00:00:00.000 I'm Alex Marlowe, editor-in-chief of Breitbart News, in for Charlie Kirk yet again.
00:00:04.000 And in this episode, we continue with hilarious clips of Trump's Town Hall, which are also informative and substantive too.
00:00:11.000 Before we speak to Emma Joe Morris, our resident Hunter Biden expert at Breitbart News.
00:00:16.000 She broke all the laptop from hell scoops when she was at the New York Post, and then we hired her away.
00:00:22.000 And she and I analyze whether or not the GOP actually has the goods when it comes to busting the Biden crime family.
00:00:29.000 And our answer might surprise you.
00:00:32.000 I will tell you, I'll tease a little bit more skepticism than you might expect.
00:00:36.000 Then we play a clip of Kamala Harris, where she may or may not be drunk.
00:00:40.000 That'll be for you to decide.
00:00:41.000 All that to come, strapping your five-point harness because here we go.
00:00:46.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:48.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:50.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:53.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:57.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:58.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:59.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:01:07.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:16.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:19.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:29.000 So much stuff to get to.
00:01:30.000 I don't know if we can get to it all.
00:01:32.000 But the biggest things are tonight at midnight, Title 42 ends.
00:01:36.000 It is the really last remaining immigration enforcement protocol that is doing any good in this country at the moment.
00:01:44.000 And we become wide open, even more so than we already are, to the first world, the second world, the third world, whichever's your favorite world.
00:01:52.000 If there's a fourth world, they can come up to.
00:01:54.000 And the invasion could be to the tune of 700,000 people, perhaps, according to some estimates.
00:02:00.000 And who's to say it won't go up from there?
00:02:01.000 We're already going to see a record influx this year to beat last year's record, to beat the record from the year before.
00:02:07.000 And if there's a silver lining, perhaps, perhaps, maybe we can raise awareness about this issue, which is still the biggest issue facing this country, in my viewpoint.
00:02:16.000 And it has been since Donald Trump came down that escalator in 2015.
00:02:21.000 The other big news item, the juiciest, the most fun, was Donald Trump doing the what do the Phoenix Suns do?
00:02:27.000 Because we're here in Phoenix today.
00:02:29.000 They got the Gorilla Mask guy.
00:02:30.000 I'm surprised it hasn't been canceled.
00:02:30.000 Do they still do that?
00:02:32.000 I love that, though.
00:02:33.000 It's so funny.
00:02:34.000 You get the gorilla mask guy who jumps on the trampoline and does the dunk from half court, whatever it is.
00:02:41.000 That's what Trump was doing at CNN, just absolutely making believers out of any Trump fans.
00:02:47.000 And there are some terrific clips.
00:02:49.000 I want to play some of them.
00:02:50.000 And then I want to play some of the reactions.
00:02:52.000 Let's start with some of his conversation on immigration.
00:02:56.000 We've got some good ones here.
00:02:57.000 116 go.
00:02:59.000 If you look at what's gone to our country, our country has gone to hell.
00:03:02.000 Our borders are bad.
00:03:03.000 Our military has been bad.
00:03:05.000 You look at the taxes.
00:03:07.000 You look at inflation.
00:03:08.000 What's happened to inflation?
00:03:09.000 It's just destroying our country.
00:03:11.000 We've really become, in many ways, a third world country.
00:03:14.000 Yeah, we have in many ways become a third world country.
00:03:17.000 We treat ourselves that way.
00:03:19.000 We don't treat ourselves like we're the first world.
00:03:21.000 We don't treat ourselves like it matters to be here, like it's a privilege to be here.
00:03:25.000 We treat ourselves as if you're entitled to be here just by the nature of wanting to show up.
00:03:32.000 No country conducts themselves like this that wants to preserve itself.
00:03:35.000 But I ask, what is the extension?
00:03:38.000 What does the ultimate goal of Maorcas and even Biden, who's probably not really paying attention and Kamala Harris?
00:03:45.000 Is it that they really do want America not to exist?
00:03:49.000 The only thing that's keeping America America right now is the fact that we hit the lottery when it comes to geography.
00:03:55.000 The fact that we landed between these two biggest oceans, and we have Canada non-threatening, almost like America's hat.
00:04:04.000 No disrespect to the Canadians out there.
00:04:06.000 We love them.
00:04:07.000 We only have the best Canadians.
00:04:09.000 And then Mexico to our South, which, of course, is a problem.
00:04:11.000 But it is, if we were located somewhere else around the world, would we let every country send as many people as they want in?
00:04:18.000 Is that our belief system?
