00:01:35.000 Major breaking news this morning.
00:01:38.000 It's an idea that we have been floating out for a couple of weeks.
00:01:41.000 Thrilled to see the Trump administration show that they are taking this very seriously.
00:01:46.000 Attorney General Pam Bondi announced this morning that she is dispatching Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche to meet with former Jeffrey Epstein associate Ghelin Maxwell sometime in the next couple of days.
00:01:58.000 In a statement from Deputy Attorney General Blanche, which was shared by Bondi on X, Blanche says, quote, this Department of Justice does not shy away from uncomfortable truths, nor from the responsibility to pursue justice wherever the facts may lead.
00:02:12.000 The joint statement by the DOJ and FBI on July 6 remains as accurate today as it was when it was written, namely that it was in recent thorough review of the files maintained by the FBI in the Epstein case.
00:02:23.000 No evidence was uncovered that could predicate an investigation against third parties.
00:02:28.000 Blanche continued, quote, President Trump has told us to release all credible evidence.
00:02:34.000 If Ghelaine Maxwell has information about anyone who has committed crimes against victims, the FBI and the DOJ will hear what she has to say, unquote.
00:02:43.000 In a separate follow-up post on X, Blanche said, quote, justice demands courage.
00:02:47.000 For the first time, the Department of Justice is reaching out to Ghelaine Maxwell to ask, what do you know?
00:02:52.000 No one is above the law and no lead is off limits.
00:02:56.000 Now, some people are saying, well, what do you mean by credible information?
00:02:59.000 Well, the Wall Street Journal drive-by shooting of President Trump should show that there very well might be some uncredible information that prior Intel agency heads or prior FBI heads might have put throughout all this.
00:03:11.000 And that's very important.
00:03:12.000 The Wall Street Journal piece shows that there's a misinformation campaign against President Trump.
00:03:17.000 Not even President Trump's current critics are believing that Wall Street Journal piece against Donald Trump.
00:03:24.000 Elon Musk, who has obviously we're in the midst of all that Elon, Donald Trump schism, which I hope to bring back together, not just me, I hope we can all bring that back together.
00:03:33.000 Elon Musk has said, yeah, I don't even believe this Wall Street Journal piece.
00:03:35.000 It's a total joke.
00:03:36.000 It's a mockery.
00:03:38.000 And even people that are kind of temperamentally against President Trump, they're like, yeah, this has no legs.
00:03:44.000 And that story has had no legs at all whatsoever.
00:03:46.000 And so by credible information, as Todd Blanche puts in the statement, is that we should be a little bit, just let's say, concerned that prior administrations could have put something somewhere to try to hurt Donald Trump, as evidenced by this ridiculous Wall Street Journal piece.
00:04:02.000 And I think the Wall Street Journal has lost a lot of credibility.
00:04:05.000 Now, Ghelane Maxwell's lawyer has confirmed they are in discussions with the federal government about holding discussions.
00:04:11.000 Maxwell is currently sentenced to 20 years in federal prison for sex trafficking, but is pursuing a claim that her trial was unfair.
00:04:19.000 Since she is still contesting her own case, that may impact what she is ready to tell prosecutors.
00:04:25.000 But maybe some kind of a deal could be reached for information.
00:04:28.000 We will see.
00:04:29.000 Of course, Bondi has filed to unseal grand jury documents in this case, which is massive news.
00:04:34.000 Joe Biden did not do that.
00:04:36.000 President Donald Trump has authorized the DOJ to move to unseal the grand jury documents.
00:04:41.000 And that is now going to be in the hands of the federal judge.
00:04:45.000 The votes of the base, the voices of the base have been heard and continually are being heard in this way.
00:04:51.000 Now, look, this is why they're going straight to the source and why this is so powerful.
00:04:55.000 If anybody actually has the information of what has happened around Jeffrey Epstein, it's not going to be some James Comey created file.
00:05:03.000 It is going to be Ghelain Maxwell.
00:05:06.000 The GOP House Oversight Committee has also approved a motion to issue a subpoena to Ghelain Maxwell, potentially opening the floodgates into the government's handling of the Jeffrey Epstein case.
00:05:17.000 Here's what makes the Trump administration so much different than the Biden administration or the Obama administration or the Bush administration.
00:05:23.000 You guys got fired up.
00:05:25.000 We talked about this on our program and they are listening to you.
00:05:28.000 Is that Todd Blanche, Pam Bondi, President Trump, Cash Patel, Dan Bongino, J.D. Vance, President Trump himself?
00:05:35.000 They are listening to you.
00:05:36.000 They're moving to allow Ghelane Maxwell to testify in front of Congress.
00:05:40.000 They're moving to unseal the grand jury testimony.
00:05:43.000 They're moving to allow Ghelane Maxwell to now be interviewed by Todd Blanche and Todd Blanche and say, oh, I don't trust Todd Blanche.
00:05:48.000 Hold on, not so fast, my friends.
00:05:50.000 Todd Blanch was President Trump's lawyer during the Moscow show trial in New York.
