Summary

A message from the Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario about the need for smaller classrooms and a call to arms against the Ford government. A call-in from the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews in Chicago on the anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

Transcript

00:00:00.340 Too many students are packed into overcrowded classrooms in Ontario schools,
00:00:05.000 and it's hurting their ability to learn.
00:00:07.800 But instead of helping our kids, the Ford government is playing politics,
00:00:11.960 taking over school boards and silencing local voices.
00:00:15.060 It shouldn't be this way.
00:00:16.680 Tell the Ford government to get serious about tackling overcrowded classrooms,
00:00:21.000 because smaller classes would make a big difference for our kids.

00:00:37.020 It'll be old next year.
00:00:38.220 It'll be scratched, replaced, upgraded, thrown away, or sold.
00:00:41.380 Not particularly important, is it?
00:00:43.820 But what about the mobile company that you pay every month?
00:00:47.060 The one that keeps showing up month after month.
00:00:49.820 The bill that you're sending money to, and that is being used to build something.
00:00:54.380 It's either healthy or feed something you wish didn't even exist.
00:00:58.120 Patriot Mobile gives you the simple choice.
00:01:00.140 Keep the coverage you need on the same network that you trust.
00:01:03.500 Let your money go to support veterans and first responders, faith-based outreach, community programs,
00:01:08.840 strengthening the neighborhoods, not to woke politics, not to Planned Parenthood,
00:01:13.400 or anything else that Verizon is doing.
00:01:15.120 Please go to PatriotMobile.com slash Beck, 972-PATRIOT.
00:01:19.540 It is the, I think it's the world's only Christian conservative wireless company.

00:02:48.640 Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
00:02:53.580 Whoa, whoa, whoa.
00:02:55.220 Down the road where shadows hide
00:03:01.320 Feel the dark on every side
00:03:03.940 Stand your ground when times get dark
00:03:06.580 Gotta face the dark and embrace the fire
00:03:09.400 The fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:03:15.580 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:03:21.540 Hello, America. Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
00:03:24.240 It is Monday. We're live from Dallas in the Mercury Studios
00:03:28.340 in Dallas, Texas, the heart of Texas.
00:03:31.900 Good to be back here.
00:03:33.940 ICE is under attack in Chicago.
00:03:36.360 We have two Democrats, one running for governor in Virginia,
00:03:42.100 the other running for the Attorney General,
00:03:44.360 who the Attorney General has said, you know,
00:03:47.820 he wishes that his opponent would be shot and killed
00:03:51.900 along with his wife and his children.
00:03:54.860 Refused to stop in a text message.
00:03:57.420 The other person's like, don't even joke about that.
00:03:59.240 He continued to go on.
00:04:00.940 And now he's still, he's not going to back away.
00:04:04.540 He's still up for election.
00:04:06.420 And the governor who said, fuel your rage,
00:04:10.340 is not separating herself from him,
00:04:13.380 the gubernatorial candidate for the Democrats.
00:04:16.360 That's a problem.
00:04:17.240 That's a real problem.
00:04:18.560 And the federal troops under attack in Chicago.
00:04:20.980 I want to show you your future today.
00:04:23.500 Because we have a, we have a very clear choice in front of us.
00:04:26.960 We get to that in 60 seconds.
00:04:28.280 First, tomorrow is October 7th.
00:04:31.420 It is a day that carries heavy history now.
00:04:34.380 The date that has left scars on families, on communities,
00:04:37.080 lives of people who are still trying to heal.
00:04:39.460 Right now there are Jewish families who are hurting, who are hungry,
00:04:42.340 are without medical care.
00:04:44.340 The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews is on the ground
00:04:47.800 doing the work that matters most.
00:04:49.400 Delivering food, medical supplies, and emergency relief.
00:04:51.760 Getting care to the wounded.
00:04:53.320 Helping families take steps towards something like stability.
00:04:56.620 Alongside that work, communities across America are responding with flags,
00:04:59.720 a fellowship movement honoring the Israeli flag
00:05:02.080 is a simple public act of solidarity, remembrance, and prayer.
00:05:05.700 It's a way to say, we see you, we remember you,
00:05:08.780 and we will not turn away.
00:05:10.040 We will not become cowards.
00:05:11.600 Evil is on the march.
00:05:15.300 Tomorrow is not just an anniversary, a calendar date.
00:05:19.080 It's a reminder that this evil is marching on,
00:05:22.580 and help is still needed.
00:05:23.940 Prayer, presence, and practical aid can make a difference.
00:05:26.900 To get more information on how you can join this historic flags
00:05:29.340 of fellowship movement, visit the fellowship at ifcj.org.
00:05:32.600 That's ifcj.org.
00:05:36.680 Okay.
00:05:38.200 I want to talk to you.
00:05:39.620 I want to talk to you.
00:05:40.380 I'm going to start with Chicago.
00:05:41.600 But I think this goes through a through line
00:05:46.080 for everything we're going to talk about on today's podcast and broadcast.
00:05:50.540 Portland is lawless now.
00:05:53.180 It is lawless.
00:05:55.140 That's a fact.
00:05:57.600 When you now have the governor coming out and saying,
00:06:01.740 I don't believe ICE.
00:06:03.180 I don't believe that there was, you know,
00:06:04.880 some woman that was trying to kill them.
00:06:07.240 When Chicago calls the police back and says you're not to help protect federal agents.
00:06:14.780 When you have now cartels coming out with wanted posters offering rewards for ICE agents' death.
00:06:23.040 You're in a lawless situation.
00:06:28.520 Completely lawless.
00:06:29.440 There are those who wish to destroy Western civilization.
00:06:34.860 We're not talking about the people who wanted to vote for Joe Biden because they thought his policies were better than Donald Trump's.
00:06:43.540 We're not talking about that.
00:06:45.240 We are talking about people who actually wish to destroy our nation and our civilization.
00:06:50.480 One of those groups is called Antifa.
00:06:53.740 They're well financed by the left.
00:06:56.520 Now that seems nuts, but no more nuts than the Occupy Wall Street leadership being in bed with Wall Street and the World Economic Forum.
00:07:06.940 That's a fact.
00:07:08.920 That's why that's stopped.
00:07:12.720 You have to understand the world that we live in right now.
00:07:16.320 This is not just about America, and it's certainly not about Democrats and Republicans.
00:07:20.600 This is about good and evil, right and wrong.
00:07:25.180 The America that believes in its citizens, the America that has a government of, by, and for the people is at stake.
00:07:36.240 And as Lincoln said, we are testing that now of whether that any nation, this nation or any nation can long well stand.
00:07:44.180 I believe it can.
00:07:46.880 Now, extremists in our own country have cobbled together any enemies of that idea to disrupt the system, to collapse it.
00:07:57.140 Those who hold power and wealth and position globally believe they can escape the consequences of setting the world on fire.
00:08:06.080 They have built a giant, elaborate system to have this fall into when it collapses.
00:08:11.820 And make no mistake, you must open your eyes and realize this is what is happening.
00:08:19.040 Now, maybe they can escape the consequences.
00:08:21.920 I don't think so, but maybe they can.
00:08:23.460 I mean, you paid the price in 2008 during the crash, right?
00:08:27.480 You paid for that.
00:08:28.700 They didn't.
00:08:30.040 You paid the price during COVID.
00:08:33.060 Home Depot didn't.
00:08:35.060 You did.
00:08:35.780 They didn't.
00:08:38.820 So, maybe they can escape.
00:08:41.540 But I don't think they know what they're doing.
00:08:44.300 Because once you open this can, evil comes pouring out.
00:08:48.920 And they used both of those events and events like George Floyd.
00:08:53.540 All of these things were uniting to the American people.
00:08:57.020 We were all on the same side until somebody came in and made it about politics to keep us fighting with one another.
00:09:03.160 So, I want to start with a blank slate here.
00:09:06.560 Before I get into Chicago and everything else, I want to start with this blank slate.
00:09:10.540 I want to ask you where you have been in the last 25 years.
00:09:17.020 Okay?
00:09:18.500 I want you to answer honestly.
00:09:22.740 25 years ago, 20, 25 years ago, were you for transgender surgery on children?
00:09:31.720 Yes or no?
00:09:33.900 Were you for drag queen shows in elementary schools?
00:09:38.400 Yes or no?
00:09:40.960 Were you for lockdowns and forced vaccines?
00:09:46.080 10 years ago.
00:09:49.280 If I suggested that, what would you have said?
00:09:52.560 I want people on the left and the right to answer.
00:09:57.240 Government partnering with big global corporations to pick winners and losers.
00:10:03.160 Were you for that?
00:10:06.460 Killing of political opponents because they disagree with you?
00:10:12.500 Were you for that?
00:10:13.740 Were you for police brutality such as the death of George Floyd?
00:10:18.800 Were you for that?
00:10:21.560 Governments being in bed with big tech to silence opposition?
00:10:26.340 Violence on the streets just for political opinion.
00:10:30.960 Criminals let out of jail.
00:10:33.060 No bail.
00:10:33.540 No real prosecution for crime.
00:10:36.980 Wide open borders and letting 10 million unvetted into our country.
00:10:42.180 25 years ago.
00:10:44.080 Were you for that?
00:10:47.080 Turning a blind eye to terrorists from another country in our homeland.
00:10:52.840 Unchecked.
00:10:54.000 The setting up of Sharia law in major cities in America.
00:10:59.280 Like Dearborn.
00:11:04.200 Saying that one's political opponent should be killed along with their children.
00:11:10.540 10 years ago, 15 years ago, would you have said, oh, I'll vote for that person?
00:11:21.500 The rounding of people, just because you're brown or you're black, rounding them up on the streets and just saying, papers, please.
00:11:30.380 Were you for that?
00:11:31.120 Cartels issuing wanted posters for law enforcement and offers of reward for their death.
00:11:40.480 You for that?
00:11:41.900 Were you for that?
00:11:42.920 The doxing of anyone.
00:11:46.680 All personal information just dumped out online for political purposes.
00:11:52.840 Were you for that?
00:11:55.080 Were you for communism?
00:11:56.360 And let me define communism, government ownership of land, housing, and business.
00:12:02.080 Were you for that?
00:12:05.220 Authoritarianism.
00:12:05.980 Let me define it.
00:12:07.040 A strongman dictator without American constitutional restraints such as the Bill of Rights.
00:12:13.580 And I mean all of the Bill of Rights.
00:12:16.200 Were you for that?
00:12:18.900 Fascism.
00:12:19.980 Let me define it.
00:12:20.920 The government in partnership with big business that allows ownership but picks the winners and losers
00:12:27.900 and only allows businesses to act in ways dictated by the government.
00:12:33.360 Were you for that?
00:12:36.620 You for firebombing of churches or mosques or synagogues?
00:12:42.040 Were you for the firebombing of abortion clinics?
00:12:45.820 Were you for the firebombing of abortion doctors?
00:12:49.220 Were you for the targeting of abortion doctors?
00:12:55.180 Were you for the targeting of any American citizen?
00:13:01.020 Were you for light sentences for somebody who's trying to kill the Supreme Court justices?
00:13:08.920 25 years ago, were you for putting men in women's sports?
00:13:13.800 Putting men in women's prisons?
00:13:16.200 25 years ago, were you for anything?
00:13:22.120 The ends justify the means.
00:13:23.760 Just do it.
00:13:25.260 Were you for that?
00:13:28.960 Well, if you weren't for those things, and I mean this sincerely,
00:13:35.760 I want you to call me right now, if you're for any of them now,
00:13:39.440 and tell me what changed your mind.
00:13:42.960 What new information did you get that changed your mind?
00:13:47.260 And I will not accept, yeah, well, but Trump.
00:13:50.440 Nor will I accept, yeah, but Biden in the left.
00:13:53.220 That's what.
00:13:53.820 No, I won't accept that.
00:13:55.540 That puts you into the ends justify the means.
00:13:58.080 What evidence was given to you that changed your mind?
00:14:10.660 You can't use Trump or any acts from the other side to justify it.
00:14:15.060 And if you can't justify the things that you are now for,
00:14:18.720 that you were not then,
00:14:20.460 well, you're most likely mad at me right now.
00:14:28.060 You're most likely feeling really angry right now.
00:14:31.820 Why?
00:14:32.380 Because all I'm doing is asking,
00:14:33.900 I want to learn from you.
00:14:34.860 How did you get there?
00:14:36.480 How did you get there?
00:14:42.640 Where's the anger coming from?
00:14:44.580 If you won't even have this conversation, why?
00:14:52.780 Is that anger or these feelings
00:14:55.180 or this unwillingness to connect and say,
00:14:58.280 no, look, let me defend my situation.
00:15:00.120 Let me defend myself here
00:15:01.160 in a very reasonable and calm manner.
00:15:03.820 Let me tell you how I changed my mind.
00:15:05.960 And I used to think that, you know,
00:15:08.140 drag shows were wrong in elementary schools,
00:15:10.720 but I do believe they're good now for our children.
00:15:13.400 Tell me how you got there.
00:15:19.860 Because I think it's through careful conditioning.
00:15:27.500 Now, now that we're in this neutral-ish place, hopefully,
00:15:33.360 let's talk about, with reason,
00:15:37.840 the use of soldiers in our cities.
00:15:39.960 Because I've never been for that.
00:15:45.720 And I'm still not for soldiers
00:15:49.080 executing the law in our cities.
00:15:54.060 But constitutionally, there are a couple of things.
00:15:58.280 But I think that's a reasonable thing to say.
00:16:00.880 Let's discuss those things.
00:16:02.420 Are we there?
00:16:03.080 Let me continue in 60 seconds.
00:16:07.460 First, let me tell you about Jace Medical.
00:16:09.000 It's late.
00:16:09.540 The pharmacy is closed.
00:16:10.560 Someone in your house just needs medicine right now.
00:16:12.560 Fever is spiking.
00:16:13.580 Infection turning up the heat.
00:16:15.320 And in that moment,
00:16:16.920 you realize how fragile your access
00:16:19.260 to life-saving medication can really be.
00:16:21.980 Stu did this.
00:16:22.700 He was on vacation
00:16:23.460 and had to drive around in the middle of the night
00:16:25.480 all over town
00:16:26.660 trying to find a pharmacy that was open.
00:16:28.420 If you have a Jace case,
00:16:30.880 which he carries now
00:16:31.940 every time he goes on vacation
00:16:33.220 because of what he went through,
00:16:35.060 you don't have to worry about that.
00:16:36.620 Jace Medical isn't a last-minute hack.
00:16:38.640 It's a prescription continuity service
00:16:40.620 designed to keep your household medically safer.
00:16:43.620 Licensed clinicians address your needs,
00:16:45.780 approve appropriate medication,
00:16:47.500 and arrange maintained home supply
00:16:49.940 or emergency kits
00:16:50.980 so you're not scrambling
00:16:51.800 when the clock is hostile.
00:16:53.740 They deliver legal,
00:16:54.840 medically supervised prescriptions
00:16:56.140 to your doors
00:16:56.900 with clear instructions,
00:16:58.820 storage guidance,
00:17:00.220 and telehealth support
00:17:01.380 when a question comes up.
00:17:03.480 Parents, caregivers, travelers,
00:17:05.300 or anyone who values self-reliance,
00:17:08.020 order your Jace case today.