00:04:20.000 Is that what it means to be an American means so little?
00:04:23.000 It is merely a geographical entity.
00:04:25.000 There's no culture.
00:04:26.000 There's no identity.
00:04:27.000 There's no laws.
00:04:29.000 It is just the fact, can you get your body here?
00:04:32.000 And think about the logic of the whole birthright citizenship phenomenon.
00:04:36.000 Like the thought that the location of the woman's body when the baby is born determines citizenship.
00:04:42.000 It's an absurd idea on its face.
00:04:44.000 And yet we've accepted that by and large.
00:04:47.000 And to hear half the country talk about it, you would think everything I just said was xenophobic somehow.
00:04:52.000 Of course, it's not.
00:04:53.000 Our top immigration reporter at Breitbart News is a guy named Neil Monroe, who happens to be an immigrant.
00:04:58.000 Now, Neil showed up at a press conference with Alejandro Mayorkas yesterday.
00:05:05.000 And he asked Maorkis what I think is one of the most important questions that you could possibly ask.
00:05:11.000 And do we have the cut now?
00:05:13.000 96.
00:05:13.000 Let's do it.
00:05:14.000 Nobody ever asked this question.
00:05:16.000 Do Americans gain from all the immigrants you're bringing into the country that drive down wages to push your friends?
00:05:22.000 Sir, we are a nation of immigrants.
00:05:26.000 Individuals who qualify for relief under our laws have a basis to remain in the United States.
00:05:35.000 Everyone who qualifies for our laws, right.
00:05:37.000 So this is the slippery slope.
00:05:39.000 This is the question he puts us on, is that you make the laws so that anyone who shows up can be here.
00:05:44.000 And then all of a sudden, then you have a logic for people who just show up to stay forever and ever and ever.
00:05:51.000 And then get a court date down the road.
00:05:53.000 Maybe they show up.
00:05:53.000 Maybe they don't.
00:05:55.000 And before you know it, it's going to be harder and harder to deport them, particularly if you don't have things like if you don't have things like E-Verify, which is one of the most humane ways to get people deported.
00:06:06.000 Because if you crack down the employers and you can't get work, then the people who are mostly economic migrants, the main reason people are coming here, they're just going to head back.
00:06:14.000 So, and I was ragging on DeSantis a little bit last hour, at least as people, but Florida has become the go-to state for E-Verify, which is very cool and highly aggressive, but it's a great law.
00:06:25.000 It's a great law, and it's something that really should be adopted across the board.
00:06:29.000 And the fact that it's not reveals the true agenda, which is to keep the border open.
00:06:35.000 But, sir, we are a nation of immigrants.
00:06:37.000 First of all, it's a, I think to hear Bannon say it, we're a nation of settlers.
00:06:41.000 So I don't know if that's, we just accept that one.
00:06:44.000 But we're a nation of laws.
00:06:46.000 Yeah, but you guys are setting the laws so that the laws are anyone who shows up gets to stay.
00:06:52.000 So not everyone agrees to that.
00:06:54.000 In fact, the laws on the book suggest that you're supposed to come here and at least check in with us before you get absorbed in the country.
00:07:02.000 So if the clip goes on and my orchest gets triggered because he's not used to taking questions from people who are a threat to him, for people who are a threat to his values.
00:07:12.000 He's used to taking questions from a supine media that by and large wants the border to stay open.
00:07:17.000 They see that as the key to the Democrats' future because the Democrats, they don't convince people and they don't, by and large, have as many children as conservatives.
00:07:26.000 So this is their ticket to future generations maintaining their voter roles.
00:07:30.000 Either dole out cash or bring people in the country who will be eventually, even if they don't get to vote, then their children get to vote and they'll vote Democrat.
00:07:40.000 So this came up a bit more on the Trump Town Hall.
00:07:44.000 Cut 118, please.
00:07:46.000 Tomorrow is going to be a day of infamy.
00:07:49.000 You're going to have tens of thousands of people pouring into our country.
00:07:54.000 This is my policy that they're letting terminate because they lost in court.
00:07:57.000 They wanted to go earlier.
00:07:58.000 You're going to have millions of people pouring into our country right now at a level that nobody's ever seen before.
00:08:05.000 These people are sick.
00:08:06.000 Anybody that wants this to happen to our country, they're destroying our country, and this should not be allowed to happen.
00:08:13.000 Yeah, it's right on the money, as usual, on this stuff.
00:08:16.000 This is bread and butter for him.
00:08:17.000 Let's go to cut 121.
00:08:19.000 Let's keep rolling with Trump.
