00:00:13.000We have a phenomenal conversation with Representative Andy Biggs talking about the end of Title 42, the looming catastrophe, this doomsday scenario that is awaiting us at our southern border.
00:01:07.000We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:58.000But I want to get to this Comer House Oversight press conference that's going to happen tomorrow.
00:02:05.000We did not really touch on it too much yesterday, so I wanted to lead with it today as it's very interesting.
00:02:10.000You know, I think a lot of us have been waiting and wondering and sort of assuming that the other shoe was going to drop for the Biden crime syndicate at one point or another, only to be let down time and time again, time and time again, assuming that the other side will just get away with it in this two-tiered system of justice.
00:02:29.000So my message for you in the audience is twofold.
00:02:32.000One, yes, there could be a doomsday scenario for the Biden crime syndicate coming tomorrow.
00:02:42.000We've been let down too many times, and there is a few key details that I have not seen coming out of some of the press hits that James Comer, Senator Grassley, et cetera, have been doing.
00:02:54.000However, it sounds like this could be the real deal.
00:02:58.000Now, even if it is the real deal, will anything happen?
00:03:22.000And they better, because there's a lot of hype.
00:03:25.000Okay, if they don't have the goods, I think this hype campaign that they've been on since Sunday with Maria Bartaroma will be ultimately destructive to our movement and to our side and to our momentum.
00:03:37.000But hopefully that means they've got something.
00:03:46.000We've had him on this show, Good American, claims that he has evidence of Joe Biden and nine members of the Biden extended family erecting a series of shell companies to obscure the provenance of those dollars from overseas actors and entities.
00:04:03.000He's holding a press conference about it tomorrow.
00:04:29.000Now, what we are being told is that the FBI has been sitting on a document that proves all this, that essentially outlines it all, and they haven't provided that document to oversight.
00:04:42.000But the Oversight Committee, and James Comer said this, that there is a credible, a very credible whistleblower that has come forward with this document.
00:04:51.000Now, between the lines, let's look at this.
00:04:54.000An FBI FD 1023 is what we're being told this document is.
00:04:59.000It's a secret FBI document detailing communication between a special agent, an FBI special agent, and a human source.
00:05:08.000So, what this means is that there was an FBI operation running during the Obama administration and that Joe Biden was caught up in it.
00:05:19.000Now, the question is: why have we not found out about this until a whistleblower came forward?
00:05:25.000Why was the DOJ not pursuing something if the president of the United States was caught up in a surveillance net that proved he was doing pay-for-play with foreign adversaries?
00:05:38.000And that's apparently what they are saying is the case: the money is coming from many foreign adversaries.
00:05:46.000So, we can only assume Ukraine, maybe Russia, China.
00:05:52.000So, he says we believe they were getting a return on their investments in the form of policy decisions, but he has not identified any specific decisions.
00:06:03.000So, that is an interesting point that we have to keep in mind.
00:06:06.000So, if there were policies that Joe Biden was then changing in exchange for money that was getting funneled through a series of LLCs to nine Biden family members, what were those policies?
00:06:28.000Now, I will tell you, having been in this space for some time, I have spoken directly with people that have gotten caught up with foreign influence peddling schemes from folks, for example, in China.
00:06:39.000China approached them, and they have told me very off the record that the amount of money that the CCP is willing to throw at people to secure influence is breathtaking.
00:06:54.000More money than you could possibly imagine.
00:06:57.000So, now just take that little piece of intel and multiply it by a vice president and his entire family.
00:07:06.000Can you imagine the amount of money that might have been going through these LLCs to the Biden family?
00:07:10.000Comer says he's been working on this for three months, talking to whistleblowers and associates, but he's also said they haven't shared the information with the IRS or the FBI so far.
00:07:19.000He's suggesting they should just watch the press conference tomorrow.
00:07:22.000That is a heck of a gauntlet thrown, my friends.
00:07:38.000This is Grassley on how the FBI needs to come clean with the documents and needs to reveal the methods and means they used to investigate the documents to prove they did not let political calculations in fear.
00:07:49.000What he's getting at, so this is again, just to make it clear, Comer says he has the document from the whistleblower.
00:07:58.000Maybe he hasn't, but I believe he has.
00:07:59.000But he is on the Senate side, so perhaps he hasn't.
00:08:02.000But Comer is saying he's 100% sure this document exists.
00:08:06.000So they are saying to the FBI and the DOJ, provide the document.
00:08:10.000Come up with the goods and show it to us.
00:08:13.000And let us know why you haven't investigated this pay-for-play scheme.
00:08:17.000Play Cut 44, and we'll discuss on the other side.
00:08:20.000The Justice Department, the FBI, needs to come clean to the American people what they did with the document because we know the document exists from very credible whistleblower information that we got.
00:08:37.000We really need to know what steps did the Justice Department and FBI take to investigate and to vet the document to determine if it's accurate or not.
00:08:48.000And did the Justice Department and the FBI follow normal investigative procedures or did they let political calculations interfere?
00:08:58.000Let's read between the lines here, folks.
00:09:35.000Because then it proves you have the document.
00:09:37.000And if the document is then verified, then why didn't you act on it?
00:09:42.000If you didn't act on it, was that because of politics?
00:09:45.000Now, an alternative, and you can hear this in what Grassley is saying, an alternative is that they did in fact look at it and they determined that it was not credible or that it was not trustworthy or actionable for whatever reason.
00:09:58.000And there could have been very good reason for that determination.
00:11:35.000And the subpoena by Senator Grassley and Congressman Comer is, I believe, the first probable potential multiple smoking guns in this thing.
00:11:42.000And there's also a deadline tomorrow for the FBI to produce that document.
00:11:46.000Okay, so let's keep playing some tape here.
00:11:49.000I want to go back and just help incriminate Joe Biden, depending on what happens tomorrow.
00:12:18.000So you think that everything that happened was kosher?
00:12:22.000You know, there's not one single bit of evidence, not one little tiny bit to say anything done was wrong.
00:12:29.000Everybody who's looked at this, yeah, just like, oh, you mean the 50 former Intel officials who claimed that the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinfo?
00:12:38.000Everybody who's looked at this, this is all garbage, says Joe Biden.
00:12:50.000Whether it's actionable, whether we can prove that it was criminal or not, is the larger question.
00:12:56.000But here, I don't have the actual statement handy, so I'm going to have to play CUP 43.
00:13:01.000This is a readout of the statement from the White House in response to the news that the whistleblower claims Joe Biden may have taken part in a criminal bribery scheme when he was then vice president.
00:13:11.000Now, remember, this involves nine, that's NINE, nine Biden family.
00:13:19.000I was like, the other day I was asking the team, I was like, how many Biden family members are there?
00:13:23.000I really have, I'm beginning to think that Hunter Biden was much more prolific than we even understood.
00:13:34.000The White House responding just a moment ago, saying for going on five years now, Republicans in Congress have been lobbying unfounded, unproven, politically motivated attacks against the president and his family without offering evidence for their claims or evidence of decisions influenced by anything other than U.S. interests.
00:13:52.000That's because they prefer a floating anonymous innuendo, amplified by the megaphone of their allies and right-wing media to get attention and try to distract and deflect from their own unpopular ideas and lack of solutions to the issues the American people actually care about.
00:14:07.000So that's them saying that this is all just right-wing media.
00:14:58.000I do not want to be disappointed again.
00:15:01.000And I don't want you guys to be upset with us that we didn't tell you the truth.
00:15:04.000All I'm saying is that these documents, if they prove to be something substantial, could actually be, as Comer is saying, a doomsday scenario for the Biden crime syndicate on Wednesday.
00:15:18.000And we're going to be talking to oversight members tomorrow to get their perspective after the press conference and see what's actually in that document.

