00:00:23.840 to organizations that promote abortion, gender theory in schools, CRT,

00:00:27.720 candidates who openly oppose the values held by most conservative Americans,

00:00:32.200 and your money, whether you mean it or not, is helping them do it.

00:00:36.340 Patriot Mobile is the only wireless company built to change that.

00:00:39.940 They use the exact same towers as the big guys, so you get the excellent coverage,

00:01:40.960 This isn't a podcast.

00:01:42.360 This is a movement, and you're part of it, a big part of it.

00:01:45.680 So if you believe in what we're doing, you want more people to wake up,

00:01:52.500 Together, we'll make a difference.

00:01:54.620 And thanks for standing with us.

00:01:55.880 Now let's get to work.

00:02:15.680 Down the road where shadows hide, feel the dark on every side.

00:02:38.320 Stand your ground when times get dark.

00:02:40.820 Gotta face the dark and embrace the fire.

00:02:43.420 The fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.

00:02:49.580 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

00:02:55.440 Hello, America.

00:02:57.140 Welcome to the most listened to and watched radio broadcast and podcast in all of America.

00:03:02.720 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

00:03:04.220 We are glad that you're here with us today.

00:03:06.580 We're going to start with Jimmy Kimmel.

00:03:10.060 I have two opinions on this.

00:03:13.420 And I hope they're in lockstep with you, but we'll see.

00:03:16.560 We'll do that here in just a second.

00:03:18.460 I hopefully won't, but maybe I'll surprise you a little bit on my opinion on this.

00:03:24.900 And boy, do I have one.

00:03:27.240 Now, first, let's start with Relief Factor.

00:03:29.580 I've always believed if something is really working, it'll practically sell itself.

00:03:33.160 That's the way it works in America, to come up with a better mousetrap.

00:03:36.940 And Relief Factor has done that.

00:03:38.800 They didn't become a national name through big pharma or endless ads.

00:03:42.600 They grew because real people were getting real results and telling others about it.

00:03:46.820 Relief Factor is a daily supplement.

00:03:48.600 Four key ingredients designed to fight pain at the source instead of just masking it.

00:03:52.960 And it's not just for the worst cases.

00:03:54.580 I've heard from so many people who thought their back pain, their knee stiffness, their shoulder aches were just normal parts of life until they started taking Relief Factor and realized how great they could feel again.

00:04:04.480 And the best part is Relief Factor lets you test it out.

00:04:07.560 You don't have to commit to a full plan.

00:04:09.240 You just start their three-week quick start.

00:04:11.240 If nothing is happening within three weeks, it's probably not going to happen.

00:04:14.520 But 70% of the people find Relief within three weeks, and they continue to take it month after month.

00:04:20.940 Give their three-week quick start a try for $19.95.

00:04:23.440 Visit relieffactor.com or call 1-800-4-RELIEF.

00:04:26.180 1-800, the number four, Relief.

00:04:29.940 I want to thank for their hospitality, KFYI, our affiliate in Phoenix.

00:04:35.380 We are in Phoenix, right?

00:04:36.640 Yes, Phoenix, Arizona.

00:04:38.960 I have been traveling around so much, I don't even know where I am from time to time.

00:04:43.140 Yesterday was a really tough day, operating on about three hours of sleep yesterday and at Charlie Kirk's offices.

00:04:50.300 Yesterday was the first time as a national broadcaster, in fact, in my almost 50 years of doing this,

00:04:58.880 yesterday was the first time we ever left a studio because of a bomb threat.

00:05:02.660 And you didn't know that, but at the last half hour of our program, there was a bomb threat.

00:05:11.420 And because Pat was in the studio in Dallas, we let him take that last half hour, and I made my way over to the Charlie Kirk studio.

00:05:20.860 But that's never happened before.

00:05:22.440 Every day, every single day, it's like, nope, never seen that.

00:05:27.440 Never done that one before.

00:05:29.340 But it was an honor to sit with Charlie Kirk, his team.

00:05:33.760 They are doing really, really well.

00:05:35.260 My wife and I had a long talk with Erica Kirk, and she is amazing.

00:05:41.460 She is truly amazing and really led by the Lord and very, very clear, obviously still mourning deeply.

00:05:51.420 And I really feel for her.

00:05:53.660 I really feel for her children.

00:05:56.020 But she is.

00:05:57.100 I said to her yesterday, I said, you've she she asked for, you know, some ideas on some things.

00:06:06.160 And I said, you really need to read all all you can about Jackie O, because Jackie O is you're very much Jackie O so far.

00:06:13.240 But she was responsible, really, for that legacy of JFK because she guarded it so well.

00:06:20.360 And and as I said that, she looked at me and she said, thank you so much.

00:06:25.260 She said, it's just so hard because I I go home and I have to, you know, Gigi doesn't know.

00:06:31.000 You know, she didn't know really where dad is.

00:06:33.480 And, you know, I don't want to explain what a coffin is and everything else to my three year old.

00:06:38.240 And she said, I go home and Gigi's like, Mom, will you play?

00:06:41.780 And so she said, I get down on, you know, on the ground and I'm playing with Gigi.

00:06:47.160 And she said, it's just so hard.

00:06:49.220 And I thought, wow, that that is exactly what Jackie O did.

00:06:52.700 Remember, Jackie O was planning the funeral in one room and the very next room was John John's birthday party.

00:07:02.060 She was holding that at the same time and she would go from room to room because she didn't want to disrupt John John's life.

00:07:08.340 I mean, we're seeing history play out and she is a a colossal figure in history.

00:07:19.020 And I think we will all come to see that now.

00:07:21.960 Let me tell you about what's happening.

00:07:24.420 Sinclair.

00:07:25.260 Oh, by the way, let me thank Premier Radio before we go any further.

00:07:28.520 Let me thank Premier Radio and Salem Broadcasting.

00:07:31.400 Another first yesterday that you didn't know.

00:07:34.200 I compete and Premier competes against Salem Broadcast.

00:07:39.500 I have I have stations all over the country and my stations are, you know, in competition with Salem.

00:07:47.120 Charlie Kirk was on Salem.

00:07:49.420 I'm on Premier.

00:07:51.420 I don't believe this has ever happened in the history of broadcast radio.

00:07:55.200 Two companies said lower our flags.

00:07:58.480 We're all one and allowed me to go over to Salem and broadcast on Salem radio right after my premiere show.

00:08:07.740 So stations was on two competing stations yesterday.

00:08:11.700 And that's never happened before that I'm aware of.

00:08:14.220 And I just want to thank Phil Boyce and Julie Talbot.

00:08:19.160 Phil is from Salem and Julie is from Premier.

00:08:23.340 And it was just heroic what they did yesterday.

00:08:26.180 So thank you for that.

00:08:28.200 That's really everybody coming together and just saying doesn't matter what contracts say.

00:08:33.180 This is important.

00:08:34.920 All right.

00:08:35.240 So let me tell you about Sinclair.

00:08:37.640 Sinclair yesterday.

00:08:39.140 That's an ABC that most of their TV stations are ABC.

00:08:44.140 They're going to air a special a remembrance of Charlie Kirk during the Jimmy Kimmel live segment or slot on Friday, which will probably get bigger ratings that Jimmy Kimmel ever did.

00:08:56.900 Um, but they're airing that on Friday because they have, uh, indefinitely suspended, uh, um, Jimmy Kimmel's show and also next star did as well.

00:09:11.820 Now, these are two, they're the two largest station groups.

00:09:15.400 Um, you know, these giant groups, they have, you know, 25 or 50 stations all across the country.

00:09:21.640 And then they say, Hey, ABC will take these shows from you and they become ABC affiliates.

00:09:27.280 And yesterday, uh, two companies said, we're not doing it.

00:09:31.900 We're not airing the Jimmy Kimmel thing.

00:09:34.300 Um, and, uh, you know, that, um, that really kind of, um, is shaking a lot of trees.

00:09:40.780 Now, I want you to know, I am not for government involvement in any of this government should not be involved in this at all.

00:09:49.160 And the left is saying Brandon Carr, who I hope will be on this program today, uh, Brandon, uh, Brandon is a, uh, is a friend of the program and I have deep, deep respect for him.

00:09:59.980 Um, but, uh, they're saying that he was, uh, involved in this by threatening that the FCC will take action or maybe he was just speaking out about it.

00:10:11.480 And they, so they implied that the FCC was going to get involved and they were going to start fighting these stations, yada, yada, yada.

00:10:17.320 Uh, I don't believe that, uh, especially with Sinclair.

00:10:20.720 Sinclair didn't need any help to cancel, uh, Jimmy Kimmel zero.

00:10:25.280 I don't know the people at next star.

00:10:27.460 Um, but I don't believe that that's what happened.

00:10:29.940 And I, even if it was, I want to give you some comparisons here, um, and, uh, and see, and ask you the question, why are they concerned this time?

00:10:39.480 But they weren't last time.

00:10:41.580 So they've decided that they are, they've canceled it.

00:10:44.480 And now ABC is having to, uh, look into the plans for the future for Jimmy Kimmel.

00:10:49.960 So, you know, Jimmy Kimmel's ratings are awful, uh, awful.

00:10:54.800 He's not in, you know, when, uh, when Tucker, when everybody celebrated that Tucker was fired from Fox, everybody on the left celebrated this.

00:11:06.960 He was the number two show on all of cable.

00:11:11.280 Okay.

00:11:11.960 All of cable, all of the, you know, SpongeBob SquarePants, everything that is on cable.

00:11:16.820 He was the number two show and they canceled him.

00:11:19.740 Now the left is all upset because the number, I don't even know.

00:11:24.580 I, I went on Grok.

00:11:25.980 I went, uh, to Nielsen.

00:11:28.680 Uh, I went to chat GPT.

00:11:30.920 It couldn't even tell me how bad the ratings rank is.

00:11:35.220 I could only get it past the top 20 and Jimmy Kimmel is nowhere to be found in the top 20 of broadcast, uh, shows.

00:11:43.500 So you can't even compare the two.

00:11:47.320 You can't even compare the two, but now everybody is upset because, uh, Disney, the owner of ABC, um, you know,

00:11:56.200 they need the green light for ESPN's deal to buy the NFL network.

00:12:00.360 And now if the FCC gets involved, I mean, is that, well, gee, wait a minute.

00:12:04.860 So you're worried about, hang on.

00:12:07.000 You're worried that just the action, uh, of you not doing something that the president is for, the government might, might judge you differently.

00:12:19.700 They might, they might take some sort of action.

00:12:22.160 This goes into everything we have found out about Facebook.

00:12:25.260 This is everything we found out about Twitter.

00:12:27.740 All they have to do.

00:12:28.820 This is what the Biden administration was doing.

00:12:30.940 This is what the Obama administration was doing.

00:12:32.980 Just flexing their muscles all the time, making quiet threats to companies all the time.

00:12:40.000 But apparently they don't, they don't, uh, they don't see that.

00:12:44.200 So, um, uh, so they're canceling now.

00:12:49.000 So, and you know, I don't know about ABC, but, um, AOC was taking a victory lap.

00:12:56.360 You remember on Tucker Carlson.

00:12:58.580 Uh, she said that de-platforming works, de-platforming works.

00:13:04.680 Tucker Carlson is out at Fox news.

00:13:07.260 What have happened to a better guy?

00:13:09.280 She said, um, he is the person who's most arguably responsible for driving some of the most amounts of death threats, violent threats, not just to my office, but to plenty of people across the country.

00:13:21.080 I don't know how she, I don't know how she qualified that, but I, I would imagine you could say something like that about Jimmy Kimmel with the vitriol that that guy is putting out.

00:13:31.460 Um, supporters, a message to supporters from, uh, Casio Cortez's office obtained by punch bowl news at the time touted her efforts to silence Carlson, who she said was directly responsible for the events of January 6th.

00:13:48.380 So here is an example of someone who is in Congress doing the same thing and taking the victory lap saying it was me that put the pressure on everybody.

00:14:01.460 Now you could say that maybe these companies, uh, are, uh, afraid of Donald Trump.

00:14:09.220 Well, I will tell you that ABC should be afraid.

00:14:11.720 They should be afraid.

00:14:12.800 You know, a $16 million settlement tends to wake companies up.

00:14:18.660 They, that teaches a $16 million lesson.

00:14:22.620 Hey, let's be careful on what we say that has nothing to do with free speech.

00:14:27.480 That has everything to do about, uh, smearing people.

00:14:31.860 You know, there, there are things that, you know, the court does take care of.

00:14:35.780 You don't need the government.

00:14:36.900 You need a court.

00:14:38.280 And if you can prove that these people acted in malice and these people were lying about you, you can sue them and win.

00:14:45.920 And Donald Trump just won a $16 million lawsuit against, uh, ABC.

00:14:50.720 That makes sure that that doesn't usually happen again.

00:14:54.700 They, they lawsuits tend to focus people.

00:14:58.120 Now, how is this lost on an AOC and everybody else who celebrated when Tucker left?

00:15:04.700 How is this, how is this, uh, at all unclear?

00:15:09.320 When you look at what Jimmy Kimmel said, Jimmy Kimmel got on the air and said lies, absolute lies.

00:15:17.760 He said that the right was doing everything they could to cover up that the shooter was one of us, us, meaning MAGA people and conservatives.

00:15:28.180 That's not true in any way, shape or form. 1.00

00:15:32.220 Now he is either the dumbest person in the world, but you generally don't get to that position being dumb and uninformed. 0.99

00:15:38.900 And how did you get that past your writers? 1.00

00:15:41.940 How did, did nobody at ABC and nobody at the Kimmel thing say, wait a minute, wait a minute.

00:15:46.620 That's, that's not true.

00:15:48.860 That's not comedy.

00:15:50.340 That's the setup for the comedy.

00:15:52.780 That's the punchline hasn't happened yet.

00:15:54.980 You're setting the joke up.

00:15:56.580 And when you're setting a joke up, that's the true part.

00:16:00.000 The punchline is the crazy part is the opinion part.

00:16:05.300 The setup is the true part.

00:16:07.500 Well, your setup isn't true.

00:16:10.560 How did they miss that?

00:16:12.340 They did.

00:16:12.800 They didn't miss that.

00:16:14.420 Nobody in the room wanted to change that.

00:16:18.300 Nobody in the room wanted to say, wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute.

00:16:21.040 That's not right.

00:16:22.160 Because they're agenda driven.

00:16:24.820 That is the way it has been over and over and over again.

00:16:29.140 I don't know how this is, is missed by the left and Brian Stelter who came on yesterday, Brian Stelter was, you know, was saying, oh, this is the worst thing that could happen to democracy.

