00:02:46.000 Hi, so you dropped out of college and your highest community college.
00:02:54.000 Sorry, your Harper College experience, I apologize.
00:02:56.000 Barely was smart enough to make it through community college.
00:02:57.000 Okay, so barely made it through high school.
00:03:00.000 Your highest degree level is an honorary doctor's degree from Liberty University.
00:03:04.000 That's true.
00:03:04.000 I do have an honorary PhD.
00:03:06.000 So essentially, what are your qualifications for arguing that college is a scam or really any having any economical knowledge at all when likely the vast majority of the students here know more than you about economics as a whole?
00:03:06.000 Yeah.
00:03:22.000 Okay, so no, hold on.
00:03:24.000 It's okay.
00:03:24.000 It's okay, guys.
00:03:26.000 Let him go.
00:03:27.000 Who's Milton Friedman?
00:03:28.000 Who is Milton Friedman?
00:03:29.000 I have no idea, and that's not important to this conversation.
00:03:31.000 Who is Ludwig von Mises?
00:03:34.000 These are all probably economists and then the same as John Maynard Keynes.
00:03:38.000 Okay, I obviously know who Keynes is.
00:03:39.000 Oh, obviously.
00:03:40.000 He's the most famous economist of all time.
00:03:42.000 You don't know Milton Friedman?
00:03:43.000 I mean, that's an economist.
00:03:44.000 Okay.
00:03:45.000 How about Murray Rothbard?
00:03:46.000 That's another economist.
00:03:47.000 F.A. Hayek.
00:03:48.000 I don't know who that is.
00:03:50.000 Well, then, you just came here and insulted my intelligence.
00:03:52.000 You're right.
00:03:53.000 I barely made it through community college because I was too busy, I don't know, starting a national youth movement with hundreds of thousands of members.
00:03:59.000 Hey, hold on, though, hold on, Employing hundreds of people, raising hundreds of millions of dollars, having a top 10 most popular podcast, and reaching tens of millions of people online every day.
00:04:11.000 Sure, hold on.
00:04:12.000 But you're also calling all of your constituents idiots by saying they participate in a scam.
00:04:17.000 They're shirts right there.
00:04:18.000 I'm calling the institution a scam.
00:04:20.000 So then why insulted the intelligence?
00:04:22.000 I've just had 10 people come up and we had warm conversations.
00:04:26.000 So you asked, What are my qualifications?
00:04:28.000 I'm a job creator, entrepreneur, autodidact.
00:04:31.000 Do you know what that word means?
00:04:33.000 Self-taught.
00:04:33.000 Yeah, self-taught.
00:04:34.000 You know, you should probably learn that word if you're going to come up and insult other people's intelligence.
00:04:38.000 Hey, so autodidacticism is what Leonardo da Vinci was.
00:04:42.000 You don't have to go to college to be wise.
00:04:44.000 You don't have to go to college to be intelligent.
00:04:46.000 I read 100 books a year.
00:04:48.000 I visit over 150 colleges.
00:04:49.000 I'm not saying you're unintelligent.
00:04:51.000 I'm just saying you lack qualifications.
00:04:53.000 Well, are you a New York Times bestseller?
00:04:55.000 Of course not.
00:04:56.000 I'm in college.
00:04:56.000 Got it.
00:04:57.000 So I'm just trying, what are my qualifications?
00:04:59.000 I have published books, read lots of books, dialogued a lot of people, and instead of asking what my qualifications are, can you consistently recognize them?
00:05:06.000 Hold on.
00:05:07.000 Name one thing I'm wrong about.
00:05:08.000 You literally just, you just now incorrectly cited the difference between socialism and communism.
00:05:14.000 While you're saying that.
00:05:16.000 How so?
00:05:16.000 You claimed that Russia was socialist.
00:05:18.000 Russia was never socialist.
00:05:20.000 Russian was socialist.
00:05:21.000 No, it was a communist nation.
00:05:22.000 There is a significant difference between the two.
00:05:23.000 Why did Lenin say that socialism is the gateway to communism?
00:05:26.000 He was self-described socialist in his private medicine documents in the Russian Revolution.
00:05:30.000 Lenin was overtaken by Stalin.
00:05:33.000 Hold on a second.
00:05:33.000 No, Lenin died, and then Stalin was his successor.
00:05:36.000 Yes.
00:05:36.000 So, but Lenin himself said, quote, that socialism is the introductory phase to communism.
00:05:42.000 Do you not say that?
00:05:42.000 So then, the vast majority of people, when they're referring to communist Russia, are referring to Stalin's rule over Russia.
00:05:48.000 That was a communist rule that turned into a fascist rule later on.
00:05:52.000 Okay, so, but what thinker was deified in Soviet Russia?
00:05:57.000 Thinker was deified?
00:05:58.000 Yes.
00:05:59.000 Marx.
00:05:59.000 Oh, and what book did Marx write?
00:06:02.000 Yes, he wrote Capital, and he also wrote the Communist Party.
00:06:05.000 The Communist Manifesto.
00:06:06.000 Who was his co-author?
00:06:07.000 Who was co-author?
00:06:08.000 Engels.
00:06:09.000 Good.
00:06:09.000 Yeah, Engels.
00:06:10.000 I'm glad college is really paying off for you.
00:06:11.000 Hey.
00:06:13.000 So, no, but it's okay.
00:06:14.000 It's fine.
00:06:14.000 He comes up here and insults my intelligence.
00:06:16.000 What are your qualifications?
00:06:17.000 Doesn't even know the co-author of the Communist Manifesto or Donald Trump.
00:06:20.000 But no, let me just say that.
00:06:21.000 Again, does my lack of knowledge on that mean that I have no knowledge again?
00:06:25.000 Is that insane?
00:06:26.000 He insulted me.
00:06:27.000 You came up here, guns ablazing, man.
00:06:29.000 And let me just ask, again, what did I say that was wrong?
00:06:32.000 I said that under the generally agreed upon definition of communism and socialism, which are interchangeable terms, one is a more harsh degree of the other, is that the elimination of the family, the elimination of private property, and the deprivation of basic human rights, such as right to speech, right to assembly, and right to worship.
00:06:51.000 How is that not a good definition of communism?
00:06:54.000 That explains fascism better.
00:06:54.000 Because socialism is not a problem.
00:06:57.000 Well, but in the Communist Manifesto, Marx said, quote, we are here to destroy the nuclear family and eradicate the family because it was the original oppressive, tyrannical structure.
00:07:07.000 He said religion is the opiate of the masses and that private property must be eradicated.
00:07:11.000 I have just now documented all three of those with evidence back to original source documents.
00:07:16.000 And then in practice, Russia did all those three things when they were the Soviet Union.
00:07:20.000 So where am I?
00:07:21.000 But then at the same time, if you claim that those are all negative things, then why do you practice certain things in the doctrines that you just stated?
00:07:28.000 Well, I'm not trying to take people's stuff away.
00:07:31.000 I want people to have bigger families, and I want churches to remain open.
00:07:34.000 Yeah, but the thing is, no, but your main, your biggest thing, your biggest point that everyone here is for is that you're a massive transphobe potential white supremacist.
00:07:44.000 So how am I assuming that it's not defamation?
00:07:51.000 It's free speech, so no.
00:07:52.000 You can say whatever you want.
00:07:53.000 Say whatever you want.
00:07:54.000 First of all, what have I ever said that's racist?
00:07:56.000 Second of all, how am I a transpho?
00:07:58.000 What do I say about translation?
00:07:59.000 What's it said?
00:08:00.000 Men shouldn't be in female sports.
00:08:02.000 That is a potentially transphobic take, and now it depends on how you take that.
