The Charlie Kirk Show - Tyler Bowyer Enters the Shaq Chair

00:00:00.000 Everybody, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.

00:00:02.000 This is a critically important hour.

00:00:04.000 We talked to Tyler Boyer, COO of Turning Point Action.

00:00:08.000 Donald Trump went on True Social last night and gave us a massive shout out, told everybody to get involved with Chase the Vote, our project to turn out low-prop voters in three critical swing states.

00:00:19.000 And then we are joined by Kane, where we break down what CFP Nation, Citizen Free Press Nation, is keying in on, what they're interested in.

00:00:29.000 It's an important conversation about where the pulse of the base is at, what they're keying in on, what they're ignoring, what they're fired up about.

00:00:38.000 We always love having Kane on.

00:00:39.000 He's the best.

00:00:40.000 Buckle up. 0.96

00:00:41.000 Here we go.

00:00:42.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.

00:00:43.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.

00:00:54.000 His spirit, his love of this country.

00:00:56.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.

00:01:02.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.

00:01:11.000 That's why we are here.

00:02:52.000 Register now at tpaction.com/slash peoples.

00:03:03.000 Pretty excited to bring in somebody that this audience knows well, one of the masterminds of the grassroots strategy that we are putting into place at Turning Point Action, really the mastermind along with Charlie, but has been doing his work at the RNC now.

00:03:19.000 We get him all to ourselves right now, I think.

00:03:21.000 As COO of Turning Point Action, Tyler Boyer, welcome to the show.

00:03:25.000 You're in the studio.

00:03:26.000 I'm away.

00:03:26.000 Welcome to the show.

00:03:28.000 Yeah, I'm in the big man's seat.

00:03:29.000 It's so much better than being outside.

00:03:31.000 I was telling him, you look like a gorilla when you're sitting on these side pieces here.

00:03:35.000 Yeah, but you got Charlie's like Shaquille O'Neal chair.

00:03:38.000 Yeah.

00:03:39.000 He has a very special chair.

00:03:41.000 People don't know this.

00:03:42.000 The Shaq chair from Staples.

00:03:45.000 I remember where we got that.

00:03:46.000 I remember we got that thing.

00:03:47.000 All right.

00:03:47.000 So, Tyler, I have to start with the big news that broke last night.

00:03:54.000 Turning Point Action's ballot chase is officially endorsed by the big man, the boss himself.

00:03:59.000 Throw up 145, everybody.

00:04:00.000 This is President Trump gave us a shout out on True Social.

00:04:05.000 Turning Point is a great, all caps, organization doing critical work to get out the vote and make our victory too big to rig.

00:04:14.000 Sign up to work for them and help secure our victory.

00:04:17.000 And then he's got a URL.

00:04:18.000 And we're actually going to put that URL on the lower.

00:04:21.000 Tyler, for those in the audience that don't understand what a big deal that truth is, explain why that's so special that he would shout us out like that.

00:04:33.000 Yeah.

00:04:33.000 So there's actually been some massive news this last month.

00:04:36.000 The Federal Elections Commission actually came out with a new ruling that identified that grassroots organizations can work hand in hand with the campaign.

00:04:46.000 I think that part of the reason why they've allowed this, the Democrats that are on the FEC allowed this, is because Biden is in so much trouble that there's absolutely no way that they can operate without totally working together openly with all the outside groups and outside money that Soros has put into the left.

00:05:03.000 But this is a huge opportunity for our side to actually organize and do these very same things that the Democrats have been doing kind of in the dark of the night for years and years and years.

00:05:13.000 And so we've spent a ton of time talking and working with the Trump campaign since this has been made very clearly allowed by the FEC, which is that we can coordinate on grassroots efforts, which that includes door knocking and get out the vote and talking about how we approach voters.

00:05:36.000 We talk about how we get out the chase.

00:05:39.000 And so, you know, we've kind of led on the forefront of ballot chasing and voter identification.

00:05:45.000 And so we're able to work together not only with all the other outside groups that we've been working with, but then now the Trump campaign as well, which is really great.

00:05:54.000 Yeah, it's huge.

00:05:54.000 And I'm not saying anything I'm not supposed to say here, Tyler, but it's been reported in the press.

00:06:00.000 You and Charlie took a trip.

00:06:03.000 I wanted to go, but Charlie's like, no, you got to stay.

00:06:06.000 You got to stay and host the show.

00:06:08.000 But you guys took a trip over to Florida and had a meeting.

00:06:13.000 It was productive.

00:06:14.000 I know you can't disclose everything that went on in that meeting, but can you paint a little bit of a picture for our audience, what was discussed?

00:06:22.000 Yeah.

00:06:23.000 So again, we can't really get into too many details on the strategy side of things, but what we can say just with a broad brush is that the left has been way ahead on how they look at the voter base and how they identify which voters.

