00:01:21.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:23.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:32.000 It is Judgment Day.
00:01:33.000 I'm here with Jack Pesobic.
00:01:34.000 As always, you can email me freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:01:37.000 We got some very serious problems happening in Arizona.
00:01:39.000 I'm hearing about problems in Tennessee of machines that are just not working.
00:01:42.000 In Arizona, 20% of all tabulators in Maricopa County are not working.
00:01:46.000 Now, this might deter you from the polls.
00:01:47.000 It should do the opposite.
00:01:49.000 You need to show up in record numbers.
00:01:50.000 And look, I'm getting the reports.
00:01:51.000 Let me just tell you kind of the brass tacks of what is going on.
00:01:54.000 As of right now, there have been about 65,000 people that have cast a ballot in person in Maricopa County that does not count drop-offs.
00:02:03.000 We need that number to be 400,000.
00:02:05.000 We are not on pace to hit that.
00:02:06.000 We are behind already.
00:02:08.000 Katie Hobbs and Blake Masters and Mark Kelly.
00:02:10.000 Mark Kelly actually might be breathing a sigh of relief with all the shenanigans and games that are happening in Arizona.
00:02:15.000 Now you might say, well, Charlie, I already voted.
00:02:17.000 What else can I do?
00:02:18.000 You got to get five more people out to the polls and keep them in line.
00:02:21.000 I'm telling you, the numbers are not there.
00:02:23.000 I mean, turnout is up everywhere across the country.
00:02:25.000 Now, some people might be going in and dropping off their ballot.
00:02:28.000 I don't know.
00:02:29.000 I'm telling you, there's some major issues here.
00:02:32.000 And by the way, Jack, we are getting emails from people like we've never seen this.
00:02:35.000 So, Charlie, Charlie, let's go back to this a little bit because we were talking just before we got cut off.
00:02:41.000 The box three, they're saying machines are having issues 20%.
00:02:46.000 And that's just the number that we're doing.
00:02:47.000 We'll have that clip if we can get it.
00:02:49.000 We need to get that clip out because this is like something you'd hear in Nicaragua, right?
00:02:53.000 Everybody won this election.
00:02:56.000 The idea, someone said at one point, the machines are warming up.
00:02:58.000 They're taking time to warm up the machines.
00:03:00.000 I'm sorry, it's not 19.
00:03:02.000 Well, so when I, when I went and voted, this one, by the way, I have my beautiful I voted sticker.
00:03:05.000 We're in Maricopa County.
00:03:07.000 And I'm responsible for 30 people to go out to vote, 30 people.
00:03:10.000 Okay.
00:03:11.000 30 people.
00:03:12.000 And you guys got to be as well.
00:03:13.000 When I went in to vote, I said, wait a second.
00:03:15.000 What do you mean that the tabulator isn't working?
00:03:18.000 They said, oh, yeah, the machine's not working.
00:03:19.000 They know about it.
00:03:20.000 We're just going to go put it in this box here.
00:03:22.000 And the box means that it's counted in the coming days.
00:03:25.000 So the box gets counted not at, shouldn't the box be counted at the precinct then, right?
00:03:31.000 No, I mean, but they don't have a machine to count it.
00:03:34.000 So they don't have the machine.
00:03:35.000 They don't have the workers because they assumed the machine was going to work.
00:03:38.000 So they've got a box and they're telling people that the quote-unquote backup plan is essentially stick it behind door number three.
00:03:45.000 Yeah, I don't want to play games with door number three.
00:03:48.000 What should people do, Charlie, if they're here in Arizona, if they get told, put your, your ballot, your sacred, right, our sacred democracy that we've been talking about for all these weeks and months and years since the 2020 election, our sacred democracy is now trapped behind door number three.
00:04:06.000 And so someone says, Charlie, why are you panicking?
00:04:06.000 Yep.
00:04:08.000 It's only 10.08 Arizona time.
00:04:10.000 Look, I'm panicking because you need 10 times more votes than you have right now.
00:04:13.000 And by the way, wouldn't it be better for us to panic and not celebrate?
00:04:16.000 You expect me to bring champagne on here right now?
00:04:18.000 I'm telling you right now, the modeling is not there.
00:04:20.000 There are three rushes on election day.
00:04:22.000 There's the early morning rush, there's a lunchtime rush, and there's your after-work rush.
00:04:26.000 What Charlie is saying here is that first rush did not come in in the numbers that we needed to have it come in.
00:04:32.000 Yeah, and we don't know it.
00:04:32.000 Tyler Boyer says we are on track to lose.
00:04:34.000 So look, I mean, if you guys think that's the problem, then you can stay at home and enjoy a Katie Hobbs governorship.
00:04:39.000 I sure hope people start turning out, right?
00:04:41.000 And I mean, we're getting emails from people all across Arizona, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:04:46.000 And I'm telling you, there's huge issues.
00:04:49.000 Okay, so do we have the tape there?
00:04:50.000 So here's it.
00:04:51.000 Look, vote counting machines aren't working properly at 20% of vote centers in Maricopa County.
00:04:56.000 Listening to a press conference on the issue, they haven't said why.
00:04:58.000 No one knows why 20% of all the machines just aren't working.
00:05:02.000 There are two tabulators at each location.
00:05:04.000 When I went in to vote this morning, they just said, oh, yeah, sorry, this is just kind of normal.
00:05:07.000 It's just the kind of the way it goes.
00:05:08.000 That's just what they said.
00:05:10.000 We have that tape?
00:05:11.000 All right, listen, this is him saying 20% of the machines aren't working.
00:05:14.000 And we're very excited about how things are going today on Election Day.
00:05:18.000 We did want to come out and discuss one issue that's going on out there in about 20% of the vote centers.
00:05:25.000 Again, we have 223 vote centers across the county.
00:05:29.000 In about 20% of those, when people will go and they try and run the ballot through this tabulator, maybe one out of every five or so of those ballots, they're not going through.
00:05:42.000 One out of five, it's not going through, Jack?
00:05:44.000 That's the recorder right here just a couple of minutes ago saying, by the way, everything is fine.
00:05:47.000 I like that better in the original rush.
00:05:49.000 One out of five of the ballots that we are trying to run through the machines aren't working.
00:05:56.000 It's not who votes.
00:05:58.000 It's who counts the votes.
00:05:59.000 That's right.
00:06:00.000 By the way, if we show up, we win.
00:06:00.000 Yes.
00:06:02.000 I'm telling you right now.
00:06:03.000 This is right now.
00:06:04.000 So we do not have the numbers that are showing an action plan now.
00:06:07.000 We need an action plan.
00:06:08.000 What do people do when they're responding when they go to vote?
00:06:11.000 You have to processes your ballot and you stay there and wait until they have someone come and fix the machine.
00:06:17.000 You do not put the ballot in box three.
00:06:21.000 So we're not doing box three, door three.
00:06:23.000 No, no, no.
00:06:24.000 You don't do box three.
00:06:24.000 No.
00:06:25.000 You don't do door three.
00:06:26.000 Look, I mean, hold the line.
00:06:28.000 And by the way, if you've got a mail-in ballot, you can go there and surrender your ballot and then they give you a new ballot to cast in person.
00:06:35.000 Now, some precincts are turning out in huge numbers.
00:06:37.000 In Surprise, they're turning out.
00:06:38.000 In Peoria, they're turning out.
00:06:39.000 In Scottsdale, they're turning out.
00:06:41.000 When I went to go vote this morning, they said, oh, yeah, by the way, the machine's just down.
00:06:41.000 But guess what?
00:06:45.000 The machine's down.
00:06:46.000 Warming up.
00:06:47.000 It's just warming up.
00:06:48.000 It's just warming up in the 90s.
00:06:50.000 This one right here.
00:06:50.000 The machines are not working.
00:06:52.000 They handed me a felt pen.
00:06:53.000 I instead had an ink pen and waited for a machine to accept it.
00:06:55.000 Good for you, Matt.
00:06:56.000 Thank you.
00:06:56.000 I want to hear about all your experience of what's happening.
00:06:58.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
00:07:00.000 By the way, Charlie actually reads the emails.
00:07:02.000 Yeah, I mean, Freedom at Charlie Kirk, it just goes to him.
00:07:04.000 People are asking me, you know, Charlie, what do we do?
00:07:06.000 You have to stay in line.
00:07:08.000 You have to stay in line and demand that they count your vote.
00:07:10.000 And look, that might mean that you have to take a half a day off work.
00:07:13.000 By the way, it's against the law for your boss to punish you for waiting to vote.
00:07:18.000 Just so we're clear, right?
00:07:19.000 So you could basically call your boss, be like, look, they can't count my vote.
00:07:22.000 I'm waiting in line.
00:07:23.000 Any retribution because of that is illegal.
00:07:26.000 Now, I will say this.
00:07:28.000 Remember when I try to tell people to consider voting early?
00:07:30.000 Voting, by the way, is a civil right.
00:07:31.000 Yes, that's right.
00:07:32.000 Remember when I try to tell people to consider in-person early voting?
00:07:35.000 I recall.
00:07:36.000 Look, right now, here's the case.
00:07:37.000 We need to swarm the polls.
00:07:40.000 Yes.
00:07:40.000 Storm the polls.
00:07:41.000 And peacefully and patriotically in the most amazing way we possibly can.
00:07:46.000 Because the modeling just isn't there yet.
00:07:48.000 Now, what might end up happening is people might be dropping off a ton of ballots because they get mailed in ballots and they drop them off.
00:07:55.000 So we need to see.
00:07:56.000 Charlie, I'm going to put this out there.
00:07:57.000 And I said this on Twitter this morning that you realize what they're doing, right?
00:08:02.000 That the people that want to move us to mass mail-ins that want to move us to ballot Dropbox voting, they want this.
00:08:11.000 They want problems on election day, whether it's machines, whether it's tabulators, whether it's a lack of election workers, whatever it is.
00:08:18.000 This serves the purpose of moving election away from the traditional and constitutional, right?
00:08:24.000 Federal law states, right, the first Tuesday after the first Monday, that it will be an election day.
00:08:30.000 They are shifting this and normalizing the idea of, well, it's just too many people.
00:08:35.000 It's so hard to do it.
00:08:36.000 You can't get the workers out when every other, every single other industrialized nation in the Western world is able to do this in one day without these problems.
00:08:45.000 Look, there's problems in a lot of elections.
00:08:47.000 This one is going to have a lot of them.
00:08:49.000 The point is this: do not crack, don't melt down, and keep the morale up and hold and stay the lineup.
00:08:55.000 Steady resolve the morning shows.
00:08:57.000 Yeah, but look, we need to get people to keep on showing up in major numbers.
00:09:01.000 And so, look, so someone says, Charlie, isn't this good news?
00:09:04.000 As of 9 a.m., about 45,000 voters have checked into Maricopa County.
00:09:08.000 They ask, is this good news?
00:09:09.000 No, that's low.
00:09:11.000 We did it at 9:30.
00:09:11.000 Like, we need five people.
00:09:13.000 9 a.m.
00:09:13.000 At 9 a.m.
00:09:14.000 No, no, no.
00:09:15.000 That should have been at 7 a.m.
00:09:16.000 We need half a million people by the end of the day in Maricopa County.
00:09:19.000 So that's about, so if you've got, what, 10, was it 10 hours of voting?
00:09:19.000 That's right.
00:09:23.000 Yeah, and look, someone says 50,000 people.
00:09:25.000 He says, Charlie, you're freaking out way too early.
00:09:27.000 I'm freaking out because I know the numbers.
00:09:28.000 I don't even know if I'm freaking out.
00:09:30.000 And Jack, how many times do we need to prove that we know the numbers around here?
00:09:34.000 Guys, don't make Charlie do it again.
00:09:36.000 All right.
00:09:36.000 He did it the last time we had on the primary day, and he sat there and went through county by county, batch by batch.
00:09:42.000 Don't make me have to sit through that again.
00:09:45.000 Someone says here, Charlie, turnout is low question mark.
00:09:47.000 I thought Carrie Lake's rallies were well attended.
00:09:49.000 Well, people hopefully are showing up right now.
00:09:50.000 We're going to get a new ballot drop in the next 15 minutes.
00:09:53.000 Every half hour on the, you know, every half hour, we're going to find out how many people are showing up and we're going to see what happens.
00:09:58.000 But also, it could be that people are coming and dropping off their ballot.
00:10:01.000 If you went today and dropped off your ballot or you know other people that did that, I want to email me freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:10:07.000 So look, and again, if your ballot is rejected, then, and if they fail to run it through it again, if it fails a second time, then you have to have them spoil the ballot and fill out a new one.
00:10:16.000 I know that takes a lot of time.
00:10:17.000 It's just the way it is.
00:10:19.000 And 20%, 20% of all the machines are not operating right now in Arizona.
00:10:27.000 You got to get at least five other people out to the polls today.
00:10:30.000 This is a sabotage campaign.
00:10:31.000 Remember, I told Jack, we said they're going to have traffic jam issues because they know where else.
00:10:36.000 I thought you were being chicken little, and now it's like, it's like you had a crystal ball, Charlie's crystal ball.
00:10:41.000 It's the only thing they had left was to stop this.
00:10:46.000 Look, in the good old days, we Americans argued about which policies to pursue to improve this beautiful country.
00:10:52.000 Charlie Kirk here.
00:10:53.000 Too often we find ourselves arguing about whether or not America is great or not, or whether we should be ashamed or whether we should love America.
00:11:00.000 The reason for this is simple.
00:11:02.000 For too many years, too many of our schools have been neglecting to teach young people about our great heritage of liberty, presenting them instead a dishonest narrative of America as a fundamentally unjust or racist country.
00:11:13.000 Hillsdale College is winging in for America, the wonderful Hillsdale College, by offering a free online course, such as The Great American Story, A Land of Hope, Constitution 101, The Meaning of History of the Constitution.
00:11:25.000 As we get closer to Constitution Day, September 17th, I encourage all of you to enroll in one of these wonderful free courses from Hillsdale.
00:11:32.000 And even better, encourage your friends and family to sign up too.
00:11:35.000 Begin your Hillsdale course today at charlie4hillsdale.com.
00:11:38.000 That is charlie4hillsdale.com.
00:11:40.000 Check it out.
00:11:41.000 Charlie4Hillsdale.com.
00:11:45.000 It is a specific call to action.
00:11:47.000 We got to make sure you stay in line and vote.
00:11:49.000 And if after a couple attempts your ballot is not counted, you have to spoil the ballot and you got to go back through it.
00:11:56.000 So, right now, there are 20%, one in five of the precincts, 20% of precincts that are not in Maricopa County Arizona.
00:12:07.000 Do you mean get out and get back in line?
00:12:08.000 Yeah, I mean, if after two attempts, it doesn't work, it's going to take more time.
00:12:12.000 Some people aren't going to do it.
00:12:14.000 So, basically, they have created a drop box called Box 3, where they say, oh, those will be counted later.
00:12:21.000 Do not trust them with that.
00:12:22.000 I don't trust that.
00:12:23.000 I'll trust that for a second.
00:12:23.000 Do not do a second.
00:12:25.000 Now, look, so the numbers look really low right now.
00:12:27.000 I'm texting with Rich Barris.
00:12:29.000 The explanation very well could be that people are turning up and dropping off their ballot, and that does not get counted.
00:12:36.000 We don't know what that is.
00:12:37.000 For example, you know, someone said right here that they dropped off their ballot this morning and they said the following: They said, Charlie, I dropped off my ballot yesterday.
00:12:46.000 How do I check to see if I voted?
00:12:48.000 Well, there is a way to do it through a portal on the Maricopa website.
00:12:51.000 And so, look, it's just the tone that we have to have on election day is you got to play like you're five points down, right?
00:12:58.000 And so, in certain precincts, I could tell you that the lines are extraordinary.
00:13:03.000 One right here says, Charlie, hey, Charlie, keep the faith.
00:13:07.000 I was at my local poll here at 6 a.m.
00:13:09.000 They are already having problems.
00:13:10.000 Luckily, mine went through.
00:13:12.000 Well, good.
00:13:14.000 So, look, and someone says, Charlie, here, we know how important the election is.
00:13:18.000 You need to stay calm.
00:13:19.000 It's obvious you're upset.
00:13:20.000 Let the Patriots do their jobs.
00:13:22.000 Please settle down.
00:13:23.000 I don't know, Jack.
00:13:24.000 Is today the day to settle down?
00:13:27.000 Just relax, just kick back.
00:13:28.000 See what's on Netflix.
00:13:30.000 I don't know if that really is the helpful tone right now.
00:13:31.000 Watch the game.
00:13:33.000 Maybe some grilling in the backyard.
00:13:35.000 No, no, today's the day that everything is on the line.
00:13:39.000 Today, we are facing, and Charlie, we laid this out last night.
00:13:42.000 We are facing a potential generational realignment in our politics.
00:13:47.000 If you want that, then you cannot have a weak turnout today.
00:13:51.000 Even if we win, even if we get across the finish line by a couple of inches, that's not going to break the back of the establishment.
00:13:57.000 It's not going to break down the uniparty system.
00:14:00.000 We need a blowout win today.
