00:00:00.000 All right. It's time for the Friday podcast. We put a lot of work in today's show. Actually,
00:00:05.380 we did. It's really good. Bill O'Reilly is back. We've got a half hour with him.
00:00:09.480 We have the guy from Trafalgar, the most accurate pollster in America. He said some
00:00:15.080 interesting things about Pennsylvania, which reminds me, don't forget, on Monday's show,
00:00:20.700 we are going to be debunking some of these things that are going around that are saying,
00:00:25.600 there's a watermark on our ballots. And it's not true. It's not true. We'll be debunking some of
00:00:32.440 them and telling you which ones are real, which ones are not on Monday's program. But we talked
00:00:36.420 about his polling numbers and what did it mean? And why were the other polls so wrong? We also,
00:00:45.860 yeah, the New York Times is on to us. They've always called everybody on the right a conspiracy
00:00:52.380 theorists. But they have now published a story. Trump's tweeting isn't crazy. It's strategic
00:00:59.980 typos and all. The New York Times reading into why Trump put two eyes in family recently.
00:01:10.740 Secret codes. Oh, you're going to love that story. Coming up.
00:01:22.380 We're out there undercover looking for any kind of hope. Well, I have some. On the ground level,
00:01:40.100 I think people feel not that Trump is somehow or another going to turn this around. But they
00:01:47.540 they really want to know if America is going to survive this. They want to know how to protect
00:01:54.900 themselves, their families survive the next four years. Churches are wondering, am I going to keep my
00:02:02.580 tax exempt status? There's a war on Christianity. People who voted for Trump worry about losing their
00:02:12.700 rights and their freedoms. Well, let me tell you what I feel today. The good news coming out of the
00:02:22.020 2020 election, and there is good news. There's lots of good news. We just have to look past what happened
00:02:28.280 with the presidential election. But no matter who is sworn in on January 21st, we have a real fight on
00:02:36.900 our hands. And it's a fight we know. It's a fight we have won before. It's a fight where we know our
00:02:44.200 adversary. We know his aims. We know his goals. We know the scope and the shape of his attacks against
00:02:49.820 us. It's actually a fight we know how to win. It's really important to realize, to admit to ourselves,
00:02:58.720 to admit honestly and without hesitation, that this fight is actually really here, that this is
00:03:06.060 really happening. We're really going to have to do this. This is on our shoulders. This actually has
00:03:18.180 fallen to us. It has now fallen to the 70 million of us who voted in favor of preserving the American
00:03:26.060 way of life. And I think even some of those who voted for Biden, they knew. I'll tell you why in a
00:03:33.660 second, those who voted to uphold the individual liberty of Americans above the illusion of collective
00:03:40.900 rights for those who have come to hate America. We may find out even in the next few minutes that
00:03:47.840 Donald Trump lost the presidency here, and there are still going to be court battles beyond that.
00:03:53.940 So whether it is by fraud or ineptitude or by true vote counts in the end,
00:04:00.240 it's not going to change the battle ahead of us. That's what a lot of people, both on the left and
00:04:08.880 the right, don't seem to remember, and they won't let themselves admit it now. Because this election
00:04:14.980 was a lot more than about Donald Trump. It was about saving the American Republic.
00:04:22.900 And the American public Republic is going to survive this. I have more hope today than I have in a long
00:04:32.560 time. Even those who voted against Trump seem to have voted for Republicans in the Senate and the
00:04:39.720 House. Now the House is so close. Republicans may take the House. I don't think they will, but it is
00:04:47.200 going to be so close that they're never going to be able to pass any of this green stuff. They're not
00:04:51.340 even going to be able to pass the taxes. In fact, the Democratic House caucus has already turned
00:04:59.040 against the Marxists, defund the police, New Green Deal, AOCs, and Pelosi. They are screaming in their
00:05:08.520 caucus at each other. They are a party divided. And we are a nation divided.
00:05:18.260 But as much as it's easy to have let the press define that divide along the Donald Trump fault
00:05:26.720 line, that's a vast oversimplification. It is designed to obscure the truth from us. Whatever
00:05:36.560 the outcome of the election is going to be or was going to be, in the end, the fight was going to come
00:05:43.860 down to our hands. It has to be that way. Trump was our easy button, quite frankly. In the last few
00:05:52.500 years, we've asked Trump to fight this battle for us. And he has done admirably. He has let us sit
00:06:00.700 too comfortable on our sofa in front of our 70-inch TVs and watch the spectacle play out like a poorly
00:06:07.520 scripted TV show or way too long episode of West Wing.
00:06:15.320 Trump battling his way against his own hostile party, against the establishment swamp,
00:06:20.160 against the deep state entrenched in Washington, against an army of American Marxists, excuse me,
00:06:28.120 the left wing of the Democratic Party and their enablers in the global leftist media.
00:06:33.120 Buttressed by a billion-strong throng of useful idiots, happily parroting whatever lie they were
00:06:42.900 asked to peddle while enjoying legally protected status on social media platforms. One man,
00:06:51.700 seemingly run on confidence and quarter pounders, led the charge into the breach. 0.98
00:07:01.460 armed with nothing more than Twitter.
00:07:06.520 We sat and we watched him take punch after punch, broadside after broadside, in wonderment,
00:07:13.100 how is this guy still standing?
00:07:17.680 When did we lose this fight? The minute we said it's his fight and not ours.
00:07:25.940 If Joe Biden is sworn in, in January, one thing is perfectly and painfully clear,
00:07:33.240 Donald Trump didn't lose this election.
00:07:37.060 We did, a long time ago.
00:07:41.300 Cry all you want about ballot counting and harvesting in swing states, if that makes us
00:07:45.260 all feel better. If that's what gives you the excuse to need to do, forgive yourself,
00:07:50.480 to delude, to delude yourself on how close we are to losing the Republic and then just
00:07:57.040 wallowing in blame for something else.
00:08:00.540 If low level players like postal workers or volunteer ballot counters are able to destroy
00:08:07.100 the United States Republic, then we didn't do enough.
00:08:10.640 You cannot
00:08:11.600 forge and fake
00:08:14.100 8,000 votes. You just
00:08:16.220 can't.
00:08:19.620 You have 5% 0.91
00:08:21.240 advantage. This election
00:08:23.220 is too close in too many
00:08:25.000 states. This is the typical
00:08:27.280 kind of
00:08:28.540 playing in the margins
00:08:30.940 that politicians
00:08:33.060 have done from the beginning. But we
00:08:34.920 have something on our side now
00:08:36.920 and because we refuse
00:08:38.980 to do anything
00:08:40.600 about it and demand it,
00:08:43.120 we get these kinds of elections.
00:08:45.580 We have
00:08:45.920 blockchain on our side now.
00:08:49.360 I don't know about you, but
00:08:50.820 I'd give up a couple of aircraft carriers
00:08:52.900 and maybe a division or
00:08:54.900 two just to have
00:08:56.820 a voting system that we all trusted.
00:09:01.400 Here's the hard truth.
00:09:02.620 It never should have been this close.
00:09:04.380 It should have never been close enough
00:09:06.640 that the many swamp
00:09:08.180 things, the
00:09:09.060 precinct election
00:09:10.620 officials, would have ever dreamed of
00:09:12.320 trying to put a thumb on the
00:09:13.420 Biden-Harris side of the scale
00:09:14.800 or dump ballots.
00:09:16.300 It wouldn't have mattered.
00:09:18.640 This should have been a
00:09:20.220 pro-America landslide.
00:09:22.620 And for today's world,
00:09:24.260 it kind of was.
00:09:26.420 But it's not enough.
00:09:29.340 The leftists,
00:09:30.780 you have heard me say for years,
00:09:32.640 they're going to take off
00:09:34.440 their masks.
00:09:34.900 They're dying to tell you
00:09:36.160 who they are.
00:09:37.580 Well, they took off
00:09:38.280 their masks.
00:09:39.600 And Donald Trump
00:09:40.560 skewered them so
00:09:41.720 deeply,
00:09:43.700 triggered them so
00:09:44.580 acutely,
00:09:45.860 that almost as one
00:09:48.220 well-intentioned,
00:09:49.900 but
00:09:50.080 just crazy
00:09:52.900 monster,
00:09:53.880 they removed
00:09:55.320 their masks
00:09:56.220 to let us know
00:09:57.140 exactly
00:09:57.840 who they are.
00:09:58.980 Because Donald Trump,
00:10:00.440 because of him,
00:10:02.020 Democrats can no longer
00:10:03.160 claim that they're
00:10:04.060 simply nice people
00:10:05.180 who can't do math.
00:10:06.660 But gee whiz, 1.00
00:10:07.820 I mean,
00:10:08.080 they're just well-intentioned
00:10:09.280 Americans who basically 0.75
00:10:10.380 want the same thing
00:10:11.360 we do.
00:10:12.380 We just have a different
00:10:13.520 way of getting things
00:10:14.500 done.
00:10:15.260 Golly gee beef,
00:10:16.780 mom's going to be 0.97
00:10:17.620 really upset when you
00:10:18.820 say that the Democrats
00:10:20.080 are Marxists.
00:10:23.660 Wait until dad gets
00:10:25.160 home.
00:10:25.480 Because of Donald
00:10:29.020 Trump,
00:10:29.440 that facade is
00:10:30.260 gone.
00:10:31.920 The facade of the
00:10:32.880 media,
00:10:33.520 gone.
00:10:34.660 We now know
00:10:35.980 exactly who they
00:10:37.220 are,
00:10:37.620 and they're not
00:10:38.320 hiding anymore.
00:10:39.480 They're going to,
00:10:40.620 because of this
00:10:41.300 election,
00:10:41.680 they're going to try
00:10:42.600 to convince you
00:10:43.260 again.
00:10:43.780 They're going to go
00:10:44.620 back in hiding,
00:10:45.660 but they can't.
00:10:47.780 As long as we
00:10:48.960 remember,
00:10:49.600 they're anti-God,
00:10:50.580 anti-family,
00:10:51.440 anti-American,
00:10:52.420 anti-police,
00:10:53.640 anti-human,
00:10:54.740 Marxists.