00:08:06.000 Can you tell me why?
00:08:07.000 Can you tell you why?
00:08:08.000 Well, that's essentially taking away the ability of people to say that trans women are women.
00:08:13.000 That is the truth.
00:08:14.000 Trans men are men.
00:08:16.000 So if you just wear a costume, if you wear a costume of something, you become that thing.
00:08:21.000 Can I be a black person?
00:08:22.000 No, because that's an entirely different concept.
00:08:24.000 So if I wear black face, I don't become a black person.
00:08:27.000 That's a logical false.
00:08:28.000 If a man wears a dress, he becomes a woman.
00:08:30.000 No, because Jesus Christ.
00:08:32.000 Hold on.
00:08:33.000 Explain to me why you can all of a sudden become a woman just by wearing makeup or having estrogen, but I can't change racism.
00:08:39.000 Because it's just been proven by science.
00:08:41.000 You know that there's evidence.
00:08:42.000 What science shows that you could change the chromosomal makeup of every cell?
00:08:46.000 Every one of your cells says XY.
00:08:47.000 Every single one of her cells says XXX.
00:08:50.000 You can't change that regardless of your dress, your makeup, surgery, interventions, or no matter how many chemicals you take.
00:08:56.000 Correct?
00:08:57.000 Also.
00:08:57.000 I thought you said we should trust the science.
00:08:59.000 Well, we should trust the science, but also your cells.
00:09:02.000 Why do you care at the same time, though?
00:09:04.000 Oh, hold on.
00:09:04.000 No, see, it's really interesting.
00:09:06.000 You called me a transphobe, and then you resort to, but then why do you care?
00:09:10.000 You're now transphobic.
00:09:12.000 I'm curious.
00:09:12.000 I'm curious.
00:09:13.000 So, first of all, you can't prove I'm a transphobe, correct?
00:09:15.000 No, I can.
00:09:16.000 Okay, tell me how.
00:09:17.000 Tell me how because of the doctrine that you just stated.
00:09:20.000 Okay, that is transphobic.
00:09:21.000 Believing that there are no genders, two sexes, infinite personalities is transphobic.
00:09:25.000 Yes.
00:09:25.000 Okay.
00:09:26.000 You do nothing but like hurl insults because you think it's like cool, I guess, but you can't prove it.
00:09:30.000 But why do I care?
00:09:31.000 I care for a very specific reason.
00:09:33.000 Because women deserve to be protected in society from pervert men who want to go into their locker rooms.
00:09:39.000 Why do I want to go?
00:09:39.000 Where are you in their locker room?
00:09:40.000 What about you?
00:09:41.000 You're worried about the men who are just currently going and raping women.
00:09:45.000 Well, I care about that too.
00:09:47.000 I think rapists should be castrated and put in prison for a while.
00:09:49.000 Yeah, of course, absolutely.
00:09:50.000 But at the same time, why do I care?
00:09:52.000 Is there even just trans women doing that?
00:09:54.000 Well, like, that's all anecdotal evidence.
00:09:57.000 All this is.
00:09:58.000 It's not anecdotal, actually.
00:09:59.000 Riley Gaines had a change next to a pervert man in the NCAA championships when he exposed his genitalia to her as a pervert.
00:10:07.000 Every day, young ladies are exposed to pervert men that come into their locker rooms.
00:10:12.000 We used to have crimes against that.
00:10:13.000 Now we call it trans progress.
00:10:15.000 Secondly, you asked, why do I care?
00:10:17.000 Because I care about truth and I care about biological reality.
00:10:20.000 You cannot change nature based on your will.
00:10:25.000 No, I'm observing facts and defending nature.
00:10:28.000 I'm defending how we are made and created.
00:10:30.000 The one stoking the culture war is the one coming up on a 10 out of 10 guns blazing, saying, I'm not qualified for this debate because I'm a community college dropout.
00:10:39.000 You're the one stoking division in the culture war.
00:10:41.000 I'm the one defending common sense.
00:10:44.000 This is the group that stoked culture war to begin with.
00:10:47.000 This is the most culturally divisive group in the country.
00:10:50.000 Hold on a second.
00:10:51.000 Did I start the trans debate in this country or did the trans people start this?
00:10:56.000 There was no debate.
00:10:57.000 They just wanted to exist as they were.
00:10:59.000 We're telling them they can't exist.
00:11:01.000 They want us to use their pronouns.
00:11:02.000 They want to go in female locker rooms.
00:11:04.000 They want us to pay for their surgeries and they want to go after children.
00:11:06.000 I don't think that's what they're doing.
00:11:07.000 It is not live and let live.
00:11:08.000 It's live and let us rule.
00:11:09.000 If it was live and let live and have a bunch of 30-year-olds wear dresses in their living rooms alone, no one would care.
00:11:15.000 It's institutionalized and curriculum.
00:11:16.000 You're blaming the freedom of the individual while you're not allowing individuals to exist as they want to be.
00:11:22.000 Hold on.
00:11:22.000 Again, you are again criticizing your beliefs of individuality and rugged individualism as a whole, which is a completely American ideal.
00:11:30.000 You're telling people that they cannot exist as they would like to be.
00:11:33.000 Who gives if they want to cut off their so-called.
00:11:36.000 Okay, let's play this out.
00:11:37.000 Let's play this out.
00:11:38.000 Hold on.
00:11:39.000 So, as people want to be, if a 30-year-old wants to be 12, can they?
00:11:44.000 Of course not.
00:11:45.000 But that's a different thing.
00:11:46.000 People as they want to be, man, it's the same thing.
00:11:48.000 No, it's a bad thing.
00:11:48.000 It's a mental illness.
00:11:49.000 Believe it.
00:11:50.000 They can believe it, but at the same time, why not let them?
00:11:53.000 Hold on.
00:11:53.000 But if a 30-year-old then wants to participate in 12-year-old soccer games, should we allow them to do that?
00:11:59.000 Again, and you know this is an entirely different argument.
00:12:02.000 You know this is an entirely different argument.
00:12:03.000 No, you're not going to be able to do that.
00:12:04.000 The way that they diagnose mental health problems is that it's a view of self, gender dysphoria.
00:12:10.000 There's another whole clinical part of literature about how people think they're animals.
00:12:14.000 And there's other parts of political literature people think that they're still children.
00:12:18.000 So the question is, why do we then carve out in the DSM-5, oh, if you think you're a man or if you think, you know what the DSM-5 is?
00:12:24.000 Of course I do.
00:12:25.000 What is the diagnostic system manual for the transportation?
00:12:28.000 Right, exactly.
00:12:29.000 So why in the DSM-5 do we then carve out gender identification when we don't carve out age identification?
00:12:36.000 Shouldn't people be able to live the life as they see fit as rugged individualists?
00:12:39.000 Of course, I believe that they should be able to live exactly how they want to.
00:12:42.000 So we should allow 30-year-olds to be able to go into 12-year-old soccer games.
00:12:45.000 No, but that's not necessarily what I mean.
00:12:48.000 You're getting in the way of their individual rights.
00:12:50.000 You're not a rugged person.
00:12:51.000 But how about this?
00:12:51.000 How about this?
00:12:52.000 If you then believe it is a mental illness, then why are you not, you know, why would you not say put more taxes towards funding mental health awareness?
00:13:00.000 Because you don't know emotions on that.
00:13:03.000 I do know because you claim all the time that you don't want to pay for people.
00:13:07.000 So now we're finally getting somewhere.
00:13:08.000 How do we help trans individuals?
00:13:10.000 You don't help them by giving them surgery.
00:13:12.000 You certainly don't help them by giving them chemical castration.
00:13:15.000 Do you know the CAS report that came out last week?
