00:04:51.140 haven't here's a piece of his song working home today north of richmond double time hours
00:04:58.940 pay so i can sit out here waste my life away drag back home and drink my troubles away
00:05:08.920 it's a damn shame what the world's gotten to for people like me people like you wish i could just
00:05:18.440 wake up and not be true but it is all it is living in the new world with an old soul
00:05:31.580 these rich men north of richmond lord knows they all just want to have total control want to know what
00:05:41.980 you think want to know what you do and they don't think you know but i know that you do
00:05:49.000 this is this is an amazing song an amazing story as it was and then last night he went and posted on
00:06:04.400 facebook he said it's been difficult as i browse through the 50 000 plus messages and emails i've
00:06:11.080 received in just the last week the stories that have been shared paint a brutally honest picture
00:06:17.180 suicide addiction unemployment anxiety depression hopelessness and the list goes on i'm sitting i'm
00:06:25.620 sitting at such a weird place in my life right now i never wanted to be a full-time musician much
00:06:30.680 less sit at the top of the itunes charts draven a friend from radio west virginia and i filmed these
00:06:37.400 tunes on my land with the hope that it might maybe hit 300 000 views i still don't believe what has
00:06:45.120 went on since we uploaded that it's strange to me people in the music industry give me blank stares
00:06:51.640 when i brush off eight million dollar offers i don't want six tour buses 15 tractor trailers and a jet
00:06:58.800 i don't want to play stadium shows i don't want to be in the spotlight i wrote the music i wrote
00:07:05.540 because i was suffering with mental health and depression these songs have connected with millions
00:07:11.180 of people on such a deep level because they're being sung by somebody feeling the words in the
00:07:15.980 very moment they were being sung no editing no agent no bs just some idiot and his guitar the style of
00:07:24.600 music that we should have never gotten away from in the first place that being said i've never taken
00:07:30.920 time to tell you who i actually am so here's the formal introduction my legal name is christopher
00:07:36.560 anthony lunsford my grandfather was oliver anthony and oliver anthony music is a dedication not only to
00:07:44.640 him but the 1930s appalachia where i was born and raised dirt floors seven kids hard times at this point
00:07:53.720 i'll gladly go by oliver because everybody knows me as such but my friends and family still call me chris
00:07:59.600 you decide for yourself either way is fine with me i feel you on that one oliver i feel i feel you
00:08:05.900 i feel you as this as stew i feel you in 2010 i dropped out of high school at the age of 17
00:08:14.560 i have a ged from spruce pine north carolina i worked multiple plant jobs in western north carolina
00:08:21.700 my last job being in a paper mill in mcdowell county i work third shift six days a week for 14.50
00:08:29.300 an hour in a living hell in 2013 i had a bad fall at work fractured my skull and it forced me to move
00:08:36.660 back home to virginia due to complications from the injury it took me six months or so before i could
00:08:42.160 work again from 2014 until just a few days ago i worked outside sales in the industrial manufacturing
00:08:49.760 world my job's taking me all over virginia and into the carolinas getting to know tens of thousands
00:08:55.520 of other blue collar workers on job sites and in factories i've spent all day every day for the
00:09:01.000 last 10 years hearing the same story people are so damn tired of being neglected so tired of being
00:09:07.900 divided and manipulated in 2019 i paid 97 500 for the property and i still owe about 60 000 on it
00:09:16.520 i'm living in a 20-foot camper with a tarp on the roof that i got off craigslist for 750
00:09:22.860 there's nothing really special about me i'm not a good musician i'm not really even a very good
00:09:29.440 person i spent the last five years struggling with mental health and using alcohol to drown it
00:09:35.200 i'm sad to see the world the state's in with everyone fighting with each other i've spent many
00:09:41.440 nights feeling hopeless that the greatest country on earth is quickly fading away that being said
00:09:48.040 i hate the way the internet has divided all of us the internet is a parasite that infects the minds of
00:09:55.100 humans and has their way with them hours wasted goals forgotten loved ones sitting in houses with each
00:10:01.880 other distracted all day by technology made by the hands of other poor souls and sweatshops in a foreign
00:10:08.340 land when is enough enough when are we going to fight for what's right again millions have died
00:10:16.180 protecting the liberties we have freedom of speech is such a precious gift never in the world history
00:10:23.960 has the world had freedom that it currently has today don't let them take that away from you
00:10:31.200 just like those once wandering in the desert we have lost our way from god
00:10:36.160 and have let false idols distract us and divide us it's a damn shame
00:10:41.980 i want you to i want you to take his words at heart for a minute
00:10:52.080 that he only did this because he only wrote this song not because he's a songwriter
00:10:58.520 but because that's in him and he was struggling with something and he shared it
00:11:06.040 he didn't share it knowing that it would become this he wasn't trying to do anything grant grant he was
00:11:13.340 just trying to solve a problem for himself and then he shared
00:11:17.940 that's really the hard part sharing because we're all so afraid and we're becoming more and more afraid
00:11:28.300 of each other because people are actively trying to destroy our relationships with one another destroy our
00:11:36.040 our modes of communication our our empathy for one another we look at people now if we even look at them
00:11:45.640 as just i don't even know objects because the real world is become it has become real in the fake world
00:11:56.260 that's the world too many people are living in they're living online
00:12:00.000 and we're not treating people we're treating people like we treat people online
00:12:05.440 and everybody's feeling it everybody knows it
00:12:10.520 he's not just connecting the reason why he has to be destroyed is because he's the average guy
00:12:19.460 who's just in his own way let his voice be heard
00:12:24.260 i'm on this incredible journey this summer i i i don't know where this is going to take me or take us
00:12:32.980 but i'm trying to solve a problem for my children
00:12:37.540 and i shared it on the air a few weeks ago
00:12:43.800 and it was just me just sharing i wasn't trying to do anything other than just share what i was going
00:12:51.100 through and i can't tell you how many people have reached out with were out to me and said oh my gosh
00:12:56.880 i'm having the same problem i don't know what to do but i'm with you
00:13:03.580 i think this is what billy graham told me
00:13:09.380 that if people will just do exactly what the lord says to do
00:13:16.180 and some people don't know what that is some people don't
00:13:19.700 hear him clearly i i honestly i i think i hear him i'm gonna i think i'm gonna die and i'm gonna get up
00:13:26.580 there and he's like dude that wasn't me more medication next time around
00:13:30.220 but i feel like i i'm guided in some ways you know everything i do wrong it's me everything
00:13:38.660 that i do that it's good is because of him
00:13:41.440 but billy graham told me if everybody will just do their one thing and they're gonna think that it is
00:13:51.740 no big deal they're gonna think this is stupid this isn't gonna change anything
00:13:56.480 he said it's as if the lord is planning a surprise party for satan
00:14:03.720 and the lights are gonna come on and we'll be just as surprised as he is and the lord will just go
00:14:11.000 surprise and what we'll see in the light is that everyone doing just what they were supposed to do
00:14:19.060 nothing more nothing less has made this mosaic
00:14:23.140 that we will all recognize only the god of abraham isaac and jacob could put together
00:14:28.420 the things you do just to solve something for yourself
00:14:37.520 when you share them
00:14:40.320 i think shocking things come out of them
00:14:44.760 we all think that we don't have anything important
00:14:48.520 to share or anything important we hide
00:14:51.740 we hide our
00:14:53.760 in my case alcoholism
00:14:55.900 and self-doubt
00:14:57.540 we we all think i don't there's nothing special about me
00:15:04.640 but there is
00:15:06.720 there really is
00:15:07.980 i mean look at this
00:15:09.820 here's this song that has just
00:15:12.260 broken all of the
00:15:14.720 i mean i i've never seen
00:15:16.640 the top 10
00:15:18.400 you know in the beatles era
00:15:20.080 in in elvis's era
00:15:22.120 it wasn't uncommon for the top 10
00:15:24.280 to have five beatles songs in it
00:15:27.100 i haven't seen that
00:15:29.420 from a guy who's completely unknown
00:15:31.800 this is why evil is tearing us apart
00:15:38.500 this is why evil is trying to get us to not talk to each other
00:15:43.380 evil cannot allow us to share what we really believe
00:15:48.320 evil cannot allow us to see our common humanity
00:15:53.900 our common fears our common problems
00:15:55.860 our common solutions our joys our wants
00:15:59.120 i i'm convinced the first time i went over to israel
00:16:03.800 i met with a bunch of palestinians
00:16:06.160 and i met with a bunch of uh jewish people
00:16:08.920 separately
00:16:10.480 and what struck me was
00:16:14.040 uh they're saying the same things
00:16:16.740 i don't know why they can't solve this problem
00:16:20.240 they're saying the same things
00:16:21.660 i just i just want my kids to grow up in peace
00:16:25.420 i just i just want to go to work and be safe
00:16:29.520 and and and and maybe have enough to be able just to
00:16:33.680 to live my life
00:16:35.140 i don't need a jet
00:16:36.280 i don't need a big house
00:16:37.480 i don't need any of that
00:16:38.420 i just want my children to do a little better than i am
00:16:42.220 and that doesn't mean necessarily
00:16:44.200 that they do better financially
00:16:46.560 we've put everything into finances
00:16:50.080 i don't i've never said to my kids
00:16:53.100 uh you know what
00:16:55.640 someday you're gonna do better than i have
00:16:58.660 i've told my kids the whole time
00:17:00.600 good luck with that
00:17:02.020 because i won the lottery
00:17:03.860 there's no excuse no reason
00:17:07.120 i'm as a success
00:17:08.280 i'm the success that i am
00:17:10.380 here's what i want you to do
00:17:12.060 my dream for you is this
00:17:14.760 that you're happier
00:17:15.980 than i am
00:17:17.480 that you have found peace
00:17:19.460 faster than i found it
00:17:21.360 others make us feel needy
00:17:27.020 make us want to
00:17:28.420 make us need to follow our wants
00:17:31.280 and to fear one another
00:17:32.480 don't
00:17:34.020 share the real you
00:17:37.740 with people
00:17:38.500 and you just might be surprised
00:17:41.620 in the end
00:17:43.580 how much you've contributed
00:17:46.180 to a better society
00:17:48.060 all right our sponsor this uh half hour is rough greens uh thomas wrote in about his dog's experience with rough greens he says i have two huskies and i have to admit i didn't expect much though uh i really thought it was a gimmick but i am now a believer it's been three weeks and their fur looks incredible and the excitement and stamina is overwhelming thank you so much rough greens thomas i hear you i had the same experience with my dog uno and i have the same experience with my dog and the

00:19:08.900 well thanks to the lack of transparency in dc more and more people are believing that we never went to the moon
00:19:26.640 and uh it is it is crazy so i did an interview yesterday it's available now for the blaze uh subscribers it'll come out on my podcast on saturday for everybody uh i did it with charlie duke now charlie duke was
00:19:45.280 he was he was the guy who said uh uh eagle houston go for touchdown and then you heard the words the eagle has landed he was the guy in houston when they would say houston we have a problem then he later became uh the commander of
00:20:06.660 i think it was apollo 14 15 maybe 16 thank you um he was 36 years old he was the youngest guy to leave
00:20:16.900 footprints on the moon it is truly amazing what he went through he and he talked about the near disaster that
00:20:26.800 they had coming down on and landing on the moon how he you know started to screw around and tried to do a high
00:20:33.520 jump and uh landed because of the gravity his suit was heavier than he was his backpack
00:20:40.700 and when he jumped up the weight of his backpack forced him to land on his back
00:20:47.500 uh nasa thought he was dead because they thought this is going to just destroy your
00:20:52.500 your pack they're yelling at him the other astronauts are running towards him and he lived and he was like
00:20:58.780 yeah i decided not to do that anymore however
00:21:00.700 he later tells me in the interview he got into the land rover
00:21:04.300 and uh the moon rover and he just started driving around he's like
00:21:08.060 i know it says we shouldn't do more than eight miles an hour let's see what this baby can do
00:21:12.560 like you are you're nuts anyway i talked to him
00:21:16.340 about the moon landing how do we know the moon landing
00:21:20.300 is real and he said to me i can't tell you what nasa did
00:21:24.500 with the other astronauts but i went to the moon uh and how that played
00:21:29.980 a game in his head you know i i did an interview once with buzz aldrin
00:21:34.740 and uh and i talk about it in this episode
00:21:38.000 and it was really sad i i i had my dad have lunch with buzz aldrin
00:21:44.460 i think for his 70th birthday and he was so excited to meet this guy
00:21:49.580 and we sat down with him and it was sad because it was almost as if buzz
00:21:54.460 that his life stopped you know and and you understand it because
00:22:01.180 as he said to me and charlie said the same thing
00:22:04.060 what do you do from there you're 36 years old i think buzz
00:22:09.320 yeah buzz was probably about the same age you're 36 years old
00:22:13.440 you're one of in charlie's case one of 12 people who have walked on the moon
00:22:19.580 he's only two of them are left that have walked on the moon
00:22:23.960 we get his thoughts on how to deal with life after that
00:22:29.580 also did we actually go to the moon oh he's he's got some great things to say

00:23:24.900 a dime to their name they come in and pre-born offers them an ultrasound
00:23:30.580 and that way they can tell how old the baby is but also
00:23:34.880 when the women see their baby is not a lump of cells
00:23:39.840 they double the chances of that mom saying
00:23:43.680 okay i want to i want to keep it but so many times these women feel like

