00:01:29.000 David joins us again.
00:01:30.000 Welcome back, David, to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:01:32.000 I'm glad to be here.
00:01:33.000 Thanks for having me, Charlie.
00:01:35.000 So, David, kind of for our new listeners and audience, kind of bring them up to speed about your book and why you wrote it.
00:01:40.000 And I think it's more relevant than ever.
00:01:43.000 Well, fundamentally, Charlie, I had the benefit of being the grandson of immigrants from Poland.
00:01:49.000 And my father, who was lower income, praised America, focused on the American dream, and made it really part of growing up for me.
00:01:59.000 And so I benefited from not having limitations placed on me artificially.
00:02:04.000 And I think every other American should.
00:02:06.000 So Adam and I decided there's just been too much polarization and a lack of understanding of the importance of the foundation of this great nation and that we need to get our citizens back to paying attention or else we're going to lose it.
00:02:18.000 And so that's really the book was intended to be nonpartisan, really just trying to get Americans back to understand that the Constitution that was framed by our founding fathers created this phenomenal, not only meritocracy, but freedom-based, consensus-based, self-healing nation.
00:02:36.000 And that the checks and balances placed in that Constitution are essential to us keeping the greatness of America.
00:02:42.000 And, you know, it's important to always remember is America is, in fact, great and extraordinary, but it's also self-healing.
00:02:50.000 And it's not perfect.
00:02:51.000 It just happens to be the best system ever developed.
00:02:54.000 And I'm afraid it's slipping out of our grasp.
00:02:57.000 The book is America in Perspective, very important book by David Sokol and Adam Brandon.
00:03:02.000 So I want to talk about the economy because a lot of people are having economic anxiety right now and it's only growing.
00:03:07.000 There's a tremendous amount of confusion.
00:03:09.000 You and I both agree this ridiculous spending spree DC went on the last two years with the lockdowns and the trillions of dollars of unnecessary spending has just played into a lot of economic misery for a tremendous amount of people, young people in particular.
00:03:23.000 You know, the kind of experts have been wrong about everything.
00:03:27.000 I sat down with a bunch of Wall Street guys back in January of 2021 and I was laughed at by them when I said we're about to have hyperinflation that's going to crush the back of working people.
00:03:36.000 And these people manage billions of dollars and they said, oh, we don't have structural inflation.
00:03:40.000 It's never going to happen.
00:03:41.000 And well, look what happened, look what's happening now.
00:03:43.000 How did Wall Street get this so wrong?
00:03:47.000 Well, how did everybody on the government side in Wall Street get it wrong?
00:03:51.000 Well, optimism plays a part for Wall Street.
00:03:54.000 People tend to, you know, the market's been doing so well, the economy doing so well since 2016 that, you know, people want it to continue.
00:04:03.000 So I think the bias in Wall Street tends to always be on the positive.
00:04:07.000 The real scary part is how our government has gotten this so wrong.
00:04:11.000 You know, you can argue about whether or not we should have spent as much stimulus initially with COVID, but clearly, if the government's going to largely shut down industry, it's going to have to try and keep people afloat for a period.
00:04:25.000 But we spent too much, and that's clear.
00:04:27.000 And then after President Biden came in, he doubled down, which was totally unnecessary.
00:04:34.000 But again, it was vote buying.
00:04:36.000 It was trying to establish their base, I guess.
00:04:40.000 But that additional $2 trillion initially, which then added another $2 trillion for the infrastructure bill, and then another three-quarters of a trillion three months ago for a bill that's totally phonally named.
00:04:53.000 And, you know, think of the economy today and inflation as a bit of a bonfire.
00:05:00.000 The Federal Reserve got behind in getting started raising rates, but they've caught up and they need to continue.
00:05:05.000 So they're squirting water on this bonfire, trying to just slow the economy down.
00:05:10.000 Simultaneously, this administration continues to spray gasoline on the fire.
00:05:15.000 And worse than that, they continue to try to supply or limit the supply of natural gas and oil, both internally and to the world from the United States.
00:05:27.000 That piece of the inflation, if you will, fuel, isn't going away by interest rates.
00:05:36.000 As long as the government keeps artificially reducing our supply of refined products and natural gas in this country, that portion of inflation is going to continue notwithstanding interest rates.
00:05:47.000 And what people need to realize is everything you buy has energy baked into it, whether it's agricultural products, manufactured products, fertilizer, you name it, not only the gasoline and the heating oil and the natural gas in your home heating.
00:06:02.000 So inflation's here.