00:14:03.000 That means people not just winning at the top of the ticket, that means all the way up and down the ballot.
00:14:08.000 And I'm talking about all across Long Island and New York, Staten Island, which is big, Pennsylvania.
00:14:15.000 I broke this this morning.
00:14:16.000 One of the reports I'm getting out from the central Pennsylvania areas, the rurals, the exurbs, the F-150 cavalry, Charlie, the F-150 cavalry is showing up in droves.
00:14:26.000 The muscular class, the working class, they're coming out in Pennsylvania.
00:14:30.000 That's what we need, and we need it all day.
00:14:33.000 It can't stop.
00:14:34.000 It can't let up.
00:14:35.000 And if the line is too long and you got to get to work, then guess what?
00:14:37.000 You're coming back on your lunch break or you're coming back after work.
00:14:40.000 You're coming back when it matters.
00:14:42.000 And stay in line, hold the line.
00:14:44.000 Do not take one step back.
00:14:47.000 Vote like your children's lives depend on it because they do.
00:14:52.000 Someone says, Charlie, don't settle down.
00:14:53.000 Thank you.
00:14:54.000 Yeah, today's, look, I'm looking at the numbers, and Rich Barris says this.
00:14:58.000 So, look, there's a chance the numbers aren't where they need to be.
00:15:01.000 And you might say, Charlie, it's very early.
00:15:02.000 But, Jack, can we just walk through a little bit of trajectory analysis, right?
00:15:07.000 I mean, I mean, again, there are three big rushes on election day.
00:15:12.000 It's just how it works.
00:15:13.000 You got to think of it.
00:15:14.000 It's human nature.
00:15:14.000 And by no means am I saying don't vote or anything?
00:15:17.000 I'm saying the opposite, actually.
00:15:18.000 I'm saying you have to now bring more people to the polls, right?
00:15:21.000 Because of all of these looming issues, all the shenanigans, all the nonsense that they're doing.
00:15:25.000 Okay, let's go to this.
00:15:27.000 Let's go to cut 88.
00:15:28.000 A poll worker in Maricopa County tells Election Day voters the machines are broken.
00:15:32.000 Play cut 88.
00:15:33.000 So, what happens if we have two tabulators?
00:15:35.000 One of the tabulators is not working, okay?
00:15:39.000 The other tabulator is taking about 75% successful.
00:15:44.000 So 25% of them are being misread, and it could be a printer issue, or it could be the tabulator itself.
00:15:51.000 So when it's misread, you have an option to put it into what's called box three, and it gets read whether it goes downtown and gets read manually or whether it gets refetted into our tabular.
00:16:05.000 You have to resist the box three.
00:16:08.000 Do not put it in box three.
00:16:10.000 I love the everything's fine, everything's okay kind of attitude there.
00:16:15.000 Oh, this is normal.
00:16:17.000 This isn't something to worry about.
00:16:18.000 It's like Mr. Rogers up there going, don't, you'll be fine.
00:16:22.000 Hi, neighbor.
00:16:23.000 Just put it here in box three and don't worry.
00:16:25.000 Don't worry about your ballot.
00:16:27.000 Don't worry about your sacred vote.
00:16:29.000 Don't worry about the blood, sweat, and tears of patriots that built this country.
00:16:33.000 No, they'll be all protected by box three.
00:16:36.000 Yeah, I don't think so.
00:16:37.000 Be very careful with that.
00:16:38.000 We just got a good email here.
00:16:39.000 Charlie, long lines in surprise, Arizona.
00:16:41.000 Good to see.
00:16:41.000 That's great.
00:16:42.000 Surprise is a Republican tilting area.
00:16:44.000 That's a great sign.
00:16:45.000 Now, the good news, look, can we get to some good news, though, for Arizona?
00:16:48.000 Let's do it.
00:16:49.000 Is that okay?
00:16:49.000 Because I think people could use some good news is that despite the lower turnout, that so far, it's only been four and a half hours, right?
00:16:57.000 And the modeling is not where it needs to be, but we are winning.
00:17:02.000 Republicans are casting 60% of all the votes so far on election day.
00:17:07.000 There you go.
00:17:08.000 Democrats, 14%.
00:17:09.000 Independents, 26%.
00:17:11.000 And we are winning independents.
00:17:13.000 So essentially, we're winning almost two and a half to one just non-partisan split.
00:17:17.000 We could be winning as high as three to one.
00:17:21.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:17:22.000 The world is in chaos, and it's going to cause food shortages unlike anything we've ever seen.
00:17:27.000 You need a three-month food kit from MyPatriot Supply.
00:17:30.000 And I just got to ask the question, are you prepared?

00:18:15.000 Have a backup plan.
00:18:16.000 Preparewithkirk.com.
00:18:20.000 Check it out.
00:18:23.000 Getting some good reports.
00:18:24.000 Turnout is picking up.
00:18:26.000 That kind of mid-morning surge.
00:18:27.000 I think people are turning into an all-day affair.
00:18:29.000 The F-150 Cavalry in Pennsylvania, Charlie, the F-150 Cavalry has arrived.
00:18:35.000 They're going to be arriving all day.
00:18:37.000 They're in the central PA.
00:18:38.000 They're in the Xurbs.
00:18:39.000 They're in the rurals, Lancaster County, York County.
00:18:42.000 We need to drive that.
00:18:43.000 And Western PA.
00:18:44.000 We need Western PA.
00:18:45.000 Also, by the way, remember that Connor Lamb district, we are looking to flip that seed in the Connor Lamb district.
00:18:50.000 It will be flipped today.
00:18:51.000 Just watch.
00:18:52.000 As always, you can email us what you're seeing, what you're hearing, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:18:56.000 And look, if I have some urgency in my voice today, I will not apologize for that because we need to increase the trend.
00:19:02.000 Does that mean it can?
00:19:03.000 Of course, in a second, this can turn around.
00:19:07.000 But we do not, here's the way it works in Arizona.
00:19:09.000 And I don't mean to be too focused on Arizona because we're a national program, but I think the eyes of the nation really are on Arizona, aren't they, Jack?
00:19:14.000 I agree.
00:19:15.000 And so with Carrie Lake and Blake Masters and all these dynamics and it being a 2024 state is there's a lot of people that are dropping off their ballot.
00:19:15.000 Yeah.
00:19:22.000 We have no idea how many people that is.
00:19:24.000 So explain that.
00:19:26.000 Why when somebody drops off the ballot, do we not get that?
00:19:29.000 Well, because no one's counting it.
00:19:30.000 It gets put in a big box and then they count it in the days after.
00:19:33.000 And I say, well, why do people like box four?
00:19:35.000 So these are people that are kind of splitting the difference between putting their ballot in the mail and voting in person so they feel more secure.
00:19:42.000 And there is some rationale for this.
00:19:44.000 So it's like turning the actual polling station into a drop box.
00:19:47.000 So basically they go and they look at the poll worker and they say, where do I put it?
00:19:50.000 You put it in the drop box and you walk away.
00:19:52.000 That's it.
00:19:52.000 And hopefully that gets counted.
00:19:52.000 Okay.
00:19:54.000 The idea being that that's much more secure than one of these units.
00:19:57.000 Then just some Dropbox on the side of the street.
00:19:59.000 Right.
00:19:59.000 Yeah.
00:20:00.000 I've seen them driving around here at Maricopa.
00:20:02.000 Just so everybody knows, we're here in the heart of Maricopa County right now.
00:20:05.000 Email is freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:20:08.000 Okay, let's get to some sound here and let's get through.
00:20:12.000 Okay, so I want to go to this one here.
00:20:14.000 North Scottsdale voting location, just like mine, having technical difficulties.
00:20:19.000 Let's go to cut 89.
00:20:22.000 And as it's wrong, are they putting in some audio ballots?
00:20:30.000 The other option is the social accessible voting price.
00:20:38.000 100% of the time, how would you like?
00:20:43.000 Lots of ballot issues happening right now.
00:20:45.000 I know that was hard to hear, but.
00:20:46.000 We're fortifying the elections hard here in Maricopa.
00:20:48.000 We're fortifying them so hard right now.
00:20:50.000 But it's also happening in Mercer County, New Jersey, play cut 92.
00:20:54.000 Voting machines are down in each district across Mercer County because of a printing and scamming issue with the ballots.
00:21:02.000 But voters, though, can still go to their polling locations, insert their ballot into an emergency slot of the machine.
00:21:09.000 And the website, it says it appears that county officials won't be able to tally those votes, though, tonight.
00:21:14.000 They are right now working to fix that problem.
00:21:17.000 New Jersey, baby.
00:21:19.000 I love New Jersey.
00:21:20.000 And so I hear there it's the emergency slot.
00:21:23.000 So it's not door three there.
00:21:25.000 It's the emergency slot.
00:21:26.000 So Jack, are we seeing good turnout in Pennsylvania so far?
00:21:30.000 So we're seeing good turnout in the suburbs, or excuse me, the exurbs, the rurals and central.
00:21:35.000 What do you mean by the exurbs?
00:21:36.000 So that's sort of your, you're in between rural and suburbs.
00:21:40.000 But, but, and take this with a note of caution, because I'm also seeing high turnout in Philadelphia.
00:21:46.000 We're also getting reports of high turnout in Philadelphia.
00:21:48.000 Urban Philadelphia.
00:21:49.000 In urban Philadelphia.
00:21:50.000 This is your Federman.
00:21:51.000 That's your Shapiro.
00:21:52.000 That's your straight ticket Democrat votes.
00:21:54.000 We're hearing high numbers in Philadelphia.
00:21:56.000 And we knew it would be high in Philadelphia because, well, that's what Philadelphia does on elections.
00:22:00.000 They always seem to find those extra votes that you didn't think were there.
00:22:05.000 Fetterman is already saying this might take multiple days.
00:22:07.000 Is that right?
00:22:08.000 Well, and Fetterman, not only that, Charlie, he's hired Mark Elias.
00:22:11.000 That news just broke this morning that Mark Elias, we remember him of dossier fame, of Russia Gate fame, of Fusion GPS, Mark Elias from the Hillary campaign, has just been hired officially by the Federman campaign.
00:22:23.000 So that means essentially, more than likely, they're looking at a close election, neck and neck, end neck when it comes to Federman.
00:22:32.000 And they know that Mark Elias is the guy that when it comes, because when it gets down to a game of inches, that's when you have to start getting into, okay, was this an undated ballot?
00:22:40.000 Was a misdated ballot?
00:22:41.000 Was it potentially a double vote?
00:22:43.000 So you know what double vote is?
00:22:45.000 Double vote is when in Pennsylvania, double voting is when you've sent in your mail-in ballot.
00:22:49.000 Your mail-in ballot has been received, but then maybe you forgot you did that because it was a couple of weeks ago.
00:22:54.000 You show up in person.
00:22:55.000 Now, normally the election books would be out there and they would have that listed to say, well, hold on.
00:22:59.000 You know, I've got you here.
00:23:00.000 I can't have you come in in person.
00:23:03.000 What they're doing is they're taking that out now.
00:23:06.000 So the Philadelphia Commission just met this morning and I'm hearing that they were having a discussion of this.
00:23:12.000 They're going to allow it and then allow the spoilation of it.
00:23:16.000 But the question is, of course, are they actually docking the first ballot or are they going to count that as well?
00:23:21.000 That is the question.
00:23:22.000 So here's Philadelphia, folks.
00:23:24.000 Welcome to Philly.
00:23:25.000 Wickenburg, Arizona, really great place in Maricopa.
00:23:28.000 Neither machine in Wickenburg is reading ballots.
00:23:29.000 Some people are trying multiple times, fail, fail, fail.
00:23:32.000 We're told to put them in the machine or drive to a different polling place.
00:23:35.000 So many angry voters here in Wickenburg.
00:23:36.000 Now, if you go to a different polling place, there is a chance, there is a chance that they will not count your ballot according to Harmeat Dillon.
00:23:46.000 So, someone says, Charlie, I thought you had TPSA people at the polls.
00:23:49.000 Also, where are the banned posse people?
00:23:51.000 We're the precinct people.
00:23:52.000 MAGA knew this would happen.
00:23:53.000 Look, you can't fix a machine.
00:23:55.000 That's the problem.
00:23:55.000 Is we've tried.
00:23:56.000 You got to get rid of the Maricopa County recorder.
00:23:58.000 The machines are the problem right now.
00:24:00.000 So, they have to run them through these machines, and one out of five of them are spitting them back.
00:24:05.000 One out of five of them are not working.
00:24:06.000 20% of the machines.
00:24:08.000 This isn't Nicaragua, by the way.
00:24:09.000 That's right.
00:24:10.000 This isn't the warlord that's taking over Haiti right now.
00:24:14.000 This is Maricopa County, Pennsylvania, or excuse me, Arizona.
00:24:17.000 We're here in a first-world country, an industrialized nation.
00:24:22.000 We can't even hold a vote on election day.
00:24:26.000 That is where we're at right now.
00:24:27.000 Email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:24:30.000 Let's get to another piece of sound here.
00:24:31.000 We're seeing these issues happen and pop up all across America, but we are not trying to deter you.
00:24:36.000 We're trying to actually make this should make you want to vote more and bring more people out to the polls.
00:24:41.000 But you must be vigilant.
00:24:42.000 No complaining.
00:24:43.000 You got to stay in line.
00:24:45.000 You got to stay focused.
00:24:46.000 Hold on.
00:24:47.000 Go through the entire line.
00:24:48.000 And if your ballot is rejected more than twice by the machine, then you have to spoil that ballot and you got to go through the process all over again.
00:24:57.000 And you might be there for an hour.
00:24:59.000 You might be there for two hours.
00:25:00.000 Now, Jack, I believe this is all part of Katie Hobbes voter suppression.
00:25:04.000 I really do.
00:25:05.000 I think this is a voter suppression operation to try to stop Republicans from voting.
00:25:10.000 How is it legal that the Secretary of State that's running the election is herself the candidate on the top of the ballot?
00:25:18.000 How is that legal?
00:25:18.000 Here's some good news.
00:25:19.000 Voted in Peoria this morning and everything was operating normally.
00:25:22.000 And I voted Republican top to bottom, a senior citizen relatively new to Arizona.
00:25:22.000 No major delays.
00:25:25.000 God bless you, William.
00:25:27.000 Have a Blake Masters sign in my yard.
00:25:30.000 Hopefully, my neighbors will vote Republican.
00:25:31.000 Well, not every precinct then, not every voting center is a catastrophe.
00:25:34.000 That's great.
00:25:35.000 Praise God.
00:25:37.000 Let's go to this one here.
00:25:38.000 Charlie, I just voted in Awatuki.
00:25:40.000 The tabular worked.
00:25:41.000 It was busy.
00:25:42.000 I asked about the flow and they said it was a steady flow since 6 a.m.
00:25:45.000 Thanks, Frank.
00:25:46.000 Look, this is why we keep the pressure up.
00:25:47.000 This is why you keep the pressure up.
00:25:50.000 This is why you name the officials too, by the way.
00:25:52.000 Stephen Richard showed that Bill Gates.
00:25:54.000 You put that Bill Gates, really.
00:25:54.000 You showed the names.
00:25:56.000 I remember you said that the last time.
00:25:58.000 It's not the Bill Gates.
00:25:59.000 It's a different bill.
00:25:59.000 It's not the Bill Gates.
00:26:00.000 So some of the people.
00:26:01.000 How much part of the name does he own?
00:26:02.000 Kathy just emailed me 110 people in line in Fountain Hills.
00:26:05.000 That is a very good sign.
00:26:06.000 Fountain Hills is like right-wing central.
00:26:08.000 That is a great.
00:26:09.000 So does it seem like maybe people slept in a little bit, but now they're starting to come out more?
00:26:13.000 Yeah, look, I mean, we're going to get new numbers right now in the next 10 minutes.
00:26:17.000 Again, we are monitoring this.
00:26:19.000 Our entire turning point action team is all across the country.
00:26:22.000 Obviously, and here's the thing: I know we have a national radio program and we have a national live stream, and we are a little biased because we're here in Arizona.
00:26:29.000 But I want everyone to understand: Arizona is a microcosm that if we are able to push back against these demons and these awful ideas, it will help save the country, right?
00:26:38.000 And that's why you're here, Jack.
00:26:39.000 You're a Pennsylvanian who's here in Arizona, manning the ship.
00:26:42.000 Look, we remember election night 2020.
00:26:46.000 It started here in Arizona.
00:26:48.000 That's where all of the things that went wrong started to go wrong.
00:26:53.000 That's why Arizona became ground zero.
00:26:57.000 Arizona became the target for everything to be turned back.
00:27:02.000 Right.
00:27:02.000 Yes.
00:27:03.000 So if Arizona is fixed, then it will follow that Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, whether it's Bacom County, Fulton County, Philadelphia County, Milwaukee County, and Wisconsin.
00:27:03.000 That's right.
00:27:14.000 We're already, by the way, hearing issues from a lawyer I have up there.
00:27:19.000 These are the direct areas.
00:27:20.000 It's the same places, right?
00:27:22.000 The same names that you were all very familiar with throughout all of 2020.
00:27:25.000 It's the exact same Maricopa County that was always the head of the snake.