00:24:38.120 to talk about the uh the blind side and how do you say his name michael or
00:24:43.100 yeah that's right is that his name yeah um you know he he said some incredible
00:24:47.760 things and uh and it appears now that it's coming
00:24:52.020 out that they're not true um i don't know what would prompt him
00:24:56.460 to do this but i saw an amazing tweet yesterday
00:24:59.040 that um who was the woman in that movie it was um
00:25:03.620 the actual actress is sandra bullock yeah sandra bullock
00:25:06.480 that sandra bullock should give her oscar back
00:25:09.420 oh god why should sandra bullock was she
00:25:13.680 do you get oscars because of the person you're playing
00:25:16.800 or do you get oscars for the ability to play a role and pull it off
00:25:21.920 i i don't really understand that whole thinking
00:25:25.960 uh but anything they can do to attack that movie
00:25:29.220 and to have you no longer believe in goodness
00:25:33.000 of people but jason is on this and he's got quite a lot to say about it
00:25:38.280 uh so jason whitlock from fearless uh a program on blaze tv if you haven't seen
00:25:43.620 it yet you really need to he is i think he's tremendous just
00:25:47.260 tremendous uh we also have um uh coming up in
00:25:51.960 hour number three we have uh tulsi gabbard
00:25:55.300 um tulsi obviously from hawaii is going to fill us in on the things that she
00:26:01.540 knows she is um a reservist and so she is
00:26:05.580 on duty now so she can't talk about anything regarding politics and i don't
00:26:09.680 want to ask her that i just want to know what's happening
00:26:11.580 in maui um you know yesterday uh i came to you
00:26:16.720 and i said hey you know let's let's raise some money for these people in maui
00:26:21.500 they're in real trouble real trouble um i i don't really know what's true i'm
00:26:27.100 hearing that there are more deaths that have not been reported
00:26:30.780 um and and i don't know if that's true i think it is
00:26:35.240 um you know one of the guys who did the was
00:26:38.960 late on the water uh he apparently uh didn't he was concerned with water
00:26:45.800 equity believe it or not and some of his past remarks
00:26:49.620 would lead one to believe he believed the water was more important than
00:26:53.840 humans um so there's a problem there also the guy with the sirens i feel bad
00:27:00.160 for him if that indeed you know if he said
00:27:04.140 it's you know it would cause people to run
00:27:06.880 up the mountain into the fire because that's what you should have done
00:27:10.320 if it was a hurricane and that's what those sirens meant
00:27:14.240 i don't know if that's true or not but i feel bad for him if this was
00:27:19.200 honestly he waited out in his head and he was like no i don't think that's the
00:27:22.840 right thing to do that guy really needs some some mental health
00:27:27.040 checkups uh because this is going to weigh heavily on him
00:27:30.200 uh now if he's corrupt good but i don't know if he is
00:27:35.060 um and so we wish him well and prayers are
00:27:38.640 are with him and all of the people that are involved in this
00:27:41.660 but it it really looks like um the progressive politics just
00:27:47.680 led the way in this fire uh which is really really disturbing so tulsi is going to be
00:27:53.080 here uh on on that also the the author of moon man i'm gonna spend a few minutes
00:27:59.320 with him before we end the show uh he doesn't he thinks that we didn't
00:28:03.140 we didn't land on the moon uh and so i just wanted to just wanted to
00:28:08.560 get you know you know equal times to equal time
00:28:10.940 that's a it's an interesting equal time premise there
00:28:13.540 yeah yeah yeah uh the fifth sort of the fifth circuit ruling
00:28:18.440 uh may cut abortion by 15 percent now the fifth circuit
00:28:25.700 just ruled against the fda's unlawful deregulation
00:28:29.880 of the chemical abortion drug uh that that is sweeping
00:28:35.420 the nation especially those very very blue states
00:28:39.540 it will not go into effect until after the supreme court reviews the decision
00:28:44.440 it determines if the step will they will let the fifth court
00:28:48.080 circuits uh ruling stand if they let it stand
00:28:54.000 it could cut the abortion numbers as much as 15 percent
00:28:58.260 now you want to talk evil let me let me just explain
00:29:02.420 and i think everybody should know this
00:29:05.560 the way this drug is being sold is that you can just get it in the mail
00:29:11.720 and then it's no big deal it's just like a heavy flow that's what they're
00:29:16.760 actually doctors are saying this that it's just like a heavy flow it's no
00:29:21.160 big deal it's not like that now i've never had a
00:29:24.400 light flow or a heavy flow because i'm a guy
00:29:27.060 and guys don't have that so i'm just telling you
00:29:30.980 what i know um from what has been told to me by women
00:29:35.600 and nurses and doctors depending on how old the child is
00:29:41.420 when you take this stuff it can be really debilitating
00:29:46.720 and then you end up with a child you give birth
00:29:51.380 and if it's very very early maybe it is like a heavy flow
00:29:56.640 but we don't know how old these children are that they're trying to abort
00:30:01.600 now let me just say you're a teenage girl you don't know what to do you feel
00:30:07.120 trapped you feel like i can't tell anybody or
00:30:10.300 you're uh you're a woman whose husband you know is
00:30:14.340 not a good guy and you just can't have
00:30:16.720 another baby with that uh husband and he'll beat you
00:30:20.620 and he you'll know he if you don't kill the baby he will
00:30:24.560 you feel trapped so you take this
00:30:28.620 and you're told that it's no big deal
00:30:31.940 the trauma that women go through in their bathrooms
00:30:37.140 delivering a dead baby
00:30:39.980 is not only something that will scar you for life
00:30:44.860 it's not like you know you go into an abortion clinic and everything's taped off
00:30:49.220 and you're not seeing anything i know people who have had abortions
00:30:53.180 that they hear the set the sound of suction
00:30:56.300 and they just go cold because they associate that sound with what happened
00:31:01.240 now imagine that you're alone in your bathroom
00:31:05.500 and you've just given birth to a dead baby
00:31:09.280 you don't know what to do with it
00:31:12.240 you you you you didn't expect this
00:31:16.040 the trauma that you have just from that moment is bad enough
00:31:22.620 but then you have to go back to the scene of that trauma
00:31:27.280 every day maybe several times a day
00:31:30.940 and be in that bathroom over and over and over again
00:31:37.640 does that sound mentally healthy for anyone
00:31:42.080 so what the court said was
00:31:47.140 first of all we have to know the age of the child
00:31:50.800 it cannot be dispensed after seven weeks
00:31:53.920 and only a doctor can dispense the drugs
00:31:57.420 and there has to be a follow-up to ensure there's no adverse events
00:32:03.360 you know from the drug
00:32:05.500 is this unreasonable
00:32:09.180 or should do what new york is doing
00:32:13.180 new york is just now stockpiling this drug
00:32:16.220 just in case the supreme court says you can't do that
00:32:19.260 new york is just going to do it anyway
00:32:21.300 honestly honestly the trauma to girls
00:32:25.980 and to women should be enough to stop this
00:32:30.180 without a doctor
00:32:32.180 i mean i i think it should be banned entirely
00:32:36.320 but if you want to be
00:32:38.620 if you want to be open-minded
00:32:40.720 and dismiss that you're killing a child
00:32:43.700 this you should be under a doctor's care the whole time
00:32:47.260 you should not have to do that alone
00:32:49.560 my gosh
00:32:52.380 and so new york is just going to start stockpiling
00:32:55.640 these drugs so they can continue to send them out
00:32:58.240 even if the supreme court says they can't
00:33:01.140 that is honestly that's like
00:33:02.740 you know uh the nuremberg trials are coming up
00:33:06.700 and the world's about to say
00:33:09.140 zyklon b shouldn't be used in uh shower rooms to gas people
00:33:12.980 and germans decide we're going to stockpile zyklon b
00:33:17.060 there's nothing more evil
00:33:18.560 it's just evil
00:33:22.000 okay i'll get off my soapbox on that one

00:35:18.700 welcome to the Glenn Beck Program
00:35:25.660 there is a lot to report on
00:35:27.420 today
00:35:28.320 one of the things is
00:35:30.560 James Comer
00:35:32.100 has sent a letter
00:35:33.540 to the National Archives
00:35:35.660 and the Records Administration
00:35:37.280 requesting all unredacted records
00:35:40.240 and communications
00:35:41.060 regarding Biden's official duties
00:35:43.340 as vice president
00:35:44.500 that overlapped with his son
00:35:46.600 Hunter Biden's activities in Ukraine
00:35:48.220 in particular
00:35:49.340 Comer is seeking documents
00:35:51.500 in which
00:35:52.180 Joe Biden
00:35:53.440 allegedly used
00:35:55.040 a pseudonym
00:35:55.900 his son
00:35:57.140 former business partners
00:35:58.640 Hunter Biden
00:35:59.240 Eric
00:35:59.640 Schwenderan
00:36:00.760 and
00:36:01.220 Devin Archard
00:36:02.200 are all copied on these
00:36:03.900 all drafts
00:36:05.440 of the then
00:36:06.100 vice president
00:36:06.760 Biden's speech
00:36:07.440 delivered to Ukraine's
00:36:08.980 parliament
00:36:09.340 in December
00:36:10.120 2015
00:36:11.040 Comer said
00:36:12.540 the oversight panel
00:36:13.500 wants unrestricted
00:36:14.840 special access
00:36:15.720 under the Presidential Records Act
00:36:17.480 to case number
00:36:19.020 2023-0022-F
00:36:22.300 entitled
00:36:22.940 Email Messages
00:36:24.380 to and or from
00:36:26.800 Vice President Biden
00:36:28.160 and Hunter Biden
00:36:29.200 related to Burisma
00:36:30.400 and Ukraine
00:36:31.440 they have been published
00:36:33.840 on the National Archives
00:36:35.660 website
00:36:36.440 Burisma Holdings
00:36:38.040 is the Ukrainian
00:36:39.720 energy company
00:36:40.640 that employed
00:36:41.500 Hunter Biden
00:36:42.700 paid the family
00:36:43.900 like I don't know
00:36:44.640 how many millions
00:36:45.440 the records
00:36:46.660 were redacted
00:36:47.540 for public release
00:36:49.020 according to the
00:36:50.920 Freedom of Information Act
00:36:52.140 for example
00:36:52.740 an email
00:36:53.280 bearing the subject
00:36:54.180 Friday schedule card
00:36:55.700 is withheld
00:36:57.060 in part
00:36:57.720 under a P-6
00:36:58.640 and B-6
00:36:59.860 restriction
00:37:00.480 denoting
00:37:00.940 personal information
00:37:01.940 regarding the subject
00:37:03.460 is confidential
00:37:06.020 attached to the email
00:37:07.320 and made available
00:37:08.200 on the National Archives
00:37:09.540 website
00:37:10.040 is a document
00:37:11.260 that indicates
00:37:12.100 at 9 a.m.
00:37:13.180 May 27, 2016
00:37:14.600 Vice President Biden
00:37:15.820 took a call
00:37:16.520 with the President
00:37:17.240 of Ukraine
00:37:18.000 it is concerning
00:37:19.900 to the committee
00:37:21.400 however
00:37:21.920 that this document
00:37:23.240 was sent to
00:37:24.100 Robert L. Peters
00:37:25.520 now who's
00:37:27.180 Robert L. Peters
00:37:28.500 well
00:37:30.160 that is
00:37:31.340 a pseudonym
00:37:32.100 that
00:37:33.100 we know
00:37:33.940 from the
00:37:34.640 Hunter
00:37:35.000 laptop
00:37:36.000 that that
00:37:37.460 was the
00:37:38.300 cover name
00:37:39.280 for Joe Biden
00:37:40.420 he would be
00:37:41.360 Robert L. Peters
00:37:42.440 additionally
00:37:43.940 the committee
00:37:44.520 questions
00:37:44.960 why the
00:37:45.360 then Vice President
00:37:46.120 son Hunter Biden
00:37:47.160 and only Hunter Biden
00:37:48.600 was copied
00:37:49.700 on this email
00:37:50.600 to then
00:37:51.480 Vice President Biden
00:37:52.940 so
00:37:54.040 now we're
00:37:54.920 now we're
00:37:55.560 really getting to it
00:37:56.240 I think these
00:37:57.220 are
00:37:57.700 we're now
00:37:58.620 seeing the
00:37:59.200 Nixon tapes
00:37:59.960 this is the point
00:38:01.820 to where
00:38:02.200 everybody is saying
00:38:03.060 I wasn't in business
00:38:04.040 I didn't know
00:38:04.840 now we have
00:38:06.540 archived emails
00:38:08.320 that we know
00:38:09.440 went to
00:38:10.020 Vice President
00:38:10.840 Biden
00:38:11.280 under a
00:38:13.180 pseudonym
00:38:13.620 why would he
00:38:14.820 be using
00:38:15.340 a pseudonym
00:38:16.020 for his
00:38:17.620 correspondence
00:38:18.320 with the
00:38:19.220 Ukrainian
00:38:19.660 president
00:38:21.060 and
00:38:22.040 why would
00:38:23.140 the Ukrainian
00:38:23.600 president
00:38:24.220 be
00:38:24.720 you know
00:38:26.160 messaging
00:38:27.560 Robert L. Peters
00:38:29.060 when it's supposed
00:38:29.740 to be Joe Biden
00:38:30.620 and why did
00:38:32.080 he CC
00:38:32.900 Hunter Biden
00:38:34.120 on this
00:38:34.740 that doesn't
00:38:35.640 make any sense
00:38:36.480 this is
00:38:39.020 I think
00:38:39.640 this is
00:38:40.140 the missing
00:38:41.060 minutes
00:38:41.580 of the
00:38:42.660 of the
00:38:44.220 Nixon
00:38:44.520 scandal
00:38:45.320 myself
00:38:45.900 really
00:38:47.020 so
00:38:47.420 I mean
00:38:47.940 how
00:38:48.340 how sure
00:38:50.080 are we
00:38:50.660 that this
00:38:51.300 is actually
00:38:52.000 him
00:38:52.360 is there
00:38:52.940 a
00:38:53.480 confirmation
00:38:54.820 is there
00:38:55.640 a
00:38:55.920 yeah
00:38:56.200 there's
00:38:56.460 confirmation
00:38:57.120 in Hunter's
00:38:58.540 laptop
00:38:59.400 on Hunter's
00:39:01.200 laptop
00:39:01.660 in emails
00:39:02.560 he talks
00:39:03.300 about his
00:39:03.840 dad's
00:39:04.460 pseudonym
00:39:04.820 being
00:39:05.580 Peters
00:39:06.780 Robert L. Peters
00:39:08.520 and so
00:39:10.400 we know
00:39:11.260 that's what
00:39:11.760 Hunter said
00:39:12.660 in emails
00:39:14.240 he referred
00:39:16.020 to his dad
00:39:16.800 as Robert L. Peters
00:39:18.160 now we have
00:39:19.500 an email
00:39:20.560 going to the
00:39:21.440 vice president
00:39:22.100 as he was
00:39:22.980 vice president
00:39:23.740 but sent
00:39:24.860 to him
00:39:25.420 under the
00:39:26.120 pseudonym
00:39:26.580 Robert L. Peters
00:39:27.820 it's
00:39:29.560 so bizarre
00:39:32.080 but I mean
00:39:32.600 you think
00:39:33.920 with these
00:39:34.260 guys
00:39:34.480 the way
00:39:34.740 they've
00:39:34.920 been
00:39:35.080 trying
00:39:35.440 to
00:39:35.600 cover
00:39:35.820 this
00:39:36.020 they've
00:39:36.240 not
00:39:36.400 been
00:39:36.620 particularly
00:39:37.180 successful
00:39:37.900 they've
00:39:38.260 left
00:39:38.460 a lot
00:39:38.900 of
00:39:39.220 open
00:39:40.000 threads
00:39:40.760 or
00:39:41.360 visible
00:39:42.080 threads
00:39:42.440 to pull
00:39:42.880 and
00:39:44.140 as you
00:39:44.720 go through
00:39:45.160 all these
00:39:45.820 allegations
00:39:46.340 this would
00:39:47.420 make sense
00:39:48.000 right
00:39:48.260 like they
00:39:48.620 keep saying
00:39:49.120 well there's
00:39:49.420 no evidence
00:39:50.400 that goes
00:39:51.000 ties this
00:39:51.600 back to
00:39:52.000 Biden
00:39:52.400 Joe
00:39:52.920 Biden
00:39:53.260 of course
00:39:54.460 there's tons
00:39:55.180 of evidence
00:39:55.720 that ties
00:39:56.420 this back
00:39:56.840 to Joe
00:39:57.180 Biden
00:39:57.500 I mean
00:39:57.820 including
00:39:58.240 texts
00:39:58.840 from
00:39:59.280 Hunter
00:39:59.920 Biden's
00:40:00.380 business
00:40:00.680 associates
00:40:01.220 describing
00:40:02.680 to each
00:40:03.060 other
00:40:03.300 why
00:40:04.000 because
00:40:04.580 they're
00:40:04.840 not
00:40:04.960 allowed
00:40:05.180 to
00:40:05.400 talk
00:40:05.980 about
00:40:06.300 Joe
00:40:06.600 Biden
00:40:06.920 in
00:40:07.140 texts
00:40:07.420 with
00:40:07.640 Hunter
00:40:07.940 because
00:40:08.560 they're
00:40:08.760 paranoid
00:40:09.140 you can
00:40:09.420 only
00:40:09.560 bring
00:40:09.740 that
00:40:09.920 up
00:40:10.160 in
00:40:10.840 person
00:40:11.360 these
00:40:12.460 are
00:40:12.600 things
00:40:12.880 that
00:40:13.080 obviously
00:40:13.600 are
00:40:13.840 evidence
00:40:14.280 but
00:40:14.620 maybe
00:40:15.340 not
00:40:15.560 necessarily
00:40:16.180 definitive
00:40:16.620 proof
00:40:17.140 and
00:40:17.680 that's
00:40:17.860 a
00:40:17.960 different
00:40:18.180 standard
00:40:18.640 the
00:40:19.120 media
00:40:19.340 keeps
00:40:19.580 saying
00:40:19.800 there's
00:40:20.000 no
00:40:20.140 evidence
00:40:20.520 and
00:40:21.300 maybe
00:40:23.260 case
00:40:23.560 hasn't
00:40:23.820 been
00:40:23.980 proven
00:40:24.300 in
00:40:24.480 front
00:40:24.600 of
00:40:24.700 a
00:40:24.800 court
00:40:24.940 of
00:40:25.060 law
00:40:25.240 certainly
00:40:25.580 yet
00:40:25.900 but
00:40:26.900 man
00:40:27.520 there's
00:40:28.560 a lot
00:40:29.000 of
00:40:29.120 smoke
00:40:29.340 for
00:40:29.500 there
00:40:29.580 to
00:40:29.660 be
00:40:29.760 no
00:40:29.920 fire
00:40:30.180 here
00:40:30.440 oh
00:40:31.260 there's
00:40:31.780 too
00:40:31.940 much
00:40:32.240 you know
00:40:32.660 the
00:40:33.080 one
00:40:33.560 thing
00:40:33.740 the
00:40:33.860 media
00:40:34.060 never
00:40:34.320 talks
00:40:34.640 about
00:40:34.920 and
00:40:35.240 we
00:40:35.460 rarely
00:40:35.820 talk
00:40:36.160 about
00:40:36.340 it's
00:40:36.480 something
00:40:36.660 we
00:40:36.880 exposed
00:40:37.520 two
00:40:38.280 years
00:40:38.680 ago
00:40:38.980 the
00:40:40.000 State
00:40:40.520 Department
00:40:41.000 issued
00:40:42.120 memos
00:40:42.640 to the
00:40:43.240 Obama
00:40:44.240 administration
00:40:44.960 and to
00:40:45.860 the
00:40:46.080 office
00:40:46.500 of the
00:40:46.860 White
00:40:47.080 House
00:40:47.380 the
00:40:48.060 State
00:40:48.360 Department
00:40:48.720 said
00:40:49.260 what
00:40:50.020 Hunter
00:40:51.000 is
00:40:51.380 doing
00:40:51.880 is
00:40:52.880 against
00:40:53.360 the
00:40:53.640 law
00:40:53.960 and
00:40:54.260 this
00:40:54.600 really
00:40:55.040 has
00:40:55.360 to
00:40:55.540 stop
00:40:55.860 we're
00:40:56.140 very
00:40:56.640 concerned
00:40:57.200 about
00:40:57.540 it
00:40:57.780 and
00:40:58.320 it
00:40:58.400 was
00:40:58.500 just
00:40:58.680 brushed
00:40:59.100 aside
00:40:59.600 have
00:41:00.140 you
00:41:00.280 heard
00:41:00.460 that
00:41:00.760 evidence
00:41:01.240 I
00:41:02.120 mean
00:41:02.300 that
00:41:02.480 the
00:41:02.700 State
00:41:03.220 Department
00:41:03.780 was
00:41:04.360 worried
00:41:04.760 about
00:41:05.060 this
00:41:05.360 and
00:41:05.600 needed
00:41:06.120 it
00:41:06.340 to
00:41:06.540 stop
00:41:06.940 and
00:41:07.100 it
00:41:07.260 wouldn't
00:41:07.620 stop
00:41:08.060 I
00:41:08.980 don't
00:41:09.100 know
00:41:09.280 that
00:41:09.540 sounds
00:41:09.880 kind
00:41:10.140 of
00:41:10.280 disturbing
00:41:10.760 but
00:41:12.280 Biden
00:41:12.760 may
00:41:12.960 not
00:41:13.180 go
00:41:13.420 to
00:41:13.600 jail
00:41:13.920 but
00:41:14.140 when
00:41:14.360 we
00:41:14.560 find
00:41:14.880 this
00:41:15.120 Robert
00:41:15.440 L
00:41:15.680 Peters
00:41:16.040 boy
00:41:16.600 he's
00:41:17.080 in
00:41:17.280 trouble
00:41:17.560 I'll
00:41:17.840 tell
00:41:18.000 you
00:41:18.120 that
00:41:18.340 right
00:41:18.660 now
00:41:19.100 let
00:41:22.520 me
00:41:22.580 tell
00:41:22.700 you
00:41:22.760 about
00:41:22.920 Mantis
00:41:23.320 X
00:41:23.680 Mantis
00:41:24.220 X
00:41:24.580 is
00:41:25.160 a
00:41:25.880 way
00:41:26.040 for
00:41:26.240 you
00:41:26.540 to
00:41:26.920 practice
00:41:27.540 your
00:41:28.040 aim
00:41:28.480 and
00:41:29.000 your
00:41:29.240 firing
00:41:29.780 without
00:41:30.420 going
00:41:30.820 to
00:41:31.000 a
00:41:31.140 firing
00:41:31.420 range
00:41:31.980 if
00:41:32.200 you're
00:41:32.320 trying
00:41:32.500 to
00:41:32.640 keep
00:41:32.840 your
00:41:33.140 skill
00:41:34.020 up
00:41:34.640 on
00:41:35.120 shooting
00:41:35.680 but
00:41:36.460 you'd
00:41:36.660 like
00:41:36.800 to
00:41:36.960 keep
00:41:37.120 your
00:41:37.260 ammunition
00:41:37.700 expenses
00:41:38.220 down
00:41:38.620 Mantis

