00:03:02.000 Good to see you, Charlie.
00:03:03.000 Thanks for having me.
00:03:04.000 Before we get into the topics we have, how are things going?
00:03:06.000 Give our audience an update.
00:03:08.000 America's marketplace.
00:03:10.000 Tell us all about it.
00:03:11.000 Well, the same traction you've seen in the political world of folks saying enough is enough.
00:03:16.000 I'm tired of the regime that is destroying my life, making it harder to operate and thrive and function healthfully, economically.
00:03:25.000 I'm done.
00:03:26.000 I unsubscribe from the corrupt system.
00:03:28.000 You're seeing that happen time and time again in politics, in culture.
00:03:32.000 People are done with it.
00:03:32.000 They've had it.
00:03:33.000 They're frustrated with the woke culture and the progressive ideology being indoctrinated to us and shoved down our throats.
00:03:39.000 And they are actually, my hope and prayer is taking that energy to the polls and to the ballot box this November.
00:03:46.000 You're seeing that same energy in this parallel economy as well.
00:03:49.000 There are folks that have been so frustrated by institutional corporate America for far too long, selling our jobs overseas, mocking Americans while they do it with progressive social causes, taking our hard-earned money and turning it into an opportunity to enforce their political agenda.
00:04:05.000 We're done.
00:04:06.000 And what's been amazing, Charlie, is all the folks that feel that sense of frustration at woke corporate America, ESG-driven corporate America, are moving their money, their hard-earned money to businesses and brands that support this incredible country, the Constitution, and the family values that that document protects.
00:04:23.000 The pro-life, pro-family, and pro-freedom economy is absolutely booming.
00:04:27.000 Public Square is a great example of that.
00:04:29.000 Our revenue is up a thousand percent from last year.
00:04:32.000 And already in the first quarter of this year, we made more money than we did all of last year, which is a sign that the consumers and merchants in this parallel economy are waking up en masse and they're putting action behind their values.
00:04:46.000 I tell people all the time, Charlie, and I'll finish with this, we have a bright future ahead for our nation.
00:04:51.000 And I know that because if people did not have hope, a company like ours could never thrive.
00:04:57.000 But because people have hope still, they're turning their frustration into action.
00:05:02.000 And because of that, millions of customers and tens of thousands of small businesses, over 80,000 now on our platform in this great country, are experiencing much needed benefit and blessing right now, especially in a time of economic turmoil.
00:05:16.000 So I could not be happier with how things are going.
00:05:18.000 And it's great to be here.
00:05:20.000 Coming up on Saturday is the beginning of Pride Month.
00:05:22.000 Remember, Pride comes before the fall.
00:05:26.000 And Walmart is going all in on this.
00:05:28.000 They promote Pride merchandise as Target scales back following backlash.
00:05:33.000 You know, you always think of Walmart as being kind of a conservative owned and operated.
00:05:38.000 Obviously, Walmart doesn't care about families.
00:05:41.000 Walmart doesn't care about children.
00:05:43.000 Let's play Cut 46.
00:05:45.000 Queer people have magic that we can share.
00:05:49.000 We're lucky enough to be in the Walmart Pride Collection this year.
00:05:52.000 Mortal dream come true.
00:05:53.000 It's not every day that I see my products in a Walmart.
00:05:56.000 It's important to me to share my art.
00:05:59.000 No one can make the art that you make.
00:06:01.000 No one can say the things the way you say them.
00:06:04.000 There's a lot of opportunity to uplift with a bit of playfulness and imperfection.
00:06:08.000 The world needs to hear what you have to say and your story.
00:06:14.000 So help me understand the market of incentives here.
00:06:17.000 Target with a huge backlash.
00:06:19.000 What is Walmart thinking here?
00:06:21.000 Why are they leaning in on a deeply unpopular fringe agenda?
00:06:27.000 Do they think like, oh, this is just pride for adults, not for kids?
00:06:31.000 Do they not realize that America is just kind of exhausted with this public celebration of one's private sexual preferences?
00:06:40.000 Well, the incentive structure that you point out is no longer based upon economics because if it was, they would have learned from the Target debacle and recognized that they need to change course and change course quickly.
00:06:51.000 Target, after last year's Pride misstep, to say the least, I thought it was a perversion disaster.