00:06:04.000 We're in a recession.
00:06:05.000 And I just pray that we stop this insane spending and then we can limit it from going into a very deep recession later next year.
00:06:15.000 I think that's a smart point you make about how Wall Street is kind of inclined to always look towards the positive.
00:06:20.000 Obviously, their motive is towards the positive.
00:06:23.000 I just, I get very frustrated when there's kind of an arrogant attitude towards that because you could want what's right, but you also have to be realistic about it.
00:06:32.000 I want to play a piece of tape here, Cut 11.
00:06:34.000 Under Biden, the average 401k is down about $34,000 or 25% in less than one year.
00:06:41.000 Play Cut 11.
00:06:42.000 Since President Biden took office, monthly savings have collapsed, falling 83%.
00:06:47.000 The average 401k plan had over $135,000 at the start of this year.
00:06:53.000 Today, those assets have shrunk on average to about $101,000.
00:06:59.000 In other words, the average 401k plan is down about $34,000, more than 25% in less than one year.
00:07:11.000 So, David, can you refresh our listeners that might be younger?
00:07:16.000 That's 08-level collapse, is it not, in stock market value?
00:07:20.000 I mean, 25%.
00:07:22.000 Maybe the market collapsed 30 to 40%.
00:07:24.000 I mean, you would know it better than I would, but that's extraordinary.
00:07:28.000 Well, in 08, it was a short-term effect.
00:07:31.000 We had, frankly, another catastrophe caused by government, which was to get banks to loan money to get the credit back.
00:07:40.000 And that bubble burst.
00:07:41.000 But the market was actually down almost 50% for a very short period of time.
00:07:45.000 But within 12 months, it was back to where it started because it was a singular event.
00:07:51.000 What's happening today is not a singular event.
00:07:53.000 We have expanded the money supply in this country to such a level that it is just fuel for inflation.
00:07:59.000 And again, we can argue about whether as much COVID spending should have been done as it was, but people need to remember what was spent back in 2020 and 2021 didn't build anything.
00:08:12.000 It didn't build a bridge or a prison or an airport.
00:08:15.000 It just was money given to people to not work.
00:08:19.000 And to some people who were working anyway, and so it was just kind of a bonus.
00:08:24.000 Well, that money sparked spending.
00:08:27.000 And there was an incredible amount of spending that occurred.
00:08:29.000 And we're now paying the price for that spiraling inflation.
00:08:33.000 And, you know, and it's going to continue for a period of time because once you get wages to start moving up in addition to fuel energy prices and then that massive spending wave, you know, that spiral continues.
00:08:47.000 Companies have to raise prices to cover those costs.
00:08:50.000 Labor increases are typically permanent.
00:08:53.000 They don't go backwards once a recession hits.
00:08:56.000 And so it's going to take quite a while.
00:08:58.000 And unfortunately, the Federal Reserve got off to a slow start thinking this was transitory, which is really, you know, one of the things that you have to concern yourself with, there was a study just recently done.
00:09:08.000 90% of the economists at the Federal Reserve or in their regional branches are Democrats.
00:09:14.000 And so they're going to have a more liberal view.
00:09:16.000 They're going to, to the extent they can, be more supportive of the current administration.
00:09:21.000 Unfortunately, that's not what the Federal Reserve is supposed to be.
00:09:23.000 It's supposed to be impartial.
00:09:25.000 It's supposed to be its own thing.
00:09:26.000 Yeah.
00:09:27.000 Yeah.
00:09:27.000 Right.
00:09:28.000 Well, David, thank you for joining us.
00:09:30.000 Great book.
00:09:31.000 I encourage everyone listening to check it out.
00:09:33.000 America in Perspective by David Sokol.
00:09:35.000 David, great commentary.
00:09:36.000 Thank you so much.
00:09:38.000 Thank you, Charlie.
00:09:39.000 It's very, very frustrating to see what's happening economically.
00:09:42.000 It feels intentional.
00:09:43.000 And then they say, oh, everything's doing just fine.
00:09:45.000 They want to know why a red wave is looming.
00:09:46.000 That's why.
00:09:48.000 And one of their internal decisions that they are making, they're not going to say this out loud.
00:09:54.000 And this is going to be, I could guarantee you, just mark down my words.
00:09:56.000 You'll see this in the New York Times.
00:09:58.000 Inflation is here to stay.
00:09:59.000 Get used to it.
00:10:00.000 It's better than a recession.
