00:01:10.000 Hello, everybody.

00:01:11.000 We are live at AmericaFest, Turning Point USA event with Steve Bannon and Jack Pesovic.

00:01:16.000 Steve, we were on Tim Poole last night.

00:01:18.000 Were we?

00:01:19.000 And well, we have the receipts.

00:01:21.000 Steve, that was holy.

00:01:22.000 That was live, Steve.

00:01:23.000 That was being brought.

00:01:24.000 Tim Poole makes everybody, including Kanye, go to Harper's Ferry.

00:01:29.000 How did you guys get Tim Poole on location?

00:01:32.000 I got to give Jack credit.

00:01:33.000 Jack was kind of the broker of Tim Poole bringing his show on the road.

00:01:36.000 Tim Poole.

00:01:37.000 No, I'll tell the story.

00:01:38.000 I've never told this publicly.

00:01:39.000 I've never told this publicly.

00:01:40.000 We finish up with Tim Poole.

00:01:42.000 I said, Tim, we want you at America Fest.

00:01:44.000 We need you at America.

00:01:46.000 Jack, how am I going to do the show?

00:01:47.000 I got to do the show every night.

00:01:48.000 The people are waiting for me.

00:01:49.000 I said, we'll do it from the main stage.

00:01:51.000 He's like, well, we need the cameras.

00:01:52.000 We need the microphones.

00:01:54.000 I said, we'll build you a stage.

00:01:55.000 We'll build you a show.

00:01:56.000 He's like, you can do all that for me.

00:01:58.000 Of course, Turning Point will be happy.

00:01:59.000 Then I go to the phone.

00:02:00.000 I say, Charlie, I just made a lot of promises to Tim Poole.

00:02:04.000 Hey, but at Turning Point USA, we get it done.

00:02:06.000 We do tough stuff here.

00:02:07.000 Charlie pulled it off.

00:02:08.000 Pulled it off.

00:02:09.000 The team deserves credit.

00:02:10.000 I didn't do anything.

00:02:11.000 I just told him to do it.

00:02:12.000 But Steve, we were talking about hope.

00:02:14.000 I want to play this tape, and we have edited it for the FCC so that we're not going to be fined up the wazoo.

00:02:19.000 Play tape here at Steve Bannon on Tim Pool.

00:02:22.000 Revolutionaries, everybody got the information, and we came together and said, f you, right?

00:02:29.000 That's exactly right.

00:02:34.000 Is that the essence of liberty?

00:02:36.000 Yes.

00:02:37.000 That's the essence of liberty.

00:02:39.000 Hell yeah.

00:02:40.000 What do you think?

00:02:42.000 What did John?

00:02:43.000 What did Sam Adams tell the British Empire? 1.00

00:02:46.000 F ⁇ you!

00:02:47.000 Right?

00:02:49.000 What did John Hancock say? 1.00

00:02:51.000 F ⁇ you!

00:02:55.000 Steve, what got into you last night?

00:02:57.000 I must have missed that Federalist paper.

00:02:59.000 Charlie, which is that one of the things that you're doing?

00:03:00.000 What is the Federalist 53 man?

00:03:02.000 Oh, it's one of the ones in the back.

00:03:03.000 That's right.

00:03:04.000 Isn't that in the Patriots history of the U.S.?

00:03:06.000 Something like that.

00:03:07.000 Yeah, it's right after if men were angels, government would not be necessary.

00:03:11.000 And if the British Empire invades you, F you.

00:03:14.000 Pardon my French, but this is what this audience needs to tell the administrative and deep state that stole the 16 election.

00:03:22.000 Steve, no swearing.

00:03:23.000 I'll send you the invoice.

00:03:24.000 You're on radio.

00:03:25.000 I know.

00:03:26.000 I know.

00:03:26.000 Steve.

00:03:27.000 Have a Christmas cookie.

00:03:28.000 We don't want to get Charlie.

00:03:29.000 We know you're Charlie.

00:03:30.000 We've got a beautiful cookie here, Steve.

00:03:32.000 We've got chocolate chips.

00:03:33.000 Chili streets.

00:03:35.000 We've got stars and angels. 0.98

00:03:37.000 Okay, we'll do it later.

00:03:37.000 We'll do it on War Room tomorrow.

00:03:39.000 That's right.

00:03:39.000 We'll do it in a War Room, the Charlie Kirk.

00:03:41.000 There we go.

00:03:42.000 Five o'clock.

00:03:42.000 That's right.

00:03:43.000 How's that?

