Summary

Sean Parnell, who was there, is infuriated with the Secret Service's lack of concern or care. He joins the program to discuss what happened in Butler, PA, and his thoughts on the lack of response from the U.S. Secret Service to a sniper attack on a pro-Trump rally. Charlie and Sean discuss the events that took place and the cover-up that has been going on since the shooting, and why they are so infuriated by the incompetence and negligence of the United States Secret Service and the incompetence of the Department of Homeland Security, the Justice Department, the FBI, the CIA, the DOJ, the DEA, Homeland Security and other agencies responsible for protecting the President and the President's safety and security and how they failed to respond to the attack in a timely and effective manner to save the lives of a man who was seconds away from being shot to death by a sniper on a Pennsylvania street corner on Nov. 6th, 2018, in a presidential campaign rally in the town of Butler, Pa. 00:01:32.000 He was also at the Butler, Pennsylvania rally, and he was helping do some heroic work there, get people to safety and help out.
00:01:39.000 Sean, welcome back to the program.
00:01:41.000 Sean, I want to get your instant reaction of acting director Rose's testimony right now, and also your thoughts on just the general lack of improvement from the U.S.
00:01:51.000 Secret Service, as Donald Trump is still not safe.
00:01:54.000 Yeah, Charlie, first of all, thank you for having me.
00:01:56.000 But, you know, Roe, the acting director of the United States Secret Service, doesn't seem to be much better than Cheadle.
00:02:02.000 It's hard to believe.
00:02:04.000 Like, consider this for just people who are listening.
00:02:08.000 We know nothing about this.
00:02:10.000 It happened over two weeks ago.
00:02:12.000 The leading Republican candidate for president was a millimeter away from dying on national television.
00:02:20.000 Somebody from Pennsylvania is dead, a couple others wounded.
00:02:24.000 We know nothing.
00:02:26.000 And you talk about the deep state, you talk about the blob, call it an entrenched bureaucracy, whatever you want, but Cheadle's testimony was a perfect microcosm of the dangers of that.
00:02:35.000 Here you have Republicans and Democrat members of Congress asking her questions and her thumbing her nose at them.
00:02:42.000 These are representatives of the people and these entrenched bureaucrats, these deep staters, they don't care.
00:02:48.000 And so it is The thing that I can't wrap my mind around, Charlie, and I've been trying to piece this together every single day for two weeks, is how something like this happens.
00:03:00.000 And the fact that the United States Secret Service continues to try to blame this on local law enforcement is absolutely mind-boggling to me.
00:03:09.000 And by the way, good on the local law enforcement types, like the Beaver County SWAT guys that were on ABC the other day, good on them for coming out and defending themselves.
00:03:18.000 But the fact that the United States Secret Service Didn't even have their morning meeting with those guys?
00:03:22.000 It is dereliction of duty of the highest order, Charlie.
00:03:25.000 And so I'm just saying this right here on your show.
00:03:28.000 I'm telling you, this is, I'm not talking about boots on the ground, Secret Service, people willing to sacrifice their life, put their body between a bullet and President Trump.
00:03:36.000 This does not apply to them.
00:03:38.000 But there is some serious willful negligence going on at the highest levels in our government.
00:03:44.000 I believe that they tried to starve President Trump of resources, In the hopes that somebody took a shot at them, which would give them plausible deniability, which I know it's an explosive thing to say, but nothing else makes sense about this.
00:03:57.000 Well, Sean, I want you to remind our audience that you have significant military experience, and so logistical type of... I was there!
00:04:06.000 Please.
00:04:07.000 Charlie, it's just... Listen, my friend.
00:04:10.000 In the chaos of the moment with bullets flying over our head, I'm like, building water tower.
00:04:15.000 Those are the two threat areas.
00:04:16.000 I knew the sniper fire was coming from the building.
00:04:19.000 And so if I knew that in the chaos of the moment, how does the United States Secret Service not know that?
00:04:24.000 And we come to find out now that the counter-sniper tactical plan wasn't even signed off on until a day in advance.
00:04:31.000 Now, these guys are typically on site doing reconnaissance five, six days in advance to an event, but the plan is signed off on a day in advance.
00:04:39.000 We have absolutely no information as to how this happened.
00:04:45.000 The Secret Service, it's really important for people to understand this.
00:04:49.000 For all my life, they have largely been considered as the premier protection agency in the world.
00:04:56.000 The fact that they are considered that has deterred countless threats against their protectees.
00:05:03.000 But that's not the case anymore, because they were outsmarted by a 20-something kid, who by the way, has anybody even asked the question, how does a 20-something year old kid, when Donald Trump and his team announce a rally 7 to 10 days in advance, he gets on site, he flies a drone, he draws a range card, he figures out, he brings a range finder, he takes a shot at a president, he gets up on a roof, how does all this happen in 7 days?
