00:00:00.000 The Blaze Radio Network, on demand, Glenn Beck.
00:00:09.080 Well, it's Friday, Americans.
00:00:13.120 I'm glad you're here.
00:00:15.560 So we can talk about Spartacus.
00:00:18.180 So we can talk about Spartacus.
00:00:20.620 I looked for a dead whale story that was put into a dumpster and didn't fit,
00:00:25.780 but I couldn't find anything, so I got no choice but to start with Spartacus.
00:00:30.000 Cory Booker, of course.
00:00:32.120 He's got to be exhausted.
00:00:34.360 I mean, all week.
00:00:35.800 No, I'm telling you, I am Spartacus.
00:00:40.140 And all the sacrifices that he's making.
00:00:42.720 I mean, I'm glad I have, in today's world, a chance to point to my kids, real heroes.
00:00:51.520 Son, he is Spartacus.
00:00:55.380 And see that guy, you know, in the Nike ad?
00:01:01.700 He's practically Martin Luther King.
00:01:05.280 The sacrifice today is incredible.
00:01:09.940 You know, but Spartacus is doing it for the greater good.
00:01:13.140 You know, someone who's willing to step up and lead.
00:01:16.260 But first, you have to create that I am Spartacus moment.
00:01:21.000 And Cory Booker, I think, has done it.
00:01:23.740 He's got to be exhausted between all of the grandstanding that he's been doing during the Kavanaugh, you know, hearings,
00:01:30.560 and now out on the campaign trail.
00:01:33.040 Laboring.
00:01:33.820 Laboring.
00:01:34.440 Dare I say it?
00:01:35.960 Laboring in the fields for the Democrats.
00:01:38.780 Democrats, which is really the way the Democrats like that.
00:01:43.060 But anyway, Democrats, he's out there for you in Nevada, bringing out, you know, the rubbing of elbows, you know, with the common folk.
00:01:52.440 You know, all of them, I'm sure, wearing a bracelet that says WWSD.
00:01:57.600 What would Spartacus do?
00:02:00.000 Well, I think we know.
00:02:02.480 Spartacus would run for president.
00:02:03.880 Now, Cory Booker, you know, I think New York Magazine had to pull this out of him.
00:02:11.200 They asked him, brave, brave question.
00:02:15.240 So, would you think about running for the presidency?
00:02:20.380 What is the humble, the humble Cory Booker, the man who, you had to practically drag the I am Spartacus out of him.
00:02:31.280 What was his response?
00:02:33.220 Quote, of course, the presidency is something I would consider.
00:02:38.020 I mean, it would be irresponsible not to consider it.
00:02:41.980 It would be irresponsible not to consider it.
00:02:46.940 You know, when the people speak like this, I mean, and you are graced with being Cory Booker,
00:02:55.180 it is really irresponsible for me not to consider leading the peasants out of their plight.
00:03:03.600 You know what I'm saying?
00:03:04.940 There's nothing quite like old-fashioned, virtuous martyrdom.
00:03:11.860 I haven't seen it since Jesus.
00:03:14.880 And when it's authentic like it was with Jesus and Cory Booker, it's stunning.
00:03:21.800 Now, if you're Cory Booker, I don't think you need to paint yourself as such a responsible, sacrificial guy
00:03:30.000 when you get the New York Magazine profiles, especially the one like this.
00:03:34.720 The actual headline is, can I get a hug?
00:03:39.600 Cory Booker's got a lot of love to give, and he's betting.
00:03:43.960 That's what it's going to take to win in 2020.
00:03:48.060 Oh, my gosh.
00:03:49.680 So he has responsibility.
00:03:53.420 He's Spartacus.
00:03:55.480 And he has a lot of love.
00:03:58.140 I mean, Democrats, you've got to just skip the whole convention process
00:04:01.440 and hand the nomination to Cory Booker right now because I think he's the one.
00:04:10.240 I think he's the one to beat Donald Trump.
00:04:12.720 Oh, it's going to work.
00:04:15.720 Take that again.
00:04:17.160 Stations, edit that part out.
00:04:19.260 I think it's going to work.
00:04:21.880 After all, he's Spartacus.
00:04:25.640 Now, the New York Magazine puff piece doesn't stop at the headline.
00:04:29.300 It goes further.
00:04:31.000 It compares Booker to Mr. Rogers.
00:04:35.500 And Booker, I'm quoting,
00:04:37.480 Booker is radically, almost comically, out of step with Trump's kind of politics.
00:04:43.220 On a human level, being a human being level, he is he's an unlikely person.
00:04:49.780 I mean, he is.
00:04:52.180 Unlike anybody else who has made this serious bid for the presidency.
00:04:56.980 In our lifetime, he's probably the most genuine.
00:05:05.040 Wow.
00:05:06.840 I don't think he's Spartacus.
00:05:08.300 He may be God.
00:05:09.880 So, in addition to being the most responsible pro-hug human being ever to grace the campaign trail, ever, ever, at least in our lifetime, Booker also has the amazing vision for the country.
00:05:21.440 He wants to legalize marijuana nationwide, which I think is on the top of everybody's list.
00:05:26.580 Go ahead.
00:05:27.000 Say it.
00:05:27.480 Try to deny it.
00:05:28.200 You can't.
00:05:29.240 He wants to provide Medicare for all, which is what we said that Barack Obama was leading us into because Obamacare wouldn't work.
00:05:40.340 And so, we would be stuck with universal government health care, you know, Medicare for all.
00:05:45.920 And they called me a racist for saying that.
00:05:49.000 I don't.
00:05:50.600 Well, maybe it's because I wasn't Spartacus.
00:05:52.720 He also wants to guarantee federal jobs for every American that needs one.
00:05:56.820 Now, as a junior senator, that is not easy to pull off, but as Spartacus, as President Spartacus, last night, I believe, even Spartacus wept.
00:06:18.060 Most wept with joy, but I think he wept without out-and-out fear because, of course, we all know,
00:06:26.380 the only one that could possibly beat Spartacus just might be the next president of the United States, Baker Mayfield.
00:06:43.660 It's Friday, September 21st.
00:06:46.380 You're listening to the Glenn Beck Program.
00:06:48.940 Are we pandering to Cleveland?
00:06:50.060 Is that what we're doing?
00:06:50.900 Is that what we're doing today?
00:06:52.280 Is it?
00:06:52.600 I'm just, you tell me that there isn't some politician, somebody in the Democratic Party, before they realized he was from Texas,
00:07:03.400 somebody in the Democratic Party that didn't see that last night went, he could win Ohio.
00:07:09.960 Put him on, at least VP.
00:07:11.740 Throw him on there as VP.
00:07:13.740 Yeah, let's talk to him.
00:07:15.060 I bet they were on the ground before they had that chair, that chain off of the Bud Lights.
00:07:21.720 Yeah.
00:07:21.940 I think they were on the ground.
00:07:23.320 Nancy Pelosi's like, get me a plane!
00:07:25.900 Get me a plane!
00:07:27.320 He wouldn't constitutionally qualify, of course, but when has that ever stopped a Democrat before?
00:07:31.840 Why wouldn't he constitutionally qualify?
00:07:34.200 Right, he's got to be 35 to be president of the United States.
00:07:36.420 Oh, we don't care about stuff like that.
00:07:38.900 Oh, okay.
00:07:39.760 That's good.
00:07:40.380 No!
00:07:40.980 What we care about is-
00:07:41.720 He's the guy who can lead us out of the darkness.
00:07:44.640 Oh, we saw.
00:07:45.420 Now, again, I think he's from Texas, but then again, you know, for the heck of it, I throw in, so is, so is, what's his name?
00:07:57.980 Robert Francis.
00:07:59.680 Oh, Robert Francis O'Rourke?
00:08:01.880 Yeah.
00:08:02.300 Oh, okay.
00:08:02.920 Yeah.
00:08:03.180 We don't like to call him Beto on this network.
00:08:04.540 Oh, wee little Robert O'Francis Beto.
00:08:07.600 Corey, I'm so glad you brought up Corey Booker to start the show.
00:08:11.660 I am absolutely fascinated by the way he is handling the current situation with Brett Kavanaugh.
00:08:18.140 Because here is a guy who is currently saying, we must find out the truth about this accusation that has been made against Brett Kavanaugh.
00:08:28.580 That he may, back 36 years ago, have groped a girl when he was a teenager.
00:08:36.940 And that's a serious accusation.
00:08:39.040 We must know the answer to it.
00:08:40.500 Now, there's no evidence supporting it, right?
00:08:42.800 Right, right.
00:08:43.360 But there is, like, her accusation, and it should be aired out, and we should know exactly what's going on.
00:08:48.640 And he's been the one, like, at the top of the list, calling for this and harassing, you know, Kavanaugh to try to get him to be pressured into saying something stupid or stepping down.
00:08:58.700 Now, is he saying that if you did something like this, you can't, of course, serve in a position of power like Supreme Court justice?
00:09:07.360 Yeah, right.
00:09:07.800 Because, I mean, how could you, Glenn?
00:09:09.280 I mean, you're one of nine there.
00:09:11.400 You understand?
00:09:12.220 You're one of nine in a very important role.
00:09:14.320 And if you can't show the judgment to stop groping people when you're a teenager, obviously you should not be in a position of power like that.
00:09:21.660 One of nine would be bad.
00:09:22.380 One of nine.
00:09:23.020 One of nine would be bad.
00:09:24.820 Now, it's an interesting thing, as he, everybody expects, even he's basically telling you he's running for president in 2020.
00:09:33.400 Which is one of one.
00:09:34.440 I just want to.
00:09:34.980 One of one, right.
00:09:35.800 It would be even a higher level gig than the Supreme Court.
00:09:39.380 Yeah, right.
00:09:41.240 He himself has admitted to groping a 15-year-old girl when he was a teenager.
00:09:51.180 Here, the exact same thing Brett Kavanaugh is accused of, Cory Booker has admitted to in his own writings.
00:10:00.920 Not only has he admitted to them, he's done it more recently than Brett Kavanaugh is accused of doing it.
00:10:08.520 Oh, my God.
00:10:09.460 Which is kind of interesting.
00:10:11.780 The other thing that's.
00:10:12.820 No, it's interesting to you as a conservative.
00:10:15.560 It's interesting to half of the country.
00:10:18.040 It's a racist smear to the other half.
00:10:21.520 Really?
00:10:22.080 And completely irrelevant.
00:10:23.840 You know, it's a little like Keith Ellison.
00:10:25.820 Is it?
00:10:26.800 Yeah.
00:10:27.280 Well, exactly.
00:10:28.380 I think they.
00:10:28.920 I think.
00:10:29.440 I think I can understand.
00:10:31.280 I think I can understand how Democrats look at these stories.
00:10:35.860 When Cory Booker does it, you know, of course, it's racist to point it out.
00:10:40.180 If Keith Ellison does it, there's no evidence of that.
00:10:44.540 I mean, except for the the text messages, the videotape, the audio from the hospital.
00:10:53.100 It looks like now documentation from the hospital.
00:10:56.140 But other than that, other than that, it's not credible.
00:11:00.160 Right.
00:11:00.340 Exactly.
00:11:01.020 Now, when Brett Kavanaugh, there is no indication outside of her saying it this year.
00:11:08.120 Remember, people are like, oh, well, she said in 2012.
00:11:10.280 She said something happened in 2012.
00:11:12.060 She did not name Brett Kavanaugh in 2012.
00:11:14.460 And it was also recorded with the wrong number of accusers in 2012.
00:11:17.840 So the idea that that story is the same is highly questionable at all.
00:11:22.460 But it's OK.
00:11:23.020 Hey, let's say it's happened in 2012, Corey, excuse me, 1982, Corey Booker in 1984 wrote
00:11:29.580 about a story.
00:11:30.340 It was New Year's Eve, 1984.
00:11:32.080 He said, as we fumbled upon the bed, he's dealing with a girl here.
00:11:35.960 I remember debating my next move as it was a chess game with the Top Gun slogan ringing
00:11:41.700 in my head.
00:11:42.420 Back to that in a second.
00:11:43.640 I slowly reached for her breast.
00:11:45.840 After having my hand pushed away once, I reached my mark.
00:11:50.680 He goes on to say, next week in school, the girl, he groped, told me she was drunk that
00:11:57.960 night and didn't know what she was doing.
00:11:59.900 Remember, she's 15 at the time of this incident.
00:12:02.940 He also then later on wrote in 1992 about this incident.
00:12:07.020 He had written, I raised my noble pen.
00:12:09.860 He was Spartacus even back then.
00:12:10.980 I raised my noble pen to address the issue of date rape.
00:12:15.940 And then I realized that the person holding that pen wasn't so noble after all.
00:12:22.200 Again, he's essentially admitting to date rape in the column.
00:12:26.960 With this issue, as with so many others, a dash of sincere introspection has revealed
00:12:31.920 to me a dangerous gap, a gap between my beliefs and my actions.
00:12:38.900 Spartacus, tell me it's not so.
00:12:40.980 Say it ain't so, Sparty.