00:06:59.000 After Target's massive malfeasance last June, they saw their first quarterly earnings miss, which means for the first time in six years, they have missed what analysts thought that they would actually do in sales.
00:07:11.000 And they attributed it to the backlash from the pride collection in storefronts across this country.
00:07:17.000 The last time Targets missed their quarterly earnings six years ago before that was due to the bathroom debacle when Target decided to take a stand in favor of allowing men inside women's bathrooms.
00:07:30.000 So Target has repeatedly misstepped and it's resulted in their economic demise.
00:07:35.000 Walmart's taking a note from the same playbook and wants to do the same thing because for them, it's not about economics anymore.
00:07:41.000 They have a diversity and inclusion officer that runs that company, not the CEO, not Sam Walton's vision, not proper economics, not the aspiration to serve shareholders, none of that.
00:07:52.000 At the end of the day, their country or excuse me, their company is run by a set of progressive ideas that are structured almost like a religion, where who cares if you lose profits because of this?
00:08:05.000 You pledged your allegiance to a set of values.
00:08:08.000 And because of that, they believe that they'll be in the good graces of the progressive overlords.
00:08:13.000 That's how these companies are structured today.
00:08:14.000 One more thing I'll note, Charlie, is that if you look back at Sam Walton's career and his original vision, he used to walk through the stores of Walmart for eight hours a week.
00:08:25.000 He would take a day of his week and he'd walk through the storefront and he would ask customers, what are you looking for?
00:08:30.000 And why did you choose that product instead of this one?
00:08:33.000 And can you tell me a little bit about what you're hoping that Walmart would be able to solve for you today?
00:08:37.000 He was all about learning what was in the best interest of their customers.
00:08:41.000 Today, a few generations pass, that's of no interest to their customer base or to their executive team.
00:08:48.000 You think that the diversity, equity, inclusion officer at the top that's making these decisions for how they market and campaign in alignment with Pride Month has any regard for what middle America consumers that rely on Walmart have to say?
00:09:00.000 Of course not.
00:09:01.000 They don't like this garbage.
00:09:03.000 And it's rather sinister, Charlie, that a brand that rose to prominence, taking over American main streets, pricing out small businesses, offshoring the manufacturing and labor overseas, now lecturing you on progressive politics.
00:09:20.000 It's an absolute disaster.
00:09:22.000 And it really is a state of the state.
00:09:24.000 It's a perfect bellwether for what's happening in our economy.
00:09:26.000 It's not guided by common sense.
00:09:28.000 It's not guided by any sort of economic feasibility or economic wisdom.
00:09:34.000 It is purely another expression of a progressive political agenda that Americans are tired of, and yet it clearly hasn't made its way to the Walmart boardroom yet.
00:09:43.000 Michael, then shouldn't we have massive class action lawsuits?
00:09:47.000 I mean, this is a violation of the fiduciary duty of Walmart.
00:09:51.000 They have data and they have publicly available information that embracing this nonsense is bad for the bottom line.
00:09:59.000 So they are prioritizing ideological zealotry above their shareholders.
00:10:04.000 Is it time for anyone who owns Walmart stock to sue?
00:10:08.000 It absolutely is.
00:10:09.000 I encouraged this last year with Target as well.
00:10:11.000 It is absolutely time to band together.
00:10:13.000 And there are a few organizations that are attempting to do this and file class action lawsuits on behalf of shareholders against these companies that have embraced stakeholder capitalism instead of shareholder capitalism.
00:10:24.000 Shareholder capitalism is we do as a business, what is in the best interests of our customers and our shareholders.
00:10:29.000 Stakeholder capitalism is what Target and Walmart have embraced, which says we have to factor in these other external stakeholders like the climate or marginalized communities.
00:10:38.000 It's not in the best interest of shareholders.
00:10:40.000 The problem, Charlie, is that Walmart and Target are in the same boat.
00:10:44.000 Their largest shareholders are BlackRock and Vanguard and these other entities that would never lead a charge to push against this progressive ideology being enforced from the top of these corporate boardrooms.
00:10:55.000 So it will take a mass army of retail investors that come together and say, we're done.
00:11:02.000 I encourage lawyers all the time, go out and find these folks because they will serve as plaintiffs immediately when given the opportunity.
00:11:10.000 They just need to know how.
