The Charlie Kirk Show - What the Heck is Flying in the Skies over New Jersey?

00:00:00.000 Hey everybody, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.

00:00:01.000 Andrew Colvin in for Charlie Kirk today.

00:00:04.000 We have two big stories this hour.

00:00:07.000 First, the mysterious, unidentified drones flying off the coast of New Jersey.

00:00:12.000 Are these, is this much ado about nothing?

00:00:15.000 Or is there something more sinister going on?

00:00:17.000 Are Iranians involved?

00:00:18.000 Are Chinese involved?

00:00:19.000 Is the US government involved?

00:00:20.000 We debate that, me and Blake Neff.

00:00:22.000 And then we're joined by Julie Kelly.

00:00:24.000 She names names.

00:00:25.000 She says, who are the villains, the chief villains, of the J6 prosecutions, the weaponization of our Justice Department, even as Trump is about to come in and has promised to pardon many of these people. 0.74

00:00:38.000 We talk about that as well as the 26 Confidential human sources that were just revealed by the IG report.

00:00:47.000 Can you trust that number?

00:00:48.000 Were there more?

00:00:49.000 We discuss it all and more.

00:01:26.000 Buckle up.

00:01:28.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.

00:01:29.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.

00:01:31.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.

00:01:35.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.

00:02:26.000 We have a big show.

00:02:27.000 I'm also joined by Blake Neff, another producer of our fine show.

00:02:32.000 Blake, how you doing over there?

00:02:34.000 I'm doing great, Charlie.

00:02:36.000 Doing great, Andrew.

00:02:38.000 You know, it's funny you'd say that, Blake, because I can actually point to a number of instances in the last couple weeks where I'll be on a phone so people can't see who's talking with Charlie and somebody else.

00:02:51.000 And people can't tell who is who.

00:02:53.000 And I find that extraordinary.

00:02:54.000 But all I can say is that we've spent, what, seven, eight years together, Charlie and I, working together, and we're just like some sort of weird meld is happening with tonally or something.

00:03:05.000 I mean, I do listen to the guy for basically two to three hours a day.

00:03:08.000 So perhaps it's all subconscious.

00:03:11.000 Blake, there are, as I see it, three main stories of the day.

00:03:17.000 There are the mystery drones flying over New Jersey.

00:03:21.000 You have a bit of a normie take.

00:03:24.000 I'm a little bit more skeptical.

00:03:25.000 There is the revelation that there were FBI agents or informants, confidential human sources as they call them, at J6. Only 26 of them.

00:03:38.000 And then there is this story about the wall that has just been sitting on the southern border since the last Trump administration, that Biden is now auctioning it off for $5 a segment.

00:03:51.000 So we're going to get to all of this in hour one, rest assured.

00:03:55.000 But Blake, I want to start with the drones.

00:03:58.000 We've got to start with the drones.

00:04:00.000 I'm going to let you actually start and tell me All right, so as I'm sure people have heard by now, there's a story where there are a large number of, as they say, UAPs now, like unknown aerial phenomenon or unmanned aerial phenomenon, something like that.

00:04:26.000 where people are seeing things in the air.

00:04:28.000 And there's been a big cluster of them in the last two weeks in northern New Jersey.

00:04:33.000 People are saying they're seeing large numbers of aircraft.

00:04:37.000 They're describing things that, oh, there we have one on the screen there, where some of them they say are about the size of an SUV or a little bit bigger.

00:04:46.000 Some of them they can't tell how big they are.

00:04:48.000 They claim they're moving in odd ways.

00:04:50.000 And they claim they're seeing them near potentially sensitive sites like military installations.

00:04:55.000 reservoirs, military facilities.

00:04:59.000 Yeah, Trump's golf course.

00:05:02.000 What I will say in my counter to this is a few things.

00:05:05.000 One, all of this started happening in the past two weeks.

00:05:09.000 And you know what happened a few weeks ago, Andrew, is we switched to standard time from daylight saving time.

00:05:17.000 So it's getting dark earlier now.

00:05:19.000 So let's start with that.

