The Culture War - Tim Pool - Portland Police PROTECT ANTIFA From DHS, Assist Antifa ESCAPE ft. Lara Trump

00:00:00.640 Democrats in California, Oregon, Chicago, publicly defying the will of the voter in this country.

00:00:08.860 It is shocking that we've come to this point.

00:00:11.800 It really is, but I think this is what happens when you really have no other argument, right?

00:00:17.380 What else are these people going to do?

00:00:18.980 I keep saying that about this no kings nonsense, these crazy protests across the country.

00:00:23.640 Look, the people on the left, and by the way, that group is being whittled down every single day because I think so many Americans look at some of this stuff and they're like, this stuff is nuts. 0.70

00:00:34.400 This stuff is crazy.

00:00:35.320 This is not anything that we can actually vibe with.

00:00:38.080 I don't understand what you guys are doing.

00:00:40.060 We got a story from Breitbart.

00:00:42.060 Claim Portland police shield Antifa rioters as they shine spotlights in DHS agents' eyes.

00:00:49.980 You may have seen the story.

00:00:50.980 We covered it last night.

00:00:51.900 When Antifa was using a high-lumen flashlight on DHS to blind them and obstruct their ability to monitor the area, DHS tried marking the individual with pepper balls.

00:01:05.560 They hid behind a street sign.

00:01:07.040 Then they ran behind a police line.

00:01:09.840 When DHS came down to apprehend the individual, the police said, what do you want us to do about it?

00:01:15.200 We don't know what's going on, which is a lie.

00:01:17.380 Portland police provided cover for the Antifa terrorist, who then freely escaped.

00:01:24.720 We've now got lines forming, factions forming.

00:01:29.460 Look, I don't think it's the end of the world.

00:01:31.800 I don't think the U.S. will cease to exist.

00:01:33.980 Even through the Civil War, the U.S. still exists.

00:01:36.300 But I'm curious, where things like this go?

00:01:39.100 With the previous political segment I've been talking about with Democrats willing to defend a guy with a Nazi tattoo and claims to be a communist, it seems like the left is literally just a cult.

00:01:49.840 I don't want to call it a religion.

00:01:51.520 It's not a religion.

00:01:52.840 They don't have any kind of deity.

00:01:54.680 It is a non-theistic religion, I suppose.

00:01:56.460 They have high priests.

00:01:57.360 But that just means it's more of a cult.

00:01:59.360 Well, we're going to bring in Laura Trump to talk about all of this and what's going on.

00:02:05.380 Let's boot up the system.

00:02:08.860 We are currently loading it up.

00:02:10.440 It looks to be good.

00:02:12.580 And let's roll.

00:02:15.160 Should be up any minute.

00:02:16.640 Hey, Laura, how's it going?

00:02:18.360 Hello.

00:02:19.140 It's going well.

00:02:19.760 How are you?

00:02:20.420 I'm going pretty well.

00:02:21.960 Thanks for joining me.

00:02:22.700 Do you want to give a quick introduction for yourself?

00:02:24.740 I don't think you need the introduction, but.

00:02:26.560 Well, I mean, I got a lot of titles.

00:02:30.280 I'm Donald Trump's daughter-in-law, wife to Eric Trump.

00:02:34.160 I currently have a Saturday night show on Fox News.

00:02:37.840 I have my podcast, The Right View, as you can see right here.

00:02:41.360 I'm the former co-chair of the Republican National Committee.

00:02:44.400 I could keep going on and on, but I think that'll suffice for right now.

00:02:47.740 Well, there's a lot I want to talk to you about, especially with this Graham Plattner story

00:02:50.740 and his totem cop tattoo.

00:02:52.500 But I do want to start with something that seems kind of shocking.

00:02:56.560 And it's from a couple nights ago, Nick Sorter documenting the ongoing disturbances in the

00:03:01.840 Portland riots, although there's not as many people as you see on the weekends.

00:03:05.520 But an interesting thing happened.

00:03:06.960 I don't know if you saw the story.

00:03:08.340 There was an Antifa person flashing a high-lumen flashlight at DHS to obstruct their vision of

00:03:14.920 what's going on on the ground.

00:03:16.500 DHS attempted to mark the individual with pepper balls for later arrest.

00:03:20.440 The Antifa individual then ran behind Portland police who protected her from arrest.

00:03:27.500 DHS came down and Portland police feigned ignorance, saying they didn't know what was going on or why

00:03:31.180 the person was running.

00:03:32.740 Ultimately, this person left.

00:03:34.620 So now you've got these stories popping up.

00:03:36.280 There's serious concern about when Portland police arrested conservatives who were the victims of violent

00:03:40.940 crime and now even protecting Antifa from getting arrested.

00:03:45.220 Harmeet Dhillon said it's time to send to the National Guard.

00:03:48.080 I'm not sure if you saw the story, but I'm curious your thoughts on this and the general phenomenon with Antifa on the far left.

