00:00:19.000 How can Trump successfully navigate these debates that are upcoming with a formidable, although sneaky octogenarian?
00:00:28.000 He's sneaky formidable.
00:00:30.000 We play back the clips from 2020, rolling the tape, seeing what the attack vectors are likely to be as Trump steps into the arena.
00:00:38.000 And what are the terms?
00:00:39.000 Joe Biden's crazy, cowardly terms.

00:03:08.000 We have much to get to, much, much, much to get to.
00:03:12.000 What a fun morning this was.
00:03:14.000 You know, Joe Biden finally took the bait.
00:03:16.000 I think that should be the headline around the nation.
00:03:19.000 Joe Biden finally took the bait.
00:03:21.000 Obviously, Donald Trump has been taunting the elderly Joe Biden that is so elderly, he is apparently not culpable for crimes he commits, according to special counsel Robert Hurr, still trying to get those transcripts.
00:03:35.000 All that being said, it looks like we have a date set for June 27th and the year of our Lord, as Steve Bannon says, 2024, where these two men will actually have a chance to face off side by side.
00:03:48.000 Now, it's not quite as simple as all of that.
00:03:54.000 But let's just start with where Joe Biden started this morning.
00:03:58.000 Cut 68, his challenge to Donald Trump.
00:04:02.000 Donald Trump lost two debates for me in 2020.
00:04:04.000 Sen said he hadn't shown up for debates.
00:04:06.000 Now he's acting like he wants to debate me again.
00:04:08.000 Well, make my day, pal.
00:04:10.000 I'll even do it twice.
00:04:12.000 So let's pick the dates, Donald.
00:04:14.000 I hear you're free on Wednesdays.
00:04:16.000 All right.
00:04:16.000 So this was that was the sum total of the clip.
00:04:19.000 A lot of jump cuts.
00:04:21.000 Who knows if that how many takes that took Joe Biden to get across the finish line there?
00:04:27.000 They kept saying, roll it back, roll it back.
00:04:28.000 I want to deliver that make my day, pal, line one more time.
00:04:32.000 I stuttered right out of the out of the gate.
00:04:35.000 It's okay.
00:04:36.000 So let's lay out the timeline.
00:04:39.000 Let's just lay out the timeline here.
00:04:41.000 Three weeks ago, Donald Trump sent the truth social message.
00:04:48.000 I think Charlie retweeted it.
00:04:51.000 It said, anywhere, anytime, any place.
00:04:54.000 So it took him three weeks to respond to this.
00:04:57.000 Now, you could just imagine the conversations that were happening behind the scenes and the Biden handlers saying, no, no, no, sir, sir, please, please.
00:05:07.000 He's trying to, he's trying to goad you.
00:05:08.000 Please, don't, don't, don't take the bait, sir.
00:05:11.000 No, I'm a tough guy.
00:05:12.000 I'm going to take him.
00:05:13.000 I'm going to take him down.
00:05:14.000 Apparently, Joe Biden has a penchant for swearing behind the scenes.
00:05:16.000 You know, we like to, or he likes to present himself as this kindly old uncle, this Scranton, Pennsylvania guy.
00:05:23.000 And he apparently just has a really foul mouth.
00:05:25.000 So you can just imagine the back and forth with his aides when he was awake between the hours of 11 and 4.
00:05:32.000 No, I'm going to do it.
00:05:33.000 I'm going to do it.
00:05:34.000 So, so we have a date.
00:05:37.000 But this is what is very interesting about this.
00:05:40.000 He has a number of terms.
00:05:44.000 His campaign has sent a letter, which the New York Times got access to.
00:05:49.000 And the terms are very interesting.
00:05:51.000 The terms say that there can be no live audience.
00:05:56.000 That's right.
00:05:57.000 So Joe Biden says, Yeah, I'll debate you.
00:05:59.000 Let's go, pal.
00:06:00.000 Let's do Wednesdays.