00:03:44.000 But, Steve, what we were talking about, which is so significant, is that the spirit of non-compliance, despite the incentives, the propaganda, the firings, the takeover of the military, the takeover of colleges.

00:03:54.000 How many of our kids got kicked out of college?

00:03:56.000 I got kicked out of class because they would not take the mRNA experimental gene shot.

00:04:01.000 It's amazing.

00:04:01.000 You had their senior year of high school ruined.

00:04:03.000 The memories you have as a junior and senior are taken away forever.

00:04:08.000 And despite that, you would think that, okay, maybe 3 million, maybe 5 million people would be able to withstand that blitzkrieg.

00:04:15.000 But 35 to 50 million people that said, no, I'm not going to take the shot, that shows that they are far less powerful. than we could even put into words.

00:04:24.000 That's a win of 2020.

00:04:26.000 50 million people is the pivot point and the leverage point for taking our country back.

00:04:31.000 Because remember, it's not that we hung in there and we were wrong.

00:04:35.000 We were right.

00:04:36.000 Yes.

00:04:36.000 And all you guys are the beneficiary and you were right.

00:04:38.000 And getting the information. 0.91

00:04:39.000 Think of all your relatives thought you were crazy.

00:04:41.000 Think of all your friends.

00:04:42.000 Think of your coworkers. 1.00

00:04:44.000 Said you're a bunch of nutcases. 0.98

00:04:45.000 It turns out you're right and they're wrong.

00:04:49.000 Yeah, and it's even less about the vaccine itself, which you've covered.

00:04:52.000 We had Naimi Wolf and Dr. McCullough and Dr. Malone.

00:04:55.000 It's about, are you going to be able to tell me what to do despite my own values, what I'm seeing?

00:05:02.000 Are you going to be able to pay people to do it?

00:05:04.000 And Jack, the answer is there's still 50 million people that love liberty in America.

00:05:09.000 Charlie, are you saying my body, my choice?

00:05:11.000 Well, I'm saying we actually should own that a lot more than the lack.

00:05:16.000 No, this was the pivot.

00:05:18.000 But I want to add to this, and so people know the context of that clip, they were talking about the vaccine.

00:05:24.000 But Matthias Desmond, the philosopher, explained this, because this wasn't just an argument or a debate that was being had.

00:05:31.000 This was the largest psychological operation that was run on Western Hemisphere in modern history that unleashed the forces of mass formation psychosis on everyone.

00:05:45.000 Billboards, celebrities.

00:05:47.000 They had rap songs and hip-hop and force freaking and force. 1.00

00:05:51.000 We're going to kick you out of your job. 0.93

00:05:52.000 We're going to kick you out of the military.

00:05:53.000 We're told.

00:05:54.000 And Berks admitted it in her book.

00:05:56.000 She admitted that they did not know.

00:05:59.000 And then later Pfizer admits to Roos over in the EU, they did not have the data that the vaccine stopped the spread.

00:06:07.000 And they said it didn't matter because as long as they could ratchet up the punishments that it would ensure compliance. 0.84

00:06:15.000 We just got a couple of minutes here.

00:06:17.000 We'll do it more.

00:06:18.000 Okay, today we're going to do from Charlie Kirk Studio, the 5 o'clock show Eastern, 3 o'clock local.

00:06:23.000 Jack, Charlie, and I, to wrap up, I've got to say one thing.

00:06:26.000 We've got the whole crowd here live.

00:06:28.000 What this AmericaFest has done, and this is going to go down in history, you have merged now, infused the older generation and people that have experience but have sat there and go, I want to save my country to these tremendous young activists.

00:06:41.000 Thank you.

00:06:42.000 This is going to be a force, not just in the Republican Party, not just in the MAGA movement.

00:06:47.000 This is going to be a force now if we unify a force to take our country back.

00:06:52.000 And that's why I think it's so important what's happened here over the last four days.

00:06:56.000 It's multi-generational, right?

00:06:57.000 The students are the backbone of everything we do at Turning Point USA.

00:07:00.000 But now we have a citizen movement of people of all ages because guess what?

00:07:04.000 The institutional conservative movement is not doing this type of work, is not doing this type of activism, is not really putting the work in.

00:07:11.000 And Turning Point Action, our political arm, did a poll of, hey, do you approve or disapprove of what Rana Romney is doing running the RNC?

00:07:20.000 Do you approve or disapprove what the RNC is doing?

00:07:23.000 Of all ages, despite demographics, they have a 1.6% approval rating at AmericaFest.

00:07:29.000 I would love to meet those people.

00:07:30.000 You're welcome to come on our show.

