00:00:34.000 We're talking 100 gigabytes of data.
00:00:37.000 This all in the wake of the FBI explosive scandal targeting parents.
00:00:42.000 A whistleblower has come forth exposing that scandal, and moms like Amanda Ray are now fighting back.
00:00:48.000 They are hitting back at these tyrants at the school level, school board level.
00:00:52.000 And you're not going to want to miss her first-person experience being the target of these maniacs.

00:01:57.000 I am so pleased to welcome to the show Amanda Ray.
00:02:00.000 She is a Scottsdale mom who is now suing the school board for compiling a very, very creepy dossier about her and other parents in that school district who were fighting back against mandates, against CRT, against all of the things that we rail against on this show.
00:02:19.000 Amanda Ray, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:02:22.000 Good morning, Andrew.
00:02:24.000 Well, good morning to you as well.
00:02:26.000 And you're in the Phoenix area.
00:02:28.000 You have chosen to take a bold stand and to fight back.
00:02:32.000 We just had this story that broke this morning that despite assurances from Merrick Garland that parents were not being surveilled, they were not being labeled domestic terrorists or under investigation by the FBI for opposing such things as mandates.
00:02:48.000 We now know that's not true.
00:02:49.000 There's a whistleblower who's come forward and has shared that information with Jim Jordan, Congressman Jim Jordan out of Ohio.
00:02:58.000 We now know that that's actually happened in dozens of cases.
00:03:02.000 You are a mom that's fighting back.
00:03:03.000 It's very public.
00:03:04.000 There was a whole press conference last week.
00:03:07.000 You were joined by Dylan Law Group and Charlie Kirk was standing behind you as well.
00:03:12.000 As well, what's going on here?
00:03:14.000 Are you worried that you're on a watch list?
00:03:16.000 You know, at this point, hearing this news, it's shocking, but I guess I wouldn't be surprised.
00:03:23.000 It's amazing to me that, you know, what started in August of 2020, when we were just going to board meetings and asking for in-person education for our children and to prioritize kids when we knew that they weren't at risk for COVID,
00:03:41.000 we were met with such resistance and come to find out we were being surveilled by a school board member, his father, and there's even evidence that they were colluding with the school district in order to monitor our social media and to track our comments.
00:03:57.000 And, you know, appearances aren't everything, but I don't really fit the bill of a domestic terrorist.
00:04:04.000 I don't have a parking ticket on my record.
00:04:06.000 So, you know, to be, it sounds outlandish, but I wouldn't be surprised if somewhere there's a tag on me now.
00:04:14.000 Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised either.
00:04:15.000 I mean, there's dozens of these cases for moms standing up that are part of a conservative group called Moms for Liberty for owning guns.
00:04:25.000 They were called into the snitch line as though they were domestic terrorists and insurrectionists.
00:04:30.000 People were concerned that they were insurrectionists for fighting back against mandates.
00:04:37.000 I want to get into your story specifically, because people don't realize just how creepy what happened to you, how creepy this dossier was and is.
00:04:48.000 So this was the school board president in Scottsdale, Arizona, a very powerful person.
00:04:56.000 He was surveilling you.
00:04:57.000 Now, I heard one person put it this way, that it was more like a document that you would see from Vladimir Putin than this, you know, than a Google Drive.
00:05:06.000 There was 100 gigabytes of information on this Google Drive that you guys came across.
00:05:12.000 It was not password protected.
00:05:14.000 He accidentally sent it to you guys, apparently.
00:05:17.000 Am I getting the details right?
00:05:18.000 It was an accidental.
00:05:20.000 So you got hold of this document.
00:05:22.000 100 gigabytes of data was on this file, on this folder.
00:05:28.000 What was in it?
00:05:29.000 And what do you know?
00:05:30.000 Yeah, I mean, it really started a year before we discovered the actual evidence of the Google Drive.
00:05:38.000 Back in January of 2021, when Jan Michael Greenberg became the president of the board, he made a political rant in his first month of being president and blamed parents for being responsible for the January 6th riot.
