00:01:00.080 So, back in the military, I had this guy, he was courting me, basically, like he was trying to

00:01:04.340 riz me up. And he was like, I want to sing this song for you. Oh, please do. So he pulls out his

00:01:11.840 ukulele. Can I just say the ick that courses through my body thinking about a man playing a 1.00

00:01:17.820 ukulele in front of me and trying to serenade me? Oh, my butthole hurts. 0.98

00:01:23.920 Hey, everyone, and welcome back to another episode of the Comment Section Show, starring 0.98

00:01:33.720 me, your fave, everybody knows me, who cares about me. On to the guest. Today, for the next

00:01:38.780 spooky episode, we have the iconic, the legendary, the multi-talented Bella Porch.

00:01:44.220 Woo! 0.99

00:01:46.180 Hi, everyone.

00:01:47.100 Welcome to the show, Miss Bella.

00:01:48.380 Thanks for having me.

00:01:49.300 Okay, elephant in the room. Yes, you look way better than me. And I find that disrespectful.

00:01:54.540 You're on my show. That's really fucked up of you. To show up in a better costume. 0.99

00:01:58.420 But I feel like, um, I love Halloween, so I just have to go all out.

00:02:02.720 You can't tell by my costume, but me too. I also love Halloween.

00:02:06.840 Honestly, that's the vibe, because I also love onesies and comfy.

00:02:11.300 Amen.

00:02:11.340 Yeah. And you know what? Thank you for making me feel better about looking worse than you

00:02:15.240 on my show. Even my shoes, I'm like, hey, I gave up. I wore Berks with socks. I don't

00:02:20.320 want to hear it, all right? It's my show. But anyways, thank you so much for coming. It's

00:02:25.340 an honor to have you. It's been a long journey for you. I feel like on, well, you've been

00:02:30.420 famous for fucking ever, but you are now doing music, which is so exciting and have been for 0.90

00:02:36.400 the past couple of years. So I know a whole bunch about your lore, but I would love for 0.93

00:02:41.280 the people, if they don't know which, how could they not? You're one of the most full

00:02:44.260 of people on TikTok. What your journey has been like from TikTok to now doing music full

00:02:48.840 time and all of that.

00:02:50.440 Honestly, it's been crazy. I started TikTok 2020 after I got out of the military.

00:02:57.360 So it was like...

00:02:58.280 Which I also knew, and thank you for your service. You are fantastic. And that's crazy.

00:03:02.720 Are people shocked when they hear that?

00:03:03.900 Yes, because they look at me and they're like, well, it's just 4'11". They let 4'11

00:03:09.680 people in the military? I'm like, yes, actually, the cutoff is like 4'9".

00:03:13.820 Is it really?

00:03:14.820 Yeah, yeah. 4'9 or 4'10". 0.78

00:03:16.300 You're Captain America without the super soldier serum?

00:03:19.460 I did it in the military.

00:03:21.420 Yes, yes.

00:03:22.240 Before, before.

00:03:23.320 Yeah.

00:03:23.800 Yeah, and I'm the after. When you take your serum, you turn into me?

00:03:30.060 Anyways, okay, so you started TikTok after you got out of the military. What made you want

00:03:33.560 to start TikTok?

00:03:35.100 Honestly, it was just for fun at first. During that time, military people weren't allowed

00:03:41.840 to download TikTok.

00:03:43.200 Really?

00:03:43.480 And so I was just really curious after I got out. I was like, I'm downloading this. And

00:03:47.820 then I just started making fun videos, honestly, just doing a lot of face zoom. But the first

00:03:54.920 video I uploaded was of me singing Raindrops. And it's like the song by Ariana Grande.

00:04:01.520 Yeah, I love.

00:04:03.040 It's beautiful. I got 100 views. And I took it down because I'm like, well, nobody gives

00:04:07.720 a shit about my voice, I guess. 0.98

00:04:09.460 But I hate it. 1.00

00:04:10.480 Delete.

00:04:10.660 Yeah, yeah. So I took that down and started uploading lip syncing videos. And then those

00:04:16.580 seemed to blow up.

00:04:18.380 And do well.

00:04:18.820 So I just kept doing it.

00:04:20.360 Yeah. Well, obviously, if it works, it works, right?

00:04:23.540 Okay. So when did you, I know, obviously, you established the following, like, when did

00:04:27.980 you think like, okay, now I think I want to really start doing what I really want to

00:04:31.220 do, which is music?

00:04:32.680 Yeah, I mean, like, people were bullying me a lot. And telling me I didn't have talent

00:04:38.520 because all you really see with my content back in the day was just me face like on a

00:04:44.200 face zoom filter and not, not speaking or like, really, I wasn't showcasing any personality

00:04:49.880 or talent. And so I just had to show them. The first video was of me singing a cover.

00:04:56.460 And they were like, Oh, she can sing. That's great. And

00:05:01.100 after that, I was just like, Well, I've always wanted to be an artist. I've always wanted

00:05:06.680 to be a singer. And yeah, that was the moment I wanted to pursue it. I was like my whole

00:05:12.600 life. I've been singing since I was seven. I won 36 golden medals from elementary to high

00:05:20.060 school from singing competitions. And I was also in the Navy choir. So like music has just

00:05:26.060 been there.

00:05:27.280 Yeah, it's been your thing. That's like, it's a part of you. Yeah. And I know what you mean.

00:05:31.100 About like people. Well, first of all, especially on the internet, people are awful and mean for

00:05:35.860 no reason, but especially towards women like and women of color, right? So when women establish 1.00

00:05:41.660 followings, because people just like looking at them, all of a sudden, it's her fault for 1.00

00:05:46.620 being looked at, which I find stupid and silly. I'm like, if you could establish a following 0.93

00:05:50.380 one way and then transition it into something you really want to do, like you would also do

00:05:54.680 the same thing. So people being mean to you for no reason is fucking stupid. 1.00

00:05:58.680 Yeah. 1.00

00:05:59.040 It's like, honestly, the hate comments kind of pushed my videos more and other people's

00:06:03.900 for you pages. So I was very grateful.

00:06:06.040 Don't I know it girl? 1.00

00:06:06.880 Yeah.

00:06:07.240 More engagement.

00:06:08.180 Like, trust me, I know all about that.

00:06:11.780 Building a platform off the shoulders of men who hate me. I'm very familiar. And I it's

00:06:17.320 funny too, because recently I, I was in an NBA commercial and I got to, I posted, I filmed

00:06:21.840 it months ago, but I would say I posted it recently. And a lot of men are fucking pissed 0.97

00:06:26.120 off at me because I'm taking yet another thing that they love, which I've promised 0.94

00:06:29.560 from the beginning. But I said in one of my response videos of men being like, why the

00:06:34.680 fuck would you pick her? What does she know about basketball? Blah, blah, blah. I said 1.00

00:06:38.040 in my video, I'm like, whether you love me or you hate me, you know me and you'll talk

00:06:42.040 about me. And that's why they picked me. I was like, so it's like, that's on you,

00:06:46.180 bitch. If you don't want people to hire me anymore, I would suggest stop talking about 1.00

00:06:49.700 me. And that's how I see your account. Like, it's like just a lot of people, millions of

00:06:55.280 people like it, but like a small section don't. And all of a sudden they're talking

00:07:00.020 shit too. And it's pushing it and pushing it and pushing it. So they're feeding your 1.00

00:07:03.840 career. If anything, that's on them.

00:07:05.760 So thank you.

00:07:06.460 Una reverse.

00:07:07.360 My haters.

00:07:08.560 So about your music. So how did that process come about when you first started like really

00:07:13.060 like writing and putting together things like for you personally, how did that come about?

00:07:17.460 I mean, I was very nervous at first because I've never really written. I've written on

00:07:22.160 my own. Like I would have it in my journals and stuff, but I, I didn't even know like what

00:07:28.160 a studio would look like.

