00:01:38.420 I said, are you offering? I may be down.

00:01:42.080 Hey, everyone, and welcome back to another episode of the comment section show starring me, your fave.

00:01:52.960 Everybody knows me, who cares about me. On to the guests. Today, we have another all-star banger.

00:01:58.380 It's the one, the only, the iconic, the legendary Bob the Drag Queen.

00:02:03.760 This is my second time on the comment section.

00:02:05.960 It sure is, Queen.

00:02:06.720 How many, who's your, who's your most visited guest?

00:02:08.800 My most visited?

00:02:09.720 Like, who's been on the pod the most?

00:02:11.900 Well, I have quite a few now that have done two.

00:02:14.260 They're all kind of equal across the board.

00:02:15.820 There's no one, no one's done more than two.

00:02:17.400 I feel like Cato's going to be the first three.

00:02:19.280 Right.

00:02:19.920 Yeah.

00:02:20.360 Ugh, he wants me so bad.

00:02:21.740 Ms. Heron, he's obsessed.

00:02:22.940 He is, he is. I have to be like, I am taken.

00:02:26.460 And he wants me so bad.

00:02:27.680 I bet.

00:02:28.000 And I am available. 0.99

00:02:30.940 So, I'm so honored to have you back, you fucking legend. 0.99

00:02:35.880 I'm happy to be back. Thank you for having me. 0.99

00:02:37.420 Have you thought about turning, like, using your laugh to do, like, voiceover work?

00:02:41.160 Yes, of course I have.

00:02:42.260 It's a little bit, uh, what's his name?

00:02:44.240 Luke Skywalker.

00:02:46.500 Original Luke Skywalker.

00:02:48.160 Darth Vader?

00:02:49.360 Mark Hamill.

00:02:49.760 It was a little Mark Hamill.

00:02:50.720 Mark Hamill?

00:02:51.320 I've never heard Mark Hamill laugh.

00:02:52.500 Well, it's not his laugh, but Mark Hamill played the Joker, and he had a laugh that goes,

00:02:56.160 ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah.

00:02:58.380 Did you ever watch The Proud Family?

00:03:00.420 I didn't have Disney growing up.

00:03:02.080 Oh, because you're 100.

00:03:03.200 Yeah, exactly.

00:03:04.320 That's right.

00:03:04.440 But back when they didn't even have televisions.

00:03:07.500 Your TV had that crank on the side.

00:03:09.180 No, we had a...

00:03:10.640 We had to put gas in the TV.

00:03:14.620 But luckily, gas was a nickel a gallon.

00:03:17.580 Do you know Nickelodeons are called that because a Nickelodeon is a movie theater where the movie's a nickel?

00:03:24.280 I did not know that.

00:03:25.000 That's what a Nickelodeon is.

00:03:26.060 Did you learn that from TikTok?

00:03:27.100 I learned that from Nickelodeon.

00:03:28.580 There's a character on The Proud Family that's a grandpa, and his name is Poppy.

00:03:34.860 That's what they call him, and he laughs exactly like me.

00:03:37.500 That's hilarious.

00:03:38.100 And I thought people were dragging it a little bit when they first started telling me.

00:03:41.040 Then I looked at the clips, and I said, all right, you guys got me.

00:03:43.440 You locate with that one.

00:03:44.280 You got me.

00:03:44.580 All right, I'll give you that one.

00:03:45.880 You ate, you chewed, you swallowed.

00:03:47.780 You chewed, you swallowed.

00:03:48.720 That's me with like, are you tired of hearing...

00:03:51.140 Wait, I have a wonderful question for you that's random because you're so unbelievably funny, obviously.

00:03:55.880 Thank you.

00:03:56.360 But do you ever say something about yourself that's like, clearly, it's like self-deprecating

00:04:01.420 joke, but it's really funny, and then it kind of catches on, and then you kind of get sick

00:04:06.820 of hearing it because you're like, that's my joke.

00:04:08.340 Oh, no, for sure.

00:04:09.260 Yeah.

00:04:09.720 I mean, I can't think of anything right now, but yeah, there are definitely times where

00:04:11.920 I have deprecated myself in a way, and I'm like, all right, that was for me.

00:04:16.320 Not too much.

00:04:17.320 Not too much on me, all right?

00:04:18.520 Not too much.

00:04:19.080 I'll do that bit.

00:04:20.040 I'll do that bit.

00:04:21.220 One time I was at this show...

00:04:22.060 Oh, here's a story.

00:04:22.740 This is a true story that happened one time.

00:04:24.200 Okay.

00:04:24.380 It was one of my first ever touring gigs after being cast on Drag Race.

00:04:28.480 It was before the show aired.

00:04:29.600 I was at a place called Our Place in Seattle, Washington.

00:04:33.080 And this guy came up to me, and he just goes, I got to tell you, Bob, I love you.

00:04:38.120 I said, thank you.

00:04:38.900 That's so sweet.

00:04:39.440 Thank you.

00:04:39.760 He goes, you know what I love about you?

00:04:41.740 I said, what is it?

00:04:42.680 I'm just smiling. 1.00

00:04:43.560 Big, shit-eating grin on my face. 1.00

00:04:45.240 And I said, oh, he goes, for you, it's about the talent. 1.00

00:04:48.160 I said, oh, thank you.

00:04:49.240 He goes, you care about the artist and the performance.

00:04:50.780 I said, thank you.

00:04:51.340 That's very, very true.

00:04:52.480 Then he goes, you don't care what you look like.

00:04:55.740 What?

00:04:57.360 Oh, right.

00:04:59.300 Right, right.

00:05:02.600 I was like, I'm sorry, what?

00:05:04.580 You don't care.

00:05:06.080 You don't care how you look.

00:05:08.880 I was like, I feel like I put effort into my look today.

00:05:11.380 Granted, this may not be the best I've ever looked, but that gagged me.

00:05:14.900 You said, yeah, I'm going to have to go look in the mirror a couple more times, but you

00:05:17.420 know what?

00:05:17.940 Literally.

00:05:18.580 I appreciate you.

00:05:18.880 You don't care what.

00:05:20.600 Look at you. 1.00

00:05:22.000 You're a fucking mess with the show. 1.00

00:05:27.420 My God, the show is good. 1.00

00:05:28.520 Oh, but the quality, yeah.

00:05:30.520 Have you done live shows yet?

00:05:31.820 Yeah, I have.

00:05:32.620 I've done podcast tour or show live.

00:05:35.240 Got it.

00:05:35.680 Okay, gang, gang. 0.91

00:05:36.540 I did like, for my book tour, my sister and I have a podcast together, and that's what I

00:05:40.000 took on the road to promote my book.

00:05:41.760 And I just did a show in Vancouver, actually.

00:05:43.740 Nice.

00:05:44.340 My first time in Canada.

00:05:45.160 Was it a podcast or was it just straight up just you?

00:05:47.100 It was our show, but it's all improv because we're a user-submitted podcast, so we have

00:05:52.840 people in the audience submit stuff live, and then we read them backstage before we come

00:05:57.040 out, and then we choose five or six of them, and then we just kind of riff.

00:06:00.720 And I involve the audience to an extent.

00:06:03.380 To a degree.

00:06:04.300 Because I'm sure you know.

00:06:05.560 And I've seen some of your clips, too, where people get a little too confident.

00:06:09.460 Yeah, yeah.

00:06:10.180 You give them a mic, they start losing it a little bit.

00:06:12.080 But you never lose control, never let them hold the mic.

00:06:13.960 Exactly.

00:06:14.400 Do you do mean, greasier shows?

00:06:15.660 Hmm?

00:06:15.940 Do you do mean, greasier shows?

00:06:17.120 Mm-hmm.

00:06:17.900 But I do them before.

00:06:18.940 Yeah, me too.

00:06:19.660 Yeah.

00:06:19.860 Yeah.

00:06:20.940 After's crazy.

00:06:21.600 Yeah.

00:06:22.860 That's crazy.

00:06:23.100 You don't care how you look.

00:06:24.160 I know.

00:06:24.820 For real.

00:06:25.420 Do people trauma dump on you?

00:06:27.080 Yes, all the time.

00:06:28.600 What's wrong?

00:06:29.000 Do I have any fans who weren't going to kill themselves?

00:06:32.640 What?

00:06:33.540 I can't. 0.98

00:06:34.100 Were all of you going to kill yourself? 0.99

00:06:38.100 This is crazy. 0.83

00:06:39.500 That's the one common thread they have?

00:06:41.120 Your fandom?

00:06:41.700 I'm like, I don't know what's...

00:06:42.760 Well, to be honest, my fans aren't that bad.

00:06:44.300 I've traveled with a couple other queens who have that.

00:06:46.820 Trixie and Katya, all their fans were going to kill themselves.

00:06:49.420 All of them.

00:06:49.940 Their fans are...

00:06:51.740 They don't even like their fans.

00:06:53.200 They're in the millions, and they are persistent.

00:06:56.560 Like, they pay attention to everything.

00:06:58.800 When I posted Katya, when she was on my show that one time, like three years ago, and then

00:07:04.000 she turned back into a bat, and I haven't been able to catch her since.

00:07:06.760 When she was on the show, she posted a picture of us with the silliest cartoon filter on 0.99

00:07:11.640 it, and was like gabbing with the girls, like some shit like that. 1.00

00:07:15.700 She tagged me in it. 0.91

00:07:16.700 I saw it.

00:07:18.100 Ten seconds later, she just posted it.

00:07:20.080 Ten seconds later, I got tagged in like 20 Katya Trixie fan accounts.

00:07:25.220 Sounds about right.

00:07:25.700 All of them going, oh my god, Katya's going on the comment section. 0.56

00:07:27.860 The comment section is featuring Jerof, like literally on Twitter, on Instagram, on...

00:07:31.960 It was crazy.

00:07:32.520 This is why they don't do meet and greets anymore.

00:07:33.980 I'm not surprised.

00:07:35.140 One of Katya's fans brought a... 0.98

00:07:37.220 Brought a...

00:07:38.680 Bought a...

00:07:39.860 Brought a severed foot.

00:07:41.640 Their own severed foot to the meet and greet.

00:07:45.900 Are you lying?

00:07:46.640 I am not lying.

00:07:47.300 You can Google it.

00:07:48.320 I saw the human teeth one.

00:07:49.980 I saw...

00:07:50.540 No, someone had their foot amputated, and they brought the foot to the meet and greet

00:07:56.120 and handed it to Katya.

00:07:58.400 And did she take it?

00:07:59.500 She took it.

00:08:00.240 She held it.

00:08:00.860 She held it up to her ear.

00:08:02.120 She cuddled it.

00:08:02.960 She cradled it.

00:08:04.420 And...

00:08:04.620 Well, see, that's what happens when you put Nosferatu in a wig.

00:08:06.820 That's what happens.

00:08:07.380 There it is. 0.99

00:08:08.080 And this is why I don't fucking do... 0.99

00:08:09.700 This is why they don't do me. 0.98

00:08:10.400 My fans are a little more grounded.

00:08:14.060 A little more grounded.

00:08:15.180 They're a little less Nosferatu.

00:08:16.440 Both feet on the ground.

00:08:17.280 Right.

00:08:17.500 Yeah, that's...

00:08:19.460 Ten toes down, my fans.

00:08:21.820 That's...

00:08:22.060 Isn't that crazy?

00:08:22.940 That is insane.

00:08:23.720 It's too much. 1.00

00:08:24.380 That's scary as fuck. 1.00

00:08:25.640 Oh, my God. 0.99

00:08:26.020 They're showing me a picture of it. 0.99

00:08:27.020 That's fucking crazy. 0.99

00:08:28.800 And she had a blast, I bet. 1.00

00:08:30.500 I'm sure it's just...

00:08:31.140 That's the scariest part.

00:08:31.920 It's disgusting. 0.87

00:08:33.140 It's repulsive. 0.96

00:08:34.040 I'm going to go ahead and say it.

00:08:34.980 I'm going to go ahead and say it.

00:08:37.240 Amputated foot is repulsive.

00:08:38.340 Am I allowed to say it?

00:08:40.380 And even if I'm allowed, I'm going to say it anyway. 0.97

00:08:42.700 It's disgusting. 0.98

00:08:44.240 That is disgusting.

00:08:44.840 When I went on tour last year, like, all summer, it was really fun.

00:08:49.300 But, like, it was... 0.99

00:08:50.200 Tour's fucking hard. 0.98

00:08:51.120 And it's exhausting. 0.99

00:08:52.060 And I'm finding out in my older age, as I get older, I really don't like leaving my house very often.

00:08:59.200 Ooh.

00:08:59.840 As I start getting older.

00:09:00.780 Are we one in the same?

00:09:03.840 Whenever I do interview, it goes, where's the place you like to go?

00:09:06.820 Home.

00:09:08.600 Me too.

00:09:09.660 I want to go home.

00:09:11.140 Me too.

00:09:11.720 I'm going home.

00:09:12.440 I'm going home.

00:09:13.400 I'm going home.

00:09:14.840 I'm sending myself home.

00:09:16.560 I love to be home more than I love to be anywhere.

00:09:19.460 I don't like going to restaurants.

00:09:21.120 I don't like going to clubs.

00:09:23.160 Same.

00:09:23.340 I don't like going...

00:09:24.340 I like...

00:09:24.680 I'll go to my friends' houses.

00:09:26.040 Same.

00:09:26.260 I'll go to my house.

00:09:26.760 I'll go to my studio.

00:09:27.840 Me too.

00:09:29.840 And then when I'm out, I stay at my hotel.

00:09:31.680 Right.

00:09:32.260 Because here's my thing.

00:09:33.200 This is going to be a hot take, too.

00:09:35.000 There's, like, three, maybe four cities in the world.

00:09:38.600 There's the one with the beach, the one with the trees, the one with the buildings, and

00:09:43.280 the one in the suburbs.

00:09:44.160 Uh-huh.

00:09:44.660 And they just speak different languages there.

00:09:46.440 Right.

00:09:46.720 And the people are different colors.

00:09:48.120 But those are all the ones.

00:09:49.720 If you've been to Miami, you've been to Barcelona, you've been to...

00:09:53.240 They're the same.

00:09:54.200 It's the same one.

00:09:55.160 That's actually so real.

00:09:56.220 If you've been to London, you've been to New York, you've been to Paris, they're just

00:09:59.760 talking different in each town.

00:10:00.760 That's very true.

00:10:01.400 And you know what's funny is when I went to London, I was like, this is New York, but

00:10:04.700 cleaner.

00:10:05.280 Also grayer.

00:10:06.300 And grayer.

00:10:06.860 Yeah, it's raining.

00:10:07.320 If possible.

00:10:07.640 Yeah. 1.00

00:10:08.540 Shit weather all the time. 1.00

00:10:09.800 All the time. 0.99

00:10:10.740 And I remember, too, when I went, like, we...

00:10:14.160 When I vacation, like, my idea of a vacation is going somewhere and doing nothing.

00:10:19.560 Like, if I even get that far.

00:10:21.400 It's going and laying down and maybe tanning and maybe swimming.

00:10:25.700 Amazing.

00:10:26.220 That's it.

00:10:27.260 You know who likes to go and do stuff?

00:10:28.680 Who?

00:10:29.660 You like to go do things?

00:10:30.580 This means white people. 0.93

00:10:31.740 White people. 0.69

00:10:32.080 I didn't know what you were doing.

00:10:33.000 I thought you were pointing at yourself.

00:10:33.800 White people are like, I'm going to go on a vacation. 1.00

00:10:35.300 And you know what I'm going to do? 0.96

00:10:36.240 Hike.

00:10:37.560 Hike.

00:10:38.660 Carry things.

00:10:39.980 Take a class.

00:10:41.300 Make pottery.

00:10:42.360 Learn.

00:10:43.140 Go to a museum. 1.00

00:10:43.980 It's a vacation, bitch. 1.00

00:10:45.160 Go lay your ass down. 1.00

00:10:46.140 I like to go to a place with a couple of friends, rent a giant Airbnb and never leave it. 1.00

00:10:53.380 Literally me.

00:10:54.240 Yeah.

00:10:54.460 I'm not even kidding.

00:10:55.000 For my sister's 30th birthday, like, two years ago, I rented this, like, old...

00:10:59.680 It was, like, an old hotel, but it had, like, nine bedrooms.

00:11:03.500 And it was, like, I just rented that, and then all our friends and family came and stayed

00:11:07.020 in one house, and we went out one singular night.

00:11:10.660 And the rest of the time, we played board games inside and canceled everything else we

00:11:13.460 had planned.

00:11:13.840 I will go to shows.

00:11:15.220 I like going to shows.

00:11:16.100 Yeah, I love a show.

00:11:17.000 Plays, comedy shows.

00:11:18.540 Love that.

00:11:19.100 I like going to those things, yeah.

00:11:20.500 Me too.

00:11:20.780 And it's funny, because when we vacationed with, like, other people, we've been like,

00:11:24.980 you know what?

00:11:26.840 I think we should establish what kind of vacation people we are.

00:11:29.740 For sure.

00:11:30.440 Ahead of time.

00:11:31.000 Because the first time we went to Walt Disney World, we went with my cousin Josh and his

00:11:34.380 husband, and we went there...

00:11:36.640 Are they open?

00:11:37.860 Sorry?

00:11:38.340 Are they open?

00:11:38.960 No, they are not.

00:11:40.060 No, it's perfect.

00:11:41.540 I understand.

00:11:42.040 It's okay.

00:11:42.520 You're not there yet, Josh.

00:11:43.680 I know.

00:11:43.820 When I went with them, they had been there before, so we were excited to be there.

00:11:49.560 And, like, they're, like, doers.

00:11:51.460 They love doing things.

00:11:53.020 And the first day, we were like, okay, we'll try our best to keep up, like my family.

00:11:59.000 And then we went through the whole day.

00:12:00.720 I felt like we did a thousand things.

00:12:02.640 It's too much.

00:12:03.440 Yeah.

00:12:03.580 How old is Josh?

00:12:04.700 He's in his 40s.

00:12:05.460 He's 40.

00:12:06.280 Okay.

00:12:06.700 41.

00:12:07.020 That kind of scared.

00:12:07.460 That kind of scared.

00:12:07.660 Yeah. 0.99

00:12:07.980 And then when we got back, we were getting on that little fucking train that takes you back 0.98

00:12:11.800 to the hotels. 0.97

00:12:12.260 And we were getting on, and it's, like, 11 p.m., almost midnight.

00:12:16.180 And he's going, do you guys want to do, like, a rope drop tomorrow at the other thing?

00:12:19.980 And we don't know what that means.

00:12:21.000 So we're like, sure.

00:12:22.360 And then he goes, okay, then we'll meet.

00:12:24.280 Yeah.

00:12:24.540 So we'll meet at, like, 6.

00:12:25.820 And then my mom goes, a.m.?

00:12:27.660 And he goes, yeah.

00:12:28.840 And then she goes, yeah, we won't be there.

00:12:30.680 No.

00:12:30.740 Baby, if you tell me, if we're on vacation, and you tell me about 6 a.m. plans, I would rather 1.00

00:12:35.580 shit in my hands and clap in front of my face with my mouth open than go climb 1.00

00:12:42.180 ropes at 6 a.m. 1.00

00:12:44.280 Also, fuck a hike. 1.00

00:12:45.700 I'm not hiking. 1.00

00:12:46.900 Hiking.

00:12:47.320 I hate. 0.56

00:12:47.740 I love that you hate hiking.

00:12:48.960 So do I. 0.99

00:12:49.800 I fucking hate hiking. 0.99

00:12:51.320 I don't get it. 0.99

00:12:52.040 Walk places and look.

00:12:53.520 I'm good.

00:12:54.020 I don't get it.

00:12:55.000 Google Maps is available.

00:12:57.600 I'll look at Google Worldview.

00:12:58.800 I feel so validated and seen by you because I've been like, I don't need to do that because

00:13:03.260 I could just look up a picture of it.

00:13:05.160 Literally.

00:13:05.480 I don't need to do that.

00:13:06.340 And honestly, guys, often it looks just like it looks in the picture.

00:13:10.820 It might look a little.

00:13:11.820 You might be like, oh, I thought it'd be bigger.

00:13:13.120 Oh, I thought it'd be smaller. 0.99

00:13:14.320 It's like a dick pic. 0.99

00:13:15.260 Oh, I thought it looked bigger. 0.99

00:13:16.040 I thought it'd be bigger.

00:13:17.640 But that's it.

00:13:18.680 That's what you see.

00:13:19.200 That's the one.

00:13:20.000 We saw the Eiffel Tower.

00:13:22.000 There it is.

00:13:23.040 Wasn't that cool?

00:13:23.440 Also, when I went to Paris, they're so racist there.

00:13:27.420 It made it almost impossible to enjoy. 0.87

00:13:29.720 Paris is bad.

00:13:30.760 Not as bad.

00:13:31.560 Let me tell you right now.

00:13:32.040 There is one country that you cannot.

00:13:34.920 Okay.

00:13:35.420 I don't think you can pay me.

00:13:36.420 You'd have to offer an absurd amount of money to give me.

00:13:38.600 There's this one country. 0.98

00:13:39.660 Almost every black person I know is like this. 0.97

00:13:41.960 In fact, the comments are already. 0.96

00:13:44.020 The comments section, they're already typing in the name of this one specific country.

00:13:49.920 I was doing a show.

00:13:50.660 It's not this country.

00:13:51.240 But I was doing a show in Zagreb, Croatia, and a guy from this country said, hey, you

00:13:54.680 left us off the tour.

00:13:55.920 You have to come back to Italy.

00:13:59.520 You will never, in your linguine eating life, catch me back in Italy.

00:14:08.060 Honestly, I believe you.

00:14:09.360 I've heard that.

00:14:10.180 Unless I have to go there.

00:14:11.040 I went there during the Madonna tour.

00:14:12.340 We did two stops in Italy.

