00:01:26.000 Hello, everybody.

00:01:27.000 How are we doing tonight?

00:01:30.000 How great was J.D.

00:01:30.000 Vance's speech tonight?

00:01:31.000 That was awesome.

00:01:36.000 I got my official gear.

00:01:37.000 Nice.

00:01:38.000 Is that really?

00:01:40.000 Trump Vance 2024.

00:01:41.000 So I was front row in the room.

00:01:43.000 This is like your third t-shirt of the day now.

00:01:46.000 Yeah, I'll be on the end.

00:01:49.000 So, I have a question.

00:01:51.000 How did it, who watched it on TV?

00:01:52.000 Any of you three?

00:01:53.000 I was there.

00:01:54.000 I was there first.

00:01:55.000 You were there, you were next to me.

00:01:57.000 I'm just curious how it presented on television.

00:01:59.000 How it, I think that's my phone.

00:02:01.000 I don't think any of us were here watching on TV.

00:02:03.000 Okay, so let's go through the elements.

00:02:06.000 Did you guys already recap the speech or not yet?

00:02:10.000 Let's carry on where Andrew has left off because it's a really great point.

00:02:16.000 Andrew was just talking about how much of a difference, a tone shift from 2016 to now.

00:02:21.000 So he entered basically a room in 2016 of mostly, and this is from the National Committee, I'm telling you this, mostly people that did not like him in that room in 2016.

00:02:33.000 Totally.

00:02:34.000 And so this is a, he's completely changed the party.

00:02:38.000 The party has shifted dramatically.

00:02:40.000 That was a room that absolutely loves him, and now you have a vice presidential candidate that has adopted every tone, tenor, facet, element of The MAGA movement, up there as your VP candidate, that is a massive step forward.

00:02:59.000 That's not just running, that's jumping all around the stage.

00:03:02.000 So, to an untrained eye, here's why this speech was so significant.

00:03:06.000 Neoliberalism, which is the bipartisan project post-World War II that has been a failed experiment, is three major things.

00:03:15.000 Reckless and adventurous foreign wars.

00:03:17.000 Unlimited mass migration and unfettered trade of foreign countries even at the expense of the homeland.

00:03:23.000 He methodically went through all three and said it was a mistake to go into Iraq.

00:03:29.000 It was a mistake to import all this stuff and de-industrialize our country.

00:03:33.000 It was a mistake to have all these foreigners come to the country. 1.00

00:03:37.000 Do you know what I love?

00:03:38.000 He called them newcomers.

00:03:39.000 The newcomers.

00:03:40.000 Yes.

00:03:40.000 Oh!

00:03:41.000 Blake, was that not?

00:03:43.000 That was like chef's kiss.

00:03:45.000 It was amazing.

00:03:46.000 And in the beginning, one of the greatest mantras that he had was that when he said, we are not going to buy energy from overseas, we're going to buy it from American workers and American-based energy.

00:04:03.000 And so, I have people texting me like crazy, the campaign deserves a lot of credit.

00:04:09.000 Four times he went through.

00:04:11.000 And all of you in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Ohio.

00:04:16.000 All of you in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Ohio.

00:04:19.000 Blake, talk about the geographic Precision, that speech.

00:04:23.000 That speech was a blue wall.

00:04:26.000 That was like you're running for governor in Michigan speech.

00:04:29.000 He had to thread a needle because he had to shout out Ohio State, but... I thought he handled that beautifully.

00:04:35.000 It helps that they just won a national title.

00:04:38.000 It calms it down a little bit.

00:04:40.000 I love that, you know, we've had enough political violence.

00:04:42.000 I thought that was a great line.

00:04:45.000 It was... It was a great pitch, Charlie.

00:04:50.000 So Jack, your reaction to the speech, the energy, the room was electric.

00:04:55.000 The room was absolutely electric.

00:04:58.000 My kids were there, Fox News put them on, which is kind of funny.

00:05:03.000 This was a speech, by the way, and I was going to say to Tyler, Tyler, think about this.

00:05:08.000 In 2016, Could a candidate like J.D.

00:05:12.000 Vance have come anywhere near that ticket?

00:05:15.000 He couldn't have become a congressman.

00:05:17.000 No, there's no way.

00:05:19.000 He nominated Paul Ryan for the vice president.

00:05:23.000 The threats that loomed.

00:05:25.000 I'm telling you, this is the point.

00:05:27.000 This is it.

00:05:27.000 He walked into the room and everybody hated him.

00:05:30.000 He changed the entire landscape to a place where, and here's the thought that occurred to me, it's been running through my head for about all week, and I just got it.

00:05:40.000 Donald Trump could have picked pretty much anyone in the party as his VP.

00:05:45.000 I think just about, after Saturday, anyone would have said yes.

00:05:49.000 But you know what he did?

00:05:51.000 He picked a deplorable.

00:05:53.000 He picked somebody who wasn't just, and Trump, of course, he gives the voice to the forgotten man, the forgotten woman, the forgotten communities, but he is not one of them himself.

00:06:04.000 And Don Jr.

00:06:05.000 early on kind of made that point.

00:06:06.000 He said, I'm from Trump Tower.

00:06:08.000 You're from middle Ohio.

00:06:10.000 And JD Vance is one of the people that Donald Trump has spent all these years talking about and he took that family and he elevated them to that stage the same way he's going to elevate the people of this country and Charlie by the way going back to the speech

00:06:30.000 Not only did J.D.

00:06:32.000 Vance describe neoliberalism, if you notice what he did, he used the imagery of Joe Biden, feeble, decrepit, broken.

00:06:41.000 He contrasted Joe Biden is neoliberalism.

00:06:46.000 I just love that part where he went through.

00:06:49.000 We passed NAFTA.

00:06:50.000 Joe Biden was there to vote for us while I was in, I think, the third grade.

00:06:54.000 And then Joe Biden voted to give China most favored nation status.

00:06:59.000 And then Joe Biden voted to invade Iraq.

00:07:02.000 It really is Joe Biden who's been in government for What, like 60 years at this point?

00:07:08.000 Joe Biden was there at every step of the way as they de-industrialized America, as they did invade the world, invite the world, all of that.

00:07:15.000 Joe Biden was there for every part of it and now Joe Biden is the one in the White House and we're going to boot him out.

00:07:23.000 If Washington DC had a mascot, it would be Joe Biden.

00:07:27.000 That's a really bad mascot.

00:07:27.000 There was a scene... And if America had a mascot, it would be J.D.

00:07:31.000 Vance.

00:07:31.000 Did you see how it shocked the room, though?

00:07:33.000 When J.D.

00:07:34.000 Vance said, Joe Biden has been in government longer than I've been alive.

00:07:40.000 And that was, in the room, it just like... By a lot.

00:07:43.000 It popped.

00:07:43.000 It just popped.

00:07:45.000 I want to play some tape here.

00:07:47.000 Let's go to this right here.

00:07:49.000 This is 161.

00:07:50.000 This is my favorite line, which is J.D.

00:07:53.000 Vance says, people will not fight for abstractions, but they'll fight for their home.

00:07:58.000 This right here is showing that conservatism is about real life implications, your neighborhood, your home, your family, not some bumper sticker by some DC think tank.

00:08:09.000 Play cut 161, please.

00:08:11.000 People will not fight for abstractions, but they will fight for their home.

00:08:16.000 And if this movement of ours is going to succeed, and if this country is going to thrive, our leaders have to remember that America is a nation, and its citizens deserve leaders who put its interests first.

00:08:30.000 So guys, this was all about the excesses of neoliberalism.

00:08:35.000 And so, let's go into this even deeper, Jack, that J.D.

00:08:41.000 Vance was running a Big Ten strategy.

00:08:44.000 The Big Ten, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania in particular, and talking about union jobs, talking about the muscular class.

00:08:54.000 This is a very sophisticated and focused Trump team that knows we need to win a Rust Belt state.

00:09:00.000 Look, he took the blue wall and I would go so far as to say that when Donald Trump picked J.D.