00:07:29.660 Yeah, totally.

00:07:31.100 Yeah. I was really nervous. Um, I've been working on my album since a beginning of last

00:07:36.780 year and, um, I've been very vulnerable with my lyrics and, um, I've just been just storytelling.

00:07:44.780 Yeah.

00:07:45.140 Like what I've experienced.

00:07:45.840 And this is your debut album because then you have an EP and I know you have singles,

00:07:49.320 but it's your debut album. It's big time.

00:07:51.560 Yeah.

00:07:51.800 Very exciting.

00:07:52.460 And, um, yeah, I think Sweet Delusion, my next single, um, it's going to be out October

00:07:59.320 18th. And, um, I think it's, it's the first song where I could literally explain to you

00:08:06.740 every single lyric and why I put it there. Yeah. And like, it's just very personal because

00:08:12.220 it's about like my past like relationship.

00:08:15.280 Yeah. And, um, yeah.

00:08:16.500 Totally. And that's honestly, that's, I think what speaks to people the most too, is when

00:08:20.600 you're vulnerable and art is like, obviously music is art. So that's your way of expressing

00:08:25.760 yourself. So I think that's a beautiful thing. And I also just want to say.

00:08:29.660 Cards on the table, your song Inferno. I was on one of my most played songs the year

00:08:34.800 it came out. That's me being honest. That's me just putting it out there. Not in a weird

00:08:39.900 way. Okay. Not weird. Big fan. Not weird. Just want to say I was a big fan of that song.

00:08:46.420 Yeah. You know what? You guys should, you should take a really strong pre-workout and

00:08:50.220 then listen to that song at the gym. That's what I did.

00:08:52.920 It does make you feel like a bad bitch. 1.00

00:08:54.600 It does. I felt like Sonic the Hedgehog. I was going like crazy. And I was like, 0.99

00:08:58.140 it's literally that Nicki Minaj audio. And it's like, that's how I felt when I was in

00:09:04.260 the gym. So highly recommend if you want to listen to that one, or they can listen to

00:09:07.700 your new single, obviously. So tell me about the writing process for your new album. Like

00:09:13.280 how has that been for you as far as like being more vulnerable? Has it been difficult for

00:09:17.320 you to kind of share a little bit more about yourself?

00:09:19.700 Um, it was easier when I'm like working with friends, like my producer is my friend. So

00:09:24.560 like, um, I could be more open about like my stories and like, um, just share a lot of

00:09:31.100 my dark stories too. And also add in like the fun ones. Um, it's been kind of easy actually.

00:09:38.180 Really?

00:09:38.540 Yeah.

00:09:38.860 That's good.

00:09:39.540 Yeah.

00:09:39.720 That's good to hear. Probably therapeutic. I'm sure.

00:09:42.140 Yeah.

00:09:42.640 Yeah.

00:09:42.840 I bet. I'm so interested too, about your, you being vulnerable to on your album. Cause

00:09:46.900 from what people, people know barely anything about you, like based off your TikTok presence.

00:09:51.580 Right. Which I think is, I personally find, uh, I admire you for that. I think that's a

00:09:56.720 wonderful thing because what you share, you share forever. Right. Especially on the internet

00:10:00.860 and especially someone of your magnitude on the internet. So I commend you for being able

00:10:05.040 to kind of like still protect yourself in a lot of ways. It's very hard to exist on the

00:10:09.620 fucking internet, especially as women. That's why I commend you. And I'm, I'm so excited 0.99

00:10:13.860 to see like what kind of sides you showcase. I feel like you surprise people pretty often.

00:10:18.640 Yeah. Here's the thing. I just have so much like social anxiety. Like you have no idea

00:10:23.280 right now. I'm actually having a panic attack, but you can't tell. Yeah. You can't tell I'm

00:10:28.260 very, I'm very calm on the outside. Yeah. Yeah. But I feel like when I'm surrounded with

00:10:33.580 like amazing people like you, um, I get to be like comfortable. Yeah. And yeah, like me

00:10:39.160 and Bretman, I feel so comfortable with him because like, I mean, we've known each other

00:10:43.100 for a while, but also like he just brings out that side of me. Yeah, totally. Well,

00:10:47.540 every shy girl needs a not shy friend. You know what I'm saying? Like that helps them feel

00:10:51.980 a little less shy and that's okay. Have you been shy your whole life? Yes. Do you not feel

00:10:55.640 shy when you sing though? No. Period. That, yeah, that's a whole different person. Like I don't

00:11:00.500 even know her. I feel like a lot of performers are like that. Even when I had chapel on the show

00:11:05.360 too, she's very shy. She has a lot of social anxiety too. She really gets really nervous

00:11:09.980 like in crowds and stuff. But when she performs, she doesn't feel that way. And I think that's,

00:11:14.720 I think that's a good thing. That's another, I think, layer of protection too. It's like

00:11:18.240 the performing side of you and then who you really are. They're both parts of you, but one

00:11:24.120 is one everybody sees and one is only some people see. Yeah. And what about Bretman? Did

00:11:28.400 you guys just connect online? That's how you guys became friends? Yeah. Love that.

00:11:32.360 Yeah. Honestly, it was, I met him in 2021. Love. Yeah. Period. And now we're cousins.

00:11:38.500 Now you're cousins. I know. It's on my Wikipedia. And he's my sister. I know. It's only people

00:11:43.120 he's my sister and they're like, oh my God, I didn't know you guys were related. We aren't.

00:11:47.060 You can tell by looking at us. He looks more like Bella than he looks like me. What the

00:11:50.300 fuck? But he's grown up around a lot of Samoan people. So I feel like that's why he and I vibe 1.00

00:11:56.000 really well. But anywho, back to you. I would love to know more about growing up like as

00:12:02.480 far as, where did you grow up? Philippines. In the Philippines, right? Okay. So when did

00:12:06.500 you move to America? When I was 14. Oh, okay. And how was that transition for you? It was

00:12:12.220 a shock. Really? I can only imagine, especially at 14. I was living in a farm. Yeah. It was

00:12:18.540 crazy. The first time I saw huge buildings was when I went, sorry. That's okay. I'm

00:12:25.340 bilingual. I know you're smarter than me. So like, sometimes I think in Tagalog and it's

00:12:32.800 just like, it confuses my brain. But the first time I saw huge buildings was when I was taking

00:12:38.520 my flight to America. Oh, really? In Manila. And were you like fascinated? I was just like,

00:12:43.320 whoa. You're like scared? Yeah. I was like, whoa, why is everything so big here? Like, what

00:12:48.400 the fuck? Yeah. Yeah. That's crazy. Yeah. And then when you came, you came to America 1.00

00:12:52.980 when you were 14. And then did you get involved in a lot of, were you in a lot of like extracurriculars

00:12:57.420 as far as like choir and stuff like that in high school and everything? I actually wasn't

00:13:01.300 allowed to. Yeah. Not even sports. Like my parents didn't let me. They were very strict. So

00:13:06.180 it was all academics. Oh. Yeah. I was an A plus student. Like. Smarty pants. Look at you. Just

00:13:11.520 no extracurricular. You're just constantly doing homework and stuff. Yeah. Oh, so when did you

00:13:17.400 start pursuing singing when you joined the military? I mean, I did it back in elementary

00:13:21.860 in high school, but I, that's right. I did it behind my parents' backs. Like they never

00:13:25.980 knew that I was singing, um, because they would never allow it. Yeah. Yeah. And, um, yeah.

00:13:32.160 So when I joined the military, I was just always volunteering to be on the Navy choir. So I'm

00:13:37.460 just like. And you said you served in the Navy. Yes. I joined when I was 17. How was it in

00:13:42.880 the Navy choir? I'm so interested. I'm so interested. I mean, on the weekends that you

00:13:46.400 just were like, you, they just ask you, Hey, do you want to, um, be part of, um, this

00:13:51.880 events on the weekend? Yeah. And I just like, yeah. And then we just sing.

