00:01:29.000 We have Alina Haba joining us.

00:01:30.000 Alina, how are you doing?

00:01:31.000 I'm great.

00:01:32.000 How can I not be?

00:01:33.000 So, Alina, you are speaking tomorrow night, is that right?

00:01:36.000 Tomorrow's the day.

00:01:37.000 I'm excited.

00:01:37.000 Excited.

00:01:39.000 It's not even been a week.

00:01:40.000 Were you there with the president in Butler, Pennsylvania?

00:01:42.000 I was not.

00:01:43.000 I was at the rally prior and I was going to go to Butler and then stayed home because I needed to with my children.

00:01:50.000 Um, but it was emotional even from my living room.

00:01:53.000 It was a, it was a tough day for everybody.

00:01:54.000 So you first heard about it on television or?

00:01:57.000 No, I got a phone call the minute it happened from somebody and, uh, and panicked.

00:02:01.000 And then I spoke to the kids and we were just trying to get ahold of him.

00:02:05.000 And it was, it was a really difficult, I would say hour and a half where we didn't really know what was happening and wanted to make sure he was okay.

00:02:12.000 We were analyzing that picture.

00:02:14.000 Analyzing whether, you know, was it just that it grazed his ear?

00:02:19.000 Or was it that anything... Or was it shrapnel?

00:02:20.000 Exactly.

00:02:20.000 So, we were worried.

00:02:22.000 We now know definitively two bullets went... One went right through his ear.

00:02:27.000 The other one went right by him.

00:02:29.000 This is nothing short of divine providence.

00:02:32.000 100%.

00:02:32.000 God's hands were definitely on President Trump that day.

00:02:35.000 I actually think something that's an interesting fact is that that was also the day that Ivana Trump passed.

00:02:41.000 And, you know, they had a special relationship, obviously.

00:02:45.000 And you never know.

00:02:46.000 There are angels, and if you believe in God and divine intervention, there's no reason that that didn't hit him other than that his work is not done here.

00:02:54.000 Amen.

00:02:55.000 And so the convention has been moving on here in quite dramatic terms.

00:02:59.000 You are now on the campaign team, is that right?

00:03:01.000 Yes!

00:03:02.000 So you can now talk openly about politics.

00:03:04.000 Yes!

00:03:04.000 I'm so excited.

00:03:05.000 So one of, I'm sure your speech will address this, I don't want to spoil it, but you have a primetime slot on Thursday, which is a very big deal.

00:03:12.000 It's a great honor.

00:03:13.000 But is reaching out to women and women voters.

00:03:13.000 Yes.

00:03:17.000 What is your message and what is the campaign going to be doing over the next couple days?

00:03:21.000 Because that has not yet really been On display yet.

00:03:25.000 A reaching out towards suburban women voters.

00:03:28.000 A little bit with Nikki Haley, a little bit with Laura Trump, but it hasn't really been built out yet.

00:03:32.000 Yeah, I think they're more in the political realm.

00:03:33.000 Obviously Laura's family, so mine is going to be a little bit more, a different one.

00:03:38.000 Because people are used to hearing me speak about legal.

00:03:41.000 That's all I speak about.

00:03:42.000 Legal, legal, legal.

00:03:43.000 But now, I get to speak to a much larger platform and I get to speak about who President Trump He actually is.

00:03:49.000 I think that that's important.

00:03:51.000 I don't think that many people have had the opportunity, unlike you and I, which is a blessing, to really know who he is.

00:03:57.000 And the media has made him out to be a misogynist and all these anti-female things that are, frankly, quite the opposite.

00:04:04.000 So I hope to get across to America who the president that I know is, my friend.

00:04:11.000 And the convention has been an incredible win and success.

00:04:16.000 Tonight, we're going to hear from J.D.

00:04:17.000 Vance.

00:04:19.000 And he's going to just, I think, give a wonderful speech, right?

00:04:22.000 Can you guys kind of give into, from your perspective, what went into that decision?

00:04:26.000 There was a lot of drama around that.

00:04:30.000 That there was nothing short of that.

00:04:31.000 But look, at the end of the day, everybody has a person that they think is the right person for the right reason.

00:04:38.000 Politics is a crazy world.

00:04:40.000 I've been, you know, baptism by fire and seen how there's a lot of lobbying.

00:04:44.000 There's a lot of jockeying.

00:04:46.000 And at the end of the day, I think the one thing that Keeps President Trump separate from all of that is that President Trump does what he thinks is best for America.

00:04:54.000 He kind of puts that noise, listens to it, he considers it.

00:04:59.000 But at the end of the day, he makes the decision of what's right.

00:05:02.000 And JD Vance, I do believe and I stand behind President Trump's decision 110%.

00:05:07.000 I think he is going to bring a new, fresh perspective.

00:05:11.000 He's our generation, which I love.

00:05:13.000 He is not tainted by the political world yet.

00:05:18.000 He is not one of these old, bought-by-lobbyists person.

00:05:21.000 And I'm just so excited.

00:05:23.000 He stands for America first, which we obviously do.

00:05:27.000 And I think he's just going to be great.

00:05:28.000 Trump fans tickets are going to be amazing.

00:05:30.000 We're going to take it home.

00:05:31.000 Lisa, I know you hate talking about, not hate, but it's illegal stuff.

00:05:34.000 You and I were on the floor yesterday together.

00:05:35.000 Yes, it was fun.

00:05:37.000 Some maniac comes up and starts screaming about Fulton County or something.

00:05:40.000 Yeah, I don't know what that was.

00:05:41.000 That was the weirdest thing.

00:05:42.000 He's like, what is your comment about Fulton County?

00:05:44.000 I felt like saying, wait a second, the president got shot like three days ago.

00:05:48.000 Maybe ask about, I don't know, the documents case being dropped?

00:05:51.000 Anyway, I don't want to talk about that.

00:05:52.000 No, but that's what they do.

00:05:54.000 That's what they do.

00:05:55.000 They go back to BS, right?

00:05:56.000 So that's what they do.

00:05:57.000 When you have nothing, you try and distract with noise, and I am the queen of ignoring the noise or just drop-kicking you if you try and do that to me, because I have no tolerance for that.

00:06:07.000 We were not here for that.

00:06:09.000 Those cases are falling apart all by themselves.

00:06:13.000 Let's talk about the documents case.

00:06:15.000 Sure.

00:06:16.000 I mean, if it wasn't for the convention, if it wasn't for Trump getting shot, if it wasn't for the VP pick, if it wasn't for Biden and it wasn't for the Secret Service failures, this would be the biggest story of the week.

00:06:27.000 It was a big deal.

00:06:28.000 It was a big deal.

00:06:28.000 Let's take a step back and walk through it methodically.

00:06:31.000 This was from some legal experts that really wanted to get Trump Even Alan Dershowitz has said, you know, they might get him on a technicality on the documents case.

00:06:40.000 I know you can't comment on that portion, but this is a major legal victory.

00:06:46.000 Major, major.

00:06:47.000 And it's amazing.

