00:01:23.640 We've got this from the New York Post.
00:01:27.980 Trump aide Stephen Miller pushes ICE to ramp up immigration arrests to 3,000 per day.
00:01:35.480 Yowza.
00:01:36.460 The architect of Trump's immigration policy is pushing ICE to dramatically ramp up arrests,
00:01:42.340 calling for 3,000 illegal immigrants to be picked up per day.
00:01:46.480 White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem
00:01:51.020 put out the figure in a meeting with Immigration and Customs Enforcement leaders last week.
00:01:55.580 Axios reported.
00:01:57.080 Trump's goal of achieving the largest deportation operation in history
00:02:00.400 has so far largely been focused on illegal immigrants who have criminal records or deportation orders.
00:02:06.200 But the push for Noem and Miller,
00:02:08.120 two of the top immigration hawks in the president's circle,
00:02:10.400 suggests that the Trump administration wants to go even harder.
00:02:13.660 And you know what?
00:02:14.820 It is going harder.
00:02:15.980 Fascinating story.
00:02:18.100 Marco Rubio says the U.S. will aggressively revoke visas of Chinese students.
00:02:23.500 Now, a month or so ago, when I appeared at the White House,
00:02:27.260 Elad Eliyahu, the White House correspondent for TimCast, was there and asked Carolyn Leavitt.
00:02:32.940 We're getting convoluted.
00:02:34.280 Rep. Riley Moore has proposed legislation to strip the student visas of Chinese nationals,
00:02:40.060 300,000 or so in this country, as they are a threat to national security.
00:02:43.960 And Carolyn Leavitt said, you know, you're going to have to ask the State Department on that one.
00:02:47.280 We're not entirely sure, but here we go.
00:02:50.760 The play is happening.
00:02:52.360 Now, there are concerns that this dramatic move is going to heat up tensions between the U.S. and China.
00:03:00.440 The severing of ties, people fear, can create an opportunity for conflict.
00:03:05.840 There are many people in the neoliberal sphere who believe
00:03:08.580 that the more you give, the less likely you are to have war.
00:03:13.040 That by offering up these student visas, by giving up our labor,
00:03:17.540 China doesn't want to go to war with us because they get stuff from us.
00:03:22.300 Trade.
00:03:23.040 The only problem is the trade imbalance means we are being extracted and eventually will be destroyed.
00:03:27.640 We have around 800 or so U.S. students in China on visas where they have around 300,000.
00:03:33.560 They have been stealing our intellectual property.
00:03:36.260 And some of these individuals are using the visas as a means to come to this country illicitly
00:03:40.680 for nefarious reasons.
00:03:42.820 There have been Chinese nationals arrested, carrying viruses at airports.
00:03:48.320 And so the question then becomes, what is the extent of the deportation operations?
00:03:52.700 How far will they go?
00:03:54.780 Will we simply stop at 3,000 per day?
00:03:57.240 And is this largely an issue of Central and South America?
00:03:59.820 I think it goes well beyond.
00:04:02.860 We have questions about asylum, people coming from Africa to the United States, people flying
00:04:07.960 from Eritrea, which is Eastern Africa, to Western Africa, to Brazil, and then traveling
00:04:15.060 up to the southern border of the U.S. to come here illegally.
00:04:19.260 We can't tolerate it.
00:04:21.060 Now, the left says we are not going to be able to maintain a labor force if we deport all
00:04:26.220 these people.
00:04:27.700 I suppose there is a challenge in that we are not having enough babies.
00:04:31.800 So it's a complicated issue.
00:04:33.380 I'm going to be joined in just a moment by Tom Homan.
00:04:37.240 So we're going to pull him in, who is, I'd say, he's the man as it pertains to this stuff.
00:04:43.120 So let me grab our interview room.
00:04:48.460 And I believe it should be ready to go and incredible.
00:04:51.620 Tom, can you hear me?
00:04:53.440 Yeah, I got you.
00:04:54.060 Thank you for joining me.
00:04:56.260 It's an honor and a privilege to have you.
00:05:00.740 Yeah, I appreciate you having me.
00:05:02.700 I think it's our first time, right?
00:05:04.520 Absolutely.
00:05:05.160 Yeah, I did put in a request at the White House we wanted to talk to you because there's
00:05:07.580 a lot to break down in the immigration stuff.
00:05:09.460 But let's just get started with this latest report that Stephen Miller is trying to ramp
00:05:13.220 things up to 3,000 deportations per day.
00:05:17.020 Is that something that you think is likely to occur?
00:05:20.980 Absolutely.
00:05:21.340 I've been pushing for that for the last couple of months.
00:05:24.060 All right.
00:05:24.340 Just about every media hit I do, they always ask me if I'm satisfied with the arrest and
00:05:29.640 deportation.
00:05:30.580 And I always say I'm happy we're much higher than Biden administration is, but we got to
00:05:35.160 do more.
00:05:35.800 You know, three times more than Biden isn't enough because Biden didn't do anything.
00:05:39.700 We need to do 10 times more.
00:05:40.960 So yeah, we got a lot of public safety threats.
00:05:43.040 We got to find and arrest and deport and we got to do it faster.
00:05:46.480 We got to do it quicker.
00:05:47.380 We got to do it more efficiently.
00:05:48.560 So yeah, we're adding a lot more teams to the operation out there in every major city in
00:05:54.900 the country.
00:05:55.280 We're going to, you know, flood the zone with officers in the communities and work site
00:06:02.080 enforcement operations so we can, we can, you know, arrest these people that need to
00:06:06.780 be arrested and removed.
