00:00:00.000 All right, guys, huge hour.
00:00:01.000 This is Jack Pasobic here with Charlie Kirk.
00:00:03.000 We together break down this huge scoop from humanevents.com regarding Alexander Vinman profiteering off of the Ukraine war.
00:00:12.000 I know such a shock.
00:00:14.000 Then we're going to get into Treehouse Antifa and Cop City, this paramilitary attack that went on down in Atlanta and the fact the media refuses to talk about it.
00:00:25.000 Buckle up for everybody.
00:00:26.000 Here we go.
00:00:28.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:30.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:32.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:35.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:38.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:39.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:40.000 His spirit, his love of this country.
00:00:42.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:00:47.000 Turning point USA.
00:00:49.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:00:58.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:00.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:10.000 Jack Pasobic is my co-host for the full hour.
00:01:13.000 Just kind of build out a little bit more.
00:01:15.000 How did you obtain these documents?
00:01:17.000 Alexander Vinman is pitching the Ukrainian government in time of war for something he would obviously make a lot of money off of.
00:01:24.000 Why is this significant?
00:01:26.000 Well, Charlie, this is significant because we've received a briefing that was conducted in September of 26th of 2022 from Alexander Vinman, Yevigny Vinman, his twin brother, as well as an individual named Stephen M. Anderson, called the Ukrainian Weapons Systems Sustainment Center Concept Overview.
00:01:46.000 Now, there is a company that Vinman and his brother have set up called Trident Support as a defense contractor.
00:01:52.000 What they are trying to do, so Charlie, you remember this, that the big fight, and Vinman was out there all last year saying we need to send more tanks to Ukraine, more tanks, more weapons, bigger tanks, bigger weapons, bigger bombs, bigger missiles, airplanes, aircraft, and not just the old Soviet stuff.
00:02:08.000 No, no, no.
00:02:09.000 We need to send the American stuff.
00:02:12.000 We need to send the high top shelf kind of equipment over to Ukraine.
00:02:15.000 Well, while he was doing that publicly, the same individual, Alexander Vinman, who played a massively outsized role in destabilizing the relationship between the United States, Ukraine, and Russia, on the back end, what was he doing?
00:02:31.000 When he wasn't on MSNBC demanding that tanks be sent over, he was pitching the Ukrainian government to give him a contract, a defense contract for millions of dollars, up to $12 million just to get started.
00:02:45.000 To do what?
00:02:46.000 He wanted to create a maintenance and logistics center to be staffed, not, of course, by him.
00:02:51.000 You know, he's never actually put on the uniform and gone over to join the volunteer forces here.
00:02:56.000 No, Vinman wants the contracts to get the money from the middle, which is, of course, underwritten by the United States government, which is obviously underwritten by you, the taxpayer, the American people, because he wants to put these logistics centers for those American American tanks, those American vehicles, that American equipment.
00:03:16.000 He wants the maintenance contracts for it, Charlie.
00:03:19.000 It's a grift.
00:03:20.000 Yeah, and I just started the war and he wants to profit off of the same war he started.
00:03:24.000 I think it's really important.
00:03:26.000 I want you to remind our audience how he started this war because that's interesting to me.
00:03:31.000 But, Jack, can you actually do that first?
00:03:34.000 And then I have a second thought about war contractors that I think is an undercovered wrinkle of this whole situation.
00:03:40.000 But please, how did he start this war?
00:03:42.000 Sure, very quickly, you know, the too long didn't read version summary of this is that when we had this phone call between President Trump and yes, the current president of Ukraine, President Zelensky, who said at the time that President Trump did nothing wrong on this call, President Trump, of course, came out and said it was a perfect phone call, a very perfect phone call.
00:04:00.000 We had the transcript of the call was finally released.
00:04:02.000 We didn't see any of this.
00:04:04.000 Yet people like Vinman and people like his friend, the whistleblower, CIA operative Eric Cheromella, worked to provide what they called testimony evidence against President Trump, which led to his first impeachment, only the third impeachment of a sitting United States president in American history.
00:04:23.000 They claimed that he was trying to use monetary leverage against Joe Biden for the delivery of these javelin missiles and other systems, while President Trump, and you go back to the call, what was he asking about?
00:04:34.000 He was asking about the firing of the general prosecutor of Ukraine by the previous administration.
00:04:40.000 This was prior to Zelensky.
00:04:42.000 The guy was named Boroshenko.
00:04:44.000 President Boroshenko was actually a rival of Zelensky.
00:04:46.000 Not to get super into all that, but Trump was asking about this speech that Biden had given where he admitted to leveraging a billion dollars in IMF loans for the firing of this general prosecutor and the fact that it seemed like this general prosecutor might be investigating companies like Burisma that Biden's son, Hunter Biden, was obviously involved in.
00:05:07.000 And so Trump was asking President Zelensky to look into that.