00:14:13.580 And it was only because we literally had to.

00:14:16.500 I do not like that country.

00:14:18.520 I don't blame you. 0.99

00:14:19.440 They are monsters. 1.00

00:14:20.340 It was racist, racist monsters. 0.99

00:14:22.440 We had a really, really terrible experience in Paris with a restaurant that we made reservations 0.97

00:14:28.740 at.

00:14:29.620 Mind you, when I was initially going to go to Paris, it was just going to be me, my fiance,

00:14:34.080 my cousin Adam, who does my hair and makeup, and then my sister.

00:14:36.760 We're all obviously brown.

00:14:38.740 I was like, going to a foreign country I've never been to before, especially one like that, 1.00

00:14:42.380 I'm going to need at least one resident white to lead the pack. 1.00

00:14:45.220 You need a white, yeah.

00:14:45.840 Right, so then my agent Alex comes, she's white, and we love her.

00:14:50.660 And so when we get, she's been to Paris before, so she kind of like helps us.

00:14:53.400 She's white, but we love her.

00:14:54.400 Yeah, but it's okay, we love her.

00:14:55.720 White, but cool with it.

00:14:57.340 I love her in spite of that.

00:14:58.880 There you go.

00:14:59.500 So she made reservations at this really nice restaurant that wasn't too far from us,

00:15:04.800 and we were like, oh, cool, how fun.

00:15:06.240 So we like walk there, and we're like 20 minutes early to the reservation,

00:15:10.120 because she's white, and she made us leave on time. 0.99

00:15:12.300 And so then we get there on time, and then the guy at the door, first of all, there's bouncers. 0.99

00:15:17.060 What fucking restaurant has bouncers? 0.99

00:15:19.020 You know what restaurant has bouncers? 1.00

00:15:20.140 The Bossa Nova on Sunset.

00:15:21.980 That's okay, but that kind of makes sense to me a little bit.

00:15:24.340 But also someone was murdered outside the Bossa Nova.

00:15:26.820 Well, then that makes sense.

00:15:27.840 So yeah, yeah, valid, valid bouncers. 0.99

00:15:30.040 And they were the kind of bouncers that had a fucking blazer and no tie. 0.98

00:15:34.620 You know what I'm saying? 0.99

00:15:35.160 Like a cool guy bouncer.

00:15:36.440 Like the agents from Lilo and Stitch.

00:15:41.180 Yeah, exactly.

00:15:42.460 They're like section guys.

00:15:44.160 You know what I'm saying?

00:15:45.200 And there's like four of them outside, and then the guy looks at the group and goes,

00:15:51.040 yeah, no, we don't have any room. 0.96

00:15:53.120 Mind you, I can see inside the fucking restaurant, so I can see there are tables that are open. 0.98

00:15:57.200 And Alex, God love her, she's so sweet and innocent looking that she gets pushed around 0.99

00:16:02.640 pretty easily with stuff like that.

00:16:03.960 Is it a white woman? 1.00

00:16:04.560 Yeah.

00:16:05.040 So she was like, are you sure?

00:16:07.340 Because I made a reservation.

00:16:08.360 Like you don't even want to look it up?

00:16:10.200 And then he's like, no, I'm telling you right now, we don't have room.

00:16:13.400 And he's speaking perfect English, mind you.

00:16:15.280 He's from Jersey.

00:16:16.440 Yeah, for real.

00:16:17.860 And so then like when I went up and I go, what do you mean you're not taking reservations?

00:16:22.620 Why were we allowed to make one?

00:16:24.060 And he goes, I don't know what to tell you.

00:16:25.500 And then like this group of young white women come up who are Parisian. 1.00

00:16:29.860 I can hear them speaking French, smoking cigarettes, all that.

00:16:32.140 Come in, walk right inside.

00:16:33.380 Don't even get to stop.

00:16:35.320 Yeah, and he's like, oh, what's up, ladies? 0.66

00:16:38.240 Like, welcome. 0.95

00:16:39.320 Like, as they're walking in, I'm like, are you fucking kidding me?

00:16:42.120 So then I took a picture of them and like the front of it. 0.99

00:16:45.240 And I put it on my story and I put it on TikTok and I said, hey, fuck this restaurant, by the way. 0.98

00:16:51.440 My thing started picking up speed. 0.96

00:16:53.720 And then they started all of my, that's the one time I weaponized my fame for evil.

00:16:58.220 And they literally started spamming all their comments. 0.99

00:17:00.500 I didn't know you guys were fucking racist, blah, blah, blah. 0.99

00:17:02.440 They blocked me. 1.00

00:17:03.640 The restaurant.

00:17:05.280 Twice.

00:17:05.860 Yeah, twice. 1.00

00:17:06.340 Damn, double homicide. 0.99

00:17:07.100 But I was like, it was so unpleasant and awful. 0.99

00:17:11.480 And I was like, are we in the 1950s?

00:17:13.960 I don't like going to restaurants.

00:17:15.700 I don't like going to do things.

00:17:17.040 What's the point?

00:17:17.760 No one at home is going to do that to me.

00:17:19.360 No one in my home is going to do that.

00:17:21.720 I can walk in.

00:17:22.820 No one stop me.

00:17:23.700 We don't have room for you, darkie. 1.00

00:17:25.940 I can just walk right in my home.

00:17:27.900 No one's going to do that to me in my home.

00:17:29.520 So, yeah, I get it.

00:17:30.840 I get it.

00:17:31.660 I don't.

00:17:32.160 You know what else kind of stresses me out?

00:17:33.800 When my friends invite me to their show.

00:17:37.100 And I will buy a ticket.

00:17:38.360 I will buy a ticket.

00:17:39.720 But if you're like, no.

00:17:40.980 And then you're like, you're on the list.

00:17:42.700 The list stresses me out.

00:17:44.680 Because if I get there and this straight security guard has no clue who I am.

00:17:47.660 And he's looking up my 18 names.

00:17:49.640 My drag name.

00:17:50.680 My sag name.

00:17:51.680 My legal name.

00:17:52.920 My, you know, what? 1.00

00:17:54.900 Faggot. 1.00

00:17:56.280 All the names on the list. 1.00

00:17:57.400 And he's like, oh, no.

00:17:58.200 How do you spell it?

00:17:58.780 How do you do this?

00:17:59.280 And I'm standing outside.

00:18:00.420 And what's really embarrassing is when I don't mind like having to like get you by my name.

00:18:04.760 But then when someone else walks up who knows who I am.

00:18:07.860 And they're like, oh, my God.

00:18:08.680 Bob the drag queen. 0.81

00:18:09.980 And they're like, right this way.

00:18:10.980 You're on the list.

00:18:11.680 You know, Craig Stevens or whatever. 0.99

00:18:13.400 And I'm like, I'm standing outside trying to get my fucking name. 0.98

00:18:15.380 Because I also have three names. 0.99

00:18:16.180 Bob the drag queen. 0.81

00:18:17.380 This is four names, right?

00:18:18.260 Right.

00:18:18.580 So, do they put Bob?

00:18:20.180 Is their first name Bob the?

00:18:21.720 And the last name is drag queen?

00:18:22.920 Is it Bob the drag?

00:18:24.120 Last name is queen?

00:18:24.800 Is it Bob?

00:18:25.340 First name the drag queen? 0.98

00:18:26.860 Is it all switched together?

00:18:27.980 Didn't think it through, huh?

00:18:28.260 They never know.

00:18:28.920 I'm always lost in there.

00:18:30.220 And I'm like, I hate this.

00:18:31.320 I just want to be able to walk in and like do my thing.

00:18:33.940 Yeah.

00:18:34.180 I'd rather buy the ticket.

00:18:35.200 I would rather just buy the ticket.

00:18:35.680 It's actually not worth it.

00:18:36.620 I'd rather buy it.

00:18:36.980 And just show it and just walk in.

00:18:38.300 Like, I'll pay. 0.99

00:18:39.540 I will fucking pay. 0.99

00:18:40.980 I swear I'll pay. 0.99

00:18:41.860 Back to touring.

00:18:42.640 When you were talking about never give them the mic in the audience.

00:18:46.520 Yeah.

00:18:46.660 Never let them have the mic.

00:18:47.620 Yeah.

00:18:47.720 Yeah.

00:18:48.280 Have you had any instances where you were like.

00:18:50.400 Okay.

00:18:50.820 There's two things that I do.

00:18:52.180 One is where they walk up to the mic and the mic is already there.

00:18:56.540 Like, you know, talking to the microphone.

00:18:58.560 And then, but sometime I'll do this with them.

00:19:01.460 But I never let them hold the mic with that.

00:19:02.580 I learned that from Wendy Williams. 1.00

00:19:03.440 Never let them hold the mic.

00:19:04.420 Right.

00:19:04.820 Never let them hold the mic.

00:19:06.400 But also, I am comfortable being like, turn off their mic.

00:19:09.960 Just, turn off their mic.

00:19:11.760 They're going on too long.

00:19:12.700 Turn off their mic.

00:19:13.140 Cut the microphone.

00:19:14.140 Cutting off the microphone is such a powerful move.

00:19:16.960 I agree.

00:19:17.340 Because the person is just reduced to, like, what are you going to do now?

00:19:20.240 Start screaming?

00:19:21.380 I can scream too.

00:19:22.640 And my voice is amplified.

00:19:23.880 I'm going to win this one.

00:19:25.080 You know?

00:19:25.320 I have a microphone and you don't.

00:19:27.100 Yeah.

00:19:27.320 I like to be amplified in good light with my voice being heard and the audience sitting

00:19:32.220 in the shadows.

00:19:33.280 I agree.

00:19:33.960 I feel like there's a thing when you're, especially as a comedian or anyone on stage,

00:19:36.880 the audience is really just a bunch of subs. 1.00

00:19:39.020 They're just a bunch of submissive little bitches who want to be told what to do. 1.00

00:19:43.100 They want to be told when to laugh. 1.00

00:19:44.620 They want to know where to look.

00:19:46.200 They just, audiences naturally want to be, when I'm in the audience, I want to be submissive.

00:19:50.400 I don't want to be in control of the room.

00:19:51.700 Right.

00:19:51.940 I want to be guided through this experience.

00:19:54.040 So when you're on stage, especially as a comedian, you have to be dominant.

00:19:57.600 Even if it's not you in your real life, you have to be a dominant force.

00:20:00.120 You have to guide the audience through this experience.

00:20:02.140 And if you don't have the control, they start to feel uncomfortable and they will rise against

00:20:06.080 you.

00:20:06.360 Yeah, that's true.

00:20:07.080 They stage a coup in the audience.

00:20:08.720 Yeah.

00:20:08.820 They will, Andre Day, rise up on you.

00:20:10.440 Yeah.

00:20:10.940 Then you're in Les Mis.

00:20:12.040 That's the plot of Les Mis.

00:20:12.900 What a good musical.

00:20:13.840 Oh, I love that musical.

00:20:15.460 My God.

00:20:16.220 When I was on, when I was on tour last year, like it, we started noticing this pattern

00:20:21.100 where like shows that are, which I'm sure you know, too, like Friday, Saturdays, like 0.97

00:20:25.320 people are getting fucked up. 0.97

00:20:26.440 So they're like excited. 0.99

00:20:27.580 And then they're a little more rowdy on those nights because they don't have to work,

00:20:31.540 worry about work the next morning.

00:20:32.580 And so like the first show we had where we kind of had a little bit of like too much

00:20:38.560 raucous laughter that was turning into talking was in Florida, right?

00:20:44.280 Like my, our first Florida show.

00:20:45.800 And so the show's going great, but then there's like two huge bars in the venue we're in.

00:20:51.720 And so you can hear the bartenders going, like scooping ice and going, yeah, can I get

00:20:59.120 two dirty martini?

00:21:00.260 Like you can hear people making a blending drink, blending a margarita and all that.

00:21:05.740 It was funny because in the beginning I, I, I would ask a question.

00:21:08.520 I don't even remember what it was.

00:21:09.680 The joke I would make is like, thank you all for coming out.

00:21:12.720 And is there any plus ones in the audience? 0.99

00:21:14.740 I would always say plus ones, like have no idea who the fuck we are. 0.97

00:21:17.260 I should have known this was a red herring because the bartender goes right here, like 0.98

00:21:22.840 loud.

00:21:23.160 And I go, you work here, right?

00:21:24.440 And he goes, yeah, I go, yeah, I wasn't talking to you. 0.99

00:21:26.600 Anyone else who's actually bought a ticket for the fucking show. 0.98

00:21:29.260 I should have known that that was going to go left. 1.00

00:21:32.140 I'm like, give me a fucking drink. 1.00

00:21:34.340 What the fuck are you doing? 1.00

00:21:35.860 I'm like, aren't you supposed to be serving those hundreds of people over there? 1.00

00:21:37.980 So then as the show goes on, people start getting more drunk.

00:21:41.120 Like when we do audience participation, like we'll read the cards, read their stories, and

00:21:44.700 then we kind of like make fun of them.

00:21:46.160 I'll ask them questions and then they'll answer them, whatever.

00:21:48.680 However, as like my sister is like talking to one of the audience members about her story, 0.96

00:21:53.220 there's people in the fucking back who are talking, laughing, like contributing to the 0.97

00:21:58.560 story, like trying to get bits out, like whatever. 0.98

00:22:00.720 And it's becoming distracting along with the bartenders.

00:22:03.480 And I apologize for that.

00:22:03.760 And I want to apologize for that.

00:22:08.800 I want to take this moment to apologize.

00:22:10.220 Exactly.

00:22:10.800 Me and my buddy, the bartender, we were having a long night.

00:22:13.880 And I remember at this point, I was at my limit already because I was already annoyed

00:22:18.820 that the talking was happening and it was slowly getting louder.

00:22:21.580 Then it was so unbearable.

00:22:23.100 It was making people forget what they were saying.

00:22:25.620 It was interrupting my sister and I got pissed.

00:22:28.420 So then I go, can you pause really quick? 0.99

00:22:30.920 Who the fuck is talking? 0.99

00:22:32.440 And that's exactly how I said it, right? 0.99

00:22:35.060 That part's on me.

00:22:36.320 That's on me.

00:22:37.280 I take that. 1.00

00:22:38.460 I said that and I go, can you guys shut the fuck up? 1.00

00:22:40.840 Because other people are talking and you're being really fucking rude. 1.00

00:22:43.580 And other people paid to be here. 0.97

00:22:44.840 So let's all like be conscious of that.

00:22:46.500 Yeah.

00:22:47.120 And I said, sorry, go ahead.

00:22:48.560 Right.

00:22:49.280 When I tell you I lost that room so fast.

00:22:52.780 And then it took me a while to get them to come back.

00:22:55.840 You've lost control.

00:22:56.840 Yeah, well, and then I did that and then I scared them.

00:22:59.800 So then no one's laughing anymore because they're all like, and then I'm like, hey,

00:23:04.440 that part's on me.

00:23:05.200 I freaked out, but that part's on me.

00:23:06.660 You have to have prepared bits on how to deal with an audience member.

00:23:09.540 Yeah.

00:23:09.820 And for the most part, you know, I've been doing stand up now for 16 years. 0.55

00:23:14.040 And for like eight years of it, it was in the gay bars, which is just loud, rowdy, drunk. 1.00

00:23:20.120 Everyone in the audience thinks they're funnier than you, better than you, can wear your dress 0.92

00:23:22.920 better than you.

00:23:23.500 And I'm like, I mean, I was used to dealing with really raucous, raucous people.

00:23:27.700 They were just wanting to argue, wanting to challenge me.

00:23:30.520 So I've built some really good chops for dealing with hecklers.

00:23:33.600 But for the most part, my audience is, I've gotten pretty good at keeping control.

00:23:37.100 And also when you like scold your subs, when the Dom, you know, scolds her subs, you have

00:23:44.520 to do it in a way that is in the spirit of the show.

00:23:47.040 I agree.

00:23:47.340 It still has to be fun.

00:23:48.680 It still has to be funny.

00:23:50.060 Or else they're like, oh my God, you know, mommy just yelled at us.

00:23:53.400 Exactly.

00:23:53.980 And we're in trouble now.

00:23:54.880 And I learned that lesson the hard way.

00:23:56.900 Lost the room.

00:23:57.720 Yeah.

00:23:57.940 My bad.

00:23:58.880 Then I had to earn their trust back.

00:24:00.820 Like I was like, guys, don't be afraid of me.

00:24:02.200 It's okay.

00:24:02.560 You can laugh.

00:24:03.440 And like I eventually won the room back.

00:24:05.480 Stop flinching.

00:24:06.220 Yeah.

00:24:06.500 I was like, don't run from me.

00:24:07.740 It's fine.

00:24:08.760 And I eventually.

00:24:09.740 Everyone have fun.

00:24:11.620 We're all having fun, right?

00:24:13.060 We're all having fun.

00:24:14.460 And the next day, like we had another Florida show in a different city and then it was same 0.99

00:24:20.060 shit happening again. 0.98

00:24:21.420 This time I held it, handled it a lot better. 0.99

00:24:24.560 Didn't lose the room.

00:24:25.840 I did have to quell that really quickly, but I did it before I got to a point where I couldn't

00:24:30.080 control my anger.

00:24:31.220 Sometimes it feels like a werewolf.

00:24:32.760 You know what I mean?

00:24:33.220 Like I'm like, ah, ah.

00:24:34.640 There's a she-wolf in the closet. 0.66

00:24:35.780 And then I feel like I'm like, run, before I like turn into a psycho.

00:24:39.040 No, I understand that for sure.

00:24:40.080 I feel like I'm pretty good at keeping it pretty even-keeled.

00:24:42.680 And I think that the audience should have a healthy fear of the person on stage.

00:24:47.360 I agree.

00:24:48.000 I agree.

00:24:48.260 They need to be a little bit afraid of what would happen if they step out of line.

00:24:51.440 Yeah, there's got to be.

00:24:52.460 Sometimes you do have to make an example of someone.

00:24:54.020 Yeah.

00:24:54.720 And I've done that.

00:24:55.400 I did that too many times on tour, but that is also another one of those, like, because

00:24:59.980 I did get a question once, I think it was from a man, and he asked me something.

00:25:05.940 I already had him.

00:25:06.600 Right.

00:25:07.020 That felt like he was kind of trying to big time me a little bit.

00:25:11.260 What does big timing mean?

00:25:12.780 Kind of like he was trying to flex or peacock around me.

00:25:15.700 Got it.

00:25:15.840 Right?

00:25:16.060 Like he was trying to be like, so like, yeah, what's that about?

00:25:19.800 And I go, what do you mean?

00:25:22.420 Like, are you asking me like, why do I do that to people like you?

00:25:24.820 I don't know. 0.99

00:25:25.180 Did you hear what you just fucking asked me? 0.99

00:25:26.960 That's probably why. 0.99

00:25:28.060 And then everyone laughs.

00:25:28.880 He goes, no, no, for sure.

00:25:30.080 I just like, I meant like, actually, I meant, and he just changed his question.

00:25:33.080 This is the only kind of guy who asked for extra protein at Chipotle.

00:25:35.780 Right.

00:25:36.200 You know, can I get a, let me get the KCA, can I get extra protein?

00:25:40.220 Cool, cool, cool.

00:25:41.080 Like very much that vibe.

00:25:42.200 Very, very much that vibe.

00:25:43.440 My craziest show recently was in Belfast.

00:25:47.400 Ooh, tea.

00:25:48.440 And this one had nothing to do with me.

00:25:50.520 It was just during the show.

00:25:51.820 And then, first of all, I had a wardrobe malfunction.

00:25:55.240 My wig just like started, like, there's this like post on my wig, and I put the toppers on it.

00:26:01.920 I had this like base where my hair slicked up, and I would just switch toppers out.

00:26:05.280 And the post had broken, so my wig just fell off. 0.97

00:26:07.720 I was like, oh shit, my wig fell off. 0.94

00:26:08.780 So that was very embarrassing. 0.98

00:26:09.700 I had to put my wig back on.

00:26:10.780 And then I come back, and I'm doing my stand-up, and there is just a fight happening.

00:26:15.460 And I was like, I don't remember what's happening over there, but they weren't responding to me,

00:26:18.180 because they weren't responding to what I was saying.

00:26:19.620 There was just an argument had broken out between this lady and this guy, 1.00

00:26:23.380 and they had come to like blows.

00:26:25.800 They were like, people were being pulled apart. 1.00

00:26:28.580 Damn. 0.99

00:26:29.240 And then the lady stumbled out into the lobby. 1.00

00:26:32.600 She spilled her margarita into my merchandise. 1.00

00:26:35.620 And then the crowd just kind of got crazy. 0.98

00:26:38.340 I was like, you guys are insane.

00:26:39.680 And then I asked him, I said, is this a, it was a Wednesday. 0.92

00:26:42.740 Wednesday.

00:26:45.100 I said, is this a typical Wednesday in Belfast?

00:26:47.620 And the audience in unison all said, yes. 0.99

00:26:51.380 And they're like, yeah, this is what we do on Wednesdays, bitch. 1.00

00:26:53.540 Yes, yes. 0.99

00:26:54.660 Whenever I go out, I don't drink, so I don't go out much.

00:26:57.540 But I'm with someone who drinks, though.

00:26:59.340 Someone who wants to take you out, they're like, because let me tell you right now,

00:27:01.560 it doesn't matter where you are, let's go.

00:27:02.660 Because, baby, let me tell you right now, in Belfast, we drink, honey.

00:27:06.260 Baby, let me tell you right now, in Phoenix, Arizona, we drink, honey.

00:27:10.020 Baby, in Andalusia, Alabama.

00:27:12.740 In Bootscoot, Tennessee, we drink, honey.

00:27:15.540 Every town thinks they drink more than everyone else.

00:27:17.160 Right.

00:27:17.580 But Belfast is, they're telling the truth.