00:05:20.000 This is pointed out online.

00:05:22.000 And apparently there have been recently some route changes to air routes in the northern New Jersey area.

00:05:28.000 So it's possible that planes are flying in different locations than they used to.

00:05:33.000 On top of that, I think people underrate the degree to which you can totally just feed a hysteria about this sort of thing.

00:05:41.000 How often are you actually looking at everything in the sky and thinking, is that a plane or is that a drone or is that something else?

00:05:47.000 I think most people aren't doing that.

00:05:50.000 But now it's a news story, so you have tons of people doing that.

00:05:54.000 So you've You've totally primed it for people to look at the sky and decide they're seeing drones everywhere.

00:06:00.000 We have these reports where they're saying, oh yeah, this drone was hovering in the same spot for six hours and drones and planes can't really do that that easily.

00:06:09.000 I'm going to say maybe someone does have an uninterrupted six hour video of a drone doing that.

00:06:17.000 But my guess is that's not the case.

00:06:19.000 I strongly suspect what's going on is someone, for example, is looking and they see a thing there and they're watching it for a while and then maybe they look somewhere else and talk to someone for a bit or eat dinner and they come back and they're like, wow, that drone is still there.

00:06:34.000 But it might actually just be a different thing.

00:06:36.000 And if a plane is flying away from you or towards you, it's going to look like it's hovering in place.

00:06:41.000 And lastly, I'm just going to say, if you look at some of the images people are posting, It is obviously a private jet.

00:06:49.000 It has the FAA lights, it has the wings, it has the, you know, the engines on the tail.

00:06:55.000 They're obviously just private jets.

00:06:57.000 And, you know, not all of the videos look exactly like that, but the fact that people are sharing those and thinking, oh man, this is a drone from Iran, is not reassuring for people's deductive capabilities with this story.

00:07:12.000 Alright, but, okay.

00:07:13.000 Alright, here are the various theories, right?

00:07:17.000 One is you've got this Jeff Van Drew clip, we could play it, but that it's a mothership from Iran, that they've formed some sort of partnership with Chinese manufacturers of drones, and they've dispatched all these drones.

00:07:31.000 Why that is a terrifying possibility.

00:07:35.000 I mean, the federal government is saying that's not the case.

00:07:38.000 But if it is true, Iran was credibly accused and I believe confirmed to be orchestrating an assassination attempt against President Trump.

00:07:49.000 And here they are flying over Bedminster, different places within New Jersey.

00:07:54.000 And so that's one theory, that it's this Iranian drone.

00:07:57.000 The government's denying that.

00:07:59.000 Other people are saying that it is top secret U.S. military craft.

00:08:04.000 They're also denying that these drones are part of the U.S. military.

00:08:09.000 So the other is, as you said, that this is simply the private planes, things like that.

00:08:16.000 That's totally understandable.

00:08:18.000 But the other option is that these, because of the size, these drones are rather large.

00:08:24.000 Not all of them are private planes, I don't think, based on some of the visuals that you can see with your own eyes.

00:08:30.000 They're all over the internet.

00:08:31.000 They are large.

00:08:32.000 And I was just reading a couple of briefing articles on this.

00:08:36.000 Large drones are used for very few things, actually.

00:08:39.000 Military, agriculture, and moving things, shipping things around, which is less likely.

00:08:46.000 The most common use of large drones, as you said, they're about the size of an SUV, is military.

00:08:52.000 So, you know, these things have flashing lights.

00:08:56.000 They've been doing this.

00:08:56.000 They're huge.

00:08:57.000 And by the way, the first drones were spotted Over a military installation as well as Trump's golf course.

00:09:06.000 Let me say this.

00:09:07.000 When they say over, keep in mind, this is northern New Jersey.

00:09:10.000 It is a densely populated area.

00:09:13.000 I think people say over and it implies hovering 300 feet off the ground over one spot.

00:09:19.000 But if it's just flying in the sky nearby...

00:09:23.000 Over a thousand planes a day land at Newark.