00:03:53.600 Well, I'm so glad that Antifa is designated as a domestic terrorist organization, because that's exactly what these people are.

00:03:59.680 And that's what their goals are.

00:04:01.100 They're there to terrorize people.

00:04:03.180 They're there to obstruct the general flow of life and the way of things.

00:04:07.900 They would love if they could to thwart the will of the people.

00:04:11.160 And by that, I mean, we know they're out there every day pushing back against ICE agents and trying to get in their way of actually executing the law

00:04:19.580 as it's written on the books here in the United States of America.

00:04:21.960 We want to get criminal, illegal aliens out of our country, and that's exactly what the ICE agents are doing.

00:04:28.180 And now you've seen time and time again how these people within Antifa have used really destructive tactics to execute whatever it is they want to achieve.

00:04:37.340 And we've seen it with the BLM riots, also known as the Summer of Love riots. 0.55

00:04:41.140 We've seen it time and time again across this country.

00:04:43.380 And finally, we have a president who said enough is enough and an attorney general who said enough is enough.

00:04:48.080 We have to start taking these people at face value, and their face value is a domestic terrorist organization.

00:04:53.700 So I, for one, am very happy to see that happen because I think you continue to allow people, Tim, to behave in this crazy way,

00:05:01.740 and you only encourage that sort of behavior.

00:05:03.880 This is just basic of human nature.

00:05:06.500 So that's number one.

00:05:07.920 Number two, I think it's really outrageous that you have people who have been elected into positions of power,

00:05:15.500 mayors of cities, governors of states who are not willing to protect their citizens,

00:05:21.280 who are not willing to work with the federal government, who, again, is trying to execute the law

00:05:25.100 and trying to encourage safety and security in our country.

00:05:28.580 You've seen it, whether we're talking about, you know, Chicago, Brandon Johnson, J.B. Pritzker,

00:05:34.020 or whether we're now looking at Portland.

00:05:35.640 I assume that the Portland police are being given orders from a higher up, and they're saying, you know,

00:05:43.000 don't arrest these people or protect them against federal law enforcement.

00:05:47.200 It's insane, and this is not how this country is supposed to operate.

00:05:50.740 You know, I was just in Memphis, Tennessee last week, and I got to do a ride-along with the Memphis Safe Task Force.

00:05:57.140 This is 30-plus law enforcement agencies, some federal, some state and local,

00:06:01.720 who have now come together to make Memphis safe again.

00:06:04.140 They had the highest violent crime rate in the entire country.

00:06:07.120 They've seen that decrease dramatically, over 800 arrests.

00:06:10.540 We're talking about gang members off the streets, illicit drugs off the street.

00:06:14.140 Over 40 children recovered and who are missing children returned to their families.

00:06:19.140 That's what this president wants to do.

00:06:21.260 So to see these people out there pushing back against it and getting in the way of this good work happening,

00:06:27.420 I think is outrageous.

00:06:28.500 And I think that the people of these communities are grateful whenever you see President Trump show up,

00:06:34.920 whenever you see the, you know, federal law enforcement show up, National Guard troops show up.

00:06:38.840 Look at Washington, D.C.

00:06:40.540 That's what people want to see happen.

00:06:42.020 You talk to the people in those communities, Tim, they're grateful when it happens. 0.87

00:06:45.260 And it's a shame that there are these lunatics out there who are absolutely domestic terrorists who are trying to stand in the way.

00:06:50.360 You are correct, too. 0.93

00:06:51.820 I mean, I live in the D.C. metro.

00:06:53.860 We're like an hour and a half outside of D.C.

00:06:55.400 So we go there relatively often.

00:06:56.920 And it's been great.

00:06:57.980 It's been.

00:06:58.420 Yeah, it's great.

00:06:59.040 People telling me that they feel safe.

00:07:01.660 I'm also you can feel the difference.

00:07:03.320 You can really feel the difference when you walk around in Washington, D.C., no doubt.

00:07:06.620 I'm from Chicago as well.

00:07:08.000 And my friends, I left.

00:07:09.800 Crime being one of the reasons my friends are like, it's great.

00:07:12.820 These narratives are insane.

00:07:13.940 But here's the thing. 0.75

00:07:14.540 You mentioned these lunatics trying to stop this.

00:07:17.480 What about these judges?

00:07:18.600 These judges, federal judges who are telling the president he can't use the National Guard.

00:07:23.700 So let's let's bring this together.

00:07:25.400 Portland police arrest Nick Sorter and a couple other conservatives after they got attacked by Antifa.

00:07:31.600 And it was only because the federal government publicly made statements and sought to intervene.

00:07:36.680 Nick Sorter went free without charges, even though he was the victim.

00:07:39.420 When Trump then says or when Mr. President says, I'm going to bring in the National Guard because local law enforcement isn't doing their jobs for whatever reason.

00:07:49.440 The judges say no and stop him.