00:13:17.000 The CAS report is the longest longitudinal study ever done by a government agency that actually tracked trans youth over 10 years, and it found out that chemicals don't work, surgical intervention doesn't work, puberty blockers don't work.
00:13:28.000 The only thing that works is what we used to do, which is called watchful waiting, which is that puberty is not the problem, but puberty is the solution for trans youth.
00:13:35.000 That the vast majority of trans youth that are suffering from this are women, 75% of young girls, that get caught up in a social contagion, a fad, and it turns out instead of chopping off their breasts, we should wait for their breasts to actually fully grow and that they actually get comfort in their body.
00:13:48.000 You go to every single young lady in this audience, they felt uncomfortable in their body at some point in time when they were 11, 12, 13, 14.
00:13:54.000 Praise God, they did not come under that social contagion and they went under the knife and were given testosterone replacement therapy.
00:14:00.000 One thing I'll agree with you on I don't need, I don't think we need children changing their gender before the age of 18.
00:14:00.000 I disagree with you.
00:14:05.000 I don't think we need that.
00:14:06.000 Oh, okay, but now we're getting somewhere, man.
00:14:08.000 Now, hold on.
00:14:09.000 Because you would be called a trans folk for that position in California.
00:14:12.000 Of course, I would be called, listen, you could be called a live transfer.
00:14:14.000 You're very insulting.
00:14:15.000 I'm still from Salt Lake City, Utah.
00:14:16.000 I'm still not like a California lady.
00:14:18.000 Okay, well, we're getting somewhere because 15 states around the country allow gender-affirming care for youth.
00:14:25.000 And listen, that is a whole separate issue.
00:14:27.000 I don't have the knowledge.
00:14:28.000 I don't have the knowledge to go much further on gender-affirming care for children.
00:14:32.000 I don't study that, okay?
00:14:34.000 Now, what I will say, though, is that I still think that if you're going to claim that it's a mental illness, you should at least advocate.
00:14:44.000 Hold on.
00:14:45.000 You should at least advocate for people getting care for that.
00:14:48.000 And that could include subsidizing their care.
00:14:51.000 If it's truly an issue to you, like a like instead of just a minor statistical anomaly in the blip of the United States, $330 million, $300 million, I don't know what you're saying, whatever.
00:15:03.000 330 million person population, right?
00:15:07.000 If you claim it's that large of a problem, then we should be subsidizing mental health care and helping people.
00:15:13.000 There are people, I mean, listen, dude.
00:15:15.000 Here's the problem: Iran mental health care we give them leads to surgery.
00:15:19.000 So I will not advocate for mental health care for youth, for trans youth, because the actual standard of care.
00:15:25.000 Then advocate for a better stature of care.
00:15:27.000 I would agree with you if the standard of care that has been proven is actually implemented for youth that have a temporary rapid onset gender dysphoria issue as it was once described.
00:15:37.000 Last question.
00:15:38.000 You call me a white supremacist.
00:15:39.000 What evidence do you have that I'm a racist?
00:15:41.000 I was just literally watching a video of you talk about how, talking about whiteness as a whole, talking about whiteness as a concept, okay?
00:15:48.000 And you are trying to explain how white privilege doesn't exist.
00:15:51.000 Correct, it doesn't.
00:15:52.000 You are a white man.
00:15:53.000 How do you know?
00:15:55.000 Because I have eyes.
00:15:56.000 Because you have eyes.
00:15:57.000 That's not a discretion.
00:15:59.000 So what can a black person do that I can't do in America?
00:16:02.000 What can a black person do?
00:16:02.000 What can I do a black person can't do?
00:16:04.000 Let's think of some history right here.
00:16:06.000 Let's go to the history of red lining.
00:16:07.000 I don't need a history line.
00:16:08.000 I don't have a listen.
00:16:08.000 No, no, you're talking about white language.
00:16:09.000 You do need a history lining.
00:16:10.000 Clearly, I know your talking points better than you do, and I've read all the literature that you have.
00:16:14.000 I've probably forgotten more about the literature.
00:16:16.000 The history affects the present day as well, and you know that's true.
00:16:19.000 If you went to college, you would know.
00:16:20.000 Well, hold on a second.
00:16:22.000 So then why are you wearing the college of the scam shirt?
00:16:24.000 Drop out.
00:16:24.000 Well, because you could still.
00:16:26.000 So it's because you don't believe your own beliefs, and that's what I'm saying.
00:16:28.000 Well, you can admit something's a scam and still get through it.
00:16:31.000 That's why he's wearing it.
00:16:32.000 But then why?
00:16:33.000 You could feel like you're getting ripped off by an airline and still want to get through it.
00:16:36.000 That's not what we're talking about anymore.
00:16:38.000 You're like, I'm getting ripped off of a thousand dollar ticket, but you still get on the airplane.
00:16:41.000 Like, it doesn't make you a hypocrite.
00:16:42.000 It means that the people are ripping you off, and a lot of you are getting ripped off.
00:16:46.000 But no.
00:16:46.000 So as far as white privilege, without the history lesson of Jim Crow, segregation, imperialism, colonialism, slavery, all the stuff that I know that you're going to say.
00:16:55.000 But just concretely, in America today, what can a white person do that a black person can't do?
00:17:00.000 Black applicants to jobs are 50% less likely to get jobs with they have a black sounding name.
00:17:05.000 That's not even close to being true.
00:17:06.000 That's not even close to being true.
00:17:08.000 That is a literal.
00:17:09.000 In fact, it's the opposite.
00:17:12.000 I'm not going to argue your long experience.
00:17:15.000 I'm not going to know.
00:17:17.000 See, now you have to listen to him under your rules because a black person is going to say you're wrong.
00:17:22.000 I am.
00:17:22.000 He can say I'm wrong.
00:17:24.000 I know I am.
00:17:25.000 Come on up to the mic.
00:17:26.000 I know I read your instructions.
00:17:28.000 My name is Keemon Dixon.
00:17:29.000 I have a really black name.
00:17:30.000 Please tell me how 50% of my internships have been denied when I've worked for Senator Mike Lee, Mayor Trent Sachs, Speaker Mike Schultz.
00:17:38.000 Hold on.
00:17:38.000 I worked for a congressman, Burgess Owens.
00:17:41.000 I've actually worked on his campaign.
00:17:42.000 I've worked on the campaigns of John Hudson Jr.
00:17:44.000 Please tell me how my black experience and my black mane has not given me a shit.
00:17:49.000 Go ahead.
00:17:50.000 So if you heard what I said about the number of 50%, there is another 50% of people.
00:17:58.000 First of all, how many black people live in Utah?
00:18:01.000 I think it's 1.2% of the population.
00:18:02.000 1.7, but go ahead.
00:18:04.000 You know I'm close.
00:18:05.000 Okay, but first of all, your study's totally wrong.
00:18:07.000 Second of all, for college admissions, blacks get preferential treatment in college admissions.
00:18:12.000 Yes, because of affirmative action.
00:18:14.000 Well, because you think they're too stupid to get the scores of other applicants.
00:18:17.000 See, I don't believe in the bigotry of low expectations.
00:18:20.000 I don't think that we should lower test scores based on the color of the skin.
00:18:23.000 You think that we should.
00:18:24.000 That's affirmative action.
00:18:25.000 I mean, I'm technically a product of an affirmative action program.
00:18:28.000 That's why I'm in the Honors College at the University of Utah.
00:18:30.000 Because you couldn't get it on your own intelligence?
00:18:32.000 No, I am smart enough.
00:18:33.000 But then why'd you need affirmative action?
00:18:35.000 Why'd I need affirmative action?
00:18:36.000 Because I'm a first-generation college student.