00:06:48.000 They don't like talking about the victories.

00:06:50.000 It doesn't matter what's going on in the world.

00:06:51.000 There's always an excuse that when Trump wins, we don't talk about it.

00:06:55.000 So let me make it very clear.

00:06:56.000 The victory was nothing less Then perfect, because it not only affects this case, much like the Supreme Court immunity decision, it affects January 6th, another Jack Smith hoax.

00:07:07.000 The decision effectively said, and I'll say this in plain English for the American people, you cannot, Merrick Garland, take one of your buddies, Jack, put him out and say you're going to go get Trump.

00:07:19.000 We don't work that way.

00:07:20.000 There's something called the Appointments Clause.

00:07:22.000 There's confirmations.

00:07:23.000 There are statutes.

00:07:24.000 There are laws.

00:07:25.000 And America has to get behind the Constitution.

00:07:27.000 So I think this is so, first of all, Bob Mueller, he was Senate confirmed at one point.

00:07:33.000 He went through Senate vetting.

00:07:34.000 Again, I'm not a Bob Mueller fan at all, but he was FBI director.

00:07:37.000 He went through the protocols.

00:07:39.000 Ken Scar, he was a federal judge.

00:07:42.000 So he went through Senate vetting and he had to be confirmed.

00:07:45.000 But Jack Smith has never gone through rigorous Senate vetting or appointment.

00:07:51.000 My only question, Alina, why did we not lead with this legal argument last summer?

00:07:56.000 It felt as if this grew and then Clarence Thomas gave it so much life with, you know, an opinion recently.

00:08:03.000 Was this something you guys were looking at for quite some time?

00:08:05.000 Yes, I think that this is also, by the way, brings up a good point.

00:08:09.000 Every filing is not public.

00:08:10.000 Every conversation is not public.

00:08:13.000 Privilege exists.

00:08:14.000 I can't speak to some of the issues and frankly, I wouldn't want to foreshadow.

00:08:18.000 I'm not trying to put you in a tough spot.

00:08:20.000 No, not me, in general.

00:08:21.000 Well, I think the American people need to remember every email I get, Charlie, with a recommendation, a case.

00:08:27.000 Hey, have you looked at this?

00:08:28.000 I read it.

00:08:29.000 I see it.

00:08:30.000 And I love when people do that.

00:08:32.000 I can tell you, we have a strong legal team.

00:08:34.000 And the thing that I've been saying to America is be patient.

00:08:38.000 If you look at it, they are falling like dominoes.

00:08:40.000 We are doing everything.

00:08:41.000 Some of the motions are private.

00:08:43.000 Some of them are under seal.

00:08:44.000 There are rules and regulations that we, unlike the Biden administration, do follow.

00:08:48.000 So we are knocking them down one at a time, and I have to tell you, they're crumbling.

00:08:52.000 They're crumbling quick.

00:08:53.000 The presidential immunity decision should also impact Fulton County, should impact New York.

00:08:58.000 Every case.

00:08:59.000 And just from a PR standpoint now, Alina, it's amazing.

00:09:03.000 We thought that this convention, hanging over this convention, would be convicted felon.

00:09:08.000 That no one even thinks about.

00:09:10.000 I mean... No, nobody talks about it.

00:09:12.000 It's remarkable.

00:09:14.000 They kept on escalating against Trump from impeachment to indictment to conviction to now assassination attempt and he is stronger than ever before.

00:09:24.000 45 seconds remaining here.

00:09:25.000 Alina, this is a difficult question.

00:09:27.000 Has he changed at all in your opinion since he was shot?

00:09:32.000 I think so.

00:09:33.000 I think that anybody who is nearly assassinated, I think that I could tell, not when I was on the plane with him on the way here, he was his typical self, working, hustling, bustling, laughing, joking, he was him.

00:09:48.000 Now, there was a doctor on hand and he had to keep getting checked and there was all of that, but I will say that the night that I saw him come out to a crowd again, and I think the American people did see this as well, he looked Solemn.

00:10:01.000 He looked moved and I was most certainly moved and and it's been hard for everybody but I know he's just frankly the most resilient person.

00:10:08.000 He looked like a stoic Roman general that just survived like the front line of a war.

00:10:13.000 He did.

00:10:14.000 That's what I felt like as if we were watching someone who just survived a gladiator match or... If this is not war, Charlie, what is?

00:10:21.000 It's terrible what they're doing to him.

00:10:22.000 He literally got shot.

00:10:23.000 He got shot!

00:10:25.000 And they've been attacking him, but then you get shot, and you have to come out.

00:10:28.000 And he rises defiantly.

00:10:29.000 Again, you learned so much in that moment.

00:10:32.000 And I had a breakthrough this morning.

00:10:33.000 Tucker said this, and it was just so amazing, which is, I now know why the crowd didn't freak out.

00:10:39.000 Because Trump was strong.

00:10:40.000 But that's exactly what America needs.

00:10:42.000 And that's why America's not going to freak out.

00:10:44.000 So when the leader is strong, people are calm and measured.

00:10:48.000 When the leader is weak, you have chaos.

00:10:50.000 Alina, you have to go.

00:10:52.000 Thank you so much.

00:10:52.000 God bless you.

00:10:53.000 Give it up for Alina Hava, everybody.

00:10:55.000 Thank you.

00:12:03.000 We have Congressman Wesley Hunt from the great state of Texas.

00:12:07.000 So we were joking around, this is 2024 in Milwaukee.

00:12:12.000 Yeah.

00:12:12.000 In 2028 we are going to be in Houston, Texas.

00:12:14.000 It is going to be hot.

00:12:15.000 There will be no outdoor activities.

00:12:17.000 Do not go outside.

00:12:18.000 Do not go outside.

00:12:19.000 There will be nothing outdoor.

00:12:20.000 This will be the indoor convention.

00:12:21.000 You are correct.

00:12:22.000 I think they have the facilities to do it though.

00:12:24.000 Houston is a beautiful city.

00:12:24.000 We do.

00:12:25.000 It's great folks.

00:12:27.000 It's the most air-conditioned city in the entire world.

00:12:30.000 Is that right?

00:12:30.000 That is correct.

00:12:31.000 It is the most humid.

00:12:32.000 Yes it is.

00:12:32.000 When they say drain the swamp, I always ask which one.

00:12:36.000 It's really something else.

00:12:40.000 You think it's New Orleans?

00:12:41.000 Yeah.

00:12:42.000 So, Congressman, you're doing a great job.

00:12:43.000 First of all, excellent speech.

00:12:44.000 Thank you very much, Charlie.

00:12:45.000 And I want to say, you having our president's back has been so awesome to witness.

00:12:50.000 You were early in your defense of Trump.

00:12:52.000 And if I remember correctly, you were like, wait, he endorsed me early, so why wouldn't I endorse him early?

00:12:57.000 Am I summarizing that right?

00:12:58.000 You are absolutely correct.

00:12:59.000 The first time I ran, sight unseen, President Trump supported me.

00:13:03.000 We talked on the phone.