00:13:57.600 That's really cool. So now, so after you established the, the TikTok like platform and

00:14:03.700 then you start really growing, like what was the, I always love to ask this question to

00:14:08.500 people who have been doing it for a while. Like, how did it feel once you really started

00:14:12.080 like moving into rooms with other like huge producers or artists or anything? Was it like,

00:14:17.440 were you frightened at all? Were you worried or were you kind of like, okay, period. Now

00:14:21.040 I'm like, get to do what I really want to do.

00:14:23.340 I was worried. Yeah. Because I just care so much about like what people think of me, but

00:14:29.420 now I feel like I'm so much better. Like I feel, I feel more confident now when it comes

00:14:34.500 to like songwriting and just, yeah. And it's easier too, when it's collaborative, like when

00:14:41.300 I tell the producer, Oh, maybe these drums are better and they listen, you know, crazy

00:14:46.820 how that works when you're making your own music, when they listen. Yeah. Yeah. But I mean, I've

00:14:52.120 worked with people and, um, yeah, I'm not going to name names, but there was, you know, someone

00:14:58.240 that I've worked with a producer and they're like, yeah, maybe not those lyrics, but I'm like,

00:15:02.800 it's my story. Yeah. It's my song. Well, it's my song. So yeah, I feel that. I mean,

00:15:09.580 I have no way, I know way shape or form can relate to the song aspect because I can't sing 0.98

00:15:14.920 for shit, but if I could, Oh, I'd be so annoying. I said that all the time. I was like, God knew 0.98

00:15:21.420 make that bitch funny. Don't give her any sort of singing voice because I truly like, I think 1.00

00:15:26.700 I would sing all the time. I would be insufferable. Do you like karaoke? I do love karaoke. I don't

00:15:30.980 think karaoke loves me, but I do love karaoke. I love a good karaoke. You love karaoke. Yes.

00:15:36.120 Yes. A lot of Filipino love karaoke. Yes. That's like in every party that you can expect

00:15:41.900 like a karaoke machine being there. Yeah. And you know what? It makes sense. Like, because

00:15:46.720 it's always fun. I think karaoke is always fun. And it doesn't matter if you can sing

00:15:51.000 or not. No, not at all. Yeah. Literally. That's when I had Kehlani on the show, she was like,

00:15:56.280 I don't like karaoke. And I was like, really? That's shocking to me. And she goes, no. Cause

00:15:59.900 like, you know, like when I sing, it's just, you know, it's just, it looks like I'm like

00:16:04.580 showing off. And she said, I was like, Oh, sorry. Sorry. Some of us aren't fucking actual

00:16:09.500 recording artists. Fucking sorry. Some of us are having fun. I know two of my friends did 0.99

00:16:13.920 karaoke at my sister's 30th birthday and they can both sing very, very well. And so they're

00:16:18.080 doing a duet. I went to bed. I was so mad. Hey, I'm going to sleep. You guys are going to

00:16:22.180 show me up at my sister's party. Just kidding. But it was so much fun. So I'm glad. What's

00:16:27.120 your favorite karaoke song? Um, right now I've been into pretty hurts Beyonce. Damn. Yeah.

00:16:36.460 That's a hard one. Me personally. I'm like, you didn't ask me personally. I honestly don't

00:16:42.520 even know what song I would pick if I did karaoke. Cause I just like, I just be picking random

00:16:46.420 shit, but I mean, that's pretty hurts. What other kinds of songs do you like? What artists

00:16:51.720 do you like? I'm curious. Oh, right now I've been obsessed with Mitski. Oh, I love

00:16:55.440 her. Yeah. Um, Chaperone, Sabrina, Charlie. Yeah. Right. All the pop girls, obviously all

00:17:04.520 the pop girls, cause you're a pop girl. And that's actually a perfect segue into our transition

00:17:08.980 for today, which is men on the internet who think pop is dead or that modern female pop

00:17:13.560 artists have killed the genre. And which is, I think very common. I think this is the year

00:17:19.520 of pop girls. Like they're like, especially this year, I feel like so many, uh, pop women

00:17:24.880 are just really showing the fuck out and you are next on the list, miss girl. When your 0.96

00:17:29.240 debut album comes out, which I'm excited for you. I hope so. I know. So it's all right.

00:17:34.440 Taking my stamp of approval. It means nothing. Um, okay. So we're going to read some of these

00:17:38.840 videos. This one is in this video, a man is basically staring into space with text over

00:17:44.360 the video that says, I love that pop music is slowly becoming a graveyard for garbage

00:17:49.020 redos of great hits that were popular at least a decade ago. Great job innovating music industry,

00:17:55.020 which is obviously sarcasm. Yeah. Well, when he says redos of great hits that were popular

00:18:02.340 a decade ago, I don't really know any artists that come out with covers and they do well.

00:18:08.000 I don't know. Yeah. I mean like they'll do covers and then people are like, wow, that's so

00:18:11.520 fantastic. But to say pop, I don't know. Redos. Do you get a lot of hate about music

00:18:18.220 in general? Like, like about your music? Yeah. Do you ever get guys saying like, I don't

00:18:23.460 like this? Yes. And you're like, well, it's not for you. Mostly men actually. It's always 0.99

00:18:27.260 men, isn't it? Yeah. They hate anything women do. Yeah. Um, it's funny cause I feel like most

00:18:33.700 men, especially the ones I, I've, yeah, like I don't think they have good taste in music.

00:18:41.520 Like most of my male friends actually still listen to like what they listened to back

00:18:47.120 in 2015. Yeah. And they still haven't moved on from that. And I'm like, it's 2024.

00:18:54.460 Yeah. No, that's actually so real because to be quite honest with you, whenever people

00:18:58.820 say shit, like I'm like, well, what do you like? And then they tell you, you're like, 0.98

00:19:01.860 oh, well, I don't want you to like my music then. You like my music. That means it's bad

00:19:07.200 cause the music you like is bad. That's actually so true. And also too, I feel like men typically 1.00

00:19:14.040 like men like this who talk mad shit on pop girls, it's like, you don't even listen to 0.99

00:19:18.300 pop music. So what do you fucking care? Like you don't even listen to that. What do you guys 1.00

00:19:22.880 listen to? I don't even know. What do awful men listen to? Do you know what they listen to?

00:19:27.320 I'm trying to think like Travis Scott. I just always think like Travis Scott is the worst

00:19:35.080 fans in the world. Like the men who love him. Every time I see a shit guy, I'm like, what

00:19:41.320 are you into? Yeah, that makes sense. Like, yeah, you like him. I mean, that's no, I don't 1.00

00:19:45.760 know if that's a reflection of Travis Scott. I'm just saying, why are all your fans the

00:19:49.520 worst? Okay. The comments on this video, this one says the pop era is gone. If you're still

00:19:54.780 into it in 2024, you have the musical intelligence of a door. What if you're still

00:20:00.640 into it? Do pop do like genres of music just disappear over time? No, that would be

00:20:07.520 like if I said you're still in the country as if like, well, yeah. Yeah. Um, I feel

00:20:14.320 like this era is so much like it's, it's evolved. Like pop music has evolved. I feel

00:20:21.120 like totally, um, we have so many like great female pop artists and all sound very different 0.98

00:20:28.020 from each other. Like they all, none of them sound alike. Like Chapel Rowan doesn't sound

00:20:31.780 like Billie Eilish. No, you know what I'm saying? Like they don't sound like each other literally

00:20:36.060 at all. So I also think like saying that you it's again, I feel like it lends towards

00:20:42.540 men just want to make women feel bad about what they like. And a lot of times women love

00:20:47.060 pop music. And so they try to make it seem stupid or like silly that they like pop music. 1.00

00:20:51.820 And I'm like, if you were selling music like that, you'd probably get a girlfriend. But 0.99

00:20:56.220 if you like music like that, you'd probably like, I don't know, be able to touch a woman 1.00

00:21:00.060 like consensually. I have like a very funny story, actually. Oh, like I said, men have

00:21:05.860 really bad taste in music. And most of the time they don't even understand the lyrics or

00:21:12.560 they don't even listen to the lyrics at all. Yeah. Like they listen to the beat and they're

00:21:17.260 like, this is sick. But like, they never actually like, you know, like, yeah, totally. And

00:21:21.660 so, okay. So back in the military, I had this guy, he was courting me basically, like he

00:21:26.740 was trying to riz me up. Yeah. And he was like, I want to sing a song for you. Oh, please.

