00:04:05.000 So as I went back into the courtroom, the hearing had just begun again.
00:04:08.000 The judge was back on the bench, and she was pressing the prosecution on this investigation.
00:04:13.000 So then the judge said, Would this include a possible FARA charge?

00:04:19.000 The prosecutor said, No, the deal would not include that.
00:04:22.000 It was at that point that she had said to the prosecution, you know, if you were not, if you can charge that, then what does this mean?
00:04:30.000 And the prosecutors, she asked Hunter Biden's attorneys about that, and he said, Well, then there's no deal.
00:04:37.000 And the prosecutor said, Then there is no deal.
00:04:39.000 So Biden's team said that the plea agreement, as far as they understood it, was now null and void.
00:04:44.000 I mean, that's pretty blunt, null and void.
00:04:45.000 Now, potentially, they're in recess and it could be reconfigured.
00:04:50.000 I'm sure some people are working the phones and they're saying, What is going on?

00:04:54.000 Now, there's a couple explanations here.
00:04:56.000 There's the surface-level explanation that this was one of the sloppiest plea deals ever put together.
00:05:01.000 There's several ongoing investigations.
00:05:04.000 Maybe, just maybe, Chuck Grassley and the Senate Republicans and House Republicans who submitted this information to the judge got the judge thinking that this is so unusual.
00:05:15.000 This is so damaging because there are active investigations.
00:05:20.000 Or there is another explanation potentially that they want to still potentially tap Joe Biden out of the presidential race in 2024.
00:05:34.000 They don't want to put this thing off the pasture yet.

00:07:08.000 And then the media can say, this is old news.

00:07:14.000 And of course, the plan would be for Joe Biden or a future Democrat president to pardon him so that he has a clean record.

00:07:20.000 It's just a temporary label of being called a felon.
00:07:24.000 But it makes you think: is the administrative state not yet comfortable to run Joe Biden in 2024?

00:07:52.000 We've had two IRS whistleblowers, including a gay Democrat, testify to Congress about being pressured to not investigate the big guy and about prosecutors treating Hunter favorably.
00:08:02.000 Hunter's legal team called a court clerk and pretended to be someone else in order to deceive the court.
00:08:07.000 This is an amazing story, by the way.
00:08:09.000 So I don't know if we have any sound on this.
00:08:12.000 These people are so desperate.

00:08:15.000 This is how you know there's a spiritual war going on.

00:20:44.000 But now, Hunter is exposed to possible indictments for money laundering and far representations with his Foreign Agent Representation Act, which was used against Lieutenant General Michael Flynn.