00:13:04.000 The first time I ran, he endorsed me, and then I realized that... He endorsed me twice, and then I realized the second that he decided to run again, the least I can do, the least I can do, is support him as early as possible.

00:13:17.000 So by the time he finished that speech, we were already all in.

00:13:20.000 I love that.

00:13:21.000 And you received some backlash for that, I remember, at the time.

00:13:24.000 But it was out of loyalty, and I just love that.

00:13:24.000 I did, I did.

00:13:26.000 It's so hard to find in politics.

00:13:28.000 Yes, it is.

00:13:29.000 We are in a moment right now where we thought that Congress was going to be low drama, because it's a political cycle.

00:13:37.000 With what happened this last weekend, and I want your perspective from a military standpoint, from a Congress standpoint, was one of the most humiliating, unacceptable, but yet divine providence moments in American history.

00:13:49.000 Your reaction, Congress?

00:13:50.000 It is clear that God had his hand on President Trump in that moment.

00:13:54.000 There's no denying that.

00:13:56.000 Charlie, I'm a combat guy.

00:13:57.000 I'm an Apache pilot.

00:13:58.000 I've been shot at before.

00:14:00.000 So I understand exactly what this means.

00:14:02.000 And the resolve of somebody to get into the fight and go to that next mission after you've been shot at is something that I understand intimately.

00:14:10.000 What President Trump did after he got shot at, the first thing he wanted to do was put his shoes back on.

00:14:16.000 So, again, I'm the farthest from a military guy.

00:14:18.000 he raised his fist and said, fight, fight, fight.

00:14:18.000 I'm a layman.

00:14:22.000 So for a civilian to behave like this and to have that military resolve is the quintessential

00:14:27.000 definition of courage under fire.

00:14:29.000 The world saw it and that's our leader.

00:14:31.000 So again, I'm the farthest from a military guy.

00:14:34.000 I'm a layman.

00:14:35.000 I'm a citizen.

00:14:36.000 OK.

00:14:37.000 However, based on the literature and based on what people have said for many years, you

00:14:40.000 don't know who the tough guys are until that moment.

00:14:44.000 Is that a fair summary?

00:14:45.000 That is 100% correct.

00:14:48.000 So his response in that moment was a quintessential display of strength that the average person just can't do.

00:14:55.000 We were trained to be that way.

00:14:56.000 And you're kind of born that way as well.

00:14:58.000 And then you're trained that way as well, especially being in the military.

00:15:01.000 The fact that he just stood up and wanted to fight, it's like what Dana White said,

00:15:04.000 he's the toughest man in the entire world, and he's watched the toughest fighters ever.

00:15:07.000 And I'm sure you even saw in the military some guys that might have been super tough at,

00:15:12.000 you know, in boot camp.

00:15:13.000 But when the shots were firing, sometimes there's a...

00:15:15.000 It's a different conversation.

00:15:16.000 It's a different conversation, right?

00:15:17.000 Yeah, yeah.

00:15:18.000 But here is a guy who is 78 years old, the former president,

00:15:22.000 and he goes down to the ground after he gets shot in the ear,

00:15:26.000 actually getting shot.

00:15:27.000 Yes.

00:15:28.000 Now, mind you, don't you get a medal in the military if you're shot?

00:15:32.000 Absolutely.

00:15:33.000 And I don't, you know, I got a combat action badge and I really actually want to give it to him because that officially counts.

00:15:40.000 There should be all the military guys that support Trump, yourself, all the, you know, I could think of 10 or 12.

00:15:46.000 There should be a ceremony to give President Trump Some sort of a medal and I'm not saying this jokingly.

00:15:52.000 I love this.

00:15:52.000 Let's work on that though because this is a great idea It was completely heroic now.

00:15:56.000 Let's get back to this was a humiliation.

00:15:59.000 Yes, I There is no reasonable explanation as to what occurred and so Why was there no helicopter support drone reconnaissance?

00:16:08.000 Why did they get Trump offstage the Secret Service director is coming in front of you on?

00:16:13.000 Monday yes What is your role going to be?

00:16:16.000 So we need to have a full, transparent investigation of the American people.

00:16:21.000 We had a former president and future president that was shot.

00:16:24.000 There's no excuse for that.

00:16:25.000 This hasn't happened in over 40 years.

00:16:27.000 That's a complete disgrace.

00:16:29.000 And the idea that a shooter can get 150 yards from the most powerful man...

00:16:35.000 That's a chip shot, Charlie.

00:16:36.000 And I'm an AR-15 guy, too.

00:16:38.000 That's a chip shot.

00:16:39.000 There's no way.

00:16:40.000 That's unexcusable.

00:16:42.000 There's no way that should ever happen.

00:16:44.000 And I think we are going to work hard in oversight.

00:16:46.000 With Jim Jordan, we're going to work hard on judiciary to get to the bottom of this.

00:16:49.000 And heads need to roll so that this never happens again to any American president.

00:16:53.000 No one has resigned.

00:16:54.000 No one's been fired.

00:16:55.000 This is unacceptable.

00:16:57.000 By the way, Biden is down big time in the polls.

00:16:59.000 Why doesn't he just go fire the Secret Service director?

00:17:01.000 Do you know she's here, by the way?

00:17:02.000 Are you serious?

00:17:03.000 She's walking around with more guards than Donald Trump had.

00:17:06.000 She's walking around with 15 guards as if she's like the Sultan of Brunei. 0.98

00:17:10.000 You know what I will say?

00:17:13.000 There have been some adjustments because when President Trump walked out a couple of days ago, he had the 18.

00:17:17.000 It was overkill.

00:17:20.000 He's got the whole Roman Army with him.

00:17:22.000 The night that he got shot, I said, that poor guy's not going to be able to go to the restroom without a Secret Service agent.

00:17:27.000 Never again.

00:17:28.000 The Secret Service agent will be in the shower with him.

00:17:30.000 Never again.

00:17:31.000 Poor guy.

00:17:31.000 I know.

00:17:32.000 Mayorkas claims, oh, I don't know anything about this.

00:17:36.000 How could this possibly occur or happen?

00:17:39.000 Unfortunately, it seems to be a pattern.

00:17:42.000 The pattern is that no one gets fired for the Afghanistan withdrawal.

00:17:46.000 Yep.

00:17:46.000 Nobody gets fired for the Hunter Biden laptop lies.

00:17:49.000 No one gets fired for COVID.

00:17:51.000 Are we actually going to get people fired, pensions revoked, and potentially imprisonment for gross negligence if the investigation pans that out?

00:17:58.000 So that absolutely needs to happen.

00:18:00.000 It should happen. 0.98

00:18:01.000 But again, these people are completely incompetent. 0.79

00:18:04.000 They don't fire anybody. 0.91

00:18:05.000 So it's up to us in November to fire them all.

00:18:07.000 And I hope that the American people are watching because if heads don't roll for this, then the American people have an opportunity to change this.

00:18:12.000 That is such a smart point.

00:18:14.000 If you want to fire the people who didn't protect Trump, we fire them in the ballot box, right?