00:17:15.960 Promo code BECKJACE.com.
00:17:18.180 10 seconds, back to the show.
00:17:26.900 Okay, we are now talking about
00:17:31.980 using soldiers on the streets
00:17:33.640 of our nation.
00:17:35.520 That is extraordinary.
00:17:40.380 It's very risky to civil liberties.
00:17:43.920 This is why the Posse Comitatus Act exists.
00:17:47.420 But the Insurrection Act also exists,
00:17:53.180 and it is lawful
00:17:55.700 when tightly tied to specific conditions
00:18:05.800 in enforcing federal law
00:18:09.460 and when limited in scope, time, and mission
00:18:13.300 with a public proclamation and transparency.
00:18:17.900 Those are the things that are required.
00:18:20.940 If the threshold is murky
00:18:23.440 and it drifts into general policing,
00:18:27.120 well, then you're right.
00:18:29.220 Then you have a real problem.
00:18:30.980 Then you have the possibility
00:18:32.820 of real authoritarianism.
00:18:34.680 So we have to do everything
00:18:36.400 very, very carefully here.
00:18:38.200 We can't just be broad, general,
00:18:40.880 and give our side the ability
00:18:44.200 just to do whatever they want.
00:18:45.420 Now, so far, I haven't seen
00:18:47.320 that kind of action.
00:18:49.040 So far, what they're talking about
00:18:51.240 is constitutional.
00:18:52.940 But let's make sure it remains that way.
00:18:57.100 If the deployment's aim
00:18:58.800 is to bypass local opposition
00:19:01.320 rather than to solve
00:19:02.820 a concrete obstruction,
00:19:04.320 then you're in trouble.
00:19:08.040 American cops enforce the law.
00:19:10.220 Soldiers fight wars.
00:19:13.520 We only blur the line
00:19:15.200 when enforcing federal law
00:19:17.320 becomes impossible
00:19:19.200 by normal means
00:19:21.040 or when organized violence
00:19:23.640 blocks the courts.
00:19:26.400 Got it?
00:19:28.200 If it's impossible for federal law
00:19:30.920 to be enforced
00:19:32.040 by normal means,
00:19:34.320 then the Insurrection Act
00:19:36.940 has to be declared
00:19:37.760 and then you can send
00:19:39.600 in the federal troops.
00:19:40.900 And that makes it constitutional.
00:19:43.600 Congress wrote
00:19:44.700 the Insurrection Act
00:19:45.840 for the rare crisis.
00:19:48.940 If the president can show
00:19:50.780 mobs, cartels,
00:19:52.420 or coordinated violence
00:19:54.060 are making law
00:19:55.080 uneforceable,
00:19:56.740 he can federalize
00:19:58.220 National Guard troops
00:19:59.280 after publicly ordering
00:20:01.700 offenders to disperse.
00:20:02.760 That way he can restore
00:20:06.100 the courts
00:20:06.840 and protect federal
00:20:08.260 property.
00:20:09.960 That's the law.
00:20:13.320 So anybody saying
00:20:14.980 authoritarianism,
00:20:16.340 no.
00:20:17.640 Anybody saying
00:20:18.600 this is a step
00:20:20.240 closer to authoritarianism,
00:20:22.080 you're absolutely right.
00:20:23.880 You're absolutely right.
00:20:26.300 That's why we must
00:20:27.840 be very,
00:20:28.900 very careful.
00:20:30.720 Again,
00:20:32.180 show that the mobs,
00:20:33.260 the cartels,
00:20:33.920 or coordinated violence
00:20:35.380 are making the law
00:20:36.240 unenforceable,
00:20:37.200 which it is.
00:20:38.700 Then you can federalize
00:20:40.240 the government troops
00:20:41.220 after publicly ordering
00:20:43.420 the offenders
00:20:44.020 to disperse
00:20:45.080 so you can
00:20:46.660 protect federal
00:20:47.620 property
00:20:48.180 and individual
00:20:49.340 rights
00:20:49.920 and enforce
00:20:51.220 the law.
00:20:52.920 There must
00:20:54.140 be limits
00:20:55.100 and there must
00:20:56.280 be transparency.
00:20:58.860 The troops,
00:21:00.200 what they can do
00:21:00.980 has to be
00:21:01.500 narrow,
00:21:03.240 temporary,
00:21:04.280 and supervised.
00:21:06.060 Troops
00:21:06.660 and the president
00:21:07.460 is not above
00:21:08.360 the Constitution.
00:21:09.820 If they overstep,
00:21:11.600 judges are to
00:21:12.400 stop them.
00:21:13.780 But judges
00:21:14.560 must also
00:21:15.940 ground themselves
00:21:17.020 in the Constitution.
00:21:20.040 We have to
00:21:21.200 recognize
00:21:21.800 what is happening
00:21:22.940 in our country
00:21:23.860 without saying
00:21:25.720 the ends
00:21:26.360 justify the means.
00:21:27.500 I don't care
00:21:28.140 what the documents
00:21:28.980 say.
00:21:29.660 We gotta get them.
00:21:31.240 We gotta stop this.
00:21:32.660 No,
00:21:33.100 that makes you
00:21:33.960 a part of the problem.
00:21:36.100 If cartels
00:21:37.160 are doxing agents
00:21:38.340 and putting bounties
00:21:39.360 on them,
00:21:40.140 that's terrorism.
00:21:42.280 DHS
00:21:42.680 should show
00:21:43.460 Congress
00:21:43.900 as much detail
00:21:44.860 as possible,
00:21:45.740 so we're not
00:21:46.920 asked to act
00:21:49.160 on faith.
00:21:50.460 I want to see that
00:21:51.640 and they should
00:21:52.260 present it
00:21:53.040 to Congress
00:21:54.000 now.
00:21:55.840 Now,
00:21:56.460 here's the real threat
00:21:57.120 to the Republic.
00:21:59.460 Us.
00:22:01.440 Us.
00:22:02.220 Honestly,
00:22:02.720 it's us.
00:22:04.960 It's every single
00:22:06.420 person.
00:22:06.980 I don't care
00:22:07.480 who you vote for.
00:22:08.560 If you are not
00:22:12.220 standing
00:22:12.780 with the truth
00:22:14.520 and with
00:22:15.680 the Constitution,
00:22:17.520 then we're
00:22:20.420 in trouble
00:22:20.820 because anything
00:22:22.580 can be justified
00:22:23.460 and it will be.
00:22:25.480 Look at the
00:22:26.000 Patriot Act.
00:22:26.800 We were all afraid
00:22:27.780 and so they
00:22:28.880 justified the
00:22:29.620 Patriot Act
00:22:30.100 and look where
00:22:30.920 it took us.
00:22:31.580 There are two
00:22:36.040 dangers
00:22:36.460 that we're
00:22:37.020 facing.
00:22:38.420 Intimidation
00:22:39.060 of federal
00:22:39.480 officers
00:22:40.000 and attempt
00:22:40.720 to shut
00:22:41.280 down
00:22:41.660 enforcement.
00:22:43.040 That's
00:22:43.400 called
00:22:43.840 lawlessness.
00:22:46.300 Two,
00:22:47.220 normalizing
00:22:48.220 soldiers
00:22:48.740 as street
00:22:49.600 police.
00:22:51.120 That goes
00:22:52.060 against who
00:22:52.740 we are.
00:22:54.320 The Republic
00:22:55.360 fails if we
00:22:56.760 accept either
00:22:57.840 of those.
00:22:58.660 So those
00:22:59.600 of you
00:22:59.900 on the
00:23:00.280 left
00:23:00.680 who say
00:23:01.480 we're not
00:23:02.560 going to
00:23:02.920 help the
00:23:03.360 feds,
00:23:04.340 you cannot
00:23:05.080 intimidate
00:23:05.960 federal
00:23:06.460 officers or
00:23:07.460 shut down
00:23:08.320 federal
00:23:08.840 enforcement.
00:23:10.080 That's
00:23:10.440 lawlessness.
00:23:12.520 People who
00:23:13.440 say, you
00:23:13.740 know what,
00:23:14.100 just send
00:23:14.640 in the
00:23:14.980 troops then.
00:23:16.120 That's
00:23:16.580 normalizing
00:23:17.480 soldiers as
00:23:18.380 street
00:23:18.720 police.
00:23:19.860 That's
00:23:20.160 against
00:23:20.620 the,
00:23:22.120 it's
00:23:22.660 illiberal.
00:23:23.740 It is
00:23:24.420 against the
00:23:25.280 Bill of
00:23:26.120 Rights and
00:23:26.620 everything we
00:23:27.180 stand for.
00:23:27.860 the Republic
00:23:29.040 falls if
00:23:30.480 we accept
00:23:31.220 either of
00:23:32.340 those two
00:23:32.960 options.
00:23:35.060 Only the
00:23:36.280 Constitution
00:23:37.040 will give
00:23:38.040 us the
00:23:38.540 way out.
00:23:40.240 Protect
00:23:40.600 the rule
00:23:41.440 of law
00:23:42.100 and protect
00:23:43.800 civil liberty.
00:23:45.760 It's asking
00:23:46.740 us to be
00:23:47.340 very reasonable
00:23:48.740 and, uh,
00:23:51.460 and understand
00:23:52.220 our...
00:23:53.460 This is
00:23:54.380 Glenn Beck.
00:23:56.040 understand our
00:23:57.480 duty as
00:23:58.920 citizens.
00:23:59.660 Okay, let me
00:24:00.100 tell you about
00:24:00.440 Z-Factor.
00:24:01.360 Do you ever
00:24:01.960 get to the
00:24:02.300 point where
00:24:02.620 sleeplessness,
00:24:03.380 where you're
00:24:03.700 practically propping
00:24:04.820 up your
00:24:05.120 eyelids with
00:24:05.880 toothpicks just
00:24:07.520 to make it
00:24:07.900 through the
00:24:08.160 day?
00:24:09.120 That half-alive
00:24:10.200 coffee-fueled
00:24:11.000 haze where
00:24:11.420 nothing feels
00:24:11.980 sharp and
00:24:12.600 everything feels
00:24:13.580 really difficult?
00:24:14.460 I have good
00:24:14.900 news for you.
00:24:15.600 Z-Factor is a
00:24:16.840 doctor-formulated
00:24:17.840 sleep support from
00:24:18.780 the makers of
00:24:19.440 Relief Factor,
00:24:20.280 and it's designed
00:24:21.320 to help you slide
00:24:22.240 into natural
00:24:23.140 restorative sleep
00:24:24.020 without the
00:24:24.560 groggy aftermath.
00:24:25.760 It's not about
00:24:26.540 forcing sleep,
00:24:27.480 it's about helping
00:24:27.980 your body get
00:24:28.560 back to the
00:24:29.280 rhythm that it
00:24:29.880 was built to
00:24:30.600 run on, to
00:24:31.340 fall asleep, to
00:24:32.620 stay asleep, to
00:24:34.260 be able to
00:24:34.660 think.
00:24:35.740 When people use
00:24:36.740 Z-Factor, they've
00:24:38.260 had enough counting
00:24:39.000 of sheep and
00:24:39.760 midnight wakes,
00:24:40.900 they want to be
00:24:41.780 clearer in the
00:24:42.380 morning, and they
00:24:43.000 want to have a
00:24:43.400 better day, and
00:24:44.540 it works with
00:24:45.400 simple, repeatable
00:24:46.860 routines.
00:24:47.720 You take it
00:24:48.340 every night, and
00:24:49.840 before you know
00:24:50.380 it, your body is
00:24:51.100 starting to work the
00:24:51.920 way it was
00:24:52.360 supposed to work.
00:24:53.220 Z-Time, Z-Factor
00:24:55.400 buyers, if you're
00:24:56.740 a first-time Z-Factor
00:24:57.900 buyer, you're
00:24:58.520 going to get 46%
00:24:59.720 off.
00:25:00.580 It's $19.95 for
00:25:01.880 a 30-day supply.