00:09:07.000 Vance and then J.D.

00:09:09.000 Vance gave a speech like we just saw here, The blue wall was just flattened.

00:09:17.000 The blue wall is coming down.

00:09:19.000 Why are we calling it the blue wall?

00:09:21.000 Make it a red wall.

00:09:22.000 Mr. Biden, tear down this wall and we're gonna make it a red wall.

00:09:27.000 Blake, I want you to riff on that.

00:09:29.000 The J.D.

00:09:30.000 Vance selection could be such a realignment where we are able to then one day call it the Red Wall.

00:09:37.000 Can you explore that?

00:09:39.000 I mean, so, Ohio.

00:09:40.000 Ohio voted for Obama, I think, twice.

00:09:44.000 And it was a very competitive swing state.

00:09:46.000 It was a bellwether state.

00:09:47.000 It always voted for the winner.

00:09:49.000 Now, it's not even a swing state at all.

00:09:51.000 It's a state... Same with Iowa.

00:09:52.000 We could win Iowa too.

00:09:54.000 Iowa, it was one of the first primaries because it was so consistently swung back and forth between the parties.

00:10:01.000 It voted for Obama by 10 points, I think.

00:10:04.000 But now we're turning Iowa into a state not competitive.

00:10:08.000 Ohio as a state, not competitive.

00:10:10.000 Or Florida.

00:10:11.000 Florida as a state, not competitive.

00:10:12.000 Florida is a lot of transplanted Midwesterners.

00:10:15.000 Hundreds of Ohioans live in Florida now.

00:10:17.000 And a lot of Illinoisans.

00:10:18.000 So we should ask ourselves, why can't we do the same thing to Pittsburgh, the same thing to Detroit, the same thing to Milwaukee?

00:10:26.000 And Tyler?

00:10:27.000 I just want to say that on top of the Rust Belt conversation, JD hit something really unique, which was he targeted the Sun Belt as well with the Home Builders.

00:10:39.000 He talked about, this is a really important part of his speech.

00:10:44.000 You talk about this all the time, by the way.

00:10:46.000 I mean, young people are struggling because they can't get into homes.

00:10:50.000 Young people are struggling because they can't move.

00:10:52.000 We have, Arizona has a really massive, massive employment issue right now with those who are home builders, those that are construction workers, because everything is at a grinding halt thanks to Joe Biden.

00:11:06.000 J.D.

00:11:07.000 just quietly came into the room and just leveled a boom.

00:11:11.000 And that's not just Arizona.

00:11:12.000 That's Nevada.

00:11:14.000 That's Clark County.

00:11:15.000 That's Las Vegas.

00:11:16.000 That's Florida.

00:11:18.000 We have growth that's happening across Georgia and Tennessee and in the Southeast.

00:11:22.000 So this wasn't just a Rust Belt touch.

00:11:26.000 Heat, heat! 0.67

00:11:28.000 Perfectly bridge the gap to the Sunbelt States as well.

00:11:32.000 And you're seeing that geographic strategy in every section of the speech because he's got something in there for everybody, but specifically geo-targeted through rhetoric.

00:11:44.000 Through language that is going to speak specifically to those battleground states.

00:11:49.000 Obviously, as Charlie pointed out, in many times naming the states, but also as you're saying, he's talking about those key industries in key states.

00:11:58.000 And I just have to come back to it though.

00:12:00.000 I was telling reporters all day today that you watch, because I heard JD Vance, I had a little preview because I saw JD at NatCon last week.

00:12:09.000 And I said, he's going to say something that will transform American politics, because he is going to break one of the biggest taboos that both parties has.

00:12:20.000 He is going to say America is not just an idea, that America is a place, America is our home, and we will defend our home.

00:12:32.000 This is a transformative idea in American politics.

00:12:36.000 Joe Biden just said the opposite at the debate.

00:12:40.000 This is a new and entirely new coalition that is going to be formed behind this.

00:12:46.000 It's kind of like the birth of a third party that just happens to be inside the Republican

00:12:51.000 Party.

00:12:52.000 And this is a long overdue correction.

00:12:53.000 Yes, because the Republican Party was enjoying support from rural voters.

00:13:00.000 But the, and Blake, I want your take here, but the mold of the industrial rust belt was

00:13:08.000 always better fit in the Republican Party with more conservative social values, firearm

00:13:13.000 ownership, Second Amendment, those issues.

00:13:16.000 But it was always a weird fit within the Democrat Party.

00:13:20.000 It always was.

00:13:21.000 And I think the biggest lack of appeal was the Republican Party.

00:13:25.000 I mean, we support free markets, we do support free enterprise, but it was too easily manipulated to say, oh, well, if you believe in this, you have to support General Electric sending every single factory to Hong Kong.

00:13:39.000 Just have to square the circle and say, actually, wait, you don't need to support that.

00:13:43.000 That you can support free markets and still think that America should not export its entire industrial base to our number one ideological and political rival.

00:13:53.000 And once you're able to do that, and when you're able to say, actually, the American government should imagine the country as a giant family, that you should look out for the nation's children, which is its people, and put their interests first.

00:14:08.000 Biden and the Democrats are going to come out and say, every single person who's showing up at Eagle Pass, at El Paso, at San Diego, that they can hop across the border and they're equally as American as you or I, and they can just be bused to every city, get every benefit known to man, and they're just as American as you, and you have no right to object to this.

00:14:28.000 And now we have a Republican Party that is brave enough to say, No, that's not true, and we're going to fight for the people of this country.

00:14:36.000 And we're going to do something about it.

00:14:37.000 And the immigration was beautifully weaved in.

00:14:40.000 And also, just really quick, my team's reminding me, if you guys think you want to become a member, it's members.charliekirk.com to get our Never Surrender shirt.

00:14:48.000 I had so many people asking, where do I get that shirt?

00:14:50.000 Where do I get that shirt?

00:14:51.000 Members.charliekirk.com.

00:14:52.000 But also, Tyler, We looked at each other, the homes issue.

00:14:57.000 I lobbied hard.

00:14:57.000 I have the text messages to prove it.

00:14:59.000 You have to mention the home affordability crisis and it happened and he beautifully delivered it.

00:15:06.000 That alone, you could clip that and run that as an ad in Arizona.

00:15:09.000 There's two elements to the home building issue.

00:15:11.000 One, Young people literally can't get in homes, but more importantly, millennials under the age of 40 cannot move. 0.98

00:15:21.000 They cannot move right now.

00:15:22.000 It's too expensive for them to move into houses that are bigger.

00:15:24.000 So what does that mean?

00:15:26.000 Not having kids or being overcrowded in your home.

00:15:30.000 The second element is, when you were down, we were just talking about this, the homebuilders.

00:15:34.000 The homebuilders in Maricopa County, and Clark County, and Fulton County, and across the state.

00:15:40.000 I mean, Tampa Bay is the largest, now the fastest growing area of Florida.

00:15:46.000 Families, conservative families are moving there in droves.

00:15:49.000 And they cannot get, they cannot build enough houses fast enough because of what Joe Biden's done to the economy.

00:15:55.000 The reality is this, is if we have four more years of this, Nobody's going anywhere.

00:16:01.000 People that are our age and younger are going to be stuck and trapped in apartments.

00:16:06.000 And this is why the only counter argument, and it's a dumb counter argument, that Joe Biden has is capping rent increases.

00:16:16.000 We don't want tax increases! 0.56

00:16:18.000 We want homes!

00:16:19.000 We want land!

00:16:21.000 We want to own homes, not just rent!

00:16:23.000 We want to own land!

00:16:24.000 And so, I also want to hear from the audience here.

00:16:27.000 For those of you that watched at home on television, can you email me freedom at charliekirk.com?

00:16:32.000 I have it popped up.

00:16:34.000 How did the JD Vance speech pop on television?

00:16:36.000 I'm genuinely curious.

00:16:37.000 I want to read some of these emails because sometimes what happens in the room is not always what happens on TV.

