper off quoting.
00:54:25.000 That line from Charlie in that clip about this red green alliance, neo Marxism fusing with Islam in some way, which sometimes doesn't make any sense.
00:54:36.000 Tell us about it.
00:54:38.000 Sure.
00:54:38.000 And of course, Charlie Kirk had a habit of seeing complex things and making them very simple way ahead of the time before they became common in civil society and people understanding it.
00:54:49.000 And of course, he's a big loss on that front.
00:54:51.000 But, you know, we've been looking into this for a while too.
00:54:55.000 We've had similar concerns.
00:54:56.000 And, you know, there's an entire movement.
00:54:59.000 Of Marxist radical leftists and Islamists.
00:55:02.000 And, you know, in theory, you know, to someone who's logical, that may not make any sense.
00:55:08.000 But when you start to look into it, you start to realize very quickly that they actually have almost all the same goals except for the end state.
00:55:15.000 And so there is an alliance between them. 0.83
00:55:17.000 In fact, academics like Judith Butler have routinely defended Islam as a global left movement and refused to criticize or condemn Islamic violence. 0.52
00:55:33.000 And they're really putting it through an oppressor oppressed framework and trying to insert Islam into their critical theory.
00:55:40.000 Frameworks. 1.00
00:55:41.000 And of course, the Muslims just think the left are idiots. 1.00
00:55:43.000 And they'll, of course, ally with them and get to use them for their useful idiots to get what they want. 1.00
00:55:49.000 And this is coalescing into a real movement in the United States. 0.99
00:55:53.000 And they have intellectuals and institutions defending it.
00:55:56.000 They have influencers and pundits.
00:55:59.000 They have finance networks, a lot of it is foreign money coming in and fueling. 0.72
00:56:03.000 And ultimately, I think that where we went wrong is in the post 9 11 conception of Islam, we were hyper focused on terrorists. 0.65
00:56:13.000 And when you're hyper focused on terrorists, you're talking about three to 5%.
00:56:17.000 You're talking about the people who are actively willing to go and wage jihad in a militaristic fashion.
00:56:23.000 But there's other forms of jihad.
00:56:25.000 And so, for instance, some of these countries, 90 plus percent believe the following.
00:56:29.000 They would say that if you are an apostate, you leave the religion of Islam, that you should be tried in court. 0.84
00:56:38.000 You should get due process, but it should go before a Sharia court. 0.86
00:56:41.000 And the judge of the Sharia court should be able to find you guilty and that the punishment for that should be death. 0.83
00:56:46.000 Now, that's all using democratic institutions.
00:56:49.000 That's not terrorism per se.
00:56:51.000 I mean, I think you could debate it on the merits of natural rights, but they would look at this as a democratic institution, due process, you've been found guilty, death penalty.
00:57:00.000 And I think that if you have that viewpoint, you should not only not be in the United States, you should be identified, denaturalized, andor deported.
00:57:08.000 And we certainly should have vetting standards in place to say that if you're trying to come here and you have these beliefs and other beliefs, that it's automatically disqualifying.
00:57:16.000 I think that that work is ongoing, but we're really running into this.
00:57:21.000 The biggest problem, which is they have figured out how to use our system, our values, our principles, the Constitution, the First Amendment as shields to get a foothold in American society, use democratic institutions, use elections, 0.93
00:57:36.000 use laws to slow walk cultural radical leftism and cultural radical Islam, and then force it upon us over time. 0.90
00:57:45.000 And, you know, we see this debate playing out in our own side right now.
00:57:49.000 There's a debate currently online.
00:57:51.000 I think a lot of it's a little bit of an op.
00:57:53.000 I think that there is a valid debate to be had.