00:11:11.000 So if you're a lawyer on this call that has any background in securities violations or organizing class action lawsuits, know that there's a market there for you.
00:11:20.000 I totally agree.
00:11:21.000 We need massive lawsuits because you said it best.
00:11:24.000 These are zealots that are running Walmart.
00:11:26.000 And what really ticks me off, they didn't build Walmart.
00:11:30.000 They didn't labor in 24-hour, you know, staying up all night.
00:11:34.000 The story of Sam Walton is a beautiful story.
00:11:37.000 Now, what he has created is this now woke super beast that has destroyed small businesses.
00:11:42.000 And that's a whole nother wrinkle to the Walmart story.
00:11:45.000 But Sam Walton was a true American entrepreneur, a visionary who brought accessible low-priced goods to millions of people.
00:11:52.000 I have no problem with the Sam Walton story at all whatsoever.
00:11:54.000 He was a true American entrepreneur.
00:11:56.000 But the left, because they don't build anything, they're parasites and they're a bacterial infection on this country.
00:12:02.000 They take over Walmart and they say, oh, okay, we're going to now turn it into Berkeley.
00:12:10.000 Are you ready to lose weight, but not sure where to start?
00:12:12.000 I understand.
00:12:13.000 I was right where you are two years ago.
00:12:14.000 Let me tell you why I chose the PhD Weight Loss and Nutrition Program.
00:12:18.000 First, Dr. Ashley Lucas has her PhD in chronic disease and sparse nutrition.
00:12:22.000 Her program is based on years of research and is science-based.
00:12:24.000 Second, the PhD program starts nutrition.
00:12:27.000 There's so much more.
00:12:27.000 They know that 90% of permanent change comes from the mind and they work on eliminating the reason you gain this weight in the first place.
00:12:33.000 There's no shortcuts, pills, or injections, just solid science-based nutrition and behavior change.
00:12:37.000 And finally, probably most importantly, I lost 30 pounds.
00:12:40.000 Look, they're amazing.
00:12:41.000 If you want to lose weight, you've got to go to myphdweightloss.com.

00:12:58.000 I recommend their program.
00:13:00.000 Dr. Ashley Lucas has her PhD in chronic disease and sports nutrition.
00:13:03.000 Her program is based on years of research and is science-based.
00:13:06.000 Second, the PhD program starts nutrition, but it's so much more.
00:13:09.000 Go to myphdweightloss.com, myphdweightloss.com, call 864-644-1900.
00:13:16.000 I lost over 30 pounds.
00:13:17.000 Dr. Ashley Lucas, great American.
00:13:19.000 Check it out.
00:13:19.000 Myphdweightloss.com.
00:13:23.000 So, Michael, tell us about the poll that you guys are administering or have administered.
00:13:29.000 You guys do this every month.
00:13:31.000 It's very important.
00:13:32.000 And you guys are really in touch with small businesses.
00:13:36.000 Are small businesses telling you the economy is great and super strong?
00:13:40.000 What are they telling you?
00:13:41.000 They're telling us the opposite, Charlie.
00:13:43.000 In fact, the reason we do this survey, it's called the Freedom Economy Index.
00:13:48.000 The reason we do this every month is because we are daily gaslit from the Biden administration telling us, ignore your eyes, ignore your ears, everything is fine.
00:13:58.000 We wanted to ask our businesses, over 80,000 of them that actually represent Main Street America, are you really fine?
00:14:04.000 Is everything really okay?
00:14:06.000 Are you going through hard times?
00:14:08.000 Every month for the last 10 months, we've sent out this survey to over 80,000 businesses.
00:14:12.000 Thousands of them respond and give their take.
00:14:15.000 We just released the May results, and here's what we have found.
00:14:20.000 We have found from our small business community that 40% of all of our business owners have recently been forced to delay bill payments in order simply to keep their business alive.
00:14:31.000 Over half of our businesses say that they likely will not survive another Biden term.
00:14:37.000 And by the way, this mirrors what was recently released.
00:14:40.000 There was a poll, I believe it was done by Axios, that found that four in 10 business owners missed April's rent.
00:14:47.000 They couldn't pay it.
00:14:49.000 And so we are not hearing that everything is fine.
