00:01:25.000 We have just received 800-plus emails of people, not including the four right here, which now it's four because we just asked, where their votes haven't been tabulated from voting in person on Election Day in Arizona.

00:01:50.000 My first ballot, they tried to scan about eight times.

00:01:54.000 They were saying that the tabulating machines were down.

00:01:58.000 The line was at least 20 people at the tabulators because of the functioning, ill-functioning tabulators that should have been properly tested and ready.

00:02:06.000 Put my ballot in, it did not take.

00:02:09.000 I reversed it.

00:02:10.000 It did not take.

00:02:11.000 One of the tabulators was broken, and the other tabulator kept rejecting everyone's vote.

00:02:17.000 There's something not right here.

00:02:20.000 I don't know if it's going to be enough, or I don't know if tonight she's going to win 70%.

00:02:26.000 But by a very simple statistical analysis, if I'm literally within 30 feet of two people and within 100 feet of four people that have all had the same experience, and these are not drop-offs, these are people that voted in person.

00:06:07.000 Neither of their votes have yet to be tallied.

00:06:10.000 My mother was sent a mail and absentee, even though she had requested not to have one sent to her.

00:06:14.000 She then went to a voting center on November 8th, opted to have it voided, and voted in person.

00:06:20.000 My father was not on the mailed absentee list, so there's no reason his vote should have been received.

00:06:26.000 They tried to vote an anthem, and due to long lines, they were told to go find another place.

00:06:31.000 That is illegal, by the way.

00:06:32.000 You're not allowed to tell people to go away.

00:06:35.000 You can't do that.

00:06:36.000 That is the act of voter suppression.

00:06:38.000 So they had to go in the car 20 minutes away and go vote near Deer Valley Airport.

00:06:44.000 One of our producers actually asked an interesting question.

00:06:47.000 Is there anybody who voted in person where it says they did?

00:06:50.000 Yes.

00:06:51.000 Yes, there's a couple.

00:06:51.000 It counted?

00:07:13.000 Again, this is not at all what is the guarantee that the county has told us repeatedly is that same-day election votes outside of box 13 are counted on site.

00:09:53.000 And so if Kerry Lake gets within 7,000 votes, within 5,000 votes, and we're talking about, I don't know, I'm just by the law of large numbers, 20,000 Republican ballots not counted.

00:11:31.000 I checked the website first and I voted in person, showed not counted.

00:11:34.000 I called Maricopa County right now and they said that theirs haven't been counted, that we have not counted my ballot yet.

00:11:42.000 If this is, if this is true, Charlie, people calling Maricopa County and them responding that their election day in-person ballot was not counted.

00:11:54.000 Is very bizarre.

00:11:55.000 Now, there's a couple of potential explanations for it.

00:12:00.000 Explanation number one would be there were a number of precincts or not precincts because they don't vote by precinct.

00:12:08.000 A number of vote centers that were screwed up where they mixed together all the normal votes and all of the drops.

00:12:19.000 The drops are bucket three.

00:12:23.000 That means that this drop tonight could include a lot of election day.

00:12:26.000 That's what I'm saying.

00:12:27.000 And they haven't figured this out yet. 0.98

00:12:29.000 Oh, because it's a freaking third world country. 0.99

00:12:31.000 Because they screwed up the election so bad on Tuesday. 0.96

00:12:34.000 And this is why everyone should be very concerned.

00:12:36.000 Because, and this is why I'm like seeing some people that carry that like to carry the water for the recorder's office and for Bill Gates.

00:12:44.000 Like, guys, what happened on Tuesday was we had long lines.

00:12:48.000 We had polling places shut down.

00:12:50.000 They sent people to other places.

00:12:52.000 They had polling places, at least two full polling places that we know of where they mixed all the ballots up together.

00:12:58.000 And so those have even been counted.

00:13:00.000 Those are both in Trump 2020 land.

00:13:04.000 They had an entire polling place where for hours and hours and hours they printed the ballots incorrectly, where they were shrunk.

00:13:13.000 And so those haven't even been counted.

00:13:14.000 This is about a thousand ballots in there.