00:06:36.000 And the old school way, and we've talked about this all the time with Charlie on the show through Turning Point Action, is that the old school way of doing things before you had technology and data accessible on a day-to-day basis, you just try to win over the independents just generally, right?

00:06:52.000 And so you just do large TV buys, general messaging.

00:06:57.000 And if you won the high propensity or the more likely voter that's independent, you were more likely just to win, right?

00:07:04.000 And so you could pretty much stake your claim based off of that.

00:07:08.000 And so then when they polled people, and this is where polling comes in, they used to only poll or largely poll people who are more likely to vote.

00:07:16.000 And so now it's different because what the Democrats have realized is with data and technology and access, and it's really the outside groups that now control the Democrat Party, the Soros build that everybody talks about, but we never talk about exactly what that is.

00:07:30.000 Those groups have identified that, hey, we can cancel out all those high-propensity votes with low propensity votes.

00:07:35.000 You just got to put enough bodies on the ground to chase them.

00:07:38.000 You have to identify who these people are in the right areas and go get them.

00:07:42.000 Our side really hasn't done any of that.

00:07:44.000 We've just kept doing it the old school way, kind of pre-technological, the pre-Nokia days, as I talked about, Snake 2, for those millennials of us that had our first Nokia's, right?

00:07:55.000 That's still how the GOP had been operating campaigns even to this day.

00:07:59.000 And now things are finally changing.

00:08:01.000 And I got to give a lot of credit to some of the brains that are now in the room for the Trump campaign because they recognize this.

00:08:09.000 They recognize the need to focus on those low propensity ballots, those less likely voters, because the high propensity are going to vote.

00:08:18.000 And we know because of polling, we know because of where the state of the country is in, they're not voting for Joe Biden.

00:08:24.000 And so that's good.

00:08:26.000 We know our people, we're not bleeding our people.

00:08:29.000 We have our people.

00:08:30.000 We now need to go get more of our own people.

00:08:33.000 And those are Republicans who just, for whatever reason, didn't vote in 2020, that have they're busy, that have jobs, that have kids, that think it's a slam dunk in their area.

00:08:45.000 Trump flags are flying everywhere.

00:08:47.000 We need their votes.

00:08:49.000 And so that's where the data and the maps are playing out: in our key states like Arizona and Wisconsin, we need to run up the score in places that are deep red, and we need to lose by less in places that are a little bit more blue.

00:09:02.000 Yeah.

00:09:02.000 Well, and by the way, this whole project has been featured.

00:09:06.000 There was a whole feature in New York, the New York Times, even.

00:09:10.000 Nick Corsinidi was the reporter there.

00:09:14.000 Breitbart's talked about it.

00:09:16.000 The national polls has talked about it.

00:09:17.000 Now we got a new one today from the Epoch Times or Epic Times, however you like to say it.

00:09:22.000 They say Epoch, which is interesting.

00:09:24.000 The super chase strategy that conservative activists will hope will win the 2024 elections.

00:09:31.000 All about turning point actions chase, chase the vote strategy.

00:09:36.000 And then I want you to go to 146, a little picture of Tyler here.

00:09:40.000 Just throw the image up there, guys.

00:09:43.000 You got Matthew Martinez is outshining you on this image.

00:09:48.000 But Tyler, there, you're right behind, right behind the board of the map.

00:09:52.000 You got to love that.

00:09:53.000 Matthew's fantastic.

00:09:55.000 He's working behind the scenes on a lot of the data.

00:09:58.000 We've had him on the show before.

00:10:00.000 But this is starting, people are starting to wake up to this, Tyler.

00:10:03.000 And in the few minutes we have left here, explain what you've seen as more and more people within the conservative ecosystem have found out about what we're doing at turning point action.

00:10:15.000 Because it started with New York Times.

00:10:16.000 They were so like, you know, Trump is very anti-Chase.

00:10:19.000 He's very anti-early balloting.

00:10:20.000 But, you know, how do you navigate this?

00:10:22.000 And now it's, now it feels like we're hitting this crescendo moment where more and more buy-in is happening.

00:10:28.000 Is that what you're seeing?

00:10:29.000 Are you seeing the hearts and minds change?

00:10:31.000 My favorite quote from this piece that just came out of the Epoch Times, Epoch Times is: Matthew Martinez bounded from map to map with a broad smile.

00:10:38.000 And in our office, if we go into our office, you can see there's maps plastered everywhere, just of all the places that we're targeting.

00:10:44.000 But this is really it.

00:10:45.000 So the core of this with Trump is this is why people are so confused because it is kind of confusing.

00:10:51.000 Because there's an element here where it's we want to be too big to rig, meaning, and we've talked about this.

00:10:57.000 We know the left has manipulated certain elements of the voting process now.

00:11:02.000 They've changed the equipment.

00:11:04.000 They've changed processes.