00:05:56.000 He stood by Donald Trump when almost every other lawyer was unwilling to represent President Donald Trump.
00:06:04.000 As you know, this was a huge topic of conversation at the Student Action Summit.
00:06:07.000 And this all goes to show, as articulated in the statement by Pam Bondi and Todd Blanch, really the focus on action and transparency.
00:06:17.000 And action is absolutely happening.
00:06:19.000 But I also want to make sure that I reiterate something, that they are saying credible information.
00:06:24.000 The Wall Street Journal piece is overwhelmingly powerful, in my opinion, and is great evidence that there might be fake stuff that is thrown at Donald Trump inside and outside of all this discussion.
00:06:36.000 The Wall Street Journal piece is, oh, Donald Trump is somehow, he's Pablo Picasso as a doodler.
00:06:43.000 I don't think so.
00:06:44.000 But I want to just summarize this.
00:06:46.000 Again, I want to read this one more time, and I want to read it with intentionality and deliberation.
00:06:53.000 Justice demands courage.
00:06:55.000 For the first time, the Department of Justice is reaching out to Ghelin Maxwell to ask, what do you know?
00:07:01.000 No one is above the law and no lead is off limits.
00:07:04.000 Again, Ghelaine Maxwell's lawyer has confirmed that they're in discussions with the federal government.
00:07:09.000 And I hope Todd Blanche is able to get real answers here.
00:07:13.000 Because out of all the information in front of us, it's not going to be some sort of potential mine that James Comey left to try to hurt Donald Trump, as evidenced by the Wall Street Journal Peace.
00:07:26.000 It's going to be most likely something from the words of Ghelane Maxwell.
00:07:31.000 And this is the position of this program.
00:07:32.000 And this has been the unwavering position of this program this entire time.
00:07:37.000 We just want the truth.
00:07:38.000 We are truth seekers and we are transparency seekers.
00:07:42.000 Some people say, can we trust Ghelaine Maxwell?
00:07:44.000 Probably, but also probably not.
00:07:46.000 She is in jail for doing some really bad and awful stuff.
00:07:50.000 She was a co-conspirator with some of the most demonic and evil activity that one can comprehend.
00:07:56.000 But that's why Todd Blanche is going to do what he does.
00:08:00.000 She's obviously self-interested, and she probably wants some sort of leniency or some sort of special accommodation from the federal government.
00:08:07.000 And that is why Todd Blanche is going to go in as the Deputy Attorney General and ask the hard questions.
00:08:12.000 I just want to make sure every single one of you in this audience understands the profundity of Todd Blanch be able to go do this.
00:08:19.000 The green light to do this shows that this administration is interested in transparency, interested in the answers.
00:08:27.000 Delaine Maxwell is going to be a mixed bag.
00:08:29.000 But through that mixed bag, we're going to be able to detect what is real, what is right, what is true, what is probably she's saying that's fake, but she's motivated probably to tell the truth about Epstein.
00:08:38.000 And maybe finally, in a situation where she wants something, the incentive structure is high, maybe we'll be able to learn something about this very confusing, high stakes, and important issue.
00:08:53.000 Maybe she wants immunity.
00:08:54.000 Maybe she wants some sort of protection.
00:08:56.000 I don't know.
00:08:57.000 But it's definitely something that is worthy of praise and worthy of our encouragement that this administration listens to the voices of the grassroots.
00:09:06.000 This administration listens to all of you in the audience.
00:09:08.000 They understand how this is very important to a lot of people.
00:09:12.000 It's not important to everybody.
00:09:13.000 Some people, honestly, are more focused on making mortgage payments and trying to buy a home and having kids.
00:09:18.000 Or it's okay.
00:09:19.000 That's what a coalition is all about.
00:09:21.000 But this administration values the voices of the grassroots.
00:09:25.000 And so this is a major move.
00:09:26.000 Two things simultaneously that I want to make sure are clear.
00:09:29.000 On one side, you have the DOJ moving to unseal the grand jury testimony documents, big, massive, and profound.
00:09:36.000 And on the other side, you have Todd Blanche going to go interview Ghelaine Maxwell, and then she is going to go in front of the House Oversight Committee and be able to get questions from our favorite House Republicans.
00:09:47.000 As we've always said on this program, we're going to keep covering it as news pops up.
00:09:51.000 And so please, thank you guys for caring about this, I should say.
00:09:54.000 We're going to continue to stay on it.

00:10:54.000 Joining us now is Senator Rand Paul.
00:10:56.000 Senator has several announcements that he has been making.
00:11:01.000 Senator, first, I want to ask you, can you just inform the audience, remind the audience about the Fauci Auto Penn pardons?
00:11:08.000 And do you actually think that because the pardon for Anthony Fauci was signed by Auto Penn, there could be potentially some legal way that we could still hold Anthony Fauci criminally accountable, Senator?
00:11:21.000 Well, I think we don't know, but the only way to do it is to challenge it.
00:11:23.000 So, for example, I do believe Anthony Fauci committed a felony by lying to Congress.
00:11:29.000 So you have to charge him with a felony, take him to court, and then the court will decide whether or not the pardon is upheld.