00:07:51.860 So Antifa on the ground and the judges in government obstructing what the people actually want to see.

00:07:57.400 And this is just the next phase of lawfare, right?

00:08:00.540 And we saw this happen to Donald Trump over the course of the past two years.

00:08:04.520 We all remember what was happening, you know, a little over a year ago.

00:08:07.500 Alvin Bragg, Letitia James, Jack Smith, Fannie Willis, all of that nonsense.

00:08:11.820 This is the next phase of it.

00:08:13.080 And now it's not just targeting Donald Trump.

00:08:15.080 It's targeting every person in this country, because when you have these judges who are picking and choosing how they're going to operate and they're basing it on politics, man, is that a dangerous place to be.

00:08:24.940 It's why installing these judges is so important.

00:08:28.160 I'll tell you what, Dan Scavino right now just took over as director of PPO, presidential personnel.

00:08:33.660 He's going to be one of those people who's going to ensure that we have great judges all across this country.

00:08:38.140 But it's totally insane that this is happening, and it's to the detriment of the entire country.

00:08:45.240 So you see how dangerous this can become.

00:08:47.900 This isn't just about your elected official at the very top as president or even people in the United States Congress.

00:08:54.640 These judges matter.

00:08:56.140 You know, your local school board matters.

00:08:57.820 All of it matters because ultimately these people are determining what happens in our communities.

00:09:02.560 I'll tell you what kind of scares me.

00:09:04.020 Secondly, there's this ruling from the judge in Illinois, a federal judge, saying that the president can federalize the National Guard but cannot deploy them, which is paradoxical.

00:09:14.920 How can the president assume command but then not simply instruct them to walk somewhere?

00:09:20.840 This was not the president saying we're going to go and arrest people and issue citations.

00:09:26.560 This is what's called the protective principle of I can deploy National Guard wherever I want.

00:09:31.200 They just can't enforce the law under posse comitatus.

00:09:33.280 How could a judge say yes to half and not the other?

00:09:36.800 What scares me about this is these judges are engaging in just overt, unconstitutional edict with these rulings.

00:09:46.860 That's why they keep getting overturned.

00:09:48.880 The president, I believe, trying to keep things at a lower temperature is saying okay when the judge does.

00:09:56.800 I can respect it because as much as these liberals are saying why won't the president turn the temperature down, I'm like I'm pretty sure if a judge issues an unconstitutional order, the president could just say that that doesn't apply.

00:10:08.800 I can do what I'm allowed to do.

00:10:10.120 Instead, he's playing nice and holding back a little bit.

00:10:13.560 But I'm concerned that if that is the only way we play this game, these judges, these far-left liberal politicians are going to continually violate the law and the Constitution.

00:10:24.900 And unless we get gritty and say we're done listening to you guys violate the Constitution, they're going to keep protecting illegal immigrants. 0.97

00:10:34.500 They're going to entrench this worldview, this moral structure.

00:10:38.420 I feel like we've got to go to a point where the president's just going to say, listen, you have no authority to issue that ruling.

00:10:44.400 And he may get there.

00:10:45.460 I mean, look, we know that this is a president who is scared of absolutely nothing.

00:10:49.140 If he could survive the past 10 years of his life, quite frankly, you know, on every possible metric, this is a guy who's not afraid of anything.

00:10:59.720 He wasn't afraid to go and deal directly with Hamas and say, hey, enough is enough. 0.71

00:11:04.460 We're going to end this war. 0.87

00:11:05.320 You're going to send back the hostages.

00:11:06.700 He's not afraid of any of these people, but I think you're right.

00:11:09.500 I think he's trying to take a bit more of a diplomatic approach to this and say, OK, let's not get crazy just yet.

00:11:16.900 But if need be, you're right.

00:11:18.140 He should have the authority to say, I don't need to deal directly with these people.

00:11:23.480 And if you guys are not actually following the law and the Constitution, then maybe we need to look at another path.

00:11:30.080 But it's really shocking because this just opens the door to to allow people to do things that I think are really, to your point, really scary and really terrifying.

00:11:40.960 I mean, look at Charlie Kirk's assassination because these people are allowing violence to reign and allowing a space for any of this kind of hysteria and nonsense.

00:11:51.960 It only accelerates that kind of behavior. 0.86

00:11:54.820 And I do agree with you.

00:11:56.300 I think it's really scary.

00:11:57.940 I think the president is taking a measured approach.

00:12:00.180 And if need be, I think there may be another path for him.

00:12:02.960 We'll see.

00:12:03.260 I guess the point that I'm trying to make is there's a challenge in that every time these conflicts, they've been escalating nonstop.

00:12:09.460 It seems that the right is always saying, let's let's stay calm and move slowly and strategically.

00:12:17.280 What ends up happening is we consistently see from these judges with the with the what was it called?

00:12:22.900 The universal injunctions, which were struck down.