00:11:05.000 They've changed how they, what we call adjudication of ballots.

00:11:09.000 They are hardcore on chasing easier to vote votes. 0.82

00:11:14.000 That's like your Yokava votes or your overseas votes. 1.00

00:11:17.000 So they're doing all these manipulative things. 0.92

00:11:19.000 And the thing that we're talking about with people is the right has tons of votes that are out there, particularly in states like Arizona that have a long history of early voting that are already there.

00:11:29.000 We just haven't chased.

00:11:30.000 We haven't identified them.

00:11:32.000 And so in most cases, in most years, you would go, oh, we got to register way more people to catch up to the Democrats.

00:11:38.000 Actually, in places like Pennsylvania, we're seeing that Republicans are overtaking Democrats.

00:11:43.000 We have voter registration advantage here in Arizona and other states that we're seeing, like Florida has just expanded by almost a million.

00:11:50.000 Georgia, too.

00:11:51.000 Georgia, too.

00:11:52.000 So the votes we have there now.

00:11:55.000 So it's not as much of an issue of we need to go register more votes.

00:11:58.000 And I give a lot of credit to President Trump for that.

00:12:00.000 He's brought out more people out of the darkness into wanting to vote.

00:12:05.000 We've now just got to chase the people who are less likely.

00:12:08.000 And that's part of our theory, which is that's the piece that is really the core component that's really missing is that.

00:12:16.000 Remember as a kid, your parents and grandparents making you try all the vegetables on your plate or when they coaxed you to eat fruit instead of sweets?

00:12:23.000 That's because they knew what was good for you.

00:12:25.000 And it's truer today than ever before.

00:12:27.000 You need to eat your fruits and veggies.

00:12:29.000 There's no substitute for a healthy diet, but there is balance in nature.

00:12:32.000 Their products are gluten-free and non-GMO, and they contain no added sugars or synthetics.

00:12:38.000 If you're looking for something to make you feel better naturally, you should definitely try Balance of Nature today.

00:12:43.000 Eat your fruits and veggies every single day with Balance of Nature.

00:12:46.000 I started taking Balance of Nature the day I decided I was ready to feel better.

00:12:49.000 Are you ready to start?

00:12:50.000 Whether you order online or call them direct, you must use promo code Charlie to get the special offer of 35% off.

00:12:56.000 Call them at 800-2468-751.

00:12:59.000 That is 800-2468-751 and use discount code Charlie or online at balanceofnature.com.

00:13:06.000 Use discount code Charlie to get 35% off.

00:13:11.000 So Trump put out a truth endorsing Chase the Vote, Turning Point Action, everything that we're doing there.

00:13:18.000 But Tyler, he also put up this URL saying, hey, get involved in the Chase the Vote.

00:13:24.000 Talk about the career opportunities.

00:13:26.000 A lot of people listening here.

00:13:27.000 Now, a lot of people think that Turning Point is youth focused, which we are.

00:13:31.000 But when it comes to Chase the Vote, we're actually looking for just passionate patriots that want to get involved.

00:13:38.000 Tyler, make the pitch. 0.96

00:13:39.000 Yeah, we're looking for everyone.

00:13:41.000 So, you know, part of the reason why President Trump put this out is because we're putting such a large ground force into motion here in Arizona and in Wisconsin.

00:13:51.000 We're also focused on some other states where we're looking at and hoping to put as many bodies as we can in Georgia and Michigan as well.

00:13:58.000 But our primary focus is Arizona and Wisconsin.

00:14:01.000 And that's just because, as we've gone through many times on the show, if you've watched the Charlie Kirk show, if you follow Turning Point Action, we're obsessed with this because the statistics of us winning the election if we win Arizona, Wisconsin go through the roof, unlike the other states.

00:14:15.000 And the other states have some problems.

00:14:17.000 Georgia, not so much.

00:14:19.000 Georgia's in really good shape, it looks like from a polling perspective.

00:14:22.000 It looks like the Democrats are pulling out resources out of Georgia.

00:14:27.000 But you're looking at Pennsylvania and Michigan and going, hey, how winnable are these really?

00:14:31.000 Well, you've got a ton of unions in those two states. 0.71

00:14:34.000 So you have predetermined armies for the left and they have really loose ballot harvesting laws and ballot manipulation laws in Michigan.

00:14:44.000 And so for those reasons, Wisconsin is just a better place to operate.

00:14:48.000 It's a more likely place if we put the ground forces.

00:14:51.000 And the Democrats know this too.

00:14:52.000 And they've put a ton of time, effort, energy, money already into Wisconsin.

00:14:56.000 So this is where, you know, the president's team have been tremendous.

00:15:00.000 The president's been tremendous.

00:15:01.000 Obviously, we've been close with the Trump family through the many years that they've In the last eight years that they've been on the scene.