00:10:02.000 They're going to try to tell you it's better to be in a long-term inflationary cycle than into a negative growth cycle for a recession.
00:10:11.000 I want to tell you about one of the most important organizations in the country, created by co-founder of the Home Depot, Bernie Marcus.
00:10:17.000 The folks at Job Creators Network defend and advance policies that help small business owners across America grow their business.
00:10:24.000 We talk a lot about labor in the media, and we're always respondering to the complaints of labor.
00:10:30.000 And that's fine.
00:10:30.000 Obviously, it's important.
00:10:31.000 But who actually creates the jobs that labor actually is able to enjoy?
00:10:36.000 Big business has their lobbyists, but small ones don't always have the time or money to defend themselves against the forces of global corporations and their crony capitalist pals in the kingdom of Washington, D.C. Job Creators Network, that's right, Job Creators Network, fights for small business owners across America, and they're looking for a few good men and women to join their growing army of small business advocates.
00:10:58.000 They'll train you to be the face and voice of Main Street in your communities and beyond.

00:11:22.000 If you are a small business owner, if you're involved, go to jobcreatorsnetwork.com.
00:11:27.000 That is jobcreatorsnetwork.com.
00:11:33.000 Joe Biden to announce the release of 10 to 15 million more barrels from the emergency oil reserves for the midterm elections.
00:11:40.000 Oh, so Joe Biden can just rob the Strategic Petroleum Reserve without refilling it and using our own oil and natural gas for political purposes.
00:11:48.000 Where's the Republican Party on this?
00:11:51.000 It's coming out today.
00:11:52.000 Joe Biden to release even more barrels of oil from the federal government's Strategic Reserve to keep gas low before the midterm elections.
00:12:00.000 Because they know something is happening.
00:12:02.000 Every single poll shows the complete and total collapse of the Democrat Party.
00:12:07.000 Now, is it going to play out?
00:12:08.000 I don't know.
00:12:10.000 Is it a guarantee red wave?
00:12:11.000 Of course, now we could be surprised, by the way.
00:12:13.000 It could be that we get complacent and you don't get your 30 friends to go out and vote.
00:12:17.000 It could be that we just kind of phone it in and there could be a lot more abortion voters than we realize.
00:12:25.000 But I'm starting to see a bubbling up effect.
00:12:29.000 I am starting to see poll after poll, trend after trend.
00:12:35.000 For example, a rather unusual one.
00:12:37.000 So Quinnipiak is known as one of the most inaccurate pollsters, but usually inaccurate in a liberal direction.
00:12:45.000 And this poll shows that Chuck Yuschumer is only up 12 points to a candidate that I've never heard of, Joe Pinnion.
00:12:55.000 God bless him for running.
00:12:57.000 I think I actually might have met him before.
00:12:58.000 Anyway, because I did some events in New York, seems like a really sweet guy, probably being outspent because Schumer is the majority leader.
00:13:06.000 And so they've polled this a little bit.
00:13:07.000 Now, New York is a very difficult state to poll.
00:13:11.000 One of the reasons why it's such a difficult state to poll is because there just isn't a lot of competitive political activity statewide.
00:13:19.000 So pollsters don't always know the city tabulation.
00:13:23.000 They can't really compare past years.
00:13:25.000 It's not a focus.
00:13:26.000 Ohio, Florida, Pennsylvania, still tough states to poll, but they pull them over a period of time.
00:13:33.000 So Chuck Yu Schumer is up 12 points on a very liberal poll with Quinnipiak against Joan Pinnion.
00:13:40.000 Now, remember how the New Jersey governor?
00:13:44.000 What's that guy's name?
00:13:45.000 Oh, geez, I'll think of it in a second.
00:13:47.000 Oh, he's the worst.
00:13:48.000 He almost lost.
00:13:50.000 Very, very tight.
00:13:52.000 What is his name?
00:13:52.000 The New Jersey guy.
00:13:55.000 Anyway, and then we had the amazing trucker who just kind of ran on a whim and spent like $42 on Dunkin' Donuts, who won out of nowhere.
00:14:03.000 Phil Murphy, thank you.
00:14:04.000 I should remember that.
00:14:05.000 Phil Murphy, the governor of New Jersey.
00:14:07.000 And he barely, barely won.
00:14:09.000 He won by like 8,000 votes.
00:14:13.000 So Chuck Schumer was up 19 points in a Sienna poll a month ago, and now he is up only 12 points in a liberal-favored poll in Quinnipiak, 12 points.
00:14:23.000 So that's a seven-point collapse.