00:05:57.000 And I found that incredibly outlandish.
00:06:00.000 Like, how in the world was the Scottsdale community responsible for what happened on January 6th?
00:06:05.000 And, you know, in a later meeting, I called him out on that and said it was inappropriate.
00:06:10.000 And, you know, in a school board's supposed to be nonpartisan, you know, why would you take that position?
00:06:16.000 It was polarizing.
00:06:17.000 It wasn't working with the community.
00:06:20.000 After that happened, his father, Mark Greenberg, sent me a Facebook Messenger message using a profile called Frank Graham, who was posing as a black man, a veteran, and body shamed me and told me I should buy a Peloton bike after seeing me in person.
00:06:43.000 And this is out after meeting me or seeing me at a school board meeting.
00:06:47.000 And it was disgusting.
00:06:49.000 And I thought, how in the world is, you know, a school board president's father like shaming me to the point where, you know, I felt like I didn't want to go to a school board meeting.
00:06:59.000 Like no woman wants to hear that.
00:07:02.000 And especially coming from an elected official's parent was disgusting.
00:07:07.000 And so we knew this was happening.
00:07:09.000 There was a lot of increased tension.
00:07:12.000 He was going on political tirades about vaccines and transgender athletes.
00:07:18.000 I have two little girls.
00:07:19.000 I don't want them to have to compete against men in sports, but those were all the positions he was taking.
00:07:25.000 Next thing we know, the police chief is standing up at a press conference with our superintendent saying, if you don't believe in what's happening at your school board, then you need to stay home.
00:07:36.000 And I found that just incredibly tyrannical.
00:07:40.000 Like, what world are we in?
00:07:41.000 This is not, this is, like you said, this is not a Vladimir Putin regime in the United States.
00:07:47.000 And how can we be excluded from advocating for our children?
00:07:51.000 I was asking about curriculum adoptions and why a BLM video was on my daughter's Chromebook when she was in the fourth grade.
00:07:59.000 And later on in the summer, August of 2021, Jan Michael Greenberg gets into an email argument against a parent and intends to shame her, call her anti-Semitic, anti-Islamic,
00:08:15.000 and inadvertently, and I guess in a fit of fury, emails a screenshot of his desktop that showed a URL that was a public drive and was a 100 gigabyte dossier on our public comments, our Facebook comments.
00:08:35.000 Harmie alluded to it.
00:08:38.000 It's in the lawsuit complaint.
00:08:40.000 A lot of it was public record, but they even manufactured documents.
00:08:43.000 They created a meme about me to denigrate my profession.
00:08:49.000 They made a complaint, it appears against a mom who's a nurse who attended a medical freedom rally.
00:08:56.000 Appears that he made a complaint against her nursing license.
00:09:00.000 I was concerned that he was going to make a complaint against my financial license.
00:09:06.000 Well, I mean, so just to sum this up for people, if they're struggling to keep up, the school board, through the school board president and his father, catfished you on social media.
00:09:22.000 There was also hidden body cam footage in this dossier.
00:09:27.000 There was personal financial details.
00:09:31.000 There were pictures of your kids.
00:09:33.000 So they were compiling pictures of minors and they were body shaming you on social media under the under a different profile.
00:09:42.000 Is this, did I get it about right?
00:09:45.000 Yeah, it wasn't just that one profile.
00:09:47.000 There were at least six of these of these aliases that he would use to infiltrate the private Facebook group of like-minded parents.
00:09:57.000 And he would bait people into discussions and arguments.
00:10:00.000 And then showed up at a school board meeting with a body camera and talked about suing me and intimidating me and hiring a PI to take our license plates.
00:10:12.000 And, you know, we were just parents.
00:10:14.000 We were asking for transparency and rights for our children.
00:10:19.000 And why did he need a photo of my seven-year-old?
00:10:23.000 Why did he need a photo of my house?
00:10:25.000 Like, what does that have to do with anything?
00:10:28.000 He did.