00:25:08.520 It's

00:25:11.660 Head over to
00:25:12.480 glennbeck.com and
00:25:13.700 subscribe to the
00:25:14.500 free email newsletter.
00:25:15.820 It's every story we
00:25:16.580 talk about every day
00:25:17.900 at glennbeck.com.
00:25:23.220 Welcome to the
00:25:35.660 glennbeck program.
00:25:36.640 There are two press
00:25:37.940 conferences done
00:25:39.000 recently.
00:25:40.520 One was by the
00:25:41.740 Justice Department
00:25:43.820 along with the
00:25:44.700 Health and Human
00:25:45.200 Services.
00:25:45.660 I talked to Dr.
00:25:47.020 Oz about this
00:25:47.660 Friday.
00:25:48.740 You can probably find
00:25:49.360 that podcast someplace.
00:25:50.220 But I talked to him
00:25:51.900 about this Friday and
00:25:53.140 it was one of the
00:25:54.200 most incredible things
00:25:54.980 I've ever seen.
00:25:55.920 They came out with
00:25:56.900 the Justice Department
00:25:57.660 and they said we're
00:25:59.140 shutting down a
00:26:00.060 Russian ring that
00:26:02.520 was defrauding
00:26:03.440 Medicare of $15
00:26:04.960 billion.
00:26:06.820 $15 billion.
00:26:07.900 And they said it's
00:26:08.400 the tip of the
00:26:08.880 iceberg.
00:26:09.520 It was incredible and
00:26:11.840 I've never heard
00:26:12.380 anybody talk about it.
00:26:14.020 The second fraud
00:26:16.380 investigation that I
00:26:17.560 was stunned by and
00:26:19.380 so happy to see was
00:26:21.340 when Joseph Edlow who
00:26:24.340 is the Citizenship and
00:26:26.160 Immigration Services
00:26:27.200 Director was in
00:26:29.600 Minneapolis and he
00:26:31.360 started talking about
00:26:32.320 how immigration fraud,
00:26:34.600 fake marriages and
00:26:35.620 everything else, how it
00:26:36.880 is rampant in the
00:26:38.320 system and he started
00:26:39.460 in Minneapolis, found
00:26:41.920 all kinds of stuff and
00:26:43.720 said this is going to
00:26:45.420 we're going city after
00:26:46.300 city after city on
00:26:47.300 this.
00:26:47.560 Who could be against
00:26:49.060 stopping fraud?
00:26:51.380 Well, I don't know
00:26:53.560 but certainly not me.
00:26:56.180 Joseph Edlow is with
00:26:57.440 us now who has been
00:26:58.680 directing this on
00:26:59.800 immigration fraud.
00:27:01.280 Thank you, Joe, for
00:27:02.700 everything that you guys
00:27:03.700 are doing.
00:27:04.280 Thank you.
00:27:04.700 Thank you.
00:27:05.640 Well, thank you and
00:27:06.740 thank you for having me.
00:27:07.680 Really appreciate the
00:27:08.460 opportunity to be here.
00:27:09.600 So can you tell me what
00:27:10.780 you found in Minneapolis
00:27:12.620 and why did you start in
00:27:14.160 Minneapolis?
00:27:14.520 Well, we started in
00:27:16.140 Minneapolis for a lot of
00:27:18.280 reasons, mainly because we
00:27:19.740 were looking at various
00:27:20.940 fraud patterns that we've
00:27:22.160 seen.
00:27:22.640 We know that there is
00:27:23.800 rampant fraud, as you
00:27:25.380 said, within the system
00:27:26.320 and looking at our data.
00:27:28.280 One of the cities that had
00:27:29.960 the largest examples of it
00:27:31.600 was Minneapolis.
00:27:32.320 Plus, we have great
00:27:33.500 cooperation there with our
00:27:34.900 partners at FBI, with
00:27:36.680 ICE and with the U.S.
00:27:38.340 Attorney's Office.
00:27:38.960 So we want to make a big
00:27:40.140 splash.
00:27:40.800 And we thought, what better
00:27:41.920 place to make a big splash
00:27:43.020 than a place where we can
00:27:43.840 maybe prosecute some cases
00:27:45.000 after we find the fraud.
00:27:46.500 So that's why we started
00:27:47.400 there.
00:27:48.280 What we found, I can't even
00:27:50.360 begin to tell you how many
00:27:53.320 examples of fraud in various
00:27:55.700 areas of immigration we
00:27:57.480 found.
00:27:58.140 I mean, I expected marriage
00:27:59.560 fraud.
00:27:59.900 I expected some fraud in
00:28:01.100 those trying to naturalize
00:28:02.400 and become citizens.
00:28:03.580 I did not expect the amount
00:28:05.280 of fraud we found within the
00:28:06.780 optional practical training
00:28:08.080 program where students who
00:28:10.100 have graduated are able to
00:28:11.360 stay in country for a
00:28:13.000 couple more years to work.
00:28:14.820 We found fake businesses.
00:28:16.560 We found fraud within the
00:28:18.100 H-1B program where someone
00:28:19.600 came in saying they were in
00:28:21.800 some high-skilled career.
00:28:23.880 It turns out they're acting
00:28:25.180 as a caregiver.
00:28:26.180 Not saying that's not
00:28:26.920 important, but that's not
00:28:27.960 the basis for an H-1B
00:28:29.520 fraud.
00:28:30.820 We found marriage fraud where
00:28:33.160 someone was saying that their
00:28:34.600 spouse was dead.
00:28:36.860 They apparently had paid
00:28:38.260 money for a death
00:28:39.160 certificate in Kenya.
00:28:40.820 The mother is actually alive
00:28:42.500 and as I said in the press
00:28:43.500 conference, living in
00:28:44.340 Minneapolis, has five
00:28:45.760 children and the alien also
00:28:47.760 has another wife in Sweden
00:28:49.080 with another three children.
00:28:50.340 So we're finding all sorts of
00:28:51.700 things.
00:28:52.240 Bottom line is this has to
00:28:54.060 stop.
00:28:54.580 As I said in the conference,
00:28:55.900 we are declaring an all-out war
00:28:58.120 on marriage fraud, on
00:28:59.820 immigration fraud, and I'm going
00:29:01.300 to restore integrity to the
00:29:02.520 system.
00:29:02.880 How common is it in the
00:29:06.880 Somali community to, you
00:29:09.780 know, quote, marry a relative?
00:29:13.400 You know, we've got examples of
00:29:15.920 it through, in many different
00:29:20.400 nationality groups of ethnic
00:29:23.280 nationalities, but, you know, we
00:29:25.500 have seen in Minneapolis many
00:29:27.760 examples of marriage fraud within
00:29:30.240 that Somali community.
00:29:31.400 Uh, you know, there are a lot of
00:29:33.840 active investigations pending on
00:29:35.920 that matter.
00:29:36.680 Uh, don't want to get into
00:29:38.040 specifics on any one of them,
00:29:39.440 but, uh, we, we are looking into
00:29:41.360 it and we're going to end it.
00:29:45.080 Is there anyone in a high level,
00:29:48.580 uh, congressional, uh, that, uh, is,
00:29:55.980 is being looked into?
00:29:57.180 Uh, nobody's off the table.
00:30:01.380 I can't say that there's any one
00:30:03.520 person that we are specifically
00:30:05.460 looking at, but, uh, there are
00:30:07.980 fraud investigations that, that
00:30:09.840 will continue.
00:30:10.780 And, uh, depending on what comes
00:30:12.520 up, those findings will become
00:30:14.380 public as, uh, as we develop what
00:30:16.740 the next steps are going to be.
00:30:18.280 So are you guys finding the same
00:30:20.140 kind of pushback that ice is at
00:30:22.900 all?
00:30:23.120 Yeah, sure.
00:30:25.100 Uh, you know, we did a number of
00:30:27.320 site visits, the, the outward
00:30:29.340 facing part of this investigation
00:30:31.100 of the obvious, um, excuse me,
00:30:32.940 this operation was done, uh, with
00:30:36.040 door knocks and we would go out.
00:30:38.500 We obviously officer safety would
00:30:40.440 be paramount, but we're not at
00:30:42.460 this point, USCIS does not have
00:30:43.960 armed officers.
00:30:44.620 We're going out to ask questions.
00:30:46.200 Uh, people were not some, many
00:30:49.880 people were not, uh, willing to
00:30:51.840 answer.
00:30:52.400 Many people thought that we were
00:30:54.560 not legitimate law enforcement.
00:30:56.380 So they called the police on us.
00:30:58.060 Uh, Minneapolis police isn't
00:30:59.740 exactly helpful, but they did come
00:31:01.640 in these cases and confirmed that
00:31:03.760 we are who we said we were.
00:31:05.920 Uh, but certainly there's pushback.
00:31:08.560 And I think if, if you saw any part
00:31:10.540 of my press conference with the
00:31:11.740 questions that I got from the
00:31:13.120 media out there, yeah, there was a
00:31:15.040 lot of pushback as to why we're
00:31:16.420 doing it.
00:31:16.920 And what I don't understand is why
00:31:19.280 anyone looks at immigration fraud
00:31:21.420 through any lens that is, uh, that,
00:31:24.160 that it's less troubling than
00:31:25.500 something like IRS fraud.
00:31:26.860 I said in the conference, if, if we
00:31:29.320 were here announcing a major, uh, a
00:31:32.820 major breakthrough in, in, in tax
00:31:34.700 fraud, we'd be applauded
00:31:36.720 nationwide by everyone saying that
00:31:38.840 we were saving the taxpayers money
00:31:40.480 and that we were doing the right
00:31:41.580 thing.
00:31:42.080 Why is this any different when
00:31:43.760 we're trying to enforce a
00:31:45.020 another type of, uh, law like
00:31:46.580 immigration law?
00:31:47.720 So who are the bad guys here?
00:31:50.140 The, the people applying the
00:31:52.640 people who are advising those who
00:31:54.800 are applying or the people who are
00:31:57.580 taking the applications in our own
00:31:59.260 government?
00:32:00.660 Well, no, it's not the people taking
00:32:02.220 the applications.
00:32:03.060 I mean, we, uh, have a very robust
00:32:06.060 program to, uh, to find, uh, those
00:32:10.520 in the government or in my, my agency
00:32:13.180 here who are not acting, uh, above
00:32:15.440 board.
00:32:15.860 And, you know, we, we can suss that
00:32:17.680 out very, very quickly.
00:32:19.000 The issue here are, uh, it's a
00:32:21.840 combination of those that are
00:32:23.700 preparing the applications, the
00:32:25.320 lawyers that are advising.
00:32:26.500 And in some cases, in many cases, the
00:32:29.160 aliens who are entering into these
00:32:30.720 fraudulent marriages.
00:32:31.600 I mean, it really gets down to, are
00:32:34.080 we talking on a case by case basis
00:32:35.920 about a case where the attorney
00:32:38.040 filed something and the alien had no
00:32:39.960 idea that it was filed?
00:32:41.480 Uh, or are we talking about a case
00:32:43.340 where the alien was 100% involved in
00:32:46.880 the fraud?
00:32:47.480 We're finding both.
00:32:49.120 So what is the, what is the remedy
00:32:51.760 for that?
00:32:52.340 It's different depending on the type of
00:32:54.440 fraud that we're looking at.
00:32:55.560 In one case, it's going to be denial
00:32:58.400 of the benefits and, uh, referral to
00:33:00.900 the immigration courts for ultimate
00:33:02.920 deportation.
00:33:03.860 If the alien has no other right to be
00:33:05.660 here, which let's be honest, if they
00:33:07.260 commit marriage fraud and any other
00:33:09.160 types of fraud, they shouldn't have any
00:33:10.700 other rights to be here.
00:33:11.980 Uh, but if we, but in the cases where
00:33:15.080 we are seeing large scale fraud patterns, I
00:33:17.740 want to make sure that those attorneys
00:33:20.100 are facing the consequences that those
00:33:22.000 non-attorney preparers are facing the
00:33:23.900 consequences and that requires coordination
00:33:26.900 with the U S attorney's offices, with
00:33:29.040 ICE, with FBI to see if there's larger
00:33:31.100 investigations out there.
00:33:32.680 Um, and, and that's what we're going to
00:33:34.440 keep doing.
00:33:35.140 Do you believe that there is any kind of
00:33:37.240 a large scale, uh, coordination?
00:33:42.260 I don't think it's nationwide coordination.
00:33:44.940 I do think there are large scale fraud
00:33:47.600 patterns out there that we have not had
00:33:51.040 as a government, the, either the interest
00:33:53.720 or the resources to investigate.
00:33:56.300 Uh, so to that end, I don't know if you
00:33:59.660 saw, but USCIS now has the authority to
00:34:02.140 hire investigators, special agents who are
00:34:04.740 actually going to be going out there
00:34:06.100 specifically to look at fraud of this
00:34:09.080 magnitude.
00:34:10.220 Additionally, uh, we're also starting now
00:34:13.180 a massive hiring campaign where we are
00:34:15.560 looking to bring in new adjudicators, which
00:34:18.080 we will train.
00:34:19.180 No college degree is required.
00:34:20.660 There's going to be signing bonuses for
00:34:22.500 certain and retention bonuses for certain
00:34:25.040 openings.
00:34:25.440 And there's going to be some flexible duty
00:34:27.920 locations for these openings, but we are
00:34:29.780 looking to really make this system work.
00:34:33.040 And I will hire whatever and whoever I need
00:34:36.440 to make sure that we have the resources to
00:34:39.060 investigate these fraud patterns and to take
00:34:41.900 the appropriate action.
00:34:42.800 What qualifications do you need to work or to
00:34:45.480 apply?
00:34:46.520 Well, you apply and then we will determine, but
00:34:49.960 really there's no, there's no prior, uh,
00:34:52.520 experience needed.
00:34:53.700 Like I said, no college degree.
00:34:55.460 We have the training, we know how to train
00:34:57.400 people.
00:34:57.800 So as long as, uh, you're a U S citizen, uh, have
00:35:02.140 a clean record and can, uh, uh, have a, uh, uh, have
00:35:08.380 the ability to, uh, to analyze in a, in a
00:35:11.480 meaningful way where we're looking at you.
00:35:13.420 So we were, we're hoping we've got a lot of
00:35:15.760 applications out there already and we want
00:35:17.320 everyone to apply, uh, the, we've renamed the
00:35:20.080 position where we're looking for Homeland
00:35:22.120 Defenders.
00:35:23.020 That's what we're looking for here.
00:35:24.320 We're looking for people here who are going
00:35:26.460 to come in to ensure that we are keeping the
00:35:29.300 Homeland safe.
00:35:30.240 They will be adjudicating.
00:35:31.900 They will be looking at cases for people looking
00:35:34.320 for green cards for naturalization.
00:35:36.200 And we want to make sure that, that they're
00:35:38.640 looking at it through the right lens.
00:35:40.520 And you would apply, I would assume at USCIS.
00:35:43.600 Uh, USCIS.usajobs.gov.
00:35:47.860 And, uh, if you go to USCIS.gov forward slash
00:35:51.380 join, uh, there's a website that will give you all
00:35:54.280 the information on the, the positions on any
00:35:56.800 upcoming job fairs.
00:35:58.160 And, uh, really we are trying here and I have
00:36:01.280 a mandate.
00:36:01.920 We will be cutting through the red tape.
00:36:04.080 I'm not interested in, you know, a year long
00:36:06.380 hiring process.
00:36:07.160 I want to get these people in trained and working
00:36:10.060 across the country as soon as possible.
00:36:12.340 And what can you say, which cities you're
00:36:15.340 looking at next?
00:36:17.340 Uh, I'll be honest.
00:36:18.960 I'd prefer not to, at this point, there are two
00:36:21.340 or three cities that I've already had, uh, interest.
00:36:24.680 I got a call the day of the press conference from
00:36:27.320 a U.S. attorney in another city saying, Joe, come
00:36:30.060 to me next.
00:36:30.900 We're ready to work on this.
00:36:32.340 So, you know, there's cities out there that, that,
00:36:34.580 that are looking forward to this.
00:36:36.160 Uh, and, and we're excited to, to bring, uh, this
00:36:39.320 show nationwide and, and really show what this
00:36:42.440 agency does, what it can do and how we can make
00:36:45.860 this system better.
00:36:46.740 The last four years were a total disaster.
00:36:50.060 I don't have to tell you that when it comes to
00:36:51.880 immigration integrity, we were left with a
00:36:54.420 complete, complete mess on our hands.
00:36:56.840 And this is one of the major, major ways that
00:36:59.840 we're going to clean up that mess, that we're
00:37:01.340 going to unravel the knot of the legal immigration
00:37:03.960 system.
00:37:04.620 This is not about preventing anyone from, from
00:37:07.060 immigrating here.
00:37:07.920 This is about ensuring that the right people are
00:37:10.220 and that there is, as I keep saying, integrity in
00:37:12.900 the system.
00:37:13.960 Fraud will not be accepted any longer.
00:37:16.060 I love it.
00:37:17.120 Joseph Hedlow.
00:37:17.760 Thank you so much.
00:37:18.380 Appreciate it.
00:37:19.340 Thank you.
00:37:20.000 You bet.
00:37:20.320 Joseph Hedlow is a U S citizenship and immigration
00:37:22.700 service director.
00:37:24.260 Uh, if you want to work, um, uscis.gov.
00:37:28.660 What did he say?
00:37:29.500 Slash something or other.
00:37:30.340 I don't remember.
00:37:31.280 Uh, but you'll be able to find it.
00:37:32.760 What was it?
00:37:33.680 Join.
00:37:34.760 Um, all right, back in just a minute.
00:37:36.500 Let me tell you about pre-born someday.
00:37:37.940 God willing, this nation is going to move past its
00:37:39.780 most horrific sin of abortion.
00:37:41.880 In the meantime, there's lots of work to do.
00:37:43.980 Quiet, relentless, life-saving work.
00:37:45.900 That you can help support.
00:37:47.140 You are an abolitionist.
00:37:48.980 You join this now.
00:37:49.980 This is exactly like people used to say, you
00:37:52.300 know, in 1820, 1776, Ben Franklin was saying, we've
00:37:56.440 got to move past slavery someday.
00:37:59.460 Someday, maybe the country will move past slavery.
00:38:02.340 Well, I think the same thing about abortion, uh, and the
00:38:06.080 people that are on the front line is pre-born.
00:38:08.660 Their program puts ultrasound machines where they're
00:38:10.780 needed and they train the staff, they underwrite the
00:38:13.040 scans.
00:38:13.440 So women get medical care without any cost barrier.
00:38:17.360 Pre-born says more than a million moments of help have
00:38:21.160 come through their network.
00:38:22.280 A million free scans, parenting resources, diapers,
00:38:25.540 ongoing support, and those kinds of gifts turn fear into
00:38:29.120 future for these moms and their babies.
00:38:31.360 If you'd like to help and be involved, go to pre-born.com
00:38:34.160 slash Beck, pre-born.com slash Beck, dial pound 250 on your
00:38:37.820 phone and say the keyword baby.
00:38:39.440 Any donation is great.
00:38:40.960 If you want to make one monthly, $28 a month, that will
00:38:43.920 provide one free ultrasound for a mom.
00:38:46.680 Uh, pre-born.com.
00:38:47.700 Of course, if you have the money, $15,000 buys an
00:38:50.000 ultrasound machine.
00:38:50.780 You can put it in a Needy's Women's Center.
00:38:52.500 Uh, keyboard, uh, the, uh, keyword is baby at pound 250.
00:38:56.400 Keyword baby, pound 250.
00:38:58.300 Do it now because life matters.
00:39:00.180 Sponsored by Pre-Born.
00:39:03.060 Teach your kids right.
00:39:05.880 Shoot.
00:39:06.880 You know, schools won't do it for you.
00:39:10.380 This is Glenn Beck.
00:39:12.280 So, you're undoubtedly aware that AI is about to rise up and
00:39:27.700 take over the world any moment.
00:39:30.760 Uh, that's probably going to suck in some ways.
00:39:32.860 Uh, but at least it's not quite happening yet.
00:39:35.580 Uh, it still can't tell you what the correct weather is, but
00:39:38.100 that's coming right around the corner.
00:39:39.360 What is happening with AI is that they are using it to steal
00:39:42.920 home titles.
00:39:44.160 So, it works.
00:39:44.980 It's really effective.
00:39:45.880 It's just working on stealing stuff from you.
00:39:48.300 Criminals are no longer, like, handwriting these forgeries.
00:39:51.040 They're using automated tools to scrape public records, to
00:39:54.160 fabricate fake IDs and signatures, and to file bogus
00:39:57.880 transfers at scale, which means, you know, any stranger can
00:40:00.800 show up in the county system with documents that look official
00:40:04.040 and claim your home.
00:40:06.020 Consequences are brutal.
00:40:07.080 Uh, liens and surprise foreclosure notices and loans taken
00:40:11.080 out against your equity and months of legal chaos where you
00:40:13.740 try to prove that, uh, your home is your home.
00:40:17.800 Home title lock watches the work scammers are doing long before
00:40:21.000 you even stumble onto it.
00:40:22.480 And they monitor your property's public records around the
00:40:24.780 clock.
00:40:25.100 They alert you of anything instantly that's going on if it's
00:40:28.040 suspicious.
00:40:28.440 And if someone does manage to tamper with the title there, uh,
00:40:32.540 that, you know, they've got going on, the restoration team
00:40:34.800 steps in to correct the record, negotiate with lenders and
00:40:37.980 fight to get your home ownership back.
00:40:40.500 It's a modern kind of insurance that, you know, kind of for your
00:40:44.220 home's title and it's sensible and it works well.
00:40:46.640 Home title lock.com home title lock.com promo code is blaze.
00:40:50.120 Home title lock.com welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
00:41:09.120 What is happening in Virginia with the, with the two democratic
00:41:13.360 candidates is really, um, very frightening.
00:41:19.400 It is frightening because of the ramifications of what it means.
00:41:23.260 Remember we were living in a world that, you know, 15 years ago,
00:41:27.760 Sarah Palin was told the word targeting I'm targeting.
00:41:31.520 This district was violence that would lead to the shooting and
00:41:36.440 killing of politicians.
00:41:37.560 And that was absolutely unacceptable.
00:41:39.420 I'm targeting this district for political reasons.
00:41:43.900 Okay.
00:41:44.820 Now let's listen to what the guy who's running for the attorney
00:41:48.660 general, chief law enforcement officer of Virginia said in a text.
00:41:53.040 It's a story broken by Audrey Fallberg at a national review.
00:41:56.500 She, uh, talks about how a Jay Jones is the candidate.
00:42:00.660 He is writing to, he thinks it's writing to somebody else, uh,
00:42:05.040 someone named Mark, but he texts somebody else, this exchange.
00:42:09.420 Uh, and even when he realizes that it's not the person he's texting to,
00:42:13.780 he continues it.
00:42:14.440 So he says, uh, he says, damn, that was for Mark.
00:42:16.860 The interesting he meant to send the text to someone else.
00:42:19.060 And yet the realization didn't stop Jones from joking what the POS
00:42:23.240 Gilbert would say about me.
00:42:24.500 If I died, he was complaining that Democrats were saying good things
00:42:27.780 about a Republican who had died, which again, nice, nice attitude.
00:42:31.100 If those guys die before me, he said, referencing the Republican
00:42:34.480 colleagues who were publicly honoring the deceased Johnson's memory,
00:42:37.460 I will go to their funerals and piss on their graves to send them out a wash
00:42:41.880 in something.
00:42:43.060 Jones then suggested that presented with a hypothetical situation.
00:42:45.820 This would happen.
00:42:46.420 He said, Jones, uh, he said three people, two bullets, Gilbert,
00:42:52.100 uh, which is the person he's mad about, um, Hitler and pull pot.
00:42:56.600 He said, Gilbert gets two bullets to the head.
00:42:59.980 Spoiler put Gilbert in the crew with the two worst people, you know,
00:43:03.520 when he received, receives both bullets every time, uh, the person he's texting
00:43:07.680 says, Jay, please stop.
00:43:10.060 He writes, LOL.
00:43:11.300 Oh, okay.
00:43:12.680 And she, uh, the, the person he's texting with responds, it really bothers me.
00:43:17.260 This is, you don't want to have to text this to someone you're texting with.
00:43:20.080 It really bothers me when you talk about hurting people or wishing death on them.
00:43:24.080 Like this is such a common occurrence.
00:43:26.280 Uh, it isn't okay.
00:43:28.440 No matter who they are, he says, um, he later on goes on to talk.
00:43:32.980 I think we have the texts, uh, on the screen here, I think, um, about little, uh, hoping
00:43:38.120 that Jennifer Gilbert's children will die.
00:43:41.220 Uh, you know, um,
00:43:42.920 Craziness.
00:43:43.660 And again, reminded by the person texting with them.
00:43:46.080 Yes, I've told you this before.
00:43:48.020 Uh, she's, he says, um, only when people feel pain personally, do they move on policy,
00:43:54.960 which I guess makes it okay to wish for their death.
00:43:58.260 Virginia, do you want a guy who literally that, that last statement shows he believes
00:44:07.340 in terrorism?
00:44:09.140 You'll move politically.
00:44:10.600 If I show you enough pain, like killing your children, is that who you want as your chief
00:44:14.980 law enforcement officer?
00:44:16.360 He's Glenn Beck.
00:44:17.680 Welcome to the, uh, Glenn Beck program.
00:44:19.640 Uh, we were just talking about how gold is almost at $4,000 an ounce.
00:44:23.420 What is it?
00:44:23.740 49, 60, I think 49, 60, another 40 bucks.
00:44:27.560 Congratulations.
00:44:28.760 Um, you need to prepare because somebody knows something that we may not know that the temperature
00:44:33.520 dropping in the temp and the power flickers.
00:44:36.240 You would got to be prepared for any eventuality.
00:44:39.340 You know, preparedness is not a hobby.
00:44:41.540 It is something that you owe to your family.
00:44:44.360 Um, there's a space heater that is now available from my Patriot supply along with everything else
00:44:49.500 they have, it runs indoor safe canned heat, which means gives you real portable warmth
00:44:54.280 without electricity doubles as a stove.
00:44:56.740 So you can boil water on it or cook a meal when the power is out.
00:44:59.940 It's simple.
00:45:00.680 It's practical.
00:45:01.620 Uh, and it changes a night of worry into a night you can handle.
00:45:04.340 And right now my Patriot supply is packing, packing the Vesta into the winter prep special
00:45:09.500 along with their, you know, several free gifts, about $400 worth.
00:45:12.760 So preparation is easier to start than you think.
00:45:15.260 You can get a Vesta and a bunch of other free gifts.
00:45:17.360 When you order the winter prep special from my Patriot supply, just go to my Patriot supply.com