00:07:32.000 But Charlie, how is this poll conducted?

00:07:37.000 We're machines.

00:07:37.000 By Richard Barris, actually.

00:07:39.000 Richard Barris.

00:07:40.000 All right, Minister.

00:07:41.000 Richard Barris came in and he did this independent kind of process.

00:07:45.000 But that goes to show that there is a movement that transcends age, that transcends geography.

00:07:51.000 I encourage you guys when you go into the exhibit hall to go look at the picture of where people came from.

00:07:56.000 I'll show you the picture here.

00:07:57.000 It's tremendous.

00:07:58.000 It's powerful.

00:08:00.000 It blows you away.

00:08:01.000 48 states represented.

00:08:02.000 Wow.

00:08:03.000 And by the way, a ton of people from the Northeast from New Jersey.

00:08:08.000 New York.

00:08:08.000 Boston.

00:08:09.000 And Boston.

00:08:09.000 Boston.

00:08:10.000 I mean, we're thousands of miles away from there.

00:08:12.000 And so it's a huge remnant from the Midwest.

00:08:15.000 Massive amounts from the North.

00:08:16.000 What's the one takeaway for the War Room audience?

00:08:19.000 What's the one takeaway, Charlie and Jack, that you guys have leaving here for 2023?

00:08:24.000 Because 2023 is going to be one of the most difficult years in the American economy.

00:08:29.000 And I'm telling you, politics is going to be a contact sport.

00:08:32.000 I mean that metaphorically, right?

00:08:34.000 It's going to be 2023.

00:08:35.000 It's going to be about action, action, action.

00:08:37.000 What is the takeaway from here?

00:08:38.000 I think first we have to recognize this year was profound and had a lot more wins than the meat would ever give us.

00:08:44.000 As I mentioned, the vaccine non-compliance.

00:08:46.000 As I mentioned, Elon taking over Twitter and liberating Twitter, taking over the House of Representatives, winning by double digits in Florida and Ohio.

00:08:54.000 Those things are significant.

00:08:55.000 And knowing that there was a coup on Trump's watch that they tried to take Trump's first term and then they took his second term.

00:09:02.000 And that's obvious, right?

00:09:04.000 It's now obvious the government, the deep state, had a coup against President Trump.

00:09:08.000 Steve, I'm going to go one further, and I'm going to be speaking main stage here right after the great Kerry Lake.

00:09:14.000 And who has a special announcement?

00:09:16.000 But Kerry's going to come back to stage and make an announcement. 0.97

00:09:18.000 She's coming back.

00:09:19.000 But what we see, by the way, give it up for Kerry Lake.

00:09:22.000 All right.

00:09:23.000 Come on.

00:09:23.000 All right.

00:09:25.000 But what we see in the Twitter files, and I'm going to lay this out, yes, it is evidence of a crime.

00:09:31.000 It is.

00:09:32.000 But what it also is, is a roadmap for taking down the deep state itself.

00:09:39.000 Because if you think that this only happened at Twitter, you haven't been paying attention.

00:09:45.000 This was an operation run throughout Silicon Valley.

00:09:49.000 It was run throughout the government.

00:09:51.000 It was run in conjunction with the CCP and their agents that have infiltrated the Silicon Valley and to the Yole Roths and the James Bakers at Google and Facebook and Meta and Amazon and Wikipedia.

00:10:04.000 We're coming for you.

00:10:06.000 Everybody, email us your thoughts.

00:10:08.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.

00:10:09.000 Steve, closing thoughts.

00:10:10.000 You're about to address the whole story.

00:10:11.000 11:30, right?

00:10:13.000 You're our keynote.

00:10:14.000 You're the capstone.

00:10:15.000 Unless we got it.

00:10:17.000 We have to have closer the clock or I'll be speaking at 2 o'clock.

00:10:19.000 No, no, no. 1.00

00:10:20.000 We got a very specific way to keep Carrie on time on the stage. 1.00

00:10:24.000 She's a firebrand. 1.00

00:10:25.000 That's right. 1.00

00:10:26.000 I'll give up my time for Kerry right now.

00:10:27.000 Amen.

00:10:28.000 We're not going to cut Carrie's mic.

00:10:29.000 Are you, Charlie?

00:10:29.000 No, no, no.

00:10:30.000 We have a plan.

00:10:34.000 Look, I love fall food.

00:10:35.000 Football, fall recipes, church gatherings, Thanksgiving.

00:10:39.000 And of course, Christmas is around the corner.

00:10:40.000 The food is amazing.

00:10:41.000 The problem is there's no room sometimes for fruits or veggies.