00:27:29.000 It was always Maricopa County.
00:27:31.000 That's right.
00:27:32.000 Email us your thoughts, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:27:35.000 Freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:27:37.000 And look, I actually think the turnout is going to overwhelm them.
00:27:40.000 I have faith in the great people of Arizona that we are going to hit our numbers.
00:27:44.000 I'm just trying to warn you, we're not there yet.
00:27:46.000 It's so for those of you that might be watching and you're just getting up, you're like, oh, what's the kind of point in voting?
00:27:52.000 This is, we have them on the ropes.
00:27:52.000 No, no, no.
00:27:54.000 We got to show up.
00:27:55.000 This is the chance to do it.
00:27:57.000 Someone says, Charlie, there's no way to beat the machines.
00:27:59.000 Even if the machines are working, how can you trust them?
00:27:59.000 No way.
00:28:01.000 So, Jack, how do we respond to that?
00:28:03.000 People say that.
00:28:04.000 Email me, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:28:05.000 Thoughts, Jack.
00:28:06.000 You have to show up.
00:28:07.000 You have to show up in droves.
00:28:08.000 You have to show up as a posse.
00:28:09.000 You have to bring your friends.
00:28:11.000 And if you have paper ballots, there's evidence.
00:28:12.000 And with the paper ballots, there's a paper trail.
00:28:15.000 This is something that chain of custody exists.
00:28:17.000 It goes from you directly in.
00:28:19.000 There's no digital, et cetera, Mike Lindell kind of stuff coming in here.
00:28:22.000 No, What you have is a direct paper trail with a hand count, a hand count that you can go and put up next to the machine when this all comes out later.
00:28:33.000 Because by the way, if there are issues, Charlie, are we going to fight it or are we going to let it slide?
00:28:37.000 We're not going to let it.
00:28:38.000 We're not going to let it slide.
00:28:39.000 That's right.
00:28:40.000 Everybody watching, we're getting here.
00:28:42.000 Charlie, be careful not to panic voters.
00:28:44.000 They may not come out if they hear a bunch of BS is going on.
00:28:47.000 Thank you for that feedback.
00:28:48.000 If I'm panicking the voters, I apologize, but I'm not going to be like other programs where they're already measuring the drapes and they're ordering dump perion.
00:28:55.000 Not going to happen.
00:28:56.000 Okay.
00:28:56.000 Oh, everything will be fine.
00:28:58.000 Let's just see what's coming up later.
00:28:59.000 By the way, we only have a couple hours left.
00:29:01.000 This is where we have to begin to overwhelm the system and go in major and major ways that we've never seen before.
00:29:10.000 Idaho Patriots, Charlie, I live in Eagle, Idaho.
00:29:13.000 Things seem to be going smoothly.
00:29:14.000 We desperately need a governor change.
00:29:16.000 I voted for Ammon Bundy.
00:29:17.000 I voted Republican from top to bottom with Ammon Bundy as governor.
00:29:20.000 God bless you.
00:29:22.000 I just got a message from the West Wing.
00:29:26.000 Some of the talking points for the KJP briefing, which is going to be coming up.
00:29:33.000 Here's what you're going to hear.
00:29:34.000 You're going to hear slow counting is normal.
00:29:36.000 Machines always have errors here and there, but it's not going to take anything.
00:29:40.000 Poll workers are nonpartisan and criticizing them verbally.
00:29:44.000 Well, that's basically domestic terrorism.
00:29:46.000 You're going to hear all of this coming up from that briefing podium in just a few weeks.
00:29:50.000 Wait, so they are going to do a press release today?
00:29:50.000 Wow.
00:29:52.000 They're doing a press conference.
00:29:54.000 However, they've called LID when it comes to Biden.
00:29:56.000 So Biden's doing a press conference?
00:29:58.000 KJP.
00:29:58.000 No, no, no.
00:29:59.000 I mean, if Biden did a press conference, that'd be the greatest GO TV operation.
00:30:02.000 I would love to look at this episode.
00:30:03.000 I love Blood.
00:30:04.000 He's going to tell us about how he's going to shut down drilling and coal and everything else.
00:30:08.000 Mitch just said, Charlie, my ballot was not read in Cave Creek this morning.
00:30:11.000 What a disaster.
00:30:12.000 Put in the slot in front of machine.
00:30:14.000 Just checked.
00:30:14.000 My ballot has been counted.
00:30:15.000 Good job, Mitch.
00:30:16.000 Thank you for voting.
00:30:16.000 Love Cave Creek.
00:30:17.000 Email is freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
00:30:19.000 Spoiled ballots.
00:30:20.000 Hi, Charlie.
00:30:21.000 In Wisconsin, when we spoil a ballot, you don't have to stand in line again.
00:30:23.000 It's done immediately.
00:30:24.000 You're given a new ballot to take to the booth.
00:30:25.000 On the other hand, there's a lot of spoiled ballots that wait.
00:30:27.000 That could be as the poll captain does the spoiling and reissuing.
00:30:31.000 Thank you.
00:30:31.000 I'm actually, Judy says, love the urgency.
00:30:34.000 You're not panicking anybody.
00:30:35.000 Thank you, Judy.
00:30:36.000 God bless you.
00:30:36.000 I am curious, what is the vibe in Wisconsin?
00:30:38.000 I am, that's a really important state in more ways than one.
00:30:41.000 I'm curious.
00:30:42.000 Do we have Georgia Patriots?
00:30:43.000 I'm wondering how things feel in Georgia.
00:30:45.000 How do things feel in Wisconsin?
00:30:47.000 How do things feel in Michigan?
00:30:49.000 How do things feel in New York and Oregon?
00:30:49.000 And guess what?
00:30:53.000 I'm interested.
00:30:54.000 Email me, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:30:58.000 Frederick says I'm in New York, voted at 10 a.m.
00:31:01.000 Hey, New York's elections are having less problems than Arizona's elections, Jeff.
00:31:01.000 No problem.
00:31:05.000 Well, you know why that is.
00:31:06.000 That's because the Cuomo machine is getting behind Zelda up there.
00:31:09.000 Yeah, so let me just kind of elaborate a little bit more.
00:31:11.000 Look, you're going to be hearing a lot about Arizona.
00:31:13.000 It's national news.
00:31:14.000 Brett Baer is even talking about it.
00:31:15.000 He says that there might be some funny business going on in Arizona.
00:31:18.000 Brett Baer thinks there might be funny business in Arizona.
00:31:22.000 I'll just let that speak for itself.
00:31:23.000 So, but here's why.
00:31:24.000 Okay, so Maricopa County is this monstrosity of a county, okay?
00:31:28.000 One of the largest counties ever.
00:31:30.000 Okay.
00:31:31.000 It's the fourth largest county in America.
00:31:32.000 It's used to be a Republican county and now it's right on the edge.
00:31:35.000 And I could go through the whole history.
00:31:36.000 Austin and Tyler could go through the whole history of it.
00:31:38.000 But basically, they tried to universalize mail-in voting, and it did not stick.
00:31:43.000 And so instead of having all these precincts, there are 223 voting centers.
00:31:49.000 Wait, because when you said if there's an issue at the center, go find another location.
00:31:52.000 I'm like, what do you mean, find another location?
00:31:55.000 I got to be careful saying that.
00:31:56.000 If you've already read, if you already checked in to vote, there's a chance they won't take you at the other center.
00:32:00.000 I know this is confusing everybody.
00:32:02.000 We're trying to clarify this in real time.
00:32:06.000 Even the concept, the concept, the very concept of a vote center.
00:32:10.000 Okay, that's not how things are supposed to be.
00:32:13.000 It's a precinct.
00:32:14.000 The people of the precinct go there.
00:32:15.000 The election workers are from the precinct.
00:32:17.000 You know the person that you see because it's the same person you see every year, twice a year, whether it's the general, whether it's the primary.
00:32:25.000 You see them, you see your neighbors, you recognize each other.
00:32:28.000 That's how it's supposed to work.
00:32:29.000 Yes, that's accountability.
00:32:30.000 We got Tyler Boyer coming in just a second here.
00:32:32.000 I want to hear all of your emails, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:32:35.000 I want pictures of lines.
00:32:37.000 I want videos of any problems of things that might be happening.
00:32:39.000 I pray there's no problems.
00:32:40.000 Tyler Boyer joins us now for a very quick update.
00:32:43.000 Tyler, you are the Arizona expert.
00:32:45.000 People are very confused.
00:32:46.000 What is going on in here in Marajopa?
00:32:48.000 Are we hitting the numbers?
00:32:50.000 Do we need more people to show up and vote, Tyler?
00:32:52.000 What's going on?
00:32:53.000 We need everybody to show up and vote right now.
00:32:55.000 You're experiencing extraordinarily long lines, dysfunctionally long lines.
00:33:01.000 And this is at the hands of a system that Adrian Fontes created.
00:33:06.000 And Stephen Richard, unfortunately, has not fixed.
00:33:09.000 What we're seeing right now, and you just brought this up, Charlie, and this is really imperative.
00:33:13.000 If you go in and you check in and your ballot isn't scanning, you need to ask them for another print.
00:33:20.000 I just experienced this myself.
00:33:22.000 I personally just went in, requested a ballot.
00:33:26.000 The wonderful poll judge that was there is a neighbor and a friend.
00:33:29.000 The ballot printed misprinted.
00:33:31.000 I just tweeted about this.
00:33:33.000 It was so blotchy from the printer that the scanner could not read it.
00:33:37.000 And so, because of this, they luckily I caught it because I knew what I was looking for.
00:33:41.000 But I believe this is part of the problem of why people aren't having their ballot be read: you have bad equipment, you have faulty equipment, you have machines that need to be replaced, printers that need to be replaced.
00:33:53.000 And the poll judge there told me they've requested it hours ago for replacement, and they can't even get people to pick up the phone in Maricopa County.
00:34:01.000 This is what we're dealing with.
00:34:02.000 Yeah, so Tyler, we're seeing a lot of people that are just so confused.
00:34:06.000 Do you go to another polling place or do you stay in the polling place, Tyler?
00:34:10.000 So, if you've already printed your ballot and checked in at that polling place, you cannot go to another polling place.
00:34:15.000 But if you're going, if you're showing up and you see a long line and you're like, I'm giving up on this, you want to go to a different one, that's fine.
00:34:22.000 But once you check in, that's as if your ballot has been cast or is being cast there.
00:34:28.000 So, if you check in and you don't actually read your ballot through the machine, then it's basically as if like you voted and voted for nobody.
00:34:37.000 Yes, someone says right here, Tyler, sorry to interrupt.
00:34:39.000 Someone says here, Charlie, I tried three times, spoiled ballots in every attempt.
00:34:42.000 They gave me another ballot happen again.
00:34:44.000 Tyler, what are people supposed to do?
00:34:45.000 They spend the whole day at the polling place?
00:34:47.000 This is what happened to me just now.
00:34:49.000 You have to request, it's probably because of the bad print and/or machines are faulty.
00:34:53.000 You need to request them to reprint and try again.
00:34:57.000 Reprint, spoil that ballot, try again.
00:34:59.000 Now, if it happens four or five times, the best bet is to go to it, is to cancel your vote, cancel your check-in.
00:35:06.000 They can officially do that on the polling place, but uh, don't leave, don't just leave and give up.
00:35:12.000 You cannot do that once you've checked it.
00:35:14.000 Yeah, do not give up.
00:35:15.000 So, one out of five, one out of five voting centers are experiencing this problem.
00:35:18.000 We need more people to show up.
00:35:20.000 Is that right?
00:35:21.000 You have to show up, you have to get in line, you have to show that we care about Arizona.
00:35:27.000 Do not give up on Arizona.
00:35:28.000 Do not give up on the poll.
00:35:31.000 I don't care if it's two, three, four hours long.
00:35:33.000 It is legally required of your employer to allow you to vote.
00:35:36.000 Yes, that's right.
00:35:37.000 And if it takes all day because Stephen Richer and co are incompetent, because Bill Gates made fun of people on Twitter for questioning their process in Maricopa County, I mean, it is disturbing.
00:35:50.000 And we have an archive.
00:35:51.000 We have an archive of this, Charlie.
00:35:52.000 We'll talk about it later.
00:35:53.000 Tyler Boyer, Turning Point Action CEO, Tyler, keep on doing what you're doing in the East Valley.
00:35:57.000 Everyone got to show up and vote in big numbers.
00:35:59.000 We are going to win.
00:36:02.000 Okay, I'm trying to get a good sense of how many people have voted.
00:36:04.000 So far, according to the official Maricopa numbers, 70,137 people have voted in person, 40,000 Republicans, 18,800 Democrats.
00:36:14.000 That's a really good split.
00:36:17.000 In fact, the Democrats actually...
00:36:18.000 The split is where we want it.
00:36:20.000 Yeah, the Democrats actually.
00:36:21.000 The issue is actually the numbers.
00:36:22.000 The Democrats actually picked up a little bit.
00:36:24.000 And then independents.
00:36:25.000 I'm sorry.
00:36:26.000 I'm way off.
00:36:28.000 I'm rereading all this.
00:36:30.000 Let's see.
00:36:31.000 Richard Barris's numbers are all screwed up.
00:36:33.000 Okay.
00:36:33.000 Got it.
00:36:34.000 He texted me this.
00:36:34.000 I'm sorry.
00:36:35.000 18,000 independents, 9,000 Democrats.
00:36:38.000 Now it makes a lot of sense.
00:36:39.000 Point is 70,000 votes cast.
00:36:39.000 Okay.
00:36:41.000 Anybody in the audience, if you went into a polling place today and you dropped off a ballot, just email me.
00:36:46.000 And if you know people have done the same, because I'm trying to figure out how many people, we don't know.
00:36:51.000 Did you say independents are breaking two to one over Democrats?
00:36:55.000 Yeah, so there's a potential there is a potential that Republicans, Kerry Lake, and Blake Masters win 3.2 to 1 votes statewide today.
00:37:03.000 So that's just a turnout game, basically.
00:37:05.000 You just need to get people turned out.
00:37:06.000 So email me freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:37:09.000 If you went to a polling place today in Arizona and you just dropped off a ballot, because the way it works in Arizona, we don't know that number.
00:37:16.000 We know every number except same-day drop-offs.
00:37:19.000 So it's just a big mystery.
00:37:21.000 They're not even counting any of it.
00:37:22.000 No, it just goes in a box.
00:37:23.000 Goes in the box.
00:37:24.000 It goes in a box.
00:37:25.000 But a lot of people do that.
00:37:26.000 Mystery box of Maricopa County.
00:37:28.000 A lot of people do that.
00:37:30.000 And that's fine.
00:37:30.000 It's great.
00:37:32.000 And it's not the most secure way, but...
00:37:35.000 J.J. Abrams are here.
00:37:36.000 Okay, let's email me freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:37:40.000 We have a lot of different things happening.
00:37:42.000 I do want to kind of talk about some other places across the country that are experiencing issues.
00:37:49.000 But look, here's the biggest thing.
00:37:52.000 So actually, we have one of our producers out here.
00:37:54.000 You know, there's a two-hour wait right now in Mesa, Arizona to vote.
00:37:57.000 That is a good structural sign.
00:37:59.000 Okay.
00:38:00.000 You know what I mean?
00:38:01.000 Like that's a good, that's a good prerequisite and ingredient.
00:38:04.000 Now, whether or not the Michigan...
00:38:06.000 So how's Mesa?
00:38:07.000 Is Mesa blue or red?
00:38:09.000 It should be red.
00:38:11.000 It should be red.
00:38:11.000 Yeah.
00:38:12.000 It should all be red, Charlie.
00:38:13.000 It's very, very LDS.
00:38:14.000 Okay.
00:38:15.000 Very family.
00:38:16.000 So that's an area we should win.
00:38:18.000 It's an area that Trump struggled with a little bit.
00:38:21.000 You know, very Jeff Flaky.
00:38:23.000 Right.
00:38:24.000 But for this, in a midterm, that should do a lot better for us.
00:38:28.000 Right, if you're a lower propensity, you're more regular.
00:38:31.000 Yeah, so look, the positive of having these long lines is Democrats that don't care as much.
00:38:31.000 Regular.
00:38:37.000 It's only going to increase our margin of Republican versus Democrat.
00:38:40.000 The problem is we might lose some of the roles.
00:38:41.000 Look, MSNBC was very upset that I spoke at the Kerry Lake rally last night, but I'll tell you something.
00:38:46.000 Those people would stand in that line for hours.
00:38:50.000 They would crawl over broken glass to vote for Kerry Lake.
00:38:54.000 I don't see anybody doing that for Katie Obs.
00:38:57.000 Very good.
00:38:58.000 Frankie says, Charlie, more people have come to vote in North Phoenix in our conservative precinct to drop off ballots than to vote in person.
00:39:07.000 Okay.
00:39:07.000 So that drop, but just so we're clear, we're going to get very comfortable, Jack, because we're going to be here for a couple of days streaming.
00:39:14.000 Charlie, people are texting me.
00:39:16.000 They're saying, Jack, why is Charlie panicking?
00:39:17.000 Why is Charlie freaking out?