00:05:10.000 He said, what's going on with that?
00:05:11.000 Obviously, you got Biden out there talking about it.
00:05:13.000 Zelensky says he'd be more than happy to.
00:05:15.000 Vinman and Charomella and a whole slew, a cast of characters, a rogues gallery, came out and launched an impeachment of President Trump, a sitting operation that was done by the, led by the intelligence community and the State Department against Trump, which was one of the first parts in a two-part, two-phase color revolution that was used throughout 2019 and 2020 to remove President Trump from office.
00:05:40.000 So just who is, is this his brother, Yev Jenny Vinman?
00:05:45.000 Yeah, Yevigny.
00:05:46.000 So that's his twin brother.
00:05:47.000 Got it.
00:05:47.000 Okay.
00:05:48.000 Who is no longer in government either?
00:05:50.000 They both left?
00:05:51.000 As far as I know, they both left.
00:05:53.000 I hope so now.
00:05:54.000 He's able to be on a pitch.
00:05:55.000 Right.
00:05:55.000 But what I find is interesting about this.
00:05:56.000 He could be like a reservist or something like that.
00:05:58.000 Jack, I don't want to have you violate your sources, but what I find interesting about all this is just an insight.
00:06:05.000 I actually can tell you how I got it.
00:06:06.000 Okay, well, then tell us.
00:06:08.000 All right.
00:06:08.000 So obviously I can't give the name, but the way I got that is that Vinmin and Yevigny were reaching out to lobbyists in Ukraine, reaching out to a law firm, but it turned out they stiffed them on the bill when all of the work didn't go through.
00:06:23.000 So Vinmin refused to pay.
00:06:25.000 The Ukrainian government apparently didn't take the deal after all, because I think they probably rightfully realized how big it would have gotten.
00:06:32.000 So they stiffed their lawyers that were supposed to be setting up the deal, and the lawyers got ticked off.
00:06:37.000 And let's just say now the documents are here on the Charlie Kirk show.
00:06:41.000 I find it interesting because for a variety of reasons, but just to see the sloppiness of the pitch deck, was this a draft or was this a submitted copy of so Charlie?
00:06:53.000 Believe it or not, this is completely in line with the defense contracting community.
00:06:57.000 This is exactly what I'm saying.
00:06:58.000 Jack, I could not, if I presented something as juvenile as this, I wouldn't raise a dollar at turning point.
00:07:04.000 It's like, give me money.
00:07:05.000 Big war.
00:07:06.000 Bad.
00:07:08.000 Yeah, this is inside the U.S. Army.
00:07:10.000 You see stuff like this all the time.
00:07:12.000 You see this in the Navy, but you know, I will be a little bit, you know, inter-branch rivalry there that I've seen army briefings that look like this all day long.
00:07:20.000 This is very much something that looks like an army PowerPoint that's put together by a PowerPoint officer.
00:07:25.000 Like, and that's what Dinman was.
00:07:26.000 He was a PowerPoint guy.
00:07:27.000 He was not exactly a frontline infantry officer, you know, going to preparing to fight the Russians.
00:07:32.000 And of course, if he was, he'd be there right now.
00:07:34.000 No, he was a PowerPoint officer, and this is exactly in line.
00:07:37.000 In fact, I showed this to a few defense contractors, aka Beltway bandits that I know here in DC.
00:07:43.000 And they said, yeah, that looks exactly like any other, any other contract that we'd see.
00:07:47.000 And it's silly, right?
00:07:49.000 You know, he's saying Ukraine is far from Poland.
00:07:52.000 I know.
00:07:53.000 Look how far it is.
00:07:54.000 It's this so many miles.
00:07:56.000 I mean, it's look at this big line.
00:07:59.000 It really makes you wonder the lack of sophistication of some of the appropriation of dollars that our taxpayer dollars go towards.
00:08:06.000 I mean, you just have these people come in, give money to Ukraine treasury.
00:08:10.000 Because, Charlie, here's the thing.
00:08:11.000 Like, in your world, and I've been and I've seen some of the turning point the pitches.
00:08:16.000 I've been at some of the meetings.
00:08:17.000 Yeah, those are very sophisticated.
00:08:18.000 Thank you.
00:08:19.000 Because people are asking, you know, what's my ROI here?
00:08:21.000 These are, these are smart people.
00:08:22.000 They're going to say, what's my ROI?
00:08:24.000 Why should I give the turning point?
00:08:25.000 Is this going to do something for our country?
00:08:26.000 Is it going to move the needle or not?
00:08:28.000 Because I don't want to just, you know, give a bunch of money to Charlie Kirk and let him, you know, go have fun with it or whatever.
00:08:33.000 But in this situation, when you're dealing with the U.S. government, if you have the in, if you have the Rolodex, if you have the right name, if you have the right juice behind your contract, it don't matter, Charlie.