00:06:01.000 By the way, mocking him for being in trial, a trial that is very well coordinated by the Biden White House.
00:06:07.000 There needs to be an investigation into that ASAP.
00:06:10.000 So this lawfare campaign against Trump is ongoing in multiple jurisdictions, largely, at least presumably because the Biden White House has been coordinated.
00:06:20.000 He has the gall to say, I hear you're free on Wednesdays.
00:06:24.000 So no live audience.
00:06:26.000 Apparently, Biden is aware of the fact that he cannot draw an audience, and so he does not want one in this debate.
00:06:33.000 So they're going to do it at a TV studio in Atlanta, the CNN studio in Atlanta.
00:06:38.000 One moderator, and that was the other term.
00:06:42.000 This could only be CNN, ABC, CBS, or Telemundo.
00:06:46.000 If you're NBC, I would presume you're wondering why not us?
00:06:51.000 They must have written a bad article about the occupant of the oval.
00:06:57.000 So that was one term.
00:06:59.000 And another term is that the mics will be turned off once the allotted time concludes.
00:07:08.000 So there's no talking over the mics.
00:07:11.000 The mics will be cut off.
00:07:13.000 Fourth term is that there will be no JFK or RFK.
00:07:17.000 RFK is not invited.
00:07:19.000 No third parties are invited.
00:07:20.000 This is going to be mono-a-mano.
00:07:22.000 There's a lot of details that or facts or clues that seem to indicate that RFK is actually more of a threat to Donald Trump.
00:07:31.000 RFK himself is saying this, but it doesn't matter.
00:07:34.000 Joe Biden and the DNC, they are deathly afraid of RFK.
00:07:40.000 So no RFK.
00:07:41.000 It's going to be one-on-one.
00:07:44.000 So all of this leads us to believe that it actually will happen.
00:07:48.000 Now, Trump seems to have his doubts of whether it'll happen.
00:07:53.000 One other term here, by the way.
00:07:54.000 He's saying he will do it twice.
00:07:57.000 And just so we're clear, typically presidential debates happen.
00:08:01.000 There's three of them that are scheduled.
00:08:04.000 So these are the details.
00:08:06.000 These are the terms that Joe Biden.
00:08:08.000 Now, it's somewhat unclear if Trump is agreeing to all the terms, but within an hour or two of this video dropping, we've got CNN confirmed June 27th.
00:08:19.000 Now, for a long time, it looked like this probably wouldn't happen.
00:08:22.000 But it, like I said, the date is scheduled.
00:08:26.000 Republicans, so let me just, with one detail that's fairly important here, actually, as well.
00:08:31.000 The Commission on Presidential Debates.
00:08:34.000 What is it?
00:08:35.000 It's supposed to be a nonpartisan third-party host of said debates, presidential debates.
00:08:42.000 Now, Republicans don't like it because they think it's biased.
00:08:44.000 I mean, it's essentially run by Democrats.
00:08:46.000 They call it nonpartisan, but it's run by Democrats.
00:08:50.000 And the Democrats complain because they feel like the commission doesn't enforce the rules enough of these presidential debates.
00:08:55.000 And they think that Trump would get away with acting out too often.
00:09:00.000 So they're not going to be doing this debate within this commission protocol.
00:09:05.000 They're doing it independently.
00:09:07.000 And they're going to be doing it a lot earlier than previous debates have happened.
00:09:11.000 Now, historically, debates happen in September, October.
00:09:15.000 But with early voting and, I mean, early voting, by the way, gets started as early as late September in Pennsylvania.
00:09:23.000 So now the second debate is apparently scheduled for September.
00:09:26.000 I don't think a specific date has been locked in yet.
00:09:29.000 And there will be one vice presidential debate in July.
00:09:34.000 All of this is very interesting with the timeline.
00:09:36.000 It's a completely new timeline for presidential debates.
00:09:41.000 Donald Trump hasn't even picked his VP.