00:05:27.000 He has remote detonators on him.
00:05:28.000 He builds explosives that allegedly had explosives in his car.
00:05:32.000 You don't just learn this stuff in seven days.
00:05:34.000 So what the hell is going on?
00:05:37.000 Like we don't know anything about his family.
00:05:38.000 We don't know anything about his house.
00:05:40.000 We don't know.
00:05:41.000 I mean, the law enforcement, not the feds or local law enforcement have had a single press conference about this for run of the mill crime.
00:05:49.000 There are press conferences about this.
00:05:51.000 And now we have an assassination attempt on the presumptive Republican nominee, and likely the next President of the United States, and we know nothing?
00:05:58.000 It is absolutely infuriating, and the American people, both Democrat and Republican, should not tolerate this.
00:06:05.000 But we are tolerating it, and I'll tell you that, you know, we had Donald Trump on Friday in Palm Beach, and we've done many, many Trump events.
00:06:15.000 We've done three this summer.
00:06:17.000 Sean, it was by far the most relaxed, poorest security I've ever dealt with in the history of hosting President Trump.
00:06:22.000 Multiple people were able to walk through the perimeter.
00:06:24.000 There were people backstage.
00:06:26.000 And I asked Secret Service, don't you guys have to know who these people are?
00:06:30.000 No.
00:06:31.000 No one would.
00:06:33.000 The perimeter was not secure.
00:06:36.000 People text me afterwards and say, Charlie, I feel really bad.
00:06:39.000 I went through and I forgot I had a pocket knife with me.
00:06:41.000 It's like they are not even close to doing their job.
00:06:43.000 President Trump is not safe, Sean.
00:06:45.000 There's no urgency.
00:06:47.000 There's no care.
00:06:48.000 There's no concern.
00:06:49.000 There is no checks and balance.
00:06:51.000 There is nothing.
00:06:53.000 In fact, President Trump is a sitting duck.
00:06:56.000 He's a sitting duck waiting to be shot again.
00:06:58.000 Am I exaggerating when I say that, Sean?
00:07:00.000 Absolutely not.
00:07:01.000 And listen, you know, you have Representative Cory Mills that's asking this question.
00:07:06.000 Hey, there's been a significant escalation here.
00:07:08.000 The FBI tapped this guy's phones as a private citizen.
00:07:12.000 Our intelligence community fabricated intelligence on him and tried to destroy Trump's life and the lives of his children.
00:07:19.000 Now they're trying to throw this guy in jail for the rest of his life and use the enormous power of government to crush his business and destroy his legacy and tear apart his name.
00:07:28.000 You see a very clear escalation here.
00:07:31.000 And now we have something like this happen.
00:07:34.000 And it just drives me crazy.
00:07:35.000 And you have a member of Congress and a great member of Congress in Corey Mills saying, Was this willful negligence?
00:07:42.000 And every member, almost every member of the media is like, oh, I feel uncomfortable talking about it.
00:07:47.000 It's like, well, yeah, you might feel uncomfortable talking about it, but isn't that the question?
00:07:52.000 And the fact that almost everybody universally is saying that we're not allowed to ask it should tell you something.
00:07:58.000 Because look, I hope that we can rule it out.
00:08:01.000 But if that question is not on the table, then how do you ever say that didn't happen?
00:08:06.000 And it absolutely needs to happen because number one, we're 60 days out from a potential investigative report from the United States Secret Service, which in and of itself is ridiculous.
00:08:16.000 But Democrats and Republicans, this is a bipartisan thing.
00:08:19.000 They're going to be on the campaign trail and President Trump's not safe, but neither is Kamala Harris at this point.
00:08:25.000 You know, it's just like, It's just mind-blowing to me.
00:08:28.000 So help me understand, Sean, you have significant military experience, retired army infantry captain with the elite 10th Mountain Division, right?
00:08:36.000 The best of the best that our military has.
00:08:38.000 So I'm not an expert by any means here.
00:08:41.000 So what I never understood is how quickly the counter-snipers were able to neutralize him.
00:08:48.000 And, but they weren't able to neutralize him 15 seconds prior.
00:08:53.000 And so, that means that they must have had him in scope, or they must have been looking at him 20 seconds ahead of time?
00:09:00.000 30 seconds ahead of time?
00:09:03.000 Is that correct?
00:09:04.000 Yeah, listen, I'm going to tell you exactly what I think.
00:09:06.000 Now, I can't verify this, but having been in situations like this before, I can tell you that stuff like this is plausible.
00:09:14.000 In the moment, when I was like water towers at rooftop, I said, that's where the sniper fire is coming from.