00:18:38.000 I can't believe that.
00:18:38.000 That doesn't mean anything.
00:18:39.000 Yes, that's part of affirmative action.
00:18:41.000 That means nothing.
00:18:41.000 If you're smart enough and you have a high IQ and work hard.
00:18:43.000 And I'm also a native Hawaiian student.
00:18:47.000 Oh, so you're the Pacific Islander that stole a spot of a white person.
00:18:50.000 Stole a spot of a white person.
00:18:52.000 You just said this is why I'm a staffer.
00:18:53.000 You're an affirmative action star.
00:18:54.000 See, this is why I claim that you are an affirmative action person.
00:18:59.000 There's no evidence of knowing that, but I just.
00:19:01.000 You just said you just self-admitted you were affirmative action.
00:19:04.000 I just believe that there's a reason why I'm in the honors college and not in the agenda.
00:19:06.000 Is it because of your test scores?
00:19:08.000 I mean, I had pretty high test scores.
00:19:09.000 I had a 29 on the ACT.
00:19:10.000 Okay, that's not agreeing.
00:19:12.000 Yeah, that's not very high at all.
00:19:14.000 Dude, that's high?
00:19:17.000 But it's very high.
00:19:18.000 Wait, 29's high?
00:19:19.000 Yes, it goes to 36.
00:19:21.000 Yeah, I know.
00:19:22.000 I got a 34.
00:19:23.000 Like, I know.
00:19:24.000 Yeah, I know.
00:19:26.000 Okay, so I didn't.
00:19:28.000 They're not very good.
00:19:29.000 So, wait, 29 gets you into the honors contest?
00:19:31.000 Okay, I'm learning something.
00:19:37.000 Okay, so I guess 29 is good enough to go to honors college at Utah.
00:19:40.000 It is.
00:19:40.000 I learned something.
00:19:41.000 I mean, we have a 99% acceptance rate.
00:19:43.000 We're letting everybody here.
00:19:44.000 But not to say, I'm not trying to claim I'm like a private sector.
00:19:46.000 Thanks so much.
00:19:46.000 Appreciate it.
00:19:47.000 But anyways, thank you.
00:19:50.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:19:52.000 Another day, another breaking news story, buried.
00:19:54.000 They'd rather talk about everything else than what's really going on.
00:19:58.000 It's not because they don't know what's happening.
00:19:59.000 The media pundits and talking heads just don't want you paying attention.
00:20:03.000 The real stories, you have to look behind the headlines for them.
00:20:06.000 You know, the truth is being covered up.

00:20:54.000 Yes, sir.
00:20:54.000 Hello?
00:20:55.000 Yes.
00:20:55.000 Move up to Mike.
00:20:57.000 All right, we're good.
00:20:58.000 So I was noticing some of the signs that you had walking around.
00:21:02.000 One of them being there's only two genders.
00:21:05.000 Should be zero genders, but yes.
00:21:07.000 But yeah, they're not totally wrong.
00:21:09.000 Okay, so yeah, I was going to talk to you about that with the idea that that was what I used to say.
00:21:13.000 So they're taking old Charlie Kirk stuff.
00:21:15.000 Okay, because there is a clear difference between sex and gender.
00:21:18.000 There is, yeah.
00:21:19.000 I believe in zero genders, two sexes.
00:21:21.000 Yeah.
00:21:22.000 All right.
00:21:22.000 So when you say that you believe in zero genders, the idea of a gender is a social construct.
00:21:27.000 Do you agree with that?
00:21:28.000 Well, I believe it's a term made by John Money.
00:21:31.000 Okay.
00:21:32.000 Do you know who John Money is?
00:21:32.000 No.
00:21:33.000 It's okay.
00:21:33.000 John Money was the pioneer of the idea of gender and transgenderism.
00:21:38.000 He was from New Zealand.
00:21:40.000 He was housed, or he, what's the word I'm looking for?
00:21:42.000 He authored.
00:21:43.000 He did his work at John Hopkins.
00:21:46.000 And the word gender was his creation.
00:21:50.000 Do you believe by seeing zero?
00:21:52.000 I think it's completely irrelevant.
00:21:53.000 So I think only sex matters.
00:21:55.000 But here's my statement: zero genders, two sexes, infinite personalities.
00:22:00.000 So I will concede that a lot of people have personalities.
00:22:03.000 Okay.
00:22:03.000 So you might have a feminine personality, you might have a masculine personality.
00:22:06.000 So with that personality, would you respect all of those personalities?
00:22:10.000 I mean, I believe everyone's made in the image of God, of course.
00:22:12.000 Yeah.
00:22:14.000 I hope they would respect my views too, which is not to use a pronoun against your biological teaching.
00:22:20.000 That is respect has to go both ways.
00:22:22.000 But it's not, like, I do identify as a man.
00:22:25.000 Let's say I identified as a woman.
00:22:27.000 Is that disrespectful to you?
00:22:29.000 Well, hold on.
00:22:30.000 It is to the extent if you make me believe it.
00:22:33.000 I'm not making you believe it.
00:22:34.000 Hold on anything.
00:22:35.000 Timeout.
00:22:36.000 What if I mispronoun you or misgender you?
00:22:38.000 Are you doing it by accident?
00:22:40.000 Does it matter?
00:22:41.000 I think intentionally.
00:22:42.000 Let's say I'm doing it on purpose.
00:22:43.000 If you're doing it on purpose?
00:22:45.000 Yeah, let's say that I believe you're not actually a woman.
00:22:48.000 That I see that you have a beard, I see you have chest hair, whatever.
00:22:51.000 And you say, you must call me a woman.
00:22:53.000 And I say, no, dude.
00:22:54.000 Well, so with woman and man, right, I agree there's two sexes.
00:23:01.000 I do believe that there aren't zero genders.
00:23:04.000 I do believe that there are, like you said, infinite personality.
00:23:07.000 That's a category that's irrelevant, basically.
00:23:09.000 Yeah, I think the whole thing.
00:23:10.000 So what you say is personality is what I and several other people view as gender.
00:23:15.000 That's unfair.
00:23:15.000 But I just.
00:23:16.000 So therefore, I think we're getting somewhere because they don't ask your personality on entrance, you know, intake at the doctor's office, right?
00:23:26.000 Only sex should matter.
00:23:27.000 And sex cannot be changed.
00:23:28.000 You will agree with that.
00:23:30.000 So in terms, like you talked about, like surgery, chromosomes, and what's like chromosomes you can never change.
00:23:37.000 However, even when you're talking about in sports and stuff, in terms of men competing as women, women competing as men, there are regulations that they have to meet in terms of testosterone.
00:23:48.000 It doesn't get close to even in the field.
00:23:50.000 You would have a problem with that of the.
00:23:52.000 Not necessarily the person itself.
00:23:56.000 It's the institution, not the person that's the problem.
00:23:58.000 It's the practice.
00:23:59.000 It's the principle of it, number one, because it's a man.
00:24:04.000 If a man had to- Can I finish?
00:24:06.000 Okay, but no, finish your thoughts.
00:24:07.000 As you say, in terms of the institution, if a man had to have low enough estrogen levels.
00:24:12.000 Yeah, that doesn't cut it for me.
00:24:14.000 That doesn't make a man or a woman.
00:24:15.000 Estrogen level, there are females in this audience with high testosterone levels.
00:24:19.000 That doesn't make them a man.
00:24:21.000 Right?
00:24:22.000 There are men in this audience, you saw a couple earlier, with low testosterone levels.
00:24:26.000 That doesn't, it doesn't make them a woman.
00:24:28.000 They're still a man, right?
00:24:30.000 So that's what we measure though.