00:09:44.000 And when you have the convention in July and a VP debate in July for the RNC, that means that possibly the VP is going to be picked a few days before he or she walks into a vice presidential debate against Kamala.
00:10:00.000 Kamala?
00:10:01.000 Still don't know how to say that.
00:10:03.000 Joe Biden apparently doesn't either.
00:10:04.000 He said it wrong the other day, I'm told.
00:10:07.000 So there's a lot of different things.
00:10:10.000 And by the way, August is when the Democrats have their convention.
00:10:14.000 So this is all being ramped up much earlier.
00:10:19.000 This is just over a month away, about six weeks away in June.
00:10:24.000 And boy, it's going to be great.
00:10:25.000 It's going to, let's get ready to rumble.
00:10:28.000 We're going to break down the clips.
00:10:29.000 We're going to see what President Trump can and should do ahead of June 27th.
00:10:37.000 What are the traps for Trump?
00:10:39.000 What are the opportunities?
00:10:41.000 How should he conduct a successful debate against a senior old man who can't even be held responsible for his own crimes?
00:10:52.000 Are you ready to lose weight, but not sure where to start?
00:10:54.000 I understand.
00:10:55.000 I was right where you are two years ago.
00:10:56.000 Let me tell you why I chose the PhD Weight Loss and Nutrition Program.
00:11:00.000 First, Dr. Ashley Lucas has her PhD in chronic disease and sports nutrition.
00:11:04.000 Her program is based on years of research and is science-based.
00:11:06.000 Second, the PhD program starts nutrition.
00:11:09.000 They know that 90% of permanent change comes from the mind, and they work on eliminating the reason you gain this weight in the first place.
00:11:09.000 There is so much more.
00:11:15.000 There's no shortcuts, pills, or injections, just solid science-based nutrition and behavior change.
00:11:20.000 And finally, probably most importantly, I lost 30 pounds.
00:11:22.000 Look, they're amazing.
00:11:23.000 If you want to lose weight, you've got to go to myphdweightloss.com.
00:11:26.000 I was just texting with Dr. Ashley Lucas today.
00:11:28.000 If you're ready to lose weight for the last time, call 864-644-1900.
00:11:32.000 Go online at myphdweightloss.com.
00:11:35.000 Do what I did.
00:11:35.000 And what hundreds of my listeners have done and call today, 864-644-1900.
00:11:41.000 I recommend their program.
00:11:42.000 Dr. Ashley Lucas has her PhD in chronic disease and sports nutrition.
00:11:45.000 Her program is based on years of research and is science-based.
00:11:48.000 Second, the PhD program starts in nutrition, but it's so much more.
00:11:52.000 Go to myphdweightloss.com, myphdweightloss.com.
00:11:55.000 Go 864644-1900.
00:11:58.000 I lost over 30 pounds.
00:11:59.000 Dr. Ashley Lucas, great American.
00:12:01.000 Check it out.
00:12:01.000 Myphdweightloss.com.
00:12:05.000 Breaking.
00:12:07.000 Donald Trump has now accepted two dates.
00:12:10.000 Go ahead and throw that image up.
00:12:11.000 Donald Trump on Truth Social.
00:12:13.000 It is my great honor to accept the CNN debate against Crooked Joe Biden, the worst president in the history of the United States and a true threat to democracy on June 27th.
00:12:25.000 Likewise, I accept the ABC News debate against Crooked Joe on September 10th.
00:12:31.000 Thank you, DJT.
00:12:34.000 All right, so that is news, folks.
00:12:36.000 So we have two debates set June 27th on CNN, September 10th, on ABC News.
00:12:44.000 There will be one moderator, no live audience in a TV studio.
00:12:48.000 Mics will cut off.
00:12:50.000 Apparently, he's accepting all the terms, although that is not exactly clear if there's still debates back and forth behind the scenes.
00:12:58.000 So this is the setup.
00:13:02.000 This is the setup.
00:13:03.000 But we have to be very, very clear.