00:16:45.760 Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

00:16:47.760 Well, wait a minute.

00:16:48.880 Hang on just a second.

00:16:51.620 If you are again saying that it was Brandon Carr who got on the air and said, hey, we're going to, you know, we're going to look into this ourselves.

00:16:59.860 And that made everybody move.

00:17:02.120 Then let's go back and look at the Facebook and Twitter files.

00:17:07.080 Let's all of a sudden now look at that and say, wait a minute, is that pressure?

00:17:11.120 Because we know it was.

00:17:13.000 So we know that the right or sorry, the left was doing that and nobody on the left had a problem with it.

00:17:18.500 Let's go back and and and look at all of the cases where pressure had been put on to on to companies.

00:17:28.000 For instance, my my so-called termination, I left Fox of my own accord.

00:17:35.180 However, it was very, very tough to work in an environment where you're constantly under attack.

00:17:42.640 And I was the first person in the history of America to have how many was it, Stu?

00:17:50.080 I know there was at least two or three White House advisers from the White House, coordinated from the White House attacks on me.

00:18:00.480 For instance, the best known one is Van Jones.

00:18:02.960 Van Jones starts a 501c3 and all of a sudden the 501c3, their main objective is to get me fired.

00:18:13.200 After I started talking about him being in the White House, that was coordinated in the White House by a White House adviser.

00:18:21.700 Where was anyone report?

00:18:23.020 I used to say that on the air all the day, all the time.

00:18:25.620 Where is anyone talking about this?

00:18:27.560 Why? Why is the New York Times talking about this is a White House coordinated attack?

00:18:33.380 Because it didn't fit their narrative.

00:18:35.580 That's why.

00:18:36.360 And they celebrated when I left.

00:18:38.480 I don't know if they still celebrate, but they celebrated when I left.

00:18:42.160 Brian Stelter yesterday was on the air on CNN saying this is, you know, an abomination.

00:18:49.380 It has to stop, blah, blah, blah.

00:18:51.720 Stelter never said that when there was a campaign against me.

00:18:55.860 Never.

00:18:56.300 Not once.

00:18:57.120 Not once.

00:18:58.640 When they did an advertiser boycott, which I believe is exactly the same thing that Sinclair did,

00:19:05.060 they decided that's not up.

00:19:06.400 That doesn't serve our audience.

00:19:08.040 It doesn't serve our audience.

00:19:09.480 We don't want anything to do with it.

00:19:11.320 Nexstar, I can't, because I don't know them, I can't speculate even on what their motive was.

00:19:16.560 But I know that Sinclair was, we don't want this show anymore.

00:19:20.120 It doesn't serve our audience.

00:19:23.520 That is that company making a decision.

00:19:27.380 And that's what Brian Stelter, Media Matters, you know, the Stop Beck campaign, that's what they said the entire time.

00:19:36.240 Glenn Beck has lost 300 sponsors, and yet it hasn't affected his show or his sponsorship.

00:19:41.440 How did I lose?

00:19:42.340 I never had Mercedes-Benz as a sponsor.

00:19:45.140 Never.

00:19:46.280 But they would declare, they would call Mercedes-Benz and say, hey, are you going to advertise on Beck's show?

00:19:50.900 No, no, another sponsor has decided they're not going to advertise with Clement.

00:19:57.080 And nobody would clarify that.

00:19:58.760 Nobody would talk about that.

00:20:00.380 But that was their right to free speech.

00:20:03.260 That's how they got away with all of this stuff, saying it was free speech.

00:20:06.740 And you know what?

00:20:08.600 It was coordinated by the White House, and that was my real problem with it.

00:20:12.860 It's coordinated.

00:20:14.120 It was all astroturf.

00:20:15.620 It wasn't actually real.

00:20:17.660 You didn't need a campaign to go against Jimmy Kimmel.

00:20:20.840 Jimmy Kimmel has made himself irrelevant in America for a very long time.

00:20:26.200 He's out of step.

00:20:27.420 And if it wasn't this, it'd be something else that would eventually just get his show canned

00:20:31.200 because it's not making money and it's not making any ratings.

00:20:35.140 And eventually, that's exactly what happens to those kinds of shows.

00:20:39.780 But Stelter never said anything about that.

00:20:42.220 He defended their right to free speech, etc., etc.

00:20:45.820 You had comedians and everybody else say,

00:20:49.200 Oh, it's fine.

00:20:50.360 It's fine. 1.00

00:20:50.980 Don't let the crazy door hit your crazy ass on the way out. 1.00

00:20:55.480 That's what they said about me. 1.00

00:20:57.200 But now this is comedy.

00:20:59.940 Now the comedians are very, very concerned.

00:21:03.780 This is yet another thing of astroturf and yet another lie.

00:21:08.200 If the FCC doesn't go further and get involved, the FCC should not be involved in this.

00:21:17.240 Let the market work itself out and let the grassroots market work itself out.

00:21:24.660 Not these giant organizations that are funded with our tax dollars.

00:21:29.820 All right.

00:21:30.040 Back in just a second.

00:21:31.000 First, let me tell you about our sponsor this half hour.

00:21:32.820 It's Rough Greens.

00:21:33.480 Every dog food bag claims to be complete.

00:21:37.680 It's a little hard to believe when the stuff inside is cooked to death, stripped of all the nutrients,

00:21:41.460 and designed to sit on a shelf for literally two years.

00:21:44.300 If your dog has been living off that alone, there's a good chance they're running on empty.

00:21:48.540 That's where Rough Greens comes in.

00:21:50.160 It's not a dog food.

00:21:51.100 It's a vitamin and nutritional booster that you pour right on top of their existing food.

00:21:55.500 And it's packed with vitamins and minerals and digestive enzymes and omegas and antioxidants

00:21:59.660 and everything that your dog needs.

00:22:02.600 You'll see a huge difference in your dog's energy and mobility, even appetite.

00:22:07.700 Rough Greens wants your dog to try it first so you know and you can see the difference pretty quickly.

00:22:13.120 They'll send you a free Jump Start trial bag so you can see your dog that he loves it before you ever spend a dime.

00:22:18.860 Get a free Jump Start trial bag today for your dog.

00:22:21.220 It's a $20 value, but you'll get it for free.

00:22:23.280 Just cover the shipping.

00:22:24.200 Go to roughgreens.com.

00:22:25.440 Use the promo code BECK.

00:22:26.460 That's roughgreens.com.

00:22:27.760 Promo code BECK.

00:22:29.320 Roughgreens.com.

00:22:30.400 10-second station ID.

00:22:45.280 Nextar has 200 stations and 42 of them are ABC affiliates.

00:22:50.120 And, you know, every company can decide what they want to do themselves.

00:22:54.380 But, you remember, some people are saying, well, they've got stuff in front of the FCC.

00:22:59.200 They're going to do a merger so the SEC is involved and the, you know, the government has to okay their mergers and everything else.

00:23:07.640 Well, are you saying that it has consequences?

00:23:11.200 Are you saying that this is the first time that any of these giant companies that have had mergers pending have bowed to public pressure

00:23:21.660 because they're afraid what the government might do?

00:23:24.380 Because it happens all the time.

00:23:26.640 I don't like it.

00:23:27.720 I don't want it to happen.

00:23:28.920 But it does.

00:23:29.440 This is Glenn Beck.

00:23:33.100 Okay.

00:23:33.680 Let me tell you about our sponsor.

00:23:35.900 It is Cozy Earth.

00:23:38.260 You know, when you wear clothing, you want it to be really, really comfortable.

00:23:45.360 You want it to look nice.

00:23:46.720 You know, you want something that breathes.

00:23:49.020 My gosh, it is so hot in Phoenix.

00:23:52.180 It is so hot here.

00:23:53.440 It is so hot.

00:23:54.600 And I'm used to Texas.

00:23:56.180 And I'm used to Florida.

00:23:57.640 It's so hot.

00:23:59.260 You want something lightweight, breathable, and built to last.

00:24:03.040 Cozy Earth makes those clothes.

00:24:04.260 Their clothes don't fade.

00:24:05.620 They don't shrink.

00:24:06.480 They don't stretch out after a couple of washes.

00:24:09.580 Everything is incredibly well made.

00:24:11.980 And they're made from the materials, from the stitching all the way to the way the fabric moves.

00:24:16.940 They are high quality.

00:24:19.040 It's one of those things that you don't really get until you try them on.

00:24:22.000 But once you do, it's hard to settle for less.

00:24:24.600 Whether it's their sheets, their joggers, their everywhere pant, you'll notice you're more comfortable more often.

00:24:31.360 When something works well, you'll find yourself reaching for it constantly.

00:24:34.420 And that's the way you'll feel with Cozy Earth products.

00:24:47.020 We're raising money for Charlie Kirk's family.

00:24:48.880 Go to GiveSendGo.com slash 912project.

00:25:07.860 Welcome back to the Glenn Beck Program.

00:25:10.960 And Stu Bergeer, back in Dallas today.

00:25:14.860 Thanks for coming out yesterday, Stu, and being here.

00:25:17.440 It meant a lot to me, and I know the people at TPUSA as well.

00:25:21.640 Yeah, it was awesome for them to host us.

00:25:24.340 Just great people.

00:25:25.260 It really was.

00:25:25.780 And a great organization.

00:25:27.200 So I was glad to be a part of it.

00:25:30.640 So what is your take on the Jimmy Kimmel stuff, Stu?

00:25:35.480 Where am I missing it?

00:25:37.220 Well, I think you're going to get pushback from both sides probably on it at some level, which, you know, I guess you're used to at this point.

00:25:47.840 This is your life.

00:25:49.120 I think the left is going to say there is pressure from the government here, and they're very upset about that.

00:25:56.440 Now, I can't even note how I feel about that because I'm so overcome by rage at the hypocrisy of them complaining about government cracking down on speech.

00:26:07.840 I can't even.

00:26:08.520 Twitter files, Twitter files, Twitter files.

00:26:12.260 Thank you.

00:26:12.640 I mean, there's 100 million examples of this.

00:26:15.280 Twitter files is a great one, though.

00:26:17.120 The standard we had to hit to prove that that story mattered was like we needed to have Joe Biden pounding on the windows of the office building at Twitter, screaming at them to take off individual conservatives.

00:26:33.360 That's the standard we had to hit for that story matter.

00:26:35.880 We have all sorts of emails from the government pressuring these companies to say, pull down this speech.

00:26:42.280 They shouldn't be able to say this.

00:26:43.500 They shouldn't be able to say that.

00:26:45.580 And the White House is very concerned about this, and the White House is thinking about taking action.

00:26:51.320 Yeah, and I think, yeah, like that part of it, too, and it was behind the scenes.

00:26:55.860 Now, it was also public, but it was more than that behind the scenes.

00:26:59.720 Now, we might find out that this was going on behind the scenes with Brendan Carr.

00:27:03.040 I don't know.

00:27:03.440 We'll talk to him about it.

00:27:04.260 We'll ask him.

00:27:04.720 You know, it's hard to separate the hypocrisy here and how infuriated I am that they would even make these arguments to even come up with what my preferred policy would be, which I think is pretty similar to yours.

00:27:21.360 If the left wants to join in unity to work with us to defang all of these three-letter agencies from going through and ruining all of public life, I cheer it on.

00:27:34.040 Put a bill on there today, Chuck Schumer.

00:27:36.260 Me, too.

00:27:36.700 We will all vote for it.

00:27:38.280 I would love that.

00:27:39.340 These are all of their organizations with their rules organizing these policies that are lining up against private interests.

00:27:49.880 This is all their stuff.

00:27:51.920 None of us wanted any of it.

00:27:53.860 Right.

00:27:53.980 And this is why you don't make those agencies more powerful.

00:27:57.320 This has been our point the whole time.

00:27:59.280 Somebody, you make them powerful.

00:28:00.940 Somebody that you don't like comes in and wants to play the game the way you've been playing.

00:28:05.640 You're not going to like it.

00:28:07.240 Yeah.

00:28:07.500 And that's exactly what they're accusing us of doing.

00:28:10.400 Wait a minute.

00:28:10.920 Doing what you were doing?

00:28:12.620 Using the agency that you created to do these kinds of things?

00:28:16.300 The IRS targeting conservatives, the FCC targeting conservatives, the White House targeting conservatives.

00:28:27.380 I mean, yesterday, the FBI, their Arctic Frost probe was released.

00:28:35.900 This is the FBI targeting 100 GOP groups, including the Republican Party, the Republican National Committee,

00:28:46.300 the RNC, the Republican Attorney General Association, Trump political groups.

00:28:52.640 They were all placed under FBI investigations.

00:28:57.100 Okay.

00:28:57.260 It was part of this Operation Arctic Frost.

00:29:03.200 And it was politically investigating Trump using partisan FBI agents and DOJ prosecutors

00:29:12.400 so they could improperly investigate everything about the Republican Party.

00:29:18.540 Now, nobody's saying anything about that.

00:29:21.240 I want to defang the FBI so it cannot do that to the DNC or to the RNC.

00:29:27.340 I want to defang this.

00:29:29.240 This is what we call the weaponization of government.

00:29:32.360 And if you don't like it, like Stu said, we will stand with you shoulder to shoulder to defang these things.

00:29:40.500 Shoulder to shoulder, I will stand right with you saying the government shouldn't have the power to do that.

00:29:46.320 Let's get rid of this agency or let's defang this agency to the point to where it can never target anybody on any side unless you're breaking the law.

00:29:57.860 That's what I want.

00:29:59.260 Yeah, I'm fine with getting rid of the government licensing of these stations.

00:30:03.220 There's all sorts of stuff we can go down if this is what you actually want.

00:30:06.140 But of course it isn't.

00:30:07.380 They want all of this power.

00:30:08.900 I mean, Glenn, we talked to a man who the Department of Justice sentenced to prison for posting a Hillary Clinton meme.

00:30:21.060 They sentenced him to prison for it, not the prison of the Hollywood home of Jimmy Kimmel, where he now has to get paid tens of millions of dollars to stay home because a bunch of the stations that carry him don't want to show anymore.

00:30:40.920 Not that.

00:30:42.240 They wanted to put him in prison.

00:30:44.780 He lived through a decade-long legal struggle to fight off prison time for posting a meme.

00:30:55.740 This is insanity, Glenn.

00:30:58.200 This has happened over and over again. 0.81

00:30:59.380 And the hypocrisy is there.

00:31:00.980 But as you point out, the question here is, and I don't think, and this is of course the problem with today's media,

00:31:07.140 I don't think many people actually listened to the entire Brendan Carr interview.