00:06:07.880 So yeah, we're going to increase it 10 times.
00:06:13.000 I mean, we were adding a lot of teams, but we're going, we're going for, we're going
00:06:16.680 for it all.
00:06:17.220 Absolutely.
00:06:17.900 Are you guys right now just focused on the worst of the worst criminals?
00:06:22.320 We've always been, like I said, from day one, we, our priorities are going to be public
00:06:26.040 safety threats, national security threats.
00:06:28.080 But I always said, if you're in the country of legal, you're not off the table.
00:06:32.140 Prioritization just means who we go after first.
00:06:34.080 But, you know, uh, uh, there's, there's a lot of, for instance, we got, you know, 1.4 million
00:06:40.200 illegal aliens who already had due process were ordered removed from the country, but
00:06:44.300 they simply chose not to leave and they became fugitives.
00:06:47.380 And we're going to, we're going to open that aperture up to the fugitives.
00:06:51.460 We're going to open that aperture up to non-criminals.
00:06:53.620 So, uh, we'll always concentrate on the criminals first.
00:06:56.860 If we have a criminal here and a non-criminal there, we're going to go to the criminal always
00:06:59.820 first.
00:07:00.240 But that doesn't mean everybody else is off the table.
00:07:02.760 If you're in the country illegally, you're on the table.
00:07:06.220 So is there a timeline you think, like, when will we get to the point where it's,
00:07:10.200 say there's a person here working illegally at, uh, a farm or something like this, and
00:07:14.860 it's not someone who is a trafficker.
00:07:18.340 It's, it's literally just someone who came here illegally to work.
00:07:20.680 Do you think there's a timeline for when enforcement starts targeting them specifically as top priority?
00:07:26.900 Well, look, it works like enforcement operations are, are, we're focusing those right now on,
00:07:31.800 um, places we will find victims of trafficking and people that are in forced labor situation
00:07:37.020 and they're a victim of trafficking.
00:07:38.020 Uh, so, you know, and, and, and employers who, you know, who are undercutting their, their
00:07:44.900 competition by employing, you know, U S citizens and driving wages down, there's even a priority
00:07:50.840 within the works of enforcement, especially for critical, critical infrastructure sites.
00:07:55.560 But, you know, as farmers, president Trump's already made it clear.
00:07:58.820 He's trying to find a fix for farmers.
00:08:01.100 If we need that type of employment and it can't be filled by Americans and we can figure
00:08:05.760 out a way, a way for them to come legally.
00:08:07.400 That way they're not paying a criminal cartel.
00:08:09.640 That way they're not swimming across river and put their lives at risk.
00:08:13.160 That way, you know, uh, women and children aren't being sexually abused by members of the
00:08:16.240 cartels.
00:08:16.780 They come in legally through a visa program.
00:08:19.080 President Trump's already committed to looking at that.
00:08:20.960 And, and we're taking that into consideration when we talk about, you know, doing any sort
00:08:25.380 of work so they enforce an operation on farms.
00:08:27.260 We also have, uh, this report for, uh, that Marco Rubio wants to pull the student visas
00:08:32.480 from Chinese nationals, but we've also seen many other students have their visas pulled.
00:08:37.740 Uh, I think the focus was they were, they were critical of U S foreign policy specifically
00:08:41.740 around Israel.
00:08:43.260 Are we going to see enforcement uptick?
00:08:45.580 Like, do we, do we expect these Chinese nationals who get their visas revoked to self-deport
00:08:49.200 or do you, do you expect to have to go in and make arrests and, and, and forcibly remove
00:08:53.400 them?
00:08:54.180 I think you're going to see some of both.
00:08:56.360 I mean, uh, it's not because they're Chinese nationals because they either overstated a visa
00:09:02.480 or they're not planned by the rules of, of that visa.
00:09:07.260 That whether it's a student visa, a work visa, a tourist visa, and when you'll get the visa
00:09:11.340 to come to this country is great privilege, but there's, there's rules.
00:09:14.740 And, and if you violate those rules, we can cancel that visa.
00:09:17.520 So I think it's going to be a case by case basis, uh, on the specifics of each case, but
00:09:22.700 you're a podcast listener, and this is a podcast ad heard only in Canada, reach great Canadian

00:09:42.380 Again, Chinese nationals shouldn't be off the table.
00:09:54.080 We know for a fact, tens of thousands of them entered the country illegally on Joe Biden,
00:09:58.560 have no legal right to be here.
00:10:00.040 We're pro the United States.
00:10:01.200 We got to look at them too.
00:10:02.280 So again, it's a wide net, but we'll work on all nationalities.
00:10:06.320 We saw during the Biden administration, people coming from Eritrea, people coming from Africa,
00:10:11.600 flying to Brazil, coming to the United States.
00:10:14.120 And then we were told that these were asylum seekers who bypassed 15, 16 different countries
00:10:19.480 where they were safe just to come to the United States.
00:10:21.620 We saw the Biden administration putting out those narratives.
00:10:24.740 We saw people like AOC putting out those narratives.
00:10:27.300 I'm curious what you think their motivation is in lying about people coming here to exploit
00:10:32.580 our labor, to exploit our goodwill.
00:10:35.460 Why are Democrats seemingly just fabricating these narratives to allow people to illegally
00:10:39.260 enter the country?
00:10:40.900 Well, you're right on one fact.
00:10:42.600 They can claim their asylum seekers.