00:13:06.000 Joe Biden, yes, is a senile old man who is not culpable for his own crimes, according to the special counsel Robert Hurr, but he's not necessarily always senile.
00:13:17.000 If anybody knows somebody that is of a certain age that is kind of losing it, slowing down, you can see their mental acuity just not what it once was.
00:13:28.000 This stuff goes in and out.
00:13:30.000 And the much discussed shot to the nether regions that we've heard Joe Biden is taking before, like the State of the Union address, for example, that could carry you for a couple hours.
00:13:43.000 And whether or not he is getting pumped full of drugs, obviously there's been much discussion.
00:13:48.000 Tucker Carlson says he's talked with somebody who's seen it in person.
00:13:52.000 Just kind of like elderly abuse.
00:13:54.000 It's also abuse of our nation.
00:13:57.000 But you're going to be on stage for two hours with a guy that's going to be fully, fully focused as much as he's got left in the tank for two hours.
00:14:07.000 So yeah, he can't keep it together for a whole day, but he might be able to keep it together for two hours and leave the impression on the public that he's still sharp enough to run the country.
00:14:17.000 We all know that's a farce.
00:14:19.000 But again, the audience that listens to this show, Trump, MAGA voters, America Firsters, we know better, but there's still that squishy middle that might be skeptical about Donald Trump.
00:14:31.000 They're going to be looking at that two hours, and they're going to be taking more out of his performance than somebody like myself would.
00:14:40.000 So we have to play the expectation game.
00:14:43.000 The bar will be very, very low for Joe Biden, just like it was at the State of the Union.
00:14:51.000 You could see after the State of the Union, the media reacted as if he had just won the Super Bowl.
00:14:57.000 They were ecstatic that the man could be on stage for an hour and start shouting into the microphone and doing his angry yells.
00:15:06.000 He was bantering with the audience.
00:15:09.000 Admittedly, I was shocked he did as well as he did.
00:15:12.000 It doesn't mean I think he did well.
00:15:14.000 I thought it was a terrible speech.
00:15:15.000 I'm probably going to find his performance to be despicable in these debates.
00:15:20.000 But the bar is so low that if he gets up there and strings together a couple of sentences and sort of holds his own, that's going to be a win.
00:15:30.000 So, so President Trump needs to understand that there is more expected out of him than there will ever be expected out of Joe Biden.
00:15:40.000 A very, very low bar.
00:15:44.000 So let's just show you something else.
00:15:47.000 This is from three weeks ago.
00:15:50.000 Donald Trump put this up: 82.
00:15:53.000 Crooked Joe Biden just announced that he's willing to debate.
00:15:56.000 Everyone knows he doesn't really mean it, but in case he does, I say anywhere, anytime, any place.
00:16:01.000 An old expression used by fighters.
00:16:03.000 I suggest Monday evening, Tuesday evening, or Wednesday evening at my rally in Michigan, a state that he is in the process of destroying with his EV mandate.
00:16:11.000 And the alternative, he's in New York City today, although he probably doesn't know it.
00:16:15.000 And so am I stuck in one of the many court cases that he instigated as election interference against a political opponent, a continuing witch hunt.
00:16:24.000 It's the only way he thinks he can win.
00:16:27.000 In fact, let's do the debate at the courthouse tonight on national television all way to round.
00:16:32.000 So this is Trump's, this has been Trump's main, like I said, he's taunting him.
00:16:37.000 He's goading him.
00:16:39.000 And Trump is still skeptical whether or not he's going to show up.
00:16:41.000 I actually love this approach.
00:16:42.000 Let's go ahead and play Cut 70.
00:16:44.000 Oh, absolutely.
00:16:45.000 I've been trying to get, you know, he's issuing it.
00:16:48.000 I wonder whether or not he shows up because, you know, he also challenged me to golf.
00:16:52.000 So I'm a very good golfer.
00:16:54.000 He can't hit a ball 50 yards.
00:16:55.000 He said, I'll give him three aside, but he knows he'll never play.
00:16:59.000 This is sort of like that, I think.