00:10:45.000 It's a serious problem.

00:10:46.000 And as you know, you need to get your nutrition.

00:10:48.000 Seriously, if I had to choose between steamed cabbage or a beautiful juicy burger, I mean, come on, I'm going to pick the burger.

00:10:54.000 Well, look, I've got a secret weapon for you to be able to get your fruits and vegetables.

00:10:58.000 It happens quickly.

00:10:59.000 It's amazing.

00:11:00.000 And I still have room for 31.

00:11:02.000 That's right, 31 whole fruits and veggies because I get them all from Balance and Nature.

00:11:06.000 Now, I'm not suggesting you eat with reckless abandon.

00:11:09.000 What I'm recommending is that you make sure you don't deprive your body of what it truly needs.

00:11:49.000 Discount code Charlie.

00:11:53.000 New Twitter files.

00:11:55.000 Walk us through all of it.

00:11:56.000 Look, so the latest drop in the Twitter files, Charlie, actually, and this is one of the reasons that a lot of people said that we wanted everything at once.

00:12:06.000 I'm glad that we have it now, but you know, me as an investigator, I want to look at the timeline of things more.

00:12:12.000 And so what we're now seeing is that prior to Twitter censorship of the Hunter Biden laptop, prior to, two weeks before, the FBI held a tabletop exercise, which is essentially a wargame scenario where they went to the Twitter executives, Charlie, they gave them interim top secret security clearances, presented them with information that they believed, get this,

00:12:42.000 guess what the scenario was?

00:12:45.000 An imminent drop, all hypothetical, right?

00:12:48.000 Just an exercise, an imminent drop of Hunter Biden files, which had been hacked by the Russian state, was coming out through, oh, let's just pick someone at random, maybe Rudy Giuliani and Steve Bannon.

00:13:02.000 And Twitter must learn, and by the way, it's not just Twitter, it's the entire social media tech giant, the whole world.

00:13:10.000 What will you do to number one, and this is, it's so pervasive and sinister.

00:13:15.000 What will you do not only to stop the story, but to spread talking points throughout the mainstream media in order to diminish and diffuse the story.

00:13:28.000 So Charlie, you're looking at an entirely new arm, an entirely new phase of Project Mockingbird, this idea that they don't need the journalists to be on their payroll anymore like they did in the past.

00:13:40.000 What we're seeing here is they were using top secret information, they were using disinfo, they were going to Twitter, they were going to their friends, their coworkers, their colleagues there, and telling them exactly what would come to pass just two weeks later.

00:13:54.000 And we also now know that Elvis Chan, this supervisory FBI agent, called Twitter two hours before Emma Joe Watson released her story at the New York Post.

00:14:09.000 Now here's my question.

00:14:10.000 What was the criminal investigation there?

00:14:12.000 What was the counterintelligence investigation there?

00:14:16.000 You need, if you're working, and I remember this from when I was behind the desk in the military in the IC, you need justification to legally take those actions as the government.

00:14:26.000 They had none.

00:14:27.000 They had none whatsoever.

00:14:34.000 Okay, we found it.

00:14:35.000 There we go.

00:14:36.000 When the government breaks the law, who holds them accountable?

00:14:39.000 Well, it's we the people.

00:14:41.000 It's we the people and it's going to be the new Congress and that that kind of gets into the speaker situation that I don't know if you saw you and I were going viral yesterday for that clip with Lauren and with Matt yesterday that my eyebrows became a sort of meme on the internet, right?

00:14:56.000 Yeah, the whole thing.

00:14:58.000 And that being said, I was thinking of my pillows in the rejuvenating sleep the entire time, nothing else.

00:15:04.000 But that's why it's so important that we get the right people in charge of the new Congress, the right people in charge of the committees, and also, Charlie, to go back to your theory of the red states, we need to see red states taking more.

00:15:17.000 Look what Missouri was able to do with one lawsuit, all the information that we have, and then more importantly, actionable information that we're getting from these investigations.

00:15:27.000 Yeah, I mean, it is now a fact that these social media companies were owned and operated subsidiaries of the Intel agencies.

00:15:35.000 And it's amazing because you and I could say that.

00:15:38.000 We probably could have said that for two years, and it wouldn't have surprised us.

00:15:41.000 But now we've got documents that you can walk into a courtroom like Kerry Lake's gonna walk into a courtroom tomorrow with Harmee Dylan.

00:15:48.000 And I don't know if I'm breaking news here by saying this, Richard Barris, who's also gonna be involved, and he did testify at the opening hearing and preliminaries that they are gonna walk in because they have to prove, and this is a high bar, they have to prove actual malice in terms of those printers and the ink.