00:08:20.000 Country is being destroyed by stupid people, by very stupid people.
00:08:24.000 You once said that using the debt ceiling as a negotiating wedge just could not happen.
00:08:31.000 You said that when you were in the Oval Office.
00:08:32.000 I'm not president.
00:08:33.000 So why is it different now that you're out of office?
00:08:35.000 Because now I'm not president.
00:08:39.000 I love when he does that.
00:08:40.000 I love when he does that.
00:08:41.000 That's like his famous quote that Chappelle just recently revived when he says that he knows the system is corrupt because I've been taking advantage of it.
00:08:49.000 So that's how I know.
00:08:50.000 I think that's just an amazing thing that he does.
00:08:52.000 And only he can do it.
00:08:54.000 It's a way of explaining the situation also while sort of airing his own dirty laundry, but in a way that's effective.
00:09:02.000 It's just world-class stuff in terms of communications.
00:09:04.000 Whether or not you're a Trump fan or you don't like the man, you have to admit that that is a clinic in media presentation.
00:09:10.000 And one of the things we like the most about him.
00:09:13.000 Okay, one more Trump clip, and then we'll play some reaction to the town hall.
00:09:16.000 We come back.
00:09:17.000 Cut 127, please.
00:09:20.000 If you are the Republican nominee and you were in that 2024 race, will you commit tonight to accepting the results of the 2024 election?
00:09:27.000 Yeah, if I think it's an honest election, absolutely.
00:09:30.000 Will you commit to accepting the results of the election regardless of the outcome?
00:09:33.000 Do you want me to answer it again?
00:09:35.000 If I think it's an honest election, I would be honored to.
00:09:38.000 Yeah, I love it.
00:09:39.000 I think it was an honest election.
00:09:40.000 I just love the optics, and he's wearing the red power tie.
00:09:43.000 People could see this on TV.
00:09:45.000 He's towering over Caitlin Collins, the host, and just saying, if it's honest, I'll accept it.
00:09:51.000 So basically, it's a non-answer, but everyone knows he feels that way.
00:09:55.000 And it reveals CNN's pro forma tactics, where they're just trying to get under Trump's skin.
00:10:00.000 They're trying to come up with some sort of sound bike to prove what a bad orange man he is.
00:10:04.000 And it was entirely ineffective.
00:10:06.000 He was very likable, and he got a lot of important points that people who watch CNN will have never heard.
00:10:15.000 Look, are you concerned about the American K-12 education system?
00:10:18.000 Are you worried about what your children and your grandchildren are learning or honestly not learning in school?
00:10:23.000 If you answer yes, my friends at Hillsdale College have a free resource for you.
00:10:27.000 Hillsdale College understands the importance of education to the future of our country.
00:10:30.000 They're now offering 10 free print copies of their recent issue of In Primus.
00:10:37.000 It's titled Education as a Battleground, written by Hillsdale College President Larry P. Arne.
00:10:43.000 The special issue provides a factual account of the issues in the ongoing battle over education, explaining why parents and teachers, not unelected bureaucrats or activists, should guide what our children are learning.
00:10:56.000 With Hillsdale College, you can make a difference in your community by distributing these copies of In Primus at your church, local business, or even in your doctor's office.
00:11:05.000 Do not miss this opportunity to arm yourself with the facts.
00:11:09.000 Claim your 10 free copies of Education as a Battleground by visiting charlie4hillsdale.com.

00:11:27.000 We're talking a lot about how Trump dominated CNN yesterday.
00:11:31.000 Don't take my word for it.
00:11:32.000 Take Politico's word for it.
00:11:33.000 Yes, far-left Politico was crying into their beer last night.
00:11:38.000 All of the fake news, all of the lies, all of the lack of fact-checking that was taking place.
00:11:44.000 Well, they tried their best to fact-check Trump.
00:11:46.000 They were just, but just the lies were so much.
00:11:48.000 Could you imagine being the website that popularized the piece that had the 50 former intelligence officials saying that the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation?
00:12:03.000 And then you're the one who's going to be complaining about how Trump was spewing misinformation.
00:12:08.000 These people, if they weren't so bubble, they would probably be laughing at each other for this stuff, right?
00:12:14.000 They need to sail off into the sunset here with their fact-checking nonsense.
00:12:18.000 They missed all of the biggest stories of the last decade.
00:12:21.000 This was the subject of my media book, Breaking the News, which it feels more relevant, even though it came out over a year ago.
00:12:27.000 But it just feels more relevant today sometimes than ever.