00:10:44.540 I guess that's the right term, even though they're making frauds on asylum claims.
00:10:48.960 They're seeking asylum.
00:10:50.300 But we know based on immigration court data over the last decade that nearly nine out of
00:10:54.700 10 people who claim asylum at the border end up with an order of removal because they're
00:10:59.540 not escaping fear and persecution from their home government because of race, religion,
00:11:04.380 political affiliation, or participation in a specific social group, they're coming here
00:11:09.300 for a better job.
00:11:10.100 They're coming here for a better life.
00:11:11.140 I get that.
00:11:12.060 But we know that nine out of 10 people who claim asylum have no asylum claim.
00:11:16.260 But they make their frauds on asylum claims.
00:11:18.480 Why did they open the border up and allow this?
00:11:20.980 Why did they abuse the parole program and parole management in this country?
00:11:27.000 Well, obviously, because they saw a future political benefit from doing this.
00:11:31.780 I think many of them thought this population would be future Democratic voters.
00:11:36.100 I think they knew that if they were counted in the next census, most of them will go to
00:11:41.440 sanctuary cities.
00:11:42.560 That means when they do the census, they reproportionate seats in the House.
00:11:46.780 The Democratic Party will have a lot more seats in the House, so they have control of Congress
00:11:50.600 forever.
00:11:51.480 So there's no other reason to unsecure a border.
00:11:55.160 There's no downside on a secure border.
00:11:57.160 So obviously, they saw a future political benefit in doing this.
00:12:01.500 And that's why they're pissed off.
00:12:02.660 That's why they're pissed off right now of us ramping up these arrests, because they're
00:12:07.880 hoping by releasing them, rather than detaining them at an ICE facility, you get a hearing
00:12:12.440 35, 40 days.
00:12:14.220 But if you release them, the hearings go out five, seven, nine years if you exhaust our
00:12:18.900 appeals.
00:12:19.500 By then, they're hoping for a Democratic administration to award amnesty and make them all legal.
00:12:26.280 So that's why they're angry right now.
00:12:28.480 We're ruining their long-term plans.
00:12:30.140 They're playing the long-term strategy.
00:12:31.940 They're smart about it, but we're beating them at it because we're going to remove as
00:12:34.700 many as we can.
00:12:36.000 That's what I've been talking about for a while.
00:12:37.180 I feel like that was the play from the get-go.
00:12:39.820 Sanctuary states and cities.
00:12:41.080 You boost your population count illicitly.
00:12:44.360 Census count gives you more congressional seats, more electoral college votes.
00:12:47.980 And then the Republicans—and it's crazy to say Republicans, because I think it's actually
00:12:51.520 just the American people—then have to overcome political power granted illicitly through illegal
00:12:58.180 immigration that Democrats promote.
00:13:01.040 If that persists, the whole thing just implodes.
00:13:03.280 The system can't maintain that kind of structure.
00:13:07.140 No, look, they showed their hand when you couldn't get a single Democrat.
00:13:11.080 The vote for the Trust Act, you know, requiring U.S. citizens to prove to a U.S. citizen in order
00:13:19.520 to vote.
00:13:20.440 I mean, not one Democratic vote for the SAFE Act.
00:13:24.180 So they showed their hand.
00:13:25.360 It's not about fairness.
00:13:27.160 It's not about fair elections.
00:13:28.840 It's about future political power.
00:13:30.420 But do you think that illegal immigrants are voting directly in a substantive number?
00:13:39.100 I don't know what the number is.
00:13:41.960 We've uncovered a lot of cases of illegal aliens voting.
00:13:45.220 But, I mean, why else would every Democrat vote against having to prove you're a U.S. citizen
00:13:52.320 to vote?
00:13:53.460 What's the downside of that?
00:13:54.800 Seriously.
00:13:55.400 Right.
00:13:56.540 There's nothing.
00:13:56.880 So it just shows your hand that they don't care about the honesty of the vote.
00:14:01.300 And, you know, I certainly don't think an illegal alien is going to vote for President Trump,
00:14:06.420 knowing that we're out looking for him to deport him from the country.
00:14:08.900 So it's ridiculous.
00:14:10.620 It's just ridiculous how far the Democratic Party has gone.
00:14:13.580 Yeah, I can't say that I understand their ethos or what their plans are other than just trying
00:14:19.460 to get power by any means.
00:14:21.840 And so you had that famous moment with AOC where, you know, she was like legal asylees
00:14:27.980 have not committed crimes.
00:14:28.740 And then you just whip snap the U.S. code, violating law by entering the country illegally.
00:14:34.400 And I don't know what her goal was in that.
00:14:37.780 I mean, we've seen videos of children drowning in the river.
00:14:41.060 We've heard stories of children collapsing in the desert.
00:14:45.960 For compassion reasons alone, outside of any of the politics, a secure border just means
00:14:50.560 less coyotes, less human trafficking, less rape, less smuggling.
00:14:54.460 But it seems like the only thing that we get from Democrats is this will give us power
00:15:00.040 so the sacrifice is necessary of these people's lives and well-being.
00:15:05.440 Maybe I'm just being redundant.
00:15:06.100 Oh, absolutely.
00:15:06.500 I mean, they've sold out our national security.
00:15:11.060 For future political power.
00:15:13.320 They don't care about dying children.
00:15:15.460 If they do, they want to secure a border.
00:15:17.700 They don't care about, you know, securing a border because, you know, sex trafficking skyrocketed
00:15:22.460 under President Trump and forced labor.
