00:01:41.000 There's some news that came out the other day that is noteworthy.
00:01:44.000 It's not surprising, but it is noteworthy.
00:01:47.000 We have been saying for a while that men competing in female sports is not just dangerous, but it's immoral.
00:01:55.000 Looks like it's coming to boxing as well.
00:01:58.000 Someone might get killed.
00:02:00.000 I don't think I'm out of line to say that.
00:02:02.000 Joining us now is Carrie Williams, level 4 USA boxing coach.
00:02:06.000 And Carrie Williams is also the founder of Tussle.
00:02:09.000 Carrie, thanks so much for joining the program.
00:02:12.000 Walk us through this recent news here that biological men can punch a woman in the face.
00:02:20.000 Yes, this rule just came out with USA Boxing.
00:02:22.000 Now, I've been a member of USA Boxing for 26 years.
00:02:26.000 And one of their big points has always been safety for everything.
00:02:31.000 And so when I saw the news, I could not believe that they are now allowing transgender folks to compete against women in USA boxing.
00:02:43.000 So what is the rationale here exactly in the female?
00:02:47.000 Who's making this decision?
00:02:49.000 I mean, this is Manny Pacquiao going to be able to say he's a woman now and he could just punch a woman in the face?
00:02:57.000 Well, I guess the rules are that they have to have a certain testosterone level.
00:03:06.000 So they have to go through surgery.
00:03:09.000 So cutting, you know, pieces off.
00:03:13.000 And then as long as they're at this certain testosterone level, they're able to compete.
00:03:19.000 So once 18 years old, this is when the rule takes effect for the individual.
00:03:24.000 What is the testosterone?
00:03:25.000 I'm just curious.
00:03:25.000 Do you know it off the top of your head?
00:03:27.000 What would it be?
00:03:28.000 I don't know off the top of my head, but I do know that once a person, a man, a boy hits puberty, none of that's going to matter.
00:03:39.000 I mean, even before that, there are a lot of differences between boys and girls.
00:03:46.000 That's why, you know, we have X and Y chromosomes and so on.
00:03:49.000 So none of that is going to matter in this situation.
00:03:53.000 Well, bone density, muscle mass, and lung capacity don't change based on your testosterone rate.
00:03:58.000 And I was just curious because you could still perform at an elite level, even with a suppressed testosterone rate.
00:04:06.000 And what would be considered to be low for a man very well might be even a woman might never be able to get their testosterone rate that high.
00:04:13.000 So talk to us.
00:04:14.000 What exactly is this governing body?
00:04:16.000 Is it a board of people?
00:04:18.000 Why would they make a decision like this?
00:04:19.000 And talk about some of the response they're receiving.
00:04:22.000 Yeah, well, they are getting a lot of backlash.
00:04:25.000 I don't know exactly the person that has been responsible to make this decision.
00:04:30.000 They do have a board of directors.
00:04:32.000 So, you know, they had to all get together and say, yeah, this was a good idea.
00:04:37.000 Again, I'm so shocked because the whole time I have been a member of USA Boxing as a boxer, as a coach, as an official, as a promoter of amateur boxing shows, everything has been about safety, no matter what.
00:04:53.000 As a matter of fact, a ringside physician had reached out to me who had, she saw a video that I posted on Instagram and she sent me their recommendations.
00:05:03.000 The Association of Ringside Physicians, USA Boxing was fully aware of this and they said, no, this is very unsafe.
00:05:11.000 And obviously, it's not competition.
00:05:14.000 It's not fair competition.
00:05:16.000 And it's also just in defiance of reality.
00:05:16.000 Yeah.
00:05:20.000 So the criteria then is changing.
00:05:23.000 Do you think that this would result in women potentially getting seriously injured?
00:05:29.000 We know this.
00:05:30.000 For example, a woman got significantly hurt in a volleyball match in North Carolina, I believe, in high school because of a biological male that spiked a volleyball and either knocked her out or did something.
00:05:43.000 And so also reiterate, this board oversees the road to the Olympics.
00:05:48.000 Is that correct?
00:05:49.000 Yes, absolutely.
00:05:50.000 Yeah, you have to go through USA Boxing and all of their tournaments to go to the Olympic Games.
00:05:56.000 Now, not that long ago, 10-ish years ago, women were then allowed to compete in the Olympics.
00:06:02.000 Before that, we weren't even allowed to compete in the Olympics.
00:06:05.000 So we have struggled and fought to get our way there.
00:06:08.000 And now we have unfair competition and danger.
00:06:11.000 You know, as far as injuries, let me tell you a really short story.
00:06:15.000 When I was boxing, I remember being 30 years old, I was sparring with a teenage boy.