00:12:30.000 To go through the Russian collusion hoax and all of the things that got wrong for so long, right up until Election Day 2020, they were still peddling it.
00:12:38.000 It was such nonsense, and Politico was one of the absolute worst entities of all.
00:12:44.000 And they are the ones complaining about Trump's fact-checking.
00:12:47.000 That is the essence of this piece.
00:12:48.000 That's how Trump dominated CNN.
00:12:50.000 Not enough fact-checking was done because Trump just steamrolled the moderator, which he did.
00:12:55.000 Such a delight for one and all.
00:12:57.000 But it was equally delightful to see how triggered the establishment media was in the aftermath of the event.
00:13:05.000 Here is cut 128.
00:13:06.000 Here is Jake Tapper.
00:13:08.000 Let's play it.
00:13:10.000 Oh, from Washington.
00:13:11.000 It was an interesting night.
00:13:13.000 Mr. Trump's first lie was told just seconds into the night with his false familiar claim that the 2020 election was, quote, a rigged election.
00:13:21.000 And the falsehoods kept coming fast and furious about the January 6th insurrection, about the threat to Vice President Pence, about Pence's ability to overturn the election, about COVID, about the economy, and more.
00:13:30.000 He called a black law enforcement officer a thug.
00:13:33.000 He said people here in Washington, D.C. at Chinatown don't speak English.
00:13:37.000 He attacked Caitlin as a nasty woman because she was trying to get him to answer a question.
00:13:41.000 Perhaps most chillingly, the day after a nine-person jury of his peers in New York found him liable for sexual battery and defamation and ordered him to pay writer E. Jean Carroll $5 million, he made fun of her account, of her sexual assaults.
00:13:58.000 It was a delight for me to hear him use the word chilling.
00:14:03.000 This is like showing up to the Major League Baseball home run derby and then saying someone kept hitting so many home runs that it was chilling.
00:14:10.000 I mean, this was an exhibition.
00:14:12.000 This was not an official presidential debate.
00:14:14.000 This was a young woman on CNN who they think highly of and they think is the future putting on an entertainment event where Donald Trump got to get some ideas out there.
00:14:25.000 And he got out way more good ideas than people anticipated.
00:14:28.000 He had a really good time.
00:14:29.000 He got off a lot of jokes.
00:14:31.000 The audience applauding and laughing.
00:14:33.000 And that's what they don't like.
00:14:34.000 There's nothing chilling about this.
00:14:36.000 And the fact that Tapper goes on and does this, it just reveals to me that the regime was dissatisfied with this.
00:14:41.000 They thought they did not serve their purpose.
00:14:43.000 They thought they're going to make Trump look bad and they didn't do it.
00:14:46.000 They thought they were going to protect the corporate status quo and they failed on that front.
00:14:50.000 If you don't have enough evidence from Politico and Tapper, here is Rick Wilson from the Lincoln Project, the Never Trump organization.
00:14:56.000 Cut 108.
00:14:57.000 Go.
00:14:58.000 We're in a break now from the presidential town hall with CNN, Caitlin Collins, and whatever the f ⁇ they thought they were going to get out of this, they instead have set a match to democracy once again.
00:15:10.000 You are letting an insane person stand there and make people giggle and laugh when he jokes about rape.
00:15:18.000 This insanity should be pulled off the f ⁇ ing air.
00:15:21.000 Chris Licht, you should be ashamed of yourself.
00:15:23.000 This is astoundingly bad for the brand of CNN.
00:15:27.000 It's astoundingly bad for the country.
00:15:29.000 This is unf ⁇ ing believable.
00:15:32.000 I've never seen anything like it.
00:15:34.000 It is a disaster of the highest f ⁇ ing degree.
00:15:37.000 Oh, man, it's a contest.
00:15:38.000 See who could be the most triggered.
00:15:40.000 Wilson might have the lead there, though he's doing some theatrics.
00:15:43.000 There is a clip of me on CNN with Rick Wilson.
00:15:47.000 I think it was in 2015, and he came off as totally, totally nuts.
00:15:51.000 But some people like that guy for whatever reason.
00:15:55.000 John Nolthi of Breitbart calls him Gollum with glasses.
00:15:57.000 Does that work?
00:15:58.000 It kind of works.
00:16:00.000 It is clearly something where CNN's core audience, the seven or eight people remaining, were not going to be happy with this result.
00:16:07.000 But the one place I really disagree with Wilson, Trump is not insane.
00:16:11.000 Trump is highly rational.
00:16:12.000 And Trump makes these decisions deliberately and based on a lot of real-world experience and savvy.