00:09:26.000 You do not have to be that close to Bedminster or a military installation to get detailed photographs and intelligence from that.

00:09:35.000 So just, I would say that.

00:09:36.000 But if you are a human being spotting a drone with an eyeshot of those places, then you are going to be able to assume that those drones are getting detailed surveillance of those sites.

00:09:48.000 Now, I want to play a clip here.

00:09:49.000 This is from a Mayor Melham in New Jersey.

00:09:53.000 And this clip is fascinating because he's basically saying, one thing we know, we don't know much, we did this big briefing, we do know that they are over the top of critical infrastructure.

00:10:04.000 Playcut 132. Yeah, so what we've been told, we had an unprecedented briefing on Wednesday.

00:10:09.000 I mean, 200 state mayors were all gathered together, and we learned exactly what the state of New Jersey learned, which is very little.

00:10:16.000 But the thing that we did take away from that was that we were told very point blank that these drones are hovering over our critical infrastructure.

00:10:24.000 And that's interesting, because they're not doing any harm, they're just hovering over that.

00:10:28.000 We're also told that there's no credible threat.

00:10:30.000 When you start putting things together that they're telling us, You know, critical infrastructure, no credible threat.

00:10:36.000 They're unwilling to shoot them down.

00:10:37.000 They're unwilling to do a temporary ban.

00:10:39.000 And we can see them, that they have lights on them.

00:10:42.000 So something's not adding up here.

00:10:43.000 It sounds like it might very well be our highest level government.

00:10:47.000 It might be government assets that are being deployed as a countermeasure.

00:10:52.000 So, because this all feels very much like the Chinese spy balloon.

00:10:57.000 That we're like, oh, we don't know what it is.

00:10:59.000 It's just floating over the U.S. and we're just going to let it happen.

00:11:02.000 Then they finally shoot it down over the water.

00:11:05.000 If we don't know what this is, shoot one down. 0.99

00:11:09.000 Shoot it down. 0.98

00:11:10.000 There's some Navy divers that would love that mission to go retrieve it from the ocean.

00:11:16.000 And then we can analyze it and then we have answers.

00:11:19.000 The fact that they're unwilling to do that It says somebody's lying and I have to believe it's our U.S. government.

00:11:28.000 Hey, this is Charlie Kirk from my friends at BestHotGrill.com.

00:12:29.000 All right, Blake, we're gonna give your vantage point here on this controversial story about the drones off the Eastern Seaboard some time here, okay?

00:12:40.000 We're gonna play cut 120. This is John Kirby saying, hey, you know what?

00:12:44.000 We were unable to corroborate these reports.

00:12:46.000 Actually, a lot of them are lawful.

00:12:49.000 You know, manned aircraft, 120. We have not been able to, and neither have state or local law enforcement authorities, corroborate any of the reported visual sightings.

00:13:00.000 To the contrary, upon review of available imagery, it appears that many of the reported sightings are actually manned aircraft that are being operated lawfully.

00:13:10.000 The United States Coast Guard is providing support to the state of New Jersey and has confirmed that there is no evidence of any foreign-based involvement from coastal vessels.

00:13:19.000 And importantly, there are no reported or confirmed drone sightings in any restricted airspace.

00:13:26.000 All right, so that's John Kirby, spokesman.

00:13:29.000 But here's the thing, Blake.

00:13:32.000 I mean, you've got to consider the source.

00:13:33.000 On the one hand, I'd like to say, well, that's our government source, so we should trust it more.

00:13:38.000 Sad reality of our current moment, that doesn't carry a lot of weight with a lot of people, all right?

00:13:45.000 And I think this is a fact.

00:13:48.000 The government either knows or they don't know, and that's the real story.

00:13:52.000 If they don't know, that's an indictment of the trillion dollars we spend on military every year.

00:13:58.000 Or they do know and they're not telling us, which...

00:14:01.000 It's sort of like, why are you doing something you're not telling us?

00:14:05.000 I guess I don't see something terribly mysterious.

00:14:08.000 He said, guys, first of all, a lot of those are obviously planes, which I don't disagree with.