00:14:52.000 In fact, we're hearing even further this sort of indictment on the broader economic environment taking place right now.
00:14:59.000 64% of our business community strongly believes that the U.S. is actually headed towards stagflation.
00:15:04.000 And as a reminder, stagflation is incredibly dangerous because not only do you have the pain of inflation at incredibly high rates, not seen since the late 70s, you also have that paired with slow economic growth and increasing unemployment.
00:15:20.000 So you pair all of these findings and it paints a very clear picture for you.
00:15:24.000 Our small business community, American Main Street, is very resilient, but they cannot take much more of this.
00:15:30.000 And I hope that these results inform everyone listening and watching right now.
00:15:35.000 Your vote matters.
00:15:36.000 It matters more than just for your own personal well-being and the well-being of your family.
00:15:41.000 America's small business community relies very tangibly on a different economic set of policies over the next four years.
00:15:49.000 If that does not happen, we are at risk of losing Main Street holistically.
00:15:53.000 Then you are stuck with the Walmarts and Tallmark, Walmarts and Targets.
00:15:57.000 If that happens, we cannot ensure that the lifeblood of America, the small business economy, is left out to dry with another four years of Biden.
00:16:05.000 It feels as if that's the agenda, though.
00:16:07.000 It feels as if they want a disintegration and evaporation of all small businesses.
00:16:14.000 They want an oligarchy.
00:16:16.000 They want you to buy everything from Amazon and from Walmart.
00:16:19.000 And I totally get it.
00:16:20.000 I get that it's easier.
00:16:22.000 I sometimes fall victim to it.
00:16:24.000 Amazon could be there in two hours, two buttons.
00:16:26.000 But no, listen, you're not going to have a country.
00:16:28.000 And I don't want to live in a country where you buy everything from four companies.
00:16:33.000 That is not free market capitalism.
00:16:35.000 That is a rigged crony oligarchy.
00:16:39.000 Michael, final thoughts.
00:16:40.000 Two years ago, I went on a surf trip to Nicaragua.
00:16:43.000 I love to surf.
00:16:44.000 Been surfing since I was a little kid.
00:16:46.000 Central America is an amazing place for surfing.
00:16:48.000 I went on a trip that was paired with sort of a mission trip to Nicaragua.
00:16:52.000 And I walked through a grocery store on the first day and I noticed that everything that you could possibly buy in that grocery store largely was sourced by two or three companies.
00:17:02.000 I asked our tour guide, what's this about?
00:17:04.000 He said, well, those are the only government-approved companies to operate in our nation.
00:17:09.000 So all of what we buy now is from a few major select oligarchies that just so happen to have very close ties with the Nicaraguan government.
00:17:19.000 That is our future in the United States, unless we the people rise up and recognize that our actions, our vote, not just with our ballot, but also with our dollar, is needed more than ever.
00:17:32.000 You need to channel your votes at the ballot box to politicians that will secure economic freedom for the small business community of our great country.
00:17:39.000 And you need to secure your vote with your wallet for businesses that love this country and this constitution.
00:17:45.000 If we do not do that, we have very dire economic horizons waiting for us.
00:17:50.000 But if we do, if we rise up and we put our values, our dollars behind the future we want to see in our great country, I have a lot of hope that we're going to see a really bright American renaissance emerge before us where Main Street thrives and the oligarchies crumble.
00:18:04.000 Well said.
00:18:05.000 Publicsquare.com.
00:18:06.000 Check it out, everybody.
00:18:06.000 Michael, great work.
00:18:07.000 Thanks so much.
00:18:08.000 Good to see you, Charlie.
00:18:09.000 Thank you.
00:18:09.000 I want to remind you to get your tickets at the upcoming People's Convention.
00:18:13.000 It is the best lineup that you can access this summer.
00:18:18.000 The RNC is coming in July in Milwaukee.
00:18:21.000 I'll be there, but it's going to be very difficult for you to be able to get tickets.
00:18:24.000 Very difficult.
00:18:25.000 Not here.

00:18:57.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:18:59.000 A movement to change how we elect our president is growing, led by radical left-wing activists who don't think their side should ever have to lose the presidency again.
00:19:08.000 It seeks to do away with the Electoral College as devised by the framers of our Constitution.
00:19:13.000 Today, 18 states have signed on to overhaul how presidents are elected.