00:16:42.000 Would you agree, Jack?

00:16:44.000 It's happened so many times where I'll be at a speech and I'm like, oh, that was a great speech.

00:16:51.000 That was a good time.

00:16:52.000 And the media will, and the other thing I want to look for, Charlie, too, is the media will clip something and they will twist it.

00:16:59.000 They will put it out of context.

00:17:01.000 And it only becomes viral.

00:17:02.000 So for example, they're like, JD Vance mentions political violence in his speech.

00:17:06.000 Right, exactly.

00:17:06.000 It's like, wait, what?

00:17:07.000 No!

00:17:08.000 That wasn't it at all!

00:17:09.000 And he's making like a collegiate reference to, you know, Ohio State and all these jokes.

00:17:14.000 So, that's another thing.

00:17:16.000 Now, I didn't really see many of those things in this speech that they could glom onto, but you never know what bee will get in Rachel Maddow's bonnet and what orders will come down. 1.00

00:17:29.000 But I would tell you, they are going to be coming after J.D.

00:17:32.000 Vance very, very hard on the left-wing channels after a speech like this.

00:17:37.000 Blake, you have a thought here?

00:17:38.000 I was thinking about Kai Trump's speech, which was a great speech.

00:17:42.000 I thought that, do we have clips?

00:17:44.000 How the media will present it, they'll be like, TRUMP HARASSES HIS DAUGHTER WHILE THEY'RE PLAYING GOLF! 0.97

00:17:50.000 IT'S ABUSIVE PSYCHOPATH! 0.89

00:17:51.000 I thought this was awesome.

00:17:52.000 This is an 18-year-old young lady, who by the way is one of the best golfers in the country. 0.67

00:17:56.000 I thought this was a very powerful moment, not easy to do.

00:17:59.000 Play cut 150.

00:18:02.000 Hi everyone, my name is Kai Mazin Trump.

00:18:06.000 I am the granddaughter of Donald Trump.

00:18:09.000 I'm speaking today to share the side of my grandpa that people don't often see.

00:18:15.000 To me, he's just a normal grandpa.

00:18:18.000 He gives us candy and soda when our parents aren't looking.

00:18:21.000 When we play golf together, if I'm not on his team, he'll try to get inside of my head.

00:18:30.000 I know.

00:18:31.000 And he's always surprised that I don't let him get to me.

00:18:37.000 But I have to remind him, I'm a Trump too.

00:18:40.000 On Saturday, I was shocked when I heard that he has been shot.

00:18:46.000 And I just wanted to know if he was okay.

00:18:49.000 It was heartbreaking that someone would do that to another person.

00:18:52.000 A lot of people have put my grandpa through hell, and he's still standing.

00:18:59.000 Grandpa, you are such an inspiration, and I love you.

00:19:05.000 So, I thought that was so great.

00:19:07.000 Guys, there is so much Biden news today as well that we have to get to.

00:19:11.000 I talked to two very well-sourced, I mean, radical media types.

00:19:17.000 I don't even know their names.

00:19:19.000 And they were like, Biden's done.

00:19:21.000 I mean, so what's amazing about this is you go on the floor.

00:19:23.000 I've been all day, every media person that I've talked to today, all the people, by the way, I was breaking news from inside the convention as it was going on because my phone's blowing up just like yours, Charlie, and people don't realize that normally it's sort of like The two ecosystems don't coincide like this, you know, it's sort of like the conservative media sphere is over here and the corporate media sphere is over there, but at this event we're all together and suddenly we're all comparing notes and sharing stuff on the fact that Biden, and I'll just say it, I talked to someone very high up at an outlet that people wouldn't expect would be talking to Jack Masovic,

00:20:06.000 And they were like, it's Jover.

00:20:08.000 It's full on Jover. 0.70

00:20:09.000 The story that I broke, by the way, from inside the White House, White House officials send this to me, that Kamala Harris's senior officials are now going up to Biden officials and say, it's time to pass the buck.

00:20:24.000 Guys, I just hope everyone understands.

00:20:26.000 The removal of Joe Biden is imminent.

00:20:31.000 Tyler, do you agree?

00:20:32.000 All the forces are happening.

00:20:34.000 It's the COVID thing that's more than that though.

00:20:38.000 We should summarize that quick.

00:20:39.000 You can check Charlie's tweets weeks ago.

00:20:43.000 The unions and the union bosses that run the Union C4s in Michigan pulled all of the Biden materials off the floor.

00:20:53.000 They fired all of the staff.

00:20:55.000 You saw it.

00:20:56.000 They stopped doing all of the work.

00:20:59.000 This has been a battle internal for weeks that some people on the left have said, this is going to happen no matter what.

00:21:06.000 We're not going to allow it to not happen.

00:21:08.000 But it looks like Sunday, is it Sunday?

00:21:11.000 We have coming up here.

00:21:13.000 They are doing a Zoom call.

00:21:14.000 They changed the rules of the DNC.

00:21:16.000 They have a Zoom call.

00:21:18.000 What we're hearing and what it sounds like is that they're going to have a arduous step-down process all done over Zoom.

00:21:26.000 So, Blake, you have a thought here.

00:21:27.000 Well, I just wanted to make sure everyone knew that while we've been having our big confab today, Chuck Schumer came out, said Joe's got to go.

00:21:36.000 Adam Schiff came out, said it's time to step down, Joe.

00:21:40.000 Every reporter I've spoken to here has just said Democrats are in meltdown, which is great for us because otherwise the press would be rushing to define JD Vance the way they feel like.

00:21:51.000 Democrats would be rushing to do that. 0.97

00:21:53.000 They'd all be collaborating and they can't right now because the party is Totally imploding.

00:21:57.000 Look, the Democrats are smart.

00:21:59.000 They wanted us to get our convention out of the way, and we might be attacking the wrong guy.

00:22:03.000 The two Democrat operatives I talked to in the back of the room, they're media guys, they're like, no way, this is what they're saying.

00:22:09.000 They're saying Kamala Harris, Andy Beshear.

00:22:12.000 What?

00:22:13.000 Andy Beshear would be tough, man.

00:22:16.000 He's the Democrat governor of Kentucky, or Kamala Harris, Josh Shapiro, from Pennsylvania.

00:22:22.000 I'm hearing Shapiro doesn't want it, though.

00:22:25.000 He's balking on this. 0.99

00:22:27.000 Because, look, Shapiro might be garbage. 1.00

00:22:30.000 Shapiro might be absolute trash. 1.00

00:22:32.000 And I know this, by the way, because we're from the same county. 0.99

00:22:35.000 Josh Shapiro, not Ben Shapiro, for the record.

00:22:36.000 Oh, excuse me.

00:22:37.000 I'm so sorry.

00:22:37.000 So sorry.

00:22:38.000 So sorry.

00:22:38.000 I do mean Josh Shapiro.

00:22:39.000 I do mean Josh Shapiro.

00:22:40.000 Sorry.

00:22:41.000 Long day, folks.

00:22:41.000 Long day.

00:22:42.000 Yes, Josh Shapiro is absolute trash, but that guy is smart. 0.97

00:22:46.000 And that guy knows that Kamala Harris is not someone that he wants to hitch his wagon to. 0.99

00:22:52.000 He wants to be the first president out of Pennsylvania.

00:22:55.000 He wants to be the first Jewish president.

00:22:57.000 He wants all of these things.

00:22:58.000 Very ambitious, very smart guy.

00:23:00.000 He knows to not tie to Kamala Harris.

00:23:03.000 They would love to have him from Pennsylvania.

00:23:06.000 He doesn't want to do it.

00:23:07.000 We've been smart.

00:23:08.000 Borders are Kamala Harris.

00:23:08.000 We've been hearing.

00:23:11.000 Biden did us a big favor.

00:23:12.000 He sent Kamala, go fix the border. 0.66

00:23:14.000 This was always the part of the play, though.

00:23:16.000 They gave her the border.

