00:20:08.000Unfortunately, we found out later that this was her biological child that she was using as a human shield who got caught up in the crossfire and was not expected to make it.

00:20:23.000We wait for the police to come out with the facts, but we start looking after the name is released at this woman whose name is Janessa Moreno.
00:20:32.000Well, at a certain point, we find 2005, 2010, there are a lot of mugshots because this woman has a very long rap sheet.
00:20:40.000There are a lot of mugshots of Janessa Moreno looking very feminine, wearing makeup, clearly a female.
00:20:46.000But then, Charlie, curiously, at a certain point, Janessa Moreno's last photo, last mug shot was 2022, at which point Janessa Moreno not only no longer looks to be very female, she also goes by the name Jeffrey.
00:21:00.000Now, the problem is that when you were listening to the mainstream media, when you were even listening to the police department reporting on this, they admit that this woman went by a different name of Jeffrey, but they never address the obvious portion, which is if she's going by the name Jeffrey and now she's all of a sudden looking much more masculine, as you can see in this picture, why are we not saying what needs to be said?

00:21:55.000So not only was she, you know, using a human shield as her child, clearly mental health issues, but she also is here from El Salvador.
00:22:04.000So she has an ICE detainer back in 2010, one of the many times that they arrested her, and was released shortly after, right back into the interior of the country under Obama in 2011.
00:22:16.000And so then I start asking the question: well, why would ICE be involved?
00:22:19.000If she was a U.S. citizen, ICE would not be involved.
00:22:23.000So then a source pulled her voting record for me in 2020.
00:22:27.000Well, it turns out this undocumented citizen, trans individual, also voted in Harris County in the 2020 general election.
00:22:38.000So there are a lot of questions that need to be asked here.
00:22:42.000Why are we not hearing that this individual was a trans individual that shot up Joel Olstein's church?
00:22:47.000Why are we not hearing whether or not she was legally here?
00:22:51.000Why are we not hearing any, how did she vote in the 2020 general election?
00:22:56.000They aren't asking any of these questions.
00:22:59.000And I fear, Charlie, that we are not going to get these answers on these really very important questions.

00:23:09.000And B, why are we allowing unvetted strangers into the country to do very bad things?
00:23:13.000Because I'll add to this equation: if it weren't bad enough that this woman had Palestine written on the buttstock of her gun and no coincidence that she used a human shield as her, her child as a human shield when she went into the church.
00:23:27.000So it just, the rot gets very deep and the questions are not being asked.
00:23:31.000And law enforcement does not have their feet to the fire to answer these questions that Americans deserve the right to know.
00:23:38.000Didn't law enforcement go through this entire investigation to try to figure out whether to call this savage he or she?
00:24:08.000What law enforcement did was they went out, they did a press conference, an entire press conference, and made sure everyone knew they did a thorough investigation into which pronouns this person used.
00:24:19.000And they can tell you, although this person did happen to use a male name, their inside sources say, don't worry about it.

00:24:56.000But through all of our investigation to this point, talking with individuals, interviews, documents, Houston Police Department reports, she has been identified this entire time as female, she, her.
00:25:11.000And so we are identifying her as Gen C. Moreno, Hispanic female.
00:25:16.000Honestly, what a rep. Who is this guy?
00:25:19.000This guy's like 200 pounds overweight, first of all.
00:25:23.000And he's out there talking about pronoun selection.
00:25:27.000This is a person who tried to shoot up a church.
00:25:29.000And by the way, this is not the first time we've seen this.
00:25:32.000We see this where mass shooters across the country who are trans, law enforcement is more interested in using the proper pronouns than actually finding justice or saying this despicable person doesn't deserve our attention.
00:25:53.000And I tried to point this out too when people kept saying, no, well, Fox News ran with a story that this was a person who was born a male and don't miss, don't misgender her.

00:26:09.000Wait, you're calling her the wrong pronoun.

00:26:18.000The entire point of this argument is that we have allowed the radical left to shift the narrative so far that now we're arguing over what pronoun to call this person because we can't just all admit that this is all a farce and this is all a game.
00:27:25.000This poor child who didn't have a chance because of his mentally ill mother, this is a seven-year-old boy, and his mentally ill mother used him as a human shield, which by the way, Charlie, don't connect the dots with the fact that she had Palestine on the butt sock of her gun and was using a child as a human shield.

00:27:46.000But this poor child had a mother who was this mentally ill and a father who apparently is a sexual offender because he's in the sex offender registry.

00:28:34.000And instead of actually giving them care and healing and proper treatment, we give them drugs that only make them more aggressive, that make them even more likely to be violent.

00:28:51.000Yeah, I mean, I think certainly, especially as a mom, look, you have a certain sector of female voters who are always going to vote Democrat because they are, of course, the mentally ill mothers who are transitioning their children.

00:29:33.000And these mothers are looking at this and saying, not only is the medical community doing this to them, but the Biden regime is encouraging the behavior.
00:29:41.000In fact, their very own HHS assistant secretary is, of course, a trans person who wants to push this ideology onto children.
00:29:50.000So the voters who are paying attention, the voters who are awake, the mothers who are seeing what's being done to these children, I think, Charlie, are very, very awake on this matter.
