00:04:35.000 What did we learn, if anything, with the tapes being released last week?
00:04:39.000 Well, I think we learned that the majority, overwhelming majority of the American people have not seen video like this, Charlie.
00:04:48.000 You and I have because you've been covering this and I've had access to this surveillance video for the last year or so and also in court exhibits and trials.
00:04:58.000 But most Americans have not seen video of police standing right there as protesters walk throughout the building.
00:05:06.000 They have not seen video of police standing by an open door, fist bumping or allowing hundreds of people inside the building.
00:05:17.000 They certainly have not seen video of a suspected perpetrator who was handcuffed and then released, fist bump what looks like an undercover police officer.
00:05:28.000 So the whole narrative is crumbling.
00:05:31.000 As you know, Charlie, this is why you see the left freaking out, people on MSNBC, Jamie Raskin, Liz Cheney, Adam Kinzinger.
00:05:40.000 They're all melting down because they know that their narrative is crumbling.
00:05:44.000 The American people now are seriously questioning what they've been told about the events of January 6th.
00:05:50.000 They want to see more evidence.
00:05:52.000 They want more documents.
00:05:55.000 More importantly, they want to know why the people responsible for securing the Capitol, that person was not Donald Trump.
00:06:01.000 It was Nancy Pelosi, why they left the Capitol so vulnerable that day.
00:06:07.000 And now you see police officers on tape letting people inside the building.
00:06:12.000 So how much of the tapes have now been released and what are we still waiting for?
00:06:16.000 I think this first tranche was just several hours.
00:06:20.000 I believe it was maybe a total of 40 to 50 hours.
00:06:24.000 Of course, there are thousands of hours.
00:06:26.000 I think there's up to 44,000 hours of footage.
00:06:29.000 And this is throughout the Capitol complex, Charlie.
00:06:31.000 A lot of that video has nothing to do with the events of four-hour disturbance that afternoon, but also video that they have archived from January 5th and going into the 7th.
00:06:41.000 So there is a lot more for the American people to see.
00:06:45.000 And you see these people, protesters, walking right through a part of the building with police standing there.
00:06:52.000 There will be more shocking video clips that will be made public.
00:06:56.000 And I think mostly related to the very violent behavior of police that day.
00:07:02.000 And that includes DC Metro police who were throwing what they call non-lethal munition devices into the crowd, stun grenades, flashbangs, pepper balls, rubber bullets, copious amounts of tear gas, violating engagement rules, common engagement rules that law enforcement agencies have to follow, resulting in the death of three individuals, including two female Trump supporters that day.