00:12:42.760 It's interesting to look at this, too, for multiple reasons.
00:12:46.640 And I think, you know, look, would you say, the only difference here would be, in theory,
00:12:51.660 if Brett Kavanaugh had done this, well, Cory Booker's admitted it and maybe he had dealt
00:12:55.960 with the problem.
00:12:56.680 Of course, we all know if in 1992, Brett Kavanaugh had written a story just like this about
00:13:02.100 how he groped women.
00:13:02.800 This would be a huge issue and he'd be in real trouble in the Supreme Court because the
00:13:06.660 Democrats would take that standard that they're not applying to Cory Booker and apply it to
00:13:11.180 Brett Kavanaugh.
00:13:12.440 Well, the Democrats, hang on just a second.
00:13:14.880 That's not necessary.
00:13:16.200 You don't know.
00:13:17.000 I do know.
00:13:17.480 Because, no, you don't.
00:13:19.000 You don't know.
00:13:19.760 100% certitude.
00:13:20.180 Because the Democratic leadership might have been so busy beating their girlfriend and
00:13:27.700 berating her that they may not have noticed.
00:13:30.700 That's certainly possible.
00:13:32.240 I think we have to keep that possibility open after the news.
00:13:37.040 But here's another thing that's really bothering me about this story.
00:13:40.700 Cory Booker says, I remember debating my next move as if it were a chess game.
00:13:46.480 With the Top Gun slogan ringing in my head, I slowly reach for her breast.
00:13:51.620 What on earth is the Top Gun slogan?
00:13:55.020 Does anyone have any idea what the Top Gun slogan is?
00:13:58.340 If you were to say, what is the Top Gun slogan, what would be ringing in your head?
00:14:04.440 I mean, maybe he meant the theme song?
00:14:06.260 I don't know.
00:14:06.540 You'll never age.
00:14:08.560 You'll never age like that guy on the screen.
00:14:11.720 It's possible.
00:14:12.920 I think he's made a pact with the devil.
00:14:16.760 I don't know.
00:14:18.180 What is the Top Gun slogan?
00:14:21.240 As far as I can tell, there's no such thing as the Top Gun slogan.
00:14:24.180 I'm thinking he might have meant the Top Gun theme, right?
00:14:27.020 Like that sort of 80s guitar solo played while they're walking towards the plane.
00:14:33.860 Maybe that.
00:14:34.440 I don't know.
00:14:34.900 Or Highway to the Danger Zone, which apparently could be that as well.
00:14:38.340 The problem with Cory Booker's memory here, and it's interesting, is we claim this woman
00:14:43.120 in 1982 remembers this incident perfectly.
00:14:45.340 She, of course, knows everything.
00:14:46.340 Now, she doesn't know where it was.
00:14:47.300 She doesn't know what house it was at.
00:14:48.460 She doesn't know how she got to the house.
00:14:49.480 She doesn't know what month it was in.
00:14:50.560 But she remembers this so vividly.
00:14:53.360 This vivid recollection is what it's been called.
00:14:56.240 Yes, I know.
00:14:57.160 Right.
00:14:57.400 You remember this?
00:14:58.060 Now, this is only, this is not 36 years after the incident for Cory Booker.
00:15:01.820 It's eight years after the incident.
00:15:03.680 1994, and he's writing about it in 1992.
00:15:06.620 With the Top Gun slogan ringing in my head, I slowly reached for her breast.
00:15:09.720 The minor issue here, in 1984, Top Gun would not come out for 18 months.
00:15:16.180 Top Gun came out in 1986.
00:15:19.220 He couldn't have possibly known what the Top Gun slogan was because it wasn't a thing.
00:15:24.140 Yeah, but that might have just been, that might have just been literary from his noble
00:15:29.080 pen.
00:15:29.680 Oh, that's true.
00:15:30.620 He was, he had a noble pen, and sometimes noble pens do that.
00:15:34.380 They do.
00:15:35.320 He's, and you know what?
00:15:36.840 But the pen is really not his weapon of choice.
00:15:41.700 Spartacus uses a spear.
00:15:43.760 The pen is mightier than the spear, Glenn.
00:15:46.500 I think we all know that.
00:15:47.840 Okay.
00:15:48.380 All right.
00:15:48.920 His noble and autonomous pen essentially made all of these mistakes and admitted to deep
00:15:53.080 rape.
00:15:53.520 But no, let's hear his criticism of Brett Kavanaugh, who has not admitted to anything.
00:15:59.460 Well, he's, I'm sure he's going to.
00:16:01.840 So soon as he answers to the, all of the charges and, and her testimony, you know, before her
00:16:08.700 testimony, uh, they are saying, by the way, she may testify next week.
00:16:11.780 Now.
00:16:12.660 Yeah, no, I, I know.
00:16:13.840 And I, we've got to go over the conditions that she's laid out because I think they're
00:16:17.720 very reasonable.
00:16:18.380 Uh, he's got a, he has to answer to her testimony before she speaks and testifies, which I think
00:16:27.040 goes first.
00:16:27.860 That's how trails will always work.
00:16:29.460 Of course it does.
00:16:29.800 Always work.
00:16:30.180 Of course it does.
00:16:30.980 Can you answer the charges that have not been stated yet?

00:18:27.800 Oh my gosh.
00:18:28.820 Welcome to the program.
00:18:30.460 It is, uh, it's, it's great to be here.
00:18:33.260 Um, uh, Stu.
00:18:34.680 Yes.
00:18:35.020 I thought, I thought last night, um, uh, Cleveland, the, you know, the team with the brown costumes.
00:18:44.000 Yeah.
00:18:44.540 Um, you know, your sports.
00:18:47.360 I'm, I'm curious, were you kidnapped last night and forced to watch the game?
00:18:50.880 Why do you know who Baker Mayfield is?
00:18:52.900 Why do you know?
00:18:53.500 Because I get up in the morning.
00:18:55.060 I get up in the morning and I read things.
00:18:57.400 I read things that, that other people don't read.
00:19:01.240 Okay.
00:19:01.940 Yeah.
00:19:02.120 No one in Cleveland was interested in that.
00:19:03.760 No, no, no.
00:19:04.180 That's no, no.
00:19:05.160 I read things like the New York times.
00:19:07.780 I read things like the Huffington post.
00:19:10.740 And then I also read, of course, all the stuff that I usually read on the right.
00:19:15.940 And I am not a complete imbecile.
00:19:18.940 I do pay attention to the world of sports when it is about sports.
00:19:24.960 Now, I think we have a gift from Cleveland.
00:19:28.800 We have a story that is not political yet.
00:19:34.260 This is the greatest.
00:19:36.020 This is, this moment doesn't happen.
00:19:38.260 That right now, there are no political ties to it.
00:19:42.480 Although, I do believe Bud has made a huge mistake.
00:19:48.660 Bud Light?
00:19:49.000 Huge mistake.
00:19:50.260 Bud Light.
00:19:51.420 They just tweeted, Mayfield, first in his line, breaker of chains.
00:20:01.280 Oh, boy.
00:20:02.080 Funny.
00:20:03.160 But, oh, boy.
00:20:05.100 Here we go.
00:20:05.720 Back.
00:20:06.580 Mercury.
00:20:07.220 Mercury.
00:20:07.320 Mercury.
00:20:07.400 Mercury.
00:20:12.480 Oh, by the way, I'm just tweeting Addicted to Outrage starter kit.
00:20:20.920 You can check it out right now at glennbeck.com.
00:20:25.380 And it's just a little kit that will show you exactly, you know, if you're new to the outrage thing,
00:20:30.500 if you're new to the post-modernism game, I found a little video for you today.
00:20:35.920 And it's a great way to begin your outrage and teach yourself how to be pissed off about things that absolutely do not matter at all.
00:20:48.420 So, what I've posted is a little picture of a bug.
00:20:53.640 I don't know what kind of bug it is, but it is one of God's animals.
00:20:58.520 And it's on a white piece of paper.
00:21:00.500 And it's kind of fascinating because this bug can't move on the white piece of paper if you draw a black line on it.
00:21:10.460 It sees it as a barrier.
00:21:12.600 So, somebody is, I mean, did you ever see anything like this?
00:21:17.760 Are you watching this, Stu?
00:21:18.720 Yeah, it's very strange.
00:21:20.540 Is it strange?
00:21:21.480 Yeah.
00:21:21.720 I did not know that.
00:21:24.000 So, what I have tweeted here is, you know, you're a starter kit.
00:21:27.760 If you want to, you know, want to addict others to outrage, you want to be outraged.
00:21:32.140 And you just want to start to have some real fun screaming and calling people names, what you do is, A, first thing you do, step one, watch the video.
00:21:40.900 Step two, notice that the guy holding the pen is white.
00:21:47.280 Step three, notice the white man's domination and use of animals for his sick, cruel game, using them as playthings, trapping them.
00:22:00.900 Four, tweet outrage.
00:22:03.140 Make sure you use labels, mention all appropriations, triggers, etc.
00:22:07.380 Then, the most important step is, do not allow yourself to dismiss this video.
00:22:14.620 Do not allow yourself just to go, huh, and move on.
00:22:18.880 Don't allow yourself to even be sucked into the lies that it's a stupid bug and a guy with a pen who noticed something kind of cool.
00:22:27.940 Don't, don't, don't.
00:22:29.140 And respond with even greater charges to responses.
00:22:31.980 So, there's your starter kit for outrage today.
00:22:34.880 I want you to see the little bug.
00:22:37.160 You can follow me, at Glenn Beck, and tweet your outrage and get it all out.
00:22:43.500 You know, let's get to the bottom, really, of this oppression, of this poor little animal that this white man is torturing.
00:22:54.880 My understanding is that in 1983, Brett Kavanaugh not only drew a bunch of lines and made the bug avoid the lines because they thought there were barriers, he drew a complete circle around the bug.
00:23:09.740 The bug believed it was trapped.
00:23:10.560 Oh, my gosh.
00:23:11.160 So, it went insane.
00:23:12.640 The bug probably went insane.
00:23:13.740 And, you know, it's, I didn't want to mention this during the 2012 election, but Mitt Romney cares so little, you know, that he cares so little about animals because he, you know, he tied his dog, probably not even in a cage, just tied him to the roof of his car as the family went on vacation, you know, back in the 70s.
00:23:34.560 Uh, you know, as if that's not enough, I, I didn't bring it up and I feel bad that I didn't bring this up.
00:23:40.280 Now, I don't remember where this happened.
00:23:42.200 I don't know exactly when this happened.
00:23:44.400 I don't even know what kind of dog he had.
00:23:46.740 Um, you know, and I have no witnesses, but, uh, I saw him stop on the roadside someplace in America, some summer or winter or sometime.
00:23:59.840 And, uh, he was killing animals.
00:24:02.560 He was killing animals, uh, with tweezers.
00:24:05.740 I saw him do it.
00:24:07.100 He was cruel.
00:24:08.140 I believe he would take, he would take these animals.
00:24:10.900 They were just riding on the back of his dog and he would take these animals and he would pluck them off with a tweezer and then he would set them on fire.
00:24:20.280 Really?
00:24:20.880 That's, yes, that's what he did.
00:24:22.600 Well, and you know, you didn't have the strength to bring up that allegation in 2012, but thankfully.
00:24:28.160 Well, people don't think ticks are people too.
00:24:30.100 No, that's true.
00:24:30.700 And, uh, and we all know now that that's just a lie.
00:24:34.260 Luckily, you brought it up before his Senate election and now we can stop him from entering the Senate.
00:24:39.020 Well, thank you.
00:24:41.020 Thank you.
00:24:41.580 I, uh, you know, I, I hate to say it, Mitt, uh, but, uh, you know, that's a, that's, that's the mark of a serial killer.
00:24:48.120 Don't you think?
00:24:49.300 Picking any animal and, uh, you know, with tweezers, torturing them, picking them up, making sure, oh, don't, don't leave the head there when you pick them up.
00:24:57.100 Who says that?
00:24:58.600 And then set them on fire.
00:25:02.120 Bad people.
00:25:02.880 Calling them names.
00:25:03.580 Taking, taking this animal and just calling it a blood sucker.
00:25:07.140 I mean, that's sick.
00:25:08.620 That is sick.
00:25:09.580 It really is.
00:25:10.900 Uh, did you see this Kavanaugh, Glenn, did you see this Kavanaugh poll real quick?
00:25:16.540 I just to wrap that up.
00:25:17.560 I know we were talking about it last break.
00:25:18.760 Um, yeah.
00:25:19.620 Uh, so they asked the question, do you think the allegation of sexual assault against Kavanaugh generally is or is not credible?
00:25:27.280 Do you think it's a, you know, there's what's, what's amazing is the difference between men and women on this poll.
00:25:32.360 Because you look at the men and you're like, you know, look at them, look at them, look at them, look at them, look at them, what was it, like 26, 28%, 28% of men think, you're like, only thing, of course, you know, go ahead.
00:25:43.880 28%, 28% believe it's credible, uh, men.
00:25:47.100 That's unbelievable.