00:41:41.380 the
00:41:41.900 Marines
00:41:42.420 and
00:41:42.940 now
00:41:43.180 it's
00:41:43.380 being
00:41:44.220 used
00:41:44.440 widely
00:41:44.760 by
00:41:45.020 the
00:41:45.200 military
00:41:45.660 and
00:41:46.800 it
00:41:46.980 you
00:41:47.720 can
00:41:47.900 just
00:41:48.080 sit
00:41:48.240 and
00:41:48.380 dry
00:41:48.680 fire
00:41:49.000 or
00:41:49.260 you
00:41:49.460 can
00:41:49.620 put
00:41:49.840 ammunition
00:41:50.280 in
00:41:50.520 it
00:41:50.640 either
00:41:50.900 way
00:41:51.260 it's
00:41:51.560 like
00:41:51.840 having
00:41:52.260 an

00:44:32.020 he is
00:44:33.360 you're
00:44:33.560 the
00:44:33.720 CEO
00:44:34.120 of

00:44:35.100 are you
00:44:35.560 not
00:44:35.740 yes
00:44:36.040 so
00:44:36.840 Neil
00:44:38.260 and I
00:44:38.760 we've
00:44:39.380 known each
00:44:39.860 other
00:44:40.100 forever
00:44:40.700 because
00:44:41.020 you started
00:44:41.460 something
00:44:41.800 called
00:44:42.300 I keep
00:44:43.340 on
00:44:43.460 it
00:44:43.660 Angel
00:44:43.920 yeah
00:44:44.120 and
00:44:44.840 that
00:44:46.640 was
00:44:46.900 something
00:44:47.280 that
00:44:47.760 I
00:44:48.020 so
00:44:48.420 wanted
00:44:48.740 to
00:44:49.020 invest
00:44:49.460 in
00:44:49.660 because
00:44:49.820 I
00:44:49.960 so
00:44:50.380 believed
00:44:51.060 in
00:44:51.320 this
00:44:51.660 but
00:44:52.520 when
00:44:52.720 I
00:44:52.900 was
00:44:53.060 approached
00:44:53.580 you
00:44:54.000 were
00:44:54.200 just
00:44:54.560 being
00:44:54.860 sued
00:44:55.240 by
00:44:55.520 Disney
00:44:56.020 and
00:44:56.460 I
00:44:56.660 know
00:44:56.940 Disney
00:44:57.420 they
00:44:57.740 never
00:44:58.560 lose
00:44:58.960 a
00:44:59.120 lawsuit
00:44:59.460 and
00:45:00.780 it
00:45:02.180 was
00:45:02.480 pretty
00:45:02.800 deer
00:45:03.140 in
00:45:03.280 the
00:45:03.400 headlights
00:45:03.780 kind
00:45:04.080 of
00:45:04.180 time
00:45:04.480 and
00:45:04.600 I
00:45:04.720 remember
00:45:05.100 sitting
00:45:05.380 there
00:45:05.560 thinking
00:45:05.820 oh
00:45:06.700 my
00:45:06.860 gosh
00:45:07.280 oh
00:45:08.060 my
00:45:08.260 gosh
00:45:08.580 they're
00:45:08.820 going
00:45:08.920 to
00:45:09.040 destroy
00:45:11.020 that's
00:45:11.500 not
00:45:11.680 what
00:45:11.880 happened
00:45:12.380 hang on
00:45:14.620 before
00:45:14.820 you say
00:45:15.180 I just
00:45:15.860 want you
00:45:16.220 to know
00:45:16.520 as an
00:45:16.820 audience
00:45:17.240 nobody
00:45:18.820 ever
00:45:19.240 beats
00:45:19.540 Disney
00:45:19.960 nobody
00:45:21.080 ever
00:45:21.700 beats
00:45:22.060 Disney
00:45:22.500 and
00:45:23.660 Disney
00:45:24.460 was the
00:45:25.020 one
00:45:25.420 who had
00:45:26.120 in its
00:45:26.600 vault
00:45:26.920 and kept
00:45:27.780 the
00:45:28.980 sound
00:45:29.260 of
00:45:29.420 freedom
00:45:29.680 in their
00:45:30.260 vault
00:45:30.600 for
00:45:30.960 years
00:45:31.560 I
00:45:31.980 had
00:45:32.160 seen
00:45:32.380 this
00:45:32.600 movie
00:45:32.860 five
00:45:33.360 years
00:45:33.680 ago
00:45:33.980 and
00:45:35.440 it
00:45:35.820 was
00:45:35.960 great
00:45:36.300 and
00:45:36.480 then
00:45:36.580 it
00:45:36.660 was
00:45:36.780 never
00:45:37.000 released
00:45:37.360 never
00:45:37.580 released
00:45:37.960 it's
00:45:38.140 because
00:45:38.480 Disney
00:45:39.060 bought
00:45:39.820 it
00:45:39.980 in a
00:45:40.260 deal
00:45:40.560 and
00:45:41.280 just
00:45:41.460 put
00:45:41.680 it
00:45:41.800 in
00:45:41.900 the
00:45:41.980 vault
00:45:42.120 they
00:45:42.300 had
00:45:42.440 no
00:45:42.640 intention
00:45:43.020 of
00:45:43.260 releasing
00:45:43.700 it
00:45:44.040 so
00:45:45.080 the
00:45:45.420 extra
00:45:46.260 sugar
00:45:46.660 on
00:45:46.960 top
00:45:47.400 is
00:45:48.540 that
00:45:49.040 Disney
00:45:50.940 is
00:45:51.300 now
00:45:51.560 looking
00:45:51.960 at
00:45:52.460 the
00:45:52.860 movies
00:45:53.820 and
00:45:54.520 the
00:45:54.700 top
00:45:55.000 rankings
00:45:55.420 of
00:45:55.640 the
00:45:55.780 movies
00:45:56.040 of
00:45:56.240 the
00:45:56.380 year
00:45:56.660 and
00:45:57.100 they
00:45:57.340 don't
00:45:57.600 have
00:45:58.000 the
00:45:59.100 sound
00:45:59.320 of
00:45:59.460 freedom
00:45:59.680 but
00:46:00.040 anyway
00:46:00.280 tell
00:46:00.560 the
00:46:00.740 story
00:46:01.060 about
00:46:01.360 what
00:46:02.500 was
00:46:02.720 happening
00:46:03.240 so
00:46:06.180 yeah
00:46:07.860 what
00:46:08.780 you said
00:46:09.120 about
00:46:09.360 Disney
00:46:09.620 I
00:46:09.760 remember
00:46:10.100 the
00:46:10.400 day
00:46:10.660 that
00:46:11.080 a
00:46:12.000 private
00:46:12.280 investigator
00:46:12.820 brought
00:46:13.360 us
00:46:13.800 the
00:46:14.260 lawsuit
00:46:14.640 they
00:46:15.800 brought
00:46:16.040 the
00:46:16.240 lawsuit
00:46:16.540 to
00:46:16.780 me
00:46:17.040 and
00:46:17.700 we
00:46:17.840 were
00:46:18.020 in
00:46:18.200 a
00:46:18.500 hole
00:46:19.020 in
00:46:19.160 the
00:46:19.280 wall
00:46:19.500 office
00:46:20.080 on
00:46:20.720 University
00:46:21.300 Avenue
00:46:21.820 in
00:46:22.180 Provo
00:46:22.600 and
00:46:22.860 this
00:46:23.060 investigator
00:46:23.700 with
00:46:24.120 greasy
00:46:25.360 hair
00:46:25.740 shows
00:46:26.100 up
00:46:26.420 and
00:46:26.720 when
00:46:27.420 I
00:46:28.180 got
00:46:28.340 the
00:46:28.520 lawsuit
00:46:28.840 I
00:46:29.080 thought
00:46:29.300 oh
00:46:29.600 we're
00:46:29.840 being
00:46:30.040 sued
00:46:30.420 but
00:46:31.400 when
00:46:31.540 I
00:46:31.680 saw
00:46:31.920 it
00:46:32.020 was
00:46:32.160 Disney
00:46:32.660 name
00:46:33.600 on
00:46:33.820 it
00:46:34.020 I
00:46:34.380 was
00:46:34.660 honestly
00:46:36.020 devastated
00:46:36.820 and
00:46:37.300 just
00:46:37.580 kind
00:46:37.880 of
00:46:38.080 just
00:46:38.940 in
00:46:39.120 this
00:46:39.360 state
00:46:39.920 of
00:46:40.260 what
00:46:41.560 is
00:46:41.740 going
00:46:42.000 on
00:46:42.360 like
00:46:42.620 because
00:46:42.940 Disney
00:46:43.380 had
00:46:43.820 the
00:46:44.300 image
00:46:45.660 of
00:46:45.980 being
00:46:46.200 family
00:46:46.720 friendly
00:46:47.100 and
00:46:47.400 what
00:46:47.640 you
00:46:48.680 were
00:46:48.880 trying
00:46:49.180 to
00:46:49.360 do
00:46:49.680 was
00:46:50.280 not
00:46:51.340 take
00:46:51.700 anything
00:46:52.040 from
00:46:52.560 them
00:46:52.940 people
00:46:53.620 would
00:46:53.860 come
00:46:54.060 to
00:46:54.220 you
00:46:54.400 with
00:46:54.680 their
00:46:54.960 copy
00:46:55.420 of
00:46:55.640 the
00:46:55.800 movie
00:46:56.060 and
00:46:56.380 say
00:46:56.660 I
00:46:56.980 want
00:46:57.260 these
00:46:57.580 things
00:46:57.940 removed
00:46:58.420 from
00:46:58.660 it
00:46:58.760 I
00:46:58.860 don't
00:46:59.060 like
00:46:59.300 I
00:46:59.760 don't
00:46:59.860 want
00:47:00.000 to
00:47:00.100 have
00:47:00.480 my
00:47:00.620 kids
00:47:00.820 see
00:47:01.040 sex
00:47:01.420 scenes
00:47:01.760 or
00:47:01.940 I
00:47:02.040 don't
00:47:02.200 want
00:47:02.360 it
00:47:02.480 to
00:47:02.580 have
00:47:02.720 swearing
00:47:03.200 in
00:47:03.400 it
00:47:03.540 and
00:47:04.020 so
00:47:04.200 all
00:47:04.380 you
00:47:04.600 would
00:47:04.760 do
00:47:04.960 is
00:47:05.200 digitally
00:47:05.740 alter
00:47:06.300 it
00:47:06.580 but
00:47:06.840 not
00:47:07.240 alter
00:47:07.760 the
00:47:08.120 movie
00:47:08.460 itself
00:47:09.040 so
00:47:09.360 you'd
00:47:09.620 still
00:47:09.860 walk
00:47:10.140 out
00:47:10.300 with
00:47:10.440 the
00:47:10.560 same
00:47:10.780 DVD
00:47:11.240 and
00:47:11.760 you
00:47:11.960 had
00:47:12.320 to
00:47:12.500 purchase
00:47:12.800 so
00:47:13.020 you're
00:47:13.140 not
00:47:13.320 stealing
00:47:13.760 from
00:47:14.100 Disney
00:47:14.380 that's
00:47:14.620 right
00:47:14.800 that's
00:47:15.220 right
00:47:15.400 we
00:47:15.600 actually
00:47:15.940 I
00:47:16.260 mean
00:47:16.440 our
00:47:17.460 experts
00:47:17.920 proved
00:47:18.500 to
00:47:18.820 Disney
00:47:19.100 that
00:47:19.280 we
00:47:19.400 made
00:47:19.620 them
00:47:19.820 money
00:47:20.080 but
00:47:20.340 I
00:47:20.960 was
00:47:21.120 so
00:47:21.320 confused
00:47:21.720 when I
00:47:21.980 first
00:47:22.200 got
00:47:22.380 the
00:47:22.540 lawsuit
00:47:22.860 because
00:47:23.340 my
00:47:24.460 mother
00:47:25.280 one of
00:47:26.580 the stories
00:47:27.060 she always
00:47:27.580 told us
00:47:28.040 as children
00:47:28.560 to help
00:47:29.040 raise our
00:47:30.000 dreams
00:47:30.520 and the
00:47:31.380 possibilities
00:47:32.180 of being
00:47:32.760 an American
00:47:33.260 she'd tell us
00:47:33.920 the story
00:47:34.380 of Roy
00:47:34.800 and Walt
00:47:35.240 Disney
00:47:35.580 and
00:47:36.920 so
00:47:37.800 for it
00:47:38.580 to be
00:47:38.860 them
00:47:39.300 it was
00:47:39.840 devastating
00:47:40.740 and
00:47:41.860 it also
00:47:43.420 just
00:47:43.840 to your
00:47:44.680 point
00:47:45.080 all
00:47:46.120 capital
00:47:46.660 gone
00:47:47.820 right
00:47:48.220 I mean
00:47:49.240 everybody
00:47:49.900 was courting
00:47:50.720 us
00:47:50.940 because
00:47:51.360 we were
00:47:51.800 really
00:47:52.500 exciting
00:47:53.020 we were
00:47:53.320 growing
00:47:53.800 we were
00:47:54.600 going to
00:47:54.820 do
00:47:55.140 almost
00:47:55.700 10 million
00:47:56.200 dollars
00:47:56.560 that year
00:47:57.140 in
00:47:57.580 revenue
00:47:58.060 and so
00:47:58.700 we were
00:47:59.840 just being
00:48:00.180 courted
00:48:00.500 by everybody
00:48:01.060 but as
00:48:01.600 soon as
00:48:02.060 it was
00:48:02.280 Disney's
00:48:02.740 name
00:48:02.940 that was
00:48:03.220 suing
00:48:03.500 us
00:48:03.760 everyone's
00:48:04.660 gone
00:48:04.920 yeah
00:48:05.340 and
00:48:06.140 but
00:48:09.980 they sued
00:48:11.560 us
00:48:11.860 two weeks
00:48:12.760 after
00:48:13.480 we
00:48:13.860 so we
00:48:14.440 had learned
00:48:14.800 about
00:48:15.060 a law
00:48:15.640 it's
00:48:16.280 called
00:48:16.680 the
00:48:17.100 jobs
00:48:17.440 act
00:48:17.780 and
00:48:18.060 it
00:48:18.220 was
00:48:18.580 it
00:48:18.900 allowed
00:48:19.340 people
00:48:19.900 regular
00:48:20.740 people
00:48:21.260 who
00:48:21.560 aren't
00:48:21.840 accredited
00:48:22.400 investors
00:48:22.940 to
00:48:23.860 invest
00:48:24.440 in
00:48:24.860 startups
00:48:25.240 and
00:48:26.380 we
00:48:26.900 were
00:48:27.060 researching
00:48:27.460 that
00:48:27.720 law
00:48:28.040 and
00:48:28.320 we
00:48:28.520 asked
00:48:28.820 our
00:48:29.100 customer
00:48:30.420 base
00:48:30.820 would
00:48:31.160 you
00:48:31.260 guys
00:48:31.400 be
00:48:31.540 interested
00:48:31.880 in
00:48:32.100 investing
00:48:32.480 two
00:48:33.000 weeks
00:48:33.200 later
00:48:33.440 is
00:48:33.580 when
00:48:33.700 that
00:48:33.860 lawsuit
00:48:34.140 showed
00:48:34.460 up
00:48:34.640 they
00:48:36.140 wanted
00:48:36.620 to
00:48:36.920 invest
00:48:37.480 to
00:48:37.820 the
00:48:38.000 tune
00:48:38.260 of
00:48:38.420 62
00:48:39.000 million
00:48:39.480 dollars
00:48:39.960 that's
00:48:40.280 what
00:48:40.380 our
00:48:40.500 customer
00:48:40.820 base
00:48:41.140 said
00:48:41.440 the
00:48:42.920 judgment
00:48:43.480 that
00:48:44.440 2019
00:48:46.080 was
00:48:47.200 62
00:48:48.200 million
00:48:49.120 dollars
00:48:49.720 unbelievable
00:48:50.260 against us
00:48:51.160 and
00:48:52.000 so that's
00:48:53.320 a whole
00:48:53.600 story in
00:48:54.120 of itself
00:48:54.560 but wait a
00:48:55.240 minute
00:48:55.340 I just
00:48:55.900 want people
00:48:56.220 to understand
00:48:56.680 you didn't
00:48:58.400 win
00:48:58.840 on Disney
00:48:59.700 no
00:49:00.120 we didn't
00:49:00.640 the court
00:49:01.120 hands down
00:49:02.040 they completely
00:49:03.920 trashed us
00:49:04.720 and we learned
00:49:05.520 the same
00:49:05.860 thing as
00:49:06.340 you
00:49:06.860 that
00:49:07.180 nobody
00:49:07.800 beats
00:49:08.100 Disney
00:49:08.460 correct
00:49:08.960 and
00:49:09.640 the
00:49:09.960 attorneys
00:49:10.400 you know
00:49:11.040 there were
00:49:11.380 attorneys
00:49:11.700 in LA
00:49:12.240 who just
00:49:12.700 said
00:49:13.020 what's
00:49:14.420 the
00:49:14.560 one
00:49:14.820 rule
00:49:15.500 that
00:49:16.860 everybody's
00:49:17.980 told
00:49:18.240 when they
00:49:18.520 leave
00:49:18.800 Harvard
00:49:19.200 law
00:49:19.680 school
00:49:19.940 well
00:49:22.560 and then
00:49:23.240 the law
00:49:24.060 students
00:49:24.360 would say
00:49:24.760 oh it's
00:49:25.180 this
00:49:25.500 it's
00:49:25.760 that
00:49:26.040 and then
00:49:26.860 the
00:49:27.500 lead
00:49:28.500 professor
00:49:28.900 would say
00:49:29.300 no
00:49:29.580 you don't
00:49:30.700 F
00:49:31.020 with
00:49:31.520 Disney
00:49:32.020 period
00:49:32.560 that's
00:49:33.460 the only
00:49:33.760 rule
00:49:34.120 you should
00:49:34.480 have
00:49:34.640 learned
00:49:34.920 here
00:49:35.160 and so
00:49:36.240 this is
00:49:36.700 the stories
00:49:37.120 that they're
00:49:37.440 telling
00:49:37.720 us
00:49:38.080 and
00:49:38.940 we're
00:49:39.440 just
00:49:39.700 like
00:49:40.040 you know
00:49:40.960 we still
00:49:41.360 we naive
00:49:42.080 when we
00:49:42.940 got sued
00:49:43.420 I
00:49:43.740 in my
00:49:45.620 naivete
00:49:46.820 as just
00:49:47.700 a kid
00:49:48.140 from Idaho
00:49:48.800 I thought
00:49:49.700 deep down
00:49:50.480 it was
00:49:50.940 going to
00:49:51.140 work out
00:49:51.620 it was
00:49:52.960 going to
00:49:53.280 work out
00:49:53.820 so
00:49:54.020 I thought
00:49:57.600 it was
00:49:57.740 going to
00:49:57.940 work out
00:49:58.320 others
00:49:58.720 around us
00:49:59.420 didn't
00:49:59.940 but they
00:50:00.820 kept
00:50:01.060 working
00:50:01.480 Jeffrey
00:50:01.800 says
00:50:02.160 he
00:50:02.320 didn't
00:50:02.500 ever
00:50:02.760 but he
00:50:03.600 kept
00:50:03.860 working
00:50:05.080 as though
00:50:05.440 it would
00:50:05.720 work out
00:50:06.180 and so
00:50:08.220 in that
00:50:08.780 state
00:50:09.320 we did
00:50:10.660 a number
00:50:10.960 of things
00:50:11.420 so one
00:50:11.960 is that
00:50:12.500 we asked
00:50:13.380 because nobody
00:50:14.060 else would
00:50:14.420 come to the
00:50:14.800 table
00:50:15.040 we asked
00:50:15.500 the investors
00:50:16.040 or the
00:50:16.640 customers
00:50:17.260 if they
00:50:17.640 would
00:50:17.760 invest
00:50:18.060 we just
00:50:18.440 said
00:50:18.660 forget
00:50:19.180 the 62
00:50:19.700 million
00:50:20.080 we just
00:50:21.460 need five
00:50:22.020 just to
00:50:22.440 survive
00:50:22.880 like if
00:50:23.520 you want
00:50:23.820 us to
00:50:24.100 survive
00:50:24.440 this
00:50:24.680 lawsuit
00:50:25.080 or even
00:50:26.240 have a
00:50:26.560 chance
00:50:26.980 surviving
00:50:27.500 this
00:50:27.700 lawsuit
00:50:28.000 we need
00:50:28.320 five million
00:50:28.760 bucks
00:50:29.100 and
00:50:30.120 but do
00:50:30.900 not
00:50:31.380 do not
00:50:32.380 invest
00:50:32.760 in our
00:50:33.100 company
00:50:33.540 unless you're
00:50:34.260 willing to
00:50:34.560 lose the
00:50:34.900 money
00:50:35.080 please
00:50:35.540 and we
00:50:36.260 limited
00:50:36.620 the amount
00:50:37.420 people
00:50:37.700 could put
00:50:38.020 in
00:50:38.240 so
00:50:39.380 those
00:50:41.440 customers
00:50:42.020 our
00:50:42.880 audience
00:50:43.400 ended up
00:50:43.860 investing
00:50:44.220 over
00:50:44.480 ten
00:50:44.780 million
00:50:45.120 in
00:50:45.400 five
00:50:45.700 days
00:50:45.980 and
00:50:46.140 you
00:50:46.260 know
00:50:46.380 why
00:50:46.540 that
00:50:46.740 is
00:50:47.040 because
00:50:47.880 you
00:50:48.520 were
00:50:48.800 serving
00:50:49.240 an
00:50:49.520 audience
00:50:49.940 no
00:50:50.340 one
00:50:50.560 listened
00:50:50.980 to
00:50:51.340 no
00:50:52.520 one
00:50:52.720 was
00:50:52.920 listening
00:50:53.260 to
00:50:53.500 every
00:50:54.400 family
00:50:55.320 I know
00:50:55.880 has
00:50:56.320 sat
00:50:56.620 on the
00:50:56.900 couch
00:50:57.180 with
00:50:57.440 their
00:50:57.620 kids
00:50:57.960 and
00:50:58.520 tried
00:50:58.840 to
00:50:59.040 find
00:50:59.280 something
00:50:59.640 to
00:50:59.860 watch
00:51:00.200 and
00:51:00.760 it
00:51:00.880 was
00:51:01.080 inappropriate
00:51:01.720 for
00:51:02.220 one
00:51:02.520 reason
00:51:02.900 or
00:51:03.100 another
00:51:03.380 and
00:51:03.660 you
00:51:03.820 can't
00:51:04.200 agree
00:51:04.460 on
00:51:04.700 anything
00:51:05.080 and
00:51:05.900 parents
00:51:06.600 are
00:51:06.840 constantly
00:51:07.420 looking
00:51:07.860 at
00:51:08.300 each
00:51:08.640 other
00:51:08.800 going
00:51:09.020 is
00:51:09.280 there
00:51:09.420 nothing
00:51:09.700 we
00:51:09.880 can
00:51:10.000 watch
00:51:10.200 together
00:51:10.540 is
00:51:11.060 there
00:51:11.200 nothing
00:51:11.820 and
00:51:12.780 that's
00:51:13.200 happening
00:51:13.560 everywhere
00:51:14.140 and
00:51:14.600 nobody
00:51:15.400 was
00:51:15.980 listening
00:51:16.380 to
00:51:16.620 them
00:51:16.920 except
00:51:17.320 for
00:51:17.560 you
00:51:17.860 it
00:51:20.400 it
00:51:20.420 was