00:06:21.000 He was 16, 17 years old and going very light on me.
00:06:25.000 Now, that's what we always do in boxing with the girls, the boys.
00:06:28.000 The boys always go very light.
00:06:30.000 And he still cracked my ribs with a body shot.
00:06:34.000 And he did not mean to.
00:06:37.000 But there is such a stark difference.
00:06:40.000 And that was a teenage boy.
00:06:42.000 How old was that teenage boy?
00:06:43.000 He was 16, just going to turn 17 years old.
00:06:46.000 So I'm going to ask kind of an approximation question.
00:06:50.000 And so this is the way it works in basketball.
00:06:52.000 I could say that usually the freshman boys basketball team can compete at level of a pretty good, let's say, varsity team in basketball.
00:07:03.000 That's usually the interval, right?
00:07:05.000 So 14-year-old boys can compete usually with the girls.
00:07:09.000 What would that interval be?
00:07:10.000 I know that story is very powerful, but I'm sure there's something comparable in boxing.
00:07:14.000 What would the, if you were to go full force, right?
00:07:18.000 What would the age differential or size differential be in boxing?
00:07:22.000 You know, it would be the size would have to be equal in boxing.
00:07:26.000 And the age, let's say maybe a 13-year-old boy would be like equivalent to like the power and everything else that's going along.
00:07:37.000 Like, say we're sparring and we're sparring all out.
00:07:41.000 12, 13 years old.
00:07:43.000 And you would be at your current level or that's unbelievable.
00:07:48.000 I'm speechless.
00:07:49.000 So like you're saying a professional 19-year-old boxer would female and a 12-year-old boxing male who knows what he's doing would be about at equilibrium.
00:08:00.000 Yes, exactly.
00:08:01.000 I mean, I'm sorry, but no amount of drugs or hormones is going to close that gap.
00:08:05.000 I mean, that that is, and I just want to reiterate this, that if you're doing testosterone replacement therapy, or in this case, you're doing estrogen and you're trying to lower your testosterone rate.
00:08:18.000 First of all, the studies show until they got manipulated, it's just obvious common sense, but bone density, muscle mass, and lung capacity, those alone.
00:08:28.000 And no matter how much training that you as a female do, and heart capacity and your ability to be able to endure cardiovascular stress, a male has about a 1.5% advantage over a female.
00:08:40.000 And there's nothing sexist about this.
00:08:41.000 It's just the way God made us, right?
00:08:43.000 So I just, what is then the path forward?
00:08:46.000 Are you going to appeal this?
00:08:47.000 Are there going to be boycotts?
00:08:48.000 I mean, for me, this is a major, major issue and story.
00:08:51.000 And they're teasing this and teasing this.
00:08:54.000 And the Paris Olympics are coming up this July.
00:08:56.000 It's not going to happen this quickly, but it's just a matter of time until the International Olympic Committee starts to allow men to compete.
00:09:04.000 I have a thought on that, which is the third world countries aren't going to put up with this, right?
00:09:07.000 The Western countries might push for it.
00:09:09.000 But anyway, I said a lot.
00:09:10.000 Your thoughts?
00:09:11.000 Yeah, no, I was thinking the same thing.
00:09:13.000 You know, what other countries are going to go, oh, okay, yeah, that's fair competition.
00:09:18.000 Not many.
00:09:19.000 Yeah, like Nicaragua is not going to put up with that.
00:09:22.000 So, but yeah, sorry, continue.
00:09:24.000 I don't know, you know, where it's going to go when it gets to that point.
00:09:27.000 But, you know, right now we're going to be in an Olympic Games.
00:09:30.000 Obviously, the women who are competing, they're all women.
00:09:33.000 They've all made their way there.
00:09:35.000 They've all worked very, very hard for years and years and years.
00:09:38.000 But the next games, that's going to be a different story if we don't get this reversed.
00:09:43.000 I know there are a couple of petitions out there that are being signed to, you know, obviously stop this, but, you know, everybody says, what's the solution?
00:09:52.000 Well, what is a solution?
00:09:54.000 Do we have a co-ed, you know, team?
00:09:58.000 Do we have a transgender team?
00:09:59.000 Do we have a all-sexes team?
00:10:01.000 And everybody can join that team.
00:10:04.000 I'm not really sure what exactly is the solution.
00:10:07.000 The solution is you tell people to compete against.
00:10:09.000 Here's what's so sick about this.
00:10:10.000 Let's pretend you're a biological man.
00:10:13.000 Then keep competing as biological men.
00:10:15.000 You can think whatever you want.
00:10:16.000 You can call yourself Sally, Susie, Marie, and do as many surges as you want.
00:10:16.000 Okay.