00:09:21.000 But then I immediately, Charlie said, no, there's no way because the United States Secret Service would have that on lockdown.
00:09:28.000 And I was wrong.
00:09:29.000 Part of me thinks, now again, I can't substantiate this, but if you're a counter-sniper team, one of those counter-sniper teams was perhaps even a local law enforcement element that did not have their meeting with the United States Secret Service counter-sniper team or the Secret Service that morning, right?
00:09:45.000 That's verifiable now.
00:09:47.000 You look through that scope, you see somebody on that roof in the prone, your first thought is, is that an enemy?
00:09:53.000 Oh no wait, no way, that has to be a friendly.
00:09:55.000 And in that split second, people die.
00:09:57.000 That split second hesitation, people die.
00:10:00.000 And that's why that communication between the United States Secret Service and local law enforcement on the ground, everybody having a task, purpose, and a mission, an assignment, people on the building have a direct tactical channel to the counter snipers.
00:10:12.000 The fact that there wasn't an open tactical channel Where people could communicate back and forth in a fluid way is, again, mind-blowing to me.
00:10:20.000 But I think, Charlie, I don't know this for sure, but they're looking down the scopes at this person in the prone, like looking, and then say, well, is that a friendly?
00:10:32.000 But then realizing it wasn't, and then taking the shot.
00:10:34.000 But by then... Hold on, but Sean, don't you have, like, 50 times magnifying ability, and you see some kid not in a uniform with an AR-15 with long hair?
00:10:44.000 I mean, what friendly?
00:10:46.000 You dismissed that in two seconds, right?
00:10:48.000 I mean, this is not... I know, right?
00:10:50.000 Two seconds, two seconds though!
00:10:52.000 Hold on, hold on, I don't buy any of this.
00:10:54.000 I understand what you're saying, but you're trying to tell me that these guys have the higher ground and they don't see him army crawling on a white roof in the middle of the day?
00:11:03.000 And then they're able to, as soon as Crook starts shooting, they're able to get themselves in a position to take a one in a million shot to neutralize him immediately?
00:11:12.000 And no one could have been like, hey, get Trump off the stage?
00:11:14.000 They don't have a... Well, I could agree.
00:11:18.000 The more I learn, the more I think there's a very dark element at play here.
00:11:25.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:12:24.000 ReliefFactor.com.
00:12:28.000 We were supposed to get a face-to-face briefing with the Secret Service snipers whenever they arrived and that never happened.
00:12:35.000 So, I think that that was probably a pivotal point where I started thinking things were wrong because that never happened and we had no communication with the Secret Service.
00:12:45.000 You had no communication with the Secret Service at all on that Saturday?
00:12:49.000 Not until after the shooting.
00:12:51.000 And by then?
00:12:52.000 It was too late.
00:12:53.000 Sean, your take on that?
00:12:56.000 Yeah, unbelievable.
00:12:57.000 It's just like an unbelievable, I've said it before, I'll say it again, an unbelievable dereliction of duty by the United States Secret Service to do something like that.
00:13:05.000 And, you know, I know you think it's incomprehensible to have a sniper look down the scope, think friendly, maybe not friendly, but it's in that Split second of hesitation like wait that's a dude in long hair that's not somebody in a uniform you pull your eye back from the scope and then you get back on the scope and pull the trigger maybe a second two goes by but that sniper still able to get six rounds on the target and that right there is exactly what I'm talking about those meetings you
00:13:30.000 You know, those Beaver County SWAT guys that you just showed, that's why those meetings with the United States Secret Service are so critically important.
00:13:38.000 Because even now we're like, well, were officers assigned to be on that roof?
00:13:41.000 Did Secret Service task them with that?
00:13:43.000 Oh, I've heard that it was too hot and maybe they were in the window.
00:13:47.000 But now we learned that if even if you were in the window, you could have easily seen crooks on the lower roof.
00:13:52.000 But more than that, like one of the biggest things that really not a whole heck of a lot of people are talking about, Is that there are two counter-sniper teams positioned directly behind President Trump as you look at the television, if you're watching the rally on TV.
00:14:04.000 Directly over his left shoulder and his right shoulder, looking out over the crowd.
00:14:08.000 But what about counter-sniper teams looking in the opposite direction?
00:14:12.000 One of which would have been on that rooftop, looking at the wood line.
00:14:15.000 The five or six kilometers of wood line directly behind President Trump.
00:14:20.000 So it's just like, there was no overwatch on that.
00:14:23.000 There was no eyes on the wood line.
00:14:26.000 So in the moment, I was thinking that there were multiple shooters and maybe this was a more complex attack than it was.
00:14:31.000 And I'm thinking, well, there's not going to be the manpower to search that wood line.
00:14:36.000 So we have to make sure that we have, you know, an evacuation plan for these people to make sure they're protected from that.