00:17:01.000 But I hope not because I really think he has to debate.
00:17:03.000 He might as well get it over with.
00:17:05.000 Probably should do it early so that he can, you know, he's not going to get any better.
00:17:12.000 But June and September is great.
00:17:17.000 All right.
00:17:17.000 So Trump is obviously goading him, but I caution you.
00:17:22.000 This octogenarian can put it together for 90 minutes, maybe 120 minutes.
00:17:28.000 He'll be winding down.
00:17:32.000 The world is in flames, and Bidenomics is a complete and total disaster, but it can't and won't ruin my day.
00:17:38.000 Because I start my day with a hot America first cup of blackout coffee.

00:18:12.000 Where to begin?
00:18:14.000 So here's basically how I see it.
00:18:17.000 The press is going to absolutely be overjoyed if Joe Biden puts together a couple sentences.
00:18:23.000 We know that's true.
00:18:25.000 Okay.
00:18:26.000 They were overjoyed after the State of the Union.
00:18:29.000 They will be overjoyed if the shots to the nether region work and he's able to just stand up there and look like a sentient being, essentially.
00:18:37.000 Trump, on the other hand, if he gets one fact wrong, if he missteps just to the left or to the right, they will jump all over him.
00:18:45.000 Go ahead and throw up 87, I believe.
00:18:48.000 Let's do more.
00:18:48.000 This is a letter from Chris La Savita, Susie Wiles, and the Trump victory team.
00:18:52.000 Their campaign says, Dear Jennifer O'Malley, Dylan, and the Biden team, today is a good day for America's voters now that Joe Biden has finally accepted President's Trump debate challenge.
00:19:03.000 President Trump and our campaign have been requesting this for months, anytime, anywhere, any place.
00:19:09.000 So the letter goes on to say that they've accepted CNN and the September debate.
00:19:15.000 But then they say this: therefore, we propose a debate in, they want one debate per month.
00:19:20.000 We propose a debate in June, a debate in July, a debate in August, and a debate in September, in addition to the vice presidential debate.
00:19:27.000 Additional dates will allow voters to have maximum exposure to the records and future visions of each candidate.
00:19:34.000 We believe the American people deserve more than what the Biden administration has to offer.
00:19:39.000 So they are throwing it out there.
00:19:43.000 They're laying the gauntlet down to the coward Joe Biden that needs no live audience and mics to be cut off and he makes all these cowardly rules and terms.
00:19:55.000 But nevertheless, Trump is going to push the envelope even further.
00:19:59.000 I think it's a good move.
00:20:01.000 So let's play 2020.
00:20:04.000 And honestly, you know, there's so many moments from these debates, but you'll see how Joe has this ability to kind of play it aloof.
00:20:14.000 So Trump will hit him with a fact, and Joe Biden will look there like, what is this guy talking about?
00:20:20.000 This is crazy.
00:20:21.000 So let's, let's, I think this is a very, very telling clip for what we can expect to see Joe Biden come out in these new debates.
00:20:30.000 So what's old is going to be new again.
00:20:34.000 Play Cut 77.
00:20:35.000 Are you willing tonight to condemn white supremacists and militia groups and to say that they need to stand down and not add to the violence in a number of these cities as we saw in Kenosha and as we've seen in Portland?
00:20:50.000 Are you prepared to do that?
00:20:52.000 Let's do it.
00:20:53.000 I would say almost everything I see is from the left wing, not from the right wing.
00:20:58.000 What are you saying?
00:20:59.000 I'm willing to do anything.
00:21:01.000 Let's do it, sir.
00:21:01.000 I want to see peace.
00:21:02.000 Say it.
00:21:03.000 Do it.
00:21:03.000 Say it.
00:21:04.000 Do you want to call him, what do you want to call him?
00:21:06.000 Give me a name.
00:21:07.000 Give me a name.
00:21:07.000 White supremacists and right-wing.
00:21:08.000 What would you like me to condemn?