00:10:29.000 Yeah, these are radical activists.
00:10:32.000 These are left-wingers to the core.
00:10:36.000 They've infiltrated our school systems and they are subjecting children, American children, to radical communist ideas, radical transgender ideas.
00:10:46.000 And it's absolutely unacceptable, Amanda.
00:10:49.000 And I'm so proud of you and the other moms for, and parents too.
00:10:53.000 There's some dads involved and that you guys are standing up to an absolutely disgusting display of tyranny.
00:11:04.000 Look, everybody, I know you love freedom and you want to defend it.
00:11:07.000 And I know you love the Constitution.

00:12:26.000 Amanda, you must, this must be on some level terrifying.
00:12:30.000 I think we get numb to these stories.
00:12:34.000 This is so personal for you.
00:12:36.000 Tell us what it's like personally for you.
00:12:39.000 What has this whole experience been like?
00:12:41.000 It really is.
00:12:42.000 I think throughout this process, I have started to become numb and immune to some of it.
00:12:48.000 But one of the most terrifying parts of this is that when I reached out to the superintendent and said that I was scared and felt afraid going to school board meetings because of this.
00:13:03.000 And look, Mark has a long history in this community of bullying and harassment.
00:13:09.000 There's plenty of media articles and news articles demonstrating that.
00:13:16.000 I was afraid of him.
00:13:17.000 I asked for help from our superintendent.
00:13:19.000 And our school board, our public government taxpayer public school, handed that email over directly to someone and it ended up in this dossier with my email address and my phone number in full display.
00:13:33.000 It was never redacted.
00:13:34.000 There's some type of collusion going on within the district.
00:13:37.000 And that immediately made me feel afraid that they were getting access to my children's emergency contacts and their medical history, their grades.
00:13:47.000 I know that Mark was able to obtain emails that I sent to my child's teachers.
00:13:52.000 And, you know, I immediately had this fear.
00:13:55.000 Like, I can protect myself.
00:13:58.000 But as a parent, as you as a parent, you know, you would do anything to protect your children.
00:14:03.000 I stopped letting my children ride the school bus.
00:14:06.000 I picked them up after school now because I'm concerned that he's going to know who that emergency contact is and have somebody show up in the office with that name.
00:14:15.000 I didn't know who was handing over information to the Greenbergs outside when that information should be held private.
00:14:21.000 And I knew that that trust had been breached and I was terrified for the safety of my children.
00:14:29.000 I think anybody, any reasonable book parent would be upset about that.
00:14:33.000 And I had no protection and no sense that anybody cared because it was happening with inside the administration.
00:14:41.000 Well, this is exactly why people like Charlie Kirk and Harmeet Dylan, Dylan Law Group, are standing with you and standing with other moms that were affected by this creepy dossier and the school board president who should, you know, not be allowed to hold public office again.
00:14:58.000 I'm going to play.
00:14:58.000 So you guys held a press conference and I saw stories everywhere.
00:15:02.000 It was in Daily Mail.
00:15:04.000 They've got a lot of local news coverage.
00:15:06.000 The AZ Republic, the Fox News wrote it up.
00:15:10.000 You've been doing interviews all across the Phoenix area.
00:15:14.000 Let's play CUT 120.
00:15:15.000 This is a news report, local Phoenix of your guys' press conference.
00:15:18.000 Amanda Ray and two other Scottsdale Unified School District parents leading a new lawsuit.
00:15:24.000 It's concerning.
00:15:25.000 Accusing SUSD board member Jan Michael Greenberg, his family members and the school district of a quote conspiracy to allegedly violate some parents' rights, like invasion of privacy and First Amendment rights.
00:15:36.000 Greenberg is accused of collecting private data like social security numbers, addresses, and pictures about some parents like Ray, their kids, and community members.
00:15:46.000 The Google Drive containing this information was allegedly in Greenberg's files.
00:15:51.000 So, this is a great example, Amanda, of parents fighting back.
00:15:57.000 You guys are, you're not going to take it sitting down.