00:10:56.720 They admit it.
00:10:58.680 We must now
00:10:59.760 admit it as well.
00:11:01.200 To them,
00:11:01.900 a child is only
00:11:03.000 a human being
00:11:03.820 when a mother
00:11:04.260 says that it's
00:11:04.920 one.
00:11:05.560 To them,
00:11:06.260 America is evil
00:11:07.500 because our system
00:11:08.700 of government
00:11:09.220 and economics
00:11:09.900 has resulted in
00:11:10.760 wealth that others
00:11:12.280 haven't achieved.
00:11:13.740 To them,
00:11:14.500 human beings
00:11:15.060 are evil.
00:11:16.020 The very air
00:11:16.780 we breathe
00:11:17.480 is poison
00:11:18.320 to the planet,
00:11:19.380 and our presence
00:11:20.360 as a natural
00:11:21.840 creature on this
00:11:22.900 earth was a
00:11:23.420 mistake,
00:11:24.120 and is a
00:11:25.120 constant threat
00:11:25.920 that must be
00:11:26.480 limited or
00:11:27.480 eradicated to
00:11:28.880 save the
00:11:29.560 otherwise perfect
00:11:30.820 earth.
00:11:32.580 To them,
00:11:33.700 inequality is
00:11:34.900 the greatest
00:11:35.360 of the myriad
00:11:36.060 list of human
00:11:36.860 evils,
00:11:37.680 even though
00:11:38.660 equality
00:11:39.400 doesn't even
00:11:40.640 exist.
00:11:41.380 It doesn't
00:11:41.960 exist in
00:11:42.920 nature.
00:11:44.800 It is
00:11:45.660 scientifically
00:11:46.380 and empirically
00:11:47.940 idiotic.
00:11:49.060 the fact
00:11:51.060 that it
00:11:51.340 exists
00:11:51.940 proves
00:11:52.660 how evil
00:11:53.200 we are,
00:11:53.700 how evil
00:11:54.080 our system
00:11:54.580 is,
00:11:55.020 how horrible
00:11:55.760 we are.
00:11:56.300 If we even
00:11:56.760 question the
00:11:57.500 notion that
00:11:58.340 a goal of
00:11:58.980 any moral
00:11:59.820 government
00:12:00.280 must be
00:12:00.840 equality for
00:12:02.000 all human
00:12:02.660 beings,
00:12:03.300 to them,
00:12:04.320 maleness is
00:12:05.060 evil because
00:12:06.180 it's too
00:12:06.540 powerful,
00:12:07.020 too strong,
00:12:07.680 too threatening
00:12:08.200 to the gentle
00:12:09.040 piece of
00:12:09.800 humankind's
00:12:11.040 perfect state,
00:12:12.000 a passive,
00:12:13.180 docile
00:12:13.700 asexuality.
00:12:14.960 To them,
00:12:17.280 gender is
00:12:18.100 an illusion.
00:12:19.280 Marriage is
00:12:20.080 a form of
00:12:20.620 slavery.
00:12:21.700 Sex between 0.92
00:12:22.380 a man and
00:12:22.880 a woman is 1.00
00:12:23.420 probably rape. 1.00
00:12:25.080 Whiteness is 0.92
00:12:25.980 evil because
00:12:26.720 not everyone
00:12:27.660 is white.
00:12:30.020 The election,
00:12:31.300 the left,
00:12:31.980 in politics,
00:12:32.800 in media,
00:12:33.680 they fully
00:12:34.520 admitted who
00:12:35.380 they are and
00:12:36.300 what they
00:12:36.660 attend.
00:12:38.920 That's because
00:12:39.500 of Donald
00:12:39.840 Trump.
00:12:40.540 And on
00:12:40.980 Trump's
00:12:41.320 side,
00:12:42.560 we're shy.
00:12:44.960 We're too
00:12:47.500 shy to be
00:12:47.920 on camera,
00:12:48.940 too shy to
00:12:49.380 tell pollsters
00:12:50.060 over the
00:12:50.380 phone how
00:12:50.800 we felt,
00:12:51.900 too shy to
00:12:52.560 volunteer,
00:12:53.940 too shy to
00:12:54.580 canvass our
00:12:55.280 neighborhoods with
00:12:56.020 pro-liberty,
00:12:56.740 pro-American
00:12:57.360 messages,
00:12:58.400 too shy to
00:12:59.120 donate.
00:12:59.640 We're quiet.
00:13:01.340 When we saw
00:13:02.200 a friend being
00:13:02.940 attacked online
00:13:03.740 for posting a
00:13:04.500 pro-Trump
00:13:05.140 meme,
00:13:05.760 did we come
00:13:06.300 to their
00:13:06.640 defense?
00:13:08.280 According to
00:13:08.840 Truth Revolts
00:13:09.560 analysis of the
00:13:11.160 month leading
00:13:11.820 up to the
00:13:12.280 election,
00:13:12.720 over 90%
00:13:14.000 of Facebook
00:13:14.660 political
00:13:15.200 posts were
00:13:16.220 anti-Trump
00:13:16.960 and anti-right
00:13:17.820 or pro-Biden,
00:13:19.040 pro-left,
00:13:19.700 yet Biden
00:13:20.600 only got just
00:13:21.500 over 50%
00:13:22.380 of the popular
00:13:23.060 vote.
00:13:24.360 How's that
00:13:25.140 possible?
00:13:26.460 Because we're
00:13:27.280 shy,
00:13:28.160 we're quiet,
00:13:28.940 we're afraid,
00:13:29.900 we're afraid of
00:13:30.560 ridicule,
00:13:31.280 of judgment,
00:13:32.020 of losing
00:13:32.560 friends,
00:13:33.880 of losing
00:13:34.400 our jobs.
00:13:36.020 We relied on
00:13:37.100 the silent
00:13:37.740 majority to
00:13:38.780 back Trump.
00:13:40.240 Well, I got
00:13:40.880 news for you,
00:13:41.720 we're not in
00:13:42.660 the majority
00:13:43.260 anymore.
00:13:45.440 The question
00:13:46.560 we're going to
00:13:47.160 have to ask
00:13:47.660 ourselves is
00:13:48.360 this,
00:13:48.820 how did we
00:13:49.680 ever let it
00:13:50.500 get this
00:13:51.320 bad?
00:13:54.040 How did we
00:13:54.900 let our
00:13:55.260 republic get
00:13:56.080 to the point
00:13:56.560 where more
00:13:56.940 than half
00:13:57.440 Americans
00:13:58.060 voted for
00:13:59.120 a dyed-in-the-wool
00:14:00.060 swamp creature
00:14:01.040 like Joe
00:14:01.760 Biden with
00:14:02.660 an out-and-out
00:14:03.560 Marxist
00:14:04.360 platform chanting
00:14:05.540 Marxist
00:14:06.220 slogans all
00:14:07.120 the way along?
00:14:08.520 How did we
00:14:09.000 let our
00:14:09.360 schools turn
00:14:10.200 into
00:14:10.520 indoctrination
00:14:11.300 centers?
00:14:12.280 What PTA
00:14:13.200 or board
00:14:13.920 meetings were
00:14:14.520 we too
00:14:14.900 busy to
00:14:15.540 attend?
00:14:17.500 Maybe the
00:14:18.100 bright side
00:14:18.540 of a Trump
00:14:18.960 loss is we
00:14:21.220 don't have
00:14:21.680 him as an
00:14:22.140 excuse anymore.
00:14:24.540 We're going
00:14:25.060 to have to
00:14:25.420 fight our
00:14:25.820 own battles
00:14:26.400 now,
00:14:26.800 and you
00:14:27.020 know what?
00:14:27.420 I'm up
00:14:27.860 for it.
00:14:30.660 He won't
00:14:31.300 be there to
00:14:31.740 be the
00:14:32.000 left's
00:14:32.300 punching bag.
00:14:33.680 We're going
00:14:34.180 to have to
00:14:34.500 find the
00:14:34.920 courage and
00:14:35.740 take the
00:14:36.120 risks and
00:14:36.720 stand toe-to-toe
00:14:37.700 with these
00:14:38.020 people to
00:14:38.800 defeat them.
00:14:39.460 But you're
00:14:40.280 not alone.
00:14:42.540 70 million
00:14:43.780 people are
00:14:45.060 willing.
00:14:46.920 We're going
00:14:47.620 to have to
00:14:47.940 ridicule,
00:14:49.920 endure the
00:14:50.600 ridicule.
00:14:51.480 We're old
00:14:51.940 fashioned,
00:14:52.680 we're passé,
00:14:53.600 we refuse to
00:14:54.680 evolve,
00:14:55.380 we're racist
00:14:56.000 because we
00:14:56.800 want to
00:14:57.180 secure borders,
00:14:58.220 we're science
00:14:58.860 deniers because
00:14:59.780 we reject the
00:15:01.120 Green New
00:15:01.920 Deal,
00:15:03.240 we're sexist
00:15:03.920 because we
00:15:04.380 believe in
00:15:04.960 family units,
00:15:05.740 we're antisocial
00:15:06.400 because we
00:15:06.900 believe in
00:15:07.320 individuality,
00:15:08.520 we're bigots
00:15:09.080 because we
00:15:09.560 support the
00:15:10.040 police over
00:15:10.640 criminals.
00:15:11.940 For four
00:15:12.500 years we've
00:15:13.240 had the
00:15:13.520 convenience of
00:15:14.160 letting Donald
00:15:14.680 Trump be
00:15:15.080 the target.
00:15:16.280 Well for the
00:15:16.760 next four
00:15:17.280 years they're
00:15:17.860 not coming
00:15:18.220 after Trump,
00:15:18.920 they're going
00:15:19.120 to come
00:15:19.340 after you
00:15:19.900 and me.
00:15:21.160 You ready
00:15:21.780 to stand
00:15:22.300 up?