00:25:47.640 Only, only 28%.
00:25:48.640 Only 28%.
00:25:49.680 And you know why?
00:25:50.940 Because at least, at least 68% of men have raped women at some point in their life.
00:26:00.460 So you're taking a stance that there's a man that has not raped a woman?
00:26:04.140 That's the stance that you can believe?
00:26:05.220 I don't mean to be controversial, I just, no, I'm not saying that, okay?
00:26:10.440 I don't want to deal with the blowback on that.
00:26:13.020 Every man is raped, maybe these are men who have, you know, who have atoned for it.
00:26:19.920 Hmm, that might be it, that might be it.
00:26:21.740 What's interesting about this.
00:26:22.880 Or they're Nazis, because there are, there's at least 28% of men that are Nazis.
00:26:26.440 Right.
00:26:26.900 But go ahead.
00:26:27.880 When it comes to women, so it's 28% of men find the Kavanaugh allegation credible.
00:26:32.560 Look at this one in America.
00:26:33.540 Only 25% of women believe it's credible.
00:26:38.240 Less.
00:26:38.860 So less women believe it's credible than men, according to the poll, which was done by the
00:26:43.620 Huffington Post.
00:26:45.240 That is the most incredible thing I've heard.
00:26:48.080 I read that yesterday afternoon, and I saw the Huffington Post.
00:26:53.160 Only 25% of women believe this.
00:26:58.540 I would love to know if I'm alone in this, in that.
00:27:01.360 That is completely consistent with the people I have talked to in just regular anecdotal
00:27:09.980 life about the Me Too movement since it began.
00:27:13.860 It's, I, I, every time I hear the, oh, I can't believe, you know, the, the typical thing
00:27:19.620 you'd expect from some Me Too denier.
00:27:21.640 Where, you know, women do this stuff all the time.
00:27:23.920 I used to know women who do this.
00:27:25.300 I know a woman who did this, this, and this to some man that she had wanted revenge on.
00:27:29.520 Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
00:27:30.480 Women are much worse on women.
00:27:32.320 Always women saying it.
00:27:33.760 It's incredible.
00:27:34.800 And it's like, you know, I don't know if it's because men, men might believe the same
00:27:38.680 thing, but are terrified to say anything about it, or they might know those same stories,
00:27:42.120 but they don't want to bring it up because it's going to cause them problems.
00:27:44.140 But women are much more likely, I've found at least, to just, to, to willingly offer the
00:27:50.960 opinion unprompted.
00:27:52.400 Like, it's not like I go to parties and I'm like, hey, by the way, let's talk about the
00:27:55.240 latest developments in the Me Too movement.
00:27:56.960 This is something that women are bringing up because it's a big issue in their lives.
00:28:00.820 And constantly I hear, my friend in high school, my friend in college, this girl I used to
00:28:05.440 know at work, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
00:28:06.920 Same types of things.
00:28:09.180 Saying they, you know, faked pregnancies and accused them of things they didn't do and said
00:28:15.520 they were too drunk when they weren't and all of these things.
00:28:18.420 And look, women are awful.
00:28:21.240 So are men.
00:28:22.260 We're all awful.
00:28:23.460 We all do awful things.
00:28:25.120 The idea that you should believe all women because of their genitals is a ridiculous idea.
00:28:29.940 Of course there's bad women and of course there's bad men.
00:28:33.120 We know all of these things to be true.
00:28:35.440 And yet we're asked to deny, and this is, I think, Glenn, to your point about your, and
00:28:41.040 you were making your book pitch a minute ago, it's postmodernism in action.
00:28:45.020 We're all supposed to deny these things that we know are true.
00:28:47.860 Everybody knows that there are good people, good men, good women, bad men, bad women.
00:28:52.580 We all know it.
00:28:53.460 So to say you should believe a gender based on the idea that they've got a certain set of
00:28:58.920 private parts is not only insulting, but it's completely against all that we know of human
00:29:05.220 nature.
00:29:05.900 And that's postmodernism.
00:29:07.840 Here's, let me show you the subtle manipulation of, of opinion in, in America and in the mainstream
00:29:16.260 media.
00:29:17.260 Let's play CNN ask women if they believe Kavanaugh.
00:29:21.100 So Randy Kaye from CNN, uh, goes to Florida and asks five, not women, five Republican
00:29:31.480 women asking if they believe Kavanaugh.
00:29:35.480 Here's the audio tape.
00:29:36.860 A show of hands.
00:29:37.620 How many of you believe judge Kavanaugh when he says this didn't happen?
00:29:40.900 I believe him.
00:29:42.640 I believe him.
00:29:43.220 I do believe him.
00:29:44.460 I believe him.
00:29:45.480 How can we believe the word of a woman or something that happened 36 years ago when this
00:29:50.960 guy has an impeccable reputation?
00:29:53.280 It wasn't nobody, nobody that has spoken ill will about him.
00:29:56.700 Everyone that speaks about him, this guy's an altar boy, you know, a scout.
00:30:00.540 He's, you know, because one woman made an allegation.
00:30:03.420 Sorry, I don't buy it.
00:30:04.260 Why would she come forward if this wasn't true?
00:30:05.800 Because it has basically destroyed her family.
00:30:08.140 She's had to move.
00:30:09.040 She's gone undercover.
00:30:09.880 She's gotten death threats.
00:30:12.020 So if she's lying, why come forward?
00:30:14.800 She's also destroying his life, his wife's lives, his children's lives, his career.
00:30:19.840 I mean, why did she come out sooner if she's telling the truth?
00:30:23.800 Why didn't she come out when he was going into the Bush White House?
00:30:26.880 Why didn't she come out when he's been a federal judge for over a decade?
00:30:31.120 Does something that allegedly happened some 30 plus years ago matter today?
00:30:34.920 You can't judge the character of a man based on what he did at 17.
00:30:39.560 And I would hate to think that 30, 40 years later, somebody is going to destroy your life because somewhere at some party you it's not right.
00:30:48.180 But maybe you touch somebody the way you were not supposed to.
00:30:52.640 OK, so why would CNN do this?
00:30:56.140 Why would CNN talk to just five Republican women?
00:31:00.100 Well, because for a couple of reasons.
00:31:03.320 So you can have people watch and go, look at those damn Republicans.
00:31:08.340 I am so much better.
00:31:09.960 We as Democrats, we are so much better than those.
00:31:13.880 Look at them making excuses.
00:31:16.260 Yada, yada, yada.
00:31:18.020 Mm hmm.
00:31:18.900 Mm hmm.
00:31:19.560 That sounds that sounds pretty good.
00:31:22.240 Why, again, wouldn't you ask all the American people?
00:31:25.080 Why wouldn't you put three Democrats, three Republicans, probably because only 25 percent if you put four Republicans in Democrats in a room, it's very, very likely that still only one quarter of them because by population, 25 percent of women.
00:31:44.460 So you can't just ask random women.
00:31:49.200 Because only one out of four believe it.
00:31:52.940 So instead, get five people, make sure they're Republicans, because then they'll be the only ones seen on television denying it, which leaves you the impression.
00:32:05.340 Oh, my gosh.
00:32:06.360 Look at these Republicans.
00:32:07.680 They'll just say and do anything.
00:32:10.080 That's a great point.
00:32:11.540 Man, it's amazing, too.
00:32:13.120 I love the question.
00:32:14.460 That she just had no idea.
00:32:15.960 She can't even think of a reason why.
00:32:17.740 Now, again, I don't know the allegation.
00:32:19.680 I don't know that this is her motivation.
00:32:21.540 But of course, we can all guess if she is making it up.
00:32:24.780 Let's just say for a moment.
00:32:26.180 Let's consider the possibility that it's not true.
00:32:28.800 I know this is not something the media has done in any way, but let's consider the possibility that it's not true.
00:32:34.000 Can you think of why she might do it?
00:32:36.580 Can you think of why she might do it, even though it ruins her family?
00:32:40.880 Why would she do it?
00:32:41.940 Glenn, can you think of any outlying possibility?
00:32:44.460 Any crazy theory as to why someone would fake an allegation about a Supreme Court justice a week before he's going to be confirmed and a couple months before an election that might overturn the possibility of a Republican Supreme Court?
00:32:57.900 Can you think of anything?
00:32:58.800 No, I'm having a hard time, but let me just throw this on the table just for consideration.
00:33:07.180 She was a co-signer of a letter back earlier in the summer.
00:33:11.700 She works for an organization that takes millions of dollars from George Soros' Open Society specifically to stop Brett Kavanaugh from becoming Supreme Court justice.
00:33:22.680 Oh, wait, I still, I don't get the tie.
00:33:26.120 I can't, when you think it's ruining her family, why would she do such a thing?
00:33:29.260 I know, okay, because she's a possibility of being a zealot for, you know, the Democratic progressive left that, you know, just wants to smear anybody who could possibly overturn Roe versus Wade, which would make her a hero.
00:33:48.320 Right, I mean, of course, like, take your morals out of this for a second, Glenn.
00:33:52.180 Say you're completely, you're a Washington operative, right, a bad person, don't care about morals, don't care about that, you care about the ends justifying the means, right?
00:34:01.320 Let's just say that, I'm not saying that this is this person, but to create an idea of how stupid that question is, if you had no morals and didn't care, you had no scruples, you don't care about destroying someone else's life, you don't care about lying.
00:34:13.880 Why wouldn't you do this? Why wouldn't you fake an allegation? If it doesn't work, it doesn't work. There's not going to be repercussions. They will embrace her on the other side.
00:34:24.660 They're still, to this day, embracing people who have faked. Al Sharpton is still saying he wasn't wrong about Tawana Brawley. Still!
00:34:31.820 So, I think, to be less pessimistic than you, I don't even think you have to have no scruples, you just have to believe in abortion and women's rights to the point to your willing to sacrifice anything for it.
00:34:52.520 But you will go out saying, well, I am Spartacus.
00:35:01.900 Let me tell you now about Tika Tuari and Palm Beach Letter. Tika Tuari is running a crypto course with us.
00:35:08.480 97% of the people who have taken the crypto course have given a 4 or 5 star rating. 97%.
00:35:15.640 People have been asking us for a long time, what is blockchain? How does it work? What is cryptocurrency?
00:35:24.000 Why do you think that this is such a game changer? How would it be a game changer? What's happening to Bitcoin?
00:35:31.400 Well, we have the answers for you. It's an education course right now.
00:35:35.420 Well, and Tika Tuari is one of the leaders in this film, or in this field, and he will tell you exactly what all of that stuff is, how it works, and why it's important.
00:35:48.320 You know, whether you invest in Bitcoin or cryptocurrency is up to you.
00:35:54.640 Everyone, I think, should have at least $100 in Bitcoin.
00:35:58.080 Just whatever it is that you can afford to lose.
00:36:00.760 Let's go into Vegas, put it in Bitcoin.
00:36:04.480 But you need to understand why it's going to change the world.
00:36:08.780 877-PBL-BECK.
00:36:10.340 877-PBL-BECK.
00:36:12.440 Go there now and take the Smart Crypto Course or go to SmartCryptoCourse.com.
00:36:22.700 Unbelievable.
00:36:24.640 Someone take the president's phone away from him.
00:36:29.400 Please.
00:36:31.720 President has just tweeted a couple of things about Brett Kavanaugh's accuser.
00:36:38.720 And then Joe Biden tweets, you know, the Brett Kavanaugh's, it's like watching deliverance.
00:36:48.700 Oh, dear.
00:36:50.780 Cacocracy.
00:36:51.640 Look it up.
00:36:52.520 Cacocracy.
00:36:53.340 That's what we're living in now.
00:36:54.780 Glenn Beck.
00:36:55.800 Mercury.
00:36:56.280 Glenn Beck is coming live to talk about the right path forward and to make fun of the people standing in the way.
00:37:03.640 He might not be able to save the country, but at least we can all go down laughing.
00:37:07.320 Glenn Beck Live.
00:37:08.380 The Addicted to Outrage Tour.
00:37:10.260 On tour this fall.
00:37:13.560 Glenn Beck.
00:37:14.280 Back.
00:37:16.600 Let's start with Bill O'Reilly on his program in just a second.
00:37:23.240 Bill O'Reilly coming up.
00:37:25.980 This week we've been in the City of Angels.
00:37:29.180 Broadcasting directly from Los Angeles.
00:37:32.540 This is Southern California.
00:37:34.440 As I grew up in Seattle, Washington, I always wanted to live in California.
00:37:38.420 I still kind of do.
00:37:41.500 If Sacramento was not part of California, if they would just take all of the politicians and the politics and Hollywood and move them to New York, I would love to live here.
00:37:53.860 But I don't know how people do it.
00:37:55.480 I really don't.
00:37:56.300 God bless you.
00:37:57.040 There's so many conservatives here that just don't admit that they're conservative.
00:38:02.480 Just just keep it quiet.
00:38:06.160 This is some this is home to some of the most virtue, you know, pompous virtue signaling liberals in the entire nation.
00:38:14.220 Maybe the entire world.