00:11:36.000 You can argue till you're blue in the face that you can't do auto pens and that maybe the president wasn't aware of it, but the only way to actually do this is you have to charge someone who is pardoned.
00:11:45.000 I think Anthony Fauci is the most likely to be chargeable.
00:11:49.000 There are other people, Hunter Biden could be charged as well, but someone has to be charged.
00:11:54.000 You have to take it to court, and then you have to decide.
00:11:57.000 I think in Hunter Biden's case, he actually did physically sign it.
00:12:00.000 So he must have perhaps recognized who Hunter Biden was, and he also had to recognize the importance of signing it.
00:12:07.000 With Fauci, I'm not sure if he knows Anthony Fauci's name or is aware of the circumstances.
00:12:12.000 He is somewhat distant from contemporary events and activities.
00:12:17.000 So, you know, but the only way to figure this out is to take it to court.
00:12:21.000 Senator, remind the audience here, just one more question on the Fauci thing.
00:12:24.000 What did he lie about in front of Congress and what was the significance here?
00:12:29.000 And I believe it was in part of your testimony, his testimony, your cross-examination of him where he lied.
00:12:34.000 Please remind the audience about this.
00:12:36.000 Anthony Fauci testified before Congress in a very vigorous and heated and animated way that the NIH never funded gain of function research in Wuhan.
00:12:46.000 Well, this is directly contradicted by the actual people who were involved with the funding.
00:12:52.000 EcoHealth Alliance was the firm that the NIH funded that then secondarily funded the research in Wuhan.
00:13:00.000 When EcoHealth's funding was stopped for a while, they then sent a letter back to the NIH when it started up again, and they said, Thank you for restarting our gain of function research funds.
00:13:12.000 That's one evidence.
00:13:13.000 But another bit of evidence comes from NIH interim director Tabak, who, when asked whether this was gain of function research, said, of course it was gain of function.
00:13:23.000 So I do believe he lied.
00:13:24.000 I think he lied repeatedly, and I think he was doing it to cover up any connection that he would be responsible because he had the bad judgment to fund this risky research in Wuhan that I believe ultimately became the pandemic.
00:13:37.000 Now, Senator, shifting gears, you were a phenomenal leader exposing how the intel agencies entrapped President Donald Trump during this whole RussiGate thing and actually how it also resulted in, unfortunately, unnecessarily adversarial relations with Russia.
00:13:55.000 President Donald Trump in the Oval Office has now said that Obama committed treason, that the Obama administration basically planted all of the seeds of RussiaGate.
00:14:04.000 Without commenting on whether or not Obama committed treason, because you and I both have not seen the documents or the particulars that President Donald Trump has been briefed on, what's your thought on now what Tulsi Gabbert is doing to expose the deep state and the intel agencies that were turned inward against the American people and a duly elected president?
00:14:21.000 Senator Randpaul.
00:14:23.000 You know, I think Tulsi Gabbert's doing a great job.
00:14:24.000 I'm 100, 100%.
00:14:26.000 In the first Trump administration, I was sitting in the Oval Office with the president, and we discussed whether or not John Brennan and Clapper should have their security clearance taken away.
00:14:40.000 And I advocated with the president, and on the spot, he called someone in and he said, take away their clearance, because I think they were abusing their power.
00:14:48.000 I do believe in 2016, early 2017, right after the election, that they were using foreign intelligence agencies to gather intelligence on Trump campaign officials.
00:15:01.000 I think that there were members of the intelligence community under the Biden administration, not under the Biden, under the Obama administration that were abusing their office to collect intel.
00:15:11.000 I think that they changed intelligence.
00:15:13.000 The conclusion was that, yeah, sure, the Russians tried, they tried, they bought $50,000 worth of Facebook ads, but they weren't very effective and didn't have any influence on the election.
00:15:24.000 That was immediately changed or surreptitiously changed in December of 2016 after the election to make it look like, oh, what we will now say, our official line that will spread throughout government, is that somehow Donald Trump's election was illegitimate and that it was based on Russian interference.
00:15:42.000 I think this was a politically motivated and purposely done misuse of the intelligence power.
00:15:49.000 So I think Tulsi Gabbard's correct in trying to expose this.
00:15:54.000 So you've been involved in all of this.
00:15:56.000 And again, I think Brennan has, I agree with you.
00:15:58.000 Brennan has not only abused his power, I think all roads lead back to the CIA.
00:16:03.000 Let's play cut 323, and I'd like to get your reaction.
00:16:06.000 323.
00:16:07.000 The witch hut that you should be talking about is they caught President Obama absolutely cold, Tulsi Gabbard.
00:16:14.000 What they did to this country in 2016, starting in 2016, but going up all the way going up to 2020 of the election.
00:16:23.000 They tried to rig the election, and they got caught.
00:16:27.000 And there should be very severe consequences for that.
00:16:30.000 After what they did to me, and whether it's right or wrong, it's time to go after people.
00:16:36.000 Obama's been caught directly.
