Greetings, Laddingtons. Today I want to talk a bit about carbohydrates and fat and this

important such as diet. It's an excruciatingly important topic in my humble opinion. I will start

talking more about it because after all what you eat on a daily basis is very important for your

mental and physical well-being and if you fuel your body with the good stuff you will produce good

thoughts. Simple as that and if you eat bad you will think bad and produce evil thoughts and there is a lot

of evil people in this day and age and I am absolutely certain it has something to do with

the water and the food. Everything we take into our bodies and then of course obviously things such as

drugs etc. Now on to the topic of carbs and fats. My perspective is this. I want to be as strong as possible.

legs. I want to look as aesthetically pleasing as possible. I want people to just stare at me admire