00:39:18.000 I'm not panicking.
00:39:20.000 I have an urgent posture, and you want that.
00:39:22.000 Everyone should want that.
00:39:23.000 Okay.
00:39:23.000 Steely resolve.
00:39:24.000 Posture of urgency is what is going to win.
00:39:27.000 Okay, let's go to Tom Bevin.
00:39:29.000 He runs Real Clear Politics.
00:39:30.000 He does a great job.
00:39:32.000 I'm a very big fan of Real Clear Politics.
00:39:35.000 I visited a lot this election season.
00:39:36.000 Tom, welcome to the program.
00:39:38.000 Great to be with you, Troy.
00:39:39.000 Tom, what's your final prediction and projection?
00:39:41.000 Real Clear Politics, what are you seeing?
00:39:43.000 And looks like turnout is very high today in most parts of the country.
00:39:46.000 Walk us through it.
00:39:48.000 Yeah, I mean, our final projection in the House is Republicans will pick up 31 seats is the sort of most likely number.
00:39:55.000 We have a range from anywhere from 14 all the way up to 48.
00:39:59.000 But if you split the difference, the average gain is 31 seats.
00:40:03.000 In the Senate, we have Republicans picking up three.
00:40:08.000 And that, again, I think could go higher if it turns out to be a big night for Republicans.
00:40:13.000 You will see we have Maggie Hassen holding the seat in New Hampshire right now, but that race is obviously very, very close.
00:40:19.000 That could easily go the Republicans' way.
00:40:21.000 And then you're looking at, you know, upwards from there, it would be Colorado, it would be Washington State.
00:40:26.000 Even Connecticut, I think, would be close in that scenario.
00:40:29.000 So, and then in the governor's races, we have GOP picking up two, two governorships.
00:40:35.000 Yeah, so let's talk about the Pennsylvania race.
00:40:37.000 What does your polling show versus the delta between Oz and Mastriano?
00:40:43.000 What does that show in your latest polling?
00:40:45.000 Because I think that really fascinates people of, you know, different parts of the state.
00:40:50.000 Mostriano might actually outperform Oz in the central part of the state, and Oz will definitely outperform Mastriano in the suburbs.
00:40:57.000 What does your data show in that race?
00:40:59.000 Yeah, so our final average in Pennsylvania, Oz is ahead, but by, I think, three-tenths of 1%.
00:41:06.000 So it's very, very close.
00:41:08.000 He's obviously been on the upswing.
00:41:10.000 The final couple of polls have showed him ahead.
00:41:13.000 So he definitely seems to have the momentum there.
00:41:16.000 And we think that's going to be a Republican hold.
00:41:19.000 Wow.
00:41:19.000 Okay.
00:41:20.000 So then in other parts of the country, these kind of sleeper races, your Real Clear Politics average showed Tudor Dixon really kind of surge in these kind of Midwestern governor races.
00:41:30.000 But if history is any guide, sometimes bluer states are more comfortable with a Republican governor than they would be for a Republican senator.
00:41:37.000 Is that right?
00:41:38.000 I mean, we look at Minnesota, Michigan, and Wisconsin, those kind of three industrial Midwest states.
00:41:43.000 What is your data showing for those governor races?
00:41:45.000 So the Michigan race is tight.
00:41:48.000 And I think actually in Wisconsin, Tim Michaels is ahead in that race.
00:41:52.000 And Ron Johnson's going to win that race.
00:41:55.000 I think he's up three and a half in our average.
00:41:57.000 He's probably going to end up winning by more than that if it does turn out to be a good Republican night.
00:42:01.000 So you might see a Republican governor in Wisconsin.
00:42:04.000 I've always said that I thought the Minnesota race could be close.
00:42:07.000 It is, you know, I think five points, maybe a little bit less.
00:42:11.000 So Jensen is within striking distance.
00:42:13.000 And then we actually have Tudor Dixon winning in Michigan.
00:42:15.000 We just feel that the last poll, Trafalgar poll, had her up one point.
00:42:20.000 That race has been closing.
00:42:21.000 And again, that upper Midwest has been sort of ground zero when you're talking about poll error over the last three cycles in terms of non-college educated white voters, rural voters.
00:42:32.000 It has been, you know, Wisconsin's been among the worst.
00:42:35.000 Michigan's been bad.
00:42:36.000 Pennsylvania has also been one of the offenders.
00:42:38.000 So I think for all of those reasons, we see Tudor Dixon pulling it out tonight.
00:42:42.000 Yeah, I think that would really shock the world in more ways than one.
00:42:46.000 And then kind of the sleeper races, Tom.
00:42:48.000 I mean, the question, front page of realclearpolitics.com, my favorite website this time of year.
00:42:53.000 I love this one.
00:42:53.000 Polster Sweat, Another Election Day Reckoning from Stephen of Politico.
00:42:57.000 I mean, polling, and this is what I love about your averages because you're blending them, right?
00:43:01.000 So you kind of approximate to some form of what the truth is.
00:43:06.000 But there's a chance there might be a three to four point polling miss.
00:43:09.000 Is that right?
00:43:11.000 Yeah.
00:43:11.000 I mean, again, you have to look at how this has gone over the last three cycles in particular, 16, 18, and 20.
00:43:18.000 I mean, there's been this debate that's been going on, right?
00:43:20.000 And folks on the left, you know, Joy Reed dragged us the other day.
00:43:24.000 Simon Rosenberg, even Nate Cohn, Nate Sober, some of those guys have said, listen, you know, it's Republican pollsters flooding the zone with these crap polls.
00:43:33.000 It's all propaganda and you can't take it.
00:43:35.000 You can't take it.
00:43:36.000 You got to ignore all that stuff and rely on the sort of independent polls.
00:43:41.000 And they're the ones that show Democrats ahead.
00:43:43.000 The problem with that theory is, number one, it's not true.
00:43:46.000 It's not just right-wing polls that are showing.
00:43:48.000 We have Data for Progress, which is a Democratic firm that shows Republicans ahead all over the board, including Blake Masters in Arizona, by the way, but also Herschel Walker in Georgia and other places.
00:43:58.000 And on top of that, the Republican pollsters, the Republican leading firms, Trafalgar, Susquehanna, Insider Advantage, and the like, have been more accurate over the last three cycles than these other firms.
00:44:09.000 And so if you're going to, you know, discount any of the polls that you see, you'd be discounting folks like Quinnipiac and Marist and the New York Times Ciena and things like that.
00:44:19.000 So, but again, we're putting all those polls in our averages and they are where they are.
00:44:23.000 And right now, they show Republicans, again, picking up three seats in the Senate.
00:44:27.000 These will be close races, obviously.
00:44:28.000 But again, if Republicans do have a good night, that number easily could go higher.
00:44:35.000 Tom Bevin, thank you so much for your great commentary, RealClearPolitics.com.
00:44:38.000 Great job as always.
00:44:39.000 Thank you so much.
00:44:40.000 Thanks, Charlie.

00:46:27.000 We know Tyler Boyer here.
00:46:28.000 Now, Tyler, the tone we're taking is we're not going to freak out.
00:46:32.000 We have urgency.
00:46:34.000 Everybody should be freaked out, and everyone should go to the polls.
00:46:37.000 I'm telling you right now.
00:46:38.000 No, I'm not kidding you.
00:46:39.000 What is happening in Maricopa County is criminal.
00:46:42.000 And it's not like none of us have been saying nothing and just sitting by.
00:46:47.000 We have been for years now, years going on now, four years, telling people what they have done and what they've done to Maricopa County is wrong.
00:46:55.000 And we're seeing this in real live action here.
00:46:58.000 Tyler, you were blasting them the first time we were here.
00:47:01.000 Everybody in the audience, if you dropped off a ballot today, I want to hear from you.
00:47:04.000 I want to know if you other people are the same.
00:47:06.000 The reason I'm trying to find that number, I'm trying to approximate where the base is.
00:47:09.000 We're not going to know.
00:47:11.000 Freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:47:12.000 It's a guessing game, okay?
00:47:14.000 And that's because I want to know where we're at.
00:47:15.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
00:47:17.000 Okay, we were going to play a video.
00:47:19.000 Do we have it?
00:47:20.000 We are not sunk yet.
00:47:22.000 We will never surrender.
00:47:24.000 We will never give up.
00:47:25.000 Never, never, never.
00:47:27.000 It's not who we are.
00:47:28.000 It's not what we do.
00:47:30.000 We never give up.
00:47:32.000 Rush Lynn Baugh.
00:47:33.000 Man, he's actually still alive.
00:47:35.000 Man, no, he's not.
00:47:37.000 His legacy lives.
00:47:38.000 We should keep him alive.
00:47:39.000 His legacy.
00:47:40.000 He's alive.
00:47:40.000 Well, he's alive in a sense.
00:47:41.000 In a sense.
00:47:41.000 Today is a big reckoning.
00:47:41.000 Yes.
00:47:43.000 It is the first election, major election since the death of the great Rush Limbaugh.
00:47:43.000 He's looking down right now.
00:47:47.000 Rush Limbaugh is looking down on us right now.
00:47:49.000 Okay, so Tyler, what's going on here in Arizona?
00:47:51.000 One out of five of the voting centers do not have machines that are functioning.
00:47:54.000 What the heck is going on?
00:47:56.000 Well, I'll tell you this.
00:47:57.000 Can you guys hear me okay?
00:47:58.000 I don't think my mic is on.
00:47:58.000 Make sure his mic is on the back.
00:48:00.000 Okay, there we go.
00:48:02.000 Okay, so this is what's going on right now.
00:48:04.000 What we're seeing is, and this is what we warned years ago, was that a move from precinct-based polling to vote centers.
00:48:12.000 And so this is what they did in California.
00:48:14.000 This is what they did on the coast, the coastal elites trying to enforce this.
00:48:18.000 This is Eric Holder, Barack Obama-era stuff, where they wanted to eliminate precinct-based polling.
00:48:24.000 Well, the question is, why do they want to eliminate precinct-based polling?
00:48:26.000 Because precinct-based polling has accountability.
00:48:28.000 There's accountability in precinct-based polling because you can know at my precinct, there's only a few thousand voters.
00:48:34.000 I know if Jack goes and votes, I know the people down there.
00:48:38.000 So now what they wanted to do was open this up so you can vote anywhere you want out of convenience.
00:48:43.000 And essentially what has happened in that process was that they were able to shrink the polling places.
00:48:48.000 Well, what does that mean?
00:48:49.000 Well, they can control where the polling places go then, right?
00:48:52.000 So vote centers now, oh, are magically in better Democrat areas and worse in Republican areas.
00:48:58.000 And when we have issues now, we have fewer polling places.
00:49:02.000 And now magically in Republican areas, it's harder for them to get to them.
00:49:06.000 And in a place like Maricopa County, and this is the same everywhere.
00:49:10.000 And this is a warning signal to Salt Lake.
00:49:12.000 This is a warning signal to Boise.
00:49:14.000 This is a warning signal to Nashville.
00:49:17.000 I want you to understand this.
00:49:19.000 The Democrats understand that they can fix problems.
00:49:22.000 They can make things easier and better for voters in Democrat areas.
00:49:26.000 And they can take longer and have worse off scenarios for Republicans in the outskirts of town.
00:49:33.000 And this is why building up cities up instead of out is instead of horizontal.
00:49:38.000 That's right.
00:49:39.000 And this is why precinct polling, you need to bring government closer to you.
00:49:43.000 You need a Jeffersonian model.
00:49:45.000 You have to do this.
00:49:46.000 Otherwise, you will lose control of your country very quickly.
00:49:48.000 This is what's happening in Maricopa County.
00:49:50.000 I do have breaking.
00:49:51.000 This is out of Kyle Becker.
00:49:53.000 Pennsylvania judge just ruled to allow ballots to count that are received up to November 14th, a week after election day.
00:50:02.000 This is what they want.
00:50:04.000 They're allowing ballots under the week after election day in Pennsylvania.
00:50:07.000 This is what they're hoping for, I think.
00:50:08.000 And they just hired Mark Elias.
00:50:09.000 So I don't want to get conspiracy theorists here in Arizona, but in general, this is what they want to have happen.
00:50:16.000 What they want to have happen is we implemented these really good ideas because this is the best way to vote.
00:50:21.000 And then all of a sudden there's breakdown, right?
00:50:23.000 And then a judge comes in and they go, oh, we're going to keep ballot.
00:50:26.000 We're going to keep polling places open until next week.
00:50:29.000 Well, honestly, they should keep some of these polling places open in some of these areas.
00:50:32.000 Today, until the lines get taken care of.
00:50:34.000 Yes.
00:50:34.000 But then that's it.
00:50:35.000 I think that in Mesa and Scottsdale, they should open up for a couple more hours.
00:50:38.000 I just want to say that I just want to take a moment to just say how much appreciation I have for democracy, how much I love democracy.
00:50:45.000 Don't you guys love democracy?
00:50:46.000 We're not a democracy right now.
00:50:47.000 Don't you love this?
00:50:49.000 I love democracy.
00:50:50.000 I love democracy, though.
00:50:51.000 I just love my democracy.
00:50:53.000 Charlie, this is what's important to understand, though.
00:50:55.000 This chaos that's been inflicted upon Arizona is 100% the handiwork of Adrian Fontes.
00:51:02.000 So Adrian Fontes came into office in 2018 through 2020 and I'm sorry, 2016 through 2020.
00:51:12.000 And he absolutely changed all of this.
00:51:15.000 So in the four years that he was recorder of Maricopa County, he's the one that put his fingerprints all over these new systems.
00:51:22.000 Steven Richer, who is a Republican, but he's not really friendly with the Republican Party at all.
00:51:27.000 And so I don't really count him as a Republican for that reason, ignored all of the issues, all the things that he ran on, saying Adrian Fontes was a fraud, that he was changing the election law.
00:51:37.000 And Steven Richard hasn't done enough to fix all these stuff.
00:51:39.000 He's done nothing.
00:51:40.000 He's done almost nothing.
00:51:40.000 This is a laughingstock of the world.
00:51:42.000 Everybody, email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:51:44.000 Tyler, we got a first-hand report here, which is why I think some of the modeling is off.
00:51:48.000 They said Charlie went by the Scottsdale City Hall dropbox location.
00:51:52.000 It's guarded by two guards here, and there's also a polling place.
00:51:55.000 They have an overflow because there's at least three boxes of drop-offs, 500 per box.
00:52:01.000 So a lot of people are going and dropping off their ballot.
00:52:04.000 We do not recommend that, right, Tyler?
00:52:06.000 But that's not, we have no idea what that number is.
00:52:08.000 That's like this massive mystery, right?
00:52:12.000 So as far as turnout goes, we have no idea.
00:52:14.000 20 seconds.
00:52:15.000 Well, and this is what the Democrats want.
00:52:16.000 They want you to drop off your ballot so then they can, like Jack just do their shenanigans.
00:52:21.000 We're going to be in Pennsylvania.
00:52:22.000 We're going to be, we're going to be Philly.
00:52:24.000 We're going to be San Francisco.
00:52:25.000 Where they're just like, you know what?
00:52:26.000 Take three months to vote and then they can count votes, collect votes for months and months and months and months.
00:52:32.000 This is not the way America should work.
00:52:35.000 We all agree that we should know who wins.
00:52:37.000 Federal law says everybody, tonight we are going to be streaming.
00:52:40.000 This is your election headquarters Charlie Kirk show with Jack, with Austin, with Tyler, with Andrew, with Savannah Hernandez, with Benny Johnson.
00:52:47.000 Email me directly, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:52:49.000 Give our show a subscribe and go vote.
00:52:54.000 It's starting to pick up, Jack.
00:52:56.000 It's starting to pick up people across the country.
00:52:58.000 It's like Arizona's waking up and they're flooding the polls.
00:53:00.000 Because, Charlie, people are angry.
00:53:02.000 People have a righteous anger because they've seen what happened in Maricopa County.
00:53:06.000 They've seen the utter disgrace that they've done to our elections, that they've done to our democracy.
00:53:12.000 They've done to put it in our republic.
00:53:15.000 Thank you.
00:53:15.000 Okay.
00:53:15.000 We're very clear about this.
00:53:17.000 What they've done to take the blood, sweat, and tears of the patriots who came before us, who built this land, who carved this land from nothing, from absolutely nothing.
00:53:29.000 Families like Tyler's here.
00:53:31.000 They've been here generations.
00:53:32.000 Eighth generation.
00:53:32.000 Eighth generation.
00:53:33.000 Yeah, it's actually, I just found out I was wrong.
00:53:35.000 I'm not a seventh generation in Arizona.
00:53:36.000 I'm an eighth generation.
00:53:37.000 Eighth generation.
00:53:38.000 I just found out this week I was wrong.
00:53:40.000 They showed up here when it was still in ocean, by the way.
00:53:43.000 All right.
00:53:43.000 That's right.
00:53:44.000 We're going to press pause on this.
00:53:45.000 Everybody, email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:53:46.000 I want to hear about your voting experience.
00:53:48.000 Even if you think it's just, oh, whatever.
00:53:50.000 I want to hear it all because we're, here's the thing: Jack, we already have 10,000 emails, and I'm able to synthesize it into trends, into hot spots, into issues, and publicize it.
