00:01:52.000 In it, he alleged that the Chinese had been meddling in our elections, pointing back to 2020, that they have secured voter files for over 220 million Americans, including a revelation that almost 300,000 non citizens are registered to vote, and that the intel community has.

00:02:12.000 Intentionally subverted the president, not informing him.

00:02:15.000 They were massaging intel reports, burying the lead, and much, much more.

00:02:22.000 I figured rather than just go through it clip by clip, I wanted to bring in somebody that's been studying this very closely, and that's Brianna Lyman, elections correspondent for the Federalist.

00:02:44.000 What were to you the biggest takeaways of last night that our audience needs to know?

00:02:49.000 Yeah, and thank you so much for having me.

00:02:50.000 I think the overall takeaway is that despite what the left may say, the 2020 election is not beyond reproach and concern.

00:02:59.000 And I go back to John Radcliffe when he was at the DNI back in January of 2021.

00:03:03.000 He put out a statement and he had said that he had concerns that the intelligence community was essentially downplaying or politicizing their investigations into whether China influenced the 2020 election.

00:03:16.000 And I think everything we're seeing in the past 24 hours actually validates what John Radcliffe had said five years ago.

00:03:23.000 So we did see that apparently the intelligence community was trying to hide from the sitting president intelligence indicating that China did have some attempt to influence the election vis a vis social media campaigns.

00:03:38.000 There was also a report suggesting China may have looked at the 2016 election, identified states and sectors that supported President Trump, and would then use their own leverage to try and basically cripple.

00:03:50.000 Those entities so that they couldn't help President Trump in the 2020 election.

00:03:54.000 Those are all things that are extremely, you know, cause for concern.

00:03:57.000 We saw other declassified material indicating that the same items that the intelligence community said in the 2021 report didn't show China trying to influence elections, mainly social media operations, are the same things that the intelligence community then said in 2023 did contribute to China influencing the 2022 midterms.

00:04:20.000 So there's that politicization that we're talking about.

00:04:23.000 Yeah.

00:04:24.000 And the politicization is a huge issue here.

00:04:26.000 And the fact that China seems to be. 0.51

00:04:29.000 Intentionally poking at vulnerabilities in the American cultural and political system, including trying to stoke racial animus and discord, and also working with journalists that were anti Trump journalists to write additional anti Trump stories. 0.74

00:04:45.000 So it's sort of an attack from multiple vectors.

00:04:48.000 Now, I've seen there's some controversy or disagreement about their access to these 220 million voter files.

00:04:58.000 Some are saying you could pay a small fee and get these files at The state level in some states.

00:05:04.000 Break that part down for us, Brianna.

00:05:07.000 How worried should we be that they have these voter files?

00:05:10.000 I know that there's some concern about troops and where they're stationed and where they're voting.

00:05:16.000 That to me is very relevant, but how accessible are these voter files and how nefarious should we consider it that China has access to 220 million of them?

00:05:25.000 Yeah, well, one of the reports talked about just how China, Russia, Iran, and even North Korea had access or could possibly gain access to our election systems themselves, right?

00:05:34.000 That they are.

00:05:35.000 Vulnerable to some kind of nefarious action.

00:05:39.000 So, I don't think it's beyond the pale to say how secure our election systems, the machines we use, and also how secure are our registrations and our voter files.

00:05:48.000 And remember, these can't be too hard to get to because you have to have local and state officials who can access them because they are the ones conducting and carrying out elections on the day to day basis during election season, right?

00:05:58.000 So, it's not unreasonable that China or another foreign actor could possibly gain access to these.

00:06:05.000 And you would think that this would be a watershed moment, right?

00:06:08.000 This is something that should be very A political and objective. 0.82

00:06:11.000 There is a chance for foreign election interference.

00:06:14.000 They can possibly access very important data.

00:06:17.000 What can Republicans and Democrats do to stop it?

00:06:19.000 And instead, the response you're seeing to the clips you guys played in the beginning from Newsom and Cory Booker is Donald Trump is a conspiracy theorist.

00:06:28.000 And so it's concerning because these are the same people who told us that foreign election interference was so bad that we had to impeach Donald Trump.

00:06:35.000 And yet now, when they're given actual evidence of foreign election interference or the potential for it, they're pretending like it doesn't exist.

00:06:43.000 Well, this is a great point you're making, Brianna.

00:06:45.000 The fact of the matter is, all of these people are on record having expressed concerns about the vulnerabilities in our own electoral system.

00:06:54.000 And I can play clips of this, right?

00:06:56.000 You have here's Obama in 2018, as a matter of fact, talking about hacking elections.

