00:02:05.000 We did not really touch on it too much yesterday, so I wanted to lead with it today as it's very interesting.

00:02:10.000 You know, I think a lot of us have been waiting and wondering and sort of assuming that the other shoe was going to drop for the Biden crime syndicate at one point or another, only to be let down time and time again, time and time again, assuming that the other side will just get away with it in this two-tiered system of justice.

00:02:29.000 So my message for you in the audience is twofold.

00:02:32.000 One, yes, there could be a doomsday scenario for the Biden crime syndicate coming tomorrow.

00:02:39.000 Two, don't get your hopes up.

00:02:42.000 We've been let down too many times, and there is a few key details that I have not seen coming out of some of the press hits that James Comer, Senator Grassley, et cetera, have been doing.

00:02:54.000 However, it sounds like this could be the real deal.

00:02:58.000 Now, even if it is the real deal, will anything happen?

00:03:02.000 We're going to talk about that.

00:03:03.000 But let me just lay out the scenario for you all.

00:03:07.000 And we're going to be playing some tape here.

00:03:08.000 I got a little cut sheet right here.

00:03:10.000 You know, I think let's just start here.

00:03:16.000 They've been laying out a lot of hype, a lot of hype.

00:03:20.000 I really hope they have the goods.

00:03:22.000 And they better, because there's a lot of hype.

00:03:25.000 Okay, if they don't have the goods, I think this hype campaign that they've been on since Sunday with Maria Bartaroma will be ultimately destructive to our movement and to our side and to our momentum.

00:03:37.000 But hopefully that means they've got something.

00:03:40.000 I think they got something serious.

00:03:41.000 I do.

00:03:42.000 So let's just lay out the scenario here.

00:03:44.000 Oversight chairman James Comer.

00:03:46.000 We've had him on this show, Good American, claims that he has evidence of Joe Biden and nine members of the Biden extended family erecting a series of shell companies to obscure the provenance of those dollars from overseas actors and entities.

00:04:03.000 He's holding a press conference about it tomorrow.

00:04:05.000 That's going to be at 9 a.m. Eastern.

00:04:07.000 So it's going to happen before this show.

00:04:09.000 So you better believe we're going to be covering it in detail.

00:04:12.000 We also have a bunch of House Oversight members that we are reaching out to to get them on the show.

00:04:17.000 Comer says that he has documents making it clear that Joe Biden was in a pay-for-play scheme.

00:04:21.000 This was news that dropped last week: this pay-for-policy prescriptions.

00:04:26.000 Okay, this was when he was then VP.

00:04:29.000 Now, what we are being told is that the FBI has been sitting on a document that proves all this, that essentially outlines it all, and they haven't provided that document to oversight.

00:04:42.000 But the Oversight Committee, and James Comer said this, that there is a credible, a very credible whistleblower that has come forward with this document.

00:04:51.000 Now, between the lines, let's look at this.

00:04:54.000 An FBI FD 1023 is what we're being told this document is.

00:04:59.000 It's a secret FBI document detailing communication between a special agent, an FBI special agent, and a human source.

00:05:08.000 So, what this means is that there was an FBI operation running during the Obama administration and that Joe Biden was caught up in it.

00:05:19.000 Now, the question is: why have we not found out about this until a whistleblower came forward?

00:05:25.000 Why was the DOJ not pursuing something if the president of the United States was caught up in a surveillance net that proved he was doing pay-for-play with foreign adversaries?

00:05:38.000 And that's apparently what they are saying is the case: the money is coming from many foreign adversaries.

00:05:46.000 So, we can only assume Ukraine, maybe Russia, China.

00:05:52.000 So, he says we believe they were getting a return on their investments in the form of policy decisions, but he has not identified any specific decisions.

00:06:03.000 So, that is an interesting point that we have to keep in mind.

00:06:06.000 So, if there were policies that Joe Biden was then changing in exchange for money that was getting funneled through a series of LLCs to nine Biden family members, what were those policies?

00:06:18.000 We don't know.

00:06:19.000 He says the payoffs were millions and millions, much bigger than anyone would have predicted, but he has not specified an amount.

00:06:27.000 Millions and millions.

00:06:28.000 Now, I will tell you, having been in this space for some time, I have spoken directly with people that have gotten caught up with foreign influence peddling schemes from folks, for example, in China.

00:06:39.000 China approached them, and they have told me very off the record that the amount of money that the CCP is willing to throw at people to secure influence is breathtaking.

00:06:54.000 More money than you could possibly imagine.

00:06:57.000 So, now just take that little piece of intel and multiply it by a vice president and his entire family.