00:45:28.120 So go to my Patriot supply.com slash Glenn, my Patriot supply.com slash Glenn.
00:45:53.800 And right now my Patriot.com slash Glenn, my Patriot supply.
00:46:23.780 The fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:46:27.500 This is the Glenn Beck program.
00:46:33.320 Hello, America.
00:46:34.300 I want to talk to you about the guy running for attorney general in Virginia named Jay Jones.
00:46:38.800 Um, he has said in an unbelievable text thread that he felt one of his political enemies,
00:46:47.140 uh, his wife and his children should be killed.
00:46:50.380 And the only way to change people's minds politically is to have them pay a very high price.
00:46:57.540 I guess death.
00:46:59.040 Um, that is the definition of terrorism.
00:47:01.660 Quite honestly, this guy wants to be the chief law enforcement officer.
00:47:05.720 That's what he's running for in Virginia.
00:47:07.220 And the governor, uh, the one who's running for governor on the same ticket, if you will,
00:47:13.000 uh, Abigail Spanberger.
00:47:14.640 She's a Democrat.
00:47:16.200 She really hasn't distanced herself from this.
00:47:19.460 Uh, where do you go from here?
00:47:22.440 Let me talk about that in 60 seconds.
00:47:24.380 First, American financing wants to remind you that debt tends to rearrange your life until
00:47:28.880 the simple things feel farther away than they should.
00:47:31.100 Things like saving for the future are hard.
00:47:32.860 Even when you imagine, you know, um, you're, you're free.
00:47:37.100 It's still hard.
00:47:37.960 And let alone when you're up to your eyeballs and things like high interest credit card debt,
00:47:41.360 you think you're never going to get out.
00:47:42.660 Unfortunately, you have options available and American financing shows up with a different
00:47:46.640 kind of conversation.
00:47:47.500 One that starts with listening, not selling, listening.
00:47:51.320 Their consultants don't work on commission.
00:47:52.880 So they're not selling you anything.
00:47:54.200 Their job is to untangle your not map the options that you actually have and lay out
00:47:59.640 a clear path forward.
00:48:00.880 Whether that means consolidating high interest accounts into a single management payment,
00:48:05.220 refinancing will shave, shave years off your mortgage or finding a structure that frees
00:48:09.920 up the cash so you can breathe again.
00:48:11.500 They'll find it for you.
00:48:12.780 Please call American financing at 800-906-2440, 800-906-2440.
00:48:18.520 It's Americanfinancing.net.
00:48:20.160 NMLS 1-82334.
00:48:21.660 NMLS consumeraccess.org.
00:48:23.200 APR for Ritz and the Five starts at 6.799% for well-qualified borrowers.
00:48:27.080 Call 800-906-2440 for details about credit costs and terms.
00:48:32.040 It is shocking and shameful, especially in this day and age with what we have seen with
00:48:39.080 violence.
00:48:39.740 And yet there are those on the left that believe that violence is an okay answer.
00:48:46.400 Jay Jones, the guy running for attorney general, the guy who would be enforcing the laws
00:48:53.100 in Virginia, thinks that it's okay, he says, to joke about killing people, but the way he
00:49:00.920 did it does not seem like a joke to me.
00:49:04.680 He was asked by the person he was texting to stop.
00:49:09.840 Stop.
00:49:10.280 This really bothers me when you say things like this.
00:49:12.840 Don't say those things.
00:49:14.420 Well, you know what?
00:49:16.560 Only when people feel the pain personally do they change their political opinions.
00:49:23.600 You were just talking about killing this guy's children.
00:49:26.640 So you get here and you think, okay, what is headed our way?
00:49:32.920 Let me start with this.
00:49:34.740 Back in 1999, I was on WABC and I warned of Osama bin Laden and nobody listened to me.
00:49:42.580 Nobody would listen to me.
00:49:43.400 They thought I was crazy.
00:49:44.500 They thought I was actually, you know, sticking up somehow or another for Bill Clinton because
00:49:49.160 Bill Clinton was the one who said, you know, Osama bin Laden, he's got to be eliminated,
00:49:53.300 blah, blah, blah.
00:49:53.700 And I went on the air in WABC, in New York City.
00:49:57.240 Nobody believed me.
00:49:58.080 And I said at the end, in frustration, I said at the end of the hour, there will be bodies
00:50:01.860 and buildings and blood in the streets of this city in 10 years.
00:50:05.720 And the name on that will be Osama bin Laden.
00:50:09.080 Will you care and listen then?
00:50:12.120 So after September 11th, people started going, how did you, how did you know that?
00:50:17.280 Very easy.
00:50:18.740 This is lesson, life lesson number one.
00:50:21.500 If someone tells you they, they are going to kill you or they joke about it, but not
00:50:30.480 retract, like get caught.
00:50:33.160 Hey, hey, don't joke about that.
00:50:34.180 I know.
00:50:34.460 I'm sorry.
00:50:34.720 I'm out of line.
00:50:36.100 Just stand by it.
00:50:37.380 When they say things like their children should be killed or in this case, Jay Jones not only
00:50:43.940 said that, he said his wife should have to hold his dying children and maybe that will
00:50:52.940 change his mind.
00:50:54.500 Okay.
00:50:54.680 You must take those people seriously.
00:50:58.360 You must believe them because anything short of that is madness itself.
00:51:03.800 Because if they start doing things, this is Germany.
00:51:07.580 If he says, you know what?
00:51:09.020 I got a solution for those Jews.
00:51:11.140 And you're like, ah, he doesn't really mean it.
00:51:13.100 It's your fault.
00:51:14.460 He told you.
00:51:15.840 When you're dealing with life and death, you always take it seriously.
00:51:21.880 Always.
00:51:24.460 And we all say stupid things.
00:51:27.000 I've said stupid things.
00:51:28.500 Everybody has said stupid things.
00:51:30.480 And what do you do?
00:51:31.980 You immediately, mea culpa, you immediately apologize, say, oh my gosh, I wasn't thinking,
00:51:36.540 I'm sorry.
00:51:36.880 But the guy running as the AG, the chief lawmaker for Virginia, he hasn't apologized.
00:51:46.840 In fact, he kind of doubled down in the throes of it, and he hasn't said anything about it.
00:51:52.680 And the woman running on the same Democratic ticket for governor in Virginia, Abigail Spanberger,
00:51:59.960 she hasn't distanced herself.
00:52:03.260 Well, that's wrong.
00:52:04.840 Well, should he drop out?
00:52:05.720 Well, I don't.
00:52:06.880 What do you mean?
00:52:07.480 Yes.
00:52:08.060 The answer is yes.
00:52:09.440 We don't threaten people.
00:52:11.860 We don't say their family and their children should be killed.
00:52:16.820 That's an easy call.
00:52:18.480 If your governor, your AG, cannot make a simple call like that about life and death, about
00:52:24.960 people who disagree with them, they cannot have any power in government.
00:52:30.160 They cannot.
00:52:31.060 It's easy.
00:52:31.740 If Virginia, you make that mistake when there's bodies in your streets, I guess you will come
00:52:40.940 to me and say, how did you know?
00:52:42.100 And I'll say, you disregarded rule number one.
00:52:46.700 Somebody says those things, you take them seriously every single time.
00:52:51.380 You must.
00:52:52.080 The governor actually has said, let your rage fuel you.
00:52:58.520 Now, good people in Virginia, when was the last time you went to church?
00:53:03.180 When was the last time you went to church and you heard your preacher say, let your, Jesus
00:53:07.840 says, let your rage fuel you?
00:53:11.040 My guess is never, because Jesus said the exact opposite.
00:53:20.000 What would Jesus do?
00:53:21.980 Not that.
00:53:24.780 You have a politician that says, let your rage fuel you in conjunction with the other politician
00:53:34.140 that they're linking arms and campaigning together, saying, I would be happy, happy if we killed
00:53:43.080 him, his children, and his wife.
00:53:46.140 If they died, I would piss on their graves.
00:53:49.700 That's a quote.
00:53:52.640 And let your rage fuel you.
00:53:55.180 Virginia, you will get what you deserve.
00:53:58.820 They are telling you who they are.
00:54:03.960 I don't want George Soros nor any member of his family killed, ever.
00:54:09.040 And I think he's the biggest destructive force in the world for freedom.
00:54:14.700 I don't want him killed.
00:54:16.540 I want him exposed.
00:54:19.420 If he's broken laws, I want them to go to jail.
00:54:22.380 But I at least want the truth to be known about them.
00:54:25.160 I don't want to kill them.
00:54:26.320 I don't want to kill them.
00:54:28.820 If you've gotten to that place to where your political enemy is somebody you want killed,
00:54:36.500 you have a psychiatric or deep spiritual problem going on with you.
00:54:46.180 So now we have people on our side.
00:54:49.740 And I can say, I know what you mean.
00:54:53.940 Glenn, how do we work together?
00:54:56.720 How can we're running out of principles to agree on?
00:55:02.500 I don't want to.
00:55:03.660 We can disagree all you want about policies, but principles must be universal.
00:55:10.280 That's our e pluribus unum.
00:55:11.840 All men are created equal and now by their credit of certain rights, life, liberty, pursuit of happiness.
00:55:15.680 They're all codified in the Bill of Rights.
00:55:17.800 That's our unum.
00:55:18.700 That's the one thing we all used to agree on.
00:55:20.960 We don't anymore.
00:55:23.020 And we are running out of things to agree on that are principle based.
00:55:28.480 I don't care if you like Game of Thrones or hate Game of Thrones.
00:55:32.600 There's no relationship that's worth anything that will withstand any storm if that's what we have in common.
00:55:39.720 You know, I love trees and you love trees.
00:55:43.640 When the storms come, we're all blown off.
00:55:51.280 People are throwing around things like national divorce.
00:55:55.540 People are saying, let it all burn.
00:56:00.120 We need a great reset.
00:56:03.680 As if we're talking about a new season of television.
00:56:08.480 But we are not.
00:56:12.140 Let me be very, very clear of what we are talking about.
00:56:16.820 That must never be considered.
00:56:20.420 In 60 seconds.
00:56:23.640 First, Real Estate Agents I Trust is more than just a, you know, a sign, you know, or a website.