00:57:55.000 But it's between those who are saying that classical liberalism is 100% of everything that we should believe and post liberalism isn't. 0.93
00:58:03.000 And I think the problem is that radical Islam, the Red Green Alliance, the fusion of Marxist, communist, and Islam, are abusing classical liberalism to completely try to destroy us. 0.95
00:58:17.000 And we have to at least be able to use post liberalism as a diagnostic tool and say, You know, what's more important, the survival of Western civilization or this conception that a political ideology like Islam can just can't be dealt with, 0.99
00:58:32.000 that we have no options at our disposal, that if they just come here and massive millions and millions of people and outvote us, that they can just implement Sharia and that that's just fine. 0.99
00:58:42.000 And I would say no. 0.85
00:58:42.000 And I think that these are the conversations on our side that are ongoing. 0.85
00:58:45.000 And then the last thing I'll say is, and I'm happy to, you know, tease any of this out any further, but Momdani is like the perfect fusion. 0.52
00:58:53.000 He's literally a communist. 0.86
00:58:56.000 Supports all these DSA candidates, and he's an Islamist. 0.96
00:59:00.000 And so you can see it coming to fruition. 0.90
00:59:02.000 You're seeing it in recent elections where DSA candidates are starting to dominate the Democrat primaries.
00:59:09.000 This has gone from a concern that we should watch to it is actively in motion, and we have to start taking steps to oppose it and figure out what that means and how to do it. 0.96
00:59:20.000 So, Wade, as you mentioned, the Islamist portion, they see the Marxist left as useful idiots because their goals are ultimately in conflict with each other. 0.95
00:59:30.000 Is there any hope there that this alliance is? 0.96
00:59:35.000 Is too fragile because one group kind of, they want communism, they want a post religious society, the other wants almost a revival of a medieval society.
00:59:45.000 Is there any hope that this alliance can break down before it brings down all of Western civilization?
00:59:51.000 Or if they do bring down Western civilization, who do you think is more likely to win?
00:59:57.000 Well, it's a great question.
00:59:58.000 I think that it all comes down to when do we start actually opposing it and how.
01:00:02.000 And the sooner we do this, I think the greater our odds are.
01:00:05.000 I think we absolutely can win, or else I wouldn't even be trying to bother with this.
01:00:08.000 I'd just move out of the country.
01:00:10.000 But so I think we can defeat it.
01:00:12.000 I think that the longer that it goes unopposed and the longer that there are more people on our side trying to say things like, well, it's only 5% of the population.
01:00:19.000 Well, it may not be 100%.
01:00:21.000 I don't know what the exact percent is, but it's not 5%.
01:00:25.000 It's certainly a lot more than that.
01:00:26.000 And it could be upwards of 80% of the current population.
01:00:29.000 If you look at Pew polling data coming out of a lot of these countries where we've had millions of people come from over the last several decades, Upwards of 90% of them believe things that should be just disqualifying culturally.
01:00:43.000 You cannot believe these things and then raise your hand and take an oath of citizenship, nor should you be granted lawful permanent residency status in this country if you believe such things.
01:00:53.000 And it's not a violation of the First Amendment to put in place those types of vetting mechanisms.
01:00:58.000 So I think we can beat it.
01:00:59.000 In terms of will the alliance break down, I think that they're going to start losing moderates.
01:01:07.000 But who qualifies as moderates anymore is a shrinking pool.
01:01:11.000 I mean, James. Carville the other day, I saw him kind of freaking out about all these DSA candidates that they're electing in their primaries.
01:01:18.000 I think the true believers in the radical left will continue to align with the oppressed, you know, in their critical theory framework, the oppressed groups. 0.92
01:01:26.000 So they will continue to align with Islam. 0.94
01:01:28.000 The real question is what percentage of our population is the K 12 and college education system producing from a civics and history and taught, you know, 0.94
01:01:41.000 habits of What is America and what does it stand for?
01:01:44.000 And we have to look at that byproduct and say, are we producing enough to stay afloat or is the radical left continuing to win?
