00:03:54.000But let's just start with where Joe Biden started this morning.
00:03:58.000Cut 68, his challenge to Donald Trump.
00:04:02.000Donald Trump lost two debates for me in 2020.
00:04:04.000Sen said he hadn't shown up for debates.
00:04:06.000Now he's acting like he wants to debate me again.
00:04:51.000It said, anywhere, anytime, any place.
00:04:54.000So it took him three weeks to respond to this.
00:04:57.000Now, you could just imagine the conversations that were happening behind the scenes and the Biden handlers saying, no, no, no, sir, sir, please, please.
00:05:07.000He's trying to, he's trying to goad you.
00:05:08.000Please, don't, don't, don't take the bait, sir.
00:06:01.000By the way, mocking him for being in trial, a trial that is very well coordinated by the Biden White House.
00:06:07.000There needs to be an investigation into that ASAP.
00:06:10.000So this lawfare campaign against Trump is ongoing in multiple jurisdictions, largely, at least presumably because the Biden White House has been coordinated.
00:06:20.000He has the gall to say, I hear you're free on Wednesdays.
00:08:08.000Now, it's somewhat unclear if Trump is agreeing to all the terms, but within an hour or two of this video dropping, we've got CNN confirmed June 27th.
00:08:19.000Now, for a long time, it looked like this probably wouldn't happen.
00:08:22.000But it, like I said, the date is scheduled.
00:08:26.000Republicans, so let me just, with one detail that's fairly important here, actually, as well.
00:08:31.000The Commission on Presidential Debates.
00:09:07.000And they're going to be doing it a lot earlier than previous debates have happened.
00:09:11.000Now, historically, debates happen in September, October.
00:09:15.000But with early voting and, I mean, early voting, by the way, gets started as early as late September in Pennsylvania.
00:09:23.000So now the second debate is apparently scheduled for September.
00:09:26.000I don't think a specific date has been locked in yet.
00:09:29.000And there will be one vice presidential debate in July.
00:09:34.000All of this is very interesting with the timeline.
00:09:36.000It's a completely new timeline for presidential debates.
00:09:41.000Donald Trump hasn't even picked his VP.
00:09:44.000And when you have the convention in July and a VP debate in July for the RNC, that means that possibly the VP is going to be picked a few days before he or she walks into a vice presidential debate against Kamala.

00:13:43.000And whether or not he is getting pumped full of drugs, obviously there's been much discussion.
00:13:48.000Tucker Carlson says he's talked with somebody who's seen it in person.
00:13:57.000But you're going to be on stage for two hours with a guy that's going to be fully, fully focused as much as he's got left in the tank for two hours.
00:14:07.000So yeah, he can't keep it together for a whole day, but he might be able to keep it together for two hours and leave the impression on the public that he's still sharp enough to run the country.
00:14:19.000But again, the audience that listens to this show, Trump, MAGA voters, America Firsters, we know better, but there's still that squishy middle that might be skeptical about Donald Trump.
00:14:31.000They're going to be looking at that two hours, and they're going to be taking more out of his performance than somebody like myself would.
00:14:40.000So we have to play the expectation game.
00:14:43.000The bar will be very, very low for Joe Biden, just like it was at the State of the Union.
00:14:51.000You could see after the State of the Union, the media reacted as if he had just won the Super Bowl.
00:14:57.000They were ecstatic that the man could be on stage for an hour and start shouting into the microphone and doing his angry yells.
00:15:15.000I'm probably going to find his performance to be despicable in these debates.
00:15:20.000But the bar is so low that if he gets up there and strings together a couple of sentences and sort of holds his own, that's going to be a win.
00:15:30.000So, so President Trump needs to understand that there is more expected out of him than there will ever be expected out of Joe Biden.
00:16:03.000I suggest Monday evening, Tuesday evening, or Wednesday evening at my rally in Michigan, a state that he is in the process of destroying with his EV mandate.
00:16:11.000And the alternative, he's in New York City today, although he probably doesn't know it.
00:16:15.000And so am I stuck in one of the many court cases that he instigated as election interference against a political opponent, a continuing witch hunt.
00:16:24.000It's the only way he thinks he can win.
00:16:27.000In fact, let's do the debate at the courthouse tonight on national television all way to round.
00:16:32.000So this is Trump's, this has been Trump's main, like I said, he's taunting him.
00:18:26.000They were overjoyed after the State of the Union.
00:18:29.000They will be overjoyed if the shots to the nether region work and he's able to just stand up there and look like a sentient being, essentially.
00:18:37.000Trump, on the other hand, if he gets one fact wrong, if he missteps just to the left or to the right, they will jump all over him.