00:21:33.800 So he pulls out his ukulele. And he starts singing and the lyrics go, are you happy with

00:21:42.180 me? Or is this just for show? I want to know, is this genuine love? Right? So it's like,

00:21:49.540 it's a song genuine love by Kolohikai. Yeah. And he was trying to riz me up saying it's a

00:21:55.180 love song. But I'm like, did you read the lyrics before you sang it? Hey, dumbass. Like

00:22:01.000 it's a heartbreaking song. Literally. What the fuck? So yeah, that's and then I told him

00:22:08.400 that and he's like, Oh, I thought it was a love song. I thought it was like a cute love

00:22:11.960 song. And I'm like, No, can I just say the ick that courses through my body thinking about

00:22:17.640 a man playing a ukulele in front of me and trying to serenade me? Oh, my butthole hurts. 0.98

00:22:25.120 Oh, that gives me such tangible ick. It's funny because he was from Hawaii and you know, like 1.00

00:22:30.340 Hawaii, like they love a ukulele. They love a ukulele. Yeah, they sure fucking do. I'm

00:22:35.640 like, okay, well put that away because I'm embarrassed. And I feel I feel humiliated watching

00:22:39.520 you sing in front of me. Did you feel embarrassed? I feel embarrassed for him. Did he sing the whole

00:22:44.140 song? I let him finish. Yes. Damn. You sat there for like two and a half minutes. Yeah,

00:22:48.920 my face is literally silence. You're like, I could have gotten up and left and he wouldn't

00:22:54.100 even notice because he's too into the song. Yeah, I was being nice. Oh, I do love Kaloha

00:22:59.600 Kai though. I do love that group. Oh, man. You guys wouldn't get it. You guys wouldn't get

00:23:04.580 it unless you're a local girl. You get it. I feel like with when men like, Oh, God, who

00:23:10.220 was I talking to about that? I forget. Oh, I think I was telling my fiance. I was telling

00:23:13.700 him like, I'm honestly kind of glad you can't sing because if you saying to me, I think I

00:23:19.520 would be embarrassed. I don't know. There's just something about having to sit there and

00:23:22.760 wait, like be like, yeah, it's like when people sing happy birthday to you. You're like, what

00:23:26.600 am I supposed to do? Oh, yeah. Yeah. That is so awkward. Yeah. And it's like, why? Okay,

00:23:30.480 speed it up. Like when I went on my birthday just past and when I, we went to Disneyland for

00:23:34.620 my birthday and like they brought me a little cake thing at the restaurant and they were like,

00:23:39.120 okay, well, do you want us to sing? And I was like, no, it's all right. And then they were kind of

00:23:43.440 like, Oh, okay. No, no. They just were so shocked that I was like, I'm okay. And then

00:23:49.920 they left. Cause I, I don't want to, I don't want to sit there and listen to it. Yeah. It

00:23:54.240 feels like the longest 30 seconds of my life. Like when I'm just there and be like, thank

00:23:59.520 you. I usually like just sing along. If I do that, they're going to get mad at me. All

00:24:06.660 of a sudden everyone's pissed off. Cause I sound bad. Yeah. The thought of sitting there

00:24:11.420 while a man sings to me, especially in a romantic way. Yeah. Oh, I'd have to turn

00:24:18.360 my back. The ick would be unforgivable. Have you even sang to a lot in your life?

00:24:23.420 Yeah. Yeah. You look like you would be, I think three times. Yeah. Three times is crazy.

00:24:30.120 Yeah. That's a lot of times that you've been serenaded. Do you remember the other two songs?

00:24:35.300 Um, no, the other one was like kind of depressing. I don't know why he was singing

00:24:39.840 that to me, but like, was he just singing just for fun or was he trying to like, he

00:24:44.060 was also trying to raise me up. Yeah. Yeah. Um, yeah. First date was like, he brought his

00:24:49.740 guitar and I was like, is that a red flag? He brought, he brought his guitar to the

00:24:54.040 date. Yes. Where'd you guys go on a date? Um, it was just like a little dinner thing.

00:24:58.760 Oh, so you went to a restaurant and he brought the guitar inside the restaurant, Bella. And I

00:25:04.720 bet you sat there the whole time. Bella, I got to work with you on that girl. We got 1.00

00:25:10.280 to work on that together. I wasn't expecting it though. I was just like, why are you holding

00:25:13.420 a guitar? Why'd you bring this? You're like, did you come from band practice or? And he's

00:25:19.440 like, Oh this, Oh my God. I'm so glad you brought it up. I have a song prepared for you. Did

00:25:24.700 he sing it at the table? No, no. Oh, absolutely not. I don't think I'd let him. That would be

00:25:28.800 kind of embarrassing. I hope not. Yeah. No, no, but you're so kind. And I feel like

00:25:32.840 you let men kind of get it out first and then you're like, and then I tell them. Yeah.

00:25:35.960 Then you're like, that was really embarrassing. You'll never see me again. Yeah. Did he leave

00:25:41.440 it in the car? I mean, I went to his place. Oh, I see. And then he played it at his place.

00:25:46.400 Yeah. And then he was like, I know you've been looking at my guitar on that. Yeah. And

00:25:49.520 then after he played, I went home. I was like, good night. I was like, good night. Yeah.

00:25:54.880 That's it for me. Oh man. The, the, the fury and the rage I feel. See, they do shit like

00:26:01.700 that. And then they're like, what do you mean you hate all men? That's why. Like, like women 1.00

00:26:07.520 don't do shit like that. Like, I don't know how else to tell you that. Like, it's also the 1.00

00:26:11.140 fact that they make you sit there and watch the whole thing. Like you're kind of, yeah,

00:26:14.220 it's kind of like, I don't know. It's awkward, especially when they can't really sing and they

00:26:18.300 think they can sing. It's just like, dude, singing in front of you too would, would that

00:26:22.980 you'd have to be real confident that you can sing well, because I I'll tell you what, 0.99

00:26:26.760 I'm not singing in front of a bitch who can sing. That's for fucking sure. I don't want 1.00

00:26:29.980 to hear the, I don't want to hear. It's funny. Cause I wants, I tell the story a lot and I

00:26:34.220 don't give a fuck that everyone here has heard it. I was asked to sing for a role. Um, I know

00:26:39.880 you're probably curious. No, I didn't get it. Um, and this is why, cause when I sang acapella

00:26:44.540 was, they said, well, first of all, they asked me if I could sing. I said no. Then they said, okay,

00:26:48.240 great. Send me a minute of you singing acapella. Why? So you can block me. Okay. So I did.

00:26:54.200 And I had my cousin help me because he can sing really well. And then he was recording

00:26:58.420 me and there were some takes where he would be like, okay, I, I'm going to delete that

00:27:03.040 one. Cause that's really bad, but we should try again. Wait, did you get to pick the song?

00:27:08.540 Yeah. They said you can pick a song, but they said to pick a song that's not too like niche.

00:27:12.920 Like they said they wanted it to be a song that was like well known. Which one did you pick?