00:08:44.000 The pitch deck isn't what matters at the end of the day.
00:08:47.000 Now, what's interesting to me, though, is that you're exactly right.
00:08:50.000 That apparently he thought that he was good to go because he thought he was gravy because all of his juice right now is in the United States.
00:08:56.000 But it turns out that, and I haven't quite gotten this story yet and I'm working on it.
00:09:00.000 It turns out the Zelensky regime apparently isn't too fond of Mr. Dinman right now.
00:09:06.000 And I find that very interesting.
00:09:08.000 Yeah, I wonder why.
00:09:09.000 So just we only have about 50 seconds remaining here, Jack.
00:09:12.000 But can you just tease the audience a little bit?
00:09:15.000 There's probably no exaggeration, hundreds of these amateur pitch decks floating around.
00:09:21.000 They're all over the place.
00:09:21.000 And here's the thing: people need to go to humanevents.com to understand what this is, to see it when they've come across it or something like it.
00:09:29.000 But you also have to understand that if this was gone through, he would have had to register as a foreign agent of Ukraine.
00:09:35.000 Anybody would have.
00:09:36.000 So Viman, of course, who was once offered the position of the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, would finally be a foreign registered agent.
00:09:45.000 It's really an amazing thing.
00:09:46.000 We just got to keep repeating and remembering so much of our domestic politics goes through Ukraine.
00:09:53.000 Why?
00:09:54.000 So much is driven by money.
00:09:55.000 So much.
00:09:56.000 Why is it a country 5,000 miles away should dictate and determine so much of what we do here?
00:10:03.000 Okay, Kirk fans, I need you to stop and pay attention to this.
00:10:08.000 I have never experienced anything quite like the new Strong Cell product.
00:10:11.000 I take it right before every single show.
00:10:13.000 It's so easy.
00:10:14.000 And you've got to read up on everything that has been packed into these tiny bottles.
00:10:17.000 You see, Strong Cell is a new scientific cocktail of cellular level replenishment.
00:10:23.000 It's so simple.
00:10:23.000 Just drink one small bottle of strong cell liquid per day and boom, you guys get NADH.
00:10:29.000 I've kind of become a student of NAD.
00:10:32.000 I'm going to tell you more about that in a second.
00:10:34.000 Look, Strong Cell is a formula that helps boost your body's natural energy and restoration at the cellular level.
00:10:41.000 NAD is a crucial coenzyme that is critical for creating energy in your cells.
00:10:47.000 Now, you might say, Charlie, this sounds too good to be true.
00:10:49.000 NAD, go look it up online.
00:10:51.000 Go do five minutes of research on NAD.
00:10:53.000 It is a miracle coenzyme.
00:10:56.000 Some people call it the anti-aging enzyme.
00:10:58.000 It can help with depression.
00:10:59.000 It can help with anxiety.
00:11:01.000 It can help with mental acuity with memory.
00:11:03.000 And Strong Cell also puts CoQ10 and wild-caught marine collagen.
00:11:09.000 Again, I take it every day and the difference I feel is undeniable.
00:11:13.000 By taking just one small bottle of Strong Cell liquid every day, you can experience an energy boost within the first week and even more benefits within the first 15 days.

00:12:39.000 Okay, Jack, you wrote the book on Antifa, literally, and a story that's really bothered me that we have not explored in depth yet is the sophisticated multi-part amateur military operation that bombed the construction site of the police training headquarters in Atlanta.
00:13:01.000 Jack, what do we know about this attack?
00:13:04.000 What was the damage that was done?
00:13:06.000 And most importantly, who did it?
00:13:08.000 Well, Charlie, this really is tremendous.
00:13:10.000 And I think people on the right need to wake up and take notice about Antifa.
00:13:14.000 That's why I wrote Antifa, a story from Inside the Black Block.
00:13:17.000 It came out two years ago.
00:13:19.000 I talked about infiltrating Chaz out in Seattle when that took place.
00:13:22.000 But I also went back into the history of Antifa, their rise through Weimar Germany, their rise through the 1930s, a period of destabilization, which they contributed to, by the way.
00:13:32.000 They'll lie about that today.
00:13:34.000 The Spanish Civil War, the Bolshevik Revolution.
00:13:37.000 I get into all of this.
00:13:38.000 But Charlie, what we have down here in Atlanta is a situation where when we were told, you know, we're told in the media, we're told in the press, 23 protesters arrested by police and left-wing sources are out there saying this.
00:13:53.000 Go and watch these videos because we've got FLIR video from overhead drone imagery.
00:13:57.000 That's infrared.
00:13:58.000 If we're looking infrared, FLIR of a crowd that looks to me like 50 to 60 strong in a coordinated attack spilling forth from the woods at a police training facility outside of Atlanta, Georgia.
00:14:13.000 This is run by the Atlanta Police Department.