00:16:39.000 So, Senator, what potentially, I mean, just I know we're hypothesizing here and speculating, but what potentially could Obama or any of the ringleaders of this, what could they be charged with?
00:16:52.000 What could they potentially be, Brennan, how could they be held accountable, Clapper included?
00:16:57.000 Senator Rampaul.
00:16:59.000 You know, there were stories even at the time.
00:17:01.000 I remember in the transition to the Trump presidency, I remember people talking about it, that the Obama administration was spreading things around to make sure that they couldn't be destroyed by the Trump administration.
00:17:13.000 But what they were spreading around was misinformation.
00:17:16.000 You remember the guy that did the steel dossier?
00:17:18.000 All of a sudden, he's flying across the ocean and meeting secretly with John McCain, who breathlessly believed everything this spy was telling him.
00:17:27.000 He was basically duped by a spy with misinformation from the Clinton campaign, who McCain then comes running back and dutifully tells the intelligence committee what he was being given.
00:17:39.000 So the Democrats give the intelligence committee and community the steel dossier.
00:17:46.000 The steel dossier is then given back to McCain, who then gives it back to the intelligence agency.
00:17:52.000 So it all starts in one place, goes in a circle, and McCain was basically duped into being a part of ginning up this big hoax.
00:18:00.000 But the one principle that's important above and beyond who gets prosecuted, even above and beyond Donald Trump, is we cannot allow our intelligence agencies to go after U.S. citizens, particularly the CIA.
00:18:13.000 And I believe what they did in this instance is the head of the CIA, John Brennan, I believe interacted with the head of intelligence in England and other countries to spy on U.S. citizens.
00:18:25.000 I believe that those meetings in a bar, random meetings in a bar where they're recording Trump employees, I don't think those were random.
00:18:33.000 I think those were ordered by the CIA, but they knew it was illegal to do themselves.
00:18:38.000 So they got British intelligence or Australian intelligence or other countries' intelligence to do their dirty work for them.
00:18:45.000 And so additionally, we could also say that Brennan could face hopefully many years in jail for lying before Congress over the NSA spying, but that could be on the statute of limitations unless you put up a conspiracy charge.
00:18:59.000 And so I want to just make sure we build this picture out even more, because Senator, you have been by far the best, in my opinion, of any senator out there talking about the abuses of the intel agencies.
00:19:11.000 You've been so consistent and so principled.
00:19:14.000 So I think you are uniquely positioned to talk about how we rein in the intelligence community.
00:19:19.000 Where else should we be looking?
00:19:20.000 Where else are there abuses?
00:19:22.000 Are there missteps?
00:19:23.000 Have there been overreaches?
00:19:25.000 Because as you can see here, the president has a demand to try to hold them Accountable, which is far overdue.
00:19:31.000 Where else would you recommend for this administration, this Department of Justice, this president to look for to finally bring the Intel community to heel?
00:19:39.000 You know, I think President Trump's done more than any other president in my lifetime to begin this process by appointing Tulsi Gabbard, by appointing Cash Patel.
00:19:49.000 These are reformers at heart.
00:19:50.000 These are people who believe there has been abuses.
00:19:53.000 Tulsi Gabbard was abused by this Quiet Skies program that targeted her and followed her and spied on her, got on the airplane to follow her around the country and around the world.
00:20:03.000 So she knows firsthand what it's like.
00:20:05.000 So I think she's ideally the person to be in that spot.
00:20:08.000 We also know, I know from doing the research for my book, Deception, The Great COVID Cover-Up, that we discovered that at the CIA, that even on the analysis of whether COVID came from a lab or from animals, that there were superiors reversing the judgment of different scientists at the CIA who came to the conclusion that yes, it came from a lab in China, and then they were overruled by superiors, we believe for political reasons.
00:20:34.000 We believe that one of the reasons, and this was actually reported by an inspector general at the CIA, one of the reasons being that the analyst who came back saying that there was Chinese involvement in this laboratory accident, that this was fitting Trump's rhetoric and that it was too pro-Trump and that they didn't want to say anything that would be supportive of anything Donald Trump was saying.
00:20:56.000 So they were actually going to falsify or quiet any kind of CIA analysis that said the virus came from the lab because that fit into the Trump narrative or seemed to be supportive of Trump.
00:21:08.000 And this is really dangerous that we have people at the CIA, analysts, who are not reporting facts about our enemies or adversaries and trying to give certain facts and then let people, the policymakers, interpret it that they were actually withholding or changing the facts if it seemed to support the president or any of the president's response to the pandemic.
00:21:30.000 Very quick.
00:21:31.000 We only have a minute remaining.
00:21:32.000 We found out the House will be recessing starting on Wednesday, coming back in September.
00:21:36.000 Do you believe the Senate will stay in session to work on President Trump's confirmation?
00:21:40.000 Senator Rampaul.
00:21:41.000 The good news is we've now approved more nominees than at any point in time in any president.
00:21:46.000 So I think we've done a good job with this.
00:21:48.000 I continue to advocate plowing forward.
00:21:51.000 I am a chairman of my committee.
00:21:53.000 I've approved a couple dozen by now.