00:19:17.000 That's why my friends at Hillsdale College are conducting a national survey on presidential selection.
00:19:23.000 Hearing directly from informed patriots like you is critical.
00:19:26.000 So please take their national survey on presidential selection today at charlieforhillsdale.com.
00:19:31.000 I'm a huge fan of Hillsdale College.
00:19:33.000 Their students are at the top, and they're receiving the best educational available today.
00:19:37.000 It's America's greatest college.
00:19:41.000 Joining us now is a great American, Governor Mike Huckabee, who has a new program coming up on TBN.
00:19:49.000 Governor, welcome to the program.
00:19:51.000 Well, thank you.
00:19:52.000 Charlie, when you were saying you had a great American, I was looking around.
00:19:54.000 I said, gee, I thought I was on.
00:19:56.000 I thought you were introducing somebody else.
00:19:57.000 But thank you so much for having me today.
00:20:00.000 It's a pleasure to get to be with you.
00:20:02.000 Well, so tell us all about your new show coming up on TBN.
00:20:05.000 How can people find it?
00:20:07.000 I love watching TBN.
00:20:08.000 Now it's a daily show.
00:20:09.000 Is that right?
00:20:10.000 That's right.
00:20:11.000 I've been doing for six and a half years, almost seven, a show every week on TBN.
00:20:15.000 It runs on the weekends, Saturday and Sunday, twice Saturday, again on Sunday, on Newsmax as well on Sunday.
00:20:22.000 And starting Monday, I'll be adding to.
00:20:25.000 It's not going to take away the program that I do, Tape It Out of Nashville in the theater with a live audience and live music and all sorts of stuff.
00:20:33.000 This is going to be a little different focus, but it's going to be a show every weeknight, Monday through Friday, 6.30 Central, 7.30 Eastern.
00:20:43.000 And it's going to focus with extraordinary newsmaker guests.
00:20:47.000 And we're going to try to give a little more breathing room to our guests in this show.
00:20:52.000 Also, commentary of the major issues of the day.
00:20:56.000 What may be a little different in that rather than just simply give a regurgitation of what happened that day in the news, we're going to try to focus a little more on what the big picture means for the folks sitting at home as they sit around their kitchen table.
00:21:12.000 How does this affect them?
00:21:14.000 Why should they care?
00:21:16.000 And then to also do a much more intense job on talking about the big picture, where this takes us as a country, add some common sense solutions to it.
00:21:29.000 So I think it's going to be a very interesting program, 30 minutes a day.
00:21:33.000 It'll be accessible on all TBN outlets, which is everywhere.
00:21:37.000 You can get it not only on every cable service and satellite service, but also on YouTube and Facebook, broadcast channels across the country.
00:21:48.000 So you really have to work hard to miss it if you want to see it.
00:21:53.000 Well, I'm thrilled for you.
00:21:54.000 I look forward to watching it.
00:21:56.000 And you have a very, very important voice.
00:21:59.000 So it's on all sorts of different platforms.
00:22:01.000 Love TBN as well.
00:22:02.000 So, Governor, I want your reaction.
00:22:04.000 These are now closing arguments for Donald Trump in Manhattan.
00:22:08.000 You've been around for quite some time and you've seen a lot.
00:22:13.000 What is your macro reaction to the idea that a former president who is the opposition party leader, who's ahead in the polls, more popular than ever, is now having to endure lawfare from the opposition regime?
00:22:26.000 We've never lived through anything like this.
00:22:28.000 No, we really haven't.
00:22:30.000 It's without precedent.
00:22:32.000 The first reaction I have is that Judge Murshan should be disbarred, as should Alvin Bragg.
00:22:38.000 And the second is that Joe Biden and his henchmen should be perk walked across the White House lawn on the way to a federal courthouse for having interfered with an election by sending his third in command at the DOJ to help go prosecute this case.
00:22:52.000 This is an absurdity that I don't think a lot of Americans understand because maybe they get their news from places like CNN or BSNBC, and they don't understand that what this is, this is the worst instance of election interfering because it's not just interference by a social media platform or by a TV network or even by a political party.
00:23:15.000 It's election interference by the highest levels of our taxpayer-funded government who's trying to, instead of defeat their opponent, try to disable him by keeping him in court and coming up with, pardon the pun, trumped-up charges to try to destroy the capacity of the next president of the United States to be elected.