01:01:52.000 And of course, you guys have been on the front lines of this battle for over a decade and making more progress and changing the minds of college age students than anyone in the history of this country.
01:02:04.000 And thank you for that.
01:02:05.000 So it's an unknown variable on how long this will stick.
01:02:10.000 But if history serves, I think it will stay a robust alliance for quite some time. 0.58
01:02:14.000 And the problem for the radical left is that when this has happened in the past, as soon as the power is attained, the Islamists murder the communists. 0.94
01:02:23.000 And so, you know, my pink haired, you know, progressive leftist friends out there, you know, believe whatever you want to believe, but understand that the Muslims, the Muslim movement in this country is not your ally. 0.99
01:02:37.000 Well, and it's exactly right, Wade. 0.98
01:02:38.000 I mean, what you said earlier is that this is not a suicide pact, the Constitution is not a suicide pact.
01:02:44.000 When we talk about religious freedom in this country, yes, that was a value of the founders, but they were all Christian.
01:02:52.000 And what they were talking about was different traditions, different denominations within the Christian tradition, not Islamism, not a foreign conquering ideology that seeks to subvert the will and the value of the people of America.
01:03:07.000 And so, what Charlie said in that clip at the very end is the key, the critical piece.
01:03:13.000 He said, The American way of life is, by the way, Christendom.
01:03:19.000 And we have to stay focused on that.
01:03:22.000 That is the guiding light.
01:03:26.000 If you could go back in time and buy oil before the world relied on it, would you?
01:03:30.000 Of course you would.
01:03:31.000 Anybody would.
01:03:32.000 So why aren't you buying silver right now?
01:03:34.000 The people who recognized oil early didn't just make money, they got ahead of one of the biggest economic shifts in history.
01:03:41.000 And today, a similar opportunity is unfolding with silver.
01:03:44.000 Silver is more than a precious metal, it's a critical resource used in solar panels, electric vehicles, defense systems, AI infrastructure, and the massive data centers powering that digital world.
01:03:54.000 While demand keeps growing, it's still affordable enough that the average American can start accumulating it.
01:04:00.000 Right now, that's why investors are turning to silver to protect against inflation and to own one of the world's most important strategic resources.
01:04:08.000 Don't be the person who looks back in 10 years and says, I saw it coming, I just didn't act.
01:04:12.000 Visit noblegoldinvestments.comslash Kirk and learn how easy it is to own physical silver.
01:04:18.000 That's noblegoldinvestments.comslash Kirk.
01:04:21.000 Own the metal the future depends on.
01:04:26.000 Got Wade Miller joining us talking about the Red Green Alliance.
01:04:30.000 This is again something Charlie talked about so much, and I think it is critical.
01:04:35.000 Important to the future of not only Western civilization, but right here at home.
01:04:39.000 This is probably, Wade, I think, the number one issue in Texas right now.
01:04:44.000 If you're not talking about this issue, you're basically irrelevant, at least on the Republican side in the state of Texas.
01:04:51.000 But let's go back to this idea of the fact that the Constitution is not a suicide pact.
01:04:57.000 We have this notion of freedom of religion in this country.
01:05:00.000 You'll have a lot of conservatives pair at that talking point.
01:05:03.000 They feel bound by it, they feel hamstrung by it.
01:05:05.000 Like there's no good options when it comes to what do you do with an invading. 1.00
01:05:09.000 Foreign conquering ideology, which is Islam. 1.00
01:05:14.000 What are some of the options that people like you that are thinking deeply about this topic, what are they exploring as how to deal with this? 0.99
01:05:21.000 Sure.
01:05:22.000 So, you know, if you treat Islam as a political conquering ideology and not a faith, I think that that starts to untangle it from some of the First Amendment arguments that might be presented.
01:05:32.000 And there's a lot of lawyers on our side who are, as we speak, working on how do we actually talk about political Islam and how do we. 0.99
01:05:41.000 Stop its advancement in our country in a way that we can defend it in courts. 1.00
01:05:45.000 And honestly, in other ways, just shy of constitutional considerations, what are just some existing statutes that cities, municipalities, states can use?