00:15:26.960 Have you
00:15:27.580 lived enough
00:15:28.100 of your time
00:15:28.740 in that
00:15:29.100 comfortable
00:15:29.600 sofa?
00:15:30.100 sofa?
00:15:33.200 You are
00:15:33.920 not alone.
00:15:36.000 Seventy
00:15:36.680 million people
00:15:38.120 are with
00:15:39.400 you.
00:15:41.780 It's time to
00:15:42.600 roll up our
00:15:43.040 sleeves and go
00:15:43.600 to work.
00:15:46.460 This is the
00:15:47.260 best of the
00:15:47.800 Glenn Beck
00:15:48.220 program.
00:15:48.740 guy who
00:15:57.680 never
00:15:57.920 relaxes.
00:15:58.840 His pajamas
00:15:59.820 actually is a
00:16:03.260 suit with a
00:16:03.900 zipper in the
00:16:04.520 front and
00:16:05.820 wingtip shoes for
00:16:06.900 his feeties there
00:16:08.040 in his feetie
00:16:08.500 pajamas.
00:16:08.960 Mr. Bill O'Reilly,
00:16:09.680 how are you,
00:16:10.160 sir?
00:16:11.180 I just
00:16:11.900 found 100,000
00:16:14.100 write-in votes
00:16:15.100 that the
00:16:16.400 post office
00:16:17.120 mistakenly
00:16:18.040 delivered to
00:16:18.600 me instead
00:16:19.780 of a guy in
00:16:20.720 Philadelphia.
00:16:21.460 Wow.
00:16:22.220 That's in my
00:16:23.820 garage.
00:16:24.280 Really?
00:16:24.860 You have him
00:16:25.220 in your garage?
00:16:26.620 And then what
00:16:27.380 is the percentage
00:16:28.220 of those 100,000
00:16:29.640 that are going
00:16:30.260 for Donald
00:16:30.780 Trump?
00:16:33.240 100%.
00:16:33.840 100%.
00:16:34.960 Wow.
00:16:35.920 It usually
00:16:36.420 doesn't happen
00:16:37.040 that way,
00:16:37.460 Bill.
00:16:37.900 It usually
00:16:38.400 more like
00:16:40.280 it's a little
00:16:41.780 closer.
00:16:43.240 People don't
00:16:44.060 know about.
00:16:44.880 Right.
00:16:45.460 The law in
00:16:45.980 Pennsylvania says
00:16:46.860 it's illegal
00:16:48.800 to vote for
00:16:50.380 a Republican
00:16:51.180 by mail.
00:16:52.120 Right.
00:16:52.680 Right.
00:16:53.160 Or at least
00:16:53.900 have a bunch
00:16:54.540 of ballots
00:16:54.920 in your
00:16:55.460 garage that
00:16:57.380 have any
00:16:58.760 votes for a
00:16:59.440 Republican.
00:17:00.400 No, you
00:17:00.820 can't have
00:17:01.300 them.
00:17:01.380 You can't
00:17:01.580 have them.
00:17:01.900 In Pennsylvania,
00:17:02.980 they can't
00:17:03.360 have them.
00:17:04.620 Welcome, Mr.
00:17:05.420 Bill O'Reilly,
00:17:05.940 the author of
00:17:06.420 the new book,
00:17:07.080 Killing Crazy
00:17:07.860 Horse.
00:17:09.460 Bill,
00:17:10.280 where are
00:17:11.240 we and
00:17:11.820 what do
00:17:12.040 you think
00:17:12.400 is happening?
00:17:15.240 Well, I
00:17:16.120 think there
00:17:16.400 would be a
00:17:16.720 recount of
00:17:17.300 the vote
00:17:17.640 in Georgia,
00:17:18.340 which will
00:17:19.180 hold up
00:17:19.780 certification
00:17:20.500 of Joe
00:17:22.840 Biden as
00:17:23.360 president.
00:17:24.240 There may
00:17:25.100 be a
00:17:25.600 recount in
00:17:26.200 Pennsylvania
00:17:26.620 as well.
00:17:28.280 It'll be
00:17:28.620 more difficult
00:17:29.260 to get it
00:17:30.040 there because
00:17:30.760 Democrats
00:17:31.340 control the
00:17:32.020 state.
00:17:32.420 We're in
00:17:32.740 Georgia.
00:17:33.220 Republicans
00:17:33.740 control the
00:17:34.520 state.
00:17:35.780 But in
00:17:36.700 Georgia, it's
00:17:37.240 a certainty
00:17:37.760 there'll be a
00:17:38.360 recount of
00:17:38.860 the whole
00:17:39.580 election.
00:17:41.360 It'll take
00:17:41.740 some time.
00:17:43.740 In
00:17:44.380 Arizona, you
00:17:46.000 said that
00:17:47.020 Biden may
00:17:49.100 lose the
00:17:49.980 state, but
00:17:50.640 hey, Fox
00:17:51.540 News has
00:17:52.220 called it
00:17:52.840 for Biden.
00:17:54.200 I know, they
00:17:54.580 called it with
00:17:55.140 one vote
00:17:55.800 counted.
00:17:56.440 It was
00:17:56.740 great.
00:17:58.980 Yeah, you
00:17:59.300 can't.
00:17:59.900 So, and
00:18:01.140 then Nevada,
00:18:02.480 they just
00:18:03.220 basically issued
00:18:03.940 a press release.
00:18:04.740 I don't know
00:18:04.940 whether you
00:18:05.200 saw this,
00:18:05.760 which says,
00:18:06.200 we don't
00:18:06.900 want to
00:18:07.120 count the
00:18:07.440 votes.
00:18:07.720 It's too
00:18:08.000 hard.
00:18:09.180 So there's
00:18:09.840 not going
00:18:10.140 to do it.
00:18:11.060 That's not
00:18:11.540 what they
00:18:12.540 said.
00:18:13.680 Well, it
00:18:14.120 was close
00:18:14.480 yesterday when
00:18:15.240 they said,
00:18:15.980 somebody asked
00:18:16.460 them, why
00:18:16.800 did you stop
00:18:17.540 counting the
00:18:18.180 votes?
00:18:19.200 And the
00:18:19.460 secretary of
00:18:21.240 state or
00:18:21.780 whatever it
00:18:22.260 is out
00:18:22.600 there,
00:18:22.860 the charge
00:18:23.240 goes, well,
00:18:24.140 we were
00:18:24.380 tired.
00:18:25.140 We had
00:18:25.580 to stop.
00:18:28.160 Yeah, well,
00:18:29.420 honestly, we
00:18:32.740 tell that to
00:18:33.320 our soldiers
00:18:33.780 once in a
00:18:34.280 while in
00:18:34.620 war.
00:18:35.060 We're like,
00:18:35.320 hey, guys,
00:18:36.100 we didn't
00:18:36.780 know it was
00:18:37.580 going to be
00:18:37.820 this hard to
00:18:38.680 take that
00:18:39.060 hill.
00:18:39.460 It's too
00:18:40.480 much.
00:18:40.880 Yeah.
00:18:41.300 So, I
00:18:42.440 mean, you
00:18:42.980 got to keep
00:18:43.400 a sense of
00:18:43.820 humor about
00:18:44.400 this.
00:18:44.680 I know
00:18:44.860 people are
00:18:45.280 furious, and
00:18:45.820 they should
00:18:46.080 be.
00:18:46.900 I just
00:18:47.480 wrote a
00:18:47.780 message of
00:18:48.220 the day
00:18:48.600 saying,
00:18:48.880 look, this
00:18:50.740 is Keystone
00:18:51.660 Cops, but 0.86
00:18:53.680 it was
00:18:53.920 predictable, and
00:18:54.820 this is a
00:18:55.540 very interesting
00:18:56.100 angle to this
00:18:57.200 whole thing.
00:18:58.160 You'll remember
00:18:58.760 that last
00:18:59.400 summer, Donald
00:19:01.640 Trump was
00:19:02.160 confronted with
00:19:02.720 questions, and
00:19:03.940 it went on and
00:19:04.520 on for about a
00:19:05.180 week about, are
00:19:05.940 you going to
00:19:06.360 leave if you
00:19:07.020 lose?
00:19:07.820 Remember that?
00:19:08.460 Yeah.
00:19:08.760 Are you going
00:19:09.180 to leave the
00:19:09.600 White House
00:19:09.940 or are you
00:19:10.100 going to
00:19:10.240 lose?
00:19:10.640 And it was
00:19:11.080 like a
00:19:11.420 carousel.
00:19:12.600 He said
00:19:13.020 the same
00:19:13.380 thing.
00:19:13.680 He goes,
00:19:13.740 yeah, but
00:19:14.160 we're going
00:19:15.040 to make
00:19:15.260 sure it's
00:19:15.580 an honest
00:19:15.880 election.
00:19:16.720 And then
00:19:17.060 the next
00:19:17.400 day it
00:19:17.820 was the
00:19:18.040 same
00:19:18.240 question,
00:19:18.780 the same
00:19:19.100 answer.
00:19:19.700 And that
00:19:20.080 struck me as
00:19:20.560 very, very
00:19:21.100 strange back
00:19:21.900 then.
00:19:22.700 All right,
00:19:23.100 why are you
00:19:23.800 doing that?
00:19:24.140 You didn't ask
00:19:24.600 Barack Obama
00:19:25.240 that in
00:19:27.120 his last
00:19:28.080 few months
00:19:28.760 before the
00:19:29.700 vote.
00:19:30.480 So I
00:19:32.000 noted it,
00:19:33.140 and I
00:19:33.540 noted that
00:19:34.180 Trump said
00:19:34.940 very specifically
00:19:35.740 if it's
00:19:36.600 honest, you
00:19:37.660 know, if it's
00:19:38.100 an honest
00:19:38.400 count, why
00:19:39.040 would he be
00:19:39.680 even, why
00:19:40.580 would that
00:19:40.940 be in his
00:19:41.500 head?