00:18:19.000 Fine.

00:18:19.000 They're not going to fire them.

00:18:21.000 Day one, President Trump will use Schedule F and anyone who is remotely involved in this, they can go and they could go back to PepsiCo and guard Mountain Dew.

00:18:31.000 Charlie, you know what?

00:18:32.000 I have a funny, I have a sneaking suspicion that on November the 6th, they're going to quit.

00:18:38.000 But there should be no pensions?

00:18:41.000 None of that?

00:18:42.000 We almost lost a former and future president in this country.

00:18:46.000 And we did lose an American citizen, just so we're clear, okay?

00:18:48.000 Thank you for bringing that up.

00:18:49.000 We lost a patriot too, by the way.

00:18:51.000 He was a firefighter, he was a patriot.

00:18:53.000 So yes.

00:18:53.000 Kobe was his name?

00:18:54.000 Yes, yes.

00:18:55.000 Corey, sorry.

00:18:56.000 Corey, yeah.

00:18:57.000 And he... Beautiful family.

00:18:59.000 He put himself in the light of fire.

00:19:01.000 Of his family, yes.

00:19:02.000 So, last point.

00:19:03.000 I have a theory about this.

00:19:05.000 So, typically when there is a crisis, you know, the old adage is don't say fire in a crowded theater because people could die, you know.

00:19:11.000 When there's a crisis, the crowd creates a stampede and that usually is sometimes worse than the actual event itself.

00:19:20.000 Correct.

00:19:22.000 From your personal military standpoint, how do you explain the fact that 10,000 people stood stoically after bullets were fired and their president got shot?

00:19:33.000 The answer is very simple.

00:19:34.000 That's the leader.

00:19:35.000 Everyone was watching the leader.

00:19:36.000 They were watching the strength of the man that we are all following into the future.

00:19:41.000 And so when he doesn't panic, then nobody else panics.

00:19:44.000 And I'm a guy that's been in the military.

00:19:46.000 I've been a commander.

00:19:47.000 I've commanded troops.

00:19:48.000 If I act crazy and if I act, you know, if I lose my resolve and if I lose myself, then guess what?

00:19:55.000 My soldiers are going to do the exact same thing.

00:19:57.000 That's exactly what happened.

00:19:59.000 When this is true in families, this is true in communities and in life, when dad or the leader loses it, then all of a sudden you have mass chaos.

00:20:10.000 And so when Trump came up and he was defiant and measured, the audience was taking a cue from him.

00:20:17.000 Okay.

00:20:17.000 Yes, that's right.

00:20:19.000 We're going to be here, we're going to stay here, we're going to fight, fight, fight.

00:20:21.000 But I also just think our people are built differently.

00:20:23.000 We are.

00:20:24.000 We are.

00:20:24.000 We're conservatives, man.

00:20:26.000 But these are not all military people.

00:20:28.000 These are farmers and ranchers and small business owners, and bullets are whizzing by them, and you re-watch the footage, they're just... They're hanging in there with our leader.

00:20:39.000 Unbelievable.

00:20:39.000 And if the media, who are a bunch of dishonest hacks, had any integrity, they'd say, Explain this.

00:20:46.000 Well, you saw the reports, right?

00:20:47.000 They said, President Trump has to leave stage.

00:20:50.000 He fell.

00:20:51.000 He fell.

00:20:51.000 No, he was shot.

00:20:52.000 He was shot.

00:20:53.000 And we've been through, we've had some humdingers.

00:20:56.000 Yes, we have.

00:20:56.000 This has been one of the most embarrassing, humiliating, NBC News, CNN.

00:21:02.000 They're ridiculous. 0.99

00:21:02.000 They said Donald Trump fell after loud noises. 0.99

00:21:04.000 It's a disgrace.

00:21:05.000 It's an absolute disgrace.

00:21:07.000 And I think a lot of people's eyes are opening.

00:21:09.000 Congressman, you're in a pretty safe seat.

00:21:11.000 Is that fair to say?

00:21:12.000 Yes, I am.

00:21:12.000 I'm doing pretty well.

00:21:14.000 Where do you want the people's energy, attention, resources to go this cycle?

00:21:17.000 What is your call to action for that?

00:21:19.000 We have got to have record turnout for the Republican Party.

00:21:22.000 We have to be enthused to do this.

00:21:24.000 This is what this whole thing is about.

00:21:26.000 The feeling and the sentiment that I feel around here, I think we're going to be in very good shape, but we cannot take this for granted.

00:21:32.000 You have to keep in mind that, yes, Joe Biden is pulling the worst of any modern president that we have seen in this juncture.

00:21:37.000 But at this point, we cannot take it for granted.

00:21:40.000 We've got to show up in November.

00:21:41.000 Every single soul, bring your neighbor, bring your friends.

00:21:44.000 We must show up.

00:21:46.000 I love that.

00:21:47.000 And this is now a two-pronged thing where you guys have to do your part in Congress starting on Monday.

00:21:53.000 But I have a feeling the American people are going to turn out in major and massive numbers if we do the work.

00:21:58.000 Yes, we have to do the work.

00:21:59.000 And tonight, we're going to hear from, hopefully, our future vice president, J.D.

00:22:02.000 Vance.

00:22:02.000 Yes, he will be.

00:22:02.000 J.D.

00:22:02.000 Vance will be our future vice president.

00:22:04.000 Yes, he will.

00:22:04.000 It's going to be one of the most important speeches, I think, for a vice president in the modern era.

00:22:08.000 This is our future.

00:22:09.000 He's our future.

00:22:09.000 It's our future, and after two inches almost collapsed this country, people are thinking, what comes next?

00:22:15.000 You are correct.

00:22:15.000 Congressman, you're a great man.

00:22:16.000 God bless you.

00:22:17.000 It's an honor to be here.

00:22:18.000 Thank you.

00:23:28.000 You did!

00:23:28.000 You did great!

00:23:29.000 Thank you!

00:23:29.000 How are you?

00:23:31.000 I'm so happy to be here with you.

00:23:32.000 God bless you.

00:23:33.000 Thank you so much for having me.

00:23:34.000 Thank you.

00:23:35.000 You work with Newsweek.

00:23:36.000 Yes.

00:23:37.000 And you are a free thinker.

00:23:38.000 Yes.

00:23:38.000 And you are an advocate for America's workers.

00:23:40.000 Yes.

00:23:41.000 I hate all these labels.

00:23:42.000 Yeah.

00:23:42.000 I think they drive me nuts.

00:23:44.000 And you have been so clear about what Donald Trump represents.

00:23:47.000 Just as someone who loves truth, what do you think of this moment we're living in from the last couple of days?

00:23:53.000 Charlie, we are undergoing a vibe shift nationally right now.

00:23:59.000 So many of the sacred cows that so many people on the left believed because the media lied

00:24:05.000 to us for so long, they cannot believe these things anymore because these sacred cows are

00:24:10.000 being murdered before our very eyes in front of everybody, in front of the entire nation.