00:51:21.760 to
00:51:21.940 us
00:51:22.120 Glenn
00:51:22.380 that
00:51:22.600 that
00:51:22.820 was
00:51:23.400 the
00:51:23.600 case
00:51:24.040 and
00:51:24.480 another
00:51:26.560 co-founder
00:51:27.200 Daniel
00:51:27.780 he
00:51:28.460 called
00:51:29.060 or
00:51:29.660 emailed
00:51:30.180 I don't
00:51:30.460 remember
00:51:30.800 right
00:51:31.900 after
00:51:32.340 we
00:51:32.720 closed
00:51:33.100 that
00:51:33.440 $10
00:51:33.780 million
00:51:34.040 round

00:51:35.180 guys
00:51:36.740 what
00:51:37.060 if
00:51:37.280 we
00:51:37.740 applied
00:51:38.200 this
00:51:38.560 crowdfunding
00:51:39.840 model
00:51:40.340 to

00:51:43.440 if
00:51:43.540 the
00:51:43.700 same
00:51:43.920 thing
00:51:44.180 happened
00:51:44.580 you
00:51:45.000 have
00:51:45.540 a
00:51:45.700 show

00:51:47.260 that
00:51:47.520 you
00:51:47.660 want
00:51:47.940 to
00:51:48.280 produce
00:51:49.280 could
00:51:49.980 this
00:51:50.180 happen
00:51:50.560 well
00:51:51.440 within
00:51:52.920 weeks
00:51:53.700 of
00:51:54.620 raising
00:51:54.880 the
00:51:55.040 10
00:51:55.220 million
00:51:55.540 sure
00:51:55.860 enough
00:51:56.200 we
00:51:56.640 got
00:51:56.800 an
00:51:56.980 injunction
00:51:57.480 it
00:51:59.520 was
00:51:59.680 on
00:51:59.980 December
00:52:00.640 12th
00:52:01.500 of
00:52:01.840 2016
00:52:02.580 we
00:52:03.600 were
00:52:03.720 in
00:52:03.840 the
00:52:03.940 middle
00:52:04.080 of

00:52:09.500 are
00:52:09.680 coming
00:52:10.000 and
00:52:10.180 we
00:52:10.320 invite
00:52:10.600 the
00:52:10.780 press
00:52:11.060 in
00:52:11.380 to
00:52:11.620 announce
00:52:12.000 we've
00:52:12.360 just
00:52:12.520 been
00:52:12.700 shut
00:52:12.960 down
00:52:13.220 by
00:52:13.400 the
00:52:13.560 LA
00:52:13.780 courts
00:52:14.200 and
00:52:15.360 we
00:52:16.060 didn't
00:52:16.980 sleep
00:52:17.200 that
00:52:17.400 night
00:52:17.660 and
00:52:18.680 we
00:52:18.860 got
00:52:19.100 ready
00:52:19.520 and
00:52:19.800 announced
00:52:20.380 that
00:52:20.880 we
00:52:21.000 were
00:52:21.080 going
00:52:21.240 to
00:52:21.360 start
00:52:21.640 a
00:52:21.980 studio
00:52:22.280 because
00:52:23.140 the
00:52:23.580 studios
00:52:23.900 weren't
00:52:24.160 going
00:52:24.260 to
00:52:24.320 play
00:52:24.460 ball
00:52:24.700 with
00:52:24.900 us
00:52:25.080 we
00:52:25.220 were
00:52:25.340 just
00:52:25.680 going
00:52:25.980 to
00:52:26.140 tell
00:52:26.340 the
00:52:26.540 stories
00:52:26.860 ourselves
00:52:27.300 and
00:52:28.760 we
00:52:28.900 announced
00:52:29.260 two
00:52:29.680 things
00:52:30.080 that
00:52:30.520 at
00:52:31.080 that
00:52:31.280 event
00:52:31.600 one
00:52:32.540 was
00:52:33.020 a
00:52:33.800 stand-up
00:52:34.100 comedy
00:52:34.420 series
00:52:34.780 that's
00:52:35.000 funny
00:52:35.160 for
00:52:35.340 everyone
00:52:35.640 try
00:52:35.960 bar
00:52:36.100 comedy
00:52:36.460 and
00:52:37.260 the
00:52:37.400 second
00:52:37.660 one
00:52:38.000 was
00:52:38.820 a
00:52:38.980 story
00:52:39.420 of
00:52:40.020 Tim
00:52:40.500 Ballard
00:52:40.840 at
00:52:42.160 the
00:52:42.300 time
00:52:42.520 it
00:52:42.600 was
00:52:42.700 called
00:52:42.880 the
00:52:43.000 abolitionists
00:52:43.720 we
00:52:45.180 thought
00:52:45.420 we
00:52:45.540 were
00:52:45.640 going
00:52:45.760 to
00:52:45.840 launch
00:52:46.120 that
00:52:46.480 and
00:52:47.340 and
00:52:48.020 you
00:52:48.160 know
00:52:48.360 and
00:52:48.980 but
00:52:49.720 for
00:52:50.280 a lot
00:52:50.660 of
00:52:50.760 reasons
00:52:50.980 that
00:52:51.200 the
00:52:51.520 abolitionists
00:52:52.120 didn't
00:52:52.380 work
00:52:52.620 out
00:52:52.920 and
00:52:53.600 here
00:52:53.840 we
00:52:54.040 are
00:52:54.400 now
00:52:54.940 10
00:52:55.640 years
00:52:55.880 after
00:52:56.180 launching
00:52:56.520 Angel
00:52:56.760 Studios
00:52:57.340 10
00:52:58.400 years
00:52:58.600 after
00:52:58.880 Tim
00:52:59.260 started
00:52:59.900 this
00:53:00.180 program
00:53:00.720 talked
00:53:01.460 to
00:53:01.660 you
00:53:01.980 met
00:53:02.560 with
00:53:02.800 you
00:53:03.160 you
00:53:04.060 and
00:53:04.680 this
00:53:04.940 audience
00:53:05.340 raised
00:53:05.980 the
00:53:06.200 funds
00:53:06.520 for
00:53:06.740 Tim
00:53:06.940 Ballard
00:53:07.260 to
00:53:07.460 go
00:53:07.640 do
00:53:07.860 his
00:53:08.120 work
00:53:10.500 film
00:53:11.040 that
00:53:11.720 story
00:53:12.280 is
00:53:12.960 coming
00:53:13.180 back
00:53:13.460 to
00:53:13.620 Angel
00:53:13.980 through
00:53:14.840 Disney
00:53:15.840 can
00:53:18.560 you
00:53:20.440 tell
00:53:20.740 the
00:53:20.940 part
00:53:21.280 about
00:53:21.680 the
00:53:21.940 judge
00:53:22.280 saying
00:53:22.840 you
00:53:23.200 know
00:53:23.320 that
00:53:23.520 you're
00:53:23.820 going
00:53:23.980 to
00:53:24.160 be
00:53:24.540 you
00:53:25.460 you
00:53:25.700 you
00:53:26.200 have
00:53:26.420 to
00:53:26.560 turn
00:53:26.800 your
00:53:26.960 company
00:53:27.240 over
00:53:27.480 to
00:53:27.700 somebody
00:53:28.560 else
00:53:28.920 yes
00:53:29.480 yes
00:53:29.720 yes
00:53:29.920 yes
00:53:29.940 okay
00:53:30.180 yeah
00:53:30.540 yeah
00:53:30.780 yeah
00:53:30.960 yeah
00:53:31.100 you
00:53:31.300 you
00:53:31.540 bet
00:53:31.680 I
00:53:31.820 didn't
00:53:31.980 know
00:53:32.100 how
00:53:32.200 much
00:53:32.360 detail
00:53:32.660 you
00:53:32.820 wanted
00:53:33.040 so
00:53:33.240 just
00:53:33.580 I
00:53:34.800 could
00:53:35.240 go
00:53:35.400 down
00:53:35.620 a
00:53:35.800 deep
00:53:36.480 rabbit
00:53:36.920 hole
00:53:37.160 here
00:53:37.380 just
00:53:37.660 keep
00:53:37.880 it
00:53:38.820 pithy
00:53:39.240 here
00:53:39.400 yeah
00:53:39.700 so
00:53:39.880 when
00:53:42.160 we
00:53:42.460 were
00:53:42.660 being
00:53:42.940 sued
00:53:43.400 the
00:53:44.700 attorneys
00:53:45.260 started
00:53:45.580 to
00:53:45.800 threaten
00:53:46.020 to
00:53:46.180 come
00:53:46.340 after
00:53:46.600 Jeffrey
00:53:46.940 and
00:53:47.080 me
00:53:47.200 personally
00:53:47.680 and
00:53:48.620 the
00:53:50.780 so
00:53:54.420 we're
00:53:54.580 like
00:53:54.760 man
00:53:54.980 we're
00:53:55.140 going
00:53:55.220 to
00:53:55.260 lose
00:53:55.440 everything
00:53:56.040 over
00:53:56.420 this
00:53:56.780 and
00:53:57.080 our
00:53:57.640 attorneys
00:53:58.220 who
00:53:58.660 were
00:53:58.800 very
00:53:59.040 experienced
00:53:59.580 Hollywood
00:54:00.040 attorneys
00:54:00.620 David
00:54:02.700 Quinto
00:54:03.020 had worked
00:54:03.520 in the
00:54:03.760 industry
00:54:04.020 for 30
00:54:04.540 years
00:54:04.840 represented
00:54:05.340 the
00:54:05.680 Oscars
00:54:06.300 Warner
00:54:06.620 Brothers
00:54:07.060 Disney
00:54:08.820 and
00:54:09.900 he
00:54:11.080 made
00:54:11.300 an
00:54:11.460 offer
00:54:11.740 to
00:54:12.220 settle
00:54:12.520 and
00:54:13.060 it
00:54:13.160 was
00:54:13.300 a
00:54:13.460 really
00:54:14.020 good
00:54:14.560 offer
00:54:15.120 and
00:54:17.140 they
00:54:17.280 just
00:54:17.500 said
00:54:17.740 no
00:54:18.060 no
00:54:19.060 and
00:54:19.360 he
00:54:19.580 said
00:54:19.840 they
00:54:21.260 want
00:54:21.740 you
00:54:22.020 dead
00:54:23.480 they
00:54:24.040 want
00:54:24.220 to
00:54:24.300 make
00:54:24.460 an
00:54:24.580 example
00:54:24.920 out
00:54:25.160 of
00:54:25.260 you
00:54:25.380 there
00:54:25.580 is
00:54:25.720 no
00:54:25.900 way
00:54:26.120 out
00:54:26.300 of
00:54:26.380 this
00:54:26.540 one
00:54:26.720 so
00:54:27.300 we
00:54:27.560 were
00:54:28.300 praying
00:54:28.780 and
00:54:29.000 trying
00:54:29.160 to
00:54:29.280 figure
00:54:29.420 out
00:54:29.560 what