00:10:20.000 Go fight men, okay?
00:10:21.000 How's that going to work out for you, pal?
00:10:23.000 And I know you're being super diplomatic and sweet and all this.
00:10:25.000 I don't have to be such.
00:10:28.000 That there is, it is a fact that the men that do this generally are subpar mediocre athletes against other men, and they tend to excel when they go into female sports.
00:10:39.000 We know this with Thomas.
00:10:41.000 We know this with cyclists.
00:10:42.000 We know this with track and field championships.
00:10:44.000 We see this with wrestling championships.
00:10:46.000 They're not exactly doing great against men.
00:10:49.000 And then they go and they break all these women's records and we're supposed to praise them.
00:10:53.000 It's sick.
00:10:53.000 It's disgusting.
00:10:54.000 It's awful.
00:10:57.000 As we've all seen over the past few years, the amount of heavy metals, microplastics, and other toxins we are all exposed to has only increased.
00:11:05.000 These are important world issues we must continue to discuss.
00:11:08.000 And since you know that I take my health seriously, I only stand by the best.
00:11:11.000 One company that is aware of these global challenges and that I proudly support is Ascent Nutrition, which has unique health products meant for these times.
00:11:20.000 One I've been using is their Pine Pollen Tincture, which contains 200 nutrients and important components like glutathione and DHEA.
00:11:29.000 Glutathione is known for healthy detoxification and immune support, while DHEA is known as the happiness hormone and supports mood and brain health.
00:11:39.000 Pine pollen is also nature's highest source of special phytohormones, which support hormone function, libido, and adrenal health.
00:11:47.000 I love it because you could truly feel the benefits.
00:11:50.000 And since I am now telling everyone about it, they expect to sell out fast.
00:11:54.000 Before they sell out, click the link in the description below and use the code Kirk to save 10% on your pine pollen tincture and all other products.
00:12:05.000 Carrie Williams continues with us, founder of Tussle and level four USA boxing coach.
00:12:10.000 The announcement is to allow men compete against women, compete.
00:12:14.000 Is there?
00:12:14.000 I mean, I just, just from a traditionalist standpoint, I was always told that men shouldn't hit women, and I totally agree with that.
00:12:22.000 I think it's grotesque and wrong.
00:12:23.000 I mean, just there must be something really unhinged and mentally wrong with a man that even wants to do this, honestly.
00:12:30.000 You never, ever, ever touch a woman, period.
00:12:32.000 It's just like a golden rule of life.
00:12:34.000 Like, I, outside of insanely fringe scenarios, I can't imagine there to be a scenario where you would violate that.
00:12:42.000 It's like a golden rule of society and civilization.
00:12:45.000 And so I want to play this piece of tape here.
00:12:48.000 This is Clarissa Shields, famous female boxer, getting knocked out by a run-of-the-mill guy.
00:12:52.000 This is, this is, someone's going to, God, I hope I'm wrong.
00:12:55.000 Goodness, I hope I'm wrong.
00:12:56.000 Hope nobody dies.
00:12:57.000 Play Cut 32.
00:13:05.000 Oh, so your reaction to this?
00:13:11.000 It doesn't surprise me.
00:13:13.000 I mean, like you said, I've always been taught like men don't hit women.
00:13:19.000 And I know as I'm pretty good at boxing, I'm pretty proficient at it.
00:13:23.000 I've been around the sport for 26 years, but I would never step to a man.
00:13:28.000 I would never have this kind of ego, like, oh, I have hands.
00:13:32.000 I can do this.
00:13:33.000 I can do that.
00:13:34.000 And then step up to somebody and try to fight them.
00:13:36.000 That was a man.
00:13:37.000 I just, it's common sense, but at the same time, it's just, it's kind of crazy.
00:13:44.000 Like, I don't, I don't understand why any woman will want to fight a man, first of all.
00:13:51.000 And that video you just played, I just, again, it just doesn't surprise me.
00:13:55.000 It's, there's just a stark difference between men and women.
00:13:59.000 So in closing here, do you think there's going to be opt-outs or boycotts over this?
00:14:04.000 What is the response?
00:14:06.000 Are you creating a community of people to push back against this?
00:14:09.000 I am.
00:14:10.000 Yeah.
00:14:11.000 I'm hoping that there is some sort of walkout with the female athletes.
00:14:17.000 It's challenging, right?
00:14:18.000 Because they've all worked really hard.
00:14:20.000 You know, some of them are going to the Olympics.
00:14:22.000 Right now they're doing the Olympic trials.
00:14:24.000 So it's a very, they look at it like, well, I want to do what I've been trying to do.
00:14:30.000 And then if I walk out now, what's going to happen?