00:56:36.120 It better be more than just the name.
00:56:37.840 A good agent can read a listing and tell you what the location will be like for you and your family five years from now.
00:56:43.960 Real Estate Agents I Trust dot com is a service that handpicks local professionals who do more than just list your house.

00:57:08.740 Our agents move fast when they need to.
00:57:11.280 But think in terms of years, not days.
00:57:13.460 So the decisions you make today don't become the problems of tomorrow.
00:57:17.480 How do you find these people?

00:57:24.380 Real Estate Agents I Trust dot com.
00:57:27.560 Ten seconds.
00:57:37.740 I want to hit this early before this becomes a trend because the algorithms will reward talk like this.
00:57:45.820 National divorce, national divorce, you know, civil war, etc, etc.
00:57:50.580 We are not talking about a season of television that you watch from your home when you're talking about things like this.
00:57:56.760 We are talking about your life, your ordinary, miraculous, taken-for-granted life, ending.
00:58:09.440 Everything you grew up knowing, believing in, having, having the opportunity to have, be, do, over.
00:58:17.740 It won't change, it ends.
00:58:22.100 That's what civil war means.
00:58:25.220 The world your children expect to grow up in.
00:58:27.740 The one with school plays and little league and birthday parties in the backyard.
00:58:31.960 Gone.
00:58:33.160 And it doesn't come back with an election or a speech or a victory parade.
00:58:37.740 It doesn't come back at all.
00:58:40.880 This is very fragile.
00:58:42.820 This has never been done.
00:58:44.940 A government of, for, and by the people has never been done before.
00:58:49.360 And I don't know if you've noticed this, but the entire world system seems to be against people that want to rule themselves.
00:58:59.060 So it doesn't come back.
00:59:02.060 Civil war is not, you know, Gettysburg reenactors with quotes on social media.
00:59:07.820 It's neighbors, it's cul-de-sacs, it's the grocery store and the gas station and the pharmacy.
00:59:14.380 It's the lights you never think about until they don't turn on.
00:59:18.340 The water you never worry about until it comes out brown, if it comes out at all.
00:59:25.400 I need you, before things get crazier than they are, I want you to be firm on what you believe.
00:59:33.700 I want you to picture, not for shock, but for absolute clarity.
00:59:38.980 Your day begins and your bank app says service unavailable.
00:59:43.000 Your ATM says out of cash.
00:59:46.000 The trucks have stopped coming to the grocery stores because the highways have checkpoints and ambushes and rumors of both.
00:59:54.760 The gas station is a rumor too.
00:59:56.660 One station has a line that's three blocks long.
00:59:59.660 The other has a hand-lettered sign that says cash only, limit five gallons.
01:00:04.020 And you think, well, I got some cash until you realize everybody else had that same idea yesterday.
01:00:10.080 You must have a prescription for somebody in your family.
01:00:14.380 Insulin, heart meds, chemo, whatever it is, the pharmacy's closed.
01:00:18.600 Why?
01:00:19.180 Because the pharmacist couldn't make it through the roadblocks.
01:00:21.860 And the chain's distribution centers can't risk sending a truck without a police escort.
01:00:26.000 And the police don't escort trucks anymore because the police that do show up for work now are triaging their own neighborhoods.
01:00:35.000 You call 911 about a domestic disturbance down the street and the dispatcher says, if anybody even answers, we'll put you on the list.
01:00:42.380 These aren't front lines in a modern civil war.
01:00:48.300 They are the intersections.
01:00:50.180 They are our neighborhoods.
01:00:51.860 They are the algorithms.
01:00:53.380 The algorithm that sells rage by the pound.
01:00:58.060 And it's being fed to both sides until both sides are blind with rage.
01:01:03.140 When the governor, the person running, Spanberger, running for Virginia, for the governor says, let your rage fuel you, no, rage will make you blind.
01:01:18.020 And we won't be fighting in uniform.
01:01:21.460 You'll be avoiding a rumor.
01:01:24.120 The rules of the road become rules of the rifle.
01:01:27.020 Whoever controls the intersection controls that day.
01:01:30.260 Hospitals are now fortresses, then targets, then shells.
01:01:35.500 Food becomes scarce.
01:01:36.900 Then it's currency.
01:01:38.080 Your children's school becomes a shelter.
01:01:39.800 Do they even have school anymore?
01:01:41.840 No.
01:01:43.040 Your children now have memories of school and a new job of staying quiet when they hear a drone or a truck backfire.
01:01:50.420 Childhood shrinks down to the safest room in your house.
01:01:54.940 Now you think you're going to pick a side.
01:01:57.400 You think you know what side you'll be on.
01:02:01.240 You think your side will protect you.
01:02:03.280 But here's the truth.
01:02:04.660 Sides protect themselves.
01:02:07.140 And both sides will ask you to prove your loyalty with things you promised yourself you would never, ever do.
01:02:14.580 Good people just like you will do them.
01:02:17.560 Because fear is a sculptor and it carves away at conscience first.
01:02:21.980 First, you think you know how the market works until the market dies.
01:02:29.580 Markets die when trust dies.
01:02:31.900 Pensions evaporate not because of a bad quarter, but because the bond market can't price what's coming tomorrow.
01:02:38.460 The currency on your counter is now canned food, bottled water, diesel, antibiotics, your home value.
01:02:43.680 What's a house worth if there's nobody to insure it, nobody to mortgage it, nobody to drive to it without risking their life?
01:02:51.680 And then there are the guests who arrive when a great house is on fire.
01:02:57.220 The cartels, the opportunists, the foreign intelligence services, the war tourists with passports and GoPros.
01:03:03.060 They don't choose sides.
01:03:04.380 They just choose opportunities and openings.
01:03:06.840 And they open the opportunities you didn't even know you had.
01:03:10.300 Your grid, your water plants, your data center, your port.
01:03:12.900 And they don't fly flags.
01:03:14.880 They fly yours.
01:03:16.180 And then let you blame one another to fuel the fire.
01:03:20.700 Let your rage.
01:03:23.480 No, don't.
01:03:26.720 Listen to me.
01:03:27.720 There is no clean ending to this.
01:03:31.400 You know, there's no clean Gettysburg.
01:03:38.920 Especially in a world of encrypted chats and weaponized rumors.
01:03:42.900 There is just grinding, bone-grinding pain.
01:03:47.680 There is the settling of old scores under new slogans.
01:03:52.380 There's the permanent loss of innocence.
01:03:55.160 The moment you stop seeing your neighbor as a neighbor that can never quite,
01:04:00.980 that you can never quite unsee the enemy that you have imagined.
01:04:05.400 I can't ever think of that person any way other than that.
01:04:08.720 Then you are headed for that outcome.
01:04:12.900 And if you imagine glory, war doesn't wound bodies.
01:04:18.920 It wounds time.
01:04:21.920 Ten years from now, the men and women who survive will still hear the sound of a truck at night
01:04:26.440 and think checkpoint.
01:04:27.360 Your children will flinch at fireworks.
01:04:29.840 Weddings will be smaller.
01:04:31.100 Funerals will be more frequent.
01:04:32.360 And hope, real hope, will be spoken in a whisper because it's learned to hide.
01:04:37.520 It is reasonable to ask, what do we have in common anymore?
01:04:46.320 But the next reasonable question is, how can we find common ground?
01:04:53.940 How can we understand each other?
01:04:56.780 Before you retweet bravado, count the cost of where we could be headed.
01:05:03.480 And not in abstract numbers, but in faces.
01:05:07.260 The old man in your street who needs oxygen.
01:05:09.380 The single mom who works at night.
01:05:11.440 The kid who just made the team.
01:05:13.260 The clerk at the corner store who always remembers your brand, your face, your needs.
01:05:17.740 These are the casualties that never make the headlines because they disappear one inconvenience at a time.
01:05:24.440 These are the times that try men's souls.
01:05:35.080 That used to be a phrase I didn't understand and it belonged in the past.
01:05:39.180 I say it to you today.
01:05:40.860 These are the times that try men's souls.
01:05:45.720 Those who stand today and shoulder the burden.
01:05:50.820 Those who stand today and do the hard work, God's work of love and peacemaking.
01:05:58.520 And uniting and speaking the truth.
01:06:03.220 They will be owed a thanks for generations to come.
01:06:10.580 Turn down the algorithm and turn up the conversation.
01:06:14.620 Teach your children the difference between courage and recklessness.
01:06:18.160 Between justice and vengeance.
01:06:22.460 Make your county and your town resilient.
01:06:26.120 So relationally thick that an outside arsonist, foreign or domestic, will only find damp tinder there.
01:06:36.780 You must get serious about peace.
01:06:40.360 Not the sentimental kind.
01:06:41.900 The muscular kind.
01:06:43.120 Form covenants with churches and synagogues and community groups and clubs and councils and say it out loud.
01:06:50.460 No violence in our name.
01:06:53.440 It's not acceptable.
01:06:55.160 Not here.
01:06:56.740 Not here.
01:07:05.160 This is Glenn Beck.
01:07:08.000 I want to talk to you about Jordan Peterson in just a second.