00:24:16.000 So for example, the sacred cow, that political violence comes from the right.

00:24:22.000 Nonsense.

00:24:23.000 You cannot believe that anymore when you have this in front of you, when the right is the

00:24:28.000 target of political violence in such an explicit way.

00:24:33.000 The idea that the Republicans are the party of old white men, look at the leader of the

00:24:37.000 Democratic Party, right?

00:24:39.000 It's so hard to look at Joe Biden and say the other side, the guy who stood up after being shot and said, fight, right?

00:24:47.000 That there's something old about that.

00:24:49.000 No, the youth vote is turning to Trump.

00:24:51.000 Young people are understanding this.

00:24:53.000 Voters of color are understanding this.

00:24:54.000 The idea that Trump is racist or the Republicans are racist.

00:24:57.000 You can no longer believe that being at this RNC and seeing the premium that's being placed on diversity.

00:25:04.000 So I don't know, I feel like the country is changing.

00:25:07.000 More unites us than divides us as Americans, and I think that's becoming very clear.

00:25:11.000 And I would say that you sometimes come after things, I don't want to say left, but can you describe yourself just so that it could add some context to the audience?

00:25:21.000 Yeah, I would say I'm a populist.

00:25:22.000 I'm for the American worker.

00:25:24.000 And so for me, seeing the head of the Teamsters Union come out here on Monday night and get a standing ovation because President Donald Trump invited him to come here, And to speak truth to power about American workers, that's where I stand.

00:25:38.000 I want what's best for the American family and the American worker.

00:25:40.000 Yes, and workers have been deprioritized and capital has been elevated.

00:25:44.000 I say that as someone who is a free market guy, but you have to be honest, right?

00:25:48.000 You need a balance between labor and capital, and right now American workers are poorer than ever before.

00:25:53.000 In my speech, I mentioned that homeownership is harder than ever, that family formation is harder than ever.

00:25:59.000 What is your opinion, as someone who's a populist, of JD Vance getting the vice presidential nod. JD Vance is

00:26:07.000 the the pick for the American worker.

00:26:10.000 This is a man who has experienced the American dream firsthand and was not content to get out

00:26:15.000 on his own but he said I need to now go out and help more American workers achieve the kind of

00:26:21.000 success that I did. He comes from the opioid crisis, the opioid epidemic and more importantly

00:26:26.000 Charlie this is a man who has worked across the aisle with Democrats to elevate American workers

00:26:33.000 whenever he can.

00:26:34.000 So when the media tells you that J.D. 0.72

00:26:35.000 Vance is an extremist, this is more lies and more nonsense.

00:26:39.000 This is a man who will do anything to help American workers.

00:26:42.000 And what does that look like in contrast with the Democrat Party?

00:26:46.000 And the Democrat Party is in complete disarray right now.

00:26:50.000 Walk us through what's happening there right now, because Biden is still on the ropes.

00:26:53.000 Yeah, it's really amazing.

00:26:55.000 You saw Joe Biden's oldest friends and allies come out and try to effectively do a coup against him, which is something that I think for many Republicans are like, wow, Joe Biden's getting the Trump treatment, right?

00:27:08.000 Suddenly the media that carried so much water for the Democrats turned on a dime on Joe Biden when they realized that he couldn't defeat Trump.

00:27:15.000 You see people like President Obama and George Clooney and all the elites who knew that this was the situation with Joe Biden and hid it from the American people turn on a dime and abandon him and throw him to the wolves the minute that people realize this.

00:27:27.000 And so I do believe we're living through a realignment where we have a diverse party.

00:27:34.000 The Teamster Union keynote address is so remarkable.

00:27:38.000 Do you think that the party of Mitt Romney would have had the Teamster Union even speak?

00:27:43.000 And what I want to know from you, Charlie, is, okay, you have been wise to this from long before I was, long before many people who are waking up and smelling the coffee now.

00:27:43.000 Definitely not.

00:27:55.000 What is it like for you to have been a young person who figured this out so far ahead of not only your elders, but now a lot of your peers who are figuring out what you realized so long ago?

00:28:06.000 I mean, I was very lucky because I believed all the pablum that I grew up with all of a sudden started to fall apart.

00:28:12.000 And again, President Donald Trump deserves all the credit.

00:28:15.000 He was the one that was not interested in these abstractions of the D.C.

00:28:21.000 think tank consensus, and he saw reality.

00:28:24.000 He didn't care about lofty ideas of free markets or, you know, always going to improve people's lives.

00:28:31.000 He's like, well, why is it that we keep on sending our jobs to foreign countries?

00:28:33.000 Like, why are we importing stuff?

00:28:35.000 And it made me reconsider a lot of my beliefs.

00:28:38.000 But I don't care that I was early.

00:28:41.000 I am thrilled that we're now all on the same page.

00:28:44.000 I mean, you look at who's not speaking at this convention and not even welcome.

00:28:47.000 Liz Cheney is not welcome here. 1.00

00:28:49.000 Mitt Romney is not welcome here.

00:28:50.000 Paul Ryan is not welcome here.

00:28:52.000 George W. Bush is not welcome here.

00:28:55.000 They're not welcome because there is no home for their worldview.

00:28:58.000 Their worldview is invade the world, invite the world. 0.96

00:29:01.000 Their worldview is to bring in as much plastic garbage from China and de-industrialize our base. 1.00

00:29:05.000 Their worldview is that we don't care about the American workers because they look at America as a colony, not a country.

00:29:12.000 We are a nation, and you cease to be a nation when your leaders don't feel an obligation to deliver results or represent the people.

00:29:20.000 A colony is just a place where you do commerce.

00:29:23.000 No one has any shared bonds.

00:29:24.000 You can still buy stuff and trade stuff, but there's a fundamental distinction between a country and a colony, and that's the Republican Party has now decolonized the country, if you will, and it's like, no, we're actually a nation, and a nation is constituted of people, and the people need to be prioritized above abstractions or foreign countries.

00:29:42.000 I think that's so smart.

00:29:43.000 And what you're effectively pointing to is that Donald Trump took on not just the Democratic Party, but the elites in the Republican Party.

00:29:49.000 This is the most important thing.

00:29:50.000 The most important thing.

00:29:51.000 Something that Obama never actually did.

00:29:53.000 I was just going to say.

00:29:54.000 But when you look at the Democrats and the elites of the Democratic Party that signed on to this disenfranchisement of the working class, the dispossession of the working class, Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, Joe Biden, all of these elites are still solidly in place and still totally directing the direction of the party.

00:30:11.000 Yes, and the Democrat Party is captured by the intel agencies.

00:30:14.000 The Democrat Party is the party of war.

00:30:16.000 The Democrat Party is the party of neoliberalism.

00:30:19.000 And yet, their base, as you well know, are not really neoliberals.

00:30:23.000 And that's why you're starting to see base decay, and they're starting to come to the Republican Party, and they are welcome here.

00:30:28.000 And again, they might disagree with us on some social issues, but there is no mistake that Donald Trump is the advocate for blue-collar America, for the muscular class.