00:14:33.000 So I feel them there.
00:14:34.000 But at the same time, if we don't all do something, then nothing is going to change.
00:14:39.000 Honestly, there's one way to solve this, which is that the best boxing men, the best, whoever they are, needs to go find these deranged guys and challenge them to a fight in the street.
00:14:49.000 Just like outside of the ring and just go straight up to them if they're the same weight class and just say, come on, tough guy.
00:14:53.000 Come on, let's go and film it.
00:14:55.000 Like, let's fight right now, bare knuckled in the alley since you're so tough.
00:14:59.000 Like, you need to go.
00:15:01.000 You need to go find whoever the, again, I'm kind of out of the boxing space, but like Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao are kind of the limit of my boxing.
00:15:11.000 But it's just, look, think how far we've come.
00:15:13.000 And this is, by the way, this is how men should stand up for women, is that there should be some sort of a here's here's how it should work.
00:15:19.000 Okay.
00:15:20.000 U.S. boxing is a joke, is that one of these like Dylan Mulvaney types who thinks that he can go pound on women shows up and out of nowhere, the woman's like, actually, I have a man here to fight you.
00:15:31.000 Like Colby Covington shows up and hospitalizes him or something.
00:15:35.000 Honestly, that's what needs to happen.
00:15:36.000 We should not allow men to hit women, period.
00:15:40.000 That's a civilizational issue.
00:15:41.000 Final thoughts.
00:15:42.000 And I think that men should stand up for what's right.
00:15:45.000 And not just the women walk out, but what about the men that are a part of USA boxing?
00:15:51.000 They need to stand up as well.
00:15:52.000 Yeah, I mean, again, the men part of USA boxing should find the men that are thinking they're women and go pick fights to them.
00:16:00.000 Do it honorably.
00:16:00.000 Don't sneak attack them.
00:16:02.000 Don't go find them in an alley.
00:16:03.000 Don't go like ambush them.
00:16:05.000 Go eye to eye and say, let's do this, pal.
00:16:08.000 Since you're so tough and you want to go beat up on women, let's fight.
00:16:12.000 Literally, that's what boxing is all about.
00:16:14.000 But I will venture a guess.
00:16:15.000 Any man who goes to fight women is not a very good boxer, wants to resurrect their career.
00:16:20.000 They're narcissists.
00:16:21.000 They're cheats.
00:16:22.000 They're losers.
00:16:23.000 And they should be beat up, kicked out of the sport.
00:16:26.000 Thank you so much for the time.
00:16:27.000 And we have your back.
00:16:28.000 Hopefully men start to act like men.
00:16:30.000 Carrie Williams, thank you so much.
00:16:32.000 All right.
00:16:32.000 Thank you.
00:16:33.000 Thank you.
00:16:35.000 Hey, everybody.
00:16:36.000 I know interest rates are not what they were a couple years ago, but I want to give you my perspective.
00:16:40.000 Did you know in 1971, the interest rate for a mortgage was 7.33%?
00:16:45.000 If you waited for the interest rate to go down, you would not have purchased a home until 1993.
00:16:50.000 Renting for 22 years while you waited.
00:16:52.000 In the meantime, the value of real estate quadrupled.
00:16:55.000 Don't wait to buy real estate.
00:16:57.000 Marry the house, not the rate.
00:16:58.000 You could always refinance everybody.
00:17:00.000 Take advantage of the slower market now, and you can, again, refinance when rates go down.
00:17:06.000 Once rates start dropping, the frenzy will start all over again.
00:17:10.000 My friends, Andrew Del Rey and Todd of Akian are amazing, and they recently helped me with the purchase, and they could help you too.
00:17:16.000 They've been amazing to work with.
00:17:17.000 I cannot say enough good things about Andrew Delray and Todd of Akian.
00:17:21.000 You can call them the phone number, 888, 888, 1172, or go to andrewandtodd.com.
00:17:25.000 That's AndrewandTodd.com.
00:17:26.000 Look, if you are Gen Z or millennial, you have a little bit of money put aside, it might be the best opportunity to go to andrewandodd.com and buy a home.
00:17:35.000 Get in the market.
00:17:36.000 Once you're in the buyer's game, you must never leave the buyer game.
00:17:39.000 And again, I encourage you guys to check it out right now.
00:17:42.000 Interest rates, they're signaling that they're going to go down, but don't wait.
00:17:46.000 The price of real estate very well might continue to go up.
00:17:48.000 Go to AndrewandTodd.com, andrewandtodd.com.
00:17:54.000 It is a simplified summary, but it's absolutely correct, which is Donald Trump's resilience, his anti-fragility, which is one of my favorite terms.