00:14:24.000 And you see that in the generic.
00:14:26.000 And so what I'm saying, I know some of you guys say, I don't trust polls.
00:14:28.000 That's fine, but you could trust trends, right?
00:14:31.000 All across the country, you're seeing the narrowing of the Democrat Party's advantage.
00:14:36.000 In fact, Republicans are taking the advantage in so many of these states.
00:14:40.000 And that's one that I find to be very interesting.
00:14:44.000 In particular, I want to play a piece of tape here of how every single Republican should answer the question of, well, will you accept the election results?
00:14:54.000 I'm telling you, media get ready for it.
00:14:57.000 Arizona is going to be the new Florida.
00:15:00.000 Carrie Lake, everybody, one of the most exciting candidates of a generation.
00:15:05.000 She actually can play the media's game because she used to be one of them.
00:15:08.000 She's smarter, more charismatic, more talented than all of them combined.
00:15:13.000 She is a threat to the regime.
00:15:16.000 Play cut three.
00:15:17.000 Let's look ahead, Dana.
00:15:19.000 And let's talk about the 2022 election.
00:15:22.000 Will you accept the results of your election, Ms. Lake?
00:15:25.000 I'm running against a twice-convicted racist who cost the state taxpayers $3 million because of her hatred for people of color.
00:15:34.000 I'm going to win the election and I will accept that result.
00:15:37.000 If you lose, will you accept that?
00:15:39.000 I'm going to win the election and I will accept that result.
00:15:43.000 It's just such a silly question.
00:15:44.000 And by the way, is Stacey Abrams governor of Georgia?
00:15:47.000 New article out of politico.com.
00:15:50.000 Democrat midterms hope fade.
00:15:51.000 We peaked a little early.
00:15:52.000 Now is the time to go full throttle, everybody.
00:15:55.000 I got to ask the audience, how many doors are you knocking on?
00:15:57.000 If you're not physically able, that's okay.
00:15:59.000 How many phone calls are you making?
00:16:01.000 Are you a precinct committee person?
00:16:02.000 Are you a precinct captain?
00:16:04.000 Are you helping the good guys in your local community?
00:16:07.000 And if you say, oh, Charlie, I don't do that stuff, then you're a spectator.
00:16:10.000 You're not in the arena.
00:16:11.000 I can tell you what we are doing at Turning Point Action, led by Tyler Boyer.
00:16:14.000 Our students at Turning Point Action, our student volunteers, are knocking on tens of thousands of doors to try to persuade people to drive out and get out the vote.
00:16:22.000 At Turning Point Pack, we're running advertisements all across the country.
00:16:26.000 Running advertisers for Carrie Lake, running advertising against Blake Masters.
00:16:29.000 We got a lot of stuff on our plate, as you could imagine.
00:16:31.000 Over 200 grassroots door knocking events.
00:16:34.000 Turning point action is done from June to November.
00:16:37.000 Unprecedented, unparalleled.
00:16:40.000 Just do a little bit.
00:16:41.000 We got to go full out.
00:16:42.000 Get your 30 people out to the polls.
00:16:44.000 And you're like, oh, Charlie, I get 30 people easily.
00:16:46.000 Then get 300.
00:16:47.000 Go through your phone.
00:16:48.000 Go through your contacts and your phone and make sure every single one of them is voting.
00:16:52.000 Every single one.
00:16:54.000 As I said yesterday, I'm an election day guy.
00:16:55.000 If you vote early, that's fine too.
00:16:58.000 Hopefully in person.
00:16:59.000 Tudor Dixon next.
00:17:03.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:17:04.000 The southern border is wide open, and we have to tell the world about it.
00:17:08.000 Our team at Turning Point USA has been working over the last year to have a one-of-a-kind documentary all about the drugs, the guns, the crime, the criminals that are flowing across the southern border.
00:17:19.000 Our team at Turning Point USA has been working so hard on this through amazing frontline footage that shows the border patrol agents, shows people crossing the border, the illegal drug trade, the economic and societal fallout that illegal immigration has on the United States.
00:17:34.000 Every single state is a border state.
00:17:37.000 And we here being headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, want the rest of the country, want you all across America to see what we are living through in Arizona.
00:17:45.000 It's a one-of-a-kind docuseries available exclusively on salemnow.com.
00:17:50.000 That is salemnow.com.
00:17:52.000 You guys will see the poorest southern border wide open and what we can do to solve it.
00:17:56.000 If you want to learn about the border, this is your opportunity.