00:14:15.000 Now, Charlie, you remember as well as I that it's the left that is always saying the police needs to be better trained.
00:14:21.000 It's always the left saying the police should have, they should have shot him in the arm.
00:14:24.000 They should have tried de-escalation.
00:14:25.000 They should have tried everything else.
00:14:27.000 Well, the police said, okay, fine, we're going to go into the woods and set up a training facility and we're going to do just that.
00:14:32.000 Well, Antifa is now attacking it.
00:14:34.000 And people want to laugh about the left using violence.
00:14:37.000 The people want to say, oh, well, they're not that great at it.
00:14:38.000 Oh, they suck at it, et cetera, et cetera.
00:14:40.000 Guess what?
00:14:41.000 They're actually out there doing it because they have something in their movement that I don't always see on the right.
00:14:46.000 And that's called moral clarity.
00:14:48.000 They actually and truly believe in the violent actions that they are doing.
00:14:54.000 And I'm not saying the right should ever condone violence, but my point is the right needs moral clarity in our positions and in our values if we were actually going to fight to take back this country.
00:15:06.000 These are the people who fervently believe in destroying our country, tearing it down because they hate the people that run the place now.
00:15:14.000 They hate the people who founded it.
00:15:15.000 They hate our institutions and they'd hate the West.
00:15:18.000 And it's as simple as that.
00:15:18.000 You don't need all of the philosophy and ideology to understand.
00:15:21.000 They just hate you and they want to take away everything that you have.
00:15:24.000 Yeah, but do we know who the ringleader of this was?
00:15:26.000 This was a domestic terror attack.
00:15:27.000 So the ringleader.
00:15:29.000 This was a domestic terror attack.
00:15:31.000 We don't know specifically who the ringleader was yet, but they call themselves hashtag Stop Cop City.
00:15:37.000 This is a group that we've referred to as Treehouse Antifa at Human Events.
00:15:42.000 And we do know that one individual whose name popped that we've not seen before was a guy named Tom Juergens, who it turns out is a staff attorney for the Southern Poverty Law Center, a young staff attorney.
00:15:55.000 Now, the Southern Poverty Law Center responded to this.
00:15:58.000 And this, by the way, Charlie, is not the first domestic terrorist attack that the Southern Poverty Law Center has been connected to.
00:16:03.000 They were also connected directly to the mass shooting at the Family Research Council in Washington, D.C. in 2012, committed by Floyd Lee Corkins, who used the Southern Poverty Law Center's heat map or their hate map to target this organization.
00:16:17.000 So now a Southern Poverty Law Center employee, a staff member and a staff attorney claims that he was a legal observer who was merely observing the event and didn't want the police to break the law.
00:16:31.000 Well, Charlie, the term legal observer is made up.
00:16:34.000 That doesn't exist.
00:16:35.000 And guess what?
00:16:36.000 Just because you have a law license and you are a member of the bar does not mean that you are allowed to participate in crime the last time I checked.
00:16:43.000 This is the exact same defense that those two Molotov cocktail throwing lawyers tried up in New York City during the George Floyd riots, and it didn't quite work out from them.
00:16:52.000 So this individual, Tom Juergens, again, a staff attorney for the Southern Poverty Law Center, has been someone that is directly connected with this domestic terror attack.
00:17:04.000 And something that I would urge, by the way, Jim Jordan and in general, the House Republicans to look at very closely is what level of pre-planning and pre-knowledge did the Southern Poverty Law Center have in this attack?
00:17:18.000 And by the way, Charlie, you asked about the specifics of the attack.
00:17:22.000 They were attacking police officers directly.
00:17:24.000 They were setting fire to the facility.
00:17:26.000 They were throwing firebombs.
00:17:27.000 They were using Molotov cocktails and other improvised explosive devices.
00:17:31.000 They were setting fire to factory equipment, to construction equipment, to backhoes, to excavators, to trailers.
00:17:38.000 They were burning documents.
00:17:39.000 They were trying to do everything they could to stop this police facility from being built.
00:17:44.000 Obviously, this, by the way, is a direct attack on a government facility, a direct planned, coordinated attack, not January 6th, which was a completely out-of-control situation, which is increasingly looking like it was provoked by federal actors.
00:17:59.000 This was a direct attack on local government policy.
00:18:06.000 Look, are you concerned about the American K through 12 education system?
00:18:09.000 Are you worried about what your children and your grandchildren are learning or honestly not learning in school?
00:18:14.000 If you answer yes, my friends at Hillsdale College have a free resource for you.

00:19:17.000 Let's place a piece of tape here.
00:19:19.000 This is the Fox Report Play Cut 27.
00:19:22.000 The Atlanta Police Department is describing Sunday's clash with protesters as a coordinated attack against law enforcement.