00:38:16.680 The virtue signaling here is off the charts.
00:38:20.300 Even the French say, oh, they're a little snutty.
00:38:23.560 They don't just talk about how incredibly awesome and more virtuous than they are than the rest of us.
00:38:30.820 They back it up by regulating the crap out of everything.
00:38:35.140 Some of the most ridiculous laws you've ever heard.
00:38:38.460 Some of my favorites.
00:38:39.560 It's a crime to ride a bicycle in a swimming pool.
00:38:43.600 Which is kind of a bummer because I like to swim and bike and I don't have the time.
00:38:50.340 So I like to do it both at the same time.
00:38:53.560 You know, there's nothing like riding your, you know, your, your, your BMX in a pool.
00:38:58.180 It's it's, you know, just for people who are super athletic like me to illegal to curse on a mini golf course.
00:39:09.120 Is it possible to play golf any form of golf and not curse?
00:39:14.480 Three dogs are not allowed to mate within 500 yards of a church or a school.
00:39:23.600 I know I've been talking to my dog.
00:39:25.900 Do you realize how close we are to a school?
00:39:27.900 Stop humping that other dog.
00:39:30.240 You break this law.
00:39:32.300 You break this law and you find you face a $500 fine and or six months in prison.
00:39:42.220 By the way, I would, your honor, I wasn't humping near the school.
00:39:46.280 The dog was.
00:39:47.320 Why am I going to prison?
00:39:48.720 If you're a pooch trotting along, you know, near a church or a school and you happen to hear the sweet melodic sounds of Barry White and all of a sudden that poodle is walking in slow motion.
00:40:00.380 Stay away, man.
00:40:01.920 Run for the cold swimming pool as long as there's not a bike in it.
00:40:05.440 This is California, but the biggest and probably most economic economically challenging and damaging laws are the environmental laws, kind of like the new law that makes it illegal, illegal to take a shower and do your laundry on the same day.
00:40:27.120 Oh, this is great.
00:40:29.260 Don't laugh.
00:40:30.280 That's a real law.
00:40:31.300 How about the stringent emission laws that corporations have to deal with?
00:40:36.560 But it's it's kind of funny for all the fierce rhetoric that comes from everybody in Hollywood, you know, to the San Fernando San Fernando Valley regarding the climate change and militant environmentalism, because I'm here this week and this place looks like a crap hole.
00:40:54.180 I mean, it really I mean, it's dirty, nasty garbage everywhere.
00:40:59.220 Have you walked down the, you know, Hollywood Boulevard?
00:41:05.380 Wow, that's lovely.
00:41:08.280 I mean, if if you can make it by honest to God in Hollywood doing some business this week, walking down, everybody's like, is that guy smoking crack?
00:41:18.820 Of course, of course, he is.
00:41:20.860 Of course, he is.
00:41:22.020 Everybody's smoking crack.
00:41:23.980 Try taking a drive down the 405 or any freeway in the L.A. area bumper to bumper.
00:41:28.900 It's a mess.
00:41:30.620 You want to roll your windows down because it's so nice.
00:41:33.960 But no, you really don't because of the, you know, all of the earth saving chemicals that are being pumped out of the back of that bus.
00:41:41.160 So what is the after effect of all of these virtuous laws?
00:41:47.780 It's making things better, right?
00:41:50.000 Several years ago, the state of California offered drivers of low or zero emission cars for the opportunity to drive in the carpool lane.
00:41:58.520 All they had to do was just do one thing.
00:42:02.740 They wanted to encourage more people to buy electric cars, saving the environment.
00:42:08.360 Now, it just happens that they also gain some revenue by, you know, having to buy those cute little zero emissions carpool eligible permits that they put on the car.
00:42:19.900 But that didn't have anything to do with it.
00:42:22.040 California is not looking to bilk its people.
00:42:24.260 No, it's not.
00:42:25.320 Which brings me to the the newest law, the California.
00:42:30.320 Remember those little stickers that you had to buy so you could, you know, so you could you could buy a really expensive car, overpay it, overpay for it and then and then drive in the carpool lane.
00:42:42.400 Well, the legislature has just passed a new law stating that the low emission carpool decals that you purchased.
00:42:50.840 Yeah, those ones are no longer valid.
00:42:52.740 And so don't use the carpool lane unless you want to come back to the state today because they have a brand new low emissions sticker for your car.
00:43:03.300 Now, again, I mean, they're doing this just because it saves.
00:43:09.460 Something for the environment.
00:43:10.800 It has nothing to do with the state making more money, you know, as absolutely nothing to do with that.
00:43:17.040 More money on the registration fees, which are coming are now the highest in the country coming from a state with the highest taxes.
00:43:24.920 The money on the new low emission carpool permit.
00:43:29.040 Yep.
00:43:30.020 They like that.
00:43:30.760 And the sales tax if you buy a new car.
00:43:33.600 So the state's getting richer.
00:43:35.300 Californians are getting poorer and all in the name of environmentalism and climate change.
00:43:41.160 But it's all for the virtue, right?
00:43:43.820 Has anybody noticed that the cities that are run by progressives for decades are hell holes?
00:43:52.240 Has anyone ever noticed that?
00:43:55.980 It's hard not to when you're in some places in California and don't even get me started with pooparoni on the streets of San Francisco.
00:44:06.120 It's Friday, September 21st.
00:44:13.940 You're listening to the Glenn Beck Program.
00:44:17.080 I've been tracking what they call dark money.
00:44:21.040 Now, dark money is a racist are donations that flow into groups that target people for destruction.
00:44:29.380 I'm a good example.
00:44:31.240 All right.
00:44:31.420 One of the groups that attacked me was called color of change.
00:44:36.240 Now, no idea they show up with signs, get O'Reilly out, fire O'Reilly.
00:44:42.480 They were funded.
00:44:43.700 They were paid to do it.
00:44:45.280 It took us a while to track it, but that's what happened.
00:44:50.620 There are literally dozens of these groups, most of them on the left, the far left.
00:44:56.380 I guess the conservatives have a few of them, but I'm not really aware of that.
00:45:00.600 This is a far left movement led by George Soros, the billionaire, to funnel money into various agencies to destroy people with whom the far left disagrees.
00:45:13.040 Judge Kavanaugh.
00:45:13.760 So, Bill O'Reilly started in on this yesterday.
00:45:18.800 We talked about it yesterday as well, but in case you missed it, we wanted to get Bill O'Reilly on and compare notes on what he has seen with Judge Kavanaugh and the George Soros money and how it ties to Dr. Ford.
00:45:32.920 Welcome to the program, Bill O'Reilly.
00:45:35.100 All right, Doug, let me put down my copy of Addicted to Outrage.
00:45:38.980 Oh, my gosh.
00:45:40.100 You've been reading it at 6 in the morning.
00:45:42.340 Very good.
00:45:42.960 Congratulations.
00:45:44.120 Thank you very much.
00:45:45.340 You're welcome.
00:45:45.960 Yeah, you know, we're in a time now where I think it's a tipping point.
00:45:55.340 It'll be interesting to see how this Kavanaugh thing comes out, but I think people are paying attention.
00:46:01.020 Here's my question.
00:46:01.940 Who's paying Dr. Ford's lawyers, Christine Ford's lawyers?
00:46:06.520 Who's paying?
00:46:07.520 She's not paying them.
00:46:08.960 Who's paying them?
00:46:10.320 Why isn't the press looking into that?
00:46:13.180 Who's behind this movement?
00:46:16.960 These lawyers are radical leftists.
00:46:20.380 Why did she hire them?
00:46:21.920 If you were an aggrieved American, the first law firm you're going to go to is somebody that is tied in with George Soros.
00:46:31.460 Katz, her main lawyer, works on a foundation that Soros basically funds.
00:46:37.780 This is where you're going.
00:46:39.540 So none of it adds up, and people have got to pay attention to it.
00:46:45.960 So, Bill, I have – the American people have just been – a Huffington Post poll has been taken in the American people.
00:46:56.100 28% of men believe her.
00:46:59.960 Only 25% of women believe her.
00:47:03.280 Out of that number of the 25%, how many do you think are only saying this?
00:47:11.920 How many actually do you think actually believe her, and how many are just political zombies?
00:47:17.660 Beck, I can't possibly answer that.
00:47:21.560 I mean, it's speculation, but what I can tell you is this.
00:47:24.960 You mentioned the virtuous left out in California, and that's who's driving Judge Kavanaugh's guilt,
00:47:34.960 even though they have no blanking clue whether he's guilty or not.
00:47:39.080 But because they feel good about destroying Kavanaugh, primarily because of abortion,
00:47:46.620 they can say whatever they want to say.
00:47:49.920 Due process, no, no, no, no.
00:47:51.820 Did you hear the other night back that Chris Cuomo on CNN said,
00:47:55.560 you know what, due process, presumption of innocence, that's just in courts.
00:47:59.400 Because that's not really an American society.
00:48:03.380 That's not in our...
00:48:04.360 Where do you think, where does Chris Cuomo think we got the laws?
00:48:08.060 We codified what society feels is right and just.
00:48:15.040 Wrote it down and said, this is who we are.
00:48:18.040 It's worse than that.
00:48:19.080 The Founding Fathers fought a war because they wanted a just society,
00:48:24.700 because King George wasn't just in their opinion.
00:48:29.400 And part of the just society is, unlike France, which has a Napoleonic code,
00:48:34.920 that you're guilty until proven innocent, you're innocent until proven guilty,
00:48:39.180 not just in a court of law, but in society.
00:48:43.240 You can't be pointing fingers at people going, prove you're not a rapist.
00:48:47.980 I mean, but this is what it is.
00:48:50.680 You're on CNN, and there he is at 9 o'clock, and he's a lawyer.
00:48:54.660 You know, don't kid me that we should be giving anybody the presumption of innocence.
00:48:59.800 Oh, no.
00:49:00.920 No, we want to be a Stalin-esque society, that if Joseph feels that you're disloyal,
00:49:06.700 he can put a bullet in your head.
00:49:09.320 That's what we want to be in America.
00:49:11.320 I just started reading The Trial by Kafka last night,
00:49:17.360 and I only picked it up because, if I remember right,
00:49:22.300 The Trial is about a guy who all of a sudden is accused of something,
00:49:27.000 stands trial, he doesn't know what he's even accused of,
00:49:31.220 and he's going through a trial.
00:49:33.460 Still, this struck me last night as I saw one of her conditions
00:49:38.300 was that Kavanaugh had to answer to the charges before she testified.
00:49:46.580 Right.
00:49:47.340 How is that even, how is that just or fair?
00:49:50.200 So out of control.
00:49:50.760 And this is what you see in colleges,
00:49:52.700 when you had any student who was accused of anything
00:49:57.720 had to go before a star chamber,
00:49:59.740 and they were basically thrown out before any evidence was presented.
00:50:05.020 Right.
00:50:05.560 And this is what Chris Cuomo wants,
00:50:07.960 and I'm going to read that Kafka book right after I finish Addicted to Outrage.
00:50:12.940 Well, I appreciate that, Bill,
00:50:16.460 and I really, truly do believe that you got up at 6 to read it this morning, too.
00:50:22.200 With everything in me, I believe that.
00:50:24.560 All right.
00:50:25.320 Bill O'Reilly, hang on just a second.
00:50:26.940 I'm from BillOReilly.com.
00:50:29.040 His book is coming out,
00:50:31.120 and I noticed on Amazon,
00:50:32.760 the algorithm says they're frequently bought together.
00:50:36.640 Bill O'Reilly's new book on the death of the Nazis,
00:50:40.620 which is just riveting,
00:50:42.820 and my book, which I think is even more riveting,
00:50:47.160 a little smarter, bigger words in mine, I think.
00:50:51.460 Word of the day, bigger words.
00:50:53.980 I have some of the best words.
00:50:55.700 Anyway, you can find it now anywhere books are sold.
00:50:59.220 The audio book is great, Addicted to Outrage.
00:51:02.160 All right.
00:51:02.460 For most Americans, their home is their biggest investment that you're ever going to make.
00:51:06.660 And, you know, we go to investment advisors,
00:51:09.560 and we, you know, they have these big offices,
00:51:11.660 because we're investing money for our retirement.
00:51:16.000 But so many times we will go to somebody who's like a cousin or a friend of a friend
00:51:23.520 or somebody who's doing real estate part-time.
00:51:26.460 What are you, what are we thinking?
00:51:30.720 Real estate is your biggest investment of your life.
00:51:34.300 So when you want to buy or sell a home, get an expert, get somebody.
00:51:40.940 Look at this as the business transaction that it is,
00:51:44.020 and get somebody who knows the value of your home, knows how to sell it,
00:51:48.680 knows how to market it, knows how to present it.
00:51:51.260 Not somebody who's doing it part-time or a relative,
00:51:53.560 but somebody who in your area has the best track record.
00:51:58.640 That's what realestateagentsitrust.com is all about.
00:52:01.620 We have over, what, I think 1,500 agents now nationwide.
00:52:05.780 Their word is their bond.
00:52:06.920 They are the experts in the area.