00:17:59.000 Brought to you by Turning PointUSA, available at salemnow.com.
00:18:06.000 A race to keep your eye on, I'm telling you, is in the state of Michigan.
00:18:10.000 It's a very difficult state to poll.
00:18:13.000 It's a state where some polls were coming out and they said, oh, it's going to be a total blowout.
00:18:19.000 I don't know.
00:18:20.000 It's a very talented woman who is running up against a very talented witch.
00:18:26.000 And she used to be a host on Real America's Voice, and now hopefully she'll be the next governor of the great state of Michigan.
00:18:32.000 And she's a true conservative with just an amazing story.
00:18:36.000 And every poll shows that she is tightening and closing in on Gretchen Whitmer, who is a wannabe dictator and one of the most despicable people in public office in America.
00:18:47.000 And Tudor Dixon joins us right now.
00:18:49.000 Tudor, welcome back to the program.
00:18:51.000 Thank you for having me.
00:18:53.000 How's the race going?
00:18:54.000 Give us the report from the front lines.
00:18:56.000 It's going great.
00:18:57.000 I mean, exactly what you said.
00:18:59.000 This is a very difficult state to poll.
00:19:01.000 We have had a lot of Republicans who have seen violence because of their views.
00:19:06.000 We had a right-to-life worker shot.
00:19:07.000 We've had people's cars spray painted, churches vandalized.
00:19:11.000 Republicans are very quiet in the state of Michigan, which makes it difficult to poll.
00:19:15.000 But we know that we are catching up to her in the polls that people are vocal in.
00:19:20.000 And I believe that we have a really good chance of winning Michigan.
00:19:24.000 And that will be incredibly important going forward for the Senate races coming up in Michigan in the coming years and the presidential race.
00:19:34.000 Yeah, every single article shows that her lead is shrinking.
00:19:37.000 And Tudor, you and I both know that really, if it's within four or five points, the race could go either way.
00:19:43.000 There just doesn't seem to be a lot of enthusiasm for Gretchen Whitmer.
00:19:47.000 What is her constituency?
00:19:49.000 I mean, is her constituency people that wanted to only have one person per vote while she was able to do whatever she wanted?
00:19:55.000 And her husband came and said, don't you know who I am?
00:19:57.000 Can you just, first of all, what is her constituency?
00:20:00.000 And then can you remind our audience how cruel she was when it came to the lockdowns?
00:20:06.000 Well, she seems to be losing people.
00:20:08.000 So right now, she gets the suburban mom vote.
00:20:11.000 And that's what we're fighting over.
00:20:13.000 But we seem to be winning that back because we're focusing so hard on making sure that moms and dads have a voice in their child's education.
00:20:21.000 And that's been a battle in the state of Michigan.
00:20:23.000 We know she's nervous because she is bringing Barack Obama in.
00:20:27.000 You're talking about her not having a lot of momentum, and she certainly doesn't.
00:20:31.000 She's bringing Barack Obama into the state.
00:20:34.000 But we see that people are getting tired of talking about abortion in Michigan.
00:20:39.000 And they're going, gosh, it's so expensive here.
00:20:41.000 Our gas, we have some of the highest gas prices in the entire nation.
00:20:45.000 And she's silent on that.
00:20:47.000 I called her out for not supporting the police.
00:20:49.000 And suddenly she signs a bill yesterday supporting the police.
00:20:53.000 People see through what she's doing.
00:20:55.000 They're not deceived by these last-minute bills she's signing.
00:20:59.000 Yeah, and I just, she just seems increasingly desperate.
00:21:03.000 You just had a debate against her, of which you did very, very well.
00:21:07.000 And I'm sure she's just trying to focus on the abortion issue and try to say that relentlessly.
00:21:13.000 But it seems as if she is just in total and complete collapse and freak out.
00:21:17.000 What is her message, if at all, when you confront her with the economic misery that people of Michigan are experiencing?
00:21:23.000 Or does she just try to deflect and say that we're all threats to democracy or whatever their new talking point?
00:21:29.000 Well, I'm not sure if you know what she has done in the state of Michigan, but we have, we, our economic development has been terrible.
00:21:36.000 We've had our big automakers leaving the state.
00:21:39.000 And so just recently, she signed a deal to send hundreds of millions of dollars to a corporation that is owned by the Chinese with very close ties to the Chinese Communist Party to bring them into the state of Michigan.
00:21:52.000 And another desperate attempt to look like she has some economic development plan.
00:21:57.000 But really, the plan is to take the scraps that people that no other state would want.