00:12:25.160 You can't do this.

00:12:25.840 They they were doing things that they do not have the authority to do.

00:12:29.380 So you can put it simply as just ignore the politics of the matter and say there's two people.

00:12:34.320 One keeps breaking the law and the other is saying we have to be careful about how we approach the person breaking law.

00:12:38.840 The left thinks they're justified in unconstitutional edict order.

00:12:44.120 It's pretty wild.

00:12:45.140 I was talking to Tom Holman the other day.

00:12:46.820 ICE is enforcing the law.

00:12:47.980 Congress codified.

00:12:49.960 They're going on arresting people because Congress passed these laws decades ago.

00:12:54.260 Democrats in California, Oregon, Chicago publicly defying the will of the of the voter in this country.

00:13:02.480 It is shocking that we've come to this point.

00:13:05.680 It really is.

00:13:06.620 But I think this is what happens when you really have no other argument.

00:13:10.820 Right.

00:13:11.040 What what else are these people going to do?

00:13:12.680 I keep saying that about this.

00:13:13.780 No Kings nonsense.

00:13:14.720 These crazy protests across the country.

00:13:17.420 Look, the people on the left.

00:13:19.680 And I by the way, that that group is being whittled down every single day because I think so many Americans look at some of this stuff and they're like, this stuff is nuts.

00:13:28.060 This stuff is crazy.

00:13:28.900 This is not anything that we can actually vibe with.

00:13:31.700 I don't understand what you guys are doing.

00:13:33.740 I think they've run out of every possible argument.

00:13:36.660 How are you arguing with securing our border and keeping Americans safe?

00:13:40.340 How are you arguing with gas prices being down below three dollars a gallon for the first time in four years?

00:13:45.780 How are you arguing against world peace, which this president is actually making a reality?

00:13:51.280 They don't really have any argument for this stuff.

00:13:54.040 So this is their only outlet.

00:13:55.740 I will say this.

00:13:56.940 I agree with you that traditionally conservatives are very kind of meek and say, well, we're going to be the nice guys here.

00:14:05.940 Donald Trump kind of changed the game on that in a big way.

00:14:08.840 And I will say this current Republican Party, this Congress that I see right now, the Republicans who comprise it are now a bit of a different breed.

00:14:18.800 And I think people learned a lot from Donald Trump.

00:14:20.640 They learned backbone.

00:14:21.660 They learned how to fight.

00:14:22.940 They learned how to stand up and stand strong and never give up and never give in.

00:14:27.300 And you look at the shutdown right now and I'll say they haven't been playing the game.

00:14:31.880 The Democrats thought they would play.

00:14:33.520 And so there is some hope, I think.

00:14:36.260 And I think we're learning as a party a little bit of a different tactic and different technique.

00:14:41.220 And I give a lot of credit to my father-in-law for that.

00:14:43.920 You know, what's funny is asking, like, how we get to this point, what is the morality behind these people?

00:14:48.780 They're always complaining about whatever it is.

00:14:50.940 You know, it's the ballroom now.

00:14:52.360 How dare the president expand the White House and do a construction project?

00:14:57.040 But take a look.

00:14:57.920 Have you seen the story about the Maine Democratic candidate, Graham Plattner, who has the literal—the progressive candidate in Maine, backed by Bernie Sanders and many of these progressives, has the actual SS symbol, the Totenkopf, on his chest.

00:15:14.460 It is a specific image.

00:15:16.720 It's a skull and crossbones, but it's not any old skull and crossbones.

00:15:20.120 It's a literal and overt symbol of the SS—the—I forgot the actual—we call it SS.

00:15:27.040 I'm not a historian.

00:15:28.240 The Nazis who oversaw the death camps.

00:15:29.880 He has that tattoo on his chest.

00:15:31.100 Yep. 0.98

00:15:31.700 Democrats are running full speed to say, oh, well, you know, he was young and dumb and drunk and didn't know what it was when he got it. 0.99

00:15:38.480 And they're defending it. 0.99

00:15:39.800 I think that just shows the only thing they have in their political sphere is as long as you're anti-Trump, we're okay with you, even if you have a Nazi tattoo on your chest.

00:15:51.840 This guy says he's not a Nazi there.

00:15:53.160 It's fine.

00:15:53.900 We don't care.

00:15:54.280 Pete Hegseth has Christian symbols, and they call him a Nazi.

00:15:59.660 Remember the white nationalist symbol that he had?

00:16:02.580 You mean a cross?

00:16:04.200 The cross tattoo?

00:16:05.660 Yeah.

00:16:06.220 That's how these people operate.

00:16:07.700 It's amazing that the same people who were trying to call out Pete Hegseth, Tim, are not outraged over this skull.

00:16:14.680 You're right.

00:16:15.380 This is a very specific skull and crossbones.

00:16:18.340 And actually, I wanted to make sure I looked it up and compared it side by side to the SS version that you're talking about.