00:14:13.000 I think they're obviously planes.

00:14:15.000 And then he's saying, the stuff we would have that would corroborate The, you know, the reports from the public, which is, you know, we have the Coast Guard.

00:14:25.000 Is the Coast Guard finding any evidence of drones, you know, coming in from the ocean that would go back to that mothership?

00:14:32.000 No, he says they haven't seen this.

00:14:34.000 Do we have commercial pilots supporting?

00:14:36.000 Like, whoa, there's a ton of planes in the air that aren't on our, you know, air traffic control.

00:14:41.000 They're not supposed to be here.

00:14:42.000 Apparently, no.

00:14:43.000 We haven't had commercial pilots saying that.

00:14:45.000 Do we have reports of them actually going into the restricted airspace around military facilities and so forth?

00:14:51.000 No, we don't.

00:14:52.000 I think the Pentagon is actually trying to play easy with people.

00:14:57.000 Maybe if this was 2020 and they were maximally arrogant, they would just say, these are conspiracy theories and disinformation that is being promoted by disinformation actors, including Russia, on social media.

00:15:10.000 They're not doing that.

00:15:11.000 They're just sort of saying, guys, Calm down.

00:15:13.000 It's not as bad as people are reporting.

00:15:17.000 And I think that's okay as far as such things go.

00:15:21.000 Would we like to know more?

00:15:22.000 Probably, but...

00:15:22.000 You made a good point in the break in our chat.

00:15:25.000 You said one of the problems is there's a lot of clips on the internet.

00:15:30.000 There's a lot of clips going around.

00:15:32.000 And it's hard to sort of track which claims are connected to which clips, right?

00:15:37.000 So that's a fair point.

00:15:39.000 But a lot of eyewitness, and I was just reading in CNN, I was reading in Bloomberg, a lot of eyewitness accounts of these drones report that they are doing maneuvers that manned aircraft simply cannot do.

00:15:52.000 They're zigzagging, they're going from a 90 degree angle to a 270, they're the size of an SUV doing this, and they've got flashing lights all over it.

00:16:01.000 So that, I would say, It is suspicious.

00:16:05.000 And the fact that there's multiple sightings over a course of weeks, I mean this story, I saw this story bubbling up a couple weeks ago, it's only now hitting a fever pitch because the US government is saying we don't know what it is.

00:16:15.000 Or, in Kirby's case, we know that these are manned flights, but again, that doesn't comport with eyewitness testimony.

00:16:23.000 That's true, but again, I would encourage people to think about how sort of a popular Panic can take place.

00:16:30.000 It's like Havana Syndrome. 0.55

00:16:31.000 I like to make fun of Havana Syndrome. 1.00

00:16:33.000 That's where you had the CIA guys who were in Havana when we reopened the office there.

00:16:41.000 So we had those guys there, and one of them was like, I've got a weird headache.

00:16:46.000 Could it be like a weapon used by the Cubans? 0.96

00:16:49.000 And suddenly everyone was getting sick and you had State Department officials who thought they were being shot by like a heat ray in the D.C. suburbs because their deputy undersecretary of something stupid was clearly super important for Russia to attack. 0.94

00:17:04.000 And you started getting reports from all around the world for this. 0.72

00:17:07.000 And it happened because people started talking about it and wildly speculating.

00:17:11.000 And so I think I think the simplest explanation here is someone says, I think I saw something weird in the sky.

00:17:16.000 So now tons of people are looking at the sky.

00:17:19.000 And if you're looking at the sky when you normally don't and trying to find something weird when you're normally not.

00:17:24.000 And there are, in fact, lots of planes and lots of drones in northern New Jersey.

00:17:28.000 It's a densely populated, wealthy place with lots of stuff in the air.

00:17:32.000 You're going to see stuff like.

00:17:34.000 Like, I've seen stuff in the sky over Phoenix that I thought looked a little weird, like hovering lights and they just were suspended there.

00:17:43.000 Rationally speaking, I think it was probably just planes or maybe a satellite or something.