00:14:41.000 But again, I'm asking questions like that on the ground as a civilian, but the United States Secret Service, at least it seems at this point, Didn't even consider it.
00:14:50.000 I want to get to this story here from the Washington Post.
00:14:54.000 Pennsylvania presidential elections could take days to count.
00:14:57.000 Sean, the entire election could come down to Pennsylvania.
00:15:00.000 It's looking more and more that way.
00:15:02.000 Shapiro might be the VP.
00:15:03.000 The amount of electoral votes.
00:15:05.000 It looks like it's all... I mean, Trump was shot in Pennsylvania.
00:15:08.000 The VP might... Everything is Pennsylvania, right?
00:15:11.000 Your reaction to this story, Sean Parnell?
00:15:14.000 Well, it's unacceptable, but I will say that Republicans in Pennsylvania have done some pretty good things this legislative session.
00:15:21.000 One, they completely banned Zuckerbucks.
00:15:23.000 So that's really, really important.
00:15:25.000 Two, these Democrats, well, nobody across the state in any precinct can stop counting.
00:15:32.000 So once counting starts, they do it until complete.
00:15:35.000 So those are two real positive developments.
00:15:37.000 But what the Washington Post leaves out in this article is all this this other radical stuff that they were doing to erode the
00:15:44.000 guardrails of our election integrity here in this state.
00:15:48.000 So they make it seem like Republicans are the ones responsible for lack of pre-canvassing
00:15:52.000 in the state of Pennsylvania, but that couldn't be further from the truth.
00:15:55.000 The Democrats, as they typically do even on Capitol Hill, try to lump all of this insanely
00:16:00.000 radical stuff in an election integrity bill that actually does the opposite.
00:16:04.000 So you are right that I do think that Pennsylvania is the linchpin.
00:16:09.000 In fact, Democrats, I would argue, absolutely have to have it.
00:16:14.000 It's a must-win state for them.
00:16:16.000 And so with Shapiro as the potential VP, and of course he's our point extra governor here in Pennsylvania, he controls a lot.
00:16:24.000 So it's important for the Trump campaign and it's important for Republicans to have a plan in place to make sure that we've got poll watchers, to make sure that we're tracking mail-in ballots, to make sure that we've got people on site to supervise these drop boxes.
00:16:38.000 None of that happened in 2020, but the good news is that we're trending in the right direction.
00:16:42.000 I think we're going to get there in 2024.
00:16:44.000 Even with all the nonsense, we fell 80,000 ballots short in 2020.
00:16:48.000 Sean, on the ground, does it feel better on the ground than it did in 16 or 20 for Donald Trump?
00:16:55.000 Absolutely.
00:16:56.000 I mean, look, Democrats had almost an 800,000 person voter registration advantage just five or six years ago.
00:17:03.000 That advantage is like 395,000.
00:17:04.000 So we've cut it in half.
00:17:07.000 And we're registering Republican voters at a far faster rate than Democrats are registering.
00:17:12.000 We just flipped Beaver County from Democrat to Republican.
00:17:15.000 We just flipped Bucks County from Democrat to Republican.
00:17:18.000 So yeah, Pennsylvania is more favorable today than it's ever been before.
00:17:23.000 Sean Parnell, excellent work.
00:17:24.000 Check out your show, Battleground, live.
00:17:26.000 Is that correct?
00:17:27.000 Yeah, that's right.
00:17:28.000 It airs 5 to 6 p.m.
00:17:30.000 live every day on Rumble.
00:17:32.000 Thanks so much, Sean.
00:17:32.000 Really appreciate it.
00:17:33.000 Thank you.
00:17:34.000 Thanks, Charlie.
00:17:37.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:17:38.000 What an unbelievable start to 2024.
00:17:40.000 We had last month saving babies with preborn by providing ultrasounds.
00:17:44.000 And we're doing again this year what we did last year.
00:17:47.000 We're going to stand for life because remaining silent in the face of the most radically pro-death administration is not an option.
00:17:52.000 As Sir Edmund Burke said, the only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing, and we're not going to do nothing.
00:17:58.000 Your gift to preborn will give a girl the truth about what's happening in her body so that she can make the right choice.
00:18:05.000 $280 can save 10 babies.
00:18:07.000 $28 a month can save a baby a month all year long.
00:18:09.000 And a $15,000 gift will provide a complete ultrasound machine that will save thousands of babies for years and years to come.
00:18:15.000 And we'll also save moms from a lifetime of pain and regret.
00:18:19.000 Call 833-850-2229.
00:18:22.000 That's 833-850-2229.
00:18:22.000 Or click on the pre-born banner at charliekirk.com.
00:18:27.000 That is charliekirk.com and click on the pre-born banner.