00:13:16.000 And then there's, according to the report that I got from the team, and this was yesterday, so this may be a little old now, but there was about seven envelopes of hundreds and hundreds of ballots each that were polling places that had misprints, misreads, all those things as well.

00:13:32.000 So, I mean, we're talking there, there still is out there, Charlie, like 10 to 15,000 minimum.

00:13:38.000 And that's of what we know, because that's the other thing, too.

00:13:42.000 Maricopa County is not, and I'll tell you this straight up: Maricopa County has not been extraordinarily forthright with some of our attorneys.

00:13:50.000 They've pushed back on giving answers at times because they're afraid they're going to get sued, which they're going to get sued.

00:13:56.000 I mean, they're going to get sued.

00:13:57.000 So they should get sued, but targeting.

00:13:58.000 So why class action laws?

00:14:00.000 Why are there not lawsuits now?

00:14:01.000 Injunctions.

00:14:02.000 We need lawyers.

00:14:03.000 We need 500 lawsuits.

00:14:04.000 We need to flood the zone.

00:14:06.000 So, Charlie, right now, they have every attorney on the planet that's down there, and they're doing a combination of things.

00:14:13.000 One is they're working on the lawsuit that has to go forward from Tuesday's issues.

00:14:19.000 But two, there's all these other issues that are out there.

00:14:21.000 And so if they take their eye off the ball and they focus on suing just for Tuesday, then they're going to take their eye off of all the things because they're trying to watch them do the, because they're taking this long to count down.

00:14:32.000 But like, so, I mean, our team member right there, who you know, Mikey, he voted in person.

00:14:37.000 His wife did the same thing.

00:14:38.000 They did not request an early mail-in ballot, so no spoiled ballot.

00:14:41.000 They go to the machine, it accepts it.

00:14:43.000 Wife's ballot counted, all good.

00:14:45.000 His ballot now calls and gets a status check.

00:14:47.000 And Maricopa says, quote, oh, it's here and will be tabulated in the coming days, even though it ran through the machine.

00:14:55.000 What the heck?

00:14:56.000 So the question is, what do you mean coming days?

00:14:58.000 Because Maricopa County has told us how many votes they have left and that they're already processed.

00:15:01.000 Like, where are these all the other ballots?

00:15:03.000 There's a chance that would be within their behavior that there could be 5,000, 10,000, 15,000 more votes out there, 20,000 votes.

00:15:12.000 Well, I mean, I can't speak to it other than I'm speculating based on what I am what Mikey endured here, but like, yeah, Mikey's vote should have already been counted if it went through the machine.

00:19:28.000 So, if you send in a mail-in ballot, let's say you screw up your signature or you have a random mark on it or you don't fill it out properly, then they get set aside and they give you a chance to correct it.

00:19:42.000 So, they call you, they call you down, they voter verify you, and then you're able to fix your ballot and get it counted.

00:22:55.000 I hope Andrew can pull this together because this one instance, and we're getting hundreds, if not thousands of these coming in, they've had hundreds of these come in by the hour of people talking about voter suppression, about how they had to leave and they couldn't vote, how long they voted at polling places, issues now that we're seeing like this where they're calling down the recorder's office and the recorder, the county elections officials at the county elections department is saying that we don't have your vote tabulated.

00:23:27.000 People are going online and they're clicking on their voting history, not seeing their current vote.

00:23:33.000 I think this is a flaw in the system, but that's your previous votes as your vote history.

00:23:44.000 So, what this election says, you click on the vote status.

00:23:47.000 So, if you voted in person on election day, and it'll say, it'll say that your vote has been recorded.

00:23:55.000 I voted in person at Glendale Community College, 56th and 57th, and Happy Valley Road.

00:34:43.000 The drawdown of the votes, guess what was drawn down the most yesterday again?

00:34:50.000 The highest drawdown numbers were in Democrat districts.

00:34:59.000 So if Kerry Lake gets 62.5% out of Maricopa tonight, if they report all 97,000 ballots, if, if, if, if she, she's tied with Katie Hobbs.

00:35:10.000 Which then it comes down to Pima, comes down to Pinal, comes down to Yavapai, comes down to Apache, which is not good for us.

00:35:24.000 That's an eight-point increase from what she did last evening.