00:17:48.000 That is what I think it will turn out to be here. 0.99

00:17:50.000 But, famous last words, maybe I'll look stupid. 0.91

00:17:55.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here with New Year's Resolutions. 0.98

00:19:04.000 Hey, Andrew.

00:19:05.000 Yes, it's been way too long.

00:19:06.000 I thought maybe I was on a blacklist.

00:19:09.000 You guys were Fox News and you won't have me hunt.

00:19:12.000 We are not the FBI. We are not the FBI here.

00:19:15.000 There's no blacklists involved.

00:19:17.000 Julie, there's so much news around this J6 story that's bubbling up, which I find remarkable.

00:19:24.000 It reminds me in some ways of this wall story where they're auctioning off.

00:19:29.000 Right at the end, it's like this last minute, you know, screw you to Donald Trump and 76 million Americans who voted for him.

00:19:36.000 But it's J6. Donald Trump has made no qualms about this.

00:19:40.000 He's not been silent.

00:19:41.000 He is planning on pardoning a lot of the J6 defendants. 1.00

00:19:45.000 We know at least the ones that are sort of petty crimes, nonviolent crimes for sure, but maybe all of them.

00:19:51.000 Despite that, you had a piece in Real Clear Investigations where you are outlining the speed at which these prosecutions are moving forward still.

00:20:00.000 Please let us know that and then we're going to get into the human confidential sources story next.

00:20:04.000 So how fast are the prosecutions still moving forward?

00:20:10.000 So quickly, Joe Biden's Department of Justice, Matthew Graves, the D.C. U.S. Attorney, a Biden appointee who was handling the J6 caseload, Andrew not only continues to ask for jury trials, and he's getting them, D.C. judges, believe it or not, continuing to put Trump supporters almost four years later before a jury made of D.C. voters who just voted 93% for Kamala Harris.

00:20:39.000 So not only are they continuing jury trials, they're still asking for people to go to jail even on those petty offenses that you're talking about, low-level misdemeanors.

00:20:49.000 And they're arresting people.

00:20:51.000 I think they arrested four or five people this week.

00:20:55.000 And what the DOJ has argued, and most of the federal judges, with maybe one or two exceptions, is that President Trump's promise of a pardon has no impact on the judicial branch.

00:21:09.000 These judges are saying, we are independent.

00:21:11.000 This is a separation of powers issues.

00:21:14.000 Issue, if the president comes out on January 20th, He pardons everyone, so be it.

00:21:20.000 But until then, we are marching forward with these cases as if they're legitimate and nothing is going to happen.

00:21:28.000 Not only is President Trump going to pardon J6ers, but also he's appointed a new Attorney General. 1.00

00:21:34.000 And he will probably shut down the entire J6 investigation and prosecution on day one or at least the first week.

00:21:41.000 So even the new indictments will go away.

00:21:44.000 This is how desperate they are.

00:21:46.000 Andrew, to maintain the crumbling J6 narrative, but even more despicable, is continuing to put Trump supporters in jail and on trial.

00:21:58.000 So yes, that piece at Real Clear Investigations, I quote several judges for what they are saying about this, as well as the Biden DOJ. Julie, you're so good at naming names.

00:22:09.000 And for those who need a refresher course, Julie sat in a lot of these trials.

00:22:15.000 I don't know if you still are, Julie, but you were inside the courtroom.

00:22:18.000 You saw the political bias, the weaponization of our DOJ in first-person Living color.

00:22:25.000 And I know that deeply affected you, seeing these families get their lives ripped apart, these defendants get their lives ripped apart.

00:22:32.000 You are so good at naming names.

00:22:34.000 Who are the chief villains that are orchestrating this, whether they're in the courtrooms or behind the scenes at the DOJ pulling the strings.

00:22:42.000 Name names and put it on the record so that when we do have a new regime, a new administration replacing this regime, as I like to say, That we can have some accountability here.

00:22:54.000 So the biggest name, of course, is Matthew Graves, the D.C. U.S. Attorney, the Biden appointee.