00:19:29.000 In this video, released by the Atlanta PD, you can see things get violent pretty quickly at the site of the $90 million city-proposed police and firefighter training facility, often referred to as Cop City.
00:19:42.000 You see protesters, many dressed in black, many with their faces covered, throw large rocks, bricks, fireworks, and Molotov cocktails at police, some of those projectiles, just narrowly missing officers.
00:19:56.000 Who is that guy?
00:19:57.000 Protesters?
00:19:58.000 Protesters.
00:19:59.000 Who are you?
00:20:00.000 What is that guy?
00:20:00.000 That's not a protest.
00:20:01.000 That guy shouldn't be allowed on television.
00:20:03.000 Protesters, especially.
00:20:05.000 I actually didn't check that guy's name.
00:20:06.000 I didn't catch it there.
00:20:07.000 But whoever, that guy.
00:20:09.000 That's ridiculous.
00:20:10.000 That's an insult.
00:20:10.000 These are domestic terrorists.
00:20:12.000 So let's show the aerial footage.
00:20:13.000 This is what that clown just called a protest.
00:20:16.000 He doesn't know what he's talking about.
00:20:17.000 He's reading some screen.
00:20:19.000 Let's watch this here.
00:20:21.000 The Atlanta.
00:20:22.000 So there's no sound here.
00:20:23.000 We're just going to narrate it.
00:20:24.000 Jack, you could do it alongside me.
00:20:26.000 So folks need to understand what you're looking at.
00:20:28.000 So the white is heat.
00:20:30.000 The black is cold.
00:20:32.000 So you see when the clouds come over a little bit, there's some heat there because of the moisture.
00:20:37.000 So what you're looking at is a crowd of 50 to 60.
00:20:41.000 Now it switches over to optical image right there.
00:20:43.000 So you're looking at 50 to 60 militants that are spilling out, following a path through the forest into this police training facility, $90 million.
00:20:55.000 And in fact, there may have been, actually, if you look at that, there may be as many as 100 there, Charlie.
00:20:59.000 You're looking at a platoon.
00:21:01.000 So how many military operations?
00:21:03.000 How many people were arrested?
00:21:04.000 Only 23.
00:21:05.000 Oh, so where are the rest?
00:21:07.000 They ran back into the woods and they were not caught.
00:21:09.000 So only 23, which is maybe about a quarter of the individuals there.
00:21:13.000 And one thing that I want to explain for a lot of people out there, you need to understand the left is willing to do this and they're only going to escalate.
00:21:19.000 So I understand the conservatives want to say, oh, well, you know what?
00:21:22.000 You know, we'll be fine.
00:21:23.000 I've got the Second Amendment and I've got, you know, the national.
00:21:27.000 Well, guess what?
00:21:28.000 Guess what?
00:21:29.000 Guess what?
00:21:29.000 What's going to happen when the left is out there putting up roadblocks in your town like they did in Seattle?
00:21:33.000 Well, I mean, I went through those loadboxes.
00:21:34.000 I saw them.
00:21:35.000 We're about to go to a campus event that I pray doesn't come University of California Davis, where they're using the most cryptic charged language Antifa has.
00:21:45.000 They're using with us, right?
00:21:47.000 They say, get ready to be arrested, don't have identifying characteristics.
00:21:50.000 Can you guys get that tweet of what they're doing in Davis?
00:21:52.000 It's really something.
00:21:53.000 So, Jack, we have 23 of the people that were arrested.
00:21:56.000 Are these people charged with domestic terrorism?
00:21:58.000 What are they charged with?
00:21:59.000 They have been.
00:22:00.000 They have been charged with domestic terrorism, which is on the books in Georgia.
00:22:04.000 This is at the state level.
00:22:05.000 But, Charlie, I want to give you some more hope because the FBI Atlanta put out a nice statement that said they are monitoring the situation very closely and they are looking into it the same way that they were looking into Mark Hauk up in the Philadelphia suburbs when they charged into his house with a SWAT team in a pre-dawn raid.
00:22:24.000 Help me understand this, though, Jack.
00:22:26.000 I mean, Antifa has a leader, of course, who never looked into it because we're not a serious country and Republicans won't be bothered with that.
00:22:32.000 But who thought it was a good idea to deploy the shock troops here?
00:22:36.000 Is this part, is there a deeper agenda at play here?
00:22:39.000 Why now?
00:22:41.000 Why this target?
00:22:42.000 Antifa was largely silent over the last 12 months.
00:22:46.000 Why all of a sudden are we seeing this massive increase in the paramilitary arm of the Democrat Party?
00:22:51.000 Well, Charlie, because these are all training runs for 2024.
00:22:54.000 What we're going to see in 2024 is going to make 2020 look like a walkthrough statuary hall following the rope lines, right?
00:23:03.000 Antifa is going to be ginned up.
00:23:05.000 Black Lives Matter is going to be ginned up.