00:16:01.000 Again, we see this report that the FBI has labeled concerned parents like you all across the country as potential terrorists.
00:16:09.000 You are being watched, surveilled.
00:16:11.000 This is a terrifying prospect.
00:16:12.000 So, not only do you have the federal government surveilling parents, you have these local school boards, these creepy dossiers, but you are fighting back.
00:16:19.000 There are groups like Turning Point USA, Harmeet Dylan, like I already said, standing behind you.
00:16:26.000 Real quick, and in a minute, here, what does that mean?
00:16:29.000 Are you feeling the swell of support?
00:16:31.000 What's happened since you announced the lawsuit?
00:16:34.000 Absolutely.
00:16:35.000 I mean, I think that we have, I wake up every morning scared.
00:16:38.000 Um, and I think courage is standing up in the face of the fear.
00:16:42.000 And it makes it so much easier when we have Charlie, Turning Point, and Harmeet helping us get this message out.
00:16:50.000 That I'm just your average mom.
00:16:52.000 Like, I am not, I'm not a political figure.
00:16:54.000 Um, I'm not particularly well connected or financially connected.
00:17:00.000 I'm just your average, average mom.
00:17:02.000 And this is happening all across the country.
00:17:04.000 And so, I hope that we can inspire others that there is a groundswell of support, especially from Charlie and Turning Point.
00:17:12.000 Yeah, I was really, I was really proud to see Charlie standing behind you, just being a part of this show and everything we do here.
00:17:22.000 You know, this is really where the rubber meets the road, the grassroots at the school board level.
00:17:29.000 And I'm so grateful that you have chosen to make a bold stand.
00:17:32.000 It takes a lot of courage to do what you're doing, Amanda.
00:17:35.000 So, thank you on behalf of parents all across the country.
00:17:38.000 It starts local.
00:17:39.000 You have to fight back.
00:17:41.000 So, thank you, Amanda Ray.
00:17:43.000 Thank you for joining us.
00:17:44.000 And everybody, support the Scottsdale moms however you can.
00:17:48.000 Thanks, Andrew.
00:17:52.000 Hello, everybody.

00:19:14.000 And Joe Biden gave them to us.
00:19:15.000 It's incredible.
00:19:17.000 What are they thinking?
00:19:18.000 I know.
00:19:19.000 This is this is, I had to have you on the show today.
00:19:22.000 As soon as I caught wind of this meme moment, this ultimate memeable moment from Joe Biden, Cut 109.
00:19:30.000 I'm going to play it for you, Benny, and I want your instant reaction.
00:19:33.000 Cut 109.
00:19:35.000 They're dead wrong.
00:19:36.000 Under my predecessor, the great MAGA King, my predecessor, the MAGA King.
00:19:45.000 Yes, the MAGA King.
00:19:48.000 All right, meme Lord.
00:19:50.000 What have we seen in the aftermath here?
00:19:53.000 So the way that a meme starts is you have a moment, a viral moment, a viral news story that is grounded in truth and real, it's something that happens, but you had to kick it off, right?
00:20:04.000 There has to be a spark that inspires then.
00:20:08.000 Did we lose Benny?
00:20:11.000 We might have lost you.
00:20:13.000 Okay.
00:20:14.000 All right, Benny, I think your mic went out on your side.
00:20:17.000 So in the meantime, I'm going to let you fix that, Benny, but I'm going to play a couple.
00:20:21.000 Oh, I'm going to show some memes here.
00:20:23.000 So let's go through some of the memes, team, put them up on the on the screen.
00:20:29.000 This was this was from Donald Trump's truth account, apparently.
00:20:35.000 And so Donald Trump, who is the MAGA King, got in on the action.
00:20:41.000 Return of the great MAGA King, obviously riffing on Lord of the Rings.
00:20:46.000 And here's another one.
00:20:48.000 Oh, there you are, Benny.
00:20:49.000 Hey, there you are.
00:20:51.000 That's all right.
00:20:52.000 Benny, pull that meme back up.