00:15:10.000 But coming and working for us means becoming a full-time person to help us chase ballots in specific key precincts.

00:15:17.000 And so this isn't a secret.

00:15:19.000 The Democrats already know where our votes are.

00:15:21.000 We know where the Democrat votes are.

00:15:23.000 They're chasing their votes in their areas.

00:15:25.000 We're chasing our votes in our areas.

00:15:28.000 They don't want us to do that.

00:15:29.000 They want to try to suppress us as much as possible.

00:15:32.000 And so that's the reason why these jobs are so important.

00:15:34.000 You go to tpaction.com/slash careers.

00:15:38.000 You can get a job today working for us, working with us alongside us, identifying the neighborhoods and the specific voters that we need to make contact with and just help them in every possible way to make sure that their vote gets turned in and gets turned in on time so that we don't lose out, you know, tens of thousands of votes that easily could have made it last election cycle.

00:16:02.000 Yeah.

00:16:02.000 And Tyler, let me just give you guys a little hat tip for the work you're doing every day.

00:16:07.000 You're so in the weeds that, you know, it's easy, honestly, for me to give you these shout outs because what it, I mean, we're talking, and I don't know if this is insider baseball.

00:16:16.000 I'm not supposed to share, but I want to give people a little hope.

00:16:19.000 We're talking tens and tens of thousands, if not 100,000, 150,000 votes that, and we're not talking moving day of to early.

00:16:27.000 We're talking these are people on the sidelines that are not showing up.

00:16:31.000 This is net positive votes.

00:16:34.000 And if you go to tpaction.com slash careers and you live in one of these territories that Turning Point Action is highlighting and it's focusing on, you could get a job.

00:16:44.000 You could get a job knocking on doors, using the app, using our data back end to go get these people out to the polls.

00:16:51.000 You know, make the final pitch, though, on signing up for a career.

00:16:55.000 Yeah, I mean, this is where this is going to be the most critical piece.

00:17:00.000 Again, statistically, if we want to win this election, we've got to win Arizona.

00:17:03.000 There's no question about it.

00:17:05.000 We must win Wisconsin.

00:17:06.000 Wisconsin is really becoming World War III between the Republicans and Democrats.

00:17:11.000 And so you've got to show up.

00:17:13.000 So there's a couple, there's two different things, three different things that you can do.

00:17:16.000 One is you can join us at tpaction.com slash careers.

00:17:20.000 Come work for us in the specific precincts and wards that we have to win.

00:17:23.000 Full-time, chasing the right votes to win.

00:17:26.000 Two is joining coalitions.

00:17:27.000 You can go to coalitions.com or tpaction.com/slash coalitions.

00:17:31.000 Join a specific group in a specific precinct to help chase ballots as a volunteer in your community.

00:17:38.000 So whether you're a Hispanic American, a teacher, a mom, we have a coalition for you.

00:17:44.000 So you can work with other people in that community to chase those votes.

00:17:47.000 And then last is just planning ahead and what is showing up.

00:17:51.000 We're going to have office space.

00:17:54.000 The Republicans and conservatives will have office space all across the state of Arizona and Wisconsin.

00:17:58.000 Showing up in October after basically October 7th in either of those states to help knock doors and chase ballots to help people turn in their votes.

00:18:09.000 We will be prepared to deploy and dispatch thousands of people in Arizona, Wisconsin.

00:18:14.000 So if you can plan a vacation now for October, we need you.

00:18:18.000 Come to Arizona, work a couple weekends or a full week, and then help us chase as many votes as you can.

00:18:24.000 All right.

00:18:24.000 Boots on the ground equals ballots.

00:18:26.000 We lost by 42,000.

00:18:28.000 I say lost last time.

00:18:30.000 Not again.

00:18:30.000 Thanks, Tyler.

00:18:34.000 Hey there.

00:18:35.000 Investing feels overwhelming right now, doesn't it?

00:19:54.000 Welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show.

00:19:56.000 I am thrilled, just beyond tickled, to invite this next guest onto the show, Kane from Citizen Free Press.

00:20:05.000 Now, Kane, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.

00:20:08.000 It is, of course, not Charlie, it's Andrew.

00:20:11.000 And that's what makes me so excited about this.

00:20:12.000 You're one of Charlie's favorite guests.

00:20:14.000 And so he's going to be extremely jealous that I get to have you on the show and he doesn't.

00:20:19.000 So thank you for making my date today, Kane.

00:20:22.000 Yeah, how about that, man?

00:20:23.000 I'm ready to go.

00:20:26.000 All right.

00:20:26.000 So throw up the image of the stack.

00:20:28.000 We got the stack here.

00:20:29.000 Citizen Free Press.

00:20:31.000 If you do not know about Citizen Free Press, you don't know about the new Drudge.

00:20:35.000 The Drudge is gone.

00:20:36.000 Drudge is passe.