00:21:57.000 I get them as fast as I can get them.
00:21:59.000 I put them through the committee.
00:22:00.000 And so I've been a champion of approving the president's nominees.
00:22:04.000 But I think we've done a good job.
00:22:06.000 I don't think there's probably a reason to change our schedule, but I think that we've done a good job and we'll continue to plow through the nominees as fast as we can.
00:22:14.000 Senator, thank you so much.
00:22:16.000 We need to get those U.S. attorneys and those ambassadorships.
00:22:18.000 So please stay on that.
00:22:19.000 Senator, thank you for your time and for your insight, especially for bringing the intel agencies to heel.
00:22:24.000 Thank you.
00:22:24.000 Thank you.
00:22:28.000 Ask 10 people to define the word capitalism.
00:22:30.000 How many different responses do you think you'll get?
00:22:33.000 This is a word that comes up all the time, but does anyone know what it really means?

00:23:27.000 Joining us now is Alex Marlowe.
00:23:30.000 He is the author of a new book called Breaking the Law, a must-read, President Donald Trump says, congratulations on the new book, Alex.
00:23:37.000 Tell us all about it.
00:23:38.000 Oh, thanks, Charlie.
00:23:39.000 Thank you for plugging it.
00:23:40.000 Yeah, it's a, this is my deep dive investigative research.
00:23:44.000 I kind of pick a topic, spent a year on it.
00:23:47.000 The last time I did it with the Bidens and before I did that with the corporate media.
00:23:50.000 And this time I just noticed when the law fair was building up against President Trump, there was clear coordination across the government, including from the Biden White House.
00:23:59.000 And it was just not being explored.
00:24:00.000 We were actually, despite all the news on it, we weren't spending nearly enough time on it because this was a true outrage that we'd never seen in American history.
00:24:07.000 Unprecedented levels of corruption and collusion designed to take down not just President Trump, but a movement and all the people within it.
00:24:14.000 And I think the story that I get to tell is completely explosive.
00:24:18.000 And while I'm researching this, we see what's gone on with all these district judges trying to single-handedly execute a veto power over the executive branch of the U.S. government.
00:24:27.000 Completely impossible, unconstitutional, you would think.
00:24:30.000 And yet it's gone on for six months and it continues to go on to this day.
00:24:33.000 This is really one of the fights of our time, Charlie, and it's time we spend some time thinking about it.
00:24:38.000 So let me ask you, based on your reporting and in the book Breaking the Law, was there collusion between Fannie Willis, Jack Smith, and Alvin Bragg?
00:24:48.000 This was always something that was so suspicious, that they all simultaneously come out with indictments.
00:24:52.000 They all simultaneously kind of come out with effectively an indictment spree.
00:24:59.000 Remember the rushed press conference by Fannie Willis?
00:25:02.000 What is that?
00:25:02.000 Yes.
00:25:03.000 Tell us, Alvin Smith.
00:25:05.000 Right.
00:25:05.000 So I will share with you that there is clear evidence there was collusion from the Joe Biden White House with these various cases.
00:25:15.000 One key example here is that Nathan Wade going to the White House two times for a total of, I think it was about 16 hours of meetings at the White House during the middle of this.
00:25:25.000 Nathan Wade was only put on that case because he was Fannie Willis' boyfriend, and it was essentially a grift for them to be able to make money to go on exotic vacations.
00:25:33.000 Nathan Wade was a family lawyer.
00:25:35.000 He was a nobody.
00:25:36.000 He would never be on a case like this in a million years, aside from the fact that he had an opportunity to make easy government cash while he had a powerful girlfriend.
00:25:45.000 And him doing this somehow also got him invited to the White House.
00:25:49.000 There's no scenario that anything that Nathan Wade was talking about in that White House other than how to get Donald Trump.
00:25:54.000 We don't know the details of that meeting, but that's where the investigators need to begin.
00:25:58.000 I don't have subpoena power, Charlie, but I can Guarantee you that if I did, we would learn there's coordination.
00:26:03.000 There was a collusion, that there was direction from the Joe Biden White House, very apropos this week in the news with the Tulsi Gabbard stuff and Barack Obama.
00:26:11.000 It's very clear that this is coordinated at some level.
00:26:14.000 And because of disclosure rules, normal journalists can't get that information.
00:26:17.000 It's now on Congress, the Senate, et cetera.
00:26:19.000 They got to go in.
00:26:20.000 They got to get that info now.
00:26:22.000 Yeah.
00:26:22.000 And so it is a collusion.
00:26:25.000 Is there a way to hold them criminally accountable for what they did to go after Trump?
00:26:29.000 Can we start to get arrests here, Alex?
00:26:31.000 Because I, alongside so many people, want to start see perp walks, arrests, indictments.
00:26:38.000 This seems like as if there were so many norms and customs that were basically forsaken.
00:26:46.000 Alex, how do we actually ultimately get towards justice here?
00:26:49.000 Well, so first of all, all of this would be illegal if we can get the hard evidence that I can only get observational evidence.