00:20:56.000 And I apologize to our radio audiences here that if you're on streaming, you're catching all the memes here.
00:21:03.000 But this is now what you see, Benny, is a, this is from Gladiator, if I'm not mistaken.
00:21:10.000 Except with Trump's head superimposed.
00:21:12.000 Yes.
00:21:13.000 So as I was saying before, probably Nina Jenkowitz cut off my microphone from the Ministry of Truth, is that you need a spark of inspiration for the meme lords to get their business done.
00:21:24.000 And this is the spark of inspiration.
00:21:26.000 Why would you call him the MAGA King?
00:21:28.000 Everyone's waiting for you to do that.
00:21:29.000 There's already plenty of memes about Donald Trump as a king, Donald Trump as a warrior, but you're just going to bring those back.
00:21:35.000 And the Joe Biden administration has been pretty good for the meme economy, but not great because people missed Donald Trump.
00:21:41.000 Donald Trump was kicked offline for a long time.
00:21:43.000 You missed a lot of the inspiration for so many memes.
00:21:46.000 And now he's back.
00:21:47.000 And he's back because Joe Biden brought him back.
00:21:49.000 And what I think, Andrew, is probably the dumbest messaging decision by this administration since calling out Putin's price hike or standing in front of a board that said inflation two days ago.
00:22:05.000 He's actually railing against food shortages.
00:22:08.000 I don't know if you saw that clip, but Joe Biden's running around going like, this is America and you can't get food.
00:22:13.000 We're like, Joe, what do you, you're on the watch, my friend.
00:22:18.000 This is your food shortage.
00:22:19.000 This is your baby formula shortage.
00:22:21.000 And meanwhile, he brings up our beloved MAGA King and the memes go wild.
00:22:28.000 So you mentioned that the meme economy.
00:22:33.000 On a serious note, Benny, there is a power in meme that the conservative movement has harnessed that, I mean, it's the name of your show, The Left Can't Meme.
00:22:44.000 Why are these devices, why are these memes so powerful?
00:22:48.000 Why do we lean into them?
00:22:49.000 Why do you lean into them?
00:22:51.000 What is the effect?
00:22:52.000 So you go back 5,000 years and you find paintings on the walls of caves.
00:22:56.000 You look at the hieroglyphics inside of the pyramids of Giza.
00:23:00.000 You see the ability for humans to be able to communicate through images and through and truth, through storytelling.
00:23:08.000 Memes are essentially just the modern day iteration of the political cartoon.
00:23:12.000 And by the way, without political cartoons, we wouldn't have an American Revolution.
00:23:15.000 Go back to revolutionary times when you weren't allowed to criticize King George.
00:23:19.000 What did they do?
00:23:19.000 They memed him.
00:23:20.000 They made cartoons of King George.
00:23:22.000 The colonial cartoons of King George are savage.
00:23:25.000 These are some of the most savage memes in American history, led to a great American awakening and revolution.
00:23:30.000 And the meme lords today are simply continuing on that proud tradition of memeing and making fun of and criticizing and ridiculing the powerful, which is what memes do.
00:23:41.000 Are the groundswell, the barbaric yulp of the truth tellers on the internet to speak about truth?
00:23:50.000 They may not own corporate media.
00:23:52.000 They may not own their own social media platforms.
00:23:55.000 That's why they kick the memes off those social media platforms.
00:23:58.000 It's why you see the long think pieces in the New York Times about the power of memes.
00:24:02.000 The reason why is because they are powerful today.
00:24:04.000 They've always been powerful inside of a world of social network connectivity.
00:24:09.000 However, they have the potential to go viral far more than a pamphlet inside of a pub in 1777.
00:24:15.000 And so the memes today really can, the meme energy today can really, I think, win elections for you, quite frankly.
00:24:22.000 You would have a hard time arguing that the memes in 2016 did not help push Donald Trump over the limit there with Hillary.
00:24:31.000 Nobody wants to make a meme about Hillary Clinton.
00:24:33.000 Nobody wants to make a meme about Joe Biden.