00:16:17.000 And that's why he gets the best of them so often.
00:16:23.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:16:24.000 Just when you thought it couldn't get any better, Mike Lindell with My Pillow is launching the My Pillow 2.0.
00:16:30.000 That's right.
00:16:30.000 You heard me, MyPillow 2.0.
00:16:32.000 When Mike Lindell, great American patriot, invented My Pillow, had everything you could ever want in a pillow.

00:17:20.000 Check it out.
00:17:23.000 I think Andrew Breitbart might have been the first person to use the red pill analogy.
00:17:28.000 Is that documented?
00:17:29.000 I think he was probably the person who popularized it.
00:17:32.000 I think so.
00:17:33.000 We had to do a fact-check, fact-check myself on that.
00:17:35.000 Everyone in the show, let's help me out on that one.
00:17:38.000 But I think it's true.
00:17:39.000 I'm Alex Marlowe, editor-in-chief of Breitbart News here for Charlie today.
00:17:42.000 And I've got a great guest on the line, Emma Jo Morris.
00:17:45.000 She's our politics editor at Breitbart, and she's most famous for breaking the laptop from hell scoops for the New York Post when she was there.
00:17:53.000 And then censored by Politico and others who are now fact-checking President Trump in a surreal irony.
00:17:59.000 Emma Joe, thank you for coming on with me.
00:18:01.000 Thank you for having me, Alex.
00:18:02.000 I like seeing you on video.
00:18:04.000 The stash works.
00:18:05.000 Thank you.
00:18:05.000 I appreciate it.
00:18:06.000 No, this is a new thing in the arsenal.
00:18:08.000 It just dawned on me.
00:18:10.000 I was on a vacation and I forgot a razor.
00:18:13.000 And I thought, I cannot let all this facial hair go to waste.
00:18:16.000 And lo and behold, now we have a stash.
00:18:18.000 And now anyone who's in the radio audience knows how horrible that is for radio.
00:18:21.000 Anyone in the TV audience knows how fun it is to get to talk about mustaches instead of serious business.
00:18:27.000 So we got to get to the news, Emma.
00:18:29.000 James Comer's named nine Biden family members who got business payments.
00:18:33.000 We learned yesterday that there was some million odd dollars that went out to Biden family connected businesses, probably Hunter from a known Romanian oligarch.
00:18:45.000 And do we think this is the smoking gun?
00:18:49.000 This is what's going to finally bring down the Biden family?
00:18:52.000 Or is this another big joke?
00:18:54.000 Because I'll tell you, to see the Bidens react to it, the White House and Democrats are actually mocking the House Oversight Committee's revelations.
00:19:02.000 Take it away.
00:19:03.000 Yeah, I think I hate to say it.
00:19:06.000 It brings me no pleasure, but I kind of get the dunk because I'm kind of dunking on them too.
00:19:13.000 You know, we have to look at this in context, right?
00:19:16.000 Like this isn't just happening in a vacuum where Comer comes out and tells us something, you know, bombshell that Bidens are doing business in a corrupt country.
00:19:27.000 First of all, we knew this already.
00:19:28.000 This has been reported by the New York Post, Papa Vichu, who is the name of the client in Romania who Hunter was helping wiggle out of some sort of corruption problem.
00:19:39.000 We've known about this.
00:19:40.000 Not only have we known about this, but what Comer didn't say and what has been reported already by the New York Post is that in Hunter's laptop from hell, there are meetings in his calendar where he's meeting with his Romanian patrons and then going to meet his father directly after.
00:19:54.000 That happens on like three occasions.
00:19:57.000 So that's a link that Comer failed to make in that press conference.
00:20:02.000 So, but we already, so this person was a known entity because the media, conservative media in particular, was treating it as if this was some sort of a bombshell revelation that we'd never heard before.
00:20:12.000 I mean, to be fair, they don't live and breathe and eat this stuff all day long like I do.
00:20:19.000 But yeah, no, I've known about this for like two years.
00:20:23.000 So, so, so, so, this is where I've been concerned.
00:20:25.000 I know you and I have privately shared this concern that what we're going to do is we're going to see more of the same from the Biden family, which is that they've figured out legal corruption, which is technically not corruption in the literal sense, but they figured out ways to find loopholes in the system.
00:20:42.000 I've spent way more time researching the Bidens than any person should.
00:20:46.000 And I will tell you that when Joe Biden says Hunter Biden's the smartest guy, he knows he's not joking.
00:20:50.000 He really thinks Hunter Biden is the smartest guy he knows.
00:20:53.000 He thinks Hunter's a genius.