00:07:06.000 Can you imagine the amount of money that might have been going through these LLCs to the Biden family?

00:07:10.000 Comer says he's been working on this for three months, talking to whistleblowers and associates, but he's also said they haven't shared the information with the IRS or the FBI so far.

00:07:19.000 He's suggesting they should just watch the press conference tomorrow.

00:07:22.000 That is a heck of a gauntlet thrown, my friends.

00:07:25.000 So, let's play some of this tape.

00:07:28.000 Now, my team puts together a whole clip sheet for Charlie and, in this case, for me today, and one of them really just stood out.

00:07:36.000 I want to play this cut 44.

00:07:38.000 This is Grassley on how the FBI needs to come clean with the documents and needs to reveal the methods and means they used to investigate the documents to prove they did not let political calculations in fear.

00:07:49.000 What he's getting at, so this is again, just to make it clear, Comer says he has the document from the whistleblower.

00:07:56.000 Grassley, I believe, has seen it.

00:07:58.000 Maybe he hasn't, but I believe he has.

00:07:59.000 But he is on the Senate side, so perhaps he hasn't.

00:08:02.000 But Comer is saying he's 100% sure this document exists.

00:08:06.000 So they are saying to the FBI and the DOJ, provide the document.

00:08:10.000 Come up with the goods and show it to us.

00:08:13.000 And let us know why you haven't investigated this pay-for-play scheme.

00:08:20.000 The Justice Department, the FBI, needs to come clean to the American people what they did with the document because we know the document exists from very credible whistleblower information that we got.

00:08:37.000 We really need to know what steps did the Justice Department and FBI take to investigate and to vet the document to determine if it's accurate or not.

00:08:48.000 And did the Justice Department and the FBI follow normal investigative procedures or did they let political calculations interfere?

00:08:58.000 Let's read between the lines here, folks.

00:09:00.000 What is Grassley actually saying?

00:09:02.000 He's saying that he knows this document exists.

00:09:05.000 He also knows that the FBI and the DOJ did not investigate it.

00:09:10.000 So if they, well, they did not act on the intel, rather.

00:09:13.000 Let me rephrase that.

00:09:14.000 They did not act on it.

00:09:15.000 So he wants to know.

00:09:16.000 So there is hedging involved here.

00:09:19.000 And this is why we need to be very careful about not letting our get our get our hopes up too much here.

00:09:24.000 There was hedging in there.

00:09:25.000 Listen closely to what he's saying.

00:09:27.000 He's saying that he wants to know.

00:09:29.000 He wants them to provide the document, sort of like, hey, we have it.

00:09:32.000 We know you have it.

00:09:33.000 So show it.

00:09:34.000 Show it to us.

00:09:35.000 Because then it proves you have the document.

00:09:37.000 And if the document is then verified, then why didn't you act on it?

00:09:42.000 If you didn't act on it, was that because of politics?

00:09:45.000 Now, an alternative, and you can hear this in what Grassley is saying, an alternative is that they did in fact look at it and they determined that it was not credible or that it was not trustworthy or actionable for whatever reason.

00:09:58.000 And there could have been very good reason for that determination.

00:10:01.000 We have to give space to that.

00:10:03.000 Now, I know there's going to be a lot of you in the audience.

00:10:44.000 You mean like the steel dossier?

00:10:50.000 This is the point.

00:10:51.000 We don't know where this came from.

00:10:52.000 We don't know the source.

00:10:53.000 We don't know if this was foreign actors trying to trip up the then vice president, Joe Biden.

00:11:00.000 The world was a different place back then.

00:11:02.000 We actually have no idea where it might have come from.

00:11:05.000 So let's play some more tape here, though, because I do think it's important.

00:11:08.000 Remember, if you go back to over the weekend, you had James Comer begging the Justice Department not to indict Hunter Biden because, why?

00:11:20.000 Because one, he said you're going to do it on gun charges.

00:11:23.000 You were going to do it on some slap on the wrist type deal.

00:11:28.000 I completely understand that.

00:11:29.000 He says the gun charges are minimal compared to what else is out there.

00:11:32.000 This is rep Nancy Mace, actually.

00:11:35.000 And the subpoena by Senator Grassley and Congressman Comer is, I believe, the first probable potential multiple smoking guns in this thing.

00:11:42.000 And there's also a deadline tomorrow for the FBI to produce that document.

00:11:46.000 Okay, so let's keep playing some tape here.

00:11:49.000 I want to go back and just help incriminate Joe Biden, depending on what happens tomorrow.

00:11:56.000 This is a flashback to 2019 when Biden assured us that he was not involved in his son Hunter's business dealings.