00:19:42.580 So I
00:19:43.520 think what
00:19:44.020 happened was
00:19:45.020 that this
00:19:45.500 COVID thing
00:19:46.360 provided cover
00:19:48.560 for largely
00:19:50.440 Democratic
00:19:51.900 states to
00:19:53.340 basically shift
00:19:54.340 the vote to
00:19:56.480 the mail,
00:19:57.240 which is much
00:19:57.780 harder to
00:19:58.220 regulate.
00:19:59.160 Now I
00:19:59.420 saw Mara
00:20:00.520 Eliasson,
00:20:01.540 you know
00:20:02.120 she is? 0.92
00:20:02.520 Yes, I
00:20:03.040 do.
00:20:03.180 The NPR
00:20:03.240 woman that's 1.00
00:20:03.840 on Fox.
00:20:04.640 Yeah.
00:20:05.400 All right,
00:20:05.880 so Mara
00:20:06.280 Eliasson goes,
00:20:06.920 oh, oh,
00:20:07.820 hey, oh,
00:20:09.260 oh, Georgia's 0.99
00:20:10.320 a Republican
00:20:10.880 state.
00:20:12.080 So how can
00:20:13.800 you accuse
00:20:14.280 Georgia?
00:20:14.840 But this
00:20:15.420 isn't about
00:20:16.000 Georgia.
00:20:17.040 This is about
00:20:17.700 Fulton County.
00:20:18.920 That's Atlanta.
00:20:20.260 That's where
00:20:20.960 all of this
00:20:21.780 is happening.
00:20:22.560 I beg
00:20:23.280 to differ
00:20:24.780 with you.
00:20:25.360 They had
00:20:26.100 a pipe
00:20:26.700 burst and
00:20:28.220 that water
00:20:29.420 main burst
00:20:30.280 just happened
00:20:31.440 to burst
00:20:31.840 in the same
00:20:32.580 room where
00:20:33.140 all of those
00:20:33.820 ballots were
00:20:34.580 and who
00:20:35.700 could have
00:20:36.120 seen that
00:20:36.540 they always
00:20:37.220 keep really
00:20:37.840 important stuff
00:20:38.720 right by the
00:20:39.340 water main.
00:20:40.340 But now I
00:20:41.400 understand that
00:20:42.100 that wasn't
00:20:42.640 in the room.
00:20:43.320 The pipe
00:20:43.720 burst was
00:20:44.520 not even
00:20:45.940 close to the
00:20:46.600 votes.
00:20:47.080 They were
00:20:47.560 just upset
00:20:48.240 because the
00:20:49.200 pipe burst
00:20:49.740 and then,
00:20:50.200 of course,
00:20:50.540 Nevada said, 0.92
00:20:51.160 hey, we
00:20:51.400 can't be
00:20:51.740 counting votes
00:20:52.280 when a
00:20:52.940 pipe burst
00:20:53.500 in Georgia.
00:20:54.300 Come on.
00:20:55.520 He would
00:20:55.780 do that.
00:20:59.340 So bizarre
00:21:01.080 is the
00:21:02.820 word of
00:21:03.380 the day.
00:21:04.380 Now,
00:21:04.980 let's get
00:21:05.540 serious.
00:21:06.620 So if
00:21:07.040 Donald Trump
00:21:07.760 wants to
00:21:09.400 convince the
00:21:10.420 nation that
00:21:12.260 this is a
00:21:13.480 fraud,
00:21:13.980 said that
00:21:15.300 he had a
00:21:15.960 600,000 vote
00:21:17.400 lead in
00:21:17.940 Pennsylvania on
00:21:18.700 election day,
00:21:19.440 but he lost
00:21:20.560 by 100,000
00:21:21.720 four days
00:21:22.960 later.
00:21:23.320 If he wants
00:21:23.640 to convince
00:21:24.200 people,
00:21:24.920 it's a
00:21:25.120 fraud.
00:21:25.840 You've got
00:21:26.360 to find
00:21:26.940 physical
00:21:27.440 evidence.
00:21:28.160 You do.
00:21:29.460 All right,
00:21:29.920 so they've
00:21:30.280 got to find
00:21:31.000 ballots,
00:21:31.940 and that
00:21:32.560 shouldn't be
00:21:33.000 that hard
00:21:33.500 to do
00:21:34.100 because we're
00:21:35.140 talking about
00:21:35.620 a lot of
00:21:36.220 votes in
00:21:37.440 Wisconsin,
00:21:38.300 in Michigan,
00:21:39.440 in Georgia,
00:21:40.260 in Pennsylvania.
00:21:42.000 Interestingly
00:21:42.360 enough,
00:21:42.960 in North
00:21:43.380 Carolina,
00:21:44.160 there hasn't
00:21:44.640 been this
00:21:45.020 problem.
00:21:46.560 I don't
00:21:47.480 really understand
00:21:48.420 North Carolina,
00:21:49.700 they haven't
00:21:49.940 called it,
00:21:50.540 but Trump's
00:21:50.940 going to win
00:21:51.400 it.
00:21:51.860 But they
00:21:52.260 haven't been
00:21:52.760 fluctuating that
00:21:53.740 much.
00:21:54.160 So what's
00:21:54.720 the difference
00:21:55.260 between Georgia
00:21:56.440 and North
00:21:56.980 Carolina?
00:21:58.640 They share a
00:21:59.600 border up in
00:22:00.220 the northwest
00:22:00.720 part of both
00:22:02.400 states.
00:22:04.180 So I'm
00:22:06.180 confused,
00:22:07.580 and I think
00:22:08.080 everybody's
00:22:08.780 confused,
00:22:09.280 but everybody's
00:22:11.060 angry.
00:22:11.940 So you can
00:22:12.260 imagine if the
00:22:13.460 courts would
00:22:14.080 rule in
00:22:14.800 Trump's favor,
00:22:16.220 then they'd
00:22:17.020 come out and
00:22:17.940 start to burn
00:22:18.840 down the
00:22:19.240 cities.
00:22:20.060 That's what
00:22:20.660 they'll do.
00:22:22.920 So we're in
00:22:23.820 a mess now.
00:22:24.620 This is a mess
00:22:25.380 for this country,
00:22:26.540 and there's no
00:22:27.620 easy way out of
00:22:28.560 this.
00:22:29.760 So here's,
00:22:30.800 let me just
00:22:33.120 say what I
00:22:34.120 think.
00:22:34.820 Let me just
00:22:35.560 say what I
00:22:36.260 feel.
00:22:37.460 I feel
00:22:38.420 that if
00:22:39.360 Donald Trump
00:22:40.200 can't come
00:22:41.440 up with
00:22:41.960 hard evidence,
00:22:43.200 if he can't,
00:22:44.220 you have to
00:22:44.820 have evidence.
00:22:45.820 If you can't
00:22:46.860 come up with
00:22:47.420 evidence in
00:22:48.140 any of these
00:22:48.920 states,
00:22:49.420 then the
00:22:51.260 American people
00:22:52.140 are just not
00:22:53.140 going to back
00:22:53.760 it.
00:22:54.200 You can't just
00:22:55.840 say they're
00:22:56.640 stealing it.
00:22:57.740 You have to
00:22:58.280 say, for
00:22:58.580 instance, in
00:22:59.360 Philadelphia,
00:23:00.280 they kick
00:23:01.000 the guys out.
00:23:02.160 Okay,
00:23:03.020 then when you
00:23:04.020 were kicked
00:23:04.440 out, all of
00:23:05.540 those ballots
00:23:06.120 need to be
00:23:06.800 recounted with
00:23:08.320 people looking
00:23:09.520 directly over
00:23:10.560 the shoulder.
00:23:11.560 I want to
00:23:11.940 look at all
00:23:12.520 of those ballots
00:23:13.160 that were
00:23:13.580 counted.
00:23:14.160 Rudy Giuliani
00:23:14.860 told me
00:23:15.260 yesterday that
00:23:16.200 they are
00:23:16.600 separate.
00:23:17.120 You can
00:23:17.320 find those
00:23:17.780 votes.
00:23:18.200 Good.
00:23:18.980 Then that's
00:23:19.640 what we do.
00:23:20.400 Find the
00:23:20.980 votes.
00:23:21.580 But you
00:23:21.980 can't just
00:23:22.680 say they're
00:23:24.280 stealing the
00:23:25.100 election.
00:23:26.060 I think they
00:23:26.740 are.
00:23:27.780 I think
00:23:28.020 there's funny
00:23:28.460 business going
00:23:29.080 on everywhere.
00:23:30.540 But I don't
00:23:31.020 have any
00:23:31.440 evidence of
00:23:32.120 it yet.
00:23:32.900 And all the
00:23:33.800 evidence that
00:23:34.400 I do see,
00:23:35.200 in Michigan
00:23:36.980 where they're
00:23:37.500 taking in
00:23:38.160 the wagon
00:23:40.840 and everything
00:23:41.620 else, that
00:23:42.060 turned out to
00:23:42.680 be camera
00:23:43.820 crew.
00:23:44.400 That's the
00:23:44.700 way they
00:23:45.080 travel with
00:23:45.680 the cameras.
00:23:47.180 There's all
00:23:47.940 of these
00:23:48.240 things that
00:23:48.620 are being
00:23:48.860 said that
00:23:49.480 just aren't
00:23:50.720 true.
00:23:52.660 We have
00:23:53.780 to have
00:23:54.420 real evidence.
00:23:57.160 I agree
00:23:57.880 with you,
00:23:58.600 but I take
00:23:59.080 it a step
00:23:59.460 further.
00:24:00.240 If you're
00:24:00.820 going to
00:24:00.960 recount in
00:24:01.620 Georgia and
00:24:02.360 you're going
00:24:02.620 to recount
00:24:03.140 Pennsylvania,
00:24:03.780 you can't
00:24:05.120 have the
00:24:05.480 locals do
00:24:06.100 it.
00:24:07.920 You've
00:24:08.460 got to
00:24:08.680 move in
00:24:09.080 federal
00:24:09.600 election
00:24:10.920 people from
00:24:12.480 the election
00:24:14.240 commission.