00:24:33.000 But there's also other characteristics, though.
00:24:36.000 Like, for example, when parts of the bones are not available.
00:24:39.000 Yeah, field of vision, your lung capacity, right?
00:24:43.000 Or there's all sorts of different.
00:24:45.000 What makes you a man or a woman is coded in every cell.
00:24:49.000 From how big your organs are, even your heart size.
00:24:52.000 Taking estrogen and testosterone, it's like tempering at the edges.
00:24:55.000 I mean, we definitely agree on sex.
00:24:58.000 I think it's just, I say gender, you say personality.
00:25:02.000 But I think that's important, though, because gender.
00:25:04.000 So you're saying gender doesn't, are you saying there's zero genders or gender doesn't exist?
00:25:08.000 Well, I think that gender has been this false road we've been on post-John Money that has led us to then conflate gender and sex and lead us to believe that people can become things they actually can't.
00:25:21.000 And so when you go back to the roots of where gender came from.
00:25:24.000 So in terms of how we define gender today, it's how you identify.
00:25:29.000 Which I think is completely irrelevant.
00:25:30.000 That's a horoscope, in my opinion.
00:25:32.000 No, but how you identify is irrelevant.
00:25:38.000 Because if it cannot be observed, it's not relevant in sex.
00:25:42.000 You would be observing it.
00:25:44.000 Hold on, but if you think you are a wolf, do you become a wolf?
00:25:48.000 And that's what I like.
00:25:49.000 But the wolf argument and other arguments, maybe I'd be considered transphobic for it.
00:25:54.000 I believe that gender is a human thing.
00:25:57.000 So if you believe you're an animal, cat, whatever, which is an insignificant population.
00:26:03.000 But there is a term for it.
00:26:04.000 It's called lycantrophia or something.
00:26:06.000 Someone could fact-check me on that.
00:26:07.000 Sure.
00:26:08.000 Something like anti-water.
00:26:09.000 It's not even worth talking about, in my opinion, because it's such a small population.
00:26:13.000 It's small, but they get a lot of attention.
00:26:15.000 Yeah.
00:26:16.000 However, with trans people, I think of it in terms of respect, right?
00:26:22.000 You said respect is mutual.
00:26:24.000 So if it's a virus.
00:26:25.000 So I have views.
00:26:27.000 So why can't a trans person respect my views not to lie?
00:26:30.000 Okay.
00:26:31.000 If you think it's disrespectful for me to make you believe something, then you'd also agree it's disrespectful for you to call me something.
00:26:38.000 So now we have the true tension.
00:26:40.000 Who's wrong?
00:26:40.000 Yeah.
00:26:42.000 Is there a wrong array?
00:26:44.000 In gender or sex?
00:26:44.000 Yes.
00:26:46.000 Because in sex there is.
00:26:47.000 Again, that's why I say I dismiss gender from the conversation.
00:26:49.000 It doesn't matter.
00:26:50.000 You only have a sign that says there's only two genders.
00:26:53.000 I've already clarified that.
00:26:54.000 They mean well.
00:26:55.000 I've already clarified it.
00:26:56.000 But I'm clarifying, and what they're saying is parroting what I used to believe until further introspection, which is all that sex is really matter.
00:27:03.000 I did come up here mainly because of the sign.
00:27:05.000 Yeah, I'm just clarifying and I'm conceding the point.
00:27:05.000 Fair enough.
00:27:09.000 But personalities are abundant.
00:27:12.000 Personalities also change.
00:27:14.000 Yes.
00:27:15.000 Right?
00:27:16.000 I know that some people were super cocky when they were kids, they became super humble, or vice versa, right?
00:27:20.000 Sure.
00:27:20.000 Yeah, yeah.
00:27:21.000 Or people, they get married, they become a different person.
00:27:23.000 Or some people, their personalities never change.
00:27:25.000 But I think personality is not the most important thing in your life, nor is biology the most important thing in your life.
00:27:31.000 But we're trying to find some sort of idea of objective truth.
00:27:34.000 Sure.
00:27:35.000 And that can be observed through chromosomes.
00:27:39.000 I mean, I don't want to repeat myself again.
00:27:41.000 Sex, gender.
00:27:41.000 I believe that the chromosomes do apply to sex.
00:27:44.000 Yes.
00:27:46.000 Gender norms and how we view ourselves is something that's more.
00:27:50.000 Sex informs gender things, but we can't.
00:27:51.000 However, on another point I'd like to make, so you keep referring to the transgender people in sports and just in general as pervs.
00:28:00.000 Some are pervs.
00:28:02.000 Almost all of them are cheats.
00:28:03.000 Yeah.
00:28:04.000 Okay.
00:28:04.000 They're cheaters.
00:28:05.000 And some are pervs.
00:28:07.000 Okay.
00:28:08.000 So, yeah, I just wanted to clarify because it made it seem like you were grouping them together as pervs.
00:28:13.000 Yeah, let me be clear.
00:28:14.000 Statistically, that is not the case.
00:28:16.000 Right.
00:28:16.000 Every single man who walks into a female locker room is a perv.
00:28:21.000 Okay, so once again, gender, if I believe that you are a person.
00:28:25.000 Well, do you cease becoming a man just because you start taking testosterone?
00:28:29.000 I start taking estrogen?
00:28:31.000 If I perceive you to be a woman and you walk into my, or like, if, sorry, if I perceive you to be a man and you walk into my locker room, I don't have a problem with it, even if you were born a woman.
00:28:43.000 That's amazing.
00:28:44.000 You really believe that?
00:28:45.000 Yes.
00:28:45.000 You believe that your perception is reality.
00:28:49.000 Yeah.
00:28:49.000 Yeah, I believe reality is reality.
00:28:52.000 We perceive reality.
00:28:53.000 Well, no, no, no.
00:28:54.000 Well, hold on.
00:28:55.000 You measure it.
00:28:56.000 You can measure chromosomes.
00:28:58.000 You don't just perceive.
00:28:59.000 I am saying I personally do not have a problem.
00:29:01.000 You understand at the root of what you're saying is it's like the death of the scientific method, essentially, whether you realize it or not.
00:29:08.000 If perception is reality, then there is no measurement of thermodynamics.
00:29:13.000 There is no measurement of absolute gravitational pull.
00:29:16.000 There is no measurement.
00:29:17.000 There is a gender, though, which is not as scientific as those things.
00:29:22.000 But it happens to fall into a scientific medium.
00:29:25.000 Gender?
00:29:26.000 Yeah, I mean, you have psychologists, you have surgeons, you have social scientists, right?
00:29:32.000 So you do believe it exists.
00:29:34.000 What exists?
00:29:35.000 Gender.
00:29:36.000 Well, no, I believe that the problem that is diagnosed currently is gender.
00:29:40.000 Of course, I believe the problem exists, right?
00:29:42.000 But I don't believe that the category should exist in of itself.
00:29:46.000 When I bring up gender, you say that, no, it's personality.
00:29:48.000 Yes, but then you're also saying that psychologists and other people.
00:29:52.000 I'm not the only one with this opinion.
00:29:52.000 This is a growing movement.
00:29:54.000 It's misdiagnosed, misattributed personality that gets put into an identification movement.
00:30:01.000 So if gender is how you identify and personalities are identification, they are the same.
00:30:08.000 No, they're not.
00:30:10.000 Because gender, by definition, they say you can change.
00:30:13.000 Gender, they say, is also this important category.
00:30:17.000 I'm saying that personality is kind of somewhat of an irrelevant characteristic.
00:30:20.000 They're saying my gender is everything to me.
00:30:23.000 So if you believe that it's not important, then why is it such a big deal with someone who's...
00:30:30.000 Why is it such a big deal?