00:54:33.480 the
00:54:33.620 idea
00:54:33.940 he
00:54:34.120 said
00:54:34.280 if
00:54:34.420 you

00:54:48.880 so
00:54:49.100 that's
00:54:49.360 what
00:54:49.460 we
00:54:49.600 did
00:54:49.840 in
00:54:50.680 fact
00:54:50.980 we
00:54:51.140 filed

00:54:58.940 if
00:54:59.900 you

00:55:01.840 you
00:55:02.040 know
00:55:02.480 that
00:55:03.020 we're
00:55:03.220 filing
00:55:03.560 bankruptcy
00:55:04.200 so
00:55:06.160 that's
00:55:06.880 the
00:55:07.000 company
00:55:07.300 I
00:55:07.480 want
00:55:07.640 to
00:55:07.740 do
00:55:07.860 business
00:55:08.300 with
00:55:08.540 they
00:55:10.080 decided
00:55:11.000 to
00:55:11.300 do
00:55:11.440 it
00:55:11.520 with
00:55:11.680 us
00:55:11.900 to
00:55:12.140 their
00:55:12.320 credit
00:55:12.640 and
00:55:13.360 then
00:55:15.500 as soon
00:55:15.880 as the
00:55:16.120 judgment
00:55:16.400 went
00:55:16.660 down
00:55:17.020 immediately
00:55:18.060 Disney's
00:55:18.560 going to
00:55:18.820 the
00:55:18.940 bankruptcy
00:55:19.200 court
00:55:19.560 and
00:55:19.720 saying
00:55:19.980 it's
00:55:20.740 time
00:55:20.900 to
00:55:21.020 shut
00:55:21.180 this
00:55:21.380 company
00:55:21.660 down
00:55:22.000 it's
00:55:22.220 time
00:55:22.400 to
00:55:22.540 liquidate
00:55:23.000 them
00:55:23.160 take
00:55:23.480 all
00:55:23.640 their
00:55:23.780 assets
00:55:24.300 that
00:55:24.960 there's
00:55:25.200 no
00:55:25.400 chance
00:55:25.740 for
00:55:25.900 this
00:55:26.060 company
00:55:26.480 but
00:55:29.000 they
00:55:29.920 we
00:55:31.920 had
00:55:32.220 previously
00:55:33.080 said
00:55:35.120 we
00:55:35.280 were
00:55:35.380 going
00:55:35.540 to
00:55:35.720 release
00:55:36.420 all
00:55:36.820 the
00:55:37.020 filters
00:55:37.460 to
00:55:37.740 the
00:55:37.980 open
00:55:38.320 source
00:55:38.680 so
00:55:38.940 anybody
00:55:39.340 could
00:55:39.660 use
00:55:39.920 them
00:55:40.100 so
00:55:40.280 families
00:55:40.620 can
00:55:40.800 just
00:55:40.980 solve
00:55:41.220 the
00:55:41.380 problem
00:55:41.640 even
00:55:41.840 if
00:55:42.020 we
00:55:42.120 get
00:55:42.280 destroyed
00:55:42.740 Disney
00:55:43.540 started
00:55:43.880 crying
00:55:44.260 out
00:55:44.480 to
00:55:44.600 the
00:55:44.720 bankruptcy
00:55:44.960 court
00:55:45.380 we
00:55:45.660 need
00:55:45.820 a
00:55:45.960 trustee
00:55:46.420 these
00:55:46.640 guys
00:55:46.900 are
00:55:47.140 irresponsible
00:55:48.280 this
00:55:48.840 is
00:55:48.960 right
00:55:49.120 before
00:55:49.380 trial
00:55:49.660 they're
00:55:50.280 irresponsible
00:55:50.880 they
00:55:51.120 need
00:55:51.300 a
00:55:51.420 trustee
00:55:51.980 so
00:55:52.720 they
00:55:52.900 asked
00:55:53.120 for
00:55:53.220 a
00:55:53.340 trustee
00:55:53.660 right
00:55:53.840 before
00:55:54.060 trial
00:55:54.460 right
00:55:54.940 after
00:55:55.180 trial
00:55:55.460 they
00:55:55.620 asked
00:55:55.780 for
00:55:55.900 chapter
00:55:56.180 seven
00:55:56.560 we
00:55:57.240 went
00:55:57.500 into
00:55:57.660 the
00:55:57.840 court
00:55:58.120 and
00:55:58.560 said
00:55:58.960 look
00:56:00.040 we'll
00:56:02.000 agree
00:56:02.820 to a
00:56:03.160 trustee
00:56:03.700 on one
00:56:04.440 condition
00:56:04.840 that
00:56:05.640 Disney
00:56:06.100 agrees
00:56:06.720 that
00:56:07.620 they'll
00:56:07.820 give up
00:56:08.180 the
00:56:08.360 right
00:56:08.560 to
00:56:08.760 change
00:56:09.140 the
00:56:09.340 trustee
00:56:09.880 we'll
00:56:10.780 both
00:56:11.040 agree
00:56:11.300 on
00:56:11.440 who
00:56:11.560 the
00:56:11.680 trustee
00:56:12.080 is
00:56:12.360 we
00:56:12.960 don't
00:56:13.120 care
00:56:13.320 who
00:56:13.500 it
00:56:13.640 is
00:56:13.880 we
00:56:14.100 just
00:56:14.280 want
00:56:14.480 a
00:56:14.640 third
00:56:14.860 party
00:56:15.140 person
00:56:15.540 to
00:56:15.720 come
00:56:15.940 in
00:56:16.220 and
00:56:17.020 do
00:56:17.920 this
00:56:18.300 and
00:56:18.840 we
00:56:18.960 had
00:56:19.100 prayed
00:56:19.340 about
00:56:19.600 this
00:56:19.880 and
00:56:20.080 felt
00:56:20.640 really
00:56:20.940 scared
00:56:21.360 that
00:56:21.640 a
00:56:21.820 trustee
00:56:22.360 we'd
00:56:22.860 lose
00:56:23.080 all
00:56:23.320 the
00:56:23.440 control
00:56:23.940 and
00:56:24.320 we
00:56:24.460 could
00:56:24.620 lose
00:56:24.840 everything
00:56:25.200 but
00:56:25.380 we
00:56:25.520 felt
00:56:25.680 peaceful
00:56:26.160 and
00:56:27.300 so
00:56:27.940 we
00:56:28.080 made
00:56:28.220 that
00:56:28.400 change
00:56:28.840 and
00:56:29.760 the
00:56:30.180 trustee
00:56:30.580 came
00:56:30.840 in
00:56:31.060 and
00:56:31.160 he
00:56:31.280 looked
00:56:31.480 at
00:56:31.620 Jeffrey
00:56:31.900 and
00:56:32.100 me
00:56:32.320 in
00:56:32.560 the
00:56:32.680 eye
00:56:32.920 and
00:56:33.040 he
00:56:33.160 said
00:56:33.480 I'm
00:56:34.120 meeting
00:56:34.300 with
00:56:34.520 you
00:56:34.740 right
00:56:34.980 now
00:56:35.280 and
00:56:35.460 I'm
00:56:35.600 going
00:56:35.680 to
00:56:35.720 meet
00:56:35.860 with
00:56:36.020 Disney
00:56:36.360 and
00:56:37.380 one
00:56:37.600 of
00:56:37.720 you
00:56:37.840 is
00:56:37.980 bad
00:56:38.280 actor
00:56:38.640 and
00:56:39.000 when
00:56:39.140 I
00:56:39.280 figure
00:56:39.460 out
00:56:39.600 who
00:56:39.740 that
00:56:39.920 is
00:56:40.240 I'm
00:56:40.460 going
00:56:40.540 to
00:56:40.640 shove
00:56:41.020 it
00:56:41.140 so
00:56:41.340 far
00:56:41.540 down
00:56:41.720 your
00:56:41.900 throat
00:56:42.240 you're
00:56:42.840 done
00:56:43.280 that's
00:56:44.020 what
00:56:44.140 he
00:56:44.220 said
00:56:44.420 to
00:56:44.600 us
00:56:44.880 and
00:56:45.820 we're
00:56:46.720 like
00:56:47.040 well
00:56:47.460 and
00:56:52.100 then
00:56:52.240 he
00:56:52.380 tells
00:56:52.600 us
00:56:52.760 later
00:56:53.000 on
00:56:53.360 he
00:56:53.520 says
00:56:53.900 if
00:56:54.680 you
00:56:54.940 don't

00:57:11.860 we
00:57:12.180 got

01:01:08.680 is
01:01:09.040 so
01:01:09.280 good
01:01:09.620 so
01:01:10.160 good
01:01:10.520 and
01:01:11.240 it's
01:01:11.420 about
01:01:11.760 Mother
01:01:12.120 Cabrini
01:01:12.620 and if
01:01:13.800 you don't
01:01:14.120 know who
01:01:14.440 she is
01:01:14.800 you're
01:01:14.940 probably
01:01:15.140 not
01:01:15.360 Catholic
01:01:15.760 but
01:01:16.720 if
01:01:16.940 you're
01:01:17.220 well
01:01:17.600 even
01:01:17.840 if
01:01:18.000 you
01:01:18.120 are
01:01:18.280 Catholic
01:01:18.600 you
01:01:18.780 might
01:01:18.940 know
01:01:19.120 who
01:01:19.540 she
01:01:19.760 is
01:01:20.040 too
01:01:20.960 many
01:01:21.160 people
01:01:21.420 don't
01:01:21.640 know
01:01:21.820 her
01:01:21.980 name
01:01:22.220 yeah
01:01:22.500 she's
01:01:23.000 the
01:01:23.160 first
01:01:23.500 American
01:01:24.000 saint
01:01:24.440 in a
01:01:24.980 nutshell
01:01:25.260 tell
01:01:25.560 us
01:01:26.120 yeah
01:01:26.740 so
01:01:26.980 Cabrini
01:01:27.380 she
01:01:28.220 came
01:01:29.420 from
01:01:29.880 Italy
01:01:30.240 to
01:01:30.580 help
01:01:30.960 the
01:01:31.640 Italian
01:01:32.000 immigrants
01:01:32.520 in
01:01:32.740 New York
01:01:33.100 City
01:01:33.480 at a
01:01:34.440 time
01:01:34.880 when
01:01:35.560 women
01:01:36.980 did
01:01:37.680 not
01:01:38.020 lead
01:01:38.860 anything
01:01:39.920 anything
01:01:40.540 they
01:01:41.120 didn't
01:01:41.380 lead
01:01:41.620 missions
01:01:42.120 they
01:01:42.500 didn't
01:01:43.500 they
01:01:44.840 didn't
01:01:45.420 lead
01:01:46.100 hospitals
01:01:46.720 they
01:01:47.040 didn't
01:01:47.280 do
01:01:47.540 anything
01:01:48.440 except
01:01:49.060 in the
01:01:49.780 Catholic
01:01:50.020 church
01:01:50.280 they
01:01:50.460 were
01:01:50.580 nuns
01:01:51.300 and they
01:01:51.580 helped
01:01:52.240 orphanages
01:01:53.500 right
01:01:53.880 and so
01:01:55.720 she had
01:01:56.860 this vision
01:01:57.400 to go
01:01:58.020 and help
01:01:58.740 orphans
01:01:59.600 in China
01:02:00.360 she goes
01:02:01.840 to the
01:02:02.140 Pope
01:02:02.380 she
01:02:03.780 asks
01:02:04.080 for the
01:02:04.360 Pope
01:02:04.500 permission
01:02:04.940 and all
01:02:06.140 the Pope's
01:02:06.620 people are
01:02:07.060 just like
01:02:07.420 this lady
01:02:07.840 is super
01:02:08.180 weak
01:02:08.460 she's got
01:02:09.020 lung
01:02:10.040 problems
01:02:10.640 there's
01:02:12.000 no way
01:02:12.300 she can
01:02:12.600 do
01:02:12.760 this
01:02:12.960 and she's
01:02:13.280 a woman
01:02:13.640 the Pope
01:02:14.520 doesn't
01:02:15.180 agree
01:02:16.100 he sends
01:02:17.880 her on
01:02:18.140 a mission
01:02:18.540 but asks
01:02:19.180 her to
01:02:19.400 go to
01:02:19.640 New York
01:02:20.020 instead
01:02:20.560 of to
01:02:20.900 China
01:02:21.160 and she
01:02:22.280 goes
01:02:22.700 and I
01:02:23.400 don't want
01:02:23.580 to reveal
01:02:23.920 the whole
01:02:24.440 movie
01:02:25.400 but this
01:02:26.960 lady
01:02:27.340 had more
01:02:28.260 impact
01:02:28.880 on private
01:02:29.600 hospitals
01:02:30.200 and private
01:02:30.900 schools
01:02:31.320 and organizations
01:02:32.160 and the way
01:02:32.660 they've been
01:02:33.060 run for the
01:02:33.640 last hundred
01:02:34.160 years
01:02:34.600 than anyone
01:02:35.740 that you've
01:02:36.220 ever heard
01:02:36.640 of
01:02:36.800 she was
01:02:37.180 the inspiration
01:02:37.900 to Mother
01:02:38.320 Teresa
01:02:38.720 Mother
01:02:39.440 Teresa
01:02:39.760 studied
01:02:40.200 her
01:02:40.380 life
01:02:40.700 and the
01:02:41.360 man
01:02:41.640 who made
01:02:42.060 this movie
01:02:42.620 invented
01:02:43.500 the car
01:02:43.960 lease
01:02:44.180 his name
01:02:44.540 is
01:02:44.720 Eustace
01:02:45.580 Wolfington
01:02:46.240 and super
01:02:48.220 successful
01:02:48.740 entrepreneur
01:02:49.240 learned about
01:02:50.540 Cabrini
01:02:51.000 in the 50s
01:02:52.480 and modeled
01:02:53.320 his life
01:02:54.060 and his
01:02:54.560 business
01:02:55.020 after her
01:02:55.920 when this
01:02:56.880 movie comes
01:02:57.420 out
01:02:57.700 I'm telling
01:02:58.460 you
01:02:58.760 it is
01:02:59.300 well maybe
01:02:59.720 not because
01:03:00.200 it's
01:03:00.400 Angel
01:03:00.620 Studios
01:03:01.160 but it
01:03:02.520 should win
01:03:03.280 Oscar
01:03:04.260 after Oscar
01:03:05.040 after Oscar
01:03:05.780 it is
01:03:06.500 so well
01:03:07.980 done
01:03:08.500 the
01:03:09.120 storytelling
01:03:10.000 this is
01:03:11.380 everything
01:03:12.480 that you
01:03:13.060 ever wanted
01:03:13.940 to do
01:03:14.360 or anything
01:03:14.980 that I've
01:03:15.480 ever wanted
01:03:16.180 someone to
01:03:16.840 do
01:03:17.120 to take
01:03:18.060 a Christian
01:03:19.560 film
01:03:20.220 and have
01:03:21.560 it just
01:03:22.040 like a
01:03:22.580 great
01:03:23.280 Batman
01:03:24.100 kind of
01:03:25.020 movie
01:03:25.440 and not
01:03:26.380 feel like
01:03:27.200 a Christian
01:03:27.660 film
01:03:28.020 but you
01:03:28.720 walk out
01:03:29.420 feeling so
01:03:30.340 good
01:03:30.740 this is
01:03:31.880 the pinnacle
01:03:32.380 this is
01:03:33.300 a
01:03:33.700 fantastic
01:03:34.860 movie
01:03:35.240 it's
01:03:35.480 called