01:08:28.620 It's free at glennbeck.com.
01:08:50.280 Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
01:08:52.100 Jordan Peterson's daughter has just issued a really heartfelt, tearful health update on Jordan Peterson, her dad.
01:09:01.460 Do we have a clip of that we could play quickly?
01:09:04.300 Hey, guys.
01:09:05.520 I have an update on my dad.
01:09:07.380 I'm actually just going to read this.
01:09:09.220 It's on my teleprompter because this is too hard to explain off the cuff, so I wrote it out.
01:09:15.120 This summer has been exceedingly difficult.
01:09:19.320 Dad was in an ICU suffering from pneumonia and sepsis after dealing with a host of neurological issues this summer that we believe stem from SIRS, which is chronic inflammatory response syndrome due to decades of mold exposure.
01:09:35.200 We don't have a better explanation for his neurological symptoms at the moment, other than spiritual attacks.
01:09:42.920 He's been suffering for the last number of years with unexplainable neuropathy and weakness, amongst other symptoms, but they worsened this summer after he cleaned out his parents' basement after his dad, my grandpa, passed away.
01:09:55.500 We weren't able to communicate with dad, really, all of September.
01:10:01.140 During the end of the pneumonia, he was diagnosed with critical illness polyneuropathy, which we're hoping is critical illness myopathy, which is bad enough.
01:10:12.040 That's been heartbreaking and brutal on top of everything else.
01:10:15.160 But after almost a month in the ICU, he's been moved out to a less urgent floor.
01:10:20.180 Praise God for that.
01:10:21.520 We're still in the midst of this, but now we're seeing improvements daily.
01:10:28.080 The timeline for his full recovery is hard to tell at the moment, and I'll update everyone when we have more information.
01:10:34.740 My family's asking for prayers.
01:10:37.060 Like I said, this summer's been exceedingly difficult and terrifying.
01:10:41.000 Dad's condition is complicated by the fact he can't take most medications without suffering from severe paradoxical reactions, which limits treatment options.
01:10:49.560 Like I mentioned, I believe there's a spiritual element at play here.
01:10:55.160 I think a lot of people have felt it in the last few weeks and months.
01:10:58.700 It's been hitting my dad and my family hard this summer.
01:11:01.820 In August, the day dad was brought to a hospital by ambulance, my newborn, Audrey, was also brought to a hospital by ambulance within hours of each other.
01:11:11.900 It was unbelievable.
01:11:14.020 This was the second time this summer we had brought Audrey to the hospital after she almost died from near heart failure at six weeks old that is exceedingly rare and they couldn't find a cause for.
01:11:27.720 But mom and I in particular really wanted to reach out and ask for prayers to help everyone get through this.
01:11:32.500 And given we think there's a spiritual element at play here, we believe the right way to fight back is to keep going and push harder, if anything.
01:11:59.460 The world is in spiritual warfare like crazy.
01:12:14.700 I would ask that you would pray as if we were in a world war, because we are.
01:12:27.180 It's a spiritual world war.
01:12:30.360 And I would pray for those who are on the front lines and pray for your country, pray for your Constitution and Bill of Rights like you've never prayed before.
01:12:41.800 But you're seeing some of the most powerful voices taken out one by one.
01:12:50.240 Jordan, I hope, is going to get better.
01:12:56.300 We have Dennis Prager, who broke his neck and is paralyzed and making some progress.
01:13:03.800 Progress, and he at least can still think and speak, but that just happened in the last few months.
01:13:14.780 We have Charlie Kirk, and I believe all of us are under spiritual attack.
01:13:25.560 Please pray for those who are on the front lines.
01:13:29.360 Please pray.
01:13:30.520 All right, let me go back to Virginia here for a second, because there's some more information that you need to know about, if you're a Virginian especially, about who Spanberger is.
01:13:44.260 And you need to know this as somebody watching the Virginia election to see how people are going to deal with this and how they vote.
01:13:55.000 Does truth matter?
01:13:57.220 Do principles matter anymore?
01:13:58.520 Yeah, I want to take you back to the time after 9-11.
01:14:03.140 If you remember that moment in our country's history, people had some pretty strong feelings.
01:14:10.960 You know, there's some economic worries that was going on after that.
01:14:13.920 Maybe you're looking for an extra job.
01:14:15.200 You want to pick up an extra job.
01:14:16.720 Right.
01:14:17.220 So Abigail decided to do that.
01:14:18.820 The job that she picked up was at the ISA, which...
01:14:25.480 So the ISA is...
01:14:27.160 Well, it's a school.
01:14:30.280 Okay.
01:14:30.480 She wanted to work at a school.
01:14:31.540 Okay, that's good.
01:14:31.680 She wanted to educate kids, which is great.
01:14:33.240 I love that.
01:14:33.520 She wanted to work at a...
01:14:34.440 Why is this irrelevant today?
01:14:36.200 That's all we have time for today.
01:14:37.380 No, we have plenty of time.
01:14:38.740 Oh, we do?
01:14:39.000 What is the ISA?
01:14:40.720 Well, the ISA is...
01:14:42.740 Well, you know, there's...
01:14:44.820 There were, you know, a lot of schools...
01:14:48.040 Just spit it out.
01:14:49.280 ...in the United States that were Islamic schools.
01:14:52.060 Okay, Islamic school.
01:14:53.280 Okay.
01:14:53.800 This is the only one in the United States that was fully funded by a foreign government.
01:14:59.020 You might think...
01:15:00.120 No, it wouldn't be Saudi Arabia after 9-11, right?
01:15:02.800 I mean, it's probably England, right?
01:15:06.260 No, it was Saudi Arabia.
01:15:07.460 It was Saudi Arabia.
01:15:08.100 But the point there is...
01:15:10.580 Yeah, that the hijackers all came from Saudi Arabia.
01:15:12.580 Well, sure.
01:15:13.400 Okay.
01:15:13.980 Sure.
01:15:14.500 All right.
01:15:14.840 You know, but in that moment, we were all, like, you know, there was almost a furor around,
01:15:19.760 hey, Saudi Arabia's fantastic.
01:15:21.980 Yeah, I don't think so.
01:15:22.620 Hey, Islamic schools are wonderful.
01:15:25.220 That was kind of the vibe of the time, if you remember correctly.
01:15:28.600 Right, right.
01:15:28.820 Right, it wasn't.
01:15:29.660 Now, I will say, who among us have not taken a job immediately after 9-11 at a school that
01:15:39.180 is closely tied to Hamas?
01:15:40.440 We all did that at that time.
01:15:42.000 We were all in that mindset.
01:15:43.040 I don't know anybody who did that.
01:15:44.820 I don't know.
01:15:45.280 Well, yes, you do.
01:15:45.920 You know Abigail Span...
01:15:47.140 Span...
01:15:47.940 I can never say her.
01:15:48.960 Spanberger.
01:15:49.500 I want to call her Asperger every time.
01:15:51.200 Right.
01:15:51.240 I don't know why.
01:15:52.100 Spanberger.
01:15:52.440 Spanberger.
01:15:52.880 A top leader of Hamas sent his children to this school.
01:15:58.160 The school's comptroller was linked to Hamas.
01:16:01.160 It's all from Just the News.
01:16:02.660 Recent graduates of the school had come under suspicion by federal authorities of potentially
01:16:07.140 seeking to carry out a suicide attack in Israel.
01:16:11.120 The school's textbooks contained hateful language, including animosity toward non-Muslims and,
01:16:16.720 of course, Jews in particular.
01:16:18.480 The ISA had withdrawn from membership in a major accreditation organization.
01:16:23.660 Is this school in Virginia?
01:16:26.060 I think it is.
01:16:27.820 That's a good question.
01:16:28.340 Go back and look through our archives.
01:16:31.460 Probably 2006-ish.
01:16:35.800 Okay.
01:16:36.360 We were looking into Islamic schools in Virginia, and we named one that was riddled with problems.
01:16:45.520 Could it have been this one?
01:16:46.320 It sounds like this one.
01:16:47.440 Well, I mean, but how would you even know it was tied to the Saudi government?
01:16:51.920 I mean, you used to see ISA.
01:16:53.400 Okay, yeah.
01:16:54.200 You're like, well, that's sure the Islamic something academy, but we don't know what the
01:16:59.220 S would stand for.
01:17:01.000 What could it stand for?
01:17:01.600 I'm guessing Saudi?
01:17:02.580 Oh, my gosh.
01:17:03.320 You guessed that on the first try.
01:17:04.520 That's incredible.
01:17:05.300 That's weird.
01:17:05.420 That's a lot.
01:17:06.000 I mean, you can't expect her to do that.
01:17:07.520 No, I can't.
01:17:08.380 That was you pulling, going through the dictionary in the S section, pointing to a word happened
01:17:12.600 to be Saudi.
01:17:13.220 That's all you just did.
01:17:14.120 You know, it's weird, Stu, because somebody who is involved in a school that is pumping
01:17:20.500 out Hamas members and tightly associated with Hamas.
01:17:25.820 Didn't the head of Hamas go to school there?
01:17:27.980 What was that?
01:17:30.480 Maybe I'm thinking of a different school.
01:17:31.900 But anyway, the idea of let your rage fuel you and being acceptant of things like, you
01:17:45.740 know, kill your opponent's family, because that's the only thing that moves people politically
01:17:51.540 makes a little more sense.
01:17:54.000 It does.
01:17:54.640 It does sort of line with someone who might do some of these things.
01:17:58.520 She did, by the way, said she's proud of her background and her service, even though
01:18:03.840 it was found to be directly related to Hamas.
01:18:07.980 Maybe she was improving the school's lunch program.
01:18:10.840 We don't know what she did.
01:18:12.200 She could have done anything there.
01:18:13.340 It could have been wonderful work.
01:18:15.120 Maybe she was able to make it a little bit more healthy, more greens provided for the
01:18:21.520 children of the Hamas members that went there.
01:18:25.960 Or allegedly, allegedly.
01:18:28.900 So I don't know.
01:18:30.160 I think a lot of this is overblown.
01:18:33.160 You know, everyone.
01:18:34.160 Just the news.
01:18:34.980 Who among, let me ask this.
01:18:36.020 Yeah.
01:18:36.320 Who among us have not supported someone in their lives who wished death on the children
01:18:42.920 of their enemies for political gain?
01:18:44.520 We've all done that.
01:18:46.040 We've all.
01:18:46.360 No, I don't know anybody who has done that.
01:18:48.280 Well, you know, Abigail Spamberger.
01:18:50.460 Again, I don't know her.
01:18:52.640 I wouldn't vote for her, but I know of her.
01:18:55.420 Yeah.
01:18:56.180 So a lot of people know of her.
01:18:58.000 So I guess we all have.
01:18:59.120 So we all know someone.
01:19:00.420 We all have that one person.
01:19:01.200 If you're listening to this show, you now know someone who did all of these things.
01:19:05.300 So congratulations on that one.
01:19:07.020 So what do you do with a state that elects the attorney general who says you got to kill
01:19:18.900 the family of the children to change his political mind is not remorseful on it.
01:19:24.840 A governor that is running, that agrees with him, at least quietly, doesn't really distance
01:19:33.140 herself and says, let your rage fuel you.
01:19:36.900 What do you, what do you, and working at that school, what do you do with that?
01:19:41.620 If that's what Virginia decides they want as their, I mean, it's, it's kind of like New
01:19:49.960 York going communist to mom, Donnie.
01:19:52.280 Right.
01:19:52.480 And I thought about that because it's an interesting example.
01:19:55.800 You know, it's like, there's a story in the New York times as we can entitled this.
01:20:00.300 What happens when socialists are in charge?
01:20:02.920 Question mark.
01:20:04.560 Portland offer offers a glimpse.
01:20:07.400 Now, is that really the commercial you want to run for your socialist candidate right now?
01:20:13.400 Probably not going to make it into the, uh, the ad campaign for mom, Donnie, I'd guess
01:20:18.260 considering, you know, Antifa is taken over the streets every night for a hundred consecutive
01:20:23.560 nights.
01:20:24.340 I, yeah, it does give you a glimpse of what it looks like if you put social, 104, 104.
01:20:29.020 Sorry.
01:20:29.500 I mean, I missed the anniversary.
01:20:31.040 Yeah.
01:20:31.280 Uh, and this one goes into how they've put, uh, actual DSA members on, uh, their city council
01:20:37.360 after, after they, they made it larger.
01:20:39.800 Um, anyway, what's interesting about that is like, I don't know.
01:20:44.620 Portland is Portland, right?
01:20:46.620 Portland is Portland.
01:20:48.300 The dream of the nineties is still alive in Portland.
01:20:50.400 It's, it's, and the dream of the very early nineties, meaning like before the, the actual
01:20:54.480 Soviet union collapsed, that dream is still alive in Portland.
01:20:58.840 Yes, it is.
01:20:59.380 Not surprised, right?
01:21:00.580 Virginia currently has a really good governor who is a Republican doing a really good job
01:21:09.560 currently right now.
01:21:12.060 This isn't like Portland who can't even imagine a conservative or a Republican being in charge
01:21:19.740 right now.
01:21:21.280 Things are going well in Virginia currently.
01:21:25.160 And right now they're talking about changing to the party of this.
01:21:30.960 They don't need to.
01:21:32.980 It's still available.
01:21:34.340 It's not even a memory.
01:21:35.700 It's a current thing.
01:21:37.940 He's done a really good job.
01:21:39.520 Youngkin there.
01:21:40.480 Sears is good.
01:21:41.760 She's a great job as a guy.
01:21:43.920 She would be good.
01:21:44.720 And, and, and because of this, the only reason this is even a question is because of their
01:21:48.500 weird one term law where you can only run, get one term and then you have to leave.
01:21:53.160 So you can only have four years.
01:21:54.640 Youngkin is term limited here.
01:21:56.060 He would win.
01:21:56.800 I think re-election easily.
01:21:58.460 Uh, but one term is ridiculous.
01:22:01.520 I think one term is ridiculous.
01:22:02.780 It seems like two is fine.
01:22:04.980 Two terms seems like the right number.
01:22:07.480 One is weird because what likely will happen here is you'll get four years of somebody else
01:22:12.220 and then Youngkin will come back and try to run again.
01:22:15.380 And so it's a weird, it's just a strange system.
01:22:17.940 And I don't know that it feels like you're always campaigning.
01:22:21.400 But I guess that's our modern world.
01:22:23.380 But again, like this isn't some distant memory.
01:22:26.160 It's not even a distant memory like it is in New York where they have had real success
01:22:31.620 in New York for limited periods of time.
01:22:34.680 Almost all of them associated with Republican mayors.
01:22:38.380 Almost?
01:22:38.860 I mean, I'm trying to think of an exception.
01:22:40.260 I just don't want to be too broad.
01:22:41.580 Yeah, I can't.
01:22:42.360 But like when the Giuliani period, even the Bloomberg period, who was really, he was a
01:22:47.740 Republican, but then he was kind of an independent, uh, you know, but like really he was kind
01:22:52.320 of a Democrat, honestly, most of the time, but still just someone who wasn't insane.
01:22:57.940 And then you have the examples of when they did have really far leftists, de Blasio, Dinkins.
01:23:03.060 These were catastrophes.
01:23:05.080 And they're going to do it again.
01:23:05.920 And they're going to do it again.
01:23:06.600 They're going to do it again.
01:23:07.500 But Virginia, you can still stop this.
01:23:11.520 You don't have to go down this road.
01:23:13.260 You can still save yourselves.
01:23:15.140 And they're like, you know, uh, I keep on a, Spanberger.
01:23:20.720 I don't know why I have a mental block in her name.
01:23:23.160 You're just because you are thinking ass.
01:23:23.880 I am thinking.
01:23:24.460 That's what you're thinking.
01:23:25.220 That's what you're thinking.
01:23:25.840 I don't know what I'm thinking.
01:23:26.960 Yeah.
01:23:27.220 But she currently, according to Calci and Polymer, has about a 93% chance to win that
01:23:31.760 election.
01:23:32.340 Unbelievable.
01:23:33.040 Now, I will say some encouraging news, sort of, in the attorney general race, Jay Jones,
01:23:38.720 who was about 90% since the scandal broke, is now down to 53%.
01:23:44.440 Well, there's only 53%.
01:23:46.260 He's still the favorite, but only a slight favorite.
01:23:49.220 Unbelievable.
01:23:50.160 All right.
01:23:50.420 Let me tell you about chapter.
01:23:51.740 Medicare annual enrollment period is happening right now.
01:23:54.200 It runs from October 15th through December 7th.
01:23:57.720 And I'm not saying that to scare you.
01:23:59.800 I'm saying that you don't miss a deadline that could cost you hundreds or even thousands
01:24:02.840 of dollars next year.
01:24:04.520 Most Medicare plans shift every single year.
01:24:07.560 Carriers change coverage.
01:24:09.200 Drug, you know, drug tiers move.
01:24:12.460 Some plans vanish altogether.
01:24:15.060 Which means what's fine today might be tomorrow's expensive surprise.
01:24:19.000 So please, please, even if you think you're fine, it's worth just a minute to check because
01:24:25.000 millions wake up too late and end up paying much more and losing access to the doctors
01:24:29.260 that they trust.
01:24:30.100 This is why I recommend chapter.
01:24:31.540 The chapter is the only one that can look at every single plan because they're a tech
01:24:36.720 based company.