00:23:39.000 And it seems as if it's not working, thankfully, that the decency of the American people is prevailing, that he is more popular, and they're becoming more and more desperate.
00:23:51.000 This morning, they threw out Robert De Niro, who was just very nasty.
00:23:55.000 You know what's the tragedy about the De Niro thing?
00:23:58.000 Is that he will now be remembered for being a Trump-hating lunatic, not for his acting.
00:24:04.000 And I just, he's a great actor, objectively.
00:24:07.000 He's objectively a great actor.
00:24:09.000 But today, he should have read somebody else's script because the one that he read was an embarrassment to him.
00:24:14.000 He sounded like a bitter old curmudgeon, and he acted as if New York was exclusively his city.
00:24:20.000 And I'm thinking, gee, I don't remember any of the landscape of New York City that Robert De Niro helped build.
00:24:27.000 You know, Donald Trump was born there too, spent his lifetime making it a better place to live and doing extraordinary things, not only commercially, but charitably.
00:24:36.000 And I don't remember seeing a lot of De Niro's fingerprints on extraordinary works of charity or in developing business enterprises that resulted in tens of thousands of jobs being created in New York and a great level of prosperity.
00:24:51.000 But it's clearly that Robert De Niro, like a lot of celebrities, have an intense terminal case of Trump derangement syndrome.
00:25:01.000 Yeah, and I totally agree.
00:25:03.000 Where does he get this whole idea of the possession of New York as if he controls who's allowed to come into the 12 million people in New York?
00:25:11.000 And he kind of speaks for all New Yorkers and he starts screaming at people and calling them gangsters and F you.
00:25:17.000 And it's just, it really is a tragedy there.
00:25:21.000 But Governor, speaking more broadly, I don't want to be too confident because we're up against a very, very nasty opposition.
00:25:28.000 Politico.com dems and full-blown freak out over Biden.
00:25:33.000 You are a political expert.
00:25:35.000 You defeated the Clinton Democrat machine in Arkansas, the first to do that.
00:25:39.000 You know the Democrat Party extremely well.
00:25:41.000 Governor, do you think they're going to try to remove Joe Biden?
00:25:44.000 I do.
00:25:45.000 And I think that they're in this freak out.
00:25:48.000 I don't think that that was an accidental story that came out of Politico.
00:25:51.000 Let's be honest, Politico is not a right-wing publication.
00:25:55.000 They lean hard to the left.
00:25:57.000 They're going to try to do what the Democrats will want them to do.
00:26:00.000 And the fact that they published this story tells me that somebody fed it to them and that it wasn't just something that they came up with all by themselves in their editorial room.
00:26:10.000 So here's what it appears is going on.
00:26:13.000 The Democrats are in full-blown panic mode.
00:26:16.000 You see it with James Carble as he's talking about things.
00:26:20.000 We can't even say it on this conversation, but talking about their message being, well, let's just say basically excrement.
00:26:28.000 That would be the kindest way to put it.
00:26:31.000 You have prominent Democrats, even some members of Congress who are now beginning to question some of the policies of the Biden administration because it's hurting them in their congressional districts.
00:26:42.000 But what we are beginning to see, the moving up of the debate into June, that's very unprecedented.
00:26:49.000 Why would they do that before the convention?
00:26:52.000 I'll tell you why.
00:26:53.000 They want to see, can Joe Biden stand on the stage with Donald Trump?
00:26:57.000 The answer is no, he can't.
00:26:59.000 And when it's proven that he can't, then they have good reason to go and sit down with Joe and Jill and say, Joe and Jill went up the hill to fetch a pail of ballots.
00:27:11.000 Jack fell down and Jill came tumbling down and they were never seen thereafter.
00:27:17.000 That's what I think we're going to see come the end of June.
00:27:21.000 There's no way this party, the Democrat Party, can afford to go forward given the economic disaster that Bidenomics has been versus Maganomics, which has been, just look at the comparison, an open border that has resulted in even blue cities turning black and blue from the beatings they're taking because they're not enforcing crime in these big Democrat-run cities.
00:27:47.000 And you have an extraordinary level of foreign policy failures reminding us that what Bob Gates said about Joe Biden has proven to be true.