00:27:20.660 They're for real. 1.00

00:27:21.400 They were dead ass. 1.00

00:27:21.860 You said, I can say with conviction. 1.00

00:27:23.900 They did that.

00:27:24.460 They were, on a Wednesday night, turnt, going crazy.

00:27:27.960 I was like, we have to get out of here.

00:27:28.980 This show is insane.

00:27:29.920 I was genuinely afraid of the audience.

00:27:31.480 I was like, I need to get out of here.

00:27:32.900 I'm afraid of you all.

00:27:34.240 I started getting, like, towards the end of tour, I started getting a little petty.

00:27:37.740 Because, like, if the shows, they would always go well.

00:27:40.340 But, like, if the audience was kind of, like, a little too rowdy.

00:27:44.520 Like, there was another show we had where it was a Friday.

00:27:47.480 And we had security, had to warn them.

00:27:50.480 Like, literally tell them, like, if you guys make noise one more time, you're going to have to leave.

00:27:53.900 Yeah. 0.93

00:27:54.040 And it's because they had, like, a tabletop and they were like, I think what I hate more than just, like, talking in the background, because it's a live fucking show, is people trying to tell jokes, too. 0.90

00:28:05.260 Oh, they want to contribute. 0.97

00:28:05.980 They want to do a dance.

00:28:06.460 Yeah, like, they're trying to, like, pull focus kind of deal.

00:28:07.840 It's their big break.

00:28:08.640 And I was like, that's tea because you bought a ticket to watch me and now you're talking a lot and that's crazy.

00:28:13.040 Well, I think it's a scene for me.

00:28:13.980 They're like, this is going to be the moment where, like, Drew hears me tell a joke and she's going to say, are you iconic?

00:28:21.580 Drew's going to invite me on stage.

00:28:23.460 We're going to hold hands.

00:28:26.020 We're going to sing Defying Gravity together.

00:28:29.080 I will float to the sky and I will take over the podcast.

00:28:32.180 That's what they think is going to happen.

00:28:33.260 They're like, this is my moment.

00:28:34.220 This is truly my moment.

00:28:35.340 I think that, too.

00:28:36.900 And can I just say, because maybe you can relate to me on this.

00:28:40.080 There was a point where, like, with meet and greets where there was a pattern happening where women who would come who maybe weren't familiar with my other show with my sister or my sister only came to see me, which I'm not, like, mad about it.

00:28:53.020 But, like, they were always really rude to my sister in meet and greets, which would piss me off.

00:28:58.220 And then they were always dressed up really nice, like, which is not a bad thing. 0.99

00:29:03.420 But they were wearing, like, like, fucking bandage dresses or some shit like that and heels and all that. 0.99

00:29:07.860 And I'm like, OK, period, whatever. 0.99

00:29:09.660 And the way they would talk to me would be, like, I just, like, oh, God, you're so beautiful.

00:29:14.560 I just, like, I'm straight.

00:29:15.840 But, like, I just, like, I don't know.

00:29:17.900 I just feel like if I was going to be gay, like, I would like you, which is homophobic to say.

00:29:22.720 But they don't care about that.

00:29:24.160 And they're telling me all this.

00:29:26.020 And I went for a while.

00:29:26.980 They're trying to hit on you, I think.

00:29:28.080 OK, but, like, they're straight women. 1.00

00:29:30.120 Sometimes they bring their husbands, their boyfriends, whatever.

00:29:32.780 Maybe you've been invited to threesomes. 1.00

00:29:33.920 At one time, well, yeah, but one time I went backstage and I go, are these bitches shaving their pussy for me? 1.00

00:29:38.980 Because you're starting to treat me like Justin Bieber and I don't like that. 1.00

00:29:41.280 Oh, they probably are.

00:29:42.520 They're like, hey, hey, hey, hey.

00:29:43.640 Just in case.

00:29:44.380 Yeah, I was like, hey, hey, hey, you know what?

00:29:46.460 Knock it off.

00:29:47.340 Just in case you see my lips tonight.

00:29:48.980 I want them to be clean.

00:29:50.460 Which, like, it's always women who have to tell me 35 times, I'm straight, I'm straight. 0.97

00:29:56.380 I'm totally straight.

00:29:57.380 But, like, if I wasn't.

00:29:58.760 They're not straight. 1.00

00:29:59.400 Bitch, I'm straight, too. 1.00

00:30:00.580 Why are you telling me this? 1.00

00:30:01.660 But I think they like.

00:30:02.420 You know what it is?

00:30:03.300 They, you have a lesbian energy and I think part of it is how tall you are. 1.00

00:30:07.300 Yeah, absolutely. 0.96

00:30:07.920 And they, like, big lesbians clean up. 1.00

00:30:10.920 That's true. 0.99

00:30:11.880 Baby.

00:30:12.920 I'm going to tell you right now.

00:30:13.840 I know there's three right here currently. 0.99

00:30:15.960 If there's big, big lesbians clean the fuck up. 1.00

00:30:20.000 Y'all all lesbians? 1.00

00:30:20.760 Yeah. 0.98

00:30:21.360 And big lesbians clean up, right? 1.00

00:30:23.320 They're swimming. 0.99

00:30:24.340 Tall's half the battle. 0.97

00:30:25.220 Baby, they're swimming in puss. 1.00

00:30:26.420 That's true. 0.96

00:30:26.900 It's crazy.

00:30:27.520 That's very true. 0.99

00:30:27.900 If somebody can get over six feet and you're in the lesbian community, you're about to be knocking it away with a baseball bat. 1.00

00:30:36.480 And, like, women who came who were lesbians and made sure to tell us, like, they were fans of both of us and the show that we had together.

00:30:44.100 And, like, or they were hitting on my sister.

00:30:46.000 It was, like, one of those two.

00:30:47.160 It's only straight women who are doing that to me, which is crazy. 1.00

00:30:51.960 They want to be roughed up by a big lady. 1.00

00:30:53.260 Yeah, I was, like, you guys are, it's so, I'm, like, don't, don't hold, put your hand across my stomach, like, for prom dates.

00:31:00.880 Have you ever thought about roughing up anyone, like, sexually? 0.72

00:31:04.440 Roughing them up, like, as a dom? 0.98

00:31:06.240 Yeah.

00:31:07.080 I've been asked that question more times than you could possibly imagine, but no, I haven't.

00:31:11.260 Not personally.

00:31:11.860 Never thought about it?

00:31:13.080 No, because that doesn't really appeal to me, if I'm being honest.

00:31:15.560 That's valid and fair.

00:31:16.300 Yeah, like, when I, and also, and this is maybe just the sick and twisted part of my brain, that brings them joy and pleasure.

00:31:22.800 I'm trying to do the opposite of that.

00:31:24.560 Valid and fair. 0.99

00:31:25.420 You're a masochist. 1.00

00:31:26.500 Or a sadist, I mean. 1.00

00:31:27.900 You're a sadist.

00:31:28.620 But to some extent, they enjoy it, like sadism.

00:31:31.580 Like, people who do it. 0.67

00:31:31.860 Oh, no, masochists enjoy it.

00:31:33.200 Yeah, they love it.

00:31:34.020 I'm saying, like, I want to hurt your feelings. 0.98

00:31:36.040 I don't want to make you cum. 0.99

00:31:36.960 I want to hurt your feelings. 0.99

00:31:37.700 I've roughed up some people.

00:31:38.760 When I dress up, I am a gigantic lady.

00:31:42.140 That is true.

00:31:42.680 I've seen you as a gigantic lady. 1.00

00:31:44.340 Huge.

00:31:44.840 Yeah.

00:31:45.020 And people like to be roughed up by a big lady. 1.00

00:31:48.400 They do.

00:31:49.180 They really like it.

00:31:50.400 Honestly, I'm happy to oblige.

00:31:51.840 Did you ever watch that?

00:31:53.080 What was the name of that bodybuilding documentary with the lady who was, like. 0.98

00:31:57.260 Was it her name Sally?

00:31:58.220 Yeah, it was something Sally.

00:31:59.840 Is she the one who, like.

00:32:01.200 She was a bodybuilder. 1.00

00:32:02.060 Did she, like, kill someone or did she got killed?

00:32:03.160 What happened?

00:32:03.480 She killed her husband. 0.89

00:32:04.320 That's what it was.

00:32:05.260 Yeah, but she got big. 1.00

00:32:06.100 Got a little too rough.

00:32:07.160 Well, she got big because she was making videos of her, like, wrestling dudes. 1.00

00:32:11.220 And, like, dudes were getting off on it.

00:32:13.300 So, that's, like, it was, like, OnlyFans before OnlyFans.

00:32:15.340 Yeah, Nicole Bass used to do it, too. 1.00

00:32:16.660 Yeah, and she was making videos of herself wrestling the fuck out of them. 1.00

00:32:19.420 And, obviously, she's jacked. 0.98

00:32:21.120 Like, she's yoked and on a bunch of roids and all that. 0.99

00:32:24.280 So, she's, like, literally looks like an old-timey, like.

00:32:28.140 Trap queen. 1.00

00:32:28.660 Like, fucking gold skin type. 1.00

00:32:29.500 Yeah, traps out here. 1.00

00:32:30.060 Yeah, for sure.

00:32:30.580 Yeah, so, she was, like, wrestling dudes for money. 1.00

00:32:33.220 And she was making, she was cleaning up. 0.99

00:32:34.760 Like, she was making so much fuck out. 0.99

00:32:35.820 Oh, it makes sense. 0.99

00:32:36.540 Yeah, I think that's what's happening. 0.90

00:32:37.960 These women are projecting their sexual fantasies onto you. 1.00

00:32:40.660 I agree. 0.82

00:32:41.240 That is also the reason I stopped doing Cameo.

00:32:44.700 Because I started getting requests like that.

00:32:46.860 From ladies, again? 0.88

00:32:47.700 Not from men. 1.00

00:32:48.680 That are saying, like, can you call me a dirty little boy and, like, say I'm worthless and blah, blah, blah. 1.00

00:32:53.720 And, like, pretend to spit on me. 1.00

00:32:55.060 Some shit like that. 0.99

00:32:55.960 I'll never forget that's the last one I got. 1.00

00:32:57.920 For $30?

00:32:59.140 No.

00:32:59.500 No, that's crazy.

00:33:00.200 Yeah, no, you're, for $30.

00:33:02.020 I'm not even kidding.

00:33:02.740 When I read that request, I went in my Cameo, turned it off.

00:33:05.980 Haven't turned it on since.

00:33:07.060 For $5,000 an hour with a five-hour minimum.

00:33:09.820 And I'm only doing the first two hours.

00:33:11.700 In fact, I'm doing 30 minutes.

00:33:12.480 And it's on Zoom.

00:33:13.120 And it's on Zoom.

00:33:14.180 And my camera's going to be off.

00:33:18.740 I'm fully eating Taco Bell in bed. 1.00

00:33:20.200 I'm just like, you're such a dumb little fucking boy. 1.00

00:33:22.500 I have mac and cheese, and I'm just going like this. 1.00

00:33:24.420 You're the worst little boy I've ever seen. 0.98

00:33:27.400 Taco Bell has this new burrito that you can rip in half. 1.00

00:33:30.180 Ooh, okay.

00:33:30.900 Like, it's perforated?

00:33:31.760 I'm going to say this.

00:33:33.180 Yeah, low key.

00:33:34.780 I'm going to go ahead and say, it's clear to me, Taco Bell is just reselling the same

00:33:38.280 thing over and over again.

00:33:40.320 And can I say, I'm going to try it.

00:33:42.500 Every single time.

00:33:43.600 Every time.

00:33:44.020 Everything at Taco Bell tastes the same.

00:33:46.460 It's like the Dua Lipa of food.

00:33:48.320 Truly.

00:33:48.940 Same song.

00:33:50.200 I'm going to blast it.

00:33:51.060 But because that thing tastes good, I'm going to keep eating it.

00:33:54.800 It's so good.

00:33:55.960 I just, they really figure something out of it.

00:34:00.060 They have.

00:34:00.640 They have.

00:34:01.180 And you know what?

00:34:02.000 I hate when people are like, well, that's not real Mexican food.

00:34:04.840 I know that.

00:34:05.300 We know. 0.99

00:34:05.740 Bitch, we've been there. 1.00

00:34:06.480 Yeah, I know. 1.00

00:34:07.020 I know that 16-year-old white kid on Accutane is not serving me traditional cantina food.

00:34:13.620 I know that.

00:34:14.260 Baby, Mexicans like Taco Bell. 1.00

00:34:17.140 Mexicans like Taco Bell, so I don't feel bad about it.

00:34:19.020 I'm eating Taco Bell.

00:34:19.820 I know it's not traditional cuisine.

00:34:21.360 That's not why I'm going there.

00:34:22.620 This is a great video of, it's one of those like, what's the one they used to make the

00:34:27.420 list?

00:34:28.420 Oh, BuzzFeed.

00:34:29.080 BuzzFeed.

00:34:29.440 It's like BuzzFeed.

00:34:30.000 It's one of those BuzzFeed videos.

00:34:31.700 And it's like Chinese people trying Panda Express. 1.00

00:34:35.060 I've seen that video.

00:34:36.320 Mexicans trying Taco Bell.

00:34:37.700 Well, so interesting was all the young people, like 25 and under, were like, oh, this is not

00:34:42.720 authentic Chinese food. 0.86

00:34:43.620 This is disgusting. 0.61

00:34:44.760 I literally can't even chew this.

00:34:46.520 All the old people were like, it's not Chinese food, but this is delicious. 1.00

00:34:49.760 They're like, this is amazing.

00:34:51.200 I don't know what the-

00:34:51.920 We can allow two things to be true at the same time. 0.99

00:34:54.340 They were like, I don't know what the fuck this is, but this is really fucking good. 0.99

00:34:56.600 They're like, this is not Chinese, but it is delicious. 0.99

00:34:58.760 Same with Taco Bell.

00:34:59.420 All the young folks were like, I could never eat this.

00:35:02.200 This is so crazy.

00:35:03.260 You need to try my grandma's, like blah, blah, blah.

00:35:06.180 And the grandma was like, this is amazing.

00:35:09.300 This is fantastic.

00:35:10.980 I gotta say.

00:35:11.520 I don't know what this is, but it's good.

00:35:13.800 But I'm going to have a nacho belgarnese next time I come back.

00:35:16.360 I know that much.

00:35:17.240 And I also know that you hate British food like I do.

00:35:20.320 I hate it.

00:35:20.900 Yeah, me too.

00:35:21.800 It's horrible. 0.96

00:35:22.520 Did you see that they were trying to fuck up Keith Lee recently? 0.97

00:35:25.160 Yeah. 0.81

00:35:25.540 Look, Keith Lee, I think he might be untouchable.

00:35:28.800 I think so too.

00:35:29.820 He should be.

00:35:30.620 He's not bothering anyone. 0.99

00:35:31.540 He always comes out smelling like roses, no matter how much shit you throw at him. 1.00

00:35:34.460 He seems to rise above it every single fucking time. 1.00

00:35:37.560 And he's not bothering anyone. 0.98

00:35:38.740 So I don't know why people-

00:35:40.360 Well, I do know why, because it's the nature of the internet. 0.99

00:35:42.300 But I just think you should leave him the fuck alone. 0.97

00:35:45.260 But also, I saw people getting pissed, and then I jumped in on it, because I was like, 0.98

00:35:50.060 I can't even tell you how many British people were mad at me when I was making fun of their

00:35:53.980 food when I went to London last year.

00:35:55.460 The homemade brookko-brookko.

00:35:56.840 Girl, the way they're like, well, you gotta have salty, mashy peas on the side.

00:36:00.780 Yeah. 1.00

00:36:01.040 I'll kill you. 1.00

00:36:01.980 It's bad. 1.00

00:36:02.760 It's bad food.

00:36:03.640 It's bad.

00:36:04.180 And I was like, I didn't say I need a different kind of peas. 0.99

00:36:07.000 I said, if you put them next to my french fries one more goddamn time, I'm gonna burn 1.00

00:36:10.520 this country to the ground. 1.00

00:36:11.140 There's peas in everything.

00:36:13.280 And why?

00:36:14.420 Everything has peas in it.

00:36:16.320 Or next to it.

00:36:17.240 And you're not gonna sell me on beans on toast.

00:36:20.240 I'm not eating it.

00:36:21.460 I don't want to eat it.

00:36:23.160 I don't want to put beans on my-

00:36:26.280 And then you get there, and they always go, well, you know we have really amazing Indian

00:36:29.280 food here.

00:36:29.900 Well, baby, that's Indian food.

00:36:30.840 I know, I had it, and it was delicious.

00:36:34.580 Baby, that's made by Indians. 1.00

00:36:35.340 And it's not British, I could tell you that much. 1.00

00:36:37.020 That's made by Indians, and the immigrants came here and made this food.

00:36:40.060 Yeah, and I-

00:36:40.980 Yeah, yeah.

00:36:42.060 They get so mad when you don't eat their food.

00:36:43.940 They get really mad.

00:36:44.740 They get really- 1.00

00:36:45.340 And I started getting ones that were like, well, that's because you fucking Americans 1.00

00:36:48.640 are so pumped full of preservatives. 1.00

00:36:50.820 And I was like, and maybe you guys need some of that shit. 1.00

00:36:52.820 Yeah, we are, and it's delicious. 1.00

00:36:54.600 Yeah, you're right.

00:36:55.880 One time I bought a pack of Doritos from America, and I gave them to a Brit, and they were

00:36:58.440 like, oh my God.

00:37:02.140 Have I been eating Tostitos this whole time?

00:37:04.060 This is amazing.

00:37:05.980 Yes, American food is full of preservatives, 100%.

00:37:08.540 You're right.

00:37:09.060 It's delicious.

00:37:09.780 You're right, and it's good. 1.00

00:37:11.600 That's why I was like, maybe you guys need some of that shit. 0.99

00:37:13.640 And I'm like, what about your, how long you guys live? 1.00

00:37:16.580 Do you need to live that long?

00:37:18.640 Sometimes I think to myself, like, how long do you want to do this?

00:37:21.620 Right.

00:37:23.420 I know.

00:37:23.960 I feel like immortality is a curse more than anything.

00:37:27.200 One of the biggest reasons why I got out of being religious is because, like, the idea

00:37:31.100 of eternal life, that's a curse.

00:37:35.260 I agree.

00:37:35.980 I have to do some version of this for all, like, let's imagine, let's imagine that I

00:37:40.700 die.

00:37:41.400 Right.

00:37:41.740 And I go to heaven, and I'm looking down at my nephew and my, if I have kids, that's

00:37:46.680 interesting.

00:37:47.440 I'm looking at my kids and my nephew, I'm watching over them.

00:37:49.420 Okay, they have kids.

00:37:51.520 My grandkids, that's kind of interesting.

00:37:54.480 Okay.

00:37:55.000 They're kids.

00:37:55.680 I don't know these niggas. 1.00

00:37:58.660 I don't want to watch. 0.85

00:37:59.680 We're on season three.

00:38:00.600 I don't want to watch anymore.

00:38:02.100 You said it's just kind of the same stuff over and over again.

00:38:04.780 You've gone off the rails.

00:38:06.320 I don't want to watch you all.

00:38:08.580 They were like, I know my grandma's watching down to me.

00:38:12.020 Leave that woman alone. 1.00

00:38:15.620 Let her rest.

00:38:16.440 Hasn't she done enough in her life?

00:38:19.060 And now she's just watching you?

00:38:22.040 It sounds horrible.

00:38:23.680 I want to rest.

00:38:25.040 I want to be done.

00:38:26.220 I want to just, I want the, you know, the TV, I want that.

00:38:29.820 Do you want to be reincarnated at all?

00:38:31.840 No.

00:38:32.340 As anything?

00:38:33.000 You think the Earth's getting better?

00:38:34.340 I don't want to.

00:38:34.660 Maybe go into another universe?

00:38:36.140 Maybe.

00:38:36.700 Yeah, another universe would be cool.

00:38:38.020 You know what I've thought about before that really kind of scares me?

00:38:40.140 Hmm.

00:38:40.320 What if, and this is a crazy if, there's a couple of theories out there about other life

00:38:47.940 form out there in the universe.

00:38:49.320 And most scientists agree there is more than likely some life form somewhere in the world.

00:38:52.820 Yeah, there has to be.

00:38:53.700 You know what the scariest notion is though?

00:38:55.420 What?

00:38:55.740 What if we are the most advanced?

00:38:58.600 There are no spaceships.

00:38:59.960 Yeah.

00:39:00.120 No one's there yet.

00:39:01.480 That's a bummer.

00:39:01.760 This is as far as civilization has gotten.

00:39:05.760 Doesn't that stink?

00:39:06.780 Yeah, that bums me out to be honest.

00:39:08.200 Right?

00:39:08.780 There's other worlds like they're, one that I like more is like they are so advanced.

00:39:12.080 They're looking at us like they were ants basically.

00:39:13.480 Why would you, why would you bother calling it advanced? 1.00

00:39:14.960 Like I'm not going to fuck with them. 1.00

00:39:16.220 They're disgusting. 1.00

00:39:17.200 Like that's more comforting than being like this might be as far as humanity's gotten. 0.96

00:39:22.860 I agree with you on that.

00:39:23.820 That is very real.

00:39:24.880 I think it would be extra scary to think that this is as far as we've taken it.

00:39:29.560 And there's also another theory too that some other planets in some other place, even if they're in the same galaxy or if they're in galaxies nearby, it's just that their time in life was so long ago.

00:39:41.220 Yeah.

00:39:41.480 The planet's just nothing now.

00:39:42.440 And there's nothing even left on the planet.

00:39:43.780 It's all just gone.

00:39:44.620 They maybe had a whole thriving civilization for like billions of years.

00:39:47.280 Yeah.

00:39:47.620 And then there was like a 80 billion year gap.

00:39:50.720 And then everything is disintegrated.

00:39:51.920 And then ours started.