00:23:08.000 James Lindsay, to borrow a term from him, you are going to have a drag Floyd moment.
00:23:13.000 Of course, there's going to be something like this where they are going, where there will be a situation, and this is going to happen within the next 18 months, I guarantee it, where some trans individual is either killed or commits suicide, and they will blame it on the right.
00:23:26.000 And they will blame it on conservatives, and they'll blame it on you and me and Matt Walsh and Michael Knowles and all the rest of it.
00:23:31.000 And they will use it to try to demonize and criminalize the opposition the same way they used Brian Sitkick January 6th.
00:23:37.000 Yeah, so I just, it's curious to me, though.
00:23:39.000 I mean, why this target were they able to do significant damage that's actually going to prevent this thing from being built?
00:23:46.000 I can't imagine it.
00:23:47.000 The whole thing.
00:23:48.000 Well, Charlie, it's the point here as well is that it's a political and a kinetic operation because the political operations side of it is going to the mayor of Atlanta, who is, of course, a liberal Democrat.
00:24:02.000 It's going to the DA in Atlanta, who is another liberal Democrat.
00:24:05.000 By the way, this is Fulton County, the same county that's looking at prosecuting President Trump.
00:24:10.000 This is the exact same area as that.
00:24:12.000 So, and they and they probably will file charges, even though they had that insane witch as the Jory 4 person.
00:24:17.000 So, when you're looking at all of these factors, they know that they will be protected by those in power on their side.
00:24:23.000 It's the police department that they're putting the most pressure on because the police departments in most of the major cities in America and most of the major areas of America are one of the only right-wing controlled institutions left in the United States.
00:24:35.000 We've talked about the left's long march to the institutions.
00:24:37.000 They certainly have been targeting police officers and police departments for a very long time, and there's a reason for that because that's one of the few positions left.
00:24:45.000 Obviously, the military is another huge target of this project, but police departments, FOPs, which are the police unions on the back end, these are one of the last places, the last bastions of actual law and order and the upholding of Western society and the tenets of Western society.
00:25:01.000 That's why they're putting the pressure here.
00:25:02.000 So, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, which is the Georgia equivalent of the FBI, they're going to have a little bit of a pickle.
00:25:09.000 Are they going to use cell phone pings to try to find these people?
00:25:14.000 If the GBI uses cell phone pings to try to find these people, then why did they say that all the cell phone?
00:25:19.000 I think I see where you're going with this.
00:25:21.000 Or the ballot mules was not able to arrest people.
00:25:24.000 I'm confused.
00:25:25.000 So, you could use cell phone pings to find domestic terrorists, but you can't use cell phone pings to find ballot mules in the same way.
00:25:31.000 Not only that, but it was used.
00:25:32.000 If you look just, you know, just one state north in South Carolina, this was just used to convict Alex Murdoch of double murder.
00:25:39.000 Oh, yeah, no, they also used cell phone pings for that criminology student in Idaho, the freak with the eyes.
00:25:46.000 They used cell phone pings to find him that he went on a road trip.
00:25:50.000 And the GBI says that's we don't use that as evidence.
00:25:54.000 Oh, for voter fraud, you don't because you don't for voter fraud, but not for literally every other crime that law enforcement uses cell phones for.
00:26:01.000 I mean, you know, it's like fingerprinting has been around for 150 years.
00:26:04.000 Cell phone pings have actually been used for decades at this point, believe it or not.
00:26:09.000 Yep, that's exactly right.
00:26:10.000 And so, you said there's at least probably, let's say there are 75 militants, 23 got arrested.
00:26:16.000 You look at some of the mugshots here, some of them are smiling, they actually look happy in this.
00:26:21.000 Of course, they are.
00:26:23.000 But, I mean, what kind of bail do they have to post here?
00:26:25.000 I mean, you're talking about years in prison.
00:26:28.000 But, Charlie, let's go through.
00:26:30.000 You know, we know what's going to happen because what's going to happen to them is the exact same thing that happened to the 200-plus Antifa militants that attacked President Trump's inauguration on January 20th, 2017.
00:26:40.000 I was there.
00:26:41.000 I remember the roadblock.
00:26:42.000 I remember when they stopped traffic on 395 North and we were trying to get home with my now wife, my then fiancé, and my brother.
00:26:48.000 They are going to, these people will not go to jail.
00:26:51.000 Perhaps if they are, they are going to say, We apologize for the tactics that are used against you.
00:26:57.000 You can already see the Southern Poverty Law Center, and probably the ACLU will come out in support of them as well.
00:27:01.000 They're going to receive apologies from the government of Atlanta.
00:27:04.000 They are going to receive sentence.
00:27:08.000 They're going to be let go.
00:27:08.000 And they're going to, Charlie.
00:27:09.000 You think that's going to be anti-AFA?
00:27:12.000 No, I know D.C. You think that the $1.6 million settlement.