00:30:31.000 I think it is very over-inflated.
00:30:34.000 The population is very important.
00:30:35.000 It's not overinflated, William.
00:30:36.000 The problems that people, like bathroom sports and whatnot, are very, very insignificant problems.
00:30:43.000 You know, there are hundreds of school districts right now where men change alongside women.
00:30:48.000 And they're minors.
00:30:48.000 Hundreds.
00:30:50.000 Okay.
00:30:50.000 Just so you're clear.
00:30:51.000 Yeah.
00:30:51.000 Right?
00:30:52.000 I can do example after example.
00:30:53.000 Now, in those cases, are there cases of sexual assault?
00:30:57.000 There's plenty.
00:30:58.000 Yes, but forget about sexual assault.
00:31:00.000 Because that would be the problem, right?
00:31:01.000 Like, me changing next to a woman, if there's nothing bad happening, I don't see what.
00:31:07.000 Do the women in the audience agree just like changing next to men in school?
00:31:10.000 Like, I.
00:31:13.000 I know, you're a man.
00:31:14.000 Of course you'd love to change next to a woman.
00:31:16.000 Yeah.
00:31:16.000 I mean, it's kind of like every man's dream to like go change in a female life.
00:31:22.000 But God made men and women different, and our sexual natures are different.
00:31:25.000 Sure.
00:31:26.000 Right?
00:31:27.000 And the extent we are different.
00:31:28.000 The act of changing is not criminal or bad in any way.
00:31:34.000 Well, actually, indecent exposure is the criminal code.
00:31:38.000 Yes.
00:31:39.000 In a changing room, there's no indecent exposure.
00:31:41.000 Are you using a micro example?
00:31:43.000 Is that okay?
00:31:44.000 Like an actual example of this?
00:31:45.000 Sure.
00:31:46.000 The NCAA Swing Championships that involved Riley Gaines.
00:31:48.000 Do you know the story?
00:31:49.000 I don't.
00:31:50.000 Okay, you should know about Riley Gaines.
00:31:52.000 She was going to win the NCAA Championships, University of Kentucky.
00:31:55.000 She ended up not winning the NCAA championship to a biological man, Thomas.
00:32:00.000 Who took fifth?
00:32:01.000 Who took fifth?
00:32:02.000 Riley Gaines, who took fifth.
00:32:03.000 No, she actually tied with him in a separate competition.
00:32:06.000 You're wrong.
00:32:06.000 You have your facts wrong.
00:32:07.000 You're right.
00:32:07.000 In one of those competitions, she took fifth.
00:32:09.000 In the other one, she tied with him for the NCAA championship, and they gave it to Thomas, and they conceded the points.
00:32:14.000 You better get your facts right.
00:32:15.000 So, secondly, but you're half right.
00:32:17.000 Secondly, she had to change next to him.
00:32:20.000 Okay.
00:32:20.000 And all the other women were too afraid to say anything because they didn't want to be called transphobic.
00:32:25.000 And he just flayed out his genitalia and was basically taunting them.
00:32:32.000 Should we put up with that?
00:32:34.000 Okay, so we agree.
00:32:36.000 That's happening every time.
00:32:36.000 Putting your dick in front of people's faces, obviously.
00:32:38.000 Yeah, no, even in a men's locker room, you shouldn't be doing that.
00:32:41.000 Right, that's right.
00:32:42.000 But that's not exactly what has to happen.
00:32:45.000 For a trans person to enter a locker room, they don't have to be obscene.
00:32:49.000 But why even allow them in the locker room in the first place?
00:32:51.000 Why can't we just say that's where they feel like they belong?
00:32:55.000 Okay, so is that the new standard?
00:32:57.000 We should allow people where they feel where they belong.
00:33:00.000 If they're not creating a problem, I agree that should be okay.
00:33:03.000 But how do you define...
00:33:04.000 If the other women feel as if they're being violated, is that not a problem?
00:33:08.000 Where's the violation?
00:33:10.000 They're okay with other women seeing.
00:33:12.000 I hate to pull the you should talk to a woman card.
00:33:15.000 I mean, like, you should talk to a woman about how they feel changing alongside other men.
00:33:22.000 You keep saying men, but like, let's say they've gone.
00:33:25.000 They are men.
00:33:25.000 They have a penis that is a man.
00:33:27.000 Okay, if the penis is gone, is that a different case for you?
00:33:29.000 They're still a man.
00:33:30.000 Because they have...
00:33:31.000 But the penis is gone.
00:33:32.000 Okay, they have XY chromosomes.
00:33:33.000 You can't see those chromosomes.
00:33:36.000 They are still a man.
00:33:39.000 If I don't see a penis, if they have what they're doing.
00:33:42.000 What's hilarious is I'm about to use 1980s feminist talking points.
00:33:47.000 They don't cease being a man.
00:33:49.000 They still look at all those females as potential objects.
00:33:53.000 Men look at individuals as women as sexual objects, whether you like it or not, especially young men.
00:33:59.000 And you're going to just throw a man into a female locker room and act as if that's a perfectly benign and innocent.
00:34:04.000 If men always objectify women, they should just never interact them.
00:34:08.000 Yes, there should be separate locker rooms.
00:34:10.000 That is absolutely right.
00:34:11.000 That is called civilization.
00:34:13.000 I'm not saying separate locker rooms.
00:34:14.000 Especially when you're...
00:34:16.000 We're saying every man interacts with the menu.
00:34:17.000 We're talking about no clothes.
00:34:18.000 You shouldn't objectify women.
00:34:20.000 They should never interact that.
00:34:22.000 No, you should interact.
00:34:23.000 But in the most intimate moments when, I don't know, there's no clothes on, those situations should be separate.
00:34:30.000 I guess I personally don't feel like being nude is a super big deal.
00:34:35.000 I believe all men and women have those parts.
00:34:38.000 Not a very big part.
00:34:39.000 But no, I just want to be clear.
00:34:40.000 So you would be okay with just...
00:34:42.000 I would be.
00:34:43.000 Okay, you'd be full eradication of male-female locker rooms.
00:34:46.000 We just might as well get rid of them.
00:34:48.000 I wouldn't care.
00:34:49.000 Okay, yeah.
00:34:50.000 That is a very male answer.
00:34:52.000 Okay.
00:34:52.000 Because men are more likely to go streaking, more likely, you know, all those sorts of different things.
00:34:57.000 However, if that was occurring, then you would have to target those people specifically.
00:35:02.000 Well, of course I would.
00:35:03.000 But those people wouldn't have to be trans people.
00:35:06.000 I want to just end with this.
00:35:07.000 We have to next question.
00:35:07.000 Okay, sure.
00:35:08.000 Do you not see anything potentially unraveling with the idea of getting rid of the male-female distinctions?
00:35:17.000 I'll repeat that.
00:35:18.000 Do you not see anything troubling or anything potentially unraveling with getting rid of a very simple male-female distinction that males should go change in this locker room, females should change in this locker room?
00:35:31.000 If there was a problem occurring when it was mixed, then I would say that yes, you're right.
00:35:35.000 This is where we have clarity but not agreement.
00:35:37.000 Them being mixed is the problem, not the fact that it will invite a problem.
00:35:42.000 That's what I disagree.
00:35:43.000 All right, yes.
00:35:44.000 Thank you very much.
00:35:45.000 Thank you.
00:35:48.000 What if I told you that most of the notable diaper brands support abortion, even footing the bill for their employees to travel to have an abortion?

00:37:01.000 My Riley Gaines friend, Hawaiian shirtman.
00:37:04.000 Yes.
00:37:04.000 Hello.
00:37:05.000 Hi.
00:37:05.000 Howdy.