00:23:18.000 Remember, they gave her Ukraine. 0.98

00:23:20.000 They sent her to the Munich conference right before Putin crossed the border so that she would be associated with the largest failures of Obama, excuse me, of the, well, the Obama-Biden Part 3.

00:23:32.000 And then you get I think the only thing they can't really put on her is

00:23:36.000 Afghanistan.

00:23:37.000 So this is according to Graham Allen. Can you check this, Jack?

00:23:40.000 Did you send this in the chat? Pelosi is asking Biden to drop out in a private conversation.

00:23:45.000 Well, I mean, it's, Charlie, if Chuck came out, that means there was a meeting of the minds.

00:23:51.000 This is a plan.

00:23:52.000 And you.

00:23:54.000 We heard and we said this.

00:23:55.000 We said they're going to talk about an illness.

00:23:57.000 They're going to da-da-da, right? 0.97

00:23:58.000 We're going to go through this.

00:23:59.000 What's going to happen this next week, I think, is they've got everyone lined up begrudgingly to say step down.

00:24:07.000 They're going to come out and talk illness.

00:24:09.000 It's not going to be mental illness.

00:24:11.000 It's going to be physical illness.

00:24:13.000 It's going to be ailment.

00:24:15.000 And then they're just going to quietly do this over Zoom.

00:24:18.000 And the problem that they have right now, which is a real problem, is they do not have someone that wants to hitch their wagon to Kamala Harris.

00:24:25.000 Yeah, CNN's got it.

00:24:27.000 Pelosi.

00:24:28.000 So Biden is done.

00:24:30.000 Is that fair to say, Blake?

00:24:31.000 He's done.

00:24:32.000 Hey! 0.99

00:24:32.000 Well, hold on. 0.99

00:24:33.000 This is interesting.

00:24:33.000 Well, hold on.

00:24:35.000 This is good.

00:24:36.000 And I want the audience to email me freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:24:39.000 Would you rather run against Biden or Kamala Harris?

00:24:42.000 Freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:24:44.000 Secondly, I want to let, I have to do this.

00:24:46.000 I want to say James, Debbie, Martha, Elizabeth, Stephen, you guys are all new members.

00:24:50.000 Thank you.

00:24:50.000 Members.charliekirk.com.

00:25:07.000 Members.CharlieKirk.com.

00:25:09.000 Members.CharlieKirk.com.

00:25:10.000 Blake, I cut you off.

00:25:12.000 It's not Jover until Joe says it's Jover.

00:25:16.000 Just so we're clear, I have a New York Times reporter that says Biden is not done until he releases his grip.

00:25:23.000 He is not there yet.

00:25:24.000 So this is key.

00:25:26.000 This is key.

00:25:28.000 Kamala Harris does not have it locked up yet.

00:25:31.000 He's not sure if he wants to hold it over.

00:25:34.000 And of course, keep in mind, he can drop out of the race while still being president.

00:25:40.000 So there's a lot of, as Donald Trump would say, complicated business that goes ahead here.

00:25:46.000 Yeah, so can I just say one, Tyler, you have a thought?

00:25:48.000 I was just going to say, reality though, Jack, is They would look so awful if he didn't resign.

00:25:54.000 No, I'm well aware.

00:25:56.000 So... But will he?

00:25:57.000 But that's their problem.

00:25:59.000 That's the core of their problem, right?

00:26:01.000 He has to resign.

00:26:02.000 Let me throw in real quick... Kamala has to become president and she has to become their nominee. 1.00

00:26:05.000 She does, but... She can run as the vice president. 1.00

00:26:08.000 I had the report last night... He will not resign as president.

00:26:11.000 I had the report last night that... You think her... You don't think so? 0.62

00:26:15.000 No, I think he'll serve out his term and she'll run as a VP. 0.52

00:26:18.000 He'll serve and then she runs. 0.99

00:26:20.000 He will serve out his term.

00:26:21.000 He will not.

00:26:22.000 Here's the big driver.

00:26:22.000 No way.

00:26:24.000 Last night, I had the story up, even before Adam Schiff came in this morning, even before anybody came out this afternoon, that it was, and it lines up with what you're saying Tyler, that it was the big donors.

00:26:36.000 That the big donors started coming in and saying, you know what?

00:26:39.000 The NATO conference was okay, but the Lester Holt interview, followed by this progressive caucus call, followed by the BET, they said we're done.

00:26:50.000 The money is done.

00:26:51.000 The checks are done.

00:26:52.000 I want to ask you this question, Charlie.

00:26:56.000 You don't think that Him remaining in as a lame-duck president drags them?

00:27:01.000 I think it's the opposite.

00:27:02.000 I think that he gets to look as a hero in Chicago.

00:27:04.000 That he gets to serve out his term.

00:27:06.000 He was the guy that prevented us from Trump.

00:27:07.000 That he goes and christens and anoints Kamala.

00:27:10.000 The final night of the convention will be Biden-Harris and Biden passing the baton and saying, look, I'm a realist.

00:27:17.000 Here is the next generation.

00:27:19.000 She's my current vice president and the next president of the United States, Kamala Harris. 0.99

00:27:22.000 And he goes out as a hero, which he's always cared about.

00:27:25.000 And that, by the way, goes back to your source saying he will not give up his grip, but he would hand off a baton to the future.

00:27:35.000 He could do crazy radical stuff and Kamala would be like, oh that's not me, I'm too busy running for president. 0.91

00:27:39.000 Like he can create the preconditions to help her.

00:27:42.000 Yeah, but you don't think that Congressional Democrats will, like, lose their mind over that?

00:27:45.000 No, but think about what, under what circumstance that Joe Biden will broker a deal.

00:27:49.000 It's a deal.

00:27:50.000 I don't think, I don't think this can work.

00:27:52.000 I think their best hope is they have to resign.

00:27:54.000 They need to get Kamala in there. 1.00

00:27:56.000 They need to get Kamala in there and hope that America's like, oh, she's new. 1.00

00:28:01.000 Give her a shot! 1.00

00:28:02.000 But then they lose the spark of first female president. 1.00

00:28:05.000 They have to fill the vice president with somebody.

00:28:07.000 He just got COVID today, Charlie.

00:28:08.000 Wait, wait, wait.

00:28:09.000 Here's what we say.

00:28:10.000 Here's what we say, by the way.

00:28:11.000 Guys, don't talk over each other.

00:28:11.000 He got COVID today.

00:28:13.000 I know, but this is, like, this is good.

00:28:15.000 This is entertaining.

00:28:16.000 This is like WWE.

00:28:17.000 It is.

00:28:19.000 He got COVID today.

00:28:20.000 They're setting up an illness situation.

00:28:22.000 You can't keep him in there if he's, like, well, plus... How do you say... Borderly ill.

00:28:28.000 He's borderly ill.

00:28:29.000 Then how do you say, if she's so good to be president, why don't you let her be president right now? 0.94

00:28:36.000 How do you do it?

00:28:36.000 It doesn't work.

00:28:37.000 It doesn't work.

00:28:38.000 You can't do it.

00:28:39.000 So I just... You should take bets.

00:28:40.000 Again, keep emailing us freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:28:43.000 Who would you rather run against?

00:28:45.000 Joe or Kami?

00:28:46.000 Joe or Kami?

00:28:48.000 So here's the third option.

00:28:49.000 Can I read this to you?

00:28:50.000 From a very well-sourced New York Times reporter.

00:28:52.000 You guys ready?

00:28:53.000 Because we gotta think three-dimensionally.

00:28:55.000 So let's just go through this.

00:28:56.000 And this guy is the best sourced.

00:28:57.000 He's been right about everything.

00:28:58.000 He's top tier, as good as it gets.

00:29:00.000 This is house of cards stuff.

00:29:01.000 Three paths for Democrats as I see it.

00:29:03.000 One, stick with Biden, comma possible landslide.

00:29:06.000 Two, Harris Shapiro.

00:29:08.000 Still an uphill battle, but at least there's less boat rocking.

00:29:11.000 Three, rock the boats by not sticking with Harris, but go with Whitmer and Westmore.