00:20:54.000 And the fact that Hunter keeps coming up with loopholes for the family to get their pockets lined is something that is the joke is starting to become on us, Emma.
00:21:05.000 Well, that's it.
00:21:06.000 He's a Yale lawyer and he's putting that degree to use, you know, because they basically like look at the, like we've talked about this.
00:21:12.000 They look at the law and say, okay, here's a workaround.
00:21:15.000 Here's a workaround.
00:21:16.000 And they have kind of like perfected this legal grift.
00:21:19.000 But what I was going to say about the Comer thing is like, okay, what is he saying there that the Biden family received money from some sort of sketchy entity and that Joe Biden, it's Joe Biden's son and brother and grandkids or whatever who were taking money.
00:21:34.000 We know this is like a two-year-old point of the narrative.
00:21:39.000 What Comer ought to be looking at and what we kind of have employed him to in the last election is this looks bad.
00:21:48.000 It would appear that the Biden family is taking money in return for what?
00:21:52.000 Yeah.
00:21:53.000 That's what he is supposed to find out.
00:21:55.000 And he's also supposed to find out if the money is impacting any political decision that Biden is making.
00:22:01.000 So another thing that I was going to say about the context of where this is, how this is all happening and the timing of it is last week, Comer came out with Senator Grassley and said, we have a whistleblower who is saying that the FBI is in possession of proof of bribery of Joe Biden.
00:22:19.000 What does that mean?
00:22:20.000 That is a very specific definition, right?
00:22:21.000 Bribery means take money and perform an action in return.
00:22:25.000 Policy.
00:22:26.000 You give a favorable policy to the person bribing you.
00:22:30.000 That's an intense thing to say.
00:22:33.000 Where was that yesterday?
00:22:35.000 Like, you just came out and called the president, you know, like said the president took a bribe and that the FBI has proof of that and that there's like follow-through on the bribe.
00:22:46.000 And like, how do you just say that and then like disappear?
00:22:50.000 Like, this is kind of crazy.
00:22:51.000 The way it's being laid out is kind of crazy to me, let alone that they're reporting two-year-old information that we knew when in literally 2020 when this thing went public.
00:23:00.000 Yeah, and this is where I'm getting concerned is because we know that Biden was highly involved in China policy and he was his family was getting money from Chinese businesses.
00:23:10.000 We know that he was in charge of Ukrainian policy and his family was getting money from Ukrainian businesses.
00:23:15.000 And now he was heavily involved in this same region where the Romanian oligarchs are running the show.
00:23:24.000 And so he's getting money from, or Hunter's getting some money from there.
00:23:28.000 But do we have direct evidence that the money influenced the policy?
00:23:33.000 Do we even have evidence that Biden was totally aware of everything?
00:23:37.000 Yeah.
00:23:37.000 That's the problem is that's exactly what we're trying to figure out.
00:23:41.000 That is the nut of this is was this impacting his decision making as a person who is supposed to represent the interests of the United States, not the interests of a sketchy Romanian guy.
00:23:52.000 Yes.
00:23:52.000 You know, that's where you run into a problem is if your elected official is no longer representing you because they're taking money from a non-citizen who is corrupting them.
00:24:02.000 And that is what we're trying to figure out because it doesn't, it would appear that way by the evidence that we have from the laptop from hell and from Peter Schweutzer's reporting, right?
00:24:09.000 It's like, why are you taking the money for what?
00:24:11.000 You're obviously doing something who is money from somebody who has opposing interests to your voters.
00:24:16.000 Do we know?
00:24:17.000 Do we know what Hunter Biden did?
00:24:18.000 So for a million dollars, I mean, that's like two paintings for him.
00:24:21.000 So he doesn't have to do a lot of work.
00:24:23.000 I mean, his rate's pretty high.
00:24:25.000 Yeah.
00:24:25.000 He's used to that.
00:24:26.000 He's used to getting a lot of money for not a lot of work.
00:24:29.000 But seriously, do we know what were the services he ostensibly provided?
00:24:34.000 He was working for someone named Louis Free, who is a former FBI guy, actually.
00:24:39.000 They were working on this case together where they were representing him and lobbying for him to basically get off on these charges in Romania.
00:24:48.000 I don't know what the bar is like to be a lawyer in Romania or how an American lawyer even does that.
00:24:55.000 It's unclear as to how Hunter Biden gets involved in defending this person who has a legal system that probably has very little resemblance to the one that he studied at Yale, but that it was apparently the legal service.
00:25:07.000 Yeah, it was the producers are informing me.