00:21:09.000 White proud protests and right-production.
00:21:11.000 Proud boys, stand back and stand by.
00:21:14.000 But I'll tell you what.
00:21:15.000 I'll tell you what.
00:21:16.000 Somebody's got to do something about Antifa and the left because this is not a right-wing problem.
00:21:21.000 This is a left-eye directive.
00:21:23.000 This is a left-wing problem.
00:21:24.000 I'm a white supremacist.
00:21:26.000 Antifa's an idea, not an organization.
00:21:29.000 You got it, not militia.
00:21:30.000 All right.
00:21:30.000 So you see in that clip a perfect example of what Trump is going to be up against in this new series of debates, two, maybe more.
00:21:40.000 That clip in particular, you still hear left-wing pundits reference the standback and stand by thing.
00:21:48.000 It's almost like he was giving orders to Proud Boys or something.
00:21:51.000 This comes on the heels, by the way.
00:21:53.000 You remember back in 2020 of BLM causing anarchy, rioting, mostly peaceful riots in our major cities while stores were burning in the background.
00:22:07.000 This clip is perfect because Trump is not going to be just up against Joe Biden.
00:22:12.000 Joe Biden is going to have his media flax having his back and pressing the story and pressing the narratives that they want to press.
00:22:20.000 So expect the white supremacy angle.
00:22:23.000 Expect the extremist, right-wing extremist group angle.
00:22:27.000 Expect the abortion angle to weigh heavy.
00:22:31.000 So yeah, you have a whole country in flames because left-wing agitators are rioting and burning our cities.
00:22:36.000 But guess what Chris Wallace does?
00:22:38.000 As a flack for the left, he goes straight after right-wing extremists and just lets Joe Biden sit there and look like the reasonable, old, kindly old uncle when he's the one that is right now encouraging and pandering to the Hamas sympathizers because he's worried about 100,000 uncommitted votes in Michigan.
00:22:58.000 Let's play another clip here.
00:22:59.000 Let's go ahead and play cut 78.
00:23:03.000 This is the same fellow who told you that, don't worry, we're going to end this by the summer.
00:23:07.000 We're about to go into a dark winter, a dark winter, and he has no clear plan.
00:23:12.000 Come on, there's not another serious scientist in the world who thinks it's going to be over soon.
00:23:17.000 President Trump, your reaction?
00:23:18.000 I don't say over soon.
00:23:19.000 I say we're learning to live with it.
00:23:20.000 We have no choice.
00:23:21.000 We can't lock ourselves up in a basement like Joe does.
00:23:26.000 He has the ability to lock himself up.
00:23:28.000 I don't know.
00:23:29.000 He's obviously made a lot of money someplace.
00:23:31.000 So you see, that clip exposes what I was talking about before.
00:23:35.000 Joe just laughs.
00:23:37.000 And I find it galling.
00:23:39.000 I find it irritating.
00:23:40.000 It's almost as annoying as Kamala's cackle, but he's going to do it.
00:23:43.000 He's going to sit there and act aloof and above it.
00:23:45.000 Trump's going to come right for the jugular.
00:23:48.000 Here is the trick with Joe Biden.
00:23:52.000 You've just got to pin his record to the wall and make him own it.
00:23:58.000 Joe, how many illegals came over the border when I was president versus how many are coming over since you started in the Oval?
00:24:08.000 How many?
00:24:09.000 What's your story there, Joe?
00:24:11.000 What's your defense for that?
00:24:12.000 Here's what inflation was when I was president.
00:24:14.000 Here's what it's been since you've become president.
00:24:17.000 Here's what a basket of groceries cost when I was president.
00:24:20.000 Here's what it costs now that you're president.
00:24:22.000 Here's how much a monthly mortgage costs for an average home in America.
00:24:27.000 Here's how much it costs when you are president.
00:24:30.000 Joe, what's your defense of your abysmal record?
00:24:34.000 So this is another clip here.
00:24:37.000 This should come up again, the race topic.