00:18:30.000 Also save moms from a lifetime of pain and regret.
00:18:32.000 I'm a donor to this organization.
00:18:34.000 They're terrific.
00:18:35.000 Go to charliekirk.com, click on the pre-born banner.
00:18:40.000 Joining us now is Douglas Mackey.
00:18:42.000 Douglas, welcome to the program.
00:18:43.000 Douglas, we have your back 100%.
00:18:45.000 Douglas has been sentenced to federal prison.
00:18:49.000 The judge denied bond and then went to the Second Circuit Court and won bond.
00:18:53.000 So you are kind of in limbo right now.
00:18:56.000 What is Douglas Mackey's crime?
00:18:58.000 Making a meme.
00:18:59.000 Douglas, tell us your story.
00:19:01.000 Charlie, thanks for having me.
00:19:02.000 Well, the funny part is I didn't even make the meme.
00:19:04.000 I actually just shared it on Twitter.
00:19:07.000 It was a meme that was floating around the internet for months, and the government admitted as such a trial.
00:19:12.000 So yeah, I was arrested seven days after Biden was inaugurated.
00:19:18.000 It was really unbelievable.
00:19:20.000 And then it's been a three and a half year roller coaster.
00:19:23.000 We went to trial last year in 2023.
00:19:26.000 They couldn't even find a single person that was tricked by this meme, because for those that don't know, the meme said, you can text your vote to Hillary.
00:19:34.000 Yeah, there it is.
00:19:35.000 Text your vote.
00:19:36.000 Avoid the line.
00:19:37.000 And it's absurd on its face if you look at it, but the DOJ didn't think so, and the Eastern District Court didn't think so.
00:19:45.000 Yeah, so let's just kind of take a step back here.
00:19:48.000 Douglas, what kind of treatment could conservative meme makers expect from a Kamala administration?
00:19:55.000 Remember, she prosecuted the pro-life activists who taped the Planned Parenthood representatives.
00:19:59.000 So, you are like the beginning of the lawfare crusade.
00:20:05.000 Tell us more.
00:20:06.000 Exactly.
00:20:06.000 This is the canary in the coal mine.
00:20:08.000 They were planning on using this statue, which they went after me with, a KKK statue, for conspiring to threaten, intimidate, injure, or oppress people in their exercise of their rights.
00:20:21.000 So they've been white papering this.
00:20:24.000 They've been planning this for years.
00:20:25.000 My case was a canary in the coal mine.
00:20:27.000 It used to be, well, if they don't like you, they de-platform you, they dox you, whatever they do.
00:20:32.000 Now it's, all right, we're going to sort of dig through the federal code and see if we can apply one of these old statutes, dust off the books, to throw conservatives in prison.
00:20:43.000 And this is just the beginning.
00:20:44.000 Now they want to And you really have been patient, Zero.
00:20:47.000 So walk through the elements of your trial.
00:20:49.000 You put up a simple First Amendment defense.
00:20:51.000 that are obviously parody, they're obviously satirical. So this is just the beginning.
00:20:55.000 That's and you're absolutely right. If Kamala gets elected, I would only expect it to accelerate
00:21:01.000 this sort of madness. And you really have been patient zero.
00:21:04.000 So walk through the elements of your trial. Why was you put up a simple First Amendment
00:21:11.000 defense? What law did they use against you? What what was your crime?
00:21:17.000 What in the federal code could you have possibly broken?
00:21:20.000 Right, exactly.
00:21:21.000 So I was accused of conspiring against rights, against the rights of American people, injuring, oppressing, intimidating, or threatening them in the exercise of their civil rights.
00:21:35.000 So they said, if you share a meme that's obviously joking, and you do it with two or more people, then that's a conspiracy to injure people In the exercise of their civil rights, it's really a torturing of the statute and the letter of the law and the spirit of the lie, I would say, too, because we were supposed to have the First Amendment, but we challenged this prosecution.
00:21:59.000 Well, let's go back to the trial.
00:22:00.000 First of all, the jury in Eastern District of New York, which is Brooklyn, took three and a half days to deliberate.
00:22:07.000 They were deadlocked twice.
00:22:09.000 But in federal court, they have something called an Allen Charge, where the judge says to the jury, well, you know, we spent a lot of resources.
00:22:15.000 We spent a lot of time.
00:22:16.000 You should go back there and try really hard and see if you can get a verdict.
00:22:20.000 And you see them, they're squirming around in their seats.
00:22:22.000 They're looking like they're the ones that are on trial.
00:22:25.000 So after that, Friday afternoon, right after lunch, they came out with a verdict.
00:22:30.000 I can't say I blame them.
00:22:32.000 They probably wanted to get home to their families.
00:22:34.000 But it was absurd.