00:31:12.700 Again, we can ask him about this ourselves.

00:31:15.260 I'm sure he'll come on with us today or tomorrow.

00:31:17.720 But like, he talks often about, they're like, you know, I think it was Benny Johnson who was interviewing him.

00:31:23.040 And he kept asking him like, well, what do you think?

00:31:24.800 Should he be pulled off the air?

00:31:26.020 And what he said over and over again, he didn't take a position on that because he said,

00:31:29.140 it's very possible we might need to be the judge in a case that comes up.

00:31:33.840 Now, we have to deal with this our entire lives.

00:31:36.300 Because our business is built around whether the FCC deems us able to be able to broadcast.

00:31:42.560 I was 13 years old when I had to take a test at the FCC office in Seattle, Washington.

00:31:49.700 13 years old trying to get my third phone license.

00:31:54.980 I don't even know what a phone is because it's not the kind of phone we talk on.

00:31:58.740 I had to get a third phone license at 13 years old so I could just talk on a microphone, okay?

00:32:06.720 That's how crazy it was.

00:32:08.240 I've dealt with the FCC my whole life.

00:32:10.380 I despise the FCC. 0.68

00:32:13.800 I despise them.

00:32:15.380 But I know their rules and I abide by their rules because that's the rule of law.

00:32:19.800 You want to get rid of the FCC?

00:32:21.580 I am with you.

00:32:22.960 But you know why the right or the left doesn't want to do that?

00:32:25.640 Because they have used the FCC to strangle people like Rush Limbaugh, me, Sean Hannity, anybody.

00:32:33.560 They've used them when they had control to strangle us almost to death.

00:32:38.500 And yet we still survive.

00:32:40.560 You know why?

00:32:41.220 Because ours is real.

00:32:43.240 Our people actually listen to us.

00:32:45.620 It's not like Jimmy Kimmel that is, Jason, what is it?

00:32:49.560 Jason's still doing the research trying to find out what Jimmy Kimmel's actual ratings are.

00:32:54.200 Or what place is he so far that you can find in all of – remember, Tucker Carlson left when he was second, second in all cable news.

00:33:05.460 Where is Jimmy Kimmel's show ranking on all network shows?

00:33:10.080 So this is complicated because of ratings.

00:33:13.680 On one of these I can find he's around 150th.

00:33:16.800 But on another one I'm doing, it ranks about 120 shows on primetime shows.

00:33:23.280 He ranks anywhere from 95 to somewhere between 110 and 120.

00:33:29.300 So dead last pretty much in all of these.

00:33:33.160 He's in the group of, you know what?

00:33:35.380 Find the ones that are around in the 90s.

00:33:38.780 Find the shows.

00:33:39.500 Let's see if anyone has ever seen any of these shows that are at 110.

00:33:43.340 Yeah, and we've mocked Stephen Colbert for losing tens of millions of dollars as he has been doing.

00:33:50.960 He crushes Jimmy Kimmel in the ratings.

00:33:54.340 Just talking about Colbert, who is a complete failure, he's still dominating when it comes to this.

00:34:02.620 And what's funny about this is you can – like the idea – the essential concept here is that Trump doesn't want anybody making fun of him.

00:34:10.360 And they're trying to get everybody thrown off the air, all of his political enemies.

00:34:14.120 I'm sorry.

00:34:14.840 One place you can go and hear jokes about Donald Trump probably tonight – I don't know if he's on hiatus – but is Stephen Colbert's show.

00:34:22.440 Who's still on the air?

00:34:24.260 Who's still on the air?

00:34:25.500 We have this whole situation with South Park where they're constantly mocking Donald Trump.

00:34:31.560 The merger still went through.

00:34:34.080 There is no reason to believe that Donald Trump is trying to get everybody off the air that disagrees with him.

00:34:39.920 This is a pretty unique case.

00:34:41.900 This is a case in which –

00:34:43.180 Donald Trump.

00:34:43.480 Jimmy Kimmel, which by the way, he wasn't really even making jokes about Donald Trump.

00:34:46.760 He was making – he was basically mocking the situation.

00:34:50.040 No, he wasn't mocking.

00:34:50.980 He was also mocking Trump, but he was mocking –

00:34:53.180 He was lying.

00:34:53.960 And he was lying about the situation.

00:34:56.180 He's lying.

00:34:56.800 I don't care if you want to mock, mock. 1.00

00:34:59.060 I think you're a despicable human being. 0.99

00:35:00.780 You're not changing my view on that. 0.99

00:35:02.460 So continue to mock all you want, Jimmy Kimmel.

00:35:04.860 You're wrong for mocking a situation like that.

00:35:08.100 But you were lying.

00:35:09.700 You were lying.

00:35:11.060 That's where the FCC will get involved.

00:35:13.600 If the FCC does get involved, because one of the FCC – the big thing with the FCC is are you serving the public interest?

00:35:22.440 Lying, openly lying about something is not serving the public interest.

00:35:30.360 That's the thing with the FCC, okay?

00:35:32.780 They're not making something up.

00:35:35.060 You're knowingly lying about a very important thing.

00:35:40.540 Imagine, imagine, this would be like Johnny Carson or who was the guy – I think it was Carson.

00:35:47.960 After Martin Luther King is shot, if he would have gone on and said, you know, it was Martin Luther King's family that killed him.

00:35:53.900 It was all his supporters that killed him.

00:35:56.800 That's what Jimmy Kimmel did.

00:35:59.380 That is the same exact – you know, it was the Democrats that killed RFK.

00:36:07.760 You know, they're going to do everything they can to make sure that they don't – it's not found out that the shooter of RFK was actually a member of the Democratic Party.

00:36:18.300 Johnny Carson wouldn't have done that because there was no evidence of that.

00:36:23.380 In fact, all of the evidence went the other way, the exact opposite way on both of those examples.

00:36:30.140 You can't do that.

00:36:32.300 That's just lying.

00:36:33.740 You're not serving the public.

00:36:35.660 What you're doing instead is you are hurting the public and the public's interest and hurting the republic.

00:36:43.120 That's stuff you can get sued for, bare minimum, and maybe lose your license.

00:36:50.080 Yeah, I mean, and that's, of course, what Trump has done with some other lawsuits when they've lied about this stuff.

00:36:55.160 He's sued them directly and won, or at least pressured them into settling, which, again, all this stuff is stuff you could complain about if you're any other party on earth but the modern Democrats.

00:37:08.540 Correct.

00:37:08.820 And here's what – and here's what – and here's how you solve it.

00:37:13.000 This is how I have solved – you know, when Van Jones and the White House came to complain and put pressure on Fox, went into Roger Ailes' office and sat down.

00:37:20.960 Roger said to them, look, if he's made a mistake, we'll correct it right now.

00:37:25.300 Just give me a list of all the things that he said is untrue.

00:37:28.560 They couldn't produce a list because there wasn't anything.

00:37:32.000 They came back two weeks later and said that I had said that Van Jones had gone to prison when he only went to jail.

00:37:38.020 And I corrected that.

00:37:39.440 That night, I corrected it.

00:37:41.140 But that was the extent of my lies, okay?

00:37:45.420 They said I was lying about everything.

00:37:47.260 The way to correct that is to point it out and correct it.

00:37:50.520 Jimmy Kimmel is not willing to correct this.

00:37:52.940 Now, he might be now, but he wasn't then.

00:37:55.420 If you got it wrong, you lead with your mistakes.

00:37:57.860 The next night, you go on and say, you know what?

00:37:59.720 I said something, and I was wrong about it.

00:38:01.400 We got our facts wrong.

00:38:02.880 That's how you solve it.

00:38:04.100 But they're never willing to do it.

00:38:06.060 Look at Colbert. 1.00

00:38:06.740 The facts are, you suck. 1.00

00:38:09.420 Your ratings suck, and nobody wants to sponsor your show. 1.00

00:38:13.380 You're costing $40 million more than what the company makes. 0.99

00:38:17.540 It's not workable unless you're in a communist country.

00:38:20.820 It doesn't work.

00:38:22.180 And what does he do?

00:38:23.120 He lies.

00:38:24.440 He gets an Emmy for standing up and saying, Trump is targeting me.

00:38:29.420 It's just not workable.

00:38:31.340 It's not workable in a free society.

00:38:33.200 I would have been okay with Colbert if he had just come on the next day and said, actually,

00:38:37.780 I said something the other day.

00:38:38.900 I made a mistake. 0.99

00:38:39.580 I do suck. 0.98

00:38:41.440 That's actually the reason for all of this. 0.99

00:38:44.440 All right.

00:38:44.840 Back in just a minute.

00:38:47.320 All right.

00:38:47.740 What do we have?

00:38:48.080 Buffalo, Miami tonight?

00:38:49.460 Yes.

00:38:49.820 I'm very excited to watch some football.

00:38:53.180 You know, James Cook has been lighting it up so far this year.

00:38:56.740 What do you think?

00:38:57.420 Over or under 69.5 yards?

00:39:01.320 I don't know.

00:39:01.760 More or less for Tua.

00:39:03.080 He's been playing well.

00:39:04.360 Can he get one touchdown?

00:39:06.240 I think there's a good chance of that.

00:39:07.280 I'm building my lineup right now on PrizePix, and it's just daily fantasy sports.

00:39:11.500 It's simple.

00:39:12.000 It's easy.

00:39:12.440 It's fun.

00:39:13.260 You don't have to do weeks and weeks of research.

00:39:15.060 You don't have to do building lineups and worrying about all this stuff.

00:39:18.180 You just basically go in there, and you pick more or less on several different stat categories,

00:39:24.800 and you can win tons of money.

00:39:26.980 You get Dolphins, Bills, Cowboys, Bears, Chiefs, Giants, all sorts of great matchups going on.

00:39:31.880 Of course, Eagles, Rams.

00:39:33.380 PrizePix built on skill, not chance.

00:39:35.560 And once you start making lineups, it becomes really fun to test your instincts and enjoy

00:39:40.360 the games even more.

00:39:41.840 Download the app today.

00:39:42.640 If you use the code STEW, you'll get $50 in lineups after you play your first $5 lineup.

00:39:47.660 The code is STEW to get $50 instantly when you play your first $5 lineup.

00:39:52.160 It's a lot of fun.

00:39:52.780 You'll love it.

00:39:53.200 PrizePix, it's good to be right.

00:39:58.480 Freedom's like a wild horse.

00:40:01.160 If you don't grab the reins every once in a while,

00:40:03.820 you're liable to catch a hoof to the face.

00:40:08.320 And trust me, that ain't pleasant.

00:40:11.540 Beck will be right back after this.

00:40:13.940 There's a time and a place for rolling the dice.

00:40:26.800 Maybe a game of Yahtzee.

00:40:28.380 You can do that.

00:40:29.240 When it comes to the title, though, of your home, the document that proves you own your home,

00:40:35.000 that's not something you want to leave up to chance.

00:40:36.680 Because the truth is, title theft is real and it's growing.

00:40:39.360 Cyber criminals have figured out how to forge your signature and transfer your deed and

00:40:43.260 start taking out loans against your home without you knowing.

00:40:47.800 And since this crime doesn't trigger alarms or trip wires like traditional identity theft,

00:40:52.360 you don't usually even find out until it's too late.

00:40:54.920 Home Title Lock is the one service I know of that actually exclusively focuses on this threat.

00:41:00.180 They constantly monitor the title to your home.

00:41:02.700 And if anyone tries to tamper with it, even a little bit, they alert you immediately and

00:41:07.300 mobilize a U.S.-based restoration team to help lock it back down.

00:41:11.260 If you're already a victim, they will work to help restore your home's legal title and

00:41:16.520 protect you moving forward.

00:41:18.260 And if you want to take a bunch of risks, you can do that.

00:41:21.560 Go take a road trip.

00:41:23.400 Have some gas station sushi if you want to take some risks.

00:41:26.980 But don't roll the dice with your house.

00:41:28.800 AI is a big part of this as well.

00:41:30.540 It's making it much, much easier for people to do this crime.

00:41:34.920 And it's, you know, it's changing the world.

00:41:36.160 We know, but don't let it change the name on your home's title.

00:41:38.760 Go to HomeTitleLock.com, HomeTitleLock.com.

00:41:41.420 Use the promo code Blaze, HomeTitleLock.com.

00:41:44.500 The promo code is Blaze.

00:41:45.560 Protect your financial future with Home Title Lock at HomeTitleLock.com.

00:41:49.840 The promo code is Blaze.

00:42:00.540 Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.

00:42:06.280 We're glad you're here.

00:42:08.340 Jason's still trying to figure out how low Jimmy Kimmel really is.

00:42:12.560 He's got him down to a category of what shows his show is competing with.

00:42:17.440 And one of them is, of course, everybody's favorite, Muppet Mayhem.

00:42:25.140 I didn't even know Muppet Mayhem was a show, let alone that the Muppets had a show on at this time, let alone Muppet Mayhem.

00:42:35.280 But that's how few people were watching Jimmy Kimmel.

00:42:39.580 I've never heard of these.

00:42:40.740 I will say, Glenn, this Muppet Mayhem seems to be a miniseries featuring Dr. Teeth and Electric Mayhem.

00:42:47.560 The actual fan.

00:42:49.320 This sounds incredible.

00:42:50.560 I actually really want to watch it now.

00:42:52.020 Dr. Teeth is good.

00:42:52.680 What are the shows, Jason?

00:42:54.720 Totally Funny Animals.

00:42:57.140 Game shows.

00:42:58.240 I Can See Your Voice.

00:42:59.480 The 1% Club. 0.98

00:43:01.580 Raid the Cage. 0.87

00:43:03.260 I've never heard of any of these.

00:43:04.040 I've never heard of any of these.

00:43:05.340 That's how low Jimmy Kimmel is rated.

00:43:08.280 That's how low.

00:43:10.080 But, you know, we have a responsibility to keep him on the air.

00:43:15.680 No, we don't.

00:43:16.240 We have a responsibility to keep our Republican check.

00:43:18.860 And by the way, for those on the left that are saying, you know, the government is targeting Jimmy Kimmel.

00:43:25.480 Okay.

00:43:25.940 I want that to stop, too, if that's true.

00:43:28.420 So I'm with you on that.

00:43:30.680 But guess who I have on as a guest?

00:43:33.400 Coincidentally, Peter Navarro.

00:43:35.680 You know, the guy the left threw in jail because he was politically targeted by the left.

00:43:43.420 We're going to talk to him about how he feels about that and Jimmy Kimmel being targeted.

00:43:49.120 He's Glenn Beck.

00:43:50.020 I want to talk to you a little bit about Moxie.