00:15:25.400 AOC is right now out there, you know, collecting money and campaigning on abolishing ICE.
00:15:30.860 ICE, who has arrested tens of thousands of public safety threats and national security threats
00:15:36.700 in this country, and specifically her AOR.
00:15:39.960 ICE has done more to protect her constituents than she has.
00:15:43.320 But again, it's not a common sense play, right?
00:15:46.700 It's about future political power, and they're willing to do anything to get it.
00:15:51.480 I mean, there is no other excuse not to want public safety threats removed from your community.
00:15:57.780 That's our number of responsibilities as a member of Congress is representing a constituency,
00:16:02.360 and one of the top priorities would be making my district safer.
00:16:06.020 So why would you not want ICE to go in there and take a child predator out of there?
00:16:10.420 Take someone that's sex trafficking in women and children, or someone that's selling fentanyl.
00:16:15.400 Just, you know, about a month ago, I was in New York City.
00:16:17.980 We indicted 27 members of TVA with the help of NYPD.
00:16:25.120 We show what collaboration can do.
00:16:27.200 27 members of a terrorist-designated organization, we took off the streets in New York.
00:16:32.620 She should be applauding that rather than asking for the abolishment of ICE.
00:16:36.660 I think that point exposes that it's largely about political power,
00:16:41.520 because we keep hearing about criminal illegal aliens who are rapists,
00:16:45.340 who are murderers, who are getting released from these jails.
00:16:47.980 We had the story of the Judge Dugan in Wisconsin.
00:16:51.860 You've got a guy in court accused of mercilessly beating, I think it was some woman, he beat her,
00:16:58.620 and the judge helps him escape from deportation.
00:17:02.380 Now, it's one thing to say, I genuinely believe this, you know, undocumented person,
00:17:08.120 they'd say, who is simply working on a farm, you know,
00:17:11.120 they might have some political claim to that, that they want to protect that person.
00:17:14.380 But the criminals, they throw out all their legitimacy when they actively protect the worst of the worst,
00:17:21.760 helping them escape.
00:17:23.760 And we all saw how that played out, right?
00:17:26.460 I'd say, day one, if you cross that line, we're going to seek prosecution.
00:17:31.400 You know, look, man.
00:17:31.860 It's a felony to impede law enforcement in the performance of their duties.
00:17:36.300 And that's exactly what she did.
00:17:38.160 And you know what?
00:17:39.440 And I think you're going to see others face criminal charges in the near future
00:17:43.040 if they continue down this path.
00:17:44.880 You cannot support, I say it all the time, shame on you,
00:17:48.060 you cannot support President Trump and his agenda, whatever.

00:18:47.180 Beautiful Anonymous changes each week.
00:18:49.600 It defies genres and expectations.
00:18:52.280 For example, our most recent episode,
00:18:54.660 I talked to a woman who survived a murder attempt by her own son.
00:18:57.660 But just the week before that, we just talked the whole time about Star Trek.
00:19:01.380 We've had other recent episodes about sexting in languages that are not your first language,
00:19:06.440 or what it's like to get weight loss surgery.
00:19:09.260 It's unpredictable.
00:19:10.420 It's real.
00:19:11.160 It's honest.
00:19:11.940 It's raw.
00:19:13.120 Get Beautiful Anonymous wherever you listen to podcasts.
00:19:16.640 But you can't cross that line.
00:19:19.420 We got a lot of people in politics, and it's unsatisfying.
00:19:24.400 They talk big game.
00:19:25.740 We don't get much from it.
00:19:26.900 You had a clip recently where AOC, I think, said something like,
00:19:31.440 if you go after Rhett McIver or whatever, she stormed.
00:19:35.440 She attacked ICE agents and federal officers.
00:19:38.000 She's like, there's going to be consequences.
00:19:39.520 And then you famously came out and said, yeah, I'm still waiting for that.
00:19:43.420 It's just satisfying to see when you come out, actually take these actions.
00:19:49.260 You're not playing games.
00:19:50.940 I am very frustrated with a lot of people in politics who say but don't do.
00:19:54.600 And so I can appreciate that.
00:19:57.200 In that context, I'm curious, was Rhett McIver actually arrested on these charges
00:20:02.980 for when she attacked those federal officers?
00:20:05.780 She's being prosecuted.
00:20:07.760 But no formal arrest, just the indictment, right?
00:20:10.800 Yeah.
00:20:11.400 I mean, she's facing criminal charges.
00:20:13.740 She put hands on an ICE officer.
00:20:16.200 And, you know, they preached for four years.
00:20:18.520 The AOC was on top of the preaching.
00:20:20.740 No one's above the law.
00:20:21.800 President Trump isn't above the law, or either of they.
00:20:25.120 And they crossed the line.
00:20:27.100 You know, they criminally trespassed.
00:20:29.540 But, you know, she was charged with putting her hands on an ICE officer.
00:20:32.360 That is inexcusable for any citizen, especially a member of Congress, for God's sakes.
00:20:37.520 And, look, AOC, I said it from the beginning.
00:20:39.540 She's not going to intimidate me.
00:20:40.780 Or you ask anybody, and you're in trouble.
00:20:42.760 Well, we did it.
00:20:44.200 So, you know, do whatever you got to do.
00:20:46.280 I love it.
00:20:46.760 But, President Trump, you know, we keep our promises.
00:20:52.300 And we're going to keep enforcing law, despite all the pushback from these people.