00:52:09.320 They'll know your area and exactly how much your house is worth
00:52:13.200 and how things are selling and what you have to do to move yours.
00:52:16.480 Also, if you're moving to a new area, these people listen to you,
00:52:21.180 and they can help you find a new house.
00:52:23.340 It's realestateagentsitrust.com.
00:52:25.740 Go there now.
00:52:26.260 Realestateagentsitrust.com.
00:52:33.380 So, Bill O'Reilly, what do you think about the woman who has really no evidence at all,
00:52:41.060 no one backing up her story, her friend that said,
00:52:44.640 oh, I heard a buzz about this, later the next day,
00:52:48.320 said she was empowered by the Internet to say those things.
00:52:51.580 She doesn't know if it's true, and she doesn't want to talk about it,
00:52:54.980 and she deleted the tweet.
00:52:57.640 That's as good as it gets.
00:52:59.520 You have a he said, she said, and this woman is coming on,
00:53:03.360 and she is demanding that the GOP does a few things.
00:53:09.640 She said, Kavanaugh has to testify first.
00:53:14.460 There are no outside counsels that can question her.
00:53:18.460 She wants them to subpoena Mark Judge,
00:53:21.480 and she has to have her safety guaranteed.
00:53:25.760 First, the last one?
00:53:27.440 Okay, fine.
00:53:29.700 What do you think of the other ones?
00:53:32.000 Ridiculous.
00:53:34.400 Look, I appointed all of my viewers on BillOReilly.com as jury members
00:53:39.500 for a civil case regarding the Kavanaugh situation.
00:53:43.800 I said the preponderance of evidence is what you have to rule on.
00:53:46.940 And here's the evidence.
00:53:48.380 When it happened, allegedly happened, 36 years ago,
00:53:53.980 was anybody told about it?
00:53:56.600 Okay.
00:53:57.300 Who would be told about it?
00:53:58.460 The parents, of course, right?
00:54:01.300 If this happened, and the way she describes it,
00:54:04.400 you would tell your parents.
00:54:06.000 You would assume, or your brother, or your sister, or your best friend.
00:54:09.900 You start there.
00:54:12.140 Why was no one told?
00:54:16.180 No school report, nothing.
00:54:18.100 You could make the case that, you know, a woman,
00:54:23.480 especially a 15-year-old girl, is embarrassed.
00:54:26.160 I brought it on myself.
00:54:27.100 I don't want to tell my parents because I was drunk.
00:54:30.380 I have a 15-year-old.
00:54:32.380 I don't know anyone, anyone being assaulted who wouldn't tell anyone.
00:54:38.120 I'm sorry.
00:54:38.840 I just don't.
00:54:40.020 It's just not human nature.
00:54:42.080 And then all those years, you don't tell anybody.
00:54:45.440 Nothing happens until a marital session, a counseling session,
00:54:49.120 where the therapist writes down that the Dr. Ford said there were four boys in the room.
00:54:55.700 And now Dr. Ford says there were two boys in the room and says the therapist made a mistake.
00:55:00.200 Therapists don't make those kinds of mistakes.
00:55:01.860 That's an amazingly traumatic experience.
00:55:05.400 All right?
00:55:05.900 They don't make those kinds of mistakes.
00:55:07.560 So I'm presenting evidence, evidence that Dr. Ford herself has confirmed,
00:55:12.900 not evidence that Bill O'Reilly's pulled out of the air.
00:55:15.500 And I'm just saying to myself, if you look at the pattern of what she says happened,
00:55:22.000 and then you look at who she has hired to represent her,
00:55:26.720 the most far-left progressives in the country,
00:55:29.540 you can't not draw a political implication.
00:55:35.000 It's impossible.
00:55:37.140 So you did the civil court, which convicted O.J. Simpson.
00:55:43.820 The standard in civil court is just a preponderance of evidence,
00:55:48.980 not beyond a reasonable doubt.
00:55:51.380 And that's what I wanted my listeners to evaluate.
00:55:54.820 Because in criminal court, you can't do it.
00:55:57.080 Number one, there were no charges filed.
00:56:00.420 All right?
00:56:00.760 And number two, there isn't one shred of evidence from that night.
00:56:06.740 She doesn't even know where it happened.
00:56:10.280 So how could you possibly have an investigation?
00:56:14.840 How?
00:56:15.600 And you also have a pattern in recent history of one woman saying something,
00:56:24.020 which opens up the floodgate for all these other women.
00:56:27.200 To say something.
00:56:28.260 There hasn't been anyone.
00:56:29.540 Did you see the Hollywood ad put out by Move On?
00:56:32.520 Yes.
00:56:32.700 Did you see those actresses, Julianne Moore and those other people?
00:56:36.600 Yes.
00:56:36.740 I mean, that just, it depressed me.
00:56:40.040 I go, are you American citizens or what?
00:56:43.020 I mean, what are you doing?
00:56:44.940 And everybody says, Salem, witch hunt, Salem, Salem.
00:56:47.540 This is Salem.
00:56:49.760 This is exactly what happened there.
00:56:54.220 Bill O'Reilly from BillO'Reilly.com.
00:56:56.420 We'll continue our discussion here in just a second and get his opinion on what happens next.
00:57:02.660 Uh, what does he see coming, uh, next week with the hearings and testimony?
00:57:09.220 Bill O'Reilly, uh, just would like to know if this is one of those days that you say,
00:57:18.940 man, I wish someone would take the president's phone away from him.
00:57:24.100 He has, uh, he has just tweeted, uh, I have no doubt that if the attack on Dr. Ford was
00:57:31.300 as bad as she said, charges would have been immediately filed with local law enforcement
00:57:35.100 authorities by either her or her loving parents.
00:57:37.980 I ask that she brings those filings forward so we can learn the date and the time and the
00:57:42.840 place.
00:57:44.140 Should the president be tweeting and getting involved in this?
00:57:48.460 I'm not sure.
00:57:50.080 I think that, um, with all modesty, he did that because he read, um, my message of the
00:57:56.240 day yesterday, which he said exactly the same thing.
00:57:59.340 Yeah, I, I, I believe you're, I believe you're right.
00:58:03.660 They monitor me.
00:58:04.560 Can I, may I read you two paragraphs of today's Bill O'Reilly.com message of the day?
00:58:10.140 May I just very sure, sure, sure.
00:58:12.480 And I'll, I'll read it slow.
00:58:13.780 So Stu, Stu can keep up.
00:58:16.220 Okay.
00:58:16.540 All right.
00:58:17.000 Okay.
00:58:17.760 The judge Kavanaugh, Christine Ford case is now expanding to the midterm election.
00:58:23.340 There is no question that Dr. Ford's lawyers working with the democratic party are trying
00:58:29.700 to embarrass Republicans and bait the party into denigrating the accuser.
00:58:35.460 So this situation is no longer solely a possible criminal act designed to derail a nominated
00:58:41.080 Supreme court justice.
00:58:43.200 Now it has become a national election issue designed to cripple president Trump.
00:58:49.960 And that's exactly what's happening.
00:58:52.220 Now, Trump took the bait.
00:58:54.200 He took it.
00:58:55.060 Now you have to ask, is that a good or bad thing?
00:58:59.140 I believe that the tide of public opinion is turning against Christine Ford at this point,
00:59:06.820 Friday, that could change by Monday.
00:59:09.160 But right now I think that people are saying, you know what?
00:59:13.020 We've had enough of this.
00:59:15.180 We have had enough of the accusations and there are so many holes and, and arrogance.
00:59:21.860 We won't do this.
00:59:22.900 We won't do that.
00:59:23.740 You have to do this.
00:59:25.260 Americans don't like that, Beck.
00:59:27.220 They don't, they're standing back there.
00:59:29.220 They want to know what happened.
00:59:30.680 They want the truth, but I'm telling you, I'm feeling the winds change here.
00:59:35.880 Okay.
00:59:36.440 So I, I would agree with you.
00:59:39.060 Um, I, I just had dinner, um, here in Los Angeles with somebody, uh, last night who is
00:59:45.540 a, uh, is a liberal, everybody here is a liberal.
00:59:47.820 Um, and, uh, and he said, this Kavanaugh stuff is nuts.
00:59:53.600 It's crazy.
00:59:54.640 I don't believe her.
00:59:56.200 He said the, uh, democratic party, if, if they continue to do this kind of stuff and run
01:00:02.680 left, he said, I, I don't know who I'll vote for.
01:00:06.660 He said, if they run Corey Booker, Kamala Harris, or Elizabeth Warren, he said, I can't vote
01:00:12.420 for him.
01:00:13.060 I can't vote for any of those people.
01:00:14.820 He said, so I don't know what I'm going to do.
01:00:17.000 And, and, and this is coming from a guy who works in Hollywood, uh, and he's a Democrat.
01:00:22.940 He better not say anything.
01:00:24.940 No, no, no.
01:00:25.400 He's, he's right.
01:00:26.340 He doesn't be, uh, right out the window and that totalitarian thing out there.
01:00:30.900 Look, what you're having now is I would never say that.
01:00:34.560 I don't believe Dr.
01:00:35.540 Ford.
01:00:36.360 I would never say that because I don't know.
01:00:41.740 And I'm a fact driven guy.
01:00:43.580 I, uh, so far in this conversation, which I think has been excellent between you and
01:00:48.460 me, we have presented facts.
01:00:51.080 We've stayed away from speculation and politics facts.
01:00:54.700 Okay.
01:00:55.360 And that's what everybody needs to see.
01:00:57.760 But once you get into a position where your radical left attorney, all right, a woman who
01:01:04.000 disparaged Paula Jones stuck up for Al Franken, when that woman is telling the Senate judiciary
01:01:11.060 committee, look, this is what you're going to do.
01:01:15.360 You're going to do this or we're not showing up.
01:01:19.660 Once you get there, fair-minded Americans are going to say, you know what?
01:01:24.500 Blank you.
01:01:26.500 And that's what's happening.
01:01:27.880 So, so Bill, uh, what are the ramifications if, you know, she put all of these ridiculous
01:01:36.460 restrictions, you know, that Kavanaugh has to testify before her.
01:01:41.220 Yes.
01:01:41.600 I mean, it's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.
01:01:44.020 But they, but they're shrewd in the sense that they put Grassley, the head of the judiciary
01:01:49.480 committee in a real vise because of Grassley says, you don't tell me what to do.
01:01:55.640 Then he doesn't want to know the truth.
01:01:57.880 Then he's persecuting the victim.
01:02:00.460 Then the Republican party don't care about women.
01:02:03.380 You see, set it up that unless you do it my way, that you don't care about.
01:02:10.980 Here's what I would, here's what I would like everybody in Washington to start caring about.
01:02:15.280 And that is the constitution, the bill of rights, which boils down to care about all
01:02:21.920 humans, care about every single American and their rights.
01:02:26.360 This has huge, huge ramifications.
01:02:30.340 If, if, because I think personally, we are down now to the whole country is going to watch.
01:02:36.580 If she cries and is sympathetic, the, the, uh, the sympathy will change.
01:02:43.660 She doesn't need any more evidence.
01:02:46.200 It's now just down to which one is more sympathetic, which one is, uh, is, puts on a better show
01:02:55.300 and coupled with which one will the media get behind.
01:02:59.700 We already know the first one that's going to be, right.
01:03:02.760 That's a good point.
01:03:03.760 Um, but I think there's a little bit more to it than that because I think the battle lines
01:03:08.740 are hardened and I think a lot of people have already made up their minds, even though I
01:03:13.580 think they should keep an open mind on this.
01:03:15.980 Uh, but I think a lot of people have said, you know, he's making it up or he did it.
01:03:20.940 Um, but you have a situation that is out of control and being used now, not only to derail
01:03:27.960 Kavanaugh, but to get Trump.
01:03:30.440 And that's what people ought to know.
01:03:31.880 That connection is now being established.
01:03:34.400 I'll go back to the first thing I said, who is paying Dr. Ford's lawyers, who is paying
01:03:42.460 them?
01:03:43.540 And of course, the press would never ask that question or bother to look because when you
01:03:48.960 find out who's paying, you'll see that it is a arch leftist group and big monies going
01:03:58.180 in.
01:03:59.120 All right.
01:03:59.980 Let me change subjects.
01:04:01.700 Kind of.
01:04:02.300 Let me go overseas.
01:04:04.400 This story broke yesterday and I saw an op-ed from Jonathan Turley on it.
01:04:09.640 The far right political leader, Marine Le Pen, has been ordered into psychiatric evaluations
01:04:16.340 after she posted graphic images of bodies of people executed by the Islamic State.
01:04:22.520 She was accused under French laws, criminalization, different forms of speech, laws that are rolling
01:04:30.340 back free speech all over the continent.
01:04:33.420 Posting the pictures meant she was charged now as circulating violent messages that incite
01:04:40.780 terrorism or pornography or serious harm human dignity.
01:04:45.220 And they can also be viewed by a minor.
01:04:50.120 She also posted pictures after the Paris terror attacks of the images of the the U.S.