00:20:38.000 It's old news.

00:20:39.000 Citizen Free Press is where the movement goes to get their news and their news feed.

00:20:44.000 Kane, I told you yesterday, I was just talking to a reporter and he was like, man, I noticed a couple of my stories got this huge bump.

00:20:51.000 And I realized it all came from Citizen Free Press.

00:20:53.000 So the reporters love you, Kane, especially when you're showing off their stuff, linking to their articles.

00:20:59.000 But you're pretty creative here, Kane.

00:21:02.000 You actually, if I just read down the stack, I don't even have to click into a lot of these articles and I know exactly what's going on in the day.

00:21:11.000 You spend all your, just tell the audience, you spend basically every waking moment of your day pouring over the news.

00:21:18.000 Is that right?

00:21:19.000 Do you have hobbies?

00:21:20.000 Yeah.

00:21:22.000 In a previous life, I had a very full life full of hobbies, golf, especially, fishing, some.

00:21:31.000 But yeah, you're right.

00:21:32.000 You know, I'm on a hamster wheel, Andrew. 0.96

00:21:35.000 As you know, the story, I decided seven years ago to create a drudge alternative, and I wasn't going to tell anyone. 0.78

00:21:41.000 I wasn't going to get any publicity.

00:21:43.000 I was just going to start publishing headlines.

00:21:45.000 And we would see if, you know, the old mantra is: if you build it, they will come.

00:21:50.000 So I just, you know, and my whole goal was to get 10% of Drudges' traffic.

00:21:55.000 So it's now seven years later, as you know.

00:21:58.000 A lot of this is going to tie in.

00:21:59.000 I'm going to tell a few things here.

00:22:01.000 Seven years later, I've never gotten off the hamster wheel.

00:22:04.000 I get up every morning at about eight.

00:22:06.000 And for people who don't know, the stack loads in half a second.

00:22:10.000 There are no ads.

00:22:11.000 You can check it 10, 20 times a day, and all the news stories are going to be at the top.

00:22:17.000 So from about eight or nine in the morning until about 2 a.m. Eastern time, I fill that stack.

00:22:23.000 I take a break to, you know, try to get some sleep in the middle because I only sleep about five hours at night.

00:22:29.000 But yeah, it's a rough thing.

00:22:30.000 And, you know, you and I have discussed privately, you, you know, once you get an opportunity like this, once a huge number of people are reading, we now get 500,000 daily unique readers, right, who come about five times each on average.

00:22:46.000 So we get two and a half million visits a day.

00:22:49.000 And from those visits, they click on about five or six thing, six things each visit.

00:22:54.000 So that's how we get 12 or 13, even 14 million page views a day.

00:23:01.000 So, right.

00:23:01.000 So it blew up, right?

00:23:03.000 I didn't expect this.

00:23:04.000 We're at 400 million page views a month.

00:23:06.000 Drudge is at like 570.

00:23:09.000 So we've, you know, we're well past 10% and getting close to 80%.

00:23:14.000 But, you know, the unfortunate thing is this is me.

00:23:17.000 You know, I've been doing this for 2,500 straight days.

00:23:21.000 I haven't really been able to get off.

00:23:23.000 And so this is where it ties in.

00:23:25.000 For people who don't know, if you're in any of the surrounding states in Michigan, in Detroit, TP Action, Charlie and Andrew are throwing a huge convention, the People's Convention, the People's Republican Convention in Detroit.

00:23:39.000 It's June 14th, 15th, and 16th.

00:23:43.000 And they've wrote me in.

00:23:44.000 Charlie and Andrew wrote me in.

00:23:46.000 Last time I was on your show, you guys put out a tweet an hour later.

00:23:50.000 I think you put that tweet out.

00:23:52.000 So I'm roped in.

00:23:54.000 So, dude, I'll wrap it up.

00:23:56.000 Yeah.

00:23:56.000 So I'll wrap it up quick.

00:23:58.000 The site is a maniac site.

00:24:00.000 I never stop, but I'm getting off the hamster wheel for three days in Detroit.

00:24:05.000 I'm going to move.

00:24:06.000 You're going to see it in my hotel room, Andrew.

00:24:08.000 I'm moving the whole global headquarters into my hotel room.

00:24:13.000 And I'm going to try to be down on the floor with you guys and run the site at the same time.

00:24:18.000 So I'm looking forward to it.

00:24:20.000 I'm so glad you're coming.

00:24:21.000 You're our ace in the hole, Kane.

00:24:22.000 You know, we, you know, we're not even worried about tickets because we know all the Kane fans are going to be getting tickets just to be able to see if they can spot Kane in the audience.

00:24:32.000 But, you know, you are thus far anonymous, Kane, but maybe that's going to change June 14th through the 16th.

00:24:40.000 We'll see.

00:24:41.000 We'll see if we can't get the public coming out show for the big reveal for Kane at Citizen Free Press.