00:18:23.000The cartels now know if you got bad guys, drugs, human sex traffickers, they're going to go to these other sectors because they're not going to do operations there.
00:20:08.000You're going to see more of them retire and get out of there as soon as they can.
00:20:11.000You're going to see more of them try to transfer to other police agencies within Homeland Security because the leadership of Secretary Mayorkas and Biden is so abysmal.
00:20:26.000He mistreats his union officers, his agents along the border.
00:21:15.000And what you see is this overwhelming flow into the country.
00:21:21.000And one thing I didn't mention, Andrew, is some of the communities that I've talked to, the Homeland Security has basically told them we're going to be doing community release.
00:21:33.000Now, what that means is they're not even going to have time to process them.
00:21:38.000There'll be no place to put them, no place to even process them, to vet them, to health screen them.
00:21:44.000They're just going to take some pictures, take whatever information they can get for identification, and then they're going to release them right into those local communities on the U.S. side of the border.
00:22:06.000New per multiple CBP sources, last night CBP and Border Patrol leadership made the decision to authorize all Border Patrol sectors, all border patrol sectors, to begin safe street releases, safe, quote unquote, street releases of migrants to communities across border if NGO shelters and CBP facilities do not have the capacity to hold them.
00:22:28.000Congressman, how many facilities on the border currently have capacity left?
00:22:33.000I mean, basically, there's got to be zero facilities that have capacity.
00:22:37.000This feels like a blanket order across the entire border to just release people at gas stations, release people at CVSs.
00:22:46.000Well, there's a few facilities I've seen in the last couple of weeks that had room for some, but not the number that you're going to see, Andrew.

00:23:07.000And what happens is if there's no room for them, they're supposed to try to find another place.

00:24:21.000Is the president confident that you are doing everything you can to be prepared for this?

00:24:30.000We have a robust multi-agency plan to humanely manage the border through enforcement, deterrence, and diplomacy.