01:04:59.200 journalist that had been desecrated or decapitated in that attack.
01:05:04.560 And she wrote Daesh this she's now being brought in to see if she knows the difference between
01:05:15.100 right and wrong and can answer questions truthfully.
01:05:19.340 If she knows what reality is, then she's going to go to trial and she could receive nine years
01:05:27.780 for posting accurate pictures of what Islamic extremists do to people.
01:05:35.280 Any thoughts?
01:05:36.500 I think it's a great opportunity for Ms. Le Pen, you know, because people are going to say
01:05:43.660 it happened and she's warning us of what this group is capable of.
01:05:52.120 So why are you making her a martyr?
01:05:54.160 So if she wants to be Joan of Arc, you know, I'm keeping it in France.
01:05:58.500 Thank you.
01:05:59.440 She can be.
01:06:01.660 So you use the insanity of I see what they're trying to do over in France and other countries.
01:06:08.660 They don't want to incite people against Muslims so that they're not beat up on the streets.
01:06:13.860 I understand.
01:06:15.500 It's almost like our legislation here, our hate crime legislation here.
01:06:19.260 But Le Pen, and she's a shrewd person, she'll use this for her benefit.
01:06:25.540 Okay, so wait a minute.
01:06:26.480 Hang on.
01:06:27.040 It's not like it is over here because you could post pictures of the Klan lynching people.
01:06:34.100 And as long as it's clearly marked, this is what the Klan is.
01:06:37.800 That's that's nobody's going to do anything.
01:06:39.760 No, no, no, no, but but there are laws on the books here where you cannot threaten somebody.
01:06:47.060 That's what I meant.
01:06:48.180 So if you're walking down the street and there's a Muslim person and you go over to the Muslim person and say,
01:06:53.160 you're a member of ISIS and you ought to get out of here and I want to hurt you or something like that.
01:06:58.240 You'll be arrested.
01:06:59.900 You can't do that.
01:07:01.060 So that's what the law in France is designed to stop.
01:07:05.400 They don't want that kind of confrontation to take place.
01:07:10.380 Britain has to Britain has to.
01:07:13.300 So you're in a position now where, yes, are they impeding freedom of speech and expression?
01:07:18.720 Certainly they are.
01:07:19.400 They don't value that on the continent as much as we used to.
01:07:23.860 I don't think we do anymore because our totalitarian left is wiping out free speech.
01:07:29.180 You know, if you to go back to the Kavanaugh for a second, if you speak out and say, you know, I may not believe this, then you are attacking women.
01:07:40.640 All women deserve to be believed.
01:07:43.240 I mean, that crazy senator from Hawaii, Maisie Hirono.
01:07:49.160 Oh, no, Kavanaugh did it.
01:07:51.660 And don't you dare say he didn't do it because if you do, then you're attacking women.
01:07:56.720 I mean, come on.
01:07:57.500 And that's where we are.
01:07:59.060 And that's where we're heading into that area where you can't even question an accusation or an allegation anymore.
01:08:05.900 And if you do, then you should be punished.
01:08:09.220 If you question it, you should be punished.
01:08:12.700 And Maisie will be the first one to try to do that.
01:08:15.020 It is.
01:08:16.580 It's truly frightening to see how close we are to being dragged over the threshold back into the dark ages where you could be.
01:08:27.000 Oh, yeah.
01:08:27.540 I mean, exactly right.
01:08:29.140 People, they don't understand that in a totalitarian society, you are not allowed to dissent.
01:08:37.840 And in Hollywood, Beck, you're sitting in Hollywood.
01:08:41.620 Are you allowed to dissent if you work in the show business industry, Beck?
01:08:46.700 Are you allowed?
01:08:48.340 No.
01:08:48.640 No.
01:08:49.320 Okay.
01:08:49.960 No.
01:08:50.560 If you're in the Democratic Party, are you allowed to vote for Judge Kavanaugh without having your campaign funds cut off by Chuck Schumer?
01:09:01.460 Okay?
01:09:01.960 No, you're not.
01:09:02.700 No.
01:09:03.060 You're not.
01:09:03.460 You're not allowed.
01:09:05.680 That's Stalinism.
01:09:07.320 You're not seeing that on the right, as crazy as some of those right-wingers are.
01:09:13.840 You don't see that kind of you're not allowed.
01:09:18.860 But you see it on the left, and it is openly accepted by the media.
01:09:25.500 You are not allowed to walk into the New York Times newsroom if you are a reporter wearing a Make America Great Again hat.
01:09:34.620 You are not allowed.
01:09:39.120 Everybody should know what's happening here.
01:09:41.960 It is fighting, and it's going like a speed train.
01:09:46.180 It really is.
01:09:46.920 It's picking up speed, going faster and faster.
01:09:49.360 Bill O'Reilly from BillOreilly.com.
01:09:51.580 Thank you very much.
01:09:52.540 Appreciate it.
01:09:53.060 Sure.
01:09:53.660 And Killing the SS out October 9th.
01:09:56.820 Buy it with Beck's book.
01:09:58.560 Get those two right in your house.
01:10:01.080 Thank you very much.
01:10:01.980 Appreciate it, Bill.
01:10:02.620 All right, I want to talk to you about FilterBuy.
01:10:07.420 FilterBuy is our sponsor.
01:10:10.000 There's so much crap in the air, and that's what the filter is supposed to do.
01:10:15.700 Instead of just recirculating all of the crap, honestly, this is so gross to me.
01:10:21.280 Dust is dead skin.
01:10:23.560 All of that stuff is supposed to be filtered out, so we just don't keep blowing the same stuff through.
01:10:28.300 It also is captured in that filter, and that filter, if you don't change it, what happens is it forces your air filter, your air handling system, to work harder and work harder to suck the air through that dirty filter.
01:10:46.680 That's really hard and expensive in the end.
01:10:50.340 We're supposed to change our filters.
01:10:53.140 I don't even know.
01:10:54.960 What?
01:10:55.600 Every six months?
01:10:56.460 Every three months?
01:10:57.080 I don't know.
01:10:58.220 More than I've lived in my house now for six years.
01:11:02.020 If it wasn't for my wife or we hadn't had, you know, HVAC, you know, problems in the past, I don't think I would have even thought about changing my filter.
01:11:15.420 I just, I'm, okay, I'm a little lazy.
01:11:18.940 Anyway, but my wife says, got to change the filter.
01:11:22.620 Okay, dear.
01:11:24.120 So you go and buy one.
01:11:25.180 Here's an idea.
01:11:25.980 Filterbuy.com, America's leading provider of HVAC filters for homes and small businesses.
01:11:31.800 They'll make them custom.
01:11:33.320 They make them here in the United States.
01:11:34.780 They've got like 600 different sizes.

01:11:53.780 And you change the air filter and you're done.
01:11:56.840 That is convenient.
01:11:58.220 That's the way you should be handling your air filter.

01:12:18.800 Welcome to the program.
01:12:24.360 It is Friday.
01:12:26.260 We're glad you're here.
01:12:28.020 I've been reading some of the reviews now that people have had a few days with a book, and I'm just thrilled to read the reviews.
01:12:35.560 And thank you so much for the support.
01:12:39.400 The sales so far look to be really good.
01:12:42.480 We have no idea until next week.
01:12:45.820 But we're very grateful that you would take the time and your hard-earned money and read the book.
01:12:51.800 It is, I think, the most important book that I have written since Common Sense.
01:12:58.960 Get the audio book.
01:13:00.220 Download it on Audible.
01:13:01.660 It's really good.
01:13:03.700 I worked really hard on this book, but then I went in and did 35 hours.
01:13:08.320 It runs about 15 hours.
01:13:11.480 But it's really good.
01:13:14.500 And especially if you listen to audiobooks, this is a great audiobook.
01:13:18.520 And you can grab it at Audible or, you know, iTunes or wherever.
01:13:24.080 But it is Addicted to Common Sense.
01:13:26.540 Please read it.
01:13:27.620 Please review it.
01:13:28.740 I would love to hear your thoughts.
01:13:30.320 Next week, it's Addicted to Outrage.
01:13:33.900 You can get it.
01:13:35.800 And next week, I want to start hearing from people.
01:13:38.620 I want to start reaching out to you if you've read it.
01:13:40.700 I'd love to hear your questions or your thoughts or your arguments.
01:13:44.780 Addicted to Outrage.
01:13:46.360 It's available everywhere, including Audible.
01:13:50.560 Glenn Beck is coming live to talk about the right path forward and to make fun of the people standing in the way.
01:13:55.900 He might not be able to save the country, but at least we can all go down laughing.
01:13:59.460 Glenn Beck live.
01:14:00.880 The Addicted to Outrage tour.
01:14:02.740 On tour this fall.
01:14:05.640 Glenn Beck.
01:14:08.380 Well, here's another victory for the tone-deaf feminists here in America.
01:14:14.000 Manspreading is now on to decline.
01:14:16.820 Meanwhile, Muslim women in India have just been given the legal right to have a say in their own divorce.
01:14:26.200 If you're a Muslim woman under Sharia law, you can use the triple, I think it's TALAC.
01:14:35.160 And what that means is, I think it's pronounced TALAC.
01:14:38.880 TALAC, excuse me if I'm hitting this wrong, but it's TALAC, TALAC, TALAC, which means I divorce you, I divorce you, I divorce you.
01:14:44.940 You say it three times, Beetlejuice shows up, and you are divorced.
01:14:49.860 But it is, it's only for the men.
01:14:53.280 Well, now, Indian women have been saved from the triple TALAC.
01:15:01.900 It's now been outlawed as a form of instant divorce in Islam.
01:15:06.940 Until now, Muslim men have been legally allowed to instantly divorce their wives just by saying,
01:15:14.600 Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice.
01:15:16.520 How's that for women's rights?
01:15:19.220 How's that for human rights, for that matter?
01:15:23.000 By the way, just so nobody's upset, I just, I want to break in with the news again.
01:15:27.680 Man's, man spreading is down here in America.
01:15:30.480 It's down.
01:15:31.580 Men are not sitting like they used to in, I mean, as much as they used to.
01:15:37.220 It's still happening.
01:15:38.140 Yes, you're still oppressed.
01:15:39.720 Things are horrible.
01:15:41.100 But it is on the decline.
01:15:43.320 Why haven't the fourth wave feminists like Linda Sarsour taken to the streets to protest the vile treatment of women in places like India?
01:15:57.100 I know, it's such a stupid question, because we all know.
01:16:00.100 We all know, she knows, everybody around her knows.
01:16:02.240 But it is worth mentioning that the bill faced a lot of opposition, both among the public and within the government, meaning that there is a problem of widespread systematic misogyny in India.
01:16:17.320 You remember Hillary Clinton speaking to the people of India and talking about how racist and sexist we are here in America?
01:16:29.220 Widespread systematic misogyny in India seems like something that protesters from the Kavanaugh hearings should be, you know, riled up by on account of their convictions to fight the patriarchy and the oppression of women.
01:16:41.580 Because they are concerned about those things, right?
01:16:45.260 Because I can tell you, a country, a region, really, with habitual government-wide oppression of women, I think is much bigger than a problem that we're now facing this week of he said, she said, with Brett Kavanaugh.
01:17:00.480 You know those dramatic outfits that the protesters are wearing, you know, for the Kavanaugh hearing?
01:17:05.580 You know, they're dressed as the handmaid tale?
01:17:08.920 Well, that took a lot of women, a lot of work from women here, and it's shameful.
01:17:15.840 It really is.
01:17:18.340 And, of course, they're all convinced that it's coming here in America.
01:17:21.140 But do you know that Muslim women throughout the Middle East, Asia, they have to wear those?
01:17:29.320 And, in fact, it's much worse, and they have to wear it on a daily basis, and it's starting to spread all over the world?
01:17:35.900 See, the difference is, here, you went to a costume store, and you rented that, or maybe you made it yourself, and you didn't have to ask your man to take you to the fabric store to get the fabric.
01:17:48.180 You just made it.
01:17:49.580 It's not dress-up time in other countries.
01:17:52.860 It's actually a living hell for women, millions of women, tens of millions of women.
01:18:03.680 Does anybody in the feminist movement actually care about women?
01:18:16.780 Or do you just want to use women so you can gather enough people to flood the streets so you can all scream,
01:18:26.380 Orange Man, bad!
01:18:27.800 I don't want to talk about the details of Kavanaugh, because I'm tired of talking about it this week.
01:18:44.280 There's nothing to talk about.
01:18:46.120 There's nothing to talk about.
01:18:47.320 There's nothing new.
01:18:49.600 There's new perversions of the system, but there's no new facts to this.
01:18:54.540 In fact, facts that we started with on Monday were very few, but some of those facts have been withdrawn from the people who stated those facts,
01:19:07.320 saying that, well, they were empowered by the Internet, and now they have to retract it.
01:19:13.900 They've deleted those posts.
01:19:15.240 They've deleted those testimonies that I heard buzz when I was in high school.
01:19:24.540 In fact, the one who wrote that, after being asked to be on all kinds of shows, she said,
01:19:33.460 I was empowered by the Internet.