00:07:07.000 What happened to the Republican Party?

00:07:09.000 The threat to our democracy doesn't just come from Donald Trump or.

00:07:15.000 The current batch of Republicans in Congress, or the Koch brothers and their lobbyists, or too much compromise from Democrats, or Russian hacking.

00:07:28.000 The biggest threat to our democracy is indifference.

00:07:31.000 So he mentions it.

00:07:32.000 Here's Nancy Pelosi, as a matter of fact, peddling the idea that Republicans are going to be the ones that hack voting machines.

00:07:41.000 We always have concerns, but with this president and these Republicans who have no commitment to.

00:07:49.000 The rule of law and doing things the appropriate way, we're ready.

00:07:53.000 There's so many things that you can do to protect the election, and they are being done, whether it's litigation or legislation or just mobilization, communication, all that.

00:08:08.000 But in addition to that, we have to be on guard as to what they may try to do to the technology.

00:08:15.000 They may try to creep into the technology and create a false count.

00:08:21.000 Oh, create a false count through the technology.

00:08:23.000 So this seems to be something that they're very aware of.

00:08:25.000 I've seen clips in the past of Kamala Harris.

00:08:28.000 Going through, walking through election facilities, talking about hacking vulnerabilities from foreign actors.

00:08:35.000 So, but all of a sudden, this is disinformation, and President Trump is trying to undermine the confidence in our electoral system.

00:08:42.000 Please explain that to me.

00:08:43.000 Yeah, well, I think the reason they're running with that line that Trump is trying to undermine our trust in the election system is because they want to try and cast a shadow of doubt on any legitimate things that one President Trump may bring up.

00:08:56.000 Also, let's remember there were legitimate concerns in 2020, specifically in places like.

00:09:00.000 Georgia.

00:09:01.000 And if President Trump is able to prove with the declassifications that there is evidence that there may have been some problems in the 2020 election that we should absolutely rectify going forward, it would lead people to say maybe we should take a look back at some other things that had been dismissed by the Democrats and by the propaganda press.

00:09:19.000 So I do think they're concerned about that.

00:09:21.000 I also think that they have to realize that the intelligence community lost any shred of credibility it had back in 2020 when they're the same people who said that the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation.

00:09:33.000 And now, apparently, they're the same people that were actually trying to hide information from the president in 2020 about China influence.

00:11:02.000 President Trump is very concerned with 2020, understandably, but he is the president now.

00:11:07.000 We are in 2026.

00:11:08.000 And I think you and I all would agree.

00:11:11.000 What matters most is where do we go from here?

00:11:14.000 And so I think, first of all, we should just highlight President Trump passed the ball to Mark Wayne Mullen.

00:11:19.000 We associate him, of course, with deportations, but he's also been given a portfolio for the homeland security aspect of our elections.

00:11:28.000 And he was describing this morning the number of non citizens who have gotten onto our voting rolls in just a handful of states.

00:11:35.000 Let's play clip 29.

00:11:37.000 We've identified 250,000 non citizens registered to vote.

00:11:43.000 In just four states.

00:11:46.000 We also worked with proactive states to identify 28,000 non citizens on their voter rolls, plus 400,000 individuals that are still registered to vote that are deceased.

00:12:04.000 So that's just in four states.

00:12:06.000 That's wild.

00:12:06.000 Just in four states.

00:12:07.000 And even if those are large states, you calculated that out, that's almost certainly going to mean several million people illegally registered to vote.

00:12:16.000 If they vote, it's not going to automatically flag anything as improper.

00:12:22.000 What's the takeaway from this, Brianna?

00:12:24.000 What does this mean for our country that this is possible to have happen?

00:12:28.000 Yeah, I mean, if this isn't enough to convince some of those Republicans who refuse to get on board with the Save America Act to get on board, I don't know what will. 0.62

00:12:36.000 And I think what people have to remember with non citizen voting, it's very easy for a non citizen to register to vote intentionally or even accidentally, right? 0.94

00:12:45.000 The only thing standing between a non citizen and our free and fair elections. 0.96

00:12:49.000 Is a little square box like this big, really this big, that says you attest under penalty of perjury that you are telling the truth about your citizenship status. 1.00

00:12:57.000 And I just did a report in New Jersey a few weeks ago where there are non citizens writing into their county election clerk saying, I didn't even know I was registered.

00:13:05.000 I would like to be removed because otherwise I won't be able to apply for citizenship.

00:13:09.000 And so one of the problems is because of the way Congress works, people can get registered at the DMV and people who may not speak English proficiently may accidentally register to vote.