00:16:25.560 I don't think you mix those up by accident.

00:16:27.700 It's identical.

00:16:28.700 And by the way, if you did, wouldn't you at this point, as one of his staffers, one of this guy's staffers even acknowledged, wouldn't you have already covered that up by now?

00:16:37.080 I don't get it.

00:16:38.460 It's crazy.

00:16:39.640 But maybe even more frightening than the tattoo and the fact that, I mean, a lot of the Democrat Party seems to be very anti-Semitic in general.

00:16:47.020 So maybe this should shock no one.

00:16:48.840 Are really the policies and the platforms and the things this guy said advocating for political violence. 0.98

00:16:55.560 He said black people don't tip. 0.95

00:16:57.580 I don't know about that. 1.00

00:16:58.400 All cops are bastards. 0.99

00:17:00.060 He has held these communist views for a long time and identified as a communist, believes in climate change, wants to stop all the deportations. 1.00

00:17:07.800 That is also scary stuff.

00:17:09.400 So for a whole host of reasons, I hope people in Maine pay attention to who this guy really is.

00:17:14.100 And the voters will ultimately weigh in on this.

00:17:16.960 But, yeah, of course it's outrageous. 0.96

00:17:18.540 And, of course, the hypocrisy is staggering when it comes to the same people calling out the white nationalists. 0.88

00:17:24.880 Oh, also known as a cross tattoo on Pete Hex said they don't know how much to say about this. 0.87

00:17:28.540 Yeah, it's funny because I think it shows that the word Nazi to these people doesn't actually mean Nazi.

00:17:32.900 It just means, like, enemy.

00:17:35.000 Because when the guy has the actual Nazi tattoo, they're like, well, you know, but he's on our side. 0.68

00:17:38.900 So we're not, you know.

00:17:40.020 Not a big deal.

00:17:41.340 We'll just let it slide.

00:17:42.680 We'll let this one slide.

00:17:43.720 Have you been following the Pentagon press news around, like, all the media walking out?

00:17:49.060 Have you seen this, I imagine?

00:17:50.960 Yeah.

00:17:52.020 So I'm trying to understand what the issue is, and I can't seem to figure it out.

00:17:59.800 So the Pentagon says, hey, look, there's certain areas where you're allowed to freely roam about.

00:18:06.000 You have your offices.

00:18:07.120 You can do, you know, interviews.

00:18:08.420 Like, there's some restrictions.

00:18:09.140 But the media is acting like the Pentagon has just ended journalism and free speech in this country.

00:18:18.160 So I read the memo.

00:18:20.080 I tweeted about this.

00:18:22.600 I don't know if I'm supposed to talk about, like, everything I was reading in it.

00:18:26.040 And this may be preliminary, I suppose.

00:18:28.340 But I suppose I'll just talk about it while we're here.

00:18:29.920 But I signed it.

00:18:31.040 And we were talking with several of the journalists, scratching our heads as to what the heck the media is complaining about.

00:18:40.660 I don't know if you've had a chance to see it or the story from these journalists, how they all staged this walkout, refusing to sign a simple, like, press pass acknowledgement from the Pentagon.

00:18:50.460 Well, first of all, here's what I'll say.

00:18:54.600 As it relates to this administration, you have never had a more transparent administration in my lifetime, for sure, when it comes to presidential administrations.

00:19:04.940 You see Caroline Levitt.

00:19:06.280 You see Donald Trump.

00:19:07.080 My God, yesterday, I think my father-in-law was in front of cameras engaging with the press for multiple hours.

00:19:13.720 I saw him in, like, the 12 o'clock hour, then in the 4 o'clock hour.

00:19:17.360 And likewise, with all of his cabinet secretaries, they are very open and they are very engaged with the press.

00:19:22.740 We have nothing to hide.

00:19:23.760 We want to give information to the American people from the perspective of this president, right?

00:19:28.500 When it comes to national security, when it comes to the Pentagon, it is well within the right of Pete Hegseth to say, hey, you know what?

00:19:37.200 Maybe you guys weren't supposed to get all of this access.

00:19:40.180 We're going to give you everything you need.

00:19:41.700 And I also like something else that the White House has been a leader in, which is bringing in kind of alternative media outlets.

00:19:49.100 We have never seen a White House do that.

00:19:51.200 They have a space for podcasters, for people who are independent journalists, Tim, which I think is so refreshing to see because that's – I mean, look at your show.

00:20:00.580 People are finally done with the mainstream media and they're like, we don't trust you anymore anyway.

00:20:05.300 So I imagine that going forward, a lot of those people will probably be given a lot of access to the Pentagon.

00:20:12.900 And you know what?

00:20:13.540 For the people who aren't willing to abide by the rules, maybe they didn't need to be there in the first place.

00:20:18.660 Yeah.

00:20:18.800 I believe there's supposed to be some like announcement about the news organizations that have agreed to these terms or whatever.