00:23:01.000 He is the one primarily responsible for advancing all of these cases and bringing new charges against J6ers. 1.00

00:23:09.000 There are plenty of line prosecutors involved.

00:23:13.000 I'd rather not name their names, but I will.

00:23:16.000 I am internally doing that.

00:23:18.000 And I only do that because I don't want to get accused of something, of bringing any sort of threats against these line prosecutors, even though they are government employees.

00:23:32.000 But Matthew Graves was appointed by the Senate, by Biden.

00:23:36.000 He was approved by the Senate in November of 2021. Not only is he continuing to bring charges, recall he is the one that brought the contempt of Congress charges against both Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro.

00:23:49.000 In fact, Matthew Graves' first act as D.C. U.S. Attorney was to indict Steve Bannon and then ask for excessive prison sentences for both Bannon and Navarro.

00:24:00.000 So he is really the villain in the J6 prosecution.

00:24:04.000 Now, the judges Nothing happens in these cases, Andrew, without the imprimatur of the D.C. judges.

00:24:10.000 And those names I will name.

00:24:13.000 Former Chief Judge Beryl Howell, an Obama appointee, an unabashed Trump hater.

00:24:19.000 The comments that she makes in court and in public speaking engagements should automatically disqualify her from handling any matters related to Donald Trump.

00:24:29.000 Beryl Howell.

00:24:30.000 B-E-R-Y-L Howell.

00:24:33.000 She was the chief judge for seven years.

00:24:35.000 She oversaw special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation, was a rubber stamp there.

00:24:41.000 She also handled the initial investigation, DOJ, into Donald Trump for classified documents and January 6th.

00:24:47.000 Again, another rubber stamp.

00:24:50.000 And she really helped set the tone for how that D.C. courthouse was going to handle J6ers. 1.00

00:24:57.000 So I would name her Royce Lamberth.

00:24:59.000 A Reagan appointee, if you can believe it, Andrew.

00:25:02.000 81 years old.

00:25:03.000 I've seen him in court.

00:25:05.000 He can't get out of his chair without help.

00:25:08.000 He uses a walker.

00:25:09.000 He routinely falls asleep during court proceedings, but he is one of the most vicious and vengeful judges.

00:25:16.000 In fact, a few weeks ago, he took the unusual move.

00:25:20.000 A man who was convicted of four misdemeanors, no violence.

00:25:24.000 He was inside the building for like 15 or 20 minutes.

00:25:28.000 Sentenced him to a year in prison.

00:25:30.000 Now, Andrew, usually what happens after sentencing, defendants have two to three months before they have to go to court, unless it's a really violent crime.

00:25:39.000 Lambert took the unusual move of remanding this man into custody immediately.

00:25:45.000 Four weeks before Christmas, a non-violent J6-er Because he wanted that man to spend time in jail and he knew that if there were pardons on day one, this individual probably would fall into that category. 1.00

00:26:00.000 Tim Kelly, a Trump-appointed judge, former federal prosecutor, oversaw the Proud Boys trial, allowed Seditious conspiracy charges to go forward against those individuals.

00:26:13.000 Of course, they were convicted.

00:26:15.000 Ahmet Maeda, another Obama appointee, not only did he handle all the Oath Keepers trials and again allowed seditious conspiracy charges to go against those men, he also is handling a civil lawsuit filed by members of Congress and Capitol Police officers against Donald Trump.

00:26:35.000 Pretty much every single judge there, but those are the ones that pop into my head that have been the most relentless against J6ers and Donald Trump, but furthermore, Andrew, violating their oath of office by denying due process rights of defendants and failing to protect defendants from the overreach of the government, which is their top job. 0.98

00:26:57.000 Now, Julie, before we get into this new bombshell from yesterday, the 26 confidential human sources story, I want to quickly, just one second here, the Oath Keepers and the Proud Boys.

00:27:09.000 Now, have you heard any whisperings or rumblings that they might have their sentences You know, pardoned or commuted or whatever.

00:27:21.000 I have not personally heard anything about that.

00:27:24.000 But to your point, this seditious conspiracy stuff, I mean, these cases got blown completely out of the water and out of proportion.