00:13:19.000 And because they're not prompted to prove that they are a citizen, They may just very well not know that they can't register to vote.

00:13:25.000 Of course, you could have nefarious actors as well.

00:13:28.000 And so, this should be that impetus that Republicans and even Democrats need to see that our elections are not secure from foreign election interference.

00:13:37.000 Non citizens register to vote and possibly voting is foreign election interference. 1.00

00:13:43.000 Yeah, that's such a great point.

00:13:44.000 So, you've got nefarious actions of China and others meddling directly in our election.

00:13:49.000 They're sending fake IDs to people, trying to get them registered.

00:13:52.000 But we have a more central, fixable problem, which is that. 0.62

00:13:56.000 Non citizens may, whether or not they know that they're doing so or not, are registered to vote in this country.

00:14:03.000 Now we have proof in four states, four states of at least 250,000 foreigners that are registered to vote.

00:14:10.000 Okay, that's one aspect.

00:14:12.000 Of course, let's pass the Save America Act.

00:14:15.000 But there's a whole other aspect, which is this deep state, which seems to be intentionally obfuscating or concealing this intel from the president.

00:14:28.000 Another official inside the FBI wrote that she was running, quote, a shadow government, unquote, to keep intelligence about China's election meddling from becoming known and to keep it away from the honorable press.

00:14:44.000 Other officials who witnessed such efforts perceived the motivations to be blatantly political.

00:14:51.000 I mean, this seems like treason, Brianna.

00:14:53.000 I think he said elsewhere in the speech, too, that they have those CIA presidential daily briefings and they're keeping information away from the president about.

00:15:02.000 China is trying to influence the election.

00:15:04.000 I think specifically because their research said they're trying to move the election towards Joe Biden.

00:15:10.000 And I guess we compare that with what we saw in 2016, where they allegedly had evidence that Russia was moving it towards Trump.

00:15:18.000 And so they just started a massive investigation of the Trump campaign.

00:15:22.000 I just feel there's a huge divergence there that's very revealing about how they behave in the permanent part of Washington.

00:15:31.000 Yeah.

00:15:31.000 And the fact that they said they were massaging those daily presidential briefings again to water down the information.

00:15:36.000 Information they gave to the president is concerning.

00:15:39.000 And for some reason, people still want Americans to believe that they should have full trust in our intelligence community.

00:15:44.000 But they have shredded any ounce of credibility starting in 2016 with the Russia collusion hoax to the Hunter Biden laptop, and now to all of this declassified information.

00:15:55.000 And so I think that when President Trump says that he wants to kind of clean out house and you have all those leftist detractors say that Donald Trump is upending society as we know it, Donald Trump is doing something that the founders probably would have really respected, which is taking power away from unelected officials who are actively working against the President, right?

00:16:13.000 If you're concealing information about foreign threats from the president, you're working against the president and the country.

00:16:18.000 So I hope to see that President Trump has his administration crack down on people who did take these actions to conceal.

00:16:25.000 They should be fired if they're still employed.

00:16:27.000 If anyone did anything illegal, there needs to be investigations into that.

00:16:30.000 So hopefully, this is that first step toward the accountability we've been waiting to see for a decade.

00:16:35.000 So let's keep our facts here straight, by the way, because the left loses their brains about this stuff.

00:19:49.000 Indiana, we spoke up, we laid down the law, we got rid of all those senators, those state senators that were standing in the way of redistricting.

00:19:59.000 We have a memory that's about 20 seconds long in this country, and I want everybody to remember that.

00:20:04.000 Texas, we were early on Paxton.

00:20:07.000 The president followed us.

00:20:08.000 We're grateful for that.

00:20:11.000 And we've got his back in the general.

00:20:17.000 So, Tyler, all of this combined, like explain our guiding philosophy, why we're doing what we're doing and what we're doing in the field.

00:20:25.000 I mean, we're talking about fundamentally changing the Republican Party for the better.

00:20:30.000 Andy Biggs, you mentioned first.

00:20:32.000 We'll start there because that's the big thing that we're going to cover on Tuesday.

00:20:34.000 We're probably going to live stream Tuesday.

00:20:36.000 And you're going to want to pay attention because Arizona.

00:20:39.000 Again, for everybody that's listening at home, is the most important state for 2028 for Republicans.

00:20:46.000 The most, bar none, important state.

00:20:48.000 And so.

00:20:48.000 Explain why.

00:20:50.000 Well, just quickly, and we're going to synopsize this because we're going to talk about this a whole lot for the next two and a half years, essentially, two and a quarter years, is that if we lose Arizona in 2028, the statistics on winning the presidency for a Republican go way down the drain.