00:24:50.000 So, you know, I'm just, it's a little teaser.

00:24:52.000 I'm not saying it's going to happen, but I'm not saying it's not going to happen.

00:24:55.000 So you're just going to have to buy a ticket and come out and maybe or maybe not see Kane in person.

00:25:00.000 But it's a big draw.

00:25:01.000 We're very excited about it.

00:25:03.000 Okay, Kane, lots of news.

00:25:06.000 I said in hour one, I woke up.

00:25:08.000 I didn't get any sleep last night.

00:25:09.000 My kids kept me up.

00:25:10.000 There was coming in the bed and out of the bed.

00:25:12.000 I was putting them.

00:25:12.000 Anyways, I got wired.

00:25:14.000 I couldn't sleep.

00:25:15.000 I was like, oh, no, there's like no news today.

00:25:17.000 And then you got the her tapes.

00:25:22.000 Biden invoking executive action.

00:25:24.000 You got Michael Cohen getting cross-examined again.

00:25:29.000 Looks like Trump is just speaking.

00:25:31.000 So get me that tape, guys, if you can.

00:25:34.000 Trump's just issuing a statement, maybe outside of the courtroom, unless it was yesterday.

00:25:39.000 You've got the House Freedom Caucus doing oppressor.

00:25:43.000 What is CFP Nation focused on right now?

00:25:46.000 What is getting their attention?

00:25:48.000 What do they not care about?

00:25:49.000 Well, that's an interesting question.

00:25:51.000 You mentioned a lot of things are happening.

00:25:54.000 Quickly, I think the interesting part of Biden invoking executive privilege, for people who don't know, that's coming about because Jim Jordan and the Judiciary Committee have begun criminal contempt charges against Merrick Garland.

00:26:08.000 And for people who remember, we also had criminal contempt charges that were approved by the House against Eric Holder under Obama.

00:26:16.000 So this will be the first time.

00:26:17.000 I can't remember if there were ever criminal contempt charges against Jeff Sessions.

00:26:21.000 But anyway, so Merritt Garland facing this potential vote, Biden comes out this morning, calls executive privilege.

00:26:29.000 But Jim Jordan said, and it's in the stack in a CNN article, they will still go forward with the criminal contempt motion and vote in the House.

00:26:39.000 So they're not letting Merrick Garland off the hook.

00:26:41.000 So that's one good thing. 0.92

00:26:42.000 To answer your question about what they don't care about, you know, the CFP nation like Charlie Kirk Nation, they're maniacs, right? 0.76

00:26:52.000 You know, the people who are who are following your show and in your chat room and on my side in the open thread, these are maniacs.

00:26:59.000 So they care about everything.

00:27:01.000 They're following all the stories.

00:27:03.000 We're, you know, something else I want to, I want to put out, and I haven't, I saw it on a Chiron.

00:27:09.000 I want to know if you've seen this.

00:27:11.000 Fox News has a Chiron up in the last 20 minutes saying 80% of voters will still vote for Trump if he's convicted.

00:27:18.000 And the reason that's important, as yeah, as you know, is Charlie and I are that, and you were always trying to, you know, look into the future and figure out what's going to happen with this potential conviction.

00:27:30.000 You know, and the media can call him, you know, convicted felon, President Trump.

00:27:35.000 And we've sort of seen, though, that these polls haven't come true, right?

00:27:38.000 Because there were the same polls saying, what if Trump is indicted?

00:27:42.000 And those polls a year ago said, oh, you know, half the Republican voter base would turn against him.

00:27:48.000 Hey, great.

00:27:48.000 That's fantastic that you got that up.

00:27:50.000 I see the graphic.

00:27:51.000 So the point is, here's the thing.

00:27:53.000 As long as Trump stays ahead of the story, keeps telling people what's going to happen, then I think he's going to avoid the negative fallout from a BS conviction.

00:28:06.000 And the last thing I'll say before I throw it back: so there's a very good chance that this jury could hang, right?

00:28:12.000 There's two attorneys on the jury.

00:28:13.000 There's a lot of doubts being raised.

00:28:15.000 The jury could definitely hang.

00:28:17.000 But if they don't and they convict Trump, we've got to deal with the fact that it's going to take potentially two years before the New York Appeals Court deals with it.

00:28:28.000 As you know, it took them two years to do the Weinstein overruling that just came out two weeks ago.

00:28:33.000 They do not move quickly.

00:28:34.000 So I'll throw it back to you with that.

00:28:36.000 Well, so I actually, you know, the same reporter I was talking to about you, Kane, yesterday, this reporter, and I'll leave him nameless, but he's in the courtroom.

00:28:47.000 So I was asking him, I said, you know, what's it like in there?

00:28:49.000 You know, he gave me some bad news.

00:28:51.000 He said, you know, the cross-examination of Cohen was a little lackluster.