00:22:01.000 Why would we be bringing the CCP into the state of Michigan?
00:22:05.000 I can think of nothing more dangerous.
00:22:07.000 Yes, seriously.
00:22:08.000 I mean, and it really is an interesting thing.
00:22:10.000 I think you're the perfect candidate to go up against Gretchen Whitmer because, as you said, she does well with suburban mom voters.
00:22:16.000 I'm not really sure why, but there's a very interesting new coalition that is being built in Michigan.
00:22:21.000 I find it fascinating.
00:22:22.000 The media is ignoring it.
00:22:25.000 And I completely support, let's just say, unusual coalitions that are forming for the protection of our children.
00:22:33.000 Strange bedfellows, you could say.
00:22:35.000 And let's go to Cut 52, where very angry Muslim voters, one in particular, a Muslim mom in Dearborn, Michigan, is really upset at all this woke nonsense that's being put forward.
00:22:46.000 Play Cut 52.
00:22:47.000 The fundamental existence of school is not to learn about sexual pleasure, to not to learn about new sex acts.
00:22:53.000 The fundamental purpose of school is to prepare our kids to be successful adults who can go off and have careers.
00:22:59.000 And it is up to every parent to then teach their kids morality.
00:23:02.000 It is out of the place for the school to do it.
00:23:04.000 And I reject any notion that parents here are filled with hate or bigotry.
00:23:08.000 The parents don't want their kids sexualized.
00:23:10.000 Is there a Tudor Dixon Dearborn, Michigan rally coming up, maybe with the Muslim community up there?
00:23:17.000 Yes, we will be going out there next, not this Saturday, but next Saturday, we were headed to that general area this Saturday as well.
00:23:28.000 We've been in touch with the folks there.
00:23:29.000 Boy, it is interesting to see.
00:23:32.000 Turns out that our Muslim community is not a fan of having their children sexualized.
00:23:37.000 And the clip you just played, I believe, is our Secretary of State candidate, Christina Caramo, also out there fighting for families.
00:23:45.000 So important in the state of Michigan that we replaced the governor, the secretary of state, and the attorney general.
00:23:52.000 And the Muslim community has historically been a Democrat voting base.
00:23:57.000 And they are turning against this idea of what we're seeing in schools, taking away the basics and going to the sexualization.
00:24:05.000 And you see, our Department of Ed is now coming out and saying, We're training teachers to go into the classroom, ask pronouns, ask gender, and then hide it from mom and dad.
00:24:14.000 That was the moment when a lot of suburban parents, moms and dads, and a lot of folks from many different communities said, no, You are not, the school is not the authority.
00:24:24.000 We're not taking the honor away from mother and father.
00:24:26.000 That we are going to make sure that mom and dad are the final say.
00:24:30.000 And if there is an issue at the school, whether it is school-related or emotion, we want mom and dad to be involved first and foremost.
00:24:38.000 Yeah, I find this whole story to be so interesting.
00:24:41.000 I mean, without diving too deep, and obviously I have theological differences with Muslims.
00:24:45.000 However, I find this to be really promising that there is this kind of mass movement, as Axios writes it.
00:24:52.000 I mean, they hate it, right?
00:24:53.000 GOP unites with conservative Muslims in Dearborn.
00:24:56.000 It is now this interfaith coalition to kind of push back against this woke religion that is being taught in our schools.
00:25:03.000 Tudor, can you talk about kind of the parents' movement more broadly in Michigan?
00:25:08.000 I'm sure there's parents all across the state that are rising up in record numbers, especially, I'm sure, I think you're going to run up the score in Western Michigan.
00:25:17.000 I think Gretchen Whitmer has a mass Western Michigan problem.
00:25:20.000 So talk a little bit about that.
00:25:23.000 Of course, because our attorney general came out and said she thinks it would be fun to have a drag queen in every school.
00:25:29.000 So that really woke parents up.
00:25:31.000 And in addition to the fact that our kids were out of school for two years and parents started to see what was happening, our kids are severely behind, more so than probably any other state.
00:25:40.000 The learning loss in Michigan has been significant.
00:25:43.000 So when you add all of these things together, the parents coalition that has come together is very strong.
00:25:48.000 And parents are saying, we want a voice.
00:25:51.000 We want to know what's going on in the classroom.
00:25:53.000 Last night, for example, you talk about West Michigan.
00:25:55.000 Last night in one of our western Michigan towns, we had a group of parents that went to the school board and said, the books that you have in our high school are inappropriate.