00:12:13.000 Everybody looked at this, and everybody's looked at it and said there's nothing there.

00:12:22.000 You know, there's not one single bit of evidence, not one little tiny bit to say anything done was wrong.

00:12:29.000 Everybody who's looked at this, yeah, just like, oh, you mean the 50 former Intel officials who claimed that the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinfo? 0.97

00:12:38.000 Everybody who's looked at this, this is all garbage, says Joe Biden. 0.97

00:12:44.000 We know that there was definitely policy or will pay-for-play schemes, influence peddling.

00:12:50.000 Whether it's actionable, whether we can prove that it was criminal or not, is the larger question.

00:13:01.000 This is a readout of the statement from the White House in response to the news that the whistleblower claims Joe Biden may have taken part in a criminal bribery scheme when he was then vice president.

00:13:11.000 Now, remember, this involves nine, that's NINE, nine Biden family.

00:13:19.000 I was like, the other day I was asking the team, I was like, how many Biden family members are there?

00:13:23.000 I really have, I'm beginning to think that Hunter Biden was much more prolific than we even understood.

00:13:29.000 Nine family members involved in this.

00:13:32.000 Go ahead and play CUP 43.

00:13:34.000 The White House responding just a moment ago, saying for going on five years now, Republicans in Congress have been lobbying unfounded, unproven, politically motivated attacks against the president and his family without offering evidence for their claims or evidence of decisions influenced by anything other than U.S. interests.

00:13:52.000 That's because they prefer a floating anonymous innuendo, amplified by the megaphone of their allies and right-wing media to get attention and try to distract and deflect from their own unpopular ideas and lack of solutions to the issues the American people actually care about.

00:14:07.000 So that's them saying that this is all just right-wing media.

00:14:10.000 Right-wing media pounces again.

00:14:13.000 And in actuality, they're kind of justified in saying that.

00:14:17.000 I hate to break it to you guys.

00:14:20.000 We have gotten our hopes up far too many times.

00:14:23.000 We have underestimated the Leviathan that is Washington, D.C. swamp.

00:14:28.000 The jurist pool that's in D.C. has not looked favorably upon any of our cases.

00:14:34.000 Now, the Durham probe up in a pile of smoke.

00:14:39.000 All I'm saying is, folks, don't get your hopes up.

00:14:43.000 We don't know what this document has in it or where it comes from.

00:14:47.000 But I will say, the reason I'm even covering it is because if I'm being honest with you, I am getting my hopes up just a tiny little bit.

00:15:04.000 All I'm saying is that these documents, if they prove to be something substantial, could actually be, as Comer is saying, a doomsday scenario for the Biden crime syndicate on Wednesday.

00:17:21.000 Well, Congressman, I wish it was on brighter news that we were having you here.

00:17:25.000 Title 42 is set to expire tomorrow.

00:17:30.000 You know, I think our audience is probably roughly aware that this is happening.

00:17:35.000 We've talked about it on the show.

00:17:37.000 But paint the picture for us.

00:17:39.000 Obviously, representing the state of Arizona, what is this actually going to look like?

00:17:42.000 How big of a deal is this?

00:17:45.000 Well, you take the crisis that currently sits on the border today and double it.

00:17:51.000 That's what it will look like.

00:17:53.000 So right now, the apprehensions are about 8,000 to 9,000 people a day.

00:17:59.000 And we anticipate those going 14 to 16, maybe even 1,000 a day, even higher.

00:18:07.000 Not only that, you're going to the Homeland Security, I'll just tell you, they just put out a public statement, public notice, informing the cartels of a targeted operation that they're going to do in one sector, one location.

00:18:20.000 They're going to pour these resources there.

00:18:23.000 So guess what?

00:18:23.000 The cartels now know if you got bad guys, drugs, human sex traffickers, they're going to go to these other sectors because they're not going to do operations there.

00:18:33.000 It's just absolutely nuts.

00:18:36.000 And El Paso has already said that it's a humanitarian crisis there.

00:18:41.000 They do not have enough NGOs or facilities to process all these people already coming over.

00:18:48.000 That's how bad it already is.

00:18:50.000 And there's literally hundreds and hundreds of thousands of people awaiting to come through beginning tomorrow.

00:18:58.000 I don't understand why they're always so intent on broadcasting their moves, Congressman.

00:19:03.000 It feels like the Democrats did this with Afghanistan.

00:19:06.000 They're doing this now with the cartels.

00:19:08.000 I don't think that there is an external power or threat to the United States that they don't treat with kid gloves.

00:19:16.000 And it's actually a sad joke.