00:27:16.000 I know, but that's not Georgia.
00:27:19.000 I mean, I know Georgia's slipping, but you're trying to tell me that you think...
00:27:22.000 The city of Atlanta?
00:27:23.000 I don't know.
00:27:24.000 I'm asking the question.
00:27:26.000 I'm asking a question.
00:27:27.000 Is that really going to happen in Georgia?
00:27:30.000 And if it is, I mean, that, but has Raphael Warnock or John Ossif spoke out against this?
00:27:35.000 Of course not.
00:27:36.000 Why would they speak out against their own APIs?
00:27:36.000 No.
00:27:38.000 These are their shock troops.
00:27:39.000 By the way, notice that this is why we know it's planned.
00:27:42.000 Did you notice that Antifa did not do a single one of these coordinated attacks leading up to the midterms?
00:27:48.000 And Charlie, the other part of this that I think we need to also take a look at is the fact that there was a massive protest that was also used as a cover for this attack.
00:27:48.000 Right.
00:27:58.000 So there was a massive protest that was separate from this attack that was used to draw media, that was used to draw law enforcement, that was used to draw attention away, that had almost a thousand people, activists, et cetera, police, all those resources away.
00:28:11.000 The same way that the pipe bombed the city is a lot of people.
00:28:12.000 This is pretty sophisticated stuff, Jack.
00:28:15.000 I mean, this is not.
00:28:15.000 9-6.
00:28:16.000 It's extremely sophisticated.
00:28:17.000 Yeah, this is.
00:28:17.000 And that's what I keep trying to explain to people that Antifa's tactics have been escalating.
00:28:23.000 These people are willing to escalate across state lines, across international lines in this case.
00:28:29.000 We brought that up with Kyle Rittenhouse so many times.
00:28:31.000 It mattered so much.
00:28:32.000 And of course, when it comes across state lines, that also obviously becomes federal.
00:28:36.000 That's literally where the phrase, read them the riot act, comes from.
00:28:40.000 So are any of those acts or any of the, and by the way, 20, those 23, Charlie, all from outside of Georgia, all from outside of Georgia.
00:28:48.000 So the question is from Eric Garland, are you going to file charges against them under the Riot Act?
00:28:53.000 This was used, by the way, in the South, particularly even in Georgia, to go against who?
00:28:57.000 The KKK.
00:28:58.000 This was used to stop them from crossing state lines to participate in riots.
00:29:02.000 In this case, it wasn't even a riot.
00:29:04.000 It was a direct attack on a government facility.
00:29:07.000 And yet it's interesting.
00:29:08.000 The media, not curious about this, not asking any of the questions that you're asking, any of the basic questions.
00:29:13.000 The senators there don't seem to care very much.
00:29:15.000 And to be honest, I haven't even heard much from the governor.
00:29:18.000 Yeah, where is Brian Kemp on all this?
00:29:20.000 Just kind of like, oh, fine, you know, coordinated attack, bunch of people marching with weapons, just perfectly fine.
00:29:26.000 You know, Brian Kemp won't be bothered by that.
00:29:29.000 Something's weird happening in Georgia, man.
00:29:30.000 There's some great people in Georgia and they listen to our program, but that place has just lost its political soul in the last couple of years.
00:29:38.000 I don't know.
00:29:40.000 I can remember, you know, I can remember being down in Georgia.
00:29:43.000 Fletse is down there for the federal government, the law enforcement center.
00:29:47.000 The Secret Service gets trained out of there.
00:29:49.000 NCIS gets trained out of there.
00:29:50.000 So there's, I know a ton of people down in the Brunswick, Georgia area.
00:29:53.000 Savannah is just one of the best cities in the world.
00:29:56.000 I think probably the best city in the South.
00:29:58.000 But honestly, I don't understand what is going on with the state of Georgia.
00:30:02.000 I don't understand how this often go on.
00:30:04.000 And by the way, it really just speaks to where we are at this stage in our republic, where you can have communists attacking in broad daylight, Charlie, not even at night, not even under the cover of darkness, broad daylight where they know they can be identified, where, and they may have brought cell phones.
00:30:18.000 I've been in, and I've had people infiltrate Antifa events where they do actually, they take the cell phones out, they take the batteries out, and then they leave them in a secure location before they go and commit what they call what this is, which is referred to as a direct action.
00:30:31.000 So they may have had cell phones on them.
00:30:33.000 But even that is incriminating.
00:30:34.000 And you just need some investigator Ruther Salt.
00:30:37.000 You have 20 phones that all of a sudden stop pinging.
00:30:39.000 You can then find out what they are.
00:30:41.000 Does the FBI have one informant in there?
00:30:43.000 How many informants did the FBI?
00:30:46.000 Exactly.
00:30:46.000 Exactly.
00:30:47.000 Every right-wing organization or organization of, you know, a couple of guys want to go shooting in the woods and the FBI's got 10 informants in there.