00:29:18.000 No ties to the Biden administration, but also low name ID.

00:29:21.000 Very high risk, very high reward.

00:29:23.000 So question politically, and I don't really know all the details in our workings, is Whitmer part of the Obama alum group?

00:29:33.000 I don't know.

00:29:33.000 We're going to have to spend time on that because he doesn't want to let go of the grip.

00:29:37.000 Westmore is part of the Obama gang.

00:29:38.000 He is.

00:29:39.000 The Maryland gang.

00:29:40.000 That is Gretchen. 1.00

00:29:42.000 Gretchen I think is a creature of Arabella.

00:29:46.000 Which would mean she kind of is then.

00:29:48.000 She's a floating, she just floats. 1.00

00:29:50.000 But here's the interesting debate, Blake.

00:29:53.000 I think that there's no problem for Biden to remain as the president and then Kamala runs for the presidency as VP.

00:29:59.000 I just think, remember, no one likes Kamala.

00:30:02.000 Their best hope is they can psyop people into thinking she's okay by like, oh, just put her in the White House, have her give...

00:30:10.000 Never give some, like, fake speech!

00:30:13.000 She's trying so hard!

00:30:17.000 There's an interesting point to that, though, Charlie.

00:30:19.000 There's a really interesting point, which is... If Kamala stays in... I just lost my thought.

00:30:30.000 It happens to Joe all the time.

00:30:33.000 It's 12-15 Eastern.

00:30:33.000 Here's what I'm saying to Tyler, is that...

00:30:39.000 If you're sitting there and you're Joe Biden and you're the Democrats and you're saying, she is the greatest person to lead America.

00:30:46.000 She is the person to be the president. 0.68

00:30:48.000 She can right all the wrongs once she gets in there. 0.93

00:30:51.000 And it's like, well, wait a minute.

00:30:53.000 You guys are the ones preventing her from being in there.

00:30:55.000 She could be president right now. 1.00

00:30:57.000 She could be running things. 0.99

00:30:59.000 You won't do so.

00:31:00.000 This is going to create a huge problem, by the way.

00:31:03.000 And Trump is just going to say that over and over at the debate.

00:31:07.000 If she's so good, why isn't she president now? 1.00

00:31:09.000 Here's the issue, Charlie.

00:31:11.000 The Black Pastors in Michigan, this is a really interesting point here.

00:31:16.000 The Black Pastors in Michigan came out and said they like Kamala as the nominee.

00:31:21.000 Is there any world where Michelle Obama comes into this?

00:31:24.000 I don't think so.

00:31:26.000 No, no, no.

00:31:27.000 Just so we're clear, just so we are clear, that Joe Biden gets to metaphorically choose his successor, but there still is a delegate fight that will be looming, that there will be some fissures of, well, why Kamala?

00:31:40.000 Why Kamala? 0.70

00:31:41.000 Now the delegate body is Biden loyal, but there is about 40% that are Bernie Sanders types.

00:31:47.000 And so do they open it up for like a speedy convention like they set, like a speedy primary?

00:31:53.000 This will be an open convention.

00:31:55.000 Charlie, are you saying we need to go to Chicago?

00:31:57.000 I'm going.

00:31:59.000 I'm going.

00:32:00.000 We're going to be out there.

00:32:01.000 He's going home.

00:32:02.000 Guys, what do you think?

00:32:03.000 Should we go home to Chicago?

00:32:07.000 We're packing up and going to Chicago.

00:32:08.000 Hey, we're going to the road again.

00:32:09.000 If you think this convention was watched, that is going to be the most watched thing in the history of television.

00:32:17.000 In addition to the violence outside, you're going to have...

00:32:22.000 Yeah, I don't think I'm going to get a primetime address in Chicago.

00:32:24.000 People will always tune in when they're wondering if they'll see someone die on live television.

00:32:29.000 Right, and Chicago will be the safest it's ever been in my lifetime, that week.

00:32:33.000 I guarantee it.

00:32:34.000 And so, so let's just, according to everything, so Biden releases his delegates, Kamala Harris will offer herself as the nominee, but other people can make nominations.

00:32:45.000 They can say, I nominate Bernie Sanders, who should have won the nomination twice in 2016 and 2020.

00:32:52.000 And they softened their superdelegate portion here.

00:32:55.000 And remember, we have different elements.

00:32:57.000 So just like here at the RNC, the DNC also has real strong pockets, like you mentioned, of Bernie Sanders supporters.

00:33:06.000 AOC-style supporters. 0.59

00:33:08.000 They were not managing their delegates.

00:33:12.000 Here at our convention, it's like 95% pro-Trump delegates.

00:33:18.000 That's for sure.

00:33:19.000 We're all pro-Trump, right?

00:33:21.000 We love Donald Trump.

00:33:23.000 The people who are showing up to the DNC convention, they were not pro-Biden people.

00:33:28.000 These are not people that are super hot on Joe Biden.

00:33:31.000 They were not managing this because they didn't think they needed to.

00:33:35.000 This is going to be a disaster, Charlie.

00:33:40.000 What is the best case scenario for us?

00:33:42.000 I would rather probably run against Joe Biden.

00:33:45.000 However, Kamala Harris is not an upgrade for the Democrats.

00:33:48.000 Think about it.

00:33:50.000 Here's the risk.

00:33:52.000 Donald Trump is now going to be sitting on a war chest.

00:33:54.000 He's raising money like crazy this week.

00:33:56.000 We can now define Kamala Harris with negative advertising before she's officially the nominee. 0.97

00:34:02.000 We can now bury them in messaging while they aren't even sure who their nominee is.

00:34:07.000 We don't even need to define her.

00:34:09.000 Biden defined it for us.

00:34:10.000 He says she's our lead on Ukraine.

00:34:12.000 Disaster.

00:34:13.000 She's our lead on the border.

00:34:14.000 Disaster.

00:34:15.000 Thanks, Joe.

00:34:17.000 And she also can't debate Charlie.

00:34:20.000 She's not a debater.

00:34:23.000 So then who will they pick as VP?

00:34:25.000 I think Buttigieg is in the running, but it's a little radical.

00:34:27.000 I think Shapiro or Bashir.

00:34:30.000 They need someone from the Midwest.

00:34:32.000 Buttigieg.

00:34:33.000 Bashir or Shapiro?

00:34:35.000 They've got to win the Blue Wall.

00:34:37.000 They have to win the Blue Wall?

00:34:38.000 Mark Kelly doesn't help in the Blue Wall as much.

00:34:40.000 They've got to win the Blue Wall?

00:34:41.000 Mark Kelly is a potato?

00:34:44.000 They need talent from the Midwest.

00:34:45.000 That's Whitmer.

00:34:47.000 She's got the book out this week.

00:34:49.000 A double female ticket? 1.00

00:34:51.000 Wow.

00:34:52.000 Double female would be... No, I think that's a bad idea. 1.00

00:34:54.000 There's no way.

00:34:54.000 No, they're not going to do that.

00:34:56.000 No, they're not going to do that.

00:34:57.000 There's no way.

00:34:58.000 There's no way they do that.

00:35:00.000 But Kamala Harris, I think, will be... I don't want to say easy.

00:35:05.000 However, it's...

00:35:09.000 Other people have.

00:35:09.000 Yeah, exactly.

00:35:10.000 Willie Brown.

00:35:11.000 Wow.

00:35:12.000 She is very beatable.

00:35:13.000 Montel.

00:35:14.000 She's very, very beatable.

00:35:16.000 I think Biden we can beat.

00:35:18.000 Kamala we can beat. 1.00

00:35:19.000 We can beat anyone, but I think we know our situation right now and we don't want to blow it up.

00:35:26.000 Why take any risk with anybody new?

00:35:29.000 Kamala was one of the most unpopular candidates in the Democrat Party when she got selected as VP. 0.99

00:35:34.000 I mean, look at her presidential, by the way. 1.00

00:35:37.000 When she ran in the primary, she didn't even win a single delegate in her own primary. 0.97

00:35:44.000 So this whole K-Hibe, oh, oh, oh, oh, uh-oh, uh-oh. 1.00

00:35:50.000 Who wants to give up a mic here?