00:27:17.280 Do you remember? I picked landslide, which is like, you know, yeah. Don't know what

00:27:21.700 that says about me, but, uh, apparently I should have picked a fucking rap cause they 1.00

00:27:25.620 never, uh, got back to me. So, but that's why I'm like, sometimes I think about people 0.86

00:27:30.500 like Lin-Manuel Miranda and I'm like, I could do it. I could sing. I mean, you can always

00:27:36.700 like learn how to sing. I'm not, you know, I'm not tone deaf. I just can't sing. You know,

00:27:42.800 it's like, and I think there's power in admitting that there's only one Bella porch.

00:27:47.500 There doesn't need to be another one of us. I could just, she could sing and I could stand

00:27:50.700 next to her and tell jokes. Like, that's literally why I'm like, my strength is in being funny,

00:27:54.620 not in singing. That's one of the few things in my head that I think is like a God given

00:27:59.120 talent. Like it's like you're born with it kind of thing. And then you can obviously hone

00:28:02.800 it as time goes on. But that's singing in front of you, especially if they're trying to like

00:28:06.760 riz you at the same time. And they're pitchy on top of that. That sucks. Damn. Oh, for two.

00:28:15.180 Yeah. This next comment says facts, bro. How is pop music challenging to the listener?

00:28:20.820 What the fuck are you talking about? What are you talking about? David Goggins? I don't understand 0.99

00:28:28.540 when challenging to the listener. What is it? A fucking quiz? Like, what do you mean

00:28:36.360 challenging? I honestly think pop music has some of the most beautiful lyrics ever. Literally.

00:28:41.420 I also think that about reggae, like Island Reggae specifically. They have some of the most

00:28:44.700 beautiful love songs I've ever heard. Is that true? And that's all in lyrics. So that's why

00:28:48.460 I'm like, challenging? I don't know what that means. I really don't. Do you think your album's

00:28:55.160 pretty challenging lyrically? I don't think so. I mean, I mean, they're straight to the point.

00:29:00.440 Like you can understand the lyrics. Like I'm not. Yeah. Yeah. That's kind of how that works.

00:29:04.460 Yeah. There's like a lot of a lot of artists, too. When especially pop artists like I grew

00:29:11.100 up with like Lady Gaga and like Sia. And I just remember listening to Chandelier and I'm

00:29:16.100 like, damn, this is a great song. Yeah. And then when you actually read the lyrics, like 0.98

00:29:20.640 it's so dark. Like I like that the lyrics are dark, but you don't hear that. But you can't

00:29:25.940 tell based off the melody and everything. It's very relatable. Yeah, totally. Yeah. That's

00:29:29.960 the whole point of art, right? So it can like people can relate to it. This one says it's

00:29:34.920 because music artists are running out of ideas to make a brand new song without the use of

00:29:40.060 other great hits. New music could be dead by the next decade. When people say shit like

00:29:44.180 that and they like they work at fucking Lowe's, I'm like, why do you care? Like you don't know 1.00

00:29:49.900 shit about music theory. You don't know anything about producing. Like you don't know anything. 0.99

00:29:54.100 So it could be dead. And I think they're talking about samples. Like, are you a fan of samples

00:29:58.720 in music? Like when they sample? I don't mind it. Yeah, I don't mind it either. I think

00:30:01.720 if done correctly. Yeah, exactly. Yeah. Sometimes it can be really bad. Yeah. Sometimes it's

00:30:06.500 horrible and sometimes it's a hit. Like I think it's very hit or miss. I think it just depends

00:30:10.260 on obviously production and all of that. Okay. This next video is in this video, a man in

00:30:15.460 his car is talking to camera asking where the men in the pop music industry have been lately.

00:30:19.800 He says no big male pop stars are standing out to him and calls out Charlie XCX, Beyonce and

00:30:25.720 Chapel Rhone as some of the women completely dominating the pop industry right now and 1.00

00:30:30.280 jokingly adds, where are the men? Not serving cunt. That's for sure. And the men in comments 1.00

00:30:35.220 got very defensive. Okay. So period, a period to the music, to the thing. Also, I will say

00:30:39.360 Troye Sivan's there. So Troye Sivan's dominating pop too. Literally. And he's on tour with Charlie

00:30:45.680 XCX. So, but obviously this video is funny and then the comments are mean. Okay. So this comment

00:30:51.000 says the internalized misandry is pretty strong here. He said misandry? Yeah. Ro needs a mushroom

00:30:57.840 trip. Mushrooms? What does that have to do? Wait, what? Hold on. That's a whole different,

00:31:02.860 that's a whole other thing. Okay. Internalized misandry. Interesting. I'm assuming because this

00:31:08.320 is a man making the video and then they're internalized. I think misandry is a response

00:31:14.840 to misogyny. Obviously it is. But it's also like when men try to say like, well, what about

00:31:20.160 women who hate all men? I'm all, what about them? Yeah. What about them? What are you 0.88

00:31:24.620 bothered by them? Why? Like they're not bothering you. They just hate you. Like they hate you

00:31:28.480 from afar. You know, what's funny is like recently I had men, like I used a clip from this show

00:31:33.020 actually saying like when women said they hate all men, like I don't ever correct them because

00:31:38.080 there obviously has to be a reason you feel that way. So who am I to tell you, you shouldn't

00:31:42.520 feel that way. That's not my, that's not my decision to make. Right. Cause that is their

00:31:46.940 experience. Oh man, the amount of men who found it fucking six months later and then 0.99

00:31:50.980 they're clipping it and they're like, Oh, you're saying that all men should die. When 1.00

00:31:55.040 the fuck did I say that? Like, what the fuck are you talking about? It's giving dramatic. 1.00

00:31:58.940 Yeah. They always call me like the queen of misandress, which is funny. Cause I am not

00:32:02.840 someone who's ever said I, I hate all men, but I understand why people hate them. And that's

00:32:07.920 why I said, if you, even if I did hate all of them, like, what are you going to do about

00:32:12.620 that? Yeah. Change my mind. I just, I hate all men. Change my mind. I put it on front

00:32:17.320 of my fucking thing. Do you ever get called a misandress at all? I feel like you don't 0.99

00:32:21.360 talk enough for people to register. I honestly don't talk enough. Um, I probably, yeah, this

00:32:25.860 is like my third ever podcast period. And, um, thank you for having me here. Oh my God.

00:32:30.860 Anything for you? Obviously. Um, yeah, I don't really talk much and I feel like, yeah. And

00:32:36.640 they still formulate opinions. Honestly. Yeah. And they still, they still hate on me. I'm like,

00:32:40.780 I don't even talk. I'm just a woman. That's crazy. I, you know what? You're a great example

00:32:48.940 of that. And so is, um, you know, Emily Mariko. Yes. Yes. I use her as an example. Now I'm going

00:32:54.140 to use you too. As someone who, when people are like, Oh, how do I get over dealing with

00:32:57.840 hate on the internet? I'm like, well, first of all, don't pursue this career if you're afraid

00:33:02.040 of that or if that really affects you and I'm being dead serious. Don't do it. It's like,

00:33:05.460 you can't control that. But I'm also like people like you or people like Emily, they don't

00:33:09.900 even talk in their videos. You heard Emily talk for the first time, like end of last

00:33:13.960 year. And she's been on there for a few years. And I said, and people are still like, I don't

00:33:17.400 know, just something about her. Hate it. You guys are insane. Like you're nuts. Like if

00:33:22.720 you, you see someone just moving around and you're like, their energy is bad to me. Yeah.