00:30:37.000 What Donald Trump has been able to pull off at this convention Donald Trump could have kept a relic of what once was as his VP.

00:30:47.000 He decided to put a MAGA America First fighter that's a 1-2 combo.

00:30:54.000 That's courage.

00:30:56.000 A hundred percent.

00:30:57.000 And I just want to address the social issues.

00:31:00.000 You look at where Trump is on all of these social issues, and every position he has staked out is one that has 60% support among the American people.

00:31:09.000 Whether it's 15 weeks for abortion, whether it's being pro-gay but very strict on trans issues, that is where the vast majority, not just of Republican voters, but Democratic voters are.

00:31:19.000 In fact, Trump sounds a lot more like a New Deal Democrat than he does like a Mitt Romney type, right?

00:31:25.000 Than he does like a George Bush type.

00:31:26.000 We must understand though that the things that tie us together...

00:31:32.000 We want strong families, we want strong communities, and I'm more conservative on those social issues, of course, and I think Donald Trump has allowed a great platform for this party to still represent, which are common sense values and issues, especially on the trend stuff, which is just insane what's happening.

00:31:50.000 So then, what is your prediction, as someone who is not as into it as I am, of how this election will end up?

00:31:57.000 Well, I can only tell you about the conversations I've been having with service workers since Saturday.

00:32:04.000 And there's a lot of people waking up and saying, oh my God, the media really lied to me about this.

00:32:10.000 What else have they lied to me about?

00:32:13.000 And the image that President Trump made standing up and his first thought was, let me reassure the American people that I'm OK and stave off civil war.

00:32:22.000 That was extremely powerful.

00:32:23.000 And again, I'm hearing from a lot of people who are typically Democrats that they feel very, very lied to.

00:32:29.000 I think that's coming off of the debate where they saw Joe Biden and thought, oh my God, how is it possible that I didn't know that this was our president?

00:32:36.000 And I hope that that's going to have a big impact.

00:32:38.000 So, Batia, how could people support you, follow what you're doing at Newsweek?

00:32:43.000 I don't know.

00:32:43.000 They should support themselves, you know.

00:32:45.000 Talk about your book.

00:32:46.000 Their families.

00:32:47.000 My book, yes.

00:32:48.000 I wrote a book called Second Class, How the Elites Betrayed America's Working Men and Women. 0.99

00:32:52.000 It's available for sale.

00:32:53.000 It's all about the struggling working class. 1.00

00:32:56.000 Thank you so much, Charlie.

00:32:57.000 I think that you're so important at this moment.

00:32:59.000 Thank you.

00:32:59.000 And thanks for everything you do.

00:33:01.000 God bless you.

00:33:01.000 Thank you so much.

00:33:02.000 God bless you, too.

00:33:02.000 Give it up for Batya, everybody.

00:33:03.000 Thank you.

00:33:05.000 Alright everybody, you want to get this shirt right here?

00:33:07.000 You guys can get it at members.charliekirk.com.

00:33:09.000 Can we show that?

00:33:09.000 Isn't that the most iconic thing you've ever seen?

00:33:13.000 Members.charliekirk.com.

00:33:14.000 You guys can check it out.

00:33:15.000 Donald Trump was shot and he remained steady.

00:33:18.000 I want to repeat this point because it's very important.

00:33:20.000 Why did the crowd not freak out?

00:33:23.000 Because the leader was stable, and was courageous, and was defiant against opposition.

00:33:31.000 A country goes into chaos, which we'll be living through, when a leader is weak, is not assertive, and has no clear direction.

00:33:39.000 What you saw on display right there was a microcosm of the macro problems that we have been living through.

00:33:46.000 Which is that the crowd understood that, okay, our leader is steady at the wheel.

00:33:53.000 Praise God that he is alive and well.

00:33:55.000 Tonight is going to be one of the most important speeches in Vice President history.

00:33:59.000 Who's excited to hear from JD Vance tonight?

00:34:00.000 Everybody right?

00:34:05.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:34:06.000 It's happening right before our eyes.

00:34:07.000 America's at the end stages of a Marxist revolution.

00:34:10.000 The new documentary, Beneath Sheep's Clothing, is a stark commentary on the communist infiltration of American culture, pushing a Marxist ideology in our colleges, our churches, and media.

00:34:20.000 Beneath Sheep's Clothing exposes the dark truth about the communist playbook.

00:34:25.000 To overthrow America without firing a shot, we're told we'll be liberated from oppression.

00:34:29.000 But instead, it takes away our freedoms to impoverish us and enslave us.

00:34:35.000 The next step is a political revolution unless we the people wake up and reclaim our American values and freedoms.

00:34:46.000 Don't miss the shocking documentary Beneath Sheep's Clothing.

00:34:50.000 Get the strategies and solutions to stop this before it's too late.

00:34:54.000 Watch Beneath Sheep's Clothing. 0.90

00:34:56.000 See the trailer now at SalemNow.com.

00:35:00.000 That is SalemNow.com, SalemNow.com.

00:35:06.000 We have two incredible young ladies here, and one is a friend of Mr. Thomas, is that right?

00:35:13.000 So, not so much.

00:35:16.000 Riley Gaines, and remind me, I'm sorry, Paul, is that right?

00:35:18.000 Okay, introduce yourself please for the audience.

00:35:20.000 My name is Paula Scanlon, and I swam at the University of Pennsylvania with one William Thomas.

00:35:25.000 That's right, and everyone knows Riley Gaines.

00:35:27.000 Riley Gaines is great, isn't she?

00:35:29.000 Riley, say hello.

00:35:30.000 Hello, hello.

00:35:31.000 Good to be here.

00:35:32.000 And so, I want to dive into this.

00:35:33.000 One of the core pillars, President Trump repeats it frequently, is that men should not compete in female sports.

00:35:39.000 How common and how frequent is this happening right now, Riley?

00:35:41.000 It's happening every state, every level, every division, every sport.

00:35:45.000 People who push the narrative, people who believe the narrative, that this is a non-issue, it's a solution in search of a problem.

00:35:51.000 It's not really happening.

00:35:53.000 That could not be further from the truth.

00:35:54.000 I know Paula and I can both attest to the amount of messages we receive daily from parents, from female athletes, from coaches who are dealing with this, but who are terrified to speak up for themselves, to speak up even for their daughters, which is a tragic reality.

00:36:09.000 So Paula, we had you on the show, and you were formerly a swimmer with Biological Male, and so you are here advocating for Decency in female sports. 0.51

00:36:22.000 President Trump has said that he'll do everything he can to protect female athletes.

00:36:27.000 Tell our audience what Joe Biden did recently.

00:36:30.000 It did not get the press coverage deserved regarding Title IX.

00:36:34.000 Absolutely.

00:36:34.000 Joe Biden, I mean, we already knew all of this.

00:36:36.000 He's crooked. 1.00

00:36:37.000 He's horrible. 1.00

00:36:38.000 He's awful. 1.00

00:36:38.000 He's pushing these terrible policies. 1.00

00:36:40.000 But they recently rewrote Title IX to say that your sex is equivalent to your gender identity, meaning any man that wants to say he's a woman can now take over women's bathrooms, women's locker rooms, women's sports, all of those different opportunities.