00:18:05.000 I'll repeat what that means for those of you that have never heard us dive into it before, is really surprising people.
00:18:12.000 An anti-fragile candidate, an anti-fragile organization, is something that is more than resilient.
00:18:21.000 There's a great book by Nassim Taleb called Anti-Fragile.
00:18:25.000 I encourage you all to read it.
00:18:26.000 It's a little bit wonky, somewhat abstract.
00:18:28.000 I'm sure Blake has read it.
00:18:29.000 It's tough to get through.
00:18:30.000 It's written very academically, but at times it really flows.
00:18:34.000 And there's a couple chapters that I would encourage you to follow.
00:18:38.000 Essentially, it breaks into three different categories.
00:18:40.000 You have fragile.
00:18:42.000 We all know what that is.
00:18:44.000 You have resilient organizations or companies.
00:18:48.000 And then you have anti-fragile.
00:18:49.000 One, two, three.
00:18:52.000 And when something is anti-fragile, it doesn't merely survive opposition or adversity.
00:18:59.000 That is what resilience is.
00:19:00.000 It gets stronger the more you oppose it.
00:19:04.000 An anti-fragile company, an anti-fragile country, an anti-fragile organization is very hard to come across.
00:19:12.000 Very hard.
00:19:13.000 When they exist, however, they're nearly unstoppable because opposition is actually the life force of an anti-fragile organization or movement.
00:19:24.000 The MAGA movement and Donald Trump, we are anti-fragile.
00:19:29.000 The more they throw at us, it makes us stronger and it drives them nuts.
00:19:32.000 And the smart people on the left are starting to say it out loud.
00:19:36.000 Over the weekend, Barack Obama came out and he said that he is just shocked and surprised, and it is noteworthy, at Trump's durable political strength.
00:19:46.000 Michelle Obama has come out and she is pontificating on some podcast about how it's going to be bad for her mental health because she's not sure how this election is going to turn out.
00:19:56.000 Post-January 6th, they were trying to make everything about January 6th.
00:20:01.000 And yet, the deeper we dive into it, they don't have a political agenda to run on in 2024.
00:20:07.000 It's about fear of Trump, and they're starting to recognize and realize that the movement is across demographics, young and old.
00:20:15.000 It's across income levels, working class and business owners.
00:20:18.000 It's across racial lines.
00:20:20.000 Here's Michelle Obama spouting off play cut 30.
00:20:23.000 The things that keep me up because you don't have control over them.
00:20:27.000 And you wonder, where are people, where are we in this?
00:20:32.000 You know, where are our hearts?
00:20:33.000 What's going to happen in this next election?
00:20:35.000 I am terrified about what could possibly happen because our leaders matter who we select, who speaks for us, who holds that bully pulpit.
00:20:46.000 It affects us in ways that sometimes I think people take for granted.
00:20:50.000 The Biden campaign is starting to realize this.
00:20:53.000 They were kind of playing it cool hand Luke for a while.
00:20:55.000 They're kind of just being chill, chill as a cucumber.
00:20:59.000 Now you're starting to see some panic.
00:21:02.000 They would love to remove Joe Biden, but he is white-knuckling.
00:21:06.000 He is not going to go willingly.
00:21:07.000 Now, they might kill him, like they're going to try to kill Trump.
00:21:10.000 And the intel agencies have been known to do that.
00:21:12.000 I certainly hope that doesn't happen, but that's what they do.
00:21:15.000 Absent that, Joe Biden looks like he's going to be the nominee, or he might step out at the last possible moment to get Gavin Newsome come in.
00:21:21.000 But listen to this shocking tape here.
00:21:24.000 It's amazing.
00:21:25.000 The guy who made Joe Biden president, not Barack Obama, not Valerie Jarrett Clyburn, the South Carolina reset back in 2020.
00:21:37.000 Let's play cut three.
00:21:40.000 As President Biden ramps up his general election campaign, there are new warning signs.
00:21:45.000 The Washington Post reporting former President Obama has raised questions about the structure of President Biden's reelection campaign.
00:21:52.000 Two sources confirmed to NBC News that Obama and Biden met over lunch in December and discussed the campaign, with Obama expressing deep concern about Mr. Trump's political strength, underscoring the urgency, one source telling me this is an all-hands-on-deck moment.
00:22:07.000 I will say it once, I'll say it again.
00:22:09.000 Donald Trump needs to have the best security ever because they are basically acknowledging they can't take him out.
00:22:17.000 700 years in federal prison.
00:22:19.000 The court dates are not lining up the way they would have hoped.
00:22:22.000 That rabid dog Jack Smith is swinging and missing.
00:22:25.000 And all of a sudden, we actually might have an election.