00:26:03.000 Certain books, they're inappropriate.
00:26:05.000 And you know what?
00:26:05.000 The right thing happened.
00:26:07.000 The school board talked to them and said, we're going to pull these out of the library.
00:26:11.000 We will have them in the counselor's office to only talk to parents about.
00:26:15.000 And if a parent wants to then use it, then we will allow the parent to use it.
00:26:20.000 And the parents agreed to that.
00:26:22.000 And that, to me, that's the right thing when parents actually are heard, but that is not happening.
00:26:27.000 You look at Dearborn, where we have our Muslim community.
00:26:29.000 They are fighting back, and the school board is saying, no way, this has to be available to the students.
00:26:35.000 This is not acceptable to parents that their children are going to school and they're not learning civics, they're learning sex.
00:26:42.000 This is wrong.
00:26:43.000 We have to go back to a time when children actually understand the benefits of the freedoms of this country.
00:26:49.000 And they're not learning that in school now.
00:26:51.000 Because, well, we saw a mother, a Chinese-American mother who came out and said, look, we've seen this in China.
00:26:59.000 The culture war is in the schools so that they can form their culture army to go against the parents.
00:27:06.000 We see that happening.
00:27:07.000 We had the, honestly, we have to look at the blessings in disaster and the blessing in COVID was the parents got to see what was happening in the classroom.
00:27:16.000 And parents in Michigan especially saw something they don't like.
00:27:20.000 But Gretchen Whitmer, where is she on this issue?
00:27:22.000 She has said nothing.
00:27:23.000 And we have asked several times, where do you stand on this issue?
00:27:26.000 And she has said nothing.
00:27:27.000 In fact, two board of ed members asked the superintendent to step down when he, when this training was leaked and he admitted that they are pushing sex and gender talk on students in school.
00:27:39.000 And he said, no, I'm going to double down.
00:27:41.000 We called on Gretchen Whitmer.
00:27:43.000 Do you stand on the superintendent, the state superintendent, doubling down on sex and gender talk with our kids?
00:27:49.000 Silence from her.
00:27:50.000 That is where she is losing these parents across the state that say, no way, we are no longer going to be play second fiddle.
00:27:58.000 And it would be one thing if you had an education system that was thriving.
00:28:02.000 But before COVID, we were 38th in the nation.
00:28:06.000 After COVID, we're headed toward the bottom five states in the nation.
00:28:10.000 Our education system is failing on the basic fundamentals of making sure kids can read, write, and do math.
00:28:16.000 And we're focused on sex.
00:28:18.000 And it is so perverse.
00:28:20.000 And we're seeing it happen all across the country.
00:28:23.000 I think you're going to be a mass beneficiary of this movement.
00:28:27.000 So, Tudor, talk about your website.
00:28:29.000 Gretchen Whitmer is funded out of state.
00:28:32.000 She's got a lot of money.
00:28:33.000 How significantly are you being outspent?
00:28:36.000 Well, we, I'll tell you, our website is tutordixon.com.
00:28:40.000 It's T-U-D-O-R-D-I-X-O-N.com.
00:28:43.000 Please go there.
00:28:44.000 We are being significantly outspent.
00:28:47.000 She has spent about $25 million in the state so far to our probably about two to three million in the state so far.
00:28:56.000 And she has booked probably another about 25 million in ads to go after us.
00:29:02.000 But that's the beauty of traditional American values.
00:29:07.000 And honestly, I think this is a message to people across the country.
00:29:11.000 If you run on the fundamentals that this country was founded on, it is a winning message because that will always be what Americans want.
00:29:20.000 And we don't need as much money.
00:29:22.000 We need money.
00:29:22.000 We don't need as much money.
00:29:24.000 We have the right message and we have the right plan for the state and the country.
00:29:27.000 I'm telling you, you go up to Dearborn, Michigan, to Rashida Talib's place.
00:29:31.000 She represents Dearborn, right?
00:29:32.000 I think so.
00:29:33.000 That kind of area.
00:29:34.000 Yes, she does.
00:29:35.000 And you get even just 10 to 15% of that community to vote Republican.
00:29:41.000 I think the state can turn.
00:29:42.000 You run up the score in Western Michigan.
00:29:44.000 You do better kind of in those Trump districts, Wayne County, all those beautiful places.
00:29:48.000 And you get that Dearborn, Michigan area, which is solidly Democrat to just think a little differently.
00:29:54.000 You are talking about a shocker in Michigan.
00:29:57.000 Tudor Dixon, we're behind you.