01:29:12.540 All right.
01:29:13.220 So, oh, geez.
01:29:15.320 CBS News is reporting.
01:29:16.740 Comey was charged last week with lying to Congress and obstructing a congressional proceeding
01:29:21.540 and an unprecedented move that came after President Trump publicly pressured Attorney General
01:29:27.180 Pam Bondi to look into his longtime adversary.
01:29:29.840 This is so loaded, this CBS News.
01:29:32.640 A grand jury voted to indict him on September 25th.
01:29:35.560 Hours later, Comey was issued a summons directing him to appear in federal court in Northern Virginia
01:29:39.580 for an October 9th arraignment.
01:29:41.400 His lawyers agreed to bring him in as an arraignment, two sources say.
01:29:45.540 However, here's the problem.
01:29:48.340 Here's the problem.
01:29:50.320 The government says, no, they're going to do a perp walk.
01:29:53.120 And he's like, I'm trying to surrender.
01:29:54.940 And it's so weird because I know this has never happened before, except with our own reporter,
01:30:00.180 Steve Baker.
01:30:01.800 Exact same story.
01:30:04.340 Exact same story.
01:30:06.780 He was at the Capitol on January 6th.
01:30:11.500 He was reporting on it.
01:30:13.040 They put him in chains and perp walked him.
01:30:17.060 They did that for a reason.
01:30:19.220 If it's good enough for our own reporter, I think it's good enough for James Comey.
01:30:22.640 But let me get into the specifics here because I hear people saying all the time now from the left,
01:30:28.720 you know, this is ridiculous what they're doing to Comey.
01:30:30.840 Okay, take a breath with me for a second.
01:30:34.980 I'm not for vengeance.
01:30:37.080 I'm not for paying back your enemy and what was done.
01:30:41.160 I'm not for any of that.
01:30:43.100 What this story is really about is whether the most powerful law enforcement office in America
01:30:49.480 can tell Congress one thing under oath while a paper trail and now witnesses suggest another
01:30:57.300 and then walk away unscathed because, well, I had a position.
01:31:03.680 I have a title.
01:31:04.960 Okay.
01:31:05.760 If we mean what we say about equal justice, then James Comey's arrest and a fair trial,
01:31:11.720 a fair trial are not radical.
01:31:14.180 This is not busting up the Constitution.
01:31:16.820 This is required under the Constitution.
01:31:21.600 Now, let me give you the facts on this.
01:31:23.980 These are all on the record.
01:31:26.380 A federal grand jury in the Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria,
01:31:30.200 has indicted the former FBI director on two counts tied to his 2020 congressional testimony.
01:31:37.520 One, false statements, we call those lies under oath,
01:31:41.020 and obstruction of a congressional proceeding.
01:31:43.400 The same grand jury declined a third count,
01:31:48.200 which only underscores that citizens weighed the evidence and made the distinction.
01:31:52.560 It's not something that was, yeah, go get him.
01:31:55.920 Out of three counts, they said two are real.
01:31:58.120 We don't think this one rises to something that should go to court.
01:32:02.260 Okay.
01:32:02.980 That's how the system is supposed to work.
01:32:05.140 But it also means there's probable cause on the other two, enough for a public trial.
01:32:13.100 Now, why does this matter?
01:32:16.040 Because what he did, those statements went to the heart of the most consequential political investigation,
01:32:23.320 did the FBI director know about or authorize FBI-sourced leaks to the press to shape a narrative around a sitting president and Russia?
01:32:43.880 That's what this is about.
01:32:48.660 Did he take information that the FBI and the intelligence agencies, not the leadership, but the underlings,
01:32:56.960 all said, wait a minute, I don't know if there's enough here to even move forward with any of this stuff on an investigation.
01:33:03.020 And it was against the law to leak this information to the press.
01:33:08.680 He said, I had nothing to do with it.
01:33:10.760 I didn't even know that was.
01:33:12.180 But unfortunately, two people that were working for Comey at the time have just said, yeah, no, he told us to do that.
01:33:20.960 So you have two sources.
01:33:22.200 And what was it for?
01:33:25.520 To discredit the president around something that he knew at the time was not credible information.
01:33:34.020 Now, Comey denied it under oath.
01:33:36.400 But again, paper trail and the two other witnesses say differently.
01:33:41.960 So when the stakes are something like this, because Congress must get to the truth,
01:33:46.940 a witness who shaded, lied, or blocked the oversight, that's not a process quibble.
01:33:55.940 That's a strike at accountability itself.
01:33:59.140 We have three branches of government.
01:34:01.100 If you don't want to answer, then don't answer.
01:34:05.040 You'll have to pay a price, perhaps, on that.
01:34:08.080 Plead the fifth.
01:34:09.240 But you do not lie.
01:34:11.900 But that's what he did.
01:34:13.720 At least that's what the charges say.
01:34:15.020 And the grand jury says there's enough to go to trial.
01:34:19.480 Now, let the trial test that in the sunlight.
01:34:24.840 And the context here isn't nothing.
01:34:27.500 So this is not abuse of power.
01:34:29.860 Anybody who's thinking that, I just want you to listen carefully.
01:34:33.260 The DOJ inspector general already found Comey violated FBI policy with his handling and release of the Trump meeting memos
01:34:40.760 leaking through a friend to prompt a special counsel.
01:34:45.020 So he was already going against the norm and the system to manipulate the system.
01:34:52.080 The DOJ declined a charge at the time.
01:34:55.980 But the findings stand.
01:34:58.400 It was a violation of duty, of policy.
01:35:01.400 It fed the media machinery that framed a president before facts were even nailed down.
01:35:09.300 That is, history here is relevant as a background.
01:35:14.000 For any jury that is evaluating whether, you know, later sworn denials about leaks were truthful,
01:35:21.980 we have to know the full story here.
01:35:26.280 You remember the FISA piece?
01:35:29.020 The IG documented 17 significant errors and omissions in the Carter Page warrants,
01:35:36.760 including an FBI lawyer, Kevin Clinesmith, who altered an email.
01:35:41.940 He pled guilty.
01:35:42.940 He altered an email.
01:35:45.700 He was going to FISA.
01:35:47.100 This is the most, probably the most dangerous court we have in America.
01:35:53.420 It must have oversight.
01:35:57.180 They have strict rules.
01:35:59.280 You want to spy on an American citizen?
01:36:01.860 Show me the work.
01:36:03.500 An FBI agent changed the testimony, changed, went in, white out, rewrote it to something
01:36:14.600 entirely different, and then gave it to the FISA court.
01:36:19.520 What did the FISA court did?
01:36:20.980 Well, they just slapped the hands of the FBI, which I think is an insult to justice on its
01:36:27.400 face there.
01:36:27.980 However, the Department of Justice later conceded that two of the four surveillance orders lacked
01:36:33.480 probable cause.
01:36:35.620 I don't care what team you're on.
01:36:38.960 That is a constitutional five alarm fire.
01:36:42.780 That is weaponizing the government.
01:36:46.760 And if my side would have done it, I would say exactly the same thing, because these principles
01:36:52.940 cannot be violated.
01:36:55.580 Now, even if Comey is not charged for the FISA mess, it destroys the trust us aura and makes
01:37:04.040 sworn testimony about leak authorization absolutely material.
01:37:09.800 And yes, Durham's 2023 report concluded the FBI pushed ahead to open the crossfire hurricane
01:37:16.860 on uncorroborated claims, inadequate information.
01:37:23.540 Now, this is not a criminal verdict on Comey, but it is exactly why Congress questions.
01:37:32.120 Why it's so important, why it matters so much, the congressional questions in 2020, it matters.
01:37:38.600 Now, if you think our intelligence power needs guardrails, you should welcome rigorous oversight.
01:37:48.060 Demand truthful testimony under oath.
01:37:51.700 If you're tempted to say this is persecution, I advise you to slow down.
01:37:56.820 And not because, look what they did with Trump.
01:38:00.140 Just look at this.
01:38:01.920 We just lived through a period where Trump world figures did real time for much, much less.
01:38:10.460 Let me give you.
01:38:11.860 Because they're saying, this has never happened before.
01:38:14.100 This is a...
01:38:14.760 No, it has.
01:38:16.040 Just the last Trump.
01:38:17.360 We just lived through a period where Trump, world figures, went to jail.
01:38:22.700 Peter Navarro, four months for federal prison for contempt of Congress.
01:38:26.800 Steve Bannon, four months for contempt of Congress.
01:38:30.860 Let's see.
01:38:31.640 George Papadopoulos, 14 days for lying to the FBI, not Congress.
01:38:36.780 Alex Van Der Swann, 30 days for false statements.
01:38:40.640 Rick Gates, 45 days for conspiracy and false statements.
01:38:47.360 Not long, but 45 days is 45 days.
01:38:51.820 Four months is four months.
01:38:53.860 You didn't serve it.
01:38:55.860 Now, if staffers and advisors can be cuffed, perp-walked, and sentenced for contempt,
01:39:02.700 or a single, a single, thousand and one false statement count,
01:39:10.520 then the former FBI director certainly can,
01:39:14.440 if he's accused of lying to Congress about leaks at a presidential-level probe,
01:39:20.640 certainly he should face a jury, and not on trumped-up charges.
01:39:26.680 It had to go to a grand jury in Virginia, remember.
01:39:31.060 This is not, you know, this is not Trumpsville.
01:39:34.400 This is Virginia.
01:39:35.480 The grand jury said, out of the three charges, only two we think are valid.
01:39:42.860 So why is this all of a sudden a banana republic?
01:39:46.740 Because that's not banana republic stuff.
01:39:49.100 That's equal scales.
01:39:50.740 Now, justice does her job.
01:39:53.380 Now, you have to see what the court says, what happens in the court.
01:39:59.580 Some people will sneer and say indictment is in conviction.
01:40:03.380 Good.
01:40:04.140 Good.
01:40:04.760 Yes.
01:40:05.560 Amen.
01:40:06.220 It's not.
01:40:07.980 Comey is still presumed innocent.
01:40:09.840 But let's be honest in how the federal system works once a grand jury returns, you know, a true bill.
01:40:18.000 In the U.S. system, prosecutors have grand juries, and once indicted, the Cates almost always goes forward.
01:40:27.300 Okay?
01:40:27.800 Almost always.
01:40:31.220 Fewer than 1% of federal defendants are acquitted at trial.
01:40:35.640 Donald Trump wasn't.
01:40:36.580 He was, they went through.
01:40:41.420 Nobody said this abuse of power when it was Donald Trump.
01:40:44.800 You weren't saying that.
01:40:45.780 On the left, you weren't saying that.
01:40:48.160 He was actively campaigning to be president.
01:40:53.740 Nobody said anything about that.
01:40:56.520 But a grand jury's yes is not the finish line.
01:40:59.560 But it's also not theater either.
01:41:01.020 It's a serious gateway that usually leads to somebody going to jail.
01:41:07.440 And it's also not a rubber stamp.
01:41:09.740 Remember, they looked at three counts, only advanced two.
01:41:13.380 That tells you something about the process in Alexandria.
01:41:17.480 Not D.C., not New York.
01:41:19.520 The venue that handles sensitive national security matters all of the time.
01:41:27.320 So, where should you land on this?
01:41:29.520 Here's where I land on this.
01:41:30.920 I don't know where you will.
01:41:31.820 But perp walks, we should never do for TV ratings.
01:41:37.500 Procedures, we should.
01:41:40.520 Now, if you want to stop TV rating perp walks, let's have that conversation.
01:41:47.540 But it needs to happen on both sides.
01:41:51.080 Again, one of my coworkers was perp walked.
01:41:55.940 Volunteered over and over again.
01:41:57.580 I'll turn myself in.
01:41:58.400 I'll turn myself in.
01:41:59.200 No, it was for the humiliation.
01:42:02.560 So, if it's right for the goose, I guess it's right for the gander.
01:42:06.140 You want to change that?
01:42:07.160 Then good.
01:42:07.580 Let's change that.
01:42:08.540 For everybody.
01:42:09.640 We do procedures.
01:42:10.880 We book him by the book.
01:42:14.160 No theatrics.
01:42:15.040 Nothing.
01:42:16.060 Let the witnesses speak.
01:42:17.520 Let cross-examine.
01:42:19.580 You know, cut back and forth.
01:42:21.180 Let the jurors weigh the credibility.
01:42:24.080 That's how trust is restored.
01:42:28.620 Not a show.
01:42:30.200 This shouldn't be a show trial.
01:42:31.320 It shouldn't be a show perp walk.
01:42:33.480 We don't bend the law for anyone.
01:42:36.780 Remember, Donald Trump said, you guys, you don't need a warrant to come in.
01:42:41.060 You don't need to come in with a SWAT team to my house.
01:42:45.060 No.
01:42:46.240 They insisted on that.
01:42:47.940 You didn't need that.
01:42:49.220 That would have been offered to any other president.
01:42:52.240 Not him.
01:42:53.180 Why?
01:42:55.500 Just keep the law as it always is.
01:42:58.700 But do not make special exceptions for my guy or your guy.
01:43:02.700 I don't want them.
01:43:05.160 Same rules that were put to Navarro and Bannon and Papadopoulos and, you know,
01:43:10.140 Vanderzaan, Gates.
01:43:13.260 If they were in chains, well, the man who once held the badge at the Bureau,
01:43:18.900 I guess he should be in chains too because no one is above the law.
01:43:22.860 FBI abuses.
01:43:24.960 Sorry.
01:43:25.800 FISA abuses.
01:43:27.300 Policy violating leaks.
01:43:28.780 Um, you know, those are pretty serious, especially what we are doing right now.
01:43:37.240 I don't want anything but one set of rules.
01:43:41.180 And for those who are saying this is just somebody, you know, that is his enemy, you
01:43:47.860 haven't done your homework.
01:43:49.560 You're not being honest.
01:43:51.260 If you can't see that this has been done by the book, the grand jury returned, it wasn't
01:43:59.880 Donald Trump saying, I get him.
01:44:01.660 Donald Trump can say whatever he wants.
01:44:03.200 That's not the way the system works.
01:44:04.620 We don't do things to humiliate people.
01:44:09.520 We don't do things to appease a base.
01:44:11.620 We do them because that's what justice looks like when we actually mean it.
01:44:18.240 Back in a minute.
01:44:19.860 So your home should be a place where you relax, you know, not around the clock worry all the
01:44:24.340 time at home.

01:45:24.640 So I am at the University of North Dakota.
01:45:39.900 This October 9th.
01:45:42.780 What day is that?
01:45:43.400 Is that Thursday?
01:45:45.020 I think Thursday this week at 630.
01:45:49.120 I'm going to be flying in for it.
01:45:50.940 I am honored to have been asked by Charlie's wife to fill in for him.
01:45:56.720 I am not Charlie Kirk.
01:45:59.260 I don't know how much I can take, but I will do my best.
01:46:05.140 I hope to have a message that I think will be useful at University of North Dakota.
01:46:11.020 Tickets can be had now.
01:46:12.620 They're free at turningpointtour.com.
01:46:17.000 It's first come, first serve.
01:46:18.700 Make sure that you're there.
01:46:19.700 I will be there on Thursday, 630 Central Time, theturningpointtour.com.
01:46:26.000 Okay.
01:46:27.360 Let's see.
01:46:27.960 What do we have left?
01:46:28.680 We have another guest, I think.
01:46:31.480 Do we not?
01:46:33.440 Yes.
01:46:34.680 Bruce Gilley.
01:46:35.380 Yeah.
01:46:35.640 Yeah.
01:46:36.240 Portland State University professor.
01:46:38.440 This will be good.
01:46:40.460 He has just done a report where he's talking about political violence.
01:46:46.520 Portland State University.
01:46:49.040 And is it coming from the right or is it coming from the left?
01:46:54.400 Well, I just had somebody ask me, my sister asked me, said, my son in college is saying
01:46:59.680 that, you know, it's all a right-wing problem, blah, blah, blah.
01:47:02.140 And I said, that's not true.
01:47:03.380 Maybe historically you could make that case, but I don't even think then you have to look
01:47:07.940 at how they've judged everything.
01:47:09.880 Well, this professor has done all of that and he's come back with the facts and I cannot
01:47:16.120 wait for him to share them with you.
01:47:17.700 Bruce Gilley from Portland State University.
01:47:19.720 Yeah.
01:47:21.240 Because you see so much of this in the mainstream media since Charlie Kirk, there is this thing
01:47:27.720 where, oh, it's usually right-wing violence.
01:47:30.560 One of the databases said, for the first time, we're seeing a rise in left-wing violence,
01:47:35.460 not right-wing violence.
01:47:36.540 And they hang on to this stuff and there's a bunch of people who have built these databases
01:47:41.560 that purport to show that this is the truth.
01:47:45.380 It's not, of course.
01:47:46.560 I mean, as anyone would, you know, it's so obvious, I think, by just looking at society,
01:47:53.540 but he has more detail than that.
01:47:56.400 Yeah, and it's interesting to how they got there, how they categorized stuff and he'll
01:48:01.740 explain all that coming up in just a minute.
01:48:03.620 Stand by for more.
01:48:04.400 This is Glenn Beck.
01:48:17.960 You remember when your father taught you how to climb a ladder and clean the leaves out,
01:48:23.580 you know?
01:48:24.520 Remember that smile he had on his face, that almost predatory one that lets you know he
01:48:29.140 was dumping his responsibility on you the way that his father probably had dumped it
01:48:33.700 off on him?
01:48:34.800 Well, it's time to change all that.
01:48:36.760 Family tradition, I know, it's got to go aside.
01:48:38.840 With leaf filter, they install a stainless steel micro mesh filter.
01:48:44.840 It keeps out the leaves and the twigs and the debris while letting the rain flow right
01:48:48.760 through.
01:48:49.260 No more wet gloves, no more wobbly ladders, no more, you know, anything, no more danger.
01:48:54.980 They do a professional job installing it.
01:48:57.880 They back the work with a warranty that lasts as long as you own the roof.
01:49:01.640 So save all of the smiles, those smiles that say, oh, you get to do this now.
01:49:07.600 Um, don't pass that ladder off to your child.
01:49:11.600 Some family traditions are fun.
01:49:13.220 Some need to be allowed to expire.
01:49:15.080 And this is one of them.