00:22:29.000 I'm going to play one more piece of tape here.
00:22:31.000 Then I'm going to get into obviously the next play, the play they're trying to do anyway, which is just get him off the ballot.
00:22:37.000 Get him off the ballot.
00:22:39.000 This is Jim Clyburn.
00:22:40.000 Listen carefully here.
00:22:42.000 This is one of the ruling class Democrats.
00:22:45.000 Play cut eight.
00:22:47.000 How worried are you about black voters showing up for President Biden in November?
00:22:54.000 Well, I'm not worried.
00:22:55.000 I'm very concerned.
00:22:57.000 I have no problem with the Biden administration and what it has done.
00:23:03.000 My problem is that we have not been able to break through that MAGA wall in order to get to people exactly what this president has done.
00:23:16.000 Break through that MAGA wall?
00:23:20.000 If you're ever wondering that our movement is not strong, just look at how they talk about us.
00:23:28.000 Break through the MAGA wall.
00:23:29.000 Barack Obama's worried about Trump's strength.
00:23:32.000 Now, there's two ways to analyze this.
00:23:34.000 It could be a lot of preemptive Democrat bluster to get their donors on board, get their consultants paid, and they would rather over panic than under panic.
00:23:44.000 I actually think the second explanation is legit.
00:23:48.000 I think they're stumbling into telling the truth.
00:23:51.000 I think they're saying the quiet part out loud.
00:23:53.000 I think they're so worried that Trump does have political strength that they're saying, we're going to just exhaust all of our concerns publicly.
00:24:00.000 We are going to pull the alarms early.
00:24:02.000 We're going to go DEF CON one, which is the highest level DEF CON.
00:24:05.000 We are not going to play games anymore.
00:24:08.000 But if you were a Democrat, what else can you do?
00:24:12.000 He's already facing 700 years in federal prison.
00:24:16.000 The entire economy is nearly collapsing.
00:24:20.000 Now, a JPMorgan strategist predicts that Biden will pull out of the presidential race over poor health.
00:24:26.000 That is what a JPMorgan strategist has predicted.
00:24:30.000 According to their official documents, J.P. Morgan says President Biden withdraws sometime between Super Tuesday and the November election, citing health reasons.
00:24:38.000 Biden will pass the torch to a replacement candidate named by the Democrat National Committee.
00:24:42.000 Now, that is Jamie Dimon's operation, and he's pretty tight in.
00:24:46.000 Whether or not that proves to be true, we shall see.
00:24:49.000 But the obvious play is ballot access, ballot access.
00:24:54.000 And that is what David French decides to spend his time on in the New York Times.
00:25:00.000 David French writes: the case for disqualifying Trump is strong.
00:25:06.000 Quote, since the rise of Trump, he and his movement have transgressed constitutional, legal, and moral boundaries at will.
00:25:13.000 And then when Americans attempt to impose consequences for those transgressions, Trump's defenders and critics alike caution that the consequences will be dangerous and destabilizing.
00:25:24.000 Okay, so where are the real constitutional and legal transgressions from, Mr. French?
00:25:29.000 Who is plotting to pack the Supreme Court?
00:25:31.000 Whose election plan relies on putting the opposition leader in prison and taking him off the ballot?
00:25:37.000 Who has not only destroyed our border, but made it basically illegal to try and restore it?
00:25:41.000 Timeout.
00:25:42.000 So this is the left's argument.
00:25:44.000 I just understand.
00:25:46.000 The left's argument is for the first time in American history to indict a former president, first time in American history to put a former president in prison, first time in American history to put a former president off the ballot, and the first time in American history to reshape the entire way we do elections.
00:26:00.000 What is the rights argument?
00:26:02.000 Get more votes than the other guys in the states that matter.
00:26:05.000 Which is the one that is running to actually preserve the institutions?
00:26:10.000 What is actually shocking the other side, and you could call this maybe an adjustment post-January 6th, is how much Donald Trump is playing into the integrity of the system.
00:26:21.000 That's actually shocking them, and it's bothering them.
00:26:25.000 The fact that Donald Trump is like, yeah, let's just go win.
00:26:29.000 They want him to say something else.
00:26:31.000 They want him to do something else.
00:26:32.000 They're almost, they're trying to provoke him to say language, to say and get angry and to say, oh, screw the election, all that.
00:26:40.000 And then he's like, let's just go win.
00:26:42.000 Let's just go win.
00:26:44.000 Bothers them because he's actually using the trusted, quote-unquote, trusted institution against them.
00:26:51.000 What is David French's proof of unprecedented transgressions by Trump supporters?
00:26:56.000 It's this: quote, there is a surge in violent threats against the justices of the Supreme Court.