00:29:58.000 Check it out.
00:29:58.000 T-U-D-O-RDixon.com.
00:30:01.000 Tudor Dixon, pitch in some support.
00:30:04.000 She's special.
00:30:04.000 Thank you, Tudor.
00:30:05.000 God bless you, and come back on soon.
00:30:07.000 Thank you so much.
00:30:11.000 Somebody emailed us.
00:30:12.000 They said, Charlie, I'm a Christian.
00:30:13.000 I feel uncomfortable fighting alongside Muslims against this woke stuff.
00:30:17.000 Look, I'm obviously a Christian, and I have mass theological differences with Islam and with what Muslims believe.
00:30:26.000 And there are some people that have some great concerns that there is this kind of Islamic move to take over the Western world via population rates and stuff.
00:30:35.000 There's other people that believe in a red-green axis.
00:30:37.000 I'm more likely to believe that, which is some Islamic governments that are somehow okay with Marxist movements for the kind of simultaneous destruction of America.
00:30:47.000 But I'm going to say something that will obviously get written up, of which I hope I'm very, I'm make sure I'm very precise in my language.
00:30:53.000 White liberal wokeism is a greater threat than Islamic theocratic totalitarianism currently.
00:31:02.000 We grew up with a heavy emphasis in the early 2000s and in the 2010s talking about the threat of Islamic theocratic terrorism, totalitarianism.
00:31:12.000 Obviously, I'm no fan of Iran.
00:31:13.000 I think they're a threat to America.
00:31:15.000 But currently, where we are today, a threat to our children, our way of life, our decency and our standards, white liberals are a much bigger threat in every way possible.
00:31:26.000 And I will unite with strange bedfellows, of which I have very clear and well-documented theological and metaphysical differences with, to annihilate the power that white liberals have.
00:31:42.000 Let me make one more correction.
00:31:44.000 Christine Kamaro is not the Attorney General candidate, I believe.
00:31:47.000 Let me make sure this is right.
00:31:48.000 She's running for Secretary of State.
00:31:50.000 So we're okay.
00:31:50.000 Thank you for the correction.
00:31:53.000 Our correction was not even correct on the correction we need to make.
00:31:56.000 All right.
00:31:56.000 So it's the Secretary of State candidate.
00:31:58.000 Thank you for the email, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:32:00.000 Okay.
00:32:01.000 Let's get to a piece of sound here.
00:32:03.000 One of my favorite senators saw him a couple weeks ago at a pastor summit we did with Turning Point Action in Wisconsin.
00:32:08.000 Senator Ron Johnson, this is how you got to talk.
00:32:10.000 Johnson is he has real separation speed against Mandela Barnes, play cut 25.
00:32:17.000 I think there probably has been a shift because we've been able to tell the truth about Mandela Barnes.
00:32:23.000 He's an individual who said that the founding of America was awful.
00:32:26.000 He and Governor Evers, their goal coming into office was to reduce the prison population by 50%.
00:32:33.000 It's been reduced by 15%, including their commission has paroled 884 criminals, 784 were violent criminals, including 44 child rapists and 270 criminals who primarily committed or at least attempted murder, and they were horrific murders.
00:32:51.000 And now we just found out that Mandela Barnes, as a state assemblyman, literally went on Russia Today TV six times and was used as a propaganda tool of Vladimir Putin.
00:33:04.000 Senator Ron Johnson is gaining speed, gaining separation speed, I should say, against Mandela Barnes.
00:33:13.000 We are seeing some great trends in Wisconsin.
00:33:15.000 I want to play one more tape here of the great JD Vance, who looks like he's going to be the next senator from the great state of Ohio, which gives us great joy here.
00:33:23.000 JD Vance, cut 42.
00:33:26.000 So Tim Ryan has run commercials falsely accusing my nonprofit of me taking money out of it and it not helping people.
00:33:32.000 It did help people when I put $80,000 in my own money, Tim.
00:33:35.000 But you know what?
00:33:36.000 Those commercials are paid for by pharmaceutical blood money because Tim Ryan received tens of thousands of dollars from the very companies that have profited off of this.
00:33:45.000 And that's exactly how he's able to fund the lies that he's been putting on TV against me.
00:33:50.000 That's right.
00:33:51.000 Tim Ryan is a spokesperson and a puppet of the pharmaceutical drug industry as he coughs.
00:33:59.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:34:00.000 Email me as always freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:34:02.000 Thanks so much for listening.
00:34:03.000 God bless.