00:20:56.800 I'm not running a popularity contest.
00:20:58.860 I just think I really don't care what people think about me.
00:21:01.680 I'm going to do the job that was hard to do, which I think is going to save thousands of lives.
00:21:07.020 It's going to secure the border, give us stronger national security.
00:21:09.680 And removing public safety threats from the community, that should be a nonpartisan issue.
00:21:14.940 So, they can hate on me all they want, call me out all they want, write all the hit pieces you want.
00:21:20.040 I'm not going anywhere.
00:21:21.060 I'm going to do this job because I think we're saving lives.
00:21:23.660 I think it was DHS published a video showing Rhett McIver closed fist punching one of those officers.
00:21:30.160 And I feel like that's often overlooked in this story.
00:21:32.800 She went on CNN and said nothing happened, there's no video.
00:21:35.820 And then I've shown that video several times.
00:21:37.760 She punched him in the arm.
00:21:38.840 I don't want to – it's not like she punched him in the face.
00:21:40.400 But still, you don't punch cops.
00:21:42.340 And she did.
00:21:43.580 And I think anybody who does that should be prosecuted.
00:21:45.360 I think if you're at J6, you hit a cop, you should be prosecuted.
00:21:48.140 But as you mentioned, they claim Trump's not above the law.
00:21:51.060 No one's above the law.
00:21:52.160 Now, all of a sudden, they found the people they think are above the law.
00:21:56.000 Well, look, we're going – again, I said from day one, and I wasn't bluffing.
00:22:01.620 You cross the line, we're going to seek prosecution.
00:22:03.400 And we've got a strong AG in Pan Bondi who believes in, you know, the mission of law enforcement.
00:22:09.620 I said, look, it's a dangerous job.
00:22:10.980 And what they did that day, you know, it's a facility where there's a lot of bad people inside that facility.
00:22:16.220 So they want to go attack this facility.
00:22:18.040 They've been screaming and yelling about the need for due process, the need for due process, or here's a facility where that due process occurs.
00:22:26.640 And they want to go in and shut it down.
00:22:28.440 And I said from day one, if she would have made an appointment and asked for a tour, we would have gave it to her, do that every day across this country.
00:22:34.660 And here's what they found out, and here's what they since found out.
00:22:38.020 That facility has the highest detention standards in the industry.
00:22:42.140 I'll put that facility up against any facility in the state of New Jersey.
00:22:46.060 I'll put it up against any county jail.
00:22:47.680 I'll put it up against your state prison.
00:22:49.480 I'll put it up against any BOP facility.
00:22:51.780 ICE has the highest detention standards in the industry.
00:22:54.780 And a lot of taxpayers will get upset to realize how much money is spent on the detention standards.
00:22:59.200 So what did they find out once they got in there, some of these people got in there?
00:23:03.180 Wow.
00:23:03.920 What a great facility.
00:23:05.420 And so, you know, bottom line is they create a whole bunch of hate and a whole bunch of havoc because it wasn't about the safety and security of aliens.
00:23:12.000 It wasn't about due process.
00:23:13.820 It was about making a political statement.
00:23:15.600 Like the mayor there who's running for higher office, he got his 10 minutes of fame, right?
00:23:20.480 It's politics over public safety, politics over common sense.
00:23:25.420 And it's just, I'm just tired of it.
00:23:27.140 Well, we're not going to put up with it.
00:23:28.500 You cross the line, you'll be prosecuted.
00:23:30.380 That is, it's fascinating.
00:23:31.720 AOC has that famous photo where she was like crying, fake crying, I'd imagine, outside of that facility all those years ago.
00:23:37.740 There was a, Fox published, like a walkthrough of this facility.
00:23:42.460 And I got to say, I say this half jokingly, I was furious how nice it was that these people who, they violate our goodwill.
00:23:50.280 They illegally enter the country, they exploit us, and then the worst thing we've done as a nation is offer them a ride home.
00:23:58.480 And Democrats are acting like this is the apocalypse.
00:24:01.040 Literally, you broke into my house, you stole from me, and I said, buddy, I'm going to give you a ride back to your house.
00:24:05.300 And we're the bad guys for advocating for giving them a ride home.
00:24:08.320 So, one of them, not one of them, including AOC, when we had millions of people coming across the border illegally, being illegally released to the United States against federal statute, where was there a cry for due process then?
00:24:21.980 Where was there a cry for filing the legal process then?
00:24:25.260 There was actually no legal process and millions of people come to this border being released into the country.
00:24:30.800 They're okay with that.
00:24:31.680 But now they're getting deported.
00:24:33.940 Now they're demanding the legal process.
00:24:36.940 And we're giving it to them.
00:24:38.140 Right.
00:24:38.320 But they don't like the fact that, you know, 90% of people who claim asylum get ordered removed, and we're going to remove them.
00:24:45.000 They can call it racist.
00:24:46.320 They can call it hateful.
00:24:47.480 All they want.
00:24:48.380 But when you cause a historic illegal immigration crisis where 10.5 million illegal aliens that we know of, 10.5 million illegal aliens come to the southern border, they demand due process.
00:25:00.620 They demand the right to see a judge.
00:25:02.320 They demand the right to claim asylum.
00:25:04.680 And they were given that.
00:25:05.680 But at the end of that due process, when immigration justice says, you lose, you got to go home.
00:25:09.760 If we don't follow through with those removal orders, then what the hell are we doing as a nation?
00:25:14.620 Just shut down immigration court because the orders don't mean anything anymore.