00:22:35.000 The government didn't find a single person that was tricked by this meme.
00:22:38.000 They couldn't find a single person.
00:22:40.000 They tried.
00:22:40.000 We know because we saw it in the discovery.
00:22:42.000 They went knocking on people's doors in the Eastern District.
00:22:45.000 Did you see this meme?
00:22:46.000 Did you text this number?
00:22:47.000 And people either said, no, or they said, I don't remember.
00:22:52.000 And then they would say, do you think this is a legitimate way to vote?
00:22:56.000 Or did you think so back in 2016?
00:22:58.000 And everybody said, no, of course not.
00:23:00.000 I'm not an idiot.
00:23:01.000 That's what they said to the FBI.
00:23:02.000 That's in the discovery in my case.
00:23:05.000 And then they brought in all these people who I never met on the internet who maybe retweeted each other or replied or whatever, quote to each other's tweets and say, these are your co-conspirators.
00:23:16.000 You guys were conspiring to injure Americans in the exercise of their vote.
00:23:20.000 They dug up all of these direct messages.
00:23:23.000 And what was most offensive perhaps was that they used other memes as evidence.
00:23:28.000 For example, the Draft Our Daughters meme, which poked fun at the fact that Hillary Clinton wanted to force women to register for the draft.
00:23:37.000 So we made a meme campaign about it, and they said, well, here's the evidence that he's part of this group.
00:23:42.000 They do memes, so they must have been in cahoots to do this election meme, which was just found off 4chan, and I didn't even create it.
00:23:51.000 I had no idea who created it.
00:23:52.000 And they dug up all these DMs and said, you're guilty of conspiracy.
00:23:55.000 Took the jury four days in one of the deepest blue parts of the country.
00:24:00.000 So, Christina Wong tweeted almost the exact same thing.
00:24:04.000 This is a woman back in 2016.
00:24:05.000 She said, hey Trump supporters, skip the lines on election 2016, text in your vote, text votes are legit, or vote tomorrow on Super Wednesday.
00:24:16.000 Now mind you, you did not say any of those things.
00:24:18.000 At all.
00:24:20.000 She was being very, like, has she been arrested or investigated by the Department of Justice?
00:24:25.000 Well, there's no word from the DOJ whether they subpoenaed all of her cell phone records, all of her bank accounts, all of her credit card accounts, all of her paychecks, going back years, whether they interviewed her roommate, her old roommate, and the list goes on and on.
00:24:42.000 This is what happened to me.
00:24:44.000 Whether they dug through her email accounts, For sharing a joke on the internet?
00:24:49.000 This is what you think?
00:24:50.000 You think you have a Fourth Amendment right to privacy in this country?
00:24:53.000 Something tells me, Charlie, that they didn't do that to Christina Wong.
00:24:56.000 I'm not sure what tells me that, but I just have an inkling.
00:24:59.000 So what is the path forward for you now that you have been sentenced to seven months in federal prison for making a meme?
00:25:06.000 I hope the audience understands this, that under Kamala Harris, because she's really calling the shots right now, especially with the Department of Justice, they want to make it illegal to make jokes, illegal to be able to speak your mind.
00:25:20.000 So you face a seven months federal prison sentence.
00:25:23.000 What is your path forward right now?
00:25:25.000 A federal felony, by the way.
00:25:27.000 So we have a really strong legal appeal and I'll tell you all about it.
00:25:27.000 Absolutely.
00:25:30.000 Let me just say first, we need funds.
00:25:33.000 MemeDefenseFund.com.
00:25:35.000 Everybody go and donate and we can win this appeal.
00:25:38.000 And it's not just about me and keeping me out of federal prison.
00:25:40.000 This actually has Implications for everybody, because we're challenging the application of the statute saying that you can't apply this statute to what they call disinformation, to what a normal person would say is satire or parody, obviously, but they call it disinformation.
00:26:00.000 We're saying that they cannot apply this KKK statute to simple memes that are published on the internet, especially parody.
00:26:07.000 Not only that, but you have to have a reasonable expectation That you're breaking the law when you do something like this in order to actually be prosecuted for it.
00:26:16.000 So who could think that they're going to apply this law to somebody sharing a meme online?
00:26:21.000 And so this is why it's very important to help me fund this appeal.
00:26:26.000 And the third appeal that we have is based on Venue.
00:26:29.000 They brought this case in the Eastern District of New York.
00:26:33.000 There's no connection to the Eastern District of New York, except for they say, well, he sent the tweet out, and the tweet went over the wire, over the bridge, over the water surrounding the Eastern District of New York.
00:26:45.000 It's completely farcical and absurd, and venue is in the Constitution because The British used to take Americans and ship them over to London and put them in a star chamber on trial way away from their home for sedition or conspiracy or whatever it was.