00:20:23.960 So I'll give people the gist.

00:20:26.360 I get sent the memo and they say, let us know if you – you know, we had been talking about interviewing people at the Pentagon.

00:20:32.600 We've never been there.

00:20:33.540 I've never interviewed people there before.

00:20:35.820 And so, hey, what do we have to do to get these interviews over these issues?

00:20:38.960 I mean, the missile strikes, the drone strikes of the drug cartels and things like that, there's controversy around this.

00:20:46.460 There's arguments from liberals.

00:20:47.360 And they said, okay, we'll come to an interview.

00:20:49.660 Here's how press works.

00:20:50.960 The New York Times and several others I think made the argument that the agreement states you will not – it's like you can't publish classified materials or something and you can't solicit it.

00:21:03.260 Yeah, I'm pretty sure – I could be wrong and I mean this sincerely.

00:21:07.460 But I'm fairly certain it is a crime to solicit classified information from an individual.

00:21:13.960 This is under the Obama administration.

00:21:16.820 They charged people – he did – with espionage.

00:21:19.660 Journalists can't go to a person and say, give me classified intel.

00:21:22.940 That's illegal.

00:21:24.260 What they are allowed to do is if a person says I'm whistleblowing or leaking this, journalists are protected if they receive it unsolicited.

00:21:32.280 But you can't go to someone and say, break the law so I can have a story.

00:21:36.300 So I'm confused.

00:21:37.240 I read through this thing.

00:21:38.220 It's like a lot of parking.

00:21:40.740 It's like when you agree to the press pass, here's the areas where you can park.

00:21:43.380 I'm like, what is this?

00:21:44.940 I feel like the press has been called out.

00:21:49.880 They've been not necessarily even cut off.

00:21:52.660 I feel like the president has been one of the more transparent administrations, giving access to tons of different outlets, letting people come in and ask them questions whenever you want.

00:22:02.560 And when they act untoward, he just responds back with, well, you're fake news.

00:22:07.160 Still not something you'd see from other administrations.

00:22:09.520 I feel like, you know, you mentioned the mainstream media is now sort of being pushed aside.

00:22:15.540 People are waking up, but we're becoming the mainstream media, your show, my show.

00:22:18.740 That's right.

00:22:19.200 The legacy press stormed out of the Pentagon furious because they wanted to be treated like kings and no one is obligated to treat them that way.

00:22:28.720 That's right.

00:22:29.420 And I think that if there's one thing people have to give Donald Trump credit for, he's the one who kind of started that push, right?

00:22:39.000 If you go back to 2015, the day he came down the golden escalator in Trump Tower, people kind of all were just asleep at the wheel.

00:22:45.740 And they were like, yeah, we'll get our news from The New York Times.

00:22:48.060 Yeah, we'll tune into ABC News.

00:22:49.640 Because no one really had in their mind that coming out of Donald Trump running for president would come the term fake news.

00:22:56.380 And then he started to expose who these people are and why they're fake news.

00:23:00.180 Look at the Leslie Stahl interview back during his first term as president whenever he talks about his campaign being spied on.

00:23:07.080 And she goes, oh, Mr. President, we're 60 minutes.

00:23:10.060 We can't publish something that we can't back up.

00:23:13.120 And he's like, Leslie, this is the truth.

00:23:15.080 Then, of course, you get Tulsi Gabbard in there as our DNI. 0.96

00:23:18.160 And now we have all the evidence of all of that stuff happening.

00:23:21.360 The whole point to this is Donald Trump exposed the legacy media for the fake news that they truly are.

00:23:28.080 And, man, was it time because people didn't realize how manipulated they had been in this country by these people.

00:23:33.700 Now that they're awake, now that they see it, they are seeking alternative outlets.

00:23:37.900 And thank God for that.

00:23:38.980 That is a great thing for our country.

00:23:40.820 We want people to just get the information, Tim, and let them make the decisions.

00:23:45.020 We don't need to put any kind of spin on it.

00:23:46.760 Give it to them out there.

00:23:48.180 The American people are smart.

00:23:49.420 They'll make the right decision.

00:23:50.780 We had on comedian Graham Linehan.

00:23:53.920 I'm not sure if you're familiar with him, but he's famous in the U.K. for several sitcoms that he had written.

00:23:58.900 And he was a liberal guy.

00:24:00.300 He was a, you know, I don't say far leftist, but entrenched liberal worldview where he was part of the cancel culture, the pylons. 1.00

00:24:07.460 There was this incident in Scotland with a guy that we call Count Dankula on social media.

00:24:13.900 He had made a joke video of his pug doing the Hitler salute as a joke.

00:24:19.280 And it was just a YouTube video that he made on his phone or whatever.

00:24:22.860 Graham Linehan had very similar jokes in his sitcoms.

00:24:26.060 So I asked him, you know, the sitcom joke that we had talked about on your show is very similar to this guy, Count Dankula.