00:35:51.000 Storming the show here.

00:35:55.000 What's going on, fellas?

00:35:57.000 Good to see you.

00:35:57.000 So, Byron, I got to get you on the record.

00:35:59.000 Would you rather run against Joe Biden or Kamala Harris?

00:36:02.000 Oh, Joe Biden.

00:36:04.000 But it doesn't really matter.

00:36:05.000 Did you see the news today?

00:36:06.000 It's happening.

00:36:07.000 Schumer and Pelosi are against Biden.

00:36:10.000 Schumer, Pelosi, Shifty?

00:36:13.000 That's right.

00:36:13.000 All in one day.

00:36:15.000 Listen, you can see this thing coming a mile away.

00:36:17.000 A lot of them were talking very quietly.

00:36:18.000 They wanted him out because they're not even thinking about the White House.

00:36:23.000 They're thinking about the Senate.

00:36:24.000 They're thinking about the House majority.

00:36:26.000 But the biggest thing for us is doing the work.

00:36:30.000 This convention's electric, nothing like we've ever seen.

00:36:33.000 The unity is amazing.

00:36:35.000 Our party I don't think has ever been this unified.

00:36:38.000 But now we gotta turn the votes out.

00:36:40.000 Now we have to take this energy to action, make the calls, knock the doors, get people to the polls, get them to voting, get the ballots in.

00:36:48.000 That's the path to victory.

00:36:50.000 I want to play some more highlights here and get your reaction, Byron.

00:36:53.000 I also want to say thank you, Susie.

00:36:55.000 Thank you, Paul and Isaac for becoming a member.

00:36:57.000 Members.CharlieKirk.com.

00:36:59.000 Senator J.D.

00:36:59.000 Vance gave an amazing speech tonight, didn't he, Byron?

00:37:01.000 He did.

00:37:02.000 It was just absolutely terrific.

00:37:04.000 Don Jr., also our friend, was terrific.

00:37:07.000 Let's go cut 1.51, talking about the shot heard around the world.

00:37:12.000 1.51.

00:37:12.000 And in that moment, My father didn't just show his character.

00:37:18.000 He showed America's character.

00:37:25.000 When he stood up with blood on his face and the flag at his back, the world saw a spirit that could never be broken.

00:37:35.000 And that is the true spirit of America.

00:37:46.000 So, thank you.

00:37:48.000 So Don Jr.

00:37:49.000 was amazing tonight, and the iconic photo of Donald Trump rising after being shot will live for quite some time.

00:37:59.000 What does that say about Donald Trump the person, Byron?

00:38:04.000 For me, it's that he's not to be denied.

00:38:07.000 There are people that go through life And they try to do something.

00:38:12.000 There are people that go through life, they kind of wait to see if something opens up for them.

00:38:16.000 And there are people who go through life and they knock down the doors no matter what obstacle is in front of them.

00:38:21.000 Donald Trump knocks down the doors despite the obstacles.

00:38:25.000 And even in that moment, he took the time to show the world They tried to take me down, but I'm not out.

00:38:33.000 That's the resolve of the American people.

00:38:34.000 When we face our biggest stripes in our country, 9-11, the last biggest one we faced, what happened on 9-12?

00:38:44.000 The American people, they galvanized, they rose together.

00:38:47.000 We said, we're going to rebuild, we're going to be united, and we're going to go get who came after us.

00:38:54.000 It's the same resolve amongst the American people.

00:38:57.000 Donald Trump just exhibited that on Saturday.

00:39:00.000 That's his resolve today.

00:39:01.000 It's going to move through the entire election.

00:39:03.000 A really powerful connection to JD Vance was the mayor of East Palestine, Ohio.

00:39:08.000 Jack, can you just, before I play Cut 145, remind people of J.D., Trump, East Palestine.

00:39:14.000 I think J.D.

00:39:15.000 got the VP nod starting with East Palestine.

00:39:18.000 We walked through this the other night, but it just, I'll never quite understand if this was God's plan or something on a higher level, but if you remember, and people remember, that back in 2021, Then 2022 rolls around and people are saying, is Trump still going to run?

00:39:37.000 Is he still into it?

00:39:39.000 You know, he does the announcement and people are still kind of wondering, is he still in it?

00:39:44.000 J.D.

00:39:44.000 Vance wins, but the midterms were softer than we would have liked.

00:39:48.000 Softer than we would have liked in 2022.

00:39:48.000 Yep.

00:39:50.000 And there was a question about Donald Trump.

00:39:54.000 And J.D.

00:39:54.000 Vance comes in and endorses him, like his first week as a senator, and then a month later, unbeknownst to everybody, a train derails in East Palestine.

00:40:06.000 J.D.

00:40:07.000 Vance goes there, and J.D.

00:40:08.000 Vance calls Donald Trump and says, Donald Trump, you need to come to East Palestine, Ohio.

00:40:15.000 And that was the moment It felt like the spark was relit between J.D.

00:40:22.000 Vance, Donald Trump, the people about East Palestine, that mayor who was there, he went to the McDonald's afterwards, went to the pizza place with you after that one, but that was the first one when he really went out and he just spoke with the people and being with East Palestine showed these people are still here.

00:40:42.000 They still need a champion.

00:40:43.000 Donald Trump, J.D.

00:40:45.000 Vance, this is a team to represent them in a way that no one else ever has.

00:40:50.000 You're absolutely right.

00:40:51.000 I want to play the tape really quick, guys.

00:40:52.000 Let's play Cut 145.

00:40:54.000 For the longest time, the White House was silent.

00:40:57.000 And we never heard a word from Vice President Harris.

00:41:01.000 I guess we weren't their type of folks.

00:41:03.000 No Hollywood elites or Wall Street billionaires live in East Palestine.

00:41:08.000 Just hardworking Americans.

00:41:10.000 I mean Byron.

00:41:11.000 Boom! 0.99

00:41:12.000 But listen, that speech, every speech, this entire convention from everyday Americans, The tone has been the same.

00:41:22.000 People have struggled.

00:41:23.000 People have been needing help.

00:41:25.000 Where has Joe Biden been?

00:41:26.000 We know he was sleeping.

00:41:28.000 Where has Kamala Harris been?

00:41:29.000 She's not been out there.

00:41:31.000 Where's the Democrat Party been?

00:41:32.000 They've been nowhere to be seen.

00:41:34.000 Donald Trump.

00:41:35.000 JD Vance.

00:41:36.000 Don Jr.

00:41:37.000 Marco.

00:41:39.000 Matt Gaetz, Marjorie, Bobert, myself, Ana Paulina Luna.

00:41:44.000 We've all been out there trying to talk to the forgotten men and women of this country and the reason why is because our party has transitioned.

00:41:52.000 Our party is fighting for the people who can no longer fight for themselves because that is the only way we're going to build a great America in 2024 and beyond. 0.99

00:41:59.000 Amen.

00:42:01.000 And so, Tyler, as we come to our close here with our time here, let's talk about what, from now to Chicago, as the Dems in disarray, what is the boring and necessary work we should be focused on?

00:42:13.000 Every day, just like our man said right here, chasing votes.

00:42:18.000 Byron is right.

00:42:19.000 Chasing the vote.

00:42:21.000 Every single day.

00:42:22.000 And that's in the blue wall, what we're talking about right now.

00:42:25.000 Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin.

00:42:28.000 Where we are.

00:42:29.000 Right now, while they're under chaos, Charlie, we have to leverage this time to give them the JD Vance treatment.

00:42:36.000 That's what we gotta do.

00:42:37.000 Before they can figure out who's gonna be their answer to J.D.

00:42:40.000 Vance, we've got to give them the J.D.

00:42:43.000 Vance treatment right here in Milwaukee, Waukesha.

00:42:46.000 I'm telling you, we have an office 15 minutes right away from here.