00:07:28.000 And Charlie, this is why the Department of Justice and the Capitol Police and January 6th committee members have wanted to keep this video under protective orders, which they've successfully done so really since early 2021.
00:07:42.000 And now thanks to, and Kevin McCarthy was putting this together over the last several months, but thanks to Mike Johnson and Matt Gates, they finally pulled the trigger here.
00:07:53.000 And this will be the first of an ongoing rolling production of this video to the American people.
00:07:58.000 Yeah, and you can see here the B-roll, everyone were playing it.
00:08:01.000 They're just waltzing through.
00:08:02.000 Yeah, I mean, the cops are not threatened at all.
00:08:04.000 Look at this right there.
00:08:05.000 The cops are just chilling.
00:08:07.000 Is that an insurrection?
00:08:08.000 I mean, I've seen pro-Arab Palestinian protests far more violent than that.
00:08:15.000 So let me ask, Julie, about the ever-extending ring of arrests.
00:08:22.000 It seems as if now the Dragnet is arresting people that were peacefully spectating outside of the Capitol on the Capitol grounds.
00:08:31.000 We've seen three or four arrests to suggest that.
00:08:34.000 Is that correct that the FBI is now extending the dragnet to people that were just watching the Capitol on Capitol grounds?
00:08:42.000 I mean, they already have.
00:08:43.000 They've already arrested dozens of people who never went inside the building.
00:08:48.000 I mean, they charged Enrico Enrique Terrio, the head of the Proud Boys, with seditious conspiracy, and he was in a Baltimore hotel that day.
00:08:57.000 So, of course, they have been charging people with disorderly conduct or being present on restricted grounds, other crimes for people who did not go inside the building.
00:09:08.000 But to your point, Charlie, the arrests are ongoing.
00:09:12.000 And Matthew Graves, the D.C. U.S. attorney appointed by Joe Biden in 2021, told the Washington Post last year he expects the total caseload to exceed 2,000 defendants.
00:09:24.000 We already have more than 1,200 Americans who have been investigated, arrested, subjected to armed FBI raids, prosecuted, taken plea deals, found guilty at trial, and of course incarcerated related to their participation in January 6th, that they are arresting people every week.
00:09:44.000 This month, the pace has really accelerated.
00:09:47.000 I'm getting alerts almost every day that Matthew Graves' office has announced new charges against a new defendant.
00:09:54.000 So this is all to create optics, Charlie.
00:09:56.000 So now we have the fight, the optics fight between the newly released video and people coming to terms with what really might have happened on January 6th, not the media narrative or selected clips that they've seen on the news.
00:10:10.000 But now also the accelerated pace of charges and arrests to keep January 6th in the news as we move closer to Donald Trump's March 4th trial in Washington, D.C. related to January 6th.
00:10:25.000 So you've got these kind of competing interests happening right now.
00:10:28.000 This is why the timeliness of releasing this video certainly does not work in the government's favor or special counsel Jack Smith, because they need to stay tethered to the idea this was a violent insurrection incited by Donald Trump, not something where hundreds of people entered the building with police standing right there, people with no weapons, no intent to do any violence, walking around for 15 or 20 minutes and then leaving.
00:10:55.000 So that's why the timing right now is not ideal for the DOJ.
00:11:01.000 So just really quickly, because the narrative is still out there, just remind our audience who died on that day and who and why, because they'll use the word deadly insurrection.
00:11:14.000 But outside of Ashley Babbitt, was any police officer killed?
00:11:18.000 No, no police officer was killed.
00:11:20.000 Of course, you remember early on we were told that Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick had been bludgeoned to death with a fire extinguisher.
00:11:28.000 That's what the New York Times reported on January 8th of 2021.
00:11:32.000 So that became sort of the animating story of January 6th.
00:11:37.000 And he received this hero's burial in the rotunda.
00:11:40.000 Joe and Jill Biden attended.
00:11:42.000 He was eulogized by Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer.
00:11:45.000 He was buried at Arlington.
00:11:47.000 The whole idea is that Trump supporters who quote unquote back the blue bludgeoned to death Brian Sicknick.
00:11:54.000 What turns out later?
00:11:55.000 We find out in April of 2021, a delayed autopsy report from the DC coroner says, no, he died of a stroke, two strokes caused by a blood clot near his brain.
00:12:07.000 So he did not die of any injuries.
00:12:09.000 Now we have tons of video tracking Brian Signick.
00:12:12.000 It appears that he was sprayed with some sort of chemical irritant.
00:12:16.000 It could have been a protester.
00:12:18.000 It could have been all of the tear gas that his own fellow officers were dousing the crowd with.
00:12:24.000 And I have video of this.
00:12:26.000 And this because of the winds getting kicked back to Brian Signick.
00:12:29.000 But even so, he didn't die as a result of being hit with any sort of chemical spray.
00:12:34.000 The individuals who died that day, Ashley Babbitt, shot to death by Capitol Police Officer Lieutenant Michael Byrd.
00:12:41.000 Roseanne Boyland, a Trump supporter from Georgia, who the DC coroner said died of a meth overdose, actually died as a result of excessive force, being trampled to death, gassed, and then beaten by police officers in the lower West Tunnel Terrace Tunnel.
00:12:59.000 And then two men, Kevin Greeson and Benjamin Phillips, both of whom died of cardiac arrest, at least one, possibly two, due to the use of those flashbangs outside the crowd that started about 1:10 that afternoon.

00:14:18.000 So, Julie, let me ask you: Chad Pergram from Fox News says, Speaker Johnson, processing will involve blurring the faces of private citizens on the yet unreleased tapes to avoid any persons from being targeted for retaliation of any kind and segregating an estimated 5% of the videos that may involve sensitive security information.