00:39:52.720 So it's just so long.

00:39:53.940 And also, you know, when you, the space is crazy.

00:39:56.440 Space can make your head spin.

00:39:58.140 Because you know what I think the other day?

00:39:59.940 The sky.

00:40:00.640 Where's the sky?

00:40:01.780 It's up there.

00:40:02.820 But also, the sky is over there.

00:40:05.800 Have you thought about that?

00:40:06.800 And the sky is down there.

00:40:07.900 Because people in the bottom of the earth, they're pointing in the opposite direction.

00:40:10.200 And they're also pointing at the sky.

00:40:13.400 The sky is there.

00:40:14.460 It's there.

00:40:15.340 It's up there.

00:40:16.080 It's over there.

00:40:16.680 That is great.

00:40:19.160 That's crazy to me.

00:40:20.360 Yeah.

00:40:20.520 Thinking about infinite things like that, that could like, like just loops that could never

00:40:24.980 really stop like that.

00:40:26.580 It freaks me out when I think about it too much.

00:40:28.900 Especially if I'm high.

00:40:30.100 Would you want to go through a black hole?

00:40:31.840 Not mine.

00:40:32.320 I said, are you offering?

00:40:36.940 I may be down.

00:40:38.400 I don't know.

00:40:38.840 It depends on what's on the other side, I guess.

00:40:40.780 We don't know.

00:40:41.560 So apparently when you go into a black hole, there's something called the event horizon

00:40:45.180 where you go beyond the point of no return.

00:40:46.900 Like once you reach the event horizon.

00:40:48.380 Oh, is that in Interstellar?

00:40:49.400 Is that kind of what happens in Interstellar when he like has to go into the black hole?

00:40:52.360 I've never seen Interstellar.

00:40:53.560 But basically.

00:40:54.040 I've only seen parts of it.

00:40:55.160 So the event horizon, once you reach the event horizon, you cannot go back.

00:40:58.180 Because the black hole is just pulling in matter.

00:41:00.180 Right.

00:41:00.440 It's pulling in everything.

00:41:01.280 It's pulling in light.

00:41:03.240 Nothing can escape the black hole.

00:41:04.980 Right.

00:41:05.500 And if your body goes into, you go into something called spaghettification, where your body is 0.95

00:41:09.320 being pulled apart like strings, basically.

00:41:12.000 And then it gets to a point where you are in the black hole and you are frozen.

00:41:15.500 Time is being perceived completely differently for you because there's so much mass and matter

00:41:20.780 in the black hole.

00:41:21.840 So people are looking from the outside.

00:41:23.160 It will look like you are completely frozen.

00:41:24.980 But for you, time is moving completely slowly.

00:41:27.440 You go through the black hole.

00:41:28.640 So if you go through the middle part, you'll end up on the other side, which is a white 1.00

00:41:31.700 hole.

00:41:32.240 And on the other side, there's allegedly an entire other universe on the other side.

00:41:37.240 Well, then that sounds kind of fun.

00:41:38.820 A little bit. 0.97

00:41:39.540 If you can survive it, if you can survive it, that would be fucking awesome. 0.96

00:41:43.620 I agree. 0.70

00:41:44.520 What's over there?

00:41:46.440 I'm trying to see.

00:41:47.520 And I hate that I'm never going to know.

00:41:49.020 It drives me crazy that I'm never going to know what's over there.

00:41:52.560 How do you know?

00:41:53.180 It's on Google.

00:41:53.660 How close to the nearest black hole?

00:41:55.240 We'll never reach it.

00:41:56.600 We will never reach it.

00:41:57.600 Yeah.

00:41:57.940 That drives me crazy.

00:41:59.920 I used to spend hours as a child trying to figure out.

00:42:02.220 This is so crazy.

00:42:03.680 Trying to figure out how to travel to the speed of light.

00:42:05.620 I have this theory.

00:42:06.120 If you can make a matter that's lighter than light, then the light can propel this thing

00:42:13.400 into space and time.

00:42:16.800 But then you have to put your body in it.

00:42:18.700 How do you make your body lighter than light itself?

00:42:22.400 Because I think light does actually weigh something.

00:42:25.160 So the light can actually move the object and push it through space and time.

00:42:28.840 But light weighs practically nothing.

00:42:31.200 How far is it near, Speck Hall?

00:42:32.520 1,550 Earth years. 0.99

00:42:34.460 I don't even know what a fucking Earth year is. 0.99

00:42:38.300 Oh, the year you have no Earth. 0.99

00:42:39.580 A calendar year, I think, yeah.

00:42:40.440 So how many is that again?

00:42:41.720 1,560.

00:42:43.560 That's so upsetting.

00:42:45.680 That's so upsetting.

00:42:46.820 I can't think about it too long or I'll go crazy.

00:42:49.320 Yeah, your whole explanation of traveling faster than the speed of light, you thinking

00:42:53.900 about that as a child is kind of shocking to me.

00:42:56.640 I mean, if you knew me as a kid, it's very-

00:42:59.320 Do you love space?

00:43:00.260 I love space.

00:43:01.500 I love that.

00:43:02.460 In another world, I would have been some sort of a scientist who dealt with space. 1.00

00:43:07.640 But instead, you're a bitch in a wig. 1.00

00:43:09.500 Instead, I'm just a bitch with a lot of opinions who wears a wig and lets a scream. 1.00

00:43:13.880 No, but I love that you have such a love of space. 0.99

00:43:16.600 I find space so fascinating too.

00:43:18.300 It's so interesting.

00:43:19.400 Especially how small and insignificant Earth is, even in our own solar system.

00:43:26.440 Yeah, because I feel like when you think about space in that regard and you think about how

00:43:30.080 insignificant so many things are, there's a freedom in that.

00:43:33.260 There is, actually.

00:43:34.040 Because it's like, and I feel like you live your life like that.

00:43:36.160 Like, it doesn't matter.

00:43:36.960 Yeah, I feel like you live your life that way.

00:43:38.640 And that's why you've been so successful and inspirational.

00:43:41.820 I don't take that.

00:43:42.440 Because you live your life that way.

00:43:43.580 Like, as if it really doesn't matter in the grand scheme.

00:43:46.860 So, I'm going to do what I love and what makes me happy.

00:43:49.240 I remember standing in Manhattan and feeling so small because Manhattan felt so big.

00:43:54.240 Yeah.

00:43:54.660 And then realizing Manhattan's really small.

00:43:56.540 Manhattan's about 14 miles north to south.

00:43:58.880 Yeah.

00:43:59.080 And about five miles east to west.

00:44:00.660 Right.

00:44:01.080 That's it.

00:44:01.880 And then I realized that Manhattan can fit into Long Island like over 50 times.

00:44:05.840 I think it might be even closer.

00:44:07.160 Like, Manhattan is so tiny.

00:44:08.600 Yeah.

00:44:08.820 And then Earth can fit into the sun like a thousand times over.

00:44:14.640 And then there's suns that are like, we are so tiny.

00:44:19.040 Yeah.

00:44:19.240 And so insignificant.

00:44:21.500 Right.

00:44:21.800 And we, that's why when I used to wait tables and I would get in the weeds and I forgot

00:44:26.000 to put someone's, you ever been a waiter?

00:44:27.500 Yeah.

00:44:28.120 It's one of the worst jobs I've ever had.

00:44:29.420 When you forget to put someone's food in, the panic that sets into your, the panic that

00:44:34.220 goes in your heart, I didn't put their food in. 1.00

00:44:35.660 I didn't put their fucking food in. 0.99

00:44:36.820 And then I remember thinking to myself, no one, I used to work in a place called the Jekyll 0.99

00:44:39.780 and Hyde Club.

00:44:40.420 It was a themed restaurant.

00:44:41.360 It was a haunted restaurant.

00:44:42.540 And I remember thinking to myself, you know what?

00:44:43.920 No one here is starving.

00:44:45.660 No one's like, I am literally on the verge of death.

00:44:48.880 Jekyll and Hyde Club.

00:44:50.960 Gots to go to the Jekyll and Hyde Club.

00:44:52.280 And I bet, and that waiter better not have forgotten to put my food in.

00:44:54.500 So now I thought to myself, no one here is starving.

00:44:56.400 No one here is dying.

00:44:57.220 It doesn't matter.

00:44:57.780 I forgot your food.

00:44:58.520 It'll be fine.

00:44:59.420 It's a beautiful thing.

00:45:00.260 It'll be fine.

00:45:00.880 I wish, I feel like that's the absence of anxiety.

00:45:03.060 I don't know if you have any.

00:45:04.180 But then I get a little too nihilistic sometimes.

00:45:06.520 Right.

00:45:06.700 I'm like, nothing matters.

00:45:07.940 Yeah.

00:45:09.020 Yeah.

00:45:09.380 There is a balance to it, isn't it?

00:45:10.740 Yeah.

00:45:11.000 I can do anything I want.

00:45:12.320 And I'm like, whoa, whoa, whoa.

00:45:13.140 Reel it back, man.

00:45:13.820 Reel it back.

00:45:14.600 Reel it in.

00:45:15.380 Reel it in.

00:45:16.260 A little too much freedom.

00:45:16.600 Yeah, a little much.

00:45:17.400 Do you have any other niche interests like that, like space?

00:45:20.320 I've always been a big fan of wrestling.

00:45:23.120 I grew up watching WWF so long ago that it was called the WWF.

00:45:27.080 And I was upset.

00:45:27.580 I love it when we went from space to the WWE.

00:45:29.520 Oh, my God.

00:45:31.260 I can't believe that my mom didn't believe that when they said I was autistic.

00:45:35.100 What?

00:45:36.220 My mom was like, not my baby.

00:45:37.900 They're over-diagnosing.

00:45:39.300 They're like, no, you're fine.

00:45:40.040 Meanwhile, you're calculating the weight of light in your room.

00:45:42.680 Literally.

00:45:42.780 So you can try and run faster than the speed of light.

00:45:44.960 Literally. 1.00

00:45:45.740 And you have a fucking WWE championship belt on. 1.00

00:45:48.200 I wanted one to not buy me the belt. 1.00

00:45:49.880 I had to make one myself.

00:45:50.940 I made one myself out of tinfoil and cardboard.

00:45:53.620 I wanted to be Mankind or The Rock or D'Lo Brown or Farouk or The Undertaker.

00:46:01.320 That's so sick.

00:46:01.840 But I wanted it more than I wanted my next breath.

00:46:04.220 So when I was a kid, I thought that my job was going to be, I was going to grow up to either

00:46:06.680 be an announcer or a manager for the WWF.

00:46:09.540 Have you ever tried to do anything with a WWE?

00:46:11.600 Well, Nikki Garcia, who's on my season of The Traitors, she's getting back into wrestling.

00:46:15.760 She's did WrestleMania. 1.00

00:46:16.400 And I was like, I should be her manager. 1.00

00:46:19.660 I should be her fucking manager. 0.99

00:46:20.800 You should go and do like an announcing thing. 0.99

00:46:22.880 They have people do stuff all the time for them.

00:46:24.440 I need to do it.

00:46:25.160 If anyone's watching out there, Nikki Garcia, I'm begging.

00:46:27.060 I'm literally begging at this point.

00:46:28.260 I'm literally humbling myself because nothing matters.

00:46:30.800 I can be humble now.

00:46:31.620 There you go.

00:46:32.500 I'm humbling myself.

00:46:33.280 Just give me one week.

00:46:34.580 You know what's funny is a lot of Samoan people love WWE.

00:46:40.220 Yeah.

00:46:40.820 My dad has been a WWE fan forever.

00:46:43.520 I don't know what it is about that.

00:46:44.720 I think we just, I think some when people find joy in it because you get to hurt people

00:46:48.700 and it's funny.

00:46:49.720 Probably.

00:46:50.400 It's Broadway.

00:46:51.740 Yeah.

00:46:52.080 It's literally Broadway.

00:46:53.320 It's some of the most remarkable storytelling in the history of time.

00:46:56.540 Here's why.

00:46:57.220 It is a play or a TV show that happens in real time.

00:47:02.820 So when you watch, I don't know, Severance.

00:47:06.060 Right.

00:47:06.660 Once the episode ends, next week the episode airs and it's only been five minutes for them.

00:47:12.120 Yeah.

00:47:12.440 But it's been a week for you when you are on wrestling, when the show finished airing,

00:47:17.620 a week for you is a week for The Undertaker.

00:47:19.700 He lived a whole week.

00:47:21.640 You are living your lives in real time with these fictional characters at the same time.

00:47:27.140 Yeah.

00:47:27.380 It's really, and it's just, it's so fantastical.

00:47:30.080 It's so over the top.

00:47:31.180 There's magic.

00:47:32.000 It's drag, honestly.

00:47:32.960 And a lot of Samoans are big in wrestling.

00:47:35.800 Yeah, they are.

00:47:36.540 Huge in wrestling.

00:47:37.120 They're huge in wrestling.

00:47:37.880 The Usos, Rikishi, Roman Reigns.

00:47:41.700 The way I love Rikishi so much.

00:47:45.040 I loved Rikishi.

00:47:46.660 He was, he follows me on Instagram.

00:47:48.660 Shout out.

00:47:48.980 Oh! 0.60

00:47:49.820 Love him.

00:47:50.580 And I had to explain to some of my other friends. 0.99

00:47:53.560 I had to explain my friend about his like signature move when he like puts his big fat ass on people. 0.99

00:47:58.720 And then rubs. 1.00

00:48:00.460 Yeah.

00:48:00.840 Or he jumps from the top rope and sits.

00:48:02.380 And crushes you.

00:48:03.120 And then rubs. 0.66

00:48:04.140 Love it.

00:48:04.900 That's a Sam joke through and through. 1.00

00:48:06.960 Like, it's like, what if I just slam my big fat ass on them? 0.99

00:48:09.560 His name is Sam? 1.00

00:48:10.500 No, a Sam is like someone.

00:48:11.960 Oh, got it.

00:48:13.580 I honestly don't know Rikishi's real name.

00:48:15.280 I'm like, Rikishi's name is Sam?

00:48:16.520 I actually don't know Rikishi's real name.

00:48:18.040 My name is Carl.

00:48:18.560 I will say Roman Reigns, I've been trying to get on my show for a while.

00:48:21.800 Been trying to get him.

00:48:22.760 Roman Reigns had a really rough go at things.

00:48:24.420 He did.

00:48:25.080 If I'm being honest, like my fiance gets compared to Jason Momoa a lot.

00:48:28.260 But I think he looks so much like Roman Reigns.

00:48:30.820 Like, they look almost identical compared to Jason Momoa.

00:48:34.380 But like, now when I see him, I'm like a little weird.

00:48:36.760 His mom was just so famous.

00:48:37.820 What happened?

00:48:38.220 Jason Momoa was just so much more famous.

00:48:39.540 Yeah.

00:48:40.060 And then my fiance had the blonde in his hair for a little bit. 1.00

00:48:43.220 So I think that kind of threw people off.

00:48:44.500 But I was like, Roman Reigns is like alleged.

00:48:46.700 I've met John Cena.

00:48:47.440 Have you ever met John Cena?

00:48:48.400 I never met John Cena, but I met his ex-girlfriend, Nikki Garcia.

00:48:51.300 That's right.

00:48:51.440 Yeah.

00:48:51.600 So I, like John Cena, I interviewed at the Argyle premiere that was like in London.

00:48:56.980 That was when I went to London for the first time.

00:48:58.860 And one of my fun questions I cleared through Universal and they were cool with, which I was glad.

00:49:02.860 I was like, each of the characters I talked to, I asked like if one of the characters they're known for could beat Argyle in like hand-to-hand fight.

00:49:10.620 Yeah.

00:49:10.820 Like, who would win?

00:49:11.560 So I said, WWE John Cena and Argyle, like, who do you think's winning? 0.99

00:49:16.560 And he's like, well, Argyle has all those fucking tools. 0.97

00:49:19.440 And then I was like, no, hand-to-hand. 0.99

00:49:21.340 Like, you're John Cena.

00:49:22.480 Well, that's why Argyle can't see him.

00:49:23.720 Yeah.

00:49:24.000 That's what I said.

00:49:24.600 I said, what do you mean?

00:49:25.260 I could barely see you when you first walked up.

00:49:27.740 And then he literally was like, no tools at all.

00:49:30.800 And I go, no.

00:49:31.240 He goes, the invisible man, John Cena.

00:49:33.060 You can't see him.

00:49:33.800 Yeah.

00:49:34.280 You can't see him.

00:49:34.880 You can't see me.

00:49:35.940 It's so, listen.

00:49:36.880 It's so fun.

00:49:37.800 I love wrestling.

00:49:39.140 I just love it.

00:49:40.740 It's just, I could go on for days about this.

00:49:42.920 Did you watch Iron Claw?

00:49:44.440 I did.

00:49:45.520 Did you like it?

00:49:46.380 I didn't.

00:49:47.380 Why?

00:49:48.460 I gotta say, there are so many remarkable stories you can tell of wrestlers.

00:49:52.720 And why that one?

00:49:54.440 No shade.

00:49:55.420 Because it's tragic, I think.

00:49:56.960 I mean, it's like, everyone's died.

00:49:58.240 My brother died.

00:49:59.120 My other brother died.

00:50:00.200 And it is sad.

00:50:01.360 I want to say, it is very, very sad.

00:50:03.740 You could tell Chyna's story.

00:50:05.860 You could tell Mick Foley's story.

00:50:07.380 Mick Foley's story?

00:50:08.980 Or even Ric Flair.

00:50:09.940 Do you know how crazy Mick Foley's story is?

00:50:14.200 Do you know how crazy these stories are?

00:50:16.820 They are.

00:50:17.240 There are so many WWE people have the craziest lore.

00:50:20.680 Like, Trish Stratus.

00:50:21.560 Trish Stratus.

00:50:23.020 Camp.

00:50:23.840 I love it.

00:50:24.380 It's so good.

00:50:24.640 It's so drag. 0.95

00:50:25.600 And the only reason I brought up Iron Claw.

00:50:26.920 Sable?

00:50:27.660 Yeah.

00:50:28.140 Oh, yeah.

00:50:28.640 It was because of Ric Flair. 1.00

00:50:30.640 Because one of my favorite scenes in that movie is when, you know, they take the shit 0.99

00:50:34.580 so seriously, the brothers. 0.99

00:50:36.040 And then Ric Flair comes in and he's like, oh, man, that was fucking awesome.

00:50:40.620 Yeah. 0.85

00:50:40.800 Yeah.

00:50:40.840 And then he's like, you and me, a beer.

00:50:42.980 And I was thinking, it's just never that serious to him.

00:50:45.020 He's just there for a good time.

00:50:46.280 I love that.

00:50:47.420 Yeah.

00:50:47.600 I want to see Ric Flair's story.

00:50:48.800 Yeah.

00:50:49.440 When Ric Flair came in for just a moment.

00:50:51.320 Okay.

00:50:51.560 So, real tea is, I famously called Zac Efron, I mean, Zac Efron a bad actor on TV.

00:50:58.460 I did.

00:50:59.300 I was with his brother on The Traders and he goes, I grew up with an actor.

00:51:03.620 And then on a, I just said, not a good one.

00:51:06.280 I just threw that out there.

00:51:07.820 I didn't really have any strong opinions about Zac Efron's acting.

00:51:11.000 You told Zac Efron's brother?

00:51:11.140 I called him that on TV to his brother.

00:51:13.360 Yeah.

00:51:13.680 So, I was like, not a good one.

00:51:14.860 And then Dolores was like, oh, that's not nice.

00:51:18.700 I was like, I know that's why I said it.

00:51:19.780 So, I had this whole thing and then everyone's talking to me like, have you seen Iron Claw?

00:51:23.720 Have you seen Iron Claw?

00:51:24.640 Have you seen Iron Claw?

00:51:25.580 And to be clear, I don't think Zac Efron was bad in Iron Claw.

00:51:27.900 No, no, no.

00:51:28.400 I just didn't think it was a good movie.

00:51:30.140 As a lover of the WWF, you would prefer to see another story.

00:51:35.120 I want to see Mick Foley's story.

00:51:36.520 That's cool.

00:51:37.080 Mick Foley has such an interesting story.

00:51:39.220 Love that.

00:51:40.000 What an interesting journey.

00:51:41.500 Mick Foley used to film himself doing these crazy hardcore stunts.

00:51:47.040 And that's how he got on.

00:51:48.560 He would like jump off his roof onto tables and break them and be like, cast me in the

00:51:53.200 WWF.

00:51:53.940 And that got so famous that they had to start sitting up and being like, hey guys, do not

00:51:57.980 film yourself.

00:51:59.560 Jumping off of your roof.

00:52:01.060 Do not set yourself on fire.

00:52:02.320 Do not jump on barbed wire.

00:52:03.500 We will not hire you. 1.00

00:52:04.980 That's crazy.

00:52:05.360 We will not cast you.

00:52:06.180 We did that one time.

00:52:07.220 Mick Foley did a good job.

00:52:08.500 We're done with that.

00:52:09.580 We are close.

00:52:10.960 All right.

00:52:11.300 Also, low key, bring back still chairs.

00:52:13.440 Is that horrible?

00:52:13.900 Is that a bad take?

00:52:14.700 I don't think so.

00:52:15.680 Bring back still chairs.

00:52:16.700 It's all stage fighting at the end of the day.

00:52:20.020 I mean, there is a lot of injury.

00:52:20.980 There is real fighting.

00:52:21.780 Yeah.

00:52:21.920 But I'm saying they're like stuntmen.

00:52:23.380 Yeah, they are stuntmen.

00:52:24.220 Yeah.

00:52:24.480 Which is the same energy you can get as a stuntman.

00:52:26.840 Right.

00:52:27.100 But also, stuntmen don't work like three, two shows a week for 20 years. 0.99

00:52:33.880 I've seen someone call WWE Broadway for stupid people, which like. 0.99

00:52:37.900 I'll take it. 0.99

00:52:38.800 It's kind of funny.