00:16:05.000 So they have to prove malice, not just malfeasance.

00:16:09.000 They have to prove malice.

00:16:10.000 That was the count that went forward.

00:16:12.000 Well, that's gonna, how are they gonna do that?

00:16:14.000 You're gonna need a smoking gun.

00:16:16.000 You're either gonna need smoking gun, you're gonna need emails, you're gonna need notes, memos, or potentially draw it out through testimony.

00:16:23.000 And they are going to have Katie Hobbs testify.

00:16:25.000 They are going to have Stephen Richard testify.

00:16:28.000 Bill Gates, you remember old Bill with this true coat?

00:16:31.000 He's going to be testifying.

00:16:33.000 So they are going to have to go to the wall against these people in order to be able to draw that out.

00:16:39.000 And so what do we know for the timetable?

00:16:41.000 So that the trial, the Kerry Lake trial begins tomorrow.

00:16:44.000 Tomorrow.

00:16:45.000 Tomorrow, super quick.

00:16:46.000 This is normally something that if you're walking into a courtroom, there's six months prep, eight months prep.

00:16:51.000 There's none of that.

00:16:52.000 They've had six, eight hours to be able to prep on this because the ruling just came out last night.

00:16:57.000 It's extraordinary.

00:16:58.000 And so the legal team for Kerry Lake need to be meeting right now, getting their arguments precise.

00:17:04.000 And Katie Hobbs and the defenders of Maricopa County are kind of scrambling to figure out how to, let's just say, cover it up.

00:19:19.000 I do want to mention this poll before I welcome my friend Matthew Tierman, who I've known for probably a decade.

00:19:25.000 Just graduated high school.

00:19:26.000 You got to get closer there.

00:19:27.000 Just graduated high school.

00:19:28.000 Yeah, that's right.

00:19:29.000 10, 11 years ago, two Chicagoans here, and I'm no longer in Chicago.

00:19:33.000 That's tragic.

00:19:34.000 I wish I was.

00:19:35.000 But Chicago left me more than I left Chicago.

00:19:37.000 But we have this poll that shows that we asked, who do you want to see run the RNC?

00:19:42.000 The final top line numbers I'm going to have to find, but I believe Rana received 1.7% of all of our attendees.

00:19:48.000 And so I wonder if the RNC is going to listen to say that they have a 98% disapproval rating amongst the grassroots.

00:19:56.000 Just top line thoughts on that, Matthew.

00:19:58.000 My guess is they will not listen.

00:19:59.000 They're going to have to be dragged out, kicking and screaming by their Lululemons that we paid for.

00:20:05.000 You know, when Caroline Wren was on War Room a few minutes ago, right here at this platform, she was talking about the permanent consultant class and how the RNC, the goal is to win elections.

00:20:14.000 I don't think it is with the establishment hacks.

00:20:16.000 The goal is to be in opposition because they raise more money and the consultants know that.

00:20:21.000 Is it really that sinister in your calculation?

00:20:23.000 I mean, if you're not a cynic these days watching the establishment in politics, then you're not watching.

00:20:28.000 Well, 98% of the grassroots here at our turning point event think it's time for change at the RNC.

00:20:34.000 98%.

00:20:35.000 And yet, for whatever reason, we're told that 50-plus percent of the RNC members think everything is just fine.

00:20:41.000 So interesting.

00:20:42.000 Matthew, you've been covering something really well.

00:20:44.000 I'll be honest.

00:20:44.000 I haven't been following it.

00:20:45.000 I've been seeing some videos and find it interesting.

00:20:48.000 What on earth is going on in Brazil?

00:20:50.000 Well, Brazil is the most important electoral battleground in the world against global communism.

00:20:57.000 Brazil just had their election, October 2nd, first round, October 30th, second round.

00:21:02.000 It was stolen.

00:21:03.000 It's about the machines, same machines born in Venezuela out of Chavez's regime in 2000, 2002.

00:21:10.000 Matthew, I just want to slow you down because I have a lot of respect for you.

00:21:13.000 Walk people through this because they'll say, oh, I don't believe Matthew.

00:21:16.000 That's not true.

00:21:17.000 I mean, okay, so what do you mean it's the machines?

00:21:19.000 Well, if you watched the electoral ballot drops on both rounds, Bolsonaro was up, started off at a lead, as would be expected.

00:21:28.000 If you're on the ground, you see the mass support.

00:21:31.000 He's brought people together, even in leftist strongholds.