00:25:11.000 Allegedly, he was an anti-corruption expert.
00:25:14.000 He's totally an anti-corruption expert.
00:25:16.000 This guy understands corruption better than anyone on the planet.
00:25:18.000 He knows exactly where the line is every time.
00:25:21.000 It's becoming a huge joke.
00:25:23.000 Yeah, go ahead.
00:25:25.000 I was just like, I would pay a million dollars for his advice on corruption.
00:25:27.000 He's fantastic.
00:25:29.000 Exactly.
00:25:30.000 So, so, so, look, so there's, we know the actuality is there's no justification for these payments.
00:25:36.000 We know that there's this is a pay-for-play thing.
00:25:39.000 We know that they're trying to buy favorable policy.
00:25:42.000 Uh, we know that Biden's always been a poor guy and relative to the Washington establishment.
00:25:47.000 Uh, famously, Barack Obama actually chose Joe partially because he was so poor and he's always been so bad with money.
00:25:54.000 He's bad on a micro level, he's bad on a macro level.
00:25:56.000 Uh, Hunter's taken it upon himself to, as well as Jim and Frank and others, but Hunter's taken upon himself to get the family rich and be able to fund their stuff.
00:26:05.000 Okay, so we know that's happening.
00:26:06.000 Uh, but how is this different?
00:26:09.000 Because we're acting as though this is going to be what takes them down.
00:26:12.000 This is going to be where we're finally going to get the direct connection between the payout to Hunter, et cetera, to the Biden policy.
00:26:22.000 Do we have that?
00:26:24.000 I mean, listen, like, I don't want to propose a theory that I don't think is that crazy.
00:26:32.000 And I want to hear your thoughts.
00:26:34.000 I'll turn this on you.
00:26:35.000 Is there a universe where Hunter is a scammer and that he's scamming his clients too?
00:26:41.000 And that he's saying, Listen, I'm Hunter Biden.
00:26:43.000 I'm the son of Joe Biden who has a ton of power.
00:26:46.000 You want to be in my click.
00:26:48.000 Yes.
00:26:48.000 And my clique costs a million dollars.
00:26:51.000 And you can join my clique and we can have conversations.
00:26:53.000 And maybe those conversations get to my father over dinner.
00:26:56.000 But is there a universe where he is scamming them and not actually promising anything concrete, but just to be in his orbit?
00:27:02.000 Which that insulates Joe Biden at least doesn't dictate his policy.
00:27:08.000 It just means that he may have gotten an idea from somewhere sometime and maybe or maybe didn't act on it.
00:27:14.000 I don't know.
00:27:15.000 But that's why we need Comer to figure that out and not tell me about some Romanian business scheme that I knew about when I was five.
00:27:22.000 Yeah, we have to have a higher bar than this because it is, it's going to become, we're going to become, it's going to become almost what Hillary Clinton almost became.
00:27:31.000 Aside from we got fortunate enough that Donald Trump was the candidate running against her in 2016, where she'd gotten away with so much, she almost almost became like she was truly above the law.
00:27:40.000 The only accountability she ever had was to the voters in 2016, but she'd gotten away with so much.
00:27:45.000 I'm worried about this now for Hunter: is that if we keep putting all this energy and making all these promises and we're just showing more of the same stuff, which is that people are paying Hunter.
00:27:56.000 Clearly, it's impacting Joe and the way he conducts foreign policy.
00:28:01.000 But it's a connection is ethereal.
00:28:05.000 It's not, it's fairy dust in a way.
00:28:07.000 It's not a direct connection where we need to see the direct bribery.
00:28:11.000 We need to see it, or else they're just going to get away with it again.
00:28:14.000 And that's why the White House is mocking it.
00:28:16.000 I will tell you, I am much more interested in what Jim Jordan revealed, which is that the CIA may have solicited signatures for the letter undermining the Hunter Biden story that you broke, which we referenced earlier, that was from Politica with the 50 intelligence off 51 former intelligence officials casting doubt on the laptop from hell, which of course was totally legit, acting as if it was Russian disinformation, leading to social media censorship, et cetera,
00:28:41.000 which we also know the Biden administration was a or the Biden campaign was encouraging.
00:28:46.000 This to me feels like a big deal, Emma.
00:28:48.000 Your thoughts.
00:28:49.000 Well, yeah, this is a much bigger thing.
00:28:51.000 This is definitely much more interesting because what Jim Jordan brought yesterday, or I guess technically two days ago, but what he brought was evidence that the FBI, sorry, the CIA, people, current employees of the CIA, ran a political operation from the CIA.