01:05:54.000 How do we stop the call to prayer that is being offensively pushed out on entire populations against their will?
01:06:03.000 You can change noise, the noise decibel levels, and there's lots of different things at our disposal.
01:06:10.000 And we're trying to put all of this together, and we're working with a lot of good allies.
01:06:13.000 You know, there's people out there like Chip Roy and Brandon Gill that are really doing a lot of good and deep thought on how do we actually stop this because it's so important.
01:06:23.000 It is just so important to the future of the country.
01:06:25.000 And, you know, one, you know, look at the borders.
01:06:28.000 We've got to stop the influx of millions of people who actively want to destroy the Constitution.
01:06:34.000 And you can see, again, you can see this in public polling data.
01:06:37.000 Yeah, Wade.
01:06:37.000 So when we talk about immigration, this is something Blake and I talk a lot about.
01:06:41.000 Okay.
01:06:42.000 So we got the southern border is.
01:06:45.000 Sealed up.
01:06:45.000 Okay, great.
01:06:46.000 Now we have an emerging issue, and actually, TPOSA Frontlines, we're going to have them on the show next week.
01:06:51.000 They've just come out with a mini documentary on the Canadian border because there's a lot of people coming through there now.
01:06:56.000 That's ground zero for illegal immigration.
01:06:57.000 But let's talk about legal immigration.
01:07:00.000 Remember Trump 1.0, the Muslim ban? 0.94
01:07:03.000 I would totally support allowing zero immigration from Muslim countries because it's just, why are you playing with fire? 1.00
01:07:11.000 If it's 5% of them that are bad hombres, that's way too much for any population. 1.00
01:07:16.000 I don't believe you can properly vet it.
01:07:17.000 What can you do on the legal front? 1.00
01:07:20.000 To stop immigration from Muslim countries.
01:07:23.000 So, number one, you can go back to what they did in Trump 1 and expand that. 0.55
01:07:27.000 And what they did in Trump 1 is they essentially identified every single country in which we can't actually verify the information that's being sent for people.
01:07:35.000 They're either corrupted or in the hands of terrorist organizations.
01:07:39.000 You know, if ISIS controls the ID making office in Syria, then we can't actually vet anyone that they're sending to us.
01:07:48.000 And it just so happened that every country that qualified under that. 0.99
01:07:51.000 Was Islamic.
01:07:51.000 So it wasn't necessarily an Islamic ban.
01:07:54.000 But I think you could significantly increase this on those grounds.
01:07:57.000 And then also on other grounds, I think that you're right.
01:08:00.000 I think that you can expand that to a significantly higher number of countries, not just the seven or so that they did last time.
01:08:07.000 And then on our vetting standards.
01:08:09.000 And I think this is where there's movement within the Trump administration.
01:08:12.000 I can't speak for the Trump administration, but I think they're actively working on beefing up our vetting standards.
01:08:17.000 Because currently, essentially, and this is oversimplification, but basically, as long as you're not on some list, As a known ISIS combatant, and otherwise can demonstrate that you can support yourself and you can check all the other boxes, they'll let you in.
01:08:32.000 That's just not enough.
01:08:33.000 It's not even close to enough.
01:08:35.000 We should be asking, What are your views on apostasy?
01:08:38.000 What are your views on the genocide of an entire people in Israel?
01:08:44.000 Go on and on and on. 0.90
01:08:46.000 We can ask them all of these questions, and there's ways to, are they using Takiyah and getting around this?
01:08:51.000 Do double blind, ask family members.
01:08:54.000 See if their answers start not adding up.
01:08:56.000 You can do social media hits.
01:08:57.000 We can even look at their email content.
01:08:59.000 There's all sorts of things we can ask to see in order to check the box.