00:24:35.000 And the reality in closing of this long answer here, Andrew, is that memes are based in truth.
00:24:40.000 And so the left has no truth.
00:24:42.000 They have no sense of humor.
00:24:43.000 And so the left can't meme.
00:24:45.000 And you can check out the left can't meme on Parlor every Friday.
00:24:48.000 And you guys should do that.
00:24:49.000 Absolutely.
00:24:50.000 From the meme lord himself, what a great, I mean, you have memed yourself, Benny.
00:24:55.000 You are, you, you have, you've gone full circle here.
00:24:58.000 It's actually pretty impressive.
00:24:59.000 And we, we salute you.
00:25:00.000 So, I mean, that was, that was, you, you kind of got to my question in the sense that does Donald Trump become president in 2016 if he can't, if he can't meet?
00:25:09.000 We have Elon Musk coming back to Twitter, at least presumably.
00:25:14.000 I'm sure the deal, there's, you know, there's an investigation that they just launched against him, a federal investigation over his takeover of Twitter.
00:25:20.000 Do you suspect that we will get to see the same acceleration of these memes that, as you said, express a deeper truth and they become accessible by mocking, by making fun, by making light of these political realities, these cultural realities?
00:25:37.000 Do you think that we will see the same type of acceleration into 2022, 2024 if Elon Musk is back in control?
00:25:44.000 Is this a good thing for culture?
00:25:48.000 Yeah.
00:25:48.000 So much like the Federal Reserve, there has been a major, there was a major printing of memes during the Trump administration.
00:25:58.000 It's cooled down.
00:26:00.000 All right.
00:26:00.000 There was a rate hike on memes.
00:26:03.000 It was Joe Biden winning in 2020, and that's cooled the market.
00:26:10.000 Now the market is getting frothy.
00:26:12.000 It's getting hot again.
00:26:13.000 Okay.
00:26:14.000 People are starting to say, wait, wait, the time has come.
00:26:18.000 And the memes are being shared by Donald Trump on Truth Social now.
00:26:21.000 So this was a huge inspiration for memers.
00:26:24.000 The idea that Donald Trump would tweet your meme, and this happened a lot.
00:26:27.000 In fact, one of the more famous memers, his name's Carpe Doncum.
00:26:31.000 He created wonderful works of art memes.
00:26:33.000 He got nuked off of Twitter because Donald Trump kept sharing his memes.
00:26:38.000 Dan Scavino, Donald Trump's social media attaché, is the connoisseur of memes, so to speak, and gives them to the president.
00:26:46.000 The president approves them and then he shares them.
00:26:48.000 And that means thousands of followers for these memers.
00:26:51.000 It means big eyeballs for their accounts.
00:26:54.000 And now Donald Trump is doing that once more on Truth Social.
00:26:56.000 So expect, you know, the siren call has gone out now that Trump is sharing memes once more for the memers to return to the promised land.
00:27:05.000 And again, as you said, like there is simple truth in these, you know, these little viral videos and these little images that really convey to the American people.
00:27:16.000 It's the reason why, if you really want to get, if you really want to dive deep here, I personally believe it's why Christ spoke in parables, because people learn from little short stories and little short nuggets of information, very visual, right?
00:27:29.000 Whether it's the prodigal son or, you know, the Sermon on the Mount, you can learn from short and precise bits of truth.
00:27:39.000 And it's the way humans like to learn.
00:27:40.000 And so memes are extremely powerful to that end.
00:27:43.000 And memes that push Donald Trump to victory in 2024, the answer is absolutely they could.
00:27:49.000 So one of the reasons I believe that the left hates memes is because anybody can do it.
00:27:55.000 So if you're listening out there, you can get in on the meme economy.
00:27:58.000 Go follow people like Benny and see how it works, see what people are reacting to and get in on it.
00:28:05.000 You can have a great idea as well.
00:28:06.000 It's completely open to you to meme.
00:28:09.000 Like make it happen.
00:28:10.000 You can make an impact in this country.