00:21:34.000 He had massive, massive support, millions of people on the ground.

00:21:38.000 His entire down ballot endorsees, everybody won.

00:21:42.000 Congress, lower house, upper house, governors.

00:21:44.000 And then the ballot drop started.

00:21:47.000 55-45 every drop for Lula until he crossed into a lead at the same exact point in both rounds, 66.5%, algorithmically driven electoral tabulation.

00:22:00.000 And then they said, everything's great.

00:22:02.000 And Biden said, congrats on fair, free, incredible elections.

00:22:05.000 One minute after it all closed, as if they could possibly know they were fair, free, incredible.

00:22:09.000 There are so many international dynamics playing out here, the Chinese Communist Party and all this.

00:22:13.000 So I'm not an expert in Brazilian elections.

00:22:15.000 What could be done to remedy this?

00:22:16.000 What is being done to remedy this?

00:22:18.000 Well, the Brazilian Constitution, given the fraught history in Latin America with military dictatorships and lots of volatility at the top, they have an article in their Constitution, Article 142, that allows the military to stabilize society in a separation of power disputes, which is what we have.

00:22:33.000 The judiciary in Brazil is made up of Lula and Lula's followers, Dilma, Temer, their appointees.

00:22:40.000 Lula was in prison.

00:22:41.000 He was sentenced to 12 years in prison, and he was let out to run.

00:22:45.000 His record, the sentences were annulled and vacated.

00:22:48.000 His record was expunged because there's a law in Brazil that says if you're a convicted felon, you cannot run for office.

00:22:53.000 So they just, by fiat, vacated and expunged and annulled, and then they set it all up.

00:22:59.000 The media there is totally in the tank.

00:23:01.000 And since that second round, 10 million people in the streets, every city of Brazil, packed with people staying all night, every night, rain, storm, wind.

00:23:11.000 And they are prayerful warriors, totally peaceful, no vandalism, no violence, no arson.

00:23:16.000 So what's going to happen?

00:23:17.000 Well, I think this week, if it doesn't happen this week, it's over.

00:23:20.000 Ahead of Christmas, I believe the military will act and invoke Article 142, and they will arrest the judges and force open the machines.

00:23:28.000 The courts did not give the military the machines, even though the law said they had to.

00:23:33.000 Wait, so you're saying the military will take over the government?

00:23:36.000 The military will do what is endowed to them responsibly in the Constitution, which is to force open the electoral court and the machines.

00:23:45.000 We'll audit it, will prove fraud.

00:23:47.000 They will arrest the judges for their violations of the Constitution.

00:23:51.000 I don't think Bolsonaro will stay, and I think he'll have to step down because the global media is going to get activated, and they will start paying attention and say it's a coup.

00:23:58.000 It's not a coup.

00:23:59.000 The coup is putting Lula in by fiat, by judicial fiat.

00:24:03.000 So is Bolsonaro the one that's going to deploy the military?

00:24:06.000 The military is going to act on their own.

00:24:09.000 All he has to do is approve their own initiative to invoke this constitutional right.

00:24:13.000 And then I think he has to step down.

00:24:15.000 They appoint a caretaker government, maybe a retired judge that has credibility.

00:24:19.000 They hold new elections, and then perhaps he runs again, and he does get rightfully elected in a clean, machine-auditable electoral process.

00:24:28.000 Matthew, we're going to have you back on the show.

00:24:29.000 This is some pretty serious stuff.

00:24:31.000 Thanks, guys.

00:24:31.000 We really appreciate it.

00:24:32.000 Ben, let's go to you on the front lines.

00:24:34.000 We've got Vivek Ramaswamy coming right up.

00:24:36.000 All right, hey, we're going to start over here.

00:24:37.000 We've got these awesome young people.

00:24:39.000 And I want to start down here with you ladies. 1.00

00:24:41.000 Again, shout out.

00:24:42.000 We didn't get your dad's name yesterday.

00:24:43.000 What was that?

00:24:44.000 Tom.

00:24:44.000 Tom, shout out to Tom in Michigan.

00:24:46.000 Tell me your names again.

00:24:47.000 Isabella.

00:24:48.000 Isabella.

00:24:49.000 Gabriella.

00:24:49.000 Gabriella, perfect names.

00:24:51.000 And you came out here.

00:24:52.000 You've had an awesome time.

00:24:53.000 Four days.

00:24:54.000 What was the best part?

00:24:55.000 Listening to Carrie and Candace speak.

00:24:56.000 They are so full of fire and it is so empowering. 0.99

00:24:59.000 Young ladies, the left wants you to believe that all that matters is killing babies. 0.99

00:25:03.000 What matters to you? 0.99

00:25:05.000 The truth.