00:52:39.840 I'll take it.

00:52:40.180 In terms of like costumes, character, pageantry, like all of that.

00:52:44.400 I love how they stay in character even when they do.

00:52:48.300 Other interviews.

00:52:49.140 Yeah.

00:52:49.280 Like press before and after.

00:52:50.780 It's so good.

00:52:51.240 I love it.

00:52:51.780 Like they keep this fake beef alive and sometimes it's real, sometimes it's not.

00:52:56.000 Well, sometimes they have to push it.

00:52:57.100 So Jerry Lawler famously slapped.

00:53:01.080 What's the comedian?

00:53:01.960 He did.

00:53:02.580 Jim Carrey played him in the film Man on the Moon, Man on the Moon.

00:53:06.180 Andy Kaufman. 0.98

00:53:07.260 So Jerry Lawler slapped the shit out of Andy Kaufman on live TV. 1.00

00:53:12.720 Damn. 1.00

00:53:13.120 Because Andy Kaufman kept being like, it's fake. 0.99

00:53:14.600 And Andy Kaufman might have been in it, but he slapped the.

00:53:17.220 And it was for real a slap?

00:53:18.320 Oh, he slapped the taste out of his mouth. 1.00

00:53:20.460 Damn. 1.00

00:53:20.560 He slapped this man on live TV on a late night show because he kept calling it fake. 0.99

00:53:25.840 And then Jerry Lawler goes, oh, you want to see how fake it is?

00:53:27.740 And he just, he slapped him.

00:53:29.420 There was another guy one time who choked out some interview.

00:53:34.900 They really don't like me calling it fake.

00:53:36.000 They don't, they don't care anymore.

00:53:37.100 Yeah.

00:53:37.440 Back in the day, they really protected that it was, that it was staged.

00:53:40.080 Yeah.

00:53:40.180 They really protected how fake it was.

00:53:41.380 And one guy was like, oh, you want to see how hard it is?

00:53:44.020 And then he was like, he was like, yeah, put me in a chokehold.

00:53:47.120 Choked him out on live TV.

00:53:49.560 The dedication.

00:53:51.240 It's crazy.

00:53:52.140 Straight men are so. 1.00

00:53:53.900 Insane. 1.00

00:53:54.680 They're imprisoned by their own toxic masculinity. 0.98

00:53:56.700 It's insane.

00:53:57.860 And I watched it, baited breath and choked.

00:54:02.680 And I was eating it up. 0.96

00:54:03.780 Oh, and they're also wearing these like slutty little outfits. 1.00

00:54:06.380 Right. 0.99

00:54:06.640 They're so slutty. 1.00

00:54:07.720 Tits out, sweaty. 1.00

00:54:09.280 The men.

00:54:10.000 The men.

00:54:10.480 I know.

00:54:11.380 I'm talking about the men.

00:54:12.360 Yeah.

00:54:12.520 Thank you.

00:54:12.940 I'm glad we're going to say page 14.

00:54:14.680 Yeah. 0.98

00:54:15.700 So slutty. 0.99

00:54:16.700 Oh, I got my rocks off. 0.99

00:54:19.620 I'm not going to lie to you.

00:54:20.520 I got my rocks off, baby.

00:54:22.440 Oh, I could talk about wrestling all day.

00:54:26.420 I love it.

00:54:27.120 Well, there's, and there's a duo in the WWF still now that's called the Usos, which are like,

00:54:32.500 they're two brothers and Uso means brother and someone.

00:54:36.080 Got it.

00:54:36.200 And they're just two someone brothers.

00:54:37.160 But they're just like two little cannonballs. 1.00

00:54:38.980 Like they just attack together and shit. 0.99

00:54:40.460 And I'm like, I know so much about WWE solely because like my culture just really loves that. 0.99

00:54:46.200 They just have really latched on to WWE.

00:54:48.000 It's true.

00:54:48.660 And I'm like, whatever works for you guys.

00:54:50.660 I don't care.

00:54:51.100 It's great.

00:54:51.640 I'm going to get my way into WWE at some point.

00:54:53.840 Yeah.

00:54:54.060 Nikki Garcia.

00:54:54.700 What would your name be?

00:54:56.220 Oh, my God.

00:54:56.820 If you were a wrestler.

00:54:57.340 I haven't even got it.

00:54:58.180 I couldn't be a wrestler.

00:54:59.820 Because you've met wrestlers.

00:55:01.680 Yeah.

00:55:02.040 Y'all.

00:55:02.720 When I tell you these are the largest people you've ever seen in your life.

00:55:04.740 No, they're jacked for real.

00:55:06.240 Like it's all very real.

00:55:09.060 Shoulder to shoulder.

00:55:10.300 Up, down.

00:55:11.380 Hip to hip.

00:55:12.060 Front to hip.

00:55:12.320 These are massive.

00:55:14.000 You've never met people this big in your life.

00:55:15.640 Yeah.

00:55:15.880 Like me and John Cena were around the same height.

00:55:18.600 Like he was a little bit taller than me.

00:55:20.720 But he was big.

00:55:21.480 Like he was a big dude.

00:55:22.660 Like he's like.

00:55:22.980 Humongous.

00:55:23.240 Humongous.

00:55:23.840 You know what I mean?

00:55:24.480 I don't.

00:55:25.420 The tiniest wrestler was this guy named X-Pac.

00:55:27.820 He was so tiny.

00:55:29.200 Six foot two, 220 pounds.

00:55:31.940 They used to throw this man around the.

00:55:33.360 I mean, Rey Mysterio was pretty small as well.

00:55:35.480 Yeah.

00:55:36.420 Christian was one of the small guys.

00:55:37.880 Can you Google how tall Christian the wrestler?

00:55:39.340 I love making people Google things.

00:55:41.180 I love having on-site Googlers.

00:55:44.240 Oh, I love.

00:55:45.040 I Google things most of all the time.

00:55:46.300 Six one.

00:55:46.840 Six one.

00:55:47.620 That's crazy.

00:55:47.900 He was one of the tiny ones.

00:55:49.960 He was a little man.

00:55:51.400 Even the women are really tall too. 0.99

00:55:52.920 A lot of them are tall too.

00:55:54.120 Yeah.

00:55:54.260 Which I think I got to see you there.

00:55:56.300 I need you to be an announcer.

00:55:57.440 I think my goal right now is to be a manager. 1.00

00:55:59.720 Because I want to do the shit talking on the camera. 1.00

00:56:02.140 That's so fun though. 0.99

00:56:03.120 I want to walk my wrestler to the stage. 0.99

00:56:04.340 I want to shit talk for them. 0.99

00:56:05.640 I want to big up them. 0.99

00:56:06.680 I want them to throw someone out of the ring. 1.00

00:56:09.180 And I want to get a cheap shot in.

00:56:11.240 Throw in a little uppercut. 0.99

00:56:13.020 You can body slam me. 0.99

00:56:13.920 I can take a hit. 0.99

00:56:15.400 Body slam me on something, honey. 0.97

00:56:16.560 I'm going to manifest that for you.

00:56:17.900 Please do.

00:56:18.320 I would love to manifest that for you.

00:56:20.640 Can you come to one of my games? 0.94

00:56:22.800 I'm so gay. 0.90

00:56:24.680 Can you come to my play rehearsal? 0.77

00:56:27.140 My audition?

00:56:28.140 Yeah, my audition.

00:56:29.160 If I get it, I really want you at one of the matches.

00:56:32.260 I would love to come.

00:56:33.920 Yeah.

00:56:34.140 I would love to go in general.

00:56:36.300 But especially if you're there.

00:56:37.660 I've only been to one wrestling match in real life.

00:56:39.320 I went to Macon, Georgia.

00:56:41.060 And I remember Kevin Nash standing near me.

00:56:43.500 And Rikishi was there.

00:56:44.980 Rikishi was there.

00:56:45.900 And I remember thinking, I remember Kevin Nash kind of like walked near me.

00:56:49.180 And I was looking vertically.

00:56:52.000 And I think to myself like, this might be the largest man I've ever seen in my life.

00:56:56.900 And I saw Hulk Hogan.

00:56:58.800 Boo.

00:56:59.620 I saw Hulk Hogan in a boo.

00:57:02.160 Sorry.

00:57:02.740 I can't say his name without saying that.

00:57:04.080 In a Delta Sky Lounge once.

00:57:06.040 These men have ruined their bodies. 0.96

00:57:08.240 He's crooked. 1.00

00:57:09.080 He's built like a fucking. 1.00

00:57:09.900 He's drawn like a Tim Burton character. 1.00

00:57:11.660 He's like sliding, leaning over.

00:57:13.360 He's got like a very. 1.00

00:57:14.240 I could have whooped his fucking ass. 1.00

00:57:16.920 Right there by the fucking pita chips. 1.00

00:57:18.340 As you should. 1.00

00:57:19.320 And I should have. 0.99

00:57:19.800 As you fucking should have. 0.99

00:57:21.280 We should just go to a match together. 0.99

00:57:22.940 Uh.

00:57:23.420 Let's just go and watch.

00:57:24.040 Don't tip me.

00:57:24.760 I want to go.

00:57:25.240 We'll go and we'll cheer.

00:57:26.360 And we'll.

00:57:26.480 They probably do it in the Kia Forum or something.

00:57:27.980 I bet.

00:57:28.600 But I haven't watched wrestling in so long.

00:57:30.280 That I don't know like who's.

00:57:31.620 All the new people.

00:57:32.660 Yeah.

00:57:33.140 No, we got to go to like an OG one.

00:57:34.860 Like with all people that you recognize.

00:57:36.160 I'm going to be cheering when the Undertaker comes.

00:57:37.360 I'm going to be the old man. 0.85

00:57:38.200 Like Undertaker.

00:57:39.680 Tombstone.

00:57:40.240 Back in my day.

00:57:41.260 Yeah, that's the whole goal starter.

00:57:44.720 Oh my God.

00:57:45.720 Well, speaking of dreams or goals, right?

00:57:48.000 Because that's a goal for you.

00:57:49.120 Mm-hmm.

00:57:49.800 Today we have a new segment.

00:57:51.440 Okay.

00:57:51.680 Sponsored by Netflix.

00:57:53.380 Thank you, Netflix.

00:57:55.260 There's a new Netflix movie coming out.

00:57:56.820 I have an idea for a subscription service.

00:57:58.220 Oh, okay.

00:58:00.040 You give me 50 bucks a month.

00:58:03.360 And at some point I just pop out.

00:58:06.880 I don't know where we're going to be at.

00:58:08.640 I tap in the nuts.

00:58:09.980 It's called Netflix.

00:58:12.000 I'm sorry.

00:58:12.880 Continue.

00:58:13.240 Tap it or you punch it.

00:58:14.480 No, like a.

00:58:15.580 A tap is.

00:58:16.560 A tap can really debilitate you.

00:58:18.300 Do more than enough.

00:58:19.120 Just a.

00:58:19.660 It delivers the message.

00:58:20.800 Yeah, they can really.

00:58:22.400 That should be one that people subscribe to.

00:58:24.600 Subscribe other people they dislike to.

00:58:26.820 There it is.

00:58:27.480 That's why.

00:58:27.920 They're like, I need you to send a Netflix to this person.

00:58:30.240 I want to send one to Hulk Hogan.

00:58:32.080 Netflix.

00:58:32.940 Oh, sorry.

00:58:33.320 Go ahead.

00:58:33.560 Are you saying Netflix?

00:58:34.080 Netflix.

00:58:35.180 So there's a new Netflix movie coming out soon called The Lifeless.

00:58:38.860 And it's about a young woman who is sent on a quest by her late mother to complete her

00:58:42.880 teenage life list, which is like a bucket list.

00:58:45.180 Like her mom.

00:58:45.600 Like her mom said before she died.

00:58:47.360 Yeah, I think so.

00:58:48.560 So in the spirit of the life list, we're going to talk about our own bucket list.

00:58:52.700 And I want to know what you used to have on your bucket list that you've already checked

00:58:56.380 off and what you still want to accomplish that you haven't crossed out yet.

00:59:00.040 Obviously, we know WWE is on there.

00:59:01.820 Yes.

00:59:02.380 Yeah.

00:59:03.160 A stand-up comedy special.

00:59:04.300 I've had two already.

00:59:05.820 Love.

00:59:07.140 Winning RuPaul's Drag Race.

00:59:09.040 Done that.

00:59:10.240 What I'm working toward is I want to.

00:59:13.080 I have a book coming out on March 25th.

00:59:14.880 It's called Harriet Tubman Live in Concert.

00:59:17.820 Yes.

00:59:18.240 I would love to join the ranks of you and become a New York Times bestseller.

00:59:21.880 I love that.

00:59:22.440 That would be really, really exciting for me.

00:59:24.920 I'm so proud of this book.

00:59:26.320 It is one of the best things I've ever written in my life.

00:59:28.360 Writing prose is so much different than writing, you know, jokes and poems and raps.

00:59:32.940 Yeah.

00:59:33.380 It took me.

00:59:34.120 I don't know how long it took you to write your book, but it took me an embarrassingly

00:59:36.840 long time.

00:59:37.840 I don't want to.

00:59:38.560 I don't.

00:59:39.040 I want you to go first because I don't want to.

00:59:41.300 I think I wrote the whole thing and probably like, I would say like a year, like four years.

00:59:47.340 That's not bad.

00:59:48.400 It took me four years to write like 240 pages.

00:59:50.900 That is a page like every 10 days.

00:59:53.300 That sounds like to me, that sounds like you care a lot about it.

00:59:56.100 So you're taking time.

00:59:57.060 I did.

00:59:57.660 Yeah.

00:59:57.780 I filmed three seasons of a TV show.

01:00:00.220 I toured with Madonna.

01:00:01.260 I recorded.

01:00:01.540 Oh, see, I didn't do any of that.

01:00:03.820 I recorded a stand up comedy special.

01:00:05.500 I went on The Traitors.

01:00:06.120 I did a lot that time.

01:00:07.180 Yeah.

01:00:07.420 You sure did, Queen. 0.99

01:00:08.600 So that's why I said, yeah, I didn't do any of that shit when I was writing mine. 0.98

01:00:11.740 So that makes a lot more sense. 0.97

01:00:13.300 Yeah.

01:00:13.720 Because you're a lot more famous and busy than me.

01:00:15.880 But you're not better than me.

01:00:18.920 Just different than you.

01:00:19.980 Just different.

01:00:20.640 Just different.

01:00:21.120 You're a different stage of life because you're so much older.

01:00:23.120 I am.

01:00:23.660 A little bit.

01:00:24.400 What did any leaks go?

01:00:25.320 Not much.

01:00:26.340 We can clear that up though.

01:00:27.340 We can clear that up.

01:00:29.160 Well, 43.

01:00:30.840 I'm 43 to be exact.

01:00:32.720 Yeah.

01:00:33.460 Exactly.

01:00:35.340 So I love that.

01:00:36.800 I think those are all wonderful.

01:00:37.700 And also, wow, what a list you've already crossed off. 0.96

01:00:39.620 That's fucking awesome. 0.95

01:00:40.240 And some stuff that I never, ever thought. 0.98

01:00:42.780 To do a world tour with the Queen of Pop, I never.

01:00:46.460 It's crazy.

01:00:47.080 It wasn't even on the list.

01:00:48.380 I know.

01:00:48.780 It wasn't even on the list.

01:00:50.120 I was like, oh, wow, the list is updating itself.

01:00:52.320 Yeah.

01:00:53.380 Google Maps has updated itself. 1.00

01:00:54.880 Damn. 1.00

01:00:55.060 This is crazy. 1.00

01:00:56.320 And how was that?

01:00:57.240 It was really remarkable.

01:00:58.260 I mean, I love Madonna.

01:00:59.740 She's, to me, she's so funny.

01:01:01.100 She's so camp.

01:01:02.100 She's so iconic.

01:01:03.320 And honestly, what I really love about working with her, she really respects me as an artist.

01:01:06.500 Sometimes as a drag queen, people are like, come here and read me and host my brunch. 1.00

01:01:11.920 I'm like, girl, if you think I'm at a point in my career where I'm hosting your fucking brunch at, you know, Marie's Pickle Shack, you've lost your fucking mind. 0.99

01:01:20.760 That's not where I am in my career these days. 0.98

01:01:22.380 But Madonna, like she didn't, I was, even without having to advocate for it, I had roles in the show that were in drag, roles that were out of drag.

01:01:30.500 I helped create the show.

01:01:31.920 So, like, I got to be there with Madonna creating a 40-year retrospective on her iconic work.

01:01:39.020 That's so amazing.

01:01:39.600 Like, what more could you ask for?

01:01:40.500 And seen as you are, which is an artist.

01:01:42.520 Yeah.

01:01:42.680 You are an artist in so many ways.

01:01:44.080 And that's, and you're right, because, like, a lot of times what people know you for, they tend to pigeonhole you.

01:01:48.780 Like, even indirectly sometimes, they, like, they kind of are like, I know what you mean.

01:01:53.140 Like, why don't you come down here and read me, queen?

01:01:55.220 Yeah, how often do you get that?

01:01:56.060 Make fun of me.

01:01:56.880 All the time, but it's almost, it's more so just like, oh, speaking of books, right?

01:02:01.480 Like, the few reviews I've ever seen about my book that weren't, they weren't bad reviews.

01:02:05.300 They were just like, um, I give this three stars or I give this four stars.

01:02:09.020 And then it's always white women. 1.00

01:02:11.340 And the reviews sound almost exactly the same, which is they say things like, I don't know.

01:02:16.160 I just, like, I already knew all this.

01:02:17.940 And I also thought you were going to, like, teach me how to make fun of men.

01:02:21.860 I bet you were going to, like, give me, like, insult ideas. 0.98

01:02:24.340 And I'm like, how the fuck would I put that in a book? 0.97

01:02:25.940 I'm already giving you hours and hours and hours of TikTok. 1.00

01:02:28.280 Just go study the fucking blueprint, bitch. 1.00

01:02:30.260 What the fuck? 1.00

01:02:30.840 But it's literally, like, it's white women telling, like, white straight cis women telling me, 1.00

01:02:35.800 I already knew all this.

01:02:37.060 I doubt it.

01:02:37.660 You're younger than me.

01:02:38.340 You're 21, yeah?

01:02:39.360 Okay. 0.89

01:02:39.780 You lying, you lying.

01:02:40.760 I've never been so thin.

01:02:41.600 I was like, your intersectionality is more advanced than mine?

01:02:46.180 Okay.

01:02:46.840 No, for sure.

01:02:47.660 You can't tell someone who thinks they know everything.

01:02:49.260 I know.

01:02:49.720 That's why I was, like, and it always ends with, I thought you were going to teach me

01:02:53.700 how to make fun of men. 1.00

01:02:55.440 I'm trying to teach you how to fucking rip them out of your brain stem. 1.00

01:02:58.880 That's what I'm trying to teach you. 0.99

01:02:59.820 I'm not trying to teach you how to, like, it's just like, if you just tell me how to, 0.99

01:03:03.960 like, tell them they have little dicks and stuff. 0.99

01:03:06.660 I'm like, you can't do that on your own? 1.00

01:03:07.940 Just don't have little dicks. 1.00

01:03:08.580 You need that from me? 0.99

01:03:10.080 But also, my idea of an insult to a man is not something like that, because I feel like

01:03:14.360 that's really low-hanging fruit.

01:03:16.380 So it's like.

01:03:16.720 It's not hanging out low.

01:03:18.040 Right.

01:03:18.800 Not low enough for my taste.

01:03:20.180 For a Netflix?

01:03:21.280 For a Netflix.

01:03:23.220 I feel like it's one of those where I'm like, my idea of insulting them doesn't involve 0.96

01:03:28.440 really low-brow shit like that, because that's not funny to me. 0.96

01:03:31.340 I was like, do you want to make fun of them, or do you want to live up here? 0.99

01:03:36.320 Because that's the difference between you and I.

01:03:38.200 I once did a roast tour with Jinx of Monsoon.

01:03:41.620 Oh, yeah.

01:03:41.900 And she's really, really interested in being very, very PC.

01:03:45.480 Yeah.

01:03:45.800 So she was like, at this roast, when you go to a roast, the point is, like, the gloves

01:03:49.380 are off.

01:03:49.700 You say anything.

01:03:50.160 Yeah, there's, like, no limits.

01:03:51.260 We're all consenting to this.

01:03:52.680 Right.

01:03:53.020 Everyone in the room who's watching is consenting.

01:03:54.380 Everyone who is getting roasted, we're all consenting to it.

01:03:56.460 So it's like, it's fine.

01:03:57.060 Say the jokes you want to say.

01:03:57.800 I'm going to say some jokes, too.

01:03:59.220 Right.

01:03:59.480 But Jinx is like, I don't want to participate in that, so I'm just going to, I'm not going

01:04:04.380 to do any jokes about anyone's physical appearance or their race or anything like that.

01:04:08.080 So instead, what she thought was a better take was to do just deep personal attacks on 0.83

01:04:12.020 us as people. 1.00

01:04:14.700 I was like, bitch, make fun of my makeup. 1.00

01:04:16.760 The fuck is this? 1.00

01:04:17.960 Well, damn. 1.00

01:04:18.960 She's like, well, no one likes you. 1.00

01:04:20.160 You don't have any friends.

01:04:21.180 People don't trust you. 0.95

01:04:22.780 I was like, go back to the black jokes. 0.98

01:04:24.760 At least I've heard all of those already.

01:04:27.960 Right.

01:04:28.520 That was crazy.

01:04:29.620 I'd rather be called a slur.

01:04:30.820 You're actually really hard to talk to.

01:04:32.320 People don't trust you.

01:04:33.200 Your friends don't feel comfortable around you.

01:04:38.200 You leave and have a couple phone calls to make.

01:04:40.760 That's crazy.