00:24:41.000 But Joe Biden is bleeding support from minorities.
00:24:47.000 Now, Joe Biden's going to call him a white supremacist or at least pander to white supremacists.
00:24:53.000 But Trump actually has a pretty good track record to run on.
00:24:56.000 Play Cut 79.
00:24:58.000 Nobody has done more for the black community than Donald Trump, with the exception of Abraham Lincoln, possible exception, but the exception of Abraham Lincoln.
00:25:08.000 Abraham Lincoln here is one of the most racist presidents we've had in modern history.
00:25:12.000 He pours fuel on every single racist fire, every single one.
00:25:18.000 Now, if you're Trump in that moment, you go straight back at all of the bigoted DEI policies, the pandering to every single minority group possible, telling them that they're lesser than and that they need special handouts.
00:25:33.000 You put it right back in his face.
00:25:35.000 But the race topic will loom large in these debates.
00:25:40.000 There's no question about it.
00:25:42.000 Now, this is going to be interesting.
00:25:44.000 So it's again a really interesting flashback to the kids in cages flare-up during the Trump administration.
00:25:52.000 The kids in cages.
00:25:54.000 Now, Joe Biden can't even find tens and tens of thousands of unaccompanied minors that have crossed his open border.
00:26:02.000 So now, once again, Joe Biden's own record is where you need to hit him.
00:26:07.000 Play cut 80.
00:26:09.000 Play billions of people.
00:26:10.000 Yes, we're working on it very, we're trying very hard.
00:26:13.000 But a lot of these kids come out without the parents.
00:26:15.000 They come over through cartels and through coyotes and through gangs.
00:26:19.000 It's not coyotes didn't bring them over.
00:26:21.000 Their parents were with them.
00:26:23.000 They got separated from their parents.
00:26:25.000 And it makes us a laughing stock and violates every notion of who we are as a nation.
00:26:31.000 So I think that's a really telling clip, actually, because you see that Joe Biden is what he's going to do in this next debate.
00:26:38.000 He's going to appeal to this empathy.
00:26:43.000 You remember, he's stronger with women voters.
00:26:45.000 He's stronger.
00:26:45.000 He's actually polling weirdly ahead with boomers, so 65 plus, because there is a large segment of the older population in this country that wants a return to a politics of the past.
00:26:59.000 Now, we've got to do a better job messaging to them and telling them that, you know, that politics of the past is dead.
00:27:08.000 This country is not going back to a politics of the 1990s.
00:27:11.000 That's gone.
00:27:13.000 More civil discourse where Joe Biden's saying, I'm the empathetic one.
00:27:17.000 He's appealing to women voters in those moments when his policies are anything but compassionate.
00:27:24.000 His policies are ruthless.
00:27:26.000 Not only is he a ruthless thug when it comes to lawfare against a political opponent, but his policies are actively killing 100,000 plus Americans every year with fentanyl crossing the border.
00:27:37.000 Rising crime.
00:27:39.000 Inflation is not compassionate.
00:27:41.000 It hurts the working class.
00:27:43.000 These things, but he's going to appeal.
00:27:45.000 He's going to put those moments of emotion.
00:27:51.000 And he's going to try and paint Trump as this angry fascist potential tyrant.
00:27:59.000 So, again, in that clip, by the way, you heard that the moderator is once again badgering Trump about a Democrat talking point.
00:28:09.000 So, these clips tell you they are a hint at what's going to happen in these debates.
00:28:15.000 And Trump needs to simply stay calm and he needs to keep throwing it back, the record of Joe Biden's abysmal presidency back in his face time and time again.
00:28:26.000 All right, so I want to take our attention right now and look at RFK polling.
00:28:31.000 Now, the New York Times has a headline today that RFK Jr. is 2024's X Factor.
00:28:37.000 New polls show fueled by young voters in social media.
00:28:40.000 Okay, why is this coming to mind right now?
00:28:43.000 Because he's been left out of these debates.