01:05:36.400 one of the
01:05:36.840 nicest guys
01:05:37.640 and most
01:05:38.980 decent men
01:05:39.800 that I know
01:05:40.640 welcome to the
01:05:41.540 program
01:05:41.880 Jason
01:05:42.240 how are you
01:05:42.820 I'm great
01:05:44.060 Glenn
01:05:44.380 thanks for
01:05:44.940 having me
01:05:45.640 you bet
01:05:46.500 so I
01:05:47.080 all week
01:05:48.040 we just
01:05:49.300 haven't had
01:05:49.700 time to
01:05:50.180 get into
01:05:50.500 the Michael
01:05:51.000 or story
01:05:52.240 about the
01:05:53.220 movie
01:05:53.480 blindside
01:05:54.220 and I
01:05:55.440 I wanted
01:05:56.580 to ask
01:05:57.440 you because
01:05:58.020 I think
01:05:58.860 you probably
01:05:59.700 know all
01:06:00.760 of the
01:06:01.160 players
01:06:01.600 maybe even
01:06:02.300 personally
01:06:02.760 but I
01:06:03.580 wanted to
01:06:03.920 get your
01:06:04.400 take on
01:06:05.300 this because
01:06:06.000 you know
01:06:08.080 yesterday I
01:06:08.760 saw a tweet
01:06:09.360 that you
01:06:10.560 know the
01:06:10.780 Oscars
01:06:11.220 should be
01:06:11.620 given back
01:06:12.200 because it
01:06:12.660 was all
01:06:12.940 a lie
01:06:13.420 and
01:06:13.980 is it
01:06:15.780 a lie
01:06:16.220 was this
01:06:16.860 all a lie
01:06:17.500 no not
01:06:19.120 at all
01:06:19.580 and and I
01:06:20.720 can say
01:06:21.280 that having
01:06:23.320 reread the
01:06:25.540 book the
01:06:26.220 blindside
01:06:26.960 published in
01:06:27.620 2006
01:06:28.380 read Michael
01:06:31.480 Orr's
01:06:32.220 memoir his
01:06:33.460 first one in
01:06:34.240 2011 I
01:06:36.660 beat the
01:06:37.160 odds having
01:06:38.400 rewatched the
01:06:39.860 movie I
01:06:41.300 did all this
01:06:41.940 this week no
01:06:43.460 it's it's
01:06:44.280 not all a
01:06:45.120 lie it's
01:06:46.480 actually the
01:06:47.340 movie is
01:06:47.920 actually pretty
01:06:49.220 accurate to
01:06:51.080 the book and
01:06:52.180 to and and
01:06:53.200 Michael Orr
01:06:54.060 endorsed the
01:06:54.920 book in his
01:06:56.060 2011 memoir
01:06:57.580 and in
01:06:58.420 subsequent
01:06:58.760 interviews the
01:07:00.340 years since
01:07:01.120 he has said
01:07:02.320 he'd like he'd
01:07:03.640 like the book
01:07:04.380 but he didn't
01:07:05.440 like the way
01:07:06.060 the movie
01:07:06.480 portrayed him
01:07:07.420 as dumb
01:07:08.680 and as you
01:07:10.480 know not
01:07:11.220 totally
01:07:12.720 responsible for
01:07:13.920 his own
01:07:14.300 success and
01:07:15.740 so then you
01:07:16.520 go back and
01:07:17.240 reread the
01:07:17.960 book the
01:07:18.320 blindside which
01:07:19.180 he says he
01:07:19.920 endorses and
01:07:21.440 and the movie
01:07:22.280 portrays him
01:07:23.160 not only
01:07:23.600 fairly but
01:07:25.120 probably in a
01:07:26.080 more far more
01:07:26.880 positive and
01:07:28.200 uplifting light
01:07:29.440 than then
01:07:31.120 then the book
01:07:31.980 did this kid
01:07:33.580 came to that
01:07:34.260 family with some
01:07:35.140 severe problems
01:07:36.840 he couldn't
01:07:37.860 read at age
01:07:38.740 16 and
01:07:40.580 he had to
01:07:41.680 be taught how
01:07:42.480 to shake
01:07:42.940 hands he
01:07:43.600 didn't engage
01:07:44.640 with people he
01:07:45.700 had faced so
01:07:46.360 much neglect
01:07:47.060 trauma abandonment
01:07:48.720 from ages 0 to
01:07:50.780 15 or 16
01:07:51.860 that you know
01:07:53.600 he was
01:07:54.320 embarrassingly shy
01:07:55.980 and reclusive
01:07:57.140 couldn't read
01:07:58.940 I didn't get
01:08:00.660 the impression
01:08:03.240 that he was
01:08:04.440 stupid in the
01:08:05.820 movie I
01:08:06.240 didn't read
01:08:06.540 the book but
01:08:07.040 I didn't get
01:08:07.520 the impression
01:08:07.940 he was stupid
01:08:08.620 I got the
01:08:09.680 impression that
01:08:10.260 he had been
01:08:10.720 neglected and
01:08:11.560 he had never
01:08:12.160 been taught any
01:08:12.980 of these things
01:08:13.600 and I actually
01:08:14.500 came out of the
01:08:15.540 movie having
01:08:16.020 tremendous respect
01:08:17.080 for him because
01:08:17.980 of what he had
01:08:19.140 conquered
01:08:19.660 exactly and
01:08:22.180 again one of
01:08:23.700 the subtle
01:08:24.700 points of this
01:08:25.700 remaking
01:08:27.420 recasting of
01:08:28.660 the blindside
01:08:29.280 and the way the
01:08:29.700 media is covering
01:08:30.720 it the underlying
01:08:32.500 message is
01:08:33.600 that hey
01:08:34.940 the nuclear
01:08:37.220 family being
01:08:38.660 raised properly
01:08:39.500 that's all
01:08:40.140 irrelevant the
01:08:41.200 only thing that's
01:08:42.160 relevant is
01:08:43.140 you know did
01:08:45.700 you face racism
01:08:46.740 and and it's
01:08:48.600 like family and
01:08:50.340 upbringing
01:08:50.920 we're pretending
01:08:52.940 like this didn't
01:08:54.060 damage this young
01:08:55.160 man incredibly
01:08:56.760 and that the
01:08:58.800 two-week family
01:09:00.220 and many other
01:09:01.180 families at this
01:09:01.920 private school and
01:09:02.980 friends
01:09:03.420 tried to put a
01:09:05.140 broken child
01:09:06.320 back together
01:09:07.700 and send him
01:09:08.840 along his way
01:09:09.660 and it's it's
01:09:10.560 all being denigrated
01:09:11.560 right now and
01:09:12.280 this rewriting of
01:09:13.920 history that we
01:09:14.820 it's just the
01:09:16.080 blindside is just
01:09:16.900 another statue
01:09:17.700 being torn down
01:09:18.860 Glenn
01:09:19.260 so before we get
01:09:20.960 to motivation I
01:09:22.020 the one thing
01:09:23.060 that I heard
01:09:23.880 that I've heard
01:09:25.520 differently since
01:09:26.340 but I want you to
01:09:27.000 address it
01:09:27.560 um was that the
01:09:29.380 two-week family
01:09:30.220 they were using
01:09:31.580 him they didn't
01:09:32.580 they never adopted
01:09:33.720 him he thought he
01:09:34.740 was adopted and it
01:09:36.580 was all a lie
01:09:37.460 any of that true
01:09:38.980 jason
01:09:39.460 no in his 2011
01:09:42.020 memoir he writes
01:09:43.940 about the
01:09:44.680 conservatorship
01:09:45.760 knew that he was
01:09:46.940 not adopted
01:09:47.760 this is all a
01:09:49.020 rewriting of history
01:09:50.100 as it relates to
01:09:51.180 their motivation
01:09:52.000 sean tooey the
01:09:53.460 dad was a
01:09:55.100 all-time great
01:09:56.220 old miss
01:09:56.900 basketball player
01:09:57.940 his background
01:09:58.640 is basketball
01:09:59.380 he was a
01:10:00.180 volunteer assistant
01:10:01.100 coach at the
01:10:01.780 christian high
01:10:02.820 school that brought
01:10:03.760 uh michael or
01:10:05.040 in his original
01:10:07.740 interest in
01:10:09.460 michael was as a
01:10:11.000 basketball player
01:10:12.120 and was writing
01:10:13.340 letters to small
01:10:14.620 colleges thinking
01:10:16.480 if we could ever
01:10:17.160 get this kid
01:10:17.800 academically straight
01:10:18.860 he could be a
01:10:19.840 six foot five
01:10:20.780 three hundred pound
01:10:21.760 division three
01:10:23.300 division two
01:10:24.200 basketball player
01:10:25.320 and that's how
01:10:26.320 we'll push him
01:10:27.020 along they
01:10:27.940 discover the
01:10:28.700 football talent
01:10:29.620 after he's
01:10:31.580 moved into their
01:10:32.480 home and and
01:10:34.020 so this whole thing
01:10:35.120 like they knew
01:10:35.700 there was the
01:10:36.140 nfl riches and
01:10:37.200 he was this great
01:10:37.940 prospect no he
01:10:39.140 was a six foot
01:10:39.780 five three hundred
01:10:40.560 and forty five
01:10:41.500 pound kid when
01:10:42.400 they got him
01:10:43.060 and they hoped
01:10:44.600 they could turn
01:10:45.460 him into some
01:10:46.180 division two
01:10:47.080 division three
01:10:47.720 basketball player
01:10:48.540 and get him
01:10:49.320 educated that
01:10:50.120 away it it's
01:10:51.960 it's a whole
01:10:52.560 recreation of
01:10:53.500 history the facts
01:10:54.860 just don't line
01:10:55.620 up with what
01:10:56.660 was written in
01:10:58.200 the 2006 book
01:10:59.520 what michael or
01:11:00.740 cops to in his
01:11:02.520 own original
01:11:03.560 memoir
01:11:04.160 it's another
01:11:06.720 rewriting of
01:11:08.180 history
01:11:08.520 so let me go
01:11:10.000 to motivation
01:11:11.640 i can see the
01:11:12.840 motivation in the
01:11:13.740 press they love
01:11:14.500 this kind of story
01:11:15.420 here you had some
01:11:16.460 heroes they were
01:11:17.440 you know god
01:11:18.260 centered people
01:11:19.080 showed the truth
01:11:20.640 about families and
01:11:21.680 what happens when
01:11:22.400 there isn't a
01:11:22.940 family so i can
01:11:24.020 understand that
01:11:24.860 but michael to be
01:11:27.060 involved in this
01:11:28.320 is this is it
01:11:29.820 true that he was
01:11:31.520 blackmailing the
01:11:34.020 family for a while
01:11:35.140 i guess that was
01:11:35.940 the right word and
01:11:36.940 saying look you're
01:11:37.760 i'm gonna come out
01:11:39.020 with this unless you
01:11:39.940 pay me is that
01:11:40.900 true that's
01:11:42.860 certainly the
01:11:43.380 allegations that
01:11:44.800 the two east
01:11:45.940 lawyers uh
01:11:47.500 have raised and
01:11:48.640 have and the
01:11:49.420 two east son
01:11:50.320 has stated
01:11:51.460 i guess we'll
01:11:53.000 have to find out
01:11:53.780 over time but
01:11:54.740 i think as it
01:11:55.540 relates to michael
01:11:56.320 orr's motivation
01:11:58.060 read the book
01:12:00.040 read his memoir
01:12:01.100 this is a broken
01:12:03.380 child who has
01:12:05.520 never been put
01:12:06.400 back together
01:12:07.140 and he's still
01:12:08.820 a broken person
01:12:10.020 and so that
01:12:10.960 there's reason to
01:12:11.760 have great sympathy
01:12:12.720 and again this is
01:12:13.500 where it goes back
01:12:14.380 to the message
01:12:15.400 everybody should be
01:12:16.480 taking from this
01:12:17.320 is just like hey
01:12:18.560 man family and
01:12:19.680 upbringing those
01:12:20.440 first formative
01:12:22.220 years of a child
01:12:23.460 are so vital so
01:12:25.100 important if
01:12:26.260 they're damaged
01:12:26.960 in the womb
01:12:28.660 from not being
01:12:30.060 properly cared for
01:12:31.100 the mother being a
01:12:32.000 crack addict and
01:12:32.960 if they're abandoned
01:12:33.700 and neglected as a
01:12:35.120 child these
01:12:36.560 ramifications will
01:12:37.800 go on for a
01:12:38.620 lifetime and as
01:12:39.920 best i could tell
01:12:40.700 from his 2011
01:12:41.600 memoir and from
01:12:42.800 reading the blind
01:12:43.380 side he's never
01:12:45.220 gotten that type
01:12:47.060 of therapy and
01:12:48.280 treatment that he
01:12:49.340 obviously needs and
01:12:51.340 so i think he's
01:12:52.540 come up on hard
01:12:53.300 times he's written
01:12:54.120 a new book uh
01:12:56.120 when you're when
01:12:56.940 your back's against
01:12:57.720 the wall it's out
01:12:58.900 right now i think
01:13:00.400 he's hyping his
01:13:01.400 book i think he
01:13:02.900 hopes that there
01:13:04.320 someone some
01:13:05.240 hollywood producer
01:13:06.120 netflix someone
01:13:07.160 will say hey let's
01:13:07.860 do a remake of the
01:13:08.980 blind side and tell
01:13:10.380 it the proper way
01:13:11.440 and and make
01:13:12.540 the black kid the
01:13:13.700 hero and the
01:13:14.580 white people evil
01:13:15.620 and let's cut
01:13:16.920 michael or a big
01:13:17.920 check for the new
01:13:19.300 blind side i think
01:13:20.800 that's his angle
01:13:21.600 oh wow that is
01:13:24.100 tragically sad and
01:13:25.460 it probably will
01:13:26.440 happen um do the
01:13:28.980 the the tui family
01:13:30.820 have you had a
01:13:32.520 chance to talk to
01:13:33.460 them or anybody
01:13:34.060 talk to them
01:13:34.720 personally without
01:13:35.600 attorneys and not
01:13:36.480 not to say what's a
01:13:38.060 real score but how
01:13:39.620 do they feel uh
01:13:42.500 they have made a
01:13:43.640 public statement
01:13:44.400 the dad has that
01:13:45.360 they're devastated
01:13:46.120 and and and and
01:13:47.160 they should be that
01:13:48.340 this relationship
01:13:49.740 deteriorated years
01:13:51.480 ago and uh
01:13:54.200 again it's not
01:13:55.580 uncommon glenn i i
01:13:56.800 have not talked to
01:13:57.620 the tuis i want to
01:13:58.300 be perfectly clear
01:13:59.060 with that i have
01:13:59.760 talked to people
01:14:00.380 that say contend
01:14:02.500 they know the
01:14:03.080 tuis but but i'll
01:14:04.980 just talk about
01:14:06.000 myself having been
01:14:08.700 involved with let's
01:14:11.460 call it at risk
01:14:12.400 kids took a cousin
01:14:14.520 into my home when i
01:14:16.180 lived in kansas city
01:14:17.100 for two years to get
01:14:18.880 him up out of a gang
01:14:20.160 lifestyle after two
01:14:21.780 years we we fell out
01:14:23.380 he went back home to
01:14:25.160 indianapolis got in
01:14:26.260 trouble we are now
01:14:28.220 very close he now
01:14:30.040 acknowledges you know
01:14:31.600 all the things i was
01:14:32.660 trying to teach him
01:14:33.620 when he was younger
01:14:34.760 were legitimate and
01:14:36.400 he wished he had
01:14:37.180 listened closer then
01:14:39.080 but glenn and and
01:14:41.220 i know or i can
01:14:43.260 speculate about the
01:14:44.260 amount of charitable
01:14:45.000 work and the people
01:14:45.760 you've tried to help
01:14:46.660 sometimes they're just
01:14:48.720 ungrateful and
01:14:50.380 sometimes the the
01:14:51.800 damage that they
01:14:52.780 experience at a young
01:14:54.420 age is too much to
01:14:56.100 overcome and they
01:14:57.040 eventually lash out
01:14:58.520 at the very people
01:15:00.240 who have shown them
01:15:01.900 love and have tried
01:15:03.300 to help them uh
01:15:05.160 because they don't
01:15:06.280 know what to do
01:15:06.960 with their emotions
01:15:07.840 michael or's mom and
01:15:10.720 dad failed him
01:15:12.480 horribly and he
01:15:15.780 he came the dad is
01:15:16.940 dead uh the mom is
01:15:18.820 strung out on drugs
01:15:20.020 or or has been for
01:15:21.740 many years maybe
01:15:22.900 today hopefully she's
01:15:24.280 sober but he's
01:15:25.860 lashing out at some
01:15:28.500 people that have a lot
01:15:29.720 of money and uh you
01:15:33.060 know had shown had
01:15:34.600 showered him with a
01:15:36.460 lot of resources and
01:15:38.500 sometimes i hate to
01:15:39.680 make the analogy but
01:15:40.620 if you feed a cat and
01:15:42.660 the cat never leaves
01:15:43.620 your doorstep no
01:15:44.520 matter or you might
01:15:46.140 set them up in a new
01:15:47.140 home you might they
01:15:48.640 may make 30 40
01:15:49.680 million dollars in the
01:15:50.600 nfl but eventually
01:15:52.260 uh may blow that
01:15:54.680 money and return to
01:15:56.360 you the one the people
01:15:57.600 that previously
01:15:58.720 supplied them
01:15:59.460 resources and ask
01:16:01.060 again well i will
01:16:03.680 tell you um you
01:16:06.940 know i i learned um
01:16:09.340 several years back
01:16:11.760 that if you're doing
01:16:13.500 charity to get love
01:16:15.120 back you know good
01:16:16.900 luck with that um you
01:16:19.100 know it can't change
01:16:21.140 you because so many
01:16:22.340 times you will do
01:16:23.520 something you know
01:16:24.960 because you just feel
01:16:25.660 it's right and you
01:16:27.680 know the the thing
01:16:28.640 that i i learned and
01:16:30.300 i say this all the
01:16:31.540 time i'll do something
01:16:32.900 people say really
01:16:34.580 you're what you're
01:16:35.980 expecting that to go
01:16:36.980 well i'm like no i
01:16:39.580 feel compelled to do
01:16:41.440 that now that's up to
01:16:43.960 them with what they do
01:16:45.440 with it um but uh you
01:16:47.780 know i i just i don't
01:16:49.540 ever want to close my
01:16:50.640 heart because you will
01:16:52.260 get burned several
01:16:53.400 times but there is
01:16:55.040 also those who that
01:16:56.300 who occasionally will
01:16:58.120 step up and and
01:16:59.580 something will happen
01:17:00.560 and it will be
01:17:01.820 glorious absolutely
01:17:03.400 glorious and that's
01:17:05.680 much that's that's
01:17:06.780 what we should
01:17:07.220 concentrate on not
01:17:08.740 necessarily the ones
01:17:09.880 that don't work out
01:17:10.900 because also he's got
01:17:13.040 the rest of his life
01:17:14.040 i mean this thing may
01:17:15.580 turn around yet again
01:17:16.860 who knows it certainly
01:17:18.960 could and and i do
01:17:20.540 want to back up your
01:17:22.320 hopeful note and just
01:17:24.020 say that i got involved
01:17:25.920 with a ball state
01:17:26.680 football player i played
01:17:27.620 football at ball state
01:17:28.560 he broke his neck in
01:17:30.160 2007 kid named dante
01:17:32.560 love it's been one of
01:17:33.760 the greatest experiences
01:17:34.860 of my life and dante's
01:17:37.360 probably now 36 37
01:17:38.920 years old uh married
01:17:41.960 two kids great career
01:17:44.420 very appreciative of all
01:17:46.820 the things that uh i i
01:17:49.040 did for him uh he's
01:17:51.080 like an adopted son to
01:17:52.480 me and so a lot of
01:17:54.280 these things work out
01:17:55.340 and dante comes from a
01:17:56.580 very very tough
01:17:57.780 similar very similar to
01:17:59.480 michael orr's
01:18:00.120 background we when he
01:18:01.980 was a student at ball
01:18:02.940 state we had to do a
01:18:04.100 lot of things with
01:18:05.020 coaches coaches wives
01:18:06.560 do a lot of things to
01:18:08.120 help him get through
01:18:08.920 school uh and to help
01:18:11.420 him catch up from all
01:18:13.420 the neglect he
01:18:14.200 experienced that 10 11 12
01:18:16.300 13 years old this is a
01:18:18.100 great young man knows
01:18:19.780 the bible forward and
01:18:21.180 backwards i call him
01:18:23.000 for biblical interpretation
01:18:25.180 i mean he's just a great
01:18:26.460 young man great and so
01:18:27.800 all the time resources
01:18:29.440 well worth it and it was
01:18:31.880 it easy no did we have
01:18:33.860 some bad moments yes did
01:18:35.640 did on the other side is
01:18:37.500 it awesome and is it
01:18:38.320 great and i agree with
01:18:39.380 you don't do any of it
01:18:41.240 looking for anything
01:18:43.140 nothing other than
01:18:44.440 hopefully you'll get to
01:18:46.040 heaven one day and god
01:18:47.120 will say hey i'm well
01:18:47.960 pleased with what you
01:18:48.840 did there that will be

