00:01:00.000He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:01:07.000We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:02:09.000They put themselves in danger every day.
00:02:12.000And, you know, we get emails, Charlie, oh, you know, there's no hope.
00:02:16.000You want to see hope go to a Turning Point USA event.
00:02:18.000We have several coming up next week, Rutgers, LSU, Ohio State University.
00:02:21.000But we're going to put all of that aside because we have something actually much more important to talk about today.
00:02:28.000We're going to lead today on the Ides of March.
00:02:32.000Beware the Ides of March, as Shakespeare wrote, with someone who was, quite honestly, treated very terribly, not dissimilar to that of Julius Caesar, but he is rising like the Phoenix, and he has a very, very big announcement for us today, and that is James O'Keefe.
00:03:32.000If you just go to O'KeeffeMediaGroup.com.
00:03:35.000And what we're doing, Charlie, is we're going to be sending cameras into the hands of hundreds of people.
00:03:40.000We're going to be creating a citizen army of journalists because so many people have reached out to me over the last month after what has happened, after the Pfizer story and all the aftermath.
00:03:53.000So, we are going to put these cameras into the hands of people.
00:03:56.000And if you go on the website, you can subscribe to this platform, which we're going to be releasing stories as I have.
00:04:03.000But we're also going to be, you're going to be able to buy a camera, sponsor a camera, and put it into the hands of people throughout the country as we create this army for truth.
00:04:13.000So this website has just launched actually like a few minutes ago.
00:04:16.000So you're getting an exclusive breaking news story, Charlie, on this.
00:04:32.000James was treated terribly over the last month and James has done heroic work for the last decade and has put real points on the board, has really put the left on defense.
00:04:41.000And James is now being the entrepreneur and saying, you know what, we're going to keep on doing this work.
00:04:46.000We're going to do this investigative journalism, whether it be with Pfizer, whether it be DHS, whatever it might be.
00:04:52.000And we need to keep everybody in the audience right now, we need to give James the ammunition, metaphorical ammunition to be able to fight these bad guys.
00:05:07.000We're going to put this on all of our social and support him if you can, because I know a lot of you in our audience, James, we got over 1,000 emails of people that said, I'm no longer going to support Veritas.
00:05:19.000So now you're going to use the same proven strategy, the same tactics of the last decade, but now you're going to do it through a new venture.
00:05:28.000So we have this video that as I'm on the air with you, it's being posted to our social media, but it's basically this explanatory video where we've received so many thousands of emails from people saying, how can I help?
00:05:45.000So what you can do is subscribe to this website and actually sponsor, pay for a camera that we will put into the hands of the thousands of the people that have contacted me personally who want to go record abuse in their city hall, in their school board, wherever.
00:06:01.000So the model is not just going to be a tiny group of people.
00:06:04.000It's going to be thousands of people that we're going to train and equip on this website.
00:06:09.000We have stories that we're about to break, but the story today is the existence of this website.
00:07:20.000The movement is lost without James O'Keefe putting points on the board.
00:07:24.000But James, can you just, and I know you got to be careful because there's pending legal stuff and all this, but can you just give us some depth into how you are doing, how you're holding up?
00:07:33.000Because this has not been an ideal month for you.
00:07:35.000And we've received thousands of emails from our audience praying for you, asking how to support, asking what they can do.
00:07:41.000The people are worried about you personally.
00:08:44.000I will say that I have seen so much support.
00:08:50.000Um, my phone, I probably got 5,000 text messages in a week and from everyone I've ever known, really, in any way-acquaintances, friends, supporters.
00:10:02.000I think we are a founding member, right?
00:10:04.000And you are, we're going to be going to get a lot of other people to do this, okay?
00:10:08.000And it is O'Keefe, so that is O-K-E-E-F-E MediaGroup.com.
00:10:14.000If you have any questions, we're linking it on our Twitter, on our Getter, on our Truth, on all of it.
00:10:18.000And as somebody who's in the trenches, literally yesterday at UC Davis, I have infinite respect for the grit, the hustle, the results that James O'Keefe has produced.
00:10:29.000And now, our audience, we all need to step up, everybody, give James the support he needs so he can hire the staff, he can onboard people, he can get the material so that we can keep on exposing these cockroaches that have done such damage to our country.
00:12:18.000And James O'Keefe has exposed them, whether it be Pfizer, whether it be the border, whether it be schools, whether it be Jan Schakowsky's husband.
00:12:43.000You're now going to empower hundreds of citizen journalists, and you're going to keep the energy, the success, the tactics, the grit from Veritas.
00:12:51.000And now it's going into this beautiful new venture.
00:13:15.000You know, we're going to have people everywhere in every school board, every city council office.
00:13:21.000Even as I sat here right now, I got another Pfizer source contact me actually with some more information, which will hopefully be breaking in the next day or two.
00:13:32.000You have to have integrity in journalism.