00:24:31.600 He got arrested for that pug joke.

00:24:33.720 Oh, my God.

00:24:34.620 And this is a while ago now, but this is an interesting backstory.

00:24:38.720 I asked Graham, you know, about this.

00:24:41.300 And he mentioned that he actually piled on the attacks against Count Dankula.

00:24:45.720 Again, that's just the guy's name on social media. 0.96

00:24:47.500 Because he genuinely believed this was a white supremacist who was who was racist and hated people and was mocking them with this dog. 0.94

00:24:57.060 But he wasn't Count Dankula. 0.94

00:24:59.180 He's a funny guy.

00:24:59.980 He's a comedian.

00:25:00.400 He's not racist.

00:25:01.360 He's fairly liberal, probably.

00:25:03.500 And Graham said only later did he realize he was wrong when he piled on and attacked this this this this young man.

00:25:10.280 And I said, when did you realize how did you come to realize that you were wrong about this?

00:25:15.280 And he said, at some point, I realized every journalist was lying to me.

00:25:20.320 We all started busting out laughing because it's funny, isn't it?

00:25:23.360 Every single journalist in the corporate media and the press march in lockstep with the lies and keep people deceived as to what they're actually supporting and what they're doing.

00:25:35.240 And now it's funny.

00:25:37.420 We're talking about this Graham Plattner guy.

00:25:38.780 The New York Times headline in the story says he has tattoo a tattoo with a Nazi link.

00:25:44.640 It's quite literally the Nazi tattoo of the Nazi brigade.

00:25:48.820 Tim, imagine I had that tattoo.

00:25:51.240 Imagine that.

00:25:52.220 Can you can you even for a second the kind of things these people would say about me?

00:25:56.480 But that's it.

00:25:57.460 They sugarcoat everything.

00:25:58.740 They just soften it up a little bit when it's someone from their side.

00:26:02.020 Because we know they're the marketing arm for the Democrat Party, the legacy media.

00:26:05.580 No, there's no doubt about it.

00:26:07.100 But but I love to hear stories like the one you just told, because I hear every day I travel constantly for for work.

00:26:15.140 I'm in airports and on airplanes all the time.

00:26:17.740 I'm at a lot of different events.

00:26:19.020 And I can't tell you it's it's almost daily people come up to me and they say, you know what?

00:26:24.180 I was a Democrat.

00:26:25.020 I was a far left, you know, voter for so long.

00:26:28.460 And then and they always have a then there's always this one moment, one thing that triggered them to start to look closely.

00:26:35.320 And when the one thing happens and they realize how how wrong all of it's been, then it's like a deluge of things that they are like, wait a minute.

00:26:43.580 All of this information has been been wrong.

00:26:46.960 A lot of it happened during covid to a lot of people. 0.84

00:26:49.540 A lot of it happened last year when Donald Trump was indicted for the most ridiculous things. 0.74

00:26:53.880 A lot of it happened after his assassination attempt in Butler, Pennsylvania.

00:26:57.320 But for so many people, there's that one moment and it's I'm so happy that people are there and people are seeing it.

00:27:05.160 And it takes a lot whenever you believe one version of things for so long.

00:27:09.980 It takes a lot to bring yourself to say, you know what?

00:27:12.580 I may have been wrong.

00:27:13.520 I may have been lied to.

00:27:14.800 But kudos to those people who have that ability to see it and say it and then come out and talk about it.

00:27:19.380 I think that's great.

00:27:20.460 What's was really fascinating, which this actually shocked me earlier in the year we had on this this woman on Timcast IRL.

00:27:26.940 She's a liberal journalist in Brooklyn, but she left corporate media.

00:27:31.340 And I think she's starting to now see through the manipulations.

00:27:35.200 But she did not know.

00:27:37.920 And this is, again, a few months ago about the very fine people hoax.

00:27:42.040 Oh, God.

00:27:42.960 She legitimately still believed that the president had defended Nazis and we had to show her the video.

00:27:50.320 And she was like, wait, Trump never said that.

00:27:52.280 And it's it's it's crazy.

00:27:53.900 It's it's seven or eight years later.

00:27:55.380 And there are still people who don't know they were lied to about this.

00:27:59.160 Tim, people still believe that Russia influenced the 2016 election.

00:28:04.420 Are we kidding ourselves right now?

00:28:06.400 That very fine people hoax.

00:28:07.960 That's one of the ones that really gets me that and the Russia collusion nonsense.

00:28:11.780 I mean, this is my family.

00:28:12.980 This has been our life.

00:28:13.900 You know, my husband just released a book called Under Siege last Tuesday.

00:28:17.620 It officially launched and I hope everyone reads it because you'll really start to appreciate what the last 10 years has been like for our family.

00:28:26.300 But I went on The Breakfast Club last year during the campaign and I had to inform the hosts of The Breakfast Club of exactly what Donald Trump said in that Charlottesville hoax.