00:28:54.000 So he said he was surprised it didn't go. 0.98

00:28:57.000 I mean, because it's such an opportunity to just drill Cohen into the ground because he's such a liar. 0.55

00:29:05.000 We have some of these Costello clips we can play you. 0.97

00:29:07.000 But basically, his former advisor, his legal advisor, is basically calling him a liar.

00:29:11.000 He's going on, he's doing the media circuit right now saying, hey, Cohen, you said I didn't, I have nothing on Trump.

00:29:18.000 I would do anything not to go to jail.

00:29:21.000 And I had fallen out of favor with Trump.

00:29:23.000 I wanted to be in Washington.

00:29:24.000 So I did this Stormy Daniels payment by taking out a HELOC on my property.

00:29:29.000 I didn't want my wife to know because I wanted them to know how much I, you know, I would bleed, die for them, right?

00:29:35.000 So because he wanted, he wanted a job in Washington in 2016.

00:29:38.000 So he took this upon himself, according to Costello.

00:29:42.000 But this is the last thing I'll say on this, Kane.

00:29:44.000 We know that there is one ringer, potential ringer on this jury, and that's all it takes.

00:29:50.000 And I talked about this with the reporter and he said, I think I know which guy this is.

00:29:54.000 So he's the ring.

00:29:57.000 Yeah, he said, I could look, and there's one, there's, I think there was one guy that looks their news from Truth Social, Trump's.

00:30:05.000 I mean, if you've ever been on True Social, we recommend everybody go check it out.

00:30:08.000 But if you've ever been on True Social, that is like MAGA homeland.

00:30:12.000 Okay.

00:30:13.000 That's MAGA country.

00:30:15.000 And so if you've got one juror that's getting his news, I mean, I don't know how this guy got through, but it only takes one to get a hung jury.

00:30:24.000 So I was telling, and so this reporter is like, I think I know who that is.

00:30:27.000 And I think I know who the Daily Mail guy is.

00:30:30.000 So Daily Mail is kind of all over the place.

00:30:32.000 Sometimes it's liberal.

00:30:33.000 Sometimes it's kind of tabloid.

00:30:34.000 Sometimes it's more kind of right of center stuff.

00:30:37.000 But I mean, I would be willing to put money on the fact that this is such a weak case.

00:30:43.000 This is such a weak, there is no criminal charge at the federal level that they're actually sort of basing this on.

00:30:52.000 Absolutely.

00:30:54.000 There's no there there, Kane.

00:30:56.000 But I think this goes in a hung jury.

00:30:58.000 I'd put money on it.

00:30:59.000 Yeah, that's great insight.

00:31:01.000 You know, that's it's really that stuff that matters, right?

00:31:03.000 Someone being inside the courtroom, looking at the faces of the jurors, that's how you're really going to be able to determine what's sinking in and what isn't.

00:31:10.000 So, that's really great insight.

00:31:12.000 And I hadn't heard that.

00:31:13.000 You know, you're correct about the two social thing.

00:31:16.000 I mean, we I'm sure you tweeted that, we tweeted that we had it out there because we had the uh the social media habits and the reading habits of all the jurors from the questionnaires.

00:31:26.000 So, so again, yeah, it only takes one.

00:31:29.000 That you know, our fingers are crossed.

00:31:30.000 You're right about this being, you know, Jonathan Turley has been non-stop every day on Fox News talking about how this is an outdated uh felony that's beyond, excuse me, it's an outdated misdemeanor that's passed the uh you know, whose time has run past and they've sort of bootstrapped it into a felony.

00:31:48.000 At most, this is an FEC violation, a slap on the wrist.

00:31:52.000 Hillary Clinton, you know, did much worse, obviously, concocting the whole Russian collusion plan with the CIA and the Obama and Biden White House knowing about that. 1.00

00:32:03.000 That was going to be their plan to try to counter Trump's talking about her email and her email server.

00:32:08.000 You know, that is an election violation, that's election meddling.

00:32:11.000 And they paid hundreds of thousands.

00:32:13.000 If I'm not mistaken, in fact, I remember they sort of laundered the money through a law firm that was representing the Clinton campaign, but it was still hundreds of thousands, if not a yeah, yeah, yeah, no, absolutely.

00:32:27.000 She got away with the same thing, and no, no cuffs, no trial.

00:32:34.000 Three-star general Michael J. Flynn, head of the Pentagon Intelligence Agency, knew all the government's dirty secrets.

00:32:40.000 He was one of the most respected generals in the military.

00:32:43.000 Flynn knew what the Intel world had been up to, he understood gets funding.

00:32:47.000 He ordered the first audit of the use of contractors.

00:32:51.000 This set off alarm bells.

00:32:54.000 The explosive new documentary, Flynn, deliver the truth, whatever the cost, and covers the facts behind this scandal.