00:14:41.000 Well, I think that that's probably part of the agreement that House Republicans had to consent to to get authorization from Capitol Police, who technically own this trove, even though Capitol Police work for Congress.
00:14:55.000 They're part of the legislative branch, so they're not a private security agency.
00:15:00.000 So I suspect that that's part of it.
00:15:02.000 And you do want to blur out some individuals because the argument from the beginning is that you don't want to give more material to these online groups like sedition hunters, who will then zone in on people's faces who haven't been arrested yet, plaster that all over social media and try to get more people in trouble.
00:15:23.000 So I suspect that that was part of trying to protect innocent people from this vengeful online presence.
00:15:30.000 They call themselves SLUS and of course the DOJ.
00:15:33.000 And then security reasons, you certainly do want to keep certain areas like evacuation routes concealed.
00:15:40.000 Those should be private.
00:15:42.000 Although that wasn't the case, you'll recall with Nancy Pelosi's daughter, who filmed her exiting the house through the evacuation route, getting to a vehicle, and then being taken to Fort McNair that day.
00:15:54.000 So it didn't apply to her, but it does apply to our side.
00:15:57.000 So I do think they're trying to be cautious at this point.
00:16:00.000 But look, that's sort of neither here nor there.
00:16:02.000 There's plenty for people to see.
00:16:05.000 I'm going to be posting some new surveillance video hopefully this week.
00:16:09.000 My team is working on that now to show this level of police brutality.
00:16:14.000 But there's plenty for the American people to see besides some of the individuals who might have out blurred out faces or certainly secure areas of the complex.
00:16:23.000 So let me ask you, Julie, there's this video that I think we've been trying to upload here of Capitol Police, which what seems to be paintball guns firing on the crowd.
00:16:34.000 Tell us about this striking video.
00:16:38.000 So, and I've posted some of this with my first report, I'll tell you, Charlie, the first time someone sent me video of Capitol and Metropolitan Police throwing flashbangs into the crowd, I think it was someone sent it to me in April of 2021.
00:16:53.000 I thought it was doctored video because here I had been reporting on January 6th every day, really, for months and had never seen that.
00:17:02.000 But it turns out to be legitimate.
00:17:04.000 So, what Capitol Police had were these rifle-like devices with pepper balls, which is basically a dry powder version of pepper spray.
00:17:14.000 So, they were shooting these balls into the crowd outside.
00:17:19.000 Now, keep in mind, 90% of those people were peaceful.
00:17:23.000 A lot of people had started walking from Trump's speech, which ended at 1:10, which is when Metropolitan Police, DC Police, and Capitol Police launched this attack on people outside.
00:17:34.000 So, we had people coming up, all of the signage, limited signage, the bike wrecks had already been gone.
00:17:41.000 And people are walking up and they're starting to get hit with these flashbangs, with pepper balls that then, when they hit, they deploy a gas.
00:17:50.000 It's very disabling.
00:17:52.000 So, Capitol Police were using these pepper balls.
00:17:55.000 Metropolitan police, as I said, were using stun grenades, something called sting balls, which when they hit the ground, they deploy all of these rubber bullets and copious amounts of tear gas.
00:18:07.000 I have called January 6th the worst incident of police brutality since the civil rights era.
00:18:14.000 And the more and more video that comes out, not just surveillance video, Charlie, but more importantly, body-worn camera footage, which I've also posted, showing what these police officers were doing, is I think is going to be really alarming to the American people.
00:18:31.000 So, the question is: who authorized them to use these munitions?
00:18:35.000 Were they trained in using them?
00:18:37.000 Capitol Police officers have testified in court that they were not trained, that they have never even used devices like this until January 6th, 2021.
00:18:47.000 Certainly, Metropolitan Police officers violated a number of laws, not the least of which is Officer Lila Morris, who took her baton and beat a lifeless Roseanne Boyland, who was laying on the ground around 4:30 that afternoon, probably already dead or very close to passing away, as this police officer beat her near her head that day.
00:19:10.000 So, hopefully, more of that video.
00:19:12.000 Now, there's some on surveillance video.
00:19:14.000 Again, the more telling video is body-worn camera footage that shows this.
00:19:19.000 But you can see this assault start, including Capitol Police's use of pepper balls at around 110 or 115 that day. 0.98

00:24:17.000 When I ask prime ministers, how could they turn down your extraordinary offers?
00:24:21.000 They say, because we have a clause they say you must remove.
00:24:25.000 And the clause is, we accept Israel as a Jewish state.
00:24:28.000 They won't sign that.
00:24:32.000 And the prime ministers have told me they have to remove a clause that says you have to limit the number of Palestinian Arabs to come into Israel to 150,000.
00:24:40.000 They said, we want no limit.
00:24:42.000 We want to bring millions into Israel. 0.96
00:24:44.000 In other words, to end Israel as a Jewish state.
00:24:47.000 These facts, which I just briefly laid out, is not known by these students.

00:26:08.000 If these students and other people understood these things and much more, they would be much more hesitant to want to be rallying in support of the Palestinian Arabs, whose polls this very week show that 85% of the Palestinians Arabs support murdering Jews and support Hamas and support destroying Israel.

00:27:14.000 My analysis is that when you train young people to view everything through an oppressor-oppressed type lens, they will then use that with the Israel-Hamas, Israel, Gaza type lens, I suppose.

00:27:33.000 89% of Palestinians support terror groups known for suicide attacks, while 75% approve of the October 7th massacre.