00:33:27.880 They just see someone existing and they're like, yeah, I hate it. Well, I know. And yours

00:33:30.740 was like just zooming into your face and then they're like, burn her. They're so pissed 0.93

00:33:38.520 off at you. Yeah. And then I think I told you, I think if you could do it, you wouldn't

00:33:45.460 be so fucking mad. Like if I said, if you could, if someone else could film themselves, 0.97

00:33:50.180 someone who like just hates you for no reason senselessly, like me, it makes sense. I've

00:33:54.820 told people it makes sense if you hate me. I, yeah, I, I antagonize on purpose. I like

00:33:59.740 go in and I swing on people. If I was shocked that I got hate, I would be the biggest hypocrite 0.99

00:34:04.560 alive. But most women just for existing on the internet gets so much fucking hate. It's 1.00

00:34:10.020 like insane, especially for men. They're like, I don't know, just the way she's like 0.95

00:34:12.980 zooming in on her face just pisses me off. All right. You're free. Yeah. It was, it was

00:34:17.780 hard at first, honestly, but now I'm so much better at it. Well, and especially because

00:34:23.160 of how big you got, how quickly, like no one, like I saw a TikTok once of someone saying

00:34:29.760 like that they understand why people with platforms struggle and like have to take breaks

00:34:35.220 or like public people in general, because no one was ever meant to be perceived by that

00:34:41.160 many people at one time, like in, in the history of time that has never been the case until

00:34:45.740 now. And so it, it is very hard to deal with being perceived by millions of people constantly.

00:34:51.180 I talked to travel about that a bunch. It's, it's very difficult to go through that. And

00:34:55.600 I, even as someone like myself, I'm like, even someone like myself who I am very, I'm

00:34:59.720 known to be really mean to people who are rude to me for no reason. And they still

00:35:03.780 do it. It doesn't stop them from attacking me either. So it's like, it really doesn't

00:35:07.160 matter. That's why I tell people like, if you want to make your art, if you want to

00:35:10.460 make your content, you should just make it regardless. Cause they're going to hate you

00:35:13.500 no matter what, especially if you're a woman. So you might as well, might as well just do 0.81

00:35:16.960 it. And that's what you did. And now look, this next comment says, why is pop music

00:35:23.900 exclusively not for straight men now? Huh? You can enjoy whatever you want.

00:35:29.720 You just want to actively hate it. Are they just talking about like female 1.00

00:35:33.900 artists? I'm assuming that's why they're like, well, when a straight man comes that

00:35:37.820 can compete in this realm, you let me know. I haven't seen one, but you let me

00:35:43.500 know. Literally. If one of you straight men want to pursue pop, get into it. You know

00:35:47.760 what I mean? This next one says the music industry just became a girl's playground. 1.00

00:35:53.340 That's why we don't see male pop singers anymore. Well, you can't compete where you 1.00

00:35:58.820 don't compare. So you can't compete with these women and that's why you're not 0.99

00:36:02.160 there. Yeah, no. Like women have just been making bangers. I know. Like what are you 1.00

00:36:07.020 talking about? Stop that. Step your game up, player. I don't know how else to tell you

00:36:10.700 that. Yeah. Who's someone that you would love to collaborate with?

00:36:13.960 Um, I think Mitsuki. Oh, that would be sick. Yeah. I always tell people like I'm such a

00:36:21.960 huge fan, um, especially like with her old songs, actually. Um, I first started listening

00:36:28.300 to her last year and, um, it was, my album is very like inspired from her music. Oh, I

00:36:34.760 love that. I love how your style of music is very different. I love the, like, it's very

00:36:40.380 dark and like, kind of like moody. I love that kind of music. Yeah. Um, especially

00:36:45.320 for my new album. Um, it's going to be so different from my EP, Dolls, which like had

00:36:51.280 Inferno. Um, this time around. I said, oh, I'm well aware. I'm well aware about where

00:36:57.080 Inferno is at. But, um, I wanted this, um, era to be more just like dreamy and like, like

00:37:07.000 you said, moody. And, um, a lot of my lyrics are very like, um, emotional and yeah, but

00:37:14.160 it's still pop. Yeah, absolutely. And there's no shame in that either. I feel like men, especially

00:37:19.480 who just want to hate for no reason online, they like try to almost make pop music like 1.00

00:37:24.820 silly or stupid. Like it's like not a valid genre, which makes no fucking sense to me. 1.00

00:37:30.480 Uh, but I think it's the beauty of pop is that it can like cover so many different like

00:37:37.200 kinds of music or like styles or vibes. Right. Like, like I said, like your music isn't going

00:37:43.180 to sound like chapels and hers isn't going to sound like Billie Eilish and hers isn't

00:37:46.700 going to sound like Dua Lipa. Like if there's no one's going to sound like Beyonce. So it's

00:37:50.140 all very different. Yeah. Was there any artists that like got you into music initially that you

00:37:55.640 were like, Ooh, I think I want to start singing or I think, um, well there was like Mulan,

00:38:02.380 like, you know, the song reflection by Leah Salonga. I'm very familiar. Um, but what really

00:38:09.900 wanted me to be like a pop artist was Lady Gaga girl. Yeah. I love Lady Gaga. Yeah. I've loved

00:38:18.860 that bitch forever. When me and my, uh, wait, how old are you? 27. Okay. Period. I just turned 1.00

00:38:24.540 29. So we're not that far apart in age. Typically when I ask people, they're like, Oh,

00:38:27.720 I'm 21. I'm like, Oh fuck. Oh my God. You're like so much younger than me. Um, I'm like, 1.00

00:38:32.960 I'm a hundred in TikTok years, especially when we were, I think when I was like a freshman

00:38:37.760 in high school, my sister and I found Lady Gaga and we were like obsessed with her and

00:38:42.080 we learned the entire like bad romance choreography and we used to do it at the time. Yeah. I still

00:38:47.220 remember pieces of it. Don't ask me to do it. I do remember pieces of it though. And I was

00:38:52.160 like, well, my sister's a lesbian and all my friends are gay. So that makes sense for

00:38:55.400 me that I was a big Lady Gaga fan. I've been a fan of hers forever. I feel like I see that

00:39:00.760 for you. I love how like, she's so like, she was so far ahead of her time. No. Yes. And

00:39:06.760 I feel like that's where you're at too. Oh, I'm very excited for you for your debut album

00:39:11.620 specifically. But what other, uh, what other things do you think people will be surprised

00:39:17.160 about to hear in your album? Do you think it's more so you being more vulnerable? Yes. Uh,

00:39:22.160 vulnerable and just the sound of it. It's just different from what I've, um, put out in the

00:39:26.660 past. Oh, yeah. Um, I think they're also going to be like a little bit shocked on the new

00:39:33.460 music video that I'm going to be putting out on the 18th. It's going to make you cry.

00:39:39.400 Literally. I, um, I actually just shot the music video like a few days ago. Oh, nice. And I was

00:39:44.980 saving up tears for that, for that, for that moment. And it was like, no, a month. I didn't

00:39:51.420 cry for a month, but that's easy. I'm an Aquarius. So like, we don't really cry that much. So

00:39:55.980 you're really good at that. Yeah. Bottling up until you need it. Yes. And then, um, yeah,

00:40:00.700 there's just this scene that I know will make you cry. Okay. I can't wait. That's good for the good

00:40:06.120 for the warning. Yeah. Have your fans been very excited. I feel like your fans have been super

00:40:09.640 excited for a full like debut album. Yes. They've been waiting for a minute. They've been waiting.

00:40:14.320 You've been having them wait for a while. Yeah. And I, I apologize because I was looking for

00:40:19.680 just like the, the right sound for my stories, especially like the album is going to be around.

00:40:26.260 Um, it's about my, my best and worst experiences in my entire life. Yeah. So, yeah. So it's a lot

00:40:34.180 to unpack and work on. And it has to be like the right, you know, production. Yeah, totally. Yeah. To

00:40:39.460 match the story. You seem like a perfectionist in that sense. So you're like, I'm not putting out

00:40:43.400 something unless it's perfect to me. You're all sorry. Sorry. Sorry. Going to have to redo it.