01:19:35.180 I didn't know that I was going to have to answer to this on all kinds of TV shows.
01:19:40.540 I don't know what happened.
01:19:42.820 I had to delete the tweet.
01:19:46.100 But then she said, then she said, but it accomplished everything I wanted it to accomplish.
01:19:56.860 What was it you wanted to accomplish?
01:19:59.460 What is that?
01:20:00.100 I know people want to win, and there is real evil that we're facing.
01:20:16.360 This is evil.
01:20:17.100 I really think, you know, anytime you are trying to destroy someone,
01:20:21.740 and that becomes more important than the facts, because we don't have any facts.
01:20:29.700 Any fair jury that is not on the left or the right, we get an alien.
01:20:38.260 We get the smartest group of people, women.
01:20:44.220 We get the smartest group of women ever born.
01:20:47.620 We reanimate them.
01:20:49.060 They come back alive, but they have no idea what is going on in our society today.
01:20:56.780 They just know the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and they know the judicial system.
01:21:04.320 And we give them the facts that have been outlined so far.
01:21:08.560 But they don't have a horse in this game.
01:21:11.560 They're still rubbing, you know, the dirt out of their eyes.
01:21:14.140 They're still rubbing the dirt out of their eyes.
01:21:15.840 If we give them the facts, do you honestly believe they would say anything other than,
01:21:24.760 yeah, but what are the facts?
01:21:26.880 Where did it happen?
01:21:28.840 Do you have another witness?
01:21:31.460 How, how, wait.
01:21:33.220 So she only told one other person, and it was the psychiatrist,
01:21:37.760 psychiatrist, but even that story that he wrote down, is he a competent psychiatrist?
01:21:43.660 How did he write the story down incorrectly?
01:21:46.280 It's a pretty big deal.
01:21:47.900 How did he write that down?
01:21:49.380 And if he made that mistake, is he credible now?
01:21:54.080 And that was the only time she said anything.
01:21:56.360 The story is different, and she never mentioned him before.
01:21:59.780 What does he say?
01:22:05.020 Well, um, dead ladies of America, you know, you former geniuses that have been in the ground
01:22:11.660 that we've just done a Frankenstein with, let me just tell you this.
01:22:15.440 Next week, the accuser is going to testify, and so we're going to answer all those questions.
01:22:21.960 But she's only going to testify if he answers the charges before she testifies.
01:22:34.120 Wouldn't one of the dead smart people say, how can, wait, how, how can, how can he answer
01:22:43.240 to charges that he hasn't heard yet?
01:22:46.460 Wouldn't another dead person say, wait, you guys are still, you're America, right?
01:22:51.200 Are you still using the Constitution?
01:22:53.380 Yeah.
01:22:54.060 And you got the jury thing?
01:22:55.460 Yeah.
01:22:57.280 I mean, I always remember, maybe you've changed it, I always remember the, the prosecution
01:23:02.160 goes first.
01:23:04.140 Because when I was alive, you were, you were innocent until proven guilty.
01:23:09.320 No American had to prove their innocence.
01:23:12.020 Someone else had to prove their guilt.
01:23:16.380 Yeah, I know.
01:23:17.120 Well, we're, we're still doing that in the court, but we're not, we're not doing that
01:23:20.520 in, you know, in real life.
01:23:23.200 Wouldn't another dead smart woman that from the past that we reanimated say, what, what
01:23:29.640 do you mean you're not using that in real life, only in the court system?
01:23:33.320 What, what's the difference between that and real life?
01:23:37.500 Isn't it, isn't it more important to be able to make decisions in your everyday life?
01:23:44.980 Isn't it more important?
01:23:46.100 And otherwise, couldn't you just smear anyone?
01:23:51.760 Then I think we might, then, then I think we might, we might, not necessarily, but we
01:23:56.540 might, if we have reanimated Carolyn Bryant.
01:23:59.940 She might step to the plate.
01:24:04.900 And she might remind us of something.
01:24:08.480 And you'd say to yourself, we're not going to reanimate Carolyn Bryant.
01:24:12.260 I mean, why?
01:24:15.580 Until you remember who Carolyn Bryant is.
01:24:18.820 I'll give you a second to catch up on that.
01:24:23.940 And then I'll, I'll talk to the dead people in our little jury and try to guess what those
01:24:31.360 dead people might say and might want to remind us of in a minute.
01:24:36.760 Have you ever taken your car in for an oil change and the mechanic finds something wrong?
01:24:48.240 Ha ha ha, hey, that's, that's perfect, because I don't have the money now to pay for that.
01:24:55.220 So can you not do that to the car, please?
01:24:58.620 Because, oh, you have to or I, or I won't drive anymore.
01:25:02.560 Perfect.
01:25:02.860 I remember driving down and seeing the check engine light and being on the, and being on
01:25:09.360 the highway and the car breaks down and then you're there, you know, standing there.
01:25:13.780 Now you look at that car engine light and it warns you.
01:25:16.400 We're not breaking down necessarily on the side of the road because it warns you.
01:25:19.220 Get into service right now.
01:25:20.480 Something's wrong with me.
01:25:22.060 But you would, you would break down.
01:25:24.220 And if that check engine light goes on, most Americans, they, they know I can't afford that.
01:25:30.240 I can't have, no, no, no, no, no.
01:25:32.860 You need an extended vehicle protection, a shield, car shield provides them.
01:25:40.280 You don't have to worry about the unexpected surprises.
01:25:42.500 If your car breaks down after the manufacturer's warranty expires, you could be out of pocket
01:25:46.520 for thousands of dollars to get it fixed.
01:25:48.900 Replacing your engine can cost thousands.

01:26:18.640 bills.
01:26:19.580 Car shield administrators are going to pay that for you already.
01:26:22.720 They've paid $2 billion out to Americans already.

01:26:38.520 Mention the promo code BECK or visit carshield.com and use the promo code BECK.
01:26:42.460 Save 10%.
01:26:43.320 carshield.com, promo code BECK.
01:26:46.180 A deductible may apply.
01:26:47.700 I'm going to put a council of dead women together, dead American women, because, you know, we
01:26:59.560 can go to space and we can get an alien to come down and look at what we have, or let's
01:27:04.020 take Americans who understand us but are completely removed from politics, completely removed from
01:27:09.220 politics.
01:27:09.640 So I'm going to dig up a couple of women from the past and I'm going to ask them to help
01:27:15.520 us understand the Judge Kavanaugh situation.
01:27:19.800 And the first person I'm going to bring back to life is Carolyn Bryant.
01:27:23.780 And I just want to ask her what she thinks of us just taking the accuser's testimony and
01:27:37.280 saying that's the only thing we have to go on.
01:27:40.360 Should we believe just the accuser, even if the evidence is thin?
01:27:47.840 I think Carolyn Bryant, now maybe in 1955, if I bring her back and she only remembers 1955,
01:27:59.500 she might have a different answer.
01:28:01.320 But when she dies, 2008, she comes out at the end of her life and says, OK, I've lied.
01:28:12.020 I lied.
01:28:15.400 Emmett Till did not grab me by the waist and utter profanities at me.
01:28:21.640 See, the mob went and killed Emmett Till.
01:28:28.240 They beat him to death.
01:28:30.920 Beat him so hard, one of his eyes popped out.
01:28:34.140 Then they took a bunch of stones and they threw him in the water and they just tried to submerge
01:28:38.140 him, but eventually they found him.
01:28:40.040 He had an open casket.
01:28:42.360 He had an open casket because his mother just kept saying, no, I want people to see what they've
01:28:47.980 done to my boy.
01:28:53.140 The reason the reason why justice was never served there is because of Carolyn Bryant.
01:28:58.900 She's the one who said he whistled at me and then he grabbed me by the waist and uttered
01:29:03.840 obscenities.
01:29:06.800 She lied.
01:29:08.260 I think Carolyn might say, you know what?
01:29:11.240 Let's have a little more to go on than just the testimony of one.
01:29:17.760 Or how about we dig up Rebecca Nurse or Sarah Good?
01:29:24.000 There are just two of the victims in Salem.
01:29:28.700 Everybody believed.
01:29:29.900 Everybody believed little girls.
01:29:33.780 I mean, they're not going to lie, right?
01:29:35.860 They've seen witchcraft happening.
01:29:37.960 This is a witch.
01:29:39.080 And then, of course, you've got a few other people like the doctor who says, yeah, you
01:29:45.240 know what?
01:29:45.760 This this I think this I think she's right.
01:29:48.140 I think she's telling the truth.
01:29:49.460 And, you know, you have some of the other prominent citizens.
01:29:54.720 Why was why was the mob so wound up?
01:30:01.340 Testimony on people who were lying, but seemed credible at the time, didn't have any evidence
01:30:07.420 except, you know, of course, magic, you know, a cow dying, you know, a neighbor tripping.
01:30:14.060 That's, of course, you know, all due to spells.
01:30:16.840 So I think Rebecca Nurse and Sarah Good might say to Americans right now, you know what?
01:30:21.480 The rule of law and and the the social norms that you've always had to where when it's he said, she said, you don't call it either way.
01:30:34.440 And if there is political motivation, money involved and there's no evidence, you probably should not make a move on anything.
01:30:48.560 How about Ryo Soto?
01:30:52.160 Ryo Soto was a was an artist.
01:30:55.480 She had just put her art into the one of the big San Francisco museums.
01:31:02.120 And then December 1941 happened and she was Japanese.
01:31:07.140 She was an American.
01:31:08.380 She was born here in America, but in America, but she looked Japanese.
01:31:12.280 So, of course, she was dangerous.
01:31:13.960 And what happened?
01:31:14.900 Now, before December 7th, 1941, about a year or so before FDR, who was a racist, didn't trust the Japanese, didn't trust any Americans, no matter if you were born here or not.
01:31:28.800 If you look like that, you got to be with them.
01:31:32.040 He sent the Pentagon out to the West Coast and said, can you find out, you know, what's going on?
01:31:37.180 I think we need to put them in an internment camp.
01:31:39.060 The report came back and it was very clear.
01:31:42.140 No, no, no.
01:31:42.760 They're very American.
01:31:44.900 You know, there are some groups out there, but they're very small.
01:31:48.560 But for the most part, the Japanese are with us.
01:31:51.100 They don't like this guy.
01:31:55.360 Well, as soon as he had the excuse on December 7th, he disregarded the advice of the study because of his personal view.
01:32:02.320 And he whipped the nation up into a into a fury and the mob followed along.
01:32:09.000 You know, maybe we should maybe we should dig up the 22 year old Najibah.
01:32:22.300 Well, she didn't really have a trial.
01:32:27.760 Well, kind of kind of had a trial.
01:32:30.300 I mean, it's Sharia law.
01:32:32.440 And there's a trial there.
01:32:34.700 And here's how it works in in Sharia law.
01:32:37.460 You know, something that.
01:32:38.760 In fact, some something that the founder of the women's movement is for and advocates Sharia law.
01:32:46.800 Linda Sarsour loves it.
01:32:49.660 Well, we should dig up Najibah because she was committing adultery.
01:32:58.960 And and when I say adultery, you might describe it as rape.
01:33:04.960 But see, here's the great thing about Sharia law.
01:33:07.300 If a man rapes a woman.
01:33:10.380 The man's not at fault.
01:33:11.880 It could have been the hijab could have been.
01:33:13.880 It could have been that even though she's covered everything but her eyes, her eyes were telling him, I want you.
01:33:23.240 You want me.
01:33:24.220 And the man couldn't control himself.
01:33:26.480 So he had to rape.
01:33:29.460 Now, if he if if if he wants to call it a rape, you know, and he's and he's prosecuted, well, then it is rape could be adultery.
01:33:38.840 But that's her fault again.
01:33:41.220 You know, if she was luring him, are there any witnesses?
01:33:44.720 Well, it's him against her.
01:33:46.840 And if there are witnesses, well, it's him.
01:33:49.520 But his testimony is worth more.
01:33:51.520 In fact, there have to be three women to equal his testimony of just one.
01:33:58.960 Let's bring her up and say, should we just believe Glenn, the one person that has the power?
01:34:05.860 So earlier I said, let's let's bring some some dead people back to life on the some sort of Frankenstein jury and just ask them, what do you think of this Kavanaugh thing?
01:34:22.580 And, you know, I just don't want to pull any woman from the past.
01:34:27.560 I want, you know, somebody who can we get anybody who who, you know, understand civil rights?
01:34:32.940 One way or another and and and people on both sides of the aisle.
01:34:40.020 But they have seen this kind of thing before because they might have something to teach us.
01:34:43.640 And I put Carolyn Bryant on.
01:34:45.880 She's the accuser of Emmett Till.
01:34:48.360 Let's bring her back to life.
01:34:49.480 What would she say about believing the accuser?
01:34:51.720 Well, seeing that her her deathbed confession was, I have to tell you, I lied.
01:34:59.820 She might say, you know, the accuser is not always right.
01:35:03.580 But any woman that we brought back from the dead, recent, recently, freshly dead.