00:53:59.000 So, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:54:01.000 You guys give us the information of where we can help get more people to the polls and all things that are happening.
00:54:05.000 Guess what?
00:54:06.000 We've the media now.
00:54:07.000 Yes, that's right.
00:54:08.000 And joining us now is Ari Fleischer.
00:54:08.000 Okay.
00:54:10.000 Ari, welcome back to the program.
00:54:12.000 It is Judgment Day and Election Day.
00:54:14.000 Ari, what do you make of this mess in Arizona where one out of five precincts don't have machines that are working?
00:54:19.000 What are your thoughts, Ari?
00:54:21.000 Well, number one, I'm glad the people in charge of the elections immediately disclosed it when Publix showed people in a video what the problem was, and they are assuring people that there is an alternative way.
00:54:31.000 You just bill out your ballot.
00:54:32.000 It's held in a lockbox.
00:54:34.000 I'm not one to immediately jump to the most sinister conclusion.
00:54:38.000 There are problems in elections.
00:54:39.000 These are mechanical issues.
00:54:41.000 I don't think that there's anything nefarious going on here.
00:54:43.000 And so long as that vote still counts, it's going to turn out to be fine.
00:54:47.000 So, Ari, what do you make of just the recent kind of polling?
00:54:50.000 What kind of night do you anticipate here?
00:54:51.000 You've been around a lot of elections.
00:54:52.000 You've seen a lot of different things, and it seems like the polls have kind of been misaligned for quite a while.
00:54:57.000 What are your thoughts?
00:54:58.000 What kind of night do you think we can expect tonight?
00:55:00.000 Recent history shows that the polling overstates how the Democrats are doing for the most part.
00:55:05.000 Not in every case.
00:55:06.000 I've gone back and looked at this.
00:55:08.000 In 2018, the last midterm election, there were eight real close races.
00:55:13.000 In six of them, the polling overstated how the Democrat was doing.
00:55:16.000 But in two of them, Arizona and Nevada, it overstated how the Republican was doing.
00:55:22.000 And so we have to bear that in mind because we have races in Arizona and Nevada this time.
00:55:26.000 I hope the polls aren't overstating the Republicans there.
00:55:29.000 This cycle, 2022, the 10 most competitive races, the four that are held by Republicans now that they have to keep, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Wisconsin, North Carolina.
00:55:40.000 The last day of polling shows Republicans are winning in all four of those.
00:55:45.000 And the six pickup states that Republicans have an opportunity to gain seats in the Senate, the polls show Republicans are winning in three, Democrats are winning in three.
00:55:56.000 If history is any guide, the polls, with the exceptions of Arizona and Nevada, understate Republican performance.
00:56:04.000 And that's why in 2022, Charlie, I am so bullish.
00:56:07.000 It's obvious, and it's been obvious all year.
00:56:09.000 Republicans take the House.
00:56:11.000 And I still have a 33% scenario in which Republicans take six seats in the Senate.
00:56:18.000 Boy, so you think six seats in the Senate?
00:56:20.000 Is that right?
00:56:22.000 A 33% chance of that.
00:56:23.000 One-third chance of that.
00:56:24.000 Wow, that's here.
00:56:26.000 Here are the six seats.
00:56:27.000 It's New Hampshire, it's Georgia, Arizona, Nevada, Washington State, and Colorado.
00:56:34.000 That's where competitive races are underway.
00:56:36.000 The poll shows Republicans winning in three of them.
00:56:38.000 Polls show Democrats are winning in three.
00:56:41.000 The outliers are Washington State and Colorado.
00:56:44.000 If the wave is big enough, Republicans can win Washington and Colorado.
00:56:49.000 I think the likelihood is Republicans end up at 53 or 54 seats if I had to bet in the Senate.
00:56:55.000 But I don't rule out.
00:56:56.000 I give it a 33% chance.
00:56:58.000 If the wave is big, Colorado and Washington go down.
00:57:02.000 So, Ari, what about Pennsylvania?
00:57:04.000 What's your take on that?
00:57:05.000 What do you feel about Pennsylvania and how things are trending there?
00:57:09.000 No, a landslide in Pennsylvania for a Republican is 51%.
00:57:13.000 And I think Oz is on his way to that size landslide.
00:57:16.000 I just think, given how Federman debated, especially in his radical, so far to the left, anti-crime policies, Oz wins that one by a narrow margin.
00:57:26.000 I just don't see at the end of the day Federman winning.
00:57:29.000 Yeah, with a whole week of counting ballots and all of that.
00:57:32.000 Any house races in particular you're keeping your eye on tonight?
00:57:35.000 Yeah, I'm really looking at my own hometown race.
00:57:38.000 I live in the Hudson Valley area, a suburb outside of New York City.
00:57:41.000 That's really interesting.
00:57:42.000 My race is Assemblyman Mike Lawler, who was running against the head of the Democrat Congressional Campaign Committee, Sean Patrick Mahoney, Maloney.
00:57:51.000 And he could lose.
00:57:52.000 The Democrat could lose.
00:57:53.000 An incumbent Democrat in a plus-10 Biden district could lose to Assemblyman Lawler.
00:57:59.000 That's my congressman, my race, and I've got a real close eye on it.
00:58:03.000 Very good.
00:58:04.000 Ari, thank you for coming on the show today.
00:58:05.000 It's a big day.
00:58:06.000 Love the commentary as always.
00:58:07.000 Thanks so much.
00:58:08.000 Thanks, Charlie.
00:58:09.000 Thank you.
00:58:09.000 Email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:58:11.000 Tyler, okay.
00:58:12.000 So people are saying, I ran my ballot through the machine twice and it got rejected in Arizona.
00:58:18.000 What do we do?
00:58:18.000 I ran my ballot through the machine eight times and it got rejected.
00:58:22.000 So then what do you do?
00:58:24.000 So this is what's going on here.
00:58:27.000 I discovered, luckily, because we looked at it, the ballot was not printed.
00:58:31.000 So the system, the election system, a company that we shall not name, it starts with a D, that operates the system.
00:58:38.000 Domino's Pizza.
00:58:39.000 Domino's Pizza has they, these ballots, they print them on site, Charlie.
00:58:47.000 So you show up, you scan and you check in, and then a table prints off the ballot.
00:58:54.000 And now what's happening, and we're seeing this happen in many, many places, the ink sucks or the paper is in there wrong or whatever.
00:59:03.000 And so mine printed out and it's spotty.
00:59:05.000 And so I tweeted this out.
00:59:06.000 It's spotty, but to the naked eye, you wouldn't notice this unless you looked at it real close.
00:59:12.000 I went through, fill out my whole, I noticed it and I was like, oh, that's weird.
00:59:15.000 Looks a little bit bad, but maybe it's just fine.
00:59:17.000 Maybe the outsides are fine.
00:59:19.000 That's all I need.
00:59:20.000 I went through and marked the entire ballot.
00:59:21.000 I sent spent 20 minutes there marking my ballot.
00:59:24.000 And I go to the machine.
00:59:25.000 I vote no for all the judges.
00:59:26.000 I vote for all, no, for all the judges, right?
00:59:28.000 Yeah.
00:59:28.000 So I was there for the entire thing.
00:59:29.000 Retain.
00:59:30.000 No.
00:59:30.000 Retain.
00:59:31.000 No.
00:59:31.000 Retain?
00:59:31.000 No.
00:59:31.000 Retain?
00:59:32.000 No.
00:59:32.000 No, Napolitano.
00:59:33.000 No.
00:59:33.000 Do you see?
00:59:34.000 No.
00:59:35.000 Anyway, so I go to the machine.
00:59:37.000 I put it in.
00:59:37.000 They're like, oh, put it backwards.
00:59:39.000 No.
00:59:40.000 No, put it the other way.
00:59:41.000 Turn it around.
00:59:42.000 16 times of doing this.
00:59:44.000 And then they're like, you know what?
00:59:45.000 Do you just want to put it in the read later pile than to Phoenix pile?
00:59:50.000 And I was like, absolutely not.
00:59:52.000 And they're like, do you want to vote by electronic tabulation?
00:59:56.000 I'm like, absolutely not.
00:59:57.000 I'm like, reprint me a ballot.
00:59:58.000 So they reprinted me a ballot.
01:00:00.000 And this time I checked it.
01:00:02.000 They printed it from the other printer that this one worked.
01:00:05.000 And the poll judge told me, yeah, and she's a good, she's a great lady.
01:00:10.000 I know her.
01:00:11.000 I go to the same place every time.
01:00:13.000 Super involved in the community.
01:00:15.000 She said, yeah, we've requested a new printer and we've been telling them all day I can't get through to somebody now in Maricopa County.
01:00:22.000 So let's play a piece of tape here, Tyler.
01:00:24.000 Don't mean to interrupt, but you know that Stephen Richer is bragging.
01:00:27.000 Where Stephen Richard says, We're having a wonderful day here in Maricopa County.
01:00:31.000 By the way, one in five voting centers don't have machines that work, but we anticipated this and we put them off into a box and we're going to count them later.
01:00:38.000 Let's tell, do we have that tape?
01:00:39.000 We do.
01:00:40.000 Okay, play that tape.
01:00:41.000 94.
01:00:42.000 And we're very excited about how things are going today on election day.
01:00:46.000 We did want to come out and discuss one issue that's going on out there in about 20% of the vote centers.
01:00:52.000 Again, we have 223 vote centers across the county.
01:00:56.000 In about 20% of those, when people will go and they try and run the ballot through this tabulator, maybe one out of every five or so of those ballots, they're not going through.
01:01:09.000 Everything's going great.
01:01:11.000 Except for the fact that one out of five polling places aren't working.
01:01:14.000 Love my love my democracy so much.
01:01:17.000 Safest and securest worlds aren't working.
01:01:22.000 Safest and secure.
01:01:23.000 So, Tyler, what do they do?
01:01:24.000 Because I'm getting emails right now.
01:01:25.000 They said it's not clear.
01:01:26.000 What do I do if this happens?
01:01:27.000 You got to go through it again.
01:01:29.000 So this is the insanity of everything, Charlie.
01:01:32.000 We have literally an insane person.
01:01:35.000 His name is Bill Gates.
01:01:38.000 And yeah, it's not the same Bill Gates that everybody else is aware of.
01:01:42.000 Farmland, Eat the Bugs.
01:01:44.000 It's a different Bill Gates.
01:01:45.000 Sorry.
01:01:47.000 He is the supervisor in Maricopa County.
01:01:49.000 He's a very small man.
01:01:51.000 And I tried to be friendly with this guy, went and met with him.
01:01:55.000 I was like, look, people have serious concerns.
01:01:58.000 I sat with him in his office and I sat across from him and I was very respectful.
01:02:01.000 I said, Bill, look, there's people that have serious concerns with how these elections are run.
01:02:05.000 Adrian Fontes did a number on our people.
01:02:09.000 We got to get this right.
01:02:11.000 And essentially what happened was when Adrian Fontes was recorder, the county came in and he was doing such a terrible job.
01:02:17.000 They're like, oh, we have to do an entire elections department to counterweight him.
01:02:21.000 And then Stephen Richard gets elected and promises all these things and nothing has changed.
01:02:27.000 And you know what they've done for the past year, Charlie?
01:02:29.000 They've mocked citizens.
01:02:31.000 They've used the Maricopa County Twitter handle.
01:02:33.000 They've laughed at people.
01:02:35.000 They've told them they're stupid.
01:02:36.000 They've told them they're idiots in their own way.
01:02:37.000 They've laughed at them.
01:02:38.000 They've mocked them.
01:02:39.000 Right.
01:02:40.000 And citizens don't deserve it.
01:02:41.000 But Tyler, I just, I hate to just keep on nailing this.
01:02:43.000 What do people do?
01:02:44.000 They have to go through the line again.
01:02:45.000 So if you're there, you do not leave.
01:02:47.000 You go back.
01:02:48.000 If you're if your ballot check your ballot, if it looks splotchy and not printed correctly, that means like white spots or it's a little bit gray or lightly printed.
01:02:57.000 Go back and demand them to reprint you a new ballot.
01:02:59.000 They'll spoil that ballot and print you a new one.
01:03:02.000 And then that one should work.
01:03:03.000 That is what's happening, I think, to most people is it's malfunctioning equipment, which is one of the issues that I'm talking about.
01:03:09.000 It creates longer lines.
01:03:09.000 It's a big period of time.
01:03:11.000 That's what's happening.
01:03:11.000 That's what's happening.
01:03:12.000 It took me, I took a polling place.
01:03:14.000 Because people are going through the lines multiple times now.
01:03:16.000 You have to go to the next line.
01:03:18.000 I mean, that's what I mean.
01:03:19.000 Yeah, they'll service you till you're done.
01:03:20.000 I was there for waiting.
01:03:22.000 Of course.
01:03:22.000 It creates a line.
01:03:23.000 So it's creating a longer line as people do.
01:03:25.000 So not only were we waiting in line for 20, 30 minutes, plus, and now many of these lines we're getting reports back are hours long, 30, 40, 50 minutes long.
01:03:36.000 Hold the line.
01:03:36.000 That's insane.
01:03:37.000 There's two hour lines in Mesa right now.
01:03:39.000 Now it's a disgrace.
01:03:40.000 It's an absolute disgrace.
01:03:42.000 Now it's talking, now we're talking, it's taking over a half hour just to vote because you're having to do this multiple times.
01:03:46.000 And by the way, if you vote for the judges, that's a 20-minute experience.
01:03:49.000 Yeah.
01:03:49.000 That's what I'm saying.
01:03:50.000 To fill in all those little things.
01:03:51.000 And so this isn't right.
01:03:53.000 And you should feel angry because you should be angry over this because we have incompetent people.
01:03:59.000 Look, if we were where we were 10 years ago, which is an easier-to-use voting system and we had precinct-based polling, we don't have these issues.
01:04:08.000 That's just it.
01:04:09.000 And that's what we've said over and over.
01:04:11.000 It's a very common sense thing.
01:04:13.000 They've introduced complexity into the system.
01:04:15.000 This is what they hate, Jack.
01:04:16.000 This is what they hate, Charlie.
01:04:18.000 They hate common sense people coming to them that are normal people going, guys, this is just stupid.
01:04:23.000 This is just a bad way of doing business.
01:04:26.000 They want to implement essentially Eric Holder, Obama-style rules and election procedures, and they want to pretend to be smarter than you.
01:04:34.000 And this is what you get from that.
01:04:36.000 It's unbelievable.
01:04:37.000 Charlie, I just went to vote in Glendale, Michigan, Glendale Mission and Ministry in Glendale, Arizona.
01:04:43.000 The machines are working.
01:04:44.000 There are a few people showing up when I left, and the line was not that long.
01:04:47.000 They were getting us in and out.
01:04:48.000 Well, Glendale, we need more people to show up in Glendale, right?
01:04:52.000 It could go either way.
01:04:53.000 We'll see.
01:04:54.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
01:04:56.000 Charlie, I've been checking out polls.
01:04:57.000 Two out of three have been shut down in Sun City.
01:04:59.000 Tabulator not working and one ran out of ink.
01:05:01.000 People sent to it other places.
01:05:03.000 Hundreds of older people were in line.
01:05:04.000 I'll check more locations.
01:05:05.000 Hundreds of older people in Sun City.
01:05:08.000 There is a retirement community that's in Northeast Mesa.
01:05:14.000 It is in the Red Mountain area.
01:05:15.000 Right now, the report is that it's over two and a half hours long of a line.
01:05:19.000 I wonder who predicted that a couple of weeks ago.
01:05:21.000 This is one of the reddest areas of the state.
01:05:23.000 It's voter suppression by Stephen Richer.
01:05:28.000 Rents are soaring at unprecedented highs.
01:05:31.000 If you're renting or have a friend or family member, that is, now is a great time to make the move to homeownership.
01:05:37.000 Look, you got to own renting, that's great.
01:05:39.000 Reset stuff.
01:05:40.000 Andrew Del Rey and Todd Avakian at Sierra Pacific Mortgage have helped so many people make that leap from renting to owning with lots of programs that offer first-time buyers assistance with little to no down payment needed.
01:05:52.000 I encourage you right now to visit my buddies, their website.
01:05:56.000 They're great guys.
01:05:57.000 They're Christians.
01:05:57.000 They're conservatives.
01:05:58.000 They love the Lord.
01:05:59.000 AndrewNTodd.com right now.
01:06:01.000 The thing I love about these guys is it's not about the transaction.
01:06:04.000 They're helping you create a plan to help you reach your goals.
01:06:07.000 Give them a call or go to their website, andrewandTodd.com.
01:06:10.000 With today's still historically low interest rates, it's easier than you think to become a homeowner.
01:06:15.000 I've relied on them and producer Andrew has as well.
01:06:18.000 I highly recommend you take action now.
01:06:20.000 And if you know someone paying rent, tell them about Andrew and Todd.
01:06:23.000 Go to andrewandtodd.com and tell them the Charlie Kirk show sent you.
01:06:30.000 Look, if you go back to our episodes two weeks ago, we talked about a traffic jam by design.