00:18:52.000Their campaign says, Dear Jennifer O'Malley, Dylan, and the Biden team, today is a good day for America's voters now that Joe Biden has finally accepted President's Trump debate challenge.
00:19:03.000President Trump and our campaign have been requesting this for months, anytime, anywhere, any place.
00:19:09.000So the letter goes on to say that they've accepted CNN and the September debate.
00:19:15.000But then they say this: therefore, we propose a debate in, they want one debate per month.
00:19:20.000We propose a debate in June, a debate in July, a debate in August, and a debate in September, in addition to the vice presidential debate.
00:19:27.000Additional dates will allow voters to have maximum exposure to the records and future visions of each candidate.
00:19:34.000We believe the American people deserve more than what the Biden administration has to offer.
00:19:43.000They're laying the gauntlet down to the coward Joe Biden that needs no live audience and mics to be cut off and he makes all these cowardly rules and terms.
00:19:55.000But nevertheless, Trump is going to push the envelope even further.
00:20:35.000Are you willing tonight to condemn white supremacists and militia groups and to say that they need to stand down and not add to the violence in a number of these cities as we saw in Kenosha and as we've seen in Portland?
00:21:53.000You remember back in 2020 of BLM causing anarchy, rioting, mostly peaceful riots in our major cities while stores were burning in the background.
00:22:07.000This clip is perfect because Trump is not going to be just up against Joe Biden.
00:22:12.000Joe Biden is going to have his media flax having his back and pressing the story and pressing the narratives that they want to press.
00:22:38.000As a flack for the left, he goes straight after right-wing extremists and just lets Joe Biden sit there and look like the reasonable, old, kindly old uncle when he's the one that is right now encouraging and pandering to the Hamas sympathizers because he's worried about 100,000 uncommitted votes in Michigan.
00:24:58.000Nobody has done more for the black community than Donald Trump, with the exception of Abraham Lincoln, possible exception, but the exception of Abraham Lincoln.
00:25:08.000Abraham Lincoln here is one of the most racist presidents we've had in modern history.

00:25:18.000Now, if you're Trump in that moment, you go straight back at all of the bigoted DEI policies, the pandering to every single minority group possible, telling them that they're lesser than and that they need special handouts.
00:26:45.000He's actually polling weirdly ahead with boomers, so 65 plus, because there is a large segment of the older population in this country that wants a return to a politics of the past.
00:26:59.000Now, we've got to do a better job messaging to them and telling them that, you know, that politics of the past is dead.
00:27:08.000This country is not going back to a politics of the 1990s.
00:27:26.000Not only is he a ruthless thug when it comes to lawfare against a political opponent, but his policies are actively killing 100,000 plus Americans every year with fentanyl crossing the border.
00:27:43.000These things, but he's going to appeal.
00:27:45.000He's going to put those moments of emotion.
00:27:51.000And he's going to try and paint Trump as this angry fascist potential tyrant.
00:27:59.000So, again, in that clip, by the way, you heard that the moderator is once again badgering Trump about a Democrat talking point.
00:28:09.000So, these clips tell you they are a hint at what's going to happen in these debates.
00:28:15.000And Trump needs to simply stay calm and he needs to keep throwing it back, the record of Joe Biden's abysmal presidency back in his face time and time again.
00:28:26.000All right, so I want to take our attention right now and look at RFK polling.
00:28:31.000Now, the New York Times has a headline today that RFK Jr. is 2024's X Factor.
00:28:37.000New polls show fueled by young voters in social media.
00:28:40.000Okay, why is this coming to mind right now?
00:28:43.000Because he's been left out of these debates.
00:28:45.000So, the New York Times Sienna poll, which Charlie talked about on Monday, shows RFK getting a 9 to 12% polling figure in six different swing states.
00:28:57.000Now, if you look at who supports RFK the most, you would suspect that RFK is hurting Joe Biden more than Trump.
00:29:04.000He gets 18% of support from voters under 30.
00:29:08.000He gets 14% of Latinos in a five-way race.
00:29:12.000That includes Jill Stein and Cornell West.
00:29:13.000Joe Biden's support with blacks drops all the way down to 50%, with everyone taking a little bit of a slice.
00:29:20.000Overall, the Times found Trump up six in a head-to-head race, but by seven points in a five-way race.
00:29:28.000Now, here's some caveats to that: third-party candidates almost always, without fail, lose steam as we get closer to the election.
00:29:38.000A lot of voters care about backing a candidate they feel can actually win.
00:29:43.000Now, so we saw this with Ross Perot twice.
00:29:46.000He lost steam as he got close to the election twice.
00:29:49.000Now, in RFK's instance, he's actually polling lower than he was at his peak last year.
00:29:59.000So, the RFK factor could keep narrowing.
00:30:01.000It doesn't mean it won't be an X factor, it will be, but it could keep narrowing.
00:30:06.000There's also a potential that a lot of RFK backers won't even vote at all.
00:30:12.000So, only two-thirds of RFK backers say they are definitely voting versus 90% of supporters of Donald Trump and Joe Biden.
00:30:21.000Here's another interesting factor: only 29% of RFK backers say they are firm in their support for him against 80% who are firm for Joe Biden and Donald Trump.
00:30:33.000So, two other pieces to this that are really, really important as we try and figure out this RFK, what is it going to be doing?
00:30:41.000So, you got to understand, RFK is now saying that his internal numbers say that he's pulling 57% of his support from Trump voters that would otherwise vote for Trump and 43% from people that would otherwise vote for Biden.
00:30:53.000So, RFK is saying he's hurting Donald Trump more than he's hurting Joe Biden.
00:30:59.000So, here's one of those possible reasons why.
00:31:02.000Now, the Times polling shows Trump doing a lot better than past Republicans with Latinos and young people.
00:31:07.000They show him running even with Biden with both groups, young people and Latinos.
00:31:15.000So, it might be the case that Trump and Biden are both being hurt by the RFK drain, or that Trump is being hurt more because Trump is now doing better with the groups that are more drawn to RFK.
00:32:40.000And, you know, we need to keep an eye on it.
00:32:43.000We need to start driving up his negatives because he is a far-left liberal.