00:26:57.000 I have a lot of interviews with people who are on Trump's team, people who walk me through a lot of the behind the scenes stuff.
00:27:04.000 But a lot of the things that me as a civilian, as a person who edits a website, this is where the lawyers need to come in with government subpoena power, bring people in, and I direct people where the investigations need to begin, because we're no doubt going to see high levels of illegal activity.
00:27:19.000 And the things that if they're not illegal, Charlie, they absolutely should be.
00:27:23.000 For example, take all these punishments against Donald Trump, these $90 million fines and $400 million fines.
00:27:30.000 That's all cruel and unusual punishment, flat out.
00:27:32.000 Just start from that premise.
00:27:33.000 It just shows you they're willing to break the law, thus the name of the book, in order to try to get their guy.
00:27:39.000 And when that failed, that explains, we just had the Butler anniversary when they tried to take him out by shooting him.
00:27:45.000 And who knows what happened on that day?
00:27:47.000 Because we never got answers to that either.
00:27:49.000 There were clearly elements in the U.S. government that would do, take any means necessary to take out Trump.
00:27:54.000 And this puts a lot of, I think, meat on that bone.
00:27:57.000 Alex, shifting gears here for a second.
00:27:59.000 Sure.
00:28:00.000 And this kind of ties all of it together.
00:28:03.000 President Donald Trump was very animated in the Oval Office today.
00:28:07.000 Let's play this piece of tape where he is calling for basically not just the indictment, but saying that Barack Obama is guilty of treason, which is punishable by death.
00:28:18.000 Now, we don't know if this is a literal accusation of Obama being guilty of treason or kind of a heated moment.
00:28:26.000 We don't know, but let's play this here, 319.
00:28:30.000 If you look at those papers, they have them stone called, and it was President Obama.
00:28:36.000 It wasn't lots of people all over the place.
00:28:39.000 It was them too.
00:28:40.000 But the leader of the gang was President Obama, Barack Hussein Obama.
00:28:45.000 You heard of him.
00:28:46.000 And except for the fact that he gets shielded by the press for his entire life.
00:28:51.000 That's the one they...
00:28:55.000 It's not a question, you know, I like to say, let's give it time.
00:29:00.000 It's there.
00:29:01.000 He's guilty.
00:29:03.000 This was treason.
00:29:04.000 This was every word you can think of.
00:29:07.000 They tried to steal the election.
00:29:10.000 They tried to obfuscate the election.
00:29:13.000 They did things that nobody's ever even imagined, even in other countries.
00:29:17.000 These are fighting words, Alex Marlowe.
00:29:19.000 How do you interpret all of this?
00:29:21.000 Yeah, I think Trump knows that there's not been justice for him.
00:29:24.000 There needs to be retribution, but not retribution in the revenge sense.
00:29:27.000 There has not been justice for President Trump.
00:29:29.000 For his first term, the Russian collusion hoax hijacked that entire term.
00:29:33.000 We spent years and years going along with this.
00:29:35.000 You had a great talk with Tucker yesterday, Charlie.
00:29:38.000 I really enjoyed that.
00:29:38.000 I watched the whole thing.
00:29:39.000 And one of the points that's made is that how did they get the whole New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and the Washington Post to take it seriously?
00:29:45.000 This is how.
00:29:46.000 It came from Barack Obama.
00:29:47.000 That's how they got him to take it seriously.
00:29:49.000 And that exact same pattern played out in the Biden White House, where right after the midterm elections, we saw that top Biden officials going down to lower courts to try to look at Trump, to try to get Trump by other means.
00:30:01.000 They're bringing in Nathan Wade up for some reason from Georgia up to the White House to meet.
00:30:07.000 They got Merrick Garland appointing Jack Smith, who is a stone cold killer, who was totally unconstitutional, and they tried to get away with it anyway.
00:30:14.000 This is what they do.
00:30:15.000 These guys fight political warfare 24-7.
00:30:17.000 And that's why, as I say in your show, Charlie, basically every week, we need to stay on a war footing.
00:30:21.000 And that's what President Trump is doing.
00:30:23.000 We do need to stay on a war footing.
00:30:24.000 So if you were to advise the president how to handle the proceeding of these potential indictments, how do we do this in a way to not seem reckless, as you say, full of revenge?
00:30:38.000 How do we pursue justice, justice above all?
00:30:41.000 Because we have to pick the right indictments.
00:30:43.000 We have to measure twice and caught once.
00:30:45.000 Alex Marlowe.
00:30:46.000 I love this question.
00:30:48.000 Use the word justice over and over again.
00:30:50.000 That's the right branding.
00:30:51.000 Never make it sound like you're doing this just to settle political scores because I think scores should be settled, but you can't verbalize that to people.
00:30:58.000 That's not going to convince anyone who's not a deep base voter.
00:31:02.000 And then you let the facts fall where they may.
00:31:04.000 They're going to be bad.
00:31:05.000 We don't have to hit a grand slam every single day.
00:31:08.000 Let's try to get some facts out there the way Tulsi Gabber did last week.
00:31:12.000 Gets people engaged, gets people excited.