00:24:14.820 I would be
00:24:15.280 okay with
00:24:15.800 that as
00:24:16.140 long as
00:24:16.600 you had it
00:24:18.300 balanced
00:24:18.780 Republican and
00:24:19.740 Democrat,
00:24:20.340 both.
00:24:20.760 Right.
00:24:21.200 Yeah.
00:24:21.760 Right,
00:24:22.240 absolutely.
00:24:23.160 You have
00:24:23.720 50-50,
00:24:25.160 but if the
00:24:26.640 locals are
00:24:27.100 going to
00:24:27.260 cheat once,
00:24:27.820 they'll
00:24:27.920 cheat twice,
00:24:28.560 and they
00:24:28.740 don't want
00:24:29.000 to get
00:24:29.160 caught
00:24:29.460 cheating
00:24:29.740 because they're
00:24:30.160 going to
00:24:30.320 go to
00:24:30.500 prison.
00:24:31.480 And I
00:24:31.760 don't know,
00:24:32.400 I honestly
00:24:33.100 don't know
00:24:33.960 any American,
00:24:35.360 I know a lot
00:24:36.460 of people who
00:24:36.940 are in
00:24:37.180 politics that
00:24:37.880 wouldn't mind,
00:24:38.640 but I don't
00:24:39.060 know any
00:24:39.560 American that
00:24:40.580 wants to
00:24:43.620 win by
00:24:44.300 cheating.
00:24:47.000 I do.
00:24:47.940 I mean,
00:24:48.160 there are
00:24:48.920 zealots that
00:24:49.640 would cheat.
00:24:50.440 I know,
00:24:50.760 no,
00:24:50.980 no,
00:24:51.080 I know that,
00:24:51.620 but I mean,
00:24:51.940 the average
00:24:52.460 American doesn't 1.00
00:24:53.640 want that.
00:24:54.360 I mean,
00:24:54.560 most,
00:24:55.140 for sure,
00:24:56.340 most Americans
00:24:57.140 are angry right
00:24:57.980 now,
00:24:58.380 but over
00:24:59.080 the weekend
00:24:59.580 when they're
00:25:00.200 napping along
00:25:01.360 with you,
00:25:02.640 okay,
00:25:03.020 they wake up,
00:25:03.900 they'll say,
00:25:05.400 hey,
00:25:05.840 you know,
00:25:06.200 this is bad
00:25:07.000 for the country,
00:25:07.680 we might hate
00:25:08.540 Joe Biden,
00:25:09.800 all right,
00:25:10.500 and we might
00:25:11.120 think that
00:25:11.640 Trump got
00:25:12.420 hosed,
00:25:13.040 but the
00:25:13.820 longer this
00:25:14.380 goes on,
00:25:15.140 the worse
00:25:15.520 it is for
00:25:16.280 the country,
00:25:17.520 but it will
00:25:17.980 go on.
00:25:19.020 And if the
00:25:19.760 Trump people
00:25:20.360 find,
00:25:20.900 and they're
00:25:21.160 looking,
00:25:22.460 if they find
00:25:23.400 hard evidence
00:25:24.360 of fraud,
00:25:25.980 then this
00:25:26.920 election is
00:25:27.480 going to be
00:25:27.780 put into the
00:25:28.360 Supreme Court.
00:25:29.700 Now,
00:25:30.200 everyone should
00:25:30.680 know,
00:25:31.120 listening to
00:25:31.560 the Glenn Beck
00:25:32.380 radio program
00:25:33.260 right now,
00:25:34.180 that the
00:25:34.980 federal judges,
00:25:35.920 including those
00:25:36.580 on the Supreme
00:25:37.420 Court,
00:25:38.300 do not want
00:25:39.780 to decide
00:25:40.580 this election.
00:25:41.900 Nope.
00:25:42.860 All right?
00:25:43.320 That's not what
00:25:44.280 they want to do.
00:25:45.360 They're not
00:25:45.700 relishing this
00:25:46.640 at all,
00:25:47.420 because then
00:25:48.800 you're basically
00:25:49.560 having a president
00:25:50.660 by judicial fiat,
00:25:53.060 no matter how
00:25:54.320 they rule.
00:25:55.640 So,
00:25:56.000 they would have
00:25:57.500 to have,
00:25:58.100 they being the
00:25:58.680 Trump administration,
00:25:59.740 very compelling
00:26:00.860 evidence,
00:26:02.000 not anecdotal
00:26:02.920 evidence,
00:26:03.800 hard stuff you
00:26:04.640 can see,
00:26:05.980 that there was
00:26:07.240 fraud.
00:26:07.840 But if they
00:26:08.440 do,
00:26:09.900 then it will
00:26:10.460 go to the
00:26:10.940 Supreme Court.
00:26:11.900 Right.
00:26:12.040 And I think
00:26:13.500 people will
00:26:14.280 fight for it
00:26:16.440 on both sides.
00:26:18.240 But if you
00:26:19.280 have compelling
00:26:20.260 evidence,
00:26:21.240 but you have
00:26:22.180 to have
00:26:22.860 compelling
00:26:23.360 evidence,
00:26:24.120 you can't just
00:26:25.100 keep repeating
00:26:25.740 the mantra,
00:26:26.420 they're stealing
00:26:26.860 the election,
00:26:27.420 they're stealing
00:26:27.780 the election,
00:26:28.380 even though
00:26:28.760 that's what
00:26:29.100 it feels like.
00:26:30.840 Show it to me.
00:26:32.460 All right.
00:26:32.760 But look,
00:26:33.520 you've got to
00:26:34.260 have a little
00:26:34.640 time to
00:26:35.720 I agree.
00:26:36.760 Yeah,
00:26:37.020 I agree.
00:26:37.620 And that's not
00:26:38.860 smart.
00:26:39.240 Trump was
00:26:40.580 smart to
00:26:41.120 come out
00:26:41.560 last night
00:26:42.160 and do
00:26:42.420 what he
00:26:42.640 did.
00:26:43.380 He was
00:26:43.780 smart.
00:26:44.160 He was
00:26:44.340 composed.
00:26:45.220 I have to
00:26:45.560 tell you,
00:26:45.880 I didn't
00:26:46.220 have a
00:26:46.540 problem with
00:26:47.000 anything he
00:26:47.580 said last
00:26:48.080 night,
00:26:48.320 but the
00:26:48.580 media,
00:26:49.480 they were
00:26:49.880 crazy.
00:26:51.460 Of course,
00:26:52.020 because they're
00:26:52.540 worried about
00:26:53.220 it.
00:26:54.140 All right.
00:26:54.980 So I'm
00:26:56.280 watching Trump
00:26:56.920 and I'm
00:26:57.240 skeptical.
00:26:58.020 I mean,
00:26:58.180 all right,
00:26:58.580 let's see.
00:26:59.440 All he did
00:27:00.240 was set the
00:27:00.820 table.
00:27:02.100 He didn't
00:27:02.520 serve the
00:27:03.020 entree.
00:27:04.280 He set the
00:27:05.020 table that
00:27:06.180 we think
00:27:06.660 there's fraud
00:27:07.200 and we're
00:27:08.840 going to
00:27:09.680 investigate it.
00:27:12.100 And then
00:27:12.600 we'll let you
00:27:13.040 know.
00:27:13.720 But that
00:27:14.100 takes time.
00:27:15.200 Yes.
00:27:16.040 It takes
00:27:16.500 time.
00:27:17.000 Right now,
00:27:18.320 what Americans
00:27:20.340 need to do
00:27:20.900 is step
00:27:21.260 back.
00:27:22.400 All right.
00:27:22.760 The Senate
00:27:23.460 will,
00:27:24.400 even if there's
00:27:25.040 a runoff
00:27:25.600 in Georgia,
00:27:27.040 but there may
00:27:27.660 not be with
00:27:28.180 a recount.
00:27:28.880 See,
00:27:28.980 I think the
00:27:29.360 recount in
00:27:29.940 Georgia is
00:27:30.400 very,
00:27:31.040 very important.
00:27:32.960 Okay,
00:27:33.340 very important.
00:27:35.440 The Senate
00:27:36.280 will be
00:27:37.060 controlled by
00:27:38.020 Republicans.
00:27:38.560 It'll
00:27:38.880 probably be
00:27:39.340 51-49.
00:27:41.360 So somebody
00:27:42.020 is going to
00:27:42.380 have to
00:27:42.720 have a
00:27:43.440 conversation
00:27:43.940 with Lisa
00:27:44.460 Murkowski
00:27:45.060 up in
00:27:45.420 Alaska.
00:27:46.520 But McConnell
00:27:47.080 then becomes
00:27:47.700 the most
00:27:48.140 powerful man
00:27:49.080 in the
00:27:49.480 country,
00:27:50.140 not Joe
00:27:50.900 Biden.
00:27:51.860 People
00:27:52.260 understand
00:27:52.720 this.
00:27:53.880 All right,
00:27:54.040 because McConnell
00:27:54.720 will be able
00:27:55.220 to say,
00:27:55.700 this is what
00:27:55.960 we're going
00:27:56.160 to vote on
00:27:56.660 and this
00:27:56.920 is what
00:27:57.200 we're not
00:27:57.680 going to
00:27:58.020 vote on.
00:27:58.300 Okay,
00:27:58.500 let's take
00:27:58.980 the ballots
00:27:59.900 at this
00:28:01.180 point on
00:28:02.060 face value
00:28:02.780 just for
00:28:03.400 this
00:28:03.620 conversation.
00:28:04.180 Bill,
00:28:06.540 it shows
00:28:07.180 that
00:28:07.760 even
00:28:09.160 Democrats
00:28:10.040 had to
00:28:11.120 have voted
00:28:11.580 for
00:28:12.160 Republicans
00:28:12.840 in the
00:28:13.600 Senate
00:28:13.860 and in
00:28:14.580 the
00:28:14.740 House
00:28:15.040 because
00:28:15.620 the
00:28:15.940 House
00:28:16.340 is
00:28:16.900 close.