00:27:02.000 Oh, wow, a surge of threats, David French.
00:27:05.000 If you want to see threats, check my email inbox.
00:27:07.000 I get death threats daily.
00:27:10.000 We just got one today.
00:27:11.000 Someone that says that they're going to murder me.
00:27:12.000 Not a joke.
00:27:14.000 But if the threats to judges you care about, maybe we should remember that a man was literally arrested for a gun near the home of Brett Kavanaugh, plotting to kill him over the Dobbs decision.
00:27:24.000 Left-wingers spam the addresses of court justices after that ruling.
00:27:27.000 And the left is professional and organized about harassing their enemies at their private homes.
00:27:32.000 And David French is mad that a few idiots on the internet made some threats.
00:27:37.000 And this is published in the New York Times.
00:27:39.000 And David French is taken seriously.
00:27:42.000 He's an intellectual lightweight.
00:27:43.000 He's a nimwit.
00:27:45.000 This is not.
00:27:46.000 I mean, I would say if at least he made a good argument, I'll give him credit here.
00:27:50.000 This is deranged.
00:27:53.000 French literally equates Trump saying that his supporters should, quote, fight like hell with the Confederacy revolting in the Civil War.
00:28:00.000 Quote, it's true that Trump wasn't declaring a breakaway republic, but he was attempting to seize and hold far more than the Capitol.
00:28:08.000 What?
00:28:09.000 He was trying to illegally retain control of the executive branch of government.
00:28:14.000 His foot soldiers didn't wear gray or deploy cannons, but they did storm the U.S. state's Capitol, something the Confederate Army could never accomplish.
00:28:22.000 Okay.
00:28:22.000 So if you read the left and you read David French carefully, their criticism of Donald Trump indecipherably goes back and forth between two separate attack vectors.
00:28:36.000 Trump is such a moron, he doesn't know what he's doing and he can never assume power again.
00:28:41.000 Two, he's so sophisticated that he almost overthrew the entire government.
00:28:46.000 It kind of goes between the two.
00:28:49.000 So which is it, David French?
00:28:50.000 Is it that he's such a moron that he's bought by Vladimir Putin and he doesn't know what he's doing?
00:28:55.000 Or that he's such a mastermind that he was more successful than Robert E. Lee and Jefferson Davis.
00:29:03.000 Hey, everybody, exciting news.
00:29:04.000 Very, very important.
00:29:05.000 We are saving babies with pre-born.
00:29:08.000 You've heard me talk about this all throughout the year, and time is running out on this great dollar-for-dollar match.
00:29:12.000 I have donated money here, and you should too.
00:29:14.000 Through December 31st, you can save twice as many babies by providing ultrasounds.
00:29:18.000 But this match goes away soon, so don't put it off another minute.
00:29:21.000 You've heard about and thought about and talked about it and maybe even prayed about it.
00:29:25.000 But right now is the time to do something about it.
00:29:27.000 If you're wondering about your end of year giving and want every dollar to get the most results, this is a great chance to maximize your gift for life.
00:29:34.000 And for a one-time $15,000 gift, you'll provide not just one ultrasound machine, but two, saving thousands of babies for years to come.
00:29:42.000 $280 saved 10 babies.
00:29:44.000 $28 a month saves a baby a month for less than a dollar a day.
00:29:47.000 And right now, any gift saves twice as many babies with pre-born.
00:29:51.000 Call 833-850-2229 or click on the pre-born banner at charliekirk.com.
00:29:56.000 That's the pre-born banner at charliekirk.com.
00:29:58.000 $280 saves 10 babies.
00:30:00.000 $280 saves a baby a month for less than a dollar a day.
00:30:03.000 CharlieKirk.com, pre-born banner.
00:30:07.000 The best part about not having your team be in the national championship game is you actually get to enjoy the national championship game.
00:30:15.000 So I'm looking forward to actually watching it as a fan.
00:30:17.000 The worst part is your team's not in the national championship game.
00:30:19.000 So it's Michigan v. Washington, Michigan.
00:30:24.000 If Michigan were to win, I'll give you my prediction in a second.
00:30:28.000 I think Harbaugh leaves.
00:30:29.000 I think he's done.
00:30:29.000 I think he's going pro.
00:30:31.000 It'd be the end of a pretty sweet story.
00:30:32.000 But I have probably watched the Washington team every week.
00:30:38.000 I think I've seen them every week.
00:30:39.000 They've been on TV almost every single week.
00:30:42.000 And every so often you see a team like the Washington team.
00:30:46.000 And being a very, very committed Oregon Ducks fan, pains me to say this.
00:30:51.000 They just win.
00:30:52.000 They know how to win.
00:30:52.000 They have a very, very experienced crew.