00:25:18.980 Right.
00:25:19.140 Take the border, draw off the border because there's no consequences for entering the country legally.
00:25:23.260 They have to be executed.
00:25:24.500 That's a part of the due process.
00:25:26.180 They demand due process.
00:25:27.340 But at the end of that decision on the due process and something they like, then they want to throw it up in the air and forget about it.
00:25:32.820 We're not going to do that.
00:25:33.880 Because the message we send to the whole world, if we don't execute those orders, is it's okay to enter the country legally.
00:25:40.340 It's a crime.
00:25:40.920 Don't worry about it.
00:25:42.960 You can show up in court or not show up in court.
00:25:45.420 Get an order removal.
00:25:46.700 Don't worry about it.
00:25:47.520 Become a fugitive.
00:25:48.400 No one's looking for you.
00:25:49.280 If that's the message we send to the whole world, you're never going to fix this problem.
00:25:53.640 We're in the action of laws.
00:25:54.760 We're going to force those laws, and there's consequences when you violate those laws.
00:25:57.960 Let me ask you.
00:25:59.300 Let's say somebody crosses the southern border illegally on the spot and is immediately apprehended by CBP or ICE.
00:26:07.500 What is due process for that person?
00:26:11.060 There'll be an interview.
00:26:11.880 If they want to make a claim, they're going to make a claim.
00:26:15.000 But they're going to wait in Mexico for that claim.
00:26:16.600 I mean, what happened during Trump 45, let me tell you what happened during Trump 45 when we started to make a Mexico program.
00:26:25.640 You can make your asylum claim, but you're going to wait in Mexico and not be released into the United States because we know once you release you, the majority of you won't show up in court.
00:26:32.980 Even the ones that show up in court, the 90% of you that get order removal, you're going to win.
00:26:37.320 You become a fugitive.
00:26:38.500 So we learned very quickly, let's hold them in Mexico until they're hearing.
00:26:41.900 And that way, when they lose their hearing, which 9 out of 10 will, we're going to look for them.
00:26:47.860 You know what happened within three months?
00:26:49.800 They stopped coming.
00:26:51.520 Because they knew they didn't qualify for asylum.
00:26:53.980 They were using these loopholes to get released into the United States, never to appear in court again.
00:26:58.920 Once they realized they weren't being released to the United States, this population stopped giving their life savings to the criminal cartels to swim across the river and either die making the journey in the desert, the river, or get sexually assaulted by a member of the cartel.
00:27:14.640 All the terrible things that happened to these people.
00:27:16.780 The most vulnerable people in the world stopped giving their life savings to criminal cartels to be smuggled in the United States when they realized they weren't being released in the United States.
00:27:25.400 And the population went down.
00:27:26.860 Remaining in Mexico was a game changer.
00:27:28.500 That's one of the first things President Trump did when he came back.
00:27:31.200 It's a game changer.
00:27:32.100 Not only did it push illegal immigration at historic lows, it saves thousands of lives.
00:27:39.200 But no one wants to talk about that.
00:27:41.020 President Trump's a game changer.
00:27:42.300 I mean, his policies are out of the box thinking, the most successful policies.
00:27:45.720 I mean, right now, the border is the most secure border we have ever had in the history of this nation.
00:27:52.220 And the data proves it.
00:27:53.800 So, you know, God bless President Trump.
00:27:55.780 His leadership's been amazing.
00:27:57.340 I think it's been fantastic.
00:27:58.700 How many – I've heard varying numbers.
00:28:01.240 Like, what is the total estimated number of illegal immigrants in the United States, would you say?
00:28:06.180 More than 20 million.
00:28:07.700 And that – but that's –
00:28:08.760 I'm sick of hearing the 12 million.
00:28:10.980 I hear the 12 million by media all the time.
00:28:12.480 We've been talking about 12 million for two decades.
00:28:15.720 We know that 10.5 million that we know of came to the southern border in the last four years.
00:28:21.220 And we know there's two main gotaways.
00:28:23.020 Known gotaways, people that we caught on video drone traffic or sensor traffic that crossed the border weren't apprehended.
00:28:28.100 And we don't know how many unknown gotaways that crossed the border that weren't captured on video or drone, you know, such as the Big Bend National Park, right?
00:28:36.460 There's very little technology there.
00:28:38.500 Hundreds of people could cross the border there every day.
00:28:40.480 We want to know it.
00:28:41.580 So, you know, it's – there's well over 20 million.
00:28:44.120 This – to put this in context for people to understand, the mass migration under Joe Biden, just those four years, is considered to be one of the largest human migrations in the history of the planet, of all of humanity ever.
00:28:59.180 So, for me, hearing the issue of the border, you know, I'd imagine for a lot of these liberals, they're watching liberal news sources and being told it's not really happening.
00:29:10.080 Whenever something happens, they're told it's not really happening.
00:29:11.980 And then I take a look at the numbers and find out not only are we dealing with an illegal immigration crisis pertaining to crime, smuggling, you've got Chinese nationals sneaking in.
00:29:21.480 Some are being caught with viruses, weird biological tools, whatever they're doing, we have no idea.
00:29:26.960 Or I assume the government actually does have some idea.
00:29:29.480 Then you hear that regardless of all of that, this is one of the largest migrations in human history.
00:29:34.280 And the question has to be how does our nation sustain this?
00:29:37.320 Because this illegal immigration creates constituencies of noncitizens who are allegiant to other countries and not this country, right?