00:13:34.000We've known journalism is broken for a long time now.
00:13:37.000And it's very important to equip people with the right technology and the right sort of journalism ethic to go out and do this sort of work.
00:13:46.000And I think a lot of people would do it for free.
00:13:48.000I mean, I tweeted the other day, hey, go on Amazon and buy these cameras.
00:14:44.000And look, this is the big, this is a big thing, right?
00:14:46.000Because the movement, we need to push back against all these forces of darkness.
00:14:51.000And one of our great opportunities, James, you talked about for a while, is the everyday grassroots activists, the moms, the dads, the students, the people on campus, you know, and you're basically saying we want to democratize this.
00:15:02.000And I want to just encourage you, James, and commend you for your spirit and for how you're not giving up because you've been treated so terribly.
00:15:09.000And I know you don't look back, but this is an important element, right?
00:15:30.000So, you know, something always interesting happens on the Ides of March in my life.
00:15:35.000And the major announcement, it's kind of, isn't it kind of, isn't it kind of fitting that I was thrown out of the organization I founded just a week after the biggest story about Pfizer some month ago about this guy talking about mutating the virus.
00:15:50.000And listen, I think journalism, I think ethics is so important in journalism.
00:15:56.000Doing the right thing, having backbone, having people who are fearless, having people with integrity.
00:16:02.000It's a rare thing in this world to find people who both A, are fearless and who B, have integrity.
00:17:01.000So if you want to support me, you can subscribe to this website, get us some technology, get us some cash so we can pay our journalists and keep things going.

00:18:20.000That is mypillow.com, promo code Kirk.
00:18:26.000So last evening, it was quite a night.
00:18:29.000It shouldn't have been as chaotic as it was.
00:18:36.000One of the reasons why the tensions were so high, one of the reasons why people felt they had to try to bust down doors and break windows to try to gain entry into our event and threaten our attendees and spray paint and vandalize and throw projectiles is because the leader of the university went out of his way to lie about me, went out of his way to lie about Turning Point USA.
00:19:05.000The chancellor of the university, Gary May, made a speech yesterday while we were doing our program ahead of our appearance.
00:19:16.000Now, he did this also in concert with the Sacramento B, where a quote-unquote journalist organization, the Sacramento B, said in a libelous way, in a slanderous way, in a defamatory way, where the Sacramento B tweeted out, quote, Charlie Kirk has called for the lynching of trans people, a comment that should warrant the cancellation of his speaking engagement at UC Davis.
00:20:00.000But they take something I said, which was a segment with Riley Gaines, who was exposed in a locker room, exposed to male genitalia by Thomas, the swimmer from University of Pennsylvania.
00:20:16.000And then some trans activist goes on Twitter and says Charlie Kirk is calling for the lynching of trans people.
00:20:22.000And they didn't even bother to watch the video.
00:20:49.000The violence yesterday is directly connected with him as the chancellor of UC Davis lying about me and firing up the shock troops.
00:20:58.000The Sacramento B then, after the riots, decided to go with correct.
00:21:03.000So Sacramento B comes out this morning and they say some trans activists on social media extrapolated from Kirk's comments that he said trans people to be lynched.
00:21:30.000These notes have been added to the column and the B regrets its comments and we apologize for any misunderstanding this earlier version may have caused.
00:21:39.000So the Sacramento B is now apologizing to me, but it's too late.
00:21:44.000Because all the Antifa shock troops were going there with weapons thinking that I was going to give a speech calling for the lynching of trans people.
00:22:01.000People could have been seriously, really, I mean, have life-threatening injuries, which we see far too often with Antifa because these lies are able to spread.
00:22:12.000So here is the chancellor who, instead of using his leadership authority to clarify the record, the chancellor could have come out and said, look, I don't like Charlie Kirk.
00:22:20.000I don't like what he has to say, but I want to make sure all the protesters out there are clear about what you're protesting.
00:22:25.000There is an internet rumor out there that says that Charlie wants trans people to be lynched.
00:22:41.000And he also violates what I believe to be First Amendment Chancellor public funded neutrality, where he is cheering for the downfall of our event.
00:22:51.000And you better believe we are entertaining a menu of legal options for how sloppy, how reckless, and how slanderous these people handled this yesterday.
00:23:01.000Play cut 51 of the chancellor at UC Davis, who, by the way, earns over $800,000 a year.
00:23:09.000How many of you in the audience could use an $800,000 a year salary?
00:23:13.000He gets $800,000 a year to lie about speakers that could turn the campus into a war zone.
00:23:21.000All the violence that happened yesterday was because of his lack of leadership, PlayCut 51.
00:23:28.000Many of you have reached out to me and others regarding tonight's event organized by the registered student organization Turning Point USA or TPUSA at UC Davis.
00:23:37.000Thank you for sharing your distress at a student group hosting a speaker who is a well-documented proponent of misinformation and hate and who has advocated for violence against transgender individuals.