00:33:00.000 Flynn told the truth, he was the most dangerous person for Donald Trump to hire.

00:33:05.000 I find out the worst enemy that I'm going to face in my life is right here in America.

00:33:10.000 They took my assessment and they wanted me to change it.

00:33:13.000 I was like, I'm changing it.

00:33:15.000 They had to get rid of Flynn with in-depth interviews, archival footage, and never before seen personal records of the man behind the headlines.

00:33:23.000 I just felt like I was drowning.

00:33:25.000 Flynn, deliver the truth, whatever the cost.

00:33:28.000 Available now.

00:33:29.000 Watch it today.

00:33:30.000 Go to satemnow.com.

00:33:31.000 Satomeow.com.

00:33:37.000 All right, so let's get back.

00:33:38.000 Kane, I got to show you this clip just in case you haven't seen it.

00:33:41.000 152 play it.

00:33:42.000 Justice Department is a fundamental institution about our democracy.

00:33:46.000 People depend on us to ensure that our investigations and our prosecutions are conducted according to the facts and the law and without political influence.

00:33:59.000 We have gone to extraordinary lengths to ensure that the committees get responses to their legitimate requests.

00:34:10.000 But this is not one.

00:34:12.000 To the contrary, this is one that would harm our ability in the future to successfully pursue sensitive investigations.

00:34:21.000 Who is this guy kidding, Kane? 0.98

00:34:23.000 He says garbage. 0.98

00:34:24.000 He says, we bend over backwards to make sure our investigations are free of political influence. 0.99

00:34:31.000 Are you kidding me?

00:34:32.000 Why don't you go get a leash on your attack dog, Jack Smith, then, if you think things are free of political influence, Kane, what's your reaction to that clip?

00:34:39.000 Yeah, I had the same reaction. 1.00

00:34:41.000 It was garbage. 0.71

00:34:42.000 When I watched it, you know, that's the kind of thing where I throw stuff at my television. 0.98

00:34:46.000 You know, when it's as though they live in an alternate universe, that he doesn't understand how we interpret those same words.

00:34:55.000 When he's talking about fair at the same time as the House and Jim Jordan just had their hearing yesterday on law affair and weaponization against the president and Bob Costello, and you find out Judge Mershon, you know, it's the same judge.

00:35:08.000 You know, these are supposed to be random judges and it's Mershon handling the Trump case and Mershon's going to handle the Steve Bannon case.

00:35:15.000 And it's there, you know, none of us believe that.

00:35:20.000 And the polls have sort of shown that independents don't believe it either.

00:35:24.000 Nothing that comes out of that guy's mouth when he's trying to talk to us about fairness when for the first time in history, the president, a former president of the United States is charged with four in four separate indictments, 91 felonies for politics.

00:35:41.000 We didn't actually, you know, I apologize for getting angry.

00:35:44.000 Yeah, that's getting angry, Andrew, but you know, it's, we didn't finish the last one.

00:35:49.000 Hillary Clinton paid, I looked it up.

00:35:51.000 She paid a million dollars to Christopher Steele for that dossier, that fake dossier that was nothing but election meddling.

00:35:58.000 And, you know, that compared to what Trump's going through.

00:36:02.000 So when a guy like Garland stands up, I just want to break my flat screen TV, basically.

00:36:08.000 Well, I couldn't say it better, Kane.

00:36:10.000 He got indicted for politics.

00:36:12.000 It's exactly.

00:36:13.000 I mean, that is the most succinct way you could say.

00:36:17.000 What is Trump accused of?

00:36:18.000 Politics.

00:36:20.000 Being against this regime.

00:36:22.000 All right.

00:36:22.000 We got like the debates.

00:36:24.000 All right.

00:36:25.000 So Biden took the bait.

00:36:26.000 Trump had been goading him.

00:36:29.000 A lot has been made about why Biden wants to do this early.

00:36:33.000 Yeah.

00:36:33.000 Well, you know why he wants to do it early?

00:36:35.000 Because he'll be less dead.

00:36:37.000 He'll be less old.

00:36:38.000 You know, and people are like, why is Trump doing this with Jake Tapper and Dana Bash?

00:36:43.000 Why is he doing it on CNN?

00:36:44.000 And you know why?

00:36:45.000 Because the whole point is to expose, show the vitality of President Trump ready to kick butt on day one versus Joe Biden ready to take a nap an hour after the debate ends.

00:36:58.000 It doesn't matter.

00:36:59.000 Trump does great.

00:37:00.000 In fact, I think he gets more fired up by a hostile audience and a hostile meeting moderator.

00:37:07.000 Yeah, I do just want to say that I do think we can underestimate, we can underestimate Joe Biden.

00:37:12.000 We have to be careful about that.

00:37:14.000 But Kane, my man, that was excellent.

00:37:16.000 Until next time, thank you.