00:27:31.000 Have you heard anything amongst your sources that that is also being considered?

00:27:36.000 Andrew, I am pushing publicly and behind the scenes to make sure that these defendants convicted of seditious conspiracy, which Americans have never been convicted of, Andrew.

00:27:48.000 This usually is a charge reserved for foreign terrorists like the Blind Sheikh and his accomplices in the first bombing of the World Trade Center. 0.89

00:27:57.000 The government brought seditious conspiracy charges.

00:28:00.000 Not about a bunch of guys.

00:28:03.000 Who entered a government building nonviolently.

00:28:06.000 The Oath Keepers were there as former law enforcement and military to help police.

00:28:11.000 We have video of Oath Keepers helping police inside of saying prayers in the rotunda.

00:28:18.000 They weren't committing violence, but yet these judges, Judge Kelly, Judge Ahmet Mehta, Allowing this rare charge to go against these defendants, knowing they would get easy convictions before DC juries.

00:28:33.000 I think only one or two of them were acquitted of the seditious conspiracy charge.

00:28:37.000 I think there were a couple in the Oath Keepers.

00:28:39.000 They were convicted of other charges, though.

00:28:42.000 And Julie, how long are they spending behind bars, the different characters that got...

00:28:50.000 Enrique Tarrio, 22 years in prison.

00:28:52.000 Stuart Rhodes, head of the Oath Keepers, 16 years in prison.

00:28:56.000 Enrique Tarrio, the head of the Proud Boys.

00:28:58.000 He was in Baltimore on January 6th.

00:29:00.000 He wasn't even there.

00:29:02.000 Convicted of seditious conspiracy, 22 years in prison.

00:29:06.000 Ethan Nordean, who is seen on video walking through doors on the Senate wing side with Capitol Police officers right there.

00:29:15.000 Ethan Nordean commits no violence, 14 years in prison.

00:29:20.000 As a member of the Proud Boys.

00:29:21.000 These were nothing but show trials.

00:29:25.000 So the DOJ, the Biden regime, and the media could say this was an attempted insurrection.

00:29:31.000 You're right.

00:29:32.000 And I think, you know, I'm not as briefed on these trials as you are.

00:29:37.000 I remember them vividly during the moment, but I can't say that they were completely blameless.

00:29:41.000 I don't know what they planned, but this all seems completely crazy, especially when you let 10 million foreigners invade the country. 1.00

00:29:50.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:30:53.000 Julie, I'm going to get your reaction.

00:30:54.000 We're going to play this clip and then I'll have your take on the other side of it.

00:30:57.000 This is just shocking, shocking stuff.

00:31:00.000 26 confidential human sources now revealed to be in the crowd on J6. 125. Play it.

00:31:05.000 The report reveals that there were a total of 26 confidential human sources in the crowd that day.

00:31:12.000 Three of those were authorized and tasked by the FBI to be there on January 6, 2021. We're coming up on four years since that day of the Capitol riot.

00:31:21.000 This IG report specifically focuses on the FBI's handling of confidential human sources, or as we know them, FBI informants.

00:31:29.000 For years, the outgoing FBI director, Chris Wray, has been pressed on reports of Undercover agents.

00:31:35.000 According to this new report, there were no undercover FBI agents.

00:31:39.000 However, there were three confidential human sources tasked by the Bureau to be in the crowd on January 6th to specifically watch what the report states is concerns over domestic terrorism.

00:31:50.000 Out of those three, Sandra and John, one entered the Capitol, two others entered a restricted area.

00:31:56.000 Okay, so Julie, let me get this straight here.

00:31:59.000 We've got four years about later, Now we finally get confirmation as we've been hearing reports that there were confidential human sources.

00:32:08.000 He denies them.

00:32:08.000 Christopher Wray denies, denies, denies.

00:32:10.000 He resigns and then all of a sudden this IG report comes out.

00:32:15.000 Four years later.

00:32:15.000 This should be criminal.

00:32:16.000 It's shocking.

00:32:18.000 Tell me what you know, Julie.