00:37:06.000 All righty.
00:37:07.000 I do not know you were going to be here today.
00:37:08.000 I was not planning on doing this two hours ago.
00:37:12.000 The question, the big question I got to ask, as of right now, who do you think is going to win the election in November?
00:37:18.000 If it were held today, Joe Biden would win.
00:37:20.000 Ooh, really?
00:37:20.000 Yeah.
00:37:21.000 Agreed.
00:37:22.000 Yeah, but not by it's about a 50-50 shot, but Biden has a slight advantage.
00:37:26.000 I believe Biden's going to win in a landslide.
00:37:28.000 Okay.
00:37:28.000 I don't think it's going to be a landslide, but anything is possible.
00:37:31.000 I believe he has the overwhelming cash fundraising advantage right now.
00:37:35.000 That is true.
00:37:36.000 He is recently surging in the polls.
00:37:38.000 His approvals are going up, and Trumps are going down continuously.
00:37:42.000 About six months ago, Trump probably would have won, but now Biden is.
00:37:46.000 But hey, the election's not tomorrow.
00:37:48.000 So things can change.
00:37:49.000 Yes, I do believe they will change, and Trump's multiple legal cases will only get worse for him.
00:37:56.000 So I imagine you're not a fan of Trump.
00:37:57.000 Is that fair to say?
00:37:59.000 No, not quite, no.
00:38:00.000 Okay.
00:38:00.000 So I'm just on principle.
00:38:02.000 Are you comfortable or happy seeing the first time ever a former president, political opponent have to stand trial for eight weeks not being able to campaign?
00:38:12.000 How does that make you feel?
00:38:13.000 I'm just curious.
00:38:14.000 Oh, good.
00:38:15.000 Yeah.
00:38:15.000 If you commit a crime, you got to face the consequences.
00:38:19.000 So you don't think there's any sort of politics behind the indictment of Trump or rushing this to trial?
00:38:24.000 Oh, not at all.
00:38:25.000 No.
00:38:26.000 There's no politics to resurrecting a six-year-old misdemeanor, upgrading it to a felony, and just placing it on the docket ahead of murders, rapes, arsons, RICO cases.
00:38:35.000 Like, you don't see any politics in this at all with Trump?
00:38:38.000 Nope.
00:38:40.000 Are you at all concerned that this might set a precedent that could destroy the American legal system?
00:38:47.000 How?
00:38:48.000 What if Republicans start indicting Democrats soon?
00:38:50.000 For what?
00:38:52.000 For what?
00:38:52.000 How about the organized racketeering crime of BLM when they burnt down our country during 2020?
00:38:57.000 They burnt our country down?
00:38:59.000 Where?
00:39:01.000 Have you gone to it?
00:39:02.000 Minneapolis hasn't recovered in a couple years.
00:39:05.000 Downtown Atlanta was torched to a crisp.
00:39:07.000 You heard about the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone.
00:39:09.000 Do you remember that?
00:39:09.000 They literally set up a sovereign country in downtown Seattle, and they said police are not welcome and two people were killed.
00:39:15.000 Among other crimes, how about the crimes of James Comey, Peter Strong, Joe Biden?
00:39:20.000 Well, I'm not saying I said Democrats.
00:39:22.000 Hold on, I'll get there.
00:39:23.000 Which ones?
00:39:23.000 Name me some.
00:39:24.000 How about the financiers of this?
00:39:26.000 How about Patrice Cullers, who's the CEO of BLM?
00:39:30.000 Which elected Democrats would be charged for BLM?
00:39:33.000 Okay, I'm happy to get there.
00:39:35.000 Secondly, I'd love to see Joe Biden go to jail for treason because he is a traitor to this country.
00:39:40.000 But you don't, you're not, are you afraid at all that you're setting a precedent?
00:39:43.000 Or do you think that Democrats don't commit crimes, only Republicans commit crimes?
00:39:46.000 Statistically speaking, yeah.
00:39:51.000 So you're that confident that Democrats don't commit crimes and Republicans do, don't care.
00:39:57.000 We're going to throw out the entire precedent in American history that we don't indict presidents or people becoming president in election years just because we hate Trump that much.
00:40:07.000 You're comfortable with that?
00:40:08.000 I believe if the president of the United States commits felonies or several felonies in Trump's case, they should face the law.
00:40:15.000 Nixon's current president.
00:40:16.000 No president is above the law.
00:40:18.000 Nixon didn't say that.
00:40:19.000 He was wrong.
00:40:21.000 Okay, what felony do you think Donald Trump committed that's so egregious that we have to basically obliterate an election cycle?
00:40:27.000 Where do I begin?
00:40:28.000 Riding Stormy Daniels, the New York fraud trial, the call to Brad Raffensperger in 2020, that was very illegal.
00:40:35.000 Hold on a second, let's go through these one by one.
00:40:37.000 The Stormy Daniels thing.
00:40:38.000 This is a business records case where they say that he covered up a crime.
00:40:42.000 They can't tell you what crime.
00:40:43.000 And otherwise it would be a misdemeanor under New York state law.
00:40:46.000 Alvin Bragg has downgraded 52% of all felonies to misdemeanors, but he happens to go upgrade a misdemeanor for Trump to a felony.
00:40:55.000 A crime is a crime.
00:40:57.000 A crime is a crime.
00:40:59.000 That's your position.
00:41:00.000 Yep.
00:41:00.000 You ever heard of the expression, the more laws, the less justice?
00:41:04.000 Elaborate.
00:41:05.000 That you have so many laws on the books that who administers the laws that ends up actually being king, that you commit three felonies a day, and that anybody could be thrown in prison for anything.
00:41:14.000 Give me some examples.
00:41:16.000 Well, again, it's what examples of felonies?
00:41:19.000 Are you being sarcastic here?
00:41:20.000 You probably commit internet privacy felonies almost every day.
00:41:23.000 Almost everyone does.
00:41:24.000 Downloading illegal music, going to websites you shouldn't go to.
00:41:27.000 You know, using a VPN is illegal in like 20 states across the country?
00:41:30.000 Have you ever used a VPN?
00:41:32.000 No.
00:41:32.000 You never used a VPN?
00:41:33.000 You never had a friend use a VPN?
00:41:35.000 How about this?
00:41:36.000 You ever use a login of a Netflix or a Hulu account that's not yours?
00:41:39.000 Nope.
00:41:40.000 Never?
00:41:40.000 You don't know a friend that's ever done that?
00:41:42.000 I am a law-abiding citizen.
00:41:44.000 Okay, got it.
00:41:46.000 So you ever jaywalk?
00:41:47.000 You ever run a red light?
00:41:49.000 Nope.
00:41:53.000 You ever not obey the speed limit?
00:41:56.000 Okay, I'll go 500.
00:41:57.000 Hold on a second.
00:41:58.000 Not obeying the speed limit is a misdemeanor.
00:42:00.000 Oh, shit.
00:42:00.000 Throw me in prison.
00:42:02.000 Exactly.
00:42:02.000 So if you were running for president and I was the district attorney of Salt Lake and I looked into your entire life, of course, someone who's never stolen a Netflix or a Hulu password, someone who's never committed an internet privacy crime, someone who's never used a VPN, I highly doubt that.
00:42:16.000 But where you say, I'm scot-free, you show me the man, I'll show you the crime, is what the Soviets used to say.
00:42:24.000 And with Donald Trump, you know this.
00:42:26.000 You're just putting on a shtick.
00:42:27.000 You know deep down that this sets a precedent where all of a sudden this is going to be tit-for-dat-tat.
00:42:32.000 You're going to use political power to go after your opposition.
00:42:34.000 And here's what's really the case.