01:04:42.480 And the fact that she thought that would hurt less is crazy to me.

01:04:48.620 That was insane. 1.00

01:04:49.600 You're fucking crazy. 1.00

01:04:50.980 Okay, well, I think your bucket list is wonderful. 1.00

01:04:54.960 Thank you.

01:04:55.560 And on my bucket list, I really want to be cast in something as like, I want to be principal

01:05:04.820 cast in something, whether it's a movie or a TV show.

01:05:07.400 And I've been manifesting it for myself.

01:05:08.780 But not staged, though?

01:05:10.280 No, because I can't sing or anything.

01:05:12.120 Well, there's plays where you don't have to act.

01:05:13.840 Like straight plays, yeah.

01:05:14.700 That's true. 0.99

01:05:15.280 I could do, but then if there's no music, what's the fucking point? 0.98

01:05:18.920 That's how I feel. 0.98

01:05:19.820 Might as well be watching Shakespeare.

01:05:21.980 No, I like straight theater, but yeah, I understand.

01:05:23.940 No, I do love theater.

01:05:24.920 Musicals are exciting.

01:05:26.020 I know.

01:05:26.440 I think it's just I feel like a hater because I can't sing, so that's probably why.

01:05:30.940 Well, imagine my shock.

01:05:31.720 I moved to New York City to become a famous Broadway actor.

01:05:34.940 Imagine my shock when I got there to realize you got to be able to sing and dance to be

01:05:37.740 on Broadway. 0.97

01:05:39.360 How dumb did I feel getting sent out of every call? 1.00

01:05:42.080 They're like, bitch, you can't sing. 1.00

01:05:43.560 I was like, oh, okay. 1.00

01:05:44.700 I didn't realize that was a requirement.

01:05:46.360 Y'all didn't say that. 0.99

01:05:46.920 You should have said that before I bought my fucking ticket to this town. 0.99

01:05:49.520 That would have been nice to know when I was living in Columbus, Georgia, literally. 0.99

01:05:53.840 You should put it on the sign then.

01:05:55.280 Well, I mean, I absolutely see that for you.

01:05:57.400 You know, you got to become friends with a casting director.

01:05:59.620 You know what?

01:06:00.340 But the more I've talked about acting with my friends in the business who have been in things

01:06:05.660 and acted in things, whatever, so many of them have told me it's like truly just like

01:06:10.040 what they're into.

01:06:11.380 Truly.

01:06:11.980 So like one of my friends told me that she's been in the room with showrunners as like a

01:06:15.320 writer and stuff and she's like when they're casting and they'll watch the first like

01:06:19.660 10 seconds of someone's self-tape or slate or whatever.

01:06:23.960 And immediately they go, no, next.

01:06:26.220 Because it's not who they were picturing.

01:06:27.960 Yeah.

01:06:28.320 Which to me, honestly, I feel like it gives me a lot of like freedom in it because I'm

01:06:32.820 like, oh, well, then it's just subjective.

01:06:34.220 Yeah.

01:06:34.360 It's not really a testament of skill.

01:06:36.160 When I moved to next year, I remember auditioning for, I can't remember any names today.

01:06:42.540 The Audrey McDonald play that she did is written by Aaron's and Flaherty, Ragtime.

01:06:47.780 And they do this thing where before you give them your headshot, before you give them your

01:06:53.620 resume, you all just stand in a line and they just go, no, no, yes, no, no, no, no, yes.

01:07:01.900 And then they trim it down and then they look at your resume.

01:07:03.780 They don't even look at your resume yet. 0.99

01:07:05.120 Do you imagine how hurt I was when I showed up dressed like a fucking, like I was wearing 1.00

01:07:10.500 the outfit. 0.99

01:07:11.100 I was like, I'm going to, they're going to pick me.

01:07:12.600 I had on a vest. 0.95

01:07:13.560 I had on these, I was, I looked like I was in fucking Ragtime, the musical, and they 0.92

01:07:17.120 looked me in my beautiful 22 year old brown eyes and said, no, and I had to walk onto the 0.95

01:07:22.820 streets of New York and take the train back to Queens. 0.85

01:07:27.620 That sucked.

01:07:28.940 I hated it, but it's true.

01:07:30.160 They just decided up front, you know, one of my biggest, um, when I first moved to LA

01:07:33.820 in 2020, I auditioned.

01:07:36.400 I've actually never, this is an exclusive.

01:07:37.600 So before we get into that story, the, the life list is starring Sophia Carson, Connie

01:07:43.520 Britton, and Kyle Allen.

01:07:44.740 And the life list premieres only on Netflix, March 28th.

01:07:48.180 Back to your story.

01:07:49.320 Gang, gang.

01:07:50.700 So I moved to LA because I, I moved here for a boy.

01:07:55.480 Let's keep it a book.

01:07:56.200 I moved here for a boy.

01:07:57.300 We're not together anymore.

01:07:58.560 He was so hot.

01:08:01.020 I would, I would, I would, I would have done a lot for him and I did do a lot for him.

01:08:04.220 Um, and I moved all the way to LA.

01:08:06.240 I, I told myself it was because I got a small starring role on Lucifer, which I did do.

01:08:11.180 I got a role on Lucifer and I was like, I'm moving for this.

01:08:13.940 Baby, no one moves for a cameo.

01:08:15.700 Baby, you don't, you don't move for, to be a day player.

01:08:18.320 I, I, I was more than a day player, but I had, I had, I had like two or three scenes.

01:08:21.500 You don't move for that.

01:08:22.520 You know what I mean?

01:08:22.960 Right.

01:08:23.600 But then I was like, I was here, I was doing the audition thing.

01:08:26.020 I got, I actually got cast in a show as a principal actor on Fox.

01:08:33.020 I had never had, I was like, this is crazy for me.

01:08:35.880 It was a show called, uh, it was a show about dancing and it was called, I can't remember

01:08:43.280 the name of it.

01:08:43.980 Maybe Fox show about dancing.

01:08:46.040 It was a show.

01:08:46.400 It was a, it was a scripted show.

01:08:48.080 I'm like, you're going to Google.

01:08:49.420 Uh, it was a show about creating a reality TV show about dancing.

01:08:54.240 Okay.

01:08:54.860 The big leap.

01:08:56.000 That was called, it was called the big leap.

01:08:57.440 I was cast in the big leap.

01:08:59.740 I got the offer.

01:09:00.580 It was a beautiful offer and I had to say no because I was doing, we're here on HBO.

01:09:06.600 It was, they were filming the pilot when I was filming one of our episodes. 0.98

01:09:10.540 Damn. 0.97

01:09:11.340 And I, I was like, I cannot believe that I got cast in a show and I had to actually say 0.99

01:09:15.480 no.

01:09:16.480 Cause of conflicting time schedules.

01:09:18.020 Yes.

01:09:18.300 I was devastated.

01:09:19.400 I have actually never said that.

01:09:20.420 Then I went back and I watched, I didn't watch, I watched the first two episodes and

01:09:23.920 I watched the trailer and the guy they have, who's apparently a really, really great actor

01:09:27.820 by the way.

01:09:28.840 I want to tell you he looks just like me.

01:09:32.680 He dresses just like me.

01:09:35.840 I was like, this is crazy.

01:09:37.540 And he's probably out there scooping, he's probably out there still scooping up all the

01:09:40.240 roles I can't.

01:09:41.800 He's getting, girl, was there another guy in here before me?

01:09:44.340 Literally.

01:09:44.780 That was a guy right here looking just like me.

01:09:47.820 That looks just like me.

01:09:49.060 Very handsome.

01:09:49.860 That's T.

01:09:50.540 Very handsome.

01:09:51.160 Very handsome body T.

01:09:52.380 Yeah.

01:09:52.560 All of those things.

01:09:53.520 Yeah, for sure.

01:09:55.300 But no, but, but, but I, I, I see her for you.

01:09:57.820 I mean, you have any tips for me as far as auditions go?

01:10:01.260 Well, I will say this.

01:10:02.180 First of all, I know this sounds like crazy, but in the open, when you slate, be yourself.

01:10:06.320 Right.

01:10:06.740 Okay.

01:10:07.080 I love that.

01:10:07.840 Don't try to neutralize yourself.

01:10:08.980 Some people like, some people want to, want to, uh, neutralize themselves so they can

01:10:12.620 fit into the character.

01:10:13.600 But for some of us who are, uh, not famous for our acting, we're often being cast because of

01:10:20.280 who we are.

01:10:20.800 I know.

01:10:21.260 And then it's a bonus that we can act.

01:10:22.720 Right.

01:10:23.280 So they want to see that, that drew a follow.

01:10:25.420 They want to see that personality before you get into the acting scene.

01:10:29.180 Right.

01:10:29.340 Because more than likely, if you're being called in for a role, that character is probably

01:10:32.440 just like you.

01:10:33.500 Yeah.

01:10:33.960 And I've had a few of those reads.

01:10:35.660 Haven't gotten one, but you know what?

01:10:37.320 Hopefully one will stick.

01:10:38.600 But I remember when I was going to ask you this too, because I've talked to a few of my

01:10:43.100 friends about it who are auditioning for stuff, but like one of the reads I did,

01:10:47.220 it felt almost like, cause I, I, they liked my tape.

01:10:51.140 They liked my slate.

01:10:51.880 They asked me to do a live read with like casting directors, whatever.

01:10:55.240 And I was like, okay, cool.

01:10:56.700 And so I go and I do the live read and they asked me to just read three different scenes.

01:11:01.380 There's not many lines.

01:11:02.320 They told me I didn't have to memorize them that I could just read them off the thing just

01:11:05.120 to like act them as I, as if I wouldn't, it's all on zoom.

01:11:08.060 And I'm like, okay.

01:11:09.140 And as I go through the first two, like they're, they're, they're laughing.

01:11:13.760 I'm like cracking them up.

01:11:14.820 And then the third one, I do it.

01:11:16.260 And then she goes, can you do it again, but do it a little more like in your face.

01:11:21.100 Right.

01:11:21.520 And I go, okay.

01:11:23.200 Like, like confrontational.

01:11:24.580 And she's like, no, no more.

01:11:27.380 Like, like if it were you and they said something and then you respond in like, you're like sassy

01:11:35.640 way, like the way she was saying it, I was like, can you do this?

01:11:39.200 Yeah.

01:11:39.720 Can you tongue pop?

01:11:41.080 That's why when she said it, I was like, you want to call me a slur and you can't.

01:11:46.960 You, you probably, if you said that, you probably got cast.

01:11:49.100 She was like, oh, that's what I was looking for.

01:11:52.120 That's what I was looking for.

01:11:53.240 She said, that was a test and you passed.

01:11:54.620 That's hilarious.

01:11:55.860 And then I, I called, I remember I called Caleb after, cause I knew I didn't get it.

01:12:00.440 Cause I felt like that threw me off a little bit and I did do it the way they wanted and

01:12:03.820 they laughed, but I, I kind of figured, cause they asked me for that note a couple more

01:12:07.420 times and I was like, okay, you're looking for someone else.

01:12:10.120 I feel like, and I felt, and then I was like, did you guys even like my tape or did you

01:12:14.460 just think maybe she'll be more urban when she's in person?

01:12:17.260 And so I don't know.

01:12:19.000 Right.

01:12:19.300 And I don't care, but I called Caleb to care.

01:12:22.740 Cause you get so close to something you want.

01:12:25.000 You know what I mean?

01:12:25.460 And then it feels like, and then I was, I was telling him the reason why it bothers

01:12:28.640 me is cause I was like, is that why you picked me?

01:12:31.480 Like, cause you thought like, I'm just like this, like, and another thing, which like,

01:12:35.400 I don't even act like that on my TikTok.

01:12:37.880 You don't give, that's not your vibe at all.

01:12:40.120 And that's what he told me.

01:12:41.080 Like he was like, oh yeah.

01:12:42.580 He goes, you know how many auditions I've done when they're like, can you do it a little 0.80

01:12:46.360 more gay?

01:12:47.780 Like he was like, they want to say that to me so bad, but they can't.

01:12:50.220 You say, yes, honey, miss God.

01:12:52.660 Yes, mama tongue pop. 1.00

01:12:53.720 Yes, diva down boots. 1.00

01:12:55.020 Diva down chaperone lady. 0.98

01:12:57.320 Ra, ra, ra.

01:12:59.420 Abracadabra.

01:13:00.320 Ra, ra, ra.

01:13:01.320 Look at that horse.

01:13:02.160 Look at that horse.

01:13:02.980 Look at that horse.

01:13:03.960 Can I say mama, sir?

01:13:05.940 And it's like, is he wanting me to see? 0.99

01:13:07.720 They're like, I want you to be that level of gay. 1.00

01:13:09.700 Like it, that he was like, that happens all the time. 0.96

01:13:12.340 It happens to everyone.

01:13:13.260 That's like marginalized.

01:13:14.640 They'll ask you to do it blacker. 1.00

01:13:15.620 They'll ask you to do it gayer.

01:13:16.960 They'll probably haven't asked you to do an accent yet.

01:13:19.120 I know.

01:13:20.380 You know?

01:13:21.040 I know.

01:13:21.520 And I, I, when I felt, heard it from him and I'm hearing it from you, it makes me feel

01:13:25.720 a little bit better about it, but it did bother me.

01:13:27.580 Cause I was like, cause I remember the last time you were here, I told you sometimes when

01:13:30.960 lines are written for me, they feel like almost like bad SNL impressions of me.

01:13:36.620 No, for sure.

01:13:37.060 And I told you when they imitate me, they're almost always imitating the wrong race. 0.95

01:13:42.140 It's racist and it's not against mine.

01:13:44.620 They're like, well, we're going to have you play this Filipino woman. 1.00

01:13:46.940 Yeah.

01:13:47.520 That's why I'm like, and then I started thinking, I said, maybe my slate, maybe I should start

01:13:51.540 lying in my slate about how tall I am.

01:13:53.280 Can I be honest with you?

01:13:53.900 I think you should honestly probably do write your own thing.

01:13:57.060 That's honestly, at this point, that's what it's looking like.

01:13:59.660 Write your own thing, pitch it yourself.

01:14:01.840 And that way you can write how you want to sound.

01:14:05.520 And because of your level of celebrity, it's easy for you to get in the rooms or at least

01:14:10.180 so obviously you want to pitch to a production company and the production will pitch to a

01:14:13.240 network.

01:14:13.640 You know what I mean?

01:14:14.240 But if you can get a deal with a production company who believes in you, who believes in

01:14:17.500 your project and what it is you want to do, that way you're doing the roles you really

01:14:21.320 want to do.

01:14:21.900 I know, and I've been thinking about that a lot lately too, because I feel like it's

01:14:26.540 hard to, because I know, I've told people before, when I've talked about going into acting,

01:14:30.940 sometimes people online will be like, I fucking hate when TikTokers, like, I'm like, you guys 0.99

01:14:35.040 have no idea what we've been wanting to do, a lot of us.

01:14:37.740 Like, a lot of us, this was just a vehicle.

01:14:39.300 Some of us ended up on TikTok. 0.99

01:14:40.440 No shit. 0.99

01:14:41.060 It's like, and it's crazy to think otherwise. 0.99

01:14:43.560 But I've said before, the internet is such a tool for people who are marginalized that would

01:14:48.380 never get in the room otherwise.

01:14:49.580 Like, this is the only way to get people to pay attention to us.

01:14:52.080 So when I've talked about it in that vein, I've been like, the roles that I want to be,

01:14:57.600 I want to be cast in roles that are not solely reliant on, like, looks, which obviously they

01:15:02.940 are, but I don't want them to be such a small box. 0.99

01:15:05.320 Like, a lot of times I'm like, I am a big bitch, I'm a tall bitch, like, I'm a brown 1.00

01:15:09.080 bitch. 1.00

01:15:09.340 You know what I'm saying? 0.99

01:15:09.860 Like, there's lots of things about me that stick out, so that's why I'm like, at this 0.99

01:15:13.360 point, it seems like I'm going to have to write my own shit. 0.95

01:15:15.460 That being said, this is an exclusive for you. 0.97

01:15:18.020 And then I'll just ask Amanda to, like, blur some parts of it.

01:15:21.440 But I am a work.

01:15:23.540 I told my team, I go, this is me kind of getting in front, ahead of myself, but also not.

01:15:31.580 Then to have it made.

01:15:33.980 Then I enact what I call my Lin-Manuel Miranda plan.

01:15:37.380 Got it.

01:15:37.760 Where I cast myself in a principal role.

01:15:39.460 I said, you can have it, but I'm Hamilton.

01:15:42.060 I mean, even Tyler Perry, I don't really love Tyler Perry's films, but like, he's not getting

01:15:48.000 cast in a bunch of other stuff besides his own stuff. 0.91

01:15:50.280 I mean, granted, he's pretty, I don't think he'd accept roles, he's so fucking rich and 0.95

01:15:53.620 wealthy and very busy these days. 0.90

01:15:54.160 Yeah, like at this point, yeah.

01:15:55.420 But even early on, he was just writing stuff for himself because no one else was going to 0.96

01:15:59.660 fucking write the stuff. 0.97

01:16:00.620 Exactly. 0.99

01:16:01.520 That's why I'm like, you know what?

01:16:02.640 And then I was like, and part of me also, I want to gentrify other spaces where there's

01:16:06.800 always tiny white girls in there. 1.00

01:16:08.160 Yeah.

01:16:08.580 Put me in there. 1.00

01:16:09.140 Put my big ass in there. 1.00

01:16:10.120 I want to be in there. 1.00

01:16:11.020 I agree.

01:16:11.620 I will say though, something that does kind of like, not freak me out about acting, but

01:16:16.000 like certain points I've been like, is like doing any kind of romantic scenes with other

01:16:21.360 men.

01:16:22.120 Oh, really?

01:16:23.080 Yeah. 0.98

01:16:23.500 Cause I find most men abhorrent. 0.95

01:16:25.280 So that's that.

01:16:26.320 You have to act like they're not though.

01:16:27.760 Right.

01:16:28.200 Exactly.

01:16:28.920 The truth is, I actually find romance quite cheesy.

01:16:32.680 Like I'm not a romantic and I.

01:16:35.080 In general or like in film?

01:16:36.200 In general.

01:16:36.700 Okay.

01:16:36.980 I check out and in film, I do not, I check out once the romance story happens.

01:16:40.840 Like if I'm here for Avengers, I want to see y'all fight aliens in space.

01:16:44.620 I don't care that, that Chris Pratt is in love with this, with this green lady.

01:16:49.380 I don't care.

01:16:50.660 I'm not here for that part of the story.

01:16:52.220 Right.

01:16:52.840 I always check out.

01:16:53.780 So I understand that.

01:16:54.880 And I've never, have I ever had to play a romantic role?

01:16:57.640 I mean, I've, I've been in roles where I've had partners.

01:17:00.640 Yeah.

01:17:01.020 But we weren't, it was not, we were like that.

01:17:02.660 We were not like that.

01:17:03.180 We were already together.

01:17:03.980 Yeah.

01:17:04.260 There was no like scenes at, cause I think about that and that gives me like a tangible

01:17:09.960 like anxiety.

01:17:11.440 That's something I'm talking about in therapy, which is like that men enraged me to a point

01:17:14.940 where I feel like I'm a bad person.

01:17:16.900 So that's something I'm working on.

01:17:18.720 But one time I was telling my, my cousin Adam who does my hair and makeup, I was like telling

01:17:23.180 him about that.

01:17:23.480 I'm like, what if they want me to kiss someone? 0.67

01:17:25.580 What if I have to do a sex scene? 0.96

01:17:26.960 That's crazy.

01:17:27.760 And I was like, I was talking about it as if it was going to happen.

01:17:30.940 And I was like panicking, but this is me just theorizing.

01:17:34.040 Yeah.

01:17:34.340 You're future tripping.

01:17:35.840 And then he literally goes, okay, well, first of all, it's four in the morning.

01:17:38.900 So relax.

01:17:40.060 And he goes, second of all, you haven't been cast anything.

01:17:41.980 So I don't know what you're worrying about.

01:17:43.560 And I said, cross that bridge when you get there.

01:17:44.760 Yeah.

01:17:45.000 And he said, I said, right, right, right.

01:17:47.160 You're burning bridges before you cross.

01:17:48.600 Yeah.

01:17:49.500 You're burning bridges before you cross.

01:17:50.740 But I appreciate your advice.

01:17:52.180 Yeah.

01:17:52.340 And I'm mourning the loss of the big leap with you.

01:17:55.860 It was a pretty big loss.

01:17:56.740 And I've had some other, I mean, I've been in other TV shows.

01:18:00.400 I was in, I think probably the biggest thing I did was probably Tales of the City with Laura

01:18:06.100 Lenny and Elliot Page and Olympia Dukakis.

01:18:09.860 RIP Olympia Dukakis.

01:18:11.360 Fortune Feimster.

01:18:13.160 So that was a pretty big role for me.

01:18:15.580 Yeah.

01:18:15.760 For me.

01:18:16.240 I mean, probably not for anyone else, but for me, it was pretty massive.

01:18:19.840 Yeah.

01:18:20.500 Absolutely.

01:18:20.960 Are you kidding?

01:18:21.360 And then Traders, obviously.

01:18:22.940 The Traders, yeah.

01:18:24.120 Everybody loved you on Traders.

01:18:25.780 Thank you.

01:18:26.200 How was your experience?

01:18:26.760 Not everyone.

01:18:27.280 Tell the Housewives fans that.

01:18:29.820 Yeah.

01:18:30.560 Their fan bases are, they are crazy.

01:18:33.780 It's very interesting because the Drag Race fan base is also crazy, but they're brave.

01:18:37.580 Like, they'll yell at you.

01:18:39.580 They'll yell at you, but it'll be from their real account.