00:25:07.000 The truth.

00:25:08.000 Conservatism, you're 17, haven't voted yet.

00:25:11.000 You're not a Democrat, but she will.

00:25:13.000 She will.

00:25:13.000 God bless you both.

00:25:14.000 All right, young men, where are you guys from?

00:25:16.000 I'm from Illinois.

00:25:17.000 Illinois?

00:25:18.000 I'm also from Illinois.

00:25:19.000 Illinois.

00:25:20.000 Why brought you guys out here?

00:25:22.000 So he just started up a new chapter at Western Illinois University at Turning Point.

00:25:26.000 And so he's just getting involved with the conservative movement, getting involved with making change.

00:25:30.000 And that's kind of why we came out here today.

00:25:32.000 Did you lose your voice because of all the shouting you've been doing here?

00:25:35.000 I've done a lot of talking this weekend.

00:25:37.000 So that has something to do with it, yes.

00:25:39.000 What about you?

00:25:40.000 What was the best part of this whole time?

00:25:42.000 I would have to say definitely the best part would be the people, the atmosphere.

00:25:46.000 It's so moving, uplifting, and it really gives you hope.

00:25:50.000 By the way, if I sound a little tongue-tied, this is a long, it's exhausting, but it's amazing.

00:25:56.000 This is the thing that refills your cup.

00:25:58.000 It gets you inspired for more.

00:26:01.000 What's your name?

00:26:01.000 Henry.

00:26:02.000 Henry, where are you from?

00:26:03.000 From Minnesota.

00:26:04.000 Minnesota.

00:26:05.000 All right.

00:26:05.000 I love it, man.

00:26:06.000 All over the country.

00:26:08.000 Best part of the event.

00:26:09.000 God's the best part of everything.

00:26:11.000 Charlie Kirk was great.

00:26:12.000 Always puts on a great show.

00:26:14.000 It was great to see Tucker Carlson.

00:26:15.000 It was awesome.

00:26:16.000 What's your message to the American people?

00:26:19.000 God wins.

00:26:20.000 We always win.

00:26:20.000 Whether we win these elections or not, we have God.

00:26:23.000 They don't.

00:26:24.000 Always be prayerful, be merry, be cheerful.

00:26:26.000 All right, we got Veronica from California over here.

00:26:28.000 Charlie, I'm going back to you.

00:26:29.000 We're going to keep this going. 0.88

00:26:30.000 They're fired up.

00:26:31.000 Ben is special, isn't he?

00:26:33.000 I love you, brother.

00:26:33.000 I love you.

00:26:34.000 Great job.

00:26:34.000 Everybody, email us freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:26:36.000 We got Vivek Ramaswamy here, who's amazing, author of Woke Inc.

00:26:40.000 But also Vivek has a really amazing, I could call it a movement that is going about trying to solve the ESG problem.

00:26:47.000 If you guys don't know about ESG, it's one of the most important things happening in the global game.

00:26:52.000 It's sinister.

00:26:52.000 It's a financial takeover of the West.

00:26:55.000 Vivek, what is ESG and why should people care about it?

00:26:58.000 It stands for something really boring.

00:27:00.000 Environmental, social, and governance factors.

00:27:03.000 Forget about that.

00:27:04.000 What it really is, is it is a way for the government to get done through the private sector what it could not get done through the front door.

00:27:12.000 No Green New Deal, no problem.

00:27:14.000 We'll actually get every financial institution in this country to embrace the climate pledge instead through the private sector.

00:27:21.000 Can't do racial quota systems through the government because affirmative action may be outlawed next year.

00:27:27.000 No problem. 0.72

00:27:27.000 We'll make companies do racial equity audits instead. 0.72

00:27:30.000 So that's what this is about.

00:27:32.000 Silicon Valley, what you see with Silicon Valley censorship, that is an example of the broader ESG movement using companies to do government's dirty work through the back door that government could not get done through the front door under the Constitution.

00:27:45.000 How do we beat it?

00:27:46.000 Because this is not just a billion dollar, it's a 10, 20, 30, 40 trillion dollar game that they are trying to say this is the new social credit system.

00:27:55.000 That's right.

00:27:55.000 So it is a tens of trillions of dollar game.

00:27:58.000 If you think the signatories of the Climate Action 100 Plus Network, that's $68 trillion worth of asset managers' money, using probably most of your money to commit to tell these companies what they're supposed to do.

00:28:11.000 The answer is it starts with getting educated.