00:42:49.000 We were training 25 new ballot chasers today.

00:42:52.000 That's the work we have to do.

00:42:55.000 Tyler, with that, I'm going to put Vivek in for you, okay?

00:42:58.000 Vivek, go down to the end.

00:42:59.000 You got a great American taking over for me.

00:43:01.000 I'm about to slide out.

00:43:02.000 Just here for two minutes, guys.

00:43:03.000 Good to see you.

00:43:04.000 Vivek Ramaswamy, everybody.

00:43:06.000 Love you guys.

00:43:07.000 Okay, Vivek, I got to get you on the record.

00:43:10.000 All right, let's do it.

00:43:11.000 You were right.

00:43:11.000 They're pulling Biden.

00:43:12.000 It happened today.

00:43:13.000 Would you rather run against Biden or Kamala?

00:43:16.000 Oh my gosh, it's like, it's going to be neither of them because both are really poor choices.

00:43:21.000 Yeah.

00:43:21.000 Okay, but how do you think they're going to be able to overstep the high priestess of the Democrat Party, a black female who's VP?

00:43:28.000 For another black female? 1.00

00:43:29.000 Michelle?

00:43:29.000 You think it's Michelle?

00:43:30.000 I mean, look, put yourself, I mean, that's about as crazy to say today as it was a year and a half ago when I was saying it's not going to be Biden, right?

00:43:38.000 And many of you were too.

00:43:40.000 The way I look at this is don't try to map things out.

00:43:42.000 None of us know the future, but map out the incentives on the board, right?

00:43:46.000 You want to predict the future as best you can.

00:43:48.000 It's not conspiracization.

00:43:50.000 It's just like business analysis.

00:43:52.000 Look at the collective incentives.

00:43:53.000 Yes, they have an identity politic constraint.

00:43:56.000 Well, who checks the same boxes?

00:43:58.000 At the same time, if you're going to take your shot, take your one best shot to win.

00:44:01.000 It's why it hasn't happened yet.

00:44:03.000 They wanted the RNC to happen first.

00:44:05.000 They wanted the VP to be named.

00:44:06.000 They wanted full information.

00:44:08.000 And with full information, they're going to make their choice.

00:44:10.000 Can we meet Michelle Obama?

00:44:12.000 Yes.

00:44:13.000 OK.

00:44:13.000 I mean, yes, absolutely.

00:44:15.000 OK.

00:44:15.000 And the reason is, we have actually an Alternative vision of who we are and what we're running for.

00:44:23.000 And that's what we require.

00:44:25.000 This is a big risk for us.

00:44:27.000 Obsessing over this, who it's going to be.

00:44:28.000 That distraction is exactly what they're rooting for.

00:44:30.000 Because think about this.

00:44:31.000 Play this out.

00:44:32.000 Late August.

00:44:34.000 That's when their convention is.

00:44:35.000 You're within two and a half months of their election.

00:44:37.000 There's going to be a honeymoon phase.

00:44:39.000 Whoever they put up.

00:44:40.000 It's like a tortured prisoner being released.

00:44:42.000 You're going to fall in love with whoever releases you from the prison.

00:44:46.000 We insulate ourselves against that.

00:44:48.000 I think this message of national unity, not the fake unity, but the real unity, I think is going to insulate ourselves against that risk.

00:44:53.000 But that's what we got to be aware of.

00:44:55.000 You got to know what you're up against.

00:44:56.000 And I think it is, I might be wrong, but I personally think it is highly unlikely to be either Biden or Kamala.

00:45:02.000 That's what I think.

00:45:03.000 So if that's the case, and if it's Michelle or somebody else, you're saying the message should remain the same regardless of who it is.

00:45:10.000 And in fact, we should be ahead of it.

00:45:11.000 What does it look like to be ahead of it?

00:45:12.000 So owning that message of national unity starting here, Don Jr.

00:45:16.000 did a great job of it.

00:45:17.000 J.D.

00:45:17.000 did a great job of it tonight.

00:45:19.000 I tried to do my best last night.

00:45:20.000 Donald Trump, I think, is going to do great tomorrow.

00:45:23.000 That's actually what insulates us against the risk of whoever they put up, right?

00:45:28.000 Because then they have no space, no option.

00:45:30.000 You did a great job last, what, two nights ago?

00:45:32.000 I saw that.

00:45:32.000 Great job.

00:45:34.000 And that's the kind of message we need.

00:45:35.000 Economic empowerment.

00:45:36.000 That's what you were talking about.

00:45:37.000 Lifts up everybody.

00:45:38.000 That's unifying.

00:45:40.000 So I think we're doing it right now, but the same spirit we had this week, carry this forward all the way through the Democratic Convention, and then that's how we, even if it's Michelle Obama, I think we're going to be in just fine shape.

00:45:51.000 If we take our eye off the ball, we have a risk.

00:45:53.000 So Byron, do you agree with that analysis?

00:45:55.000 I mostly agree.

00:45:56.000 The only thing I will say is they got about 150 million reasons why it's not Michelle Obama.

00:46:02.000 Because the money's gotta go somewhere.

00:46:04.000 What are they gonna do, drop it all out in the street and bring it all back?

00:46:06.000 It's just, functionally that creates a problem.

00:46:08.000 But overall, the one thing I will agree with you on, I do agree with you on a lot, the one thing I will also say is, the messaging from this week, where Donald Trump really has been for the last year, where the party has definitely moved to, a unified message, focused on Americans, focused on the actual issues, it's gonna be very difficult for them to have this chaos in their party and move forward to November as long as we do our work.

00:46:32.000 And that's a great point.

00:46:33.000 So I would just hone why I'm bothering to say this, right?

00:46:36.000 One is Charlie asked me what I think, so I told you what I think.

00:46:38.000 But even more importantly, we got to be prepared for that possibility.

00:46:43.000 I agree.

00:46:43.000 If it's not, I'm happy because then we got this thing in the landslide.

00:46:45.000 You just gave me an idea, though, for the counter message.

00:46:47.000 And it's so obvious.

00:46:48.000 It's so obvious.

00:46:50.000 You turn their negative into our positive.

00:46:53.000 So you say we are the party of unity.

00:46:57.000 They are the party of disunity.

00:47:00.000 And so They are the ones disunited with each other.

00:47:03.000 They're disunited with the people.

00:47:05.000 They're disunited with the families.

00:47:07.000 They're disunited with the border.

00:47:09.000 And you just tie Michelle Obama, Kamala Harris, whoever it is, gets to own the dysfunction. 1.00

00:47:15.000 We are unity.

00:47:16.000 They are disunity.

00:47:16.000 It's so simple.

00:47:17.000 Real quick, and this is important.

00:47:19.000 It doesn't matter who they put up.

00:47:21.000 The agenda that they push remains the same.

00:47:25.000 You might have a better messenger, but that agenda has hurt so many people in our country.

00:47:29.000 They've been feeling it every single day the last four years.

00:47:32.000 We have the prescription for success.

00:47:34.000 Give it up for Byron Donalds, everybody, right?

00:47:38.000 Good to see you.

00:47:39.000 Charlie, I'm going to excuse myself as well.

00:47:41.000 You got it.

00:47:42.000 One more message though.

00:47:43.000 We've got to get there and shut it down.

00:47:45.000 That's all we need to do with the federal bureaucracy, nanny state.

00:47:48.000 Get in there, shut it down, and our best days are ahead, guys.

00:47:52.000 Good seeing you.

00:47:52.000 I love it.

00:47:52.000 Thanks so much. I want to look. All right, everybody.

00:48:01.000 Members, right now, I want to thank Ed.

00:48:03.000 I want to thank Daryl.

00:48:05.000 I want to thank Susan.

00:48:08.000 And let's see who else we have here.

00:48:11.000 Mikey and Michelle.

00:48:13.000 Members.CharlieKirk.com.

00:48:14.000 That's Members.CharlieKirk.com.

00:48:17.000 You guys get a shirt.

00:48:18.000 You also can communicate with our team.