00:27:56.000 Joe Biden hadn't made one single foreign policy decision in 50 years that was the right one.
00:28:03.000 Do not underestimate Joe Biden's ability to, let's just say, mess things up.
00:28:10.000 That's a very nice euphemistic way to put it, Charlie.
00:28:13.000 We both know what Obama said about it.
00:28:16.000 But that covers it.
00:28:17.000 Yeah.
00:28:18.000 So, of course, we're family-friendly TV, both of us here, Governor.
00:28:23.000 I want to play Cut 50.
00:28:25.000 You know, look, we've seen in the past, Mika, that candidates who are seen as maybe not as strong on the economy ultimately win an election like, say, Barack Obama in 2012.
00:28:36.000 But to be losing by this margin, that is unsustainable at this point for an incumbent.
00:28:42.000 And so let's go through the process then.
00:28:44.000 So your hypothesis, which I think is really smart, is that the early debate was like a stress test.
00:28:52.000 Like, Biden, can you do this?
00:28:54.000 And if not, we still have time before Chicago to pull you out.
00:28:59.000 What if Joe Biden resists?
00:29:01.000 What if Joe Biden white knuckles?
00:29:03.000 How does that work with the Democrats, superdelegates?
00:29:05.000 Just help us understand this hypothetical, which is becoming more and more real.
00:29:10.000 Well, Charlie, I think he will resist.
00:29:11.000 I think he'll be clinging on to it with the very depth of his fingernails, as will Jill.
00:29:18.000 I don't think they will just say, yeah, you know what?
00:29:21.000 You guys are right.
00:29:22.000 It's true.
00:29:22.000 Joe can't get off of a stage without somebody coming up and having to lead him.
00:29:27.000 He can't read through the teleprompter without also reading the stage prompts.
00:29:32.000 He's like Ron Burgundy on Acherman.
00:29:34.000 He reads whatever is put in front of him.
00:29:37.000 Charlie, I've said the most wonderful political prank in the history of mankind would be if I could find a way to hack into Joe's teleprompter operator and to be able just to put up stuff on the screen as he's reading it because he would read whatever is on that screen, no matter how ridiculous it might sound.
00:29:56.000 And it would just be, it would be comical.
00:29:58.000 It would be, but then again, it would also, in all fairness, it would be tragic because we have a president who really doesn't know what he's saying, what he's doing, and he's being led and run by people who hate Israel, who really hate our borders, who hate the freedom of this country.
00:30:16.000 They think we're all a bunch of racists.
00:30:17.000 They think the country got its land by stealing every bit of it, and that we're an evil bunch of people.
00:30:25.000 And, you know, when you think like that, you shouldn't be in charge of a country you can't stand.
00:30:30.000 Boy, is that true.
00:30:31.000 And that's what's so remarkable is that their political movement is the first of its kind, which seeks to obtain permanent control of a country they hate.
00:30:39.000 Typically, I mean, even the Russian Revolution, they loved Russia.
00:30:43.000 They just had a different vision.
00:30:45.000 These guys hate the country they want to control.
00:30:49.000 Governor, do you have a comment on that?
00:30:51.000 A political force that wants to obtain permanent control of a country they hate.
00:30:56.000 Well, it's unlike anything we've ever seen in human history.
00:31:00.000 As you mentioned before, even in the Russian Revolution, you had people that thought that they just had a better vision of Russia.
00:31:06.000 Well, we are in America as people who fundamentally think the country is flawed from its inception.
00:31:11.000 They hate the Constitution.
00:31:12.000 They hate the level of freedom that it guarantees.
00:31:15.000 They hate the fact that the limits of the Constitution were those that put the limits on government, not the people.
00:31:21.000 Most people have never even read it.
00:31:23.000 And even people who get elected to Congress appear not to have read it.
00:31:27.000 If they read the Bill of Rights, the first 10 amendments to the Constitution, here's what they discover: every single right that is listed in the Bill of Rights tells government what it cannot do to the people.
00:31:40.000 It never says anything about what the people can't do.
00:31:44.000 It guarantees their freedoms and it restricts the government.
00:31:48.000 We have people that want to restrict the people and give the government unlimited power and freedom to do whatever they want to the people who disagree with it.
00:31:57.000 That is a real disturbing trend.