00:28:14.000 Okay.

00:28:15.000 I'll give a homework assignment to anybody watching the show right now.

00:28:18.000 Ask your 401k plan administrator at work.

00:28:21.000 Ask the guy who manages your money.

00:28:23.000 Ask your pension fund board, was my money used to vote in favor of an emissions cap at an American oil company?

00:28:31.000 Was my money used to vote in favor of a racial equity system at an American tech company?

00:28:36.000 They will tell you they don't know.

00:28:37.000 Tell them to go find out, and what you will learn is that your money almost certainly was used to vote in favor of one or more of those things.

00:28:44.000 Take then control back after you empower yourself.

00:28:47.000 This is so important because all of the socialist woke ideas, you know, we're focused on the schools, we're focused on what's happening in Congress.

00:28:56.000 But this is the same way as you mentioned that the federal government outsourced censorship to Twitter.

00:29:02.000 That's right.

00:29:02.000 They're outsourcing woke conformity to the biggest, most powerful financial institutions.

00:29:08.000 So this is not just Coca-Cola.

00:29:10.000 It's not just Amex, but no, it's the institutions on top of them.

00:29:14.000 It's the asset managers.

00:29:15.000 It's BlackRock.

00:29:17.000 It is Larry Fink, the $10 trillion man, who then is coming down and saying, hey, if you want to get a good rating from BlackRock, if you want us to still own 5 million shares of Coca-Cola, you have to abide by all these insane measures or else we're going to tell people not to buy your stock.

00:29:36.000 Is that simple?

00:29:37.000 It's one step even worse than that, Charlie.

00:29:39.000 It's not that we're going to tell people not to buy your stock.

00:29:41.000 We're going to own your stock.

00:29:42.000 We're just going to fire you as CEO.

00:29:44.000 We're going to dock your business.

00:29:45.000 These are hostile takeovers with woke ideology.

00:29:47.000 That's exactly right.

00:29:48.000 So the problem is, actually, BlackRock tells the Texas of the world, hey, we're not divesting from oil and gas.

00:29:53.000 Half of that story is right.

00:29:55.000 The problem is that they're invested in Exxon and Chevron and they're changing what these companies do.

00:30:00.000 From within.

00:30:00.000 Using the money of everyday citizens to do it.

00:30:03.000 Using probably the money of most people who are in this room here to do it.

00:30:07.000 Pension funds, brokerage accounts, 401k accounts, you name it.

00:30:11.000 And to me, the two concentrations of power in the American economy today, okay, you got the big three asset managers, BlackRock, State Street, Vanguard, tens of trillions of dollars.

00:30:21.000 You've got the companies in Silicon Valley operating the monopoly of ideas.

00:30:25.000 And the worst part about it is they're actually linked.

00:30:28.000 You look at who the top shareholders are, outside shareholders of Facebook, Google, Twitter, before it went private.

00:30:34.000 It's the same firms.

00:30:36.000 So this is the largest aggregation of private capital in the hands of private hands in human history.

00:30:43.000 These companies are more powerful than the Dutch East India Company.

00:30:46.000 The American way is to say that you don't rule us.

00:30:49.000 We, the people, decide what the right answers are.

00:30:52.000 That's what we need to restore.

00:30:53.000 And so you have a company called Strive that is going about solving this.

00:30:57.000 I'm a big fan and really love what you're doing.

00:31:00.000 Tell our audience about it because this is a real potential competitor to this Leviathan.

00:31:06.000 Yeah, my view is solve these problems through the market.

00:31:08.000 Thank you for your support on it, Charlie, as well.

00:31:11.000 The way we solve this through the market is first through education, and second, put the power back in the people who actually own the money.

00:31:18.000 So, what Strive is doing is we're using shareholder power to tell these companies to get out of politics, to focus exclusively on products and services, yes, for profit, without apologizing for it, and don't want anybody's political ideology in the boardroom.

00:31:34.000 And I'm happy to say that you know what?

00:31:36.000 I think we are already having an impact on corporate America.

00:31:40.000 I sent a public letter to the board of Chevron, interacted with the CEO, the CFO.

00:31:44.000 A lot of, and here's the good news: I want to actually have an optimistic note here.

00:31:48.000 Most of these CEOs quietly don't actually want to do the thing that these bad guys are doing.

00:31:53.000 That's when we can change this fast.

00:31:54.000 Vivek Ramaswamy, check it out, freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:31:57.000 The company's called Strive.

00:32:01.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.

00:32:02.000 Email me your thoughts as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:32:05.000 Thanks so much for listening, and God bless.