00:40:49.300 Going to have to retake it. Yeah. Are you like, uh, are you someone who jots lyrics down? Like

00:40:53.940 as they come to you, are you someone who kind of like dedicates time? You're like, okay, this time

00:40:58.080 I'm going to write for however many hours. Or as soon as something comes to you, do you like put it

00:41:02.020 in a notes app or anything like that? Um, usually yes. I put it on a voice memo app and, um, usually

00:41:08.540 during drives, I don't know why, but like when it's just like silent, no music playing and it's

00:41:14.920 just like, you know, I don't drive, but I have, I have someone that drives me. Um, I would just like

00:41:22.140 lyrics would pop up or like melodies. So I would just like record it. Oh, I love that. Yeah. Or showers.

00:41:27.980 Oh, yeah. It's like when you're alone and you're real in the think tank. Yeah. You're really thinking

00:41:33.240 about it. What do you do when you have writer's block? Writer's block. Is that when like, when

00:41:38.280 you like, basically you don't know what to write? Yeah. You're kind of struggling to write more.

00:41:42.020 Like you've written some and they're like, Oh, I need new songs or whatever. I don't think I've had

00:41:45.700 that experience yet. Actually. Yeah. Because like, I just have so many, so many stories to tell. And I feel

00:41:51.700 like an album is not even enough for me to tell everything. There's so many. Did you have to

00:41:57.760 cut back at all as far as like how many tracks you wrote? Um, yes, I, I am still writing still,

00:42:04.060 but like, I already have like solid songs. I think that will absolutely make it. Oh,

00:42:09.560 damn. Look at you. Yeah. I have so many songs on that album. Literally. If I could just put 30 1.00

00:42:13.720 songs in there, I would. But, um, I think there's going to be like 12 to 14 songs. Okay. Yeah.

00:42:19.500 Look, I'm getting all the details for you guys. Make sure you're taking notes. Obviously I am.

00:42:23.940 I am in there guys. I'm, I'm on the ground floor right now. Okay. We're going to actually do a bonus

00:42:29.320 segment if that's okay with you. And this is a new one from my producer, Amanda, and it's called

00:42:34.940 movie villain quote or TikTok hate comment. So we're going to guess, Bella's going to guess

00:42:41.860 whether or not these things are a quote from a movie villain or a TikTok hate comment. Cause obviously

00:42:47.800 all the trolls on TikTok are obviously movie villains too. It's all one in the same. Okay.

00:42:54.320 Okay. Here's the first one. It's not right for a woman to read. Soon she starts getting ideas and 1.00

00:42:59.500 thinking. TikTok hate comment. That's actually a movie villain. Wait, what? Yeah. Can you believe it?

00:43:06.420 And guess from where? Gaston from Beauty and the Beast. Can you believe that? Oh, Gaston. Of course it is

00:43:11.680 Gaston. Why did I actually knew that? Cause honestly, I would believe if that was a fucking

00:43:19.360 TikTok hate comment, obviously I'm sure I've gotten that one to be honest. Actually, you know, 0.98

00:43:23.780 what's crazy is I can think of a video right now. Cause I'm a Virgo and I remember everything.

00:43:27.540 I can literally think of a video of a guy right now who was saying this exact thing. He said,

00:43:31.820 the reason why women are so disagreeable these days is because they're going to school and they're 1.00

00:43:34.860 learning too much. Oh, wow. Love that. A real life Gaston. That's probably Gaston himself. 0.90

00:43:40.920 I know literally Gaston if he had a TikTok. Dude, Gaston would be the worst on TikTok.

00:43:46.280 Oh yeah. You know what's funnier is that the men on TikTok who are evil, they think they're built

00:43:49.820 like Gaston and they're not. They're built like his gay little friend. What's his gay friend's 1.00

00:43:54.820 name? LeFou or whatever the fuck. Yeah. That's who you are. You're not Gaston. You're that guy. 1.00

00:44:02.040 Just so you know. Okay. I was like, what the fuck was I talking about? Um, next one. Don't allow

00:44:08.020 girls to be your friend. You got to keep it. Got to keep cold bucko. I'm really upset that you put

00:44:15.240 that one in here. Cause that's so corn ball. I feel like that's a Disney villain. No, it's a TikTok

00:44:21.200 comment. That's crazy. Wait, what? Wait, what's bucko? Yeah. They're talking like a fucking cartoon

00:44:28.280 villain. What's a bucko? Bucko. It's like, it's like a, you're not knowing how to explain what the 1.00

00:44:34.680 fuck that is. It's like a pet name. Like if someone's like champ, right? They call you like 0.99

00:44:39.120 a name. That's not your name. And they chose bucko. The way it's funny. Cause you're like,

00:44:42.540 I don't understand that. I don't get that. Me either, Bella. If that makes you feel any better,

00:44:49.460 I don't get that either. Don't allow girls to be your friend. Got to keep cold bucko. Bucko. 1.00

00:44:55.900 What are you? A thousand years old. Oh my God. If someone wrote bucko on my, I'm pissed off. I'm angry

00:45:02.500 actually. Okay. This next one is damn. I'm really bad at this by the way. That's honestly

00:45:08.200 not your fault. I honestly shocked. If I heard got to keep cold bucko, I would have guessed a

00:45:14.020 movie villain too. Okay. This next one is society has turned its back on intelligence. I would guess

00:45:20.420 a TikTok hate comment. It's a villain. You know what, Bella? It's the opposite of whatever you think

00:45:25.860 every time. I would have guessed a hate comment too, to be honest. The men who try to write 0.98

00:45:33.020 shit like that on my videos, they're always like, um, I just imagine they're pushing up 0.99

00:45:37.480 their glasses. Like another thing, by the way, fucking dork. Get out of here before I give 1.00

00:45:43.760 you a wedgie. That's how I feel. Wait, so what movie? It says it's a villain from the Riddler,

00:45:49.980 the Riddler from Batman forever. Oh, when I was in college, once we did group costumes for Halloween.

00:45:56.100 And we were Batman villains and I was Bane. And I remember I ordered the Bane mask and then just

00:46:02.400 wore fucking nothing after that. Cause you know, in college, that's what you do. You wear a mask 0.99

00:46:07.200 and then lingerie. And so I wore something similar to that with the Bane mask, but honestly, I thought

00:46:11.820 I killed it. However, I was so drunk like that night. Relax. It's fine. I was so drunk that night that

00:46:19.580 I lost an eyelash and I had no idea the whole, took pictures all night. Then the next morning

00:46:25.620 I was like looking at my pictures. I was like, Oh my God, I have to post. And I go look at my

00:46:29.100 pictures. I go. You go one eyelash. Literally one. And it's so obvious. Cause I was wearing a giant

00:46:34.220 one. So it's like one left completely missing. Had a blast though. But one of my friends was the

00:46:39.480 Riddler and, um, she's from Brazil. So she's like born and raised in Brazil and then moved to America.

00:46:44.600 And she kept calling it the question master. And I was like, that's not his name. He's

00:46:48.940 the Riddler. I've never seen Batman. So I don't know what the Riddler looks like. Yeah. It's just

00:46:52.940 a, it's a guy in a green suit with a bunch of question marks on it. Like it's very, that's

00:46:58.300 so that's why she called it that. Yeah. She kept playing. I'm question master. She kept saying

00:47:02.240 it. I was like, it's the rip. It's fine. It doesn't matter. We're all drunk. It doesn't matter.

00:47:07.580 Okay. This one is there is no good in evil. There's only power and those too weak to seek it.

00:47:12.940 That sounds like a villain. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You got it. You got one Bella. You got it. There

00:47:18.040 you go. Yeah. That's from Voldemort from Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, which is the best

00:47:24.540 Harry Potter. Mind you. Do you like Harry Potter? Um, I'm not like, so it's like super fan, but like

00:47:31.220 I was more of a Lord of the Rings. I'm not like a fucking dork. You know, it was like Lord of the 0.99

00:47:36.060 movies. Yes. Yes. Girl Legolas. Are you kidding me? If you ever see this, I know Legolas is

00:47:43.360 a big fan of the show. Not like, um, what's, what's his name? The, the person playing the

00:47:48.540 character. Orlando Bloom. Yeah. Not Orlando Bloom, but like just like the actual, like from

00:47:52.960 the book. Yeah. The actual, the actual character. Yes. Okay. Tea. You like that bleach blonde 1.00

00:47:58.760 hair. Yes. Period. Look at that platinum. The ears too. You got to have the ears. Yes.