00:43:51.920 Everybody thinks, you know, they'll notice the pest problem right away.

00:43:55.540 But the truth is, most infestations start quietly.

00:43:58.260 You know, a few ants along the baseboards, a couple of droppings in the back of the cabinet, maybe a wasp mess just out of sight.

00:44:03.540 But by the time you realize there is a problem, it's already a huge problem.

00:44:07.100 That's why I use Moxie. 1.00

00:44:08.440 They don't just come out when you're, you know, already losing the battle.

00:44:11.240 They make sure that you never have to fight the battle in the first place.

00:44:13.860 And their licensed technicians don't just spray and leave.

00:44:17.100 They walk the perimeter.

00:44:18.300 They find the entry points.

00:44:20.080 They know what to look for.

00:44:21.260 And they stay on a schedule that keeps you protected year round.

00:44:24.560 Professional, respectful of your time and your space.

00:44:27.120 And their service guarantee means that something pops up between visits.

00:44:30.520 They come back at no extra charge.

00:44:32.540 If you've been thinking about bugs, stop thinking about bugs.

00:44:35.900 I remember somebody saying to me, I said, you know, I think I might be an alcoholic.

00:44:39.680 And they're like, if you think that you're probably an alcoholic, if you've been thinking about bugs, you've got a bug problem.

00:44:46.260 This is the way Moxie comes in and takes away that worry. 1.00

00:44:50.600 Right now, celebrate 25 years in the business.

00:44:52.880 You get the first pest control service for just 25 bucks.

00:44:56.140 Visit MoxieServices.com slash Beck and use the promo code Beck.

00:44:59.980 That's MoxieServices.com slash Beck.

00:45:02.740 Promo code Beck.

00:45:09.680 Promo code Beck.

00:45:39.680 Down the road where shadows hide.

00:45:45.460 Feel the dark on every side.

00:45:48.100 Stand your ground when times get dark.

00:45:50.560 Gotta face the dog and embrace the fire.

00:45:55.140 The fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.

00:45:59.320 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

00:46:02.800 From Phoenix, Arizona today, and KFYI, and our thanks to Ryan Oler, who is being our board tech today here in Phoenix.

00:46:14.700 Thank you for your hospitality, KFYI, and as always, we're here for Charlie Kirk and TPUSA.

00:46:23.040 I'll be here until Sunday, where we'll be attending the funeral of Charlie Kirk.

00:46:27.760 Megan Kelly is in town today.

00:46:31.620 I'm going to spend some time with Megan a little later on today.

00:46:35.040 It's really...

00:46:37.040 I was out in Scottsdale yesterday, and we were just walking the Art Walk, where it's hot as blazes here.

00:46:46.240 Anyway, so just walking the Art Walk, and I ran into so many people that are locals here that are mourning Charlie Kirk.

00:46:55.240 It's really an amazing thing to see.

00:46:57.320 And the memorial, this makeshift memorial that has happened, it reminds me of when Princess Diana died.

00:47:04.280 Just the heaps of flowers and cards and teddy bears and everything else that is sitting right in front of TPUSA, which is not an easy place to find.

00:47:15.300 It's not like Buckingham Palace.

00:47:16.880 It's not an easy place to find here.

00:47:19.660 And the number of people that are standing out in front just showing support is pretty amazing.

00:47:25.840 Keep them in your prayers.

00:47:26.880 TPUSA, please keep them in your prayers.

00:47:29.100 You know, and I worry about them in the next couple of weeks, because after, you know, if you've ever gone through the death of a loved one, once everybody leaves, that's when it really gets lonely and you start to really doubt and question everything.

00:47:40.240 And they can't.

00:47:41.240 Their work is so incredibly important.

00:47:44.540 All right.

00:47:45.060 Yesterday, we talked about the government going after these terror organizations, specifically George Soros,

00:47:53.980 and laid out a case on George Soros, which Jason is here with us.

00:47:57.920 He's our chief researcher.

00:47:59.000 Are we going to do a special on this?

00:48:01.200 Oh, are we?

00:48:02.540 Oh, are we?

00:48:02.940 I cannot wait for this.

00:48:04.060 We have something.

00:48:05.080 I don't want to reveal it now.

00:48:06.140 We have something beyond what was released yesterday that I think will absolutely blow minds.

00:48:12.000 But we're going to put everything together, make sure it's exactly right on George Soros.

00:48:16.220 But yesterday, they started talking about terror and Antifa.

00:48:21.080 And we're going to go through that in 60 seconds.

00:48:23.380 First, let me tell you about the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.

00:48:26.800 There's something deeply moving about the way Christians and Jews have stood together in times of trouble.

00:48:31.340 And it's not on the political side of things.

00:48:34.060 It's a spiritual connection that we have with our sister faith.

00:48:37.740 It's rooted in a shared history, a common scripture, the worship of the same God and mutual respect that goes back thousands of years.

00:48:46.180 The Jewish people in Israel are facing incredible danger right now, from terror attacks to food shortages.

00:48:51.980 And many in Israel desperately needing help.

00:48:54.940 And while the politicians are debating, the needs keep growing.

00:48:58.780 The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews is one of the very few organizations on the ground that has been there for decades,

00:49:04.460 delivering emergency aid and food boxes and medical support and hope.

00:49:09.080 And when you give to the fellowship, you're not just sending a donation.

00:49:11.800 You're sending that message of hope that Christians will not walk away from our Jewish brothers and sisters again.

00:49:18.920 In a world that is turning colder by the day, it is a chance to stand up and be counted among those who bless Israel.

00:49:25.880 You know, the Jerusalem Post, we were talking about this yesterday.

00:49:28.820 Jerusalem Post has made me, what was it, Stu?

00:49:32.320 The number one Christian friend of Israel, I think it was, or something like that.

00:49:38.140 I can't remember.

00:49:38.580 And the list of people, it's like, I'm shocked that I even made the list.

00:49:43.900 But to be number one was a true honor.

00:49:46.220 So thank you for that.

00:49:48.240 Get more information about how you can join the Flags of Fellowship movement.

00:49:52.120 Visit the fellowship online at ifcj.org.

00:49:55.660 Ifcj.org.

00:49:57.780 You know, I don't know.

00:50:00.680 You know, I say it's such an honor, and it is a real honor.

00:50:03.320 I mean, some things I do, you know, for the eternities, and because they're right, just flat-out right, and supporting Israel is. 0.64

00:50:13.020 And I'm not talking about their wars or anything.

00:50:15.140 I support the Jewish people.

00:50:17.680 You have a right to live, to be heard, and to live without fear of somebody trying to kill you.

00:50:23.260 I mean, I think that's pretty simple.

00:50:24.980 I don't know how we all can't get on that bandwagon.

00:50:27.540 But, you know, come out as the number one voice for, a Christian voice for Jews.

00:50:34.180 That's not exactly helpful, Israel.

00:50:36.780 It's not.

00:50:38.040 In today's world, that's not necessarily going to help me an awful lot.

00:50:42.960 But it means a great deal to me, and I so appreciate it.

00:50:47.500 Thank you.

00:50:48.000 Thank you so much.

00:50:49.240 All right.

00:50:49.820 Let me talk to you a little bit about Antifa.

00:50:51.980 Antifa has finally been put on the terror list as a terrorist organization.

00:51:00.020 I want to get into this, what it takes to be a terrorist organization, but terrorism is a word that just chills you to the bone, or it should.

00:51:09.320 The Department of Homeland Security lays it out clearly.

00:51:12.420 Terrorism is the unlawful use of violence or threat of violence to intimidate or coerce a civilian population, influence government policy, or affect the conduct of government through destruction, chaos, or fear.

00:51:28.860 That's the standard, okay?

00:51:32.680 I think that's really clear.

00:51:35.120 To affect the conduct of government through destruction, yep, chaos, aha, and fear.

00:51:42.220 Now, ask yourself, this is not going to be hard.

00:51:44.660 I'm not going to give you a lot of time to answer this question.

00:51:46.740 Does Antifa fit that description?

00:51:49.000 You knew the answer before I finished the question.

00:51:52.980 Yes, it does.

00:51:54.000 Look at Portland.

00:51:55.440 For years, we saw coordinated campaigns where so-called anti-fascists brought, not arguments, not debate, but weapons into the streets.

00:52:07.340 They occupied and shut off the FBI in their own headquarters.

00:52:11.840 Do you remember that?

00:52:12.700 Nobody did anything.

00:52:13.600 They bring bricks and Molotov cocktails, fireworks that are aimed at police precincts, and federal courses.

00:52:24.760 Businesses have been looted and burned.

00:52:27.420 Neighborhoods terrorized.

00:52:29.020 Whole blocks were seized and declared autonomous zones.

00:52:34.260 Places where the law had absolutely no authority.

00:52:37.980 Now, is that a peaceful protest?

00:52:39.880 No, that is the textbook definition of using intimidation and violence to advance an ideology and intimidating the government to do what they want it to do.

00:52:54.900 Now, DHS says that terrorism does not require an international connection.

00:52:59.400 Homegrown extremists fall under it as well.

00:53:01.940 But the criteria is really important.

00:53:05.120 Ideologically motivated violence.

00:53:06.880 Now, Antifa's stated mission is to dismantle systems of oppression.

00:53:14.300 But the tools they use are firebombs and street beatings.

00:53:18.860 Targeting systems, civilians, officials, or institution.

00:53:24.960 Well, they've assaulted journalists, shopkeepers, police officers, and city employees.

00:53:29.480 In Portland, they surround the federal courthouses night after night with the explicit goal of driving the government authority out and burning the place down.

00:53:39.880 The intent to intimidate or coerce.

00:53:42.320 Ask any small business owner who had to hang a we support BLM sign just to avoid their windows being smashed if they felt coerced.

00:53:50.480 That is textbook definition of terror.

00:53:54.900 Now, compare that to the groups already on the domestic terror radar. 0.89

00:54:00.260 White supremacist gangs, eco-terrorists, foreign-inspired extremists.

00:54:06.720 The through line on all of this is the same. 0.99

00:54:10.220 Ideology plus violence equals terrorism.

00:54:16.780 I plus V equals T.

00:54:20.280 Ideology, violence equals terrorism.

00:54:24.180 Antifa checks every single box.

00:54:28.460 Well, but yeah, but it's not a structured group.

00:54:30.860 That's a dodge.

00:54:31.860 You know it.

00:54:32.540 I know it.

00:54:33.240 It's a dodge.

00:54:34.840 Al-Qaeda didn't hand out business cards.

00:54:37.120 They didn't say, let me check with Al-Qaeda headquarters.

00:54:41.240 Let me see ISIS. 0.99

00:54:42.580 What does the CEO of ISIS have to say?

00:54:46.960 Lone wolf jihadists who pledge allegiance on, you know, a telegram channel still gets classified as terrorism because that's the tactics and the outcome that matter.

00:54:58.860 Antifa operates as a network, but a decentralized network, but connected by shared symbols, shared targets.

00:55:05.900 It's shared methods of violence.

00:55:08.900 The DHS criteria, it doesn't require corporate organization charts.

00:55:14.040 It doesn't.

00:55:15.360 Well, yes, but who is their CFO?

00:55:18.340 It doesn't have that.

00:55:20.100 What they require is a pattern of ideologically motivated criminal violence.

00:55:25.840 And you have it in Portland.

00:55:27.300 You have it in Seattle.

00:55:28.700 You have it in Minneapolis.

00:55:30.120 You have it in Washington, D.C.

00:55:31.740 The pattern is over and over.

00:55:33.800 Courthouses are set on fire.

00:55:35.340 Police are blinded with lasers.

00:55:38.040 Journalists beaten in the streets.

00:55:40.020 City blocks seized by force.

00:55:42.520 Ordinary Americans are terrified into silence.

00:55:46.400 That is terrorism.

00:55:49.240 So the question, the question is not whether Antifa qualifies because they do.

00:55:54.760 The real question that America should be asking today is, why the hesitation to name what they are?

00:56:03.600 Why hasn't this happened a long time ago?

00:56:05.760 Because once you admit that organized left-wing violence can be terrorism, the narrative completely collapses.

00:56:15.720 It's not just angry kids in masks.

00:56:19.120 It's a coordinated movement that meets the DHS definition of domestic terrorism.

00:56:26.000 It's no longer kids that we just need to understand.

00:56:29.140 It's college kids that stop believing.

00:56:31.300 No, it's none of that.

00:56:32.500 Now it's coordinated terrorism.

00:56:34.500 And if we can call January 6 terrorism, and DHS did, then intellectual honesty demands and requires that Antifa, through the same lens, is viewed the same way.

00:56:50.680 Violence is violence, coercion is coercion, fear is fear, and the people of Portland and Seattle and countless other cities have lived through nights of terror at the hands of Antifa.

00:57:03.360 So all that Donald Trump is doing now is just stop pretending.

00:57:09.020 That's the only thing that has changed.

00:57:11.380 He hasn't come up with some grand plan or anything else.

00:57:14.340 He's just like, let's stop pretending it's not a terrorist group.

00:57:17.060 Let's actually name what it is.

00:57:21.560 You can't defeat an enemy if you can't name it.

00:57:26.440 You know, we would have never defeated the Nazis if we said, well, the Nazis, I mean, it's just kind of a ragtag group, and it's an ideology, and it's not really. 0.64

00:57:36.600 We would have never defeated the Nazis. 0.95

00:57:38.720 We had to name the Nazis what they were, evil, evil. 0.93

00:57:42.840 And not because of their politics. 0.85

00:57:47.400 You can be a Marxist.

00:57:49.400 Stu, what was the name of the communist we used to work with in Philadelphia?

00:57:53.820 What was his name?

00:57:55.560 Clinton.

00:57:56.760 Clinton, that's right.

00:57:58.060 And I loved the guy.

00:57:59.280 I just loved him.

00:58:00.680 He was a diehard communist.

00:58:03.380 He worked running the board of my show, and during the show, he would argue back and forth with me, you know, about communism.

00:58:11.220 And I believe, like, Clinton, you're not going to win this argument, but God bless you.

00:58:15.620 You're taking a paycheck.

00:58:18.480 So, I mean, anyway, and God bless him.

00:58:23.700 I had no problem with Clinton.

00:58:25.260 We were friends.

00:58:26.520 We were friends.

00:58:27.520 It's not politics.

00:58:29.600 It's about what you do with the politics.

00:58:32.360 If you now take those politics and you decide you can kill people because you disagree with them, that's a problem.

00:58:42.500 You can just take the streets and you can burn down buildings and you can put stores out of business. 0.77

00:58:49.220 You can firebomb streets.