00:28:12.000 Okay, Benny, I'm going to, I'm going to, you're a messaging guy.
00:28:15.000 You've spent a lot of time in the swamp.
00:28:17.000 You know the way this world works.
00:28:20.000 I'm going to make you put on your Democrat flack hat.
00:28:22.000 Okay.
00:28:23.000 This is probably, I think, arguably the worst messaged administration in modern American history, perhaps ever.
00:28:30.000 I mean, the messaging is awful.
00:28:33.000 If you were going to consult this White House, what the heck can they do to turn this around?
00:28:38.000 What would you tell them to do?
00:28:39.000 And I don't mean to give them free advice, but it's just so, I mean, I'm at a loss.
00:28:43.000 I don't know how you defend the gas prices.
00:28:46.000 I don't know how you defend Afghanistan, Ukraine.
00:28:48.000 I don't know how you defend the border.
00:28:50.000 What could you possibly do?
00:28:52.000 And maybe the answer is nothing, but give them some advice, some free advice.
00:28:55.000 Andrew, I like themes.
00:28:57.000 And so I'll use memes in this theme as well.
00:29:00.000 A meme from Elon Musk.
00:29:01.000 The great Elon Musk shared a meme about the left and how far left the left has gotten.
00:29:05.000 Now, we talked about this.
00:29:07.000 It was widely received.
00:29:08.000 It was widely criticized, of course, by the left.
00:29:12.000 Entitled, it shows a man standing on the right and he is immovable.
00:29:17.000 It shows a man standing in the center and he doesn't move.
00:29:20.000 And it shows a person on the left in the years 2012, 2018, and 2022.
00:29:25.000 And the man on the left has run all the way over to the other side of the meme.
00:29:29.000 The meme has to be this long to show how far left he's gone.
00:29:33.000 And therefore demonstrating that the center has now moved to the right.
00:29:38.000 And what the left should do now, if they were smart enough to listen to us, is they should try and move as hard back toward the center as possible.
00:29:47.000 But they can't help themselves.
00:29:49.000 You saw the abortion law that they tried to ram through, abortion up to the point of birth, no parental consent.
00:29:54.000 This kind of stuff is just satanic.
00:29:55.000 I mean, it's just straight up demonic evil.
00:29:58.000 But you're also seeing just far left radicalism on every single front.
00:30:01.000 They cannot help themselves.
00:30:03.000 They just banned a drilling license this morning in Alaska.
00:30:07.000 I'm not sure if you covered on the program.
00:30:08.000 So they're killing oil while gas is five bucks a gallon down the road from me.
00:30:12.000 So they're not running to the center.
00:30:16.000 They should run to the center like Clinton did.
00:30:17.000 Clinton ran to the center in 92 and 94, sprinted to the center.
00:30:23.000 And yeah, there it is.
00:30:25.000 There's the meme, perfection.
00:30:26.000 Clinton sprinted to the center and was able to sort of partially salvage his presidency in doing so, signed DOMA and so on.
00:30:37.000 There's too many good ideas there.
00:30:38.000 And I got to cut you off in case they're actually listening, which we know that the Ministry of Truth is listening, but we don't know if the regime is at the White House.
00:30:47.000 Benny, how do people follow you?
00:30:49.000 10 seconds, 15 seconds.
00:30:50.000 At Benny Johnson on all social media and at Benny Johnson on Parlor, where we have an exclusive show, the left can meme, dropping hot memes, hot fire memes every single Friday.
00:31:00.000 Benny, you do great work for the country.
00:31:02.000 Keep it up.
00:31:03.000 And we'll see you soon, my friend.
00:31:05.000 Don't go to the left.
00:31:06.000 You're too good at that.
00:31:07.000 So, all right, buddy.

00:32:04.000 Check it out right now, preparewithkirk.com.
00:32:10.000 There's a great article from thefederalist.com written by Scott Rasmussen, the famous pollster.
00:32:18.000 It's titled 60, it's titled this: Why Overturning Roe may help Republicans a lot more than it helps Democrats.