00:48:05.560 Obviously. Have you read the Akatar books? I think, um, I'll add you to my book club, Bella.

00:48:10.200 Someone actually, um, recommended it. Someone recommended it to you? Yes. You should. You

00:48:14.720 should read it. I actually have the first book and I was reading it. Oh, okay. So you do

00:48:19.960 know that? In the airport. I did not read anything about it. Um, my friend Chloe, Chloe Kim,

00:48:26.540 she's like, here, here's a book. Yeah. You should read it. And I didn't read anything

00:48:31.460 about it. Like, so you had no way of knowing what was going to happen. Oh yeah. And, um,

00:48:35.980 it was. Yeah. Dick and cock and balls. You know what I mean? It was really spicy and I

00:48:40.320 had to stop reading it cause I just thought everybody was looking at me. Are you feeling

00:48:45.020 humiliated? That's real. I can't read this in public. So you got to get a Kindle. That way

00:48:51.620 they have no idea what you're reading. You said I could be reading Mel Robbins on this thing,

00:48:55.060 but you have no idea. Do you? I could be reading bell hooks, but guess what I'm reading? Very

00:48:59.340 smart. Yeah, exactly. You know how I found those books because someone compared me and

00:49:06.440 my fiance to a couple in those books. And so I was like, I got to look this up because

00:49:11.900 I was unfamiliar and I was like, I want to make sure this isn't mean. So I went and like

00:49:16.780 looked it up and I was like, damn, cause the, the shit gets real graphic. And I did not know 1.00

00:49:21.980 that. Same thing. I had no clue way of knowing, but I was reading like a cliff notes version

00:49:25.840 of it. I wasn't like reading the actual book. And I remember thinking they were just like,

00:49:30.160 I thought it was just medieval times kind of deal. And then at one point when I was reading

00:49:34.000 one of the scenes when they're like getting busy, there's like, and then his wings went

00:49:37.860 up. I said, hold on wings. What the fuck? And then I literally, I literally went and Googled

00:49:43.420 everything. Cause I was like, fuck you mean this man has wings. And I had to look it up and 0.99

00:49:47.920 jokes on me. I read them all. So there you go. And yeah, I've read them all. Is that

00:49:52.560 what you want to hear? Sure. Damn. This hood does not want to stay on my head. I haven't

00:49:56.900 even finished the first one. So you got to, you got to get into it Bella. I think you'll

00:50:01.080 like it. If you like, like this, I'm telling you, I mean the story's not as good as Lord

00:50:04.400 of the Rings, but the vibes are what you're looking for. Okay. We'll do one more. Here we

00:50:08.780 go. Give me a hard one. Okay. I'll give you a hard one. Okay. This one is women's needs 1.00

00:50:14.620 are a bottomless. Well, a villain. No, it's a Tik TOK comment. That's why I said that 0.95

00:50:21.560 one's hard. That's why I said that one's fucking hard. I would have guessed a villain too. Fucking 0.99

00:50:26.340 Shakespeare over here. Shit pisses me off. Women's needs are a bottomless. Well, someone 1.00

00:50:31.260 actually commented that actually wrote that out on someone's a hate video. I asked her

00:50:37.040 where she got them from. She's like, just random hate videos. There's no shortage of them

00:50:42.720 on that fucking app. So especially about you and me. So that's, that's fucking nuts. 1.00

00:50:48.440 Did you have fun playing that game, Bella? Yes, it was really fun. Thank you. Everyone 0.99

00:50:51.660 say thank you, Amanda, for the new segment. We love her. Okay. Wait, this is the first

00:50:56.680 one? That's the first time we've ever done that segment. Wow. Look at you. You're so

00:50:59.940 special. And I sucked at it though. It's okay. We had fun. That's all that matters. Yes. 0.56

00:51:06.280 But I would love to, uh, just to kind of, kind of wrap us up with a nice pretty little bow. Um,

00:51:12.620 what would you say you're most excited for people to hopefully experience or like take away from the

00:51:19.640 album? Um, I'm most excited about like, honestly, when, when you listen to my songs, I just want you to

00:51:29.200 feel something. And, um, yeah, like most of the songs are going to be a little sad lyrically,

00:51:35.360 but the production is going to be like, you know, a little more sweeter. And I feel like that's why

00:51:42.580 like sweet delusion is like a good introduction to that. It's like the first single that's coming

00:51:47.120 from like the album because it's both like lyrically sad. Yeah. But the production's like

00:51:54.400 hopeful and sweet. Love. Um, yeah, actually that's why I dressed up as corpse bride. That's 0.81

00:51:59.560 actually such a good point. Yeah. Yeah. Because, um, yeah, it's like bittersweet because you know

00:52:05.100 how like Emily from the corpse bride, like she didn't end up with, what's his name? Victor. Yeah.

00:52:09.560 The, yeah. The guy that she initially thought she was going to marry. Yeah. Um, she was like,

00:52:13.840 you know what? I don't need a man. Yeah. Period. You can go. And period, Emily. And period. 0.92

00:52:20.140 She got stabbed in the stomach for that guy. Yeah. Period. We love that. Oh, 0.67

00:52:24.240 I love that. That's so, um, that's so beautiful. And I'm, I'm so excited for you. And I would love

00:52:29.160 to ask you one more question as far as like advice goes, like, what would you say is your

00:52:33.580 best piece of advice for people who are maybe pursuing music or want to, and they're excited,

00:52:38.540 but maybe they feel like you said, really nervous, or they feel afraid of being perceived and someone

00:52:43.420 like you who are naturally are very shy, but you've been able to like push through that for the sake of

00:52:47.860 your art, which I commend you for. It's very hard to do, especially on the internet. Um, what would you say

00:52:52.780 is your best piece of advice for people who are maybe a little afraid? I mean, I used to be afraid.

00:52:57.780 So like, if you're scared right now, like, I feel like if you really want to pursue it, you should

00:53:04.680 go for it. Cause you know, like it's what you want to do. You know, you, you want to be able to live

00:53:10.860 your dream. Like I used to think there's no way I'm going to be an artist. Like there's no way,

00:53:15.820 but here I am now like putting out my album soon. So debut album. Yeah. So, um, exciting. Yeah. And

00:53:23.620 there's a lot of, there's going to be a lot of things that's going to happen, like negative things

00:53:28.140 like, Oh, maybe like, you know, like maybe your label or something like producers, you know, people

00:53:35.120 you meet, sometimes they're shitty and that shouldn't stop you. Honestly, just do what you want.

00:53:40.720 Do you think? Amen. And it's like, I think that's like a Charlie XCX quote where she says

00:53:44.500 they don't make statues of critics. So period bitch. Art makes the world go round and the 0.99

00:53:49.360 art and your art deserves to be heard. And I feel that way about you. And I'm very excited

00:53:54.920 for you and I'm very happy and I'm very proud of you. I just met you, but I'm very proud

00:53:58.840 of you for pushing through that. That shit's hard. And like the way that you were being perceived 1.00

00:54:03.100 online too is not many people could survive that. So I commend you greatly for continuing

00:54:08.740 to go and push out your art because the world needs to hear it. And I'm very excited.

00:54:12.140 Thank you. Honestly, I just think all of my therapists therapy works. Honestly, I love

00:54:19.640 therapy. I've been on therapy for so many years and it honestly helps me so much. Love

00:54:24.740 that. So yeah, that's beautiful. Okay. Miss he she's healed and she's ready. I love healing