00:36:53.000 And essentially, he's encouraging for more men to do what William Thomas did to me and my teammates.

00:36:58.000 And I think that that's just so disturbing, and we need to be aware of it.

00:37:01.000 And it didn't get any coverage because the leftist media We never talk about it.

00:37:04.000 So as an executive order, Joe Biden or his team did what exactly, Riley?

00:37:10.000 He rewrote, for our audience that doesn't understand all the details here, bring it down into bite-sized bits here.

00:37:17.000 So Title IX is a federal civil rights law that at one point prevented discrimination on the basis of sex on any educational program that receives federal funding.

00:37:24.000 So colleges, even your local YMCA, your Young Men's Christian Association, enacted 52 years ago in 1972 under President Richard Nixon.

00:37:34.000 But what Joe Biden has done illegally and administratively has taken this 37 word piece of legislation, only 37 words in its original implementation, rewrote it entirely, created a new policy that is now almost half a million words.

00:37:48.000 From 37, now 1,577 pages long, that should tell you everything you need to know.

00:37:54.000 But as Paula said, it allows men to have academic and athletic scholarships.

00:37:58.000 Take those from women. 1.00

00:37:59.000 It allows men into our bathrooms, locker rooms, changing spaces.

00:38:02.000 It allows men to be housed in dormitory rooms with women. 0.92

00:38:06.000 Your speech would be compelled.

00:38:07.000 So now you are forced to use preferred pronouns, but biologically incorrect pronouns.

00:38:12.000 And if you don't, or if you, a 17-year-old girl, moves away from your family for the first time,

00:38:17.000 you're housed with a male in your dorm room, if this is something that you feel uncomfortable with,

00:38:21.000 and you go to your administrator and merely request a new roommate,

00:38:25.000 under this new policy, you would be guilty and charged with sexual harassment.

00:38:29.000 Not the man parading around your locker room.

00:38:31.000 No, to President Biden, that's considered brave.

00:38:33.000 He said it many times.

00:38:34.000 He says, these are the bravest and most inspiring people I've ever met.

00:38:37.000 But you calling a spade a spade is grounds for sexual harassment.

00:38:41.000 So, Paula, help me understand.

00:38:43.000 Joe Biden says that he, you know, this is the woman's election, that we need women's rights here.

00:38:49.000 Why is he okay with creepy, perverted men to be able to undress next to women, which you had to experience?

00:38:56.000 You know, it's so funny when they talk about women's rights. 0.99

00:38:58.000 The only thing that they say is the right for a woman to kill a baby. 1.00

00:39:01.000 That is all they mean when they say that. 0.98

00:39:03.000 It's awful.

00:39:04.000 It's controversial.

00:39:05.000 And yes, it is completely crazy that I could be charged with sexual harassment for saying William Leah Thomas is a man, but him flashing me 18 times a week in our locker room doesn't constitute as sexual harassment.

00:39:17.000 I mean, I make it make sense.

00:39:18.000 And that is what they were pushing.

00:39:20.000 They're saying it does not matter.

00:39:21.000 And if you don't accept a man undressing in front of you, for some reason, you're bigoted and hateful and you're the problem.

00:39:25.000 They cannot tell you what a woman is. 1.00

00:39:27.000 As you well know, Matt Walsh popularized it.

00:39:29.000 I've repeated it many times.

00:39:31.000 And how in the world can you defend what you can't even define?

00:39:34.000 And it's so amazing, I had a lifelong liberal tell me that.

00:39:37.000 She came up to me, approached me, someone who considers themselves, I mean a lifelong feminist, and she says, how can my party You both have such an important voice right now. 0.72

00:39:46.000 We need President Trump to win.

00:39:47.000 Why for this issue?

00:39:48.000 We have a sitting Supreme Court justice, a Supreme Court justice who can't even answer

00:39:52.000 the question of what is a woman because she claims she's not a biologist.

00:39:56.000 Well guess what?

00:39:57.000 I'm not a veterinarian but I know what a dog is. 1.00

00:39:59.000 That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard in my entire life. 1.00

00:40:01.000 But again, that's the Democratic Party. 1.00

00:40:03.000 You both have such an important voice right now.

00:40:06.000 We need President Trump to win.

00:40:08.000 Why for this issue?

00:40:09.000 Why is it so important that he wins on this issue?

00:40:12.000 I think this issue in particular.

00:40:14.000 I was so excited when I saw the platform number 17, big bold letters, no men in women's sports.

00:40:21.000 I was thrilled to see this and understand this should matter to every single person.

00:40:27.000 Woman, man, black, white, old, young, whether you have a daughter, whether you have a daughter who competes athletically or not, this should matter to every single person for the mere fact That what the Democratic Party is doing, in regard to the sports issue, but broader, the gender ideology movement as a whole, is denying objective truth.

00:40:46.000 They are denying biological reality.

00:40:48.000 And understand, if we are willing to deny the most basic of truths, that being man and woman, a truth we have never struggled to understand in the nearly 250 years we've been established as a country, and certainly much longer than that, then there are no limits.

00:41:01.000 There are no limits on what they will next ask us to deny.

00:41:04.000 And not only ask us to deny, ask us to lie.

00:41:07.000 This is a real-life scenario that we are experiencing as American people every single day, being told to say 2 plus 2 is 5 or else.

00:41:15.000 That's why we should care.

00:41:17.000 So Paula, from a political standpoint, why is it so important that President Trump wins?

00:41:21.000 Because you would never think that a president of the United States would have jurisdiction over female sports, but that's where we're at. 1.00

00:41:29.000 That is where we're at.

00:41:30.000 I mean, we have, again, this is not just about sports.

00:41:33.000 I think the biggest realization here is you do not have to be an athlete for this to affect you.

00:41:38.000 You do not have to be a female athlete for this to affect you. 1.00

00:41:40.000 If you have a woman in your life, you should care about this.

00:41:43.000 This is happening in bathrooms. 0.95

00:41:44.000 I mean, you go into a bathroom and you're seeing these Men wearing dresses in the women's bathroom. 0.76

00:41:49.000 There's girls being assaulted in bathrooms. 1.00

00:41:51.000 I mean, this is every single level of society.

00:41:53.000 If we do not know what a man is and what a woman is, we will not exist anymore. 0.99

00:41:58.000 Every single person here around us, all around us, came from a man and a woman.

00:42:01.000 And if you can't figure that out, I don't know what else to tell you.

00:42:04.000 And so I want to pick your brain here just for a second, four or five more minutes.

00:42:09.000 What advice would you give Trump and JD Vance to do better with young female voters? 1.00

00:42:15.000 I think what young voters, people like Paula and myself, look, recent college graduates, of course we're women, what we want to hear is the willingness to take decisive action.

00:42:26.000 I think that's something that our leaders, quote unquote, have failed to do as it pertains to women, as it pertains to our equal opportunity, as it pertains to our safety, our fairness, our dignity.