00:29:10.000 And not only that, but the CIA kind of structure just blew past every guardrail that is supposed to prevent that from happening.
00:29:19.000 They called it a rush job.
00:29:20.000 That was the quote, a rush job.
00:29:22.000 And it didn't go through any of the typical protocol that released a statement from within the CIA would go through because they needed it in time, obviously, for the debate, which is when Joe Biden gets up and literally just straight up lies to the American people and repeats this thing barked out at the CIA that it's Russian disinformation, which, of course, we knew it wasn't.
00:29:41.000 And Joe Biden knew it wasn't because not only did we publish the business stuff, but we published texts between him and his son that he 1,000% knew.
00:29:50.000 So, Emma, we're talking about what's going on with the Biden crime family, all this money that's being doled out, and it is hard to draw a direct line to prove that it is the Biden's bagging cash on the back of the American people.
00:30:06.000 We know it's happening.
00:30:06.000 We know it's happening, but legally, it's a much higher bar that we have to prove.
00:30:11.000 Do you have more hope or less hope that we're going to get there given the revelation of the last couple of weeks?
00:30:19.000 Okay, well, first of all, I just want to comment, please, for one second on that Kamala Harris thing, what you just said, because I died when I just heard that because my friend texted that's me.
00:30:28.000 And the first thing that I said when I saw it, I texted back, I was like, she seems hammered.
00:30:35.000 It's the producers, we may have to grab one of these clips.
00:30:38.000 For those of you in the radio audience, I was the way the show works is Charlie does a few minutes on Real America's Voice.
00:30:45.000 And I was ranting about California and how bad it is and how Kamala Harris, a Californian who potentially could have usurped Joe Biden on the ticket this time, should the Democrats have chosen to go in that direction.
00:30:57.000 She looked loaded yesterday, given a speech.
00:30:59.000 She really did.
00:31:00.000 She looked like she was a total mess, which is, I mean, I don't know if she really has any actual responsibilities as vice president, but it wasn't very classy.
00:31:08.000 Well, that's it.
00:31:09.000 It's like you may have the time on your hands and you know that she likes a glass of Chardonnay.
00:31:13.000 That was totally the move.
00:31:14.000 That is exactly, definitely her drink.
00:31:18.000 But don't do it in public.
00:31:20.000 Like, you know, get it together.
00:31:23.000 Okay, okay, we have it.
00:31:24.000 Emma, the producers of my year, they want to hear it.
00:31:26.000 Let's play Cut 111.
00:31:30.000 Everything is in context.
00:31:32.000 My mother used to, she would give us a hard time sometimes and she would say to us, I don't know what's wrong with you, young people.
00:31:39.000 You think you just fell out of a coconut tree?
00:31:42.000 She's got jokes.
00:31:43.000 You exist in the context of all in which you live and what came before you.
00:31:51.000 Wow.
00:31:51.000 It's just her wisdom, her depth, and her white wine consumption.
00:31:55.000 I mean, it's the, Emma, are you triggered that I'm using white wine?
00:31:58.000 Is that something that is somewhat, am I going to get canceled for using that?
00:32:02.000 It's just, I'm typecasting.
00:32:03.000 It just seems like seems like a white wine type of situation.
00:32:06.000 Maybe I'm wrong.
00:32:08.000 But was there not a little slaring going on there?
00:32:11.000 Oh, definitely.
00:32:12.000 And like, she has a way which a lot of politicians do this, but she is like the peak of it where they kind of string string words together into a sentence that actually, when you take a second and think about what you just heard, it literally means nothing.
00:32:25.000 And like she does that in expert form.
00:32:28.000 But that was just so like, what?
00:32:31.000 Who's am I supposed to relate to that?
00:32:33.000 And like, what does that even mean?
00:32:35.000 Like, I don't get it.
00:32:36.000 Did you just fall out of a coconut tree, meaning, I guess, that you don't exist in the context of what there are other people on the planet?
00:32:43.000 It's the, I guess the analogy is you're not a complete, you shouldn't be a complete narcissist.
00:32:49.000 You should be aware that there are other people around, which is somewhat ironic coming from Kamala, who certainly thinks, despite my mom said that all the time when I was growing up.
00:32:57.000 Like, what is she even talking about?
00:32:59.000 Yeah, not very relatable to me.
00:33:01.000 I can't say I understand.
00:33:02.000 I understand the reference.
00:33:04.000 Thanks a lot to Charlie, producer Andrew, and the whole team that make the show possible and give me a nice platform.
00:33:10.000 All of you who go to brightbark.com, can't thank you enough.