01:21:02.360 duke uh who is um who is
01:21:05.160 going to be remembered as one
01:21:08.240 of the last living members of the
01:21:11.120 the small group of 12 that
01:21:13.480 actually walked on the moon he
01:21:15.720 has done incredible things uh and
01:21:19.400 i am just i'm i'm doing this more
01:21:21.460 as a um a record of history because
01:21:25.300 i know that once these guys die you
01:21:28.740 know we'll start to listen to other
01:21:30.340 people uh that say we never walked
01:21:32.960 on the moon and that is a growing
01:21:34.360 number of people one of the main
01:21:36.400 guys who argues against it is bart
01:21:38.860 sebral uh he's the author of a book
01:21:41.280 called moon man and uh he says the
01:21:44.380 whole thing was shot on a on a
01:21:46.280 soundstage and he can prove it
01:21:48.500 because of the lighting and the no
01:21:50.100 stars and all of that things that
01:21:52.440 charlie duke um addresses in our in
01:21:56.360 our um uh in our podcast tomorrow but
01:22:00.000 he's going to be joining me here in
01:22:01.740 just a second not charlie but the guy
01:22:03.520 who says we never went to the moon
01:22:06.240 oh let's let's listen to his logic and
01:22:09.660 then get the answers from charlie duke
01:22:11.480 and you see which one uh you trust
01:22:14.700 we'll give that to you coming up in
01:22:17.600 just a second the author of moon man
01:22:20.420 joins me next i believe there is no
01:22:22.460 moon and i believe it's all the whole
01:22:24.980 moon is a fake and i have a book
01:22:26.900 coming out on that will you interview
01:22:28.080 me on that later because i i want to
01:22:30.140 share some books yeah okay maybe we
01:22:31.640 could maybe we could do that right
01:22:32.720 after uh bart is on all right good
01:22:35.400 thanks
01:22:36.960 the glenn back program
01:22:41.820 we have no room to compromise
01:22:55.360 we gotta stand together it's gonna
01:22:59.980 what you're about to hear is the fusion
01:23:17.780 of entertainment and enlightenment
01:23:19.920 this is the glenn back program
01:23:24.380 tulsi gabbard joins us in just a few
01:23:31.040 minutes we're going to talk about what's
01:23:32.480 happening in maui by the way thank you so
01:23:35.840 much for what you're doing in maui uh we've
01:23:39.960 raised three quarters of a million dollars
01:23:42.020 just in the last couple of days for relief
01:23:44.420 in maui and boy do they need it she's
01:23:46.880 going to try to give us the real scoop on
01:23:48.460 what's going on because i don't think
01:23:49.920 we're getting the truth now somebody
01:23:52.240 somebody else joining us in just a
01:23:54.960 minute who says we're also not getting
01:23:57.140 the truth on the moon landing i wanted to
01:24:00.160 talk to him he's the author of uh i think
01:24:02.700 it's called moon man uh and he says we
01:24:05.980 never landed on the moon wanted to have
01:24:08.340 him on today because my podcast is the
01:24:10.920 exact opposite opinion from a guy who
01:24:13.060 says i walked on the moon his name is
01:24:15.940 charlie duke very credible guy moon man
01:24:19.580 like to hear it from bart himself he
01:24:22.180 joins me in 60 seconds
01:24:23.960 good ranchers really knocking it out of
01:24:29.100 the park right now if you know anything
01:24:30.560 about me you know i love delicious high
01:24:33.100 quality meat meat fish chicken beef pork
01:24:38.660 all of it it may be harder and harder to
01:24:42.780 get if the world economic forum has its
01:24:45.040 way and has its say we are doing horrible
01:24:47.860 things to our ranchers right now including
01:24:50.020 telling people that our our grass-fed beef
01:24:53.400 is actually from america when it isn't
01:24:56.440 from america 85 percent of it isn't from
01:24:58.840 america why are we doing that right now
01:25:02.040 you can go to good ranchers and you can
01:25:04.180 get american beef helping out our good
01:25:07.220 ranchers and our good farmers our good
01:25:09.680 fishermen here in america and making
01:25:12.280 sure they're taken care of because they
01:25:14.260 take care of us also it's delicious meat
01:25:17.460 and you can lock in your inflation proof
01:25:20.200 price of meat for two years good ranchers

01:25:26.540 will not go up on you good ranchers dot com
01:25:29.460 use the promo code beck at thirty dollars
01:25:31.480 off good ranchers dot com good ranchers dot com
01:25:35.080 use the promo code beck
01:25:37.540 how do you say his name again cyber it's
01:25:41.540 uh uh the author of moon man it's bart i
01:25:45.040 believe it's cyber is that right bart
01:25:47.920 i think sabrell sabrell i'm so sorry
01:25:51.560 so uh bart thank you for joining me i know
01:25:54.960 you're in the uh the philippines today and i
01:25:58.280 wanted to spend a few minutes uh because you
01:26:00.940 are the guy who is probably the leading
01:26:03.820 authority on we never went to the moon
01:26:06.900 so i i wanted to get you know the non
01:26:10.720 straw man arguments here on uh why do you
01:26:15.860 say we never went to the moon
01:26:17.000 well the first thing that your listeners
01:26:21.560 need to know this is not a theory this is a
01:26:25.380 fact that they fake the moon landing we have
01:26:28.820 a deathbed confession from cyrus eugene
01:26:32.060 acres who was the chief of security at
01:26:34.240 cannon air force base as he was dying about
01:26:37.340 to meet his maker he confessed to being a
01:26:40.320 murderer he said he murdered a co-worker
01:26:43.000 to cover up the moon landing which was filmed
01:26:46.140 at his base june 1st and 3rd of 1968
01:26:50.280 all of this is in my book at sabrell dot com
01:26:54.240 and my films cost a million dollars to produce and
01:26:58.580 they were financed by someone who builds rockets for
01:27:02.560 nasa who knows that they're fake now remember when
01:27:06.420 tucker carlson said you know the the president is saying
01:27:11.080 that he's being spied on by the nsa and he says that's as
01:27:14.700 absurd as the moon landing people think well guess what
01:27:18.200 it ended up being true and we really have to keep an open mind about this
01:27:23.420 day with nasa's best technology 50 years better rockets and computers
01:27:29.640 the farthest they can send a human into space is one thousandth the distance to
01:27:36.100 the moon so what they're really claiming is
01:27:38.260 they had a thousand times better space traveling technology
01:27:42.200 in 1969 when all of nasa had one millionth of computing power cell phone
01:27:48.080 that means technology was better in the past and in the future if it weren't for people's
01:27:53.700 emotional attachment to this remember whoever killed kennedy he's dead whoever did 9 11
01:27:59.720 those people are dead this is different this is a positive lie giving people the candy that they
01:28:06.420 wanted and you're trying to take that away and giving them a plate of manure instead we have to
01:28:12.040 remember we live in a fallen world run by lucifer right whose number one tactic is lying what is the
01:28:20.220 greatest accomplishment of mankind putting a man on the moon okay and so hang on just a second pride
01:28:27.220 will end up being a memorial to our father all right so bart we never went to the moon so
01:28:34.260 all of those missions were all filmed on a sound stage
01:28:39.500 well we know that the first one was filmed at cannon air force base you don't tell somebody as
01:28:47.240 you're dying you're a murderer unless it's true and he said he killed a co-worker to cover up the
01:28:52.000 moon landing fraud he was gonna blab about it it was filmed at cannon air force base in 1968
01:28:57.820 we know all you got to do is go to my last name sabrell.com and look at one picture you can prove
01:29:04.760 the moon landings are fake with one picture shadows intersecting at 90 degrees from objects five feet
01:29:11.540 apart when they should be parallel in sunlight that's all the proof that you need you have to understand
01:29:17.740 by the kennedy jr who has more access to the jfk files than oliver sound said the cia killed the
01:29:26.380 president of the united states and then a year later we have robert mcnamurt saying that they
01:29:31.860 faked the gulf of tonkin that led to the death of 58 000 americans so i think if they're willing to
01:29:37.480 kill their own president willing to start the vietnam war they're willing to fake an image on the moon
01:29:42.880 sure um and but and i believe that the cia is hiding something i don't know what it is on kennedy but i
01:29:51.520 think they were involved um and that was a conspiracy theory for a very long time but i think that's
01:29:57.740 starting to prove out um and uh you know we we know we've known forever on the um on vietnam uh
01:30:06.420 because of the pentagon papers you're you're you're talking about not a few people involved in something
01:30:13.460 like an assassination you're talking about thousands of people involved and only one guy
01:30:20.620 doesn't have any weight that argument doesn't have any weight glenn that's like saying what a bank teller
01:30:27.180 and the ceo of wells farther bank know about the corruption in the bank are identical
01:30:32.800 eugene kranz said he could tell all the computer operators at nasa could tell no difference whatsoever
01:30:41.020 between a simulation and an actual flight they cannot tell the difference and they're in the
01:30:46.920 command center this is actually the easiest thing to fake because there's no independent press coverage
01:30:53.120 we have to trust the federal government that they're sending us honest pictures
01:30:58.100 okay so again i go back to you say we know which i would dispute because of the one deathbed i mean
01:31:09.240 there there was a guy who claimed on his deathbed that he was actually uh jesse james and no historian
01:31:15.660 looks at that and says oh yeah that's absolutely jesse james jesse james escaped when he was supposedly
01:31:22.120 killed nobody nobody says that and why would he say it he said it on his deathbed so okay well then
01:31:28.820 you know the the main thing glenn very important i know you believe in god and this is mankind's
01:31:36.040 greatest accomplishment like the power of babel don't descend criminals who are lying to you because
01:31:42.520 it's a pleasant lie you have to see if you get my book moon man at sabrell.com we have more than
01:31:51.000 enough evidence to prove we have more than enough evidence to prove that it was fake and you cannot if
01:31:58.880 you can tell me one other time in history where technology was greater in the past but in the future
01:32:04.080 it's not greater in the past it is not greater in the past the the saturn 5 rocket was the pinnacle
01:32:13.640 of rockets for its time we are now building rockets that are returning to the launch pad so it's not
01:32:21.460 greater and by the way going to the moon is a little like a lost art i don't want to go to the moon
01:32:27.920 in 1969 technology do you i want to use technology today and they're doing things right now that have
01:32:37.200 never been done before let's talk about technology today elon musk has a bigger rocket than the saturn
01:32:46.280 five and he says to go to the moon they're going to need nine fuel trips first in my book we find
01:32:53.740 publications by von braun that says to go to the rocket to the moon in one rocket it has to weigh
01:32:59.980 800 000 tons mathematically irrefutable the saturn five weighed only 2 500 tons so why is it with
01:33:08.440 newer technology you have to make nine fuel trips first to a space station in order to have enough
01:33:14.960 fuel to go to the moon but when in 1969 with one million to computing power cell phone you don't have
01:33:21.400 to do that so are we did we and again let's forget about the first moon landing did we ever go to
01:33:28.680 the moon no we know this because the last picture the picture at sabrell.com of the shot intersecting
01:33:36.680 that was from apollo 17 okay so we never went that's mission to the moon once they got away with
01:33:44.520 faking it it's actually easier to get away with faking it in the future okay they never went they cannot
01:33:51.340 go why is it that today today with 50 years better technology they can only send mannequins to orbit
01:33:59.120 the moon but somehow we're playing golf and driving cars so wait so wait wait so we did so did the space
01:34:06.260 shuttle go to space have we ever gone to space of course yeah you can you can orbit the earth
01:34:12.460 but you cannot leave earth orbit one of the clips and my my book has interacted about 16 video clips
01:34:20.020 which you can see for free it's a brown god i got it i got it for the love of god a nasa a nasa
01:34:27.220 engineer saying out of his own mouth the technology necessary to survive the radiation going to the
01:34:34.640 moon and back has yet to be invented not what he said you can see true not true well not true if
01:34:42.900 it's true where can we see this information shut up stew shut up bart i thank you very much i i want
01:34:50.120 to do uh it's on the internet you can find it uh where would it be what website sabrell.com
01:34:56.680 oh yeah there you go and the name of the book is moon man all right bart thank you very much i
01:35:03.500 appreciate it now some of the stuff that he just talked about charlie talks about i asked him about
01:35:08.480 the radiation and he's like no and i said well specifically it's a radiation belt and we talked
01:35:15.940 about it and uh you'll hear that i mean you just have to you know you gotta believe who you're gonna
01:35:21.160 believe i all i know is i am collecting all of the evidence i as a personal uh as a person as an
01:35:29.640 individual can collect um uh you know when i when i talked to charlie about the you know leaving
01:35:36.840 footprints on the moon um he reached down and picked up the moon dust he brought it back because it was all
01:35:44.240 over his suit he said your suits it's uh clingy it's like static cling almost to it and he said we were
01:35:50.940 trying to brush it off but that didn't work he said but i felt some of it in my hand my bare hand and
01:35:56.980 he said it was almost talcum powder uh he said it was really shocking uh and and just a completely
01:36:06.400 different substance now i mean i guess you could you could make that up but uh you watch him tell the
01:36:13.720 story uh and see which one you believe the guy who said he was on the moon i mean one thing
01:36:20.440 you know he said um stew i think the most incredible thing that could ever happen to man
01:36:28.080 and people have described it as a religious experience is standing on the moon and seeing
01:36:35.640 earth rise would you agree i mean that would be incredible yes it would be incredible do you know
01:36:41.380 uh charlie i said charlie what was it like when you turned around the first time and saw the earth
01:36:47.040 rise and be where the moon was he said well i never had that experience i said why not he said
01:36:54.640 because when we were on the moon uh the moon is the earth is like the moon so it's positioned at
01:37:01.880 different times he said it was right straight above us and he said because of the suits and everything
01:37:08.400 you i couldn't i couldn't um go backwards he said you'll notice that we're we're hunched over and
01:37:15.820 almost look like we're falling forward when we're walking he said that's because we have to keep our
01:37:20.340 balance with the pack and he said the pack is heavier than my body uh on the on the moon and the
01:37:28.480 whole thing he said on the moon i'm 65 pounds he said so it's not hard um to lose your balance and fall
01:37:37.600 over and he said uh so i tried a couple of times to look in he said but my helmet would always block
01:37:45.300 the earth now why would you say that why wouldn't you just say it was incredible
01:37:51.000 it was absolutely incredible yeah i i don't know that let me just check on sabrell.com and see if
01:37:57.840 there's an answer to that uh good sure it's here good all right let me tell you about our sponsor this