00:58:51.340 That's when your ideology becomes terrorism because you've coupled your ideology with violence.

00:59:01.080 I plus V equals T.

00:59:04.340 That's DHS.

00:59:05.720 That's the law.

00:59:07.040 All right.

00:59:07.220 More on this in just a second.

00:59:08.480 First, let me tell you about our sponsor.

00:59:10.840 Our sponsor is Good Ranchers.

00:59:13.060 When you buy meats from the grocery store, you really don't have any idea where it comes from.

00:59:19.180 And I know there's that little flag sticker on there.

00:59:21.460 Those flag stickers should be taken off.

00:59:24.640 Those flag stickers mean nothing.

00:59:26.640 It could just be wrapped here in America.

00:59:29.100 It could come off a boat and it could be all cut and they take it and they put it in a styrofoam tray and wrap it.

00:59:35.360 And then it becomes a product of the USA.

00:59:38.440 Believe it or not.

00:59:39.100 It can come as a whole side of beef and then they cut it and then put it in the styrofoam and it becomes a product of the USA.

00:59:46.220 It's not.

00:59:47.300 It's not.

00:59:49.080 Good ranchers thinks that's terrible.

00:59:51.300 And frankly, it's kind of gross that we're shipping our meat from all over and we're putting our own people out of work.

00:59:57.140 We got to be able to feed ourselves.

00:59:59.120 So every cut they sell, every single piece of beef and chicken and seafood, 100% American.

01:00:05.400 Raised here, local farms, delivered straight to your door.

01:00:09.960 No mystery or no middleman.

01:00:12.240 Okay.

01:00:12.780 It's good ranchers.

01:00:13.840 I'm a subscriber.

01:00:15.360 I love that every box that I get supports a larger mission.

01:00:19.360 That actually means something.

01:00:20.920 It's bigger than just meat.

01:00:22.300 It's about saving our food supply here in America.

01:00:25.280 Because by the end of today's show, another farm, another ranch will be out of business because we're not supporting them.

01:00:32.860 Go to goodranchers.com.

01:00:52.820 10 seconds.

01:00:55.280 I want to take you to North Carolina here for just a second.

01:01:07.240 I want to take you to North Carolina in the mountains where the hum of the cicadas, you know, and the rush of the, I think it's the Nantalahala, something like that.

01:01:18.740 The gorge.

01:01:19.420 All of these sounds of nature just drown out the noise of the modern world, except on September 6th.

01:01:30.380 A, a Jeep Grand Cherokee rolled to a stop on the roadside.

01:01:34.780 And we have video of all of this driver stepped out, not with curiosity of a traveler, like this is so peaceful at night, but with malice of a vandal.

01:01:43.940 Right in front of him was a banner that just said Trump 2024.

01:01:51.260 It's a canvas of political allegiance that fluttered in the wind for months and months and months.

01:01:55.780 And it belonged to the mother of Mark Thomas.

01:01:57.940 He was the owner or is the owner of Paddle Inn Rafting.

01:02:01.680 Okay.

01:02:01.780 And to the mom, it was more than cloth.

01:02:05.140 It was conviction.

01:02:06.500 The man paused all on video.

01:02:08.500 Now paused, looked around, then tore it down.

01:02:11.220 There was no debate, no discussion.

01:02:12.780 He just took somebody's private property, crossed onto it, and then took and vandalized and destroyed it.

01:02:19.180 And he did it in rage and threw the banner in the dirt. 0.98

01:02:22.780 It was garbage to him. 0.88

01:02:24.260 Then he climbed back into his vehicle and he prepared to drive off. 0.99

01:02:28.120 But he wasn't alone.

01:02:30.320 Mark Thomas had been watching him.

01:02:33.440 And first he was shocked, and then he stepped outside with his rifle.

01:02:38.020 You know, the kind of weapon a mountain man would keep, not for politics, but for protection and maybe to hunt and eat.

01:02:44.160 He took his rifle, fired two warning shots up in the air.

01:02:48.620 Said, you're being watched.

01:02:50.200 And this isn't, this was, this was not terrorizing him.

01:02:55.700 He was saying, you're being watched and there's going to be a consequence.

01:03:00.100 Okay.

01:03:00.620 You're not free to do that.

01:03:02.880 That's when it turned really dark.

01:03:05.560 The man rolled back his sunroof, raised a firearm, a gun of his own, and fired not into the air, but toward Thomas.

01:03:14.020 The man standing on his own property under his own flag, defending nothing more than his own property, defending something that was so terrorizing.

01:03:27.820 It was a piece of fabric, proclaiming his belief in the current president of the United States.

01:03:34.700 Bullets crack out, hit right behind Thomas.

01:03:37.980 He stands his ground.

01:03:39.280 Minutes later, the suspect circles back, making another pass, squeezing off more rounds, and then fleeing into the night with his license plate concealed.

01:03:50.960 Sheriff is called.

01:03:53.300 The investigation still ongoing.

01:03:56.780 Shots were fired.

01:03:57.820 They identified the vehicle.

01:04:00.840 And Thomas said, you know, he took my property.

01:04:04.000 I was telling him to knock it off, and he was trying to kill me.

01:04:10.180 This is what's happening in our country.

01:04:14.260 And by the way, you know, Jimmy Kimmel will tell you today, we're trying to do everything we can to make sure that we understand that the guy who tore down that flag was a MAGA supporter.

01:04:23.660 It's, again, the same kind of terror that is happening.

01:04:28.580 Florida man, arrested by the FBI, he received a, the FBI received a tip from the man's high school friend about something that this guy was posting on social media.

01:04:43.880 His name is Michael Whitehead.

01:04:46.020 He was in his apartment at Fort Myers, Florida, 27 years old.

01:04:51.420 And he wrote online, I personally will do everything I can to democide Republicans.

01:05:00.640 Hmm.

01:05:01.560 All American conservatives will be systematically erased.

01:05:07.120 Her oppressors will suffer by my hand, I promise.

01:05:12.320 Okay.

01:05:13.260 Now, he was arrested on September 10th.

01:05:17.160 The same day we were all talking about Charlie Kirk by that afternoon, this was going on in Florida.

01:05:24.680 Now, this guy's attorney, Whitehead's attorney, says, well, that, I can see it can be misconstrued, you know, especially with politics, you know, there's a fever out there.

01:05:35.380 Well, there wasn't a fever out there on, on September 10th in the morning.

01:05:39.480 There wasn't a fever.

01:05:40.720 They had been investigating this guy.

01:05:42.440 They had been tipped off before there was a fever.

01:05:44.560 And I'm trying to find out, Stu, help me, help me misconstrue this.

01:05:50.520 All conservatives will be systematically erased.

01:05:54.200 I will personally do everything I can to democide Republicans. 0.99

01:05:58.800 What democide means is for the government, the government to actually kill all Republicans. 0.99

01:06:06.540 Okay. 0.99

01:06:07.500 Her oppressors will suffer by my hand, I promise.

01:06:11.240 How, uh, tell me, how can you misconstrue what he just said?

01:06:19.200 This, again, is somebody on the left.

01:06:23.260 Political violence.

01:06:24.720 Just gave you three examples of political violence coming from the left in the last 10 days.

01:06:33.580 This is Glenn Beck.

01:06:40.540 But we have yet to get started.

01:06:42.540 Wait until I tell you about the, uh, the armed queers and what's been going on there. 1.00

01:06:48.180 Um, that's coming up just a second.

01:06:49.680 First, let me tell you, um, I want to thank Z Factor for being a sponsor.

01:08:18.160 Welcome to the Glenbeck program.

01:08:20.140 We're so glad that you're listening.

01:08:21.800 Thank you for being here today.

01:08:23.240 We really appreciate it.

01:08:24.780 We're in Phoenix, Arizona.

01:08:26.020 Thanks for the hospitality of KFYI, who is hosting the program here for the next couple

01:08:30.860 of days.

01:08:31.900 Yesterday, I was at TPUSA.

01:08:34.680 Everybody there is just, they're so tired.

01:08:37.140 They are so tired.

01:08:37.600 You can see it.

01:08:38.640 And they are so grateful for the outpouring of love.

01:08:42.900 Honestly.

01:08:43.720 I mean, these are kids.

01:08:45.200 Man, they're 20-somethings.

01:08:46.740 And they find themselves in this whirlwind of history.

01:08:51.660 And they are so dedicated.

01:08:54.200 So dedicated.

01:08:55.420 But, you know, it's a pretty shocking thing, obviously.

01:09:00.220 Shocking to us.

01:09:01.320 Imagine you worked with Charlie Kirk every day.

01:09:03.660 Um, there's 150 employees there every day.

01:09:09.060 It's, it's really, it was an amazing thing to be there yesterday and be a part of history.

01:09:14.860 Um, I did Charlie's show yesterday, which was harder than I thought.

01:09:18.580 Stu, harder than you thought it would be?

01:09:20.040 Yeah, yeah, it was really hard.

01:09:22.440 Yeah.

01:09:23.060 I mean, I couldn't even look, I couldn't even look to my right because that's where Charlie's

01:09:27.060 chair was.

01:09:27.840 And all I could see was that's where Erica gave her speech.

01:09:31.320 Yeah.

01:09:32.140 And, um, I brought Rush Limbaugh's microphone, the golden EIB microphone, because Charlie,

01:09:38.400 I told a story yesterday that, that Charlie had said, you know, when he was 17, I said,

01:09:43.920 so what do you want to do, kid?

01:09:45.120 What do you want to do?

01:09:46.140 And he was always so gracious.

01:09:48.540 He said, I want to do your job.

01:09:50.260 I want to be like you.

01:09:51.520 And I knew exactly what he meant.

01:09:53.700 I was like, you know, I didn't say this to him.

01:09:55.560 And I'm like, uh-huh, uh-huh.

01:09:56.760 I know what you're saying.

01:09:57.940 You want to be Rush Limbaugh.

01:09:59.160 You don't want to be me.

01:10:00.320 You want to be Rush Limbaugh.

01:10:02.400 And, um, and, uh, I said, well, you know, keep working hard.

01:10:07.400 You know, you've got the talent to do it.

01:10:09.100 And this one, he was 17 years old and I watched him.

01:10:12.140 I watched him.

01:10:13.280 He was the guy I thought, you know, David Barton and I talked about 2007.

01:10:18.540 2007 or 2008 that we weren't going to be the generation that saved it.

01:10:23.380 We might be the generation that teaches the generation to save it and helps them and enables

01:10:29.140 them.

01:10:29.940 And so I had been looking for a kid that grew up with the show to rise to the top, to change

01:10:35.680 things and eventually to become, you know, a possible next Abraham Lincoln or George Washington.

01:10:40.180 And I really thought Charlie was the one.

01:10:43.080 And he would have been, he would have, I think he would have made a great present another

01:10:46.980 10 years.

01:10:47.820 Can you imagine what Charlie Kirk would have been like?

01:10:50.540 Um, and so it was, it was really, really difficult.

01:10:54.440 And when I, I brought the microphone with me and I said, I wish I'll, hopefully I'll, I'll

01:11:04.940 be able to tell you some things that have been going on recently, but I had hoped to have

01:11:11.100 a moment with Charlie in the next couple of months, um, that I was going to, I was going

01:11:18.300 to say this to him on the air, um, that he surpassed Rush Limbaugh.

01:11:23.300 He's way past me and he surpassed Rush Limbaugh.

01:11:26.040 I mean, Rush did a lot of things, but Rush was a broadcaster and a very good broadcaster.

01:11:31.700 I'm a broadcaster and a pretty good broadcaster.

01:11:35.120 Charlie not only was a broadcaster, but he was a narrow caster.

01:11:38.220 And those are two very different skills.

01:11:40.560 He was also one of the best teachers, one of the best, uh, one of best debaters.

01:11:46.120 He was also a really amazing political mind.

01:11:50.680 Um, he was an advisor to presidents.

01:11:52.940 He was a guy who was a community organizer that was responsible for the 2024 election.

01:11:59.360 Much of it was him.

01:12:01.460 Um, he was a good dad.

01:12:04.220 He was a great man.

01:12:06.060 He was a Billy Graham to a lot of youth in this country.

01:12:10.500 That's much more than Rush and Rush and I ever did, ever did together.

01:12:18.420 Um, and so when I put that microphone in front of him, uh, in front of his microphone, uh,

01:12:25.260 it was so difficult, so difficult.

01:12:31.000 Um, and I, I wish I would have had the chance to say that to him before he died, but we, we

01:12:37.800 obviously ran out of, we ran out of time.

01:12:40.840 I, I thought we were going to have many, many more years and, and very close years.

01:12:47.340 We're going to be, hopefully I'm going to be announcing something on Monday, um, in regards

01:12:52.260 to Charlie Kirk.

01:12:54.000 Um, but we'll, we'll see how things work out, but hopefully that will come Monday.

01:12:58.900 Another hard and difficult thing was you might remember, uh, a theme that I did in 2018 and

01:13:07.020 it was a theme that I wrote and I think it was 2018.

01:13:09.740 Somebody can check it for me, but it was a theme that I asked David Osmond to write.

01:13:14.980 Um, and it was probably our least favorite theme out of all the themes.

01:13:18.860 I changed the theme of the show every year and it was probably the least favorite of everybody

01:13:22.680 because they didn't understand it.

01:13:23.840 Nobody understood it, but I was convinced that political assassinations were going to begin

01:13:28.420 that year and I wanted to prepare our audience, you for that time to say, if it comes, and

01:13:37.520 I didn't say this on the air, but if it comes, we have to be united.

01:13:41.840 But that year I asked him to write a theme for the show called we are one.

01:13:49.580 What I did that year is the year, um, Charlie and I were out on a balcony in, um, in Miami

01:13:56.520 talking about things that come and we talked about assassinations and we talked about, you

01:14:02.560 know, it could be one of us and how would we want our audiences to respond.

01:14:07.200 So I know exactly.

01:14:09.220 Charlie is so proud of the way you and his audience has reacted.

01:14:16.240 He is so proud of it.

01:14:17.520 And I know for a fact, because we discussed it, um, but yesterday, my daughter, who was

01:14:25.480 10 feet from the tent when he was shot 10 feet, um, she was a huge fan of Charlie's.

01:14:34.480 She wants to come to the funeral so badly, but she said, I don't think I can handle it.

01:14:38.900 Dad, I don't think I can go.

01:14:40.920 I don't think I can handle it emotionally.

01:14:43.200 Um, she went into the studio with Charlie Kirk the night before last, uh, not Charlie

01:14:49.240 Kirk with, uh, David Osman and rerecorded the theme for Charlie.