01:18:41.640 That's true. 1.00

01:18:42.260 The Housewives fans, they're cowards. 0.97

01:18:44.020 They're yelling at you, but it's from an account of Dorinda's bracelet. 0.97

01:18:47.680 The profile picture is like Dorinda's hair flip or something, you know? 1.00

01:18:50.280 What the fuck? 1.00

01:18:51.680 What the fuck are you talking about? 1.00

01:18:52.580 My account's called Nene Leaks Wig. 1.00

01:18:55.780 So they can, like, troll you behind their account with, like, three characters, with, like, three followers.

01:18:59.460 But, like, on Drag Race fans, it is from their real account.

01:19:02.540 It's like a picture of them wearing scrubs at the book. 1.00

01:19:05.360 Being like, you're an ugly bitch and I hate you for sending my favorite home. 1.00

01:19:08.260 They comment that from their LinkedIn account? 1.00

01:19:10.120 Literally. 0.88

01:19:10.820 Drag Race fans are unhinged.

01:19:13.060 No fear.

01:19:14.040 No fear, honey.

01:19:15.060 How was your experience filming Traders?

01:19:17.100 Full T.

01:19:18.360 Traders was very stressful for me because it was a stressful time in my life.

01:19:21.860 I had, like, the—2024 was a rough year for everyone.

01:19:24.200 Yeah. 0.99

01:19:24.480 I had a really shit year. 1.00

01:19:25.360 My house burned down in January. 1.00

01:19:27.120 My mom died two weeks before Traders.

01:19:29.160 My mom's funeral was one week before Traders.

01:19:31.660 And then I went and I did the Traders.

01:19:33.340 Like, and then—so my mom passed away.

01:19:35.120 The next week, we had her funeral.

01:19:36.540 The week after that, my nephew graduated high school.

01:19:38.240 So I came back to his graduation and then I left from my mom's house to go and do the Traders. 0.99

01:19:42.540 Damn. 0.99

01:19:42.940 It was crazy. 0.99

01:19:43.720 I'm so sorry about your mom, by the way.

01:19:44.920 Thank you very much.

01:19:45.500 Thank you.

01:19:46.120 It was crazy.

01:19:46.900 It was a crazy time in my life.

01:19:48.260 But I did get a little respite.

01:19:49.640 I got a little break from the chaos of my life and everything just, like, literally burning down and losing everything.

01:19:55.940 I don't have anything from my childhood.

01:19:57.160 I have nothing to remember my mom by.

01:19:59.160 Even her car burned down.

01:20:00.080 All I have is her mom's cell phone. 1.00

01:20:01.500 All I have is her fucking cell phone. 0.99

01:20:04.380 So it was really hard for me to, like, go through that whole process. 0.99

01:20:06.480 But I wasn't able to take a break from, like, the madness and thinking about that.

01:20:09.780 I got to play this fun game.

01:20:11.220 And I play really, really hard.

01:20:12.340 I play really hard.

01:20:13.000 I play really fast.

01:20:14.240 I believe if you're going to do something, go in and do it.

01:20:17.320 Right.

01:20:17.760 Absolutely.

01:20:18.680 Go in.

01:20:18.740 Have fun.

01:20:19.160 I wasn't trying to hide in the castle in corners and, like, hide from people.

01:20:22.760 I was like, I'm here to cause a scene.

01:20:24.520 I'm here to create madness. 1.00

01:20:26.180 And I'm a fucking traitor. 1.00

01:20:27.980 Oh, there will be chaos. 1.00

01:20:30.340 Well, that's why they picked you, too.

01:20:31.900 Yeah.

01:20:32.080 If you think about it. 0.98

01:20:32.780 Like, they want big personalities that are going to stir some shit up. 0.98

01:20:35.940 But that's what makes it fun. 0.98

01:20:37.240 And I did.

01:20:37.960 And I really did, yeah.

01:20:41.520 And did.

01:20:42.060 Can you tell me your favorite memory with your mom?

01:20:44.900 I would love to know.

01:20:45.620 Oh, my God.

01:20:46.320 I have so many.

01:20:47.940 I think that my favorite memories were just coming home and seeing my mom.

01:20:51.180 My mother was, she had mobility issues. 1.00

01:20:53.900 My mother was disabled.

01:20:55.020 So until the end of her life, she was just, like, sitting in her bed.

01:20:57.680 And I would just come home, walk to the front door, and just sit in my mom's bed with her.

01:21:01.380 I slept in the same bed as my mom every time I went home.

01:21:04.280 I love that.

01:21:04.820 I do that, too, when I go home to my mom.

01:21:06.320 In the same bed.

01:21:07.140 Yeah.

01:21:07.360 I was almost 40 years old to be in bed with my mother.

01:21:10.020 That's a beautiful thing, though.

01:21:11.220 I love that.

01:21:11.580 Yeah.

01:21:11.600 We watch Judge Mathis.

01:21:12.520 My mother had a crush on Judge Mathis.

01:21:14.680 But we don't all have great taste.

01:21:16.340 No kidding.

01:21:16.860 His son is fine.

01:21:17.860 Judge Mathis is an OG in the daytime television.

01:21:21.460 Do you ever watch Judge Mathis?

01:21:22.460 Yes, I have watched Judge Mathis.

01:21:23.060 He always thinks everyone's doing crack.

01:21:25.560 And you can be there for a parking ticket.

01:21:27.360 Yeah, but you did a little crack, didn't you?

01:21:30.760 Yeah, I know it was a little bit of crack.

01:21:34.560 I would rather see.

01:21:35.300 And they'll be like, yeah, in college.

01:21:36.360 Yeah, I knew you did crack.

01:21:38.160 I can always smell a crack.

01:21:40.880 Everyone's not doing crack, Judge Mathis.

01:21:42.320 Jesus Christ.

01:21:42.820 I'm here for a divorce hearing.

01:21:46.480 This is a stolen car case.

01:21:49.240 Do you see how obsessed I am with people laughing?

01:21:50.860 I'm like, are they laughing?

01:21:54.720 I would rather see Judge Mathis on the Supreme Court.

01:21:57.700 He should go on the Supreme Court.

01:21:58.660 Judge Mathis would be pretty good.

01:21:59.940 I think he'd do a good job.

01:22:01.420 I'm kind of scared.

01:22:01.720 I think Judge Judy might be a Republican. 1.00

01:22:04.120 I hope not.

01:22:05.400 I think she might be a Republican.

01:22:06.540 I wouldn't be surprised.

01:22:07.740 I wouldn't be shocked to hear that, but it would be a bummer.

01:22:11.700 I'm also really glad that Joan Rivers is dead.

01:22:13.520 I said this the other day.

01:22:14.320 I'm so glad she's dead because we would have turned on her. 0.53

01:22:17.840 She would have been problematic. 0.99

01:22:19.560 She was very problematic.

01:22:20.620 I would have turned on her.

01:22:21.800 Yeah.

01:22:22.160 Quick.

01:22:22.640 Kind of like a Roseanne thing.

01:22:23.840 Oh, yeah.

01:22:24.560 Yeah.

01:22:24.920 We would have had to feed her to the wolves. 1.00

01:22:28.140 100%.

01:22:29.160 It would have been that meme of Wesley Snipes when he's crying and he's holding up the gun.

01:22:33.600 Literally.

01:22:34.080 Yeah.

01:22:34.300 Literally.

01:22:34.820 I'm glad that it ended when it ended because we would have had to turn on her and that would 0.67

01:22:39.300 have been tough for me.

01:22:40.380 It would have been tough for you.

01:22:41.300 That would have been tough.

01:22:41.980 Yeah.

01:22:42.280 Because I know your Joan Rivers impression, I remember.

01:22:46.000 Oh.

01:22:46.880 Melissa.

01:22:48.440 Again, my impression is Mario Cantone impersonating Joan Rivers at the Roast of Joan Rivers.

01:22:52.100 It's not even a good.

01:22:53.080 And his wasn't even good.

01:22:54.080 So mine is really bad.

01:22:54.680 The real Russian doll of an impersonation. 0.75

01:22:56.320 Yeah, very.

01:22:56.820 I do so many bad impersonations.

01:22:58.960 So many bad impersonations.

01:23:00.120 It's so bad.

01:23:00.740 I don't do impersonations, I don't think.

01:23:04.140 Mine are terrible.

01:23:05.000 How many have I done for you?

01:23:06.320 You've only ever done Joan Rivers for me.

01:23:08.240 Okay.

01:23:08.560 Here are a few of my impersonations.

01:23:10.880 And they're really bad.

01:23:12.380 I only do one good impersonation.

01:23:14.460 Okay.

01:23:15.600 Okay.

01:23:19.960 America.

01:23:22.360 We have a presidential candidate, okay, who is trying his best to divide our nation.

01:23:30.180 Okay.

01:23:31.300 Who's that?

01:23:32.920 That's Kamala Harris. 0.98

01:23:34.580 Was it bad?

01:23:35.880 Yes.

01:23:36.320 Was it recognizable to one person in the room?

01:23:41.140 Here's the other one I have.

01:23:43.600 We have a huge problem in the United States of America when 98% of the wealth is going to 2% of the population. 0.55

01:23:53.260 That's Bernie Sanders.

01:23:54.420 I have one person who sees me for who I truly am here.

01:23:58.020 Are they all political candidates?

01:23:59.300 They're usually political figures.

01:24:00.800 Oh, there's this one too. 0.99

01:24:02.080 Every time I come down here, I see white people acting crazy. 0.97

01:24:07.920 That's Chris Rock. 0.98

01:24:09.160 You need a woman of a certain age. 0.99

01:24:10.500 I appreciate that one.

01:24:11.240 Thank you. 1.00

01:24:11.680 These young motherfuckers all know shit. 1.00

01:24:15.080 And then my final one. 1.00

01:24:18.760 America.

01:24:20.700 See, immediately.

01:24:21.860 Yeah, that one's Barack Obama.

01:24:23.240 Just last week, I was talking to Michelle. 0.97

01:24:26.400 She told me she said, Barry, nigga, act right. 1.00

01:24:32.940 That was pretty good. 0.77

01:24:33.960 So political candidates and Chris Rock.

01:24:36.200 Political candidates and Chris Rock.

01:24:37.240 And John Rivers, obviously.

01:24:38.260 Well, political candidates. 1.00

01:24:39.180 Like, politicians always have these weird fucking voices. 1.00

01:24:41.000 Yeah, they have cadence. 0.99

01:24:42.080 So that's, like, very easy to mimic, I feel like, in a lot of ways.

01:24:44.240 Yeah, they all have really interesting voices.

01:24:46.000 Yeah.

01:24:46.120 Most not all, but most of them.

01:24:47.480 That's two.

01:24:48.180 Like, Hillary Clinton didn't have a very interesting voice, though. 0.86

01:24:50.600 Nah.

01:24:51.340 But Kamala Harris, I would recognize that voice anywhere.

01:24:53.720 That's true.

01:24:54.320 And Barack Obama, too.

01:24:55.260 Barack Obama.

01:24:55.780 He has a very significant voice.

01:24:56.340 What's the guy with the crazy voice?

01:24:58.180 I know he has a thing.

01:24:59.780 But the health guy.

01:25:01.760 RFK.

01:25:02.240 RFK.

01:25:02.780 Yeah.

01:25:03.240 Donald Trump.

01:25:04.620 Mitch McConnell.

01:25:05.680 I would recognize these voices literally anywhere in the world. 1.00

01:25:08.080 I'd be like, that's fucking. 1.00

01:25:09.260 Three Horsemen of the Apocalypse. 1.00

01:25:10.460 That's Mitch McConnell talking right now.

01:25:12.800 Unfortunately, yeah.

01:25:13.600 Well, Mitch McConnell.

01:25:15.520 Well, Mitch McConnell.

01:25:17.040 Oh, I was talking.

01:25:18.280 I mean, I can't do my Mitch McConnell.

01:25:19.440 It's quite ableist, my Mitch McConnell impersonation.

01:25:22.400 It is very ableist.

01:25:23.880 I'm going to just keep it a buck.

01:25:26.400 It's ageist.

01:25:27.380 It's ableist.

01:25:28.460 It's really problematic.

01:25:29.980 So I'm going to quit while I'm ahead.

01:25:32.200 I'm going to quit while I'm ahead.

01:25:33.200 I wish you would quit while I'm ahead.

01:25:34.200 I do want to say, I do want to say, when we were on After Midnight together, I just

01:25:39.340 remembered this.

01:25:40.780 One of the producers was telling us when we were walking through rehearsal, and then

01:25:44.000 you went, gang, gang.

01:25:45.140 Gang, gang.

01:25:45.460 And then she goes, hmm?

01:25:46.740 And then you said, you repeated yourself.

01:25:48.900 You said, gang, gang.

01:25:49.740 And she goes, I don't.

01:25:51.260 I don't understand.

01:25:52.280 And then you're all, it means okay.

01:25:54.280 I shouldn't have said it.

01:25:55.120 No worries.

01:25:55.660 Yeah, I was like, it means copy.

01:25:58.220 Gang, gang.

01:25:58.840 That's what that means.

01:25:59.840 Don't worry about it.

01:26:00.520 I wish I didn't say it.

01:26:02.760 And then I think we tried to get her to say it.

01:26:04.220 She's like, I don't think I should be saying gang, gang.

01:26:07.260 I probably shouldn't be saying gang, gang.

01:26:09.580 Gang, gang.

01:26:10.540 No, I'm going to pass on that.

01:26:11.500 Thank you so much, though.

01:26:13.480 She said, we're going to place your card here.

01:26:15.160 She was like sweating.

01:26:16.320 Top lip sweating.

01:26:17.060 Really?

01:26:17.460 That was fun.

01:26:20.180 Gang, gang.

01:26:20.680 It was fun that we did that together.

01:26:21.860 And I'm glad that we did it together.

01:26:22.840 Me too.

01:26:23.480 And the lady with us, Teffy? 0.92

01:26:25.380 Yes, Teffy.

01:26:26.300 I just found out about her that day.

01:26:27.540 She's pretty cool.

01:26:28.280 She told me, because when she texted me about it, because she's one of my sisters, when she

01:26:32.600 texted me about it, I was like, oh my god, I'm so excited.

01:26:35.100 And I said, have you ever met Bob?

01:26:36.800 And then she goes, I have, but I don't think he remembers me. 0.99

01:26:41.360 And honestly, I hope he doesn't, because I think I was fucked up. 0.97

01:26:44.860 Harry Daniels goes up to people. 1.00

01:26:46.360 Oh, when you got his ass at the fucking Wicked Room. 0.99

01:26:48.620 Harry Daniels has these hostage situations where he corners you and sings a song to you. 1.00

01:26:54.740 And I was like, I'm going to sing Fuck the Police to Harry Daniels. 0.99

01:26:58.140 I cannot wait to go up to Harry Daniels. 0.99

01:26:59.920 I'm going to interrupt this conversation.

01:27:01.460 I don't care who he's talking. 0.99

01:27:02.620 I don't care if he's talking to fucking Cynthia or Revo. 0.99

01:27:04.500 So I'm interrupting the conversation. 0.99

01:27:06.300 As soon as I'm going to interrupt the conversation, I handed my boyfriend the phone. 0.99

01:27:08.720 I was like, I'm going to go sing Fuck the Police to Harry Daniels. 0.99

01:27:12.660 And she's in the background of the video. 0.98

01:27:18.540 How does he get into these places?

01:27:20.620 He's saying to the President of the United States of America.

01:27:27.200 I actually do have some fun facts about you, though, that I would like to read.

01:27:30.640 And I'll say true or false.

01:27:31.880 Okay.

01:27:32.160 It says you go by the stage name Caldwell to TDQ for acting roles.

01:27:38.920 Yeah.

01:27:39.040 Which is just TDQ, the drag queen. 0.99

01:27:41.840 Oh, T.

01:27:42.880 Yeah.

01:27:43.300 Is that?

01:27:43.780 Oh, so it's like a.

01:27:44.820 Just spelled out.

01:27:45.700 Right.

01:27:46.240 Right.

01:27:46.600 An anagram, if you will.

01:27:48.020 Okay.

01:27:48.460 It says Bob once got arrested in drag for blocking traffic while protesting for queer 1.00

01:27:52.940 rights.

01:27:53.380 That is true.

01:27:53.900 I got arrested.

01:27:54.460 I want to say, oh, my God.

01:27:55.440 2010.

01:27:56.480 Okay.

01:27:56.840 T.

01:27:57.000 Yeah.

01:27:57.680 And Bryant Park.

01:27:58.840 And fun fact about that.

01:27:59.700 When I was, I got arrested because I didn't know how long I'd be in jail because it could

01:28:02.420 have been for the whole weekend.

01:28:03.560 So I was like, I need to pack snacks, but I can't bring a bag.

01:28:06.900 So I had, and I kid you not, a bagel under my wig. 0.88

01:28:11.640 My tits were made of cashews and I had a cliff bar under each one of my hip pads. 0.98

01:28:18.580 That is a true fact. 1.00

01:28:19.760 You said I keep that motherfucking thang on me. 0.99

01:28:21.620 Exactly. 1.00

01:28:22.060 I keep that thang on me.

01:28:24.340 It says Bob.

01:28:25.180 Looking for the broccoli.

01:28:25.960 High key.

01:28:26.480 Keep a horn on me.

01:28:27.300 That kamasi. 0.98

01:28:28.720 Sorry.

01:28:29.640 It says Bob used to work as a real estate agent.

01:28:32.260 Yeah.

01:28:32.400 I was a, I was a licensed, well, I was a licensed real estate salesperson.

01:28:36.800 Right.

01:28:37.180 You have to work a little longer to be an agent.

01:28:38.940 Yeah.

01:28:39.240 But yeah, in New York City, I specialized in rentals and I was mostly renting to like

01:28:42.540 drag queens and cabaret performers and strippers who I knew through the nightlife scene.

01:28:47.780 Yeah. 0.95

01:28:48.080 That's so sick.

01:28:48.820 That is true.

01:28:49.480 I love that.

01:28:50.120 Look at you giving back.

01:28:51.180 It says Bob's first major stage production was playing Belize in Angels in America at the

01:28:56.720 Berkeley Rep.

01:28:57.920 Yeah.

01:28:58.140 So I went to school for acting.

01:28:59.300 I did not graduate college.

01:29:00.040 I dropped out after three years to move to New York City to become a star.

01:29:03.260 And then I.

01:29:04.000 Thank God it worked out.

01:29:04.860 Thank God it worked.

01:29:05.360 Woo.

01:29:06.160 Woo.

01:29:07.920 And then I basically took like a 10 year break from actual acting.

01:29:14.360 I started focusing on standup comedy.

01:29:15.940 Right.

01:29:16.160 I was like, I know that my calling is going to be standup comedy.

01:29:18.520 Like I'm just, I'm a really funny person.

01:29:19.780 I'm really good at writing jokes.

01:29:21.020 And then Tony Kushner, who is the Pulitzer Prize, I believe Oscar award winning, Tony award

01:29:26.840 winning author who wrote Angels in America.

01:29:28.460 He wrote the movie Lincoln.

01:29:29.220 He wrote Carolina Change.

01:29:30.760 Wow.

01:29:31.060 He wrote the movie, the new West Side Story.

01:29:33.260 Oh, love.

01:29:33.660 Like he writes, he's that guy.

01:29:35.660 He's that girl.

01:29:36.980 He reached out and was like, I feel like you are a good actor.

01:29:40.920 I just saw you on Drag Race.

01:29:41.680 I just feel in my heart that you're a good actor.

01:29:43.940 Would you audition for Angels in America?

01:29:45.380 So my return to acting was doing eight shows a week, which by the way, I'm going to go ahead

01:29:50.900 and say that's an inhumane schedule.

01:29:52.620 I agree.

01:29:53.440 When I see the Broadway schedule that some girls do on TikTok, I'm like, that is nuts. 1.00

01:29:58.600 Eight shows in six days.

01:30:00.380 That's crazy.

01:30:00.860 They get one day off a week.

01:30:02.560 And it's a Monday. 1.00

01:30:04.200 What the fuck am I going to do on a fucking Monday? 1.00

01:30:06.300 In my prime? 1.00

01:30:07.420 Yeah, literally.

01:30:07.960 Anyway, so I returned to do Angels in America at the Berkeley Rep.

01:30:12.980 And Angels is two plays.

01:30:15.800 Each one is about three and a half hours. 1.00

01:30:17.620 Damn. 0.99

01:30:18.180 And I was with heavy hitters, Steven Spinella, Tony Award winner, Steven Spinella, Randy Harrison, 0.99

01:30:24.120 like Danny Faradani, like some massive, brilliant actors.

01:30:27.920 That's crazy.

01:30:29.200 Yeah.

01:30:29.540 Look at you.

01:30:30.080 You said slight work.

01:30:31.740 I'm a pretty good actor.

01:30:32.480 I'm not going to lie.

01:30:32.940 I'm a pretty good actor.

01:30:33.740 You are.

01:30:34.140 I believe you.

01:30:34.860 Yeah.

01:30:35.000 You're an artist through and through.

01:30:36.460 So, okay, this last one says, Bob used to have YouTube vlog series called Bobbin' Around.

01:30:41.180 And the tagline was, I film it on the phone.

01:30:43.360 I edit it on the phone.

01:30:44.460 It's not that serious.

01:30:47.240 Yeah, I would, whenever I would go on a gig, I would just film myself on my phone doing ridiculous

01:30:53.060 stuff or just, it was just like just doing the stuff I do, meeting people, meeting the

01:30:57.380 queens where I'm going at, you know, on the plane with my assistant, Luis, at the time.

01:31:01.800 And I would edit it.

01:31:02.760 I would edit it on the plane.

01:31:04.060 I would like literally sit on the plane and edit it.

01:31:05.820 But then I kind of stopped doing it because, like, my phone just, it ran out of space.

01:31:09.880 Like, I couldn't even, like, have you ever had your phone be so full you couldn't even

01:31:13.680 send a text?

01:31:14.680 No, but speaking of your phone.