00:30:55.000 And there's something there's something unique about what Washington has put together.
00:31:03.000 I think Washington's going to take it tonight.
00:31:05.000 Even though it's Michigan by five and a half on the spread, I think Washington's going to shock the betting line.
00:31:11.000 I wouldn't say shock the world.
00:31:12.000 It wouldn't be that kind of an upset.
00:31:14.000 But they have surprised me at every single turn.
00:31:17.000 So Andrew's going to be really upset because he's going to say, I jinxed it.
00:31:21.000 Everybody's picking Michigan.
00:31:23.000 They haven't watched Washington like I have.
00:31:25.000 Washington has, without a doubt, a far greater strength of schedule than what Michigan has, and they just win.
00:31:32.000 They'll be down by three and up by seven, and they just kind of hang around and they always find a way.
00:31:39.000 They just kind of find a way and they scrap.
00:31:41.000 And whether it was in the Apple Cup or Oregon both times, and they don't blow teams out, at least they haven't recently.
00:31:47.000 If you look at that, they barely beat Arizona State, which is like a high school football team.
00:31:51.000 Yet they win.
00:31:52.000 They just win.
00:31:53.000 They're 14-0.
00:31:56.000 And they have, I'm telling you, that Romo Dunze guy, he is one of the most talented wide receivers.
00:32:01.000 That guy has a chance to be an NFL Hall of Famer.
00:32:04.000 Not an exaggeration.
00:32:05.000 That guy is a specimen.
00:32:08.000 Okay.
00:32:09.000 I sent out a tweet this last weekend, or this weekend, that has gone viral, and I want to read it for you.
00:32:14.000 It has been viewed nearly 2 million times on Twitterx.com.
00:32:19.000 Imagine being President Trump's shoes for a moment on January 6th as you get word the Capitol is being swarmed.
00:32:25.000 You were considered a near-lock to be a two-term president in February 2020.
00:32:29.000 You delivered one of the best economies ever seen for three years before China unleashed a lab-grown virus on the planet.
00:32:35.000 You warned states repeatedly of the dangers of mass mail and voting, but Democrats forced the measure through anyways.
00:32:40.000 You watched as election officials cave to COVID fear-mongering to relax election integrity measures, violating election laws and state constitutions.
00:32:48.000 You witnessed 51 intelligence officials collude with big tech to censor a bombshell story about a laptop that directly implicated Joe Biden.
00:32:56.000 You campaigned tirelessly to sold out arenas, crisscrossing the country with historic enthusiasm.
00:33:01.000 Your opponent is a two-time failed candidate disqualified for plagiarism who barely survived the primary and then barely left his basement during the campaign.
00:33:09.000 You win 74.2 million votes, more than any other presidential candidate has ever won.
00:33:14.000 You learn that somehow 159 million people voted, the largest turnout in U.S. history, beating the previous record by 20 million votes, the first time more than 140 million people voted and the highest percentage turnout in 120 years.
00:33:25.000 You somehow lose by 42,000 votes in three states among a host of irregularities, Dropbox scandals, and controversies.
00:33:32.000 And despite winning practically every bellwether county and state, you think back and remember they spied on your campaign, invented a fake Russia hoax, impeached you, and constantly smeared and lied about you in the media.
00:33:41.000 You remember that anarchists and race hustlers unleashed months of riots and chaos in a possible domestic color revolution.
00:33:48.000 You remember that you offered National Guard troops on January 6th, but the offer was denied by Nancy Pelosi and Muriel Bowser.
00:33:55.000 You remember that you said, you remember what you said just hours before to peacefully and patriotically march.
00:34:00.000 You remember everything you'd given up in your previous life to be hated, attacked, and vilified by the D.C. Snakes, insiders, and elitists.
00:34:06.000 Your own VP just fist bumped Nancy Pelosi, Mike Pence, inside the Capitol.
00:34:10.000 You realize the entire D.C. cabal has conspired and plotted to hand the White House to a puppet they could control.
00:34:17.000 Is it any wonder why Trump might have been a little upset on January 6th?
00:34:20.000 He wasn't responsible for what happened, despite what the media says.
00:34:23.000 It was four years of lying, cheating, and betrayal by those who wanted to get Trump at all costs.
00:34:27.000 Nevertheless, he gathered himself and released a video telling people to go home and act the illegitimate J6 committee tried to criminalize.
00:34:34.000 Then they tried to impeach him again.
00:34:35.000 Despite all of it, he decided to come back and retake the White House and finish what he started: a decision that provoked the Biden DOJ to indict him with multiple times and multiple times for 700 years in federal prison.
00:34:49.000 Who else could endure what Donald Trump has?