00:27:04.000 So this is very important that we can't have a precedent that says, The Eastern District of New York can drag you into its courtroom, even if you live in Wyoming, California, wherever, just because a tweet went over a wire.
00:27:16.000 So it's completely absurd.
00:27:17.000 And that's those are the grounds for our appeal.
00:27:20.000 And we're just waiting for the circuit court to make a decision.
00:27:24.000 So, uh, remind people, it is memedefensefund.com, and how are you holding up personally?
00:27:29.000 This has been an awful trial for you to go through, and everyone in the audience, if you have made a joke online, they might come for you.
00:27:37.000 If you made a Facebook post, they could knock on your door and arrest you and raid your home and your apartment.
00:27:42.000 That is Kamala Harris.
00:27:44.000 She is going to use the DOJ as the secret police, as the Red Guard, as the Stasi, to go after dissidents Like Douglas Mackley.
00:27:55.000 Douglas, how have you held up throughout this?
00:27:56.000 And again, plug the website one more time.
00:27:58.000 A great question.
00:27:59.000 It's memedefensefund.com.
00:28:01.000 I'm holding up well, all things considered.
00:28:04.000 It's been a roller coaster.
00:28:05.000 There's been ups and downs.
00:28:06.000 The trial was one of the most difficult things that I've ever gone through in my life.
00:28:10.000 But fortunately, faith is number one.
00:28:13.000 God is number one.
00:28:14.000 I'm trying to stay strong in faith and walk with God and understand that God has a plan and God can make good come out of anything.
00:28:22.000 So, I'm keeping the faith.
00:28:24.000 I'm keeping hope.
00:28:25.000 And I'm also fortunate for all my family that's standing behind me, all my friends, and absolutely, yes, all the people praying for me and benefactors that are donating to this case.
00:28:36.000 I'm grateful to all of them.
00:28:37.000 So, I'm very grateful and thankful.
00:28:40.000 And I'm still standing.
00:28:41.000 They haven't knocked me down yet.
00:28:43.000 Amen.
00:28:43.000 Douglas Mackey, we have your back.
00:28:45.000 Thanks so much.
00:28:46.000 Thank you.
00:28:47.000 Email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:28:49.000 Let's just play this really quick.
00:28:51.000 This will be illegal under a Kamala Harris administration.
00:28:54.000 Play cut 67.
00:28:55.000 I, Kamala Harris, am your Democrat candidate for president because Joe Biden finally exposed the senility of the debate.
00:29:02.000 Thanks, Joe.
00:29:03.000 I was selected because I am the ultimate diversity hire.
00:29:06.000 I'm both a woman and a person of color.
00:29:08.000 So if you criticize anything I say, you're both sexist and racist.
00:29:12.000 I may not know the first thing about running the country, but remember, that's a good thing if you're a deep state puppet.
00:29:19.000 I had four years under the tutelage of the ultimate deep state puppet, a wonderful mentor, Joe Biden.
00:29:25.000 Joe taught me rule number one, carefully hide your total incompetence.
00:29:30.000 Another trick is trying to sound black.
00:29:32.000 I pretend to celebrate Kwanzaa.
00:29:34.000 And in my speeches, I always do my best Barack Obama impression.
00:29:38.000 And just remember when voting this November, it is important to see what can be unburdened by what has been.
00:29:45.000 And by what has been, I mean Joe Biden.
00:29:49.000 You think the country went to sh** over the past four years?
00:29:53.000 You ain't seen nothing yet.
00:29:55.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:30:57.000 Wonderful organization.
00:30:58.000 MyPillow.com.
00:31:03.000 So there's polls that show Trump up, Trump down.
00:31:06.000 Susquehanna poll shows that Kamala Harris has a four-point lead in Pennsylvania.
00:31:11.000 It's a little bit much for me.
00:31:13.000 I don't buy that.
00:31:14.000 But it's a tight, tight race.
00:31:16.000 And the fact that it is a tight race without Donald Trump running a single television advertisement is unheard of.
00:31:25.000 And repeated credit to Susie Wiles.
00:31:28.000 Chris Lasavita, James Blair, Dan Scavino, Stephen Chung, the entire team at the Trump campaign.
00:31:36.000 You know, some people said, hey guys, why are you not running TV ads?
00:31:38.000 Why are you not running TV ads?
00:31:39.000 Well, I'm really glad they didn't run anti-Biden TV ads.
00:31:44.000 Donald Trump is officially on air.
00:31:47.000 He has built a war chest, and he's held his fire.
00:31:50.000 Held his fire.
00:31:51.000 Hold your fire till you can see the white in their eyes, is what they used to say in the Revolutionary War.
00:31:57.000 Hold their fire.
00:31:58.000 Hold their fire.