00:32:26.000 And what Scott walks through here is that conventional wisdom would suggest that overturning Roe will help the Democrats into the midterms.
00:32:36.000 But he exposes something that I think is incredibly important here.
00:32:40.000 Of course, this is on the backdrop of the League Dobbs decision.
00:32:43.000 It's also on the backdrop of the Senate failing to codify the, what they say, codify Roe last night.
00:32:51.000 It failed 51 to 49.
00:32:52.000 Senator Joe Manchin, a Democrat, sided with the 50 Republicans in the Senate to block the legislation.
00:32:59.000 So bravo for Senator Manchin.
00:33:01.000 Although that being said, he said he would have probably supported a cleaner bill that just codified Roe and left much of the other decisions up to the states.
00:33:10.000 What this bill did was it, what it codified was abortion on demand in all 50 states, regardless of what those states' voters actually wanted.
00:33:20.000 And it overturned existing laws in those states.
00:33:24.000 So nine months old, totally viable fetus, you could get an abortion, no big deal.
00:33:29.000 Killing a life.
00:33:31.000 So Scott makes a point here that the real issue with the polling when it comes to Roe v. Wade is that people are confused about what it would actually do.
00:33:42.000 He says 77% of voters mistakenly think it would make abortion illegal in the United States.
00:33:50.000 That's 77% don't understand what Roe even does.
00:33:53.000 41% simply don't know what it would mean.
00:33:56.000 Just 22% have some understanding of the issue.
00:33:59.000 If people don't understand, this is his words, if people don't understand what overturning Roe would mean, how can you possibly interpret polling data showing that people don't want it overturned?
00:34:11.000 So he makes the argument, though, that you have to ask non-political jargon questions.
00:34:17.000 I totally agree when you're polling voters.
00:34:20.000 With Roe in place, the abortion laws are set by judges, meaning that the judges simply stated in 1973 that abortion should be legal, overturning the will of voters in 43 states at the time that had abortion illegal.
00:34:37.000 65% of voters, when you ask the right question, think abortion law should be established by voters and their elected representatives.
00:34:46.000 That's exactly what will happen if Roe is overturned.
00:34:50.000 Just 18% of voters want to preserve the status quo.
00:34:53.000 So get this: a massive majority in this country, 65% of voters think that abortion laws should be established by the voters of their elected representatives.
00:35:06.000 65%, that is a massive majority.
00:35:08.000 This is a very, very popular thing to do when voters actually understand what it would mean.
00:35:14.000 So what the Democrats are going to try and do through their messaging, they are going to try and tell everybody that will listen that if you overturn Roe, that we're back to coat hanger abortions in the alley.
00:35:26.000 That is not what it means.
00:35:29.000 It simply means that states will have their own say.
00:35:31.000 This is federalism.
00:35:32.000 This is the founder's genius on display.
00:35:36.000 Now, do I think that abortion should be illegal?
00:35:38.000 Absolutely.
00:35:39.000 100%.
00:35:42.000 Nevertheless, that's not what happens when Roe gets overturned.
00:35:45.000 Roe was bad law.
00:35:46.000 And 65% of Americans think that abortion laws should be established by voters and their elected representatives.
00:35:55.000 So all of this comes back to a theme that we've been hitting on all week: that the Democrats, and I do believe it was a Democrat operative that leaked this, probably Kagan, according to Senator Cruz, one of her clerks.
00:36:10.000 They have overplayed their hand.
00:36:11.000 This will not be good for them in November.
00:36:14.000 This will not animate their base.
00:36:15.000 And when you see riots, when you see Molotov cocktails, when you see whatever coming down the pipe that they have, do not despair.
00:36:22.000 That is astro-turf, dark money, civil rights, in air quotes groups that are trying to intimidate you and trying to intimidate the conservative movement from standing up for something that is completely right and justifiable, which is ending the scourge of abortion on demand in this country.
00:36:40.000 Thanks so much, everybody, for tuning in.