00:23:49.000Under UC policy, campuses may not prohibit student organizations such as TPUSA from inviting these speakers, even if the speaker's intended speech is loathsome and hurtful to me and to others in our campus community.
00:24:01.000With respect to concerns related to violence, UC policy permits denial of requests if the speaker will present a clear and present danger to the campus.
00:24:10.000Our council also notes that there is a similarly heavy burden for criminal prosecution for incitement of violence.
00:24:16.000Please be assured that we are monitoring the event closely to determine if a threat or incitement develops that meets that threshold.
00:24:23.000We can't control how these groups operate, but we can work together to neutralize and negate their influence.
00:24:29.000So having to speak to an empty room would make a powerful statement.
00:24:34.000We had nearly a thousand people there, Gary May.
00:24:37.000And if you would have known anything about what we do at Turning Point USA, if your team would have had any commitment to the truth, you know what they would have done?
00:24:44.000They would have realized that, oh, wow, Charlie Kirk at his events invites people who disagree with him to go to the front of the question line and have uninterrupted mic time where they could say anything.
00:26:54.000At every opportunity, they had a chance to de-escalate.
00:26:58.000These are the same people, by the way, that use it's, it's not a perfect analogy, but it's kind of how they handle the Ukraine-Russia stuff.
00:27:04.000They're always trying to incite, they're trying to increase the conflict.
00:27:08.000These people in a leadership role could have said, guys, okay, you might not like Charlie.
00:27:12.000He has some strong opinions, but we love our campus.
00:27:17.000Let's not smash windows and assault police officers.
00:27:21.000No, no, no, because that would require doing something that the left refuses to do, which is to tell the truth.
00:27:28.000And I have repeatedly said under great criticism from people that college campuses are islands of totalitarianism.
00:27:35.000The police officers did a fabulous job.
00:27:38.000There were 120 of them, 120 police officers, so I could go and give a short speech about free speech and allow people who would disagree with me to go to the front of the line.
00:27:49.000Is that the country we want to live in, everybody?
00:28:01.000Those were a couple of the people that were doing graffiti, and those people were arrested by the police officers.
00:28:07.000Two people were arrested and taken to Yolo County Jail for allegedly painting graffiti on an exterior wall of the University Credit Union where the event was held.
00:28:16.000There's not been a single arrest for the glass breaking.
00:28:19.000And one police officer sustained injuries last evening that we know of.
00:28:23.000We pray that that police officer is okay.
00:28:26.000College campuses have become unrecognizable, but the leaders themselves of the colleges are complicit.
00:28:34.000From the throwing of eggs to pepper spraying or the melee clubs and the Sacramento B, they're also responsible.
00:28:41.000So they answer the question to many of you, and I would love your thoughts.
00:29:14.000Look at the danger that people were put in unnecessarily because of what the chancellor did, because of what the Sacramento B did.
00:29:23.000And despite the fact that we emailed them, while this was ongoing, the reporter for the Sacramento B was repeating the lies on the ground because these reporters did not bother to actually watch the video that was actually inciting the video that they said that they were mad about that was quote unquote inciting the violence there.
00:29:44.000They've never heard me speak for more than five minutes.
00:29:48.000In fact, when I gave my speech last evening, there were liberals that came like, wow, you're a lot calmer than I thought you were.
00:29:54.000Like, wow, you're a lot more reasonable than you thought.
00:29:56.000Yeah, you're being lied to by everybody around you.
00:30:01.000The entire university is lying to you.
00:30:03.000That's all the left has is institutional lies.
00:30:06.000They are not able to allow the truth to get out.
00:30:09.000And isn't it telling that UC Davis gets four years of uninterrupted indoctrination?
00:30:17.000And they're worried that I'm going to speak for an hour and 15 minutes.
00:30:44.000So as someone who claims to be such a bastion of freedom of speech, why do you call the protesters outside terrorists?
00:30:54.000Terrorist definition is a person who uses unlawful violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims.
00:32:02.000It was a clear message that was sent to Antifa, to the radical terrorists on the street, to the professor, by the way, who also was inciting this.
00:32:12.000A professor, by the way, who doesn't get ridiculed by the university chancellor.
00:32:16.000Can I read some quotes here from the professor at University of California, Davis, UC Davis?
00:32:23.000So this is a professor at UC Davis, Joshua Clover, who's still a tenured professor, who said, police, quote, people think that cops need to be reformed.
00:32:40.000Oh, but I'm the problem coming on campus.
00:32:43.000UC Davis professor Joshua Clover says, I'm thankful that every living cop will one day be dead, some by their own hands, some by others, too many of old age.
00:32:53.000He says, quote, I hope it's uncontroversial to say Israel should be ended.
00:33:58.000We go into the most tyrannical, totalitarian, and consequential cultural environments in the country, and we win and we put the losers on defense.