00:28:37.620 He said there are very fine people on both sides, meaning the people who wanted to protect history and the people who were against the statues and thought they should come down.

00:28:46.780 And that's all you heard from the liberal media.

00:28:49.620 And except they should have let it play for another 20 seconds, because he goes, except for the neo-Nazis and white nationalists who should be condemned. 0.93

00:28:58.160 Totally. 0.64

00:28:58.740 You never heard that out there.

00:28:59.880 So thank you for playing that for her. 0.99

00:29:01.540 But the same with the Russia, Russia, Russia crap. 0.98

00:29:03.780 People, it's in textbooks. 0.99

00:29:05.000 It's in textbooks in our schools out in the United States of America.

00:29:08.880 Donald Trump won the 2016 election because of Russian collusion.

00:29:12.280 Are you serious?

00:29:12.880 You know, one thing I love to say, and with all due respect, I've never met Eric, but I have.

00:29:17.900 We've had Don Jr. on several times.

00:29:20.440 He's called in as well.

00:29:21.980 And I try to be careful.

00:29:24.320 I try to say this with respect.

00:29:25.520 He's a regular guy.

00:29:27.100 What I mean is, if you were walking down the street and you bumped into Donald Trump Jr.

00:29:33.600 and you didn't know who he was, you might assume that he's just like a broker at a firm of some type or just.

00:29:41.120 You'd probably think that he was going out fishing, to be quite honest, based on what Don usually wears.

00:29:46.620 Exactly. 0.97

00:29:47.420 And the media paints him as this like Machiavellian, evil, white supremacist. 0.72

00:29:52.200 And I'm just like, people, if you bumped into this guy, you'd be like, wait, you're the son of a billionaire who's the president? 0.84

00:29:59.600 I wouldn't have seen that.

00:30:00.800 It's just, like you mentioned, going fishing, regular guy.

00:30:03.840 The media paints this such weird picture.

00:30:07.000 And I'll say this, too, about President Trump meeting him at Mar-a-Lago, very calm.

00:30:12.600 I'll say it like this because we're at a little bit of time.

00:30:14.600 I was talking with Michael Malice, and he asked me, what's something that people would be surprised to learn about the president?

00:30:20.400 And I was like, he's very calm.

00:30:22.100 And he's like, wait, really?

00:30:23.720 And I'm like, the clips the media gives you are the highlight reel of those moments when he's more energized or frustrated.

00:30:32.760 But when you actually see him walking around, he's very polite, very calm, handshake, voice is very tempered.

00:30:38.600 But the media wants to paint this picture of an angry, shrill, constantly screaming guy so they can create a negative image among the general public.

00:30:47.720 But I think we are winning.

00:30:49.160 So I'll just, you know, if you want to throw out any final thoughts on this matter before we wrap up?

00:30:52.860 Well, all I'll say is one of the things that struck me about my father-in-law is it didn't matter what the situation, since I've known him.

00:31:02.460 I've known Donald Trump for almost 18 years now.

00:31:05.480 And, man, we had some tough times, you know, when 34 felony counts were all guilty.

00:31:11.320 Fake felonies.

00:31:11.920 When, you know, Letitia James issues almost a half a billion dollars in money that has to be acquired in, like, 72 hours from Donald Trump and the Trump Organization. 0.99

00:31:23.600 When he has a mugshot that was highly unnecessary because every person in the world knows what Donald Trump looks like.

00:31:29.920 All of these, yeah, it's crazy.

00:31:31.460 All of these moments when the rest of us in the family were like, oh, my God, like, how do we get through this?

00:31:39.300 You would talk to my father-in-law.

00:31:40.640 We would call him or he would call us.

00:31:42.260 He called me right after that mugshot.

00:31:44.680 And I was like, how are you doing? 0.99

00:31:46.380 He was like, honey, these people are nuts. 0.99

00:31:48.820 But you know what? 0.98

00:31:49.440 I don't know how we're going to win.

00:31:51.820 He never let it get to him.

00:31:54.600 And it's like those moments when you're on an airplane and there's some turbulence and people start to get nervous.

00:31:59.340 You look at the flight attendants and if the flight attendants are calm, you're kind of like, all right, well, I think we're going to be OK.

00:32:04.580 He was like our flight attendant for our whole family for so long.

00:32:07.960 And I got to tell you, he's an incredible human being.

00:32:11.320 I hope more people come to realize what a great man he is.

00:32:14.900 He didn't need this job.

00:32:16.480 I still will say, Tim, he will go down as the president with the highest approval rating of any modern president once he leaves office.

00:32:23.340 I really believe that.

00:32:24.920 And I think you're starting to see it all change right now before our eyes.

00:32:27.880 So I couldn't be prouder to be his daughter-in-law.

00:32:29.880 I'm a fan.

00:32:30.580 Well, I appreciate you coming on and having conversation.

00:32:32.620 Where can people find you?