01:39:09.300 it is so frustrating it is so frustrating when when people conflate uh
01:39:27.680 you know the the the different scandals that is has happened that just because there's been scandals and
01:39:34.660 lies doesn't make everything a lie it should make us skeptical we should look into everything
01:39:41.360 but what an enormous lie what an enormous lie that doesn't even compare to the kennedy assassination
01:39:49.320 the entire world stopped and watched men on the moon the entire world it really
01:39:58.700 it it it took your little book to expose this nobody else had any iron in the fire he also says
01:40:07.600 in his book that he uh he caught a astronaut talking to a cia agent about uh his assassination
01:40:14.840 and how he needed to be killed well that's interesting we could fake the moon landing but
01:40:19.640 you couldn't kill an author of a book that nobody's ever heard of that's that's that's weird well they
01:40:24.560 may not have heard of the book they've certainly heard of sabrell.com i'll tell you that much um
01:40:27.840 but uh that's a separate dude i don't know i was about to charge him i was about to charge you
01:40:33.460 that's the thing that pissed me off more than ever was you're not really having a conversation with me
01:40:39.480 you're just talking your book right yeah that's definitely well and it's his incredible website
01:40:44.100 sabrell.com but in addition to that i think that there's a uh uh it's funny that when his number
01:40:49.560 one piece of evidence was was someone who's confessed to something on his deathbed but i mean like
01:40:53.720 that's not that's doesn't mean anything right i mean it could be something but it also could not i
01:40:59.000 mean people die of alzheimer's all the time saying all sorts of things that aren't true i mean you
01:41:04.160 know there's no reason to believe one person's confession uh over all of the mountains of evidence
01:41:10.020 that exist uh otherwise you know i again i we've talked about this for a while this sort of stuff is
01:41:16.080 becoming more and more believable to people because of all the deception that they that they see in the
01:41:23.160 media and uh and in the in the from the government and that's that's the real problem here right like
01:41:29.080 it's i don't think that we're going to get to a place where most people believe the moon landing
01:41:32.880 was faked but the but like it is a symptom of a real problem that we have in our society i mean
01:41:39.280 you go back right now and people talk all the time about the 2020 election and the media is always on
01:41:44.200 on on the air saying i can't believe that people believe this 2020 election was stolen and you ask
01:41:49.260 look in these same polls and half of democrats believe the 2016 election was stolen by russian
01:41:55.320 operatives breaking into voting machines i mean you know nobody trusts anything anybody says anymore
01:42:00.760 and it makes it very difficult to run a civilization when you have that perspective yeah because there
01:42:05.160 are no institutions of trust tell me who you trust maybe maybe you trust your church maybe
01:42:13.780 but who else do you trust you trust you trust the news you trust you know the podcaster to know you
01:42:23.240 trust me to know no i mean i'm doing the best i can stew's you know trying every way he can to
01:42:31.260 destroy it but i'm in there fighting for you but i don't there's a lot of times that we're like we're
01:42:37.260 doing the best we can we think this is the truth like this maui situation i don't know what to
01:42:43.020 believe on the maui situation i what i think happened here is that there it there was a very
01:42:51.700 progressive uh arm of the government in in maui in hawaii they didn't pay attention they wanted to be
01:43:01.360 green much more than they wanted to stop fires they thought that was more important the the water
01:43:07.400 situation it looks like the guy who didn't release the water he's on record basically saying water's
01:43:14.300 more important than humans it's sacred um you you have then honest mistakes and then you have for the
01:43:23.500 first time in my lifetime that i've seen the national guard cordon off the area so people can't return to
01:43:30.480 their homes um we don't know how many are dead yet there are rumors of children that died in apartment
01:43:38.480 buildings i don't know if that's true or not why because everyone you've trusted the police the
01:43:47.720 government the media our president congress everybody has lied for so long you don't know what
01:43:58.420 the truth is anymore we're going to try to get a little closer to it tulsi gabbard joins us with
01:44:03.960 the facts that she knows from the ground tulsi gabbard joins us next

01:45:37.240 thank you so much uh for everything that you're doing for maui uh mentioned this a couple of days
01:45:51.900 ago we're approaching a million dollars in aid just from this audience the average donation is about
01:45:59.460 100 bucks and i i just i i love you i just love you um thank you for caring about uh people's plight
01:46:07.200 no matter where they are um this is a this is just a growing into a disturbing story and i'm not sure
01:46:14.800 exactly what's going on um except at least incompetence seems to be coming uh forward i hope
01:46:24.820 it doesn't get worse than that uh tulsi gabbard is um here this used to be one of her districts that
01:46:31.220 she would you know frequently visit when she was a congresswoman uh tulsi gabbard uh is on uh reserve
01:46:39.140 duty right now so we can't talk at all about politics i don't want to get her into trouble so we're just
01:46:44.540 going to talk about the situation because i don't know what's happening and i'm hearing all kinds of
01:46:52.000 things i don't know if those are true or not i'm just seeing things that i've never seen as a
01:46:56.800 broadcaster uh before so i don't know how to answer them tulsi welcome hey and to all of your listeners
01:47:05.980 for uh for for all of their support it really means so much to our community there on maui that is
01:47:12.360 continuing now nine days after this crisis began uh really struggling and suffering and and uh is having
01:47:20.620 a hard time looking to see what that road towards rebuilding looks like but your support uh means
01:47:25.440 the world thank you tulsi uh so we we we're hearing things like homeowners are not allowed to go back
01:47:33.580 um we are nine days after this and we still have a thousand people missing uh i don't know of a natural
01:47:42.020 disaster in america that has been uh in such a tight area where this many days after we are still missing
01:47:51.620 a thousand people um we've heard stories that these numbers are being quashed intentionally uh that the
01:48:00.460 national guard has closed this whole area off i've never seen that before what's happening
01:48:06.200 uh these are all a lot of questions that that folks uh folks on the ground have and and uh are are
01:48:15.300 very appropriate it's unfortunate there has been so little communication coming through official channels
01:48:22.040 uh at a time where you know the mayor uh needs to be out there on social media or on tv every single
01:48:29.220 day giving extensive and open update briefs uh to be be as completely transparent as possible uh so
01:48:38.080 that people know what's going on there's been a vacuum of communication and as you know uh and in
01:48:43.040 that vacuum uh a lot of questions and a lot of fears um and concerns arise so uh let's just kind of
01:48:50.740 start with with the first uh you know some of the first questions that you asked there uh this is an
01:48:56.020 unprecedented crisis in you know the last hundred years in our country uh right now we have first
01:49:02.640 responders out there and uh on the island of maui who are from across the country who are helping to
01:49:07.880 support the foremost mission which is remains recovery uh this wildfire started with a small brush fire
01:49:16.080 that quickly grew out of control because of these hundred mile an hour winds it's suspected that
01:49:21.760 downed electric lines uh contributed to its spread but really the the word that i have heard best
01:49:29.700 describe this wildfire is it was like a blowtorch it was an out-of-control wildfire that's that swept
01:49:37.400 horizontally and very quickly in less than an hour across the historic town of lahaina taking down and
01:49:46.080 turning into ash everything uh in its path uh people have have explained how these flames sometimes hopped
01:49:55.320 and skipped uh which is why you saw boats that were you know a little bit far off of land uh get
01:50:02.520 completely uh completely destroyed the questions about how is it possible that there are still over a
01:50:10.740 thousand people missing how is it possible that at last count they have only identified the remains
01:50:16.020 actually they haven't identified the who but they have recovered the remains of 111 people when you
01:50:23.240 think about the quickness of this fire and the destruction just imagine you have a uh you know three
01:50:31.140 or four story boutique hotel there in lahaina uh this fire comes in and levels that hotel down to
01:50:40.700 the ground we don't know how many people were in their hotel rooms uh from what i'm told they're not
01:50:49.480 able to recover records of who might have been in that hotel and uh and and then you take that example
01:50:58.380 and and just spread that across the entire town and homes and shops front street in lahaina had shops
01:51:04.740 lining both sides of the streets you had restaurants you have tourists you have residents you have service
01:51:09.540 workers uh you know you have a lot of people in a very small area uh who who very sadly perished uh in a
01:51:20.920 very short period of time now there's there's a google spreadsheet that's going around where family
01:51:26.180 members have listed the names of their loved ones uh as missing uh but this recovery is going this
01:51:33.940 remains recovery mission is so slow because it requires cadaver dogs to go and find these remains
01:51:43.480 uh unfortunately the destruction is so great that the human eye is not enough in many of these cases
01:51:52.320 to identify these remains and so this this process is going to go on and and i i expect the uh the mayor or
01:52:00.260 the governor will be making an announcement with the time estimate soon but they've got uh there are
01:52:06.060 not very many cadaver dogs in the united states of america trained cadaver dogs i've been told that
01:52:12.100 there are 20 on the ground there they can work for 20 minutes then they need 20 minutes rest so they're
01:52:18.140 they're rotating these cadaver dogs uh so that they can go through uh and and do their work but they are
01:52:25.520 not moving from one area to the next until all the remains in that specific area uh have been
01:52:34.800 identified by these dogs and then allowing the humans to come in and do that work it's a very
01:52:40.660 slow slow process and that's not sorry just to finish that that's not even beginning the process of
01:52:46.880 the identification of dna and figuring out uh you know matching these remains to uh people correct
01:52:53.760 so this would put to rest another question that i have had i've never seen anything where people
01:53:01.220 can't return in to go through their own rubble they the insurance injustors are not allowed to go in
01:53:07.240 and they've blocked everything so nobody can go back in that would answer the question on why that's
01:53:13.820 happening is there's too many anything touched too many people go ahead correct there's two there's
01:53:19.080 two main reasons for that is they need to preserve the area for the remains recovery mission
01:53:23.380 to go on undisturbed number one number two as you can imagine you know along with all of the
01:53:30.080 different buildings and houses uh there were you know two gas stations completely leveled to the
01:53:38.640 ground those gas stations had underground fuel uh fuel tanks the level of toxicity in this area
01:53:45.060 is uh is is very very serious uh and so that is another factor that that uh local officials are
01:53:54.120 rightly taking into account of coming up with a plan on both for the the near term you know okay well
01:54:01.780 we've got to make sure that anybody going in there at the point where they are able to open it up
01:54:05.960 to families to be able to go back to their homes which which needs to happen as soon as possible
01:54:11.460 if nothing else but for closure um they've got to make sure they've got the protective
01:54:17.020 uh respirators and and gear to make sure that they are not uh they're not causing a medical crisis
01:54:25.080 in the process uh the the removal of the toxic um you know this is not just going to be about
01:54:32.760 clearing debris in this case i've been told in order to remove the toxic elements that have been
01:54:38.080 caused by this fire they're going to have to dig down you know five to ten feet to be able to
01:54:43.600 remove all of that and then figure out where does it go how do they transport it and everything else
01:54:47.780 that follows there all right so i've only got a couple of minutes i have a couple more questions
01:54:52.220 left um one of them uh is about the guy who has just resigned and i actually feel bad for him because i
01:55:01.360 think he probably thought he was doing the right thing by not turning on the air siren because
01:55:07.500 what i read he said if i would have turned it on people would have gone to the top of the mountain
01:55:13.520 because that's what they're trained to do and they would have gone right into the fire do you believe
01:55:18.580 that or or i mean i i don't want to throw this guy underneath the bus well you know what i i i call
01:55:26.060 bull on that and uh hearing that response really pissed me off it really pissed me off because of a
01:55:32.220 couple of reasons he's the department of emergency management director why did it take him what is
01:55:38.200 it eight days for him to show up in front of the media and answer questions he should have been the
01:55:43.800 first guy out there when this thing happened answering questions fielding concerns it took him
01:55:49.340 eight days to show up at that podium and show his face to the public number one number two we have a
01:55:55.420 highly sophisticated alarm system across the state of hawaii because of our proximity to hurricanes and
01:56:01.140 tsunamis and all sorts of different natural disasters we know that if it's a tsunami we get
01:56:08.360 days warning if there's an earthquake in japan they say hey tsunami alert a tsunami may be headed your way
01:56:15.400 that that didn't happen and we're smart enough to know that these alarm systems are used in the case
01:56:20.900 of any form of natural disaster a tsunami alert could have been ruled out immediately because
01:56:26.660 they don't just show up out of nowhere we will get that notice that alarm sounding could have could
01:56:34.220 have possibly prevented loss of life so i i don't buy that i don't buy that at all tell me about the water
01:56:42.600 guy who seems to have some love affair with water being more sacred than people in some of his former
01:56:48.520 statements that that didn't act to turn on the water and it looks now like it was because of water
01:56:55.060 equity is that true this is a much this is a much longer question unfortunately than you have time
01:57:01.780 for it there maui has a long history of different uh entities fighting over who owns the water on maui
01:57:10.420 and unfortunately for decades now people the people have been suffering as a result uh so i'm still
01:57:18.440 learning the details of you know they say they made the request to use the water for the fire
01:57:23.240 trucks the state didn't approve it quickly enough uh you know there i could tell you what i would do
01:57:29.000 in that position i would have just said use the water i'll ask for permission later but you know
01:57:33.560 there's it's a really complex uh problem that ultimately can be summed up to uh corporations buying
01:57:41.500 water rights to uh irrigate plantation fields and local people suffering uh from drought and lack of

02:02:12.320 if it made it to the air you bleeped it out yes yeah but you know what that's the kind of uh swearing
02:02:18.540 that actually uh should be allowed i think because it it was genuine that showed her raw emotion on