01:06:36.000 Remember, we talked about how they are going to clog up the election day plumbing.
01:06:39.000 Tyler, how long are these lines in some areas in the older areas where people have trouble standing for an hour in the retirement communities?
01:06:46.000 We're talking about hour and a half lines.
01:06:48.000 There's rings.
01:06:48.000 And so what happened when you eliminate precinct-based polling, that means there's fewer polling places, which means that they do it by number, which means that there's fewer numbers on the outside of the county, which means it's harder for people to get to vote.
01:07:01.000 And so what's happening and what I think we're seeing is people coming from out of town to these nearest polling places, and it's overwhelming these outside polling places.
01:07:10.000 So like in surprise, we're getting reports that we have massive lines up in the northern part of the valley.
01:07:16.000 We're seeing massive lines up in Red Mountain area in Mesa.
01:07:20.000 We're seeing massive lines.
01:07:21.000 And these are not going to get better.
01:07:23.000 They're going to get worse as the day goes on.
01:07:25.000 When people get off work, this is going to be a catastrophe.
01:07:27.000 People can't give up, Charlie.
01:07:28.000 They cannot give up.
01:07:29.000 They have to know that like you have to stay there, plant your flag, get your vote cast today.
01:07:34.000 Do not just drop off your ballot.
01:07:36.000 Yeah, the only silver lining is that Democrats do not have the stamina to wait in line like this.
01:07:41.000 I mean, some projections are showing we're winning election day voting rather significantly.
01:07:45.000 We're winning election day voting by like a lot threefold right now over Democrats.
01:07:50.000 And we don't know how the independents are voting, but we assume that they're skewing our way.
01:07:53.000 They're skewing our way.
01:07:55.000 I'm an independent.
01:07:56.000 I'm a registered independent because I hate the Republican Party on a lot of things.
01:07:59.000 And so proudly, because I think they're incompetent.
01:08:01.000 And so, but obviously I voted for Kerry Lake and Blake Masters and Abe Hamade and Mark Fincham.
01:08:06.000 So there's a lot of people like me, right, Tyler?
01:08:07.000 There's a lot of registered independents.
01:08:11.000 Jack, what are we hearing across the country?
01:08:13.000 What's the vibe?
01:08:13.000 Everybody email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
01:08:15.000 Jack, what do you got?
01:08:16.000 I still keep hearing this story about huge working class turnout in Pennsylvania.
01:08:22.000 We're talking the Xerox, the rurals, the F-150 cavalry coming out.
01:08:27.000 But at the same time, Charlie, I'm also hearing anecdotally, secondhand, of course, fog of election day for a lot of this stuff, that Philadelphia's numbers are up.
01:08:36.000 And we did not want Philadelphia to have high turnout today because we already know that Philadelphia had a high early vote, those mailing votes that they were really pushing in Philadelphia.
01:08:44.000 Of course, they did that in 2020 as well.
01:08:46.000 So if that's up and we're also up, they have a huge cushion going in.
01:08:51.000 Plus these rulings that we're getting out of Philadelphia now, it keeps going back and forth with the courts and everything else that the last piece I saw, there's 30,000 votes now, 30,000 votes in the state of Pennsylvania, which was only, which 30,000 votes is going to be the margin, by the way, which are going to be enough to decide the margin.
01:09:11.000 They will not be counted until a week after election day because of the latest ruling.
01:09:15.000 So Mark Elias has decamped.
01:09:17.000 He's on his way to Pennsylvania right now.
01:09:20.000 The rulings are flying back and forth across the state in terms of these ballots, in terms of double voting, the commissioners in Philadelphia, the undated votes.
01:09:27.000 We know it's going to be closed.
01:09:28.000 It's going to come down to inches.
01:09:30.000 And Republicans, by the way, if you're a Republican or a conservative or an election lawyer out there, you need to have eyes on two states, Arizona and Pennsylvania.
01:09:41.000 Those are the railheads right there.
01:09:42.000 Email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
01:09:45.000 That's freedom at charliekirk.com.
01:09:47.000 Take out your podcast app and subscribe to the Charlie Kirk Show podcast.
01:09:51.000 Someone says here, Charlie, of 223 locations in Maricopa County and 20% are having problems.
01:09:56.000 It's 44 locations and one out of five balance are being misread.
01:09:59.000 Well, it's not misread.
01:10:00.000 It's just they're not being read at all, right?
01:10:01.000 It's more than that.
01:10:02.000 It's actually, we have reports.
01:10:03.000 It's over 50% of locations have issues or 50 locations have issues, not 50%.
01:10:09.000 Sorry.
01:10:10.000 This is a bad issue because it's not, we don't even know the number of people who are having experiencing bigger or small, I'm sorry, smaller issues than these big ones of just like straight up equipment not working or long lines or shutting down the polling places.
01:10:27.000 So look, stay in line.
01:10:30.000 If you're in line and you haven't checked in and you want to go to a different place, you can.
01:10:34.000 But once you've checked in, do not just scrap your ballot.
01:10:38.000 It's as if you're if you voted once you've checked in.
01:10:42.000 Everybody email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
01:10:42.000 Yes.
01:10:42.000 Yes.
01:10:45.000 Look, we're seeing these trends happening, but the turnout is there.
01:10:48.000 People are turning out.
01:10:49.000 And I'm just afraid that the traffic jam is going to deter people.
01:10:52.000 Please, for your country, stay in line.
01:10:56.000 Stay in line.
01:10:57.000 Do not allow themselves to deter you.
01:10:59.000 Do not allow them to really demoralize you, right?
01:11:03.000 I mean, this is a chance to save the republic.
01:11:06.000 It is within striking distance.
01:11:09.000 On October 21st.
01:11:10.000 Hey, Stephen Richer, mail-in numbers are way below 2018, which means we'll get a tsunami at the polls.
01:11:15.000 Can you guarantee every voter on Election Day will have a ballot?
01:11:18.000 Will you have enough paper ballot backup printers and technicians that no one goes without a ballot?
01:11:23.000 That tweet was ignored by Stephen Richer and Bill Gates, who are allowing this to happen in Maricopa County.
01:11:32.000 We have to have resolve.
01:11:34.000 We have to stay the course.
01:11:35.000 We stay in line.
01:11:36.000 We show up in record numbers.
01:11:37.000 You get your friends to do this as well.
01:11:41.000 We're going to win.
01:11:44.000 It is Judgment Day.
01:11:45.000 You need to make a plan to go vote.

01:12:55.000 Joining us now is Rich Barris from Big Data Polls, People's Pundit.
01:13:00.000 Rich, how you feeling?
01:13:00.000 Does a great job.
01:13:02.000 Living the dream, Charlie.
01:13:04.000 I'm feeling pretty good, actually.
01:13:06.000 What are you seeing with turnout across the country?
01:13:08.000 Are our people turning out?
01:13:10.000 Yeah, let's go around the map a little bit.
01:13:13.000 I'm looking, I hate to say I had to retweet Dave Washerman, but I did because he's right.
01:13:18.000 I was just looking at it actually when he tweeted it.
01:13:22.000 First off, if you look at some of these precincts, I'm looking at Virginia 10, 2-7, of course, but Virginia 10, because I'm wondering, are Republicans going to turn out?
01:13:30.000 That's a Biden plus 20 that got competitive.
01:13:34.000 And it really, Republicans needed a turnout advantage to make a go out of it.
01:13:38.000 Charlie, Democrats are, their turnout on Election Day is in deep trouble.
01:13:43.000 And Republicans are crushing them in Virginia.
01:13:46.000 In Florida, I'm looking at some of these more liberal precincts to see, you know, is there any significant boost?
01:13:53.000 Because they just don't have the pool of the registration edge in Florida that they used to have.
01:13:58.000 So they always had a pool of voters they could try to tap that aren't four out of fours to get out on Election Day.
01:14:03.000 They're getting creamed.
01:14:04.000 In Miami-Dade, in Pinellas County, they're getting creamed.
01:14:08.000 And this is going to be ugly in Florida.
01:14:10.000 In Washoe County, Republicans are romping it.
01:14:13.000 And in Clark County, they are slightly better.
01:14:16.000 What happens is Democrats will vote in Clark County on Election Day.
01:14:19.000 And we'll see Republicans start off with a very strong edge early in the morning.
01:14:24.000 And then later in the day, Democrats get out and the trend starts to converge.
01:14:27.000 Right now, Republicans are outperforming their expected trend.
01:14:31.000 It's close, but they are outperforming their expected trend.
01:14:34.000 And there are a lot of indies voting in Nevada.
01:14:38.000 Why does that matter?
01:14:39.000 Because, you know, if you look at polls that had Laxalt up and Lombardo up, it's always one of those states that I'm always very cautious about.
01:14:46.000 We have Laxalt and Lombardo winning each independence by about 20 points.
01:14:50.000 That's the last time a Republican won it.
01:14:52.000 It was Dean Heller.
01:14:53.000 He did it 5333.
01:14:55.000 That's basically right in the area of where we had it.
01:14:59.000 And then some of these Insider Advantage and Emerson, they actually had them winning independence by more.
01:15:05.000 So, you know, look, they didn't get the Clark County firewall of 47,000 that we heard about for two bloody weeks.
01:15:12.000 You know, they got to 39.
01:15:14.000 So they were already down with Republicans.
01:15:16.000 We don't have much from rural.
01:15:19.000 So, you know, they're going to come out in mass in rural.
01:15:22.000 That leaves Maricopa the anomaly here.
01:15:25.000 All right.
01:15:26.000 This is very, very frustrating because I'm being sent videos all over Phoenix and Maricopa.
01:15:32.000 The turnout is significantly heavy.
01:15:35.000 And it just doesn't, the numbers themselves that are being reported suggest to me that because of the issues that are happening in Maricopa, there is a reporting lag and that the turnout numbers aren't really reflecting the true turnout numbers.
01:15:49.000 And I have an update on that.
01:15:50.000 Harmee Dylan says that if they have an agreement and there will be trained people who will observe the transportation of the ballots that go into the infamous draw number three.
01:16:02.000 So let me ask you the question, Rich.
01:16:03.000 Sorry to interrupt you.
01:16:04.000 So in the total turnout numbers, maybe Tyler knows this, our expert here with you.
01:16:09.000 Is that counted in the total number if it goes to box three or no?
01:16:13.000 Because I got it.
01:16:14.000 I don't think so, right?
01:16:15.000 Because this is why the numbers might be a little low.
01:16:17.000 I just got a text from a doctor in the valley.
01:16:19.000 Okay.
01:16:19.000 Charlie.
01:16:20.000 It's not counted in the ones we have.
01:16:22.000 Let me read the text.
01:16:23.000 Charlie, I'm at the Mountain View Park in Scottsdale.
01:16:25.000 Only one in six ballots were going through.
01:16:27.000 The rest are having to be reprinted or turned in for hand counts tonight.
01:16:31.000 This is from the pool.
01:16:32.000 Workers were also embarrassed.
01:16:34.000 It's a 45-minute wait.
01:16:35.000 So most people are just turning them into box three.
01:16:39.000 Yeah.
01:16:39.000 And Charlie, those are not going to be.
01:16:42.000 And Tyler, unless I'm mistaken here, I'm being told they are not being reported in the Maricopa update, but that they most, and I don't know what this means, folks.
01:16:51.000 I'm just relaying the information I'm getting.
01:16:53.000 Most will be counted tonight.
01:16:56.000 So, yeah, it's a bit of a you-know-what show.
01:17:00.000 There's a check-in number and then there's a vote cast number.
01:17:04.000 Got it.
01:17:04.000 And so if they checked in, then the answer, if it's the check-in number that you're looking at, then the answer is yes.
01:17:10.000 That counts as the check-in number.
01:17:14.000 If it's the actual number of votes cast, which I believe is a different or separate number, then the answer is no.
01:17:21.000 But those votes will not be tabulated until the same time essentially that the drop-offs are tabulated.
01:17:29.000 Yeah.
01:17:29.000 Does the check-in number give you hard breakdown?
01:17:33.000 Yes, I believe it does.
01:17:35.000 I'll check on that.
01:17:35.000 That's a good question.
01:17:36.000 Yeah.
01:17:37.000 Yeah.
01:17:37.000 The ones I got, let me actually, I'll look.
01:17:39.000 That's a really good question.
01:17:41.000 I'll look at what I got last year and they were slow.
01:17:44.000 They didn't give the number up.
01:17:46.000 We're close to 90, I believe, now, or we're, it's probably behind.
01:17:51.000 But this is what I sent to you, Charlie.
01:17:54.000 That was, those are votes that are actually counted as like tags not checked.
01:17:58.000 It does not count by the line.
01:17:59.000 So look, I got to be honest.
01:18:01.000 Yeah.
01:18:01.000 It's an extra.
01:18:02.000 It's probably an extra 50,000 votes on top of that.
01:18:05.000 I mean, people are just saying forget it.
01:18:07.000 But Rich, I'm hearing about two or three hour waits in line.
01:18:10.000 I mean, two or three hours.
01:18:11.000 I just had a friend sent.
01:18:12.000 Yeah.
01:18:13.000 I had a friend send me a couple videos.
01:18:16.000 I'll send them to you in Phoenix.
01:18:18.000 I mean, this is, you know, he said, you know, it looks like there are some lefties, but for the most part, they're people.
01:18:23.000 I mean, rocking the Kerry Lake shirts.
01:18:25.000 And I can tell from some of our data, the independents that are voting today are voting.
01:18:31.000 They're voting heavily Republican.
01:18:33.000 I mean, the mail-in balloting, very different vote look, the way the vote looks among independents than what we're seeing on election day.
01:18:41.000 So, you know, I just, what I'm seeing doesn't make sense with what Maricopa's reporting.
01:18:47.000 So I'm, I'm just, look, there are delays.
01:18:50.000 And I think that's what's going on here.
01:18:51.000 And then I think obviously, too, we have those numbers segregated.
01:18:54.000 You know, Charlie, it is because, you know, it should be done.
01:18:58.000 No.
01:18:59.000 No.
01:19:01.000 This is such, it's such a joke and it's an insult.
01:19:04.000 This is a third world situation.
01:19:05.000 This is an insult to our veterans.
01:19:07.000 It's an insult to our taxpayers.
01:19:08.000 It's an insult to parents.
01:19:09.000 It's an insult to everyone.
01:19:11.000 And that criminal, Bill Gates and Stephen Richer.
01:19:14.000 Tyler, how do you get rid of these people?
01:19:15.000 I mean, this is not Honduras.
01:19:17.000 Why are we putting up with this?
01:19:18.000 So, just another person.
01:19:20.000 I'm getting more messages than I can keep up with.
01:19:22.000 And I'm a nobody.
01:19:24.000 One sec.
01:19:24.000 I want to hear what Tyler has to say.
01:19:26.000 I'm getting messages faster than I can keep up.
01:19:29.000 This is from a girl that I know.
01:19:32.000 Her mom messaged her: Well, dad and I just spent two hours voting.
01:19:36.000 We both had to redo our ballots, and the machine rejected mine three times and dad's twice.
01:19:40.000 They want you to put it in a box to be picked up instead.
01:19:43.000 We were persistent and kept it until it was finally accepted.
01:19:46.000 Two hours.
01:19:47.000 This is illegal.
01:19:48.000 People need to be in handcuffs over DOJ stuff.
01:19:51.000 This is, I mean, and the Department of Justice is here looking for voter intimidation.
01:19:54.000 It is, DOJ.
01:19:55.000 Tyler's right.
01:19:56.000 This is part of the civil rights discussion at the Justice Department.
01:19:59.000 I'm telling you, this is right, Rich.
01:20:00.000 I mean, no exaggeration here.
01:20:02.000 Why are people not in handcuffs right now?
01:20:05.000 This is Tyler.
01:20:06.000 I think he said it.
01:20:07.000 If I'm not mistaken, he's totally on the money.
01:20:10.000 This is what the civil rights division of the Justice Department exists for.
01:20:14.000 This is the textbook.
01:20:15.000 This is what it's supposed to do.
01:20:16.000 This is what it's supposed to do.
01:20:18.000 It is.
01:20:18.000 If you have hurdles to vote, which is exactly what the Adrian Fontes, Katie Hobbs, now Stephen Richer model has given us is hurdles to vote.
01:20:29.000 We have people waiting for hours.
01:20:30.000 All intentional.
01:20:31.000 And we predicted this.
01:20:32.000 It pisses me off, right, Jack?
01:20:33.000 We said this.
01:20:34.000 Traffic jams, election day plumbing.
01:20:36.000 This is going to be their strategy.
01:20:37.000 Charlie, you were going off.
01:20:39.000 You were going off for like 24 hours straight about a week or two ago, and everybody said, Oh, Charlie, you're panicking.
01:20:46.000 It's too much.
01:20:47.000 It's crazy.
01:20:48.000 And you said, No, I see this.
01:20:50.000 I foresee this.
01:20:51.000 Now the entire world is like, I feel like these guys are, these machines are supposed to be run by the same people that run the ice cream machine in the comments.
01:20:58.000 Look, the Department of Justice is here looking for voter intimidation.