01:14:53.740 And I played it yesterday in case you haven't heard it.

01:14:57.720 Here is we are one, the message that I wanted to send to you the year.

01:15:04.320 I thought political assassinations were going to begin.

01:15:07.520 Listen.

01:15:10.920 I know we don't see everything in the same way.

01:15:39.320 But I know we won't be really free if we don't stay united, cause divided, we will fall for anything.

01:15:57.900 It's true.

01:15:59.900 So I have decided I will stand for you and I will.

01:16:09.320 I will make a stand, I will raise my voice, I will hold your hand, cause we are one.

01:16:19.720 I will beat my drum, I have made my choice, we will overcome, cause we are one.

01:16:30.320 Some say there's no way, your way will ever be okay.

01:16:49.320 They say the best days are they hide so wide and you will find.

01:16:59.240 The times when the times when the best men defend every friend, neighbor, country man.

01:17:09.140 I will make a stand, I will raise my voice, I will hold your hand, cause we are one.

01:17:29.140 I will beat my drum, I will beat my drum, I have made my choice, we will overcome, cause we are one.

01:17:39.140 Times may change, the truth remains.

01:17:44.960 We won't be silenced, won't be changed.

01:17:50.080 Cause injustice anywhere.

01:17:53.720 Threatings justice everywhere.

01:17:59.440 I will make a stand, I will raise my voice, I will hold your hand, cause we are one.

01:18:10.000 I will beat my drum, I have made my choice, we will overcome, cause we are one.

01:18:19.400 I will make a stand, I will raise my voice, I will hold your hand, cause we are one.

01:18:29.640 I will beat my drum, I have made my choice, we will overcome, cause we are one.

01:18:41.960 We are one.

01:18:55.640 When I asked David Osmond to write that theme, I never imagined that my then 13-year-old daughter,

01:19:06.660 who I don't even know if she had discovered Charlie Kirk yet.

01:19:13.620 I never thought that she would not only witness firsthand his assassination,

01:19:20.720 but then would sing that theme in honor of Charlie Kirk.

01:19:27.060 If you would like to support TPUSA or the Charlie Kirk family,

01:19:32.400 I'm telling you, I spent time with Erica yesterday, she is a powerhouse.

01:19:39.040 She's right when she said, you have no idea what you've unleashed.

01:19:43.020 They unleashed her.

01:19:45.900 And she is a force to be reckoned with.

01:19:49.720 And if you would like to support not only their family, but the family of TPUSA

01:19:54.040 and make sure that their good mission continues to go on,

01:19:56.760 we invite you as a family, you can donate directly to TPUSA,

01:20:02.020 or you can go as our family, our show, would like to be one to say thank you personally.

01:20:09.040 And if you feel you'd like to say thank you to Charlie as an audience member,

01:20:14.380 go to givesendgo.com slash 912project and donate there.

01:20:22.480 All right, more in just a second.

01:20:23.940 Let me tell you about American financing.

01:20:30.240 The Federal Reserve doesn't lose sleep on your credit card bill.

01:20:34.000 No matter what the interest rate is doing to you, your bank,

01:20:36.960 they're not worried about it.

01:20:37.920 It doesn't matter to them how much interest you're paying.

01:20:43.280 It does to American financing.

01:20:44.980 It does to me.

01:20:46.520 It does to the president, quite frankly.

01:20:48.380 You know, they lowered it yesterday by a quarter of a point.

01:20:50.560 Was it yesterday or the day before?

01:20:51.960 I lost track of time.

01:20:53.940 But you are interested in that.

01:20:56.900 And if you're carrying debt, paying too much every month, just feeling stuck,

01:21:00.200 there is a smart way to move forward.

01:21:02.200 And it's American financing.

01:21:03.440 They'll help you restructure your debt through a custom mortgage refi,

01:21:07.340 one that is built around your goals and not the banks.

01:21:10.400 Their salary-based mortgage consultants don't work for the bank.

01:21:13.020 They work for you.

01:21:13.800 And because they don't push hidden fees or upsells, you actually get honest advice from them,

01:21:19.140 and you can save big over the long term.

01:21:21.460 Some people are saving, you know, $10,000 every year.

01:21:25.720 That's a $10,000 raise just by calling American Financing.

01:21:29.940 800-906-2440, 800-906-2440, or go to AmericanFinancing.net.

01:21:38.600 NMLS 182334, NMLSConsumerAccess.org.

01:21:41.760 APR for Rates in the Five starts at 6.799% for well-qualified borrowers.

01:21:45.520 Call 800-906-2440 for details about credit costs and terms.

01:21:49.100 This is Glenn Beck.

01:22:11.840 Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.

01:22:14.000 We're glad you're here.

01:22:15.960 There's a couple of things.

01:22:17.260 First of all, that Charlie Kirk Tribute, you can find it now at Spotify under Charlie Kirk Tribute.

01:22:24.100 We are one.

01:22:25.380 You can find it at Spotify.

01:22:27.000 Please pass it to a friend and spread it as much as you possibly can.

01:22:32.680 But it's Charlie Kirk Tribute.

01:22:35.620 We are one by David Osman and Cheyenne Grace available now on Spotify.

01:22:41.300 Coming up next hour, you know the doctor that got in trouble because he was saying bad things

01:22:46.320 in front of a patient saying bad things and mocking Charlie Kirk's death.

01:22:50.980 And the nurse that was fired because she pointed it out to him and said, hey, what is this?

01:22:56.080 And then posted it online.

01:22:57.680 She was fired first. 0.99

01:22:58.960 Now she's been rehired, but the doctor has lost his gig.

01:23:03.720 She's going to be joining us here in about half an hour because really the topic today is, at least on social media, the big trending topic is how, oh, Donald Trump is starting to use the government to target his enemies.

01:23:17.120 That's laughable.

01:23:19.880 But they're talking about Antifa now being called a terror organization.

01:23:25.880 Also, Jimmy Kimmel losing his his place on, you know, probably 80 stations of ABC and ABC has suspended him indefinitely, not fired him, just suspended him.

01:23:38.660 And they're saying, you know, now the government is suppressing free speech, yada, yada.

01:23:44.260 Well, let's talk to somebody who understands oppressing free speech, shall we?

01:23:47.900 Peter Navarro is with us.

01:23:49.740 He's written a book.

01:23:50.800 I went to prison so you don't have to.

01:23:53.960 What happens when the American justice system is weaponized against you?

01:23:58.500 Peter Navarro, a guy who knows what it's like to have the government weaponized against you firsthand.

01:24:04.000 We'll be here and I'm interested to hear his take on what is happening to Jimmy Kimmel and how oppressive this government is being to Jimmy Kimmel, of all people.

01:24:15.460 And by the way, I have stood up for people on the right and the left relentlessly on freedom of speech.

01:24:23.600 I do not like it at all.

01:24:25.700 And I certainly do not like I mean, I took on ABC right after 9-11 when they went after Bill Maher.

01:24:33.780 And I said, what part of politically incorrect did you not understand, ABC?

01:24:39.460 And I hated what Bill Maher had said.

01:24:42.320 I didn't like what Bill Maher stood for at the time, but I defended him relentlessly and got hammered by my own audience for it.

01:24:50.100 That's OK.

01:24:50.900 I believe in freedom of speech.

01:24:53.540 Jimmy Kimmel.

01:24:54.520 That's not freedom.

01:24:55.320 He lied.

01:24:58.580 He lied about the killer of Charlie Kirk and made a joke out of it.

01:25:04.040 You can make all the jokes you want.

01:25:05.920 I think it's in very poor taste, but you can do that.

01:25:09.280 He is not serving the public by lying about what happened to Charlie Kirk.

01:25:16.100 We're going to talk to Peter Navarro and that nurse who almost found herself out of the job until the tables were turned.

01:25:23.900 And we'll find out from both of them coming up next.

01:25:27.480 This is Glenn Beck.

01:25:28.780 And we'll catch you off.

01:25:30.260 We'll be back.

01:25:31.380 We'll be back.

01:25:32.600 We'll be back.

01:25:32.880 We'll be back.

01:25:33.540 We'll be back.

01:25:34.880 We'll be back.

01:25:35.560 Thank you.

01:26:05.560 The road where shadows hide, feel the dark on every side, stand your ground when times get dark, gotta face the dark and embrace the fire.

01:26:17.480 The fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.

01:26:21.680 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

01:26:25.120 Hello, America. Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program from KFYI in Phoenix, Arizona, as we spend the week with TPUSA and remembering Charlie Kirk here in Arizona.

01:26:39.960 I'm so glad that you have joined us today. Thank you, KFYI, for your hospitality.

01:26:43.900 Today we're talking about freedom of speech and the weaponization of government because those are the two topics that are trending today.

01:26:52.900 Because, of course, the New York Times and the left just think what has happened to Jimmy Kimmel is just the worst tragedy to our republic.

01:27:04.760 And the worst violation of freedom of speech in modern history.

01:27:14.000 I mean, forget about the Japanese internment camps.

01:27:17.220 Forget about, you know, the McCarthy era.

01:27:19.780 This is the biggest, the biggest violation in modern history of freedom of speech.

01:27:27.900 No, actually, what Jimmy Kimmel was doing on television was lying and then not apologizing.

01:27:34.460 And you had a corporation that was just sued for lying and not apologizing.

01:27:38.920 And the president won in court.

01:27:41.900 So I think that tends to make ABC a little nervous about things.

01:27:46.720 Now, the left says that Donald Trump is just weaponizing the government like crazy.

01:27:52.220 I want to talk to you a little bit about weaponization of the of the government.

01:27:56.040 In fact, I don't want to.

01:27:57.860 Peter Navarro is here.

01:27:58.940 In fact, he not only wrote a book called I Went to Prison So You Don't Have To.

01:28:03.880 He actually went to prison because of the weaponization of government.

01:28:07.860 So I thought he might be a good guest to have on today for those who are crying for Jimmy Kimmel.

01:28:14.780 Peter Navarro joins us in 60 seconds.

01:28:17.460 Stand by.

01:28:18.140 First, big wireless companies don't just provide cell service.

01:28:21.180 They push an agenda.

01:28:22.380 They donate to groups that fight against the values you hold.

01:28:25.640 They support abortion lobbies, radical gender policies, politicians who openly oppose religious freedom, free speech and the Constitution itself.

01:28:33.320 Why would you pay a mobile phone company to do that?

01:28:36.320 Why?

01:28:36.620 You're already paying your taxes and your taxes are already paying for those things through the NGOs, which hopefully will end very soon.

01:28:45.560 But when you switch to Patriot Mobile, you're taking that same monthly bill and putting it to work for something that actually matters.

01:28:53.040 They use the same exact cell towers on the major carriers.

01:28:56.500 They get the strong, same nationwide coverage without compromising your principles.

01:29:01.460 So please, they make it really easy to switch, easy to keep your number, easy to know where your dollars are going and going to causes you believe in.

01:29:09.700 And they're the only Christian conservative phone company on the planet.

01:29:13.940 Switching is easier than ever.

01:29:16.120 Activate in minutes from the comfort of your own home.

01:29:18.520 Keep your number, your phone or upgrade.

01:29:20.720 It's time to make the switch today.

01:29:22.160 Go to PatriotMobile.com slash Beck or call 972-PATRIOT.

01:29:26.200 Use the promo code Beck for a free month of service.

01:29:28.940 It's PatriotMobile.com slash Beck 972-PATRIOT.

01:29:32.500 Let's say hello to our good friend, Peter Navarro.

01:29:34.440 Hi, Peter.

01:29:34.900 How are you?

01:29:35.400 Well, heavy heart, as you might understand.

01:29:40.920 My brother Charlie lost him.

01:29:44.040 I knew him going back to 2016 when I was on the campaign trail with President Trump and candidate Trump.

01:29:54.300 I thought Charlie, a young kid at the time, and I thought he was Don Quixote, to be honest.

01:30:02.540 I mean, how would you ever mobilize the youth of America, which is so left-wing?

01:30:09.260 And lo and behold, Charlie taught us how to do that, and he's going to be missed.

01:30:17.220 And it's a shame.

01:30:19.760 And, you know, all this stuff, Kimmel and this, that, and the other thing.

01:30:24.360 I mean, I went to prison so you won't have to.

01:30:27.480 The book is really a treatise on how the left is basically engaged in a sustained attack on Donald Trump, his associates, and the MAGA movement.

01:30:45.340 And interestingly enough, I don't know if you know the full story, but for me, it started with a raid at Reagan Airport where the FBI came.

01:30:58.000 She's the first chapter of I went to prison so you won't have to.

01:31:01.480 It started where they cornered me in the gangway, me and my fiancé, dangerous hombres that we are, five armed FBI agents.

01:31:14.480 Well, Bonnie, her name is Bonnie Clyde, I'm just saying.

01:31:20.820 There we go.

01:31:22.200 Yeah.

01:31:23.460 All four foot 11 and 95 pounds of her, you know. 1.00

01:31:26.940 And I'm like, I'm 74 years old at the time.

01:31:30.640 And the only thing I'm packing is a sandwich for the ride, you know.

01:31:35.220 It's kind of like, but what's interesting about this is the agent who took me, it was a guy named Walter Giardino, FBI agent.

01:31:46.400 And it's come out subsequently because of the efforts of Senator Chuck Grassley that Giardino was part of every attempt to stop Donald Trump from getting elected in 2016, 2024, and 2020.

01:32:06.520 And when Donald Trump was in office, he was one of the insurrectionists.

01:32:12.060 And he was the guy who originally helped greenlight the Steele dossier, allegedly, as reported by whistleblowers.

01:32:21.920 The Steele dossier was the fake dossier, that's undisputed, that was manufactured by Hillary Clinton's campaign to promote the Russia hoax.

01:32:32.520 And this guy Giardino was one of the agents who said it was real, not fake, and that started the whole ball rolling.

01:32:43.000 And we go through eight years of endless operations.

01:32:46.800 And my point here is that they put me and Steve Bannon in prison.

01:32:54.400 Everyone involved was a Democrat.

01:32:57.320 They bankrupted my good friend Rudy Giuliani with their lawfare.

01:33:02.520 Jeff Clark, John Eastman, good lawyers helping President Trump.

01:33:07.320 They're trying to take their bar cards away as we speak.

01:33:11.240 Four times in four different courtrooms, they tried to put Donald Trump in prison and came pretty damn close, if you ask me.

01:33:19.840 And two assassination attempts.

01:33:22.100 And now Charlie Kirk with a bullet in his neck by some left-wing guy groomed in the dark corners of the Internet by ideology.