00:32:20.000 What's your take on this?

00:32:21.000 So first of all, I don't believe that there were only 26 FBI informants in Washington on January 6th.

00:32:29.000 No one I know Defense attorneys, defendants, researchers who've been intimately involved in the court proceedings and the cases, they don't believe that figure either.

00:32:41.000 So, Michael Horowitz in his report said he reviewed what the government gave him, what DOJ gave him.

00:32:48.000 Well, does anyone believe that the DOJ turned over all of their files about FBI informants, especially in the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers, that are under very strict protective orders in these cases?

00:33:01.000 Does anyone think Chris Wray turned those files over to Michael Horowitz?

00:33:05.000 Of course he didn't.

00:33:06.000 Furthermore, I had defense attorneys texting me yesterday saying when they were trying to get information about FBI informants, especially in these bigger groups, the government would tell them, well, we don't have a database of confidential human sources.

00:33:22.000 Really, each field office compiles that information.

00:33:26.000 There's 56 FBI field offices, but there's no central database.

00:33:31.000 So how did Michael Horowitz come up with this 26 figure?

00:33:36.000 And how does he know for a fact?

00:33:39.000 He said 23 went on their own accord.

00:33:41.000 We're really supposed to believe that?

00:33:43.000 No, of course not.

00:33:45.000 88 pages, very thin.

00:33:47.000 A lot of filler in there from Michael Horowitz.

00:33:50.000 Another disappointing effort from Michael Horowitz.

00:33:53.000 I really believe Donald Trump should fire him.

00:33:55.000 He's an Obama appointee.

00:33:57.000 The American public deserves detailed answers about the DOJ and FBI's role in January 6th.

00:34:04.000 Chris Wray has lied under oath.

00:34:06.000 Merrick Garland has lied under oath.

00:34:07.000 They have prevaricated on these answers.

00:34:10.000 And now we know this is a little tidbit from Horowitz.

00:34:13.000 I'm sure Kash Patel will follow up more specifically and expose a lot more.

00:34:19.000 But in the process, Michael Horowitz needs to go.

00:34:22.000 This is so short on facts and details.

00:34:25.000 And this is one of the biggest questions Americans have about January 6th.

00:34:30.000 Well, and I agree with you.

00:34:31.000 So when I saw that number, at least we have a confirmation that, as you say, Christopher Wray and Merrick Garland lied, okay?

00:34:38.000 So that's a confirmation.

00:34:39.000 At least we have that.

00:34:40.000 But I am thinking back to Representative Clay Higgins, It was a bombshell at the time.

00:34:48.000 He was reviewing troves of evidence and claims that there were over 200 agents on the ground.

00:34:55.000 And he even detailed how some of these agents infiltrated group chats and were encouraging some of the actions that we saw in J6. They absolutely did, Andrew.

00:35:03.000 This came out during the trials of the Proud Boys and the Oath Keepers.

00:35:07.000 I mean, the government stipulated, DOJ admitted in the Proud Boys, the first seditious conspiracy trial, that they had at least nine FBI informants embedded in that group before and on January 6th.

00:35:20.000 A testimony from a government witness, I believe it was an FBI agent, said in those very group chats you're talking about, there were probably close to two dozen FBI informants in those group chats ginning up Their target, the Proud Boys, right?

00:35:36.000 Not saying, hey guys, let's not do this, or just sitting there silently.

00:35:40.000 They were actively involved in those chats.

00:35:43.000 So this, again, only scratches the surface.

00:35:46.000 We've seen what has come out in these trials, and there's a lot more.

00:35:50.000 No one should believe that 26th figure that Corowitz came up with.

00:35:54.000 Fascinating.

00:35:55.000 Julie Kelly.

00:35:56.000 Amazing.

00:35:57.000 Follow her, Substack. 0.99

00:35:58.000 Follow her on X. You're doing amazing work, Julie.

00:36:00.000 Thank you for staying on the case.

00:36:02.000 You're going to be an invaluable resource starting January 20th, for sure.

00:36:06.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