01:21:00.000 How about the Department of Justice goes and starts arresting people that forget passwords on machines and two hour lines in Mesa, and they're saying that your ballot might not count.
01:21:09.000 Could you imagine if that happened in a black neighborhood?
01:21:12.000 Leg irons and handcuffs is the only solution.
01:21:14.000 We're going to win.
01:21:15.000 Show up and vote.
01:21:15.000 Emails freedom at charliekirk.com.

01:21:35.000 We tried so many other solutions, but none of them have given us the freedom from aches and pains like Relief Factor.

01:22:20.000 Rich, look, most people are supporting us at freedom at charliekirk.com, but some people are saying, Charlie, come on, stop being so dramatic and all this.
01:22:28.000 Rich, is there some truth to the kind of the fire alarm that I'm pulling here?
01:22:32.000 Yeah, there is.
01:22:33.000 Look, without a doubt, look, folks, I'm intellectually honest with myself.
01:22:39.000 They're trying to throw a monkey branch in the election day vote, and you cannot sit around and let them do it.
01:22:43.000 It's really that's right.
01:22:44.000 If you're mad about what's going on in Maricopa, then do you know, Blake Masters' tweet is absolutely right.
01:22:50.000 Go grab three of your friends, make 10 phone calls, go get people out and overwhelm.
01:22:55.000 I do have an update.
01:22:56.000 We're over 100,000 in Maricopa that is counted right now.
01:23:00.000 And the party breakdown is 57% Republican, 28% unaffiliated, 14% Democratic.
01:23:07.000 According to the data we have, which it will adjust over the time and throughout the day, the people that we spoke to in Maricopa coming out to vote today currently.
01:23:17.000 All right.
01:23:18.000 Let me give it to you because there is good news, but again, you can't rest on your laurels.
01:23:22.000 Like Charlie is trying to make sure that you guys don't fall asleep at the last minute here.
01:23:28.000 All right.
01:23:29.000 Masters is winning the independent election day vote.
01:23:34.000 It's 2.5 to one, basically two and a half to one.
01:23:38.000 So but it won't matter if you don't go out and vote.
01:23:41.000 So look, we have 104,000 people that have checked in, Tyler and Rich.
01:23:45.000 Is that right?
01:23:45.000 104,000 people.
01:23:46.000 104.
01:23:47.000 Yeah.
01:23:47.000 Yeah.
01:23:47.000 And so more broadly, though, we do not know the number we do not know is how many people that have come and dropped off their ballot.
01:23:53.000 We do not know that.
01:23:54.000 And I believe that number is going to be more than the people.
01:23:57.000 I think it's going to be double that, which what ends up happening in on day elections.
01:24:01.000 It just is.
01:24:02.000 15%, Charlie.
01:24:04.000 That's what we were looking at.
01:24:05.000 That's what could change.
01:24:07.000 That's it could change.
01:24:10.000 15% said they made no statewide.
01:24:13.000 Well, which is huge.
01:24:14.000 If 2.1 million people vote, then that is.
01:24:17.000 That's right.
01:24:18.000 That's 320,000.
01:24:20.000 It's almost, it could be.
01:24:22.000 Yeah.
01:24:22.000 I mean, that's.
01:24:23.000 Well, we're talking about election day people, people who said they're going to bring.
01:24:27.000 Yeah.
01:24:27.000 But no, I mean 15% of election day voters or yeah.
01:24:32.000 No, 15% of people said they were going to bring their ballot in on election day.
01:24:36.000 Sorry, I don't mean to confuse you.
01:24:37.000 Well, but that means, okay, so it could be huge.
01:24:38.000 If 2.10, we're talking about 320,000 potential drop-offs today.
01:24:43.000 Tyler, is that right?
01:24:44.000 Yeah, that's about right.
01:24:45.000 That's insane.
01:24:46.000 Yeah, but I want more.
01:24:47.000 And guess what?
01:24:48.000 Do you want to know the margins?
01:24:50.000 Should I even say it, Charlie?
01:24:52.000 What?
01:24:52.000 Yeah, go ahead.
01:24:53.000 The margins.
01:24:53.000 Yeah, go ahead.
01:24:55.000 All right.
01:24:55.000 So for Masters, the margins, come on, hurry up.
01:24:59.000 All right.
01:25:00.000 For Masters, the margin is 30 points.
01:25:04.000 Is this actually for Kerry Lake?
01:25:06.000 What is this?
01:25:07.000 Yeah.
01:25:08.000 It's almost 30 points.
01:25:09.000 And for Kerry Lake, it's basically the same.
01:25:13.000 There are some, you know, some candidates, give or take, have a little bit less of a margin.
01:25:16.000 Fincham's like 20-something.
01:25:18.000 Hamida is almost almost 30.
01:25:21.000 So, I mean, it's a Republican vote.
01:25:24.000 Big Republican vote.
01:25:25.000 So, I mean, look, there's a lot of people dropping off ballots.
01:25:27.000 I mean, in our audience, and that we, it's the way that they, we don't know.
01:25:30.000 It just goes into this box.
01:25:31.000 And then they could lose a box.
01:25:33.000 They could, we don't know.
01:25:34.000 And so it's happening right here.
01:25:37.000 Someone just emailed us freedom at charliekirk.com.
01:25:38.000 Charlie just voted in Paradise Valley.
01:25:40.000 Took about an hour, 30 minutes in line.
01:25:43.000 Ballot accepted.
01:25:45.000 If it takes an hour, you got a problem, right, Tyler?
01:25:48.000 We got to fix the system.
01:25:49.000 This is crazy.
01:25:49.000 Saw at least five people dropping off ballots.
01:25:52.000 I was lucky, but very worried until the tabulator actually accepted my ballot, which is very good.
01:25:57.000 Email is freedom at charliekirk.com.
01:26:00.000 This one right here in Mesa, Arizona, LDS Church, massive line.
01:26:03.000 People came out and said they had problems with machines.
01:26:05.000 I'm going to stay in line watching your show in line.
01:26:07.000 Thank you.
01:26:08.000 Very, very good.
01:26:09.000 Dropped off ballots.
01:26:10.000 Charlie, I just saw a dozen or so people drop off ballots this morning at the 43rd and Dunlap location.
01:26:15.000 Well, I don't know if that neighborhood doesn't.
01:26:17.000 I don't know where 43rd and Dunlap is, but I don't know if that's a Republican stronghold.
01:26:21.000 That's not.
01:26:21.000 I was going to say that.
01:26:22.000 I mean, it's you never know, right?
01:26:24.000 It's not the greatest area.
01:26:26.000 And the problem is, so Tyler and Rich, when we extend the counting window, it extends the probability for them to be able to play games.
01:26:32.000 Is that right?
01:26:33.000 And basically what we're seeing why people say, Charlie, I'm not sure.
01:26:36.000 I don't know why in Pennsylvania, they just said extended it by a week.
01:26:40.000 People say, Charlie, why 14 days?
01:26:42.000 What we're seeing is we're not.
01:26:43.000 So Tyler, this is important.
01:26:45.000 If you do not have enough people that actually count votes on election day the way that we should, it's going to turn this into a multi-day spectacle.
01:26:51.000 Is that fair?
01:26:52.000 Yes.
01:26:53.000 Which then extends the window for them.
01:26:54.000 Maybe not to harm with Kerry, but definitely mess with Blake, definitely mess with Fincham.
01:27:00.000 And I've been on the line today with Harmit, who's one of my colleagues in the RNC.
01:27:03.000 She's one of the good ones that we have on the RNC.
01:27:05.000 And Harmeet Dylan, one of the conversations that we're having kind of ongoing, is it cuts both ways when you extend the voting period, right?
01:27:14.000 Which is, we don't, we don't want to, you kind of are welcoming opening Pandora's box a little bit when you're like, look at all these problems, extend voting period, because then the Democrats come in and they go, yeah, you know what?
01:27:26.000 Yeah, let's extend it for days.
01:27:28.000 Let's extend it for weeks.
01:27:29.000 Let's, you know what?
01:27:30.000 Voting should never end.
01:27:31.000 You know, voting should never end.
01:27:32.000 We should just keep it going.
01:27:33.000 Cyclical voting.
01:27:34.000 Yes, cyclical voting.
01:27:36.000 It's become this joke.
01:27:37.000 And so, look, the fundamentals, though, I do want to give our audience some hope because I don't want to be too doom and gloom.
01:27:42.000 And Rich, I don't know if you have to go if you could stay for now.
01:27:44.000 The fundamentals are there, meaning the margins are there.
01:27:46.000 I'm just very worried about all these different issues that are arising.
01:27:52.000 We got to show up in massive numbers, get five friends to do the same.
01:27:54.000 Email me, freedom at charliekirk.com.
01:27:59.000 What is going on in Pennsylvania and Michigan?
01:28:03.000 Yeah, Pennsylvania, the turnout does sound really good.
01:28:07.000 So we'll, you know, people tend to inflate stuff, but we were talking to some people that were saying this could be a 2020 level turnout in this county.
01:28:14.000 And that would be obviously a red county.
01:28:16.000 I don't know if we're going to get to 2020, folks, but the way Republicans are voting in some of these areas, I wouldn't be surprised if in some areas Republicans kind of out, you know, the way 2018 was a reverse.
01:28:28.000 You know, Republicans showed up, but they didn't show up as much as Democrats.
01:28:32.000 It was outstanding for them during a midterm.
01:28:35.000 I think maybe what we're going to see is a bit of a reverse here.
01:28:38.000 And then with independents breaking the way they are, which is for Republicans, that's why John Fetterman absolutely had to run to a federal judge to get them to extend the days that elect not only is the undated ballot issue up right now in Pennsylvania, which the Supreme Court said, no, they had to be segregated at non-counted.
01:28:57.000 It's not just that now.
01:28:59.000 Fetterman hired Michael Lias, probably the most disgusting lawyer in politics, and they got a judge to extend the arrivals of ballots to 14 days.
01:29:11.000 14.
01:29:12.000 It's just, it's insane.
01:29:13.000 But they're doing this because they see the turnout.
01:29:16.000 They do.
01:29:16.000 I mean, Democrats have a real turnout issue today, guys.
01:29:20.000 I mean, just to give you an idea, in Washoe County, Republicans erased the early vote lead that Democrats had in less than two hours.
01:29:29.000 It was gone, wiped out, and they're still voting.
01:29:32.000 So believe me, Democrats are running these judges to do that.
01:29:35.000 Good, Jack.
01:29:36.000 Was that you?
01:29:36.000 Go ahead.
01:29:37.000 Yeah, I was just going to say the Philadelphia City Commissioners even came in just this morning.
01:29:42.000 And I had to tweet out earlier.
01:29:43.000 Now, 6ABC has it.
01:29:45.000 Hundreds of people whose names were published by the Philadelphia City Commissioners, which is the city's election board, showed up at City Hall on Monday and they've been allowed to correct errors with the dates.
01:29:54.000 They've been allowed to correct the incorrect dates, the mail-in ballots.
01:29:58.000 They're filing replacement ballots or provisional ballots.
01:30:01.000 They're extending this out past beyond what would have been called double voting in the past.
01:30:07.000 They're now allowing that to be done at the day of.
01:30:09.000 That's not what Pennsylvania law says, but they're just going with it anyway.
01:30:13.000 Yeah, even Jack, even with the extending of the period, that violates the law.
01:30:19.000 So, but they just don't care.
01:30:20.000 They're just doing it.
01:30:21.000 So, you know, Harmeed is doing a great, she did a great job on the undated ballot case.
01:30:26.000 Power grab by Pennsylvania.
01:30:29.000 Absolutely.
01:30:30.000 This is their way.
01:30:31.000 Absolutely.
01:30:31.000 This is their way to try to look disenfranchise the American voter.
01:30:35.000 I mean, there's no other way to put it.
01:30:37.000 There really is no other way to put it.
01:30:38.000 Now, I still think Oz could pull it out anyway.
01:30:41.000 I really do.
01:30:42.000 You know, because, you know, we always have these people reading these early vote tee leaves.
01:30:47.000 And the truth of the matter is, you know, there's about four variables that go into that equation.
01:30:52.000 And when you're reading the early vote tee leaves, at best, you have one out of four.
01:30:56.000 That's it.
01:30:58.000 And one of the biggest ones, of course, is you don't know how these people are voting.
01:31:01.000 And in Pennsylvania, if you look at where the returns were coming in, yes, Democrats had a huge lead.
01:31:06.000 It was three, about three and a half to one in the early vote.
01:31:09.000 They had a little over four to one in 2020.
01:31:12.000 And the difference between 2020 and now is that a lot of the ballots disproportionately were coming from Democrat areas, Allegheny, Philadelphia.
01:31:20.000 That is not happening now.
01:31:21.000 Philadelphia is below their targets.
01:31:23.000 Allegheny is below their targets.
01:31:25.000 And a lot of the Democrat vote that was being returned was rural vote.
01:31:29.000 Why does that matter?
01:31:30.000 Because 10%, 10% of Fetterman's prior vote from one poll to another after the debate told us, we, after seeing that debate, I can't vote for John Fetterman.
01:31:41.000 So it doesn't necessarily mean they can't, if it comes back from Philadelphia, it's 99% likely going to be a John Fetterman and Josh Lapiro vote.
01:31:50.000 If it comes back from, and I mean, Jack, you know this better.
01:31:54.000 If it comes back from Pike County, right?
01:31:56.000 Or Monroe or even Erie at this point, it is not 99% likely to be one of their votes.
01:32:03.000 So, and we also just don't know how those independents voted.
01:32:06.000 The polling suggested they were going to break really heavily for Republicans.
01:32:10.000 I think, by the way, I think John Ralston, as the day goes on, he's the Clark County, Nevada guy, right?
01:32:15.000 I think he's going to learn that lesson tonight, all right?
01:32:18.000 And which is your firewall, your arbitrary numbers of the Clark County firewall don't freaking matter if you lose independence by 20 points and Republicans vote on election day.
01:32:30.000 It doesn't matter.
01:32:31.000 It gets wiped away.
01:32:32.000 So, you know, we'll see, Jack.
01:32:35.000 I still do think Oz.
01:32:37.000 Richard, by the way, that's why they're doing one of the, I've seen this anecdotally.
01:32:41.000 I haven't seen the numbers yet, though, but anecdotally stories about high turnout in Philadelphia itself in the Philadelphia wards, now South Philly and Northeast, which obviously is awards that we want.
01:32:52.000 But are there other wards of Philadelphia where we're seeing high turnout?
01:32:55.000 And that would be interesting to me because, of course, as we know, like we were saying before, they were pushing for these mail-in ballots.
01:33:00.000 They were pushing drop boxes very hard down there.
01:33:03.000 Yeah, and that's there is a, there is a, and you know, this, there's a culture in Philly of coming out on election day, which is why, um, you know, look, the media is going to push it as high turnout regardless.
01:33:14.000 They always do this.
01:33:16.000 Uh, we've we see this and hear this every election cycle.
01:33:19.000 But there are two wards in Philadelphia that are going to vote on election day, and they're going to be Republican wards.
01:33:25.000 So we'll just have to see those numbers.
01:33:26.000 I am going to call a guy when in a little bit later, and he's running a race out there, and he's obviously going to have the numbers for them, but he's got a chunk of that in his area.
01:33:36.000 So we'll see.
01:33:37.000 And, you know, I just don't have it right now, Jack.
01:33:39.000 But again, I would say this: John Fetterman would not be running to federal judges now, two of them.
01:33:46.000 He would not hire, he would not have hired Mark Elias if he thought he was going to win this race.
01:33:50.000 So Richard.
01:33:51.000 He thinks he's going to lose.
01:33:52.000 So he wants to count illegal votes.
01:33:54.000 Rich, I know you got to go.
01:33:55.000 So finally, just what you're seeing right now nationwide, are you seeing the turnout, the enthusiasm, the lines, the surge that would be the prerequisite, the ingredient for a red tsunami?
01:34:07.000 Yeah, yeah, I am.
01:34:09.000 I am.
01:34:09.000 In Virginia, 10, those numbers are stunning.
01:34:12.000 It's again, a Biden 20 district, and Republicans are stomping Democrats there.
01:34:18.000 You know, Democrats had some early votes in, but guys, you know, it's the same story all around.
01:34:23.000 Look at Arizona.
01:34:24.000 I mean, it remains to be seen whether it was enough.
01:34:26.000 1.53 is not what they wanted, right?
01:34:29.000 You know that.
01:34:29.000 In Clark County, 37,000 or 39,000 return ballots by election day is not what they wanted.
01:34:36.000 So, you know, a three to five, 3.5 advantage or 3.5 to 1 advantage in Pennsylvania is not what they wanted.
01:34:44.000 They wanted a 4.1.
01:34:46.000 So, you know, basically it's not, it's not enough to not worry about being completely overwhelmed and wiped out.
01:34:55.000 And based on turnout, by the way, in places like New York, New York 17, Maloney's in deep trouble.
01:35:01.000 He is in deep trouble.
01:35:02.000 This will be the first time in four decades a sitting chair gets knocked out in a general election.
01:35:09.000 This is the night it's shaping up to be, but it's not over.
01:35:12.000 2.40, go vote.