01:33:34.340 And this, I went to prison so you don't have to, is a story about the dangerous and disturbing asymmetry between this relentless war on us by the left and how we're not really responding.

01:33:54.860 And I don't know if you know this, maybe you saw the speech, but the day I got out of prison, I wound up on the stage of the Republican National Convention in support of then-candidate Trump.

01:34:09.560 I went to prison so you won't have to, it was a tagline from the speech.

01:34:15.720 That speech.

01:34:16.720 But the rest of it is simply that I'm a wake-up call.

01:34:21.740 What they did to me is a wake-up call for this country that we have to do one thing, okay?

01:34:29.380 The five stages of grief now have one additional, and that's accountability, okay?

01:34:35.540 And if we don't hold these people accountable for what they did to me, to Bannon, to Trump, to Giuliani, to the Christians who protested at abortion clinics,

01:34:51.320 to the school board people, the parents who, I mean, if we don't hold these people accountable, and they have names, and I can give you their names, then they'll do it again.

01:35:04.400 I mean, make a moment to think about it.

01:35:05.880 If we lose the House in 2026, and you put wackos like Kroc, Jasmine Kroc, and AOC, and Maxine Waters in charge of that insane asylum, otherwise known as the House of Representatives, 0.99

01:35:24.080 they will start issuing subpoenas again.

01:35:27.980 And my case, by the way, is ongoing.

01:35:30.860 Even though I did my time in prison, and there's no personal reason for me to pursue the appeal,

01:35:36.800 I'm pursuing that appeal because my case, U.S. v. Peter Navarro, is a landmark case in the constitutional separation of powers and executive privileges.

01:35:49.060 And the Department of Justice has already withdrawn their opposition to my appeal

01:35:55.740 and gone back to what was 50 years of support for what I was forced to do by Congress in that subpoena.

01:36:05.700 So these are dark times, but we do have Trump in the White House.

01:36:10.780 We're getting good stuff done for the American people.

01:36:13.460 But we've got to solve this lawfare problem, Glenn, or they're just going to keep doing it.

01:36:19.160 Well, you know, I said today, Peter, that the left is saying,

01:36:25.120 we don't want the government to be able to regulate and tell people they can be on the air or off the air.

01:36:30.240 And I'm like, I've done broadcast my whole life.

01:36:33.300 I'm the first to say, you want to abolish the FCC?

01:36:35.820 You want to defang the FBI?

01:36:39.560 You want to defang all of these?

01:36:41.480 You grew them.

01:36:42.700 It wasn't constitutional lovers that did that.

01:36:45.100 It was a progressive movement on both the Republican and Democratic side.

01:36:48.620 I'm for defanging, but they don't actually want to defang it because they want the power.

01:36:54.580 When they have the power, they want all of these rights to do what they're claiming we're doing now.

01:36:59.460 I want to defang the whole thing.

01:37:02.600 Do you think it's possible, Peter, that we can defang it, that Donald Trump can do it?

01:37:10.820 Well, he can do anything.

01:37:12.140 And he's demonstrating that.

01:37:15.160 I mean, on the tariff front, I mean, I was around during the first term.

01:37:21.340 I was one of only three people, Stephen Miller and Dan Scavino were the other two,

01:37:25.980 who were there for the whole four years.

01:37:29.040 And I was like the China Hawk tariff guy, right?

01:37:32.500 And that first term, it was nothing but crosswinds and headwinds, right?

01:37:36.940 Very difficult to land a plane.

01:37:38.540 This time, I mean, everybody understands that the world's cheating us.

01:37:44.480 We're fighting back.

01:37:46.420 We're getting all sorts of revenues for the American people.

01:37:51.040 $17 trillion in new investment at last count.

01:37:55.380 And factories, jobs.

01:37:59.080 And it's just a beautiful thing.

01:38:00.960 And by the way, we're going to pay down the national bet with the tariff revenue.

01:38:04.040 So I'm bullish on that.

01:38:07.140 But on this issue of the left, I mean, these kids, that's a 22-year-old kid,

01:38:14.160 picks up a rifle and shoots Charlie Kirk because he has been trained by folks on the Internet

01:38:28.800 to hate anybody who's in MAGA.

01:38:33.580 It's like, I mean, every time they call us a fascist, right?

01:38:39.500 I mean, think about this, Glenn. 0.98

01:38:40.800 It's like, I went to frigging prison. 0.97

01:38:43.460 And everybody who put me there was a Democrat. 0.95

01:38:45.960 There were no Republicans except Liz Cheney who put me in prison. 0.99

01:38:50.160 And that exception proves the rule, right?

01:38:52.980 Only Democrats put me in prison, put Steve Bannon in prison, prosecuted Donald Trump,

01:39:01.340 tried to overthrow his government, all Democrats, and killed Charlie Kirk.

01:39:07.260 And they tell us we're the fascists.

01:39:09.920 And when they say that, and you can see the clips.

01:39:13.540 I'm sure you probably played a bunch of them when Chuck Schumer went after the Supreme Court.

01:39:21.360 We wind up, he wound up sending a guy to blow Cavanaugh's house up or burn it down.

01:39:29.680 It's like, what did they expect?

01:39:32.160 They are, you can't, I mean, I'm all for free speech.

01:39:36.980 But, you know, the old saw about you can't shout fire in a crowded theater.

01:39:43.420 You can't be calling, I mean, Maxine Waters, I think Maxine Waters and Jasmine Crockett

01:39:50.140 should be charged as accessories before the fact in Charlie Kirk's murder.

01:39:57.140 Because they incite this. 0.98

01:40:00.660 I mean, the hatred, you look at the internet and the crap people write these days. 0.98

01:40:04.520 It's like, they wouldn't say that to your face. 0.99

01:40:08.680 They'll say anything on the internet.

01:40:10.640 Peter, I have to tell you, you and I both come from an old school where we wouldn't have seen that.

01:40:15.500 I think people are willing to say that to each other's face now.

01:40:18.540 I mean, the hatred is so deep.

01:40:22.660 And, you know, this idea that Donald Trump and all of his supporters are Hitler.

01:40:28.740 They actually, you know, you say it enough times and enough people start to believe it.

01:40:33.100 These people actually believe that now.

01:40:35.500 It's a sickness. 1.00

01:40:36.700 It is truly a mental illness. 1.00

01:40:39.680 And they'll say it to your face. 0.97

01:40:41.640 I mean, what's happening is just horrible.

01:40:43.200 You know, I agree with that.

01:40:45.380 I wrote this article this week about that.

01:40:49.260 Remember the broken window theory?

01:40:52.300 Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.

01:40:53.040 What Giuliani made famous is the idea that if you allow graffiti on the walls and broken windows and all sorts of petty crimes going on and you don't crack down on it, then it gets worse.

01:41:07.960 And Giuliani came into New York City at its low point and forced the broken window theory, started cleaning up the small stuff, and the big stuff went away.

01:41:17.900 That was it.

01:41:19.060 And I think we've got the same thing you're talking about, Glenn, which is that the speech on the Internet, it's like they started small years ago.

01:41:29.960 And now it's just they'll say anything.

01:41:34.180 And I've watched these ICE agents with tremendous respect for it.

01:41:39.240 It's like, why are we even letting people with masks get within 12 inches in screaming these people's face when they're holding, like, bats or other kinds of weapons?

01:41:51.780 I mean, I'm ready.

01:41:54.400 I'm ready for law and order, my brother.

01:41:56.440 And I want a maskless society.

01:41:59.840 You know, the old saying about an armed society is a polite society.

01:42:05.440 That was Robert Heinlein.

01:42:06.500 I don't remember where that came from or, you know, Charleston has to made it famous.

01:42:11.800 But an unmasked society is a polite society.

01:42:15.820 And whether it's unmasked in public or unmasked on the Internet, I think, I don't know.

01:42:22.880 We've got to turn this around somehow.

01:42:25.880 Those with the baseball bats and the masks are the ones that are now coming out and saying that I shouldn't be able to wear a mask.

01:42:33.600 It's I mean, the hypocrisy is enough.

01:42:35.980 Peter, thank you so much for being on.

01:42:37.720 The name of the book is I Went to Prison So You Don't Have To, White House Senior Counselor for Trade and Manufacturing.

01:42:44.400 His story is amazing.

01:42:45.980 What he saw in prison.

01:42:47.360 I mean, it'll curl your hair.

01:42:48.540 It really is.

01:42:49.600 It's a wicked story.

01:42:51.460 I Went to Prison So You Don't Have To by Peter Navarro.

01:42:54.180 Peter, we'll talk again.

01:42:55.160 Thank you so much for being on the program.

01:42:57.400 Our sponsor this half hour is Preborn.

01:43:00.780 You know, one of the most sinister things about abortion mills is is the fact that it's been getting a lot of our a lot of our money.

01:43:09.980 And Planned Parenthood, you know, they know what they're doing.

01:43:15.400 They know they're the gruesome steps involved in the murdering of babies.

01:43:19.320 They know they're profiting off of this.

01:43:22.560 It's I mean, it's it's so evil.

01:43:26.120 It is so evil.

01:43:26.860 And you're taking advantage of the most vulnerable.

01:43:29.020 A woman who is scared out of her mind has no idea what she's going to do, feels trapped by everyone in her life. 1.00

01:43:56.440 They just need love, compassion and hope.

01:43:58.440 Most of the time when women season a woman sees an ultrasound, she chooses life. 0.98

01:44:03.460 And that means your donation could be the reason a child gets to breathe their first breath.

01:44:30.020 One mother, one baby at a time.

01:44:32.440 Sponsored by Preborn.

01:44:34.640 Ten seconds station.

01:44:35.560 You know, it was about this time yesterday that I hit the commercial break and my security team came in.

01:44:55.720 And said, sir, we've got to move you to a different place.

01:45:00.040 There's a bomb threat.

01:45:01.500 I'm like, what?

01:45:04.320 You didn't you didn't know about it.

01:45:06.000 We didn't say anything about it.

01:45:07.900 I had to go over to Charlie Kirk studio in about 30 minutes anyway.

01:45:12.520 And so Pat took over the last part of the show yesterday around this time.

01:45:16.040 I want to thank Pat for doing that.

01:45:17.280 But we just live in a crazy, crazy world.

01:45:19.540 And, you know, it's even more crazy is I believe the guy who identified the guy who made the threat and left the package in front of TPUSA yesterday.

01:45:31.360 I believe the guy that did that was a New York Times writer and a really, really good guy.

01:45:41.200 I met him yesterday for the first time and I was shocked.

01:45:44.880 Like, wait, the New York Times, New York Times.

01:45:47.020 I mean, the one in New York that writes the paper that New York Times really nice guy.

01:45:53.000 And I believe he was the one who who said that's the man who left the package.

01:45:58.760 But luckily, there wasn't anything in the package, but a bomb squad had to be called and everything else.

01:46:03.700 We just live in crazy, crazy, crazy times.

01:46:05.900 And please pray for people's safety.

01:46:09.780 I am amazed at how things have changed.

01:46:14.140 You know, while things I think on our side are getting better, that people are more in touch with God and the spirit and are trying to be peaceful and loving and united, the left is going the opposite way.

01:46:30.280 And the threat that people in the public eye on our side are under now is remarkable.

01:46:39.640 And so please pray for all those who are who are just trying to tell the truth.

01:46:46.720 And I don't care what side you're on.

01:46:48.920 Just pray for anybody who is willing to actually tell the truth today.

01:46:53.420 Truth has become a very dangerous thing in the United States of America.

01:46:58.880 This is Glenn Beck.

01:47:03.140 From radical ideology to historical revisionism.

01:47:07.100 The classroom is a battleground right now.

01:47:11.960 And the Department of Education should be abolished.

01:47:15.780 But anyway, while this is still being worked out, thousands of parents feel helpless, like they're watching their children be pulled in a direction they never agreed to.

01:47:24.060 And PragerU is fighting back.

01:47:25.920 They've created a library of free, high-quality videos, curriculum tools, and educational resources that teach young people to think critically, love their country, and understand the values that built Western civilization.

01:47:40.620 This is not just an alternative.

01:47:42.460 It's a movement.

01:47:43.500 Millions of students, parents, and teachers have already tapped into PragerU's content, and the momentum is growing day by day.

01:47:49.940 If you're looking for a way to push back against the cultural decline, this is a resource worth saving.

01:47:57.300 Right now, until September 19th, and this is only for this audience, this is through tomorrow, PragerU is extending their triple match campaign.

01:48:06.240 You want to make an impact on the next generation?

01:48:08.620 They're going to triple match dollar for dollar.

01:48:11.140 I've never heard of anybody doing this.

01:48:13.180 It's a special opportunity for you to give.

01:48:15.560 Give what you can now, PragerU.com slash Glenn.

01:48:19.300 PragerU.com slash Glenn.

01:48:40.340 I want to introduce you to Lexi Kenzel.

01:48:45.560 She's an amazing woman.

01:48:47.660 She was in front of a nurse's station.

01:48:50.460 She's a nurse. 1.00

01:48:51.420 There were eight nurses there and a patient. 1.00

01:48:54.680 And a doctor walks up, and they're talking about the assassination of Charlie Kirk that day.

01:48:59.460 And he said, oh, I hate Charlie Kirk.

01:49:02.020 He had it coming.

01:49:02.880 He deserved it.

01:49:05.040 Now, Lexi, she's a registered nurse. 0.91

01:49:08.240 She was the only one that spoke up.

01:49:11.900 She said, you're a doctor.

01:49:13.760 How could you say somebody deserved to die?

01:49:18.200 She said that you could hear a pin drop.

01:49:21.080 Nobody said anything.

01:49:22.640 Even the patient was just kind of like, I don't know what to say.

01:49:27.480 She reports the incident to management.

01:49:30.040 Then she gets home.

01:49:31.280 She posts about this and the doctor on her private Instagram.

01:49:34.760 And just about an hour later, she gets a phone call from her union representative saying she needs to look for another job.

01:49:44.480 And then she was pulled into a meeting at the hospital, and she was suspended without pay pending an investigation.

01:49:51.280 Now, she does not want to come on and talk about the hospital by name or the doctor or anything else by name.

01:50:00.140 And I highly recommend that as well, because she's already having to spend a lot of her own money, I'm sure, on litigation and just trying to keep her head above water. 1.00

01:50:11.520 But she's been a nurse trained at the Catholic University of America.

01:50:14.820 She's been a nurse for 10 years.

01:50:17.120 And she joins us now.

01:50:18.400 Lexi, thank you for your courage.

01:50:22.820 Thank you, Glenn.

01:50:24.200 Thank you for having me.

01:50:25.580 This is amazing to be able to have this platform right now.