00:28:19.040 I mean,
00:28:19.400 it could
00:28:19.980 be taken
00:28:20.460 over by
00:28:20.820 the
00:28:20.960 Republicans.
00:28:21.500 I don't
00:28:21.680 think it
00:28:21.960 will be,
00:28:22.560 but it's
00:28:23.180 going to
00:28:23.500 be close.
00:28:24.000 the margin
00:28:24.760 of control
00:28:27.260 there is
00:28:28.020 really thin.
00:28:32.680 What you
00:28:33.640 have is
00:28:34.800 a repudiation
00:28:36.320 of the
00:28:36.680 far left.
00:28:37.780 Yes.
00:28:38.540 But the
00:28:39.260 hatred
00:28:39.600 of Donald
00:28:40.840 Trump
00:28:41.440 prevented
00:28:42.880 Republicans
00:28:44.320 from really
00:28:44.940 capitalizing
00:28:46.020 on that.
00:28:47.220 All right,
00:28:48.100 so there
00:28:48.460 were a lot
00:28:48.800 of split
00:28:49.220 tickets.
00:28:50.800 And that's
00:28:51.800 what happened
00:28:52.380 in Georgia.
00:28:53.120 if you
00:28:53.480 look at
00:28:54.200 the ticket
00:28:55.920 there,
00:28:57.120 there were
00:28:57.880 people went
00:28:58.560 out of their
00:28:58.920 way to vote
00:28:59.420 against Donald
00:29:00.180 Trump,
00:29:00.580 apparently.
00:29:02.020 Because that
00:29:02.400 shouldn't have
00:29:02.680 been as
00:29:03.340 close as it
00:29:04.280 was because
00:29:04.740 the Republican
00:29:05.520 senator
00:29:07.080 got a lot
00:29:08.980 more votes,
00:29:09.460 not a lot
00:29:09.860 more,
00:29:10.080 but more
00:29:10.840 votes than
00:29:11.580 Donald Trump.
00:29:12.980 People basically
00:29:13.820 said,
00:29:14.100 look,
00:29:14.280 I hate the
00:29:14.760 far left,
00:29:15.320 but I also
00:29:16.020 hate Trump,
00:29:16.580 and I'm
00:29:16.760 going to vote
00:29:17.060 against
00:29:17.280 everybody I
00:29:17.800 hate.
00:29:18.840 So what
00:29:19.880 the upshot
00:29:20.420 in the
00:29:20.680 House of
00:29:20.980 Representatives
00:29:21.440 is that
00:29:22.280 Pelosi is
00:29:23.020 weakened because
00:29:24.280 her own
00:29:24.720 party doesn't
00:29:25.400 like her
00:29:25.860 anymore.
00:29:26.520 They're not
00:29:27.140 going to say
00:29:27.520 anything because
00:29:27.900 she'll withhold
00:29:28.340 money, but
00:29:29.380 she's weakened.
00:29:30.880 All right?
00:29:31.380 But it'll still
00:29:32.220 be Democrat.
00:29:33.020 It'll do what
00:29:33.540 Joe Biden
00:29:34.040 wants or
00:29:34.800 whoever is
00:29:35.420 telling Joe
00:29:35.940 Biden what
00:29:36.420 to do.
00:29:36.820 Yeah, but
00:29:36.920 it's also,
00:29:38.320 there is the
00:29:39.300 split.
00:29:39.940 The hard
00:29:40.800 left became
00:29:41.800 stronger,
00:29:43.380 and the
00:29:45.380 middle of the
00:29:46.340 road, if there
00:29:46.860 even is one
00:29:47.580 anymore in
00:29:48.180 Democrats,
00:29:49.600 they are
00:29:50.240 quite outspoken.
00:29:52.180 You almost
00:29:52.720 cost me an
00:29:53.420 election by
00:29:54.000 talking about
00:29:54.640 Marxism and
00:29:56.160 defund the
00:29:57.020 cops.
00:29:57.560 They are
00:29:57.960 pissed.
00:29:59.040 They are
00:29:59.340 pissed.
00:29:59.640 When it
00:29:59.860 comes to
00:30:00.620 actually voting,
00:30:01.940 if they
00:30:02.360 don't vote,
00:30:03.560 whatever the
00:30:04.180 Democrats have
00:30:05.020 put up,
00:30:05.800 they don't get
00:30:06.260 any money for
00:30:07.000 their re-election
00:30:07.660 campaign.
00:30:08.640 I've been
00:30:08.900 saying this for
00:30:09.560 years to my
00:30:10.300 audience.
00:30:10.820 Right.
00:30:11.600 All right?
00:30:12.180 So if you're a
00:30:12.900 Democrat and you
00:30:13.720 don't like what's
00:30:15.020 going on, my
00:30:15.700 congressman here
00:30:16.460 on Long
00:30:16.820 Island,
00:30:17.740 Swazi, he 1.00
00:30:19.320 didn't want to
00:30:19.920 vote for
00:30:20.280 impeachment.
00:30:21.440 He didn't want
00:30:22.240 to.
00:30:22.420 I know him.
00:30:23.680 I know him
00:30:24.440 real well.
00:30:25.800 But he had
00:30:26.640 to, or he
00:30:27.140 wouldn't have
00:30:27.340 gotten a dime.
00:30:28.180 He lost,
00:30:29.520 unless there
00:30:30.160 are mail-ins
00:30:30.820 come in here,
00:30:31.440 and that might
00:30:31.880 happen.
00:30:32.540 But he lost.
00:30:34.020 Where I live
00:30:34.800 in New York,
00:30:35.460 the bluest of
00:30:36.040 the blue, the
00:30:37.260 two Long
00:30:37.880 Island counties
00:30:38.580 both went for
00:30:39.260 Trump.
00:30:40.620 So there is a
00:30:41.620 repudiation of
00:30:42.740 the defund the
00:30:43.560 police madness.
00:30:44.600 There's no doubt
00:30:45.260 about it.
00:30:46.420 But because of
00:30:47.560 the hatred for
00:30:49.040 Donald Trump,
00:30:50.600 the Republicans
00:30:51.480 were not able to
00:30:52.360 capitalize as
00:30:53.800 much as they 0.58
00:30:54.740 could have.
00:30:56.320 So people need
00:30:57.420 to remember,
00:30:58.620 people love
00:31:00.120 Donald Trump.
00:31:00.900 They go out and
00:31:01.600 stand in a cold
00:31:02.500 to see him.
00:31:03.560 All right?
00:31:03.820 He's got an
00:31:04.560 unbelievable
00:31:05.540 passionate following.
00:31:07.700 Yeah.
00:31:08.080 But that passion
00:31:08.940 cuts both ways.
00:31:11.160 Yes.
00:31:13.520 Bill, so are
00:31:15.240 we, is the
00:31:16.900 republic in
00:31:18.360 better shape
00:31:20.280 than you thought
00:31:20.980 or worse
00:31:21.820 shape than you
00:31:22.440 thought?
00:31:23.660 Worse.
00:31:24.480 Why?
00:31:24.980 This mail-in
00:31:25.820 racket,
00:31:27.560 Congress has
00:31:28.160 got to impose
00:31:29.320 national standards
00:31:30.440 for our elections.
00:31:31.060 Yeah, it has to
00:31:32.120 happen.
00:31:32.540 It won't,
00:31:33.460 especially with the
00:31:34.220 Democrats in
00:31:34.760 charge.
00:31:35.040 It won't.
00:31:36.080 And you know
00:31:36.540 what?
00:31:36.740 They're not alone
00:31:37.400 in playing this.
00:31:38.280 There is also
00:31:38.740 Republicans that
00:31:39.500 have played in
00:31:40.020 this racket as
00:31:40.660 well.
00:31:40.880 And that's
00:31:41.560 why we don't
00:31:42.200 have something
00:31:42.680 like blockchain
00:31:43.440 protecting our
00:31:44.780 votes.
00:31:45.720 That's right.
00:31:46.240 Because people
00:31:47.200 want those 0.93
00:31:47.980 margins to be
00:31:49.240 able to play
00:31:49.720 in.
00:31:50.340 I don't think
00:31:50.880 the folks do.
00:31:51.940 No, the
00:31:52.240 votes don't.
00:31:52.680 But I want
00:31:53.560 to see a bill
00:31:54.220 introduced by
00:31:55.220 Ted Cruz or
00:31:56.100 somebody that
00:31:57.240 says states
00:31:58.240 can run the
00:31:58.800 elections, but
00:31:59.460 they have to
00:31:59.940 adhere to
00:32:00.580 national standards.
00:32:01.720 And part of
00:32:02.320 that bill is
00:32:03.040 Nevada can no
00:32:04.600 longer vote for
00:32:05.420 anything again.
00:32:06.120 I can't
00:32:13.280 believe that if
00:32:14.200 you don't want
00:32:14.640 to count the
00:32:15.220 votes, you
00:32:15.940 can't vote.
00:32:16.880 And the final
00:32:18.020 thing I want to
00:32:18.480 say is that
00:32:19.040 Crazy Horse would
00:32:20.140 have hated this.
00:32:21.760 All right.
00:32:22.420 Crazy Horse and
00:32:23.500 his and his
00:32:24.200 warriors would
00:32:25.600 have hated the
00:32:26.400 campaign and
00:32:27.700 hated the vote
00:32:28.960 and have been
00:32:30.060 very upset because
00:32:31.680 the Native
00:32:32.460 American tribes
00:32:33.260 didn't have any
00:32:33.940 chaos.
00:32:35.140 All right.
00:32:35.460 They had their
00:32:36.240 leaders, they
00:32:37.520 had their
00:32:39.040 policies, and
00:32:40.460 it was none of
00:32:41.320 this.
00:32:41.840 There were no
00:32:42.320 writing ballots at
00:32:43.960 the Little
00:32:44.560 Bighorn.
00:32:45.240 No writing
00:32:46.140 ballots.
00:32:46.760 No.
00:32:47.200 It was all
00:32:47.700 bullets and
00:32:48.260 arrows.