00:29:47.820 So when you say AOC should be worried about our constituents, I completely agree.
00:29:52.140 But what happens in California, in a sanctuary state, when 10 percent of the population that they're supposed to represent isn't even from this country and is more concerned with sending money back to Central and South American nations?
00:30:07.320 They go broke.
00:30:09.820 They go broke.
00:30:10.800 They go broke and the crime rates will arise.
00:30:12.000 I'm not saying every illegal alien is a criminal, but many of them are.
00:30:16.560 And every criminal illegal alien that commits a crime is a preventable crime.
00:30:20.680 So, look, that's why the whole focus is on mass deportation.
00:30:24.940 We're not going to accept this.
00:30:26.120 We're not going to accept that Joe Biden let citizens from 181 different countries, through his four years, 181 countries, their nationals cross the border illegally.
00:30:40.300 That's almost every country in the world.
00:30:43.320 And they came here in violation of the law, why millions of people are standing in line, taking their tests, doing their background investigations, paying the fees to be part of the greatest nation on earth.
00:30:59.100 And they're sitting in the back seat.
00:31:00.840 Yeah.
00:31:01.740 Or we're not going to put up with it.
00:31:02.920 The reason we're having a mass deportation operation is because these people enter illegally.
00:31:07.200 A vast majority have been ordered removed, and they're leaving.
00:31:11.120 And the left can cry and yell and scream and call me all the names you want.
00:31:16.120 We're going to arrest as many as we can.
00:31:18.980 And, again, we're always going to prioritize the public safety threats, national security threats.
00:31:23.400 But if you're in the country illegally, that's not okay.
00:31:26.060 It's not okay to be hurt illegally.
00:31:27.720 It's not okay to enter the country illegally.
00:31:29.360 That's a crime.
00:31:30.220 It's not okay to annoyingly hire an illegal alien.
00:31:32.520 We'll be looking for you, too, because we'll prosecute a company that no one only hires an illegal alien.
00:31:38.820 It drives down wages.
00:31:40.520 And no one hires an illegal.
00:31:41.680 I've been doing this a long time.
00:31:43.460 No one hires an illegal alien, either goodness or heart.
00:31:46.640 They hire them because they work them harder, pay them less, and undercut their competition that actually has U.S. citizen employees getting a better paycheck.
00:31:55.060 Drives down wages.
00:31:56.320 We're not accepting it.
00:31:57.520 We spend billions of dollars a year on social services, millions of illegal aliens on welfare.
00:32:02.760 All sorts of other social services.
00:32:04.720 The school system.
00:32:05.680 The trauma centers.
00:32:06.540 The hospitals.
00:32:07.200 I can go on and on and on.
00:32:08.940 That's why I'm tired of hearing that.
00:32:11.140 This big, beautiful bill.
00:32:12.360 Big, beautiful bill.
00:32:13.560 It's a high cost.
00:32:14.720 It's a fraction of what we pay for illegal immigration in this country every year.
00:32:18.560 That's in perpetuity.
00:32:20.460 It's a one-time cost.
00:32:22.220 Let us drive this illegal immigration down.
00:32:24.320 It's going to save the taxpayers billions of dollars in the future.
00:32:27.320 Tom Homan, I really do appreciate you joining me to lay this all out.
00:32:30.540 I don't know if you have social media, if there's a way people can hear more from you or find out more.
00:32:36.380 Yeah, I got social media at Real Tom Homan.
00:32:39.440 I'm not on there a lot.
00:32:40.760 I'm busy.
00:32:42.460 I imagine.
00:32:43.840 I do have a presence.
00:32:45.140 But yeah, at Real Tom Homan.
00:32:46.880 Right on.
00:32:47.380 Thank you so much for joining me.
00:32:48.520 I really do appreciate it.
00:32:49.640 And have a good day.
00:32:51.640 All right.
00:32:52.160 Thank you.
00:32:52.880 Take care.
00:32:53.240 That was Tom Homan.
00:32:57.860 And I think he's fantastic.
00:32:59.420 And I agree so much.
00:33:02.160 Obviously, I think most of us agree on the issue of illegal immigration, being that it's an issue of security.
00:33:08.820 It's an issue of safety.
00:33:09.640 It's an issue of cultural cohesion.
00:33:11.760 And I think the point, actually, I thought it was fantastic that Tom brought up almost right away that Democrats are using this for the census as a power grab.
00:33:22.940 Let me see if I can correct that blur real quick.
00:33:26.460 The camera keeps trying to focus on the microphone, so I'll pull it down.
00:33:28.980 But I'll put it this way.
00:33:31.220 The most important issue, I think, for you guys at home, and I think that gets overlooked by a lot of conservatives, there is this belief, largely, that illegal immigrants come here and vote in the millions.
00:33:43.700 And that may be, I'm not so sure.
00:33:45.820 And even if it is, I think we just, you know, we get the bill to require proof of citizenship to vote.
00:33:51.440 Solves a lot of that problem.
00:33:52.440 I think Tom makes a great point when he says, why else would Democrats oppose proof of citizenship to vote?
00:33:59.340 You need an ID to go to the movies.
00:34:01.400 Why don't you need an ID to vote?
00:34:03.160 And more importantly, the play is they will bring in illegal immigrants so that in 2030, when the census is done, they will get more congressional seats.
00:34:13.460 There's a finite amount there.
00:34:15.320 I believe we have 435 in the House.
00:34:18.220 Is it?
00:34:18.900 And then 100 in the Senate, obviously.