01:50:30.380 So, tell me the story.

01:50:33.760 I mean, beyond what we just heard, what was the patient checking out in a wheelchair?

01:50:42.740 Why is the patient at the nurse's station?

01:50:45.380 And how did this come about?

01:50:46.800 Was this that patient's doctor?

01:50:50.320 So, I don't even know.

01:50:51.880 I actually didn't even know who this doctor was.

01:50:55.700 I've never even seen him, nor did I know his name.

01:50:58.960 I didn't even know he was a doctor.

01:51:01.060 And this was in an endoscopy area.

01:51:04.700 So, the patient had just come out from a procedure.

01:51:08.760 And they were, it's a very, it's an interesting setup.

01:51:11.680 So, there's structures all along.

01:51:13.620 You have the nurses taking care.

01:51:15.280 There's no rooms.

01:51:16.520 So, the nurse's station is directly in front of a lineup of structures with patients on them.

01:51:24.500 So, when you heard this, I mean, because this is what we went through with COVID.

01:51:28.960 Where doctors were actually saying, you know, if you don't have the vaccine, I'm not going to treat you.

01:51:35.540 All of a sudden, if you don't agree with the vaccine, I'm not going to treat you. 1.00

01:51:39.240 You deserve to die. 1.00

01:51:40.900 This is so far away from the Hippocratic oath, which I don't even know. 1.00

01:51:45.380 Do they have to take that oath anymore?

01:51:47.560 Because it doesn't seem like it really exists.

01:51:50.520 Nurses, you know, we have it too. 1.00

01:51:53.960 I mean, there's a set of standards that you're obligated to stand by.

01:51:58.520 And I dealt with it during COVID as well as a nurse.

01:52:02.700 I refused to get that vaccine.

01:52:06.240 I didn't feel comfortable.

01:52:07.700 I didn't want it.

01:52:08.920 And I had to, you know, I was sitting there for a month waiting for my termination letter.

01:52:17.880 You know, I said, well, what's going to happen to me if I don't get this vaccine?

01:52:21.220 And they said, you'll be terminated.

01:52:22.880 I said, okay, you know what?

01:52:24.440 I'll wait for my letter.

01:52:25.660 And on that day, it was in October.

01:52:27.540 I remember I waited and waited for this letter to be fired.

01:52:30.560 And, you know, I get a call like, oh, well, you know, you can apply for a religious exemption.

01:52:38.180 And I'm like, what do you mean?

01:52:41.040 I've never even heard of this before.

01:52:42.920 And why are you telling me now after making me sit there for so long thinking I'm going to be fired?

01:52:50.140 It was like they were coercing me to get this vaccine.

01:52:56.660 So when you saw him say that, it must have been a rush back to that kind of time.

01:53:04.600 Exactly.

01:53:05.400 I mean, exactly.

01:53:06.580 I was, I didn't even think twice about what was coming out of my mouth.

01:53:11.300 I just couldn't believe it.

01:53:12.980 I just kept saying, like, you're a, you're a doctor.

01:53:15.720 You're a physician.

01:53:16.680 I mean, what if a patient comes into the hospital and, you know, they're wearing, you know, a Charlie Kirk shirt or any type of shirt that the doctor does not agree with?

01:53:29.520 You know, now we raised the question, is this patient going to be treated the same?

01:53:34.020 I have to tell you, I've, I've had to go to the hospital, et cetera, in New York City.

01:53:40.300 And I've had that very thought because, you know, I don't, what am I wearing?

01:53:45.380 A T-shirt of me?

01:53:47.020 You know, it's pretty obvious who I am.

01:53:49.380 And I thought of that.

01:53:50.440 And I, I often think of what Reagan said after he was shot.

01:53:54.780 He's on the table.

01:53:55.600 He's almost dead.

01:53:57.140 I mean, they almost killed him.

01:53:58.640 He's on the table and right as they're putting him under, he says, hang on just a second.

01:54:05.000 I'm assuming all of you are Republicans.

01:54:07.000 And the Democrat said, the doctor, the main doctor said, sir, we are all Republicans today.

01:54:13.660 That is the way we should be.

01:54:16.240 I'm not asking you to, I'm just asking you, will you treat me like a human being?

01:54:20.660 Or because you politically differ from me, am I less than a human being?

01:54:25.800 Am I less of an important patient to you because of my political stance?

01:54:31.500 Exactly.

01:54:32.240 This is way beyond politics.

01:54:34.520 This is just, it's unbelievable.

01:54:38.460 I mean, you should not be treated differently because of any, of any type of view that you have.

01:54:46.340 So can you tell me what happened without getting any into names?

01:54:49.860 What happened to you and then what happened to the doctor and where does this all stand?

01:54:56.140 So I, you know, as you all know, I was pulled into that.

01:55:00.460 Well, I'll back it up to when I posted this on my private Instagram, went home, I posted it.

01:55:07.060 I got a call from my manager who is wonderful, by the way.

01:55:10.760 She said, you know what?

01:55:11.920 You got to take the angle part down.

01:55:14.560 And I said, you know, I'm standing on, you know, what I posted, but I will certainly take the hospital's name out of it.

01:55:21.120 So an hour later, I took that down and reposted without angle with the name on it.

01:55:27.700 And then the next day I get pulled into the meeting and I gave them my story about what happened at the end of that meeting.

01:55:37.260 They told me I was suspended without pay and they told me that it was really just standard procedure and they just need to look into it.

01:55:46.900 It didn't seem too serious at that point.

01:55:49.980 I felt okay leaving the hospital.

01:55:52.420 Like, you know, I don't really know what's going to happen, but they told me to just relax and, and this is just standard.

01:55:58.320 They said, okay.

01:55:58.980 Did they do, did they do that to the doctor?

01:56:02.220 So I did ask that at the end of the meeting as well.

01:56:05.020 I said, so is he getting the same treatment as I am?

01:56:08.580 And they told me we can't speak on it.

01:56:12.120 So who knows?

01:56:13.140 I mean, I don't know really anything that went down on his part.

01:56:19.380 Um, the next day I, I get an email from my union rep, which, but who was in the meeting with me as well.

01:56:28.420 Um, and you know, it's, it's public.

01:56:31.360 You can, you can read it for yourself.

01:56:33.180 It says he should start looking for another job.

01:56:35.940 So that to me is like, okay, so is this person, did she get a little tip from the hospital that this is how it's going to go?

01:56:43.300 Because this is unacceptable.

01:56:44.540 I mean, this person's supposed to be on my side and, and I don't even know how this is helping me at any point to just tell me to look for another job.

01:56:57.020 And you, and you wonder too, because it's a union, you wonder if that union, like the teacher's union is on your side or they're actually for, you know, freedom of speech for everybody and, and neutral, or if they have a political bent to them, I would imagine that's what I would think.

01:57:12.740 Exactly. That's exactly what I thought. I mean, I'm not, I'm not stupid.

01:57:18.760 Yeah. Yeah. Um, do you can, do you know what happened to the doctor since I, cause I've heard the doctor doesn't have a job now and you do have a job at the hospital.

01:57:28.740 Yes. So they offered me my, they said, you know, we'll lift the suspension and that doctor has resigned.

01:57:36.920 Um, and that's really all that I know.

01:57:42.060 Okay. Um, well, that's, that's at least a somewhat of a happy, um, ending, uh, to this.

01:57:51.240 Um, I, I am so proud of you and so pleased to be able to say good job.

01:57:58.760 Um, I mean, that took real guts. You, I mean, you already, you already did your first tour of duty, uh, on COVID and now you do a second.

01:58:08.980 Was it easier to do it the second time or harder?

01:58:13.220 I have to say, I think this one was definitely harder.

01:58:17.760 Um, you know, it's, it blew up overnight and it became very public and it makes you think, you know, had this not been so public, maybe today I, I wouldn't have a job as a nurse.

01:58:38.420 How are things going with you now at work? Is it back to normal?

01:58:44.140 Um, I haven't gone back yet. My first shift back will be on Monday.

01:58:50.460 So, you know, I've had some really good people in my corner. I've, um, you know, I had Jodi O'Malley reach out to me.

01:58:58.640 She's, um, a professional whistle, whistleblower, and I've had nurses out loud contact me and they've given me some really good advice.

01:59:07.280 I've also, I've also had the support of so many coworkers, which has been amazing.

01:59:12.240 I mean, I'm obviously, I'm very, very anxious to go back to work.

01:59:17.900 Um, but I have to go in with my head up and stand on my beliefs and my faith.

01:59:23.820 And I've gotten a message from one of the security guards.

01:59:27.580 Actually, it was very nice. He said, you know, thank you for speaking out.

01:59:32.900 Just know that you have, the staff here is on your side, a hundred percent.

01:59:38.480 So I guess we'll see, um, you know, we'll see going back how it is, but.

01:59:44.000 Well, I hope that, um, you know, the, the hospital is continues to be behind you and there's no ramifications, uh, and that everybody welcomes you with open arms.

01:59:56.060 I cannot imagine how it couldn't, you cannot have doctors or nurses, um, saying things like that, um, uh, and, and, and, and, and feeling that way.

02:00:09.880 I mean, if you feel that way, you feel that way, I guess, but I expect you to be professional enough, not to say those things, you know, at work in front of patients and front of the nurses, you cannot spread that kind of poison.

02:00:24.000 You, your job is to save lives and to look at everyone equally and say, I don't care who they are, what they believe that's a human being.

02:00:35.320 It is my job to save them. And you just can't have that kind of poison, you know, with somebody that we trust to take care of us.

02:00:45.660 Exactly. I mean, everyone knows that's what they teach you in nursing school. You treat everybody the same.

02:00:51.920 I mean, I've had patients who have been in drunk driving accidents who have, you know, harmed other people and, and you have, and you treat that patient as if it was any other person.

02:01:03.520 You can't let beliefs or thoughts of any type of, you know, discrimination get in the way of treating the patient.

02:01:11.920 That's really what this is about is treating everybody the same and with respect.

02:01:18.920 Lexi, it's an honor to talk to you. Thank you so much for being on the program. I appreciate it.

02:01:22.720 And you call us if there's a problem, you, you call us. All right.

02:01:26.260 I will. Thank you so much.

02:01:27.700 All right. Thank you. Lexi Kenzel. By the way, she was raising, she's a friend actually started to raise money.

02:01:35.300 $500 is what she wanted because she had to file all the paperwork and everything else. 1.00

02:01:39.540 I know she's got, you know, expenses and they've already covered that.

02:01:43.640 And when they hit $500, she was like, I want the rest of it to go to TPUSA, anything raised above it.

02:01:48.780 And I think they were at $2,500. I looked last night, $2,500.

02:01:54.360 They have a goal of $4,500. And that's easy for this audience to help out.

02:01:59.260 If you're a nurse or a doctor, or you just believe, you know, in this reward her for her courage.

02:02:05.360 She's not going to take the money. It's going to TPUSA, but send her the message.

02:02:09.420 If you're going to give to TPUSA, this might be a good way.

02:02:12.520 Just go to GoFundMe.com. Nurses for TPUSA. Nurses for TPUSA.

02:02:18.180 Back in just a minute.

02:02:21.640 All right. Our sponsor this half hour is Real Estate Agents I Trust.

02:02:26.560 This is my company. This is a company that I started quite honestly out a little out of frustration.

02:02:30.660 My brother and I were both selling our house at the same time, and we both had problems finding a real estate agent.

02:02:36.500 We were talking about, I mean, we're both pretty intelligent people, but we don't do real estate.

02:02:41.160 That's not what we do. And every time it seems that either of us tried to sell a house, we just were like,

02:02:46.500 I don't know how to find a real estate agent. I don't know. Is this guy good? Is this guy good?

02:02:50.420 And you just kind of go with your gut, and you just, you know, go off of, I don't know, either the bus board or, you know,

02:02:56.520 some friend who's like, I don't know, I had a real estate agent once, and they were good.

02:03:01.020 That's not the way to interview somebody that's going to do the transaction of the biggest financial transaction

02:03:06.460 you will probably ever make in your life.

02:03:08.300 So I started working with the 500 best real estate agents in the country.

02:03:13.140 Real estate agents, I trust.com, is what we gave birth to.

02:03:17.340 I asked these guys, this according to the Wall Street Journal, by the way, I asked these guys, you know,

02:03:22.120 what made them unique? What made them the 500 best in the country?

02:03:26.560 And I learned from them.

02:03:27.560 And then we started looking for them and interviewing and seeking those kind of people out.

02:03:33.660 And we found a bunch of them, enough to put a network out.

02:03:36.300 We don't have them in every place.

02:03:37.900 And we keep our number down to about 2,000 or 3,000 real estate agents because we can monitor that.

02:03:43.680 We can't monitor anything bigger than that.

02:03:45.780 So call us or just write to us.

02:03:47.700 Tell us where you're moving to and from, and we'll tell you if we can help you or not.

02:03:52.120 And we're going to line you up with the best real estate agent, in our opinion,

02:03:56.260 the one that fits all those parameters of the 500 best, and line you up with that person.

02:04:02.520 You can interview them yourself and say, I don't want you.

02:04:05.000 I want somebody else if you want.

02:04:06.120 But let us just give you this free service of giving you a list or at least a name of somebody in your area that you can call.

02:04:13.400 It's realestateagentsitrust.com.

02:04:15.440 That's realestateagentsitrust.com.

02:04:19.780 You want the truth unfiltered?

02:04:22.780 Pull up a chair, my friend.

02:04:24.860 You're in the right place.

02:04:27.240 This is Glenn Beck.

02:04:47.820 I've got to tell you, I can't believe we just talked to that nurse and made that into a big deal.

02:04:55.120 When the real tragedy is that Jimmy Kimmel is having to sit at home for a while, making $30 million a year.

02:05:01.940 I mean, the injustice there in Jimmy Kimmel's house is an injustice everywhere.

02:05:06.600 May I quote somebody?

02:05:09.420 I don't remember even who I'm quoting, but I'm willing to play by the old rules, but I'm not willing to play by the old rules while you play by the new rules.

02:05:19.380 I am totally fine living constitutionally and doing it, but not to the detriment of everything I believe.

02:05:27.860 Because you've reinvented the rules, because you've reinvented the rules, and so we'll do nothing because we're on the old rules.

02:05:33.200 You're on the new rules.

02:05:34.600 Uh-uh.

02:05:35.280 Sorry.

02:05:35.940 Let's all play by the old rules.

02:05:38.440 Let's do that.

02:05:39.380 Shall we?

02:05:40.080 Daddy's coming home from England soon.

02:05:46.840 This is Glenn Beck.