00:31:59.000 And now they have a lot of dry powder, which means that even with Kamala Harris's war chest, Donald Trump will have parity, if not superiority, on air.
00:32:10.000 Now, I know a lot of you say, oh, TV ads don't work.
00:32:12.000 That is not correct.
00:32:13.000 TV ads absolutely do work.
00:32:16.000 Are they the most important thing?
00:32:18.000 Probably not.
00:32:19.000 I think ballot chasing, what we're doing, is a very important component of finding new voters and registering voters and chasing those ballots and getting them out to vote.
00:32:28.000 But you need to have a presence on television.
00:32:31.000 And in 2020, Donald Trump Ran out of money in mid-October.
00:32:38.000 Donald Trump's cash crunch.
00:32:39.000 How Donald Trump went from $1 billion cash advantage to a bankrupt campaign.
00:32:44.000 That will not happen this time.
00:32:46.000 Donald Trump is now on TV and he will be on TV every single week from now till Election Day.
00:32:54.000 That will move the dial 1 point, 2 points, 3 points in the states that matter.
00:33:00.000 And Donald Trump has a phenomenal new advertisement I'm going to play for you here.
00:33:05.000 It's right against Kamala Harris.
00:33:07.000 We need to define Kamala Harris.
00:33:10.000 She has been treated far too well by the media.
00:33:12.000 She's had this honeymoon period.
00:33:14.000 Honeymoon over!
00:33:16.000 Play cut 61.
00:33:18.000 I'm Donald J. Trump, and I approve this message.
00:33:20.000 This is America's border czar, and she's failed us.
00:33:24.000 Under Harris, over 10 million illegally here.
00:33:28.000 A quarter of a million Americans dead from fentanyl.
00:33:31.000 Brutal migrant crimes.
00:33:33.000 And ISIS now here.
00:33:36.000 Do you have any plans to visit the border?
00:33:38.000 You haven't been to the border.
00:33:39.000 And I haven't been to Europe.
00:33:41.000 I mean, I don't understand the point that you're making.
00:33:48.000 Perfect dad.
00:33:50.000 Not only does it show that she's failed and weak and dangerously liberal, but she's dancing while kids die.
00:33:55.000 She is not the loving mother of society.
00:33:58.000 She is a cruel political operator.
00:34:01.000 She's a stone-cold killer.
00:34:05.000 She's someone that just cares about advancing up the political ladder, regardless of what she has to do.
00:34:10.000 She does not care about kids being medically mutilated, does not care about foreigners in our country.
00:34:15.000 She wants to give foreign benefits to illegals?
00:34:19.000 She wants to give out taxpayer-funded subsidies to foreigners?
00:34:23.000 And Donald Trump is playing offense against Kamala Harris.
00:34:27.000 Remember, there are millions and millions of low-engagement, low-information, low-propensity voters.
00:34:33.000 Many in this audience are not that.
00:34:34.000 You are high-propensity, high-activistic.
00:34:37.000 And so every day, our task, our duty, our purpose, our emphasis, our focus is to find those new voters.
00:34:44.000 You can win this election, every one of you, if you find five new voters.
00:34:50.000 A niece, a nephew, a cousin, a neighbor, a friend, a church member, especially those of you in churches, especially.
00:34:57.000 Here's a great task for you this weekend.
00:34:59.000 Go to church, spend some extra time at the coffee hour afterwards, and go around.
00:35:04.000 What do you think of the election?
00:35:05.000 What do you think of the election?
00:35:07.000 They say, oh, I don't know if I like Trump.
00:35:09.000 I don't like his tone.
00:35:09.000 Say, well, you know, Kamala Harris will be the most anti-Christian president in history, and she already is the most anti-Christian vice president.
00:35:15.000 She turned Easter into transgender day awareness.
00:35:22.000 She will use the Department of Justice and IRS to go after pregnancy crisis centers, churches, and Christian nonprofits and 501c3s.
00:35:28.000 Joe Biden has opened up the borders, which is the largest slavery operation in American history.
00:35:33.000 Kamala Harris will nationalize late-term abortion.
00:35:35.000 She visited an abortion factory.
00:35:38.000 Those individual conversations all of you have make a massive difference, and that will make or break what is coming in November.
00:35:48.000 And then out in the neighborhood, when you're doing yard work, wear a MAGA hat.
00:35:51.000 Put a Trump flag in your yard.
00:35:54.000 You ask people, are you registered to vote?
00:35:56.000 Turning Point Action app.
00:35:57.000 True story.

00:36:06.000 They said, you know, I'm registered in California.
00:36:08.000 I said, no, no, we got to fix that.
00:36:10.000 Registered in Arizona.
00:36:12.000 Uh, you know, I just moved from New York.
00:36:13.000 Registered in Arizona.