00:31:14.000 It starts exposing the bad guys for who they are.
00:31:16.000 And we do have to trust the process to some degree.
00:31:19.000 This is a great country with a great system relative to the others.
00:31:22.000 We have a lot of flaws in our system, but overall, it's pretty good.
00:31:24.000 So we just need to start turning over those stones and trust that in the end, Trump is going to be vindicated.
00:31:29.000 I think that's the approach.
00:31:30.000 And we've got a little bit of time to do this because we've got another three and a half years of Trump's administration.
00:31:35.000 So now, Alex, I want to play another piece of tape here.
00:31:37.000 Let's go a little deeper because I know you really care about this lawfare stuff.
00:31:41.000 Yeah.
00:31:42.000 And what they did to Donald Trump.
00:31:44.000 So your book, Breaking the Law, talks about the literal lawfare against Trump.
00:31:47.000 But honestly, RussiaGate was lawfare 1.0 through other means, try to stop the Trump administration through deep state actors and deep state manipulation.
00:31:56.000 So let me play this here.
00:31:58.000 I believe, yeah, this is ObamaGate.
00:32:00.000 So this is first, let's play Tulsi Gabbard saying there's hundreds of documents that prove Barack Obama directed this treasonous conspiracy.
00:32:08.000 Play Cut 252.
00:32:10.000 Over 100 documents that we released on Friday really detail and provide evidence of how this treasonous conspiracy was directed by President Obama just weeks before he was due to leave office, after President Trump had already gotten elected.
00:32:29.000 This is Not a Democrat or Republican issue.
00:32:32.000 This is an issue that is so serious it should concern every single American because it has to do with the integrity of our Democratic Republic.
00:32:40.000 Alex, your thoughts on this.
00:32:42.000 Here's the deal: Russia Gate is absolutely part of lawfare.
00:32:45.000 This is the whole point.
00:32:46.000 James Comey leaked records of his interactions with Trump to gin up the Russia controversy.
00:32:51.000 Who did he leak it to?
00:32:52.000 A guy named Daniel Richmond, a professor at Columbia Law School.
00:32:55.000 The whole point was to be able to use legal means to prompt a special counsel investigation into Trump and his fake ties to Russia in order to tie up the administration.
00:33:03.000 This happens over and over again.
00:33:05.000 Look at the FISA surveillance.
00:33:07.000 Judge Bozberg, one of the stars of Lawfare, he ruled that former FBI attorney Kevin Kleinsmith, one of the top Russia gate hoaxers, shouldn't get prison time.
00:33:19.000 This is all coordination across branches of the government to sabotage Trump.
00:33:22.000 This is what we talk about when we talk about the deep state.
00:33:27.000 Right now, over 7.5 million businesses in America are thriving on TikTok.
00:33:32.000 We certainly are.
00:33:32.000 We're reaching the next generation rather successfully there.
00:33:35.000 Businesses that employ more than 28 million people.
00:33:38.000 But behind the stats, it's the stories that really matter.
00:33:41.000 Like Dan O. Seasoning from Kentucky, who used TikTok to reach new customers and grow from a one-man show to a team of 45.
00:33:48.000 Or Arizona Taco King in Arizona, able to employ over 28 people and pay them well, thanks to the foot traffic TikTok brings in.
00:33:56.000 Or She Mechanic in Georgia, who expanded her auto shop and hired new employees with the support she found on TikTok.
00:34:02.000 Their success means jobs, support for families, and stronger local communities because when small businesses thrive on TikTok, so do the communities around them.
00:34:10.000 Learn more about TikTok's contribution to the U.S. economy at tick tockeconomicimpact.com.
00:34:16.000 That is TikTokeconomicImpact.com.
00:34:21.000 All right, check out Alex Marlowe's latest book, Breaking the Law.
00:34:26.000 Yesterday, I was a guest on the Tucker Carlson program.
00:34:28.000 It's getting a lot of views.
00:34:29.000 People are really enjoying it.
00:34:31.000 I want to play a piece of tape here, Alex, and then get your reaction.
00:34:34.000 PlayCut 308.
00:34:36.000 The growth has been in what we call pink collar jobs.
00:34:39.000 Jobs that men would rather sit at home and kind of just be, you know, slovenly than be caught doing because it's just so demeaning to how we as men are wired.
00:34:48.000 They're not about creation or risk taking or value proposition or boundary pushing.
00:34:53.000 They're kind of about, well, here are the rules and the norms and we must enforce them.
00:34:56.000 By the way, there is a rule.
00:34:58.000 They're mom jobs.
00:34:59.000 Exactly.
00:35:00.000 And you know why they're mom jobs?
00:35:02.000 Because these women aren't moms.
00:35:05.000 These women play mom at work because they don't have kids at home.
00:35:11.000 That's dark, man.
00:35:13.000 That's true.
00:35:14.000 Alex Marley, your thoughts?
00:35:16.000 First of all, Charlie, congrats on the amazing appearance.
00:35:18.000 I watched the whole thing.
00:35:19.000 I learned a lot.
00:35:20.000 I thought you were at your best.