00:32:48.680 Right.
00:32:49.020 And the chief
00:32:49.660 was there.
00:32:50.300 I mean, they
00:32:51.880 counted every
00:32:52.580 single vote.
00:32:53.780 Right.
00:32:54.440 And Sitting Bull
00:32:55.280 was the guy in
00:32:56.020 charge, and what
00:32:57.100 Sitting Bull said
00:32:58.020 went.
00:32:59.360 And the Native
00:33:00.360 Americans for
00:33:01.060 thousands of years
00:33:01.940 functioned pretty
00:33:02.960 well on that.
00:33:03.740 That's right, because
00:33:04.420 Sitting Bull was
00:33:05.080 sitting on a
00:33:06.060 bunch of
00:33:06.360 anti-Sitting Bull
00:33:07.240 ballots.
00:33:07.980 That's the
00:33:08.480 truth.
00:33:09.400 The author of
00:33:10.540 the new book,
00:33:11.440 Killing Crazy
00:33:12.180 Horse, which is
00:33:12.880 always great, from
00:33:13.720 Bill O'Reilly.
00:33:14.660 Bill, thanks for
00:33:15.180 joining us.
00:33:18.980 This is the best of
00:33:19.940 the Glenn Beck
00:33:20.360 program, and we
00:33:21.280 really want to
00:33:21.840 thank you for
00:33:22.320 listening.
00:33:22.660 Let me go to
00:33:30.560 David Barton.
00:33:31.940 David, good friend
00:33:32.980 of mine, president
00:33:33.740 of Wall Builders.
00:33:34.920 He has been
00:33:35.660 watching the
00:33:36.320 polls.
00:33:37.620 Most people don't
00:33:38.380 know this, but he's
00:33:39.020 deeply involved in
00:33:41.140 politics all around
00:33:43.340 the country, especially
00:33:45.380 here in Texas, and
00:33:47.360 fighting the good
00:33:48.020 fight.
00:33:48.440 David, welcome to
00:33:49.000 the program.
00:33:50.640 Hey, Glenn.
00:33:51.000 Good morning.
00:33:51.800 So, it looks at
00:33:53.600 this point, I
00:33:55.020 mean, this is
00:33:55.500 without any kind
00:33:56.480 of, you know,
00:33:57.700 recounts and
00:33:58.460 without any
00:33:59.040 litigation, but it
00:34:00.580 looks like today
00:34:01.520 they might call
00:34:02.980 the presidency
00:34:04.940 for Biden,
00:34:07.200 because he is
00:34:08.700 now passed in
00:34:09.760 Pennsylvania.
00:34:10.380 Nobody has done
00:34:11.120 it.
00:34:11.320 What is the one
00:34:11.980 group that did
00:34:12.600 it?
00:34:12.740 They called
00:34:13.320 this for Biden.
00:34:15.800 Oh, DDHQ has
00:34:18.380 called it for
00:34:18.840 Biden.
00:34:19.520 But so far, nobody
00:34:20.580 has followed suit.
00:34:21.780 No networks, as
00:34:22.100 far as I know.
00:34:22.900 I think everybody's
00:34:23.600 afraid to do that.
00:34:25.720 But I want to
00:34:26.740 concentrate with you
00:34:27.640 on the margins in
00:34:29.740 the House and the
00:34:30.760 Senate, because this
00:34:33.120 is turning out to be
00:34:34.580 a bright spot in
00:34:36.400 this election.
00:34:37.300 Yeah, it is a
00:34:40.100 bright spot,
00:34:40.820 especially considering
00:34:42.720 the massive amount
00:34:44.060 of money that was
00:34:44.740 spent, $11 billion
00:34:46.120 spent in this
00:34:47.600 election cycle.
00:34:49.560 Big-time targets
00:34:50.940 in the Senate
00:34:52.060 races and in the
00:34:52.940 House races.
00:34:54.200 You know, Pelosi
00:34:54.700 was guaranteeing a
00:34:55.960 jump there.
00:34:56.460 Even Fox called
00:34:57.320 that the Republicans
00:34:58.920 would lose 15 in
00:34:59.840 the House.
00:35:00.600 Not going that
00:35:01.400 way, not even
00:35:02.060 close to going
00:35:02.840 that way.
00:35:04.200 Republicans have
00:35:04.980 gained in the
00:35:05.580 House and looks
00:35:06.500 like they will
00:35:07.120 end up at the
00:35:08.020 end of the day
00:35:08.540 losing one overall
00:35:09.980 in the Senate.
00:35:11.080 As you just heard,
00:35:12.020 you know, there's
00:35:12.840 still questions in
00:35:13.680 Georgia.
00:35:14.020 It's crazy.
00:35:15.060 They say that
00:35:15.680 they're done
00:35:16.000 counting votes in
00:35:16.780 Georgia and that
00:35:17.420 Biden wins Georgia,
00:35:18.420 except Tommy
00:35:19.140 Tuberville is up
00:35:19.940 by 100,000 votes
00:35:20.960 in Georgia and
00:35:21.520 they're not calling
00:35:22.060 that race, but
00:35:23.100 they're saying all
00:35:23.600 the votes are in.
00:35:24.240 I mean, this is
00:35:25.160 the craziest election
00:35:26.080 cycle I have ever
00:35:27.020 seen, where you can
00:35:28.140 be up 100,000 votes
00:35:29.440 at the end of the
00:35:30.340 day, they won't
00:35:30.940 call it and suddenly
00:35:31.820 votes appear in that
00:35:32.740 race that didn't 0.99
00:35:33.320 appear in any other
00:35:33.940 race.
00:35:34.380 It's the strangest
00:35:34.980 thing we've ever
00:35:35.880 seen.
00:35:36.160 David, you said
00:35:37.280 Tuberville, and who
00:35:39.180 did you mean, did you
00:35:39.720 mean North Carolina
00:35:41.980 or?
00:35:42.980 I'm sorry, I'm
00:35:44.260 sorry, I switched
00:35:45.700 long nights.
00:35:46.980 I'm sorry, that was
00:35:47.540 Georgia and Alabama.
00:35:48.860 So, yeah, the Senate
00:35:49.780 races in Georgia,
00:35:50.700 Purdue is up, they're
00:35:51.800 not calling that, but
00:35:52.680 they say all the
00:35:53.180 votes are in.
00:35:54.120 Of course, the
00:35:54.560 special will be
00:35:55.200 later, but over in
00:35:56.680 Alabama, they say all 0.98
00:35:57.700 the votes are in, but
00:35:58.400 they still haven't
00:35:59.020 called Tuberville yet.
00:36:00.220 He's up by 100,000
00:36:01.360 Alabama.
00:36:02.440 I mean, a lot of the
00:36:03.380 counting just does not
00:36:04.620 make sense.
00:36:05.120 Alabama has been 100% 0.77
00:36:06.960 reported for a long
00:36:07.880 time, so those are two
00:36:10.300 really strange Senate
00:36:11.620 races that are going.
00:36:13.140 You still have some
00:36:14.040 other ones that are
00:36:14.980 close elsewhere.
00:36:15.780 Tom Tillis, you know,
00:36:17.880 they won't be able to
00:36:18.900 officially call that
00:36:20.140 until the 12th, but right
00:36:21.980 now he's leading, should
00:36:23.080 have that one.
00:36:24.300 So, it should be a 52-seat
00:36:27.320 number in the Senate when
00:36:28.920 it's all done, assuming
00:36:30.020 that Republicans win the
00:36:31.940 special election in
00:36:32.840 Georgia, which seemed
00:36:34.400 like a done deal two
00:36:35.380 days ago.
00:36:36.440 Now, with all the new
00:36:37.320 ballots that seem to keep
00:36:38.540 coming in Savannah,
00:36:39.480 Atlanta, and elsewhere,
00:36:40.520 that's no longer a done
00:36:41.700 deal.
00:36:42.000 So, it should be at
00:36:42.580 least 51, maybe 52, which
00:36:44.980 is down one or two, but
00:36:46.140 still a majority.
00:36:47.240 But the House is the
00:36:48.180 really bright spot right
00:36:49.160 now.
00:36:50.100 David, I've never seen
00:36:51.100 anything like this in my
00:36:52.060 lifetime.
00:36:53.280 Is this just COVID that is
00:36:55.540 doing this, all of the
00:36:56.640 monkeying around with all
00:36:58.400 of the laws?
00:36:59.040 What is this?
00:37:00.920 What is it we're seeing?
00:37:02.680 No, it's not COVID.
00:37:04.160 It is monkeying around
00:37:05.020 with the laws.
00:37:05.980 Leading up to Election
00:37:07.380 Day, we saw probably two
00:37:09.040 dozen lawsuits where the
00:37:11.980 governors, because of
00:37:13.300 COVID, took that as an
00:37:14.360 opportunity to say, well,
00:37:15.360 we're changing the way we
00:37:16.560 vote, and I know the
00:37:17.800 legislature makes the laws,
00:37:19.000 but now I do, and I'm
00:37:20.340 changing the laws.
00:37:21.880 And so, fortunately, in
00:37:23.360 nearly every case, the
00:37:24.940 federal judges came back
00:37:26.080 and said, no.
00:37:26.820 The Supreme Court told
00:37:27.680 this very clearly in
00:37:28.580 2006, the Purcell
00:37:29.820 decision, you do not
00:37:31.460 change election laws,
00:37:32.940 especially on the even
00:37:34.140 election.
00:37:34.840 You let the laws stand.
00:37:36.920 And so, they were
00:37:37.940 striking down governor's
00:37:39.460 plans even the day of
00:37:41.080 the election, but the
00:37:41.920 problem was early voting
00:37:43.460 had already started in a
00:37:44.520 lot of those areas.
00:37:45.940 So, the one that really
00:37:47.240 messed it up was John
00:37:48.920 Roberts.