00:32:00.000 So, looking ahead here, Governor, I know this is awfully speculative, but it feels as if if they keep Joe Biden, there has to be some asymmetric warfare that is deployed.
00:32:11.000 And we saw it in 2020 with mass mail and ballots.
00:32:14.000 We saw it with the Hunter Biden laptop.
00:32:16.000 I know this is a little bit of an unfair question, but let me ask it this way: what should we be on the lookout for?
00:32:22.000 I mean, again, you know these Democrat dirty tricks really well.
00:32:25.000 A lot of what they've done, they workshopped in Arkansas before you ran them out of that state.
00:32:29.000 What should we be on the lookout for?
00:32:32.000 Well, I do think that the issue of ballot security is critical.
00:32:36.000 Will they try once again to use just masses of mail-in ballots that have no accountability whatsoever as to their authenticity?
00:32:46.000 I think the answer to that is yes.
00:32:48.000 Will they try to extend the time in which people can vote, as they did in Pennsylvania, which was absolutely unconstitutional according to the Pennsylvania Constitution, but they did it and they got away with it.
00:33:00.000 And when people said there's no evidence of election fraud, well, there wasn't much evidence that courts would allow, but it didn't mean there wasn't evidence.
00:33:08.000 It just was evidence that somebody said, you don't have standing, or we don't consider it valid because we're in COVID.
00:33:15.000 A whole lot of things that got excused that shouldn't have been.
00:33:19.000 And Republicans need to be lawyered up heavily, not because we want to cheat the election, which is one of a one.
00:33:27.000 That's it.
00:33:27.000 I think that's all Republicans want is an election in which everyone who is qualified to vote, eligible to vote, gets to vote, but they only get one vote.
00:33:37.000 And people who aren't eligible and qualified, illegals, for example, people who are convicted felons are dead people, they should not be allowed to vote.
00:33:47.000 I mean, I don't know why that's so complicated.
00:33:49.000 And having a voter ID to verify who's who and is this person really the person voting?
00:33:56.000 That should not be something that is even controversial.
00:33:59.000 But when Democrats think it is, there's your answer right there.
00:34:04.000 You only want to cheat when somebody has sort of turned the lights on.
00:34:09.000 And I love to say, just remember, when you turn on the lights, the rats and roaches start to run.
00:34:13.000 That is exactly right.
00:34:15.000 In closing here, your daughter is in the running to become vice president.
00:34:18.000 I think that's a great potential selection.
00:34:20.000 Your daughter is an excellent leader and just does a wonderful job.
00:34:24.000 If it is not your daughter, what should Donald Trump look for in a vice president?
00:34:29.000 Well, I mean, I think what she's got to do is, you know, primarily focus upon her job.
00:34:35.000 That's what she wants to do.
00:34:37.000 But quite frankly, Charlie, I think that there's a host of people.
00:34:41.000 We've got a number of people in Congress, whether it's Elise Stefan, maybe former Congressman Lee Zeldon, Byron Donalds.
00:34:48.000 There are a number of people that he could pick that would be excellent running mates.
00:34:53.000 Nobody's going to overshadow him.
00:34:55.000 I think that's one thing we can certainly be absolutely clear on.
00:34:59.000 But he needs somebody who is compatible.
00:35:01.000 And quite frankly, he needs somebody who will be loyal to the cause.
00:35:04.000 When I say loyal to the cause, I mean, they really need to believe in their heart of hearts in an America-first resolve, an America-first policy.
00:35:15.000 I don't want somebody who wants the job.
00:35:17.000 I want somebody whom the job wants.
00:35:20.000 You know, I've always said everybody will say, oh, I don't want to be vice president.
00:35:23.000 The truth is, no one ever claims they want to be vice president, but nobody ever turns it down.
00:35:29.000 That's just the way it works.
00:35:30.000 That's right.
00:35:31.000 Whoever says, I want him to pick someone who is looking after America's interests, and they're not looking to what it's going to mean for their political future.
00:35:40.000 I want them to think about what it's going to mean to the American citizens' future.
00:35:44.000 Governor Huckabee, thank you so much.
00:35:46.000 Check out your new show, Huckabee Live on TBN.
00:35:49.000 Thank you so much.
00:35:50.000 Thank you, Charlie.