00:42:36.000 You're right.
00:42:36.000 Donald Trump's poll numbers are not what they used to be because the Democrats have put him in a criminal trial on metaphorical house arrest where he can't campaign.
00:42:46.000 That's cheating.
00:42:46.000 It's election interference.
00:42:48.000 Good.
00:42:49.000 Good.
00:42:51.000 So you think it's good that the election's being interfered with?
00:42:54.000 How?
00:42:55.000 He can't campaign.
00:42:56.000 He has to sit for trial for eight weeks.
00:42:58.000 Joe Biden.
00:42:58.000 How is that election interference if he can't campaign?
00:43:01.000 He has to literally be.
00:43:03.000 He has to be.
00:43:04.000 He's interfering with the election itself.
00:43:06.000 Hold on.
00:43:07.000 Campaigning is part of the election.
00:43:08.000 No, it isn't.
00:43:09.000 Oh, the election is the election.
00:43:10.000 Hold on.
00:43:11.000 You don't think the ability to go and talk to voters is part of the election?
00:43:15.000 That's the campaign.
00:43:16.000 Which is part of the election.
00:43:18.000 Voters deciding is an election, and you must be able to talk to voters to determine an election.
00:43:23.000 If, for example, we said, Joe Biden, you're not allowed to leave.
00:43:26.000 Well, I guess we do know what happens if Joe Biden can't leave the basement.
00:43:30.000 We lived that in 2020.
00:43:32.000 Lowest unemployment in 60 years, baby.
00:43:34.000 Yeah, but also, what about inflation?
00:43:36.000 You have any questions about inflation?
00:43:38.000 Inflation's going down.
00:43:39.000 Actually, it's going up.
00:43:40.000 It's going down.
00:43:41.000 It's gas prices are down.
00:43:43.000 Gas prices are down.
00:43:44.000 Inflation is down.
00:43:46.000 Hope.
00:43:46.000 See.
00:43:47.000 Why is the Fed then raising rates?
00:43:50.000 They said inflation, the report was hotter than expected last week.
00:43:53.000 Here's the question: How many illegals are coming across the border every day?
00:43:57.000 A lot.
00:43:59.000 So a lot, so about 10,000 to 15,000 a day.
00:44:01.000 Do you think Joe Biden?
00:44:02.000 They're all going to vote Dem.
00:44:05.000 Can you say that again?
00:44:06.000 The illegals?
00:44:08.000 Well, illegals.
00:44:10.000 Yeah, they're coming here.
00:44:11.000 They're going to vote Democrat, and we're going to win.
00:44:16.000 So you're admitting the border is a political tactic by the Democrat Party.
00:44:25.000 I want you to elaborate on that.
00:44:27.000 No, no, you've already said what I think is going to go really viral.
00:44:34.000 But no, I just want to be clear.
00:44:35.000 You're cool with the border, 15,000 people a day because it helps Democrats.
00:44:39.000 So you care more about the Democrat Party than I'm not.
00:44:42.000 I am being facetious there.
00:44:43.000 I care because legal or illegal, they are human beings and they deserve to be treated with respect and decency.
00:44:51.000 Yeah, but you already told us your real beliefs now that you're backpedaling and backtracking, you realize that you're on camera, which is that it is a political agenda.
00:45:00.000 Joe Biden is opening the floodgates of this country because he wants to hold on to political power.
00:45:04.000 We've been saying this for a long time.
00:45:06.000 Proof.
00:45:07.000 Proof, you just admitted it.
00:45:08.000 No, I was joking.
00:45:10.000 I want you to win me.
00:45:12.000 You were dead serious until I reminded you that this is going to be seen by the body.
00:45:12.000 You weren't joking.
00:45:15.000 I was joking.
00:45:16.000 No, no.
00:45:16.000 I'm sorry.
00:45:16.000 Let's see.
00:45:17.000 Hold on a second.
00:45:18.000 No, no, no.
00:45:19.000 The Castro brothers have said it.
00:45:21.000 Joe Biden has said it previously.
00:45:23.000 But no, I just want to be clear.
00:45:24.000 What is the quote that Joe Biden said?
00:45:26.000 Joe Biden said in 2014 when he was vice president of the United States that Texas is going to become a battleground state because it's coming more Hispanic.
00:45:31.000 And with the southern influx of immigration from Central American countries, we Democrats are going to be able to have more political prospects in the future.
00:45:38.000 Look at that.
00:45:39.000 How does that relate to Biden is deliberately letting illegals in?
00:45:43.000 Isn't he?
00:45:44.000 What is he doing to secure the border?
00:45:46.000 When you have 15,000 people a day coming across your southern border, that is not a mistake.
00:45:50.000 That is an intentional act of public policy where you're allowing people into your country.
00:45:56.000 Who cares?
00:45:56.000 But who cares?
00:45:58.000 Who cares if more people come to America?
00:46:01.000 Hold on.
00:46:01.000 Hold on a second.
00:46:02.000 You just said the law is the law, a crime is a crime for Donald Trump to go sit in prison in New York.
00:46:08.000 Why is it not a crime?
00:46:08.000 It's a crime.
00:46:09.000 When somebody breaks into the United States of America, you say that you say Donald Trump should go sit in a courthouse in New York because he filled out documents incorrectly, but someone comes across the southern border bringing drugs or sex trafficking girls and you say, who cares?
00:46:27.000 All you care about is political power.
00:46:29.000 Let me explain.
00:46:30.000 You are a perfect Democrat.
00:46:31.000 You only care about the dispense.
00:46:33.000 Let the country.
00:46:34.000 Let me explain.
00:46:35.000 I believe that the overwhelming majority of illegals, I believe the law.
00:46:41.000 Now, the immigration process in America is very difficult.
00:46:45.000 I believe that a lot of illegals, in a practical sense, shouldn't be illegal, and the law should be changed.
00:46:50.000 Meanwhile, the laws impacting Trump should not be changed.
00:46:54.000 They shouldn't be illegal.
00:46:57.000 So you want to change the laws that fit your political agenda, but not change the laws that don't fit your political agenda.
00:47:03.000 Got it?
00:47:04.000 Yeah, so true, Bestie.
00:47:06.000 Yeah, but the question is: do you believe in borders?
00:47:09.000 That was like a.
00:47:12.000 I believe that.
00:47:16.000 No borders, no.
00:47:17.000 One world government.
00:47:21.000 And final pitch for Joe Biden?
00:47:24.000 No borders, lots of war, more spying, and bankrupt the country.
00:47:28.000 Like that.
00:47:29.000 He's still going to win.
00:47:31.000 You might be right, but he might not win by actually winning on the issues that build consensus of the American people.
00:47:37.000 He might win.
00:47:37.000 Like abortion.
00:47:38.000 Hold on a second.
00:47:39.000 He might win on brute political force.
00:47:41.000 And you've acknowledged that with a smirk and a smile.
00:47:44.000 You might be right.
00:47:45.000 Okay, I was trolling at that point.
00:47:46.000 You know, go out previously.
00:47:48.000 Hold on.
00:47:51.000 If he backpedals any further, he's just going to fall over.
00:47:55.000 You acknowledge with a smirk and a smile, and that's fine because this is the consensus of the Democrat elite.
00:48:00.000 We're going to win because we're going to put our opposition in jail.
00:48:03.000 We're going to win because we control the instruments of justice.
00:48:06.000 You guys might win an election, but that will be the death of America if that is the case.
00:48:10.000 So true.
00:48:12.000 Thank you.
00:48:13.000 All right, one last thing.
00:48:15.000 I know.
00:48:16.000 You're done.
00:48:16.000 Wait, no, you're done.
00:48:17.000 We're done.