00:48:19.000 We have been streaming.

00:48:20.000 How many hours have we been streaming this week, Blake?

00:48:22.000 Oh, gosh.

00:48:23.000 It's about five hours a day.

00:48:24.000 Pretty much, yeah.

00:48:26.000 Plus the assassination attempt.

00:48:27.000 We're at about 35 hours so far.

00:48:30.000 35 hours.

00:48:31.000 That sounds light.

00:48:32.000 And we're going to be streaming again tomorrow night.

00:48:35.000 Imagine Joe Biden trying to do this.

00:48:37.000 Yeah, right, exactly.

00:48:38.000 So, guys, let's kind of recap all this together.

00:48:41.000 Huge night with the VP.

00:48:43.000 I want to play some more just highlights here just for the audience that didn't get a chance to see all of it.

00:48:47.000 By the way, you know networks were cutting out of these primetime speeches?

00:48:50.000 Like, what is wrong with these people?

00:48:51.000 Of course they were.

00:48:52.000 Okay, let's go to... I love this.

00:48:54.000 UNC frat boys who protected our American flag during the Hamas riots.

00:48:58.000 I thought this was an awesome moment.

00:48:59.000 Play Cut 148.

00:49:01.000 When a mob tried to take down the American flag on our campus, we knew we couldn't let that happen.

00:49:09.000 We stood guard, we held it up, and we did not let it fall.

00:49:14.000 It was all about respect.

00:49:19.000 Not just for the cloth, but for everything that the flag stands for.

00:49:25.000 Too many people have sacrificed everything for it.

00:49:29.000 The least we can do is keep it flying.

00:49:32.000 And tonight, we are proud to honor our flag again.

00:49:39.000 Crowd cheers.

00:49:44.000 Music.

00:49:52.000 I met them backstage.

00:49:53.000 They're like the biggest Turning Point Charlie Kirk Show fans ever.

00:49:56.000 A lot of them said he has like perfect Zoomer hair.

00:49:58.000 Oh, all of them were like central casting of Zoomer Pratt Boys.

00:50:01.000 They were supposed to be in Detroit with us.

00:50:04.000 But they do.

00:50:05.000 Messed up their flight.

00:50:06.000 They booked the wrong month.

00:50:07.000 I heard that story.

00:50:08.000 They literally screwed up the date.

00:50:10.000 They booked the wrong month.

00:50:12.000 They're like, oh no, we booked the wrong month.

00:50:14.000 Oh dude, you said June?

00:50:16.000 We thought it was July!

00:50:19.000 I thought you were joking.

00:50:21.000 So they use their vouchers to come here, probably.

00:50:24.000 Oh, that is too good.

00:50:26.000 That is so rich.

00:50:27.000 Let's go to another piece of tape here from a phenomenal night at the Republican National Convention.

00:50:32.000 Let's go here.

00:50:32.000 Oh, this was a great speech by Shabazz Kenstenbaum about the anti-Semitism on universities.

00:50:39.000 I thought he was excellent.

00:50:40.000 Very well delivered.

00:50:41.000 Don't you guys think he gave a great speech?

00:50:43.000 Play cut 149.

00:50:46.000 My fellow Americans, The anti-Semitic bigotry, unfortunately, extends far beyond the universities.

00:50:55.000 Although I once voted for Bernie Sanders, I now recognize that the far left has not only abandoned the Jewish people, but the American people.

00:51:07.000 The Democratic Party, the party I registered to vote for the day I turned 18, has become ideologically poisoned.

00:51:16.000 And it is this poison, it is this corruption that is infecting far too many young American students.

00:51:25.000 Let's be clear.

00:51:27.000 The far left's anti-Semitic extremism has no virtue, and the radicalism on our campuses and on our streets has no moral legitimacy.

00:51:39.000 I thought he was, the crowd loved his speech.

00:51:43.000 But the speech of the night, every night, we at war, who wins the speech of the night, was the 98-year-old World War II veteran saying that he would re-enlist back into the armed forces.

00:51:57.000 Re-enlist, if Donald Trump asked him to.

00:51:59.000 And storm whatever beach you need in the storm.

00:52:03.000 Normandy!

00:52:04.000 This right here, you know that some of the networks cut this guy's speech?

00:52:08.000 They have to, they're in the tent.

00:52:09.000 They cut all night.

00:52:11.000 It's so disgraceful.

00:52:13.000 I had people texting me being like, why did the World War II guy get cut off?

00:52:16.000 Plate cut 164 please.

00:52:19.000 It hurts my heart to see what our current president and vice president have done to the country I love so well.

00:52:31.000 They humiliated us in Afghanistan. 0.88

00:52:36.000 We pushed around in China.

00:52:38.000 Terrorists run wild in the Middle East.

00:52:41.000 And they let our own southern border get overrun.

00:52:50.000 He's been married for 76 years, too.

00:52:52.000 That's almost as long as Joe Biden's been in government.

00:52:58.000 Wow, look at this.

00:52:59.000 Joe Biden started in government at the age of five.

00:53:01.000 No, but the crux of his speech was that I storm Normandy Beach, I don't recognize this country anymore, and I'm ready to keep serving it at 98, and that's why we must elect Donald Trump.

00:53:13.000 Credit to the Trump campaign and the convention staff that got this guy.

00:53:18.000 Absolutely terrific.

00:53:20.000 Jack, your thought as a veteran?

00:53:23.000 Look, you hear something like that and, you know, different ceremonies that I was in in the military and different times I've had.

00:53:31.000 Now, as a Navy guy, I've had the opportunity to meet with survivors of Pearl Harbor, to meet veterans, various veterans of World War Two in the Pacific Theater.

00:53:40.000 That's predominantly where the Navy fight was. 0.92

00:53:42.000 My grandfather stormed the beaches in Operation Torch, as a matter of fact.

00:53:47.000 So under Patton's army, with the big push into northern Africa when it was being controlled by the Germans. And so to see that direct link, this might

00:53:58.000 be, and I'm just going to say it, Charlie, this might be one of the last times that we see a 0.65

00:54:03.000 speech from a World War II veteran at one of these. That is such a good point. 165. Donald Trump was

00:54:12.000 moved. He was moved during this speech.

00:54:14.000 Plague caught 165. And President Trump back in commander in chief, I would go back to re-enlist

00:54:22.000 today.

00:54:29.000 And I will storm whatever beach my country wants me to.

00:54:48.000 I will storm whatever beach my country wants me to.

00:54:54.000 This guy was at D-Day.

00:54:55.000 He was in the Battle of the Bulge.

00:54:57.000 He defeated Nazi Germany, and he says, if Trump's back, I'll go do it all again.

00:55:03.000 And the best part of it, Tyler, he was from Wisconsin.

00:55:06.000 From Wisconsin!

00:55:08.000 Eleven kids, too!

00:55:09.000 Eleven kids.

00:55:10.000 I can't imagine how many grandkids and great-grandkids.

00:55:12.000 True Wisconsinite.

00:55:31.000 Tonight, JD Vance, not just adequately, but Perfectly poised himself as the most incredible VP candidate that we've ever put up.

00:55:43.000 He laid out a vision that Jack and I were just talking about that the left can't keep up with.

00:55:50.000 He said so many things in order That they are going to be having to write for the next two months just to catch up with every point that he said in his speech tonight.

00:55:59.000 And he's just getting started.

00:56:00.000 Tonight was day one of basically J.D.

00:56:02.000 Vance Arama, so I'm excited for it.

00:56:04.000 Jack, closing thoughts?

00:56:06.000 And not only that, but he wrapped it up with the deep authenticity and the connection to the common man and woman Bringing the family out on stage and I just have to go back and say it again.

00:56:18.000 Donald Trump could have picked anyone in this party and he chose a deplorable.

00:56:25.000 Blake, closing thoughts?

00:56:26.000 We'll have J.D.

00:56:27.000 Vance as a leader in the party for the next 40 years, and he'll still have spent less time in Washington than Joe Biden.