01:31:16.200 You've had that happen?

01:31:17.000 It stresses you.

01:31:19.060 You can't even send a text.

01:31:20.220 Speaking of your phone, I need everyone to know that Bob has an Android.

01:31:23.580 I have a Google Pixel.

01:31:26.080 Whenever Bob texts me, it's Green Bubbles, and it is crazy.

01:31:29.360 Green Bubbles.

01:31:29.860 Not everyone can afford an iPhone. 0.96

01:31:31.000 Oh, sorry, season fucking two of Traders.

01:31:34.500 Exactly. 0.96

01:31:34.780 My bad.

01:31:35.320 Season three.

01:31:35.880 How dare you?

01:31:37.000 Sorry.

01:31:37.740 I'm kidding.

01:31:38.380 I'm like, I've never watched it, so I don't know.

01:31:39.860 No, but I really love, I mean, the Google Pixel is just, I'm not caving for Google, but 0.98

01:31:44.380 it is a fucking good phone. 0.96

01:31:45.980 And I just got used to using Androids for so long. 0.98

01:31:49.240 And I actually do have, can you, because I want to bring my bag into the room.

01:31:52.140 I'm going to show you, I'm going to show you something that I don't, I'm going to show

01:31:55.640 you something that I don't tell a lot of people.

01:31:57.360 Thank you, my dear.

01:31:59.080 I believe it's in the Gucci fanny pack on the chair over there.

01:32:02.380 So this is my Google Pixel, but the truth is, Drew, I have an iPhone.

01:32:07.300 Wow.

01:32:07.920 I just don't use it.

01:32:10.460 I have an iPhone.

01:32:11.880 I just don't text anyone.

01:32:12.740 Cut back to when he said, not everyone can afford iPhones, Drew.

01:32:16.040 He has two phones.

01:32:16.420 I wasn't talking about me.

01:32:18.300 Alexa, play two phones by Kevin Gates.

01:32:20.280 Exactly.

01:32:21.360 So I do have an iPhone.

01:32:22.700 I use it for certain stuff.

01:32:23.540 It's like the Google Pixel camera is really like over the top in advance.

01:32:29.120 And when you try to film in TikTok, the quality is decompressed so badly.

01:32:33.800 So I use my iPhone.

01:32:35.080 Right.

01:32:35.440 When, when quality is higher, it uploads in terrible quality.

01:32:38.860 It actually really does.

01:32:40.780 It actually does.

01:32:41.340 Not upload, when you film it from the app, the app itself is not capable of handling

01:32:45.800 the quality of the Google Pixel.

01:32:48.080 I'm not making this up.

01:32:48.900 There's some tech nerd in the company like, actually, actually, he's actually right.

01:32:53.960 It's his own thing.

01:32:54.780 It's the Google Pixel. 0.99

01:32:55.260 I'd say that too if I was fucking working at Google Pixel. 0.99

01:32:58.520 I wish I was working at Google Pixel. 0.98

01:33:00.640 But yeah, but the iPhone is better for those apps.

01:33:02.940 And then there's certain things, a lot of things with the Google phone is better for

01:33:05.060 the iPhone.

01:33:05.560 So I just kind of flopped back and forth between the two.

01:33:07.260 I got three phones actually.

01:33:08.320 One for the bros, one for the hoes, one for the nose. 1.00

01:33:11.520 I'm kidding.

01:33:12.960 I don't do Coke.

01:33:13.720 I'm kidding.

01:33:14.440 I don't do Coke.

01:33:15.100 Not anymore.

01:33:16.160 Not anymore.

01:33:17.040 That's 2024.

01:33:18.060 That's the past.

01:33:19.000 2024.

01:33:19.140 I'm just kidding.

01:33:20.760 Last year is, I thought it was like 2004 or something.

01:33:24.080 Where were you in 2004?

01:33:24.900 I don't want to hurt my feelings.

01:33:26.060 Where were you in 2004?

01:33:26.780 What were you doing?

01:33:28.320 2004.

01:33:29.200 I was nine.

01:33:30.020 Nine years old.

01:33:30.800 That hurt.

01:33:31.260 And you were what?

01:33:32.020 25?

01:33:32.600 I was 18 years old.

01:33:37.340 How dare you?

01:33:38.520 I just graduated high school in Clayton County, Murrow High School in Clayton County.

01:33:43.080 Nice.

01:33:43.580 I think I'm the most famous person from my high school.

01:33:45.820 From your high school?

01:33:46.820 Yeah.

01:33:47.380 I would assume.

01:33:47.860 Not from every high school in the world.

01:33:49.120 I was like, I didn't know.

01:33:50.860 But I mean, Clayton County actually is a pretty, I mean, there's a lot of famous rappers from

01:33:53.640 Clayton County.

01:33:54.380 Okay, too.

01:33:55.140 Lotto is from Clayton County.

01:33:56.560 Oh, love.

01:33:56.920 Like, Waka Flocka Flame is from Clayton County.

01:33:58.700 Yeah.

01:33:59.040 Michael Montana is from Clayton County.

01:34:00.920 I think Bubba Sparks might be from Clayton County, but he might be from La Grange, Georgia.

01:34:03.960 I'm not sure where Bubba Sparks is from.

01:34:06.600 Okay, too.

01:34:07.440 So there's a lot, but they didn't go to my high school.

01:34:09.160 So as of right now, it's me.

01:34:12.880 You know what's funny is I've been doing college talks recently.

01:34:15.960 Like, I just go and like answer questions or whatever.

01:34:18.560 And I've been asked by so many colleges except my own, the one that I went to.

01:34:23.600 I also, okay.

01:34:24.360 They never asked me.

01:34:25.480 Doesn't that stink?

01:34:26.580 Yeah.

01:34:27.120 I don't know about that.

01:34:28.100 I told my agent, I said, I want to do it.

01:34:30.180 He told you, you should do a show on my tour.

01:34:31.740 I said, you're going to go to Atlanta.

01:34:33.000 I said, no, I'm going to go to Columbus, Georgia, where I was born.

01:34:34.780 I'm going to Columbus, Georgia.

01:34:36.840 Love.

01:34:37.520 I'm going to go back to my alma mater.

01:34:40.000 Right.

01:34:40.400 And I'm going to put on, I'm going to sell out the Bill Hurd Theater, the biggest theater.

01:34:44.980 Hometown hero.

01:34:46.140 When I tell you, that was my lowest selling show. 1.00

01:34:48.480 When I tell you, Columbus said, nigga, fuck you. 1.00

01:34:54.840 You don't know you. 1.00

01:34:56.240 He said, when I tell you, Columbus doesn't give a fuck about me. 0.99

01:34:59.360 Didn't care. 0.98

01:35:00.820 I had more members of my family in the audience than I had paying people.

01:35:04.200 I paid to do that show. 0.97

01:35:06.120 That was insane.

01:35:07.740 And my agent was like, no, don't go.

01:35:09.160 I said, no, you don't get it.

01:35:10.320 My town loves me, baby.

01:35:12.240 They're going to show out for me.

01:35:13.980 No one.

01:35:15.260 I couldn't be bothered.

01:35:16.480 They didn't even hire security.

01:35:18.840 They were like, we're going to give you one usher and someone worked a popcorn machine, 1.00

01:35:21.840 bitch. 1.00

01:35:23.060 And that's all you get. 1.00

01:35:24.420 And he clocks out at five.

01:35:25.660 It was very humbling.

01:35:26.440 It ended up being a really beautiful show because I just ended up not caring and the

01:35:29.500 good old thing.

01:35:30.120 But I was like, I would remember thinking to myself, this is going to be my big come

01:35:33.400 home moment.

01:35:33.980 They're going to gag me no one.

01:35:36.660 My lowest.

01:35:38.100 So I did over 80 shows.

01:35:40.600 I sold less tickets there than anywhere I've ever been.

01:35:44.180 Columbus, I'm very disappointed in you.

01:35:45.980 Very disappointed in you. 1.00

01:35:47.040 I put you bitches on the motherfucking map. 1.00

01:35:50.280 And this is how you fucking thank me. 1.00

01:35:51.860 I think I'm famous from Columbus, Georgia. 0.99

01:35:52.940 Wayne Brady's from Columbus, Georgia.

01:35:54.360 Oh, cool.

01:35:54.940 And also, I don't know if you know Ma Rainey is a famous blues singer. 0.99

01:35:58.200 She's from Columbus, Georgia.

01:35:59.660 And she might be my cousin.

01:36:01.140 Okay, too.

01:36:01.840 Yeah, I think Ma Rainey might be.

01:36:02.760 Look at you.

01:36:03.320 Have you ever done the DNA test?

01:36:04.960 No, I haven't.

01:36:06.060 I'm a little afraid to. 1.00

01:36:07.380 I will send my fucking DNA to anyone. 1.00

01:36:09.100 I'll send a bottle of sperm to. 1.00

01:36:11.080 I don't give a fuck. 1.00

01:36:11.400 I bet you would. 1.00

01:36:12.660 And I had to ask you to stop because you wouldn't send something to me.

01:36:17.240 I didn't want to have to bring it up on the show, but you brought it up first, so.

01:36:21.520 That's really good. 0.97

01:36:23.140 That was really fucking funny. 0.96

01:36:24.440 I love that. 0.97

01:36:24.940 I do feel that way, though, about most things where, like, when they say things like, oh, they're watching you through your phone or whatever.

01:36:32.580 I don't care.

01:36:33.600 I don't care.

01:36:34.240 I can't be bothered.

01:36:35.120 I'm not doing anything interesting.

01:36:36.180 Me, too.

01:36:36.660 I've said that. 0.96

01:36:37.120 I'm like, if I'm not, it's boring as fuck, but if you find anything. 0.83

01:36:41.780 Y'all want to watch me play on Fortnite? 0.97

01:36:43.360 For real.

01:36:44.120 Do you like video games?

01:36:45.640 You love video games.

01:36:46.620 I think we talked about that.

01:36:47.480 I love video games.

01:36:48.480 What's your favorite kind of video game?

01:36:49.760 I like Super Smash Brothers.

01:36:51.880 Oh, love.

01:36:52.400 So, I love fighting games, but I've specifically been zoning in on Super Smash Brothers specifically.

01:36:57.120 I probably want to come out for the first time in a long time, like, two nights ago with a friend of mine.

01:37:02.100 And it just took me so long to get back into it, but Super Smash Brothers, I'm that girl.

01:37:05.860 Who's your character on Smash Brothers?

01:37:07.600 See, I have a few.

01:37:08.380 My first go-to is always Villager.

01:37:10.100 Okay, T.

01:37:10.800 Villager is also the only character you can make black. 0.63

01:37:14.520 I don't know if you'll know this.

01:37:15.160 If you L1 back one time, you get Black Villager. 0.99

01:37:18.780 Black Villager! 0.65

01:37:20.680 I love this.

01:37:21.400 I just always say that.

01:37:22.040 That should be your WWE name.

01:37:24.140 Black Villager. 0.67

01:37:25.780 Black Villager! 0.65

01:37:27.820 And you can make some characters literally the color black.

01:37:30.440 There's like a black Kirby.

01:37:31.560 Right.

01:37:31.840 There's a black Donkey Kong, a black King K. Rool, a black Ganondorf, but they're literally the color black. 0.82

01:37:37.240 Okay. 0.98

01:37:37.680 But Villager is like a black woman. 1.00

01:37:39.620 Okay, cool. 0.92

01:37:40.440 No, there's also a black Inkling. 0.98

01:37:42.180 Okay, T.

01:37:43.180 I was a Kirby girl.

01:37:44.680 Kirby girly?

01:37:45.300 Yeah.

01:37:45.760 Oh, I hate the Kirbys.

01:37:47.340 Yeah, it's not the best.

01:37:48.980 As I've played the newer versions of Smash Bros.

01:37:51.620 Like when I played back in the day, I was always Kirby and I felt like I was killing it.

01:37:54.720 Now I feel like Kirby's just not really holding up.

01:37:56.780 He got nerfed.

01:37:57.480 He was too powerful.

01:37:58.160 He did.

01:37:58.340 He was too powerful.

01:37:58.840 He was definitely too powerful.

01:38:00.320 I feel like, I'm going to say right now, if you get back into it, I feel in my heart of hearts you're going to be a Zelda girly.

01:38:06.360 Really, you think?

01:38:07.480 I do love Zelda.

01:38:08.500 You've got some Zelda in you. 0.68

01:38:09.680 Right.

01:38:10.180 She's a really great character.

01:38:11.380 She has great defensive moves. 1.00

01:38:12.860 She can deflect moves as well.

01:38:15.200 She has a shield. 0.99

01:38:15.980 T.

01:38:16.360 She has a guard who shows up out of nowhere and swings a big sword at you.

01:38:21.900 She's a great character.

01:38:22.920 I love that you're super into fighting games.

01:38:24.700 Do you like any other kinds of games?

01:38:25.660 I like Fortnite because it's like a first-person shooter game, but I can't Call of Duty.

01:38:31.880 I can't.

01:38:32.660 No, it's too much.

01:38:34.020 It's scary.

01:38:34.800 It's too real.

01:38:35.900 Yeah, it's too real.

01:38:36.800 It's horrifying.

01:38:37.500 Have you ever-

01:38:37.960 Like, the bodies fall.

01:38:39.140 The bodies are like-

01:38:40.680 Yeah, for real. 0.98

01:38:42.260 You can watch you blow a hole in their head.

01:38:44.800 Literally, but in Fortnite, it's kind of like evaporating.

01:38:46.400 I'm like, oh, that's what I want to see.

01:38:47.220 They're like, zzzz, and they fade away. 1.00

01:38:48.900 But this game is like-

01:38:50.220 Cartoon death.

01:38:50.740 The guy's literally like, my wife.

01:38:53.920 Tell my wife I love her.

01:38:55.180 I'm like, Jesus Christ.

01:38:56.420 The story modes on Call of Duty are even more scary because they're, like, real.

01:39:01.280 Like, they're war stories, obviously, but they look and feel too real.

01:39:05.340 I just don't like when I have to, like, it's me.

01:39:08.120 Like, it's my vision.

01:39:09.620 You don't like first-person?

01:39:10.540 First-person.

01:39:11.080 I don't like that.

01:39:11.840 I prefer a third-person view.

01:39:14.200 Well, when you play Fortnite, it's not really first-person because you can actually see their

01:39:17.460 person.

01:39:17.560 Your little character, yeah.

01:39:18.320 Yeah, you can see their first-person.

01:39:18.880 I had a spell with Fortnite where I was, like, playing it a lot.

01:39:22.560 How were you?

01:39:23.400 I was pretty good.

01:39:24.020 But I started getting a lot better, and then I won, like, two or three times, and then

01:39:27.520 I was like, yeah, I'm done.

01:39:29.640 Over it.

01:39:30.360 Yeah.

01:39:30.820 Retire while I'm on top.

01:39:31.900 Honestly.

01:39:32.340 Hang my jersey in the rafters.

01:39:33.180 Pretty smart.

01:39:33.700 I do love Fortnite.

01:39:34.660 Fortnite and Smash are my two favorite video games.

01:39:36.720 That's fun.

01:39:37.140 And then every 15 years when they release a Zelda, I will play the whole thing.

01:39:40.520 I loved the Zelda games when I- the GameCube was a thing.

01:39:44.520 My sister and I had all the Zelda games. 1.00

01:39:46.520 Loved those fucking games. 0.99

01:39:47.720 I mean, Tears of the Kingdom was a really, really great- 1.00

01:39:51.080 I mean, Breath of the Wild is really that girl.

01:39:53.420 Really?

01:39:53.820 I don't think they will ever top Breath of the Wild.

01:39:55.900 Yeah.

01:39:56.360 Ever.

01:39:57.100 I haven't played Zelda any time recently, but sometimes she calls to me.

01:40:00.700 It's fine.

01:40:01.240 Yeah.

01:40:01.340 You have a Switch?

01:40:02.620 No, I don't.

01:40:03.420 Actually, no, I do.

01:40:04.280 I do have a Switch.

01:40:04.900 Yeah.

01:40:05.240 You gotta have to play it on Switch.

01:40:06.980 Breath of the Wild, 10 out of 10 recommend.

01:40:08.880 Okay.

01:40:09.380 Love.

01:40:09.840 Yeah.

01:40:09.980 You know what's funny?

01:40:10.400 I talked to Monet about video games, too.

01:40:12.760 She doesn't like Breath of the Wild.

01:40:13.820 No, but when we were talking about the portable PS5 things, have you seen those?

01:40:18.800 Yep.

01:40:19.140 She goes, oh my God, my boyfriend got me one recently, and she goes, they're- I go, oh, 1.00

01:40:25.140 they're fucking stupid. 1.00

01:40:26.020 They don't work. 1.00

01:40:27.060 Like, have you ever tried those?

01:40:28.080 No, I've never played it.

01:40:28.720 No, it's literally, like, it looks awesome, because it looks exactly like the PS5, but

01:40:33.480 then, like, you need to be right next to the PS5 in order to use it. 0.96

01:40:37.220 Hey, what's the fucking point? 0.90

01:40:38.400 And then let's thank our sponsor, Sony. 0.99

01:40:41.520 Netflix would never do that to me.

01:40:43.040 Do you ever get ready with these?

01:40:44.900 Have I ever done that?

01:40:45.780 Do you ever do them?

01:40:46.980 No, not really.

01:40:48.180 Okay.

01:40:48.520 Not on my personal TikTok, but-

01:40:50.380 Do you do your makeup sometimes, too?

01:40:52.520 Yeah, but not for work, ever.

01:40:54.520 It's always-

01:40:55.180 Yeah.

01:40:55.400 Fair, valid, valid, fair.

01:40:56.260 I know.

01:40:56.580 That's why I'm, like, sometimes, or this morning, literally, I told my cousin Adam,

01:41:00.700 I was, like, oh, I have Bob today, and he was, like, oh, and then he spent extra long

01:41:05.540 on my face.

01:41:06.340 You look stunning.

01:41:07.040 Thank you, but I always remember that he always says, like, whenever I'm working with

01:41:10.620 drag queens, he wants to do a really good job on my makeup, just in case, so they don't 1.00

01:41:14.180 clock me.

01:41:14.720 So, what's he doing the other time?

01:41:16.760 Exactly.

01:41:17.200 I was, like, oh, I like that.

01:41:17.820 We need to have a conversation.

01:41:18.780 Let's have another re-evaluation, a work assessment, honey.

01:41:21.360 We'll revisit that at the end of this quarter.

01:41:23.040 That's hilarious.

01:41:23.320 Well, to close us, do you have any advice for anyone who's pursuing any sort of creative

01:41:31.980 endeavor right now?

01:41:33.280 My greatest gift is that I am not a perfectionist.

01:41:36.760 Love.

01:41:37.340 I just do it.

01:41:38.660 Just make it.

01:41:40.020 Just make the TikTok.

01:41:41.840 Make the food.

01:41:43.160 Draw the picture.

01:41:44.880 Write the book.

01:41:45.660 Write the joke.

01:41:46.840 And you'll just get better next time.

01:41:48.420 Yeah.

01:41:49.040 And it's true. 0.56

01:41:49.600 And you are a man of many talents. 0.95

01:41:51.280 I do want to say before, on a very serious note, I fucking love you, obviously. 0.88

01:41:55.560 I love you very personally. 0.98

01:41:56.820 But I think you are so fucking talented. 0.92

01:41:59.600 Oh, thank you. 0.95

01:41:59.820 Like, you are, like, one of the most talented people I've ever met that can do so many different

01:42:03.020 things.

01:42:03.400 And I mean that so sincerely.

01:42:04.500 You don't know that many people?

01:42:05.220 No, I'm kidding.

01:42:06.560 You don't get out much.

01:42:07.720 Well, out of all the drag queens. 1.00

01:42:09.240 There we go.

01:42:10.520 Obviously.

01:42:10.920 That's obvious. 1.00

01:42:11.280 In general, I just think you're a fucking star. 1.00

01:42:14.020 I think you know that. 0.99

01:42:15.000 But I just think you're fantastic and amazing.

01:42:17.020 And I feel lucky to know you.

01:42:18.100 That means a lot to me.

01:42:18.920 And also, I'm going to get you a copy of my book.

01:42:21.920 Please do.

01:42:22.900 I meant to bring it, but I ended up giving away a bunch of the queerties last night that 1.00

01:42:25.540 I was hosting.

01:42:26.000 And I ran out of books.

01:42:27.280 But I'm going to get you a signed copy of my book.

01:42:28.860 And I'm going to text you over.

01:42:31.000 So in my audio book, there are two original songs in it.

01:42:34.820 Oh, I love.

01:42:35.920 Two original songs.

01:42:37.040 I'm going to send them over to you.

01:42:38.560 I'm so, like, these are the best songs I've ever written.

01:42:40.860 Oh, I love that.

01:42:41.200 I'm not kidding.

01:42:41.560 These are legit the best songs I've ever written.

01:42:43.400 They're written from the perspective, like, the point of view, the POV of Harriet Tubman.

01:42:46.040 Yeah. 0.99

01:42:46.520 The best songs I have ever written in my fucking life. 0.98

01:42:49.820 And I cannot wait to share them with you. 0.98

01:42:51.200 I love to hear that.

01:42:52.220 And I think you're a shining example of someone who, obviously, you're so talented in the

01:42:57.500 drag world.

01:42:58.440 But you're someone who is an artist at the very center of everything.

01:43:01.420 You're an artist.

01:43:01.780 And I think you've done a fantastic job of being able to showcase all the other talents

01:43:07.040 outside of drag.

01:43:08.120 Thank you.

01:43:08.400 Obviously, you love drag, but, like, you are so incredibly talented outside of that.

01:43:12.000 So, I'm so excited to read your book and hear your songs.

01:43:14.680 I think you're fantastic.

01:43:15.760 Let me look at these nails real quick. 1.00