00:21:07.000 The left has some states like this, Michigan, but.

00:21:09.000 All the different combinations that you need to win the presidency, Arizona is a part of a vast majority of those for Republicans, especially if you start losing states like North Carolina or Georgia or some others, right?

00:21:21.000 So you have to win Arizona.

00:21:24.000 And so you have to win now.

00:21:26.000 Andy Biggs is the best way I can describe it for most of the country is when Ron DeSantis won, Freedom Caucus member got in.

00:21:35.000 People weren't super sure he had the capability of winning at the time.

00:21:39.000 The Democrats put through everything they possibly could.

00:21:41.000 He won by a very small, very small margin.

00:21:44.000 In 2018, it was like 40,000 votes or something, right?

00:21:48.000 Which is nothing in Florida because you're talking about millions of dollars.

00:21:51.000 To a guy who has since been arrested a few times drugs, everything.

00:21:54.000 Yeah, lots of scandals.

00:21:56.000 And thank goodness that Ron DeSantis won.

00:21:58.000 But when he won, he fundamentally transformed that state and shifted not just Florida, but the entire party ideologically.

00:22:06.000 And a lot of that is, again, thanks to the president.

00:22:08.000 The president got behind Ron DeSantis.

00:22:09.000 He didn't have to do that, he did it.

00:22:12.000 And it helped Ron DeSantis win.

00:22:16.000 Ron DeSantis becoming governor of Florida fundamentally changed how elections happen everywhere because the Democrats abandoned that state and went other places.

00:22:24.000 And the same thing could easily happen here in Arizona, another swing state, because Florida was considered a swing state at that time, where Andy Biggs wins, Freedom Caucus member, fundamentally changes.

00:22:35.000 And then the Democrats have to rearrange.

00:22:37.000 So they abandon the state.

00:22:38.000 They have to go other places.

00:22:40.000 They have to try to win other places.

00:22:42.000 That is what is at stake.

00:22:43.000 And how that impacts 2028 is if we do that now, we win now, the Democrats have to.

00:22:49.000 Restack the deck.

00:22:50.000 They have to completely change their entire game plan.

00:22:53.000 So, this is really important for us strategically as a party to win in Arizona, not just for Arizonans, but for the entire country.

00:23:01.000 You brought up a couple others.

00:23:03.000 Well, let's stay on Arizona just for a second here, Tyler.

00:23:07.000 So, remember back to 2024, we were having these huge voter reg gains.

00:23:12.000 We were outpacing them.

00:23:13.000 I mean, Arizona has a lot of independence, but if you just look at Republican v. Democrat, we're crushing them.

00:23:19.000 Right.

00:23:20.000 So, especially in 2024, there's a lot of news on that.

00:23:22.000 How have we done since November 2024 on the voter reg side?

00:23:26.000 So, it's actually expanded since 2024.

00:23:29.000 So, you'll see a couple of negative news stories because the Democrats have been putting a ton of, they're trying to play catch up now in the final months of voter registration ahead of this election.

00:23:38.000 And so, they've made some gains in Maricopa County.

00:23:43.000 You know, obviously, when you clean the voter rolls, you lose voters.

00:23:47.000 And so, if you don't replace them and go out proactively do that, our team is out there doing it, and we're actually slowing the losses, let's say, per se.

00:23:57.000 And we saw plenty of these in 2020.

00:23:59.000 Even ahead of 2022, the Democrats invested a ton into voter registration.

00:24:03.000 But wouldn't you know it, once USAID went away, once Soros money and international money and C3s and things like that started having a lot more eyes on them after the Trump administration got in, they've had a tougher time just like freely registering tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of voters across the country.

00:24:25.000 So the Republicans have done a good job at registering voters since 2024, and we've expanded in almost every state.

00:24:33.000 But, you know, again, the Democrats are going to last minute try to squeeze in and do everything they possibly can to manipulate voter rolls and get as many people in and try to salvage as many of their voters that they kept.

00:24:46.000 And that's important to keep an eye on.

00:25:37.000 And so you have a lot of younger people too who don't identify with the party, who lean a little bit more left.

00:25:43.000 And so it's not a huge disparity.

00:25:45.000 It's not one of these things where it's like, you know, the Democrats have 80% of the independents.

00:25:49.000 But, you know, there's independence, a misnomer, right?

00:25:53.000 So a lot of people think independent.

00:25:55.000 They think, oh, that person goes back and forth between Republican and Democrat.

00:25:58.000 No, that's not the case.

00:25:58.000 They just don't register with the party.

00:26:00.000 Most people identify as like a liberal independent or a conservative independent.