00:35:21.000 Super high energy.
00:35:22.000 I don't think you missed a syllable.
00:35:22.000 It's very crisp.
00:35:24.000 I think you spoke cleanly for two hours without making one verbal faux pas, which we in the broadcasting world, very, I doff my cap to you in that one.
00:35:32.000 But this was the most important thing.
00:35:34.000 That is phenomenal feedback.
00:35:35.000 Thank you.
00:35:36.000 No, I'll let you continue, but only you, very few people would pick up on that.
00:35:40.000 Yeah.
00:35:41.000 But that's tough.
00:35:43.000 It's tough.
00:35:44.000 It's basically like not having an incompletion in NFL terms, but keep going.
00:35:48.000 Yeah, that's right.
00:35:50.000 It's 21 straight completions.
00:35:51.000 It's pretty sweet.
00:35:51.000 No, it's one of these things where it's the, we know you're well read and you're well connected, but it's also, it's, it's more entertaining when you're smooth too.
00:36:00.000 So it's great.
00:36:02.000 And I, but, but this is your most important point.
00:36:04.000 This is the point that needs to be made is that we are, and I know this because as a millennial, I know that people my age and younger are, there's a big disconnect between my age and younger and older generations, particularly the boomers, about the way the economy is structured.
00:36:21.000 They are not seeing the wholesale differences, particularly with regards to the way the economy has been feminized.
00:36:28.000 And this is creating a lot, this is going to create a lot of downstream problems.
00:36:31.000 First of all, the debt addiction and then the spiraling that people do to try to get out of it, where they dedicate their lives to things like sports betting and crypto plays.
00:36:40.000 And I'm not saying you should be free to do that stuff.
00:36:42.000 I'm just saying it's incredibly toxic for most people to do that.
00:36:46.000 And then when women are out earning men, then men are not going to be attractive to the women.
00:36:52.000 And for me and you, Charlie, natalist, people go out and say, go get married and have a family.
00:36:56.000 It's going to be very hard to convince young men who cannot out earn women that that's a possible scenario for them.
00:37:03.000 So we can be as persuasive, as convincing as we can.
00:37:06.000 If the economy does not allow for young men to be men and make money, enough money to support a family, then we're going to have massive problems that are potentially existential threats to this society.
00:37:19.000 And so what did you make of then the political ramifications of our chat?
00:37:23.000 Again, I encourage everyone to go check out YouTube.
00:37:25.000 We'll post the entire thing on the Charlie Kirkshow podcast page.
00:37:27.000 Right now, it's up on Tucker's page.
00:37:29.000 What do you think this means politically?
00:37:31.000 Alex Marlowe.
00:37:32.000 I think registered Republicans are still with Trump through the Israel stuff, through the Epstein stuff.
00:37:37.000 But what you've been talking about, at least sometimes, Charlie, and I think is an important point that needs to be emphasized, is that there's a lot of people who are new to the coalition are not registered Republicans.
00:37:46.000 They're not even reluctant Republicans like I am.
00:37:48.000 They're people who don't want anything to do with the Republican Party.
00:37:51.000 They just like the idea of Donald Trump, someone who's super successful, super funny, knocks things down and exhibits those classic alpha traits that resonates with them, gives them confidence over a sleepy Joe Biden or a feminized Barack Obama or a Kamala Harris.
00:38:07.000 And so they like that.
00:38:09.000 So how do we keep those people in the coalition?
00:38:11.000 We're not going to be able to keep them in that coalition if they don't feel like they can get ahead in Trump's economy more than they can with other presidents.
00:38:19.000 And that is a fear I've got.
00:38:20.000 Six months into this administration, I give it an A. I know you gave it an A as well, just because the border staff alone gets the job done.
00:38:28.000 But there is much more we can do to try to reset things for younger generations so that they can partake in the American dream.
00:38:33.000 Alex Marlow, you're doing a phenomenal job.
00:38:35.000 Check out Breaking the Law.
00:38:37.000 That is Breaking the Law.
00:38:37.000 And thank you for the kind words of our conversation that we had with Tucker Carlson.
00:38:42.000 And it was honestly, it was great to be able to have a two-hour format to talk about a couple issues that don't always get the long-form attention.
00:38:50.000 Unfortunately, so often we get long-form attention on stuff that is not immediately consequential.
00:38:58.000 But what could possibly be more Important for family formation.
00:39:01.000 We're a very pro-family show.
00:39:02.000 When not you can own a home, and I ask the question again: when was the last time you washed a rental car?
00:39:08.000 The answer is probably never.
00:39:09.000 You don't get your rental cars oil changed.
00:39:11.000 When you rent, you don't take where you live as seriously because it's not your own.
00:39:18.000 Your politics changes, your attitude changes, your philosophy changes when you are an owner.
00:39:24.000 And we need to make this generation owners and make sure we bring the lost boys back in to be leaders of the civilization.
00:39:31.000 Alex Marlowe, congrats.
00:39:32.000 Come back anytime.
00:39:33.000 I think we have you on once a week, Breaking the Law by Alex Marlowe.