00:30:53.000 We're not a serious country.
00:30:54.000 We're not a serious country.
00:30:58.000 So, Jack, what is your reaction to this nonstop flow of footage we're getting from Tucker Carlson regarding January 6th?
00:31:05.000 Well, it really is amazing, Charlie.
00:31:08.000 In fact, as somebody who was present at the rally for President Trump on January 6th, for someone who did walk up that street at one point during that day, someone who was there for when the first flashbangs went off, as I've always said, even I didn't think that I could be shocked anymore.
00:31:27.000 I didn't think I could be surprised anymore.
00:31:29.000 But I see this footage and I look at it and say, Charlie, the lies were far worse than we even imagined.
00:31:36.000 Yeah, I mean, the significance of this is they were trying to create a Patriot Act 2.0, an almost second security state from this, all based on a lie.
00:31:49.000 Well, they were trying to turn this into a Reichstag moment is what they were doing.
00:31:52.000 And they used, which was, again, another attack on the Capitol carried under dubious circumstances that was used to then institute a regime.
00:32:01.000 So here in the United States, we have to remember the context of this because only 14 days after January 6th, President Biden was installed as president of the United States at an event that had no public audience whatsoever.
00:32:14.000 The entire Capitol was surrounded, ringed by the United States military.
00:32:18.000 I couldn't even park my car.
00:32:20.000 This is back when I was still working at another network.
00:32:23.000 And so I couldn't park my car.
00:32:24.000 I had to show ID.
00:32:26.000 I had to show press pass just to even film with my cell phone because they turned Washington, D.C. into a militarized zone, specifically the area around the Capitol.
00:32:35.000 If I remember correctly, it was Nancy Pelosi that was actually talking about putting crew-served weapons and machine gun turrets around the Capitol for this.
00:32:44.000 Thousands of troops, many of which were forced to sleep in a parking garage at one point, were then deployed to Washington, D.C.
00:32:50.000 And it was kept up this way for months.
00:32:53.000 That's how Joe Biden came into office.
00:32:55.000 And a lot of people forget it.
00:32:56.000 And they were done so because of this January 6th lie.
00:33:01.000 And that's what it was, Charlie.
00:33:02.000 It was a lie.
00:33:03.000 If you remember, when they took those embarkments and they took those barricades down from the Capitol building, later in April of 2021, there was April 2nd, 2021.
00:33:14.000 There was another police officer who was killed by someone at, I shouldn't even say another, there was a police officer who was murdered by a militant.
00:33:23.000 And it was, guess what?
00:33:24.000 It wasn't a right-winger.
00:33:25.000 It was a member of the nation of Islam.
00:33:29.000 But nobody wants to talk about that officer.
00:33:31.000 They want to talk about Brian Sicknick.
00:33:34.000 They care.
00:33:35.000 They cared exactly.
00:33:36.000 They cared until they saw the Nation of Islam flag, not a MAGA flag.
00:33:40.000 Like, oh, we don't care about that anymore.
00:33:42.000 Same with Waukesha, same with any one of these things.
00:33:45.000 And, you know, Jack, deflating these lies and pushing back against Billy Evans, couldn't remember what I'm talking about.
00:33:51.000 Billy Evans.
00:33:52.000 Yeah, and pushing back against the deceit and the falsehoods that just cascade over our time is so incredibly important.
00:34:02.000 I was just talking to somebody the other day.
00:34:03.000 They said, oh, yeah, you know, there were at least 4,000 violent people on January 6th that have been indicted.
00:34:07.000 I mean, just the lies that people believe.
00:34:11.000 The vast bulk of those were from were from people trespassing.
00:34:15.000 But Charlie, these are the same people, by the way, who believe that President Trump said drinking bleach, who are the same people who believe that Iver Mecton is horsepaced, because we have to actually look at the situation here, that once that lie has been set out, once that emotional foothold has taken grasp throughout the audience of people who watch the New York Times, who watch CNN, who watch this mainstream corporate media, they're going to hear the first thing they heard and they're not going to take the time to actually figure out what happens next.
00:34:42.000 That's why Real America's Voice, that's why the Charlie Kirk show, that's why programs like this are so important, what we do at human events, because we're the only ones out there who are actually providing a counter narrative to the lies that are out there.
00:34:54.000 Why do you think that they lied about January 6th?
00:34:57.000 They lied about George Floyd.
00:34:59.000 They lied about COVID.
00:35:00.000 They lied about Wuhan.
00:35:01.000 They lied about Russia, all during the same 12-month period.
00:35:04.000 We lived, Charlie, through a domestic color revolution here in the United States that was designed, as far as I'm concerned, that was designed to stop one movement and stop one man.
00:35:16.000 Yeah.
00:35:16.000 And still to this day, people have not been held accountable for that.