01:49:39.720 We have more coming up on the violence situation with the Bruce Gilley next.
01:49:42.860 Well, gosh darn it.
01:49:57.360 We didn't get a chance to respond to Mr. Bad Bunny, um, today, but maybe we'll fit in time
01:50:04.440 for tomorrow.
01:50:05.160 Um, I have, uh, Bruce Gilley on with us.
01:50:07.800 He is a Portland state university professor.
01:50:10.480 Don't hold that against him.
01:50:12.220 Um, he has, he has looked at the data on political violence.
01:50:17.820 Um, and you hear all the time, all the time from everybody that most of the violence comes
01:50:25.440 from the right wing.
01:50:26.160 And I just can't make that work, but I'm not, you know, adding up all the violence.
01:50:30.720 I'm just the stuff that I've seen, but I'm sure I'm missing a lot.
01:50:34.160 How do we, how is it possible that that is true?
01:50:38.420 Well, he's actually looked into it.
01:50:40.220 And, uh, Bruce is with us now.
01:50:41.740 Professor, how are you, sir?
01:50:43.420 I am very well.
01:50:44.080 Thanks, Glenn.
01:50:44.580 Good to be here.
01:50:45.300 Yeah.
01:50:45.440 Thank you.
01:50:45.820 So, uh, where do you even start on this?
01:50:50.980 Um, I mean, when you have, you know, black lives matter burning cities down, how is it
01:50:57.760 even close?
01:51:00.540 Yeah, well, you start with some basics here, which I think, I think you actually need to
01:51:05.660 go back to fundamentals, which is, um, you know, political violence is part of the DNA
01:51:11.200 of the left and it's never been part of the DNA of the right.
01:51:13.840 Indeed, the right has always been the counter-revolutionary force.
01:51:18.600 Um, and so just in terms of first principles, uh, you know, keep in mind that, you know,
01:51:24.520 there's no one on the right who says, you know, I'm, I'm pro-life and I think we should
01:51:29.320 go and firebomb abortion clinics.
01:51:31.400 Um, whereas on the left, you'll say, you know, I'm anti-ice and I think we should firebomb
01:51:36.740 ice facilities, you know?
01:51:38.520 So it, the divergence starts at a very fundamental level.
01:51:41.920 Well, but hang on, there are those who say, who are on the right and say, we have to go
01:51:47.080 kill abortion doctors.
01:51:48.340 They're very few and far between, but they, they do exist.
01:51:51.540 They do exist, but they are condemned by and large by the people on the right.
01:51:55.480 Right.
01:51:55.900 I mean, they are, they are, they are, they are a fringe and they are an isolated fringe.
01:51:59.880 And, um, and I think conservatives are smart enough to realize that, you know, political
01:52:03.320 violence actually doesn't work.
01:52:05.040 Uh, and so it's never, and you don't see people running around with t-shirts with, you
01:52:09.940 know, abortion clinic firebombers on saying free who and so-and-so, right?
01:52:14.760 I mean, there's no, they're never, they're never martyrs.
01:52:16.920 They're never, you know, social justice warriors whose heart was in the right place, even if
01:52:21.520 there were a few, uh, you know, people, kids killed in the process.
01:52:24.680 So the whole, there's just a whole asymmetric treatment of political violence between left
01:52:29.740 and right.
01:52:30.180 And, you know, remember during Black Lives Matter, you had this, uh, quoting, uh, I forget
01:52:35.640 which congressman it was, but, you know, you know, make sure you get in, in, in trouble.
01:52:40.480 Just make sure it's good trouble, you know, as if, you know, as long as your heart's in
01:52:44.880 the right place, any amount of political violence is justified.
01:52:47.660 And so that's, that's, that's the fundamental fork in the road between left and right.
01:52:53.120 So you're right.
01:52:53.620 So then people hear that, you know, the experts have determined that the data shows it's all
01:52:57.940 the problems all on the right in terms of political violence.
01:53:00.120 It just, it doesn't pass the smell test.
01:53:03.160 So I just had my sister call me and she said, my son is being told and shows me all this
01:53:08.120 stuff.
01:53:08.440 And she said, how do, how can I fight this?
01:53:11.040 Cause it doesn't make sense to me.
01:53:12.480 Is it true?
01:53:13.680 So help her explain this to her son in college.
01:53:18.100 So it's both sins of commission and sins of omission.
01:53:23.600 Uh, by sins of omission, I mean that all of these experts remove from their databases of
01:53:30.560 political violence instances where there was clearly a left-wing motivation.
01:53:35.420 Um, and there will retreat into a kind of, well, it wasn't clear what was going on.
01:53:40.920 Case study, Luigi Mangione, uh, who gunned down a healthcare executive in New York city.
01:53:47.020 The motivations could not be more clear.
01:53:49.660 The left-wing bias of the motivations could not be more clear, but most of these databases
01:53:55.700 don't include that as left-wing violence because they'll say, well, you know, it's unclear
01:54:00.640 and he didn't exactly target the system.
01:54:03.080 It was a personal thing and yada, yada, yada.
01:54:05.480 So a lot of the left-wing violence just gets left out.
01:54:11.200 So when you, so when you're doing statistics that are saying percentages, one way to get
01:54:16.080 the left percentage challenge, just to exclude most of it, of course, all the BLM violence
01:54:21.060 is excluded.
01:54:22.000 All of the, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, what?
01:54:25.700 Yes, all the, all the BLM rioters are excluded.
01:54:29.760 All the, uh, targeted assassinations of police, whether it's the, uh, police in Dallas who
01:54:35.360 were shot by BLM activists, whether it's the, uh, policemen up here in Bothell, Washington,
01:54:40.220 who was gunned down by a BL activist to whether it's the, uh, the two police sitting in their
01:54:45.480 squad car in Brooklyn who were murdered by a BLM activist, none of that.
01:54:49.720 The setting of the fires, the looting of stores, all of that stuff.
01:54:53.920 None of that, none of that.
01:54:55.900 Well, yeah, well, I mean, some, some data, so some databases track violence broadly to
01:55:00.640 include, you know, property damage, um, assaults.
01:55:04.000 Some of them focus only on, you know, death, but either way, yes, they will exclude that
01:55:09.960 from their databases and say, well, you know, this was a, uh, you know, this was a, uh, uh,
01:55:16.320 community protest that got out of hand.
01:55:19.660 So the general tenor of it was peaceful.
01:55:21.840 We've heard that before.
01:55:23.040 And so it's not going to be in the database, but that's the sins of omission, right?
01:55:27.760 Oh, of omission.
01:55:28.620 The sins of commission are to rope into what they call right-wing violence, all kinds of
01:55:35.860 things that no conservative has ever endorsed or supported.
01:55:40.660 For instance, um, these troubled young men who say, you know, I'm an involuntary celibate.
01:55:47.640 I don't get enough sex.
01:55:49.020 You know, nobody on the right has ever said, uh, you know, this is a, a campaign for conservatives
01:55:55.720 that we were, you know, that young men should go and, and, um, abuse women in order to get
01:56:02.600 sex.
01:56:02.900 Like when was that in a, in a conservative platform you ever read?
01:56:06.100 Nonetheless, when some of these troubled young men leave notes to that effect after killing
01:56:11.280 people, they'll immediately classify that as right-wing violence.
01:56:15.520 Well, I mean, because, because, because all of these coders, and this is a, I mean, you
01:56:21.220 know, this is a coding issue in terms of how you code events.
01:56:24.340 This is event coding.
01:56:25.340 You'll typically, you'll have a code book, which will define what, what means what, and
01:56:29.300 then you'll use coders who, you know, actually do the work, but all of these people are on
01:56:34.580 the left, even the people supposedly in libertarian think tanks like Cato, which I don't think
01:56:40.100 actually is libertarian anymore.
01:56:41.900 Um, they all come from the left.
01:56:43.260 So they all have a kind of, uh, cartoonish vision of conservatism that we all hate women.
01:56:50.320 We all hate the homeless.
01:56:51.740 We all hate non-white people.
01:56:53.820 Um, so anytime someone does anything to that effect and leaves a note to that effect, they'll
01:56:58.440 immediately say, well, that's right-wing.
01:56:59.580 But the difference is none of those causes would ever be endorsed by someone in a conservative
01:57:05.540 caucus.
01:57:06.500 Whereas the violence we see on the left is mainstream democratic party platform.
01:57:14.720 How are they, how are they labeling the, uh, shooting of, let's say, Charlie Kirk?
01:57:19.720 Okay, so that, that is, and in some ways they like that one because it's a, it's a very
01:57:26.680 clear, well, some, some of them are still waiting for the evidence to come in.
01:57:30.120 It is a very clear example of left-wing violence, but what it's done, I mean, the reason we're
01:57:35.140 having this discussion, Glenn, is because the moment Charlie was assassinated, I mean, before
01:57:40.220 they'd even had the memorial service for him, all the mainstream media, and not just the
01:57:46.400 New York Times and the Guardian and the Washington Post, but the Wall Street Journal, for God's
01:57:50.380 sakes, the, you know, the economists were trotting out these databases to say, yes, this was an
01:57:56.800 instance of left-wing violence, but let's not forget, let's not let this, you know, uh, uh,
01:58:03.960 obscure the fact that most of this violence is on the left and here's all these databases
01:58:08.560 to prove it.
01:58:09.480 Um, so, you know, in some ways their, their, their distortions were given new life by the
01:58:18.260 Charlie Kirk assassination because all the mainstream press rushed to these people and
01:58:22.880 said, uh, you know, what's going on?
01:58:25.520 And they immediately said, it's okay, children, you know, it's really still a problem of right-wing
01:58:29.580 violence.
01:58:30.400 So have you done a look you've, you've debunked, but have you now rerun numbers at all and shown
01:58:37.920 real percentages or is anybody doing that?
01:58:41.040 Well, yeah, I've gone through the, the Cato numbers, um, the Cato Institute number runs,
01:58:46.400 run by, um, Alex Naraste, uh, who, um, you know, is, has the virtue of having all of his
01:58:55.280 cases transparent.
01:58:58.300 So you can go and look at his database.
01:58:59.860 You can look at how he's coded particular cases.
01:59:02.240 Um, and the virtue of that is transparency, which is very important when you're producing
01:59:07.400 databases.
01:59:08.360 Uh, indeed it's like a standard protocol when you're producing any, any conclusions based
01:59:14.920 on databases, those databases need to be accessible to the public.
01:59:18.240 Um, whereas most of these other, um, projects like the prosecution projects, like the, um, the
01:59:25.560 one that the department of justice under Biden cited, uh, all of their coding is, is, uh,
01:59:31.900 anonymous.
01:59:32.460 So you don't know actually what the cases are, but the, the Cato one, which you can go through,
01:59:37.000 I went through, they originally said, uh, their percentages were, um, I believe, um, essentially
01:59:44.320 70% right-wing violence, uh, 30% left-wing violence.
01:59:48.380 And when I recoded going back to 2020, I found the percentages precisely reversed, roughly
01:59:54.660 70% left-wing violence, 30%, you know, generously conservative or right-wing causes.
02:00:03.180 Have you made that with your coding available?
02:00:07.560 Well, I just, in, in the article and then in subsequent discussions with Cato, which, which
02:00:12.580 I'm going to write up again, you know, there's not actually, I mean, there's not that many
02:00:15.720 cases of people killed for political causes.
02:00:19.380 Once you take out Islamic terrorism, which is by far the biggest threat to American lives
02:00:27.580 and even these projects admit that, but what they do then is they conveniently remove Islamic
02:00:33.740 terrorism from their right-wing, left-wing databases, which is not a bad thing.
02:00:39.980 I mean, you know, but I would just say that the Islamicists get a lot more comfort on the
02:00:44.740 left than on the right.
02:00:45.720 Yeah.
02:00:45.920 I was going to say that that's not necessarily so anymore.
02:00:49.180 I mean, you know, when I was making this case in 2010, that they were going to join hands,
02:00:53.800 um, you know, it was still kind of theory is there now since, you know, since this, uh,
02:00:59.900 you know, Hamas thing, we're seeing those two forces join the Palestinian cause is part
02:01:07.400 of the left-wing cause.
02:01:09.140 So how do we not include those things now?
02:01:13.060 Right.
02:01:13.500 Yeah.
02:01:13.660 And not, you know, not just the cause as part of the left-wing cause, but you now have, uh,
02:01:18.900 you know, members of Congress, uh, who openly avow, you know, from the river to the sea and,
02:01:25.660 um, you know, the importance of Sharia law being allowed to shape certain parts of the United
02:01:31.420 States.
02:01:31.720 So this is, this is well within the mainstream of the left, I would say it's well within the,
02:01:38.700 uh, the sort of, uh, progressive ranks of the democratic party.
02:01:43.240 So, you know, if, if, if we're gonna, if we're going to sweep anything and everything that
02:01:48.040 smells of conservatism onto the right-wing side, we sure as heck better put Islamic terrorism
02:01:52.500 onto the left-wing side.
02:01:53.580 And once you do that, the data will show roughly 95% of political violence in this country comes
02:01:59.240 from the left.
02:01:59.760 Wow.
02:02:01.800 Wow.
02:02:02.280 And, and that's, and that's also, you know, keeping in mind that, uh, when president Biden
02:02:09.060 said, uh, in 2023, that the biggest threat to the American homeland in terms of terrorism,
02:02:15.720 uh, was white supremacy, you know, it was a, it was a kind of triple lie in some ways.
02:02:22.980 And again, we don't know whether he was just clueless or, or whether he was doing this at the
02:02:27.840 behest of the DOJ, which I think is more likely the case, the DOJ was working hand in glove with,
02:02:34.280 uh, a couple of researchers up at, uh, SUNY Oswego, um, who were producing this, producing
02:02:40.540 one of these fake databases.
02:02:41.840 Um, but you know, so for one, we all know, even some of these researchers, you know, could
02:02:48.720 not ignore the fact that, you know, Bourbon street massacre, San Bernardino massacre, Orlando
02:02:55.240 nightclub massacre.
02:02:56.280 I mean, the, the body count from Islamic terrorism in this country is way in excess of any other
02:03:02.500 source.
02:03:02.800 So that's not even negotiable.
02:03:05.140 So to, to, in some ways over overlook that and go to so-called white supremacy was the
02:03:11.960 first mistake.
02:03:12.500 But secondly, what is this white supremacy?
02:03:14.660 Like when, when have you heard someone killed on behalf of white supremacy?
02:03:18.660 I mean, there might be a few shootings and there are, and they should be coded as, you
02:03:22.700 know, white supremacy killings, but since when is white supremacy, a conservative value?
02:03:27.220 Like what, what part of the Republican party platform calls for a white homeland, you know,
02:03:31.780 what part of the conservative movement, you know, runs around with, uh, you know, uh, going
02:03:37.540 to screenings of movies, glorifying the Klan.
02:03:40.260 I mean, that's not a conservative value.
02:03:43.560 Um, and so even sweeping that fringe movement into conservative or the right-wing side of the
02:03:50.600 political spectrum doesn't make sense.
02:03:52.680 Um, and the third problem with that is then when you go and look at all these cases that
02:03:58.800 they have coded as white supremacist killing, right?
02:04:02.600 It turns out a lot of them are very wobbly.
02:04:05.260 And the only basis on which they've coded it that way is that the perpetrator is white
02:04:10.500 and the victims are non-white.
02:04:11.880 Uh, whether, whether or not there was any indication, any statement, uh, that this, that
02:04:19.520 this was racially motivated, that this was part of some, you know, had an ideological
02:04:23.880 component to it.
02:04:25.180 The best example of that is the young man in, I forget where he was, some troubled young
02:04:30.700 man in the South who, you know, got, got addicted to prostitutes.
02:04:34.760 Oh yeah.
02:04:35.760 Yeah.
02:04:36.760 Yeah.
02:04:37.760 Eventually went and shot up the brothel.
02:04:39.960 Yeah.
02:04:40.480 Um, and so, so what, what kind of killing that?
02:04:43.360 Well, that's a troubled young, young man who's got an addiction and goes and shoots out the
02:04:46.840 brothel, of course, because the, the people in the brothel were Asian, they immediately
02:04:51.960 coded that a white supremacist killing, um, which is, which is ridiculous.
02:04:57.420 Um, Bruce, and even if it was a white supremacist killing, right wing conservatives don't embrace
02:05:04.820 white supremacy.
02:05:05.380 I know.
02:05:05.700 I know.
02:05:06.560 So Bruce, we'd love to have you on again.
02:05:08.220 I'm up against the network break and I have to break.
02:05:10.280 I'm so sorry, but I'd love to have you on again.
02:05:11.880 It's fascinating.
02:05:12.660 Um, let me tell you about a relief factor.

02:05:27.640 This is not about masking symptoms for an hour.
02:05:29.980 It's about helping your body find a better baseline.
02:05:32.200 So mornings aren't a struggle and things that you love don't have to wait.
02:05:36.500 People using relief factor report easier morning motion, fewer interrupted days and more
02:05:40.700 energy to show up for work.