00:28:45.000 So, the New York Times Sienna poll, which Charlie talked about on Monday, shows RFK getting a 9 to 12% polling figure in six different swing states.
00:28:57.000 Now, if you look at who supports RFK the most, you would suspect that RFK is hurting Joe Biden more than Trump.
00:29:04.000 He gets 18% of support from voters under 30.
00:29:08.000 He gets 14% of Latinos in a five-way race.
00:29:12.000 That includes Jill Stein and Cornell West.
00:29:13.000 Joe Biden's support with blacks drops all the way down to 50%, with everyone taking a little bit of a slice.
00:29:20.000 Overall, the Times found Trump up six in a head-to-head race, but by seven points in a five-way race.
00:29:28.000 Now, here's some caveats to that: third-party candidates almost always, without fail, lose steam as we get closer to the election.
00:29:38.000 A lot of voters care about backing a candidate they feel can actually win.
00:29:43.000 Now, so we saw this with Ross Perot twice.
00:29:46.000 He lost steam as he got close to the election twice.
00:29:49.000 Now, in RFK's instance, he's actually polling lower than he was at his peak last year.
00:29:57.000 So, that could keep dropping.
00:29:59.000 So, the RFK factor could keep narrowing.
00:30:01.000 It doesn't mean it won't be an X factor, it will be, but it could keep narrowing.
00:30:06.000 There's also a potential that a lot of RFK backers won't even vote at all.
00:30:12.000 So, only two-thirds of RFK backers say they are definitely voting versus 90% of supporters of Donald Trump and Joe Biden.
00:30:21.000 Here's another interesting factor: only 29% of RFK backers say they are firm in their support for him against 80% who are firm for Joe Biden and Donald Trump.
00:30:33.000 So, two other pieces to this that are really, really important as we try and figure out this RFK, what is it going to be doing?
00:30:41.000 So, you got to understand, RFK is now saying that his internal numbers say that he's pulling 57% of his support from Trump voters that would otherwise vote for Trump and 43% from people that would otherwise vote for Biden.
00:30:53.000 So, RFK is saying he's hurting Donald Trump more than he's hurting Joe Biden.
00:30:59.000 So, here's one of those possible reasons why.
00:31:02.000 Now, the Times polling shows Trump doing a lot better than past Republicans with Latinos and young people.
00:31:07.000 They show him running even with Biden with both groups, young people and Latinos.
00:31:13.000 Trump is running even with Biden.
00:31:15.000 So, it might be the case that Trump and Biden are both being hurt by the RFK drain, or that Trump is being hurt more because Trump is now doing better with the groups that are more drawn to RFK.
00:31:28.000 And here is the big kicker.
00:31:30.000 And this is from the New York Times, Nate Cohn.
00:31:32.000 He summed it up this way.
00:31:34.000 Quote, Mr. Kennedy takes more Biden 2020 voters than Trump 20 voters.
00:31:42.000 But then Mr. Kennedy draws more Trump 2024 voters than Biden 2024 voters.
00:31:48.000 Follow me on that again.
00:31:50.000 A lot of the 2020 voters for Biden have been disaffected.
00:31:54.000 They have said if it was a one-on-one race, they would probably move to support Donald Trump.
00:32:00.000 But those same people that would move from Biden to Trump are now looking at RFK saying, hey, I might support you instead.
00:32:08.000 So RFK is specifically cannibalizing the voters who would otherwise flip from Biden to Trump.
00:32:15.000 So that is why the polling is so difficult to read when we're analyzing the RFK factor.
00:32:21.000 Because, yes, if this was 2020, RFK would be hurting Biden a lot more than Trump.
00:32:27.000 But since these voters were tempted to move to Donald Trump, it's cannibalizing some of that movement.
00:32:35.000 So yes, the RFK factor is real.
00:32:40.000 And, you know, we need to keep an eye on it.
00:32:43.000 We need to start driving up his negatives because he is a far-left liberal.
00:32:49.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