00:26:03.000 Yeah, I think even like sometimes conservative leaning independents are basically just Republican voters who they're very attached to like.

00:26:11.000 Or they view themselves as more conservative than the Republican Party.

00:26:15.000 And so those people exist on both sides.

00:26:40.000 Arizona HQ, or if it's in Nevada, we've got a field office in Nevada now, or a field office in New Hampshire.

00:26:46.000 We're training up hundreds and hundreds of these ballot chasers in what we're calling the red wall as we seek gains in the midterms, but also looking ahead to 2028 to make the math really, really hard on Democrats.

00:27:05.000 And are we ahead of where we were in 2024 as far as staffing up and building that machine to get out the vote?

00:27:26.000 And so, we've been able to get out ahead of even where we were in 2024 with full time people on the ground, which this is part of the reason why you're seeing such a huge advantage in the primary here in Arizona, because obviously, turning points, name ID, and with what we call high propensity Republicans, people trust the brand.

00:27:45.000 With low propensity Republicans, that's who we're really working with, who don't typically vote.

00:27:50.000 The more we can get them out to vote in the primary, The further out ahead we get before the general.

00:29:18.000 And so Henson, who's the, you know, cute blonde congresswoman, stepped up and is running and she's well liked and she's doing pretty well in the polls.

00:29:31.000 Who actually ran an organization that we partnered with called Run Gen Z, which focused on recruiting Gen Z members of the public to run for office, like mostly state legislature, city council, things like that.

00:29:43.000 I mean, he's really put in the time.

00:29:47.000 He ended up working for the Trump administration for a little bit, doing a really tremendous job, threw his hat in the ring, young guy, and pretty handily won his race for Congress.

00:29:58.000 So he'll be one of the youngest members of Congress out of Iowa, which is awesome.

00:30:03.000 Huge, huge fan of the president, vice president, which you haven't always had that in Iowa.

00:30:09.000 You've had some kind of establishment people who have kind of been a little bit anti Trump.

00:30:14.000 If you remember, the governor endorsed against Trump in the primary, which was a huge mistake.

00:30:20.000 She ended up, you know, kind of just kind of going into obscurity a little bit, although I think she's a good lady.

00:30:26.000 But Joe is going to be kind of this up and comer that really crushes it there.

00:30:31.000 That laid the foundation for what was coming, which was this governor's race.

00:30:37.000 And Zach Lane threw his hat in the ring.

00:30:40.000 He's kind of known, and a lot of people forget this, but he's known for throwing a tough question at Barack Obama when he was a young man.

00:30:50.000 I'm spacing on it right now, but we could pull the video of it where he kind of asked Barack Obama a tough question when he was a young, young guy when he was running originally and got some notoriety from that.

00:31:03.000 He has become a pretty significant business leader since that time.

00:31:11.000 And threw his hat in the ring as a long shot for governor and ran probably one of the most underrated campaigns in this cycle, where he went from not an unknown, effectively, business leader, kind of similar to JD Vance in a lot of ways, to all of a sudden having this real shot and becoming really likable.

00:31:35.000 And he was propped up by the whole Maha coalition.

00:31:37.000 So he's a big, he's huge on embracing the Make America Healthy Again campaign.

00:31:44.000 Crowd, there's a huge RFK contingency.

00:31:46.000 I think that you could argue is in the Midwest.

00:39:40.000 It makes birth tourism inadmissible, deportable.

00:39:43.000 You've got the Anchors Away Act, which is from Rep. Andy Ogles.

00:39:46.000 He's come on this show to explain it.

00:39:49.000 It clarifies subject to the jurisdiction thereof in statute and it limits travel on pregnancy and enhanced penalties for facilitators of birth tourism.

00:39:59.000 Basically, there are ways to legislate if you're coming here and having a baby, that's not okay, and we can outlaw it.

00:51:48.000 I mean, I know they're trying everything that they possibly can, but ultimately, the main thing that we need to do, and you saw this with Secretary Molin's comment that in just four states, there's over a quarter of a million illegals or non citizens on the voter rolls.

00:52:06.000 You need to get citizenship requirement to vote passed.

00:52:10.000 And we're just waiting on.

00:52:13.000 Majority Leader Thune to get the votes, get it done, do the talking filibuster.

00:53:34.000 And so we're in a race against the clock to get the Save America Act passed.

00:53:43.000 We're redistricting is going to move a number of states, about a dozen, into our category.

00:54:39.000 You don't want to get in the mud with the pigs, but ultimately, when somebody's invoking your name to justify a whole myth and fantasy that has been concocted, you know, at some point you have to sort of push back.