01:35:11.200 Who's been stoned to death by Sharia law because the men have the power might say, wait, wait, wait, slow down.
01:35:20.120 Don't listen to the accuser or don't listen to the don't listen to just one witness, especially if you can't refute that.
01:35:31.680 Because the entire thing is stacked against the woman.
01:35:38.120 That's not what we have here.
01:35:39.720 That's what they want you to believe.
01:35:41.100 We have that the whole deck is stacked against women, but it's not.
01:35:44.600 I think they would say facts first.
01:35:47.160 Here are the facts.
01:35:48.560 Here are the facts.
01:35:50.620 And if they remember the facts.
01:35:54.660 Well, then we put an equal amount of credibility and we look for other facts.
01:36:00.700 But we don't just listen to one witness or just pit him versus her because then it becomes about who has power, who is more valued in society or who the better actor is.
01:36:14.320 Witch hunts.
01:36:16.580 I think they would all say don't go along with the mob McCarthy hearings.
01:36:20.400 I think they would say don't know, no, no, no, don't necessarily listen to the accuser.
01:36:25.260 They might be under duress.
01:36:27.720 They might have another reason for calling me out.
01:36:31.840 Japanese internment.
01:36:33.180 There was no evidence at all.
01:36:35.200 In fact, the evidence was the other direction.
01:36:37.020 Every time, every single time we do things where we're not looking at the facts and we're not saying, look, give me the facts.
01:36:46.580 And to be able to do this to another human being, there better be a lot of facts because I'm taking away their freedom.
01:36:53.360 I'm taking away their life.
01:36:54.880 I'm taking away their their their right to pursue happiness.
01:36:59.020 Remember, that's our motto, that that's our mission statement as a country, life, liberty, pursuit of happiness.
01:37:10.420 We're not talking about his life.
01:37:12.560 We're not talking about Kavanaugh's liberty.
01:37:15.660 He's not going to jail.
01:37:16.800 We're talking about his ability to work.
01:37:22.340 Based on what?
01:37:25.760 His reputation is going away.
01:37:28.120 He can't he will not find work.
01:37:30.800 We're saying you can't pursue your happiness and be on the Supreme Court because there's one person who doesn't know any details that is saying this.
01:37:40.600 This is dangerous because it happens to all of us when it happens to one.
01:37:48.260 Injustice anywhere is a injustice everywhere.
01:37:52.460 I mean, just a few days ago, it was, you know, we should we have to at least listen to her.
01:37:59.800 We have to at least hear what she has to say.
01:38:02.020 OK.
01:38:03.720 Now, just a few days later, it's how dare you ask to hear what she has to say?
01:38:09.540 He's got to answer first and then maybe she'll say, but you're not going to ask her questions.
01:38:15.660 How dare you?
01:38:19.460 This is an upside down world that looks an awful lot like the Red Square, the Red Scare, witch hunts, looks an awful lot like Emmett Till, looks an awful lot like Sharia law, does not look like America.
01:38:33.060 Let's slow down here and apply principles that we all know are true.
01:38:38.580 Pat Gray from the Pat Gray Radio Roundup is on with us now.
01:38:43.320 Hello, Pat.
01:38:44.280 Hello, Glenn.
01:38:45.680 Yeah, there's a lot of outrage and rightly so.
01:38:50.400 I think you'll agree because the left is they're loving, they're inclusive and and no doubt they're in the right.
01:38:59.420 And because, I mean, he obviously did this.
01:39:04.820 Look at him.
01:39:05.960 Look at him.
01:39:07.400 Some of the messages that the family is getting, you know, the law enforcement, the CIA has said that it told told CNN that the family's gotten incredible threats against their lives.
01:39:20.720 Can you imagine?
01:39:21.640 His wife got messages like this.
01:39:24.400 Please tell your rapist, lying, cheating, corrupt bitch of a husband to put a bullet in his ugly effing skull.
01:39:32.740 My condolences to you for being married to a rapist, although you probably deserve it.
01:39:38.360 F you and your rapist husband.
01:39:40.680 F you, rapist enabling C word.
01:39:44.540 Your husband is a liar, thief, rapist and probably a pedophile.
01:39:49.480 Burn in hell, you worthless effing C word.
01:39:52.420 One of the worst was, may you, your husband and your kids burn in hell, you effing pieces of trash.
01:40:00.820 Eat crap, I'll say.
01:40:03.660 So I don't think they said crap.
01:40:05.160 And I know and I wonder, how do you burn in hell if you don't believe in God?
01:40:09.520 I mean, I usually the people on the left don't believe in God.
01:40:12.800 So burn in hell really is kind of an empty thing, isn't it?
01:40:16.920 Yeah, yes.
01:40:19.440 Although I'm it's gratifying to see how inclusive they are and how loving they are and, you know, how tolerant they are, because I'd hate to see what would happen with them if they weren't.
01:40:32.660 Wow.
01:40:33.780 I mean, we we don't know anything about this woman.
01:40:37.120 Nobody knows anything about this woman.
01:40:39.160 The Democrats that are defending her have never met her.
01:40:41.480 They don't know who she is.
01:40:42.420 They don't know what she's saying is true.
01:40:44.060 They don't know anything about it.
01:40:45.960 And yet everybody's jumping in to defend her now.
01:40:49.600 And everybody's jumping all over the top of of Brett Kavanaugh.
01:40:54.560 What it by the way, what is the allegation of being a thief?
01:40:58.880 Where does that even come from?
01:41:00.140 Several of these people are calling him a thief and a liar.
01:41:04.020 And I don't I mean, where is all that stuff coming from?
01:41:07.580 A pedophile?
01:41:08.920 Does it does it matter?
01:41:10.700 No, it doesn't.
01:41:12.320 None of it makes any sense.
01:41:13.320 So let me ask you this, because, you know, that the accuser is also getting these kinds of emails.
01:41:20.880 Yeah.
01:41:22.780 And so, you know, people are doing this.
01:41:25.460 Pat, have you have you ever been this convinced of something with such little evidence?
01:41:35.160 I mean, let me ask you this.
01:41:36.580 No.
01:41:37.260 Are you defending Kavanaugh to that level?
01:41:41.360 No, no way.
01:41:42.640 No way.
01:41:43.160 Right.
01:41:43.640 Why?
01:41:44.860 Because I don't know.
01:41:46.060 I don't know him.
01:41:47.480 I don't know him.
01:41:49.320 So there's no evidence yet.
01:41:51.480 We haven't had.
01:41:52.280 Right.
01:41:52.560 You know, there's been no due process.
01:41:53.820 So you can't possibly know.
01:41:55.680 Would you would you say where are you right now on his nominations?
01:42:01.060 What should happen?
01:42:02.600 I right now.
01:42:03.940 I think he should be nominated or confirmed.
01:42:06.580 Yeah.
01:42:06.760 OK.
01:42:07.160 Me, too.
01:42:07.740 Yeah.
01:42:08.100 If she comes out and she says, OK, I haven't said anything until now, but here's the videotape and the picture of him doing this.
01:42:20.200 Any doubt in your mind that you would say, oh, good God, that guy shouldn't be on the Supreme Court?
01:42:26.120 No, of course not.
01:42:26.840 Of course, everybody would say that.
01:42:28.900 Right.
01:42:29.280 Everybody would say that.
01:42:30.180 All of all Republicans, I don't understand the people who are living their life with such certitude that they can damn people.
01:42:40.740 They can threaten people.
01:42:42.600 They they want to put everybody into a box that you are just a horrible, horrible rapist human being.
01:42:49.480 If you say, wait a minute, you know, I've I've believed some things.
01:42:55.400 I don't believe other things.
01:42:56.860 I weigh them individually.
01:42:58.540 You know, I I think the evidence on Keith Ellison is much stronger.
01:43:06.340 I mean, you look at the Keith Ellison, you look at the Keith Ellison stuff.
01:43:10.340 Do you see how many people believe him?
01:43:12.820 Yeah.
01:43:13.160 Five.
01:43:13.720 Yeah.
01:43:13.860 Five percent believe that he did it.
01:43:15.900 Five percent of Democrats believe he did it.
01:43:19.340 OK, so here is the here's the note from her doctor.
01:43:22.680 OK, yeah.
01:43:23.300 This is this is one of the notes from her doctor in 2017.
01:43:28.540 She states she's in a very stressful environment and has been for years with emotional and physical abuse by a partner with whom she's now separated.
01:43:37.960 She didn't have any physical injuries that required a physical examination.
01:43:43.320 She identifies the individual as in that she's involved with as Congressman Ellison.
01:43:49.720 And she's worried about retribution.
01:43:51.740 If she identifies him publicly, she feels that she is extricating herself from the relationship.
01:43:58.820 And she feels much better and healthier now.
01:44:02.000 So here's documentation.
01:44:04.600 They have tweets.
01:44:06.040 They have video.
01:44:07.440 They have people that she worked with that she would go, look at this tweet.
01:44:12.520 And her friends would say, oh, my gosh, you've got to get away from this guy.
01:44:16.820 And yet only five percent of people who are going to the polls for Keith Ellison believe all of that.
01:44:25.820 And yet they're willing to condemn Kavanaugh.
01:44:29.500 Yeah, completely.
01:44:31.760 Yeah.
01:44:32.480 And one hundred percent it's and and on on the the other interesting element to the Kavanaugh or to the Ellis thing.
01:44:41.200 Is a couple of weeks ago when she said, look, I shouldn't have to show you the video.
01:44:47.960 You should just believe me.
01:44:49.220 Well, that created some doubt in my mind for Keith Ellison.
01:44:52.860 I I don't have a lot of certitude even with that one.
01:44:56.720 But but people can jump all over Kavanaugh for something that supposedly happened 36 years ago that he categorically denies.
01:45:03.720 And so do many of his friends and girls that dated him.
01:45:05.880 And there's a lot of people on his side that say there's no way he did this.
01:45:10.220 But they, by the way, believe he did.
01:45:12.580 And by the way, he made those claims under oath.
01:45:16.340 Right.
01:45:17.320 What's going to happen to Brett Kavanaugh in his career?
01:45:20.160 Not only if he did this, but if she would appear and prevent and present evidence that he did it.
01:45:28.200 He lied under oath.
01:45:30.080 Yeah, he's done.
01:45:30.860 He's it's not that he's not going to jail.
01:45:33.580 Yeah.
01:45:33.960 He's not just go, you know, being dismissed as a Supreme Court nominee.
01:45:38.140 He will lose his judgeship and he might go to jail testifying in front of Congress under oath and lying.
01:45:46.720 You know, I know the Obama administration gets away with it, but I doubt that Brett Kavanaugh would get away with it.
01:45:51.700 And I think he's smart enough to know that.
01:45:53.640 Yeah, he's he loses his career if he's guilty.
01:45:57.620 I just don't I don't believe she has any of that stuff.
01:46:00.800 I don't believe she has any kind of it's going to matter if she gets on on Thursday and she's emotional and she cries and she is very, very credible.
01:46:09.500 Do you believe that the the Democrats will treat her testimony as they did with a very credible witness who is crying?
01:46:24.860 Oh, shoot.
01:46:25.680 The last woman that accused Bill Clinton that was so credible was Juanita Broderick.
01:46:31.660 Yeah, you think they're going to treat her like like they treat you to Broderick.
01:46:36.360 Right.
01:46:36.940 No, I think I don't think a little bit of difference there.
01:46:38.960 Just a little.
01:46:39.600 Right.
01:46:39.980 Yeah.
01:46:40.800 Right.
01:46:41.460 It's you know, it's it's interesting to to listen to her now, too, because everybody's saying that the FBI should investigate everything Kavanaugh has ever done.
01:46:48.800 And she's she's been saying, yeah, OK, well, if you're going to do that, why don't you start investigating what I've been saying about Bill Clinton for 30 years?
01:46:57.000 How about that?
01:46:58.020 And it's been it's been well, it's been longer than 30 years that she's been making these claims.
01:47:04.940 Plus, she made them a long time ago.
01:47:08.400 This woman just barely came forward.
01:47:10.480 Well, it's, you know, in the case of the Clinton accusers, they only came forward when he was about to be president.
01:47:21.900 Oh, no, wait.
01:47:23.880 Oh, no, wait.
01:47:25.320 Not all of them did.
01:47:26.540 Others.
01:47:27.060 Right.
01:47:27.840 That's right.
01:47:28.940 Yeah.
01:47:29.980 Hmm.
01:47:30.760 Thanks, Pat.

01:50:03.300 I don't remember dates and times and things like that very often.
01:50:08.480 Five twenty four sticks out to me.
01:50:10.360 It was the moment that my son was born and he was handed to me by a very brave teenage girl who decided to give her son up or her baby up for adoption.
01:50:26.640 She was and is a superhero in my mind.
01:50:33.500 That is one child that was saved from the butchers because she had the strength to carry the child and then give the child away.
01:50:45.540 Rafe, happy fourteenth birthday.
01:50:49.200 I love you, son.
01:50:50.560 You're a light in my sky.