00:42:36.000 our privacy in areas of undressing.

00:42:39.000 And I've been very, again, thrilled to see that President Trump, he said the first day in Oval Office, he will

00:42:46.000 reverse course from what Joe Biden has done, again, illegally and

00:42:49.000 administratively, to Title IX.

00:42:52.000 That's what we need to see. And I think that's what young people like myself, there's a lot more people like me and

00:42:57.000 Paula than it seems. I agree, no, and just for younger women 1.00

00:43:00.000 voters that are obsessed about being able to murder their babies, how do we navigate that issue? 0.97

00:43:06.000 Is that even possible or do we just say, that's not what this election is about?

00:43:10.000 I'm just curious because they're so obsessed with this issue.

00:43:13.000 I mean, I've noticed it.

00:43:14.000 I mean, even like reporters walking around here, that seems to be the big topic they're pushing at.

00:43:18.000 I think it's, we're really at an interesting age where I think there's so many more important issues to look at.

00:43:24.000 We're looking at the economy, right?

00:43:25.000 We're looking at this issue of people not even knowing what a woman is.

00:43:28.000 You're losing opportunities for women to even exist in society. 1.00

00:43:31.000 I think that's a much bigger deal.

00:43:33.000 If we don't know what a woman is, how do we know who's getting the abortions, right? 1.00

00:43:36.000 Like, we need to define that first.

00:43:37.000 And I think this stumps all of that.

00:43:39.000 And I know there's a lot of issue, one issue voters, and women in particular, that are going to fall into that. 1.00

00:43:44.000 And I really urge them to say, again, your rights as a female are at risk here.

00:43:48.000 And if you don't vote this way, you're going to lose all opportunities to be a woman in society.

00:43:53.000 So, and then, as far as the younger vote, broadly, I think there is a shift happening.

00:43:58.000 Would you agree, Riley?

00:44:00.000 100% there is.

00:44:00.000 Again, talking to my peers, people on my team, at the University of Kentucky where I swam, collegiately, We were a team of 40 girls, okay?

00:44:10.000 And of my team of 40 girls, only two disagreed with everything that I'm saying right now.

00:44:16.000 And that's not because we had a team of 38 staunch conservatives swimming at the University of Kentucky.

00:44:22.000 No, we had a team of girls who didn't want their opportunities stripped from them by unelected bureaucrats and officials, people within the NCAA. 1.00

00:44:30.000 And so, again, I think we're seeing this shift.

00:44:32.000 I think people are waking up, whether it be the instances that happened, I mean, even just this week.

00:44:38.000 I've been so thrilled to see friends that I've had, friends who have considered themselves apolitical even, who...

00:44:45.000 I mean, I think the best verbiage here has, they've come out of the closet.

00:44:50.000 They were closeted conservatives, but they're posting stuff on social media.

00:44:53.000 They're posting stuff on their story.

00:44:55.000 And I think that's, again, I think it's awesome.

00:44:57.000 And to your point, I think it unites us, weirdly enough.

00:45:01.000 Do you think that J.D.

00:45:02.000 Vance, with his beautiful family, younger type face, is a potential entry point with younger voters?

00:45:09.000 I mean, I think that him being a younger pick is huge.

00:45:12.000 I really am looking at that.

00:45:13.000 Even my parents are saying, wow, he's so young.

00:45:16.000 I mean, I know that people across both aisles are saying, Trump's on the older side, Biden's on the way older side.

00:45:23.000 And I think that's what's really opening the doors for younger voters to be excited, to be excited about the future of the Republican Party.

00:45:29.000 I think that's really where we're at, needing to push the future.

00:45:31.000 And again, that comes with our generation and people that are younger.

00:45:35.000 I know you have a lot of campus visits scheduled for the fall, right?

00:45:37.000 Yes, yes.

00:45:38.000 I'm going to do everything I can to get both of you in front of as many young female voters to try to get them snapping out of how they're told to think and view the world, because a lot of them I think are actually very reasonable, and it is the elimination of women in the West. 1.00

00:45:52.000 No doubt about that.

00:45:53.000 Super excited.

00:45:54.000 We have a big campus tour this fall.

00:45:56.000 I'll be going to 17 different college campuses.

00:45:59.000 I'm doing 21, so you have to catch up with me.

00:46:00.000 I'm amping it up then.

00:46:02.000 But one I'm very excited for, last year it was a turning point event.

00:46:05.000 I went to Penn State University on October 10th.

00:46:09.000 I had this idea, it was actually during Women's History Month, right, March, Women's History Month, we saw all these accolades and awards and recognition that should have gone to women, went to undeserving men, whether it was Hershey's with their Her-She's campaign, whether it was Rachel Levine, what have you.

00:46:26.000 And I thought to myself, how can we get back to honoring real women, real women?

00:46:31.000 Thinking, thinking.

00:46:32.000 I thought October 10th, right?

00:46:33.000 In Roman numerals, this is the 10th day of the 10th month.

00:46:36.000 In Roman numerals, this is XX.

00:46:38.000 Of course, denoting female pronouns.

00:46:40.000 So I went to Penn State University.

00:46:41.000 Penn State, as you could maybe potentially remember, the president released this huge video saying that I was a bigot.

00:46:48.000 She canceled my speech.

00:46:49.000 She wouldn't let me come.

00:46:50.000 I went there anyways with a megaphone.

00:46:52.000 I stood on a soapbox and I shared to the people.

00:46:55.000 Multiple students were arrested for trying to To kill me, quite frankly.

00:46:59.000 But it was awesome.

00:47:00.000 It was great to be able to reach the students.

00:47:03.000 This year, on October 10th, Real Women's Day, we have wonderful leaders in Congress, wonderful women leaders in the Senate, Senator Marsha Blackburn, Representative Lisa McClain, who just walked by the booth, who have been champions for this.

00:47:15.000 They've introduced it on the House floor.

00:47:17.000 They've introduced it in the Senate now.

00:47:18.000 Real Women's Day is a national holiday, October 10th.

00:47:21.000 Mark your calendars.

00:47:23.000 We will be going to Cal Poly, which last year, Chloe Cole was there. 0.86

00:47:27.000 She's a hero.

00:47:28.000 So very excited.

00:47:29.000 October 10th, Cal Poly.

00:47:31.000 Paula, how can people support both of you on social media?

00:47:33.000 What do you guys, any way to get behind what you're doing?

00:47:35.000 Yeah, I mean, just follow us on social media.

00:47:38.000 Continue, I mean, just to talk to people about this.

00:47:40.000 I mean, I will share one last thing.

00:47:41.000 I had a teammate who I hadn't talked to in two years since the Leah Thomas scandal call me on the phone and say, I'm so fed up with this, I'm voting for Trump.

00:47:49.000 And I think that's a great sign.

00:47:50.000 Trump.

00:47:50.000 Vance.

00:47:51.000 Trump.

00:47:52.000 Vance.

00:47:52.000 God bless you guys.