00:34:20.560 Senate's going to stay the same based on states, but congressional seats, it's not going to go up.
00:34:25.540 But where we put those seats is based on population size, not citizenship size.
00:34:31.160 That has been the game.
00:34:32.900 There are some estimates that Democrats have given themselves 10, upwards of 10 or more, extra votes in Congress and in the Electoral College through the use of sanctuary cities and states.
00:34:45.660 That's cheating in our elections, and they've been doing it for decades or longer, and we shouldn't tolerate it.
00:34:51.640 So I take a look at this, and I say, look, man, legal asylees, like AOC likes to say, they come here seeking a better life.
00:34:59.660 I think Tom agrees.
00:35:00.680 This is the best country on the planet.
00:35:02.120 Of course you want to come here.
00:35:03.080 I get that.
00:35:03.980 Don't come here illegally.
00:35:05.380 Don't violate our laws.
00:35:06.680 And I especially don't appreciate that Democrats utilize even the worst of the worst of cartel members, rapists, and gangs to boost their numbers.

00:36:10.960 Beautiful Anonymous changes each week.
00:36:14.140 It defies genres and expectations.
00:36:16.840 For example, our most recent episode, I talked to a woman who survived a murder attempt by her own son.
00:36:22.200 But just the week before that, we just talked the whole time about Star Trek.
00:36:26.040 We've had other recent episodes about sexting in languages that are not your first language.
00:36:31.000 Or what it's like to get weight loss surgery.
00:36:33.520 So that when we do the census, they say, hey, look, we have an extra 200,000 people.
00:36:45.860 We need another congressional seat.
00:36:48.700 I'm not okay with it.
00:36:50.180 I don't think any of you guys should be okay with it.
00:36:52.120 If we're going to have a functioning democracy, as I like to say, it should be the American people.
00:36:58.620 And hey, that might mean your parents aren't American citizens, but they immigrated here legally.
00:37:03.020 And then you were born here.
00:37:04.920 That may mean that you moved here from a foreign country and you did it legally and you passed your citizenship test.
00:37:10.820 You are a naturalized citizen with a right to vote.
00:37:13.000 I respect that tremendously.
00:37:14.860 Those that have due deference to our nation, recognizing how great it is and how they'd like to join us in this great club.
00:37:23.920 I say, please do so.
00:37:25.740 Here's the process.
00:37:27.280 Maybe I'm lucky because I was born here.
00:37:28.860 Okay.
00:37:29.660 My parents were born here.
00:37:30.660 Their parents were born here.
00:37:31.600 Actually, my grandma wasn't.
00:37:34.040 No, actually, I think my grandma might have been born here.
00:37:36.020 I don't know.
00:37:36.240 She's Korean.
00:37:36.700 You get the point.
00:37:37.580 I think she might have been born in Korea.
00:37:38.660 I'm not sure.
00:37:40.040 You go back far enough.
00:37:41.400 You get the point.
00:37:43.740 We're lucky to be born in America.
00:37:45.740 And that does not mean that other people have a right to exploit our goodwill.
00:37:50.840 It means you come here legally, and maybe it's not easy.
00:37:54.980 But, yo, the best things in life, you earn your status.
00:38:01.020 You earn your place.
00:38:02.100 You don't just steal it.
00:38:03.200 That's wrong.
00:38:03.660 My friends, we are going to give a rumble raid to our friend Russell Brand, who I believe
00:38:10.860 is going live right now.
00:38:15.260 He's got a, what has he got going on?
00:38:17.420 Russell Brand, is he currently live?
00:38:19.700 Oh, okay.
00:38:20.040 He's about to go live, so we'll get that raid going.
00:38:22.760 I will read, I got someone put in a rumble rant, and I wanted to read it, because it'll
00:38:26.640 be a humble brag.
00:38:28.300 Largo Snoot says, Tim, I know this is not a political question, but please don't dismiss
00:38:31.460 my question, no matter how irrelevant it is, okay?
00:38:34.400 Tim, do you snore?
00:38:35.320 And if so, how loud do you talk in your sleep or sleepwalk?
00:38:37.880 I do not talk in my sleep.
00:38:39.060 I do not sleepwalk, and I do not snore.
00:38:40.700 And I have proof.
00:38:42.620 I have my sleep eight, snoring, zero.
00:38:47.100 Zero percent snoring.
00:38:48.440 I don't snore.
00:38:49.320 I sleep on my side, which stops you from snoring.
00:38:52.000 So everybody can snore.
00:38:54.080 The people who do largely are sleeping on their backs.
00:38:56.220 Don't do it.
00:38:56.980 Let's send that raid out, my friend.
00:38:59.000 Smash the like button.
00:39:00.480 Share the show with everyone you know.
00:39:01.980 Of course, if everybody watching right now took the URL from Rumble, posted it on every
00:39:07.580 social media platform, and said, come hang out and come watch every day, Monday through
00:39:12.660 Friday at noon.
00:39:13.340 Actually, Monday through Thursday at noon.
00:39:14.840 And Fridays were 11 to 1.
00:39:16.940 So we actually go an extra hour starting a little bit earlier.
00:39:19.700 If everybody shared that, we'd be the number one show in the world.
00:39:23.820 It's tough.
00:39:25.940 It is.
00:39:26.800 But my friends, I really do appreciate you guys hanging out.
00:39:29.040 Once again, smash that like button, and we will see you all in the next segment coming
00:39:31.980 up.
00:39:32.160 We'll be back at 8 p.m.