00:19:17.000 According to this new article from the New York Post, Border Patrol Union rips DHS for warning of targeted enforcement in Texas.

00:19:25.000 This is exactly what you're talking about, Congressman.

00:19:27.000 They called it a sad joke.

00:19:29.000 When you have the Border Patrol Union tearing into the DHS and Secretary Mayorkis, I mean, this seems like chaos.

00:19:38.000 It seems like there is a complete disconnect from this administration to the Border Patrol.

00:19:43.000 What are you hearing from the Border Patrol agents that you're in contact with?

00:19:47.000 The people on the ground, we've heard stories about morale being terribly low.

00:19:51.000 We've heard stories about suicides, terrible things happening to these men and women that are protecting our southern border.

00:19:57.000 What are they telling you right now?

00:19:59.000 I mean, this feels like doomsday is upon us.

00:20:03.000 Well, it really does.

00:20:04.000 You're right.

00:20:05.000 Their morale is really low.

00:20:08.000 You're going to see more of them retire and get out of there as soon as they can.

00:20:11.000 You're going to see more of them try to transfer to other police agencies within Homeland Security because the leadership of Secretary Mayorkas and Biden is so abysmal.

00:20:26.000 He mistreats his union officers, his agents along the border.

00:20:32.000 He puts them in harm's way.

00:20:34.000 He basically lies to them.

00:20:35.000 He lies to Congress, lies to the American people.

00:20:37.000 He's opened the border.

00:20:38.000 He tells them they can't enforce the law.

00:20:42.000 It is a doomsday type of scenario, as you said.

00:20:46.000 And you just can't explain how bad it is until you go down there.

00:20:51.000 I've been down there recently where there's no agents on the line.

00:20:57.000 They're all processing, right?

00:20:58.000 So that means that people are just coming in, met one group, and they're just sitting there till we came along.

00:21:04.000 And they're saying, hey, look, we've been here for hours waiting.

00:21:07.000 We were told by the cartels, our coyote brought us so far and we walked and now we've been waiting.

00:21:13.000 And there's no agents there.

00:21:15.000 And what you see is this overwhelming flow into the country.

00:21:21.000 And one thing I didn't mention, Andrew, is some of the communities that I've talked to, the Homeland Security has basically told them we're going to be doing community release.

00:21:33.000 Now, what that means is they're not even going to have time to process them.

00:21:38.000 There'll be no place to put them, no place to even process them, to vet them, to health screen them.

00:21:44.000 They're just going to take some pictures, take whatever information they can get for identification, and then they're going to release them right into those local communities on the U.S. side of the border.

00:21:55.000 This is insane.

00:21:56.000 I'm so glad you're bringing this up because there's a tweet here, and I see Charlie actually retweeted it.

00:22:06.000 New per multiple CBP sources, last night CBP and Border Patrol leadership made the decision to authorize all Border Patrol sectors, all border patrol sectors, to begin safe street releases, safe, quote unquote, street releases of migrants to communities across border if NGO shelters and CBP facilities do not have the capacity to hold them.

00:22:28.000 Congressman, how many facilities on the border currently have capacity left?

00:22:33.000 I mean, basically, there's got to be zero facilities that have capacity.

00:22:37.000 This feels like a blanket order across the entire border to just release people at gas stations, release people at CVSs.

00:22:44.000 What the heck is going on here?

00:22:46.000 Well, there's a few facilities I've seen in the last couple of weeks that had room for some, but not the number that you're going to see, Andrew.

00:22:57.000 So you will see street releases, community releases, almost immediately.

00:23:04.000 I think in El Paso, they're probably already releasing.

00:23:07.000 And what happens is if there's no room for them, they're supposed to try to find another place.

00:23:11.000 So like if you're in a Tucson facility, you find out, oh, maybe Yuma's got some.

00:23:15.000 Well, Yuma doesn't have anybody, any more space, then so does the El Centro.

00:23:21.000 No, El Centro doesn't have any.

00:23:22.000 So they're going to just release them into your town.

00:23:24.000 If you live in Nogales, they're going to be in Nogales. 1.00

00:23:26.000 They're going to make their way up to Tucson and they're going to come to UMAN.

00:23:29.000 They're going to be in El Paso and Laredo and all of these places.

00:23:35.000 Yeah, every town is a border town.

00:25:56.000 It is the executive branch that says we're going to shut down some of these processing facilities.

00:26:13.000 It is unbelievable the lies that she tells and that the press corps of Washington, D.C. doesn't hold her feet to the fire.

00:26:52.000 It's not going to help because what is driving this is bad policy and the invitation to the world.