01:35:13.000 2.40 Eastern Standard Time.
01:35:15.000 Go vote.
01:35:17.000 Right?
01:35:17.000 I'm not going to let up.
01:35:19.000 That's right.
01:35:19.000 Go vote.
01:35:21.000 In massive numbers.
01:35:22.000 Rich, I know you got to go.
01:35:23.000 I hope you can pipe in tomorrow for our tonight for our live stream.
01:35:26.000 I'm sorry, tonight.
01:35:26.000 Well, we're also going to be going into tomorrow, unfortunately.
01:35:29.000 But Rich Barris, People's Pundin State.
01:35:32.000 We'll see you tonight, brother.
01:35:32.000 Thanks so much, Rich.
01:35:33.000 Pipe in anytime.
01:35:34.000 Okay.
01:35:35.000 Thank you.
01:35:36.000 All right.
01:35:36.000 Sounds good.
01:35:37.000 Email us, everybody, freedom at charliekirk.com.
01:35:39.000 That is freedom at charliekirk.com.
01:35:42.000 Let's go to cut 74.
01:35:44.000 Anderson Cooper worries there's a lot of gullible Hispanic voters out there because those Hispanics, you know, they're just so dumb.
01:35:50.000 Play Cut 74.
01:35:51.000 The number of Hispanic eligible voters has increased by nearly 5 million since 2018.
01:35:56.000 But Spanish-speaking communities are also being flooded with disinformation and conspiracy theories, much of it through social media.
01:36:03.000 How many times have they used this narrative, Jack, that somehow the Hispanics, they can't just help themselves, but get involved in all these conspiracy narratives?
01:36:11.000 Yeah, remember, are these the same Hispanics that we were told can't figure out how to vote by themselves, can't figure out how to register, can't get an ID, can't log into the internet, as Biden said during the debates at one point.
01:36:23.000 That it's ridiculous.
01:36:25.000 It's infantilizing, actually, is what it is, because we know what's going on here.
01:36:31.000 We explained this yesterday.
01:36:33.000 When Hispanics, so many of them have had family or they themselves that went through South America, Latin America, and they've heard two phrases, two words specifically, socialista and inflation.
01:36:47.000 They know that when they hear those two words, they're inherently combined.
01:36:51.000 They're intrinsically combined, and they destroy nations.
01:36:55.000 They break down governments.
01:36:58.000 They break down neighborhoods.
01:37:00.000 They unleash crime.
01:37:02.000 They make prices go through the roof.
01:37:03.000 That's why they left those nations.
01:37:06.000 And when they hear that coming here to the United States, they understand what it means and they have the power of the ballot box to do something about that.
01:37:13.000 You're seeing it in Arizona.
01:37:14.000 You're seeing it in Nevada.
01:37:15.000 I guarantee you'll see it in Colorado.
01:37:17.000 You see it in Colorado and in Florida.
01:37:20.000 It's what's turned Florida from a purple state into a solid red state.
01:37:23.000 We got an email here from a friend, freedom at charliekirk.com, one of our many listeners.
01:37:27.000 And by the way, those of you that are saying, hey, I don't know what I'm going to do for my election coverage tonight, make the Charlie Kirk show a destination.
01:37:34.000 Jack Pesobic will be here.
01:37:35.000 This is the headquarters.
01:37:36.000 This is ground zero for every race across the country, but especially as it gets late, especially as it gets late.
01:37:43.000 We got every congressional race mapped out.
01:37:45.000 We have all the hotspots.
01:37:47.000 We have all the Senate races.
01:37:48.000 We got governor's races.
01:37:49.000 Charlie, the polls at Queen Creek Library are packed today.
01:37:52.000 I've seen more traffic today than in recent elections.
01:37:55.000 Probably a good sign for Republicans since we are Election Day voters.
01:37:58.000 Yes, Queen Creek, I believe, is in Pinal County.
01:38:01.000 I think it's outside of Maricopa, technically.
01:38:04.000 And that is a Republican stronghold.
01:38:06.000 Charlie, I just voted 1230 in one of the new voting centers.
01:38:10.000 Here's some notes.
01:38:11.000 No lines, only three checks, check in iPads.
01:38:14.000 One was down, so they retook the end time as their most important out of scan box for the metal box to put the ballot in.
01:38:18.000 Far difference in previous years.
01:38:20.000 Two watchers were there.
01:38:21.000 Thank you very much.
01:38:22.000 Turnout in Northern Michigan.
01:38:23.000 Charlie, I live in a small county in Michigan, red area, but the turnout was similar to a presidential election.
01:38:28.000 It's great, Jack.
01:38:29.000 Michigan.
01:38:29.000 Vote for Jerry Dixon.
01:38:30.000 That's one of our specialists.
01:38:31.000 So far, so that is very good.
01:38:32.000 People are coming out against Prop 3 and against Whitmer.
01:38:35.000 Can you look at what Prop 3 is in Michigan?
01:38:36.000 I might not be up to that.
01:38:38.000 Might be an abortion.
01:38:38.000 I don't think it's an abortion thing.
01:38:40.000 Parental consent.
01:38:41.000 Adds the right to abortion and contraceptive use to the state constitution.
01:38:47.000 And yeah, would require parental consent.
01:38:50.000 Yep.
01:38:50.000 Emails freedom at charliekirk.com.
01:38:52.000 Getting a lot of emails of people all across the country.
01:38:54.000 Hey, Charlie, I live in JD Vance territory west of Toledo.
01:38:56.000 I have never seen voter turnout like this ever.
01:39:01.000 Voting usually takes 15 minutes.
01:39:03.000 Today it was an hour.
01:39:04.000 And you said Michigan.
01:39:05.000 So Toledo's right next to Michigan.
01:39:07.000 That's Rust Belt.
01:39:07.000 We're talking about Russia.
01:39:08.000 Yeah, so I'm just trying to get a little bit of pocket.
01:39:10.000 That's why I love our people that email us.
01:39:11.000 It's just really special.
01:39:12.000 We have the best audience.
01:39:14.000 Okay, let's go to this one: freedom at charliekirk.com.
01:39:17.000 Let me actually go to this one.
01:39:19.000 Charlie, I live in Illinois.
01:39:20.000 Never seen turnout like this in rural Illinois.
01:39:22.000 Really hope Darren Bailey can pull it off.
01:39:25.000 Okay, let's go to another piece of sound here.
01:39:29.000 Getting a lot.
01:39:30.000 Actually, one more from Arizona.
01:39:32.000 My wife and I had no issues at all at Perry High School in Gilbert for all Republicans.
01:39:36.000 We only had to wait a few minutes in line.
01:39:38.000 Every one of the 20 voting stations was occupied, so it was busy.
01:39:41.000 Thanks so much, Trevor.
01:39:45.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
01:39:47.000 Look, you've helped build the wonderful My Pillow into the incredible company that is today.
01:39:51.000 And I got to tell you, the things that they have, like the six-piece towel set, the two bath towels, the two hand towels, the two washclaws, game changer.
01:40:00.000 The bed sheets, boom, knocked down to $29.98.
01:40:05.000 But look, orders placed now through Christmas.
01:40:07.000 We'll have an extended money-back guarantee through March 1st.
01:40:10.000 It's an amazing way to end your year and do your Christmas shopping and support the wonderful, the amazing, patriotic Mike Lindell.
01:40:17.000 Just go to mypillow.com and click on the Radio Listener Square and use promo code Kirk.
01:40:22.000 Call 800-875-0425 and use promo code Kirk.
01:40:25.000 That's mypillow.com, promo code Kirk.
01:40:27.000 The bed sheets are marked down as low as $29.98.
01:40:30.000 And believe me when I say this, you'll get a great night's sleep.
01:40:33.000 Mike Lindell is a great friend, a patriot, someone I really respect.
01:40:36.000 Mypillow.com, promo code Kirk.
01:40:39.000 That is mypillow.com.
01:40:41.000 Support this show and Mike Lindell.
01:40:43.000 Mypillow.com, promo code Kirk.
01:40:48.000 By the way, the wait time in Chandler is, they say 42 minutes with 122 people in line in Chandler.
01:40:55.000 It's completely disgraceful.
01:40:56.000 No, this is voter suppression by every means.
01:40:59.000 If we had an actual DOJ, they would be coming in and they'd be breaking this up.
01:41:04.000 They'd be figuring it out.
01:41:05.000 They'd be launching investigations and it should be civil and potentially criminal.
01:41:08.000 Jack, this is one o'clock in the afternoon and there's a 45-minute wait.
01:41:11.000 That's a really good sign for Republicans.
01:41:13.000 It's also a serious, just demerit and black eye for the Maricopa County supervisors.
01:41:20.000 Well, but what we're seeing, though, is, as I said before, you have the early, you have the early morning rush, then you have the lunch rush, then you have the afterwork rush.
01:41:28.000 So we're seeing, we are in the midst of the lunch rush right now.
01:41:31.000 One o'clock, that's exactly when you would expect to see it.
01:41:33.000 But between the lunch rush and the afterwork rush, that's when you have really that 2 p.m. to kind of forget the whole.
01:41:42.000 And that's when, particularly in Pennsylvania, the Philadelphia area, that's when the shenanigans start to creep in.
01:41:48.000 So just a couple of things, everybody.
01:41:49.000 On Rumble, on YouTube, on Getter, all these different platforms, we're going to be starting streaming live at 6 o'clock Eastern, and we're going to go for as long as we can.
01:41:58.000 We're going to be here all week, actually, every evening.
01:42:00.000 Jack, eyes on Pennsylvania, especially, right?
01:42:03.000 100%.
01:42:03.000 With ballot drops and all that stuff happening.
01:42:06.000 It's already in the courts.
01:42:07.000 Pennsylvania's election is already in the courts as we speak.
01:42:10.000 So do me a favor: if you're currently watching right now on YouTube, okay, there is a bell that you guys can hit as far as subscribing to our YouTube channel, and you guys can get notified as soon as we go live here.
01:42:20.000 We're very communicative, Jack.
01:42:21.000 Would you say we're one of the more communicative shows?
01:42:24.000 We read every email.
01:42:25.000 You guys don't realize this.
01:42:26.000 I can see Charlie's green here.
01:42:28.000 He's actually looking at your emails as they go in.
01:42:30.000 As they come in, he's forwarding them off to us.
01:42:32.000 He's actioning some to different people.
01:42:34.000 Say, hey, follow up on this, read back with this, reach out to this person.
01:42:37.000 They've got something.
01:42:38.000 I mean, this is an active election headquarters war room that you are in right now.
01:42:43.000 So you can email us throughout the day, freedom at charliekirk.com.
01:42:46.000 It's freedom at charliekirk.com.
01:42:48.000 And a lot of different things are happening across the country.
01:42:50.000 Here's what we are seeing: the trends, the trend from Kentucky.
01:42:53.000 We have data from Maine, data from Florida, data from Virginia, data from Illinois, from Michigan, basically all across the country, is that the lines in the Republican areas are off the charts.
01:43:03.000 Like over the top.
01:43:03.000 Yeah.
01:43:05.000 The F-150 cavalry.
01:43:07.000 It is incredible.
01:43:08.000 And if we continue to show up and we keep these trends, it is going to be a red tsunami tonight.
01:43:15.000 It is going to be an overwhelming.
01:43:17.000 But guess what?
01:43:18.000 We have six hours left on the clock in certain voting areas.
01:43:21.000 What time is it Eastern right now?
01:43:22.000 It's 3 o'clock Eastern.
01:43:23.000 That's four hours left.
01:43:25.000 Four hours left on the East Coast.
01:43:27.000 Get another person to the polls.
01:43:28.000 Text somebody right now.
01:43:29.000 We can obliterate the American Democrat Party.
01:43:32.000 We are seeing the numbers and we're about to see a massive surge right now.
01:43:36.000 And so, look, for all of you that are anxious about Arizona, the numbers of in-person voting are getting better.
01:43:42.000 They are getting better.
01:43:43.000 But there is kind of this hidden vote of people that have come in and turned in their ballot.
01:43:48.000 I think that is going to shock the world and overwhelm people in a very serious and significant way.
01:43:53.000 So you guys can email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
01:43:56.000 That's freedom at charliekirk.com.
01:43:58.000 And to clarify, if your ballot gets rejected, you guys can spoil it and retry until it takes it.
01:44:04.000 Box three is only done in the worst case, last case scenario.
01:44:10.000 If you run out of time, it is better than going home.
01:44:13.000 And it's better.
01:44:14.000 I'm sorry.
01:44:14.000 Let me just, I'm reading this and it's a little bit, the grammar is all over the place.
01:44:18.000 It is better than going home without voting, but it's best for you to try again and try again.
01:44:22.000 Okay.
01:44:23.000 So box three, Jack, does that make sense?
01:44:24.000 Is the worst case scenario?
01:44:26.000 You put that into the mystery box.
01:44:28.000 We have no idea what happens to it.
01:44:29.000 Yeah.
01:44:30.000 Only do box three if you have kids at home and other things that are more pressing.
01:44:34.000 Totally understand it.
01:44:35.000 But you must acknowledge box three is not the most secure way to vote.
01:44:38.000 Correct.
01:44:38.000 Okay.
01:44:38.000 So currently our numbers are in Maricopa County right around 115,000 people that have voted right now.
01:44:44.000 Okay.
01:44:45.000 That does not count drop-offs and that does not count our other Republican strongholds across the country, such as Yavapai and Mojave and Yuma.
01:44:53.000 And so you tally all that together.
01:44:55.000 Republicans are showing up.
01:44:57.000 The drop-offs, though, is the X factor.
01:44:59.000 The amount of people that have come and dropped off their ballot, we do not know.
01:45:04.000 So across the country, I want to keep on hearing for you: freedom at charliekirk.com.
01:45:08.000 We're about to prepare for a very, very long live stream tonight.
01:45:12.000 And we're doing a lot of different things.
01:45:14.000 You guys can email us, freedom at charliekirk.com.
01:45:17.000 Some people said, Charlie, you talked about Arizona too much.
01:45:21.000 Well, honestly, Arizona was kind of the center of all the drama today, wasn't it?
01:45:24.000 Well, I think Arizona is a leading indicator, though.
01:45:27.000 But only Arizona was the ground zero of 2020.
01:45:30.000 Yes.
01:45:30.000 And so what happens here affects the rest of the nation.
01:45:33.000 But also, what other county had any drama today?
01:45:36.000 I mean, that's the question.
01:45:37.000 I mean, Mercer County in New Jersey.
01:45:38.000 Mercia, New Jersey, Luzerne in Pennsylvania.
01:45:41.000 We're also headquartered here.
01:45:42.000 But Maricopa County, Arizona, I think everybody knows that this is the eyes of the world, the press of the world.
01:45:50.000 There's internet.
01:45:50.000 Charlie, you know, there's international press here.
01:45:52.000 There's from Tokyo.
01:45:53.000 They know Singapore.
01:45:54.000 They know that.
01:45:54.000 They're all here in Maricopa County, in Phoenix.
01:45:57.000 They're watching Kerry Lake because they don't want candidates like her getting elected.
01:46:02.000 They don't want candidates like this movement puts forward getting elected that thumb their nose.
01:46:07.000 Charlie, I remember when she walked out of that RGA meeting, when she thumbed her nose at them and then went to the Mike Lindell event.
01:46:14.000 You remember that?
01:46:15.000 She flew out.
01:46:16.000 People don't do that.
01:46:18.000 You go and kiss the ring.
01:46:19.000 She walked up to the ring and she turned her back to it.
01:46:22.000 Everybody, email freedom at charliekirk.com, freedom at charliekirk.com.
01:46:27.000 Okay, David says, Charlie, you're killing me.
01:46:29.000 I love you, Charlie.
01:46:29.000 Hover Warroom has been telling us we have poll watchers by the thousands.
01:46:32.000 It's safe to assume someone is watching the box.
01:46:34.000 Yes, but the problem is sometimes people slip through where they say they're a Republican poll watcher, but they're not.
01:46:40.000 Okay, we're just talking about having the most secure process.
01:46:44.000 Right, right.
01:46:44.000 So the idea is that, you know, no one's going to be taking your box, you know, your ballot and stealing it from the, you know, the mystery box or something.
01:46:51.000 The point is, is that if your vote is counted today, then that means we know that it's in, it's in the bank.
01:46:57.000 If it's in that box, if it's in the mail, if it's in a ballot drop box, if it's in something else, that means there are more steps, more links in the chain between that ballot and the chain of custody that actually brings it to having voted in the election.
01:47:10.000 So we are prioritizing this and creating a hierarchy of most secure versus least secure.
01:47:16.000 Okay, I want to remind you guys: you have got to come to America Fest December 17, 18, 19, 20.
01:47:21.000 How great is America Fest?

01:48:43.000 All right, we are going to now just kind of huddle a little bit, take a couple hours just to kind of take a breath.
01:48:48.000 In about three hours, we're going to be back on this chair for a live stream to end all live streams.
01:48:53.000 Something that is going to make history, the stamina, the endurance, the time, right, Jack?
01:48:58.000 We're going to be covering every race across the country.
01:49:00.000 So who's going to be in studio for the live stream?
01:49:02.000 That's right.