01:09:04.000 And that would severely limit.
01:09:05.000 And then, but beyond that, you know, I think at the end of the day that if you are a doctrinal believer in Islam, you actually believe what the Quran says. 0.85
01:09:14.000 I don't know how you can hold your hand up ever and say that I take an oath to support and defend the Constitution.
01:09:21.000 They're just not at loggerheads.
01:09:22.000 It just doesn't work. 0.92
01:09:23.000 Now, if you're an American born in Missouri, And you're raised Christian and you just decide you want to become Muslim, fine, First Amendment. 1.00
01:09:30.000 But I don't think we should be importing millions of people who actively want to destroy our entire way of life and they don't even try to hide it anymore. 1.00
01:09:39.000 Like you said about Texas, if you look at some of these Imams and what they're saying publicly, they're not even trying to hide it anymore. 1.00
01:09:45.000 They're just overtly saying that they're going to conquer Texas. 1.00
01:09:49.000 In fact, they said they don't even care about what the parents think, they're going to control the minds of the children.
01:09:53.000 They say these things.
01:09:55.000 Well, and Wade, you brought up this clip and it's It's something that Blake brings up a lot.
01:10:00.000 So I don't know, Blake, if you want to say that.
01:10:01.000 No, no, it's just, as you say, it's like we have a lot of delusions about Islam and how it's worked in country after country.
01:10:09.000 And this goes back decades.
01:10:11.000 There's something really remarkable.
01:10:12.000 Let's play it.
01:10:13.000 This is George W. Bush in the wake of 9 11, clip 33. 0.98
01:10:17.000 The face of terror is not the true face of Islam. 0.99
01:10:24.000 That's not what Islam is all about.
01:10:27.000 Islam is peace. 0.98
01:10:30.000 These terrorists. 0.93
01:10:32.000 Don't represent peace. 0.98
01:10:35.000 They represent evil in war.
01:10:39.000 It's just, it's so frustrating and upsetting to see because I think George W. Bush was the last president America had who had true freedom of action.
01:10:50.000 That after 9 11, he could have come out and he could have basically proposed anything, done anything as a response to that.
01:10:59.000 That's the last time America had 90% unity on action. 0.99
01:11:03.000 He could have said, We're not going to wage war against Islam, but it's clear that it has, it is culturally incompatible with us. 0.99
01:11:11.000 And that when we let in tons of people from abroad, we're letting in people who hate us, we're going to block immigration from all of these Islamic societies. 0.99
01:11:19.000 He could have done that. 0.99
01:11:20.000 He could have totally secured the border and cut off dangerous immigration. 1.00
01:11:24.000 And instead, he came out and said, We need to become more pro Islam. 1.00
01:11:28.000 We need to let in more Islamic migrants from other countries. 1.00
01:11:31.000 We should invade them over there so we can invite them over here. 1.00
01:11:36.000 And now we're seeing the consequences of that here. 1.00
01:11:39.000 We're seeing it big time in Europe, which did the same thing.
01:11:43.000 And As you say, Wade, it's going to be a huge test because we have the First Amendment, we have freedom of religion.
01:11:49.000 And I'm very worried, and Charlie was very worried, that that right will not survive having a large minority that is not very amenable to a tolerant coexistence with other groups.
01:12:03.000 It's 100% right.
01:12:04.000 So, what you played from Bush is the entire conception that the conservative movement, not everyone, but the part that was in power then, that they just got it wrong. 0.83
01:12:14.000 And of course, Islam is not a religion of peace. 0.73
01:12:16.000 Now, I can't speak in absolutist terms, but I can say that doctrinal Islam is highly violent and radicalized to achieve its ends of global domination and jihad. 0.99
01:12:26.000 Wade Miller, this is excellent stuff. 0.98
01:12:28.000 Thank you for coming on.
01:12:30.000 We really appreciate it.
01:12:31.000 Thanks for having me on.