00:37:49.580 I mean, the two that he
00:37:50.620 got involved with that we
00:37:51.680 did not win at the
00:37:52.520 Supreme Court were that
00:37:54.680 now that's part of the
00:37:55.820 reason that we're going
00:37:56.540 eight days late in some
00:37:57.860 states, even though the
00:37:59.300 law says you have to
00:38:00.220 have the stuff in by the
00:38:01.640 night of the election.
00:38:03.680 It's crazy changes, and
00:38:05.320 that's what throws so much
00:38:07.100 uncertainty into things.
00:38:08.620 But it also opens doors,
00:38:10.260 since there's uncertainty,
00:38:11.420 it opens doors to do
00:38:12.740 things that you're not
00:38:13.660 supposed to be doing.
00:38:14.680 And I think that's a lot
00:38:15.580 of what we're seeing here,
00:38:16.560 but a lot of this is the
00:38:17.560 result of governors taking
00:38:18.820 COVID as a reason to do
00:38:21.100 that.
00:38:21.420 And quite frankly, that's
00:38:22.980 what we suspected going in
00:38:24.320 because a lot of the
00:38:25.240 states had already moved
00:38:26.140 away from the restrictions,
00:38:27.420 but a lot of the heavy
00:38:28.700 blue states with the
00:38:29.580 really large blue cities
00:38:30.600 were keeping the
00:38:31.260 restrictions in place, and
00:38:32.780 we were scratching our
00:38:33.520 heads saying, okay, that
00:38:34.440 looks like that's some
00:38:35.800 opportunity to play with
00:38:37.100 the elections.
00:38:38.080 And I think it's going to
00:38:39.080 turn out to be that way,
00:38:40.000 and with respect, as we
00:38:40.940 look back and get all the
00:38:41.900 truth in, finally.
00:38:43.280 Without conceding an
00:38:45.360 election for Donald Trump,
00:38:46.540 just saying, let's look at
00:38:48.320 this scenario.
00:38:49.620 If Donald Trump, after all
00:38:51.200 is said and done, doesn't
00:38:52.460 win, how much of Joe
00:38:55.980 Biden's agenda is going
00:38:58.020 to go through?
00:39:01.160 Just about as much as
00:39:02.560 Trump's agenda went
00:39:03.460 through Pelosi in the
00:39:04.340 last two years.
00:39:05.700 It's just not going to
00:39:06.480 happen.
00:39:07.280 They are polarized at this
00:39:08.840 point, and I think you'll
00:39:10.500 see what used to be called
00:39:12.120 the loyal opposition take
00:39:14.060 its role in that place.
00:39:15.740 Now, what happens is the
00:39:18.000 Democrats really thought
00:39:19.040 they would have a moral
00:39:20.020 mandate to move forward
00:39:21.280 because they don't have
00:39:22.640 that moral mandate to
00:39:23.840 move forward.
00:39:24.520 The pressure is not nearly
00:39:25.760 as strong on the
00:39:26.440 Republicans that the
00:39:27.480 nation wants this.
00:39:29.140 Clearly, the nation
00:39:30.100 doesn't want this, and
00:39:31.080 the Republicans feel, as
00:39:32.260 they do, that there's a
00:39:33.640 lot of steaming going on
00:39:34.720 at this point.
00:39:35.400 They will have no
00:39:36.900 difficulty being an
00:39:39.160 opponent of that.
00:39:39.900 Now, here's the other
00:39:41.400 interesting thing, is now
00:39:43.120 you look for the onslaught
00:39:44.220 in media again.
00:39:45.700 You look at how so many
00:39:48.920 polling places were off.
00:39:50.440 I mean, Wisconsin, Biden's
00:39:52.260 going to win by 17, and
00:39:53.600 you know, it's maybe 1%
00:39:55.660 now.
00:39:56.660 So, how come nobody got
00:39:57.980 fired over that?
00:39:59.520 And it would appear to be
00:40:00.660 that because that's what the
00:40:01.840 polling guys were supposed
00:40:02.640 to do.
00:40:03.060 They were supposed to give
00:40:03.760 us a lot of cover and give
00:40:04.900 us a lot of evangelistic
00:40:06.600 propaganda, if you will,
00:40:08.300 because if anybody was
00:40:09.380 really concerned over how
00:40:10.460 bad the polls were in many
00:40:12.000 of these places, you'd see
00:40:12.920 people getting fired.
00:40:14.160 And that's not happening
00:40:15.900 right now.
00:40:16.460 So, it suggests that, no,
00:40:18.620 this is their role, is to
00:40:20.180 create pressure, to create
00:40:22.640 a perception of where the
00:40:24.880 American people are and
00:40:25.840 what they want.
00:40:26.920 And so, if that happens, that
00:40:28.280 can be relentless, especially
00:40:29.560 inside the Beltway, where
00:40:30.880 they don't get the same kind
00:40:32.240 of daily home news that we
00:40:35.500 get elsewhere.
00:40:36.200 I've watched so many groups
00:40:38.680 run ads only in the
00:40:40.200 Washington Times and scare
00:40:41.600 congressmen to death because
00:40:42.940 they think it's also running
00:40:44.020 back in the district, which
00:40:45.040 it doesn't.
00:40:46.160 So, the inside information
00:40:48.200 on the Beltway, it's really
00:40:49.840 hard to get inside
00:40:51.660 information to those guys
00:40:52.940 a lot of times because
00:40:53.760 they're so surrounded by
00:40:55.500 lobbyists and experts in
00:40:57.080 Washington Times, Washington
00:40:58.820 Post, I said Times, I meant
00:40:59.980 Washington Post.
00:41:01.500 So, but the good news is,
00:41:03.820 like in the House, we have
00:41:04.920 elected so many more
00:41:05.920 grassroots people this time.
00:41:07.460 They just don't buy into
00:41:08.760 that Washington kind of
00:41:09.760 stuff.
00:41:10.540 Yvette Harrell out of New
00:41:11.540 Mexico, we got last night,
00:41:12.940 New Mexico too.
00:41:14.380 So, we've added 12 pro-life
00:41:17.200 women to the House. 1.00
00:41:18.700 We have more than doubled
00:41:19.520 the number of pro-life
00:41:20.440 women in the House. 1.00
00:41:21.140 There's still 34 races left
00:41:23.140 to be called.
00:41:23.980 Republicans are leading
00:41:24.860 the 18 of them.
00:41:26.320 It looks for sure that
00:41:28.120 Republicans will gain at 0.94
00:41:29.300 least 12 seats, which will
00:41:30.840 make it very tough for
00:41:31.960 Pelosi.
00:41:32.960 We may gain more than 12.
00:41:35.200 I mean, there's a shot of
00:41:36.360 getting real close to a
00:41:37.720 parity, if you will, in the
00:41:40.080 House if all those seats go
00:41:41.840 the way that they're leading
00:41:42.920 right now.
00:41:43.520 So, there's a lot left to be
00:41:45.660 decided on the House, but I
00:41:46.780 think you'll see a lot more
00:41:47.840 opposition to any type of
00:41:49.280 Biden agenda with the House
00:41:50.520 and the Senate.
00:41:51.440 So, look for a lot of
00:41:52.560 executive orders if he does
00:41:53.820 become president.
00:41:54.740 And, again, I've only got
00:41:56.140 about a minute, but tell me
00:41:57.300 the good news locally,
00:41:59.260 state by state, because it
00:42:00.540 seemed like a pushback there
00:42:01.840 too.
00:42:03.200 Oh, state by state.
00:42:04.300 There were nine trifectas
00:42:05.460 that were at stake, and
00:42:06.300 trifectas when the same
00:42:07.700 party has the House, the
00:42:08.760 Senate, and the governor,
00:42:10.520 governor, and they want
00:42:11.580 that for redistricting.
00:42:12.960 If you can redraw your
00:42:14.000 lines to favor Democrats,
00:42:15.480 Republicans, whoever, and
00:42:16.580 Democrats put a ton of
00:42:17.580 money in it, they put
00:42:18.580 $53 million in the Texas
00:42:21.040 House races.
00:42:22.540 I mean, that's what you'd
00:42:23.200 put in the multiple
00:42:24.460 congressional races.
00:42:26.400 And Texas did not lose a,
00:42:27.740 well, we lost a seat, we
00:42:28.880 gained a seat.
00:42:29.440 It's a net zero-sum gain of
00:42:31.120 zero in Texas.
00:42:32.780 There's the least change in
00:42:34.500 state legislative chambers of
00:42:36.140 any race since 1944.
00:42:38.060 Democrats did not take the
00:42:40.560 states, and they really
00:42:41.760 wanted that to set them up
00:42:42.980 for the presidency for the
00:42:43.960 next 12 years.
00:42:45.160 They were unsuccessful with
00:42:46.560 all the hundreds of
00:42:47.660 millions and even billions
00:42:49.380 they spent in states.
00:42:50.820 They did not come out with a
00:42:51.780 victory in the states.
00:42:52.980 Quickly, what does that
00:42:53.460 tell you?
00:42:55.220 It tells me that when
00:42:56.900 everything is moving in the
00:42:58.160 direction it did against all
00:42:59.480 odds, it's all moving more
00:43:00.800 conservative, and the House
00:43:01.940 and the Senate really did
00:43:02.920 well, and the states did
00:43:04.120 well, and the presidency is
00:43:05.680 going the other way, it
00:43:07.540 just doesn't smell right.
00:43:09.760 For all the nations to be
00:43:11.000 moving in a conservative
00:43:11.760 direction and reject a
00:43:13.800 conservative president in
00:43:14.920 favor of a super-liberal
00:43:16.020 one, that's why I think
00:43:17.180 you're going to see the
00:43:17.800 lawsuits continue to mount
00:43:19.060 in the presidential race,
00:43:20.660 and this may be the year
00:43:22.780 2000 again as far as the
00:43:24.200 election goes at the
00:43:24.980 presidency.
00:43:25.640 Thank you very much,
00:43:26.500 David.
00:43:26.700 I appreciate it.
00:43:27.360 David Barton.
00:43:28.400 It also tells me that the
00:43:31.260 American people are awake.
00:43:33.940 They are awake.
